Porto Timoni beach is a hidden gem tucked away beneath the charming village of Afionas, making it one of Corfu's most secluded spots. This stunning twin beach features two distinct coves separated by a narrow strip of land, with each offering its own unique charm—one side showcases vibrant blue waters while the other boasts deeper shades.
The view from the top is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, as you get closer to the trail and the beaches, you can find garbage scattered around, which is such a shame. Some tourists really should take their trash with them—or simply stay home if they can’t respect that 😤 Five stars for the nature ✨️
George I — Google review
The beach is reached via a narrow stone path about a kilometer long. You should go in sneakers, without carrying too many things, with enough food and water, and be prepared for a bit of hiking. The beach is interesting but small, with both sandy and rocky areas. It’s beautiful for photography from above.
Jelena S — Google review
Easy to Intermediate hike to the Beach, lots of steep rocks. Definitely need proper foot gear (no flip flops/open toe sandals) Amazing views! Great snorkeling and swimming location. Water-Taxi pick up/drop off location.
A M — Google review
Beautiful beaches. The road isn't very pretty, but it's worth it. There's a lot of human waste on the road—which is a downside, but it's society's fault. I recommend walking further past the main beaches; you might find quieter water access points.
Martyna — Google review
A lovely little village. Sturdy shoes are recommended for the descent to the viewpoints. During peak season, it can get very crowded, so watch your step. We were there at the end of October, and there were very few tourists. The view is breathtaking. You can walk right down to the beach. Highly recommended.
Artur A — Google review
A must do! The hike was really fun...took us maximum 30 minutes with our kids (7 & 10) but I really recommand wearing shoes for your safety as the rocks are slippery and it's an uneven path. Take lots of water as most of the path is in sun and it can't get very hot during summer. The beach itself is nice (mix of sand and pebbles). It's a bit small and can get overcrowded, but worth it if you are in to beautiful viewpoint and hiking :) Parking is available in the village for 10 euros
Stéphanie M — Google review
Absolutely stunning beach with crystal-clear water! Getting there, though, is an adventure. The trail can get slippery after rain (thanks to that lovely clay ground), and it’s mostly rocky - so wear proper closed shoes and watch your step. Do not, I repeat, do NOT wear flip-flops… unless you have a strong desire to perish. I’ll admit, halfway down I was questioning my life choices - but once you see that turquoise water, you’ll know it’s 100% worth it. Oh, and if you’re not feeling particularly brave (or coordinated), there’s a boat taxi that’ll take you there and back 😂
Aleksandra W — Google review
A wee walk down so I’d wear sneakers or close toed shoes but definitely worth it. We went down around 5pm so we could have a final swim and wasn’t too busy going down or going up. Take a bag and a beer as it is 3€ on the way down otherwise you can’t purchase anything down the bottom. Enjoy the bliss

Issos Beach, also known as the "Sahara of Corfu," is a popular destination on the southwest coast of Corfu. It offers a long stretch of golden sand and crystal clear waters that attract visitors from all over. The beach is famous for its impressive sand dunes and calm sea, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. Additionally, there are lounge chair rentals available along with restaurants and tavernas within a short drive.
Beautiful sandy beaches. Away from crowds. Easy access from the parking lot and endless areas to sunbathe. I believe during main season there are some facilities there like deck chairs or umbrellas. Waters are crystal clear shallow so perfect for not great swimmers and children . Lovely dunes in the back. Really enjoyed the swim and the stay there.
Tomasz D — Google review
Huge quiet beach, plenty of 15 euro sunbeds, nice beach bar with large variety of drinks and some snacks, water is quite cold, not the best way for snorkeling, about 10 minutes of rocky road to access this gorgeous beach
Boudewijn W — Google review
The beach is long, sandy, and wild, with an extended shallow area and warm, calm waters. The surroundings are sandy dunes, making it feel as if you are swimming in the middle of the Sahara Desert. Complete tranquility, few people, and completely undeveloped – the area is spacious and open.
Jelena S — Google review
Found this gem with my wife, and boy are we glad. Probably the best sandy beach yet, the beach has to be about 2.5 miles long. Wide beaches , plenty of chairs and nice little waves. Horses too, if you like riding , views are spectacular
Ari K — Google review
I really liked this beach. It’s sandy, a lot of space. Great if you are tired from big crowds. The water is clean and calm. Highly recommend coming here. 🌊🐠 also you can see beautiful fishes in the water!
Emilija N — Google review
Beautiful, long sandy beach. If you prefer, there are sunbeds available, but if you’d rather have more privacy, just walk a little further and you’ll easily find the perfect spot. It’s easily accessible by car, with plenty of parking and no issues at all. The water is clear and calm, and there’s so much space - it never feels crowded. I came here twice during my stay in Corfu and absolutely loved it.
Rita P — Google review
Great large beach with normal sand, no rocks. Ideal for kids, first 50mtr only 1 mtr deep. Good (free) parking facilities and only few minutes (flat)walk to the beach. The entire east coast has poor swimming facilities with dirty water. Best places are found here at the west coast and Issos Beach is one of the best. You can rent 2 sunbeds and a parasol for 15 euro a day.
Erik M — Google review
nice Sandy beach. plenty of sunbeds, but the price is a bit to high - 15 euros, drinks not included

Nestled on the stunning west coast of Corfu, Rovinia Beach is a hidden gem that captivates visitors with its pebbled shoreline framed by lush wooded mountains and olive groves. This picturesque beach can be accessed via a scenic hiking trail from the nearby village of Liapades or by boat from Paleokastritsa. The enchanting green-blue waters and dramatic caves create an idyllic setting that feels like stepping into a postcard.
What a pleasant place to spend the day. The beach has plenty of space for everyone, people are very social, the water is perfect for snorkeling and exploring, the rocks are fun to jump off of. All in all, highly recommended.
Jo J — Google review
The best beach in Corfu! There are some steps to go down but it’s not too difficult. Make sure you bring your own food because there is only a supermarket at the top of the steps and bring your own blanket as there’s no sunbeds but I would really recommend this beach the water is very clear and clean and blue..
Jess B — Google review
Our favorite beach on the island! Great view, not much wind and beautiful white stone beach! Usually not too crowded, would recommend parking on top of the hill, roads get pretty narrow and have a lot of holes!
-- — Google review
Amazing beach!!! Went there at the end of October and only a few other people were there. The small lane down to the car park is a bit mental …steep, narrow and very uneven …I was happy it wasn’t busy as it would have been difficult to pass other cars. The beach is only a short walk from the car park but even the walk is amazing due to the incredible views.
Michael H — Google review
Breathtaking beach with clear blue water. Small tucked away beach but worth the visit. Variety of fishes to watch when snorkelling. They have a canteen on boat that serves food, hot drinks and refreshment. Beach has a roped climb to jump down into the water from higher rocks.
Shugs B — Google review
The beach is located approximately 700 meters away and can be reached on foot. It is recommended to go early in the morning, as parking becomes unavailable later in the day and the beach tends to get very crowded. The water is beautifully clear, with white pebbles and sand, but due to the natural springs in the area, it is considered the coldest sea on Corfu.
Jelena S — Google review
Very nice beach, but can get a little too crowded (in my opinion). But we stayed to watch the sunset and it was magical, and only a few people left. 😅 To access the parking lot, be prepared for a very narrow off-road path. From the car, there is a 15 minutes walk to the beach.
Nutu E — Google review
Whilst pretty popular, one of the more relaxing spots in Corfu and still so beautiful. No sunbeds or amenities like that which I think contributes to the peacefulness of the spot. I’d recommend parking at the top carpark (€5 all day, 800m walk to beach, plenty of spots here on a Tuesday at 1pm) particularly if you have a small rental car. This is because like the other reviews mention, the road starts to get rocky and dodgy. This is particularly so after the second car park (D.side Rovina) where it really isn’t even a proper road. Free of charge though.

Agios Georgios beach in Corfu is a family-friendly destination with over 5km of golden sands, offering a safe and spacious environment. Nestled under an hour's drive from Paleokastritsa, the beach boasts emerald waters overlooked by pine-clad hillsides. The area offers various accommodation options, including peaceful studios and resorts with traditional charm and modern amenities.
Beautiful water, easy to park free in front and full of restaurants. The view is stunning. There might be a lot of traffic thought. It was very empty in august! We put our towel and relaxed a lot. Super clean sand and comfortable. Recommend for a relaxing day with a beautiful view and for family’s. There is sometimes a lot of wind so prepare to be under the sun without umbrella!
Rajae X — Google review
Beautiful beach with the view of one of the corfu’s postal cards, it might be stunning the sunset over there. 2 beds + umbrella in front of a restaurant in which they come to the beach to bring food and drinks only 15€ (in June). The only problem for me was to get into the water. It is a sandy beach, not so thin sand but inside the water there were big rounded and veeery slippery rocks, that even with no waves was difficult to enjoy… But I saw fishes around, it seems like you are entering in an aquarium as so crystal clear is the water!
Ludmilla K — Google review
The water is nice but if you come with a dog be careful. Gave 1 stare because there are some stray dogs walking around and they are big. The waitress said that some are also dangerous and bite. The sun-beds are free if you eat for dinner or lunch at the the restaurant.
Karina C — Google review
One of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It’s not crowded and not touristic compared to other beaches. The restaurants on the shoreline are also quite good. You can rent boats to go to Porto Timoni. The sunsets were always beautiful!
Marcel — Google review
Very nice beach, great for paddle boards since the waves are calm. Many restaurant options and supermarkets. Free pools, and many sunbeds and areas to bring your own towels and umbrellas. One of the best beaches in all of Corfu. Top 5 beaches in Corfu
Kork S — Google review
One of our favorite beaches in Corfu, it is wide and spread out, there are plenty of shops and tavernas without being overly crowded or congested (though finding parking is sometimes a bit difficult) Tip: we always sit at the Katoi trattoria, it’s our favorite place on the beach for sun lounges, snacks, coffees, etc. We love the water here too though, crystal clear and calm and it is a fairly quiet and relaxed atmosphere in general. A bit of a drive but totally worth it!
Nrith — Google review
Beautiful beach but in August it gets too crowded. Perfect for snorkeling as the water is translucid!
Rui V — Google review
Lovely drive to Agios Georgios from Sidari, with spectacular views on approach. I went at the end of summer season (end sept/beginning Oct) Out of 14 days stay there was only 4 days of rain so managed to spend a lovely hot day at the beach here. There was ample parking and many food/drink places to choose from. We did end up getting a cabana on the beach which were owned by one of the restaurants (said was a charge of €30) but we’d bought drinks and snacks throughout the day so was no charge for it. Managed to have a lovely sea soak and enjoy the environment, which water was a fair bit calmer than in the north of the island at that time probably due to it being a large secluded bay. There was ample service offered where you could purchase drinks/food from the cabana which were bought to you, it’s only polite to offer the waiting service a tip (not obligated to) but when the service is so friendly and polite, it’s the right thing to do. Certainly would return to this pretty beach area with luscious greenery in the hills on either side.

