I booked this trip through a tour operator, but you can also take a taxi yourself. I think it's much cheaper that way. It was a very expensive trip and not worth the price. You'll be done in no time. It's beautiful to see, though. Bring cash; you can buy food for 1 euro at the beginning. For the fish, monkeys, and turtles. Great fun for the kids. There's also a camel to ride outside for 5 euros. Of course, there's plenty of opportunity to take photos everywhere. At the end, it's 10 euros per photo. Stuffed animals are available for sale outside for around 7 euros.

Excellent experience as it showcases a lot of beautiful wildlife. Ample parking outside, and is wheelchair accessible, recommended for all ages. Ticket is pricey for what it is but you can spend all day there and even hand feed some of the fish and other animals

My partner and I came here during our trip to Hurghada. We paid £48.60 for both tickets via 'get your guide' which was cheaper than our Hotel Representative. This included collection and drop off. We had a great time- the outdoor zoo was a bit small with limited things to see but we enjoyed meeting the giant tortoises 🐢 monkeys and of course all the stray kittens which were running around! They were super cute.. there was also a camal available for rides... he was wearing a pair of huge sunglasses which I wasn't so sure about 🤔 The aquarium itself was nice. The divers would encourage the sting rays/ sharks over to the window so you could grab a photo. Theres also a little shop (really little..) inside the Aquarium which sells snacks and weird gifts but it was expensive. I think I paid €6 for a tub of pringles 😅 but overall it was an enjoyable experience and I would recommend 👌🏻 Also, as youre leaving the Aquarium you walk into a much larger shop which sells tones of different gifts. We bought most our items from here and were super impressed with the variety and prices.

We expected a lot better quality of the whole aquarium. The first part is probably the worst, we saw a dead floating koi fish in the water, 2 probably dead lizards (they looked squished, one had ants crawling on his head) and the whole rainforest theme was fake and plastic. The second part was outside where there wasn’t enough space at all for the amount of animals. The owls have almost nothing in their enclosure. Three water turtles had probably 3 m2 of space. The fish had small enclosures too, but i think it’s not that bad. The big aquarium was ok. One white shark was on the ground and shaking (?) the whole time. We didn’t get to see the feeding. It looks like it was popular and used to look nice, but now it looks old and unkept. It looks good in photos, but it definitely needs renovation and better care for the animals!

My partner and I visited here today which we booked with our Holiday Rep. We'll start with the good things first. There are plenty of animals to see not all marine life. You can get very close to alot of the animals, and even feed a few straight from your hand. There it a tortoise section where you are in the enclosure with them and can even hold them. There are a few underwater tunnels and even have a live display where divers will feed aquatic life and you can see them all up very close. The bad bits. Firstly some areas have a very strong smell but you'd expect some smell as they are animals. Take food and drink, they have a cafe and shop but it's expensive. Some of the enclosures look a little run down and sad looking for the animals. In a whole it was a good way to use 2 hours of your day.

Not just an aquarium but also a mini zoo. Different kind of animals to see. The marked path is well done and fun to follow. Allow a good two hours at slow pace. Went there in the afternoon (4pm)and we were basically alone.

Some notes: - if you bring your own camera, you have to pay an extre fee of €25. - Photographers will take your pictures during the visit, and at the end, you'll be asked to pay €15 for each photo. About the mini zoo: - In my opinion, the animals don't have enough space (especially when compared to zoos in Germany or South America). - You can feed some of the animals, which can be nice for kids. About the aquarium: - there's not enough information about the fish you're seeing. - There is a "feeding show," but I found it unpleasant. Some fish animals seem bothered and stressed during the process.

Very impressive place, statues made by compressing sand and art made to such detail. If you have opportunity don't miss this place. Recommending 10/10. One of the owners let us stay in a small beduin like "village" to watch fire show and have shisha and tea for resonable price of 200egp/pp.

I wouldn’t recommend €10 entrance and there is not that much to see …but is just my opinion everyone can do what they like

Very nice exhibition. Filigree work, true to detail. There was a man with a camel at the entrance, he was very nice. Immediately put the child up, everything was great. Then he demanded 60€. We didn't want to pay, he became very unfriendly and said in Egypt everything costs something. We ended up giving him $30. For 10 minutes!! Absolute RIP-OFF.

Visited Sun City today and I am very impressed how nice and clean the area is and a lot of reviews were negative saying it takes 10 minutes to go through it but it’s lovely and there’s descriptions on every sand sculpture and it took us about an hour and a half, and we didn’t have children with us. They have a night dinner area with performers and they have a little ice cream coffee place and a nice quiet place to rest. I will definitely come back with some children and other visitors to Hurghada

What a waste of a trip, no prices on their site; then expected to be charged at the gate. I told them for an half an hour trip it isn’t worth the $10 €15. I said dont be mugging me off! Website has no price on their site and I told them if there isn’t a price then it’s free. End of day for a 20 minute walk around for $10 rather spend it on a steak with peppercorn sauce

Hurghada Marina is absolutely stunning! Honestly, I didn’t expect it to be this clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing stroll by the sea right in the heart of the marina. I highly recommend anyone reading this review to visit and enjoy the atmosphere – it’s truly worth it.

Beautiful place to walk around or to take a boat trip from. There’s plenty of shops and restaurants. Clean although quite empty on a very hot weekday.

We stayed in an apartment at marina with nice views of it. Atmosphere is beautiful and quite in the morning while vibrant and lively after evening. Mainly a number of restaurants. Cash exchange machines were not working. Super store prices are higher than outside marina.

Beautiful, budget friendly place to visit. With plenty of eateries/bars to entertain your stomach and plenty of shops to keep you cool through popping in and out of them. Don't forget the marina museum just outside the entrance.. truly worth a few hours of your time.

I had a lovely walk around the marina in Hurghada. The area is very clean, well-maintained, and feels safe even at night. Beautiful lights, great atmosphere, and lots of nice cafes and restaurants along the way. A perfect place for an evening stroll or to just relax by the sea.

Worth a visit- there doesnt appear to be much else to do in Hurghada other than stay on your resort.

Mini Egypt Park – Review Nice place, interesting to see all the famous Egyptian landmarks in miniature. However, it’s definitely a “one-time visit” attraction – I’ve been there, seen it, and wouldn’t go back again. Worth going once just for the experience.

Mini Egypt is a fun little park that you can make work if you know what you are visiting. The park is exactly what it states: the famous buildings that Egypt has to offer, all in a mini scale. It is reasonably well maintained, but could do with an update. The staff is not very involved but very kind when you ask them for something. Be prepared that there is little shade and that, without a guide, the information you get about the buildings is rather scarce. If you want to take some time, you can make some pretty great-looking pictures though. Should the entry fee, which is admittedly a little on the steep side, not be too much for you, then you can spend an entertaining hour or two here.

