Malecon 2000 is a picturesque riverside boardwalk that spans a mile and a half along the Guayas River in Guayaquil. Divided into three sections, it offers an array of attractions including restaurants, shops, monuments, and recreational stops. The south section features dining and shopping options while the central area boasts landmarks like the Civic Plaza and Moorish Clock Tower.
I feel safe here. I came for a quick walk and appreciated the secure entrance and exit, with many police officers and security personnel present. The area offers a nice view, along with a market selling snacks, ice cream, and water. The river view is beautiful.

Strongly recommended if you are looking for some sightseeing and great spot, this Malecon has all you might have look into Guayaquil in one place, also there are different places to grag food or snacks, activities might very from walking along the pier to ride a pirate boat, there is also a wheel of fortune and a dinasour theme park.
Chris B — Google review
The Malecon is a fine, popular walk along the river with a good amount of shade. Security seemed pretty good at all entrances. Many families were there. We felt safe and secure while there during the day. There are rides and small vendors along the malecon. More upscale restaurants with river views are also available. There are plenty of good spots for pictures.

if anybody tells you there is no museum worth visiting in Guayaquil they are wrong. This place offers some modernistic art, installations, etc. which I don't need. In the last room they show a very impressive collection of pre-columbian ceramics: amazing. These objects don't need any explanation. They speak by themselves.

A must-visit place in Guayaquil! Malecón 2000 is a beautiful and safe waterfront area perfect for walking, relaxing, or spending time with family. It offers great views of the river, well-maintained gardens, monuments, and attractions. Both locals and tourists will enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. A highlight of the city!

A wonderful boardwalk in Guayaquil- a mix of architecture, statues, play structures, shops and restaurants and the wonderful breeze and sense of the water nearby!

I really like to go visit this place all the time. I love the view and the vibe.

This is such a beautiful attraction/area. It's 2.5 km long and packed with great things to see. There are park areas, restaurants, a mall, rides and much more. It's right on the water with great views all around. Given the unsafe state of Guayaquil at the time of this writing, there is a heavy military/police/security presence, so safety is not a concern. I was there a week before Christmas, so it was decorated for the Christmas season, which made it extra special.

Santa Ana Hill in Guayaquil is a must-visit attraction offering spectacular views of the city. The hill features the marble Hemiciclo de la Rotonda, commemorating the 1822 Guayaquil Conference between Simon Bolivar and Jose de San Martin. Climbing its 444 steps, visitors can enjoy colorful houses and representative places while reaching the top with a famous lighthouse providing stunning views of the metropolis.
(Translated by Google) Very nice place. Santa Ana Hill is one of the great attractions of Guayaquil. (Original) Muy bonito lugar. El cerro Santa Ana es una de las grandes atracciones de Guayaquil.
Jazmin C — Google review
This place seems to be getting confused with Las 444 Escaleras. Google that if you want to see the lighthouse and church on top of the hill. This place is just a normal road on top of the hill in a residential neighborhood with radio towers on it. You might get a view of the city from here but the real tourist place starts in Las 444 Escaleras.
Al G — Google review
WARNING!!! Sadly, I've been reading the reviews and wanted to be able to get a great view of the city. Perhaps I did not go up the right entrance, but followed my Google Maps to get to the top - I WAS MUGGED, and this was at 12 noon, on a bus route (that just picked up), and about 50 m from a moderate traffic area with taxis. This is a residential neighbourhood (edit: where this actually happened was between Santa Ana Hill and Torre CNT Cerro Del Carmen). I was approached by 2 men, that grabbed my bag and phone (that surely didn't help having it open). I fought and screamed loudly during the whole fight, but was knocked over and dragged as I tried to keep my bag. There was no mercy, so don't think your fighting back or screaming will help you out of the situation. I did go up the steps at Las Penas, and maybe to my own ignorance, but thought that the Santa Ana Hill was separate, and followed my Google Maps to another hill top (per above). Las Penas was otherwise very cute (edit: I believe this is where all the tourists are actually calling this Santa Ana Hill with the 400+ steps). For any single tourists, please do not go by yourself, even if it's in broad daylight. Your belongings can be more valuable than you think. I did not expect that a tourist site could result in this. Please be warned or get a guide that can ensure your safety. I have otherwise had a great experience with Ecuadorians and my time here, but wanted to warn those during their travels. Keep your passports, money, and phones in the hotel if at all possible. Left shaken...