Barbati Beach is a stunning pebble beach located 19 km northeast of Corfu Town. It offers clear, deep waters and is surrounded by lush green landscapes. The beach is well-equipped with amenities such as sunbeds, umbrellas, water sports facilities, beach bars, and local tavernas serving delicious Corfiot cuisine. Barbati Beach has been recognized with the prestigious 'Blue Flag Award' for its organization, cleanliness, and pristine waters.
Beautiful beach with amazing, crystal clear water! 🌊 The sea gets deep pretty quickly, which makes it perfect for swimming. Great spot to enjoy a refreshing dip!
Hariton P — Google review
I spent 4 days at this beautiful beach and loved it. I was worried when I arrived as some bars were blasting music and I was worried it was a party beach…. But if you head to the right side, everything is very calm and peaceful. Water is incredibly clear and the beach is nice and clean. Beautiful!
Molly P — Google review
Barbati Beach is not one of Corfu’s most stunning beaches. It is pebbly, and the walk down to it is quite long. The water is clear and not as cold as many other beaches, which makes swimming pleasant. If you walk all the way to the end of the beach, you will find a nice viewpoint that adds a bit of charm to the visit. For anyone looking for a beach close to the Old Town, it is a convenient spot. Otherwise, it is worth driving a bit further to reach one of Corfu’s truly beautiful beaches with softer sand and more impressive scenery.
Roula C — Google review
The beach was mostly covered with paid sunbeds, which made it quite difficult to find a free spot. There were no public showers – only at nearby hotels with signs saying “for guests only”. The beach is rocky, so water shoes are definitely recommended. Parking was also a challenge – most spots were reserved for hotel guests. 🅿️ On the positive side, the sea was clean and relatively good for snorkeling or diving 🤿
Karolina Š — Google review
Really impressed by this beach. The sea here is warm, clear and calm. It has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere overall. You can easily snorkel, see lots of fishes. Many beach bars & sunbeds to choose from, at reasonable price.
Nutu E — Google review
Beautiful beach with clear blue sea. Rocky beach as opposed to a ‘typical’ sandy beach but it was stunning all the same. We also hired a boat from Spiros Boat Hire - highly recommend
E H — Google review
If it’s sun bathing and swimming in clear blue water as well as drinks food and peace and quiet … then this is Paradise …. It has everything

Saint Gordios beach is a picturesque rocky cove with a relaxed sandy beach and clear waters. It is located on the west coast of Corfu, stretching approximately 1.5 kilometers in length. The beach is lined with restaurants, tavernas, and accommodation options while still maintaining the feel of a Greek village. Visitors can enjoy the view of the crumbling castle overlooking Bataria Beach as they relax on the sand or visit nearby cafes and pubs.
Yes, one of the best beaches in Corfu. The only beach where the sea has a sandy bottom, no rocks. The water is crystal clear and warm. Beautiful views from the near hotel up on the hill. I would recommend a place on the left closer to the mountain.
Alvis G — Google review
Big disappointment: no place to park at the weekend, the beach is very crowded, dirty, overpriced sunbeds are very packed, showers outbof order, totally uninviting to visit. Overpriced restaurants and bars. The best Is the view from the top viewpoint.
Ondrej Z — Google review
This is one my favourite beaches on Corfu. Yes it is crowded in the center but if you to the right of the entrance you should be fine. If you go up the left, it also got crowded during july August but im sure you will giną a spot. Best swimming is to the rock on the left in my opinion. As for parking, theres municipal parking quite a big one a Little bit above the Town , agree not easy to find if you dont know about it.
Jacek M — Google review
Perfect sandy beach, but we were unlucky for swimming cause of the waves. Sunbeds are free to use but you must order something from restaurant, and you also dont have permission to use your drinks and food.
Иван Б — Google review
Hands down, one of the best beaches in Corfu Island. Clean and calm waters, sometimes nice waves. The pebbles are really small and there is only sand in the waters. The amount of bars and restaurants just makes this place even better as everything is at hand's reach.
Olinka L — Google review
Went in july with my family...2 adults 2 kids. Even mid July, the restaurants offer sun beds based on order made with them...which I find very nice. 20 euros consumption for 2 sunbeds and umbrella The beach is sandy and there are some rocks when you enter the water...bot no disturbing...you can enter the water without special shoes. There are waves all day long so if you like this...it is the place for you
Mihai B — Google review
Lovely sandy beach. Rocky to get in the water but fine after that. Perfect for non swimmers. When I sat on the beach beds one person asked me for €40 and another person asked me for €50. Clearly they make up prices and didn’t honour the cheaper price but it is redeemable against the food. If you use the beach beds you can use the parking right outside the beach which is useful.
Amna — Google review
Beautiful beach but it has waves almost all the time. Not ideal for small kids. Normal prices and not much overcrowded

Glyfada Beach, situated on the west coast of Corfu, is renowned as one of the finest beaches on the island. Its long stretches of golden sand and clear turquoise waters make it a popular choice for visitors. The beach offers various amenities such as sunbeds, umbrellas, beach bars, and restaurants. For those seeking adventure, there are water sports like jet-skiing and banana rides available.
This beach was the spot for the perfect beach day in Corfu! Soft powdery sand. Water so clear that you can see the sand resettle and follow the fish. Just the right length for a nice walk on the beach. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops to take care of your needs. There were rentals for jet skis and raft rides to take advantage of. Several places to rent a sun bed and umbrella or lots of space to bring your own. This beach has it all! You will not be disappointed.
Brandy L — Google review
Very beautiful beach and clean water. The only thing is that the sea is not so warm on this side of the island but this can be very refreshing. The nature around is amazing.
Valentina P — Google review
My impression is that this beach has something for everyone. It’s wide and sandy, with plenty of options. There’s a beach bar with food and drinks, as well as sunbeds and umbrellas, but there’s also plenty of space to set up your own spot further away from the crowds and enjoy your own space. The water is clean and warm, with areas perfect for both play and relaxation.
Jelena S — Google review
Probably the best beach in Corfu 🫶🏻 wide enough, great sea and fine sand, plenty of options if you want to stay on a paid sunbed, umbrella, food, drinks, etc (a few beach bars, tavernas, minimarkets, etc), but also simple beach area - where you can bring your own towel/umbrella/etc; volleyball area, nudist beach, and even a surfing booth. Big recommend!
NeetZza N — Google review
Sandy beach, which turns golden in the evening. Evenings are calm and quiet. This is a resort for tourists, so I recommend staying only if you have a car, otherwise it will be boring. Prices are a little more expensive than elsewhere.
Živilė Š — Google review
Have been to Corfu for a couple of times but this was my first time visiting Glyfada , this is the best part of Corfu , if you want the clearest water and the soft and clean sand , make sure to come here . It was just amazing , there were also clubs but it was quiet not like too loud . Excellent views also , it has an Australian vibe for a reason . 10/10 beach 💯
Fjori K — Google review
Glyfada beach is a nice sandy beach with crystal clear waters. Visited in July 2025, quite crowded but very wide. Parking spaces are not enough so if you are coming after 10AM enjoy. Suitable for families, kids and adults alike. Lifeguard posts present. A lot of eating and drinking available as many restaurants are around. You can sit freely on the beach or take sunbeds around 15 EUR for two with 2 bottles of water included. All in all the beach is nice if you are up to a 45-50min ride with the rental, scooter or taxi. July is very hot with 35-36 in scope so plan a hat, sunscreen and water.
Robert C — Google review
Quite a big beach , full of white sand. As a Greek who have seen a lot of beaches in Greece, this particular has to offer everything a beach can offer. During peak months parking is difficult tho and the beach near the center is very crowded.

