We had a good breakfast at More & More. The pancake stack was alright, beautifully plated with fresh fruit, whipped cream, and a rich berry syrup that tied it all together. For something savory, the poached eggs on toast were perfectly cooked, served with crispy bacon and a tangy tomato relish that added a great punch. The cappuccino was smooth, with a generous frothy top and a dusting of cocoa, just the way it should be. Overall, a great spot for a well-rounded and visually stunning breakfast.

Perfect experience. Foods were different and tasty. We tried two meals. Organic beef and Chilli egg. Both amazing. Nice and warm atmosphere. And above all, clean. Thanks team!

10/10 brunch spot in the heart of freo with fantastic food and coffee and amazing service from lovely staff 🥰 Presentation is always impeccable, with beautiful garnishes and colours. Plenty of options for dietary requirements, vegan, gluten free & dairy free! Coffee is so great every time and they offer all the alt milk options. Parking can be hard to find on weekends but is expected with Fremantle.

Moore & Moore Cafe in Fremantle is the definition of cafe perfection. The sweetest little spot with beautiful food, amazing staff and the most relaxing, cozy vibe. Everything felt so thoughtful — from the décor to the flavours. 10/10 and definitely one of my new favourites in Freo! Thanks guys

Great food, average vibes. The dishes were delicious and definitely the highlight of the visit. The venue was decent, though nothing particularly memorable. Service could use a lift—staff seemed a bit disengaged, and a smile or two would’ve gone a long way. With a bit more warmth, this place could really shine.

A nice cafe. Kitchen staff are clearly very skilled. The food had lots of flavour, presented very well and some good combinations. The only thing holding it back from a 5 star was that the service was slightly slow. It took a very long time for our food to come out with other people coming and going in the time it took our food to arrive. There was no communication from staff during this time. I also didn't like the beef, egg, croissant combination. For me, the mixture of the different textures and flavours just didn't work

Beautiful little cafe! The atmosphere was so cosy, loved that the inside had lots of seating options. Also a child friendly play space. Love the little touches of decor and the ‘mug library’. We had the smashed avocado & the chicken on waffles. Delicious food and friendly service!

Great space decorated with many plants other decor. Their theme is tricycles I believe. I had the blueberry cheesecake which was to die for, and a strawberry matcha iced latte. The young lady who was making the coffee this morning was amazing. Great spot to hang out and chill, they even have an area with some lounge chairs and couches!

I had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, especially the zucchini and halloumi fritters and Turkish eggs, which was full of flavour. The drinks we had was Immune Tune and Pistachio Matcha Latte was so good you should try it out, especially Pistachio Matcha Latte. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal in a relaxed setting. I’ll definitely return! went back again they have launched new menu. Tried Ricotta hot cakes it was so delicious

This place is a gem! The people working here (possibly the owners) are so welcoming and polite. The food not only looked amazing but tasted amazing too! Great coffee, chai, fresh juices and milkshakes. We had the avo on toast, shakshuka, pancakes and BLT and every meal was fantastic. We absolutely loved the food. Presentation is as amazing as the taste. We tried the vegan breakfast dish and special breakfast bruschetta, everything on the plate was from fresh ingredients and very tasty. Coffee was great and their cold pressed juices are so refreshing. Friendly service with smile and great atmosphere. Looking forward to keep going back and definitely recommend this small, charming place.

Best steak sandwich I’ve ever had, hands down. Tender juicy steak so it doesn’t fall apart after the first bite!! (that’s my pet peeve with most steak sangas you get, but this place did it right) Gluten free bread was really nice as well. The Garlic aioli sauce was the bomb 💣 Little quaint spot but it packs a punch! Add this to your list if coming through freo

Went for brunch- large portions, well cooked and super delicious. What was even more impressive was the service! Friendly, fast, and super accommodating. Dog friendly too. Great experience, definitely coming back.

We were here on the new year’s day. Walked in feeling excited for some food and left this place with a huge disappointment! The coffee was good and that was it! Don’t open a cafe on a public holiday when you are not capable to serve. I can tolerate a long wait but that sad looking Salmon Benedict without hollandaise sauce for $26 is appalling and I couldn’t believe it when I saw the cheese omelette. It’s like prepared by a 2 year old and charged $20 for that? No excuse for being understaffed and also charging full price for that sort of food (inferior and imperfect) plus 15% holiday surcharge! Outrageous!

A must visit for brunch or any other time. This is not a mainstream place but an ORIGINAL! We had excellent coffee, the Lefroy breakfast and poached eggs with dukkha and avo. Food came out extra fresh and surprised our taste buds with new unexpected flavours. I believe this place is under new management which is doing very well. If you haven't been here or it's been some time you must go!

Was a cozy and vibey spot to grab a brunch fix. Had a slightly long wait of ~30mins for our food to arrive. It was still a pleasant experience!

Good flavours clearly prioritising quality ingredients, but did not particularly small portion sizes for the price. The spiced chai coffee was very good. Cafe is a cool retro feel.

After getting plenty of breakfasts around Freo, I can totally say one of the top ones by far, Food and coffee were an absolutely 10/10, everything so fresh and so well balanced. Talking about the service, the barista and waitress was Luka, who wasn’t just doing an amazing job but also being nice and funny with us, Pet friendly, quiet and chill place, good food and hospitality… One of the top places in the area 100%

Such a beautiful, relaxing & thoughtful neighbourhood cafe. If you are bored with modern cafe food/ culture - this place is for you! Their food is properly seasoned, hot, and tasty, the menu is sensible & healthy, the plating and presentation is thought out well, and everything is prepared with a high level of skill. The atmosphere doesn’t try too hard, it feels homey, yet it is stylish and creative. Overall, this will be our new breakfast destination. Well done guys, you’ve nailed it.

Visited the place on a Wednesday mid morning. Cozy place with nice decor and ambience. Food is great. Service staff were attentive and friendly. Ordered the Beef Sanga and changed the Turkish bread to Sourdough. Caramelized onions adds a nice touch of sweetness to the savory bacon and tangy tomato base. Great place by the Roundhouse. Highly recommended.

Chalkys Espresso Bar is easily one of my favourite spots in Fremantle. The coffee is consistently excellent – smooth, rich, and brewed to perfection every time. You can tell they really care about quality, using top-notch beans and skilled baristas. The food menu is just as impressive. I had the chalkys chilli and my friend ordered the huevos ranchereos – both were delicious and beautifully presented. They also have great vegan options, which is a big plus. Everything feels fresh, flavourful, and thoughtfully put together. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, perfect whether you’re catching up with friends, working on your laptop, or just enjoying a solo coffee break. The building’s charm and the friendly staff make the experience even better. If you’re in Freo and love good coffee and food, you need to try Chalkys. Highly recommend!

Had breakfast here before heading to Rottnest island. The staff were all very friendly, coffee was great and Korean chilli crab was next level. I only waited 5min for the coffee and 10min for the food. Loved it and highly recommended.

Chalkys Expresso Bar is an absolute gem in the heart of Fremantle by the round house! The chilli scrambled eggs were bursting with flavour — perfectly balanced heat, silky texture and cooked to perfection. The sambalak scrambled tofu was next level — bold, rich and hands down a true piece of art not just cooking. Every bite felt crafted with care and creativity. And to top it all off, I had possibly the best coffee I’ve ever had. Smooth, strong, and expertly made. Great vibes, friendly staff and unforgettable food. I’ll be back!

Great brunch spot in Fero! The Chalky Chilli Scram is full of flavour, one of the best on the menu. The coffee is excellent, staff are super friendly and the beachside location makes the vibe even better.

Good coffee and well located. I wish the staff had been a little more helpful in explaining the difference between a cold brew and cold drip as I still have no idea. The batch brew was on the colder side, but still lovely beans so I can’t complain too much. The cafe itself is also quite a nice environment and very spacious.

Have been a loving customer of Hush for many years, was always my favourite place to go in Freo! I’ve refrained from saying anything, but the last few times I have been here it’s been super disappointing. The staff are SO unfriendly and unwelcoming. Food is overpriced for the small portions, and stone cold. Have still recommended this place to friends and family, but they’ve all said it was not very great- mainly just rude and 2 cool 4 school :( I’d love to see this place be how it used to be!

Really good coffee, probably the best in Freo. Absolutely cannot go wrong getting your caffeine fix here. Staff are friendly, plenty of seating, 10/10 coffee and cakes, relaxing and chill atmosphere. Different sized tables to suit all groups.

A relaxed café in the West End, always brewing rotating specialty beans. I had French toast dusted with icing sugar and a lush flat white that paired beautifully. Natural light slanted in, making the space glow. Consistently good—I’ll be back whenever I need a reliable caffeine hit.

Do not recommend! Five sense coffee is delicious this cafe Hush has the right beans BUT not anything else. Over priced and dirty! The floors look like they haven’t seen a mop in years. walking to the bath room was unsettling to think my food, i just ate, was being created there. As a customer it was very dismissive the girls were lovely but there was a man, could only guess he was the owner, created a very unsettling environment over hearing a conversation about him and his ‘love’ life. So unfortunate that a great venue and location is undermined but bad energy and ownership/management. Be warmed about this venue and take with a grain of salt

Hush does a few blends at the stronger end of the spectrum and its bloody good coffee too. Apart from their house blend the have a great coffee from PNG. The food is something special too and the staff are really nice people. To top it off they're dog friendly. I'd give it six stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Alright, a thumbs up too 👍

Looking like a very popular cafe/restaurant. For the size, there is still plenty of seating, with seating available inside or outside. The menu is very surprisingly vast with the choices to choose from, including an alternative vegan substitute within the menu. Service was friendly and courteous and orders were promptly delivered. Definitely coming back here again.

