Ancient Ruins
The Amyntas Rock Tombs, dating back to the 4th century BCE, are a remarkable series of burial caves carved directly into the cliff face that served as the resting place for ancient Lycians over 2500 years ago. These classical tombs feature columned porticos and offer stunning views of Fethiye marina and the bay.
€3 entrance ticket. Look at this from technical perspective. Perfect alignment and symmetry. Once again they call everything which functionally is unclear a “tomb”. And tools were hammer and chisel. I can not determine the type of rock. But it is hard stuff. Wonderfully designed and made!
Harold F — Google review
If you’re in history and ancient ruins you will like it, but if you’re coming for adventure or hiking it is not the best place to be. The stairs are easy and take you to one place only which is the “burial room”. You can watch the sunset with sea view which fantastic.
Humam A — Google review
Be prepared to get your sweat on. Very impressive views across the bay. 3 Euros to Enter. A short stroll up from the harbour, through the old town up the hill to the entrance. Worth the visit if you’re in the area.
Kyle C — Google review
Grrat view of Fethiye. The entrance is 3 eur. Turkish citizens can buy muzekart at the entrance for 100lira. There are quite some stairs and a bit of rocks to climb to get to the main thomb. Be very careful because the rocks can be very slippery and a fall can be very dangerous. Have proper shoes on.
Burak A — Google review
Not far from the bus terminal. You can see most of it from the road or 3 euros or 150TRY for entry. Some 300 steps to the top. Steep and rocky but a great view over the town.
Nigel — Google review
Definitely worth the visit, these tombs are fascinating. My friend and I had a great time exploring and climbing closer to get a sneak peak. One of my highlights from Fethiye ✨
Tama R — Google review
We didn’t pay any entrance fee or for the hike, but even from a distance, it’s beautiful to admire the rock tombs. We recommend going before sunset, as the lighting is much better. It can get extremely hot during the midday hours.
Arzu A — Google review
Very easy to go there. Not far from city at all. We walked from hotel in Fethiye around shopping area. Entrance fee is €3 per person. It is worth for going. There is parking area too.

Seafood restaurant
Nestled in a prime location with stunning views of Oludeniz Beach, Jade Terrace Food & Drink offers a serene dining experience that perfectly blends tranquility with exquisite scenery. This establishment leans more towards a restaurant ambiance, making it an ideal spot for those looking to unwind over a glass of wine or two. The menu features delightful options like salmon drizzled in saffron sauce and hearty vegetable stew, catering to both seafood lovers and vegetarians alike.
We tried salmon with saffron sauce and vegetable stew (a choice for vegetarians) and really enjoyed these meals. This place is best for dinner to catch the sunset. Make a reservation around 19:00 pm a day or two days earlier at the season. Prices are not cheap but service and taste is good. Worth it!

Avoid This Place Like the Plague – Cold Food, Wasps Everywhere, and a Manager Who Guilt-Trips You Let me save you some time and money: Jade Terrace Food & Drink in Ölüdeniz is hands-down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I sat down and within seconds I was getting swarmed by wasps — literally all over me, buzzing around my drink, my plate, my face. Staff saw it. Did they care? Not even a shrug. No attempt to do anything. It was like they were used to it and expected me to just suck it up. Then my seafood dish came out cold. Not “cooled down from the kitchen” — straight-up cold, like it had been sitting out. That’s a joke for seafood, not to mention dangerous. I didn’t touch a bite, and honestly, I wouldn’t have — the wasps beat me to it. They were already crawling on the plate like they were regular customers. As if that wasn’t enough, I had stray cats circling my table the entire time, meowing, jumping up, trying to get at the food. I’ve got nothing against animals, but when I’m trying to eat, I don’t want to feel like I’m in a back alley behind a fish market. Where’s the hygiene? Where’s the management? Speaking of which — I asked for the bill, fully ready to pay for the bottle of rosé I ordered (had one glass, no complaints there), and the “manager” comes over trying to guilt me, saying he’ll have to pay for the food out of his own pocket. Are you serious? You serve me cold seafood covered in insects and expect me to feel bad? This place is a complete joke. Filthy, disorganized, and flat-out lazy. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. If I wanted to be attacked by wasps, watched by cats, and served something cold and dead — I’d just eat lunch in a skip behind a fishmonger’s. Cheaper and probably safer.
Robert B — Google review
Food is incredible, staff amazing and location spot on. Been going here 2 years running....their coconut chicken curry is delicious. Better to dine early eve if poss as they have lovely live singers on playing in the background but next door ramps it up and drowns it out which is a shame. Currently here and ate there tonight. Be back on our last night 🇹🇷 xx Thanks to all from Mandi & Graham
Amanda F — Google review
The taste of the food was average, the prices were high, and the portions were really small. Imagine ordering shrimp and getting only six pieces. The service was very good, and the waiters were attentive and polite. The wine prices were reasonable.
Okan — Google review
Food is very good standard here and reasonably priced compared to other places in the area, service quick and efficiently run by the hostess and relaxing atmosphere 😎👍
Troy R — Google review
The best thing about this place is the views. Such a beautiful setting, and the service was ok. Unfortunately the food was not good. The lamb meatballs/kofte were advertised on the menu as “meatballs covered with filo pastry” - when it arrived it was just some smash burgers with no pastry in sight… not the meal I had hoped for, and very dry. The seabass was also dry and tasteless. I probably wouldn’t revisit for food. Perhaps better for a drink and to enjoy the live music instead.
Molly B — Google review
Amazing service, food, atmosphere and view. Everyone was so lovely and attentive. Thank you so much, we will be back again
Clare M — Google review
Stunning location for a meal! Overlooking Öludeniz beach which is beautiful at sunset. I would recommend booking if you want to eat here. I was lucky to get a table, but was on my own so managed it. Cocktails are stunning, and the food is great…probably the BEST mashed potato I’ve ever head. The steak was good but a tad undercooked (and I might be being picky, but am also trying to be honest!). Staff are great, atmosphere is lovely…definitely worth a visit 🇹🇷

Ölüdeniz Beach is a stunning nature reserve known for its tranquil lagoon and picturesque curved beach. It has gained worldwide recognition for its natural beauty, with turquoise waters and a variety of exciting activities such as paragliding, swimming, scuba diving, camping in Butterfly Valley, and off-road safaris.
Great beach, super large with plenty going on in the area. Water was turquoise and crystal clear! Super beautiful, we went in the beginning of may and it was extremely empty and pretty peaceful.
Lish — Google review
its a really cool place. but be prepared: it is very crowded, they will charge you multiple times for different things. The sun shades are a bit small, you need to adjust your sun-bed constantly (if you have space of course). it has a locker tho’ which is really handy, but didn’t worked for us, but the staff did a workaround to fix it for us. :) All together we had a blast at the bay, the water is very clear once you pass the shallow water. and if you up for exploring , you can climb the surrounding “mini island” rocks. i wouldn’t miss it!
Benke H — Google review
Beautiful Beach. Love the scenery. It’s pebbly, but the pebbles are smooth. Water is crystal clear. Beach has washrooms. Entrance was 100TL per person. No stamp or receipt to leave and come back. Parking is extra. We had a scooter and just parked it outside the gate for free.
Kim D — Google review
Nice and quite in October. We enjoyed it very much, but I can imagine how overcrowded ans overwhelming it could get in high season. Quite pricy, though: 500 lira for parking, 1200 for an umbrella and 2 sunbeds...

I loved spending time on this beach , one of my favorites.I wish i had more time to spend ,lots of bars and restaurants. We paid 1000Tl for 2 sunbeds and umbrella.Parking was 10 minutes away.Fres restrooms and shower.

Ölüdeniz – Where Turquoise Waters Meet Tranquility 🇹🇷 Nestled along Türkiye’s stunning southwestern coast, Ölüdeniz is one of the country’s most iconic destinations — and for good reason. The name “Ölüdeniz” translates to “Dead Sea”, referring to its famously calm waters, even during stormy weather. This natural lagoon has been drawing visitors for centuries with its crystal-clear turquoise sea, soft white sands, and breathtaking mountain backdrop. Ölüdeniz lies near the ancient Lycian Way, a historic trail once used by the Lycian civilization. It has long been treasured as a protected national nature reserve, which has helped preserve its unique beauty and biodiversity. - Calm, shallow waters ideal for swimming and relaxing - The Blue Lagoon, a postcard-perfect area great for families - Clean beaches with sun-beds, umbrellas, and changing facilities - A variety of cafés, restaurants, and beachfront bars - Public transportation and parking nearby - Eco-conscious management as it’s part of a protected park - Paragliding from Babadağ Mountain – world-famous views over the sea - Boat trips to Butterfly Valley, St. Nicholas Island, and hidden coves - Snorkelling and scuba diving in crystal waters - Kayaking, paddleboarding, and jet skiing - Hiking along the Lycian Way trail for scenic vistas Ölüdeniz offers everything from luxury resorts and boutique hotels to cozy guesthouses. The atmosphere is laid-back yet vibrant, with nightlife in nearby Hisarönü if you want a livelier evening. Whether you're after adventure or total relaxation, Ölüdeniz delivers it all — wrapped in natural beauty and Turkish hospitality. A must-visit on any trip to the Turquoise Coast!
Ferit B — Google review
⭐️⭐️ Ölüdeniz has always been known as one of the most beautiful beaches in Türkiye, and I’ve visited many times over the years. The sea is stunningly crystal clear — but sadly that’s the only thing left I truly love about this place. Prices have gone through the roof, the beach itself isn’t very sandy, and the lack of security is a real problem. There are people walking around taking photos of women without proper control, and one man with a parrot goes around pushing photos on tourists. When I said no, he was extremely rude and even shouted at me because he didn’t understand my answer — which is not my problem. It left a very bad impression. For such a famous destination, it feels poorly managed and not welcoming anymore.
Demi — Google review
Water is super clear, clean. The water is cold in May,June. You can still swim but not so much so i think its better to visit starting July. What I didn’t like is there is no good food no where in that city. The food dont have taste its like you chewing a piece of paper so be ready for that. You cant find good restaurants because we check every spot by car. Its really expensive. You have to drive 2 hours away for better food.

Fethiye Bay is a paradise for boating enthusiasts, with its stunning aquamarine waters and uncrowded bays offering a serene sailing experience. The Fethiye Central Fish Market, also known as Balık Pazarı - Mengi, is a bustling hub where local fishers sell their catch of the day. Visitors can purchase seafood from the round fish counter and have it cooked at nearby restaurants.
Amazing place , delicious, fresh from the sea fish and seafood ( you buy in the middle of the market fish of your choice plus as much seafood as you want and the restaurant cooks it for you) it’s the best food I have ever eaten. We go to Fethye every year especially to experience the fish market atmosphere and food. If you lucky there might be also some Turkish live music. Highly recommended.
Malgorzata C — Google review
It's a small area where you are approached by various people trying to pull you to their restaurant. The idea is to buy the type of sea food you like and then have a restaurant cook it for you they way you prefer. The restaurant charges you for cooking your sea food plus upsells you their side dishes.
A J — Google review
The second you walk close to the market you’ll be hounded by someone trying to drag you to their fish counter and sell you a fish, or a restaurant trying to get you to eat their food. As you would expect the area smells of fish, which is expected, but I don’t want to sit and eat my meal right next to this. Walk through the small market, look at the fish, ignore the people hassling you (or politely say no thanks) and walk on, job done.
Lee S — Google review
Always come here when I'm in the area. You choose and pay for what fresh fish you want, take it to a surrounding restaurant and they cook it for you exactly how you desire with the added extras for a nominal fee. Fantastic fresh food!
Michael F — Google review
Be aware of this shop with the number 612280. They’ll show you the fresh seafood, big, and alive but once you not paying attention they’ll use the dead seafood that’s been 3-4days dead. Especially the crab, oysters, mussels,….Many Restaurants are no longer allowed to bring seafood from the shop for cooking. So if you would like to take away the seafood, PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM CLEAN THE CRAB, MUSSELS, OYSTER,..etc (you can wash them yourself with water, vinegar,…) once they start to clean they will switch to the dead and you cant tell. BUT IF THEY CLEAN THE FISH, ITS OKAY. BE CAREFUL AND PAY ATTENTION TO HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE AND FRESH SEAFOOD.
Kim E — Google review
If you’re exploring Fethiye and want to try local food with a traditional touch, this place should definitely be on your list. For me, it was one of the best experiences!
Mohammed S — Google review
A bit of a tourist trap. Very hectic and pushy restaurant owners trying very hard to get you to sit at their restaurant. The food is ok, but the fish prices have to be negotiated which is a bit of a pain. There is a strong fishy smell everywhere (it is a fish market, so it’s not surprising) which isn’t the greatest while eating. It’s also quite pricey especially considering the quality was ok at best. Interesting experience, but not a must in my opinion. There are much better places to eat fresh fish in Fethiye. Also the octopus was not good.
Paul O — Google review
A colorful and flavorful place! The atmosphere is great, and the fish was fresh — but be careful with prices, as we ended up paying more than expected. The food itself was tasty but quite ordinary in preparation.

