Pampelonne Beach, located in Ramatuelle, is a renowned sandy stretch known for its exclusive beach restaurants, bars, and clubs. It offers a variety of dining experiences ranging from chic boho-inspired beach clubs to romantic Tuscan-inspired venues. Visitors can indulge in fresh seafood, Mediterranean classics, and gourmet creations by world-renowned chefs.
Spacious beach and amazing color of the water, private parking.

We visited Friday 22nd August and went to the naturist section which there are 2 off both are a right mix of n7de and textiles which is fine, but what really put us off was the people with dogs who did not lift the poos they just left them or even worse covered it with sand.
Ewan T — Google review
One of the best beaches in the Saint Tropez / Ramatuelle area. Just stunningly, but busy.
Paul D — Google review
It is a nice beach but beware bring water and anything else you may need. We had a reservation at Nikki Beach but before that all of the ‘beach clubs’ won’t really even let you buy water or a drink, and renting chairs at them is very expensive.
Burt H — Google review
Superb beach - totally clean water, nice waves, easy to walk in and all of the services you may need: ample parking (8 hours for roughly 20€, 30 min free), life savers services along the beach, an ice man running by with a cart and several clubs where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas plus have expensive lunches. Awesome place.
Thomas Z — Google review
Nice beach, lots of parking
Brian C — Google review
The beach Pampelonne Beach I visited today was absolutely splendid. The azure waters of the ocean were crystal clear and full of life. The pristine shores were immaculate, and the velvety sand felt luxurious under my feet. Not a single rock could be found anywhere, enhancing the beach's allure. I highly recommend this beach as a must-visit destination.

Really beautiful beach! Color of water is gorgeous, it’s soo warm and clean. Everywhere ships. Beach clubs on the left and right, very convenient. Not soo crowded. Recommend that spot.

Le Club 55 is a renowned beachfront gastrobar in St. Tropez, known for its chic and clubby vibe. Initially a humble hut, it has transformed into the most stylish private beach in the area over the past 50 years. The sky-blue sun loungers are frequented by celebrities and supermodels, while live music sets the tone for a lively beach party atmosphere in the evenings. Nearby, La plage des Salins offers charming waterfront dining.
I had a nice time here with my friend. We stayed on the beach and after had a meal at the restaurant. The stuff was very nice and professional, the service was smooth from the begging till the end. The food was very simple but good quality. I was expecting something more unique. But it was fun like you eating somewhere in the village with a 5* service and chic! The atmosphere was very happy and cool. I will go back, but I’ll choose something more interesting for the main cours then plat de jour. Very good for the family and friends groups lunch!
Daria C — Google review
It's very crowded in the restaurant. Chaotic at times with all the waiters and people and singers. We sat closer to the beach, which was nicer. The food is ok. We lived the grilled sea bass and the artichoke. The rest was ok. The beach they have is also very nice with a nice gift shop. There is valet parking for free.
Yuval K — Google review
Disappointed as this was very hyped on social media and trip site reviews. Bland food. Bland veal Milanese, bland pasta (terrible), bland frites. The food came out very quickly, suggesting that it was already prepared—gross! And €16 water is ridiculous. Overhyped and underdelivered. However, the dessert was good, although extremely overpriced (€24 per plate). Will not return. BEACH CLUB: Will also not return. It’s cushions on the floor…no elevation.
Nicole — Google review
You come here for the vibes but the food is also surprisingly good. I would probably stick to shellfish here as my husband loved his mussels but my fish was a bit tough even though it was cooked on a skewer. Artichokes and the green salad were great and of course the live music and ambiance is just unmatched. Service is a bit slow but I don’t blame the staff as the place is clearly always busy.
Tara — Google review
What can you say that hasn’t been said before …. Spent the day here on the beach and then had a looooong and leisurely lunch. Beautifully effortless place to spend the day to enjoy the sun ☀️ and a delicious lunch. Can’t wait to go back and would recommend to anyone who wants to experience a classic Saint Tropez beach club
Darryl N — Google review
Honestly this place is very very sadly there only for the atmosphere. And even this got worse. Tables were very close together so you cannot go to the toilet without asking other seating guests to let someone through. The food and service is just nothing more than a catastrophe. ‘Home made fries’ cold. Sole grilled cold. Chicken far away from tasty. Really?!? It was soooo poor of taste and optic. Waiters were inattentive. Unfortunately there is nothing more to add.
Phil — Google review
Got to the beach club bright and early, with a reservation so I could get a spot directly on the front row. The club doesn’t provide towels, so visitors are subjected to buying the 100 euro ones in the gift shop. Because of this, vendors stalk this beach club the entire day, offering to sell towels. Between 10am-11am, there were maybe 5 people there, and the man stood directly in front of me, ruining my view, texting on his phone, waiting for more visitors to arrive. He then spent there entire day walking up and down our section of beach, soliciting. I took a walk passed 4 other beach clubs and none of them had this happening, presumably because Le Club 55 has the highest end clientele, but also because they famously don’t have towels when you rent chairs. I was not alone in being annoyed by this, and the number of vendors grew by the end of the day, including a couple who walk by offering massages and others had dresses and jewelry. But nothing is like the towel guys, who literally stand in your view THE ENTIRE DAY, offering towels to the same people who clearly already have towels and haven’t moved. As I tried to nod off around 3, two of them were talking loudly between themselves, about 10 yards away from each other, totally killing the relaxing sounds of the waves. I was very surprised to be at what is supposed to be the most exclusive private beach club in the French Riviera and not have management ask them to move along.
R. G — Google review
This is a pretty nice restaurant although for the prices I’d expect much better quality. It’s nice to have home grown vegetables and things- you can tell the owners are into the farm to table philosophy- but it is overpriced.