Cos Baby Freo is a cozy neighbourhood café tucked below an apartment in Fremantle. Popular with locals, it’s a great spot for your morning coffee or a healthy breakfast. The café serves beautifully plated dishes, including the delicious avocado toast I tried, alongside excellent coffee. A lovely place to relax and enjoy breakfast when in Fremantle.

Such friendly service, made our day!! We tried some other breakfast cafes in Fremantle, this is the best value for money. And it was tasty. It was also great weather to sit outside. Would definitely visit again if had the opportunity.

Food here is fantastic. I forgot to take the photos of some dishes before we ate them. The scrambled eggs were perfect. Only dish we werent a fan of is the gochujang scrambled eggs - but this is us being Asian. I would say the eggs reminded us of fried carrot cake. Blueberry pancakes tasted good. Yogurt, granola and fruit was excellent. Latte tasted great.

Definitely a highlight of our trip. Still thinking about the food and drinks even though we’ve already left Perth. Mindblowingly fresh and huge food portions, iced drinks came with ice cream and strawberry matcha was so good. Thankful that I had to buy a tumbler bc there was no takeaway cup because now I get to have a souvenir to remember this fantastic cafe. Hope to be back soon!

Beautiful seaside microbrewery perfect for family & kids! Wonderful service by Ciro the pizza chef whom gave my little one some pizza dough to play with! Great pizza and beers! Awesome experience and if you are lucky, you can spot some dolphins swimming around in the sea too!

We visited quite a few breweries around Western Australia and our favourite is the Hazy Lager from Little Creatures. The atmosphere is relaxing. Besides the beers, we also enjoyed the mussels. The portion is decent for two and the taste is amazing.

Came here with my sister. It was super busy. Lots of people but we managed to snag a table upstairs. We didn't tour the brewery only stopped for a glass of vino as Little Creatures was recommended to us. Did not disappoint. Recommended

I visited both Little Creatures Brewery, Fremantle and Gage Roads Freo Brewery. Unfortunately, the day I visited Little Creatures Brewery was overcast and chilly, which made the terrace seating virtually impossible to enjoy. As a result, my overall satisfaction was higher at Gage Roads Freo Brewery, but Little Creatures Brewery, Fremantle is still a thoroughly enjoyable venue. The high-ceilinged pub area, which includes an open kitchen, was a great spot. I enjoyed an excellent tap beer, along with a pizza recommended by the staff, for dinner. They also sell canned beers and merchandise if you are looking for souvenirs. While it took a little while, I was able to order and happily drink a total of three different beers—I chose the smallest size for each. I can only imagine my experience would have been even better on a sunny day, so I felt a bit unlucky with the weather. Nonetheless, this is a brewery well worth visiting.

First time visiting a brewery, it is pretty impressive. If you like to enjoy the view, go up to the second floor. Did the beer tasting tray, i would recommend the bigger tray, it is more worthwhile. Little creatures beer in general is not bad. I just felt the merchandises were too expensive. Even if i wanted to buy as a souvenir, i would think twice.

Used to come here alk the time as a kid with my family! Amazing environment and super kind staff! However i ordered the cheeseburger and it came a little soggy and was super drenched by the time i had taken 2 bites. Other than that the burger tasted great, the pizza was amazing, and the fries were perfect!!

Had such a good time with the little creatures brewery tour. Thanks to my knowledgable guide, Daniel who made this experience even better than I expected! Looking forward to being back here again next time when visitting Perth🙌🏻🍻

5th December 2024 - We booked dinner here as part of our alphabet experience for 2024 - "Y". We were visiting here from Sydney and we had been down at the Margaret River region for the day and was running late for our reservation - thankfully the staff were so accommodating given we were a little late. There was street parking directly out front of the restaurant which made it easy to access. The food was delicious and the menu was extremely difficult to choose from as there were so many fantastic dishes listed. However, we were tired from such a big day and whilst we would have loved to have spent more time and trying a few things, we ordered 1 dish each and then headed off. The only difficulty was it was quite dark within the premises and whilst this might suit a lot of people - it wasn't our thing.

Dined at Young George this past Saturday. A very wet and quite cold day, this chill was felt within the restaurant as the main door remained wide open throughout our service period. Beef Tartare was as I remembered, very nice. Duck Fat Potatoes also really nice. The Pork Cheek however was a puzzling dish, very little meat - pork fat overload, accompanied with Charred Cabbage and for a better term, Apple Kimchi Salsa, the dish was underwhelming from the main ingredient to the uninteresting presentation. Definitely needed the Apple Salsa. Belly Pork or Pork Hock a much better cut choice for this dish. We also had a Banana Bread Pudding type dessert, very nice. Petit Fours pretty average and quite expensive. Coffees were really good. Service was very good, very attentive and professional. I will go back, being a bit more savvy with the menu options.

Our group of 9 had dinner at Young George last night. On being shown to our table, the waitress was offering options for water, but we couldn't hear because the music was too loud! She repositioned herself from the end of the table to the middle of the table, but again, we couldn't hear what options she was offering. I asked if she could turn the music volume down so we could hear her. She said a colleague would have to unlock the office, turn it down, and then check if the volume level was acceptable. The colleague came and said it was now lower, but there had been no perceptible change in volume. At this point, I wanted to leave as it's impossible to have conversations with supposed background music too loud. We were then offered another table opposite the kitchen where the music was not so overpowering. The menu is a creative fusion of different ingredients that all meld into powerful taste sensations. The food is to die for. Our table consisted of a series of small tables that each rocked and were unstable. I wedged them with a knife under the offending low corner so the stemware glasses 🥂 wouldn't topple over as the table rocked back and forth. It annoys me when restaurants don't pay attention and have a series of wedges to level tables up. I enjoyed each of the sharing plates I tried, especially the Fish Ceviche and the Grilled Watermelon, Blue Cheese, Peppery Leaves, Walnuts, and Balsamic. Although the food was delicious 😋 I would not return purely due to the music.

Always wanted to come here and try the food from one of WA’s esteemed chef’s. Well today was the day and boy did it deliver. Set in a rustic setting this place serves pretty tasty food. The beef chop chop nacho was so good that we ordered a second one after our mains in place of dessert. The milk bun ramen fried chicken, pork jowl, beef tritip and white asparagus and truffles were yum 😋 The chicken nugget was pretty average and the hype was more than the taste. Service was attentive and the drinks were good as well. An enjoyable meal but the food does take a while to come out. So do factor that in, but if you are in no rush, have good company and plenty of drinks then it’s all good 👍🏽

It's a true Freo gem. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, the food is amazing, and they have great vegetarian options. Perfect for a casual drink or a special night out - highly recommend!

We celebrated my Dad’s 60th birthday in the cellar at Young George, and it was fantastic. Perfect space for 20 people. The space had a great atmosphere for a private event, and the food was absolutely amazing! High quality, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The drinks were excellent and the service was spot on. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Great cafe for breakfast & coffee! Such a delicious and diverse rang of foods they serve on their “all day menu”. The beef brisket with potatoes was DELICIOUS! Everything the table ordered looked and tasted great. The atmosphere was really nice, and really spacious. Great for meeting a friend for coffee, or eating with a larger group. If you’re wanting to eat with 4+ people I recommend reserving a table ahead of time for weekends as it gets busy. Really great spot, will definitely come back again! 10/10 😁

We went for breakfast, ordered scrambled eggs and bacon, pretty standard stuff. Also had the hash brown, mushrooms and poached egg. Food was ok, but the poached eggs on the mushrooms were barely cooked and the white was raw on the inside. The biggest problem is the noise. You can’t hear yourself think !! That is enough for us to go elsewhere as there are plenty of other choices.

Waited for more than 45 min for the food. The kid $12 fried chicken meal looked absolutely unappetising. A Chicken Treat meal looks and tastes better. They didn’t serve it until I asked them to. They said they were waiting for the other food to come together, which they messed up the orders too. Well done for letting kid meal sitting there and for the kid to wait hungry. One adult food didn’t come until another 20 min later, then I had to chase for the other adult meal after that. Absolute bad experience and average food.

You MUST try their Breakfast Gnocchi!!! It was absolutely to die for, and the additional side their house smoked salmon was the best smoked salmon I’ve had in a long time (and I eat a lot of smoked salmon), it had a deep oaky smoked flavour and was incredibly fresh and not at all fishy or slimy like cafe smoked salmon often is. The matcha was well-made with a good quality matcha powder which I appreciate. The service was friendly and welcoming in a relaxed atmosphere. It was my second visit and I will definitely be returning more and more!

Celebrating and spending a special day with my Mum. Beautiful interior comfortable seating and able to hear each other speak. Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed bottomless non alcoholic high tea. Will be coming back soon to try other specialises.

Absolutely love May Street Larder! It’s such a cozy spot — I’ve had lunch here a few times now and it never disappoints. The food is always delicious, with so many gluten-free options (which is a huge win for someone who’s gluten intolerant!). Big shoutout to the super kind barista who made us a last-minute coffee just before closing — really appreciated the friendly service. Can’t wait to come back!

Best Wishes Coffee is a great local coffee shop I freo. They have typical coffee styles but also some tasty drip coffee too. Not something I typically see around Perth. Their food and treat selection is really good. I have had their McBacon before and it's very good. I am going to try one of their sparkling Yerba Mate sodas next time.

Bagel and coffee was excellent. Would highly recommend getting the bacon & egg bagel because it comes in a solid chunk of scrambled eggs rather than just a single sunny side up, really nice sauces that came with it too. The guy that does the coffee is also 100% committed, going out to the rainy street with a latte to look for who ordered 😂

Was the only coffee house open at 7am. Went in to hide from the rain and hot drinks (long black and hot chocolates). Very friendly staffs, was tempted to get their bagels too.

