Boréalis is a heritage museum located in Trois-Rivières, offering an immersive experience into the region's rich paper mill industry. The museum features a hands-on paper-making activity, allowing visitors to learn about the lives of past workers and the technological advancements in the industry. Housed within the former CIP filtration plant, the permanent exhibition 'Transformations' provides insights into the challenges faced by workers and the evolution of technology and environmental practices.
Andre-Ann was a joy. She speaks amazing English and explained everything in detail. She made our day. The museum has an english guide book and that made life even better. The museum is well maintained and the restaurant outside has a great atmosphere. Would recommend highly
VARUN S — Google review
The staff was friendly but very worried about us using their self guided tour equipment. The equipment did not allow for pause to investigate more closely. It’s a small museum but nicely done if you have an interest
KIM — Google review
Wonderful museum. Helped my understanding of the history of Trois Rivieres. Be sure to check out the terrace restaurant.
Ron W — Google review
I wasn't sure what kind of a museum this was based solely on the name. Turns out it's a museum of a former paper mill. It's housed in the former water filtration facility. The displays are nice. The people were friendly. They had some extra activities but you had to pay extra for them. Would like to see this included with the museum entry. Still, I'm glad they were a part of the carte musées and feel I got a good experience overall.
Michael M — Google review
You can see real machines that once perform their duty back in the 1950s. It is a historical patrimonial miseum that explores local global paper industry. An easy 50 min to 1h visit with good lake view. Ticket prices around 17 to 19$
Michael Y — Google review
Not a big museum but it is fascinating, unique, well laid-out and well worth visiting! The scaled-down paper-making machine is so intricate and a sight to behold, and something that you could rarely see anywhere else (unless you work at such a factory)! The exhibits overall had great and clear explanations, and I learned so much about Trois-Rivières's industrial heritage (it was once the most densely populated city in Québec!). But now, the city's historical importance is not well known, so I would highly recommend visiting the museum. Some other highlights include the corridor leading out to the rivers, which has a preserved water filtration facility and great views; the underground exhibition area where you could see the water filtration machines and even try your hands on pumping water to filter it; and, of course, the former underground reservoir. It is preserved such that there are still water drops/puddles on the ground, and it was just such a unique experience to walk through it. I would highly recommend spending a few bucks to buy the booklet "Premier « shift »" at the gift shop. It is bilingual, well made and a perfect souvenir on the bygone CIP (Canadian International Paper) days of the city and a great tribute to the people. Also, admission was free the day I visited; I'm not sure whether that was a one-time offering or a regular occurence. Worth asking about.
Andrew Y — Google review
Very informative our tour guide was fantastic. Her family had history and worked in the industry so it was presented with knowledge.
Rick F — Google review
We learned a lot about the logging and papermill industry and how it shaped Trois Rivieres. The landscape went from farming to multi-story walk-up apartments. It's a really interesting tour and you have a chance to make paper!

The Musée des Ursulines in Trois-Rivières is a significant historical site that showcases the 300-year presence of the Ursuline Sisters. The monastery has served as a cloister, school, and hospital, leaving behind a rich legacy. Visitors can immerse themselves in the history of this religious community and its contributions to education and healthcare in the city.
Definitely a must see place in Trois-Riviera. We were guided by a very knowledgeable young man who is a student at the adjacent school and who met the sisters before they moved out of the monastery. This is a very spiritual and energizing place.

I would have liked to have seen more of the facility, but I enjoyed what I learned about the Ursulines. They also offer both a self-guided and/or guided, narrated tour. The docent was quite well-informed. Glad they are part of the carte musées. Plan on about 30-45 minutes.

The Musée des Ursulines de Québec is an art and history museum whose mission is to preserve and present the rich heritage of the oldest teaching order in the province, based in Quebec city since 1639.

Excellent and knowledgeable guide, but wished more of the living quarters were available to visit. Not much to visit aside the chapel and kitchen. Wish more was available to general public.

Great details however if you don't speak English and are not use to museums like this could be a little daunting in your progress through it. Great chapel though with axing frescos .