Chapelle Sainte-Anne, nestled in a pine grove on Mont Pecoulet near Saint-Tropez, was built in 1618 and has been a place of pilgrimage for sailors seeking protection from St. Anne before their voyages. The chapel offers a magnificent view of St. Tropez and the bay, making it a peaceful and charming spot to visit. However, access can be challenging due to narrow roads, with limited parking available at the foot of the chapel.
As far as views and small parks go this is a lovely spot to just take it all in. The view stretches far and you get a good view of the beaches and water. definitely recommend a stop here if your by the main city it’s not too far. by car it’s really fast and there is some parking as well which makes it easy. The chappell is cool and is a great addition to the whole aesthetic and energy there. i went once at night to look at the stars and that was also exceptional. overall go day or night and you will enjoy the lights and scene

(Translated by Google) Located on the heights of the Saint-Tropez city, it seems to be little visited by the hordes of tourists who visit the village of stars, as it is located about 2 km from the center. If you go there on foot, be aware that the road is quite steep and you must remain vigilant for traffic as there are few sidewalks. Almost before arriving, Google Maps will tell you to take the left lane to reach the chapel, but at this fork, it's better to take the right one, as the road is less busy and quieter. Once you arrive, you'll realize that the journey was worth it, as you'll enjoy a magnificent and breathtaking view of the pretty village and its surroundings. And it's not every day that you get to visit a chapel where Mick Jagger got married in 1971... 😉 BE CAREFUL: This chapel is often closed (but that doesn't detract from the view). We were lucky because it was open two days before the Heritage Days.

Lighthouse Cape Camarat, a whitewashed structure from the early 19th century, sits on a protected promontory and is the second highest lighthouse in France. It offers stunning views over the bay and provides access to the Bonnes Terrasse beach below. Visitors can also take longer walks along the coast or explore nearby attractions like Chateau Volterra and wineries for wine tasting.

The lighthouse is located on a military complex and therefore off limits. There is also not really any view of the ocean. There is however a trail here that has awesome views.

Restaurant La Ponche, located in the Old Town of Saint-Tropez, offers a Mediterranean culinary experience with a focus on fresh local fish and original vegetables. The iconic hotel's dining room and sundeck provide stunning views of the ocean, making it an ideal spot to enjoy a sunset in St. Tropez. The restaurant is known for its elegant and inventive cuisine, which was favored by Bridgitte Bardot.
Really lovely meal after a long day of travel. Every staff member I spoke to had a smile on their face and a warm offer of assistance. The Plein Soleil no-alcohol cocktail was quite refreshing. To start I had the blue fin crudo with burrata foam, following by the gnochetti with shell fish (mercifully already out of the shell). The desserts looked good but I simply had an espresso to finish my delicious dinner. The meal was also an opportunity to see the beautiful interiors by Fabrizio Casiraghi. I’m working with his firm on a project and so it was good to see another realized project in person. Highly recommend.
S B — Google review
The portions are ridiculously small. We ordered zucchini flowers for 20€ and got one zucchini flower (see photo). The main dish was also relatively small though not ridiculous. They provide plenty of carbs such as bread and rice to fill you as the food is a joke. Avoid like the plague! The flavors are really quite good but nothing that you will remember.
Alex G — Google review
Really good food! And loved the atmosphere and not crazy price. Try the fish soup and tuna with watermelon
San T — Google review
Generally disappointed with dinner. Staying at the hotel with one other person and was excited to eat dinner here. Ordered the beef tenderloin medium rare amongst other starters and main courses. Starters and the risotto were good. Beef tenderloin was raw on the inside and seared on the outside. I am generally ok with my beef more on the rare side of medium rare but there was no denying it was completely raw on the inside. I ate the pieces I could and had some of the other main course. I informed the wait staff and to their credit they asked several times if I wanted it to be put back on the grill. I declined because when paying €64 for beef I would assume it would be properly cooked. I did not complain and simply asked for the bill. No adjustments were made and I paid full price. I was thanked for my service and left. I wasn’t expecting a comped meal as I ate most of it and refused to have it put back on the grill but overall was disappointed in the service and the outcome as it detracted from an otherwise decent meal and experience. **EDIT** I would like to add that after this review one of the restaurant managers spoke with me in person as I was leaving the hotel. She apologized for the error and offered compensation. I appreciate the attentiveness from the staff.
Michael S — Google review
The food was good and there were kid friendly options if needed. The service was excellent as well. Also the atmosphere was very nice and it was near the port of Saint-Tropez, and you get a view on the sea if you have a good table.
Charles V — Google review
During one of the busiest weeks of the year in St Tropez, La Ponche truly impressed us. We’d booked dinner for 8 pm but I misremembered the time — the hostess called to check, graciously rescheduled us, and later found us a perfect front-row terrace table overlooking the bay. When on our subsequent approach, we struggled to find parking anywhere in town, she immediately offered the hotel’s valet service, saving the evening. Superb, friendly service (rare in mid-August here) and excellent food and drinks. Highly recommended!
R R — Google review
I’ve been coming here since I was a child and it has always been a family tradition to return every year. Compared to many other restaurants in St. Tropez, this place still holds a special charm for me it carries an authentic, non-commercial touch. That said, the service unfortunately falls short of what it should be. The staff tend to treat guests as if they are just passing tourists who won’t return, rather than valued customers. There is no real explanation of the dishes, no one checking in to ask how the food is, and no attention to whether the wine or water needs refilling. It’s such a pity, because with better service the experience could truly match the beauty and authenticity of the setting. You could do so much better if you truly care about this place. It deserves to shine again, in the spirit of Madame Duckstein.

With 734 moorings spread over two basins, the port offers an impressive spectacle of dream yachts. It hosts various nautical events such as regattas and races that pay tribute to the area's maritime history.
As a child, I grew up watching Louis de Funès, especially the iconic Gendarme series. Saint-Tropez is a glamorous coastal town on the French Riviera, known for its beautiful beaches, historic charm, and luxurious lifestyle. Once a small fishing village, Saint-Tropez became famous in the mid-20th century, thanks to celebrities and artists drawn to its scenic beauty and unique atmosphere. The town’s history dates back to the Roman era, and it has a rich cultural heritage, evident in its architecture and landmarks. If you’re visiting, start with Vieux Port (Old Port), where you can admire luxury yachts alongside traditional fishing boats. The colorful waterfront is lined with cafes and restaurants, perfect for soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Don’t miss La Ponche, the historic old quarter that showcases the original charm of Saint-Tropez with narrow, winding streets and quaint buildings. Another must-visit is the Citadel of Saint-Tropez, a fortress offering panoramic views of the town and sea, along with a maritime museum that highlights the area’s seafaring history. Finally, take some time to relax on Pampelonne Beach, known for its clear waters and upscale beach clubs, making it a quintessential Saint-Tropez experience. This town perfectly combines historical allure with modern luxury, making it a memorable destination on the French Riviera.