I work nearby and popped in quickly to grab something takeaway. The hot chocolate was fab, and the bagel—wow—so delicious! I mentioned I was short on time and asked not to have it heated, but really appreciated the staff being mindful of food safety and heating it up anyway. Even with the extra step, I was out in under 5 minutes. Super impressed with the service and quality. Love it—thanks team! ✨

I loved it here! I cant wait to come back again despite its distance from home. We did have to wait for about 15mins for a table, but with good company and good food, it didn't matter if the seating arrangement was a little awkward. The food was so yummy and there is so many variety in the brunch set (refreshing but filling!) And the sweet dessert options available at the counter. There's also a adjoining Local Art shop for you to peruse after you've eaten your heart out with dessert after brunch and need to walk it off a little.

Super cute Japanese cafe. Loved the market out the back. Lots of craft, jewellery and clothing. I bought some Japanese inspired chilli oil. Delicious. The brunch set was great. Loved the black sesame soy latte and the pork gyoza. There can be a bit of a wait for brunch on a weekend, but you can browse their shop while you wait.

I personally love hinata cafe! It gives a family owned restaurant vibe. Each dish feels like it is made with love. One lady (I believe the owner or manager) even approached the table to explain what we are having. I had the chirashi bowl. Couldnt get enough of it! My husband had the bento of the day which contained pork gyoza, a salad, miso soup, and dessert. He wished there was more meat options tho! But overall loved our time here! They also have an art space which I didnt get to see but definitely coming back for more 💜

Black sesame soy latte and original matcha tea were my two favourite drinks. Their sweet menu options were surprisingly good too. Worth trying those. Good vibes in general although the cafe could be a bit too crowded. But not unexpected at all considering how popular the cafe really is. Parking wise, just forget it. Go park wherever you possibly can.

Wonderful little hole in the wall type spot that’s very popular, so be prepared to wait to be seated! However once you are, the food is delicious! We had the oden and brunch set and they tasted very authentic!

I had such a great experience at Hinata Cafe! 🍱🍵 The food was honestly amazing — so fresh, flavourful, and beautifully done. There’s a really good variety on the menu too, with plenty of authentic Japanese dishes 🇯🇵 that you don’t usually find elsewhere. It honestly felt like a little piece of Japan right here. If you’re into Japanese food or just want to try something different, I definitely recommend checking it out! 🍣✨

Fabulous place for lunch by the beach (with beach views). We had a table on the front deck and asked for the quietest place. It was easy to chat with my parents and really perfect. The food was excellent. Especially loved the rhubarb baklava cheesecake. Superb!

We had a beautiful evening at Bib and Tucker. The chefs menu was outstanding and could not fault the attentive service. We were able to say when we were ready for the course. The food was delicious and innovative and well presented. Make sure you leave room for the desserts they were exceptional. If you time your dinner you may see the Sun set over the Indian Ocean. This restaurant is well worth a trip from Perth. Book in advance and don’t miss out!

I am a Malaysian. As a foreigner I enjoyed the first taste of kangaroo meat that serving here. The service is fast and they are friendly. We celebrated our friend’s birthday here and enjoying the bombe Alaska cake that make it memorable one !

My first time here, previously no luck as a walk in so I booked this time. Bland decor etc but we had an excellent sea view located on the west side by the beach.Interestingly quite a few empty tables, both inside and out. Great day and weather, except for the wind, higher glass balustrades be good. While service was friendly and professional; we were surprised our food came out before our wine. The Prawns were tasty, and while the Fish Taco's were very well pretended, too much batter and no taste to the fish. I'd pass on another time, generally too noisy and windy to be enjoyable for the price.

Amazing food, excellent service. Our first time visiting Bib and Tucker did not disappointment. All staff are friendly and helpful, they even checked in on how our food was. Slightly disappointed by our recent visit to Bib and Tucker, previously I have adored the food but I felt the menu and quality has dropped and now feels like up-market, over priced pub food. The entree portions were very large and generous and the foccacia was impeccable, however, everything else was a bit average and lacked salt. The fish tacos were mainly beer-batter with very little fish and the octopus was beyond charred and tasted just plain burnt. The mains were quite tasty and well cooked however again lacked salt. The baklava cheesecake was tasty however the bombe Alaska dessert didn’t arrive until 30mins after all the other desserts. The service was good and staff were well-trained. The ambience was somewhat taken away by the screens blocking the balcony so we weren’t even able to see the sunset we had specifically come to Bib and Tucker to see.

Second time I came here. It's nice to get away from the crowd of the Market. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. Nice modern decor. Staff are very attentive. Food is Asian fusion and lovely. I'm not really fond of eggplant/aubergine 🍆 but the ones I had, had a nice light crunchy batter and the sauce was delicious. Will order it again. They have yum char from bout 9-1130am on Sunday so will try to make it. They also have a Lunch special $69 for 2. Pick any three dishes. Well worth it.

Incredible food, and personable and friendly staff. Everything was amazing, we were so full afterwards. Surprisingly well priced too, and a cozy atmosphere, even outside, they have heaters everywhere, and extra cushions and blankets to make you feel right at home. Standout dishes were the lamb ribs, Peking duck pancakes and the beef cheeks

Absolutely delicious! Went on a Sunday evening and managed to get a walk in table outside. Lovely ambiance. They have a deal of 5 dishes for $ whatever price for two people, which we thought was a lot of food for just two people. We just took our extras home as it was too nice not to! The curry was the winner - 10/10

Emily and Taylor Bar is such a gorgeous spot in Fremantle — stylish, cosy, and full of charm. The moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, and you can tell they really care about creating a great experience for guests. Amazing! Found this place on the corner in Fremantle. Saw the “fresh dumpling” sign and decided to check it out. It did not disappoint! We had the massaman beef curry with the pork dumplings. The servers were so kind, friendly & attentive. The outdoor area was lovely, would be perfect for a summer evening. We are excited to come back again!

We had no booking and arrived while the restaurant was clearly busy, but the staff still welcomed us warmly. They asked us to return in half an hour, and when we came back, they offered us some bubbles while we waited — such a lovely touch! The service throughout was outstanding, and we were especially impressed by our server, Pietro, who was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Emily Taylor’s for both the hospitality and atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

All of the food taste amazing! We ordered steak frites, eggs benny chan, and chili scramble as well as the matcha blueberry. The matcha is not that strong, very recommended for beginner matcha drinker. We also tried dubai toast, biscoff matcha, and Sticky dates hot cakes. Shout out to Claudia for taking care of us!😊

Loved our time dining here, especially because of our server George! He’s amazing and goes above and beyond making sure that everything was okay and timely. Korean fried chicken burger was 👌🏻👌🏻. Roasting Warehouse burger could do with a slice of cheese, a lil more sauce and more pickles (which was delicious!). 🤭 Chips were perfection too. Coffee was well rounded, and balanced well with the sweet pistachio.

After seeing this place all over my social media’s, we finally visited. It was packed! Parking was a bit difficult to find, due to it being so busy we parked on a nearby street and walked down. We didn’t have to wait very long for a table as people were coming and going. The staff were really lovely! Super polite and friendly vibes the entire time. The food was average in my opinion but the choices we made were pretty basic (French toast & The Roast Warehouse Burger). The French toast is $28, and you only get 1 x slice. I feel that, if it’s going to be this pricey-you should at least get 2 x slices. It looked very pretty though. The burger was good, a simple beef burger and the chips were amazing with the aioli sauce. We also ordered the Freddo Cappuccino with caramel and vanilla syrup which was delicious! The seating area outside was really spacious which I really liked, it was easy to move around the place. When we went inside to pay, it seemed a little cramped but I cannot comment fully on this as we were in and out. I think this is a good spot for catch ups and meeting's, all sorts! Will definitely return to try more of the menu! Thanks for having us!!!

While many visitors to Fremantle are recommended to explore the famous “Cappuccino Strip,” I wandered a bit further and came across Roasting Warehouse South Fremantle — and I’m glad I did. Unlike the small cafés in the town center that mainly serve light meals and coffee to enjoy on the spot, this place is a spacious roastery café with a lively atmosphere and a great selection of merchandise. The terrace seating area is very popular, especially on sunny days. When I was trying to choose coffee beans, a very kind staff member said, “If you need any help, please feel free to ask me,” and offered excellent advice. I mentioned that I prefer light roast beans with more acidity rather than dark roast, and I found exactly what I wanted to take home. Their cappuccino — one of their signature drinks — was also excellent. Just be careful with the chocolate powder on top; it tends to stick around your mouth if you’re not paying attention. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, both for coffee and hospitality.

Definitely wouldn't go here without a table booking. Even with a booking, the service wasn't great. I get that they're busy (super super busy) but even after asking for our 4th chair for our 4 people booking it took them ages to bring the chair. You get the table for 2 hours, however don't expect to get your food before the hour and a half mark. Two of our meals were cold, however the Eggs Benny Chan and Dubai Toast were very yummy. After finishing our food we still had to wait about 30/40 mins for our drinks we had ordered before the food. It seems they prioritise the walk in drink orders before dine in - which I can understand, however it was a ridiculously long wait. And we didn't even like the drinks after all that. Was not tasty at all. Probably won't be back for a while. I fear this place got hit with a wave of popularity and they don't have the staff and equipment to back it up.

We visited Roasting Warehouse for the first time today and had the best experience! The staff were super friendly and accomodating. We didn’t have a booking but they made it work. The guy that served us was so full of energy and fun and made the experience so great. The food and drinks were phenomenal! Will definitely be back.