The Vieille prison de Trois-Rivières, opened in 2001, is a museum that offers a glimpse into Quebec's culture and history. One of its main attractions is the historic prison exhibit, which provides insight into the operation of Canada's longest operating detention center. The prison, operational for over 160 years until its closure in 1986, now offers tours led by former inmates.
Great experience. Tour was really informative. They don't offer bilingual tours (when we were there) but I was able to translate for my family and the infographics on the walls were french and english. Don't forget to check out the museum attached as there's a section dedicated to the prison. Our tour guide was nice, knew lots about the prison. I would recommend this tour.
Sarah B — Google review
An old prison refurbished and now open to the public. The guided tour will take you across the different parts of the prison with lots of stories and anecdotes from the years the prison was open. You can still see carved names and tags from prisoners across the building. It was amazing to hear the reasons why people ended up in jail for. The entrance is through the museum.
Aline N — Google review
The Old Prison is attached to the POP Museum. You can see the Prison for 22$, POP for 18$, or both for 31$. The price of admission for the old prison comes with a mandatory tour guide. The tour was very interesting, full of history. It takes you all over the prison and shows you what it would have been like to be a criminal in years past.
Sean C — Google review
The place and historical factoids presented are interesting and the guides know their stuff. It really could help lasting an additional 15 minutes so they don't need to rush the group or cut some of the crunchy details. Lots of stairs, an older folk had to skip a few rooms.
Vincent C — Google review
The site is amazing but as English only visitors our experience was very limited . We had to join a tour which was only in French . It cost $21 each and was supposed to be 1hr . We were told information boards around the site had English translation. Unfortunately these were few and far between . Our tour guide was enjoying the group and after 1hour was only half way through . Google translate worked overtime but still disappointing not to have got the whole story. We still had another 1hr of driving to do so left tour after 75mins .
Ros W — Google review
Very interesting tour with a friendly guide. I did it in French but you can ask for English tour at the reception (it's not everyday that you can have in english!! So maybe it's better to get the information before to go). If you are lucky you can get some true stories that happen in the jail. I feel I little sad but it's interesting to know !
Marlène S — Google review
Extremely knowledgable tourguide, in English. This place makes you think.

I had a good experience. With a guided tour, this will depend no the guide and the group dymamics. Tour is an hour and 15 minutes...longer than I would have thought. If you buy the Carte Musées, it's worth a visit.

Le Temps d'une Pinte, a trendy and retro microbrewery, restaurant, and roastery located in downtown Trois-Rivières, is a unique workers co-op that offers an innovative experience for beer enthusiasts and foodies alike. The bistro's chef Laurent creates reinvented classic dishes using fresh ingredients, such as oysters from Prince Edward Island with mignonette sauce and cucumber gin tonic.
Visited from Toronto. Very cool restaurant style pub. They have great drink options as well as food. Really enjoyed their seafood tartare as well as their braised lamb dishes!
Michael R — Google review
The food clearly has some thought put into it and the concepts are interesting. That said, not all of them are a hit but I really appreciate the ones that do. The service is always good but serving times for courses can be slow as is typical of the restaurants in the area, so I end up searching for the waiter avidly towards the end of my final course. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and cozy which is particularly comforting on super cold nights.
Catherine S — Google review
It’s hard to be disappointed anywhere you go in Canada, and this place was no exception. The food was simple yet full of character — made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients that really let each flavor shine. The seasoning was just right — never overpowering, but enough to enhance the natural taste of every element on the plate. The outdoor seating had such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. On top of all that, the weather was perfect, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. As I was leaving, I caught the irresistible aroma of freshly brewed coffee in the air. I decided to order a cup — and even the coffee was perfect. A beautiful finish to an already amazing meal.