Walid was an absolutely amazing tour guide throughout our entire visit to Mini Egypt Park! He was not only extremely funny and entertaining, but also very knowledgeable about all the attractions making the experience both educational and enjoyable. He has a great talent for photography, always finding the best angles and helping us capture beautiful memories. His friendly personality and positive energy really made the tour unforgettable. Mahmoud, our driver, was also fantastic — always smiling, polite, and professional. He drove safely and comfortably, ensuring we had a relaxing journey from start to finish. Mohamed was a very friendly guide . The mini egypt park is very place to get many informations about egypt und i see so much famous buildings from the hole land. Mohamed makes a lot of funny pictures und we have a lot of fun. Thank you for the nice time inside the park.

This is an incredible museum in most countries this would be one of the best things to do but Egypt has so much to offer that this museum doesn’t get a mention. If you are in the area it is worth a visit

A really nice museum which is quiet but has some really interesting pieces of Egyptian history. We did a day trip to Luxor the day before so this really fitted with the excursion as there was a replica of an unearthed tomb with sarcophagus etc. The museum is very cheap and easy to get to and there was a nice mall on the exit which we got some good items from. Recommended a visit in the evening too

A MUST VISIT and a Great experience ❤️ I recommend visiting at nighttime for calm time, they also have a shopping center at the exit of the museum with lots of shops for almost everything. We got some Egyptian Galabia from there. It's a small museum, takes 2 h maximum if you take your time for every piece and is comprehensive for the Egyptian history eras. There were some fayoum portraits and golden mummies I was amazed honestly 😍 everything was nicely described.

On arrival we we're told they do not take cash and we didn't have card but thankfully another tourist allowed us and several other people in the same position to use his card! The museum is small but it does contain some fascinating pieces! It wasnt busy at all in peak tourist time.

I really enjoyed this all comprehensive museum. It has very well preserved items from all ages of Egyptian history. It also gives you a glimpse into the ordinary lives of Egyptian people. In my opinion, Grand Egyptian Museum is too large. This museum in Hurghada is like a mini-version of it, highly recommend it!

If You want to experience the real life in Hurghada, You have to visit the Old Town of El Dahar, north of Hurghada’s luxury resorts, where you’ll find the city’s most authentic restaurants and shops. A highlight of the area is a traditional Egyptian souk that’s crammed with shops selling leather, copper, papyrus, spices, and shisha pipes. But, THE real local life is open fruit market, where local people shop, and prices are very low. There You can feel vibe of local life.

Where the world of hotels ends, the real journey begins – into the old Egypt, full of colors, scents, and everyday life. The difference between the shiny resorts and the old Egypt is huge – here, life flows slower, simpler, and more authentically.

A place full of life and chaos best visited after sunset. You can find everything here, from bracelets to live chickens and rabbits. If it’s your first time, I highly recommend having a local guide. We were lucky that our taxi (White Shark) took us to Kauland Center 2, where we met Mostafa (IG @mostafa_x9) - a young guy full of positive energy who showed us around the hidden corners of the bazaar and to the mosque, the Coptic Christian church, and through little alleys you’d never find on your own. I think without him we wouldn’t have been able to walk through the bazaar calmly on our first visit. He speaks good English, and his service is reasonably priced. Note: hotels “city tour” offers don’t include a visit to the bazaar, but if you take a taxi to see Mustafa, you’ll get to experience real local life.

Not good for tourists. Constantly hassled by people wanting to guide us for our own safety. Everyone wants to take us to their "other shop". Prices out up extremely high for tourists. Higher prices than sherington road. Avoid this area. Nothing of good quality to buy and a really bad experience

Interesting place to shop but the sellers are very busy and not friendly. When he sees a tourist in you, he tells you some random price that doesn't make you feel good at first. Bargaining is okay, but again, even after haggling, the price is high.

It's not a real bazaar, but a city district with shops. Everyone is aggressively trying to push you into their shop, they follow you, even pulling your clothes. You can find highly overpriced spices, perfumes, souvenirs... and negotiating the price is a must, because you are "robbed" if you pay the original, ad-hoc price of the goods - you can aggree even at a 90% discount... Dirt and the real poverty everywhere. Not the bazaar you are seeing in movies. Really just streets with high traffic.

I was in Egypt for two weeks. This mall was really nice. They had a lot of great stores and even a grocery store.

Nice small mall. Clean inside and outside. There are cafes, restaurants, food court. There are local brand stores and stores of famous popular brands, but I would like more international stores. On Fridays and holidays there is an entertainment program for children.

GREAT HOTEL! Super welcome at the reception! Hossam & Ahmed at reception are so helpful and polite … they are super charismatic ! But everything is good … food, service, waiters, cooks, pool,security and our hotel cleaner Mohammad … such a good cleaner wow! For the service in the main restaurant i recommend Mohamed ( first room when you enter). He see everything! Fast and good service! Always polite and gently. Normally we do every year different hotel but here they gonne see us again soon!

The best Water park in Egypt. Variable slides for all ages starting from toddlers to grown ups. The staff there are friendly and helpful. Very nice place for all ages and fun for all. The only reason I would not give it five stars is because of the very hot grounds that make it very difficult to walk between the slides. There should be a warning for visitors beforehand, Perfect for the family. You have different rides for all ages and groups, with an all inclusive package that covers all you can eat or drink. This island was absolutely stunning! I’ve never seen water as clear as the water here in my life! The bars are very pricey, we paid roughly £20 for a bowl of fruit 😳 The beach more than made up for it though! It’s a well-developed island and isn’t as run-down as the rest of Egypt which is nice!

A very cozy island with a lot of fun stuff to buy. The prices are a bit extra for Egypt but it is a very tourstic zone so it is understandable. The water is great. The beaches are well mantained and you have a stairway to a beautiful panoramic view. I highly recommend it!

It was a truly picturesque island. We did a mixed day trip, 2 snorkells stops, lunch and 1hr and 30mins at Orange Bay! We were a group with teens and it fed the insta life- Only downside we didnt take alot of cash with us so were short for drinks- and really thristy from snorkelling! The boat guys were great, safe and knowledgeable All in all a great day out!

Instagrammers paradise! Beautiful island with white sand and clear water. Water rarely goes above waist deep, so great for paddling and non swimmers. Slightly stony so do advise water shoes. Have been weekday and weekend, and the place is always packed with people trying to get the perfect Instagram picture, as there are also picture points (water swings/giant chairs) and the queues are quite long. Beware rude people pushing in because they don’t want to wait their turn. Drinks and snacks very expensive. Massages, and henna tattoos also available.

Orange Bay is one of the most unique beaches I’ve ever visited. The water is beautiful and clear, and the sand is soft and perfect. Truly a paradise!

