Shopping mall
Red Rock Commons is a bustling shopping mall with a wide array of activities to enjoy. From shopping at popular stores like Dicks Sporting Goods and Old Navy to dining at various restaurants such as The Habit Burger Grill, Chick-fil-A, and Cafe Rio, there's something for everyone. The outdoor seating options provide a great opportunity to savor the views while indulging in delicious meals. Despite occasional parking challenges during peak hours, the facility remains clean and relatively uncrowded.
Can be pretty crowded. Love the landscaping, but I am not sure what they are thinking putting those taller and larger bushes over next to Chik fil a. It makes it so that you have to hang your car halfway out into where people are driving to be able to see both ways before you turn out. I don’t know how more people don’t get hit or hit someone else in this parking lot. Other than that absolutely nothing to complain about.
Kevin R — Google review
We visited this shopping area to go to the hamburger habit restaurant. There were other restaurants and stores in this center. It was close to the courtyard Marriott we were staying at, so it was convenient. Parking space was adequate at the time we were there.
Jasmine J — Google review
Good shops, but parking lot is terrible...usually always crowded and tight, not good traffic flow, it's annoying! Busy intersection around it to get in and out of center. Parking lot too small and tight for all the businesses in there.
Kim H — Google review
Far too little parking, poorly designed lot. Just barely big enough to fit a standard pickup truck. Too many stores crammed into to small an area.
Nate P — Google review
Nice shopping mall!!! This place is always busy, there are a lot of things to do here. Shopping, eating, browsing...back to eating and have more fun. Great and convenient facility which includes restaurants and shops like Dick’s Sporting Goods, Old Navy, Ultra, The Habit Burger Grill, Chick-fil-A, Cafe Rio, Einstein Bros Bagels, Yogurtland...and a lot more. They do offer outside seatings for some restaurants which is so awesome to eat, relax and enjoy the views. It’s such a nice and fun shopping location for local residents or travelers while visiting St. George. Walk around, grab a quick bite while shopping. I always have fun and enjoy my time here except for find a parking lot is such a hassle. It’s always so crowded, terrible to get in and out, not only it takes a long time but also very hard just to find a parking spot. Other than that, it’s still my favorite shopping place in town.
Lynn V — Google review
Great selection of stores and restaurants, but holy crap this parking lot is awful to drive in.
Colton L — Google review
Very clean and not crowded. We were almost the only people. Lots of parking. I probably only saw about 5 other shoppers. It does get a little steep in some parts which you should be wary of.

Greater Zion Stadium is a beautiful facility located in St. George, Utah, near the breathtaking natural wonder of Zion National Park. The stadium offers easy navigation, clean bathrooms, and ample parking. Visitors can enjoy excellent seating and facilities while watching events such as a marching band competition or sports games. The stadium provides a hometown feel with its smaller size and close proximity to the parking lot. Whether attending a game or event, visitors can appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and well-maintained amenities at Greater Zion Stadium.
Nice bucket seats on the west side. Exceptionally good popcorn at the concession stand.
Matthew W — Google review
Was here for the Utah Red Rocks Marching Band Championships as a performer in the 5a Open Competition group. Very pleased with how they treated us. Used a $5 bill on a $3 drink and did not get money back, which is kinda sad.

6A MARCHING BAND COMPETITION! Well attended at Utah Tech in St. George, UT. Plenty of parking even tho' much of it was under construction. Clean bathrooms. Shout out to Utah Tech Marching Band! They may be small in number, but they made up for it in school spirit! They entertained their hearts out while the judges were making their decisions! Kudos, U.T!

Excellent field and facilities. Smaller new D1 University moving up in rankings this year but love the home town feel. Astro lawn, concessions, restrooms, lots of seating on both sides. Parking lot is close to the stadium.
Jeremy C — Google review
Very nice stadium but the parking can be a real issue. Also getting people into the stadium can be a little slow.
Ron S — Google review
Was there for a Bands of America competition, and it was amazing. Parking was easy. They need more railings but other than that, they are easy and comfortable venue.
Sarah C — Google review
Beautiful facility, staff was great. We were visiting from Oklahoma. Sat on the visitors' side for the first half of the game. Went to the home side for halftime. The visitors were more polite than the home side patrons. That was my only complaint, but that's hardly the facilities issue.

Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, located near St. George, is a hidden gem often overshadowed by neighboring national parks. The area offers a variety of trails and water features, including a slot canyon that provides an alternative hiking experience when other areas are closed due to weather conditions. Spanning 45,000 acres, the park boasts stunning red-rock cliffs and is surrounded by the Pine Valley Mountains and Dixie National Forest.
This place is amazing! We've driven to St. George a couple times a year for a long time and never even knew it was there. There are only a few hikes at the main parking lot, but they are worth it. We hiked up Red Reef and stopped when the water was too high. Beautiful hike with great trail signage and information. We will definitely come again. Red Reef Trail could use some additional signs along the way, we weren't sure where to go after the main swimming hole and didn't see any signs. $5 was a great deal to enter. And even the bathrooms didn't smell terrible!
Andrew K — Google review
This is one of the most stunning slot canyons that has relatively easy access from the trail head. It's a short hike and you follow a shaded creek part of the way. You end up at some stunning bathing pools. We take all our visitors here to marvel and the natural wonders of Utah.

Love this easy drive to a river that you can swim and enjoy nature. Been here a few times and often see Desert Tortise once saw a Jila Monster. Sand can get deep recommend 4 wheel drive.

Beautiful! We had fun looking at dinosaur footprints. Be aware that it’s much too hot for daytime hiking in the summer.

Easy hike, I only went up to the rock ladder and peeked over so it could keep going but I felt like it was a good turn around point.

This is a great short little hike. We went early morning in July to beat the heat. We were able to catch tiny little frogs and see lots of lizards!

The Shoppes at Zion is a vibrant open-air mall located in St. George, Utah, that offers an exciting shopping experience for everyone. With a delightful mix of well-known chain stores, unique independent boutiques, and casual dining options, it’s the perfect spot to spend an afternoon. Visitors can explore a variety of shops including an escape room and even a reptile store! The atmosphere is lively and welcoming; you might even encounter some local wildlife like roadrunners while you're there!
I thought we put in directions to Zion’s National Park but ended up here by accident. No worries, wasn’t disappointed because they had a Wells Fargo ATM here. Got $380 cash out and headed straight for Mesquite, NV! Bought some fireworks when we got there, lost the rest on Blackjack. 10/10
Ryan S — Google review
Met the 2 local roadrunners! One of them stood on my car as I put my 2 year old in the car seat. I looked up for a super cool surprise inches from my face! Beautiful blue tails! Roadrunners are territorial, so they'll be around for awhile! Plenty of great food and adventures along this strip mall, so you definitely have to give it an afternoon! BEST escape room in town here as well...
Daniel C — Google review
We went to Soul Ramen which was really good. They also have an all you can eat Korean BBQ table top. If I was hungry 'er I would of do e that. We also went to Phat Axe and threw some hatchets and throwing stars. They were really great there.

Good lots of places to shop very popular and great places if you have free time and you are bored check out frenzy it has a variety of stuff.
Paul S — Google review
This is quite the eclectic mix of shops, really unique blend! If I lived here, it'd become an addiction, I can guarantee that! Out of all the storefronts, we shopped in 6 of them, I wish we would have had time to visit another 6 or so! They even have an Escape Room, Reptile/Bird store, Berries N Cream, Rolled Ice Cream, Axe Room...so many stores, not enough time or money 😂
Sheila A — Google review
Great shopping options, delicious food options, and a good location. Parking isn’t too hard but the parking lot is tricky to navigate like any strip mall. Just watch out for people and you’ll be okay. Public restrooms are available.

