The Queen of Sheba Eilat is a luxurious hotel located steps from the beach, offering modern accommodations, a lavish spa, and a seafront swimming pool with stunning Red Sea views. Guests can enjoy various dining options including a poolside grill, Mediterranean buffet restaurant, and an upscale bar specializing in prime meat cuts. The hotel also features a fitness room, beauty salon, guest activity desk, and extensive business center.
The best hotel in Israel by far. I’ve never ate such food in a public place, it was way better than any restaurant Eilat can offer. The staff is amazing, especially Mariano!!! If you need anything Mariano will take care of you. We’ll definitely come back soon.

The breakfast is very low level quality The room was clean but a little outdated Overall it is just about OK apart from 1 major problem, in 3 days I witnessed 2 fights both by the pool over sun-beds . One french lady holding a child in her hand picked up a toy and literally smashed it over the head of another guest FOR A SUNBED - blood everywhere and it was horrible for my kids to see. My wife also got attacked by yet again another French woman who wouldn’t stop screaming in her face because she demanded we give her a sunbed we had a towel on it for our daughter Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the guests maybe this is the level of people staying here. I’m never coming back that is for sure
Ilan L — Google review
We are extremely dissatisfied with our experience at this hotel, primarily due to the appalling attitude and lack of basic professionalism displayed by the front desk staff. Upon arrival, we simply asked to view the rooms before making full payment to ensure they were suitable for our group of nine. Instead of a reasonable response, we were met with hostility from a woman named “Eti,” who immediately raised her voice, aggressively insisting that “it’s impossible” to see the rooms and telling us to “take our money and leave” if we didn’t like it. This behavior was entirely unacceptable, and we were forced to escalate the situation to the manager — who, disappointingly, adopted a similarly dismissive tone. She insisted the rooms matched the photos online, which was patently false. The images were misleading at best. Only after nearly an hour of back-and-forth did she reluctantly agree to upgrade our rooms, free of charge — a small gesture after a very poor first impression. Parking was equally frustrating. The lot was full upon arrival, and we were made to wait outside the closed gate for nearly an hour until other guests left. As for the rooms themselves: “moderately clean” would be a generous description. Ripped blankets, stained carpets, and worn-down furnishings do not reflect the standards this hotel claims to uphold. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations for a hotel of this reputation. Between the combative staff, misrepresented accommodations, and poor logistical management, we cannot recommend this property and will not be returning.
Tareq N — Google review
We do not recommend this hotel. The overall standard is very low – the service, rooms, and facilities are all poor and faulty. In Eilat, temperatures rise above 40°C, and yet some of the room air conditioners are not functioning. The hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers – this feels like a scam. While the exterior looks nice and the location is central and convenient, everything else is disappointing and not worth the money.
שחף ד — Google review
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was shockingly poor, and the staff were unprofessional and rude. One of the most disturbing incidents occurred at the breakfast buffet, where a supervisor in the egg section sneezed loudly and disgustingly without covering her mouth, then proceeded to laugh loudly with her colleagues as if nothing had happened. This level of behavior is completely unacceptable and unhygienic, especially in a food service area. The overall experience was terrible, and this hotel fails on all standards. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Niveen N — Google review
I honestly think anything about four-star review here is paid . The truth is that this is a three star hotel at best. The rooms are very outdated most don’t have balcony or a view. Food ok. Not much to do in the hotel itself. Won’t be back.
Kamilla H — Google review
Great breakfast & dinner. Very noisy area. The shower is short & low (couldn't even use the shower head).
Lior S — Google review
The hotel was great, the room was beautiful and the breakfast excellent. the only down point was the bar, the barmen were not courteous to say the least.

Resort hotel
Dan Eilat Hotel is an upscale beachfront property that offers a luxurious experience with its dining options, bars, spa, gym, and outdoor pools. The hotel's prime location on the sands of HaZahav makes it a top choice for those seeking a beachfront luxury stay. Families will appreciate the two central swimming pools surrounded by palm trees and boulders, along with a children's play center.
Wonderful friendly staff. Marge at the front desk is friendly, professional, and accommodating. The pool is the best in Eilat. Location is on the beach, which you can't beat.great service, great amenities, overall highly recommend.
Gitee A — Google review
The rooms are super clean, with fresh bedding and a spotless bathroom. The restaurant serves delicious, high-quality meals that are a total treat. The swimming pool is awesome, kept pristine, with attentive staff enforcing rules like no smoking, no glass, and age limits for the jacuzzi, keeping everyone safe. The spa is a heavenly escape with amazing treatments. The staff are so friendly and helpful, making everything even better. The location is perfect—right on the lively promenade and just steps from a stunning private beach. Totally recommend this place for a luxurious and convenient getaway!
Alex M — Google review
Dan Eilat Hotel exceeds expectations in every way. The entire hotel is impeccably clean — every corner, every facility, and especially the rooms which were spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. My wife enjoyed every minute, and our baby was absolutely thrilled with the amazing facilities perfectly designed for kids and families. The staff provided warm, personal, and professional service, always attentive to every detail. Every aspect of the hotel is thoughtfully maintained, offering luxurious amenities and special touches that made our stay exceptional. Without a doubt this is the best hotel experience we could ask for, and we will happily return again and again.

I would like to thank Sandra & Hagit from guest relations , and the staff for making our holiday as good as can get . Thank you ! Also special thank you to Ilan , from the concierge - helping us with car assistance , and Andrey the chef - taking great care of the gluten free accommodations .

Tamar and Amira from reception were an absolutely amazing and super helpful! Very professional and outstanding! Ludmila was an amazing woman and very professional and trustworthy! Dan team has made our wedding one memorable event! Recommended 1000/10!
Anastasia V — Google review
Amira helped make my stay here with my fiancé very special. She helped me get a better room than I initially had booked and also helped my vegetarian girlfriend by getting the dinner buffet chef to explain which food at the buffet she can have and even create a special meal for her.
Siri V — Google review
We were very disappointed with our recent stay at Dan Eilat. The hotel did not allow our children, who were staying at a nearby hotel, to even enter the lobby to visit us. When we raised this issue with the hotel’s security officer, we were treated with disrespect and dismissiveness. Overall, both the service and the attitude of the staff left a very negative impression. This is not the level of hospitality one would expect from a hotel of this category.
Michael R — Google review
Liel from security was so helpful and incredibly friendly. He helped us and my parents quite a few times. Always smiling and ready to do whatever is needed.

Awesome stay, quality family-time experience! Excellent and clean facilities, a wondrous variety of delicious dishes and foods, with amazing servers everywhere who are incredibly accommodating and welcoming! Special shout-out goes to the lobby bar duo of Liza and Muhammed, who served us with such warmth and hospitality, making our stay even more of a blast! Highly recommended hotel, this is truly the 5-star Israeli experience.
Daniel P — Google review
The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located near the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a great view. The staff was kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The breakfast was rich and delicious, with a lot of variety. I really enjoyed the spa and pool area – very relaxing and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Eilat, and I would love to come back again!

Herods Palace is one of the hotels that truly deseves the rating. The stuff is welcoming, perfect hospitality, great food, awsome . pool, excelent service and tidy rooms. The hotel resturant is very good for resonable prices. We had great time and looking forwards to visit again. special thanks to Ronit who was very attentive and helpful.
Yaki S — Google review
the rooms need some renovation. pool open only till 1900. breakfast food a bit stale. need to pay for parking. need to pay for spa. spa is very good. pools are nice. room is large. sea view
Uri M — Google review
The service is the best but the one time we said that we have a really bad smell in our room they came and said oh wth is that smell and walk awey but when you come to them personally the may give to a better room ill say more 1118 the room that they gave ne after i said that the smell is really bothering me so the 1118 room is the best just try asking for that room
Meir K — Google review
Everything has been degraded to a youth hotel and not family hotel. Food is plenty but lack quality, rooms are God for small families but couch mattress is too hard for kids and bed is too high for kids to be alone at night. Saturdays are the worst when Marijuana fills the air and people bring their own speakers shouting and drinking while small kids shocked with the behavior. Ti's hotel used to be a 5 stars for us but now feels like 3

Nestled along the stunning North Beach, the Dan Panorama Eilat Hotel is a delightful retreat that perfectly captures the essence of relaxation and leisure. This beachfront gem boasts breathtaking views of the Red Sea and offers an array of modern amenities designed for comfort. Guests can unwind in spacious rooms, each featuring a private balcony that invites you to soak in the picturesque marina scenery. The hotel’s outdoor pool and wellness center provide ideal spots for rejuvenation after a day exploring nearby attractions or lounging on the beach.
The hotel arranged us 2 adjoining rooms, which was great. The staff was very helpful, despite the hotel being highly occupied. Breakfast was nothing short of what you'd come to expect from very good Israeli hotels - everything and anything and in abundance. The rooms were very clean, and well maintained. All in all, it was a great stay.
Amit M — Google review
Best hotel in Eilat, Recommend going there. Great food and a really good pool.
Amit P — Google review
I recently stayed at the Dan Panorama Eilat and was incredibly impressed not only with the hotel itself but with the exceptional level of service. I accidentally left my brand new suit behind — one I had just purchased for a close friend’s wedding. Kinneret as well as other hotel staff went above and beyond by arranging expedited next-day delivery to ensure it reached me in time. Their kindness, efficiency, and genuine care truly made a difference during a stressful moment. I’m deeply grateful and highly recommend this hotel for both its hospitality and professionalism.
Isaac — Google review
The hotel workers were so nice and friendly! Especially Dabi - we were treated so well and would definitely come back. The hotel itself is well located and the lobby looks nice, I think the rooms need a bit of renovations since it’s dated already. The food in the morning bufe was great!!
Hagar D — Google review
This year was my third time in this hotel and I can tell that it's worth to come back to. The hotel has a big pool (and kiddies pool), spa (highly recommend), different entertainment in the evenings. The service was perfect - people who work there see the needs of the guests and take care of it with the smile. The room we stayed in wasn't too big, but we had enough space as a couple with the baby. The location and the view is great - the hotel is located 2 minutes away from the sea and the main promenade. The food that hotel offers is on a very high level - the variety and the quality is something else. Vegan, meat, desserts, kids food - you'll find whatever your stomach desires. In conclusion, if you want to unwind as a young couple or as a family, I really recommend this hotel.

The Isrotel King Solomon is a luxurious resort in Eilat, offering a relaxed atmosphere and spacious accommodations. With 420 rooms and suites, guests can enjoy stunning views of the sea or the Edom Mountains from their balconies. The hotel caters to families with activities for kids and waterslides in the pool. We had an amazing time here as a family. They're really welcoming and have amazing service. Everything in breakfast was delicious and it was very clean, they always made sure to clean up any dirt at all. The room was nice. The hotel was very child friendly, giving out balloons and they even have a kids room for them to play in. The hotel is in a prime location, right by promenade, close to beach and very near the shopping centre. The pool area is stunning and very picturesque! We really enjoyed our time here and are looking forward to coming back next time!!
Y D — Google review
The hotel has been renovated and it's a good thing, the renovation is very beautiful and luxurious. It's strange that Isrotel put it in the regular collection and not the exclusive Collection. The food is great and the service is excellent.

We ordered a VIP room on the king's floor. The VIP includes entering the lounge. When I called to make a reservation, I asked if children can go to the lounge, and they said only over 18 years can use the lounge but you can take away some food. it was very important information for me because I travel with a child who is 6 old. On the first day and second days, there was no problem with this but on the third day, one of the lounge staff said that forbidden to take away food. I tried to explain that I took away food before and when books the hotel I got other information. I asked to talk with someone responsible. they took my number and did not call The room service is very bad. The room was not clean. For breakfast, a coffee was in disposable cup. We are talking about hotel is 5 stars.
Alex C — Google review
Great restaurant in the hotel. Amazing kitchen. My favorite. Moreover, I would like to mention high level service and client oriented waiter Andrey. Andrey incredibly polite, patient, caring young man. He speaks many languages as well and can support different topic of conversation with guests. At the same time, he knows how to find necessary worlds to your child🙏. He is focused on the mood of the client and if this necessary he can give advice on choosing dishes in the restaurant.
Oleksandra — Google review
Regard to the management. The hospitality of the hotel is so important for the hotel. Your hotel has it. I love your warmly welcome hospitality. The enjoyment and safety in the hotel is important. The security are always there and you can enjoy your stay in the hotel. The food and drinks were fresh and delicious. The staff are polite and professional, know how to help the guests. This is important. I am so proud and happy for you that your hotel has such people working with you. In the breakfast room the staff are so friendly. The lady, Inga, she is the professional waitress. I saw how she helped the guests in the breakfast room. There are spa, steam room and jacuzzi. The staff are friendly and so helpful. Always clean and satisfied. There was a problem when we were in VIP lounge. The coffee machine was stop working. The engineers came immediately and replaced the good one. While waiting they brought us the coffee from the other place. I am so happy to stay in this hotel. See you again. Raz family.
Zaw L — Google review
It was OK but this hotel must present absolute professionalism, which it didn't
Ronen B — Google review
The hotel is great and very recommended. There is a parking issues, finding one may be very challenging. The service was great, breakfast and dinner were very nice (except of Saturday , it was okay , but expected some more variety) . The pool and activities for kids is perfect, there is always something to do . Important notice : If you want to leave your phone in the room , you can open a ln extra credit account in the lobby, so you need no credit card , however, it's only working in the lobby bar and not in the pool bar (they are still demanding a phone) . Bottom line : very recommended hotel !
Mark P — Google review
What a disappointment. Booked on the phone and were told there is parking, and that if there is no parking there is a fallback solution to another hotel. Practically the parking is ridiculously small for a hotel this size, and the fallback place told us there is no such arrangement. The swimming pool closes 6PM. That is very early. After 23:30 lobby bar and room service are closed (although they say midnight). There is no minibar in the room. So if you want a simple coke past 23:30, you can basically go somewhere else. Long story short: nice building with no service. Other than that the room is nice and the location is good. But for a hotel in a resort city, which pretends to be 5 stars, the service is a joke. But if you are looking for service, go somewhere else. Well, just go somewhere else actually.