Beautiful beach, albeit reminiscent of the "factory" beaches in the Bahamas, owned by cruise liners, or a couple in Mexico where people go for photo ops on a swing in the water. Drinks and other consumables are super overpriced, but the views are gorgeous. Water is quite shallow and warm.

Good diving and friendly staff. Be aware that not everyone is there for the snorkeling — some people may just be along for the boat trip, drinking and smoking, which can change the atmosphere a bit if you’re mainly focused on the underwater experience. That said, the trip itself is well-organized and fairly priced. The company is very transparent — no hidden fees, no upselling, and no scams. Everything you need is included: fins, snorkeling gear, lunch, fruit, and non-alcoholic drinks. Hotel pickup was smooth, which made things even easier. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a solid choice for snorkeling and island hopping in Hurghada, especially if you value clear pricing and friendly service.

Great day out on the Red Sea - a good mix of beach time and time in the water. Tamer is very professional and even with our last minute booking made us feel as if this had been planned for a long time. Pick up and drop off was smooth, staff on the boat were kind, and Tamer greeted us on the boat with welcome gifts. Overall good value and would recommend.

Had a fantastic quad tour with Hurghada Lovers! All the staff were very friendly, explained everything well, made us feel entirely comfortable and safe. We had so much fun and were happy to have experienced something outside the resort. Tamer was easy to communicate with and very friendly and kind. Great company to book with :)

Excellent Boat Trip with all fun. Everything run very smoothly from our pick up at the hotel to drop off again in the evening. The boat trip Itself was good fun especially the banana boat and snorkelling stops which are included in the trip at no extra charge. With the snorkelling, the crew from the boat got in with us to make the most of the experience by taking groups to the best spots away from the boat. It didn’t matter if you were a novice or a good swimmer, everyone had a group guide to make sure we all had the best experience. We got off at Orange Bay island for a couple of hours which was busy but a beautiful place and experience. As far as excursions operators go in Hurgada, we will probably not use anyone else now except Hurgada Lovers. Prices are the best in Hurgada and the service 1st class. Thank you again Tamer and to all the boat crew.

Tamer arranged our booking to valley of the kings, everything was done perfectly, very professional and seamless from pickup to drop off! I would recommend asking for driver Michael, he is amazing! Very helpful, very knowledgeable and very caring. Michael is a credit to the company, I would definitely suggest asking for Michael if you want a brilliant time. Mimo our tour guide was also brilliant. We had such a fantastic time, we have booked again to see the pyramids in a few days time while we are still in Egypt. Thank you Hurghada Excursions❤️.

Wonderful Sea Scope Submarine Trip – A Unique Experience! Our trip on the Yellow Sea Scope Submarine from the New Marina was one of the most memorable experiences we had in Hurghada! A big thank you to Mr.Tamer, who organized everything perfectly and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

It was a wonderful trip! We went on a boat ride and swam near the island — everything was perfect. The owner of the travel agency is a very kind and polite man. We even received nice souvenirs as a surprise. We really enjoyed the day and will definitely come back again!

Good place for some food and drinks, a bit quirky in places. Disappointed in some of the shops that all prices were in usd. To much hassle trying to work out. Would be better in egp but hey ho we just didn't buy anything from those shops. No hassle from shop staff which was a nice change. The obligatory camel sitting on the pavement of course. You can also book trips, submarine trip etc and if you come out and walk along to the right you come to the mosque and fish market

Great place for a walk in Egypt ⛵🦀 nice and calm, not too much people around trying to sell you something.

Hurghada Marina is a modern, well-maintained promenade designed primarily for tourists. It’s lined with stylish but often overpriced restaurants, all set in a clean, polished environment. While it’s pleasant to stroll around, it doesn’t reflect the authentic Hurghada – you’ll mostly encounter locals here working in service roles, likely due to the higher prices. The entire area is gated and heavily secured, which may give some visitors a sense of exclusivity or safety. However, this setup might also imply that the rest of Hurghada is less safe – which is not true. Personally, I felt safe at all times throughout the city. Still, the Marina is worth visiting, especially if you enjoy a touch of Monaco-style glamour while on the Red Sea. Come for a sunset walk or a drink with a view – just don’t expect to experience local culture here.

Beautiful mosque. Inside, it feels smaller than I expected. Because the square around it is so large, you automatically assume the mosque itself will also be huge. However, the interior looks beautiful and very well finished.

LED lights on a Mosque? Really? The interior is not good, we have seen better places. You nesd to respect the rules and ladies have to wear (rent for 2€) a dress.

Spending the evening in Hurghada was a perfect way to wind down. The city feels much calmer at night, with a nice mix of local charm and coastal beauty. I stopped by the Al Mina Mosque, which looked beautiful under the soft lights—its architecture really stood out in the quiet of the night. I also wandered through the Fishmarket, where the evening hustle added a bit of character. It’s not too busy, but there’s still a lively atmosphere, and you can watch the fresh seafood being brought in. The Marina at night was probably the most relaxing part. The boats were gently swaying, and the area was peaceful with cafes lining the waterfront. It was a great spot to enjoy the evening breeze and take in the view. A perfect, low-key way to enjoy Hurghada at night.

Amazing day trip to paradise! We booked this excursion through TUI with Travco agency, and it exceeded all expectations. The boat was modern and comfortable, making the journey enjoyable. The highlight was definitely the snorkeling at the big reef outside the island – the marine life and coral formations were spectacular. The water was crystal clear, and we saw an incredible variety of fish. Mahmya Beach itself is absolutely stunning, like something from a postcard. The white sand and turquoise water create a perfect tropical setting. There’s also a smaller reef right off the beach for easy snorkeling access, which was convenient and had plenty to see. The food served during the trip was delicious, and the beach bar had good drinks and service. Everything was well-organized by Travco, and the staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommend this trip if you’re in Hurghada – it’s a must-do for snorkeling enthusiasts and beach lovers alike!

Well organised day tour, though quite short (leaving 3pm). Eating a la carte is sufficient. Beautiful sea, nice beach, good boat ride. Only downside is that you aren't allowed to choose your own place as they all are attributed. So you might be under the same sunshade as two other people (if you are only two yourselves).

From the warm welcome at the start to the smooth boat ride, everything about my trip to Mahmaya Island was perfect. The arrival at the island felt magical — crystal clear waters and beautiful scenery. The service was outstanding, with friendly and professional staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and fresh, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. A truly unforgettable experience — highly recommended!

Simply the best place to spend a day. Heaven on earth, very well managed. The only drawback is that the food quality deteriorated compared to when they first opened, and the prices are very unrealistic.

Don't fall for the charlatans, the people at Tui lied that we would stay until 7 pm and at 3:45 pm they told us to take our clothes and go to the boat and he was very nervous when I asked him why we were going so fast Don't pay double price here !!! !!! We paid 245 euros extra to stay until the evening at Eden Island it was 150 euros and at Paradise Island it was 120 euros don't pay extra because it doesn't deserve the same conditions the same beaches the reef they took us to had no fish, I saw more fish at the mall .