I heard so much about St Tropez that I skipped other places just to be here. It was very unfortunate that it wasn't as I expected. We took a ferry from Nice on Tuesday. There was town market at the market square. I didn't find anything really special there. Of course there were rows of high end boutiques and shops for those who go for branded goods. The self operated public toilet which cost 50 cent was very dirty. The only cafe we found was the one near the market square. There were many restaurants at the port. Personally, will not be going there again.

La Tarte Tropézienne Pâtisserie Viennoiserie Sandwicherie Pain is a renowned delicacy that has become a symbol of St. Tropez's gastronomy. Created in 1955 by Polish baker Alexandre Micka, this sandwich cake features a round brioche filled with an indulgent orange-flower flavored cream and topped with generous sugar grains.
A visit to Saint-Tropez wouldn’t be complete without tasting this creamy, decadent pastry that perfectly embodies the luxurious charm of the French Riviera The famous Tarte Tropézienne—a soft, sugar-topped brioche filled with a creamy custard—is an absolute treat, and it truly lives up to the hype. Created by Alexandre Micka in 1955, this pastry quickly gained fame after Brigitte Bardot fell in love with it during the filming of And God Created Woman and suggested its now-iconic name. It’s a delicious piece of history! The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting, with a stylish yet traditional French bakery feel. You can sense the dedication to preserving the legacy of this dessert. The service was friendly and efficient, though it can get busy given its popularity. Along with the classic Tarte Tropézienne, they offer other flavors and a variety of pastries, making it a delightful stop for anyone with a sweet tooth. Whether you’re a fan of history, baking, or just great desserts, this bakery offers a memorable experience that captures the charm of Saint-Tropez.

I wanted to like this place — everything looked great. While walking around St. Tropez, we came across one of their bakeries. We weren’t hungry but decided to try something small and saw a sign: cookies, 2 for €5.50. But when we went to pay, the price suddenly changed to €6. I mentioned the sign, and the girl at the counter instantly denied it. She didn’t even check — just kept saying no, with a cold, mean expression like we were causing trouble. After insisting, they quietly removed the sign. That felt shady and dishonest. What made it worse was the vibe — we were the only Asians there, and the way we were treated felt off. Unfriendly, dismissive, and like we weren’t welcome. Later, we saw the exact same sign (2 for €5.50) at another La Tarte location in St. Raphaël — so clearly, we weren’t wrong. Disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

A Saint-Tropez icon that lives up to its reputation! The classic brioche-and-cream Tarte Tropézienne is divine, and the café’s atmosphere is bright and welcoming. A perfect stop between shopping and sightseeing and a bite of local history in every slice.

For me it was a must to try as it’s the most famous dessert from Saint Tropez. It’s good to try but… for me no effect wow. It was good, I got 3 small ones with different flavors. Probably if I am there again I will give another try but… really there is no wow effect. The staff were friendly and helpful. Maybe next time I will go to a family patisserie not to a franchise one.

2 stars for the cakes which were nice. Less nice was the price for 2 coffees and 2 pieces of cake - 29€. Beware that if you eat in, you almost pay double the price that is shown in the store. There was an information on the table saying unspecifically that the price for eating-in is different to the prices shown in the store. At no point you would expect such an immense difference. In 2 weeks we haven´t seen higher that anywhere else in France - welcome to St-Tropez rip-off.

Bagatelle St. Tropez is a chic beachfront restaurant and lounge bar known for its French classics, seafood dishes, and cocktails. It's a lively hub that attracts influencers and A-listers, offering an authentic Mediterranean cuisine and an intoxicating atmosphere that enchants yacht charter guests. The restaurant serves up popular dishes like Carpaccio of sea bass and Jivara chocolate pizzetta with caramelized Piemont hazelnuts.
You have to love bagtelle for what it is - an insanely expensive, stunningly aesthetic, bougie spot for a daytime rager. We came for a family lunch. The food was beautifully presented, tasty, but small small portions for the price. The drinks were excellent. Service was friendly. Once party hour started, we moved to the bar area which was also super fun. The party was so fun, I can't imagine there would be a better spot to dance and day drink anywhere else.
Jen Y — Google review
From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming but attentiveness didn’t carry through the entire visit, however the lively atmosphere more than made up for it. The space is quite tight, which made the dining setup feel a bit cramped, and our food presentation reflected that slightly messy and not so tasty. This place is definitely more about the vibe than the food. With people dancing on tables and having fun it can also feel awkward if you're trying to focus on eating. The energy that Bagatelle has is, in my humble opinion, the best in the whole world. The service, food, and vibe are simply on an extraterrestrial level. From the first minute to the last, they are devoted to you in every sense, from the quality of the food to the outstanding service, in my opinion the top 5 restaurants in Europe! Greetings from Croatia and I wish you all the best!

Our first time at Bagatelle St. Tropez and it won’t be our last! We were celebrating a friend’s birthday and everything was spot on — fantastic food, great service, and an electric atmosphere. The later seating with the DJ really made the afternoon. Big thanks to the whole team!