The spacious suites feature contemporary design. Additionally, Aria Hotel Eilat features amenities such as an outdoor pool, sun deck, and bar.
An absolute lovely stay. So glad I upgraded to a suite, its fantastic. The hotel has everything you need, it's on yhe beach, has a fantastic pool area. The only down fall was trying to get parking. It has on site parking but it's not guaranteed you will get it at the hotel but if you have the parking app there is plenty of parking around.
Claire P — Google review
The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired, and the level of service did not meet our expectations. We were disappointed to discover that the gym was closed—information that had not been communicated to us in advance. Although the hotel offered access to a gym at a different property, it was located far from our area. What was even more frustrating is that when the hotel manager became aware of our dissatisfaction, she chose not to respond or follow up. Had we known these details beforehand, we likely would have chosen a different hotel..
Keren V — Google review
It's better to spend your money on a cheaper hotel; you'll likely receive the same level of service and maintenance anyway.
Eliran M — Google review
We had a great room, away from the centre of the hotel which made it quieter. The breakfasts and dinner are incredible! So much choice.
Sara L — Google review
The best beach view you can ever experience from your room and at the poolside
Asante S — Google review
Very disappointing stay, old rooms, technical problems and broken parts all over. The big disappointment was that when we reached the hotel they told us we must wear wrist bands at all times to go in/out the hotel and its facilities - the bands are ugly, uncomfortable, we are diving and can't put on diving equipment with wrist bands. This was not communicated in advance and most probably NOT LEGAL. We are not coming back to that joke of a place.

I recently stayed at the hotel, a large hotel with 8 floors. The food in the hotel restaurant was reasonable, and the staff was always attentive and helpful. However, the rooms are not the best maintained, and I had some issues with the shower and towels. One day, when I returned to my room after a day out, I found that the towels had been taken but not replaced. I called room service to request towels, but it took over an hour for them to arrive. I had to call again and eventually called through the external phone number before the towels were finally delivered. Despite the issues with the rooms and towels, I would say that the Hotel is a good value for the money. The food is reasonable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Overall rating: 4 out of 5 stars Pros: Reasonable food Attentive and helpful staff Clean and tidy rooms Cons: Rooms are not the best maintained Room service was slow
Savriel S — Google review
Fair family vacation hotel. The rooms are OK but noticeably require maintenance and renovation. Acoustic is one of the worst where you can hear talking from behind the door. If you are unfortunate to get a room in eastern side than other than no view you will hear loud sounds of service trucks pulling in early in the morning.
Nimrod H — Google review
The service was excellent in every way, The receptionists, kitchen staff, cleaning staff were all courteous and helpful. I ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The breakfasts were very reasonable While the dinner was not good and it was difficult to find what to eat, it should be noted that this is a Friday dinner. Overall the atmosphere in the hotel is good and comfortable, the hotel is clean and so are the rooms. The hotel is in a very central location And it is convenient to get from there to all the restaurants and shopping complexes to the sea to the promenade and to some of the attractions of the city.

Polite staff, mainly the service manager who helped us a lot during the check in. The staff knows to cope well with a large number of guests during the weekend breakfast. Room maintenance could be improved. Generally it was a pleasant stay.

Please read this to the end I called the hotel to check if they have room for one night they said yes just come and book it after 2 hour drive I got into the hotel there was a receptionist and I told here about the call and wanted the first thing she was very rude attitude and told Go we don't have any rooms left I try to explain that it's was 2 hours drive and they said in the phone there are Rooms she said to me I don't care where you come from and that am laying and didn't drive 2 hours for the I don't understand how can such a person can give any help to a customer its so frustrating that a hotel like this one have this kind of experience and employees my duty as a local customer to write this post as many websites as I can so people can know what kind of service you have its just shocking how much bad was that receptionists and that moment and I don't want to write how she was setting playing with her phone and have no care for any customers and the way she spoke to me it's was horrible I really don't know how can unhappy employees work I wanted a one night in a nice hotel but the receptionist that night was so rude so uncaring that it's just was a really bad experience I have been in many hotel around the world but I have never ever had a such bad experience I hope some one will make a change over there it's to bad to lose so many customers because of this kind of behavior and I still remember her name and don't want to post it here to respect her privacy but I would liked to tell the hotel management you are going lose alot of customers because of employees like her it's too bad

The staff was kind and nice, the rooms were clean but not up to date, the location isn’t prime because you are not getting right to beach walkway, from 5 stars hotel I would expect better location. But the main reason for the 3 stars is the food, it feels like the kitchen staff is new, the service was very slow (in the omelette station for example) and the food in general doesn’t reflect 5 stars hotel. the evening dinner was moderate in the best.

Great location 👌 just across the street from the coral reef. Parking was easy. The rooms have sea view and a lovely balcony. So nice to sit outside and enjoy the garden area with lots of birds. The bed was comfortable. Nice design. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with a large selection of all kinds of foods. Hope to come back and spent more time here.

First time staying at this hotel and in this area. It’s a bit outside the city, but just across the road from the beach — about 50–100 meters and you’re there. The hotel is wonderful, with three or four pools and excellent food. There’s also a kids’ play area (gymboree), so families will definitely enjoy it. Dinner on Saturday night costs 250 ₪ per adult and half price for kids. A late checkout after Shabbat was 380 ₪, so keep that in mind if you’re observant. Overall, highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

During check in, we found out that people booking from booking.com got much nicer service and welcoming from the manager. Sure more than we, who booked directly from the hotel, got. The manager explicitly said they are promoting booking.com upon other guests and also was acting rudely to us. Breakfast is great. I love the location of the hotel. It has some free parking by availability. In our case, the air-conditioning didn't work. This can happen. We asked to move a room and they denied us. We reported the problem at 17:00 and they fixed it only at 21:30 after being more, unfortunately, aggressive with the reception. Never thought I would have to spend my birthday time in a hotel with technicians, although he was lovely!(Really... Much more than the manager there and the reception guy... ) The beds could be better. Will double think before going there again.

We've stayed many times in Yam Suf. It's definitely one of our favorite hotels. The great location on the south beach just a few minutes walk from Almog Beach. We took a family room with a pool exit, which was remarkable but had a few downsides: The shower gets completely wet when using the buth , and although having access pool is amazing, there is no way to dry your feet before accessing the room. We missed the pool bads as they have in the smaller rooms. But all that really tiny issues compared to the other benefits

Best hotel in Eilat ! This is is my third time staying here in just two months, and I can confidently say it’s the best hotel out there. I always come with my cousin and two close friends, and we always book two rooms. Every single time, we’re treated like royalty—the service is impeccable, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. A special shoutout to Goldi for always making our stay even more amazing! Can’t wait to come back again soon!

The standard rooms are quite simple, there are rooms on the ground floors that are really special, there are rooms on the ground floors that are adjacent to pools that are reminiscent of hotels in exotic places around the world, the food is satisfactory, parking is lousy and fast outside so the car doesn't like the hotel, the service is extraordinary, the staff does everything for you, it's really pampering, well done.

The Reef Eilat is a casual hotel offering bright rooms and suites with beachfront dining, an outdoor pool, and a spa. Situated on the western side of the Gulf of Aqaba, it provides a quiet and relaxed location away from the crowds. Guests can enjoy sea views from their rooms and access to a large shaded beach area with free beach beds and chairs. The hotel also offers water sports, free snorkeling equipment, and bike rental.
We stayed in the private pool room to celebrate a birthday. The stay was amazing, very friendly stuff that made us feel special. When we got to the reception we got sparkling wine and they prepared us wine and a big plate of desserts for the occasion that waited for us in the room. The room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was 10/10, many options, Don't miss their amazing ice cream machine or the sushi and fresh fish. There were also tasty mimosas and fresh orange juice. Everyone can find what to eat there. Most importantly it's a walk distance to the beach. Parking is a bit of a problem, they have a small parking area but you can park for 25 nis a day in the area which is fine. Will stay there again for sure.

Outstanding Service and Great Value Our experience at the hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Alon and Slava at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was generous and varied, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options, including freshly squeezed juices and every kind of coffee you could want. The hotel also offers direct access to a beach with complimentary kayaking and surfing equipment, which was a fantastic bonus. While it’s not the most luxurious hotel, it’s clean, located in a fun and lively area, and above all – the service is truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

A very nice hotel, small but has what you expect from a top hotel in the city. The rooms are big and comfy, they have everything you need. The hotel has an amazing location. Only 5 minutes walk to the coral reef. The hotel has a nice pool as well as a beach (from the hotel beach you can get into the coral reef nature reserve) Kind service, breakfast was good as well. Overall a very pleasant experience!

We’ve just completed a perfect family vacation at the reef hotel in eilat. This hotel is how hotels should be. Perfect location. Great breakfast. But the crown of this hotel is the staff ! Always ahead of what you need and want. Always with a smile and with a speedy service. It starts with the receptionists and all the way to the cleaning staff. Everything is pleasant and clean. Highly recommended!!!

Was here on family vacation. The place is clean and close to all the fun activities we wanted to do and more. They serve breakfast, and it's delicious. The rooms are spacious, and i loved that they do not have a bathtub. The pool is amazing. The only thing that they could add is a clock by the pool, to help visitors keep track of time without having to get out of the water and check their watches oe phones.

Every single one of the hotel staff is polite, kind, very welcoming, and very helpful! This was our best stay in Israel! Even when we had some issue in the room, it was seemingly resolved. The food is delicious and diversified. The view is great. The hotel is far from the city center - 5 mins drive (which is great, it's quiet!)

Huge Thanks to U Coral Beach! We stayed at U Coral Beach and left with the best impression possible—mostly thanks to the incredible and caring staff. The welcome was warm and professional. The reception team—just amazing! Polite, patient, and genuinely respectful towards guests. Every request was met promptly and with a smile, every question received an immediate answer, as if they were just waiting to assist. The rooms were clean, tidy, and equipped with everything you need. And if something was missing, we only had to ask,...It was there. The attention to detail was evident at every turn. A special thank-you to Pnina, who takes care of guests with allergies. Her attitude was exceptional, straight from the heart. Even on our departure day, she made sure we had sweet surprises and everything we needed for the journey. The hotel runs on an “all-inclusive” basis, and we’d say—“all-inclusive plus”! Delicious, diverse, clean, and always served with courtesy. We can’t forget to mention the U Eataly restaurant—part of the package, but it felt like a true bonus! The waitstaff—simply outstanding: polite, quick, and making you feel like a VIP. Even if you’re not a huge fan of Italian cuisine, once you taste it here, you’ll fall in love. We had lunch there and couldn’t make it to dinner. The hotel offers activities for the whole family—kids, adults, evening shows—it’s all just wonderful. The lobby bar and the pool bar are always available—hot drinks, cold drinks, whatever you need. And the staff—oh, their patience! With kids, and… let’s just say, with some adults too. We also want to highlight how the management treats the staff. We witnessed a situation with a guest complaint (let’s be honest—every hotel has them), and we were impressed by how professionally and compassionately it was handled. The manager showed respect both to the guest and to the junior staff member, supporting her while politely resolving the issue. It was very impressive. U Coral Beach, everything was fantastic! Thank you for an amazing vacation. We will definitely come back!

The “all inclusive” hotel needs more up keep and cleaning. It doesn’t look welcoming at all from outside or in. 2 elevators only aren’t enough. Our room view was horrible. Could have been fixed by hotel as the horrible part comes from the service buildings. Carpeting is old. Slow internet. The dining room is cold all day round and some locations are too dark to sit. A/C in the room can not be controlled Now, having said all that the hotel has a nice pool, including a good separated kids area. Easy access to a very good coral beach. Food was one of the best we had in diversity and taste in Eilat. They serve Pizza at nights but shame no food is available between 23:00 to 7:00. Unlimited Coffee, alcohol and slushy all day. Their evening shows in the Theater was amazing, in my opinion. Really cool performances, mainly for kids but we liked them too.
Peter B — Google review
Great location. Off of the center and close to the beach. For a resort though it was missing water activities. Their excuse was that we came in the low season but for me it doesnt matter so that wasnt great. Food was plentiful and good.
Yuval Z — Google review
The AC was just horrible, each time you leave the room it turns off and if you have kids that leave the room each second you just want to die. also the control panel was broken so you couldn’t control the temperature. The elevator was horrendous, there were only 2 elevators for guests and they were slower than a 2 year old baby racing for mom’s milk. The only ok thing was the food, they had plenty of options and good deserts. but now is the worse thing when i took a bite out of an apricot it hade worms in it!!! the service said to me that its not there fault and i should open the fruit before taking a bite. And the last thing was that at 1 am in the night kids ding dong ditched my room and the entire floor, and when i called room service they didn’t answer! at the end they offered us three rooms for 1 night. I am definitely not going back and i don’t recommend it for anyone!

This was our second time in the hotel. To our great pleasure, the level of the service in hotel has not decreased and again we love it very much. This time we were with our grandchildren. We got big rooms in the tower with connecting door and wonderful sea view from the balconies. The meals, served in the main restaurant, were even tastier and more choice than last year. The Italian restaurant was just amazing. We also enjoyed sailing on a boat. We think that there is no other hotel in Eilat that offers such services to its guests. We would like to draw the attention of the hotel managers to two aspects: warn guests that they need to get permission to park outside the hotel (we did not know this and got a fine) and pay more attention to cleanliness and order on the beach.

My first vacation in Israel after Alyah, still had no friends or people more less close. But the vacation was incredible. This hotel was full of happy Israeli people and their enthusiasm and joy filled me with energy. The hotel staff is amazing and very caring people. I enjoyed breakfast and dinner and of course the sea and the beach and the little coral reef near the hotel. What can I say, I returned with a warm heart and full of amazing emotions. This hotel is incredibly good for companies and families but even lonely travellers as I was able to find a lot of joy and happiness where.