Very nice place (and the only one) that we had the chance to visit in Tori’s-Rivières . Perfect atmosphere, special plates and really reasonable price. Strongly recommended!
Ali M — Google review
Great service , cute terrace. The food looked good, but we didn’t eat there
Roxane B — Google review
Wonderful food, a beautiful back patio to eat outside on. Much more affordable than some of the other restaurants around open for dinner, but with a similar high quality menu. Great selection of beers, cidres, cocktails, wines, full bar. Interior is a dark moody dive bar with friendly staff. Food did take a long time to arrive, and the charcuterie board only had one type of cheese and meat pâté on it, I would have appreciated more selection. Otherwise, an excellent cozy dining experience, and the desserts were fantastic!
Laura A — Google review
Our waitress was excellent. She took the time to tell us the specials in English. She was very knowledgeable about the food and beer. There was 4 of us and we all had something different. We loved the different food profiles that one may not see everyday. It was so refreshing to have different food pairings. Unfortunately we didn't remember our waitresses name. Overall great food, beverages and service.

Forges du Saint-Maurice National Historic Site, located on the outskirts of Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, is a significant part of Canada's industrial history. Once the largest ironworks in North America, it now offers educational exhibits and attractions such as the Grande Maison, multimedia shows, Blast Furnace, and Lower Forge. Visitors can explore former forge buildings to learn about 18th-century iron production and even try blacksmithing.
I knew absolutely nothing about this place before I came. So I loved how much I was able to learn though the experience. The multimedia show was super informative, and available in French and English. I was also able to ask any questions to the staff, who were very knowledgeable about everything I asked. A great place to explore and learn more about this historic place!
Kaitlyn M — Google review
Very interesting historical spot. Buy the Trois-Rivières museum pass online for 45$ beforehand. There are English speaking workers here and most of the park/muse has English exhibits.
Sean C — Google review
300 years of history - there is a lot to see both inside and outside. There are interactive displays that let you get a feel for the labour involved in forging. Half of the tour is inside and half outside, there is so much to see, takes about an hour and a half. So much to learn about the early settlers and the knowledge they had.
Christina D — Google review
Loved the place. Going through the history lane is our fav activity. Nice trail and the rapids.
Sanjida M — Google review
**Temporary 3 stars Review** Great place to learn Canada's first industrial site history. The museum has rich details and information about the people who used to live there centuries ago from the French, British and Canadian colony/era. There are as well picnic tables, hiking trails(45 mins walk) to enjoy. And there is also the Fred Pellerin audio guide which is available for 11$ (Only in french!). When I always have a tour in Park Canada's historic sites I am always amazed by my tour guides as they teach me new stuff. However, on the 02/10/2021 at 2:10 pm, I felt that the visit was instead a question period instead of a tour guide. Instead of teaching us new stuff, our guide gave us 10 minutes to explore the room. At the end of the 10 mins, if no questions were asked, we changed room. However, I must admit that at the end (maquette room) He gave us a little bit of information after the video. However, I do believe that the video gave us more information than the tour guide that I had on this day. In the end, it was probably the tour guy that was not entertaining that day. I am willing to come back and have another tour. I would then give it a 4 stars review if things will be different from my previous tour. Still, the museum is still worth to learn new stuff about Canada's history. Give it a try!:)
Ricky L — Google review
Very interesting historic site. So glad they restored it and so glad they included this museum with the carte musées. There is a headset with a guided tour of about 1K. It's...um...different. I appreciate that they didn't want dry narration but adding things like radio static (which made me think the headset was broken) and a woman yelling just put the experience a bit over the top. I think I would have preferred a simple walking tour map. However, the displays are terrific...especially the multimedia experience in the upper floor of the main house. It's definitely worth a visit.
Michael M — Google review
This NP was so much more than I expected. It was an old iron forge. The oldest in Canada as a matter of fact. It played an integral role in industrialization of upper Canada and the Northeastern US. The VC was much larger and more involved than most vc's we've been to. You need to allow yourself at least a couple hours here to see it all. The kids really liked it . The video was a little lengthy and more dramatic than necessary.

