This is my favorite place to go. I used to go there when I was little. It's far from the other beach but man the water is clear, not too crowded and when it's hot that's the place. You'll also find a small restaurant there to catch a drink or more.

This, along with the prominant Rocher du Capucin hill that looks like a hawk/ dog head, makes for perfect photo ops. beach is busy in the day but fairly quiet in the evening when the sun disappears out of it, with rocks of differing heights to jump off of. Only downside is the pebbly beach gets a sheen of brown on your beach towel! Parking on street is ok, 1 hour for free and free after 8pm.

What a day! For reference we booked the shared national park half day trip in the morning. First off the guide really made it such a fun day, lots of jokes keeping us entertained while also talking extensively about the history of the park we really appreciated. As for what to expect, I would not recommend this to anyone who gets sea sick. This is no way shaped my review because we had a wonderful time, just know the sea was unkind even on a beautiful day we saw some good sized waves. The only disappointment was the snorkel gear. All the masks were so worn you couldn’t even see through which honestly I was looking forward to using. Overall, this was a highlight on our trip would absolutely do again!