Absolutely amazing resort! Rooms were spacious, the pools were lots of fun, and the food was delicious! The only downside was that it was crowded when I was there, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

This is an OK hotel. Good location but not the standard I hoped for from a 5* family resort. The room is good, but the fold out bed for the kids is small and uncomfortable. There's no bottled water in the room which feels cheap. Breakfast was pretty bad. The pool looks beautiful but the water is cold, and there is only one big slide. Children's entertainments are rudimentary. Overall I've stayed in much better.

We spent a lovely 5 nights in this hotel , family of four, couple + 7 and 9 years old. We arrived at Saturday, we book a family suite, but were upgraded to a bigger family suite (the balcony is a bit bigger with two exists , from the both rooms. The room had a living room with a sofa bed and a main bedroom with a queen size bed, the room had a mini bar and of course a nice bathroom, we did miss a hair dryer (maybe it was possible to ask on the reception, but we didn't try). The hotel has 3 or 4 pools, none of them are deep , so great for kids , abit less for grown ups but it was okay. There is also a pool with a sea send , that looks exactly as if it's a beach , very nice . The main pool has some waterfalls, the kids absolutely loved it . Aside of the pools there is a kids club , would recommend it till the age of ten , but we had some shows where if the adults really enjoyed. The down side is a missing of an open bar , like a place where you can grab coffee or some other drinks after dinner, there is a very nice coffee shop , but it doesn't operate on Saturdays as it's Kosher. The rest of the week, great place to have a coffee. Now regarding the food , we booked half a pension, so we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, so first of all there are plenty of gluten free options, aside of it , we enjoyed the food a lot, the verity was great , especially on dinner. So bottom line, we really enjoyed this hotel , definitely recommend it for family with small kids .

We booked a double massage at the Esprit Spa to celebrate my birthday. Overall clean, nice atmosphere, jacuzzi and sauna and some healthy snacks at the guest's disposal. The massagist spoiled the massage by doing fast strokes and movements. I don't know if that's how it's supposed be, but I found it less relaxing. More like a sports massage. Unfortunately she also had long fingernails which were unpleasant especially during the head- and neck massage. She was also a bit sick. Overall a bummer as this Spa is one of the pricier ones in Eilat. Later we went for breakfast at the cafe upstairs. Food was tasty but the waiter wasn't in the best mood, and when asked for champagne or anything fizzy to toast, he said he didn't have anything but I could have a red wine (which I found was an unrelated suggestion). Then we moved on to the bar in the middle of the pool, but they also didn't have any sparkling wine. We then asked for the tap beer but it was empty. Then some employee got wind of us looking for something to toast, and he said they would have at the breakfast restaurant, and said he would bring us, no problem, but he never came back and we just sat there 40min with nothing to drink. Bad service for a 5 star hotel. Three stars because the hotel itself is nice (we were there for a weekend the year before; breakfast and rooms I remember were nice).

I genuinely wish I could leave a positive review, but my stay at this hotel in Eilat turned into a frustrating ordeal: 1. Non-stop Noise Nightmare: Imagine planning a relaxing weekend getaway only to be greeted by relentless, 24/7 club noise blasting from the nearby beach. The rooms have zero effective soundproofing—making restful sleep impossible. Two nights of continuous disturbance ruined what was meant to be a rejuvenating vacation. 2. Health and Safety Ignored at Pool: Shockingly, guests smoked freely around the pool area despite the presence of numerous children and babies. Staff did nothing to stop this, creating an unhealthy, unpleasant atmosphere for families. 3. Restaurant Service Disaster: Dining experiences should be enjoyable, but unfortunately, the hotel restaurant offered sluggish and inattentive service, making every meal frustrating rather than enjoyable. 4. Privacy and Security Failure: To top it off, upon check-in, we were shockingly handed keys to a room already occupied by other guests. Walking in on strangers sleeping isn't just awkward—it's a serious breach of security and privacy. With countless hotels in Eilat, choosing this one is simply not worth the risk. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere to ensure your relaxation and safety aren't compromised.

Sharing our personal experience so others know what to expect – My husband and I booked our honeymoon at Royal Beach after our original trip was canceled due to the war with Iran. Wanting something peaceful and romantic, we asked for a room with a nice view on a higher floor. We were told the Royal Room was “the perfect honeymoon room.” Well… we got there, and the view from the balcony? A tree. A big one. No sea, just branches practically coming into the balcony area. The space felt completely closed in, and we were honestly worried about insects because of how close the greenery was. Definitely not the open, calming vibe we were hoping for. We spoke with reception and customer service, and were simply told to “hope a room opens up.” One bright spot was Sharon at the front desk . she was warm, funny, and tried to help, even gave us a plate of fruits. Luckily, on our last night, a room did become available and we were able to move. But it still felt like a bit of a gamble — if you’re booking a Royal Room, don’t assume you’ll get a sea view, and be ready to advocate for yourself if expectations aren’t met.

The hotel itself is very beautiful inside and well-maintained, with a strong focus on cleanliness. There are plenty of activities for children, especially in the kids’ play areas, so our kids had an amazing time. Regarding the food, there was a bit of repetition in the dishes, and it would have been nice to have more variety, but there was certainly an abundant selection. The location is great, there’s a beach just a short walk from the hotel, which is perfect for relaxing or taking a swim. The beach itself is a bit plain, without reefs or special scenery in the water, but that’s not really the hotel’s responsibility, still worth mentioning. The hotel is centrally located right on the promenade, with many shops, attractions, and places to explore nearby. The hotel never felt overly crowded, which was nice. The pool area was a highlight, the kids especially loved exploring the “caves” in the pool. However, finding a place to sit by the pool was often difficult, as space is limited. On the positive side, fresh towels were always available. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. One of the biggest downsides is parking. If you come by car, finding a spot inside the hotel is almost impossible- even handicap parking. Nearby hotel lots and adjacent parking areas are also extremely limited. This makes it frustrating if you want to take the car for shopping trips, visit other beaches, or explore more distant attractions, especially in Eilat’s heat. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, but both check-in and check-out were extremely busy and crowded. Between 10:00 and 12:00 in the morning, the traffic and lines were simply overwhelming. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, but it’s important to keep these factors in mind when booking.

Ac troubles and no lock on bathroom? This hotel was full of surprises. from arriving with barely no AC in the lobby to no AC in our rooms my family member found that his AC was left at 30 degrees Celsius in his room and when I came into the room I saw there was no lock on bathroom and on top of that a sliding door that is outside the bathroom that can see what’s going on in the bathroom🤯. Who designed these rooms?

Best location close to everything, the room was perfect with a breathtaking sea view and balcony, the service in the Bibas breakfast was excellent, the only disappointing service was in the lobby after 22:30 when the waiters couldn't meet the rate of the requests and in the Raunch House restaurant, the hostess was rude, and unhelpful (long story)

Very bad experience, Isrotel seems to care only for the religious population these days. Food is very mediocre and reached its maximum due to extreme kosher measures. No fresh coffee, elevators floor indicators turned off on Saturday, pool menu is yesterday’s fries and nuggets, Service culture is stuck 10 years ago, and this is considered one of the top5 hotels in Eilat. Well, it’s not, and I’ll never return here.

Definitely the best hotel in Eilat. Beautiful and big territory, many pools with different zones, comfortable as for families with kids and without. Food is something incredible, you have all the possible options you can imagine. Great breakfasts, amazing dinner with freshly grilled steaks. Especially I want to compliment the staff of the hotel, who is very well trained and works very hard every day. The hotel allowed us a late check out, which is super nice. I cant recommend this hotel high enough. We had a great stay. The only thing I would love to see from the hotel, to leave a bottle of the water in the room, we came tired and thirsty after the flight and would be nice to have water in the room.

The hotel is beautiful inside. Nice welcoming drinks and ice cream at check in. The rooms are clean, decor is modern. But rooms are small. The view of the lazy river / pool is beautiful. There is lovely relaxing music around the pool. The staff at the front desk are not very knowledgeable, however, of the area. For example, where is the nearest atm.. otherwise, pleasant stay.

Service was just ok, nothing they do goes the extra step. Rooms have an issue with no outlets by the beds. Grounds are by far the nicest I've seen in all my travels. Location is great as it's not on the water but it's really close. It's near the ice mall.

We had the most incredible stay at Agamim Isrotel! Everything was spotless, and the pool was absolutely stunning — so relaxing and a dream to swim in. We stayed in an "on the water" room, and it truly made our vacation special. Being able to jump straight into the pool from our private terrace and swim right back to our room was such a unique and fun experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the outdoor seating areas all around the hotel were so beautiful and inviting. The bar serves amazing cocktails — don’t miss their spicy margarita, it’s the best I’ve ever had! The music playlist throughout the hotel was fantastic and really set the mood. We had such a romantic and relaxing holiday. Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Great location, good rooms , amazing breakfast/dinner. The entire team was extremely helpful, but i must say a special thank you to Limor from the reception. You made our stay special . Enjoyed the gym and sauna although the gym equipment must be maintained. We loved it.

Best food in Eilat, great room with direct access to the pool (ideal for family) and special mention to Fani from the kids club who was amazing with our little ones. Only issue was the pool temperature: a bit too cold and the kids would not stay long there.

Abraham Eilat, located in Eilat, offers a range of accommodations including simple dorms and private rooms with balconies. The hostel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, shared lounge, terrace, and a bar. Guests can also access the shared kitchen and benefit from the 24-hour front desk service and free WiFi throughout the property.
This was a very nice place to spend time in Eilat. I shared a room with some guys I enjoyed meeting. One of them convinced me to try snorkeling, and I’m glad I did. The breakfasts were very good with a lot of variety. 10 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to the central bus station. The staff was always helpful, especially Donna and Ohrtal. I would enjoy returning.
Peter T — Google review
Nice hostel. Rooms were great and the pool and vibe was nice. The kids enjoyed it a lot. The communal kitchen was a disappointment: not enough utensils and not even any dish soap. Stove tops are induction so if you bring your own, it needs to be compatible. The bar was ok but too expensive - same as high street prices. The communal areas - pool etc. are nice. Compared to Israel prices, this is a good budget choice for a holiday, but with a little effort and attention to detail, it could easily go from a 3-star review to a 5-star review.
Asaf S — Google review
We really enjoyed the venue and the room. Maintenance can be better as there was a block in the sink in the kitchen throughout our stay and there was a leak in our bathroom sink. Having said that, we will be coming again. Thank you
Hadass A — Google review
One of our favourite places to stay in when in Eilat. The rooms are nice, and basically have all you'd expect from a well kept hostel. The breakfast is really good. The location is quite comfortable and in a close proximity to public transport.
Lin M — Google review
Good price but they should update the pictures, guys at the reception were very nice, breakfast was cool, it’s close to the central bus station, walking/bus distance from the hotels area and the malls/beaches. Taxis should be cheap and you have massages places around, pharmacies(super pharm), and a really close by new mall (״שבעת הכוכבים״) and also the “Terminal Park” that is to be open real soon and looks amazing.

We arrived due to the war that broke in Israel in June. The hostel team welcomed us with care and sympathy. They allowed us to pay day by day in order to give us the flexibility regarding our moves as we were forced to leave home. Eventually we stayed 5 days. And while it was harsh in the outside world, in the hostel it was enjoyable and fun for us and for the three children (including two teenagers!).
Gili K — Google review
Good location.(10 minutes from the hotels area) The pool is open 10-17 (so if you stay 1 day there is not a lot of time to enjoy it). Nice staff. The Room is basic, but clean and functional. Big comunal kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator )with pots and plates to use. Nice breakfast (loved the croissant)

The hotel is colorful and cheerful. It's quiet and pleasant, and very suitable for children. The breakfast is basic, but satisfying. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

VERT Eilat Hotel by AFI HOTELS, formerly known as the Crowne Plaza, is a luxury hotel committed to environmental awareness. The 266-room hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with sun balconies for relaxation. The hotel features elegant dining, a swimming pool, spa and wellness center with various treatments, sauna, and more. The staff is attentive and accommodating. However, it's important to note that the hotel's amenities tend to close early in the evening.
The room is comfortable, spacious, and the bed is huge and comfortable. The shower is clean and inviting, toiletries and towels included. The room has a small safe that can fit a small laptop. The balcony is excellent in winter time, in summer one can probably melt there. The staff is very service oriented especially the dining room personnel. We are a vegan couple and Helena the Chef took special care of us. We felt very welcome.
David R — Google review
Very nice hotel, great location, across the road there is a small grocery store that has everything, behind a huge Ksp store, a red complex right behind with a wide variety of clothing stores, supermarkets, electronics stores and more. Icemall Mall is less than a ten-minute walk away. The hotel sits on the marina, the food was great, a wide variety of salads, meat, a variety of areas with food for children, the staff in the dining room were really great, took care of our every request. The pool was a little cold, it was a bit of a bummer, the gym is a little old but fully equipped, the kids' club had lots of creative activities for children, right by the hour. Regarding parking, there is an adjacent indoor parking lot that belongs to the hotel, but it is limited in the number of spaces and it is first come, first served. If not on the street itself, you can find parking in blue and white, but you have to make sure to turn on the fango. In summary, the Vert Hotel is great. The location is a winner