Red Cliffs Mall is a convenient destination for fashion, accessories, and home goods, featuring popular national chains and local boutiques. Visitors can enjoy browsing through a variety of stores including Al's sports store and Barnes & Noble. The mall offers a pleasant shopping experience with its diverse retail options. Additionally, the nearby amenities such as hotels, gas stations, and restaurants make it a practical choice for visitors.
Nice mall, not too big but has some good stores. Very well kept and some nice outdoor areas to hang out
Alessandra C — Google review
Very nice mall. Clean, ac, places to sit. Not a lot of food places, there's a food court in the building next door. There is a very nice and big Starbucks in the Barnes and noble
Ravit L — Google review
The new renovations here have been great, it makes it feel more modern but also inviting. I think they need to add some more walkable eating locations, they have a couple but they are on the other side of the parking lot so not really part of the mall. I think it would increase the foot traffic and decrease the cars everywhere. A few years ago I would have said this mall was dying but they have done a really good job of keeping it updated and friendly.
Colton L — Google review
Relatively small mall. Not bad at all but if you’re on the hunt for something specific, you may be out of luck. A nice place however to just hang out and browse.
Lucy B — Google review
Not a large mall, but it is very well maintained and has all of the essential stores plus some fun new shops & boutiques. There isn’t a traditional food court, but there are some good drink and snack options inside the mall, and more sit-down restaurants available in the same parking lot. This mall takes me back to the good old days where you would actually go hang out at the mall, grab a Starbucks and just go shopping.
Abigail L — Google review
Pretty solid mall. This place is small compared to other malls that I am more used to in California and Las Vegas, but the store selection is solid and it is always clean and taken care of. Cool outdoor areas to hang out by as well.
Jordan H — Google review
Not only has the mall survived, it’s actually bustling with people! Back in the early 2000s I used to love to walk up to Red Cliffs mall after middle school ended at Pineview, and I have fond memories of the old food court. It looks like they’re making a concerted effort to upgrade things and keep desirable Stores. I can’t believe the Buckle is actually still there too!
Alex R — Google review
This mall has a lot of potential — plenty of stores, variety, and room for growth. I want to love it here, but one major issue keeps standing out: the security staff. Their behavior has been consistently unprofessional, arrogant, and dismissive. Instead of calmly handling small interactions, they often escalate them unnecessarily, roll their eyes, or treat guests with hostility. Security should focus on keeping shoppers safe, not acting like police officers with an ego. Management needs to take this seriously. If this kind of attitude continues unchecked, it’s only a matter of time before it escalates into a much larger legal issue for the mall. Customers pay for this experience, and being treated with disrespect by security is unacceptable. I strongly urge retraining and accountability before it damages the mall’s reputation any further — or worse, creates problems no one wants to deal with.

We stopped here to eat at Chili"s restaurant. Easy entrance and exit from the parking lot area. Enjoyed our early dinner at Chili's. We ordered the double patty bacon/cheese hamburger without the bun along with a side of roasted asparagus. We also ordered their chicken sandwich with french fries. Both tasted delicious. Rachel was an excellent waitress and stayed attentive to our table while we dined. Will visit again in the future for other shopping needs or dining.

We ate lunch at Chuck A Rama with our group of sixteen people. Two large tables were available side by side. Service staff were all friendly and helpful. Entreés were plentiful and a great variety. Tables were clean. Service staff checked in on our two tables multiple times, clearing used utensils, plates and glasses and refilling beverages as requested. Everything was fresh, hot and tasty.

A new donut experience for us! Their donuts are pretty tasty, and the fillings are full of flavor. I like the strawberry 🍓 and cream filled, but I'm still trying new flavors. The raspberry filled is rich in flavor. I'd love to see a peach filled when peaches 🍑 are in season. We'll be back the next time we're in St. George!

I had an absolutely horrific experience! Their public toilets/bathroom is completely disgusting! Looks like it never gets cleaned. Only one usable toilet and the door is broken on it so it doesn't even lock people out! There is no soap in the dispenser and upon further investigation there have been multiple complaints and nobody has fixed this health issue! It is disgusting and unsafe/ unsanitary. Someone needs to fix this!

I just bought a new house. I needed a lot of things. They have a lot of everything and a really great price. It was too late to decorate my home for Christmas, but I got amazing discounts on items for next year. 50% and more off!!!!

They get busy but I generally don't have to wait more generally a couple of minutes to check out. On my last visit Kerley went out of her way to assist me with a return. The system was having issues and she had to process it several times. Even though she was going out of her way to help me, she knew it was taking longer than normal, and got me a coke while I waited. Thanks for going that extra mile!

Just moved and are in Home Depot a lot. Trying to figure out best way to increase 1/2 inch space door to toilet edge. Austin was great help! After showing us a video and looking at doors/hinges, we decided to try to move the door to other side of frame, opening out. Looked at easiest to hardest ways to do it, and hiring someone to do it. The 2 times we were in there before that, staff was very helpful also. They earned 5 stars.

Red Rock Bicycle Co. is a haven for cycling enthusiasts, offering an impressive selection of high-quality bikes, skis, and accessories that cater to both locals and visitors eager to explore the area's outdoor adventures. The store boasts a cozy lodge-like atmosphere that sets it apart from typical retail spaces. Customers rave about the knowledgeable staff, particularly Bryce, who provides personalized advice on everything from road bike pedals to shoes with honesty and expertise.
I had a great experience at Red Rock Bicycle in St. George. I intentionally waited to write a review until I had to get warranty work done, because service and long-term support were very important to me—and I’m happy to say they exceeded my expectations. Shaylee was incredibly helpful and well-informed as a salesperson. She didn’t hesitate to ask the owner when I had some very technical questions—not something most people would know off the top of their head—and I really appreciated her honesty and effort to get accurate answers. Brandon also took time to help me feel confident in making an expensive purchase, which made a big difference. He was professional and encouraging throughout the process. On the service side, Zach was my warranty mechanic and did a fantastic job. He clearly explained the issues I was having, along with the possible solutions. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and I left feeling well taken care of. Overall, the team was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me have a good experience. Highly recommend.