Paradise Beach, Bar and Restaurant is a fantastic beachfront spot with a great atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and provides excellent service. You can enjoy delicious food, including vegetarian options, at reasonable prices. The cocktails are amazing, and you can even sit in huts right in the sea. On top of that, there are DJ performances on Saturday nights for added entertainment. The shallow cove offers calm waters and the option to rent sunbeds and parasols at a reasonable price.
The atmosphere was constantly amazing, from the moment we arrived in the morning, till later in the day! Once we got there, after chilling for a bit, we booked a private boat through one of the staff members, who was nice enough to take us around the lagoon and show us AMAZING and unique places (butterfly island😍), to tell us stories never heard before and take us for a very fast adventure with his boat, stopped for swimming and admire the blue water and huge mountain in the area for an entire hour !! Back at the island, we took part in a live music show, where we dance, ate and drank good drinks! Definitely loved it and recommend it!!!
Elena V — Google review
We took the shuttle bus. Went from 11 - 6. It is a proper beach bar with Turkish music being played and the restaurant area is over the lagoon. You can take inflatables into the blue lagoon when you are there. There is enough shade for when you don't want to be in the sun all the time. There is also a swing set and a trampoline for the children which are all in the shade. The blue lagoon itself is a beautiful place to go if you have the opportunity.
Lydia L — Google review
Beautiful beach club, the friendliest staff in the whole of Fethyie! I’m not joking, I had the best smoothies and milk shake ever!!!! You should try the Green ginger peach smoothie. Plenty of parking, great music, beautiful theme and so welcoming! Definitely coming back 😍😍
R F — Google review
The beach business is a complete fiasco, there is constant noise and noise both in the hotel and on the beach. Not only the vulgarity and loudness of the music, but also the cavalier efforts of a waiter named Mr Ersan to communicate with people by shouting. There is such an unprofessional simplicity that you don't realize that you are disturbing other people by shouting "Hello my friend!" out loud. Didn't we witness abusive speeches about the customers? As if the noise on the beach wasn't enough, we were exposed to the music the lady cooking was playing inside, with her swearings. We witnessed the staff shouting and using abusive language not only among themselves but also about the customers!.. It seemed like the staff came to have fun rather than to serve. Every second was like torture, the only time we had fun was after 21:00 in the evening, when the beach staff dispersed. We are terribly tired.
Selin T — Google review
Everything was great apart from some guy by the hotel gate, you have to pass it to get to the bar, who stopped us and told us the beach is full and we cant go in. We did go in and there were empty loungers and we got a great and friendly service.
Zofia S — Google review
Beachfront restaurant/bar with a fantastic atmosphere. Great music and very welcoming staffs with great service. The cocktails are amazing at reasonable prices and you have the opportunity to sit in huts which are literally in the sea. There is also a wide variety of food available includind few vegetarian friendly options. Would definitely recommend and go back again.
Sujhoy B — Google review
Beautiful location, but completely ruined by nonstop blasting music. It’s so loud it travels across the sea — I could still hear it clearly while out on a canoe. The noise goes on until midnight, making sleep impossible. If you want peace, avoid this place at all costs

Paradise Beach in Oludeniz is a lovely spot — clean sands, clear water, and staff who make you feel genuinely welcome. We had a relaxing day soaking up the sun. The only slight downside was that the beef burgers we ordered could have been cooked a bit more, but everything else about the visit was fantastic.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The views were stunning with a tropical vibe, beautiful modern rooms with great air con, and fantastic relaxing pools. It’s in a quiet spot but still walking distance to the strip. Breakfast and restaurant food were delicious. The staff were exceptional especially Şenol the night manager, he was so warm, generous, and incredibly helpful, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. An absolute credit to the hotel. We would 100% come back!

Came here for a short stay with my partner and was absolutely blown away. Stunning hotel, great place, staff went above and beyond and were so friendly and funny. Will definitely be back again for a longer stay next year! Food was faultless, room was perfect and it was a slice of heaven. Thank you all for being so wonderful!

Our first stay here recommended by my daughter and her boyfriend. From the moment we arrived we were treated to he excellent service by all the staff. Our room was outstanding, the food was exceptional. We loved it so much we've already booked for next year.
Linda S — Google review
We stayed here for 10 nights in May and had the absolute best holiday. The hotel itself is stunning, surrounded by lush greenery with beautiful views of both the mountains and the sea. The communal areas, including the bar and restaurant, were tastefully decorated in a modern style and felt fresh and welcoming. The pool area was spotless and absolutely gorgeous—perfect for relaxing in the sun. We stayed in a bungalow room which was clean, modern, and well-equipped with a lovely balcony, air conditioning, and a Smart TV—we were even able to log into Netflix for cosy evenings in. Breakfast was enjoyable, although the variety was a little limited and became a bit repetitive over the 10 days. That said, there are plenty of decent local restaurants nearby if you fancy a change of scene in the mornings. I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the staff went out of their way to make it special. A bottle of wine was left in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. As if the beautiful setting and relaxing atmosphere weren’t enough, it was truly the staff who made the experience unforgettable. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing stay, were always smiling, and were full of great recommendations for local spots. Their suggestion for my birthday dinner at a nearby hotel led to a truly memorable evening. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat.
Lucie P — Google review
We stayed a few nights here, the hotel itself is absolutely amazing. The moment you walk through the door it’s heaven. From the rooms to the pool to the bar & the food. A special shoutout to Unal who goes above and beyond with everything, the most perfect cocktails. Constantly asking us if we need anything. Also a shoutout to Volkan at the bar as well who also made great cocktails. The most important part was that I got that family vibe. Will definitely be back in the near future.
Baz C — Google review
Lovely hotel. Rooms are really nice. Pool and pool area is lovely. Plenty of loungers, shade and a nice bar. Staff are attentive and very friendly. Located 5 mins walk from town. Oludeniz is not my cup of tea (sea is average, town is dominated by tacky shops and average restaurants), but the hotel is lovely and served us well for a few days of downtime
Jacob T — Google review
The place is fabulous! Very clean and the service was excellent, attentive. The rooms are very updated and modern. The pools were lovely and the breakfast was tasty. I do think there could be more options for hot food as there wasn’t too much. We got a bit sick of it by the end of the holiday. I would say this hotel is the best one in the area as we had family stay in a range of different hotels and this one was defo the best! Still can’t believe it’s only a 3 star hotel. I would advise to walk to the taxi rank rather than ask reception to call a taxi as the taxi rank is close by and much quicker to get a taxi as you are prioritised at the rank. Taxis are around 300TL. They are also really busy at the moment!

The rooms, you can get lucky, if not, go talk to them, we got really bad room, but needed to spend one day there, then got moved to a better one. You'll get one bottle of water and 2 small shampoos, thats it, get your own, towels changed 3 times in 7 days. Bought Palmolive shower gel (a really thick one) next day after room was cleaned the shower gel was mostly just watter, don't know if it fell or just they decided to take a bit and fill it with watter. Food is good, it doesn't really chanche a lot but it's good. Except the lack of fruit. Apples, oranges, apricot is all you get. Staff is amaizing, not everyone, but most of them are actually really nice and helpful people. There are some grumpy people. Entertainment, oh boy..... the entertainment it self is okay, some nights eaven really good, but the hotel host, ruined everything every night, because he talks it the microphone every minute: "Ooo Yeaa, OOO, Yes, Yeba, WaaaW, Big big applause" You just can't enjoy the show for 3min as he does it every evening, every few minutes. The location is great. 5min and your at a beautiful beach with many tours available. 2 stars just because of the staff, food, location and Guest relation Julie should be fired, she doesn't care, and won't help you, she's a dirty lier.

After reading a lot of negative reviews, we were honestly a bit worried about our stay at Hotel Karbel. However, we want to share our experience as a young couple who stayed here for a week in June — and overall, we were pleasantly surprised. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming. They even upgraded our room and helped carry our luggage, which was a great first impression. The room itself was modern, spacious, and very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, as did the shower, and the housekeeping staff cleaned our room daily with fresh towels provided. One downside was the location of our room, which faced the main strip. The bar across the road plays loud music until around 1am. This didn’t bother us much since we were usually out late ourselves, but it could be an issue for lighter sleepers or families with children. The pool area is lovely — we never had to rush to get a sunbed, even without waking up early. The entertainment team is friendly and always running activities throughout the day, which adds a fun, lively vibe. The food at the hotel was better than expected, especially if you come with an open mind and are willing to try traditional Turkish dishes. However, we found the snack bar food by the pool at lunchtime to be quite poor and disappointing. There has been entertainment every night during our stay. While it hasn’t been top-tier, it’s been a nice addition and shows effort from the hotel to keep guests engaged. Overall, for a budget-friendly holiday, we were definitely satisfied. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many areas, and we would recommend it to other young couples looking for an affordable getaway with good vibes.

First visit to this hotel and overall had a great stay. We visited as a family for a one week stay. Staff are mostly great, you soon work out who is best to approach with queries etc. Particular mention needed for photographer Omer, not only is a fantastic photographer, but is so friendly and engaging, an absolute asset. Also Engin, part of the restaurant staff, was a great host, super helpful and friendly. Food was great, plentiful and varied. The Turkish night was a particular favourite and I loved the array of salad options. Breakfast I enjoyed the variety of eggs on offer, plenty of healthy or indulgent options for every appetite. Lunch had two options - poolside or restaurant. Restaurant lunch was similar to dinner with a variety of salads and hot options. Poolside lunch had family favourites such as burgers, nuggets, chips and salad - all very tasty. The lady making the fresh flatbreads poolside was a gem too, delicious and had different filling options (cheese, chocolate). Ice cream served 3.30 each day - different flavours each day and very tasty. Water, juice and hot drinks are self serve and always available at different locations. Soft drinks, beer and local spirits included within package. Cocktails and some other drinks are chargeable. Air con was great in the room, in fact had to turn it down as got to chilly through the night. Our room for 3 was very small, however had plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage and had a great balcony which was good for drying swim clothes or having a chilled time out. Although small, we didn't spend a great deal of time in the room and it was functional - slept well, good shower and good air con. I did need to ask for an extra pillow that took some negotiation as first ask the chap on reception said no, but then asked someone else and this was accommodated and I slept much better. There was a safe in the room that is an extra charge, we didn't use it and had no issues with any valuables and also didn't really have concerns to that effect either - hotel feels very safe. The pool was great and the venue offered a number of activities for kids, pizza making, dance, face paints etc. Water aerobics, darts, killer pool and water polo were also great for adults (or kids). We didn't stay on site every evening but did enjoy the Kenyan acrobatics, Turkish folk and live singers (did not enjoy listening to the karoke as much though - yes party pooper alert). Good location, 5 mins walk to beach (and boat trips), 3 min drive from cable cars and good shopping in the strip next to hotel. Some good restaurant options if looking for a change of scenery too. A real downside for us was the too relaxed approach with smoking. There was no non smoking areas so had people lighting up all around the pool, lunch areas, dinner areas etc. Really unpleasant as a non smoking family with a child. Seeing people using drinking glasses as ashtrays too is just gross and disrespectful.

Holiday from hell - wanted to return home following arrival. Specifically visited the hotel two months prior to holiday to request rooms on first floor near reception on health grounds. Emailed to confirm. Booked through TUI but were put on Freebird flight - felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Arrived at hotel 3am and allocated rooms. 80 year old sister with angina up 2 flights of stairs miles away from reception. The other 2 rooms were in totally different directions which was a problem as one member of the family is disabled. Told to sleep in those rooms overnight and it would be sorted at reception next day. Reception suggested we share a room for the rest of the holiday 😩 we were all given different rooms - not much better but we swapped with my sister so at least she wasn't far from reception. We found the dining room to be filthy, the food hit and miss, some senior staff were very rude - as were many guests. We got clean sheets 2 days before we left. Our five year old granddaughter was left on her own whilst at kids club. Many sunbeds were broken. The coach driver returning us to Dalaman airport got lost several times and the journey took 3 hours instead of 1 - no air conditioning and no WC. The only highlight was meeting Ali, the waiter serving drinks at the pool bar. He cheered me up every day and his service and attention to detail was second to none. Ozzie and Mo also helped by encouraging me to do water aerobics. It was a pleasure to meet them. Requested TUI to provide special assistance at the airport. Got there - no-one knew anything about it 😞

Very poor performance from the hotel. Faults report were clearly ignored and some hotel staff rude, especially the spa staff when you say no. Food was really good and the photographer was amazing, someone you’d have an instant liking to. All in all it was a holiday and we did make the most of it but unfortunately we wouldn’t return.

Quieter end up the hill from the beach, but the beach is only a 5 minute walk. Nice quiet adults only pool. The family pool is definitely for people looking to be entertained. Friendly staff. Food and drink selections pretty standard for an all inclusive. Omer the onsite photographer was a legend.

Fethiye Adventure Park is a perfect destination for families with children, offering various courses suitable for different age groups. The park features easy courses for 4-7-year-old children accompanied by a parent, while older kids and adults can enjoy more challenging trails and zip lines. Nestled in a pine forest, the park provides a cool environment even in the summer months. Visitors can also indulge in delicious food served at the on-site restaurant.
Wow!!! Its a must place to spend a day with children. We were 5 famileis with lots of children. They have an easy course for 4-7 years old children accompanied by a parent. Kids over 7, and brave adults can do all courses. We all gear up with climbing eqipment. The guied took us to a demo track, and we learn how to use the eqipment, and how to do the zipline.... We all enjoy the long day out, with lots of fun. They have restaurant that served food and drinks.