Guayaquil Historical Park is a picturesque park surrounded by charming historic pastel-colored houses and features a small zoo. The Wildlife area spans 4 hectares and is home to over 50 species of birds, mammals, and reptiles living in their natural mangrove forest habitat. Visitors can stroll along raised boardwalk paths for close contact with the ecosystem without disturbing the animals.
We stayed at the park hotel. It was really lovely. There are not a lot of activities, but looking at the water, animals, and old buildings is relaxing. The morning breakfast in the courtyard is a nice way to start the day.

We visited the Guayaquil Historical Park and were absolutely impressed! It’s a truly atmospheric place where you can learn about Ecuador’s history and culture — and even feel like you’ve stepped back in time. We especially loved the area with traditional architecture and actors in historical costumes, perfect for photos. The park is well maintained, full of greenery, animals, and engaging exhibits. A great spot for both tourists and local families. Highly recommended!

A lovely place to visit in the centre of Guayaquil. Went on a hot sunny day but the walks offer plenty of shade. Nice variety of animals to see including crocodiles, caiman, parrots, monkeys and much more. $4 for an adult to enter.
Richard N — Google review
Beautiful place! The walk was nice, specially under the trees and it was nice to see most of the animals and some being fed. Also the historical buildings were open and gave us a look of the old city houses and style of living, totally worth it!

Loved this place. Our guide was great, and he took the time to make the experience even more fulfilling.

Poor animal conditions: Many animals are kept in very small enclosures, which raises serious concerns about their welfare. Numerous birds are also confined in cages, which diminishes the educational and natural value of the experience. • Entrance fee: The entry fee is $5 for foreigners, which is relatively low, but still worth noting for future visitors. • Unsafe natural area: The supposedly natural section by the water is difficult to access and potentially dangerous, with poorly maintained or slippery paths. • Pollution: The water in this area appears polluted, negatively affecting both the environment and the visitor experience.

Really nice place for a weekend stroll. Get to know some of the local fauna, history, and culture (some food too). Fun for the whole family. Ask for the montubio show, funny stuff. There is a really fancy restaurant and hotel inside the park. Don't forget to try local sweets and treats.

Nestled in the vibrant downtown of Guayaquil, the Torre Morisca stands as a stunning octagonal clock tower that dates back to the 1930s. This iconic landmark, also known as the Torre de Reloj, boasts a rich history intertwined with the city’s past. Originally housing an English clock from 1842 within the Colonial Palace, it found its new home after a devastating fire led to its relocation.
From the outside it's very pretty but you can also climb up inside. The climb isn't too arduous but some of the steep are a bit hairy as they are open steel and you can see through them. At the top you can see the clock mechanism. It's worth going just before the hour so you can be there when it strikes. At the bottom they do ask for passport numbers and to sign a register but when we explained our passports were in the hotel we were let in anyway!
Danae B — Google review

When exploring Guayaquil, a visit to Cerro Santa Ana is an absolute must. This historic hill not only boasts a charming lighthouse but also offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the Guayas River. The journey to the top involves climbing 444 steps, each adorned with plaques that narrate fascinating snippets of Guayaquil's rich history. Along the way, you'll encounter vibrant houses, cozy cafes, and quaint shops that make the ascent enjoyable and colorful.
There are exactly 444 steps to the top of Cerro Santa Ana. I don't know the history of this place yet but it certainly the must see Guayaquil location. I believe all houses originate from the colonial era. There are some restaurants by the way to the top so you may get some refreshments if needed. Later, I wanted to go to a another similar neighborhood (just the next hill) but there was a guard who didn't allow me to go there. He was pointing to my "big" camera. My Spanish isn't good enough to understand why the size matters so I obeyed.

Usually kept safe and clean. Can get crowded in the weekends. Visit the outdoor nautical museum section, free access. Totally worth going to the top, the best view of the city. The Catedral Católica Metropolitana de Guayaquil, also known as the Catedral de San Pedro, is a grand gothic cathedral that was started in 1886 and completed over 80 years later. It can accommodate over 9,000 worshippers and features towering interior arches, stunning stained-glass windows, thick brick walls, Italian marble floors, and impressive Ecuadoran marble pillars.
It's a beautiful catedral. No words could describe its beauty. You must see it yourself. Fortunately, I was able to take some pictures.

A beautiful place of worship with devout Catholics of all ages. The high percentage of young Catholics was particularly impressive.