Ben, Nick, Steve, Garrett, and Laura have been great educating me on the new mountain bicycle models, test rides, and accessories. I love the Specialized Levo with motor assist they helped determine was the bicycle for my trail riding needs, the electric assist will help on windy days. We picked out great gear like a white helmet for summer rides. Reduces heat....I greatly appreciate the time and care they took with me. They helped with maintenance and new tires and inserts for my gravel bike that I moved into Utah with. I am a raving fan and will be a loyal client. Respectfully, Andrew W.

Very impressed with our visit to Red Rock Bicycle in Hurricane Utah today. The manager Ben, and front sales lady Laura were so friendly. I needed some inexpensive pedals for my grandsons bike, not only did they have a set in stock, they were very fairly priced and they installed them. The front brake handle was broke and Garret the service guy said he had one in stock and could throw it on quickly and at a great price. After closer inspection the bike needed brake pads which he not only had in stock but installed them for very little additional cost. Super quick, friendly, fairly priced and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this place. We will be back for sure. Bob and Raedynne Robertson Apple Valley Utah..

I always have such a great experience at Red Rock Bicycle! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my options. The shop has an awesome selection of bikes, gear, and accessories—everything you’d need whether you’re a casual rider or a serious cyclist. What really stood out to me was their customer service. They didn’t just try to sell me something; they actually listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect fit. The service department was also top-notch—fast, friendly, and professional. Overall, Red Rock Bicycle is more than just a shop, it’s a community. You can tell they truly care about supporting riders and helping people enjoy cycling to the fullest. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to all my friends!

I called Mikes Bikes, and several other local places to get info on a particular bike. All I can say is they all failed miserably compared to Red Rock. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with their customer service. So much so that I bought a 6k+ bicycle online from them. And the after sale follow up and shipping experience was by far the best customer service I’ve had online. Give them an opportunity, I would venture to say you certainly won’t be disappointed. Thanks Red Rock, I love my new Santa Cruz Hightower!

Took my bike in for repairs the other day and they were so great they fit us in that night and had it ready the next day! I had them work on a few extra things and they really made sure I was satisfied before they gave it back to me. I really appreciated the extra time they took for me.

I am visiting my mother who lives here. I am here for the week from Rochester, NY. We went in so I could rent a bike for the week. My mother loves to bike ride, it is her favorite thing. We wanted to do some riding together. I wanted to rent a hybrid because that is what I ride at home. Kevin, who is absolutely fantastic and kind, said they didn’t have much left. But he showed me what he had. It turned out to be just what I wanted. My mom, who has a used clunky bike that has issues but she makes it work asked Kevin if the bike was for sale. He said it was and told us how much. My mother really really wanted a new sturdy bike and I offered to buy it for her. Then my mom asked if the price could be lowered. Kevin went in the back to check and he offered the bike half price to my mom. I can’t say how happy this made her. It was just so incredible. She has wanted a nice bike for so long. They fixed it up for her. I wish I got everyone’s name at the shop. She was giddy with excitement. Thank you Kevin!!!! It’s going to be a great week for my mom and me.

When I was in a CRUNCH and needed a part installed because my whole routine depends on my e-bike, I showed up with the part in-hand and the fellas at Rapid Cycling didn’t hesitate to help and I was out the door in a half hour(whereas the other two shops told me at least 5 days). THANKS YOU GUYS!

When you buy a bicycle, you’re also buying a local bike shop & their ongoing service. Rapid Cycling is the local Southwest Utah dealer of the wonderful Giant Revolt Advanced 2 bicycles we were shopping for. They do a consistently excellent job, from ordering to new bike set up to ongoing assistance. In particular Layla & Brian have gone above & beyond by helping me get the right stem, tuning our bikes & adding sealant even when the lights & power were out at the shop. Thank you! 😁🏜🚴🏻‍♀️