Nice place for a family tour. Parkour zone with couple small zip lines for smallest children (my 3 years old nailed it). Family course for those that are 6 and older (accompanied by an adult) and lots of trails for kids 7 and older. I mean, really extreme and high ones ) it is in the pine forest, so not that hot even in July. Personnel speaks poor English though.

Historical landmark
Paspatur Çarşısı, also known as Fethiye Old Town, is a charming area located near the marina and ancient sites. The town boasts low-rise buildings due to historical earthquakes, adding to its allure. Visitors can explore authentic food markets, old stone buildings, and picturesque Umbrella Street adorned with colorful umbrellas.
I loved this place. it's full of good restaurants and coffee shops. Everything you need you can find in paspatur and especially the souvenirs. I went many times and always enjoy my time there.
Asmaa M — Google review
A must see to experience some Old Town culture with a mix of shopping for traditional foods, spices and "genuine fakes". It's NOT open 24hrs a day, the shops/cafes & bars start to open around 10am and close at midnight. Quieter in the morning busier at night, shaded so won't be in direct sun whilst shopping. Good variety of shops from clothing to souvenirs, always barter to get the price down and shop around - they prefer cash payments but do except card! Look out for the turtle 🐢 in the duck pond.
Hannah H — Google review
Love this old town. The markets are undercover. You can buy all sorts of stuff , you will need to bargain as some items need a reduced price to be a good deal. Probably get 25-40% off initial asking price. All the fake items seem quite good quality. What out for cash vs credit card for pricing.
Banksie — Google review
Old Town of Fethiye area. 150 meters far away from marina and 100 meters far from Fish Market. - Ideal for shopping. Especially best place for genuine copies. There are lots of leather shop and traditional spices and turkish delights. But don’t forvet to shop from stores with a price tag. - Always maske bargain with spices and delight shops. Check your bill if you paid with your card. - Never trust a salesman if he says ‘’don’t worry i will make you a good price.” at the beginning. - Try all of the t-shirts if you are bigger than 2XL before the salesman put into the bag. - Never shop from a salesman who is jumping on you while you are walking around. - Try to choose proper shops for your shopping.
Fethiye M — Google review
Great shopping in between Old buildings and streets. You can find a lot of typical Turkish items and gifts; it is definitely focused towards tourists and people wanting to take a little piece of Fetiyhe and Ölüdeniz home with them. Almost entirely closed off for pedestrians only, and there are a lot of dining options ranging from homestyle Turkish food , to fast casual food, and even a couple of fancier international food restaurants. Some of the freshest and delicious seafood can be found here in the market and will be cooked for you directly after choosing your fish or seafood. You will definitely find something good to eat here. Amazing world class specialty coffee shops are available here along with locally sourced spice shops, honey, jams/jellies, and local sweets/candy stores (lokum) Did I mention shopping? I am not exaggerating about the coffee shops

The gate is really beautiful and old town has a lot of café, walking through old town has good vibe.

An larfeky pedestrianised area of shops, restaurants and street stalls, it's very upmarket but with Turkish vibe that is focused on visitors, in a pleasant way.
KNBD — Google review
Fethiye town centre especially the old town is a shoppers delight, literally anything, from genuine fake watches, to designer copies of clothes , bags, plus an abundance of shoe shops, men's and women's sportswear, spices, and dozens of restaurants to suit your needs.

Hotel Telmessos is a casual all-inclusive hotel located just a few minutes' drive from Oludeniz Beach. It offers 214 comfortable rooms with balconies, a spa, gym, and outdoor pools. Guests have praised the hotel for its cleanliness, hardworking and friendly staff, as well as the strict adherence to COVID-19 precautions. The atmosphere is described as amazing with modern room designs and delicious food options including vegan and vegetarian choices.
The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing. The location is great. The design of the hotel and the rooms are really modern. The food is delicious and there are a lot of choices (even vegan and vegetarian options). The pools are ideal for kids since they have a small water park with really fun slides. There are activities and music during night and day. Overall a fantastic hotel. Would recommend.

15th June, 2018 stayed - 10 days. What a fantastic holiday from start to finish. Hotel staff very friendly from front of house to bar staff, Speedy and his brother, Khan and the rest of the staff, which made you laugh and even showed us there traditional dance. Can't fault the cleanliness of this hotel, cleaning staff did an amazing job and the catering manager and staff made sure that the food was presented fresh with a variety to suit every taste. Pool and outside was hosed down every night, plenty of sunbeds so didn't have to rush to place towels on, a separate area for young children to swim and use water slides was also catered for, Very relaxed atmosphere, with a snack bar for when you felt peckish. This hotel also offers Turkish bath and massage in a relaxed environment. The town was only a five-ten minute walk and everyone in the town was talkative and friendly. I will definitely be coming back next year and would recommend this hotel.

Just came back from this fantastic hotel. Spent 12 nights there and enjoyed every moment. It is approaching end of season but there was still plenty to do and see. 1-Rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day 2- Food was what you should expect All Inclusive, with plenty on the menu. Although people have different tastes, there was always something for someone including barbeques in the evenings and snack bars throughout the day 10am-17.00pm. 3- Entertainment could have been slightly better. However it was approaching end of season and what was on offer was really enjoyable and good fun. 4- Pools were very clean and water slides operational a couple of hours a day. 5- Staff? Where do I begin? They were simply a great team. The management, the receptionists, the entertainment team, restaurant staff and even the room cleaners were all fantastic and bent over backwards to help accommodate our needs. This is a honest review based on my experience and I will be going back again very soon. They say you get what you pay for. Well this hotel certainly gives you much more. It was value for money. A big thank you to everyone from me and my family.

Had a lovely time here, staff were amazingly helpful. We arrived at 3.30am due to flight diversion, and the gentleman on the desk went out and got us a kebab. Nothing was too much trouble. The only things that let it down was not much entertainment and food was very repetitive, if you like chicken, salad and rice your well away. Not a very wide selection of inclusive drinks. Rooms are lovely, gardens are fantastic and they even have a couple of tortoises 😁

Wonderful place, wished the second pool had spirits and the pool table would stay open for longer. But overall its an amazing place for kids. There is a small market shop between the two pools and hotel rooms which you can get a quick snack or your essentials from :)

Stayed for two weeks with my husband an his three children (7,10,12). Arrival was early hours we were quickly checked in given some sandwiches , kind gesture but didn't like. We had split rooms , two in one room three in another, they had given us two rooms opposite as we'd requested. The rooms were disappointing not as expected , the triple room was small what looked like they'd just added the.extra bed in not enough storage space , Aircon was dodgy at times didn't work. Our balcony was small not usable as covered in ants often wake everyday to.bites all over us. The housekeeper was good but often came quite late , only changing towels every three days despite showering daily , never enough towels for three people. Little things were forgotten like she'd take the towels but not leave any often no toilet roll. Little plug sockets available . The food was poor.worst we've had ended up eating out alot , snack bar seemed got worse as the weeks went on often poor attitude From staff. Bar selection was awful , worst choice in drinks staff very rude at times. Music same every day often too loud for them hear your drink order Pool areas are good however slides only.on twice a day , female.entertainer in charge often on her phone not paying attention or grabbing people push them down. Entertainment was poor , kids club.no effort was made with the kids especially the youngest or when we went it was the same.thing every night , the didn't talk to the kids only the Turkish.children. evening entertainment started too late. We'd never return here however the hotel was clean the staff work very hard considering we seen the same staff two weeks running.

Today is our last day in this beautiful, serene hotel that welcomed us with its enchanting bougainvilleas. One week here passed by so quickly and I'm really happy that we chose Telmessos Neva this year. From its delicious and fresh food, hospitable personal, clean and comfortable rooms, fun evening activities for the kids and its lovely ladies pool and aquapark everything was great. I will always remember my chit chats with Nermin hanım. The ladies pool side staff Gamze, Selin,Buse, Nurgül and Huriye all were so kind. I thank you all for being so gracious. And I'd definitely recommend this hotel for families looking for a halal concept hotel.

Manaspark Hotel Oludeniz is a vibrant and modern accommodation option offering a range of amenities for families and couples. The hotel features soundproofed family rooms with entertainment options, on-site dining including kid-friendly buffets, and a kiddie pool by the bar. Guests can enjoy free shuttle services to Oludeniz Beach or take a leisurely 20-minute walk to reach the beach area.
Manas Park Hotel Fethiye gave me one of the best experiences ever, I was welcomed by Mr. Jameel with a complimentary massage. The hotel is beautiful, the food is super amazing with a new menu every day and the staff is top notch friendly, always smiling, educated, excellent service and fluent in English which felt amazing. But what truly made my stay unforgettable were Hazar and Hüseyin at the bar. These two are absolute stars! Always smiling, super welcoming, and full of positive energy. They made every visit to the bar feel like catching up with good friends. Their kindness, humor, and attention to detail really stood out. People like them are what make a hotel feel like home. Highly recommend this hotel. Keep it up!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Fabulous views (looks like you have a great view from every room). Varied spread of food, lots of choice. Even when the hotel is completely full, sun beds are available all day. 15-20 minute walk to the beach (downhill), so a little longer on the way back. Surrounded by hills and wildlife. From our walk around, no other hotel in the area has similar views and is as close to the beach.

Wow wow wow ! What a fantastic time we had at this delightful hotel . First time in Turkey and I just cannot wait to return. From the wonderful staff, to the amazing food and fabulous spa we had a wonderful memorable stay. The downside was we were only there a week but what a week. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and the staff very kindly wished us well with our names in lights on the side of the mountain . Big shout out to Stefan who carried our bags and explained about the hotel, Jimmy who provided us with magical massages ( 3 in total). Ahmet who showed first class customer service in the dining room . Sinem whose bar skills were outstanding especially in providing my husband with a secret “red drink” that we never managed to figure out all the ingredients but was delightful. We booked 2 excursions which were amazing through Yenice Tours who are on site . A shout out also to the on site shop owner who was lovely and has everything you need!

We’re just back after returning to Manaspark. It’s the most beautiful location to sit and enjoy the sun while looking out on the sea and paragliders. We went in September last year and had a perfect holiday. We saw reviews before going that complained about the food and decking around the pool. It was nice to see the decking has all been addressed. They were busy working on maintaining some of the more worn areas. There is a great range of choice of food so no-one will ever go hungry. However the food rarely changes so it does become a bit samey after a week. Aside from the location the main reason we returned was because the staff are very friendly and attentive. The drinks are good and not just the cheapest available. But most of all you aren’t being limited and upgraded every time you want something. There’s so many different offers of food that you can mix it up with the snack bar and what is nice is we arrived after midnight from a long travel and were able to have soup and a couple of drinks. The hotel was full when we got there and the room we had wasn’t as nice as the one we’d had before. But we spoke to the reception and when space was available we got moved to a much better one. All in all it’s a hotel where you feel looked after and can relax. There is entertainment, but it’s a great place for couples or families with young children. I’d highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful week at Manaspark Hotel – the location of the hotel is perfect – high enough on the hill overlooking Olu Deniz for fabulous views but low enough for an easy walk to the beach and shops. The hospitality was amazing – our special thanks to Ahmet, Batman, Melisa, Asya and Veysel – but also the rest of the team (reception, cleaners, shop and security) were great. The food – we loved it, variations each day, everything mase with fresh ingredients and freshly cooked. Thanks you!

*Review from August 2022* It is our last day of our 10 night stay here. This is a five star review of a great great resort but nowhere is perfect and everywhere can improve. Myself and my husband and my parents both had a room each (private pool rooms 2102 and 2104) on the photos I have added of the pool where you can see both wooden sides is our room 2102 and the larger outside area but less view down to the sea as covered by bushes is 2104. So starting with the rooms absolutely fantastic yes don't get me wrong slightly dated but they like there dark wood over here don't they but very clean and huge rooms - I haven't been to many hotels where the minibar is free and restocked everyday including beer but also chocolate and some snacks too! The private pools are definitely worth the extra money they were quite large in size the photos don't do them justice - room 2104 has a very large outside area with four sun beds and outdoor shower but with less of a view as there is bushes covering but the pool sizes are all exactly the same - room 2102 still has a great balcony with table and chairs and two sunbeds enough room with the most excellent view and it kept the sun longer on an evening. These pools are quite private also and very quiet on a night although the 24hr bar is near it's set back with the relax pool above so literally didn't hear a thing on a night. These rooms have the best views down to the sea but I think most rooms do here with the hotels positioning and unlike some resorts it's a two minute walk to the bar from your room also if you want something which is not in the minibar. Aircon is very cold the beds are so comfy I cannot tell you - huge TV but couldn't get any English channels to work -we didn't care but some people might. Jacuzzi bath tubs in the rooms again which were fantastic lovely lights under the bed my only slight criticism but we've had this with other hotels in Turkey is you need more light in the bedrooms. Also in our room when you were in the shower you struggled to see to shave your legs as there was no light in the shower in the bathroom with the dark shower walls makes it tough however in my parents room that was not a problem as all four private pool rooms are laid out slightly different. Easy access to Oludeniz literally a five minute walk down but not sure I could tackle the hill on the way back up in the main daytime heat as it's a big slope out of the hotel. Taxis to hisaronu 70 lira 50 to oludeniz around 70-100 to ovacik (the lira is currently 20.5 to £1 | would recommend changing money over here. The main mealtime in Restaurants always seems to let me down in Turkey (see my post from Antalya in April) I think evening meal times should have more structure where either you book a time and there's a table reserved or you get a buzzer and go to the bar until your table is available something like that not a free for all where you are not seated to a table - admittedly we only ate in the hotel three nights as we planned to go out for the meals on this holiday but of all three nights no matter what time we went we really struggled to find a table and when we did fine one with used things on the waiters did not hurry to come and clean but there's probably 35 tables in the restaurant and the selection of food is small. I like Turkish food but I don't think I could have enjoyed eating here every night- there was nothing wrong with the quality of food just not much choice - lots of salad and fruit options but in terms of actual hot food meal choices not many at all - again this might not bother some people but l enjoy a varied selection. The same goes for lunch and breakfast really but no struggle to get a table. Turkish style breakfast which I like but personally not much variety for my taste. Drinks are all branded we are talking Gordon's pink gin and lemonade standard with lots of cocktails the beer is efes - you cannot fault the drinks - great snack bar 2-5pm all waiter service where you can choose what you want and it is freshly cooked they offer the same from 10pm-12pm …

Nestled near the Lycian Way Trail, Garcia Resort & Spa Oludeniz offers a luxurious stay with spacious rooms and suites boasting sea views. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality that immediately made me feel at home. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained—elegant, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The room was spacious, comfortable, with all the little touches that make a stay feel special. Every detail, from the cozy linens to the immaculate bathroom, was just right. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff especially Ahmed and Ozge. Every single person I interacted with was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was offering local recommendations, helping with special requests, or just sharing a friendly smile, their attentiveness and professionalism were exceptional. It’s rare to find a place where both the environment and the people leave such a lasting impression. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone seeking comfort, charm, and outstanding service.