Avlaki Beach is a hidden gem nestled between the villages of San Stefanos and Kassiopi in Corfu. This Blue Flag Beach offers crystal-clear waters, making it an ideal spot for snorkeling and swimming. Unlike other tourist-filled beaches in Corfu, Avlaki Beach provides a peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for couples seeking a quiet getaway. The beach is equipped with all necessary facilities including showers, bathrooms, and sunbed rentals.
Spectacular pebble beach with crystal clear waters. It’s a fairly long beach with plenty space and when we visited (Saturday) there was not a lot of people. There are some sunbeds with umbrellas you can rent - you can just take them and eventually a lady will come to charge you. We paid 15 euro for the whole day. The water was lovely, the beach was very calm and there are a couple tavernas near by - also a truck selling fruit came often. We loved it!
Maria V — Google review
A beautiful, spacious beach with crystal clear water and stunning views. It’s not crowded at all, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. If you walk all the way to the right side of the beach, you’ll reach a more natural area without sunbeds and umbrellas, where you can set up your own towels and enjoy a wilder, peaceful atmosphere. It’s just something to keep in mind that it can get a bit windy there. Overall, an ideal beach for anyone looking to enjoy nature away from the crowds.
Alena — Google review
Come down from katia studio 15mins walk to get here, we paid for 3 chairs and parasol for €15, was able to get drinks from bar n bring on to beach.. Currently 37c beautiful just a tint to hot 😅🔥

Long beach coast with pebble and small stones. Free parking is available along the beach and the road. There is a parking lot as well but be careful not dig the car into the sand. It can get very windy and there is very little shade, except for the south-eastern side right below the forest. Here we had shade until 2-3 pm. At this part there is also some sand for the kids. Some turtles also visited us :) No showers and toilets.
Sándor B — Google review
Great beach near Kassiopi, where we stayed at the hotel. The beach was recommended to us by the hotel owner. The beach is large, few people, the water is crystal clear. I definitely recommend this beach to everyone.

Spiros Beach Paleokastritsa is a nature and beach lover's paradise located in the village of the same name, about 24 km from Kerkyra. The area boasts six small bays where visitors can swim, as well as local tavernas offering fresh seafood. Boat trips are available to explore nearby caves and secluded beaches, while the crystal-clear waters make it an ideal spot for snorkeling.
A quieter beach compared to some others nearby, thanks to its somewhat hidden location accessed by a staircase from the sidewalk off the main road. It's quite small but wasn't crowded when I visited. A beautiful secluded beach with pebbles and stones, not sand, so I definitely recommend wearing some form of water shoes. There are large stones on the bottom even in the water, but if you swim out a bit, you won't notice them.

Cute little beach. Take some shoes because is full of rocks. I don’t recommend for old, overweight or people with less mobility, since there are many stairs
Andrea I — Google review
Beautiful bay and crystal waters mark this site, however there are many small boats that come in the bay to practice boating skills, this makes the bay a bit noisy. The water is icy on this side but during a heatwave it feels like heaven… the bay itself is pebbly so take a mat and some shoes of your feet hurt … all in all go to other quieter beaches if you can as Greece is so much more….
C C — Google review
Water is nice, warm, beach is all stones/pebbles. In the water many big stones and rocks, good for snorkeling but not the best place for families with kids. Many steps to go down and up, lots of rubbish on the beach and on its way.
Ionel S — Google review
Don’t even bother! It’s desolate looking with some building in ruins and unless you come early, nowhere to sit. *photo is zoomed out, so beach is even smaller*

We came here most days because it was so close to our parent. Water is clear and fresh. Quite small so we recommend coming early by 10am you can Get a great spot. Otherwise it gets very busy. Pebble beach so need good towel and comfort Matt. Great for snorkelling. Highly recommend. Quiet and just the place.

Paleokastritsa is amazing, highly recommended to visit first when you arrive in Corfu, due to the stunning views. Early in the morning the water is slightly colder, but as soon as the sun rises it is completely enjoyable.

Nissaki Beach is a small, secluded beach with a rocky backdrop that provides natural shelter from winds. It is known for its cleanliness and attractiveness, making it popular for swimming and snorkeling. The beach offers clear underwater views and abundant marine life. With its gently shelving pebbled shore, it's considered safe for young swimmers. Nissaki Beach is well-organized and popular among families, offering easy access to tavernas and bars.
Amazing beach, small but not many people. If you are lucky you can spot "bino" the turtle. It's an albino turtle. 10/10 recommend.
Joppe B — Google review
A lovely small and cosy pebble beach located in Nissaki surrounded by a number of restaurants. Perfect for small families Perfect for snorkelling and highly recommend aqua shoes for comfort.
Rob J — Google review
Very small beach but also not very busy so perfect really, not a lot of sun beds but most likely due to size, access is also not wheelchair or pushchair friendly. Stunning clear waters and very small pebbled beach, 30 euros for two sunbeds and umbrella for the day is reasonable considering the location and the exclusivity. Great spot for snorkeling due to there being a drop with lots of rocks and lots of fish visible.
Sasha S — Google review
Beautiful tiny little piece of heaven. Clear emerald water with a tiny bay and a couple restaurants near it (view is stunning). Chairs and shade are 30 euros for the day and tbh ey are scarce. Spots are very limited. So arrive early.
David C — Google review
Very small beach, very nice. 2 sunbeds with umbrella 30 Euro per day. On other beaches on Corfu they offer it twice as cheap.
Miłosz P — Google review
Really small pebble beach, only a few sunbeds available. Be there early in the morning to catch a spot. There's a boat renting center nearby, and a restaurant with clean toilets. Accessible by car/scooter.
Cristina C — Google review
Small, but wonderful beach. With restaurants and cafes around. You can rent a 2 beds with umbrella for just a 15€ per day. Clean water and chill atmosphere. Amazing place to spend all day with (or without) kids all day. Just relax on the beach, swim, read a book and drink a homemade wine from Almyra cafe (takeaway).
Tony R — Google review
It’s a really small beach so make sure you come as early as possible, otherwise you might end up with no space left. For 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella we paid 25€, which is quite pricy, but there is also free space to sit on the pebbled beach. The water is amazing, warm and very clear, perfect for snorkeling, we’ve seen loads of fish here. Also, even though there are pebbles in the water, they are a lot finer than I’ve seen on other beaches and it is comfy even without shoes.

Halikounas Beach is a stunning 4.5 km stretch of sandy coastline located on the southwest coast of Corfu, approximately 25 km from Corfu Town. This unspoiled beach is surrounded by sand dunes and offers crystal-clear waters, making it an ideal destination for those seeking a peaceful and natural setting. While there are limited facilities such as sunbeds, umbrellas, and a small canteen, visitors can find local tavernas nearby.
Nice long sandy beach. You can park along the road that is shown on the map, just drive carefully. Don’t to there without sun umbrella - there is no shade where you can hide. Even though there were many cars, the beach is long,so you can have some privacy without anyone sitting next to you.
Pavlína H — Google review
We went to see the canal and it was beautiful. By the stones there are a lot of sea weeds so its better to go bit far from the canal. You want to avoid by the beach bar if you want some space because it’s crowded. And you might encounter some nudists walking around paddling the boats.
Ashish L — Google review
Absolutely loved the wildness of this beach. If you keep driving along the sandy track in the dunes, you will find yourself alone and enjoying this huge stretch of golden sand all to yourself. Never thought we would find such uncrowded places in the middle of August! Loved the Sea Daffodils growing in the dunes too! Great for swimming, not snorkeling.

👙🏖️a sandy beach with a low entry into the water, away from crowds of people - but you can't get there by scooter, the wheel will get stuck in the sand
Travel F — Google review
Natural beach. Has one beach bar but the parking is good. You can park anywhere and there's a lot of water activities if you are interested.
Charlie — Google review
When we went it was very windy and we couldn't enjoy the water due to the waves and sand in your face. But the wind surfers we're having a fun day. Getting there on a scooter is a bit tough, be careful to not flip on the sandy road.
Flavius B — Google review
One of the most longest beach at the island. Amazing panorama of sea and great places to chill without being stuck and surrounded by people. Accessible by car or by scooter, and due to it’s distance from village don’t expect high level services. Recommended to take your umbrella as spaces are very limited.

Kerasia Beach is a secluded pebble beach with crystal clear waters and a lush green landscape. Despite its proximity to the busier area of Kassiopi, it remains relatively quiet, offering a relaxing spot that never gets too busy even in peak season. The beach features loungers and umbrellas, as well as an onsite taverna where visitors can enjoy snacks and cold drinks.
Beautiful beach that is absolutely perfect for snorkeling. The water is crystal clear and calm, and I saw lots of different fish! The pebbles on this beach are particularly painful to walk on though, so I would recommend bringing water shoes. There is free parking right on the beach and there is a taverna and a cafe right near the entrance to the beach. There are some loungers and umbrellas to hire, but there is plenty of space to set up your own beach equipment instead. Do watch out for the insects near the trees. Although, there are some local cats that are working on that!
Michaela D — Google review
We really liked this beach. Beautiful water, not so commercial. It has a bar and a taverna and a souvenir shop. Would recommend to bring water should but you can get into the sea also barefoot. Access is via a narrow road but manageable, approx 5 km off the main road. The last bit is the worst, very steep. 15 eur for 2 sun-beds and one umbrella. Quite a lot of free parking. Some places under the trees at the end of the beach.