It is a gorgeous church both inside and outside. It is easy to find only a few blocks from the malecon and right across the street from the Iguana Park. If you take the hop-on hop-off city tour it will stop there so you can disembark and wait another 30 minutes and it will take you back to the malecon or you can just walk

Absolutely breathtaking Cathedral. A glory to God. A Traditional Latin Mass here would be glorious and fitting.

A beautiful cathedral facing the popular called "Iguana Park'. The area is safe by day, but if you need a taxi, do not hail one on the street. You may be the subject of a 'hijack express". A muggling In which robbers enter your taxi, gun and knife in hand, terrorize the victims, check their wallets, survey credit cards and then go to the respective banks to take out all the money possible, you will operate the ATM. There are Uber like services ha will dispatch a taxi for you plate of the car and name of the driver included. Check them!

Iglesia de San Francisco, the city's third oldest church, has a rich history dating back to the 17th century when it was first constructed as a Franciscan convent entirely from wood. After enduring a fire and undergoing multiple renovations, it was eventually rebuilt with reinforced concrete in 1932. The church features classical elements both inside and outside, exuding a sacred and serene atmosphere that makes visitors feel close to God.
I went inside several churches while in Guayaquil and this one impressed me the most. It was open during the day so be sure to stop by.

The Presley Norton Museum, situated in the former mansion of a newspaper founder, is a treasure trove of local archaeological discoveries. The museum's 8,000-piece collection showcases artifacts from early coastal cultures like Valdivia and Machalilla. Originally the home of renowned journalist Ismael Perez Pazmino, visitors can explore the classic Spanish architecture and tour the old residence's bedrooms.
Free museum. Gorgeous mansion converted into an archeological exhibit. The pieces were once the private collection of archeaologist Presley Norton. The gorgeous Andalusian-inspired house once belonged to a wealthy local family and it is now a beautiful architectural oasis in the midst of buildings and downtown noise. Breathtaking architecture complete with spider chandleriers, high vault ceilings, and Spanish-style tilework decorations.

The Patrimonial Cemetery of the Charity Board of Guayaquil, also known as the General Cemetery, is a hillside burial ground adorned with ornate mausoleums and sculptures. Visitors can take tours to explore the prominent graves within the cemetery. Many find it captivating and worth visiting, even if they are tired from walking. The Hotel Wyndham Guayaquil offers upscale accommodations with stunning river views and top-notch amenities. Situated on the shores of the Guayas estuary, this hotel provides easy access to Guayaquil's attractions and is just 3 miles from the international airport. Guests can enjoy a range of facilities including an outdoor pool, fitness center, spa, and restaurant. The rooms feature modern conveniences such as flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and private bathrooms.
I stayed at this hotel twice last month (before and after visiting the Galápagos Islands). There are so many reasons why this hotel deserves a 5-star rating, it's difficult to know where to begin. First of all, the hotel is located in a very safe section of Guayaquil (Puerto Santa Ana), with plenty of dining options located within close walking distance. The hotel is a 10-12 minute drive from the airport, and the hotel offers an efficient and complimentary shuttle. The hotel itself is clean and presents itself as polished and classy. The lobby is bright and inviting... staff there will check you in quickly, and with a smile. I was upgraded to an absolutely gorgeous suite on the 8th floor, which was simply amazing! Rooms are clean and comfortable, and if you're in the mood for a drink, there is a wonderful bar downstairs in the lobby, which offers a variety of drinks. There too, staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you again for not one, but two fantastic stays at your hotel. I look forward to visiting again someday soon!

Disappointing and incompetent Front Desk Service We chose this highly-rated hotel for a two-night stay, opting for the breakfast-inclusive rate at an additional $20 per person per night, as we're vegan and wanted reliable options. Our first morning's breakfast at the extensive buffet was genuinely lovely. However, our experience on the second day, a travel day with an early 6:00 AM flight, was frustrating. We needed to leave by 4:00 AM and requested a vegan breakfast to go. The front desk agent, Carlos, quickly presented a sheet with four breakfast options, all in Spanish. He kept offering us eggs, despite our repeated clarification that we are vegan. Before we could even process or translate, he pushed us to choose the cheapest $8 option. We managed to quickly ask about the $10 option, which seemed to annoy him. Later, realizing how rushed and unaccommodating the exchange had been, we returned to the front desk. It took three staff members to finally get us a to-go bag with a sandwich, apple, banana, bread, juice, and water. While the rest of the hotel was perfectly fine, the front desk staff's lack of accommodation and unhelpful attitude significantly detracted from our stay. For a hotel of this supposed caliber, we expected much better service from the first point of contact. Edit after receiving the to go breakfast: the sandwich has meat, lettuce and tomatoes. The staff is very incompetent and ignorant. Would not recommend staying here if you care about service.