We always love coming here. It’s a party and such a great time. Cool multi generational music sets that Makes you want to get up and dance. Such a cool and fun vibe. Of course there are a bunch of posers too but that’s part of the great people watching. I go to Bagatelle all over the world. Worth the splurge. This time we got the pool loungers which are comfy beds with umbrellas. Was nice to chill here too

The Annonciade Museum, housed in a 16th-century chapel, showcases an impressive collection of post-Impressionist paintings dating from 1890 to 1950. This former chapel of the White Penitent order features works by renowned artists such as Matisse, Derain, and Marquet. The museum is a testament to Saint-Tropez's significance as an avant-garde center in the early 20th century.
This little gem of a museum is right on the sea-front. It looks over the port of St Tropez. Paintings by famous impressionists depict that same port. The scenery in the paintings contrasts massively with the port today. Brigitte Bardot made the town famous, but for sure she could not have expected that her beauty would attract such huge oversized yachts registered in tax free havens to come and squeeze into that little fishing port.
Aliki — Google review
Unfortunately while I was visiting the ground floor was closed due to the preparation for the temporary exhibition. But a charming little collection of impressionist paintings on the second floor is very corresponding to the spirit of Saint Tropez city
Petite P — Google review
Housed in a former 16th-century chapel just steps from the port, the museum feels intimate yet filled with artistic treasures that capture the spirit of the Riviera. A small but incredible collection from the late 19th to mid-20th century and brings together works by painters who were drawn to Saint Tropez for its Mediterranean light. It includes vibrant examples of Pointillism, Fauvism, and the Nabis movement. Seeing paintings by Paul Signac, Henri Matisse, Pierre Bonnard, Georges Braque, and Raoul Dufy in one place is already remarkable, but what impressed me most was discovering the early work of Francis Picabia. His luminous Vue de la Citadelle de Saint Tropez offers a softer, almost nostalgic vision of the town, very different from the avant-garde style he later became known for. Must see and is right at the Harbour in Saint Tropez

Not extravagant experience but real educational and informative. If you love history, paintings and culture, visiting this place will add more knowledge to your brain. Indulge with culture and history of St.Tropez visiting this Museum for 1 hour is a must! It will highlight your tour in French Riviera!

Chapel-turned-museum, Musee de l’Annonciade displayed amazing artwork by French artists like Signac, Marquet, Matisse and Rouault. Not the biggest museum and it felt more like an art gallery, but it remained a must visit while in Saint-Tropez.

The Annonciade Museum, located in Saint-Tropez, France, is renowned for its impressive collection of modern art, particularly works from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Established in 1986, the museum showcases pieces by artists associated with the Fauvism movement, such as Henri Matisse and André Derain, as well as other prominent figures like Paul Signac and Georges Braque. The museum is housed in a former chapel, which adds a unique architectural charm to the art viewing experience. It not only highlights the evolution of modern art but also emphasizes the artistic significance of the French Riviera, attracting art lovers and tourists alike. The exhibits often rotate, providing fresh insights into the works and the artists featured. Cap Camarat is a stunning headland with sandy beaches, hiking paths, and a lighthouse offering breathtaking bay views. The lighthouse, built in 1831, stands as the second highest in South France but unfortunately cannot be climbed. Visitors are advised to wear good walking shoes for the steep descent and slippery sand grains along the trail. The path is well-marked and easily accessible from Saint-Tropez, making it a must-see natural spectacle just 20 minutes away.

Allow 1 hour to the islet and return. (Original) Très belle vue mais attention aux genoux, descente bien escarpée. Par endroits gros grains sables donc glissade. La Réserve à la Plage is a refined seaside establishment located on the Pampelonne beach, brought to life by Michel Reybier in collaboration with renowned designer Philippe Starck. This private beach of the luxury hotel La Reserve Ramatuelle offers a bohemian chic ambiance with lounge chairs and tables in the sand, creating an elegant yet relaxed setting.
La Réserve à la Plage is without a doubt the best beach club I’ve ever been to — it was truly exceptional in every way. The beach itself is stunning, with soft, golden sand that feels luxurious and gentle underfoot (no pebbles at all!). The sunbeds were very comfortable, and the view of the crystal-clear blue sea was just breathtaking. It felt calm, exclusive, and beautifully serene — exactly what you’d hope for in St. Tropez. We had the 3:00 PM lunch seating and ordered the guacamole, feta watermelon salad, artichoke, and a pasta — and every single dish was absolutely delicious. The vibe was elegant and tranquil, with a great DJ playing music that set the tone perfectly — present but never overpowering. It was such a relaxing experience. Booking the sunbeds needs to be done in advance by phone, which is pretty standard for St. Tropez beach clubs, and the price was around €85 per bed. In total, we spent about €400 for three people including lunch and sunbeds — not cheap, but definitely worth it for the quality and overall experience. If I had one small critique, it would be the changing facilities — I expected something a bit more luxurious (maybe private showers), but there was only one open shower, one changing room, and two toilets. That said, a surprising plus was that the toilets had a shatafa/bidet hose, which was a nice and rare touch in beach clubs. The service was excellent, the staff were warm and attentive, and the Loro Piana-inspired Mediterranean color palette really elevated the aesthetic — everything just felt so thoughtfully designed and high-end. On a sunny day, it was nothing short of perfect. I would absolutely come back next time I’m in St. Tropez — 100% recommend!

Very bad service👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 We booked a table at 12:30pm for lunch for 8 people. We ordered lots of food and it was good but expensive. So everything was going pretty well until we were done eating halfway and relaxed a little bit looking at the view. Then waiters suddenly took our plates food without asking if we were done around 1:35pm. I tried to stop them. However, they started rushing us and said they had second round and told us to leave at 2:15pm. I understand they have a second round but they should inform us when we did the booking or when we arrived the restaurant or ordering the food. So we couldn’t finish our food and had to pack.

The beach is absolutely amazing. The staff are outstanding. I’ve honestly never experienced service this good. Every little detail is taken care of, and you really feel like you’re getting the full princess treatment. They constantly check in to make sure everything is perfect, and they truly do everything for you. The setting itself is stunning: calm, no annoying music, super clean, and with top-notch facilities. Everything was just flawless a truly unforgettable experience
Adelina — Google review
We visited the restaurant yesterday. Honestly, it all got off to a bit of a rocky start. The two young ladies at the reception desk were not the most amenable when it came to requesting a table. They just said that second service would be at 3.30pm and it was only 1.45pm. I did however request to use the bathroom and they were happy for me to do so especially as presently I have difficulty walking unaided. On leaving the restaurant I bumped into who I presume is one of the senior managers at the restaurant, Charlotte, and she was amazing. She clearly explained that they were presently open for lunch and not just drinks which was perfect for us as were planning to get a bite to eat as well. From there on in, our experience was excellent. We ordered the Basi Spritz and a detox juice. The Spritz was on the sweet side but packed a punch. I had to add quite a lot of water to dilute the alcohol and sweetness but probably better that than a weak tasting insipid cocktail. The detox juice was presented very well in a mini patron bottle and was full of goodness especially beetroot. The Niçoise salad was fresh and I think the tuna was confited which made it succulent in and preserved the richness of the flavour. The vegetables and tomatoes were equally fresh and full of flavour. This was accompanied by the halloumi served on a bed of hummus. The halloumi pieces were of a decent thickness and grilled to ensure that they did not go rubbery and turn into squeaky cheese which is so off putting. Being on holiday, this all had to be accompanied by shoestring truffle fries! - a prerequisite of all vacations! It was a very quick meal as we had to get to our destination but we really enjoyed our time at La Reserve. It could have been such a different experience had I not bumped into Charlotte so I guess this review is totally down to her - bravo!!

