I ordered the California Classic combo through DoorDash. Unfortunately the food was cold when it arrived (we are 8 mins away from the restaurant). Not sure how the food delivery service works but it would be good if the restaurant had some idea of how far the driver is before making the order. Once the driver picked it up it was at my front door in 8 minutes. Though cold, the burger was delicious but at first I thought it was a single patty (not 2 as advertised). The second patty was probably the size of a golf ball 🤷‍♀️ Keen to try it again by picking it up ourselves because the food was nice despite being cold 😊

Apart from the food was not even near hot they overcharged each item to around $4:00 each, (3 items in total). When I rang to query they advised that prices were going up around these figures & that their web site is not yet updated......well don’t charge it until it’s updated & if you are, then advise the customer. Portions were extremely small, (pizza size was as expected). My advice, check what your paying for compared to what you are getting if you order from Frankie’s Pizza. The best pizzas we’ve had in a long time. We’ve ordered from them numerous times and used them for big parties. Sat down with my family to be told what I ordered was not more then the minimum amount for dine in. I asked where does this state it on the menu or anywhere near the counter. The owner said it is not written anywhere, it is an expectation. I explained to her some people go out as a treat and are unaware of certain "expectations" customers are suppose to know. If it was written somewhere customers would be more excepting of the extra charges. It had been 20 but after she continued to argue with me about the time she finally asked me for my name. It wasn't my order she was yelling at me about.