nice hotel at acceptable prices, friendly staff, effective house keeping. We stayed 6 nights, in a room looking to the back. Since in the direct neighbourhood on the river front side a new buildings is constructed very likely not the worst room. Inside most things are okay. Some screws need a fix, the double sided adhesive tape fixing the carpet in front of the escalator needs to be renewed, sport TV screens in the restaurant disturb the relaxed athmosphere. The terrasse to the river is very nice if there is no live music etc. event. These are just too loud, it hurts, communication is impossible. The breakfast buffet is very nice, a broad choice of local food freshly prepared.
Pestilenz — Google review
My stay at the Wyndham Guayaquil was mostly great! The hotel itself is nice - clean, spacious rooms, great amenities, and a delicious breakfast buffet. However, I had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk staff, particularly a member named Carlos. We had paid more than $20 per person extra for breakfast, but it was not provided as promised. This was disappointing and put a damper on our stay. We requested a packed breakfast for our early departure, as we are both vegan, but this request was ignored. Instead, we were repeatedly offered a cheap, pre-boxed breakfast, which was not suitable for our dietary needs. We were not given enough time to look at the full menu, which was only in Spanish, not English. We eventually had to have a very long conversation with the front desk to explain what a vegan breakfast could look like, given the options available at the breakfast buffet. I wish it had been easier to communicate with the front desk staff. Everything else at the hotel was fine."

Guys, if anyone is ever traveling to Guayaquil, this is the place you should stay at. Very safe, they will pick you up at the airport and drop you off there as well. The location is perfect, if you leave the hotel, the puerto Santa Ana is full of great places to eat or have a drink. I always stay in this hotel when I travel to GYE and I cannot recommend it enough.

Disappointing Stay: Excessive Noise Disturbed My Sleep at Wyndham Guayaquil Puerto Santa Ana I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, specifically regarding the persistent and disruptive noise that plagued my entire night. As a guest, I expect a reasonable level of peace and quiet, particularly during the late hours, to ensure a restful night's sleep. Unfortunately, this was far from my experience. Throughout the night, I was subjected to several distinct sources of noise that made it impossible to relax or sleep. This included noises from the construction next door and it the hotel itself heavy nosies like somebody is moving heavy objects at 0600 am in the morning.. The disturbances were constant and truly ruined my stay., the unbearable noise level overshadowed everything. A hotel's primary function is to provide comfortable accommodation, and the inability to sleep due to excessive noise is a fundamental failure in this regard. I urge you to investigate these noise issues thoroughly and implement measures to ensure future guests do not suffer the same experience. This includes considering better soundproofing for rooms, stricter enforcement of quiet hours, or addressing external noise sources if possible. I am highly disappointed and feel that the quality of my stay was significantly compromised. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and address these concerns to prevent similar situations for other guests.

It's unbelievable the amount of noise that comes out of this hotel. The rooms seem to be separated by carton walls, you can actually hear everything next door. The worst part is when they decide to play loud music from their restaurant downstairs every morning and not letting their guests rest. Just a lack of respect which says everything about their management. There are better hotels and quieter hotels in the city. Dont be fooled by the location of this pseudo hotel.

It’s always like coming home when we arrive at the Wyndham. From the moment Jeanpierre picks us up at the airport to the warm greeting from Italo, everything feels familiar and welcoming. At check-in, Carlos, Irene, Leslie, and one of our favorites, Ashley, made the process fast and wonderful. Although we had to wait a bit for our room, the team suggested we enjoy a meal at Rio Grande, where Moise and Mariuxi greeted us with hospitality like no other. The next day by the pool, Jesus was an absolute charm—he even remembered my favorite drink! What can I say? Seeing the same friendly faces and experiencing such amazing service is exactly why we always start our vacation at the Wyndham for a few days and then return before heading back to the USA. It truly feels like the perfect beginning and ending to our trips.

Hotel Palace is an upscale and modern luxury hotel located in downtown Guayaquil. It offers well-equipped rooms with amenities such as free Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, a seating area, and a work desk. The hotel provides free breakfast and parking facilities along with a coffee shop, fitness room, and on-site restaurant serving international and Ecuadorian cuisine.
I was blown away by the elegance of this hotel. It reminded me of staying in a Ritz Carlton in the United States. Such a great value! The bed was amazing, clean room, spotless carpet, no weird smells, it was fresh and a good hotel. My favorite part were the staff! The gentleman at the front desk, Christian, spoke perfect English (good for me because I’m learning Spanish). He was so warm and accommodating. He even remembered my name the next day! Little things like that go a long way. Highly recommend this hotel. My favorite in Ecuador.