The experience just ok If you want to eat in there hotel, you have to wait 15 minutes in line And the food is just OK or not very good in past months They have a lot of people in the pool. The bed is OK They not give you private shop and shampoo in this Hotel you squeeze it from a big bottle I don’t like it. So if this comment help you, you know what to do? Have a nice trip.
Oshri N — Google review
This is a very nice hotel ... but it's weird. All the hotels in Israel seem to close their amenities (pools, hot tubs, saunas, exercise rooms, etc) at 18:00, which is exactly when I want to use them. So just ignore the "amenities" when choosing a hotel anywhere in Israel.
Jeff C — Google review
Stayed there with the family. Parking is a nightmare, there is just nowhere to park near the hotel and the hotel car park is very small. The lobby and reception are ok, apart from the screaming children playing soccer. The rooms are nice, clean and modern. The WiFi is good and there is a good channel selection on the tv. The air conditioning is good. But the food is a huge let down, dinner is a miserable affair, a badly laid out dining room, no consideration for vegetarians and the noise is just beyond belief. If you don’t get there early then it’s impossible to eat as you will end up standing in line begging for a tiny piece of meat. Screaming children running around barefooted, shouting staff with loud walkie talkies and the food is really low quality. Breakfast is the same bad layout, low quality food and deafening noise. It’s like eating in the monkey enclosure in a zoo. Really really bad. I really wouldn’t recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday.
Daniel H — Google review
I’ve been to this hotel under the previous name (Crown Plaza) and back then I had a bad experience. So walking into it again under the new name I had my doubts. Turns out new management made a huge difference. The rooms had been upgraded and renewed, same goes for bathrooms. Service was quick. When we requested they make up the beds for the kids they did it within ten minutes. And when they clean up the room they really do! They change the sheets and pillow covers (which should be the standard, but unfortunately it isn’t). Each room has a safe of course but also has an iron and an ironing board. And they have USB charging built into the walls. Our children were able to spend some time in the play room, coloring, putting together puzzles etc. and there’s a gaming room with a few Playsations setup full of games. Breakfast and dinner were good too. Not as many varieties as other hotels I’ve been to, but it’s all clean and tasty. For lunch we bought food from the pool kitchen (or whatever it’s called). Meals are big, we ended up buying a meal for each two of us. The staff was friendly (not common here) and very helpful. And there was always someone making sure even the glass in the elevators was shiny at all times. My biggest gripe is that there isn’t enough parking spots on the hotel property, and I was asked to park in a dirt lot about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Even that was pretty full, especially since it was the last week of summer break. I ended up leaving the car there the whole time we were in Eilat, and instead we walked everywhere, which isn’t that bad. The hotel is near by some stores (a couple minutes walk) if you want to buy water or snacks. And it’s a ten minute walk from the Ice Mall. Overall a good experience. I’d return.
Majd S — Google review
A solid hotel with large rooms with balconies facing the mountain range (west) and bay (south and east), a good pool. Staff is attentive. Food plentiful, fresh and tasty on HP but nothing out of the ordinary. Location is so so as it is ~10min away from the beach and boardwalk (note taxis in Eilat are cheap and walking is easy). If not the outdated and poor attention to maintenance would've rated it 4 stars. (Can't comment on price)

Central location near the sea and all of Eilat central attraction, this little hotel is one of the best for its price. The rooms are big enough and clean, with large bed, large shower and and a kettle with coffee and tea to make for your own. The floor balconies are nice with view to the red sea, and you can seat there by evening and relaxe with the breeze. A good hotel for its price ratio.

Well- first time I had free shampoo and soap in hostel. Towels are also not usuall- this place have it all! If you add spacious rooms, cleanig service ( really cleaning everyday!), comfortable beds, pillows meeting my high standards :) and really fantastic, helpful and nice reception service staff I wonder why it is not hotel! It is not cheap for my standards - but for prices in Israel it is:) and worth it. One star I took for being placed in a very noisy place - party hard :) - for some might be an advantage - for me ( with 6 y.ol.son) disadvatage. But honestly - this is the best hostel I ever been to ( according to standards) and I have no idea why somebody choose hotels ( really 10 meters away from this hostel) - the same noise level but price...well :)

Great place for a one night stay. The room is clean and well organized. Centrally located. We did not get breakfast because we had to leave very early in the morning and it starts at 8am (quite late). Will come back if in need for a one night solution in Eilat.

The value for the price you pay is high. Clean public spaces and pretty nice rooms, but be aware to not stay in the back part of the hostel - all of the teenagers and the schools are placed there, and the noise is unbearable. The service at the reception wasn't very pleasing.

Clean, Great location, good price and no problems with anything. Breakfast was good. The toilet in our room smelled like cigarettes. Over all, we enjoyed our stay very much. We'll probably go back.
Omer L — Google review
The hostel is suppose to be a hostel for teens but it also guests adults and people such as tourists. I would not recommend the stay for tourists or families as the hostel has a lot of noise from all the teenagers and it would not give you the exotic vacation a lot of other hotels can offer in Eilat. The breakfasts are ok, not too great and may be very spicy for some people. The hostel lobby is very neat and stylish but the rooms are not very stylish but they are clean. I might visit the hotel again if I ever come with my friends and not with my family. *Recommended for a certain type of people*

Nestled along the stunning promenade and beach, Herods Boutique is a luxurious haven that boasts 91 elegantly designed rooms. This exquisite hotel is part of a remarkable trio of properties crafted by the visionary architect Yoav Igra, which also includes family-friendly Herods Palace and the wellness-focused Herods Vitalis spa hotel. With its artistic decor featuring sculptures, arches, mosaics, and paintings, Herods Boutique caters primarily to business travelers while still providing an inviting atmosphere for leisure guests.
My reservation was for a deluxe room and I was upgraded to a suite on the sixth floor with a balcony with a sea view as well, with access to the lounge that served snacks. On the other hand, the room was very clean, with a nice gesture of placing a fruit basket and a box of chocolates. The concern came hours before arriving at the hotel when I received a phone call from the hotel manager, Shirley, informing me that the room had been upgraded and that they were waiting for us. To be honest, this is the first time I have been contacted by a hotel and told that they are waiting for us. The most beautiful thing is that when we arrived, she was informed and came to receive us. Big thanks to Shirley for the hospitality. Unfortunately, the vacation was for one day.

The hotel with the worst maintenance I have ever been to. Elevators do not work. We asked hotel to fix multiple times but they just don’t care. They said they fixed it but not really. People are climbing up 10 floors in 40+ degrees. And air conditioning does not work in hallways or staircase. Which is another complaint they do not care about. Stay way for your own safety.

I would like to share my impressions of my holiday in Eilat. The hotel charmed not only with its beauty, but also with its excellent service - everything was thought out and tailored to the client! I especially want to highlight the staff - friendliness, responsiveness, each of them is ready to answer any request, and they are always willing to meet you! I would especially like to highlight the manager Shirley - she was always there at the right time and received many pleasant bonuses from her! Thank you for a great vacation!

I was at Herodes Boutique at June 2023. I must say that I have been hosted in this hotel a few times before. In this vacation, I got very nice room at 11th floor with view of the red sea (Jordan side) and the lagoon - very beautiful. The room was nice and clean and very good for romantic vacation. The Dishes in the dining room are great (and I must say that the deseves are great too). The atmosphere in the dining room is relax and quiet. The hotel located with a private beach that every guest in the hotel can get free Deck chair and parasol. It's so comfortable. The servies from the hotel staff was polite and amazing (I remember the good sevice from the dining room workers - specially the man who making omelettes and - Adrien the manager). Overall, it was a great vacation and transcends the other times I hosted there.

Timna Park is a vast and captivating park featuring ancient mineshafts, a dry and rocky terrain, and impressive clifftops. The park offers breathtaking views of Jordan and Egypt, as well as stunning pinkish-orange mountains. It's an ideal spot for relaxation, snorkeling, hiking in the nearby area, or even joining a Petra tour from Eilat. Additionally, the southern section of the Israel Trail provides challenging routes with unique spiritual centers and desert trails.
Beautiful desert park, 20 minutes drive from Eilat. Mainly car trails with sightseeing or trekking stops, historic sites, an artificial lake, a restaurant and activities for the kids. Accessible in extreme heat or pleasant weather alike. A lot of the park is wheelchair accessible.

Amazing landscape, many things to see and trails to hike. Very well kept park. But be ware that you need to manage your own food (have with you there). Many places around close early, especially on Friday.

World oldest copper mine, in the middle of the desert. Plentiful to see, from natural wonders, rock formations, natural arches, to historical sights, such as rock carving, Egyptian temple of Athor and Egyptian underground mines, some of which you can enter and crawl in. You must come by car, there is no public transportation inside the park, but there is a well defined, well kept and made cycling route. The fee covers you for 7 days of entries, and you get a dial in code to enter the park anytime, even during tourist center closing. Do not miss the visit center, spend at keaat 40mns there, the exhibitions are well worth it, and check with the Ranger on site for guidance based on your interests and stamina. Haza was in charge that day, and outstanding guide. Thanks to his pointers we could define a trip easy for our 7 years old, with a lot of small exciting climbs and go to a massive sand dune. Near the lake / restaurant, , there is a coloured sand bottle filling station, great gifts to all visitors. From all around you have wonderful views on Israel, and over the border toward "Palestine" (aka Jordan) Do not forget, this is the desert, closed shoes are mandatory, and bring water, the only refilling station is at the very end, at the lake.
FFM9 — Google review
Beautiful nature and cool things to look at. It's just crazy what some rain in a desert can do. The park is well preserved and you can go through by car. You then have to walk just a little bit to get close to the thing. You can also do a bit longer walkings, where you get to see interesting nature. Sometimes, offroad offers you more. Unfortunately, the tabernacle was closed. I don't know if it is always closed or just when we've been there in November. If you can, buy your ticket online. There you get a combination ticket with the Underwater Marine Observatory. We didn't succeed in buying the ticket. And we don't know if it is available for people with a non Israeli credit card or phone number.
Milch J — Google review
The visit made sence, in a weird way. You think you have seen the mountains, and the park seems like a boring extend to the same mountains, but its not! Friendly people, visualization of the ancient story of the place, and much more makes it worth the visit. Much of the park is accessible by car, which makes it possible to visit, even on the hottest days. There is animals if you look in the shade of the lonely trees. I recommend it!☺️

Princess Beach, located near the Coral Beach Nature Reserve, offers a family-friendly environment with convenient access to snorkeling areas. The beach features iron walkways leading into clear waters, making it popular for snorkeling and diving to observe coral and fish. Additionally, visitors can join guided snorkeling tours in the coral reef or try surfing experiences such as wind, kite, and wing surfing. The wild coast of Princess Beach is reminiscent of untouched beaches with beautiful mountains and blue water.
A good place in Eilat for snorkeling. Easy access to the water through 2 bridges that leads to the snorkeling area. Be aware it is a bit outside of the city and there's no where to buy food or drinks, so bring your own.
Avishay A — Google review
Free, yes but not at the same level than the close Nature Reserve. If you like snorkeling and you prefer to save the 10 bucks of the entrance fee at the Coral Beach Nature reserve, so this is the place to be. There are showers, toilets, but not that many parking spaces. Still the landscape is incredible, especially at sunset. And swimming in the red sea is simply the thing.
Dan M — Google review
Princess Beach is an unofficial beach, which means no lifeguards, no supervision, and very limited facilities. The place isn’t well maintained – there’s a lot of rust, the pier is closed to entry, and there are no proper showers or restrooms. Shade is provided only by simple white fabric covers. Parking can also be difficult, especially on hot days, and there’s just one small kiosk that accepts cash only (no apps or credit cards). On the positive side, the underwater world is stunning. The beach offers free access to some of the most beautiful corals and a wide variety of marine life in Eilat – truly a snorkeler’s dream. * Pros: Free, amazing marine life and corals, great snorkeling. * Cons: No lifeguards, poor maintenance, cash-only kiosk, hard parking, no showers/restrooms. In short: if you’re looking for comfort and services, this isn’t the place. But if you want a free natural spot with breathtaking underwater sights, Princess Beach is highly recommended.
Idan — Google review
There were closed toilets, no showers. Beach was little. The piers were closed. We didn’t swim there, so i cant’t rate the undersea life. I do not recommend for tourists. Go to another beach.

One of the best beaches to scuba dive in Eilat, we are coming here every year in the last week of August. Sitting on the beach, relaxing with a cold beer during sunset is amazing !!!
Raphael M — Google review
The beach itself is a great place to swim and snorkel. The water is really clean and clear. It is also located right on the boarder of Egypt so technically your swimming on the line between 2 counties. For anyone who was wondering; The reason they call this beach the Princess Beach and not The Taba Boarder Beach is because of the abandoned hotel next to it. It used to be an amazing hotel with a private beach front until it closed down.

Visitors can unwind on cushions and wooden tables under the trees, sipping on smoothies or enjoying a glass of wine or beer. It's advisable to arrive in the afternoon or early morning to secure a spot and bask in the serene ambiance.
Amazing place, gets the best of Sinai bedouine camps and Israeli luxury. You can easily spend the entire day at this place or leave and watch your place gets taken in a blink of an eye by visitors preying on free location. Their dishes seem pricey at first but impressively well done and filling. The staff and visitors are all in a good mood, our dog was a big hit with everyone and got so many pets. Not much coral in the water, but large schools of fish gather nearby sometimes. Highly recommend the Sabich, the Jahnun at saturday and the Ice Coconut with espresso.

Well, I finally got to Mosh's beach. The truth is that now I'm back in the East for a year and I really felt like I was in the East, but also in Israel, an amazing beach, fun to get in the water, a great atmosphere, highly recommended to everyone who hasn't been to the East, a great place for delicious food.

Mosh is a nice hippie beach restaurant in Eilat. The prices for food are reasonable. Reggae music and lots of flies. The beach itself is, like anywhere in this town, not so great. It's small, with fences and pebbles. I have been to much better beaches around the world. But I like the hippie vibes and the unfiltered draft beer. Cheers.

Definitely the greatest and coolest restaurant/bar in Eilat - 420 friendly :) Amazing ambiance, outdoor tables under trees and on the beach with great views on the see and Eilat golf. The waiters are very friendly, food is very tasty. On Friday and Saturday morning i strongly recommend the Shekshuka (crushed tomatos cooked with oignons, garlic and eggs). It is served with salad and a whole "Hala" (traditional Shabat bred)/ Price are very very fair, which for this kind of place, is very surprising.