We stayed at Garcia Hotel between August 20-23 with my family. The rooms were spacious and ideal for families. The bathroom was a bit old, but still acceptable in terms of comfort. The staff were very attentive, especially Chef Murat, who was very kind and caring towards the guests. Although the food variety was not huge, the price-quality-performance balance was quite satisfying. Overall, we were pleased with the hospitality and had a pleasant holiday experience.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend Our stay at Garcia Resort & Spa was a big disappointment. First of all, the location is very far from the beach and city center – you feel completely isolated. The rooms were not clean at all; we found dust, hair, and the bathroom was in bad condition. Definitely not what you’d expect from a “resort.” On top of that, the staff at reception were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Every request felt like a burden to them. We had multiple issues during our stay and nobody seemed to care. This hotel completely ruined part of our vacation. Poor service, poor hygiene, and a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Definitely not worth the money – I strongly advise looking elsewhere!

The worst resort experience. Here are the details as to why: 1. They have only 1 beach shuttle for their entire guests and that 1 shuttle leaves at 1030am and comes back at 4pm. The rest of the time you need to take a taxi. Which would be fine, although annoying, but due to summer traffic taxis take 45 mintues to one hour to show up, if at all. I told the hotel staff this and told them to get more shuttles but they said it is summer and this is it and maybe they might add one more shuttle if the hotel manager approves. This has not happened. So basically you are a prisoner in the resort from 1030am to 6pm when the traffic dies down. 2. The bathrooms are moldy and smelly. I have a video but can't upload here. They changed my room and still the second room, although better, still has mold. This is supposed to be a 5 start hotel, but it is at best a 3 star. 3. The food is bland and not great. The food at the pool bar is awful! 4. At 5pm, the pool ran out of towels, and it closes at 7pm! Also the maid service does not come daily unless you call twice and ask for it. Lastly, the worst of all, and most dangerous is that the balcony does not have standard railings, so my toddler, almost 2 and weighing 28 pounds, was able to squeeze through the railing and go on the other side (which is next to the pool!). It was so scary, but luckily I was watching and caught him in time but he was still on the other side of the railing! So watch out if you have toddlers or kids who can not swim. Avoid this place and get a hotel near the beach with better reviews.

I had a great time in Garcia hotel . My room was so big and it had a big balcony with jacuzzi .I booked for uall. The sauna ,Turkish bath ,gym, and jacuzzi were free and so delightful The foods were so variant and delicious.the staffs were so kind and helpful. That was a kind of hotel that you don't want to go out. 8 minutes ride from Ölüdeniz city center if there is no traffic. It was really valuable and I'm so happy that I booked there .

Stayed here with family for 7 days at the end of April 2025. All inclusive. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Please only book if you are happy with a 2/3 star hotel. Everyone here seems to smoke! So chilling in the pool area with kids is difficult as all you end up doing is inhaling 2nd hand smoke. Hotel is good for those who book all inclusive just to eat and drink as much as possible. And spend most days just laying on the sunbeds.

I know some people don’t trust reviews but for the love of god find yourself another hotel. This one is only good for taking a couple photos of the view and maybe jump in the pool. The bathroom has stains, black gunk and chipped tiles; the duvet has a hole in it and the floor in the room was sticky. The food is inedible and only the water out of the drinks is free - all the others charge, except for breakfast where tea and coffee are included. Overall cleanliness is very poor, there are also many flies at this location and they leave vicious bites. However, the staff member who led us to our room was nice and answered our questions.

If this was advertised as a 3* rating maybe I wouldn't have been so disappointed - but it isn't. There is nothing modern, ultra or tasteful about this hotel! It's Benidorm meets Skegness but 5 times the price. Even with Turkey's economy currently this place is expensive with an initial ask of €300 per night we eventually paid €220. The pictures on the booking website (popular .com website) are clearly from when it first opened or are highly edited - it's not accurate to it's state now. Booked a pool access room - which we were expecting ground floor as pictured but it also includes the upper level with a flight of stairs - which isn't an issue but it is not advertised as a potential option and would have affected my decision at booking based on price. The rooms are tired, grubby (especially the bathroom) and in need of a deep clean let alone a repaint! Unfortunately like most 'european' style hotels you can hear every noise in the whole block & the Aircon sounded like our own personal jet engine. The birds nest on our balcony which covered everything in bird poo really topped it off. The 'mini bar' is a fridge in a cupboard which turns off when the key is removed. The pool area was ok but there was still a lot of dirt and the staff were still cleaning around people at 10am most mornings. Unfortunately the sun loungers have seen better days and the clean towels ran out by 2pm - which on the first day we were told there was a towel service but the second day different staff told us there is no towel service! There are only a handful of parasols for the sunbeds meaning lack of shade for most of the day. However, I had to do what I hate and be a typical Brit going out at 9am to get a sunbed otherwise it was the floor. The pool surroundings are tired and cracked in places. The slides are ok - however the area around it was disgusting and there were about 20 cracked and loose tiles. The staff we encountered were all nice, friendly and helpful. Trying their best to keep up during the day with entertainment such as shooting & pool activities. The music in the evening was ok, loud but only till 11pm (whilst a good provision by the hotel it's not advertised and not what we wanted personally in our hotel stay). The restaurant was absolute carnage every meal time. Like watching a pack of piranhas being fed fresh meat. But it was mainly fried food or food in a heavy sauce at lunch and evening meal. The salad selection was good however at both meal times. Breakfast selection was probably the best with fresh egg station and options for Turkish style breakfast, fruit and yogurt. None of the communal areas had Aircon turned on or sun blinds. Whilst the views are lovely around 4pm when the sun hits all the glass, in the middle of July it made sitting inside unbearable. The outside areas didn't appear to be kept clean - the stairwells and outdoor walkways were quite dirty. It would be helpful if on check in you were advised of all the different timings for the various restaurants/ bars / slides etc. My personal experience for the price, for what I was expecting in the way this hotel is advertised, was absolutely not worth it. Ultimately we decided to leave after the first night. The operations manager was very helpful and apologetic and facilitated a refund for the nights we had not stayed through our booking provider.

Sundia By Liberty Ölüdeniz is an upscale hotel located in the heart of the popular Turkish resort town, Fethiye. Just a short walk from both Ölüdeniz beach and lagoon beach, this 4-star hotel offers a range of amenities including multiple pools, a spa with massage and body treatments, fitness center, tennis court, and access to a private beach. The hotel also provides bicycle rentals and high-speed internet access.
Another Fantastic Stay at Sundia Liberty Ölüdeniz! We just returned from a wonderful family holiday at Sundia Liberty Ölüdeniz, and once again, it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely amazing – everything was fresh, full of flavour, and there was such a wide selection to choose from every day. The snack bar by the pool deserves a special mention – perfect for a quick bite between swims! The staff were outstanding – incredibly friendly, always smiling, and working tirelessly even in the intense heat. The atmosphere around the hotel was vibrant yet relaxed, and you could tell that the management team runs the place like a Swiss watch – smooth, efficient, and with real care. It was also a pleasure to chat with the hotel manager, who was always present and approachable, making sure every guest felt valued and looked after. We’re already looking forward to coming back in October! Thank you for another memorable stay! – Matt, Judy & Alex

The atmosphere of the hotel was excellent, very comfortable, and gave a really good feeling. All the staff were extremely polite, always smiling, and had a warm and friendly attitude. Whenever we needed something, it was provided in the shortest possible time. The meals were outstanding—delicious, high quality, and very diverse. The hotel also had a couple of pools for both adults and children, which was a great feature. The beach was within walking distance, around 10 minutes away, making it easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both comfort and great service.

Very clean, friendly staff, good food, entertainment excellent. Hotel is situated in a brilliantly area right on the strip. Although it's only on 3 floors lifts are needed for the disabled and elderly. Nice large swimming pool no need to Hunt for sun beds. Can't wait to go back soon.

Our stay at Sundia by Liberty was truly one of the best trips we’ve ever had and definitely one of our best seaside hotel experiences. The room was very clean, and everything was well taken care of. The restaurant was excellent — the variety of food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was impressive, with new options every day. The quality was outstanding, and everything we tried was delicious. The desserts and pastries were especially amazing. The bar was also excellent, serving high-quality drinks and very tasty cocktails. The hotel had two pools, one of them for adults, and access to the beach was very easy — just a 10-minute walk to reach the hotel’s beach area. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always smiling. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome. Overall, this was one of our best seaside hotel experiences, and we would highly recommend it.

Hotel is sited on the strip so generally noisy till about 1am. The rooms are smaller than they appealed in brochure But they are clean and serviceable We Didn't find the food in the evening anything special and not really to our taste. There seemed to be more of a focus on clearing tables than there was to seat and serve customers . On several occasions plates were taken before we had completed our meal In contrast, breakfast was a much more pleasant affair, and we were well looked after by the very happy Seda. Fresh Orange juice is a treat even though there is a small supplement but you get a big glass. Muhammed in the adult bar was very attentive and spends his day running round after everyone making sure they are all happy The snack bar was the best food service was quick and efficient and all the staff were friendly and happy. Take a good quality mosquito repellent as the little buggers are evil here .

Amazing hotel, service was top notch, hospitality from the employees were amazing they were all very nice. Restaurants had great food and great variety everyday was something new. Location was amazing right next to the beach and downtown area. If you have babies just know it’s a lively area and you’ll hear noise till at least 12 am. Wasn’t a problem for us but just a heads up.

From 10 am the music starts and while okay to begin with it gets worse as the day goes on. By 9 pm the volume is cranked up and while they said they stopped playing music at midnight, the nearby bars continue just as loud until 1 am. I walked miles trying to find a quiet spot in the resort. I could not. It's a shame, as otherwise the place has merits, but if you want night time 'music' peaking at around 95dB, then this is a good place for you. Friday night was a complete nightmare with their 'Dance Mania' show. The 'owners response' would like you to believe that this was not their hotel but I have checked the hotel front on google maps street view. I know there was another Sundia nearby, because our mad taxi driver dropped us off there at about midnight when we arrived. A short transfer later we were in the cacophony of the Sundia Liberty, which by the way has a much nicer lobby. My immediate comment was 'I hope the room is not noisy' as the music was blasting from just outside the hotel door. And so it started. Anyway, I am not making any of this up... I might just upload a video later.

Just got back from staying here for 2 weeks. Staff so friendly and helpful food was really good lots of choice. Didn't have to pay for safe in room and no deposit for pool towels which were left in room when requested. Location great close to shops and beach. Would definitely cone back. Partner and daughter did paragliding which is something I want to do next visit.

The hotel is designed in a village style with low-rise buildings spread across large gardens, creating an intimate atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a stretch of white sand on the Blue Lagoon and indulge in the hotel's luxurious spa. The resort offers spacious rooms with private balconies and modern amenities.
Fantastic hotel and the staff are amazing, they cater to all your needs and nothing is too much for them. The food served was outstanding with a good variety of food to cater for all, along with the puddings, ice cream 🍦 and snacks!!! The room we stayed in was a little small but this didn't faze us as we only slept and showered, the bed was very comfortable and had air conditioning which was fab. Rooms were cleaned daily and water replenished. This place ticks all the boxes, and a private beach too, great entertainment throughout the day and evening I can't fault this place, my partner and I are already saving our pennies to go again next year. Lots of things to do and see, just amazing!!!@

Belcekiz hotel, overlooking the beach, the paragliders landing on grassy area outside plaza bar great just watching. There's 2 pools and private beach if you prefer, usually plenty loungers ,but the relax pool you gotta be early for that one. The food was a good variety and well prepared, usual traders and boat trips if that's your thing. Entertainment team work hard and friendly little Bursa one off the teams girls does the kids club, and enjoy meeting and chatting. This hotel is popular with English people and caters manly for the Brits.only negative it's 1 .5 hrs from the airport ..