The best thing about this hotel is that they agreed to refund our payment since we decided not to stay there. It's old, moldy, smells bad, really bad, electric sockets in the room weren't functioning. There is NO safe in the rooms. It looks and feels like a 1 star hotel from the 1980's - which hasn't changed since then, or was ever aired in the last 40 years. I really don't understand its online rating. My guess is, people feel bad putting up a real review after they have received their refund. Cause the staff wasn't really surprised when we asked to leave.

After checkout bags were placed in “safe” storage behind the reception Apparently not so safe, as i just found out in plane that at least a bag of candy has been STOLEN from one bag… Will have to wait and see if more got STOLEN Ps: Also charge outrages prices for any extra service in the hotel

Our stay in early May 2023 for three days was very nice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped to arrange a reliable pick up from the airport which was around midnight. The restaurant staff were nice, and the food was very good. The room, lobby and restaurant were all kept very clean. The included breakfast was excellent along with the service (different than the evening staff). There was a variety of items – coffee, yummy hot chocolate, fresh fruit, yogurts, breads, along with hot items and you could order a verity of egg dishes made to order. The location was quiet and made it easy to access the Malecon.

This was a nice hotel in Guayaquil. It's a little older and could use some refreshments, but overall, it's a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had good food, the free breakfast was great. It is located 2 blocks from the main entrance to the melacon and has a lot of shopping and restaurants all around it.

Staff 5/5 Food 3/5 Rooms 2/5 Location 3/5 (depending on what you want) Staff is very friendly, front desk is English speaking. The buffet breakfast options are very limited. The food menu has a lot of options though. The pumpkin soup was amazing, some of the local dishes were ok, but you want to stay away from beef all together. I was in the last room at the end of the hallway, right across from the emergency exit door, which is also the same door the staff uses most of the time, and you hear it every single time it opens and closes. Since the hotel is in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown, don’t expect relaxed touristic neighborhood, but then everything is a 5-min walk. You hear the streets and other guests as they wake up to take care of their business including the pipes. I stayed there for 2 weeks out of necessity. The room is small, the bathroom even smaller so much so one can’t move around comfortably. The overall mood of the rooms are old and depressing. I booked for one person, and that made them remove the second set of towels. Walking distance to Malacon, banks, city hall, other offices. Expect to see ppl lodge on the sidewalk for a night’s sleep when it gets dark. Elevator is key activated. What’s missing: Bathroom fan Safe box Iron and table I wouldn’t recommend the buffet breakfast.

No establishment is perfect and not having 5 stars is bad. Room is spacious, clean and staff extremely polite. 2nd floor has a stuffy odor we opened our window & curtains as well turning A/C to a cooler temp the odor was significantly reduced and space has become habitable.

Nestled just below the Plaza de Honores, the Museo Naval El Fortín del Cerro Santa Ana is a captivating open-air museum that transports visitors back to the days of maritime defense. Here, you can explore an array of historical artifacts including cannons and seafaring gear, alongside the remnants of the San Carlos fortress built in 1629 to fend off pirate incursions. A unique highlight is a reconstructed pirate ship that intriguingly houses a bar within its structure.
The second hill top of the twin with the first one having the SACRED HEART OF JESUS. This one is with the LIGHT HOUSE atop and the museum on the way with hundreds of steps to climb before.

On our way to El Faro, or the lighthouse, and in top of the Barrio Las Peñas, we find this historic area. We loved the fact that some ruins are there, still giving an idea of the fortifications that once served to protect the city. Also some cannons still in the place, serving as monuments. In the place is a ship, or a building simulating a ship, that was apparently under some repairs or maintenance and therefore we cannot gain acces to this pirate ship. But the area was a really interesting experience, I'm glad we visited.

Nestled in the heart of Guayaquil, the Guayaquil Municipal Museum stands as a vibrant testament to the city's rich cultural tapestry. This heritage museum invites visitors to delve into its diverse collections that span archaeology, anthropology, and natural history. With four thoughtfully curated rooms, it showcases an impressive array of artifacts that narrate Guayaquil's evolution from its Amazonian roots through pivotal moments like its struggle for independence during colonial times.
Beautiful. I love that it's available for everyone to visit at no cost. They should take donations at the door to keep taking care of the art and offer community programming.