What a day at a nice relaxing beach! The staff was great. We parked at the main parking lot, a 5 minute walk away, but what’s nice is that they have a buggy that can take you from the parking lot to the beach, very convenient and considerate. The beds are super comfy and beach service was quick. At lunch, same thing! We had the paella, so yummy. Artichoke as a starter was also great with three different dips. It was refreshing to be somewhere more relaxing rather than a loud place.
Lulu A — Google review
Pushy service at the restaurant. We were still eating some bread with butter and the waiter removed the plate I was eating from. Food was ok, a bit mediocre for the price point. The service at the beach was better. Comfortable beach chairs and towels. Music at the club was nice, however, the music from Verde beach (by far the tackiest place we went in Ramatuelle) next door is so loud that it overrules the vibe at La reserve a la plage. All in all I was not wowed.
Evan — Google review
Didn't eat here as we had lunch reservations at Nikki Beach, so no comments on the food. I felt like we were originally told there were no beach beds available because we had a kid with us. The only reason we were eventually offered a bed was because my friend and the manager had mutual friends. That's unacceptable. The place is beautiful, no doubt about it, but the initial interaction was a turn-off. The atmosphere is kinda boring compared to the other clubs around. I think I'll pass for next time.

A really lovely little enjoyable museum. Not only the displayed specimens are beautiful, but they are arranged on the paintings mr. Lartigue has done, giving an extra "ooomph" to the exibit. Also the history of the creator is quite interesting. Multi-talented and a passionate bloke.

Super little butterfly museum on a backstreet. Set on two floors, ground floor has amazing displays, upper floor more academic. The museum is little and we went in Sept 2014. It was 3 euros entry, a very modest price and it does reflect how small it is but it is interesting. Yes, there are no actual live butterflies but that is to be expected up a small backstreet in St Tropez.

Our experience was unfortunately mediocre. While the service was commendable, we were disappointed by the food quality, especially given the high price tag. Most dishes were very average and bland, failing to meet our expectations. Considering the cost, it simply wasn't worth it. Portions was generous but all in all, it fell short of delivering the value we anticipated.

We went to the cafe to eat lunch, we have been coming for many many years. Just really disappointing what happened as we had a lovely time and meal as usual. Then the bill came and the waiter asked ‘ would you like to add a tip? ‘ which we thought was alittle strange as in France tips are included in the service charge. He then carried on to say yes we split the cost so for example I would only get 30 p etc. So we decided to be nice and give a tip even though we didn’t understand service charge not being included. Then upon paying and receiving the receipt it said printed (in French) service charge included !!!! So this waiter who thought we were just tourists and didn’t think we can read and understand French had tried to make us pay more thinking he would get away with it. We didn’t mention anything to him / going to let it slide but honestly this is just awful taking advantage of tourists like that.. we were really disappointed and shocked.

Nestled between the stunning Cap Camarat and Cap Taillat, Plage de l'Escalet is a picturesque haven featuring a series of three beaches that seamlessly blend sand and pebbles. Each beach is separated by charming rounded rocks, creating an intimate atmosphere. The closest beach to the parking area tends to attract crowds during peak summer months; however, those willing to explore further around the bay will find more tranquil spots.
Too Little spot, getting packed quickly, but possible To hike around and find another spot either in rocks or in small places between cliffs. Perfect possibility of hiking and swimming) dogs allowed, which is awesome 🙌

Beautiful sandy beach, stunning completely clear turquoise water! There is WC, shower and parking.

Came in afternoon. Was very lucky to score a parking spot as the place was packed! Beach crowded and quite rocky to get to. Showers are not working. Water was clear and relaxing. Not much to see if snorkelling around the rock faces.

Best beach in the area. Free, shallow, very convenient to get to, if you want to park tho, get there early. we walked and the hill back out is a 7% so be warned. Lots of families with small kids, dogs are allowed but only on leads and there is no shade so it’s a bit cruel to bring them here. 2 snack vans and ice cream seller. Only thing that spoilt it on this trip was groups of local teenagers dropping rubbish but unfortunately that happens everywhere I guess, some people just can’t appreciate how beautiful where they live is.

A wonderful beach that you want to return to, I recommend it

Beautiful beach, but can be pretty crowded in high season. Parking will also be difficult. Arriving early will prevent a lot of these troubles. Unfortunatly, due to its location there is a higher risk of jellyfish!

A great beach for those who llike swimming and snorkeling. Our favorite site near Ramatuelle and Saint-Tropez. You can walk a little further up the parking towards Cap Taglliat and then down the path to enter a beatifull small beach with even better conditions for snorkeling. Enjoy.

It's a very good place to have fun, everything was delicious, I especially liked the "NIKKI BEACH'S FAMOUS CHICKEN SATAY". The waiters are very funny and polite. One note I have is about the toilet cleaners. I asked to charge my phone and they asked me for money, I didn't have cash and I told them that I would pay by card. They refused me and did not even charge my phone. I think this behavior is not suitable for your facility and I hope it won't happen again on the next visit. This is the only reason why I give you a relatively low rating. Thank you
Ani K — Google review
Beautiful spot as Nikki Beach is generally renowned for, with bohemian-chic decor, and a relaxed but luxe atmosphere. The food was honestly one of the best I've had in SoF, good food, in my opinion, is a commodity in this region! Service... huumm... the security guy at the door was exceptionally rude and dismissing, disgraceful behaviour for such a beautiful place. The hostess was lovely and the wait staff were nice enough but rushed from table to table. Not really taking the time to deliver "The Nikki Beach" experience. I've been to a few of these and this particular one was definitely my least favourite.