Club Hotel Eilat is a relaxed hotel in Eilat, just a short walk from the beach and Mall Hayam shopping center. The hotel covers over 10 acres and features ocean-themed suites, eateries, and a spa. Guests can enjoy an outdoor water park with six swimming pools, a sun terrace, and live music performances. The hotel also offers a health center and free Wi-Fi.
Very comfy hotel for parents with kids, a lot of entertainment for children, Lady at reception Katalia made our check in amazing, very professional and caring attitude, after her wonderful job I couldn't think of any complaints... central place , next to the beach, mall and bars.... Service and attitude at SPA absolutely Negative and not Helpful.

The rooms were nice but when we got there they bathroom wasn't clean at all, some of the lights were broken so we called for them to replace it, and you can't connect wifi to the tv- they block it which means you can't watch anything that needs internet like Netflix, Disney, YouTube and more. But overall the place was nice and the service was quick most of the time.

Overall it's a great hotel with many things to do. The pools outside were well maintained, clean, there were always chairs or beds to take and free ice cubes which can be lifesaving in the heat. Free towels for everyday. The room we got was super, with a shared balcony. The only thing that was bothering me the lound sound of the AC and if you slept without moving it turned off at one point. Other than that all great, there was a little kitchen too, so you can do basic stuff. Breakfast was fantastic and we saw many events were organized, like live music, children shows, etc. Location wise it is also good, close to the beach. Parking can be a nightmare! Even if you're a guest of the hotel, most of the days we didn't have a spot in the garage or outside of the hotel. Just something to be aware of.

I stayed at Club Hotel Eilat and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. This hotel might be suitable for families with small children who are looking for noise and constant activity, but if you’re seeking a quiet and relaxing vacation – this is definitely not the place. The hotel is extremely noisy, both during the day and late into the night. There are tons of kids everywhere, loud shouting around the pools and in the hallways, and absolutely no sense of calm or order. Even at night, it’s hard to get any rest. The service is average at best, the maintenance of the hotel is lacking, and the overall atmosphere feels crowded and chaotic. I won’t be returning, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and high-quality stay.

Good hotel in a good location, and good pools, However, the check-in is very late. Begin only at 16:00 and we got the room only at 17:00 without any regret from the reception. Overall , the reception stuff gives you the feeling that if you don't like the hotel, don't come back. They don't care. And our room was facing pubs and restaurants area and it was very loud

The hotel is in a great location, near the mall "MUL HAYAM". Free parking but mostly in the sun unless you're lucky, the restaurant has very good food. Downsides: very crowded.

We booked two nights incl. breakfast (three people) through Booking.com, but due to a rescheduling of our return flight, we cancelled the second night with breakfast, and instead booked - directly through the hotel - a second night without breakfast. The cancellation was made within the free cancellation period and we were supposed to receive a refund of 1,299 shekels. After about a week, when the refund had not been received, we contacted the hotel and were told (by a n employee who could have been more courteous) that we needed to email our request. We expected an automated response along the lines of "Your letter has been received and will be answered within 48 hours," but no. There was no response: neither immediate, nor delayed. We called again and asked to speak to someone responsible for refunds. We were told again (by another unprofessional employee), that that was not an option. We would just have to wait for a reply by email. We waited. Only on the fourth time we called, when our email still had no response, was the call transferred to the person responsible for refunds. He said he had forwarded the matter and that the credit would be received "by the end of the week." He also promised to send us an email confirming this immediately. The confirmation email was not received - not immediately, not until now, and neither was the refund. Luckily, we had made the reservation through Booking.com and not directly from the hotel. Booking.com immediately told us that if the hotel did not refund the money, they would refund us at their expense. That's what ended up happening. Club Hotel does not know how to treat its customers, or its partners for that matter. It turns out Booking.com were unable to get a response from the hotel either. Simply unbelievable!

Leonardo Club Eilat is a centrally located all-inclusive resort in Eilat, offering airy rooms and a range of amenities for a memorable stay. The hotel features an outdoor pool, water park, and gym for recreational activities. Guests can pamper themselves at the full-service spa or enjoy magnificent views from the rooftop terrace. With its proximity to Eilat's attractions and the beach, this hotel provides easy access to leisure options.
As all included resorts go, we enjoyed our stay here. Food and service were very good. The grounds are well kept and nicely landscaped. The gym is well equipped. The pool looked fantastic. Lots of evening activities. In the center of the city a 5 minutes walk from the Ice Mall (which is huge and a whole other attraction for shopping)

Not all inclusive since you have to pay for water bottle and after 21:00pm there is nothing to eat the rooms of the children toys are for extra payment and the other one is closed the coffee bar is always full The rest of things are as any other standard hotel The location is very good Room service is good The food is moderate

This was our favorite hotel on the Dead Sea, but after the last experience we won't be back again - I booked rooms for the whole family three months in advance. We arrived at a shocking room, the door to the apartments wouldn't close, the TV flickered and wasn't in a frame on the wall. It looked like a youth hostel, the bathroom was dirty. In the afternoon there were power surges several times and the air conditioner stopped. In general, the air conditioner was at 26 degrees and very hot. I asked the reception to come and they said they would send someone, but they didn't and there was no answer. We won't go back there and don't recommend it.

The bad: No free on-site parking. Dirt-parking is between the hotel and Agamin. No-smoking policy is not enforced in the pool area and this is while so many kids are there. Space is limited next to the pool but at least there are several different sections which you find a seat. In room the shower space is limited; there are not enough power outlets. The good: Food is good and diverse and we’ve stayed there for 4 days. Ambiance team is good and fun. Kids and adults enjoyed although the voice over for some shows. Hotel is very clean and generally the staff is nice. Room service is fast to respond and they have a bot that even something helps for fast response. General info: Sauna is free 10:00-17:00 daily. Free drinks (including Alcohol) 11:00-23:30 daily. Have good coffee there. You can get a bonus lunch either the day you check in or the day you check out.

It's a very nice hotel. Has two big pools and one small one for little children. During the days there are different activities for the children ( such as masterchef, pool activity, in the evening there was a nice play). A good variety of food in each meal. As a vegan , each meal they prepared a special dish for me😁. The hotel is close to the ice mall and about a 20 minute walk to the other mall. Most of the day we spent in the hotel. Roons are a bit on the small side. During the day the hotel offers free popsicles and drinks

The status of the hotel is very old. The only thing that was in good condition in the number is the toilet room and the bed. The room itself is old and dark. The worst thing in the hotel is the food. The food is not of a great quality, not tasty and not made well. In the summer there weren't even fruits, soups and nothing to drink except sparkling juices. The water was tap water. The bar is very bad, the people that work there don't know how to do their job. I got served a mojito with sugar flooding in it. The pool is only for little kids, there wasn't a place with deep water in the pool. The hotel is pretty far from the beach and it takes time to get there without a car. The service personage, the Russians at most, are pretty welcoming and willing to help. For the high price I paid, relatively to other countries in the world, I expected a lot more.

The hotel is well situated, the room was comfortable and clean. Meals were better than expected with a large variety and freshly prepared. However, our entire stay was marred by an unforgivable incident. We had travelled from the US specifically to visit with family living on a nearby kibbutz, a trip which involved two days of international travel plus four and half hours of driving from Tel Aviv. I invited our family from the kibbutz to visit us at the hotel, which would be a normal thing in any country anywhere in the world. Upon arrival, our family was literally barred by an aggressive and rude guard at the entrance, and forbidden to even enter the lobby. My nephew called me and I came down to talk to the front desk staff, and explain that as a guest at the hotel, I had invited family to visit for a couple of hours. The staff were incredibly rude, citing "insurance" on guests and an "inclusive policy, " and refused to consider the situation, while my family including a toddler waited on the driveway to the hotel in the heat without even a chair. I asked to speak to the manager who never appeared, at which point, disgusted, insulted and extremely upset, we departed the hotel to go to a local cafe. The manager finally called about a half hour later to apologize which was far too late. I can only say that I have travelled all over the world, Far East, Russian, Africa, Asia, and have NEVER come across anything like this. Anywhere in the world, any hotel lobby is considered a public space. I would not recommend this hotel or hotel chain to any American tourist. Perhaps this attitude is acceptable in Israel but I doubt it. I will never forget this incident and unfortunately it has colored our entire experience of Israel. The guard at the front of the hotel acted as if we were trespassers when we arrived, was shockingly rude and unfriendly and directed us to park several blocks away in a public parking area.

Family holiday Oct 2022 We spent 5 nights in this hotel. Two adults and one child. It was amazing. It is very clean, the room very nice, well decorated, the room cleaner excellent. The worker was very nice. The food very good and tasteful with a variety of plates. A good sort of coktails (i do not drink but there was a list of them in the bar) Also there were more alcoholic drinks but as i told i do not drink. The staff in the restaurant are very nice and serve you with a smile. My daughter loves this hotel. Special thanks for Marlena the public relation that was always helping everyone.

We came to the lagoona hotel to celebrate my birthday. We arrived Sunday and we are leaving tomorrow Wednesday. First let me tell you about the service I received upon checking in was awful. Rude front desk people. I asked for a room closest to the elevator and was given a room at the very end of the hallway. When I spoke to the hotel manager this is what she told me… well that’s to bad this is the room you will get. Didn’t even look me in the eyes. The chef from the dining room Avi was the best out of everyone in the hotel. Came to our table almost at every meal to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. He was totally caring. Thank you Avi. The front desk staff as well as hotel manager have a lot to learn still. They need to learn how to treat guests. When I made reservations I told them I was celebrating a birthday with family and friends and I need a real nice room. They dud not seem to care. This was our first and last time at this hotel. Will not be returning. I don’t recommend the hotel at all worse of the worse will not be returning there and I will make sure everyone knows edit to this review we decided to give Lagoona hotel another chance. We went back on Monday and just arrived home today Sunday 4/20/25. We had the most amazing time. This time around everything was perfect beyond our expectations. The front desk staff were amazingly helpful. The bar staff were amazing once again Avi the chef and yossi the chef went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. A hive thank you to the amazing chefs. A huge thank you to Ronit the hotel manager and to Mohammad at the pool for keeping it so clean and refreshing. Yes we will for sure be. Back

Stayed here for 3 nights for a vacation. Rooms were good. No complaints aside from minor bathroom flooding. Comfortable beds. The buffet food was excellent. The best buffet food I have had in Israel. Drinks were not great. Poor selection and cheap alcohol. Overall, decent experience but I wouldn't recommend staying longer than three nights.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days and it was better than I expected. The room was big and very clean, with a sofa, a coffee table, and a balcony with a view of the pool. The hotel is large, so it didn’t feel too crowded, even with many people around. Only the dining room felt a little busy sometimes, but I never had to wait long for my food. The food was great with lots of options, including special dishes made by the chef. The service was very friendly and proactive, and the staff even came to our room to check if we needed anything. Everything was included – food, drinks, and cocktails.

A very nice holiday. We were 3 adults and 1 child, 11 years old. The one of the best hotels all inclusive that all the family enjoyed. It is really a hotel for the family. A lot of things for the children to do and many perfomances during the day for them. At night shows for the children. The food is very good with a lot of varieties for all the tastes. The room is very nice and the room made is excellent. The hotel is very cleaning . It is 4-5 minutes on foot to the beach. For those that like drinks they will enjoy the bar. The staff is very friendly and always want to help you. I really recommend it. We will return soon as soon as possible. A tip ask for the room to the swimming pool.

Herods Vitalis Eilat is a luxurious boutique hotel located on the Red Sea coast of Israel. It is part of the Herods Eilat complex, which includes three upscale hotels offering different atmospheres. Exclusively for guests over 18, Herods Vitalis ensures a peaceful environment with its adult-only policy. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. The hotel is right on the beach with all rooms having a view of the beach. A nice balcony on a high level. The restaurants were exceptional with top notch service. We were able to use their bikes to bike around the area. Warm indoor and outdoor pool and a nice spa area.

Right at the north beach, this hotel is a very pleasant and quiet getaway. The breakfast is delicious, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, the hot tubs are nice, and the location is great - near everything, but not in the middle.
Revital H — Google review
Let's start by noting that the hotel staff is great! We stay at the Herods Hotels Group (Fattal chain) twice a year, and we really enjoy it. However, just because we love the place, a number of improvements are needed: First, the room maintenance is very poor, the toilet faucet doesn't work and there is rust in certain areas, as well as the fact that the suites don't have bath guards that prevent water from leaking out when bathing. Second, the food - the variety is good, no doubt, but it's noticeable that the quality of the products doesn't reflect the level of the hotel (which is presented as a five-star hotel). But, aside from these small and marginal things - these are luxurious hotels, very clean and with a truly phenomenal staff.
Rotem Z — Google review
Amazing hotel, feels very VIP. Great location on the beach, with warm welcoming staff, and a very clam, soothing experience. Spa treatments, hot tub, water fountain, heated pool, no children, no noise, free parking. The workers attend every detail and the rooms are big! Best part is the amazing food! I personally prefer an intimate environment, so the dinner is in a restaurant format, which is perfect. The spa is open until 20:00. Lunch is included in a lounge on the second floor. Best hotel I've been in so far, and I have been almost in every hotel in the city of Eilat. One note: dinner should definitely include more vegan options. Will come again soon!
עינת ק — Google review
It's a couples' hotel, no kids allowed, but if you are in a room that is facing the pool you will suffer from the noise coming from the pool of the adjacent Herods hotel. For such a price they could have at least used double-glass for the windows to try and block the noise, but they didn't. You can't have a nap during the day on your vacation because of that. We complained to the management and got a different suit where the bedroom isn't facing the pool, it was a great solution for our situation.
Alexander L — Google review
It's quiet! No kids, no teens, no rush, no yelling! Just for this - the place is amazing. Room cleaning twice a day, all exceptionally well. Breakfast is till 12, so you don't need to wake up early at the morning. Great variety of delicious food. Nice spa. Staff is super professional and friendly. Overall great experience, loved it. Recommend.