Great place to snorkel- we saw a lot of different fishes and a seestar- great taverna to enjoy a drink. At the end of the beach is a shadow so that you don’t need to spend 15€
Jan-eric S — Google review
This beach is a bit crowded and you have to pay 10€ your umbrella, except if you go far from the road : you'll find then shadowing trees and quietness. Beautiful views as everythere along this coast and a pricy but nice tavern.
Jacques D — Google review
A beach I accidentally came across which was the perfect quiet and relaxing spot that was mostly sheltered from the NW winds. Not too many people at all, so it’s the perfect spot to switch off whilst not feeling like you’re in the middle of nowhere. Saw quite a few people snorkeling, seemed like a good spot for it considering the calmness of the water and that there was plenty of fish around. Pebbly beach but I managed getting around barefoot. Plenty of free parking, sun beds on offer for €15 but plenty of space to sit/lie on the pebbles which I and most other people did with a towel. Roads are a bit narrow on the way through but most people are driving slowly anyway so not too much of an issue. Some taverns around as well.
Andrei A — Google review
If you are looking for a beach to stay all day long and relax, this is the right place, that’s a beach suitable also for families with children. The beach is not crowded and there’re both options available -sun beds and umbrella for 15 euros or free area where you can place your own umbrella. Also, the water was fine, not cold. There’s one restaurant where you can eat, and the prices and very decent, food was very good.

The crystal-clear waters make it an ideal spot for water sports like windsurfing and kitesurfing.
Amazing secluded beach, clearer sand but lots of sticks washed up. A few beach bars along the way with decked seating and parasols which are great to spend the day

A wonderful place. Soft sand. There are sunbeds – two sunbeds and an umbrella for the whole day cost €12. The sea is shallow – perfect for swimming with kids. We really liked it
Indrė M — Google review
Beautiful beach with soft sand. The sunshade offer varies depending on the place—some restaurants even provide them for free if you order food or drinks. Unfortunately, there’s quite a bit of garbage scattered around, most likely left by careless tourists. It really spoils the experience, and it’s a shame that some people don’t respect such a lovely spot. Five star for the nature.
George I — Google review
Definitely one of the best beaches in Corfu... Large, clean beach with plenty of space for your own sunbeds and umbrella.. The water is clean but cold like every beach on the west side of the island. 🇲🇰🇬🇷
BLAZEVI — Google review
This is one of the best beaches I have been to during our 2 week holiday to Corfu. Absolutely wonderful. The water is so warm and if you kick up the sand whilst in the sea the fish come swimming close by hoping for food churned up in the sand. Very cute.
Dianne M — Google review
It was a beautiful sandy beach, very private, and clean. The water was clear and warm. We rented two sunbeds for €15, quite cheap, but there is plenty space to put your own umbrella and stuff. Plus, there are showers nearby where you can shower and changing rooms.
Anghela Y — Google review
The beach is beautiful and large, so even though it can be crowded, you don’t feel like there is too many people there. There are a few bars/restaurants that offer sunbeds but you can also bring your own umbrella as there is lots of open space. The beach is sandy and not too shallow, very clean and well maintained. The view is amazing and I would definitely recommend it.
Bojana B — Google review
Marathias Beach in Corfu is an absolute gem! The golden sand and crystal clear waters make it a perfect spot for families, especially those with children. The beach is well-equipped with various establishments offering umbrellas and bar/restaurant services. We chose Karma, which also has private parking—a fantastic convenience. The umbrellas are only 10 euros, a great deal, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. For those looking for some extra fun, there are inflatables in the water available for 15 euros per person per day. The expansive beach also provides plenty of space for sports activities, catering to both adults and children. One tip: aim to arrive by 10:30 AM to avoid the crowds, as parking can become limited later in the day. Overall, Marathias Beach is a perfect spot for a fun and relaxing day by the sea. Highly recommended!

It features a purpose-built jetty for water sports enthusiasts, with options like jetskis, banana boats, parasailing, and paddle boards. Gorgeous pebble beach. Just a short walk into the water till you reach the smooth sandy bottom. Calm and protected bay, great for little people. Plenty of options for refreshing beverages right on the water. Our favourite beach so far.

It feels truly magical to see the large trees providing natural shade right on the sandy part of Dassia Beach. The water is warm, crystal clear, and the seabed is sandy all the way. Thanks to the long shallow area and calm sea, this part of the beach is perfect for families with young children to play and swim safely. There is even a shower available. On the right side, the beach is pebbly, with sunbeds and a wide choice of bars and restaurants where you can relax and enjoy great food and drinks. You’ll also find SUP boards, pedal boats, and various water activities, making Dassia Beach a perfect spot for a carefree day by the sea.

A lovely beach, bring water shoes as its a bit pebbley. Great boat trip leaves from here.lots of bars and restaurants for food and drink, nice shallow water and no strong currents, great for swimming
Mark S — Google review
Warm shallow water good for children. However, no space for kids to play on the narrow beach as it is all covered with sunbeds. €9 for a set of crappy sunbeds behind the platform. They are much more expensive on the platform. €34 per set at Malibu beach bar and €50 in front of the hotel.
Apostolia K — Google review
I wouldn't call this a beach. It is a thin strip of pebbles between a concrete path and the sea. The only decent areas of beach are privately owned by the two Ikos hotels. They are beautiful but you cannot use these area unless you are a guest of the hotel
Matt — Google review
“The beach is narrow and does not offer much space, with fine pebbles covering most of the area. Near the Ikos hotel, the beach becomes wider with sandy stretches and some natural shade. The sea is calm, warm, and mostly shallow, making it suitable for swimming. There are also many restaurants located right on the waterfront.

Stones. Sun beds price depends on where you’ll decide to lay down. We paid €15 for two outside “Latadiktia” €15/end of September. Cigarette butts and plastic caps all over place. You can use cafe wc and WiFi. Plus you can order from cafe throughout QR code. Neither bad, neither good.

I wouldnt call that place "a beach". Its really steep clif with damaged wooden stairs but calling it "stairs" its a bit too much. If you want to Reach that few meters of sand beach you have to cross the Water. In my opinion really overrated place

Really nice place to watch the sunset. Get there at least 30 mins before so you can get a decent view as it gets quite busy. Plenty of parking but the drive up is very narrow. Handy bar nearby with tasty cocktails and a working toilet..

The beach itself is brilliant. Stunning views, crystal clear water, and much quieter than other beaches in the area. Be warned, the path down to the beach is very steep so good shoes would be advised. The beach itself is made up of pebbles and there are larger rocks close to shore. If you come and low tide, there is more sandy parts available. Great place to watch the sunset as you have an unbroken line of sight to the horizon. There is car parking at the top of the cliff and a couple restaurants.

If you go after 10 a.m you will not find space. This is a beautiful small beach but get overcrowded quickly. The water is so fresh and you can take your own umbrella. Paid parking 5 euros all day is available. You should visit this place and also take some photos from the monastery located only 3 - 5 minutes far from the beach.

A beautiful beach, but it gets very busy. We arrived early in the morning, so we were able to grab a spot, but later on people were starting to argue about space on the beach. The water was significantly colder than the beaches on the north coast. However, the water was wonderfully clear and still, making it perfect for snorkeling! Boats depart from the right side of the beach for tours to the cave. Parking can also be tricky because of being a busy area.
Michaela D — Google review
Can see why it’s the main beach of Corfu, such a beautiful spot to sunbathe and swim in. Sandy beach that gets deepish relatively quick, very easy to swim a fair distance out and plenty of fish around. Separate area for incoming/outcoming boats so you thankfully don’t need to worry about that. Was by myself at 9:30am on a Wednesday in early October, though people started to trickle in from 10am onwards. By the time I left at around 12:30pm whilst busy, I felt there was still plenty of space for people on the sand anyway. Supermarket across the road was very handy for snacks and drinks but plenty of restaurants around too. Saw one offering €5 euros right across the beach.
Andrei A — Google review
Come in advance as it gets quickly overcrowded. The water is a bit cold but still manageable to swim. I recommend you take a sunbed on another beach opposite to sit and come here by foot to swim. The pictures made at 09:27.
Ivan P — Google review
A busy but fantastic little beach! Great well organised car park. Super restaurant and great boat trips around the surrounding caves, coves and beaches. But the Best Thing is it is an Accessible Beach. I have a Disability and it has a Seatrac which means I could access the beautiful clear blue sea.

Great beach with plenty of restaurants, ice cream parlor and souvenir shop. The beach has sand which is a major plus for the area as most are pebbles. Nestled near the historic Durrell family white house, where Gerald Durrell penned his beloved tales, this charming taverna offers a stunning setting for visitors. While parking can be tricky during peak summer months, the experience is well worth it.
Had a great week on the sun loungers (on the sunny days at least) at the Kalami Beach bar! We never ate here but were happy to have countless frappes and ice cold ciders! End is season for these guys but the service was friendly and efficient. My only regret is not trying the food! Thank you!

Beautiful setting - we had a table right at the front, literally on the beach. The meal was decent, nothing special. A little pricey for the quality and portion sizes but a pleasant experience

The 4 stars arent because the area is bad. The furnishings are lovely and the space is nicely decorated. The kitchen and serving point is clean and owner welcoming and attentive. Food tasted very good and was a good price - not vastly overpriced like other local eateries. A real effort has been made to this business and I hope it does very well. Will recommend to others. Waitress was typically Greek (i say this as a greek) hard to describe, sort of perturbed at our existence, but still said "thank you" and "you're welcome". The restaurant wasn't busy at all, which is a shame, this affected the atmosphere. But that is because it is new and not properly discovered yet. The facilities were immaculately clean.