Really nice big cafe in Freo with very interesting menu! For drinks we ordered the Freddo cappuccino, iced mango matcha latte and the iced strawberry matcha latte. The Freddo cappuccino was pretty good! 4/5 star, it’s really good if you like a strong coffee because it’s a shaken espresso on top of a brew with some cold foam. Additional sweeting is definitely needed if you don’t like a strong coffee but it taste good with either the syrup or honey. Down side is that it isn’t actually a lot of coffee and if you leave the foam bit unshaken for a while it because 65-75% full so it’s quite aerated. Overall it’s pretty good though. Wasn't the best matcha, didn't work well with the strawberry combo. It was better with the mango but not the best. It came in really cool bottles which made it interesting! Food was amazing! We got the Turkish eggs, egg Benedict and the Korean chicken waffle. Turkish eggs were a favourite, was super tasty! The Egg Benedict was a very unusual way of serving it but was super delicious! The Korean chicken was super tasty but it is quite sweet. It gets super busy here and you might be in line for a while but staff are quite accommodating and friendly! Really nice cafe, with plenty of seating outside and some inside. Pricing is about what you'd expect for a cafe in Freo on the slightly pricier side. Parking might be difficult since it's Freo but you can park near the beach or find some along the road.

This is my go to place for breakfast when I have a meal break in Fremantle. Eggs Benny with Bacon and a large coffee. The food is excellent, and the coffee is great too!!! The bonus, when you order a mug, they provide a long teaspoon (it’s the little things….). The staff are always friendly.

Food was amazing; very generous portions and fabulous presentation. We went on Saturday morning and arrived before it got too busy but the kitchen struggled to keep up with the orders. We waited at least 30 minutes which wouldn't have been too bad if we didn't have our eager toddler. That being said, the food was absolutely worth the wait. Highly recommend.

I have been a regular customer here for several months, usually coming for takeaway coffee. Today, however, I decided to sit at the outdoor seating. I had brought food from another cafe but still ordered coffee from this establishment. I fully understand and respect a “no outside food” policy, even for outdoor seating, but the way the older employee handled the situation was unacceptable. She was unnecessarily rude — avoiding eye contact, short-tempered, and passive-aggressive throughout the interaction. To make matters worse, my friend was on a serious and private family phone call when she came out of her way to interrupt and tell us we were “taking up too much space.” This was not only inconsiderate but extremely unprofessional. As a paying customer who has supported this business regularly, I was shocked at how poorly we were treated. A polite reminder of the policy would have been completely fine, but hostility and a lack of basic respect toward loyal customers is not. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning

The hotcake is truly amazing! As an Asian, the highest compliment I can give is that it makes me feel like I’m in Japan. Fluffy, soft and perfectly cooked 🥞 I can’t wait to try the other dishes next time!” The waitress on the second floor is also hospitable and lovely. One small pity is that the air is a bit smoky and greasy from the cooking.

I always came here when in the Fremantle area for a coffee when it was called The attic. Now under new ownership. The first thing I noticed was the barista ladies were either very busy and under a lot of pressure or just unhappy. The welcome was terrible. I decided to give it a go anyway. Once I got upstairs the service from the wait staff was excellent I ordered a cafe latte and some zucchini avocado egg toast thingy. The flavour in the food was perfect and the coffee was also perfect. I’m glad I didn’t walk away. Baristas add a smile to your dial and this place will be 5 star

Breakfast was pretty reasonable and the coffee was decent. The venue was quite busy (a good sign!) although limited seating for breakfast. Parking was a challenge out the front too, but street parking is available, albeit a short walk to the cafe. A good place to stop for brekkie nonetheless!

Very disappointing experience. I visited today for two takeaway coffees. The woman who took my order was extremely unfriendly, her tone and attitude made the whole interaction uncomfortable, even though she didn’t say anything explicitly rude. She seemed disinterested and very cold, which left a really bad impression. To be clear, the barista preparing the coffee was friendly, but unfortunately, the coffee itself was very poor as well. Overall, I regret spending my money here and won’t be returning.

Mr Neal, the boss and counter attendant, told me he started this '9 Seeds' cafe 9 years ago. The only thing I could describe for this cafe is 'Busy! Busy! Busy!' Yeap, people love the coffee here. The house coffee was well balanced in taste with a bit of roasted smell and very slight sourness, good body and smooth. Good and friendly staff. This nice and good size cafe is just located beside the busy Marmion St, Fremantle. Free roadside parking bays, and easy for a quick pick up. Cheers! (2021-07)

2023: we went back for breakfast because it was really good, unfortunately the quality of food has dropped, the menu on their on their website is very different to the actual menu in the cafe, very disappointed! The food was alright, but certainly not as good as before. ______________ 2022: Nice breakfast place, we had the "fill up" and "Cured salmon salad", the hash was good. I really like the cured salmon salad with sweet potato hummus and beetroot couscous, generous portions.

Always have positive experiences at 9 seeds. Food is delicious and pretty well priced. Usually comes pretty quickly too. Can usually find nearby street parking pretty quickly, might be a bit more difficult on a Sunday but just means a slightly longer walk which is fine for us but something to keep in mind for those less mobile. Seating is comfortable and outside area is dog friendly.

I picked up a tasty long Mac topped up. While I had no sugar added, the beans had a slight natural sweetness to them. Not over powering but tasty. It looks like they have an amazing bagel selection. I didn't try any, but them or someone of their other counter selection looks good. Their new location is a bit hidden if you're new to the area but definitely a good find. Give this place a go.

I’m always on the lookout for rooftop bars and stumbled across Mr Chapple from a distance. Cool building, great area and the rooftop is amazing. Nice views of Fremantle and a cool breeze. Good service and prices a well worth a visit.

My colleague and I saw the rooftop of Mr Chapple as we were driving past it the night before, so we decided to go check it out the following day. This is a converted synagogue and it’s absolutely beautiful inside. We ended up going there for three afternoons in a row, as we loved the service and the great beers they have on tap. Also, please check out that Espresso Martini — it looks like a piece of art! I’d love to go back and try out the adjacent Thai restaurant, Tonic + Ginger.

Mr. Chapple in Fremantle offers an outstanding dining experience. The food was exceptional, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. What truly sets this restaurant apart is the service – the manager and staff went above and beyond, proactively addressing a minor delay in our meals without any prompting. It’s rare to see such attentiveness, and it really made a difference. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for any occasion. Despite the brief hiccup with timing, the overall experience was fantastic. Delicious food, excellent service, and a great vibe make Mr. Chapple a place I’ll happily return to and highly recommend to others.

We have drank and eaten here quite a few times. It is one of our favourites when in Freo, which is rather frequently. Today we had a glass of the Clare Valley Riesling and a couple of share plates. The chicken bao and the beef brisket skewers. Both delicious. Highly recommended.

Another great coffee shop in Freo. They open up nice and early for those starting work early or just craving a coffee kick. I didn't have it but their red velvet cake looks absolutely epic. If I am having a sugar craving, it would be an awesome option. If you are in freo and need an early early coffee, check this place out.

Dropped in for a late breakfast on the public holiday. The food and service were fantastic. Best poached eggs I've had in a long time. The French toast was amazing, light and fluffy, with very fresh berries. Great experience and we will definitely be back to try the crepes.

Lovely visit for breakfast on a Saturday morning, great coffee and beautiful sitting in the courtyard. Also impressed by the two young guys working there, they were both very helpfull, quick to clear tables, deliver coffees and always looking for something to do.

Our orders were really well executed - Scrambled eggs with 3 cheeses was fluffy and moist with that right cheese balance, the eggs Benny had a really crispy maple bacon and wonderful hollandaise on top of a unique leeks and spinach mix that gave it an edge over normal egg bennys. The Mushroom crepe was really tasty but could feel tad too rich halfway through. Staff seemed to be unsure of what to do when we arrived when we mentioned we have a reservation. Otherwise, place was buzzing.

Firstly, the coffee is delicious. Lattes are served in double-walled glasses. Baked goods are clearly made in-house. The dishes are beautifully presented, quality over quantity. Priced fairly. We went for breakfast and were both very satisfied - had the eggs benedict (with maple bacon) and sweet potato croquet. Lovely spot to sit, open windows and morning sun shining on tables outside. Staff were very pleasant, packing up our takeaway items neatly and coming over to hand our takeaway coffee to us. There's even a great little kids corner designed very tastefully so that it adds to the overall boutique feel of the cafe. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been to all the cafés in Fremantle rated over 4 stars, and this one is easily in my top two. The French toast is exceptional, the coffee is rich and smooth, and the juice is so refreshing. Definitely a place I’ll come back to!

One of my faves in Perth. They know how to elevate a dish---my 3 cheese scrambled egg on a sourdough toast is just *chef's kiss* not to mention the crispy bacon paired with it. They also torched the eggs a bit so theres this smoky touch to it. Yum! My husband had the blueberry french toast which was also 5/5. Prices reasonable. Vibe is french chic 👌 Very much suitable for a sunday brunch. Also bathrooms kept clean and very well placed---away from the main dining area. Plus points on this hygiene detail 👏

The food tastes just as good as it looks – especially the scrambled eggs on sourdough, with the bread being surprisingly soft. Service is prompt and efficient, and the café is very child-friendly, featuring a playroom and a toilet equipped with a diaper-changing station. Highly recommended if you’re in the Fremantle area!

Decent spot for a little brunch fix! ordered the classic eggs and toast, with a side of pickled zucchini. The zucchini was tangy and had a good crunch to it too, definitely an interesting add-on. They offer other interesting menu options too but I do find it abit pricier than average. Service was great and pleasant!