We had an amazing stay at Belcekiz Beach Club in Oludeniz! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a free room upgrade — spacious, cosy, and perfect — which instantly gave us a fantastic first impression. The whole team was incredibly friendly and always smiling, working hard to make sure every guest was happy. A special thanks to the lovely housekeeping lady who greeted us warmly every day, and to the wonderful staff in the main restaurant — especially the girl and the gentleman with glasses (I wish I remembered his name!) — you were both so kind and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety, and you could really see the effort put into making everything fresh and tasty. Overall, our time here was unforgettable, and we truly appreciate everyone who contributed to making our stay so special. Thank you, Belcekiz Beach Club team

We've been about 15 times now and keep going back. It's not a posh place but the refurbished rooms are nice and the staff are attentive and friendly. As always, Air the entertainment manager makes the days with his unique style. It's a friendly and relaxed place which is why we keep going back. We feel part of the family.

DO NOT COME HERE JUST GIRLS. We had some lovely moments at this hotel but unfortunately they were tainted by some bad ones. During our stay there were 3 males guests that made us feel uncomfortable. It started initially by them staring at us by the pool to them them splitting up and staring at us from 3 different corners of the pool. This made us all feel very uncomfortable and went back to our room early. We then saw them everywhere we went watching us. One evening we again caught them staring at us in the bar. One of us went to the toilet and one of the males followed her thankfully another male guest saw this and waiting for my friend outside the toilet. This should never happen. We spoke to staff at the bar who told that us that if the men touch us tell them. We did not want it to get that far. We did see the manager go over and speak to them however this did not deter them as I went to the toilet and another male followed me. This is unacceptable behaviour and should not happen inside the hotel. We spoke to reception who took all the details but again said the same thing. Thankfully nothing further happened but these incidents did ruin our time. During this time and after we had several other guests come up to us stating they also thought their behaviour was weird and not acceptable. Even though this happened the hotel did have some positives. The food was really good and the roast dinner on Sunday was shockingly just like home. The cocktails were pretty good but have to pay extra to get special cocktails like porn star martinis and margaritas. The entertainment was good but repetitive. The rooms again were a let down. I can only explain the duvet as a large paper towel. It was not a sheet and very weird to sleep in. We aren’t bothered about it being pretty but sleeping comfy is a priority. The adults only pool was really nice and quiet. However staff here were inappropriate. This started off with a bit of innocent fun getting us with a water gun but this quickly turned into picking us up and throwing us into the pool. This behaviour continued unfortunately making us uncomfortable. We wouldn’t be surprised if the bar staff knew the men that targeted us. One of the bar staff took a particularly liking to one of my friends and would not leave her alone the whole holiday. His behaviour was obsessive. This is a shame because I know that if we had come with a male this would never have happened and we probably would have had a lovely time.

4-Star Review – Definitely Worth Booking, But Some Small Drawbacks We recently stayed at the Belcekiz Beach Hotel in room 240 and really enjoyed our holiday. The upgraded room was definitely worth the extra cost – much nicer than the standard options and made a big difference to our stay. The staff were excellent – always friendly, helpful, and happy to bring you drinks whether you’re by the pool or relaxing elsewhere. The food overall was very good, though it could benefit from a bit more variety and some better English breakfast options. The pool area is lovely but very busy – if you want a sunbed, you’ll need to be up before 7am, as the hotel doesn’t enforce any rules around reserving seats, which was a bit frustrating. Entertainment in the evenings was enjoyable, and the street-side beach bar is a real highlight – great atmosphere, service, and a perfect location to unwind. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning next year due to the TUI night flights, which are just too late for us. TUI has exclusive rights to this hotel in their package deals, which is a shame, as we’d love to come back otherwise. Also, not the hotel’s fault, but the executive travel transfer on the way back to the airport was awful – genuinely the worst ride to an airport we’ve ever had. That said, I still highly recommend this hotel – just consider booking your stay separately rather than through a package, to avoid some of the hassles we experienced. A beautiful hotel with great staff and a fantastic location!

Clean, great service, friendly staff, good choice of food, amazing venue right on the beach, nice relaxing adult pool, and busier family pool both with bar and toilet access. long transfer from airport especially as you get close to Oludeniz, took an hour and a half for last 4km due to traffic in afternoon (probably okay if you arrive late in the evening) . Aircon not great but is included in the price.

I enjoyed very much my stay at this hotel. Conveniently located very close to the sea. My room on the first floor had a nice view on the swimming pool and the mountains. The room was not big, but very nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. The swimming pool area with the bar was so cozy and nice to spend time. I loved the design of this hotel. Buffet breakfast was very satisfying. And the staff were always smiling and very helpful. I will definitely come back here :-)

Good hotel with a great location near the beach. One downside is that it’s also close to a busy street with supermarkets, restaurants, clubs, and bars, which can be noisy. However, it usually gets quiet after midnight (around 00:00–1:00). The hotel grounds are clean, and room cleaning is very good and done daily. Some rooms are spacious, while others are small. The hotel is suitable for people with disabilities. Breakfast is good. Dinner could be improved, as meat dishes were sometimes dry and the pasta was overcooked. The mezes were good. Occasionally, the staff struggled to manage a large number of guests—there were long wait times for meals, and some dishes were forgotten. However, when fewer people were dining, the service was much better.

We stayed in this place and hotel from June 28 to July 6. It’s a wonderful hotel with caring staff. The rooms are clean and nice. The lovely ladies who keep everything tidy, the guys in the restaurant, the administrators – everyone is very responsive! The hotel is located very close to the beach (really one of the best ever), just a minute away. Despite the fact that it can be noisy outside, as the entrance is through the main street of this part of Ölüdeniz, inside the hotel area, it is very pleasant and peaceful. Manager Yulia recommended us to go on the "5 Islands" tour. We really enjoyed it! Amazing views of the mountains, crystal clear azure sea, delicious lunch, and a wonderful yacht team. Huge thanks to Yulia for the care she provided throughout our stay. We would love to come back to Oludeniz, and if that happens, we want to stay at this hotel again! :)

Absolutely brilliant staff and the location was perfect. We had a swim up room facing the main pool and was perfect although was always loud on a night time with people coming back late. The food was brilliant absolutely no complaints, after reading reviews we were nervous but there was always something for everyone. The drinks had a good selection just very strong. Over all brilliant hotel, great food and absolutely perfect location just 5/10 min walk always from beach and strip. Loved so much will be returning next year.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel and would gladly return. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere throughout the property is relaxing, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for both short and extended stays. One of the standout features was the buffet. There was an impressive variety of dishes available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re a picky eater or someone who loves trying new things, there’s definitely something for everyone. The dining area was spacious and never felt overcrowded, even during busy hours. The pool area was another major highlight. The pool itself is wide and perfect for both swimming and lounging. There’s plenty of seating and shaded areas around, so it’s easy to spend an entire afternoon just unwinding by the water. It’s great for families, couples, or even solo travelers looking to relax. You may also select to have a room that is just adjacent to a pool exclusively for you. Although they strictly prohibit the use of pools after 7pm to maintain and clean the premises. Overall, the combination of great food, comfortable amenities, and excellent service made this a very memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable experience with great value for money.

We recently returned from a fantastic family holiday at this hotel as a large group of 16, including adults, teenagers, and toddlers—and I have to say, it exceeded all our expectations! I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive after reading some older reviews from last year, but I’m so glad we went ahead with the booking. From start to finish, everything was spot on. The food was great, with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The entertainment team and bar staff were absolutely brilliant—friendly, hardworking, and always going the extra mile to make sure everyone was having a good time, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We honestly had the best time and made some amazing memories. We’ll definitely be booking again for next year. Huge thanks to all the staff—you did a fantastic job!

Just returned from 9 nights at this hotel. We had a lovely experience - reception staff were really helpful my son had an accident and they were great at arranging a Dr to come to the hotel and check him out. Entertainment team were brilliant and had a great way at making everyone feel comfortable and included. Food is what you would expect from a 4 star all inclusive but we always managed to find something we enjoyed! Pizza, crepes and ice cream included throughout the day which was a nice surprise. Our house keeper was great at keeping us well stocked up on fresh water and towels and honestly couldn’t do enough for us. The wait staff in the restaurants were friendly and always had time to say hello to my little boy (3) or give him a high 5. Lastly, we got some lovely pictures taken by Fred- we were hesitant initially to get them done but so glad we didn’t and in the end couldn’t choose which ones we loved the most! 😄 Would definitely recommend and return!

This was my third visit to this hotel and will be my last. It’s a certainly gone downhill since 2023. , I first arrived early hours and was put in a room with dogs barking outside most of night and motorbikes up and down the road. I complained to the Reception staff and the Jet2 representative and yes, they did move me into a similar room less quiet but not a great view the room Was never cleaned properly. They left the dirty towels ls on the floor in the bathroom and did not replace. I didn’t get any clean bedding. No milk for my hot drinks. I had to go searching for toilet rolls and an extra towel. The food was definitely not as good as they seem to recycle a lot of the food from lunch menu into the evening menu and vice versa. I finished up on the last two days of my holiday ill along with a friend of mine that I met there some of the staff were really great and so friendly, but they were the odd ones that were a little rude and And had no respect for different age groups of Holiday makers. I had to complain to the Reception on two occasions and it could’ve been more first was the room they put me in then the neighbours that I had Next Door that I could hear everything they did.!!!!!!! And then a full blown argument they were having between themselves. I had to contact the Reception three times just to get some clothes hangers in my wardrobe as I could not unpack. I had no fresh bottles of water put in my fridge as I know other holiday makers in the hotel got lots. in general the cleaning even around the pool area was not on par with what has been in the past I tended to take up the same position of sun lounges and the cigarette ends and bits of food and plastic water bottles were still there for most of the seven days of my holiday. They need to step up for a four star all-inclusive hotel definitely not value for money this time

Great joint in the old Paspatur market. Very good selection of beers and other beverages and amazing homemade pizzas with the freshest possible ingredients, made with a lot of care and love! Service is also amazing from a very nice and chill team. Little bonus : Premier League fixtures shown live & live music. Definitely a must when you are in Fethiye!

We spent an amazing holiday at this hotel with our family, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with beautiful views and daily housekeeping. The location was perfect — and within walking distance of shops and attractions. It was a perfect mix of relaxation and fun, and we created so many wonderful memories as a family. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great family vacation in Turkey. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Just spent 2 nights here. Good location, a few min walk to Main Street with food and shopping. Rooms were clean, nice hard bed (which I prefer for my back) and hot water. Unfortunately our AC was broken and no one was able to fix it during our stay. Thank goodness it cooled off at night. Lady at reception desk in the am was very pleasant and kind. Pool was warm and clean. Food at buffet was fairly good. For the price we paid, we were happy. We especially loved the hotel puppy:)
Kim D — Google review
I love this place. Most of the staffs are kind and the pool area is the highlight! Water is crystal clear and there are more than enough loungers/umbrellas in any sun direction. Food aren’t the strong suit but it’s buffet style so you definitely wouldn’t leave hungry. Considering how much a meal restaurants are charging around Hisaronu and Oludeniz, it’s a steal. Rooms can be a hit and miss. The first room I had was on the ground floor facing a bizarre passage with zero view. And it was dark and not too clean. I then asked to be changed to a different room which was accommodated for. It’s on the top floor and way nicer. All in all, I will definitely recommend as it’s budget friendly(nearly the cheapest around the hood) and the pool was great!

Site is good : bus to go to the beach is right by the hotel. Our room was bad though, the floor wasn’t clean, no paper toilets refilled, we heard the neighbouring, and the room was too hot. However, we might had the wrong room because the others looked better, the pool with the terrace are great and a great place filled with plants.
Charles G — Google review
Such a great place to stay! The room was clean and comfy, the pool was perfect, and the breakfast was way better than we expected—lots of tasty options. The staff were super nice too. Definitely a place we’d come back to!

Beautiful resort with everything you need. Staff are kind and helpful! The resort has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. A nice pool and quiet and restful atmosphere. You can also easily book excursions and travel to the airport from reception.

The price is very reasonable. The facility is a bit old and the Wi-Fi isn’t working, but the staff are very supportive. The clean pool is a great highlight, and the view is fantastic.