Very pretty and there also is a small public area which does not cost anything and is great ! but you have to pay around 20 euros for the beach loungers and the staff wasn't that kind. Also there you are not allowed to drink a small sip of your own water even if you need to take medication or something you have to buy a drink. Otherwise great beach and as i said there is a public area where you can do anything you want you just don't have sun coverage :)

Amit G — Google review
Nice beach with lots of hire boats coming and going. Beach is fairly clean, but could do with the restaurant owners and hire boat companies picking up the litter and encouraging tourists to put litter in a bag and take it to the nearest bin. Water is clear and clean with lots of fish to see. I recommend snorkelling there, but stay within your depth if you’re not a strong swimmer. The fish love frozen peas to eat! Stunning scenery and great for a morning sunbathing and or snorkelling. The beach definitely needs some signs to remind people not to be disgusting and dispose of their rubbish appropriately. Don’t forget to take plenty of drinking water and sun cream
Christian S — Google review
Great if you don’t mind lying on dirty beaches . The businesses on the beach who charge ridiculous prices for products and sun loungers should have the responsibility of cleaning the beach every day. Cigarette ends, plastic products etc. A disgrace that the businesses can sit back and take all your money and never think to provide a clean beach!

Cape Drastis, located in the northern part of Corfu near the village of Perulades, offers a breathtaking and untouched landscape of sandstone cliffs shaped by wind and aquamarine waters. Unlike the crowded Canal d'Amour, this secluded spot is perfect for those seeking an off-the-beaten-path adventure.
The cape is very beautiful and it is a short walk downhill from the “main sight”. Not many people go to the bottom so it is not too crowded. Parking: We got there around 2 pm, it was quite busy and I’d recommend parking along the road. The parking marked on the map is not really accessible.
Ursa H — Google review
Such a beautiful scenery and view! The track down to the lagoon was also quite nice and totally worth the sweat! It was a little hard to get up and down in the water, we watched so many people fell on the slippery rocks😅 But we would certainly recommend everybody to go visit!
Frederikke H — Google review
Amazing place!! Totally worth the drive, but arrive around 12 the latest. There is a very limited parking, bit you can follow the dirt road down about 50 metres, there is another spot to park or drive all the way down, it is allowed. We took a walk down and it was cool, about 10 minutes. There is a boat trip service, 20€ per person to do the Cape, 20€ to do the Canal on the left or 30€ to do both (per person, we did the 30€ trip). Absolutely amazing, we had the boat for just the two of us with a great captain explaining many things about the location and Corfu in general. He let's you drive the boat as well, btw. One hour tour, pay with cash only. There is a tiny changing room there and a great rocky point to swim down by the boat rental. Bring your water shoes!
Veronika K — Google review
Amazing view! You can reach the sea within 20/25 minutes by foot, it was not that hard but definitely put some shoes on if you are wearing flip flops (many people wearing them tripped a couple times as the road is bumpy and can become slippery). I suggest leaving your car at the beginning of the road as there is little space going down and the road is very tight with no guardrails. At the little beach below you can buy cold drinks and purchase a 1 hour boat tour (for 2 people at once only, 20€ per person) to different locations (e.g. to Canal D’Amour). The bar & rental shop closed at around 6 pm. If you are visiting in the last week of September like us, bring a light jacket because it gets quite windy!
Agustina F — Google review
Don't stop with the car on top of the hill, the road is accessible to the end , it's better than on most part of the entire island, and it is wide enough to turn around. It's a long walk and definitely not worth it if you are not interested in renting a boat trip. There are no beaches there, you can't go swimming. t's a long walk, don't go in slippers.
Robert S — Google review
Beautiful scenery. Highlight of the holiday. Get a well earned dip in the sea at the bottom. We walked 50 mins in the baking heat from our hotel here and didn't really know what to expect. So glad we did, everyone was blown away with the views and the experience. If you're in the area go for a look.
Dave H — Google review
Out of this world views! Skip out on going to the beach bar up the street that has the glass walk way and go right to the park. There are many lookouts to view from. We went twice, once at sunset and the once at sunrise. You don’t need tickets to go to the park.
Kohler S — Google review
A view so gorgeous that you want to jump right in, but sadly, you need a boat for that (at least where we photographed). Pretty and small beach further down that offers 1-hour boat tours.

Ipsos Beach is a popular destination with a lively atmosphere and easy access to shops, markets, and cafes. The beach boasts stunning greenish-blue waters and is suitable for swimming due to its shallow depth. Visitors can also enjoy watching ships at the nearby fishing port. Situated in a large bay at the base of Mount Pantokrator, this organized shingle beach offers water sports and attracts predominantly English tourists.
Gravel beach, narrow but long. Crystal clear water. Very nice view.

No 7 bus from Corfu Town via Gouvia & Dassia well worth a visit. Be sure to use 'Three Brothers,' for Sunbeds - €15 for 2 x Beds & Umbrella with free large water. Waiter service for food & drink on beach but we chose to eat in bar for lunch - food tasty & great value
SHEILA H — Google review
This beach is one of the most popular and the most easily accessible beaches on Ipsos. It sprawls all along the main street and everything from food bars to convenience and souvenir shops is literally a few steps away. There are optional sunbeds, but you can sit wherever you want. The beach itself is pebbled, although once you enter the water there is very fine sand. It's not deep for about a couple hundred meters in and there aren't any rocks, shells or anything, just fine sand. The water temperature is warm, except at night when it gets a little bit colder because of the winds, but still warm enough.
Alex K — Google review
A little better than other beaches I’ve seen in Corfu. The water is crystal clear though is rocky. The municipality or any local authority gives no shit about beach clean-up or regular maintenance, not to mention about investments which are non-existing. Let the money flow from tourism, with minimum or no effort at all.

Visited this beach as I have a disability and as it has a Seatrac I was able to access the sea!!! 😄 Well Done Corfu! It is a beautiful stretch of beach with lots of cafes and lovely scenery.

Narrow strip of pebbled beach. There are a few sunbeds for hire from coffee and restaurants that are directly across the road. My favourite part of my holiday was going down at 8am having the beach and the sea to myself absolute bliss.

The environment and the view are beautiful, but that is the only positive aspect. The beach is narrow and crowded with sunbeds and umbrellas from the restaurants, for which you have to pay. The water was dirty, and the overall impression was very poor.

The Achilleion Palace is a 19th-century neoclassical mansion with stunning Achilles-themed interiors and beautiful gardens overlooking the sea. It was originally built for Empress Elisabeth of Austria and later purchased by Kaiser Wilhelm II as a place of relaxation. The palace has a rich history, having been pillaged during World War I but now restored to its former glory.
What a wonderful place. If you are a fan of history and architecture you will love this place ! As for today you can't enter the palace due to restoration. Its still worth it though 😌 ✨️ Magestic you can see Corfu, Greece and Albania from up there

Unfortunately the Palace itself was closed for renovations during our visit. However, we were able to explore the grounds which are beautiful and have amazing views. Disappointing we had to pay full entry fee for half of the experience.

Nice gardens, spectacular views and the gardens refurbishment is looking good. The building is not much more than 100 years old and is currently closed. The building must have looked impressive in it's heyday but has been neglected for a long time so is in a really poor state of repair. I felt quite sad to see it like this and expect a lot of time, money and skill will be needed to bring it back to it's former glory. Worth a visit but manage your expectations accordingly.

Beautiful place to visit and visit the Muses, as well as Achilles. ❤️ The building itself is currently being updated though, so you can't go in. The Gardens and statues are absolutely gorgeous though and it overlooks the city in the distance.

The garden was beautiful. Unfortunately the place is closed due to refurbishment. But there are couple of screens set up around the gardens where you can watch history of Sissi. You have to go and see massive statue of Achilles with a stunning view that will leave you speechless. Tickets for adult was €7 (only garden)

The Old Fortress of Corfu is a must-see historic site located near the island's capital. It consists of scenic ruins, artifacts on display, a seating area, and a beautiful church. Easter is an especially festive time to visit, with unique church services and processions. The dropping of colorful clay pots from balconies in the Old Town on Saturday morning is a tradition not to be missed.
Worth visiting for amazing views on old town. Fortress is huge and kept in good condition. There is really beautiful church among fortress walls. Public toilets are available, free of charge. We climb on top of the fortress, what amazing view on Corfu town. Advice: go early in the morning or later after noon. Sun heat can be strong. Bring water with you. 10€ is entrance. Kids go free.

Amazing bit of history. Went today to have a look around, €10 per person entry, has a cafe on site but quite expensive, so recommend bringing water / snacks in, as water in the shop is €5 for 1 litre (can be found in the supermarket for €0.80, 5 mins walk). Took us around an hour to have a proper look up at the lighthouse and church. Very interesting and amazing views. If you're in the area, and haven't done it before, highly recommend as it's rich in history with spectacular views of Corfu around.
Kai S — Google review
Went early and virtually had the place to myself. Saw the attractions and climbed to the lighthouse. The information points are very good and gave a good historical portrait of the fort and it's changes throughout history. I had no idea how important Corfu is and has been throughout history in this area for it's strategic significance or that the British had a protectorate here. A must do for sure.

good place to visit for €10. bit of a hike to the top and lots of uneven floors and walkways so wear proper walking shoes or trainers. the usual tourists and cruise ship customers. good views from the top and a quirky hidden ground level tunnel to the yacht club takes you to the sea if you want a dip in the waters.