I purchased a gift card from Herods as a 50th birthday present for my cousin and received a confirmation email confirming the reservation. But when my cousin and his wife arrived, they were told they had to pay – despite the confirmed booking. I phoned the hotel from Australia while they were at reception, trying to resolve the issue. The receptionist refused to accept payment over the phone and claimed a WhatsApp payment link had been sent earlier (which I never received). When I asked for it to be resent, I was told it wasn’t possible. Absolutely ridiculous. In the end, my cousin had to pay for his own birthday gift, and I had to reimburse him later. The entire experience was unnecessary, very embarrassing, and stressful. Very poor service, and no flexibility or accountability. Would not recommend—especially if you're trying to organise something from overseas.

Nestled in the heart of Eilat, the PLAY Hotel Eilat is a vibrant and inviting destination that has quickly become a favorite among travelers since its opening in 2014. With its modern and stylish decor, this hotel offers bright rooms that provide a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Guests can indulge in an impressive breakfast spread that rivals even the most luxurious resorts in Israel, making it a highlight of any stay.
Great location, right next to the small market and all the restaurants. Very comfy bed, good shower. The breakfast is very much recommended, a huge variety of tasty and fresh foods and drinks, filled us up till dinner. There is a bit of a free parking shortage, so be on the lookout, but either way there is regular parking for about 25-30 NIS a day. Excellent value for money.

One Star. Worst Hotel Experience I regret booking this place. The room was disgusting with dirty floors, stained bedding, and a bathroom that looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The smell alone was unbearable. When I complained, the staff were unhelpful and acted as if I was the problem. The facilities were a joke. The air conditioner barely worked, the internet was useless, and the advertised amenities were either closed or broken. The breakfast was stale and inedible. For the money I paid, this hotel was a complete rip-off. I checked out early because staying here any longer would have ruined my entire trip. Management clearly has no standards and no respect for guests. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Rooms weren't that clean. Staff weren't that friendly and didn't greet you when you walk in. Cleaners also didn't say hi. They did service the rooms daily with fresh sheets and towels which was good though. The pool was amazing and gave you towels and there is a life guard on duty, although the pool closed at 6pm which was a bit early. Breakfast is really nice and they are accommodating.

A true upscale boutique hotel. The rooms are not fancy or large, but that's not why you come to Eilat anyway. The breakfast buffet that's included with the room is world class I can't emphasize enough how beautiful and delicious it is. all over Israel and stayed in many hotels and this was by far the best breakfast buffet we had. Quality all the way. hotels in a very convenient spot just a block away from all the hustle and bustle. There's also the sweetest stray kitty you've ever met who lives just outside the hotel. Her name is JoJo. A few of the managers give her some food and she is super friendly and just wants to be loved! Anyways, a great hotel in every way. Sarah the manager at night goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome too.

Amazing hotel. Has everything you need. The room was nice and clean with a great view. The breakfasts were very delicious with a lot of yummy options. Valentina the masseur was fantastic. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi, the warm pool, the location and the wifi. The only thing that was a bit disappointing is we got a Jewish bed we didn't ask for(it's great you have the option!) and we had 2 nights so we didn't want to move all our staff for a day...

Super nice outdoor seating area poolside! The hotel is literally right across the road from the central station and just one bus away from the city center! Check in and out was super easy and the hotel even let us leave our bags inside after check out. We’d definitely visit this hotel again!

Stayed here for 2 nights, first night was fine, only than that the AC sounds like a turbine engine. Sadly the second night a group of Americans arrived and were screaming and banging doors till 3 AM. Hotel had warned them. After they said they would call the police. The Americans became quiet.

We got the "superior room" on 4th floor, wall is made of "paper" , we couldnt sleep because we could hear all the talkings from the other room, so they moved us to a different room at 1am at night, but the other room was also noisey because of some engine attached to the outter wall, so we moved to a 3rd room and were able to have some sleep.. then we woke up in the morning and noticed there were no towels .. We went down for breakfast, but werent able to drink coffee because there were not hot water, so we bought coffee at the grocery store downstairs. Really bad experience.. The staff are nice though..

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room is very clean, and has almost everything you might need: hair dryer, towels, conditioner, fridge, safe locker, kettle. Pool is available from 9:00 till 17:00. The service is good, pleasant and helpful people at the reception, especially Valentina. Room service has made every day. Hotel is located in front of the main bus station. Right near the hotel there is a supermarket 25/7, which is working even in Shabbat. From hotel to the nearest beach is about 15 min by foot. But I suggest to rent a bike for more convenience. There is bike points everywhere, called Israelbike, it's very cheap.
Raisa L — Google review
From the outside the hotel looks very modern and good. Also the lobby and pool are well maintained. The rooms themself are slightly less well maintained. Especially the bathroom had some maintenance problems in the shower. The shower did also easily overflow when showering. But still, the beds were good and although a bit small very clean. The hotel was also kinda noisy so you could here a lot from for example the hallway. However since it was pretty silent when we were there this wasn't a real problem. Staff was kind and helpful. WiFi excellent. And the hotel is next to the bus station and a 10 minute walk from the beach. Looking at what we paid the price/quality ratio is very good.

Coral Beach is a renowned spot located within a nature reserve along the Gulf of Eilat, providing access to the famous coral reefs. While the beach itself may initially seem rocky, visitors quickly realize that the main attraction lies beneath the surface – the vibrant underwater life. The proximity of the reef to the shore is remarkable, with long piers allowing access to protected areas for snorkeling right next to the coral.
Great beach for snorkeling. Gear rental on site. Picnic tables, shade and food.
Steve Z — Google review
Best suited for snorkeling. Even if you don't know swimming you can rent the snorkeling face equipment and just use it next to the beach to view the amazing corals and beautiful fishes.
Santhosh M — Google review
You might be able to peek here and there at the reef. Not the entire area is accessible to public. They have a 750m long lane accessible with bridges for swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving (bring your own gear- though they might rent if needed - at least snorkeling). Not really food option but it’s a nice bring your own food stay by the beach kind of place. There is a supermarket across from the road where parking is free and where you can get goodies. Amenities are sparse but that is fine.

Simone G — Google review
Heaven for snorkelling, especially for nervous snorkellers: they have designed a snorkelling 'route' around the reef with a rope you can use for guidance and feeling a bit more secure. The marine life is amazing with huge colourful fish. They rope of the main reef to protect it from damage from selfish tourists, but you can still see it from the edge. Beach has plenty of shade and chairs. All equipment and lockers available. Take your own food as all you can get here are french fries or frozen pizza they heat up. You can get here by a 5 minute bus from the main area of Eilat.
Jay M — Google review
Very well organized for snorkeling but maybe too much... in the water you can’t really get close to the corals and there are many people at the same place so not so wild as you could expect.

Great experience. Lots of space to sit. The snorkelling was great fun and there were lots and lots of fish.

Nestled in the vibrant city of Eilat, New Top - Luxury De Golf Residence - Royal Family Resort Apartments is a delightful retreat just a kilometer from both Kisuski Beach and The Pearl Beach. This charming accommodation features complimentary WiFi, a serene garden with an inviting outdoor swimming pool, and access to a rejuvenating sauna. Guests have praised the apartment for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and stunning views that create a tranquil atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.
A pleasant surprise! Clean, spacious, great view, quiet. It is not a hotel, just an apartment with the basics (kitchen row with table, chairs, couch and tv, bedroom with double bed, small bathroom with hot shower). We weren’t sure we‘d actually go to Eilat, so we didn‘t want to book a very expensive place, but now we‘ll probably book it again next time.

The place looks very different from the pictures in the site. It was a dirty place located in an unsafe area. The bobbin in the bathroom was broken. I recommend avoiding this place for your own sake!

Place isn't that nice yet in a comfy area pretty close to the beach. Wasn't that clean and looks old. AC doesn't work well in some rooms, microwave was also partially broken (the plate doesn't spin)

Nice and clean apartment fairly close to the beach. However, the host never contacted us regarding the key collection, which was confusing.

Dolphin Reef Beach, located beyond Eilat's port area, offers a unique experience for animal and nature enthusiasts. Visitors can observe a pod of bottle-nosed dolphins in their natural habitat, playing, hunting, and socializing. The private beach provides all-day access with amenities such as beach chairs and umbrellas where waiters serve guests. The main attraction is the opportunity to swim, dive, and snorkel among the captive dolphins.
Absolutely loved it! The dolphins were so cute and the entrance was gorgeous! Defenitatly recommend if you are coming to Eilat. I would recommend to come early in the morning if you want to choose a good spot to spend the rest of the day. It gets crowded but there are still a lot of places under the trees to hide from the sun. The water was super clear and security was okay.
Alex D — Google review
Pretty good beach but bit of a scam because it says on the website that you can swim with the dolphins but actually you can just put your feet in and not actually swim but it was a pretty beach nonetheless
Zevi C — Google review
Excellent spot to come in the morning and spend all day here. Really enjoyed it! The dolphins can be a quest to see but with some patience and luck- you will!
Lev K — Google review
Suchhh a beautifull place to watch dolphinsss, the dolphins are free to wander in the ocean which beautifully symbolized how free they are and just how they love their care takers enough to come back all the time to hang around us! Beuaitufl resort right next to a very aesthethic looking wooden structure with a sight and a bar and places to sit every where on, on the wooden water floating structure u also get great and beautiful ocean views and can see the dolphins in the big circle! Before the wooden structures there's of course a beach u can chill in and just wander around shops and soveniers 💕✨
Liel I — Google review
Very beautiful tourist attraction! We saw 3 dolphins here! It’s about a luck to see them comming from the open sea! Student discount on the entry. Very delicious food in restaurant!
Vláďa — Google review
I have very mixed feelings about this place. We do end up here every time we come to Eilat and I like that the dolphins are free to come and go as they please BUT it’s very expensive and crowded. You just catch short glimpses of the dolphins (true it’s because they aren’t penned in which is a good thing). All of the activities cost extra and the prices are extremely high. I dunno, it’s only a so/so experience. We’ve had a much better time at some of the free beaches. The food is typical beach food with typical beach prices although I will say the Greek salad I had for lunch was quite tasty. I guess I would say, this doesn’t need to go on your Must Do list but if you’re out of activities and you need a few hours to kill, this isn’t terrible.
Rachel S — Google review
Very nice beach that combines everything. The price a bit high for family but its worth it if you didn't visit there. The food in the restaurant is great and the service is good. The relaxing place inside requires extra price and very expensive I should mention.. The dolphins are amazing and there is explanation in Hebrew and English. Most of the place is shaded and even if it full there's enough chairs and place for everyone:)
Elad — Google review
Great place, similar to an oasis. I would recommend to come early in the morning if you want to choose a good spot to spend the rest of the day. It gets crowded but there are still a lot of places under the trees to hide from the sun.

Nature & Wildlife Areas
Reefs
Eilat's Coral Beach Nature Reserve is a stunning combination of a beach and a large coral reef, making it an ideal destination for snorkeling and swimming. As the northernmost shallow-water coral reef in the world, this national park offers a vibrant marine life with colorful fish and astonishing plants. The reserve provides convenient access to the reef along with essential beach amenities such as showers, restrooms, and even a snack bar.
The reserve is well-maintained, clean, and organized, with food shops and equipment rental available. While the price is a bit high compared to free nearby spots, the underwater experience is spectacular- vibrant corals, colorful marine life, and plenty to see. The area is very accessible, and safety is taken seriously with lifeguards on duty. Showers and restrooms are available and well-kept. Most seating areas are shaded with white canopies, which helps, though it can still get extremely hot in July and August. Some downsides include ongoing renovations, which limit access to newer sections and make planning a snorkeling route a bit challenging. The designated swimming areas are small and enclosed, but beyond the bridge, there are vast open spaces where you can really explore and see a lot of beautiful marine life. Overall, it’s more comfortable and enjoyable to snorkel in a well-supervised, maintained area than in unofficial sites, and the beautiful coral and abundant sea creatures make it well worth a visit. * Pros: Clean and organized, lifeguards on duty, beautiful corals and marine life, showers and restrooms, accessible. * Cons: Entry fee is high compared to free alternatives, renovations limit some areas, enclosed swimming zones can feel small, it can get very hot in summer.
Idan — Google review
Beautiful beach. Very clean. Tidy + with all facilities to enjoy the amazing Red Sea. It is considered a national park. Not for nothing. Once you enter the water, you can swim with some of the most exotic fish +. Once you put your head into the water you see the Wonder of nature underwater. It is very friendly for kids and for families and we could find ourselves spending the whole day from morning till night over there
Erez M — Google review
Although its one of the best places to see corals and fish in Eilat. The site could be a bit more developed. There are not many showers and only one dock to enter the water and relatively small place for swimming. With limited hours of operation and mediocre services this beautiful natural reserve should get an upgrade and the site could invest some of the entrance fee in improvments.
Lior S — Google review
The world northernmost coral reef, really! Right at your foot steps in eilat, Jordan has none. This beach has the advantage of not being overcrowded and all facilities are here, showers, toilets, bar, and a small nature reserve shop and rental services if you forgot your snorkeling equipment. Note, there are no lifeguard, only park rangers, but there is a space by the beach, in shallow water for poor swimmers Plant to bring some water shoes for the beach side. The reef is accessible via a long pier, and a large staircase leading easily to the water. Then it is the wonders of the red sea!
FFM9 — Google review
One of the good beaches in Eilat Clean, had toilet, shop, walk route, bridge directly to Red see with excitement view of corals, different fish types It's needed some payment, check possible options before coming there It's better come with your own equipment Pay attention - NO SAFE GUARDS
Igor D — Google review
Our preferred place in Eilat! Every time we are in Eilat we go to this place, the best still and ever. Actually we were there every day, not a problem as we slept at the Yam Suf Hotel, only a 5 minute walk to there. 1. the beach is incredibly looked after 2. The Reserve guards are watching all the time for trespassers so very little chance something bad could happen to you while swimming 3. and of course the corals and the fish. Yes the coral are less beautiful than in the previous years, the mini tsunami a few years ago did damage the reef, but still they are interesting and the fish are till there and still super beautiful. Don't "FOMO" it, would you?
Dan M — Google review
Snorkelling is ok. Nice fish and a bit of coral. If you've been in good reef places, you won't be impressed. But if in Eilat, it's worth a visit but a bit expensive for what it offers.
Solomon K — Google review
Great place. Amazing biodiversity, the beach is nice and convenient. The corals are very close, and you can almost touch them (but you shouldn't). If you don't swim it is still nice to look on the fish and corals from the pier. There are lockers with USB charging stations, and the place is very relaxing.

