The cupcakes are different from a larger cake in the sense that they are topped with whipped cream rather than frosting, however, the coconut cream cake we got was the best thing I've eaten. My sisters and I are guessing that she does a Swiss Meringue Buttercream as it is incredibly smooth and not overly sweet. Her cake is super fluffy, and very flavorful.