Le Buck: Pub Gastronomique is a charming gastropub with a cozy, cabin-like atmosphere and terrace dining. Located in the heart of Old Trois-Rivieres, this restaurant offers upscale farm-to-table dishes prepared with careful attention to taste and presentation. From duck and Nagano pork to fresh oysters, the menu showcases delicious meal options that highlight the forest region of Mauricie. Additionally, they boast an impressive selection of private import beers, spirits, and wines.
I wish it was possible to give Le Buck even more stars. From start to finish, this was an exceptional dining experience. Our server spent time with us going over the wine list to make sure we had the perfect pairings, and explained the menu in great detail. We ordered family style (steak frites, salads, fresh vegetables, arctic char, cheesecake) and everything blew us away. We had a lovely time on the patio on a perfect summer night, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit, but this was a world class meal. I'd definitely repeat.

This was one of the greatest meals we ever had, the blind menu was amazing (no spoilers, as the menu changes frequently). Our waiter Alex was great and all the staff very friendly. A must!

Stopped by for dinner on our way from Montreal to Quebec City. My family and I had our best meal here on our recent trip. My wife’s French was a bit rusty but our server was very welcoming and accommodating. He also made an amazing cocktail that was very balanced and delicious (I’ve had my share of overly sweetened cocktails) and he also selected and excellent wine to pair with my fish main course, which was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place and will be back again when visiting Canada!!
Bman _ — Google review
What an incredible dining experience. We started with a phenomenal Rioja that paired perfectly with an array of appetizers we shared as a group. Every bite was a burst of flavor, ranging from fresh, delicate seafood to rich, savory meat combinations. For the main event, I indulged in a beautifully prepared bison, crowned with a generous portion of foie gras, an absolute masterpiece on the plate. The food was so good that we finished the night with a few more bottles of wine and didn’t even miss dessert. The atmosphere struck a rare balance: lively enough to feel the Saturday night energy, yet quiet enough to hold a business conversation without raising your voice. If you visit, you must sit in the back patio, it’s a hidden gem that truly reveals the restaurant’s charm. That said, the indoor space has its own unique beauty and character, making either choice a win. A place that delivers on taste, vibe, and setting. Le Buck is a destination worth seeking out.

We’ve stopped here on the way to Quebec City. So glad we did; it was totally worth it. We had a fantastic experience here. And we will definitely come back when the chance comes. The food was delicious and beautifully set. The ambiance is so cozy and charming. The staff was super welcoming and friendly; they made sure everyone in our party felt comfortable, especially the little ones.

Fabulous dining experience on a lovely patio with friendly and attentive staff. Excellent food! I has the canard et crevette. Superbly cooked and the duck was beautifully. Accompanying vegetables were fresh and delicious. My partners meal - porc ribs - were also delicious and well prepared. Desert was also freshly made and nicely flavored. Wish they featured a more local wine - only international choices.

Best place to eat in Trois Rivieres: really nice atmosphere and great service. The menu offers a variety of typical dishes of the area, all of great quality. I particulary reccomend the beef. Good price for the quality Will 100% come back
Ari D — Google review
I had the pleasure of dining at Le Buck a few times and it was truly a gastronomic experience like no other. From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was elegant yet inviting, setting the perfect tone for an unforgettable evening. Each dish was a masterpiece, crafted with precision, creativity, and the finest ingredients. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was nothing short of artistic. Every bite showcased the chef’s passion and expertise, making it evident that this restaurant takes fine dining to the next level. A special mention goes to Antoine, the barman, who elevated our evening even further. His knowledge of cocktails is unparalleled, and his recommendations were spot on. Whether it was a classic cocktail with a unique twist or a custom creation tailored to our preferences, each drink was perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. His charisma, professionalism, and attention to detail made the experience even more memorable.

Le Sacristain is a charming eatery located in a former Wesleyan church, offering a unique dining experience. Additionally, the restaurant serves breakfast items such as soft-boiled eggs and home-style granola. With its nod to its roots and delightful ambiance, Le Sacristain provides a peaceful setting for enjoying homemade dishes.
This is the show of one woman. She is the cook, server, and the one who asks if you want a tea or coffee. She gives you free berries smoothies and tea during your wait, and a cookies before you leave the restaurant. Yes it will be a little bit slow because it is only her there on Sunday, but who wants to rush in this such a peaceful place? I get a crepe with blueberry and chocolate and it tastes very homemade, which makes the whole experience down to earth. Highly recommend!