Nestled on a picturesque hilltop, Sertil Deluxe Hotel & Spa is an idyllic all-inclusive retreat that caters to couples and solo travelers seeking tranquility. Just a short distance from the stunning Oludeniz Beach, this resort features two seasonal outdoor pools, a serene spa area complete with a Jacuzzi, and lush gardens for leisurely strolls. Guests can unwind at the poolside bar or enjoy live music performances after an adventurous day exploring nearby attractions like the Lycian Way Trail.
Location is lovely, views are beautiful, but the hotel rooms are really dirty, poorly serviced, loads of hairs on the bed from the previous guests - not sure if they actually change the sheets between visits as sheets were dirty and used, as were the towels. Booked thinking it was the Ramada next door, which seems to be an issue a lot of people experienced - this hotel might be owned by the same group, and is advertised as such online, but the quality is starkly different. Food was okay, but again, quality and hygiene left a lot to be desired. You could get a similar experience at a much cheaper hotel for a much lower price, the value for money was just not there unfortunately
John A — Google review
Awful Experience – Avoid This Hotel We stayed at Sertil Hotel Tropical in Ölüdeniz and it was terrible. The rooms were very filthy — stained sheets, dirty floors, and not cleaned properly at all. There was no running water for the last two days, so no showers or flushing toilets. Completely unacceptable. The elevator was a nightmare. It shook like you were shaking a drink before opening it, and when it arrived, it slammed hard. The whole place is poorly maintained and nothing like the photos online. Warning: This hotel is completely different and way worse than the Ramada Hotel nearby. Definitely not worth the money. Avoid this hotel — there are much better options nearby.
Georgio A — Google review
We had to leave after a very late check in the night before. Full ashtray of cigarettes, used plates and cutlery in the room, no curtains on the windows, leaking tap. Have been fighting for compensation through love holidays but they are not budging despite having to pay an additional £300 to stay at the Ramada because the room was so dirty. Phone not plugged in, fridge not working. Unbelievable stay. Would not recommend.
Hamish B — Google review
Utter filthy hotel, there for 10 days had room service twice. I had to rehang the curtains on arrival and defrost the fridge, the safe was not working, and the staff couldn't care less about our concerns. Had to empty our bins twice our selves. We're We're on day 6 before we had hot water to our rooms, had to shower in cold water, in the end went to the Ramada hotel next door aloud us to shower there , and where very polite and friendly, unlike the staff at Sertil Delux hotel, who certainly where not friendly. Does not look like the restaurant windows have being cleaned in months. Altogether a total SHIT hotel.
John L — Google review
Now the Ramada. Apart from changing signs can't see any improvements from year before. Went for 10 days, only had hot water for 4 days. Same with the TV, only worked for few days. Room safe was pulled off wall. Room door lock gave up and had to change room for security reasons. Decking broken around pool, safety post falling over and left. Reception staff were harsh and looked on you wish distain. 3 days in a row the coffee machine at breakfast was dispensing ants into your drink. When raised with staff I was given a cup of hot chocolate!!!!!!????. Evening entertainment is best missed. The hotel is in fantastic position and most rooms give breath taking view of the sea and mountains. But it needs lots of TLC to recover.
John B — Google review
Terrible hotel! We were booked in for a week but stayed 2 nights. The first day:- no hot water, 2nd day "- no water at all and no electricity! Breakfast, toaster not working at all, no milk for cereal, not much choice, other than salad and cheese. There was no free shuttle bus either. The curtains in our room were too short for the windows, no coffee, milk etc( after asking reception 3 times!) The hotel is not in a great location if you don't have a car. There are also lots of steps and no working lift! This is the first time we have checked out of a hotel early after many, many years of holidaying. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
Tina K — Google review
The safes with codes were non-functional in almost every room. We were a group of forty people, and nearly everyone had the same issue. The room had terrible humidity and mold, posing health risks. The bathroom was inadequate and non-functional, with water stains on the false ceiling and non-working faucets. There were also mold stains on the furniture—absolutely zero quality as shown in the photos. The staircase was not lit. No replacement of soap or bath towels, and the staff showed no responsiveness. The quality of the food was subpar. The only positive aspect was the location. Overall, a very bad experience with no response from the staff
Hatem B — Google review
The location was great, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. The downside of the hotel was the cleanliness of the rooms. The shower was full of mold and the housekeeping didn’t do much. We didn’t get much information upon check in, so we needed to find out that the breakfast was at Ramada, the neighbours, ourselves. The couch and jacuzzi in our room were dirty and dusty. There was no water running in the kitchen area. After our first night the housekeeping took out the trash but forgot to put new bags and they took out our 2nd key which we needed for the airco, so when we returned to our room it was a sauna. Drinks at the hotel are a bit expensive and there is no menu to give you any information, you just get the bill upon checkout. Breakfast was okay. Sauna and massage were great. Reception staff provided everything we requested, only thing is we would prefer it was done before we asked. As simple as new towels and cleaning of the room kind of requests. Hotel was not busy, but there were some tourists with a stereo playing hard music near the pool. This was solved only 6 hours later by one of the employees. During our stay the power of the electricity went off. Therefore, there was no hot water in the shower and the water was pouring poorly. At check-out the reception staff didn’t ask how our stay and experience was. Finally, I would recommend the hotel if they put more effort in their services.

Hotel Karbel Sun is a delightful haven situated just a stone's throw from the stunning Oludeniz Beach, making it an ideal spot for beach lovers and adventure seekers alike. This charming hotel boasts beautifully designed rooms and suites that promise comfort and relaxation. Guests can unwind by the outdoor pool while soaking in breathtaking mountain views or indulge in delicious meals at the on-site restaurant/bar surrounded by lush gardens.
Absolutely Perfect Stay – Exceeded All Expectations! We stayed for a week had the most amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The location is fantastic—just a short stroll to the beach and surrounded by great bars and restaurants, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The garden, pool and bar area was immaculate. The staff were friendly, attentive, and respectful throughout our stay, and as an LGBT couple, we felt completely safe, welcomed, and relaxed the entire time. We were very nervous prior to our trip as a gay couple reading things online but never once did we experience any negative comments or behaviour. We had requested a balcony room prior to our trip and were delighted to find ourselves with a gorgeous sea view—a real highlight of our trip! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a chilled and relaxing stay. Breakfast each morning was incredible- miss it already—a wide variety of fresh options and something for everyone. The whole vibe of the hotel is so laid-back and peaceful, which really made it the perfect place to unwind. Karbel Sun truly beat all our expectations, and we honestly had the best time. Huge thanks to everyone at the hotel—we can’t wait to come back!!

Great hotel. Bit big and impersonal but the staff are excellent. Loved the chefs who made the omelettes every breakfast time. Our room was a little basic but quite big with a fabulous drencher shower and endless hot water. The location is right on the main strip making it easy to get any where. Only down side was the restaurant was expensive, would've liked to try an evening meal but there are plenty of other cheaper places that serve less English food. The pool and the gardens are lovely, enjoyed seeing the bats every dusk. Would stay again
Julie F — Google review
Lovely hotel, rooms spacious, balcony was small but can’t complain. Staff all friendly, room kept very clean every day. Due to quieter location at top of the strip at night it can attract a lot of noise from people talking and vehicles driving past. The pool area was great, due to it being October the pool was a bit cool but clean and tidy. The bar area was good and staff always helpful and ready to serve.
Ed N — Google review
Outstanding hotel in a perfect location. We booked a superior room with a pool view. The room was spacious and comfortable with a small balcony. My recommendation would be to upgrade your room. There are several upgrade options, and you get what you pay for. All the staff were courteous and helpful and a credit to the hotel. Although room cleaning and towel change were advertised as every 3rd day, our room was cleaned with fresh towels every day, and the hotel itself was kept immaculately clean at all times. We had the inclusive breakfast option, and the quality of choice was outstanding. There was a fresh omelette/ egg station and every possible option you could imagine for a traditional fresh Turkish breakfast and pastries, cereales. This review is based on the price paid. The hotel far exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely return.

I stayed at Karbel Sun Hotel for 7 days, and it was a wonderful experience. All the staff were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The reception team was very helpful and welcoming, and the restaurant staff where we had breakfast were exceptionally friendly as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent—just about a 7-minute walk from the beach. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Layan S — Google review
Fantastic hotel, our second stay here and again it’s been fantastic, food is amazing, pool is always refreshing on a hot day although it can get rather busy. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is at the top of the strip but just far enough to be reasonably quiet at night but not too far away from the main shops, bars and restaurants, it’s only a five minute walk down to the beach to sit and watch the sun go down in one of the beach bars or one of the many restaurants on the front in the evening

Had a lovely stay here, nice staff, good amenities, close to everything. My only 2 complaints would be the mattress was so hard I didn't sleep much & I think the glass door on the bathroom is just weird! Apart from that we had a lovely time there.

Perfect location right at the top of the oludeniz strip, with a taxi rank and pharmacy just across the road! For someone who doesn't spend time in a hotel when on holiday it's perfect as provides exactly what I need. I cannot speak on the breakfast as I ate out everyday. I did get something from the restaurant and it was good priced and delicious.

Alize Hotel is a beautiful 4-star property located near Belcekiz Beach, just a short walk from the sandy shores and about 8 miles from Fethiye city center. The hotel offers various room options, including standard, premium, stone cottage effect ground level rooms, and even a luxurious little villa with private steps up to a patio area and a Jacuzzi. The outdoor restaurant furniture has been updated to an elegant white color, providing an excellent dining experience.
This hotel is in a beautiful location, surrounded by mountains. When we arrived we were put in a ground-floor room. We asked to be moved to a room with a balcony and the next morning this was sorted. The staff are very polite and can't do enough for you. Food is good and a wide variety. Entertainment every night. Very close to the beach. Couldn't ask for any more. Brilliant hoilday

I came here on my first holiday and I genuinely thought it was brilliant. Bar staff were quick polite and friendly, especially the staff members Sam and Apoli made sure we had the best experience. Rooms were cleaned everyday by the cleaning staff who did an amazing job, my only complaint was that it is £25 to use the safe in the room which to me seems a bit steep. The food was okay most of it tasted the same but there was enough variety to choose from. Entertainment was brilliant. It’s around a 3 minute walk to the strip very convenient. Overall great holiday and we plan to come back next year!

I do not recommend this hotel. WE WANT TO POINT OUT THAT WE HAD PAID A DEPOSIT OF €175 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE! They canceled our reservation 3 days before arrival. We did not receive any compensation or apology from the hotel. They just wrote us a simple message: Due to a technical malfunction at our hotel, we kindly request that you cancel your reservation. The hotel of course had no technical malfunction, but it sold our room to a higher paying customer, and this cannot be done! not 3 days before arrival and not when the customer has paid a deposit!

Nice hotel.. But the food is very average & flies flying around the burgers & salad. Evening bbq portions very thin & small & the chef serving them was not nice his customer service was awful. But the rest of the staff were amazing especially Opo, Sam & Kadir made my stay there very special. Location is excellent ice cream is lovely served between 1-3pm.. Rooms were lacking a kettle, coffee, sugar, tea & milk which is normally standard. Pool is lovely.
Sophia M — Google review
Terrible hotel and not recommended, only the location is great.. Can you imagine asking for drinking water to your room and the reception is asking you how many bottles are remaining in the fridge?, how many guests you are?, and alot of shaming questions just because we asked for water, and they didn’t bring any water after all of this, there are many bad points cannot be mentioned. Staff were not trained on etiquette.. Food was mess and smell and not clean and flies were everywhere, we went to have breakfast they took everything from the tables and said time is over, seriously!!! , also with dinner we went many times and everything was taken because it is past nine o clock..from my experience with other hotels we never had like this terrible experience..breakfast will stay until lunch time, dinner will stay longer than this.. We went to spend time and have rest but we found ourselves in a place need to be in stress in order to catch meal times..😠
Rami O — Google review
The rooms were outdated, the food was horrible. The staff are quite overbearing etc. cleaning away glasses that aren’t empty. The pool is nice but the music was way too loud. Loads of people slamming room doors which was really frustrating in the morning. Good location on the strip and close to the beach. Walls were quite thin, could hear people playing TV at 2am on some nights.
Amelia W — Google review
Really happy with the Alize Hotel. The Location is bang on the money here. The service staff are brilliant, and the whole vibe is pretty chilled. The food at the Alize is particularly good, and I would challenge you to leave the restaurant having found nothing to suit. The manager, Serber, is particularly attentive and manages the staff brilliantly. We are on an all-inclusive deal and have found it faultless. The room is wholly acceptable and wifi good, as is the shower, fridge, and Aircon. Great stuff. Seen some posts about flies! Didn't see one. Also, other posts about weak drinks! No chance! Drinks were great and you can have whatever local drinks and mixers you want.

A wonderful 4 nights spent here , the views from the double sea view stone room are beautiful looking out to sea. The hotel is very special with kind, hardworking staff - and there are cats and kittens around that are beautiful and well cared for by everyone. There was a live music night on Friday and it was a great experience! Everyone loved it. Thank you for a lovely stay we were so happy here , the location was perfect for everything in the local area

some things amazing, some not so. The sympathetic building blends in with the mountains and is hidden away and secluded from the tourist strip it overlooks. The room is simple, but perfectly adequate and the bathroom had been renovated to a good standard. The double mattress wasn't great and the housekeeping hit and miss, some days they did a thorough clean, replaced water, etc. While on other days we were forgotten and even after requesting toilet paper four times in as many hours, didn't receive any until much later. Our room was near the front of the restaurant which is also the back of the service area, to see staff sitting on boxes smoking right next to our front door isn't nice at all. Especially after we all had a slightly upset stomach after our first meal. We continued to eat breakfast and didn't get ill again but we had to be careful what we ate for the rest of the week which was a shame. The Turkish buffet was plentiful with some hot items, lots of breads and cheeses and jams, but had no fresh fruits at all, the closest being lovely fresh tomato, cucumber and olives. The restaurant with glass balcony overlooking the beach and town is really nice and the staff friendly. The pool, although quite small, was 28° degrees and gorgeous and with plenty of sunbeds and no time restrictions on use. This was off season in early April. The noise from other residents until 11pm was bearable, in no way was there a loud party atmosphere, although there are disco lights and speakers in the restaurant/bar. It was a friendly environment, with other guests from Turkey and elsewhere, which is a nice feeling. The management could shake a few things up and really make it a place to return to. As it was, we had a really good deal and were happy, the price we paid off season was good. I wouldn't have been so happy paying much more, for the few issues we had which were left unresolved..