Am_lukazz — Google review
The Old Fortress of Corfu Town is one of those places that captures everything special about the island — history, beauty, and atmosphere all in one. Standing proudly at the eastern edge of Corfu Town, it’s impossible to miss the sight of this massive Venetian stronghold rising above the harbor. I visited on a warm afternoon, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences of my trip. The entrance fee is €10, and it’s worth every cent. Once you step through the gates and cross the bridge over the old moat, it feels like you’ve entered another world. The combination of sea breeze, ancient stone walls, and the faint echo of history creates an incredible sense of place. The fortress was originally built by the Byzantines and later expanded by the Venetians, and you can see traces of both influences in the architecture — arched gateways, tunnels, old bastions, and lookout points that have stood for centuries. Exploring the site is both relaxing and fascinating. You can take your time wandering up and around the walls, through narrow paths and open courtyards, each turn offering a new angle or hidden detail. The climb to the top of the fortress is gentle but steady, and when you reach the summit, the reward is breathtaking: a 360-degree panoramic view of Corfu Town, the blue Ionian Sea, and even the Albanian coastline in the distance. It’s one of the best viewpoints on the island — perfect for photos or simply standing still and soaking it all in. Inside the complex, you’ll also find a few restored buildings and exhibitions that give insight into Corfu’s past, including its military history and Venetian heritage. There’s a small café near the top, where you can sit down with a cold drink and enjoy the view in peace. The atmosphere up there is wonderfully calm — despite being in the heart of the capital, it feels like a step back in time. If you visit in the morning, it’s quieter and less hot, but sunset is magical too, with the warm light hitting the stone walls and the town below glowing in golden tones. Overall, the Old Fortress is a must-see for anyone visiting Corfu. Whether you love history, architecture, photography, or just a good view, it delivers on all fronts. Ten euros for a walk through centuries of history and some of the best vistas in Greece is a bargain — and an experience you’ll remember long after you leave.
Cent — Google review
Tickets cost €10. Admission is free for those under 25 :) I would definitely recommend. In early September there were no queues there. The fortress is very large. But with a quick walk you can get around it in 45 minutes including climbing the hill. Nice view of the harbor and Corfu Town.

It is a recommended visit in Paleokastritsa to start with, it offers a great view, walk in the yard of the monastery and small museum along with a gift shop. Free entry but you have to cover legs, they offer at the gate. Parking - two options, easier one is to drive up to the hill and the monastery. These are limited spots. Second option is the parking before climbing to the monastery. It is paid for the day. Then the walk up is around 10 minutes. There is also a path to a viewpoint which is easy and offers another view. It was quite busy with tourists and groups although it was already September.

A really cool place built into the rock, with steps leading down. The staff are super friendly. Sunbeds are better to book ahead, but you can always grab a spot at the bar. We’ve already been a few times and keep coming back.

La Gotta Bar is more than just a place for drinks – it is an experience right by the sea. One of the highlights here is the special spot in the water where you can jump from a relatively high point. It feels adventurous and is definitely a fun activity for anyone who enjoys the sea. The water is clear and perfect for snorkeling, making it easy to explore and enjoy the marine surroundings. Another great option is renting a small boat for a short trip, which gives you a chance to see the bay from a different perspective. One of the best spots ever to sit and have a drink or two. Beautiful spot, surrounded by cliffs, water colors are amazing, chill music, absolutely perfect 👌 Important information: 1. Going down and up is by stairs, not too difficult , but if you find it difficult- it's not for you... 2. Kitchen is open at 12:00, before that- only drinks 3. You can swim from the deck, bring you towels. 4. Be ready to spend some time in there, it's amazing. 5. Don't bring food with you, it's not polite and forbidden. Enjoy a perfect location 👌

Everything is perfect, every time there is a peak of people, the drinks are nice sea is nice it has a lot of stairs until you arrive . The only tip I can give is when it’s time to jump in the sea don’t hesitate for a moment it’s a bit slippery and maybe if you stop you will fall but not in a good way. Just jump

The imposing crinkled-surface rocks and vibrant blue sea create a stunning backdrop for swimming and exploration of small sea caves.

Looking over all of the most famous places the typical cruise through the bays of Paleokastritsa offers, this one is truly the most beautiful. Paradise Beach lives up to its name. We took a 30€ per person speed boat to this location and it was probably the nicest beach i have ever seen. Clearest blue water. Nicest beach; though rocky, we had water shoes.

Absolutely the best beach we've been during our stay on Corfu. Not so crowded, no shops, and no music. There is sand part and pebbles part. Accessed only by boat, you can rent one for a day ~70eur or pay ~30Eur per person to get a tour around, go there and get picked-up at the end of the day. Not so good for kids as the waves are rather strong.
Ezekiel S — Google review
A wonderful place like several nearby beaches. But it has several disadvantages. Water is the coldest on the island (no problem for me). Access only from the sea (the best/cheapest idea is to rent a boat for 5 people in paleo for 60-70E and visit each bay along the way). The bottom is steep, deep water is not good for young children.

Absolutely amazing. Rent a boat and arrive in the morning ( before 10h30am) if u can to avoid the crowds and watch the sunrays light up the cave on the north end.

Beautiful and so nice to swim, take your own private boat and enjoy the day there but make sure you have pabble shoes as its so so so hard to walk without. Also you must take your own umbrella as there is not shade and it can get too much as you are always directly under the sun especially if you are there on midday. Take some food and relax and swim and enjoy the view.

We ordered 2 cocktails for which we received the receipt after 20 minutes and the actual drinks arrived 1h hour later - only after we asked the waiter when should we expect them. The umbrellas are pretty small and you can't really move the sunbed around. There are a few parking spaces at the restaurant if you arrive early. Beach with stones The water was nice and warm but there are lots of fish and they bite. I saw people bringing fish food to make sure they are busy for a while.

What an amazing place to spend the day. Excellent value for money. Great decor. Lovely chilled vibe. Great food. Excellent staff. Very small criticism: the umbrellas are a little small which meant having to move the sunbeds constantly. But would absolutely come back.

Best beach club in Barbati. Attentive service that take great care and serve quickly. Clean toilets, free sun beds with a minimum spend is a fantastic offer and makes the service all the better. They work really hard and the beach and sea and quiet and uncrowded. Great music on a Sunday afternoon too. Perfect vibe. Highly recommended.

Great Restaurant / Bar by the shore of Barbati beach. The service is very good and the food is of great quality, with innovative tastes. I highly recommend their taramosalata, smooth creamy and airy, and their fresh pasta with bisque sauce with shrimp tartar. The Cocktails are also a definite must, especially the whisky with passion fruit. Many days it has live DJ Sets and also one of the most comfortable beach beds with umbrellas on the beach.

It was a nice experience. We will definitely visit again! For the first line, sunbeds with umbrella are 20 euro per person. But when you buy something as a drink or food, up to 20 euros there will be no extra charge. So you can consume the amount that you paid for su beds by drinking or eating. Also stuff was friendly and service was fast. + clean environment

The only bad part is that you don t have that many shade from the some like other places do. But the food is great. We had for breakfast croque monsieur and the scambled eggs croissant and than a pizza for lunch. Pizza DELICIOUS. Totally recommend !

Restaurant
Taverna Kouloura is a charming fish taverna nestled by the beautiful 15th century house at Kouloura, alongside the quaint little harbor featured in The Durrells TV series. It's a favorite spot for a quintessentially Corfiot lunch experience, offering laid-back and friendly service with delicious food, particularly sardines and fried courgettes.
Honestly the most beautiful tavern in the north east Corfu. Food was amazing, great bay to park a boat if you’re renting for a day, amazing scenery and quick service. Might be slightly more expensive than others, but certainly worth every cent.
Nikita B — Google review
Called in while passing on our rental boat. Fancied a shandy and plate of chips. Nice guy helped us park the boat and found a seat in the restaurant. It is a cracking restaurant, very beautiful and picturesque with a lovely atmosphere but oh my.... It is expensive. Pints are €9 and plate of chips €11. You can imagine price of everything else. Would recommend but just be prepared for prices.
Nick B — Google review
I have read other reviews. Yes, it's expensive food for what it is. Once you accept that, and take it for what it is, it's very nice. Firstly it's a lovely setting. It's the only food / drink place within a 15 minute walk, so they have a captive market and hence charge higher prices. The outlook / setting / views were all good. We found the service and food to be very good. Deep fried anchovies was huge, easily enough for 2 people to share. Likewise with the Greek salad. Taramasalata some of the best we ate on Corfu. Yes we got given bread we didn't ask for, but this turned out to be needed with the taramasalata which came on its own (no pitta or bread to dip). We also enjoyed 2 different cold beers. There were a couple of cats hovering around the table, but we didn't see excessive begging or jumping up on chairs or tables. For beers and snacks it was 80 euros for 2 people, which is expensive, but we left full and happy
Simon C — Google review
While the views are absolutely stunning, I found the food to be overpriced for what you receive. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't very friendly, which detracted from the experience. It’s a shame because the scenery is fabulous!
Lucas E — Google review
Beautiful setting in a little bay, but quite honestly some of the most expensive food I've had in a long time. If you go, have a beer and nothing more. Beautiful but far better places to eat.
Dawn T — Google review
Fabulous location, but London prices. Pure Kensington on sea. Not open in evening which is odd. Perhaps this reflects the prices which are verging on the ridiculous.
Richard F — Google review
Great Taverna next to the sea. We stopped off for a bite and a drink. The sardines were the best we have tasted as was the taramasalata Tip top
Al E — Google review
Tourist trap! The location is amazing, one of the best spots in Corfu. However, the food is mediocre at twice the price of other tavernas. Even the service ...polite but not friendly. It's a shame, it could be an awesome spot. We will not go back.