Everything made from scratch from the dijon mustard vinaigrette to the crepe Bretonnes to the delectable (gooey-on-the-inside) heavenly brownies. And what a suited environment for it since the building was formerly a church. Despite being a one-woman-show on the afternoon we visited, the restaunteur had everything under control wearing many different hats that day (hostess, server, barista, bussing, cashier, and even chef!) all with a smile. Merci !
MARIFER E — Google review
Food was just fine, but the service is very, very, very slow, although there were not many customers. It took us one and a half hours for a lunch with crepes and salad. Our soupe and dessert were forgotten. At the end we asked for the cookies to take away as it took way too much time for a simple lunch.

We waited 10 min for someone to acknowledge us… others were served around us. No one seemed to care so we walked out. It wasn’t very busy so it was puzzling. The menu was simple

The place is very nice, 3 people were working the dining room and kitchen. The serving was very fast. The soupe felt very homemade, the crepes were wonderful.
Niame S — Google review
It has a very charming atmosphere and the servers were very nice, but there was consistent quality on the crepes we ordered as some were very hard and rigid. The glasses and pitchers throughout the restaurant were not clean. If they can fix their dishwasher and maybe get new eyeglass prescriptions they should be fine. It is a really sweet place.

Visitors can enjoy exploring this amazing historical site, which has been beautifully curated for their enjoyment. In addition to traditional museum exhibits, audio guides are available to enhance visitors' experiences and provide additional information about the estate's history.
Amazing history and so beautifully curated. Audio guides were the best !!

Unfortunately they really didn't utilize the wonderful history of the house. It should be set up in period with appropriate furniture and descriptions of life inside. Instead they have a modern and rather dry display of archeological techniques. Disappointing. At least they are part of the carte musées. If I paid for this separately I'd be pretty steamed. Plan on 10-15 minutes.

We had high hopes for this but unfortunately not what we expected! Echoing other recent reviews, there wasn't very much information of interest to us as the whole exhibition focused on bioarcheology. Was hoping for more highlights of the architecture, life at the time it was built, etc.

Galerie d'art du Parc is located within the historic Manoir de Tonnancour, a heritage building dating back to 1725. The gallery has a strong focus on contemporary art and local artists, with carefully curated installations that rival those found in major European galleries. Visitors can also enjoy the Sculpture Biennale organized by the gallery.
This little gem is certainly worth a visit! We were warmly greeted as soon as we entered, and they were so pleasant to talk to. It was nice to walk around, see the artwork, enjoy the architecture, and they also have a little area for infants and children. All for free! They do accept donations, but you certainly don’t feel pressured to donate if you don’t want to. They have a cute little café inside as well with some seating. They are very kid-friendly, with an area for children to do arts and crafts. They have a washroom and they also have a diaper changing station on the main floor. Not wheelchair accessible, but will accommodate a stroller, it just can’t go upstairs.

The food was delicious and interesting though the flavors for some courses were not cohesive. I ordered the wine pairing which seemed even more random with the flavors of the course. Besides that, the service was excellent and the scenery was beautiful looking out onto the river. Overall a good dining experience.

very nice fine dine dining experience at a very affordable price. You also have a great view of the river. Entrees are innovative and delicious, the combinations of ingredients work great. The mango cuts through the richness of the fois gras nicely without overpowering the flavor of duck. tartare has different accompanies on top, mushroom, jerky and fois, these ingredients really bring out the flavor of beef and provide different texture and taste, making each bit different. the main was a little bit diapointing, meat was chewy and flavor is...nothing special, but considering the price point, it is good enough.

Impressive huge church with lots of beautiful stained glass. They even have a cafe in the back towards the river. Nice grounds to walk around and lots of statues as well. They also have an RV campground next door that you can stay at with the fees taken as donations to the church. Pierre in the welcome center was very friendly and helpful.