We have been before, and other than the slightly elevated prices (which is expected in Mosman) always enjoyed it. Unfortunately on this day the experience was very underwhelming; it was freezing inside, with the door wide open and no heating on. Needless to say, our breakfast went also cold pretty much as soon as it arrived. And $26 for two pieces of chicken and a pancake is just too much. I hope this was an outlier, as it appears food is usually much more appetising.

I live next door and have given this place plenty of chances, but the service has consistently been slow. Whether I order in person or through the app, it always takes more than 15 minutes to get a simple coffee—this has been the case for over four years. I’ve even tried ordering 20 minutes before leaving home, only to arrive and find my order still waiting to be made. While the food is good, the wait times are among the slowest I’ve experienced in Perth. If you’re looking for quick and reliable service, this might not be the best option.

Went to the Good things on Sunday. It was super busy and took some time before we got a table. One we sat down the awesome server came and took our order. The coffee was absolutely amazing and hit the spot. I got the Chilly Scrambled eggs on a roti (pictured) it was the right amount of spice and the roti base was the game changer. Well worth the drive down to eat there. Be prepared to wait as it can get busy however the wait is definitely worth it. Highly recommended

Very under-staffed. Plates, cups, glasses left on all the tables and we had to clear our own table and wipe it ourselves. No water glasses to be seen and upon asking, were told that they had run out. We were assured they would bring them out. After an hour we still had no glasses. The person making the coffee was polite and tried her best under the circumstances. Wont be going there again.

Food here is really good. We ordered the avocado bread and truffle mac and cheese. The truffle mac and cheese is exceptional. Tasted really good. Lattes, hot chocolates and cappuccino is great too. The service is great as well. Waiters were polite and friendly.

We had made a reservation which is advisable as the restaurant is very popular in the weekend. We ordered the “Fried Chick’n” Waffle and the Truffle Mac N Cheese. Both were delicious. Large portions too. (I had asked about it the Breakfast Burrito but it was sold out already at 11:00) We had Flat White with Oat Milk also which were great too. Excellent service. Very nice ambiance. Note: This is a vegan restaurant.

Vegetarian cafe that has a fresh and tasty menu. Gluten-free friendly. Good coffee. All the alternative milks. Loved the smashed avo and pumpkin, the dragon bowl was also delicious. They have big tables for big groups too. I love that you can get half serves of each dish - for when you'd like to try a few options or not that hungry. Also, great atmosphere. Chill and open.

Went here for my birthday dinner, and what a lovely time!! We ordered a whole range of dishes, and every single one was delicious and beautifully presented. My family are not vegan, but they adored the food. Shout out also to the staff who were very attentive and really made it a delightful experience.

What an amazing find! Arrived in Fremantle on the ferry from Perth today and headed straight here for lunch based on other reviews. Food was absolutely delicious, staff were friendly and service was excellent! Hubby had Dragon Bowl and I had the Spring Harvest Salad. Amazing flavours! YUM!!! Its like an Acai-bar: you can build/create your own Acaibowl - choose between different toppings, fruits, nuts and add-ons. Everything is tasting very fresh and the bowls are quite big. Price is okay and service is extremely friendly and fast. I can't wait for my next visit. 🌸

So I chose oatmeal flatwhite. I have never tried but I would definitely not recommend oatmeal milk because it tasted really funny. My bad choice of coffee but would definitely recommend this place as you can still taste the quality of the beans. Service is quick, and staff is friendly. They've got a backyard and cool artwork.

Thick consistency Acai bowls like the ones you get from the Acai corner. Great value for money with 3x different size options from small-large. Variety of other menu items as well I should add! An all round super cute, quaint and quirky store right next to subway at the start of the main strip of Fremantle. Another favourite added to the list!!

I went here after bought groupon deals. The Acai was okay, they give tons of toppings which I love! I got the "Most Popular" acai. The difference of 'snack size' are 'regular size' are huuggeeee. So if you hungry, definitely get the regular one, you can share with that. The lady that taking care of my order was super nice!

GESHA Café in Fremantle is a solid spot for a weekend coffee run, especially if you're part of the Lycra brigade—Saturday and Sunday mornings see the place buzzing with cyclists, and the ample bike racks out front make it a convenient stop. The coffee here is consistently great, and the open, airy layout ensures it never feels too cramped, even during the morning rush. While the menu leans more toward modern café fare rather than classic bacon-and-eggs style breakfasts, the offerings are still fresh, well-prepared, and reasonably priced. The location is excellent, with plenty of nearby parking making it easy to drop in. Overall, GESHA offers a relaxed, vibrant atmosphere with quality coffee at the centre of it all—well worth a visit, especially if you're rolling in on two wheels.

I liked the brisket breakfast and the other meals we ordered looked pretty good. I also like that you can order and pay via the QR code on the table. Coffee was ok. A few items on the menu seemed to be unavailable on the day that we went.

After visiting Roasting Warehouse South Fremantle, I walked to GESHA Cafe Fremantle, operated by GESHA Coffee Co, with the goal of buying whole beans as gifts for friends and family. Since I had just enjoyed a cappuccino at the previous café, I focused solely on purchasing four 250g bags of coffee beans. The café is a little farther from the station and felt quieter than the more bustling cafés, but this allowed me to take my time choosing the beans. The bags have charming designs, making them perfect as souvenirs. A note for those unfamiliar: “GESHA” refers to the famous Geisha coffee variety, a well-known specialty coffee bean. Using this name in the café’s branding may surprise gift recipients who notice it on the bag — they might ask, “Is this really Geisha coffee?” I thought it was worth mentioning for anyone considering it as a gift. Overall, the experience was pleasant and relaxed, with a good opportunity to select high-quality specialty coffee beans in a calm setting.

Coffee was great! Corn fritters were yum with perfectly poached eggs, loved it. Eggs on toast was okay - very basic. Toast size was a bit small compared to other cafes. Cold press juice was great but was served in glasses that were not properly cleaned. Ambience was nice. Service was good. Would go again for a takeaway coffee for sure!

First things first. The coffee is hot and strong. It's well and truly worth the cost which is good value btw. I haven't tried the food yet. I'm worried I might develop an addiction if I do. GESHA is located in an old workshop building from the 1970s and the bare joyces, no ceiling nature of the building forms the basis of their cut down basic decor. That's not to say boring though. There's some great art on the walls. The staff are really friendly and as I probably mentioned, make really great coffee as well. ☕

Eaten here a few years back, and now this visit. Food and service both tines have been very good, though this visit we didn’t realise eating outside is takeaway, and caused a bit of confusion, but kindly let us remain outside. Very happy with our visit, hubby loved the Big Breakfast

Lovely family-run business which you don't usually find these days...strength of the coffee was just right while enjoying a pastie and cured my severe, lifelong nicotine addiction. Reached into my handbag for a serviette when my hand stopped and I realised the craving wasn't there anymore. Haven't had a single puff in days!!

C tier Cafe. The vibes are nice though, you have an open area for pigeons to come by and eat the crumbs. The cinnamon scroll was okay, nothing too great. The chips had chicken salt and hence they tasted really good. Would recommend the chips. Everything else is okay. This place it NOT HALAL.

First visit back in about 15 years. Food still as amazing as I remember, the pies alone are worth the visit, but probably the best caramel iced coffee I've ever had comes pretty close in second place. Very affordable, well worth it

This breakfast site was earmarked as an interesting part of Fremantle’s history so our family was excited to breakfast here. We found it pretty good .. pies were great, the pie special served with mash, peas and gravy was definitely different.. We recommend Culleys Tea Ro9ms

I have been to culleys many of times I believe the pricing has gone up . very disappointed I noticed they have no pricing on the blackboard when you order they did have years ago which it helped knowing what you will be paying for . Unfortunately not enough service always getting ignored when asking to add to a meal. Dressing these issues can easily be fixed and I believe people would be more happy knowing what they will be paying for food & drinks I was never told about a menu they did not ask if I wanted a menu

My son and I have been coming to Cullys almost every Wednesday this year for breakfast before he goes to school and I go to work. We just LOVE this place! Great service, amazing food and cozy atmosphere! The staff are always friendly!

My favourite place for lunch and to buy supplements. The salads are extremely fresh and the salmon frittata has got to be the best I have tasted! Supplements are priced at the same as or even cheaper than online, with a LOT of options. I highly recommend coming here for lunch and to stock up on healthy supplements. This place is my Wednesday treat.

I found Manna about 25 years ago, a small store with a wooden screen door then on Wray Ave. I’m still a customer. It’s bigger, extensively stocked with fresh, frozen and non perishable produce, bulk goods, and supplements, cleaning and health products. Always a colorful array of dine-in and takeaway meals and snacks for all tastes and diets. Still my go-to for everything.

Folks, I expected to be underwhelmed, but the harvest salad was freaking amazing. 10/10 would order again, it had avocados and onions and cherry tomatoes and chickpeas and feta and this amazing pesto mayo. Added smoked salmon for additional protein.

Not here to hate on places, however the food here is really poor. The menu selection is too great to ensure consistent quality. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures of the food v what actually comes out. Staff were okay and I liked the atmosphere.

I ordered the pulled pork burger and the pork was smell off. As a chef, I know when meat is spoiled. When I raised it with the staff, they insisted it wasn’t and only offered an apology without taking it seriously. Very disappointing and concerning for food safety.

Place is rusting and falling apart, outdoor roof is mouldy and has a gigantic hole in it. Food is substandard and just bland. Service is average, the manager is rude. Should have known better than to go to a Dome, but we were sick of everywhere else. Won’t make that mistake again.