I had a great experience at this airport. Modern, clean. Yes, there is a huge amount of security and passport checks however it all went quickly and efficiently - no problems at all. The queue for buying a visa also went quickly. As you step outside the airport, the transfers from all the travel agencies are well organised and simple. We were never asked for tips by airport staff like in other airports I’ve been to. There’s plenty of food places and shops available, from duty free to souvenir to even phone and perfume shops. The sign for the domestic lounge is located BEFORE security to the right and if you go through security first not knowing where it is you will have to start all over because its near the entrance. The airport looks nice and modern, but the overall process is extremely inefficient. The check-in took the longest I’ve ever experienced, and the queuing system makes no sense because people who arrived first didn’t get to check in first due to the poor way they manage the line. The security check is even worse. You have to go through the X-ray machine twice, and even if you pass, they still make you open your bag and take out every single item again. On top of that, they ask you to write down your personal details in a notebook like it’s 50 years ago, instead of using any modern technology. The staff are also quite unfriendly and tend to yell at passengers, which makes the experience even more unpleasant. It was also very uncomfortable that a female security officer touched my chest and other parts of my body during the check, even though the scanning machine did not beep. I was only wearing a white T-shirt and leggings, and I don’t understand why this was necessary.

For such a nice building it's a shame the rest of the airport doesn't measure up. - The security people are very rude. - The bathrooms looked like they haven't been washed in weeks. There was a stall flooding inside the woman's bathroom, out to the main area. - The flight was late but they don't tell you anything. A couple good things. + The Turkish airline check in team was good + The food Court guys were nice Otherwise not a good airport to represent such a nice beach city.

Clean and comfortable airport. Systems are quite old-fashioned and hierarchical, but still works quite well. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. English is speaking very well everywhere. In some check-points you can't find logic and the mess is ready. Just stay calm. Everything works at the end somehow. Prices are extremely high at the airport! 0,5 l water costs 240 Egyptian pounds! Food and all the items are overpriced. Don't leave any shopping to the airport!

This airport wins the international contest for the biggest security shit show with a wide margin. The security takes away things I have flown with for years without any issues and tell you to your face: "not in Hurghada" while not even caring about 1l of water side mounted on a backpack. Also, during check-in, they put your suitcase on a counter and leave it simply there for more than an hour rather that putting it on a belt - weird.

Airport si modern and clean, but what is quite unpleasant is organisation: 1. check at entrance (sure there are 2 terminals, people can be confused) 2. 1st security check, no instruction belts and shoes should go in scanner too, so I went through it twice 3. random baggage check after, sure why not? 4. new dokuments control at the entrance to check-in hall 5. clerk at check-in are confused by my bookings, after cca 5 minutes he finally finds my paid and booked sport equipment, which I need to be left in the middle of hall unattended for "someone" will take it later "manually". 6. queue to visa check is blocked by all agents of travel companies have priority and also arabic pairs need to provide some document which har hard to verify 7. finally visa control, sure no pen if provided for departure blanket 8. new check of documents, if there is a signature and date of departure on visas 9. 2nd security check. I got returned to different queue because I was in one for women. :D It is not marked and I am just a stupid European. ;) 10. All clear, but final check of documents after security check. Luckily I reserved 90 minutes for it, so I did catch the plane. I do understand everything but I found funny that Egyptian people are so nice when they are in business with you. And even outside it. But police, army, clerks of any kind just hate you. I guess they hate own people also.

Old is the style of building. It's brand new, clean and beautiful. We visited in the evening, it's so beautifully lit and a great space. Convenient shops, places to eat and great bars. Typical tourist shops, but they didn't badger us at all. Every where clean and beautiful

The 40-minute submarine adventure in the Red Sea was amazing! Descending 25m below sea level, each side enjoyed coral views on the way down and up. A diver with food added an extra touch, entertaining the opposite side with food to attract fish. Don’t expect there to be a huge mixture of colourful fish. While the staff were lovely, there was no communication after we got the tickets. We waited around an hour before being picked up by the boat that took us to the submarine platform.

A good experience,we've been for the kids. I personally don't think it was worth the time and the travel, but we checked this trip too. The company is good to go with , the price is decent we have been with 2 kids under 4 . There is not a big variety of fish to see ,the corals are nice .Maybe I was expecting a bit more as we did this a few years ago, and it was more spectacular then. The staff is friendly, they pick you up from the hotel ,there was a 30-minute wait until the boat arrived ,you cand serve some drinks at the bar , on the boat there is a photographer if you are interested to take your pictures,there is a clean toilet,seats upstairs and downstairs. It was a short trip to the submarine. Around 30 min was the whole submarine experience. On the trip back on the boat, free juice is served for everyone and a participation diploma .

Minimum 3 hrs required. Hotel pick up the boat to Submarine dock and then a 45 min underwater dive with full Submarine System. Very good crew and pilot. Visit a developed reef exclusive access to Sindbad Company. Amazing and we'll worth the 50 US dollars ticket. If u contact them directly they may even give u a small discount for multiple persons.

Not expensive for the experience we had. Excellent photography service (30€ for submarine photos, 20€ for submarine videos and 30€ for photos on the boat), with digital photos shipped in an usb key directly to your hotel's reception. Pleasant trip in a real submarine which really goes fully underwater (25 meters underwater).

What a great experience, especially if accompanying with kids. The price is a bit steep, too, $40 per head. You will probably pay more if you don't shop around. This price was at Marina and same at my hotel. But it's an experience that will stay with you for a long time. You also get the chance to take a dip in red sea.

It was an amazing experience. We were going through travel agency. Journey took 30 minutes by ship to the submarine dock.(there are a lot of oportunities to take nice pictures like that scene from Titanic😄) We spent about 45 minutes in submarine. There were scuba drivers, who lured fishes. We recived a certicate and complimentary juice.

We booked the submarine excursion through our resort in Hurghada. The experience was good but I do feel that the photographers take away from the experience. On board, we said no pictures and they respected that however once we were under water, the diver came and took pictures of us so it took some time away from the excursion. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

The first time you will be shown and told how the papyrus are made: a beautiful story that will make you buy. It is worth buying a papyrus from here for a beautiful and interesting memory. My advice: be careful with prices, good luck with negotiation.