Shopping
Ice Mall in Eilat is an innovative concept that offers a one-of-a-kind experience. At the heart of the mall is a large skating complex, where visitors can enjoy skating shows and observe from restaurants and cafes on the observation deck. The surrounding area features various shops offering clothing, cosmetics, electronics, and more. Additionally, there are entertaining attractions such as virtual reality experiences, a mirror maze, Omega, a rope park, and games for children.
Ice Mall in Eilat is truly a unique and wonderful shopping destination! The mall has an amazing atmosphere, featuring a special indoor ice rink that creates a fun and refreshing experience, especially on hot Eilat days. Walking through the mall, you can find a great variety of shops, from international brands to local boutiques, offering fashion, souvenirs, and more. There are also many restaurants, cafés, and ice cream stands — perfect for taking a break and enjoying a delicious treat. The ice cream I tried here was fantastic, colorful, and full of flavor. The vibrant display immediately caught my eye, and it tasted just as good as it looked. The mall is very clean, beautifully designed with a high, geometric glass ceiling that allows plenty of natural light. It feels spacious, bright, and welcoming. Families with kids will definitely enjoy it, and there are several entertainment options for children as well. Another great thing about Ice Mall is that it is located close to many hotels and tourist attractions in Eilat, making it easy to visit even if you are only staying for a short trip. I highly recommend stopping by for shopping, dining, and a fun experience overall!
Misha S — Google review
Ice Mall is a large shopping and entertainment center, conveniently located within walking distance of most central hotels in Eilat, with parking nearby. Inside you’ll find a huge variety of shops – fashion, perfumes, electronics – along with plenty of food options and activities. It can get very crowded, which sometimes makes the atmosphere feel overwhelming, especially for parents who worry about keeping an eye on their kids. On the fun side, there are lots of games and activities for children (most for an extra fee). The ice-skating rink is the highlight – very enjoyable for kids and adults alike. Even toddlers can join with special seats designed for them, which makes the experience inclusive and fun for the whole family. * Pros: Central location, wide variety of shops, many kids’ activities, fun ice-skating rink. * Cons: Very crowded at times, extra costs for most activities, can feel overwhelming. Overall: If you enjoy shopping, family activities, and don’t mind the crowds, Ice Mall is definitely worth a visit.
Idan — Google review
Overall we had a great time at the Ice Mall, but it's a bit tough to get through when crowded. Seems like they've got too many kiosks and other shops blocking the walkways. Best to visit outside of peak times.
Yehuda G — Google review
Ice skating is definitely the highlight of the mall and is very recommended. Good food in the restaurants, and many good brands of clothes and more. Very little if any shaded parking, and summer in Eilat is very hot.
Shahar E — Google review
The mall is open 7 days a week but most of the stores are closed on weekends. Super crowded and the only advantage is that it’s a circle so you can find your way fairly easily.
Noam T — Google review
Very beautiful shopping center downtown Eilat. It's medium size, includes some clothing stores, fashion accessories, places to eat, places to seat, souvenirs shops, playground for kids and ice skating attraction. One of a kind.

The mall I always go to when vising Eilat ,one of the biggest malls we have in Israel for sure ,it has more than enough brands for all accessories U need clothing shoes electronics, toys and most importantly! Activities ,it has ice skating arena ,a circle around the mall roof omega as you see in the photos! inCase U wanna just hang out in the air for few minutes while controlling the speed of your flight 🌈 and of course restaurants and fast food services! and on the outside there's a wide view of a big lake just next to the entery and exit ,and alot of statues for the family pictures and sometimes even street performers!

Dekel Beach in Eilat offers a wide range of dining options, including restaurants like Aroma Bar, Buddha Burgers, and Shipudei Hatikvah. Visitors can pay an entrance fee for the nature reserve and rent snorkeling equipment to explore the underwater life. While the rocky beach may initially disappoint some, it is part of a protected nature reserve with coral reefs close to the shore.
Good clean beach. Chairs are 10 shekels/chair, sunbathing chair 20. Nice food at the restaurant on the beach. Make sure to grab slippers or wet shoes to enter the sea. It's either really hot to walk on the send or really painful to walk on little sharp stones. And bring water:)
Nina T — Google review
2022: Well structured for the beach lover. Clean bathrooms. Good bar service. The site is split into two different styles: - north side has a large wooden deck, suited for those who want to sit by the tables, close to the bar and restaurant; - south side is rustically styled, with straw shades (and also a large canvas tent during summertime). There is chair, table and sunbed rental service available at official prices on both sides. During summertime they also place a floating deck with sunbathing sofas and cushions for rent. Entry to water is made through carpets on definite corridors in order to prevent visitors from revolving the stones and corals, which is a nice idea. Updated 10/23: entry to the water had been improved by them having removed the larger stones from under those carpets as it was quite impossible not to stumble on them, once we were never able to know where they were. Updated 3/25: The place is clean, beach service has improved. The floating deck isn't there as summer hasn't begun, the beach bar is run by a nice team, and Anna is always serving with her sweet smile and kindness. The only negative points are the lack of trash pots really close to the waterline, as the typical Israeli is spoiled and used to litter and then have someone around to clean and collect after them. Also dog owners are requested to have them leashed at the entrance and then leave them to circulate freely among the bathers, peeing on or even pooing at chairs, sunbeds and even on people's bags, towels and clothes, something unacceptable. Updated 25/4/2025: The entrance to the water is downgraded as the carpets have been relocated over the rolling stones. I could not find the previous southern path which was comfortable and ready to walk in as the stones had been removed before the setting of the carpet. It's now very hard to walk on it, as the stones under the carpet make it uncomfortable and unbalancing for those to walk in the path. The beach also still lacks trashcans close to the waterline, as the existing ones are located about 8-10 meters from it; I've seen many pieces of paper, plastic cups and popsicle wrap on the sand. Anyway it's still the best beach in Eilat.
Moshe H — Google review
Decent beach with a nice relaxed atmosphere. Free entrance, public washrooms are clean. The restaurant has average prices but not too high for beach side. Food is delicious, we had the fried cauliflower and salmon wrap, Turkish coffee and an orange-carrot drink, all for 132NIS with tip included. There is plenty of parking and you can rent a lounge chair or regular chair. Swimming isn’t recommended here because there is no lifeguard but some people went in anyways. Sand is a bit rocky but water looks nice and clear. Some sand flies here and there, wheel chair accessible entrance.
MadeBy V — Google review
The best beach in Eilat! Quiet and relaxed (at least during mid March), great bar and sea view, lots of shade and trees. Enjoy a good Shakshuka in the morning :)
Guy ש — Google review
I gave a low score because of my expectations. Maybe they were too high. Not sure. I come from Haifa. In Haifa the beaches have sand when you enter the water, here there are rocks, so you better bring footware to enter the water. The area of the beach is also very small and no free shade on the sand. There are no changing rooms, so we had to change in the toilets which is very strange for a beach. Showers were only outdoor ones - also very strange IMO. So if you expect to have a changing room, indoor showers where you can get naked, free shade and easily to enter the water without shoes - this place sucks. Otherwise the water is nice, and I had fun swimming here nontheless.

Additionally, the site features a beach, restaurant, and bar for visitors to relax and unwind.

We came 5 mins after 12pm (and tickets are valid also tomorrow from the morning only! - as explained on the cash desk); spent some half day here late March; sea temperature fresh but still acceptable; not so crowded today; beach service collect beach chairs regularly; easy to find place and take chairs, we enjoy hot and cold sweets with coffee and fresh Mint lemonade. Really tasty; recommended; next time I repeat.
Peter L — Google review
For the standard entrance fee you can swim at the beach and spend some time on the pier to film and shoot the dolphins (pier closes at 5 pm). Then you have a bar restaurant upstairs in a wonderful place (forbidden under 18 years old). From this place you still can see the dolphins, enjoy the sun and even stay until 11 pm!
Stephanie M — Google review
Over-commercialized, for the basic entrance fee you can watch two dolphis they locked up in a small bay close-up, period. Swimming in separate mini-bay (water is quite dirty) apart from dolphins.

Great place. We did snorkeling with the dolphins, it was great to see them in their natural habitat. Our instructor was a very nice and professional lady that took care of everyone’s comfort and made sure everyone is safe and have an amazing time. The Caesar Premier Eilat is a recently refurbished hotel that provides complimentary Wi-Fi and boasts a prime location by Eilat's picturesque lagoon, offering stunning vistas of the Red Sea and the Edom Mountains. Situated near the renowned Eilat promenade, it is just a brief stroll from the popular beaches and major shopping and entertainment hubs. The hotel features 241 well-appointed guest rooms, all with views of the marina or overlooking the pool and sea.
Very good hotel in the center of the city. Walking distance to shops and beach. Also very tasty breakfast en diner buffet. Parking is normally very difficult but we were very lucky to get a parking place in front of the hotel.

no a/c in the room because the hotel controls the a/c and they decided winter needs only heater even though there are hot days in Eilat even during winter. Manager advised to sleep wiyh open window and to get us a portable fan.

Good value for the money we paid as a group. Lots of small things need fixing up - like having chipped crockery on the tables. The prayer room still had crumbs on the counter for more than a week. Overall the place will need a revamp for when tourist season kicks off again. Very tasty meals. The 1 movie channel had no sound which was not alright.
Philip K — Google review
We went two families including kids for a summer vacation. We have received the rooms only at 1700 although we were told that by 1500 it will be ready which was pretty frustrating. There is not enough parking spots near so we had to park far away. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms are designed for dwarfs. During one of the night there were three power outages and we were literally suffering by the heat. There isn’t enough shadow around the pool and there weren’t enough chairs to support the whole visitors. The queues for the dining room were two long to contain- about an hour or more for breakfast or dinner- we learnt the hard way to arrive at the beginning of each seat. Not good as value for money. I wouldn’t recommend. Next time we will pay a few more hundred ILS per night and go for a respectable hotel.

Chiquita E — Google review
Spent 4 nights in Caesar, and have mixed feelings about this place. Let's start with the good: Breakfast and dinner were diverse and plentiful. Room was generally clean, although when we separated our beds we found a whole lot of gunk under the bed... It was cleaned the next day. It is centrally located, so it's easy to get from there to wherever you need. Moving on to the bad: The food quality wasn't consistent - our first night there the food was sub-par, but otherwise was at least decent. Our room was very noisy and not well insulated, so I was often wakened by trucks backing into the loading dock. I could also hear every guest walking in the hallway as if they were right next to me. Sleeping well is sort of a basic requirement from a hotel, and it was impossible in Caesar. And I am NOT a light sleeper. The air conditioning was not cooling at this time of year, which is unacceptable. Eilat climate doesn't care it's January, it was hot. We were given a portable air conditioner, which did nothing. The elevators were slow and insufficient. Lastly, and this part was the most annoying for me - I just had to cancel my plans for the day of check out because the hotel doesn't offer secure luggage storage services. They just tell you to leave your stuff in a corner of the lobby, no one really checks your identity when you pick them up. Uncool. So... These are the reasons for the low rating. Some of these issues are very fixable and I do hope they work to improve their conduct.

English below. The hotel is located near the boulevard. The staff is kind and willing to help. The lobby is big with a lot of sofas and a diary restaurant that is open most of the day. The dining room feels crowded, but the meals are excellent and there is a lot of variety. They keep sending out food until they close the dining room. The pool is good and big, with a lot of beach beds and parasols. The rooms are big but need a renovation or a refreash. The room feels old.. For example our room had a heavy wooden closet that felt old. In our room there was also a balcony and a small fridge. When we went into the room we felt that the room was cleaned in a rush. There was no toilet paper, we found ashes in the night drawer, some dirt on the floor and the sofa was open and bedded even though we're a couple (probably because of the former guests). After a phone to the reception everything was cleaned almost immediately. The thing that bothered me the most was the gym. It is placed in a place that feels like a basement and there are only few old aerobic machines like a treadmill and an elliptical, a few light weight weights (until 2 kg). Photos included. As conclusion, in the value for money test you get a good vacation for a moderate price in that location.

Deserves a way better rating. I felt like I’m relaxing in Thailand. It’s nice it’s a 10min drive to center, it’s quiet and they provide bikes for free. Thank you to Patricia who was very helpful and kind.

We've truly enjoyed out stay at Orchid. We've arrived quite late (around 11pm) but the service was top. Talking to the service lady saying we're on a holiday to celebrate our 1 year anniversary, she was happy to try and upgrade our room, but couldn't. Just trying was nice! Arriving to the hotel room, the AC was already on (nice touch), and the room wss clean and ready for our arrival (apart from someone's pills in one of the drawers, I must add). The bathroom was really big with double sinks and double shower heads, but, since there was no curtains to stop the water from getting in to the center of the bathroom, everything was watery, we didn't enjoyed it all. The breakfast was great! Many options ans types of food - from cereals to fishes to lasagna. The pool was at the right temperature!! Not too hot, not too cold, with great view to the sea + baby pools. On one of the occasions where we wanted to travel to the city (which was pretty far, about 15 minutes away) we met the service lady again, asking how we're enjoying the hotel and told her that everything is incredible. On our way back, a campaign has waited for us with two glasses... It was an incredible visit (ar least for us). Thank you for having us!