I enjoyed the European cafe style of Dome, with its wood panels and flooring, soft light, and colourful cielung features. The Rottnest Island location has many comfortable booths to sit in, a bustling kitchen, and very quick service. For me, a BLT with avocado was just the thing I needed before heading out to explore the island, and I liked having a side of potato chips.

Food was great we got the pancakes and waffles, it came out super fast and the staff seemed really friendly. They were playing nice jazz music too

7th December 2024 - breakfast at this interesting Italian cafe in Fremantle. An early open was fantastic to give us a morning coffee. The cafe was decorated in some appealing Italian decor and the place was very busy - indicating a potential good choice for breakfast. We didn't order anything extravagant, just some toasted sandwiches and coffee and they were OK. The service was a little rushed and disconnected - however they were really busy and may have been a little stressed. Indoor and outdoor dining is offered at this cafe, so it was good to be able to sit outside and watch the Fremantle life pass by.

Heaps of people here having breakfast and buying coffee which tasted pretty good. Seating inside and outside on a busy street. Service was fast but the two people serving were quite surly in their manner towards customers.

You can feel the history behind this cafe, we love the atmosphere there, lots of good old time photos on the wall, however the biscoff cheese cake we had had too much gelatine in it, taste more like a jelly cake, the honey cake was great. Coffees are quite strong which could be great for coffee lovers. The foam on the cappuccino was the best!

We have our breakfast here. The place is crowded. The staff were busy. The menu hasn't got any pictures. So we ended up ordering 1 breakfast wrongly.

Last time I visited this café, I had a good experience, but this time was very disappointing. It was difficult to place my order because the staff member was making loud noises while arranging utensils, and when serving my cake, they threw the fork onto the plate in front of me. I felt this was disrespectful to the customer. The cake also seemed old and not fresh. Coffee and tea were okay, but the overall service left a negative impression.

This cafe is on the Hop-on-hop-off bus route, and offers a restful spot amidst nature and some quokkas. Friendly and prompt service, and a good variety on menu. I thoroughly enjoyed the freshness of the salad...only thing to perfect this is to roast the pumpkin instead of boiled.

The food here was surprisingly delicious and well priced. We thought it would be extortionate and basic but we were happy to be wrong. The chips were incredible and the bagel and toastie were elevated. Staff were super friendly and there were lots of quokkas around which was a bonus

Three of us came here, ordered separately, my wife got her meal and drink, my daughter got her, but me and my daughter didn’t receive our order, I waited for 45 minutes then I frustrated. Asked staff about it but no result, I got really upset and at last I asked front desk for refund. My order was fish and chips and calamari salad, as a chef myself I know how this will takes to prepare.

We dropped by this cafe for a late lunch. It was our last stop on the hop on, hop off bus before reaching the main town on Rottnest Island. There are seats both inside and outside. The vegan burger and fish and chips were delicious, especially since we were hungry. The fire engine drink was nice too.

Pretty decent. They have QR codes on the table to order, which is brilliant if you are a solo diner and don’t want to run the risk of losing your table, but you can only order drinks/desserts from it, and not the lunch menu which you’ve got to go inside to order for! Burger was a little bit dry but decent enough, got to see a quokka whilst I waited, can’t complain

I had a marvellous day exploring Rottnest Island and was ravenous in the end. The Frankies BBQ pizza was generous and tasty. Naila provided delightful service to all the tables around and was highly adept at shooing away the crows. Once happy hour started at 3pm, I indulged in an Apple Pie cocktail and The Lighthouse cocktail made by Eszter the bartender and they were delicious!! The perfect dessert! Great finish to a glorious day with quokkas nearby but not inside the restaurant. Obviously with the cocktails and a cider I spent more than most for lunch but it was worth it.

Amazing pizza & cocktails! We visited here after our 30km bike ride around the island & it was a perfect way to relax and refuel! Our waitress Naila was very friendly, kind & attentive. Esther (cocktail maker) is the best!! We arent locals & these were some of the best cocktails we have ever had…. Plus beautifully presented. Would definitely recommend & if we lived here we would be frequent flyers! Thank you again!!

Unrivalled pizzas. Probably the best we've had on this trip. Can get really crowded too. Best part, the quokkas are roaming all around, becareful not to step on or kick em. Must try the garlic prawns pizza. It is, to die for.

Had such a great experience here during happy hour! The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the wine selection was excellent. What really made the evening special was our waitress Lucy– she was warm, attentive, and had great recommendations without ever being pushy. She made us feel looked after and added such a nice personal touch to the night. Definitely a spot I’d come back to and recommend to friends.

A restaurant located near the main settlement of Rottnest Island. It is also the place where there are plenty of quokkas, so you can see many quokkas outside or even some of them coming in to the place. Ordered a Margherita pizza and a truffle mushroom pasta, which are both Italian foods, and they all taste great and worth the price. The pizza is well made, with a soft dough and the toppings paired really well with it. The pasta also has nice flavours, with intense mushroom flavours with a hint of truffle as well. The place has indoors and outdoor seatings. The staff here are also friendly, and foods came out relatively quick. Overall a great restaurant to visit, with great food and nice views of the Island with quokkas as well.

We only ordered the pepperoni pizza. We called and ordered the pizza for pick up and it was ready at the said pick up time. The pizza was amazing, 10/10. The dough was soft and nice. You can taste the fresh pizza sauce on every bite. The pizza is simple but made to perfection. It was honestly one of the best pepperoni pizzas i have tried.

The fish and chips at this restaurant were absolutely delicious. I just stopped by for a short break and decided to get some takeaway, and both staff members who served me were incredibly friendly. I believe one of the female staff members had a name that sounded like “D” — she was especially warm and helpful, and truly made my experience on the island even more memorable. I hope the owner sees this review and gives her the recognition she deserves.

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION But extremely noisy. We went on a Friday for an early lunch. Parking is easy - you get the first 2 hours free. Sometimes, getting a spot may be hard. Food is exceptional, and we had the BLT and salmon salad. I was able to have no rice or quinoa and dressing on the side as accommodations to my order - very grateful!! There is plenty to choose from, and if you can get an outside table, the view is amazing. Service was okay, but staff literally cut in front of me as I was walking to our table and no smiles from anyone - I guess they were just busy. It was very crowded and noisy, so not great for a conversation, and they had 2 people sitting at a 6 seater in a lot of places, so table allocation was difficult. But location and food - you can't beat!

I recently visited this riverside restaurant on a sunny day and was impressed by its stunning views. Although there is plenty of parking available, it tends to fill up during peak times. Fortunately, there's additional parking nearby, and it's an enjoyable walk to the restaurant on a nice day. The food was tasty and the service efficient. However, I noticed that the spot gets busy with long queues during peak hours, and it can get a bit noisy. If you plan to visit, it's best to arrive early to avoid a long wait while still enjoying the beautiful riverside views.

We expected bigger portions for the food given the higher price so that was a slight disappointment. Pancakes appeared to have shrunk as I remember them to be larger in diameter and thicker. I will avoid Mondays in future because most cafes close on Mondays, so the whole town seemed to have rocked up to Dome 😅. There was already a crowd at 11:30am, and the queue to order food snaked outside along the outdoor patio. After a 20 min queue to the cashier, we were informed it was a minimum 30 min wait for food to be prepared. Since it was full house, and coupled by the fact that it was school holidays, it was very noisy. So yeah, I went on the worst day possible. 😂 Given the circumstances I think staff managed the lunch hour well. Cashier was still smiling as she served me, ladies were still smiling when they brought our food and when I approached the kitchen to request for extra plates, the staff did not look annoyed at my request. So kudos to management for having well trained staff.

Absolutely horrendous service this afternoon. 45 minutes for two drinks and pieces of cake. To top it off the first cake they ran out of the first cake selection and then the substitute. No apology or offer to make it up. And that is to say nothing about the mess that was left on tables and not cleared away. Great atmosphere for the seagulls.

I visited Dome for breakfast and unfortunately left disappointed. I ordered eggs Benedict and a cappuccino. The ham was shrivelled and cold, one egg was overcooked and not runny, and the toast was so hard I couldn’t even cut it. The presentation felt rushed and unappealing. Service was also an issue — I waited over 30 minutes for both my meal and coffee, and when the cappuccino arrived (despite asking for extra hot), it was lukewarm. For $23 for the meal alone, I expected much better quality, freshness, and service. I’ve enjoyed Dome in the past, but this visit was very disappointing.

I love Dome. It's kind of like the closest thing to a diner that we have in Perth. I couldn't remember coming to this particular location before so I brought my mum. It was a beautiful sunny Friday and we popped in for a tea, coffee and a Florentine first, then enjoyed a walk by the water. (All delicious and promptly served). After running a few errands we returned for lunch. This is a picturesque location by the Swan River and plenty of people were seated by the windows or outside. Mum and I missed out on a window seat but grabbed a booth and flicked through a magazine. We shared a fish and chips and had a coke. We have no complaints with the food or service. I would definitely return to this particular Dome cafe! Note that there is lots of paid parking available but apparently it is free for the first 2 hours. They use the EasyPark app here.

Coffee and relaxed atmosphere was delightful. Arrived after a busy time as there were empty coffee cups on most tables but were slowly being cleaned away. Toilets were fairly clean but needed a refresh. I would go back for the view and relaxed atmosphere. 😌

Typical cafe, however serving a ‘Cray dog’ of W.A. red lobster/crayfish burger. Strong flavours enjoyable if albeit a premium $25. Outdoor dining with local quokkas!