Lovely family room hotel with friendly helpful staff. Traditional rooms and pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas. Breakfast choices of Turkish and continental. Ten minutes walk to the beach so a great location. Only negative the steps could be a problem for anyone older or no physically fit as no lift. Would definitely return 😌

Great location, just outside the Ölüdeniz’ hubbub. A cute set of stone cabins with balconies glued to the mountain. My room had a view over town and the sea. It’s quiet; I slept like a baby and the bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast is Turkish, fresh and delicious. I’d recommend!

Eric M — Google review
The hotel room is a bit dark but it's adequate. The bathroom is nicer. The hotel all seems a bit dated. Having a heated pool was nice though as it was pretty cold in April.
F C — Google review
The Wi-Fi in this hotel is absolutely unacceptable. Only Instagram, WhatsApp and Google worked — no other websites or services were accessible at all: no email, no news, no airline check-ins, no basic browsing. I contacted reception, but they were either unwilling or unable to help. One staff member even showed me working internet on his own phone — clearly connected to a different, unrestricted network not available to guests. This is not a technical issue — it’s a deliberate, severe restriction, and guests should be warned about it in advance. I couldn’t even check in for my flight or access work tools. This caused major frustration and unnecessary stress. To make things worse, my room wasn’t even ready upon arrival — despite a confirmed booking, the hotel said they were expecting me only the next day. I had to wait nearly an hour before being checked in. Beautiful hotel and surroundings, but between the unusable Wi-Fi and poor reception organization, I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values basic reliability and service.

We’ve had two lovely weeks at Perdikia Beach Hotel. The hotel is in a beautiful location near to all the main attractions but faraway enough to get a good nights sleep. We enjoyed the facilities, the pool is lovely and the open air bar with pool table is very close to the pool. Our family room was on the ground floor and looked out onto the pool. There were two rooms one with twin beds and the other with double bed with door on to an outdoor seated area. The shower was great. Wide selection at breakfast. The cleaners did an amazing job of keeping our room lovely during our stay. Reception staff were very helpful.
Emma D — Google review
When I arrived for check in, prebooking beforehand standard room, the receptionist offered me the room without any window in the end of their property. I was furious and asked for a change. They offed me another room on the ground floor but just for 1 night. Will see would do they offer me today. And that’s true, that there are no any drinks (for instance still /tap water) at dinner time.

The cleanliness of the rooms was very poor. More attention to this would be greatly appreciated. The food was delicious and varied, and the tea service was a big plus.

convenient location, away from the noise and close to the sea. There is also a minimarket a hundred meters away. the hotel itself is compact but cute. I really liked the staff at the reception and cleaning, very friendly girls work there. Men work in catering, on the contrary, they are unfriendly and gloomy. The feeling that they are being forced to work. The food is monotonous, but of high quality. For dinner, all drinks are only for an additional fee. In general, if you are not constantly at the hotel all day, then it is acceptable

Just got back from Perdikia. My impressions about the hotel are really positive. It is 4 minutes away from the beach. The food is amazing, especially the cakes. The staff in the restaurant really kind and also the ladies who clean the rooms. The rooms are lovely and are cleaned on a daily basis. It has a good location, it is quiet. The pool area is nice, I enjoyed one afternoon there, it never gets too crowded. The only thing I found strange is that younger receptionists knew little English and one of them knew little about the area we were in. Everything else went beyond my expectations and would love to go back to the same hotel. I felt good to be there.

That was our second stay at Perdikia beach, and we really had a good time there. It's a small, family-friendly hotel, with welcoming staff, all the comfort needed even if basic (for the price, it's more than acceptable !!), really tasty food (better than last year, congrats) and a huge swimming pool with warm wammer. There's a playground for children, and the beach is just 5 minutes away on foot. We definitely recommend this place and would come back with pleasure.

We spent 4 days in this hotel and glad to have not any of our concerns. Rooms are small but useful, service is good they take care of your needs, cleaning service pay attention your wishes. And they have cat group around the pool, everyone takes care of animals. 🐾 I would like to give one more star for your that reason ⭐

Guests can enjoy amenities such as free Wi-Fi and bicycle hire. The hotel staff are known for their friendliness and willingness to assist guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere. While the rooms are described as modest, they are considered affordable and adequate for a comfortable stay.
What a fantastic place to stay when you are on Oludeniz! See below with regards to the pros and cons; 1) cheap and chearful 2) cheapest half board hotel I've ever been too! 3) less than 10 minutes car journey to the beach 4) great hotel staff 5) nice food, especially dinner time 6) the bar prices are moderately cheap. 7) AC worked like a charm! Kept the room cool especially when the weather was blisteringly hot ! 8) rooms were spacious enough Cons 1) Beds could be better.

Wasn’t happy with the service. We had an extra child added to the booking last minute. They charged as for the child which was ok but they didn’t give us a bed for him. They didn’t allow us to bring food or snacks into the hotel. We weren’t allowed to bring our own water either. Beds were not comfortable. The shower was horrible.

Clean rooms, facilities and grounds. Groundsmen/ service boys are very friendly and kind. Great place for families. Quiet. Sweet and cozy. Price is reasonable. Location is close enough to use public transport to beaches, and far enough to be away from the noise of the night clubs.

It was beautiful and enjoyable, and there is a wonderful and clean swimming pool. The rooms are a bit narrow, but a special location close to Oludeniz, and the most important thing is a nice management and help you with everything. Beautiful quiet sessions and a car park. Thank you from the heart. I hope to visit you always

Hello Friend! Need Help? I love this place and the man behind the desk! He did everything he could to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I had 7 hours of problems in Istanbul Airport and I just needed a place to relax. I found this on Google Maps just at the beginning of Ovacik from Fathiye. I thought “lets crash…” Prices: when you see someone in need you can take advantage or help. This man helped me willingly and with a smile. Price of the room was super affordable, more than adequate. On checkout he returned the rent of one extra day I mistakenly booked. Very flexible in terms of money. Cost of food is superb and if ure there u wouldn’t wana go anywhere else to dine. Food: Buffet on breakfast. Many variations and good quality. They also do mostly vegetarian buffet at dinner for a super affordable price. And the taste and quality are excellent. Highly recommended. Staff: ask for anything. Super welcoming and accommodating. Its a family run hotel and everyone is there to help. Tours and Guidances: they helped book for the paragliding experience with the best offer possible in the area. I had the flight with cable car and photos/videos for a price u cannt find anywhere else. They offered a lot more but i was short on time and had to leave. Location: Its a quite place actually far from traffic and noise. There is Ölüdeniz bus service that passes by the hotel every 5-10 mins. So u can basically get anywhere from there. The same bus runs to Fethiye Dalaman Airport transfer bus station. Location is very convenient in all aspects. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the area as well at walking distance away.

Nestled in the picturesque region of Oludeniz, the White Hotel is a charming retreat that offers stunning hill views and a relaxing atmosphere. With 59 bright rooms equipped with Wi-Fi, this hotel is just a short drive from Kayakoy and within walking distance to popular attractions like Oludeniz Beach. Guests can enjoy delightful meals at the buffet restaurant or unwind by the outdoor pool, complete with a poolside bar serving refreshing cocktails.
Where to begin. Lovely hotel, 3 star. Rooms are basic but service in the room is 5 star and ladies who clean rooms are hard working ladies. Pool is lovely and people who work there are so attentive to your needs. Breakfast is a bonus it's tasty. The restaurant food is absolutely gorgeous. Well done chef.sunbeds aren't a problem and if they are talk to staff. Brilliant stay here.

Absolutely perfect stay. Very little noise despite being right next to the main strip in Oludeniz. Staff were fantastic throughout. Breakfast was excellent and fresh every day. Pool was perfect temperature with spare loungers available
Robert S — Google review
The food here is just divine.. eventhough the lunch and evening meals aren't included they are way worth the money.. Breakfast is brilliant too.. the chap who's on the griddle In the morning is always up for a chat. All of the staff speak English to a good degree and will understand. The free darts and pool table is also a nice plus. The pool is always cleaned every night and very good temperature with floaties on offer too. Sunbeds are okay.. not the comfiest and you will need to put your towel out quite early if you want a bed for the day. The location is perfect too. 20 second walk to the main strip and about 1 minute away from the beach. Only slight downside is the quality of the rooms.. a little bit dated but does have a modern air con. The floor looks clean but don't wear white socks because they will literally go black if you do. So the floors need a very good Scrub. The few ladies that clean rooms are hard working and will make a good effort. Balcony is always a plus too especially if you are in the block that overlooks the pool.

okay location, close to beach, lots of places to eat. food at breakfast is traditional Turkish, no fry up food. staff are nice enough, a good pool. you can hear entertainment from next door Hotel very loudly and clearly until early hours of the morning. hotel rooms are below average, don't look much like they do on website. when we arrived bed had hairs and dirt in it, poor quality mattress, leaky showers, cleaning was not up to standard, balcony door broken, not very nice/spacious rooms. if you are going to be spending most of your time away from hotel you will be alright, but not pleasant to sleep in. if you are taller mattress is very small and uncomfortable. very strange decorations in hotel room.

Just got back from staying at the white hotel the staff are great cleaners Work very hard and clean your room every day. Prices for food and drinks have shot up they even put the prices up for certain things on there menu while I was there. The real problem there was the sunbed situation there isn't enough and people were putting there towel down really early in the morning and many were left most of the day and not even sat on. Apart from the sunbed problem nice place very close to strip and very very hot. Breakfast was OK the omelet lady was great nice fresh fruit cold meats and cereals plenty of tea ,coffee and juice.
Darren R — Google review
You won't be disappointed, that's for sure. Lovely hotel and the rooms are spotless, ok the bed is on the firm side but wasn't a real problem. Aircon worked brilliantly and was quiet, maid service daily and replaced the complementary shower gel, shampoo etc too. The breakfast was a fantastic spread offering fruit, pastries, omelette, pancakes, tea, coffee, juices etc, and was of good quality and fresh. The eating area was also spotless with clean fresh table cloths etc. All staff and management were very welcoming and friendly and answered any questions or concerns immediately and rectified if possible. As so many people have said before me the omelette lady is fantastic, service with a smile and cooked as you like it, and the older lady in the restaurant was equally as nice and friendly, definitely they're both an asset to this hotel for the feel good factor in the mornings. The day time and evening meals are as good as the breakfast offerings and reasonably priced too. The pool is huge, kept spotlessly clean and yes I'll say it "There were No sun lounger wars", definitely more than enough sun loungers to go around with umbrellas if required. The hotel, bar, restaurant have a tranquil, relaxed and laid back feel to it and all and enjoyed and appreciated by all staying there. A hidden gem would most certainly be an understatement that's for sure, 1 minute from the bustling strip and its shops and restaurants and only a 3 minute walk to the beach and its turquoise waters. Would I go to this hotel again ?.. In a heartbeat that's for sure, it was better than the all inclusive hotel I'd booked for the second part of you stay further up the road in my opinion. Excellent WiFi which worked everywhere even in the rooms too.
Tim H — Google review
This hotel is a modest 3☆ it offers, 4, 3 story apartment blocks with family, double and twin rooms with small balconies on upper levels and larger areas on ground floor, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are well equipped but are in need of modernising, outside there's a large pool and area not. Many beds but not all stay on-site don't put your towels out before 7am they will be removed, pool is deep 1.5m to 1.9m including a small kids pool which is shallow, there's an outside pool bar offering all you need, restaurant is open air with roof cover breakfast is standard turkish style continental, you can get omelettes, eggs and pancakes are cooked on order and this included but lunch and evening meals are available to pay for, at really great prices. You are 250yds from Oludeniz main strip where there's plenty of restaurants and bars, also loads of shopping for those essential handbags, cloth and shoes. Staff are friendly and can't do enough for everyone, proper family atmosphere.

Turkish Coast Homes (TCH Emlak İnşaat) offers an exceptional experience for those looking to explore the stunning Turkish coastline. With breathtaking views of Oludeniz Bay and pristine sandy beaches along the Mediterranean, it's a paradise for beach lovers. Clients rave about the attentive service provided by Selahattin and his team, who go above and beyond to ensure comfort and luxury during your stay or property purchase.
Where do I even start with this review? The entire team at Gökalp, Emrah, and Vanessa—have been absolutely fantastic! My whole family is incredibly grateful for their outstanding support and guidance throughout our journey of buying our first home outside the UK. From the very beginning, their professionalism and dedication shone through. Each of them speaks excellent English and kept us informed every step of the way via email and WhatsApp, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. When we first met the team, they took us to see five properties in Fethiye and even giving us a guided tour of the town too. On our second visit, they spent an entire afternoon showing us additional properties. Unfortunately, during this visit, my daughter fell down some stairs and injured her elbow quite badly. Gökalp immediately sprang into action, calling the hospital, arranging everything, and driving us there. At the hospital, when the receptionist tried to charge us more than the quoted amount, Gökalp stood his ground, advocating for us and ensuring we paid the correct price. This moment truly showed his character, he is a man who stands up for what is right and genuinely cares about his clients. In the end, we purchased our dream home in Üzümlü through a video viewing, and we couldn’t be happier. Even after the purchase, the team continues to support us, helping us to arrange the water and electric bills in our name and to get the best quotes for work on our home, all at no extra charge. Gökalp, Emrah, and Vanessa, thank you for making this life-changing experience so memorable. Your professionalism, kindness, and integrity are unmatched. We wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone looking to buy a property in the region. You’ve earned our trust and gratitude for life!