No museum just a overpriced papyrus shop! I found on the internet that this is a museum but it is not, is just a gallery shop with papyrus. Perfectly nice gallery/souvenir shop of a large collection papyrus painting for sale, well worth a look around. Be prepared to have a guide/shop assistant following you around like a nasty smell, in the typically Egyptian way, as if you're a suspected shop lifter. Probably best to visit as part of an organised tour. That way they'll be too spread out to sit on your shoulder, the whole time. Still recommend it though

Nice museum, enjoyed the short story about the history. We bought 3 papyrus "at offer", but we found out later on 5 times cheaper ones in the Government shop - with authenticity certificate and everything, so I don't recommend buying from here unless they calibrate their prices (e.g. Small papyrus at 14 euro can be found at ~4 euro in the shop)

Possibly one of the worst clubs i ever been to, i felt transported back to 2008 with the outdated music and vibe (Macarena and Candy Shop, really?) and that's not a compliment, they lied to us about the prices and to have 1 drink (i.e. a beer) for 1000 EGP is ridiculous even by tourism standards. I was very excited to go to the renowned Little Buddha but i will never go there again. So boring and not worth your money.

Not recommended at all. Atmosphere is fine, but the way they treat guests is terrible. They charge 1300 EGP for entry and give you drink cards, but the bar serves much less than what’s written. Staff let you sit, then later tell you the table is “reserved” and ask you to leave — even though no one ever comes. Then they offer to keep your table for 2000 EGP. Totally unprofessional. There are much better places to go. UPD Tried cocktail — cheap taste, not worth 500 EGP. Still don’t recommend this place.

Beautiful music with the perfect ambient, they actually select their customers which makes this place more safe than other clubs in hurgada. Highly recommend if you prioritise safety, quality, luxury,and the people around you. They also have a menu for their food and beverages which make it impossible for any scam attempts.

We’ve been here a few times for the cable training. Our captain Yasin was so thorough with guiding us! Super lovely service in the bar / restaurant. The pool and beer was stunning after swallowing a bit of sea water during the training session. Will definitely be back and always recommend friends and family!

I’ve visited quite a few wake parks in Germany, but none of them come close to the size and variety of Sliders. Whether you prefer riding clockwise or counterclockwise – here you can do both. The many obstacles offer the right challenge for every skill level. And if something doesn’t go as planned, the team is always quick to find a solution. A special thanks to Mr. Aziz for the smooth and friendly support! Of course, you can always find something to complain about if you really want to – but for my part, I’ve always been completely satisfied. Park is very nice, 2 cables and one easy for beginners. Notice which hours are cables operating (see photo) if you have foot preference. There is a bar and plenty of places to chill. Equipment is a bit worn out, but everything is operational. Staff is mostly helpful, they give nice support for beginners. A bit of maintenance problems har occurred, but they were solved relatively quick (ca 5-10 minutes of waiting). You can ride for 45€ for 2 hours, or you can pay for whole day more. Helmet, vest and basic board is for free.

We had booked a beginners' course with an instructor. It was fantastic! The instructor was super nice and funny, it was so much fun.

One of the best places in El Gouna! Sliders is a top-notch spot for water sports and fun in the sun. The atmosphere is amazing—relaxed, energetic, and very welcoming. My children and I really enjoyed the place where the aquariums, museum, and the house where Professor Hamed Gohar lived and worked are all located on the same grounds.

Good and old place which will take you to the history side of Red Sea investigations and the work of Hamed Gohar. If you visited already Grand Aquarium and another huge places, it will not impress you. But why not to visit and know more about Hurghada and the Red Sea?! :) Located in Al Aheya - entrance opposite of the gasoline station Total. I believe it is opened from 9:00 am. We were at 10:00 am, it was quiet. If there are students groups, then it feels very crowded. You can just wait a little and enter the buildings when they leave :) One building-aquarium with alive fish: second building - museum with different marine life (sculptures of sea animals, collection of shells etc). Third building - house-museum of this scientist Hamed Gohar. Thanks to Mr.Reda and Mr.Mohamed for the support and interesting facts regarding the place. Well, kids definitely want to come again. One more thing - it is located at the picturesque places beside the sea. Don’t forget to make photos!

I had a tour into this historic museum and aquarium, which was the fore front of marine research in Egypt in the first half of the last century, proven by the state of the equipment and sea creatures displayed, for both live and mummified ; one can also find terrestrial animals (mammals, birds and reptiles) from surrounding desert environment with full explanation of the whole preservation process for different animals and how it evolved from the time of pharaohs till present with their own contribution (hint :if you ever visit the grand Egyptian museum in Cairo, preserved animals section, you would understand, how come you can see a ten foot dinosaur era, amphibian such as Nile crocodile🐊 with the second strongest bite on earth, after its ancestors 🦖, on display carefully preserved after 3 thousand years), I'm grateful to have visited this historic place and I'd do it again, I feel satisfied to know all of these facts and findings about sea life I Strongly recommend visiting 😎

Very nice place, but needs more renovations

Show was good but waiting time for swim is ridiculous. We were reassured ahead that will be able to swim straight after show but this was no where near. Had to wait for hours. They put swimming suit on my 3 years old and she had to wait over 1 hour in 30C. No consideration to let small children to go first.

This is a once in a lifetime experience. I absolutely loved it. We watched the show, it was very nice, then we waited for the swim. I took the all-in-one package, which costs 300 USD for five people, it includes picking me up from the hotel, and swimming with the dolphins with photo and video session all included. We waited for a long time, it was hot, but the staff were kind and did their best. The dolphins were tired and they let them rest, they did not push them, this was the reason for the wait. We waited almost 4 hours, but once we got into the pool with the dolphins, we forgot all the wait. It is a really enjoyable experience.

Was a great show with dolphins, sea lions and a walrus. The show lasts an hour and 10 minutes and it's fairly priced at £15. If you pay extra you can swim and get photos with the dolphins.

Aa a romanian tourist, in colaboration with Christian Tour, I can say that the experience was a good one, why not great and also why is not a 5 star rating, but only 4? Is because the only thing that I dislike abt the whole experience, is the lady that was the main commentator of the show. She used ,,ladies and gentleman,, literally every sentence and I fimd that pretty annoying, also the sound system was really bad, as I didnt understand much of what she was saying, other than ,,ladies and gentleman,,. Besides that, the show was awesome, not a short one, it was quite long and not boring at all, featuring well trained dolphins and professionals in terms of entertainment.

Not good, not bad. Local quality, kids enjoyed show, too much speaking, a few animals.

There are so many shops, restaurants, and resorts which is so great, but the only problem is that there are no many places to just sit or hang out.

Pedestrian walkway with lots of shops. Looks nice with palm trees and a nice walkway. But it is absolutely dreadful to walk down, be prepared to get constantly harassed by shop keepers, children begging for money and creepy men. Lasted 10 minutes and went back to my hotel. Probably one of the worst experiences I had in Egypt.

Despite not being a traditional park, it offers a refreshing and clean environment, perfect for leisurely strolls with kids. The abundance of shops and cafes adds to its charm, and the inclusion of sculptures is a delightful touch. However, the eclectic mix of signage and varying decor styles can be a bit jarring at times, especially when compared to the more unified aesthetic of places like Al Dau area. Additionally, the persistence of vendors can be somewhat bothersome. While cafe prices are reasonable, I'd steer clear of souvenir shopping in the area. Overall, El Mamsha Park is a unique destination for a relaxed outing, despite a few minor drawbacks.