Ohhhhh Nikki Beach. Today the place lived up to its name. Everything perfect. Service unbeliavable, food was extremely good and armosphere unparalelled. We had such a great time there.

One of the best beach experience ever ! I had so much fun, also coctails are very good. If you want a beach party in St Tropez, it must be first destination .
Ayşe Ç — Google review
I arrived late and did not try the food, so my review concerns only the place itself. I was really surprised: there is not even a sea view. The whole club is fenced off, so you could just as well place it in the middle of a field or desert — it would make no difference. For me, a beach club means enjoying the sea, but here you only see walls and also trees. Honestly, I don’t understand why people choose to rent beds there instead of walking 100m through the dunes to reach the actual beach clubs by the sea, where DJ sets and nice atmosphere are also offered.
Anastasiia — Google review
Great Vibes and Atmosphere – Just a Bit Pricey ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic time at Nikki Beach in St. Tropez — the energy, the music, and the setting are exactly what you’d expect from a world-famous beach club. The decor is beautiful, the crowd is stylish, and the whole place gives off that luxurious summer vibe. The food and drinks were delicious (especially the sushi platters and rosé), and the staff were mostly friendly and attentive, even during the busy hours. It’s a great spot to celebrate with friends or enjoy a lively afternoon under the sun. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the price — it’s definitely on the expensive side, even for St. Tropez. You’re paying for the brand and the scene, which is fine as long as you know what to expect.
Ilona S — Google review
Not worth a visit ! We went for lunch , food was less than average. Overpriced compared to the quality No vibes, it was a boring DJ. Also once we ordered the bill, the waiter asked if he could round it up ( which is not normal)

Cabane Bambou is a beach cabana that offers a unique dining experience with its Asian-inflected seafood, delectable pizzas, and hearty burgers. The venue exudes tranquility with a serene swimming pool and an inviting patio. It provides an unforgettable dining experience with a variety of fine beers and entertainment options such as live music. Located on the beach of Pampelonne, it offers Japanese-influenced dinner options along with classic Mediterranean cuisine for lunch.
Cabane Bambou is a beautiful place to enjoy the gorgeous view, great food and wines, to relax, read a good book or write one, inspired by the great ambience. I love the oysters, the tuna tartar and Coquilles Saint Jaques as well as the catches of the day. You must try the spinach with mushrooms - an excellent combination as a side dish. Delicious also the sautéed broccoli as a main course for veggie lovers (you share it as a side dish). The ambiance is stylish and cosy at the same time, inside as well as at outside. In December we first enjoyed the sun on the terrace and then later the coffee in front of the lovely fireplace. The x-mas decoration was awesome – exotic and simply beautiful. The service is excellent; all the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. A great placed to be also in the winter time – we will come back in summer!
Tomcat S — Google review
We’ve been coming to Cabane Bambou for several years, and it never disappoints. It’s become our tradition to stop here as soon as we arrive on the Côte d’Azur. The staff at the restaurant are always friendly and attentive, and the relaxed atmosphere with a nice mix of people makes it a perfect start to the holiday. We love the menu — especially the octopus, which remains a favorite — and the house rosé is always a hit. Service is quick, and everything feels easy and effortless. We also enjoy renting a day bed at the beach, where the service and comfort are just as great. What really made this last visit special: we could bring our one-year-old dog! There were several other dogs around, and even the owner has a puppy. Watching them play on the beach was such a joy. At the restaurant, our dog sat calmly with us in the shade — no issues at all. All in all, the quality and pricing feel very fair compared to other beach clubs in Pampelonne. We’ll keep coming back!
Elisa — Google review
Chill vibes. If you’re looking to avoid the sound of bass pounding through speakers at the other beach bars then come here. Really relaxed energy, excellent cocktails, good food. Nice place to be during the day.
Ally F — Google review
Love, LOVE Cabane Bambou! While on our favs list for few summers now, this year, it catapulted to the very top. There are many beach clubs and restaurant options along the beautiful Pampelonne, but honestly this year, we found ourselves asking, “why aren’t we at Bambou” when frequenting other spots (well, really only one other, but this review isn’t about throwing shade to others). Why do we love it? Under Edmond and Edgar’s leadership, the vibe, layout, service, and the food —especially the food options at the beach bar—make a day at Cabane Bambou a literal slice of heaven. Also, extra props to Léo for ensuring each visit was extraordinarily special. Plus Ange’s mad cocktail skills and everyone else! Merci pour tout!

Since it has been rebuilt it has lost a bit of his charm (not by choice, it was required by law to be pushed back further away from the land). However it is still a great looking beach and restaurant. The food is truly excellent (this is why we like to go there) and the staff although with many young people is really great. The beach part is also very nice. It is one my my favorite 'non-party' beach and I highly recommend it for a day where you want to chill and enjoy simple yet great food.

Located in the picturesque village of Belgentier, Église Paroissiale Notre Dame de l'Assomption is a stunning architectural gem built in 1616. Its distinctive Italian Renaissance-style dome led to its classification as a historical monument in the late 1980s. The terracotta-colored tower of this Baroque-style church rises prominently above St. Tropez and houses the bust of Saint Torpes for the annual procession.
It is a church located in the center of Saint Tropez and is the symbol of the village. But not the church in general, but more specifically its colorful bell tower! The bell tower dominates over the houses of Saint Tropez while arriving by boat and is visible from many points within the village. Around the church there are many restaurants and shops.

Rooms and decor need updating as do the beds. We would have expected a better room based on the price we paid. The carpet was very worn and was dated. It was a great location but really not worth the price.

Great location right at the water. It is easy to walk anywhere from the hotel. The staff -- at reception, in the restaurant, the concierge -- are kind and professional and willing to help with anything. The restaurant has delicious food, and the bar has some interesting cocktails. My room was spacious and huge, spotlessly cleaned every day, beautifully decorated. It's also the small things, from the stationary in the room to the seal press with the initials of the actor/musician/artist in whose room you are staying. Wonderful hotel. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had lunch at the restaurant. The food is really nice, no complaints there. But when we were paying the bill, we checked with our very inexperienced waitress (she was clearly in training still) if it was indeed “Service Compris”, which we had noticed indicated on the menu. Immediately a more experienced waitress jumped on the situation and we were sort of bullied into adding an additional tip. We should have ignored her I suppose but it got unpleasant and we didn’t want to make a scene. Spoiled the meal a bit.