Limni Beach Glyko is a stunning destination that captivates beach enthusiasts and water sports lovers alike. This picturesque spot features crystal-clear blue waters and sandy shores, divided into two beautiful bays connected by lush vegetation. Visitors can enjoy various amenities such as sun loungers, umbrellas, showers, and changing rooms for a comfortable day at the beach. The scenic views of Paleokastritsa's famous coves add to its charm.
We rented a boat the whole day and found Limbi beach the best one for us, as it has 2 sides and the shallow side is perfect for small kids. There came also many visitors by boat taxis, which I would recommend, if you don't have your own boat, as the way on foot is steep and exhausting. We liked the crystal clear waters, the quirky "canteen boat" visit, where you can get nice hot or cold drinks 👌, the several paths up for taking pictures at viewpoints or to go to the secluded Klimatia beach (NE). Would recommend to be attentive or bring water shoes as we found some sea urchins
Xenophiloge ( — Google review
This beach is so pretty, nestled between two rocks it is very protected from wind and waves so ideal when the wind is blowing (which it does so often in Greece) waters are crystal bright green, this together with the looming rocks right above you make it truly unique. A great place to visit , oh and of you stay near the rocks you will get shade later on in the day….
C C — Google review
Not sure what all the fuzz is about. Just a beach like any other in the area, but with the occasional added noise pollution in summer afternoons provided by such a thing as a ‘bar boat’, which is basically just an mc talking over a tape pounding the finer selection of guilty pleasures of the past three decades. Must be fun if you’re young and drunk, but I’ld prefer it if they’ld either keep the beats in Ipsos and whatever, or mix it properly live and provide a real dj spinning brasil or african house. You know, something actually worth listening to. That being said, the beach is, ofcourse, fine, although rocky. It would seem that the water is quite similar as any of the next bays, and I suspect much of the aquatic life won’t limit itself to just this one bay area. No facilities whatsoever there, so you’ll notice people’ve used the better part of the bushes around the area for toilet. Always a pleasant smell, if you’re into exposing your nostrils to the products of other people’s evacuated bowles. My advise? Do go, but know there are lots of other beaches offering the same experience, and a lot more quiet.
Ingur Z — Google review
A unique beach offering a breathtaking panorama. To reach it, you can enjoy a short scenic walk or take a boat ride.
Julian ( — Google review
Personally i think this is the best beach in Corfu. Its small but not too crowded. There is a small cave you can easily get to without swimming. You can go to the small island that's connected to the beach and take very good photos from up there. Google maps will show you a way to this beach but when you get to a certain point you will see a "private road" sign and you'll need to take the road next to it going upward. Once you're up there you'll eventually see a path going downward into the woods and you'll get to it from there. Its a bit of a hike but definetly worth the view.
Bart B — Google review
Nice beach! A lot of fish you can swim of snorkel between. Not too crowded
Ymke — Google review
Beautiful. Rocky, pebbly beach. Crystal Clear water. Lounge chairs. No umbrellas.
Danielle L — Google review
Amazing pebble beach with crystal clear waters. If you manage to go early there is a chance you could gee a place near the rocks where the sun will shine a bit later in the day. There are sin beds that you could use, but we didn’t ask for the price. Several times daily a bar boat comes to the shore where you could buy drinks, coffee, bear, sandwiches and ice cream. Parking is really hard to find later in the day and you should consider that there is 15 minute walk down to the beach and at least 20 up to the car when you go.

Sirens Beach Bar & Bistro is a newly renovated beach bar located on a cliff-backed beach in the southern part of the island. The ambiance resembles that of a remote Southeast Asian island, with olive wood accents amidst bamboo and banana trees. Visitors can stroll through tropical flora to reach the cacti-lined bar offering stunning views of the bright blue Ionian Sea.
Absolutely loved Sirens Beach Bistro & Bar in Corfu 🌊✨ Even off-season, the vibes were amazing and the staff made us feel so welcome. We went for a suspended canopy bed (totally worth it 😍) and spent the day enjoying delicious food and the most aesthetic setup 🥰literally a dream spot for cute & unique pics 📸💫 Can’t wait to be back next time we’re in Corfu! 🥂💖

A lovely spot where kids can play on the beach while you relax with a drink. I really enjoyed my breakfast bowl—it was delicious. However, when my father ordered the classic breakfast, they forgot the bread and didn’t serve the coffee or orange juice that was supposed to be included. On a positive note, they were kind enough to make a boiled egg for my daughter when I asked. The place looks beautiful and has a great vibe, but the service left me with mixed feelings. Maybe they were still finding their rhythm with the season just starting.
Melissa L — Google review
Food - kinda mid, not that good, dry, and cold We were waiting for someone to take our plates and pay but my partner got kinda sick of waiting and just went to pay himself. The coffee, expensive, I got a frappe and it wasn’t sweet at all, it was very bad. The pancakes were good though. The sunbeds, 20 euros each, which we thought it was expensive for this part of the house island. Idk.
ANDRA-GABRIELA T — Google review
Nice atmosphere with the banana trees and bit jungle feeling at the entry. Seems reservations recommended as when we arrived there was only one set of sunbeds available. Bit price with 20 € / set, when you consider that their bit southern neighbors offer them for free.
Xenophiloge ( — Google review
Sirens Beach Bar is such a gem. It is amazing, quiet and beautifully set up with no loud music, just the sound of the sea. The water was perfectly clear and shallow, ideal for swimming and relaxing. The beach beds were very comfortable and the food served right on the beach was really good. We loved it so much that we came back the very next day. Truly one of the most relaxing beach spots in Corfu.
Ena B — Google review
Beautiful spot with great vibes, but a few rough edges. Sirens has an amazing tropical feel — lush greenery, banana trees, hammocks, and sea views that make you feel like you’ve stepped into a beachy oasis. The cocktails are fun and the whole place invites you to relax, chill, and just enjoy the atmosphere. I recommend reservation in advance, 20 EUR / set. Music is very good also. The food is a bit hit or miss. Some dishes were really nice, others came out cold or a bit dry. Prices are on the higher side, so expectations are also higher. Service varies — sometimes you get friendly, fast attention, other times it feels like they forgot you're there. Overall, it’s a lovely place to hang out by the beach with a drink in hand — just don’t go in expecting a flawless dining experience every time.

Lovely beach bar/restaurant - we only had drinks. Excellent service, great views, nice music. Amazing garden!
Pitea B — Google review
We spent the most enjoyable day here! Very nice comfortable beach sunbeds but also area with bean bags and bungalows type of thing. The nicest atmosphere at the bar with plenty of natural shadow provided by real banana trees. The bar serves breakfast until 12 I think and then switches to beach bar type of food like sandwiches, salads, pizza and bugers. Delicious cocktails and frappes as well!

Stelari Beach – A Hidden Paradise in Corfu Stelari Beach is an absolute gem on the northwest coast of Corfu. Accessible only by boat, it offers a true escape from the crowds, with crystal-clear turquoise waters, stunning limestone cliffs, and a peaceful atmosphere. The lack of facilities only adds to its untouched charm, making it perfect for those who appreciate nature at its purest. Our experience there was nothing short of magical. The breathtaking scenery, the sense of seclusion, and the refreshing swim in the pristine waters made it one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re looking for a hidden paradise in Corfu, Stelari Beach is a must-visit.
Yarys — Google review
This was hands down the best beach we visited during our time in Corfu. It's only accessible by boat, but absolutely worth the trip. Make sure to bring plenty of drinking water and an umbrella for shade, as there are no facilities on the beach.
Edmond K — Google review
Impressive! Accessible only by boat, Stelari Beach offers great views of the rocks and water with a really amazing colour. Keep in mind that it can get extremely hot - due to its position, it has little to no shade. There is a small part of the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas to rent (25 EUR/pair) and also a beach bar, where I really appreciated that the drinks were freezing cold, despite of the heat, and the prices more than reasonable, giving the location (from 2 EUR for a water to 4 EUR for a beer). Not so many food options (understandable though)

Probably the best beaches on the island with very clear water but its very cold. The sun is very strong so its not good for sitting too much.

Top 10 most incredible places Ive ever visited. The water is so blue you can see right through it! If this is your first time in Greece and want that blue water experience, come here. We took a group tour/boat drop off/pick up with yellow submarine and they were very punctual. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas but they are expensive (25 euro/2 people). We didn’t really need it because we were in the water most of the time anyway. Bring water shoes to go in because it is rocky. And bring water and sunscreen! Otherwise, enjoy this little piece of paradise in Corfu!
Cathy S — Google review
Very disappointed. This place is potentially a paradise, not accessible by car but only via boat. The problem? Too much boats around and not just taxy boat but also a lot of little private boats that stop in front of the main part of this beach. I can guarantee that if you go to the southern side to make some snorkeling, the water up the water surface is dirty because of the micro exhausts from boats and sea current that bring also little pieces of woods and tree branches, in the latter case is all natural at least. Also some tourist are unconscious, I saw waste on this beautiful beach as exhausted sun burn cream bottle or some plastic. This is not acceptable. I wonder why local government doesn't do anything to prevent this problem. Not good, too much to improve. Note that Paleocast. the village where all the boat start suffer from the same problem: too much cars, too much boat close to the port, is a mess of people and vehicles anywhere that ruined this wonderful piece of Greek paradise.