We had an exceptional experience with Turkish Coast Homes. We had tried a few other estate agents who were just not listening to our needs, but Turkish Coast Homes went above and beyond. They really took the time to understand our needs and kept to viewing properties within our budget. We must have seen over 20 properties with them before finding the right one, but with their knowledge of the market, we did indeed find the right one, in an area we love, for the right price. Gokalp and Emra were very helpful at negotiating price and the whole process was smooth, thanks to their expert guidance and support. The apartment we purchased needed building work which they continued to be helpful with, providing suppliers at reasonable prices etc. Nothing was too much for them. Gökalp and Emra have been great to work with and we highly recommend Turkish Coast Homes to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and truly dedicated real estate team. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Over the past year, since first reaching out to Turkish Coast Homes in Fethiye, the team has been absolutely outstanding. From day one, they provided clear and sensible advice, guiding us through every step of the process with professionalism and care. Gökalp and Emrah have been incredibly responsive, answering all of our questions promptly and accurately, and keeping us well-informed at every stage. From that very first enquiry right through to the completion of our property purchase, they made us feel completely supported and in safe hands. We cannot thank you enough for your help guys!

We’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Turkish Coast Homes for the purchase of a villa in Uzumlu. They are professional, speak English, and just pleasant to deal with. ‘Institutions are people’ and people like Gökalp, Emrah and Vanessa all bring a combination of skills, know how and just their own personality, understanding and kindness to the whole sale/purchase business. Hands down, they make Turkish Coast Homes the exceptional real estate agency it is. I particularly appreciated the patience, understanding and professionalism related to the purchase process and the other steps post purchase. Everything went smoothly mostly thanks to how easy and straightforward they made this process. I continue to engage with them after the purchase and trust their expertise, advice, knowledge of the area. I recommend them without any hesitation.

Kidrak Beach, also known as Paradise Beach, is a pristine and picturesque destination with its powdery white sands. Accessible via a nature trail or a charming sailing boat from the nearby Serenity Beach resort, it offers crystal-clear waters and convenient amenities such as wooden paths for easy access. Visitors can enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and rent sunbeds while taking in the beautiful surroundings. The beach provides paid parking facilities and various rental options for added comfort during your visit.
We love this beach. There are fine pebbles/coarse sand on the beach, and it is really quiet here. The parking lot is under the trees, the water is fantastic, transparent. It is very nice before and during sunset. The entrance fee (per car) is only 120 try.

Went here in late April and the beach was very calm with perfect blue water. Just be careful, the water is very deep after 3-4 meters. Parking was 180 Lira and 2 sunbeds with umbrella was 650 lira. Normal priced

Absolutely stunning beach, with fabulous light blue sea water and a sandy beach. It’s truly beautiful. We visited at the beginning of July, 2025. There were a lot of people there, but the beach is very big and spacious so it doesn’t feel crowded. Sun-beds are comfortable and umbrellas are big. It costs 750 TL for two sun-beds and an umbrella. Thats a reasonable price. There is a bar and a restaurant there. Prices are also completely fine. The beach has a huge parking area, and a lot of it has shade, which is great. Parking costs 180 TL for the entire day for a car.

I visited this beautiful beach in October, and it was a fantastic experience. The beach was peaceful and not crowded at all, which made for a very relaxing day. The weather was perfect for lounging by the water, with the added bonus of not having to deal with the usual summer crowds. There were also some reasonable options for food and drinks right on the beach, so we didn’t have to go far to enjoy a delicious meal or refreshing drink. Overall, it was the ideal spot for a laid-back day at the beach, and I highly recommend visiting during the off-season.

Oludeniz Sun City Beach Club is a top resort in the Oludeniz and Fethiye Bay area, offering a private beach, pools, and activities suitable for all ages. The hotel provides options for both solo travelers and families, with the choice of booking a private zone for adults only or an ordinary one. It's conveniently located just 25 minutes away from Oludeniz beach, with shuttle buses available to take guests to the beach or taxis at reasonable prices.
Keep driving right to the end of thw road and you reach this magical place. Safe for your kids as its part of the blue lagoon and pefect for a swim in the out of season months as warmer than the swimming pools. Absolutely awesomw staff and atmosphere ,i love it here, its my go to place whenever i'm in fethiye Costs roughly about £10 each and theres a restaurant whoch is excellent and reasonably priced, not as cheap as less touristy places downtown but the food is well worth the monry. The music is very chilled (think 90's ibiza chill out music) which is perfect background acoustics. you may need a car, or at least to get the bus and then walk. Plenty of parking and well the views. Its just so good. Closes at 5pm and the beach is so much cleaner than other places. I hope it keeps the standards up, been going about ten years so far and its still good to be fair which is impressive in itself, keep up the excellent standards 'suncity' top marks

location (created by nature) is good - shade from trees, beautiful lagoon. but territory is not clean, and not taken care enough. Good selection of activities - sup boards, catamarans etc on extra charge. Some days can be too crowdy and noisy with too many kids, there is +16 space on the beach for extra cost.
Natalia P — Google review
Very nice beach club with lots of sun beds, access to a shallow water sand beach and many trees for natural shade. The Adult section is an excellent idea to hope having a quiet and relax time, but they should apply it in the water as well as nothing prevents noisy infants to play in the sand and water literally 5 meters from your expensive “adult only zone” sun bed. And even if not the case, kids constantly screaming in the water will disturb the relax time you were hoping to get in the adult only zone…too bad as the site is fantastic and the lounge music well chosen.

Worth every penny! You get sunbeds and umbrellas included in the price with entry. Restaurant is really nice and food was great! They have an adults only area as well as area for families. Can’t wait to go back

Beach
Nature & Parks
Kumburnu Beach, located within Oludeniz Nature Park, offers a serene escape with its rocky shoreline and calm lagoon waters. Surrounded by lush greenery and mountains, this 2-kilometer stretch of beach is a designated natural park, providing a tranquil sea without waves. Ideal for families and non-swimmers, the beach features sun lounger rentals and picturesque views of paragliders in the distance.
I had the chance to visit Kumburnu Plajı, and I must say it was one of the most memorable beach experiences I’ve had in Turkey. I’ve traveled quite a bit and visited countless beaches, but there is something about this place that combines natural beauty, peaceful atmosphere, and thoughtful amenities in a way that makes it stand out. Let me share my experience in detail, because this gem deserves recognition. The beach stretches out gracefully into a narrow strip of land that almost feels like it’s hugging the turquoise waters on both sides. On one side you have the calm, crystal-clear lagoon of Ölüdeniz, and on the other side, the open sea with its deeper blue shades. It’s like standing between two worlds, and the contrast is truly mesmerizing. No matter where you look, the colors of nature feel surreal—greens from the pine-covered mountains, shimmering blues from the water, and the golden tones of the sand. The water here is something else. I’ve swum in many places, but the lagoon at Kumburnu is one of the calmest, cleanest, and most inviting I’ve ever experienced. It feels like a natural swimming pool, with gentle waves, shallow areas perfect for families with kids, and deeper spots for confident swimmers. The clarity is unbelievable—you can see small fish swimming around your feet. I even brought a snorkeling mask, and it felt like exploring an aquarium. If you are a nature lover, you will appreciate how unspoiled and well-preserved this beach is. One of the highlights for me was renting a sunbed and umbrella. Yes, there is a small entrance fee, and you pay extra for the sunbeds, but I found it absolutely worth it. The facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained. There are showers, restrooms, and changing cabins close to the beach, which makes the whole experience more comfortable. The staff were polite and attentive, always making sure visitors had what they needed. For me, that balance between natural beauty and practical service is what makes a place perfect. Food and drinks are also available on site. There’s a beach café where you can grab a cold drink, an ice cream, or even have a proper meal if you want to spend the whole day there without leaving. Prices are fair considering the location and the view you are enjoying. I had a Turkish gözleme (stuffed flatbread) and a cold ayran, and it tasted even better while sitting under the shade with the lagoon right in front of me. What I appreciated most was the versatility of Kumburnu. If you want a quiet and relaxing day, you can find a peaceful spot under the trees and enjoy the sound of the waves. If you’re with family, the lagoon is incredibly safe and fun for kids. And if you’re adventurous, you’re right next to the world-famous paragliding spot of Babadağ Mountain. Watching colorful parachutes glide gracefully over the lagoon while you’re lying on your sunbed is a sight you’ll never forget. It adds a touch of magic to the whole experience. Of course, like any popular destination, it can get crowded, especially in July and August. My advice is to come early in the morning or visit during May, June, or September if you prefer a calmer vibe. Even when it was busy, though, the beach never lost its charm. The natural beauty is simply too overwhelming to be overshadowed by crowds. All in all, Kumburnu Plajı is a must-visit. It’s more than just a beach—it’s an experience that stays with you. The combination of calm lagoon waters, dramatic mountain views, and excellent facilities makes it one of the best beach spots in all of Turkey. Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple, or a family, you’ll find something here that makes your visit unforgettable. I left with a sun-kissed smile, salt on my skin, and a deep sense of gratitude for discovering this slice of paradise. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fethiye or Ölüdeniz. Trust me, once you step onto the sand of Kumburnu and dip into its turquoise waters, you’ll understand why so many people call it one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
Dr. A — Google review
This place has only one thing going for it. The crystal clear water. Yes, the sea is stunning. The water is turquoise color. Beautiful. And that’s it. The negatives heavily outweigh this single positive thing. First of all, the crowd is crazy. There is insane amount of people here and sun-beds with umbrellas are so tightly packed you barely have any space to move around. On top of that, there is lots of people that bring their own towels and umbrellas and mix in between. As I said, the it’s insanely crowded. Even the parking and the access road. If you are not there by 8am in the morning, be prepared to wait in a huge line of cars to enter the parking lot. We arrived around 10am, and waited around 25 minutes in the traffic in front of the parking lot. Okay, this is not a deal breaker, crowd on a beach is nothing new. But, considering the prices and how expensive it is, it’s a horrible deal. Parking is 500 TL, around 10€. Sun-beds with an umbrella for 2 people cost 1200 TL, or ~25€. And if you want to order anything from the restaurant, again, very expensive. And for what? For a low end and uncomfortable sun-beds, small umbrella, mediocre service and such a tight packing of people that you feel like a sardine in a can. Simply horrible experience. All of this, while you have multiple beaches just 5-10min drive away from the city centre, that are more than half a price and more than double the enjoyment (same crystal clear turquoise sea, beautiful sandy beach, cheap parking, cheap sun-beds, cheaper restaurants, spaciousness and no crowd anywhere).

This beach was sadly very overcrowded and overpriced. We paid 180 lira each entry to the beach, and then a whopping 2500 lira for two sun beds, this was a luxury option but we chose it because there was only 300 ish lira from the next option down which was completely full. There was a lot of litter on the beach too. The food was very mid and so overpriced, we paid £23 for one beer, some fries and Greek salad.. Cocktails were around £11-13 pounds each, same as London prices. Yes the water was beautiful, and there’s a cove you can swim to, but there’s lots of other beautiful beaches nearby that don’t charge entry, aren’t so packed with litter and are better priced. We don’t regret going because the views were amazing, but at least bring your own food and be prepared for the crowds!

The view is great, but it is an overcrowded place, with to many sunbeds. Otherwise, in the middle of the Oludeniz beach it's more beautiful, not that crowded, with planty of empty sunbeds, a large place to put your own umbrella. First 3 pictures are from Kumburnu plaji, the last one is on the middle of the beach were we stayed.

I used to love this beach, but sadly it’s changed a lot. It was never this crowded two years ago. We paid the entrance fee (100 TL) and 1200 TL for two sunbeds, but could barely stay an hour because of the overwhelming crowd. It felt more like a festival than a relaxing beach day. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

The car park is 9€ and the entrance walking 2€ if you let the car outside. I recommend you to come early in the morning (before 10) and park the car in the city centre, so you won’t have to pay.l the park. The you’ll need a green card to pay your lounge chair and it’s between 10 and 15€. We recommend you the one close to the Starbucks shop, it’s a bit more expensive but better quality and less people around you. Then the music they put is nice to rest. You can pay food and drinks by card or cash as usual. The area is clean with toilets and showers.

It’s not worth 100 lira. The water is not pretty at all. We walked in and left we didn’t even swim because how ugly the water was
Ari J — Google review
Ample clean showers toilets and changing rooms. 50 lira entry. They strongly encourage you to put money on a card but we paid cash for food. Beds and a brolly were 750 lira for 2. Nice place. Water sectioned off with ropes and got much deeper beyond. Seemed good for families.