The craydog (freshly caught crayfish with jalapeño harissa, garlic & lime mayo in a soft bun) is SO delicious! Plus the perk of dining with a view of quokkas and joeys! Thanks to Tiana and team for the wonderful service too. One of the things I did enjoy was hearing them say “Thank you <customer’s name>” when calling out the order instead of just yelling out the name. Gratitude makes such a huge positive difference to the vibe of a cafe! Big thanks Lane Cafe for making the Rotto adventure so special 💕

The Lane has become one of the treasures of Rottnest. Excellent food and coffee, friendly service, flexible with dietary requests. Ohhh that crayfish roll, oohh that pumpkin and chocolate loaf!! I recently visited Zephyr Cafe, and my experience was a bit underwhelming. While the location itself is pleasant, the food quality was average at best. Unfortunately, my meal was served cold, which significantly impacted my enjoyment. Considering the price point, the service didn't quite meet expectations. There seems to be a disconnect between the cost and the level of service provided. The staff were polite but not particularly attentive. Overall, based on this experience, I'd rate it 3 stars. There's definitely room for improvement in both the kitchen and front-of-house.

I understand prices need to rise with inflation, but the meal quality was hugely disappointing. A $29 steak sandwich came on supermarket bread instead of brioche, with a tough, cheap cut of steak cooked well-done (my jaw hurt chewing it) and frozen chips. Gorgeous location, but the food is not worth it. Don't waste your $$ for food.

This is such a hrrat spot to visit for breakfast or lunch. It's right on the foreshore of the river with a small dog friendly beach. The venue is also dog friendly and provides bowls of cold water for your companion. Food was tasty, staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the views were very relaxing.

Very nice place to spend some time with friends. Sitting near the rivers edge is always a favourite and on a sunny day it just gets better. The food was very nice and not super expensive. The coffee was well made and perfect temperature for holding the mug in your hands. The staff were very friendly and helpful. An altogether pleasant experience. Nice. Had everything you need for breakfast. Although it was extra for a barista coffee! We had a discount voucher so we were happy for price we paid. May have been disappointed if full price tho. Pleasant staff tho, nice and clean and food topped up as needed. Nice choice of hot, cold, fruit, danish. But just don’t go expecting a selection like at Crown!!

We were so disappointed of our $38.00 buffet experience. There was a great selection of food but it was cold or Luke warm. I did manage a hot hash brown. There was ample food so didn’t understand why it was cold. The free coffee was terrible and I was a bit miffed at having to pay extra for a Barista made coffee. We were checking out a venue for a friend’s breakfast catch up but that won’t be happening now. There is no way I would pay $38.00 for a cold breakfast. I was so disappointed.

Disappointing visit for our buffet breakfast. Was expecting a nice buffet choice with good coffee, but instead had a breakfast that was luke warm and had to pay extra for a barista made coffee. The barista was quite rude and blunt as well when I went to order a coffee, filling out a form and waiting 20 minutes for a coffee. The atmosphere of the place is beautiful but not enough staff around to help and very average food.

Had a pleasant buffet lunch on a Sunday. Food was very good, and nicely presented. The desserts have improved. The staff friendly and helpful. Decor bright and clean. We have come for many years. However, we were very disappointed that they have stopped their January special. Today we paid $45. each. The percolated coffee (which was very good) that used to come with the buffet, has been replaced with burnt tasting coffee in an urn, which I just couldn't drink. The tea selection was good. The Seniors card WA website, advertised that they give members a 10% discount on the buffet. When paying our bill, we were told this was not true.

Food was average . Good West Aussie wine list. Nice staff . The only downer ,was at the coffee station. You serve yourself which was fine ,but no saucers . The only saucers were at a tea display . I took one and it was covered in thick dirty dust. Over looking the saucer incident,the Atrium was value for money. I would go again .

The restaurant opened at 6pm but the table staff did not start until 7pm and being a buffet restaurant, that obviously meant that within that hour our dishes were piled up high on our table.. I strongly believe that the chefs tried hard to keep up with the amount of people that were there, but the quality of the food that was being served definitely was not what I expected for what is suppose to be a quality restaurant. At the end of the day the service was poor and the quality of food was less than average. The overall quality comes down to the Managers of the restaurant and their cost saving decisions definitely not the chefs or the floor staff who were obviously trying very hard to keep up with what was an extremely overbooked restaurant. When I eventually paid for the meal that I had to wait several minutes to do because there was no staff allocated with task of receiving payment, I was not even asked by the Manager if I enjoyed my meal.. I have no doubt that the Manager already knew my answer to that question.. Pricing was fair for a Saturday night in Fremantle but I would have to give the restaurant a 2 out of 5 rating for overall quality.

Great little beachside cafe with a large menu. The vegan Vietnamese pancake was excellent and the staff friendly. The poached eggs cooked to perfection… nice to kick back here with a book, breakfast and coffee.

I was treating my elderly mum for lunch as I normally do on a Friday and thought I try this place. So very disappointed. We order calamari & chips and arancini’s to share they were so dry and over fried you couldn’t eat the calamari batter as you can see from the photos, the arancini were slightly better. To sum it up we were out of there in half an hour, extremely disappointed with the food well below average, service and coffee was good, we will not be going back. I never write reviews but today I really wanted to write one.

I absolutely wanted to give a better review. The food was OK and I enjoyed the Linguine with chorizo and also the fried dumplings. Service a bit too casual. The food was plonked onto the table. I asked for some share plates, and we got one only...again plonked down onto the table. I love the setting. The thing that really brought my review down was how grotty the place is. The tables were dirty. They hadn't been wiped down between diners and we then watched a staff member fold the tables up and put them away with not even a cursary wipe. The indoor tables were also filthy. The sides of the tables were visibly dirty ( a good wipe with a surface spray would have done the job) and the backs of the chairs were covered in dirt, dust and visible dirty hand marks. We both commented about how long it must have been since the chairs had been cleaned and the tables properly cleaned. As much as I would like to go back as this place is local to us and thenfood OK, I am not sure that I would, considering how dirty it was. Surely they have a cleaning schedule of some description? Such a shame for a great location.

Has to be the fastest service of coffee I have ever experienced. Not only quick but a darn good cappuccino to boot! They had a good array of breakfast choices. I went just for an almond croissant which was warmed perfectly. Service was friendly and efficient. Just off the beach, unfortunately no real beach vista. Quite a few patrons with dogs. Overall a good experience.

One word...disappointing. I used to visit this spot years ago and it appears to have new owners. This was my favourite spot on a Sunday afternoon for a spot of lunch. It always used to bustling with folk. Not any more. Unfortunately the current cafe is somewhat lacking. Firstly on a 33oC day you would expect some cooling... apart from a singular old AC fan which didn't seem to work, it's just fans. Secondly having arrived at 12.15pm and hoping for some eggs Benedict, was told sorry the breakfast menu stops at 12pm...these days every cafe I go to doesn't have such restrictions. Instead I decided to have the Caesar salad with salmon and a berry smoothie. Well the smoothie was bland. And as the photos can attest to, the Caesar salad was very poor... minuscule bits of bacon, a few croutons, one slice of rolled up salmon and a pile of lettuce with a bad dressing. No egg (art of a Caesar salad btw). No choice of anchovies. The ingredients would have cost $1.50 if I had made myself...instead I was charged $23. So pretty much I will no longer go to this cafe until hopefully it changes hands and quality improves. I would have given 2 star due to the location and the nice front staff., However it really does not deserve it. Regarding the Owners comments to other reviews...you really are a rude individual in your responses, who clearly does not take on critical reviews in order to improve. So this is for the other potential patrons and not for the Owner. Avoid folks.

This used to be my favorite cafe to come for breakfast on a Saturday morning when I dropped my daughter off for dancing some years ago and it has obviously now changed hands, seeming more like a Vietnamese cafe now. I visited on a Saturday and I ordered the avo smash which wasn't great as it was more like avo puree, like baby food texture. Food was somewhat tasteless and just disappointing and although the egg was poached well it was very small. The bacon was barely cooked and could do with another few minutes in the pan. My Chai came out very quickly but was also average. The whole place felt dirty and grimy and then I went to use the bathroom after I had finished and honestly I nearly dry reached. Absolutely disgusting like it hadn't been touched in months, just pure filth. It was only half full at best and I can understand why now. Will never return until it changes hands again, hopefully soon.

We came here after a lovely walk on the beach with our dog to have breakfast. I had the pumpking and spinach frittata with fried eggs and soy sauce. Please do not order this even if it sounds yummy. I received 4 rectangled starch and water pancakes, 2 white with some orange line and 2 green ones. (See pic). It was really not good. I sent it back and request to change it with just the eggs on sourdough bread and see the picture of what came back. We spent a total of $60 in this place but that will be the last $ spent here. So dissapointed. On a positive note, the smooth and coffee were yummy.

What a gem! There was a short wait to be served, but once we got to that cabinet... wow. The display alone is worth visiting for, rows of beautiful, fresh pastries that make it nearly impossible to choose. Everything we tried was full of flavour and clearly made with love. The peach pastry was soft and dreamy, the pistachio cannoli was crisp and rich, and the fruit and nut slice hit all the right notes. Even the tea was spot on. This café is a treat for the senses, and I’ll definitely be sharing the pics, they speak for themselves. Will be back for more.

Wow... what a huge disappointment 😞 had high expectations with the food being authentic... To start with the guy that served us was so rude! Snappy and like it was an effort to serve us at 2pm on a Sunday. The cannoli was more like a beginner baker made it... the shell was overcooked and the ricotta filling was flavourless! The chocolate cannoli shell again overcooked and the filling very sweet... The orange slice cake was ok. Nothing to rave about.. the best thing was the chicken roll.. delicious. Not sure why some think this is great Italian bakery but my Italian family and the Italian food in Italy in multiple regions / cities and all that I have eaten at including in Sydney outweigh Dolce & salato 😪 Won't be back as it's far from authentic Italian food. Also in response to the cafe.. one should never make excuses as to poor staff behaviour when it comes to serving paying customers and the day should not dictate quality and service levels. And the rude / poor customer service has been mentioned by many others who have reviewed this cafe so it's not a one off and not rare!

