The grit cakes we're so good and I'm actually going to look up recipes now for grit cakes. I loved the goat cheese. I really appreciate a chef that uses a small amount of goat cheese because it gives a dish that is rich just the right bite. The half chicken is exactly that!! Was a large amount of chicken but was great because you get to try each part of the chicken and they are a bit different. The jerk seasoning was not over the top which is what I tend to expect. The only suggestion I would have is to add a little seasoning sauce to the jasmine rice. Jasmine Rice is good on it's on but some may find it to be a little dry. This was such a treat and we can't wait to come back to this beach if just for this restaurant!!