It was absolutely the best time ever! First we did OWD with Hitham. Great guy and amazing instructor who showed us how to dive! In total we had 7 dives + we bought Extra 4 after we finished course. Reef is amazing. We saw. All kinds of animals. Crew of the ship is great and boat itself is very pretty and comfortable. Everyone is so nice and kind. We felt like home. Lunch was always delicious. We were picked and dropped off to our hotel every day. We couldn't find a better place to start our diving chapter. Thank you everyone and see you next year!

We loved diving with Ewa and AbuLayla!!! It’s our second year in a row diving with the diving star. We will likely come back again. Experience, professionalism, friendly atmosphere and great dive sights. The crew was honestly so lovely we felt sad leaving them.

Me and my other half did the introductory dive as we both have never ever scuba dived before, we paid 45€ per person. This included, pick up and drop off to the hotel, 2x 20minute dives + lunch onboard. We also purchased the underwater photos & video this is very worth the extra 20€ per person. Our guide Tito was amazing, he made sure that we was okay constantly underwater He made us both feel very comfortable in the water. We would definitely recommend this trip for people who are wanting to try scuba diving!!

I did Open Water with Fayez and it was lovely! From to the great organization, to the most important - feeling that I’m in good, knowledgeable hands, to the lovely atmosphere on the boat. I did it solo and still felt safe and taken care of, and I had lots of fun, I learnt a lot and by the end of it I felt very at ease under the surface. I will surely come back next time I’m in Egypt to continue my diving adventure!

I did my open water certification with Diving Star and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I got so much time in the water diving whilst still learning all the skills I needed for the course. Everything was very well organised each day and the team were lovely! My diving instructor Fayez was fantastic and super knowledgeable. Would definitely come back and dive with this company again!

We had a very nice time to ger our PADI Open Water Diver. The guide Fayez was very fun and professional. Highly recommend for either beginning or more experienced divers!

Nice experience, yes it is touristy. What would you expect otherwise. If you don't want to ride the Camel you can skip it, as we did. I liked it and it was worth our money.

You stop here to let your quad bike cool off before going back. Short camel ride so you can say you have done that. Bedouin people demonstrating making flat bread, some trinkets and herbal remedies to buy and cute children posing for pictures. I like the desert scenery.

Not bad for the view, but there's really not much you can do there other than drinking tea and eating something. Our guide had other stuff planned so it wasn't the only stop in our trip and overall we enjoyed.. The good part was the telescope that we used to look at the moon and the star configurations, however that wad part of our custom private trip and not sure if it's included for all other trips.

Arriving at the Vila, first a whole story and then comes buying a scarf and glasses. Then to the quad and you'll have fun, we'll go for a tour, but no, just drive around in circles and have to stop every time for pictures, yuck. Missed opportunity. Then we went for a buggy ride, but no, no tour, but the same laps. Then we spend an hour and then off to the camels, again without fear of riding, which can of course be fun. When we arrive, we are driven to the camels and a 50-meter ride back, of course a fun experience, but still. Then we drove into all kinds of tents with useless things to buy. We returned to the same camp and were immediately given food and then the show started with 3 men jumping a bit and then a man wearing a dress spinning around. Mandatory to fill out paperwork stating that it was so much fun and again the guide asked for money. The driver also had to be paid. All in all, a mediocre excursion with a lot of expectations but no experience.

Great experience of a bedouin village, we went part of a Quad Safari. Not much there but you can have a camel ride and watch a woman make flat bread.. Also we had a tour of the bedouin pharmacy..

One of the best places for a safari. It offers an authentic Bedouin atmosphere with camel rides, tea brewed on charcoal, and the chance to watch the traditional way of baking bread. It’s also one of the best spots for stunning photography, especially at sunset. The place has a magical charm — I’d love to experience it all over again.

Very Touristy Experience 🐪 It felt quite touristy overall. You ride the camel for about two minutes, they take pictures with your phone — but you’re expected to tip afterward. The place seemed a bit overrated. There were some interesting local products and traditional medicine to see, but the rest — like the bread-making and tea experience — felt staged and a bit like a tourist trap. Overall, I didn’t really enjoy the experience that much.

Magawish Island is such a contrast to the much busier Giftun Island aka Orange Bay Island. This was where my private speed boat took me for the second half of the day. There is much less people and not as much covered comfy seating but I found the little bar served up Fast delicious food, tasy alcoholic beverages and delicious milkshakes! On the downside I wish they would add more sand as I found most of the beach was hard on the feet. I would highly recommend coming here!

Stopped off here as part of a private boat tour, what a wonderful place. Loads of things to sit on for photos and the scenery is fantastic. Great bar area too. Snorkeling is superb, you don't have to go far out to the coral and theres loads of fish swimming around.. Well worth a visit.

There is no extra beauty on this island even too much crowd. It is a waste of time , it would be better to stay in Hurghada and sunbathing on the beach and save your time and money.

Beautiful bit of paradise, a short boat ride from Hurghada. The island around the main centre was clean with stunning sand akin to the Maldives and crystalline waters. There's a bar serving drinks and beach service. ( Be aware. When I asked how much for a beer from the beach servers that informed €5 for a bottle, when the menu stated 250egp. Go to the bar and order. There's a small shop, canoe hire, and other attractions. However, the views are enough to keep you occupied. Did some snorkelling, which was stunning apart from the rubbish strewn all over the bottom. However, the colourful fish seemed happy.

This Island was clean, calm and altogether lovely when we visited. They have music speakers (with nice music playing) around the small island which was great. You can go snorkeling in the Red Sea (take your snorkel gear if you have, the ones they have are ded), canoeing or just chill by the beach front and have a picnic. There are also nice picture spots. When we got off the boat they took our drinks as they said we had to buy from them. They have an icecream bar on site as well as breakfast /snack /drinks and cocktail bar. We had to get food from the mainland and we paid corkage if I remember correctly. The manager said they are new and still setting up but overall a lovely experience.

I enjoyed my accommodation with my family and the whole staff is very friendly. This hotel is highly recommended

Great spot. Daily cleaning excellent from Mohammad Salama. Nothing was too much for him to do. Very friendly guy. Clean towels, bed made everyday and fresh beach towels on request. All the staff were really friendly. The Asian and Italian Restaurants were excellent. Standard fare in the other 2 Restaurants but we could always find something to eat. Bar service excellent with local brands

The staff are very attentive from the moment you arrive. Your luggage will be taken to the room for you so you don’t have to worry about this after travelling. If you arrive late, the food is still open for you to eat the entertainment isn’t on until late. Breakfast starts at 630am. Your la carte restruants can be booked as many times as you want. My favourite being the asian and italian. The housekeepers are excellent cleaning the rooms everyday. The Saint Shenouda Coptic Orthodox Church is located in the El Dahar area of Hurghada and belongs to the Coptic Orthodox community. The church was built on 1500 m2. A beautiful church is not decorated with decorations, but with age and value, it is worth visiting.