Stopped by Our Lady of the Cape Sanctuary while passing through Trois-Rivières. The building itself is beautiful inside, and downstairs there’s a restaurant, clean restrooms, and a small gift shop. Right in front, there’s a big riverside park along the St. Lawrence River—great spot for a peaceful walk or even some fishing. Worth a quick stop if you’re in the area.

I love visiting churches with history and this one is a must. The symbolism and the story. It's a basilica for pilgrimage and attracts many pilgrims. But I was so blessed to walk into an empty peaceful basilica with my baby and I immediately felt like sounding and started humming... Guys, the acoustics are magical even my baby girl started making sounds ... We ended up singing and I wish someone had been at the organ to hear it. I would definitely want to come to a Christmas mass or concert. It was a bit dark inside but felt light.

The place is nice, but can improve the cleanliness, menus were very sticky and my glass of water had a taste. I was looking forward to go there because of the reviews and the food in the photos looks great, but in my experience the food wasn’t that good, just ok. I would still like to give it another chance and try the tacos

Stopped by this restaurant on our road trip and quite pleased with our dinner. The service was slow as it was great weather and the terrace was full. The presentation of the plates was amazing, and poke bowls were very fresh (could use a bit less vinegar though…the salmon poke bowl is a bit too sour for my taste). The nachos were amazing! (It’s a shame that they don’t have kids menu.) Overall, still a great experience.

A perfect evening. The food is very good, the dishes are very well balanced, the portions are the right size so you are neither overly full nor go home hungry and the wine selection fits the menue. We had the Oui!Go menu from our package from the hotel Oui!Go (also highly recommended!) and we were completely satisfied with it. The food is beautiful, tasty and the servers are great. There is lots of seafood, and as someone who is not big on seafood, i was so happy with my seafood choices, nothing was over cooked and rubbery, it was all well done and not one flavour was over powering or unpleasant. On Sunday's there is BBQ. The location is beautiful in old Trois-Rivieres, and you can really feel the old history in the building. I highly recommend this gem.

There's not actually that much to see, but you can feed the squirrels if you want; they'll eat right out of your hand. There's also a small pool and a really large playground for kids. The Moulin Seigneurial de Pointe-du-Lac, a replica of historic mills in the St. Lawrence River valley, offers visitors a glimpse into the region's milling history. The well-maintained 1765 building houses operational mill machinery and features a museum and gift shop. Visitors can tour the mill, observe the miller at work, and explore interpretive signs and short trails around the picturesque grounds.
This might just be my favorite museum of all of the choices on the Carte Musées. Terrific tour! Very interesting how they took a flour mill and added a saw mill using the same water power. On top of that there are a number of lovely hiking trails around if you have enough time for a promenade. I spent a couple of hours here!

Cute little landmark with trails and a small museum. If you're into local history, it's a fun stop on your way through the area.
Donna — Google review
I will only rate this as a wedding venue not as a museum. Just went there for a wedding last weekend. The venue is inside the mill. It’s small, old, unsafe, the floors are so crooked that we could hardly dance without loosing our balance. Bathroom are hard to access, nothing for elderlies or wheelchairs. Everything looks unsafe. The outdoors are nice to walk around if you’re dressed for it but not in a wedding attire. Also not enough parking near the main venue. It sucked! As a museum…. Have not visited it so I will abstain.
CAROLE C — Google review
For an historical landmark such as this one built in 1765, the building is incredibly well kept with landscape that welcomes. This mill is one of the very few left that has functioning mechanisms. All around, a very pleasant and educational visit. Note: very little parking spots available.

Michael M — Google review
Track announcer is a real joke when calling races, not professional at all. This sport died many years ago in Montreal when the Casino opened in 1993. Loto Quebec killed the horse racing industry in Montreal. No new owner was able to survive without getting a certain amount of slot machines to operate the racetrack, Loto Quebec wanted no competitors , therefore refused to give more slots to the new owner. Hippodrome 3R, is the only racetrack left in Quebec and is the oldest, dating back to the 1830's. The old Blue Bonnets was a real "Cadillac" racetrack in Montreal, and, an historic landmark, until the classless politicians decided to tear it down , shame on them! Hippodrome 3R is still racing, however it will never be has charming as the racetrack that was once on Jean-Talon and Decarie in Montreal

