If you walk in, expect to wait up to half an hour, without even being acknowledged. We were not the only ones in line and they were not understaffed, I saw at least 10 staff members. Drive-thru gets served first, then the people who use the kiosk (even though they come in after you), then the Skip The Dishes people, then the walk-ins—doesn't matter if you were there first.