I was extremely disappointed with the place, it’s very expensive as we had to pay $33 per person even the ten years old boy, for nothing. I mean almost nothing. We didn’t see but few normal animals and few tanks of poor fish exhibit. The only somehow good show area for the fish tank was closed for their own photography business and don’t allow us to get close or take pictures in our own mobiles. The only good area was the turtle house. Doesn’t worth the trip or the money paid. It should be much more advanced specially with the extreme high ticket price. And being in the Red Sea reserved area. You should show that beauty, I think you need to work more in developing that area and reduce the ticket price.

Fabulous Aquarium also super coffee shop you must try a French latte and some chocolate cake ! You won't be disappointed The entrance fee for the aquarium is 30 le please pay the extra 2 euros to take photos and videos you will get some amazing shots :) If you are visiting from Europe or America please make sure you tip well throughout your holiday when you give you receive back 20 fold xxxx

First there is avery good man wirh a blue t_shert Really he try to do the best to make us satisfied. The Cafe are good but need more staff in the morning. We had along wait for food or for somebody to ask us what we want. Also they have very good food and drink

The Red Sea aquarium is located in the basement of the building. Unfortunately nothing exceptional, just a stringing together of aquariums. Some aquariums were even empty or dead fishes visible, nibbled off by other fishes. But having said this, there are still several interesting Red Sea fishes to see.

Delicious pizza, Aquarium burger and lemon juice. Nice place to cherish the sunset at the sea.

I’ve dived with two different companies during my time in Hurghada, and Funny Divers were by far the best. I had an incredible day exploring beautiful wrecks and seeing amazing marine life. The reviews are absolutely true, the dive guides are professional, friendly, and make the whole experience enjoyable and safe. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I finished my Open Water course with Funny Divers, and it was an incredible experience! The whole crew and instructors are super friendly, professional, and make you feel really comfortable throughout the dives. We explored amazing dive sites with stunning underwater scenery and great visibility in the Red Sea. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food is absolutely delicious! I loved it so much that I even came back for one last fun dive before heading home. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to get certified — highly recommend it!

2nd year diving with funny divers and the best company I have dived with in Hurghada. Hadry is an excellent instructor, so patient with everyone even though I’m sure it’s very hard to do. Boat is well equipped, can pay in many currencies (cash). Pictures from GoPro given for free too which makes it great. The price you pay 60 euros for 2 fun dives is the total for the whole day - pickup, 2 dives, equipment and lunch. Will be back.

Amazing experience definitely recommend! We stayed in El Gouna and after seeing the reviews we decided to go with Funny Divers even it was further away and it didn’t disappoint. Our guide Hadry was wonderful explaining where we were going how the dive was going to be, everything was very smooth. All the staff were also very friendly and helpful. The food and time between dives was great. The boat was to a great level with a wet and dry area, very clean. The equipment was at very good standards, they gave us brand new wetsuits which we even took off the tags. The sea life was also incredible. During the dive our guide took amazing pictures and offered them to us for free. Definitely recommend!!!

Well-organized team. My wife and I made our first dive. We dived in two different areas. There was a lunch break between the two dives. The dive team and other staff were experienced. If you're looking to get a certification, they also have a three-day, six-dive program. Since we were staying in the Makadi area, they arranged our transfer between the hotel and the marina in a private vehicle. I was very excited at first, but my diving guide, Mohammed from Asuan, was able to calm me down with his experience. I also thank him. We paid an extra 20 euros for this. Overall, we're satisfied. I don't know if it's just the area we dived in; the fish diversity seemed a bit limited.

Recommended by local, excellent fresh fish (you can choose from the fridge display). Seafood soup also really great. It's a place the locals also go which can be good or bad thing (Egyptians love to smoke). Could do with redecorating, temped to give only 4 stars for these reasons, but gave 5 as food merited it.

I enjoyed eating seafood here. It was my first time and I heard it's the best in town. The quality of cooking fried or grilled was good. Beautiful interior! Prices were decent. Service can be better by having a smile in their face and offering better hospitality when welcoming people coming in.

While the food was regular, our overall experience was significantly hampered by poor service and concerning billing practices. The most frustrating part was the incorrect order and subsequent charge: I was served a different kind of salad than I ordered and was still required to pay for it. Furthermore, I have serious doubts about the weight of the fish we purchased; it felt significantly less than what was advertised and priced. This practice feels like a scam. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on the poor service and questionable honesty in billing and product weight.

We had shrimps (overcooked), baracuda (a bit of dry, but I had it for a first time, so I don't know whether it shoud had been that way). At first we were served with snacks which were good. We ordered lemon juice with no ice. The waiter brought the glasses and put on the next table and didn't serve them for a long time. When I tried to take it myself I wasn't allowed to do that. After some time they served the drinks. In some of them we found the small pieces of ice that didn't melted. So they just wanted to be sure that the ice would melt before serving. I wouldn't come back here. It was not bad, but it wasn't worth it either.

Food is tasty. The whole experience is amazing. Mohamed Rashwan is a great guy - he offered us an amazing service with a lovely smile on his face. Would definitely recommend everyone to come here and give it a try.

Every year is worse than last time! Before Saturday’s been good, many guest from Steigenberger and other hotels, nice people with at least some appearance of “face control”! Now, it’s 90% locals, mostly animation teams (5 of them and 1 normal guest) and their friends! Basically that’s an Egyptian party! If you try to approach that 10% of tourist, to have a chat, immediately you are surrounded with aggressive locals saying you can’t speak with them! What a clown show…

What a great idea to install a disco below hotel rooms. It's poisonous for those staying at the hotel with their families. The rooms above shake until 3 a.m.

One of the best clubs in town. We went there almost every night for two weeks and we never had to pay for anything. They have a nice terrace outside where you can meet the whole city. The DJs were always a bit depressive and they played random music. Whenever they host a big barty, just keep in mind that you won’t be able to breath inside of the club.

Don’t believe anything these people said . Very small place, no dance floor music speaker is horrible., Everything is overpriced, Not clean, Too many rude Disrespectful guys . It’s very a cheap place

This place has a pool section night club and shisha bar.. and they also play football matches. the shisha wasnt very good and the dj on thursday night was questionable however it is something to do.. if you want to leave the hotel and go out..

These people stealing my money. Asking €73 for 5 drinks it's crazy. And you will find out next day they charge you so much. The club itself is nice but they always try to scam you. It gives me a really bad experience. They are misusing tourist and prices. I've never been in such an expensive bar like this and you don't even get the real alcohol brand.. Don't go to this club!