What started as a horrible experience began with being given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Initially, the manager hid in her office and refused to come out. When I tried calling, she briefly answered, put me on hold for 15 minutes, and then vanished altogether. Hours later, a different manager finally addressed the issue, but attempted to pass off smaller, cheaper rooms as “upgrades.” It wasn’t until the next morning that a genuinely kind receptionist helped us secure a room that matched what we had originally paid for.

One Star. Horrible Stay From check-in to check-out, this hotel was a disaster. The room was filthy and uncomfortable. The staff were dismissive and offered no help. The amenities were broken or unavailable and the noise all night made it impossible to sleep. I left early and found another hotel. This place ruined my trip. Never again.

Rooms are a little outdated and eclectic, and the location is a little too far from everywhere (except the undersea observatory). To it's credit the hotel is a fun place to hang out, with decent food and nice amenities

Central Park Hotel is a centrally located hotel in Eilat, offering an outdoor pool, gym, and sauna. It's situated near shopping centers, the bus station, and the airport. The hotel features 170 rooms including garden rooms, balcony rooms, suites, and efficiency apartments. Guests can enjoy the buffet restaurant and bar on-site. The wellness area includes massage rooms for relaxation.
I had an amazing stay at Central Park Residence in Eilat! The location is excellent, close to the city center and within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well maintained. I loved the atmosphere — it felt cozy yet elegant at the same time. The swimming pool area was definitely a highlight. It’s large, clean, and surrounded by plenty of sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Eilat weather. It’s a perfect spot whether you want to swim or just unwind by the water. Breakfast was another standout feature. The variety was impressive, and everything was fresh and delicious. I especially enjoyed the cheeses, pastries, and fresh vegetables. The food presentation was very neat, and the dining area was bright and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, and they were always available for any questions or requests. Overall, Central Park Residence offered a fantastic experience at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it for both short and long stays in Eilat. I would definitely love to come back in the future!

Can be improved. The suite was roomy and mostly clean, a really disgusting stain was on the sofa. While they do allow you to smoke in the balcany, they didn't put ash-tray. The coffe was expired box and the soap is in a dispensenr and not bottled. Overall, if you come with low expectations and the price is low, it should suffice.

Stayed in of the apartments, was super excited for anniversary trip until we got the property. AC didn’t work, no one ever fixed it, closet had a huge hole and mold inside, couldn’t use it because of smell. Asked to move us no one responded. Windows didn’t close all the way. Had to reclaim apartment and buy cups. Had an unauthorized charges from them and didn’t get any response nor answer. No WiFi. Curtains dirty and moldy.

They promise free parking on site, a pleasant stay for you and your family, the reality is a rude staff, asking me to get my car elsewhere, when asked where in the hotel i could park they said there isnt enough space for everyone, the room was filthy, stained coffe cups and uncomfortable bed.

Our first room didn't have water.. so they moved us to another room but were rude about it and only did it after we insisted. They blamed the problem on the city and didn't want to take responsibility. Other rooms had water. When we asked the manager for a refund she looked at us as if we were insane for even suggesting such a thing. They moved us to another room but this second room had no soap or internet. So we complain and had to wait 30mins for them to bring us soap so we can finally wash our hands. As for the internet, the manager did not believe us and kept insisting that the wifi is fine and that there was something wrong with our devices (laptop and two phones). When we complained to her she said that we are blaming her and are being "sarcastic". She then tried connecting it on her phone and after several unsuccessful attempts decided to move us to another room. This third room was fine and the manager offered us free dinner at their dining hall for the night but by that time we had had enough of their bad service and attitude to even care. there were also mosquitoes all over the room, even with the windows closed (there were no nettings)

Unbeatable service, amazingly understanding and the kindest, nicest people you'll ever stay with. My overall experience was really good! I've arrived late at night and greeted with the first staff member. He was nice and did everything quick so I'll be able to sleep asap. The breakfast is good, the location is ok, a few minutes of walking distance from the mall. The biggest disappointments for me were: 1. the parking issue. On the booking site it's says "free parking", but right after booking the room, I've received an automatic message that there's limited parking spaces issue. Had to pay outside for parking, a disappointment for me. 2. The worst wifi connection that I've had into along time. 3.5mbps with a lot of disconnections. Therefore, couldn't do my work as I've intended.
Hava V — Google review
Overall, we had a really good experience and truly enjoyed the hotel despite the overpriced rate. However, there were two main disappointments: 1. The biggest issue was how poorly the hotel handled being “dog-friendly.” While they advertise themselves as welcoming to dogs and even charge an extra fee for them dogs aren’t actually allowed to move freely within the hotel. We booked breakfast at the hotel but weren’t allowed to bring our dog into the restaurant. Their suggested solution? One person eats while the other waits in the room with the dog, then you switch. It felt like a joke and showed a complete lack of service. 2. Parking was another letdown. The listing says parking is available, but in reality, it’s a tiny spot that’s always full. So be prepared to pay for public city parking instead
Akmal T — Google review
Worst experience I have received from a hotel in a long time. We made reservations on Odelia (a family member name) for 4 people in 2 rooms and paid accordingly. When we got here we got our first room at 11:30 am while we only got the second one at 14:30 even though we saw the cleaners start to clean the room at 11:45 and when I asked why it takes so long to clean the room they answered that they don’t owe an explanation and they can in general give rooms from 15 so we should say thank you we even got the first room. There is no place online that says that dogs should be kept on a leash in all the hotel areas. While Brown advertise themselves as dog friendly and it’s known you are allowed to bring small dogs in nowhere on their website does it say they have to be kept on a leash, especially in the pool area and lobby which is funny. The rooms are tiny but still super nice, and the pool is like a small pond but overall the hotel is quite nice but the service is just terrible. The morning after going to breakfast the guy in the hotels restaurant asked me which room I’m from, I answered 205 and he answered our room counts for only 1 guests, when I tried to explain to him we’re 2 guests each room he replied “that’s not what is written in my lists”, would help and referred me to the front desk when a guy named Benny was totally rude and disrespectful, in addition to all of that when I finally showed them my reservation after they claimed it was my mistake they asked me to tell my friends that each time they’ll go down to eat they should tell the waiter that there is a mistake in the software and that we are in fact 2 guests each room, when I asked Benny why should the guest explain the hotels mistake each time before he eats he didn’t have an answer, neither was he willing to leave a comment on the computer regarding our rooms. Nice hotel, horrible service

I stayed at the place for three nights, and unfortunately, I couldn't sleep properly because the air conditioning was extremely weak. Every time I brought it up to the staff, they claimed that the AC was working fine, but in reality, there was barely any cooling. They didn’t even offer a fan. For me, this really ruined the vacation. I expected a completely different standard.

We got two terrible rooms and that's even after they changed us to rooms that were not at all worthy of a human stay, shame... But the rooms they changed us to were also an unpleasant experience in general. The smell of sewage, cockroaches in the bathroom, towels were constantly stained everywhere in the room and in the pool, refrigerators with missing parts and full of ice, a broken pull-out bed, the level of hygiene and cleanliness in the hotel is very poor! And the worst thing is that there was a cockroach in the dining room where the salads are. We will not be back again. Big disappointment. You ruined our vacation!!!

Sooo wonderful and really not exaggerated. I will come back next year. The hotel employees are very helpful and good hearted people. Eilat and Israel are worth a visit. The room and the pool are very clean and well maintained. It is better than I imagined before the trip/hotel stay. Best wishes Anna from Germany :)

Good hotel. Nothing really special. I had a Nice room. There's a nice swimming pool outside on the roof. The meals are very good. There is no fitness room. Also no shoe shine kit and no sewing kit in the room. I couldn't find any reason to prefer this hotel over other hotels in Eilat.

I recently stayed at Astral Maris for an extended weekend, hoping to recreate the great experiences I had with this chain before COVID and the current war. Unfortunately, this visit was a major disappointment and will be my last with them. Despite choosing the Maris for its "boutique" classification, the hotel clearly hasn't been maintained in a long time. Our room was dusty, the bedsheets stained, the wallpaper peeling, and basic amenities like a toilet brush were missing. The blow dryer was so weak that when we asked for a replacement, we were told to pick it up ourselves at reception and leave a deposit. Breakfast, usually a highlight in Israeli hotels, was extremely poor: stale vegetables, no fruit, oily shakshuka, and very limited choices overall. At the pool, the bar was closed and the area looked completely neglected. While the staff was polite, the hotel is severely overpriced and doesn’t come close to four-star quality. If I had booked a two-star property, I would have known what to expect — but at this rate, it was simply unacceptable.
Shirley F — Google review
We booked for few days of vacation and once we are in front of the desk we heard we moved you to another hotel. But how it was announced was not correct at all. This girl on the front desk announced it like that and switch to another customer. And when we asked for director she didn’t call him. And when we asked for his name she refused to give us. She’s unprofessional!! The hostel where we moved was perfect with a real and professional person and service.

The start wasn't very good, but the stay indeed was. Some people only speak Hebrew (and Russian)...the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a huge plus to be 2 minutes away of the beach by foot. The beach bar (Beach 9) is great and offer a variety of dishes, plus the fact that is ON the beach. The hotel pool has a nice view and lots of mattresses. There is also a pool for kids. Overall, the hotel is well adapted for travellers with kids. Breakfast is copious but as the restaurant is kosher, don't expect any bacon or ham.

The hotel by him self have a lot of issues. 12 dec 2022 I’m my room temperature it is almost 25° and I call the the reception there is no air conditioning. They don’t clean my room in Saturday, they said it is Shabbat but they clean on Saturday the room for new arrival. I call twice the reception. Once for wifi didn’t work and very poor suppose to send someone but never came. I ask for Shower towels they suppose to send someone and never come. I can said at list people are very nice. But the hotel I paid 190$ Canadian per night he doesn’t worth it at all. Carpet in the corridor in 3 days never pass the vacuum. The room are nice except the wall paper on the wall very dirty. The bathroom it is old. People be careful before you go to this hotel.

This is not a 4 star hotel. This a 3 star. Breakfast wasn't good at all they used salads from yesterday's breakfast. Same goes for scrambled eggs. Products aren't fresh. The staff got mixed with my reservations causing them to call me non stop and annoying me. The staff in the gate yelled at us for not closing the lobby doors behind us. I wanted peace and quiet in my vacation and all i had is noise and problems both from the staff and other rooms down the hall. I will not return back to this hotel. Pros: excellent location, clean, the front desk staff were kind.

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were more than adequate, the only problem was the lack of outlets. The view off of the patio in the room was incredible. Very modest and simple economic hotel. Very simple and overage, tolerable breakfast. The room is small, clean enough and very nice with a small balcony with a splendid view of Eilat, especially at night, with its precious mountains and lights. My recent stay at the Adi Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked through the doors, it became clear that this establishment was a complete disappointment. The rude staff and appalling food made it an unforgettable experience for all the wrong reasons. Let's start with the staff. The receptionists at the Adi Hotel were the epitome of unprofessionalism. They greeted me with indifference and a complete lack of courtesy. Any inquiries or requests I made were met with condescending remarks and a dismissive attitude. It seemed as though they were more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting guests. Their lack of empathy and basic customer service skills left me feeling utterly disrespected. Moving on to the food, I can confidently say that it was nothing short of a culinary disaster. The restaurant at the Adi Hotel served tasteless and unappetizing meals. The limited menu options lacked variety, and the quality of ingredients used was subpar. Each dish I ordered seemed like a rushed attempt with no attention to detail or flavor. It was evident that the kitchen staff had no passion for their craft. The meals were bland, poorly seasoned, and lacked any creativity. I wouldn't wish these meals upon my worst enemy. Aside from the staff and food, the general state of the hotel was equally disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained and in dire need of renovation. The carpets were stained and worn, the walls had visible cracks, and the furniture l

Nice quality for fair price. We had everything we needed in our room: several beds, fridge, microwave and electric kettle. Also they provided us with baby bed. Breakfast is very good. Scrambled eggs, roasted and fresh vegetables and fruits. Wide number of yogurts, also some traditional dishes. Personal is welcoming and friendly. The biggest disadvantage is it's allowed to smoke at the summer terrace on the second floor and if your room is near - you can feel awful smoke all the time. I would highly recommend owners to prohibit smoking on the territory of the hotel.

The staff is super nice. They really try to make everything to the guests liking. Therefore I don't blame the staff for the awful stay we had at the hotel. We booked the "suite" for our stay and expected not much, for the price was very low. But when we got there we were really disappointed. The room wasn't clean, there were holes in de ceiling and everything was one room. It was for 5 persons, so just one room was very annoying. The bathroom is also the living room and the bedroom is sepparated from the bathroom by just one single slide door. We told the manager, we didn't really like it and he was really nice and tried to help us. The next day we came across the owner of the Hotel in the hall. She basically told us we should shut up and leave if we didn't like it. She was the most rude and unfriendly person I have ever met. The staff acted as they were scared of the owner and I wouldn't blame them. To sum up: Don't stay at this hotel. It is not what they say it is and the owner is a really mean person.

A cheap hotel. The breakfast was surprisingly good 😋. After two nights here I can say that there are quiet nights here, and Very noisy ones, with teenagers shouting very late at night - the acoustics is a nightmare. The interior design is brought straight from the 70s. Considering the price - it's not as bad as we expected. Big comfortable bad, good shower if you don't mind stepping on a too long curtain shower - the place is full of these small annoying things. It's much much better than staying in a tent... And the staff are kind and helpful. Clean as well

Do yourself a favor and choose another place. Even if it's only for 1 night. We've stayed here on the weekend for 1 night and we basicslly didn't sleep at all!! The pool is "OK" but closes very early considering. The rooms are super small. You hear e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g around the whole hotel area. And I mean it, everything!! People talking, people laughing, people shouting until like 5 am and until the police comes and goes.