If you have an hour or so to spare this is worth a look. Sadly all the information is in Spanish so if you don't speak the language you don't get the full experience. There was a helpful guide who spoke English though and answered questions for us. There is a very interesting Natural History Section (if you don't mind seeing stuffed animals) and a lot about the history of Guayaquil illustrated with dioramas. There are also some shrunken heads...which are fascinating.

This establishment is acceptable how ever their customer service is one the worst I've experienced. Not only did i have to carry my own luggage but 4 minutes passed 8pm the restaurant closed and couldn't even offer the chance to make an exception for a meal which I'm paying. Honestly i wished I've stayed at another hotel where their service is more friendlier.

This hotel.... I don't know who they think they are. The bathrooms are very tiny, gross and leak thru the grout of the walls causing water to leak onto the floor. One of the guys who works there wanted to fight my little brother because he didn't have on a mask. The food there makes you question all the food they serve in ecuador. The free breakfast isn't worth it and isn't good at all. The lunch is overpriced you could find something better too for just 3$ around the corner. Water is not free how it says online. The last moment when we returned the key they told us to wait while they check the room to see if anything is missing and started accusing us of taking a used hand towel. This hotel is terrible read this review and the others. Don't come here there is better and cheaper hotels.
Johnathan O — Google review
Hotel Ramada Review: First, I would like to say that if I owned a hotel, I would be very happy with the staff we encountered at this site; they made the stay. As the hotel stands now, this hotel is a one night stay only for many reasons. Our reason for staying there was the location. On entry to the hotel, the road which you park on to enter is very dangerous with very fast moving traffic. We are under COVID restrictions, so we enter and we are treated with an alcohol spray and then moved forward to the reception. We made the reservation through booking.com. So it went smoothly. A young man escorted us to our room, where he explained the keycard. We entered the room where he explained the function of the a/c remote, and left. The room had no resemblance to the photos on booking.com. The young man did not explain the alarm system or where we would need to go in an emergency? The room was old like me. The furniture was functional; just, we could not open and close the drawers, so we did not use them. The curtains looked like they were last washed just before they were hung. The closet did have a safe, but it was too small for the two of us so we did not use it. The bathroom- the floor was wet from a leaking hose, which if laid in the bathtub would have prevented the water leaking onto the floor. The towels were just a little younger than I am and we were missing one? Talking about the bathtub, there was paint peeling from around the tub and it was stained. The hand basin was cracked. Sad to see that they did not use bulk sized toilet paper, and the same for the shampoo and conditioner. The use of bulk in the bathroom is environmentally better. The room- both beds moved when sat on? Both beds did not have a bedside light? Both beds did not have a headboard so the pillows would fall down the end of the bed? The pillows- I have never seen such small pillows and found it impossible to sleep on them. Both bed pillows did not have pillow protectors, both mattresses did not have mattress protectors? The included Wyfy was ok @ 10mbps, the TV was ok, the selection of channels was fine. They did not do a bad job of reducing the noise from the road below. Breakfast was included, nice, well presented and good selection. However, the restaurant was well overpriced and very limited in selection. I would give the food a pass and go somewhere else. I understand that there is reconstruction going on in the hotel, but please do not do a bait and switch; the room we stayed in was nothing like the photos on the web site. More than one night here is too much.
Jodie M — Google review
Worst expensive hotel as far as i remember. Nearly no water flow in a 60cmX60cm shower with dirty curtain touching your body. Room without opening windows. A 15 usd experience at a high price tag. Avoid
H — Google review
This place shouldn’t call itself a 4 star hotel, it features overpriced outdated tiny dirty rooms, and a humid old smell, and what they advertise as “onsite parking” is actually parking on the street, not a private onsite parking site!... I would have been able to oversee this until I going hairs all over the sheets as I was going to sleep which were clearly used and not changed! Simply disgusting! Do your self a favor and go anywhere else, even pay less for other ACTUAL 4 star hotels

Not a good experience at all. The room they placed us had no windows, only AC which i dislike to use. There was no water for the guests in the room. The breakfast was poor and the staff yelled at me when i tried to make my own coffee. They brought food without asking and put meat inside the omelet though i'm vegetarian and cant eat it. The juice was frozen with a lot of ice. Besides this you have only poor quality white bread and thats it. If you are looking for a pleasant stay don't take this hotel.