We had a brilliant time being guided around the vineyard by Olivier. His English was excellent and he taught us loads of things about how wine is created. We even got to taste at least six wines with cheese, bread, and meats after the tour. I would 100% recommend. Thanks Olivier!

I was visiting St Tropez and didn't make it in time for their tasting, so I just came for dinner. This is not a restaurant so don't expect more than dips and finger foods, but it was still good. Wine is where they shine, as they should. I had a glass of their rolle, which is a Provencal version of vermentino. Amazing. Don't miss this one because it's not a rose. They also had champagne which they kindly and accurately acknowledged is not theirs, but recommended it. That was excellent too. Overall, I had nice evening in beautiful surroundings and excellent French wine. Recommended

We stopped at Château des Marres in Ramatuelle because it looked so beautiful from the road while we were driving. The winery itself is stunning, and you can really feel the charm of the surroundings. Unfortunately, our excitement ended quickly. We ordered a cheese and ham plate, but almost immediately wasps began swarming our table. One even stung our granddaughter. It was impossible to sit back, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere or the wine. It’s very unpleasant when you come expecting a peaceful experience and instead feel like you’re in the wrong place. If ham attracts wasps so strongly, why is it included on the charcuterie board at all? The service also left a lot to be desired. The hostess was unwelcoming — she simply brought the plate, set it down without a word or even a smile, and left, without providing small plates for us to use. This lack of hospitality created a very unfriendly atmosphere, which was disappointing given how beautiful the winery itself is.

The vineyard is located in the classified site of the three capes and produces wines in A.O.C Cotes de Provence. The estate's proximity to the sea positively influences its 40 hectares of vines.
Wonderful place! We stumbled upon it by chance during our tracking. We were warmly welcomed and had the opportunity to try all their wines. We ended up buying five boxes of wine! Unfortunately, all five boxes were stolen from our car in Ramatuelle three days later. :-( Nevertheless, we have warm memories of the owners of this Domaine and the taste of their wine.

(Translated by Google) We fell in love with this family winery where authenticity and respect for nature are not just empty words but a true way of life. We were warmly welcomed by the team and a passionate young woman, whose love of wine is evident in every word. The wines are simply exceptional. All certified organic, they express with precision and elegance the richness of the terroir, the patient work in the vineyard, and a sincere vision of wine: vibrant, respectful, and inspired. Whether you're an enlightened wine connoisseur or simply curious, don't hesitate. Here, we don't sell you a product; we share a story, a passion, an art. Forget the "grand châteaux" run by investors. Here, it's the people, the land, and the taste that speak for themselves. Thank you for this wonderful experience, and congratulations on what you do. Don't change a thing. Practical information: It's best to go to the shop in Ramatuelle village rather than directly to the estate. The road is winding, rocky, and strewn with potholes and pebbles (ideal for a 4x4). This estate is located in a protected natural area, where concrete and artificial infrastructure are strictly prohibited. This is also what makes it such a unique, preserved, and authentic place. Great resturant with fabulous service and quality of food is on point. It's a very relaxed atmosphere with average prices for this kind of establishment. The sun beds need to be booked in advance or you will be disappointed if you just turn up. The bathing area is oveooked by a life guard which covers the unlicensed swimming area next door. You aren't able to Moor your boat or ski here but if you phone ahead they have a "beach boy or Girl" who will collect you with a tender. We are part way through our holiday on Les Tournels (will do a full review of the campsite/overall holiday at the end of our stay). But we wanted to review the amazing 3hr Wine Harvest/Tasting Tour we did a couple of days ago. We booked it at the little booking kiosk near reception. We spent 3 hrs from 8-11am experiencing the journey of the grape from the vine to tasting the end product! So interesting. The tour is literally a walk from the campsite where Juliette our guide met us and remained with us throughout the tour. She was so engaging and helpful converting French to English to ensure we understood. We were greeted at the vineyard processing area by Oliviar who was so knowledgeable and explained in great detail the process of wine making. We got to taste the juice that hadn't yet femented to wine which was delicious, then at the end of the tour, Vanessa provided us with a range of wines to taste. She explained how to taste, what to eat certain wines with and she provided us with some lovely nibbbles of bread cheeses and figs. The tour was brilliantly managed, very interesting and we had so much fun as they all had a great sense of humour. My husband, myself and our 8year old boy did the tour and at 25euro each, it was worth every penny! If you want to experience a tradition of the region, it's a must! We will have very fond and great memories of this tour and how much we learned. We will never look at wine in the same way ever again knowing how much work and effort goes in to making each and every bottle. Do the tour, you will love it!

You can really tell he deeply loves what he does, and it's infectious! A big thank you to him for this wonderful experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone passing through the region! (Translated by Google) A fantastic experience at Domaine des Tournels! Last Wednesday, September 17th, we participated in a comprehensive English-language guided tour, followed by a tasting. Our guide was incredibly passionate and possessed impressive knowledge of the entire winemaking process. During the tasting, she perfectly explained how the aromas of each wine develop and exactly what we were tasting. This made the experience both educational and very enjoyable. We left with several cases of the Rayne Rosé—which I highly recommend—and a case of the 2022 Rayne Rouge. I highly recommend visiting this magnificent estate to anyone interested in learning more about the fascinating winemaking process.

Fun and Interesting tour. Why tasting included but wine was just okay!

Camping Yelloh! Village Les Tournels is a sprawling site located on a hillside, offering picturesque views of the Gulf of Saint Tropez and Pampelonne beach. Despite being crowded, the well-designed camping grounds create a village-like atmosphere with convenient access to all amenities within walking distance. The campsite is family-friendly, featuring a playground and water park, while the accommodations are clean and peaceful. However, some aspects like the restaurant and entertainment may not meet expectations.
We had a fantastic one month stay at Yelloh Village in Ramatuelle! The animation team was absolutely amazing – full of energy, enthusiasm, and always ready with great activities for all ages. They really made each day fun and memorable. A special shoutout to Christian, the shuttle driver. He was always friendly and very helpful – truly a great asset to the campsite. You can tell the staff here genuinely care about their guests. Thank you for a wonderful experience – we’ll definitely be back!