Better be prepared.. ..even though you pay the entrance fee get a local long drink for that, it's not allowed to sit down anywhere if you don't have reservations for a table doesn't matter if the table are reservated or not. And also the locals who are there are not friendly at all towards other guys. I left after one hour cause I asked a woman if there are other places to dance and an Egyptian guy wanted to fight me because of that.

Went there on July the 28th with family. Entrance fees 100 Egyptian pound,for that you will get a towel, lounge, and a beach umbrella . Security is good I felt safe, but do take about your personal belongings(better than to be sorry). Clean beach with clear water ,well maintained. Friendly staff. There is a bar and restaurant (sandwich is about 65 Egyptian pound)but I have never tried it. There are showers, toilet and a room to change . The beach was a bit crowded ,locals and tourists are both available ,it was like 50% each till 2pm. After that locals was the majority. Went there with a taxi but parking is available.

A very cool beach, it has less rocks than any other beaches in hurghada, it also has one of the longest beaches in the city. There is a beach volleyball court and a restaurant. You can consider it a mid-range place to spend a day use or for beach use only, but i dont recommend it as a hotel. It has a water sports station which isn't bad. It has banana boats, windsurfing, Quattro skiing. If you will try the Quattro don't go for the small one as it might get extreme. Have fun.

I used to love this place. It still got a nice beach but you pay 150 Le entrance fees with no service at all. Just a chair. Showers are outdoors. Toilet are not always clean.

Beach is very clean with shower. Entrance cost 100 L.e. and you can't bring any food or drinks. But they sell freshly made food and drinks and I can say humberger with fries for 30 L.e. is very good and can say also very big.

What can I say, for Egypt, it’s expensive and luxurious. Everything is very beautiful, and the service is on a higher level than 90% of hotels in Egypt. As I understand it, the idea was to attract Europeans. It’s a good place for a quiet, upscale family vacation - perfect when you’re there with your family and don’t need anyone or anything else. Life there doesn’t buzz or bustle; it’s quiet, peaceful… boring, in a word.

I styed in this resort in March/April 2023. I booked family pictures with the photo team within the resort. I used credit card to pay for them but I was told by the resort my card was declined. I left without buying the pictures but after I returned home I found out my card was indeed charged $275 American dollars. I reached out to the resort to voice my concern. They responded asking how they can help. After I explained my situation and showed them proof of the charge they completely ignored me and stopped responding to me. I am absolutely disappointed with their lack of willingness to assist me; upset for being ignored and l livid for the money that was stolen from me. That is not how you do customer service with people who chose your resort. During our stay there many hotel staff have been approaching us and our teenage kids demanding we complete online review with them. My children were told by staff to rate them with 5 stars. If you have to tell your hotel guests what star rating to provide it should be a sign its not a good report. There are other resorts to choose form - please choose wisely and stay away from this one as you may be robbed. Thanks

It's really ok. Just so disappointed how behind they are. I like to have things controlled and like to do online bookings. Everywhere and everyone else had no problem with it in Egypt. These guys made me pay again for the ticket because they didn't find the booking. You would think in 2022 they are a bit further with that stuff instead of doing everything by a travel agent which takes ages sometimes to get something you want. In their hotel they also try to sell a lot of services which I didn't have at all in my hotel and it can be quite annoying.

On September 12, 2025, we went to the Dolphin House with five people, of whom four swam with dolphins. What was supposed to be a beautiful day turned into one big disappointment. According to the website, the photos would cost €35 per person, so a total of €140. But immediately a discussion began: for the photos with the dolphins on the platform, we suddenly had to pay extra. Even the photos taken during the 10-minute swimming session with the dolphins right in the middle of the program were charged separately. This is pure fraud. There was never any prior communication that these would supposedly not be included. Anyone would expect them to be part of the package. On top of that, the photos themselves were poor: dark, full of shadows, and unprofessional. Absolutely unacceptable. The whole program felt rushed everything was fast, fast, fast, with no personal attention. My daughter, who was afraid of swimming, repeatedly asked if she could just have photos taken in the water without actually swimming. At first, they agreed, but in the end they made the dolphins swim anyway. Her request was completely ignored. When we complained, a so-called manager named Sherif came over. This man should absolutely not be a manager: instead of listening calmly and professionally, he started yelling at our daughter. Outrageous, disrespectful, and intimidating. He ruined our entire experience. The staff are uninterested, unfriendly, and do not listen at all. Everything there revolves around money, not about people or the experience. After 11 years of loyal visits, we can only conclude: the Dolphin House has completely turned into a commercial racket where customers are ripped off and treated with disrespect. We will never return and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. If you are looking for a pleasant dolphin experience, do NOT go here you will only get frustration, poor service, and a manager who yells at you. The only positive experience: the taxi drivers were perfect. They were punctual, very friendly and pleasant, and left us with a good feeling on both trips. They deserve great compliments, unlike the rest of the organization.

Amazing day out, swim with dolphins in their natural habitat in the Red Sea, then go snorkeling with by the coral reefs with some beautiful tropical fish. Definitely a must do if you're in Hurghada. Can highly recommend Elite Travel Agency, we used them for all of our excursions.

The boat had a motor problem, departed 2h late. Doesn't provide proper snorkeling equipment. No fins and they are mad at you if you complain. The guide had all snorkel gears, and shout at you if you swim slow(when they don't provide you with any fins). Snorkeling felt more like a swimming lesson than proper snorkeling Didn't see any dolphins. Basically a waste of time, not recommended at all to book any tour with them.

Great experience very nice crew well organised. And good instructions for this price you can't believe what you will get. Several snorkeling sesions and we swim with the dolphin's. Beautiful white sand. A lot of litter and washed up stuff from the sea. The ground is a bit spiky, so I would recommend sea shoes.

The show is really good and interesting both for adults and kids. Swimming with dolphins and photoshoots is pretty expensive. Also, there is no shadow, so prepare for really hot conditions during the show.

Took my daughter to see a dolphin show,but it was more like taking her to see animal cruelty. Show was rubbish and had a big massive walrus playing a flute as it craped on the floor. The animals looked so fed up and the tanks or whatever they keep them in are tiny. Never again!! Disgusting having them kept in that way. Can't believe I paid money to these to see this behaviour. Shut it down and free them. Never go to a show again.

After reading lots of reviews we booked a trip here from our hotel. On arrival we were ushered into holding pens and had photos with a mascot there were places to buy drinks and key rings etc theb we were shown the way to the arena. Well this is where personally the disappointment started. Firstly there is absolutely no shade so you are sat in blazing hot sun for over an hour. The dolphin pool is small and the animals living areas when not swimming are incredibly small and made us feel sad for them.