Beautiful layout great golf course only problem is it moves extremely slow every time I play it…. No marshal to speed things along they say 4hrs 30 mins buts its like 5 hours too many starting times bunched together makes for a round your just can’t groove on!! You think if you tee off in morning at 7:00 am you would fly but you hit the back and you sit and wait on every hole. Staff friendly and course beautiful just slow!!! Don’t cart you’ll fall asleep waiting

Salon de jeux de Trois-Rivières offers live band performances on Friday nights, with a recent tribute to The Beatles. The venue features numerous money machine games across two floors and now provides self-serve coffee, pop, and juice for free. Visitors can obtain a free privilege card to access amenities such as collecting points and holding their spot on the machines. While the casino is small and lacks a typical casino atmosphere, it does offer birthday gifts and money vouchers to celebrants.
Nice little Casino, there are 2 floors. Free parking

The worst casino... the worst experience. Never go there...very, very, very bad staff...a staff that does not respect customers... Be aware from Rachel and Eric ill tell my story We asked to fix the machine and i asked my girlfriend to bring a coffee for me while they are fixing the machine .. i asked a girl her Name Rachel (soooo rude girl ) to reserve it for my girlfriend and i insert 20 $ and i show her the Privilece CARD But she refused and she Wanted To reserve the machine to someone who came later and Because we dont speak french she doesnt want to reserve for us and she was talking so loud without respect I told her ..i have the right to reserve ..we were playing and i have a credit of 20 $ She pressed the bottom of cash out and gave a me the voucher of 20 $ ..i told her u have to show some respect And dont be rude ..i asked her to talk to the manager ..she refused and she called one of her coworkers..his name is Eric ..Eric was more rude than Rachel He asked to get out …you can imagine..he said 5 times u need to get out he tried to force me .. I was literally in shock...how could they treat customers with such rudeness...I have been going to Montreal casino regularly for 4 years and there were not any problems and we can speak English there. And u can go to withdraw money and u can ask someone to keep the machine for you for few minutes ‎‏Finally, I was able to meet an employee from Lotto Quebec. I explained to her what happened in details and asked her to review the cameras to verify the accuracy of my words. I knew from her that these rude employees do not work for Lotto Quebec. ..they work for Garda ..These employees insulted us. I will tell my story to every one Casino montreal is the best

I'm not big on gambling so my review is based on the fact that I don't see any benefit of gambling. Nice place, friendly staff and clean. By appointment only. To my point of view the machines should be disinfected more often after use. Lots of machines lots of noise very good place to loose your money to the government.

On friday nights , live bands on the second floor for free. Tonight was hommage à le Beatles. These guys were great! Lots of money machine games on both floors. They now have self serve coffee and pop / juice machines for free. You need a free privilege card if you have to go tobthe bathroom to hold your spot on the machine. But with free privileges member card you can also collect points.

A beautiful exhibit lasting about an hour that also provides information about the 12th Regiment. The Father Frédéric Janssoone Museum, OFM, is a captivating destination for those interested in the rich tapestry of early Quebec's religious history. This inspiring museum beautifully narrates the life and legacy of Father Frédéric Janssoone, a significant figure in the Catholic Church. Visitors can explore informative displays that delve into his remarkable journey and experiences during his time. The museum also features a simple chapel where one can reflect and pray, adding to its serene atmosphere.
Wonderful place of prayer! Miracle of the Eyes "While praying in the small church of Our Lady of the Cape, Father Desilets, Franciscan friar Father Frédéric Janssoone O.F.M, and a parishioner, Pierre Lacroix, all seemed to see the statue open its eyes. This impression continued for five or ten minutes while the two priests moved about the church to view the statue from different perspective to test whether this was an optical illusion." On 25 October 1988, Father Frédéric Janssoone, O.F.M. was beatified in Vatican City by Pope John Paul II.

Small museum close enough to walk from the Pierre Boucher museum, so I recommend doing both with the Carte Musées. It's in the basement of the church.