This is a fantastic site. The sanitary block was excellent and the showers and toilets were beautifully clean. The whole site is a lovely place to be. It has a friendly atmosphere and the swimming area was superb. The location is great for many beaches and local attractions. There is plenty going on in the day and the evening without it being loud too late (it went quiet around 11:30am. The only feedback. We would give is for the electrics to be upgraded. They still use the old two-pin plugs and there are no trip switches on the electric box, so you can’t reset it yourself if it trips. This would save a lot of time and effort for both them and customers if they were upgraded. I think this is a reasonable expectation for a five star site. However, overall we would highly recommend this site, it’s one of the best we’ve been to and we loved it.
Matt R — Google review
We recently stayed at this camping and would like to share our honest experience, including both the positive and negative aspects, for future visitors. Surroundings The area around the campsite is beautiful. The natural landscape offers great opportunities for walking, cycling, and relaxation. For those seeking nature and peace, this location has potential. Accommodation Unfortunately, the cabin we stayed in did not meet expectations. The finishing was cheap and looked poorly done. The bathroom had a strong smell of mold, and there was visible mold on the window frame, which had been covered with tape. The shower cabin had a crack, which likely contributed to the moisture problem. On arrival, the refrigerator had an awful smell and needed a thorough cleaning before use. Swimming Pool The pool area was disappointing in several ways. There were multiple holes in the walkway leading to the slides, which could easily cause injury to your feet. A broken and sharp tile was lying on the steps up to the slide, clearly a safety hazard. The pavement in and around the pool was generally sharp and painful to walk on barefoot. Restaurant The restaurant experience was also underwhelming. Even though it was almost empty, we were asked to wait outside for half an hour because we hadn’t made a reservation. The staff member was unfriendly and uninterested. After being seated, we waited 45 minutes for our pizzas, which turned out to be of poor quality, a four cheese pizza made with cheddar, something we had never encountered before and which did not taste good. Noise Disturbance If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this campsite is not the right choice. Almost every evening, loud music plays until late, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Conclusion Although the natural surroundings are beautiful, the condition of the accommodation, the unsafe pool area, poor restaurant service, and the constant noise in the evenings made this a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, we did not feel this vacation was worth the money.

A large campsite with spacious pitches in a pine forested hill. It’s a pretty steep hill if you’re at the top but it’s cooler and quieter there. There’s a shuttle that’ll drop you off at your pitch. Excellent and plentiful toilets. Good reasonable priced restaurant and bar. Wonderful pools. There’s a regular nice free “train” that’ll drop you at the supermarket and beach. Only negative is the lack of signposting in the park. Reception took some finding and we were forever getting lost in the woods.

Bit faraway from St Tropez. Rougly 12 km We biked there. Really nice pool area and entertainment in the evening. Beach is pretty close. 3 km.
Kimmo L — Google review
Always good with Yelloh campsites, but this time we had an unpleasant situation with the pool staff. I think you need to put more effort into the people you hire to work with the public. The woman in the blue t-shirt, apparently responsible for supervising the pool, isn't qualified to work with the public. Very unpleasant. She made us feel terrible and felt like she was making fun of us.
Jabier B — Google review
An ok site but quite a poor standard for a Yelloh site. Not sure where they get 4 stars from as toilets were dated and quite dirty at times, service at reception was poor. Good location and good service of free train to supermarket and beach. Wouldn't stay here again unfortunately which I've not said about many Yelloh sites.

Pl. aux Herbes is home to a renowned pastry shop that owes its success to the delicious soft nougat it offers. The shop has an interesting history, as it was founded by a couple who later saw one of their children marry and become part of the business. In 1930, another member of the family decided to expand by acquiring old boathouses on the port, envisioning an open-air cafe serving specialties like anisette and iced coffee.

Plage de Tahiti is an iconic sandy beach in Saint-Tropez, known for its 1960s naturist colony and vibrant beach club/restaurant. The area offers a mix of activities including art appreciation at the Musee de l'Annonciade, showcasing works by renowned artists such as Signac, Denis, Matisse, and Picasso.
Very beautiful beach, clean azure water, soft white sand. In summer there are a lot of people and it is very difficult to find free parking.

A beautiful beach with a pretty view. However, be aware of the jellyfish - those may be very close to the beach. The stings after swimming were really painful.
Milena S — Google review
Plage de Tahiti Parking: There is paid Parking right after you turn from the road (8 € for a day, cash only). Beach: Sandy with some dry seaweed flying when it's windy. It was windy when I was there. I saw people with dogs on the beach, so dogs-friendly. Sea: Sandy flat entrance with some seaweed at the shallow water. Good for kids or weak swimmers as it gets deep very gradually. Water was clean and refreshing on 30 June. No lifeguards. Food: There are plenty of cafes and beach clubs. Good choice to eat. But kitchen for all venues closes at 4pm, so if you coming for a whole day, take a snack. There are merchants walking on the beach selling snacks, cold drinks, ice cream, umbrellas, and tanning cream. Toilets: No free public toilets, only in restaurants.

Beautiful beach but way too crowded. Lots of fun people watching. Hard getting attention of waiters of you're in a small group as the bug spenders do take up their time and efforts which is understandable. Lovely, lovely beach but too crowded and crazy for us.
Cynthia S — Google review
We went around 13:00, good time to find parking. Water was cold. Beach is very long, we went to the end, which proved to be the best spot, very sandy. An appreciated break from all the rocky beaches.
Kristine R — Google review
I enjoyed it here. It has a bit of an old school vibe, with a more mature crowd. In other words, no influencers taking endless selfies, no champagne showers. There was a bit of a party feel near the bar, with music and energy, but nothing over the top. You can have a drink, enjoy the buzz for a bit, then head back to your sunbed and relax, best of both worlds. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was ok, nothing special. I had a salade niçoise and struggled to find the tuna, to be honest. I would definitely go back.