It’s always chaos here, no matter the time you come, but not necessarily in a bad way.I wouldn’t say it’s the most relaxing of cafes but the patisserie more than makes up for that, the Tiramisu is amazing! service can feel ‘abrupt’ but I think that’s just the genuine Italian way as my service has always been polite and efficient but not rushed. A number system would help to organise the sometimes extensive and confused queues of customers. I ordered a’60’ birthday cake and was able to speak with the pasticciera in person regarding my specific requests which were accommodated (a classic six and a limoncello zero decorated the same). The cake was expensive but fantastic and well received by all party guests. This is local to us and we hope we never lose them.

Coffee is great, but stay away from the chocolate croissants $5 and there was barely any chocolate in it

No wonder this restaurant was full of customers for a traditional Italian breakfast. Cosy aircon, clean and nice environment. Most of all the staffs are friendly, and the Italian foods are good too. I enjoyed the breakfast with a glass of Long Macchiato. I waited untill most outdoor customers are gone before I took the photo. What a long wait, haha.

food was absolutely phenomenal!! we got the BLT and French Toast, both were perfect size serves and filled us both up 😋 we also got the large cookies and cream shake, huge size and so worth the money there were plenty of well behaved dogs around which elevated the atmosphere 🐶

Awesome location. The coffee is good and they have a really wide range of pasteurized and also a full menu for food. I had the homemade banana and berry muffin. Can tell it’s a real local spot.

Nicely situated cafe with ample seating inside and outside and a great menu to select from. Friendly and courteous customer service that is very prompt, even when busy. Ideally situated next the basketball court and beach. Brand new public facilities next-door and ample grass areas for sitting down and relaxing with the takeaway food and drinks.

I was at South Beach Cafe yesterday when I witnessed the Barista be extremely rude to a customer. The customer I believe ordered an extra hot flat white coffee and this was not received and she asked the Barista if she could remake it hot as she had requested and the Barista refused and was rude and argumentative. I was horrified to witness such rudeness.

Ignorant people with incredibly noisy dog that constantly yapped throughout my entire meal. I hope staff address this, but I won't be going back to find out. On entering the Cafe for the first time with my husband who walks with a 4 wheel walker, there was no signage what to inform what the procedure is. I had to ask where the menus were, was there table service and do we sit wherever. The food was normal breakfast menu food which was enjoyable, but there was a yappy dog who did not stop, inside the cafe. The noise was upsetting my husband as he can't hear or speak very well, so I went to the counter and asked could the person and his dog be asked to sit outside. I was told he was waiting for his coffee and they were making it then. After he got his take away coffee, he moved to a table outside next to the entrance door. The barking continued. It seems that dogs are get more priority over humans. 😔

I dropped by to grab a coffee, and to my surprise, I thought I have stepped into a little countryside cafe. So simple, lovely and beautiful. It was so joyful to be there. The cool autumn breeze passed by this airy building and gave me relaxation. The coffee has a good balance taste, aromatic, not acidic, very mild bitterness and has a bit of roasted smell. Voila! (2021 March) The corner that has the big umbrellas is now under renovation. However, the beautiful green field and trees are still there. (2020 May 04)

Great place to have lunch. We had “Beach Feast” which was awesome to share with two people. Tasty seafood, fresh bread and good amount of fish and chips. The staff wasn’t that friendly as the place was pretty busy at the time but good overall.

fisrt time here.. tge breakfast was good! can taste the freshness that they make it with passion. the corn fritters was crunchy and good. hollandaise was made fresh the pistachios cheese cakes so yummy.

Very busy place when we visited which was to be expected on a sunny winters weekend for brunch. Was able to secure a table a few mins only. Food n drinks were served reasonably fast and was delicious.

We went when it was cold, windy and rainy. But my salmon bagel was delicious, my partner’s chicken avocado wrap and coffee were delicious. The staff were friendly.

Lovely place and vibe. Have always had a good experience with coffee and pastries. But I could not believe the beef burger is an industrialized, sad, grey looking tasteless patty. Don't even remember the last time I had something this bad. Really disappointing. And for $18. Plus the juice was 95% ice and water. Not planning to have lunch there again.

Good cafe right on the beach. Tasty food, pretty decent prices too. Fair bit of seating and a large grassed area out from it. Ordered from the table using the app and did and drink was ready very quickly. Smoothie was really good, coffee was good, and the pumpkin salad was tasty though bread was like one big crouton, dry. The BLT was decent, bub, ice berg lettuce, and couple slices tomato. Good location and the prices are good too. Definitely a worthy place to stop.

Very popular Cafe with outdoor shaded dining. Only minutes walk from Leighton Beach. Dog friendly. I had a perfectly made turmeric latte and a very tasty apricot ball. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

The chips are exquisite. A crisp crunchy exterior gives way at the slightest bite to a soft, voluptuous and dreamy potato interior. As we step through the eating process of this chip, we are exposed to emotions ranging from soft desire to extreme addiction to a pleasant after-taste of knowing you will never lose this immortal experience from your memory. I would compare it to a summers day but it's too nice. In short, bloody good mate

It's always a great place to have a breakfast close to the beach. The meals were tasty and in a good size. I love the chorizo scramble eggs and the health bowl with smoked salmon was delicious too. A good cappuccino is always a good choice! The queue was big but it was the first Saturday with sun and hot as well. I'll be back soon 😋

Gorgeous location, outside seating has nice shade and people watching. Lots of different seating options and super chill vibe. Service staff are lovely, caramel milkshake isn't too sweet, cup cappuccino is a good size for the price. Free pool table and newspapers to read, didn't try the food but it looked delicious from what I saw. Would definitely come back here.

Came here with a friend for brunch and was honestly impressed. The food was delicious and the portions were huge – I didn’t even finish mine! Coffee was really good too, probably one of the better ones I’ve had lately. The place has a really chill vibe, and the staff were super lovely. Will be back for sure!!

My experience at D'Angelo Cafe was truly exceptional! I had the pleasure of trying their mouth-watering chicken burger and the delectable Grilled Barramundi platter - both were absolutely delicious. The chef's culinary skills are impressive, and the presentation was outstanding. To top it off, the ambiance was lovely, making it a wonderful dining experience overall.

Had the creamy chicken pasta and it was absolutely delicious, especially loved the mushrooms. The customer service was also outstanding. The staff were warm, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Will definitely be coming back!

Eggs Benedict was amazing as well as the home made carrot cake! Was looking for a place for brekky and D'Angelos hit the spot! Compliments to the chef and staff for a great experience...look forward to coming back to try more of your treats!

Been visiting this coffee shop very often after yoga on the weekends (morning) I’m not a coffee drinker but they make very nice natural juices and I always customise mine for remember the ones that mums use to do. Seems like it’s a new stuff around here and they’re extremely nice, I felt really nice with this new energy around. On the weekends it’s busy but always drinks and food come quick. Good location and parking around. Good for brunch and then you can head to Freo. 🌞

First time to eat this the best halloumi cheese in Perth, plus a crispy bacon. Gorgeous!

This was the second and last visit here. The customer service is severely lacking. The staff always seem completely uninterested in their jobs and didn't greet or acknowledge us. My order was incorrect and when I politely pointed this out the old lady with glasses was dismissive and didn’t even apologise, let alone offer to fix the mistake. She was completely inhospitable she acted as if I was inconveniencing her just by being there and seemed annoyed when I asked a simple question about the menu. The space itself is incredibly cramped. The tables are packed so closely together that it was nearly impossible to move around without bumping into other customers. I understand it's important to support your local businesses, but the level of indifference and lack of basic customer service skills from staff who are fully grown adults is shocking. I understand hospitality work can be stressful and competitive at times but that's the nature of it. You are clearly in the wrong business, no passion or friendliness at all! There are plenty of other options nearby with a much warmer atmosphere and vibrant menu like Moore and Moore, 9 Seeds, Nourish me whole foods, Da Raw! Don't come here if you value good customer service.

High on 55 serves a range of Vietnamese rice and noodle dishes, but the standout is definitely the laksa - rich, fragrant, and packed with bold curry and coconut flavor. One of the heartiest versions I’ve had.

Best laska I have ever had so creamy and mild with balanced flavours and juicy thick strip's of chicken. The smoothly was also so think and smooth with blueberry and honey and Cinnamon and banana and ice cream and milk

The laksa is really delicious, clear soup packed with flavor. It has a slight sweetness to it, which suits my taste perfectly.

The cleanest broth for a laksa I’ve ever enjoyed! Quite milky but very flavourful, with tender seafood and perfectly cooked veg. I ordered a spicy egg noodle & seafood laksa with extra veg - it was not at all spicy to my taste, but very good nonetheless. Service was exceptionally quick and the food is a good serving for a good price!

Ordered the grilled pork bowl, beef pho and grilled chickens with rice. The grilled pork was well seasoned and the pho broth was rich and tasty. The place was packed at lunch and the staff were really helpful to get seating for me and my family of 4. To top of off, they make decent coffee. To me this is 5 star fusion food and service in a simple setting - worth a visit if you’re in Fremantle.

Stunning food never expected something so tasty. The peranakan curry was on point, the laksa super delicious and the blueberry smoothie just wow. Super friendly and helpful staff.