Faliraki Bathing Beach is a popular spot in the city center, easily accessible and free of charge. It offers a small strip of sand with views of the Old Fortress and several bars and restaurants. Locals and visitors frequent this beach for its relaxed atmosphere. While entrance to the sea can be uncomfortable without proper shoes, it provides clear waters for swimming. Snorkeling is outstanding, especially towards the Old Fortress.
What a charming place to come to have a brake during your day stroll around the town. The view is like a poem! Very quiet ,no music. There is no sun beds if you expect that. But this place it is not about it. You come, you drop your bag , take your swimwear on, and jump to the Crystal-clear water. After the dip, go to the cafe and have a freddo cappuccino or a nice glass of wine! And enjoy the view! Simply beautiful!
Anastasia D — Google review
Navigating to the beach can be challenging. Google Maps directed us to a viewpoint above the beach, which took a few minutes to understand. Despite this, it's the only beach accessible from the city center, making it worth the effort. The view from above is very pretty. The beach itself is small and narrow. Be aware that one bar on the beach requires customers to take a table or seat and purchase a drink in order to use their section of the beach. However, there are also 'public' areas of the beach where you don't have to make any purchases to enjoy the seaside. Overall, this beach is recommended for those looking for a seaside experience in the city center.

Water was beautiful in July especially on a 40 C day. Tricky to get to. Must walk down thru a portico to get to it. If you get there early you can get a table amd chairs at the café. Only negative would be the rocky not sand beach

Water and views are beautiful and its free. The only thing wrong is that there is no sand, its all cement so not the most comfortable place to lay, but you can make it work. Restaurant near by is good also
Eric P — Google review
Not really much of a beach, as there’s not any sand and just pebbles, most people just chilled on the slabs on the water front rather than climbing down the rocks. I didn’t go into the water as it looked like black oil had been spilled from boats, so I would say the water was quite dirty, but there was still loads of people swimming.

Tayo Beach Bar is a vibrant spot located at the edge of the beach, surrounded by picturesque sand dunes. Visitors can enjoy great tunes and a laid-back atmosphere. The sunbeds are reasonably priced at 10 euros, and the friendly staff adds to the overall positive vibe. While food options may be limited, the available choices are delicious. This beach spans 3 km with fine sand and tranquil, clean waters, making it a favorite among visitors to Corfu.
We were a bit unsure about coming here at first after reading some of the reviews, but honestly, some of them are just way over the top. This place is lovely! It’s quiet, chilled, and really good value. We paid €15 for two beds, an umbrella, and a little table with cup holders – can’t complain at all. The beach is clean, the sea is amazing, and it’s just a great spot to relax and switch off. The drinks were brilliant – honestly better than most places we’ve been on the island – and the food was spot on too. We had a toastie and a club sandwich. We were after the chicken club but the delivery hadn’t come in yet – no big deal, these things happen. Staff were friendly and served us right at our beds which was a nice touch. We came on a Monday and it was about half full, which was perfect for us. Music was just right too – not loud or annoying, just added to the laid-back vibe. We’ve been all over the island, and this place stands out. As English visitors, we were treated really well – so not sure what that one silly comment was on about. Definitely nothing but good vibes from the staff. We’d 100% come back – left feeling totally relaxed. Thank you!

The beach and the sea are absolutely stunning – beautiful nature and crystal-clear water. But the beach bar itself is a complete disappointment. • Kitchen: Very limited menu, poor quality compared to the price. As for the prices, For a wrap and a drink from the menu, I paid around €10–13. The food taste was very standard. • Sunbeds: I paid €15 for a sunbed. • Toilets: This is not a proper toilet but a makeshift wooden shack. Inside, there’s a rusty tap, a dirty sink placed on a cheap wooden table, and unhygienic bottles. Toilet paper dirty and poor hygiene. Floors and corners are filthy, clearly never cleaned. From outside, it looks like an abandoned shed. The changing cabin is just as bad. Once inside, you don’t even want to touch anything. • Parking: Completely disorganized; cars are parked randomly, making access difficult. 🌊 Summary: Nature 5/5, business 0/5. Come here for the beach, but avoid the bar entirely. For those who love natural beaches, the area is beautiful, but I do not recommend using the facilities. Access to the beach is via a rough dirt road.

Tayo Beach Bar is in a great spot for kite surfing, which makes it super convenient if you're out on the water. The bar has fair prices and a typical beachside menu — standard drinks and simple street food. Just keep expectations low when it comes to fresh or hot meals, since the location limits what they can offer. Right nearby, there's the kite Surfing Beach Shop where you can rent gear or take lessons. Perfect setup for a chill dandy beach day!

We found this beach bar whilst exploring one day and loved it so much we came back the next day for a few hours. The staff are very friendly and the price of the sunbeds are very reasonable. I can’t comment on the food as we did not eat here. So far this has been our favourite beach in the whole of Corfu and I’m sure we’ll be back.
Tom C — Google review
We had found this beach by chance on the internet and weren’t entirely sure what to expect, but thankfully we decided to trust it. The place is enchanting, with the lake behind it and sand dunes that turn into a stunning beach, Tayo feels like an oasis in the desert. The staff is welcoming and attentive to your needs. For €15, you get a sun umbrella with a small wastebasket and two loungers, and you can choose your spot based on availability; we arrived at opening time and got a front-row umbrella. The beach facility has a shower, and when I used it, the water was warm thanks to the sun heating the exposed pipes. I recommend the smoothies, which are excellent, and the sandwiches are also good, perfect for a beach day. There was music playing in the background all day, but at a low volume so it stayed in the background and didn’t interfere with conversation. The water is shallow, generally cold, and despite the sandy bottom, incredibly clear and crystalline, I couldn’t stop marveling at how transparent it was. If you’re unsure or just stumbled upon this place by chance, definitely go for it!
Gaia L — Google review

We have positive vibes about this place! We started with two refreshing pina coladas, then moved on to a delightful aperol spritz. I had a special fondness for the smoothie, it was just so yummy.

Paradise Beach is a family-friendly destination with calm waters and shallow, sandy shores, making it ideal for kids. The beach offers ample parking for a fee and provides both free areas and sunbeds for rent. While there may be some algae in the water at times, the overall cleanliness of the beach is praised. Visitors should be cautious of a concrete step about 20 meters from the shore.
İşte metnin İngilizce çevirisi: ⸻ We came in June; there’s no loud music, it’s quite pleasant. It’s not one of those overpriced, meaningless places you see in silly influencer photos. It’s central. Food and drinks inside are very expensive, but there’s a market just 2 minutes away — you can buy whatever you want there and bring it to the beach, nobody says anything. The sunbeds were comfortable. The only downside is that the umbrellas can’t be adjusted, so you’re directly exposed to the sun in the afternoon.

Good beach especialy if you are with kids. No waves, shalow water with nice sand. There is big parking just behind beach and cost 300 lek. From the left side of the beach is free area and you can put your sun umbrela, rihht side is all all in sunbeads owned by beach, but it is not too crowded. There was little alge in water from the night, but it was ok. You must must know that there is about 20 meteres from shore like concrete step in the water, which can hurt you, must be careful.

It is not worth the price of the umbrella. It is 30 euro. The beach is very crowded. the water was murky, full of trash, and not at all the clear, turquoise scene that’s often advertised, that’s a letdown. I really do not recommend for people who are looking for a clear water. Maybe it is good for sunbathing.

We visited this beach yesterday, but unfortunately it wasn’t the experience we hoped for. Parking costs €10, and a set of sunbeds with umbrella is €30. The beachclubs' music very loud and no drink/food service to beach. Most importantly, for such a big beach there is only one gentlemen's and one ladies' restroom, which were extremely dirty and honestly unacceptable. It’s a beautiful location, but the facilities and management really need improvement. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for families.

Agni Beach is located on the northeast coast of Corfu, between Nissaki and Kassiopi. This area is known as 'Millionaires Row' due to its beautiful villas and idyllic bays. Agni itself is a traditional fishing village with a small beach and several seafood tavernas, including Toulas and Nikolas Traditional Taverna. The beach offers stunning views of the Albanian coast and features picturesque jetties that attract small boats.
Small pebbly beach with 3 nice taverns. Was super chill in the morning but gets a bit crowded with boats at lunch. Most people come with their boat to eat and then leave from what I noticed. Water was clear. Road to there is a bit steap but there are parkings just before the beach.

Very pretty beach- lovely experience swimming and snorkelling on small, pebbly beach with beautiful views. Lots of yachts and powerboats moored close by. Plenty of choice for snacks and food.

We walked here along the Coastal Walk from our hotel, Hotel Nisakki Beach, for sunrise one morning. It was simply stunning!

Lovely bay which can be reached by a 20 mins walk from Kalami. Quiet and relaxing. Try Toula‘s or Agni Taverna. Also beach chairs & umbrellas for rent available.

Oh this is one beautiful beach! Reminds of Italy with its villas and cypresses on the background. Also, it’s not easy to reach it not from the water, so it’s like a little port for dinner for yacht people. And it gives it its special charm. Water is just stunning! You can still rent sunbeds there and there are nice restaurants on the shore

Beautiful area, great restaurants.

We went out of season so very quiet and beautiful. Narrow road in typical style to access and best to try park for one of the restaurants. The beach is small and has a few boat jetties so not a lot of room for lazing or swimming and it's quite stony. So try to go out of season and chill watching the yachts come and go.

beautiful, quiet place. Really stunning. has a few nice tavernas and bars available and a small beach complete with water sports. accessible by taxi or water taxi but wouldn't recommend walking like we did as it is very hilly!