Metaphysical supply store
Dixie Rocks and Fossils is a must-visit gem in Southern Utah, offering an impressive selection of rocks, gems, and fascinating dinosaur fossils. This charming store stands out from the typical tourist spots around Zion National Park with its fair prices and exceptional service. The knowledgeable owners take great care in packaging your treasures to ensure they arrive home safely while providing insightful information about each piece.
Amazing Store, you won’t be disappointed. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The store is full of Beautiful pieces and very unique items. Even if you’re not into crystals and stones, this place is packed with great gift ideas. Love this place💎
Lori L — Google review
What a great store!! My grand daughter loves "shiny rocks," so we were so excited to find Dixie Rocks & Fossils when we were passing through Saint George.. They had an amazing selection of fossils, rocks and semi-precious stones. My grand daughter especially liked the big bin of polished stones that she was free to choose her favorites from. She received a little velvet bag to put them in, as well as a lot of information from the owner about each stone she chose. I highly recommend this store if you're in the St. George area. It's worth the trip!
Lisa D — Google review
I’m pretty sure it was the owner helping us, we ended up buying lots of cool things! Partly because the owner was teaching us about all the cool stuff he had in the store. The thing I appreciated the most was that it was all reasonably priced!! We will definitely make this a new at George trip tradition!
Jeremy H — Google review
Best Rock shop in So. Utah. Beats the Zion tourist traps, although their fun too. You won't find more fair prices or better service. The owners carefully package your items so they make it home with you safely and provide information cards and knowledge of what your buying. They also own the crystal shop just a few doors down (same parking lot) which is just as awesome. It's geared more towards the metaphysical crowd, but anyone would enjoy the selection in there as well. I pop in, every month or so and the inventory is always refreshed with exciting new pieces since they go to all the big vending shows and bring back amazing quality and selection often. This store is a fun stop for all ages, my kids love the fossils especially!

Old historic buildings restored into interesting shops surrounding a well maintained courtyard. From the newly opened Book Bungalow to a Silver shop, Cosy antiques and Chef Alfredo's restaurant, this part of the down town St. George area you don't want to miss. Sometimes there are food trucks and entertainment in the courtyard. A nice place to walk through during the day or to sit and enjoy the music in the evenings.

Waco has the Silos, southern Utah has Green Gate Village and main street shops. Our downtown district is filled with shopping and eating gems. Friday and Saturday nights this area is filled with people walking around and enjoying the evening. I would love to see more live music. You can get ice cream from Judds and there are usually tables sprinkled around so you can enjoy yourselves. Chef Alfredos is great if you want fine dining and a true chef experience.

My favorite boutique in stg!! There's always super cute, high-quality clothes. It's higher prices than most local thrift stores, but it's made up for in quality. They also have plenty of jewelry, kitchenware, books, and vinyl records. Heads-up for first time visitors, there's only one dressing room stall, and it doesn't lock, so lines can get pretty lengthy when busy. Overall great ambiance, friendly employees. My first time visiting, there was a 50% sale on everything, and they have daily deals so I almost never pay full price.

I had such a fun time at Hawaiian Fluid Art! It was my first time trying something like this, and I was excited to create my own unique piece. The instructor gave clear directions and made the process easy to follow, which helped a lot. We loved how our finished pieces turned out! A couple of small things to note: my nails were stained with black paint for a few days afterward, so just be prepared for that, and there was a bit of a smell in the building (possibly from the paint). But overall, it was a really cool experience and definitely worth trying!

This was great place to stay. It is right in the heart of downtown St George. These views were caught from the window and just outside. We walked to dinner each evening. Oh man, the Downtown Farmers Market in St. George, Utah, is just amazing! I had the best time there! The vibe is super lively, and there’s just so much to see and do. The variety of fresh produce is incredible—like, you can find everything from juicy fruits to colorful veggies. It’s a great way to support local farmers, and the quality is top-notch! I also loved checking out the local crafts and handmade goods. There were some really unique items that you just can’t find anywhere else. Plus, the food stands had some delicious options! I grabbed a tasty snack that hit the spot while I strolled around. The atmosphere is just so friendly, and everyone is super welcoming. It’s a perfect place to spend a Saturday morning. Delightful. You can stroll around on the grass in the shade and find mini delights in items for sale. The tamales were excellent. Ross Dress for Less in St. George is already summoning Halloween spirits in July like some kind of polyester wrapped cult. I walked in looking for flip flops and walked out with a haunted ceramic pumpkin that knew my name. The aisles are a fever dream, skeleton gnomes holding beach towels, and glittery skulls doing the tango with leftover Easter baskets. There’s something deeply unsettling about buying fall decor while sweating through my shirt in 113 degree desert heat. I swear I saw a witch hat levitate near the clearance rack, but maybe that was just the heatstroke talking. Either way, Ross is ready for Halloween whether we are or not… and honestly, I’m scared.
Ryan S — Google review
Super messy and dirty store as usual. I had a two item return which the girl at the register took forever to help me with. Not only that but prior to helping me she left the register and left alone her coworker to help the line himself. When called back to help she took her sweet time, and worst of all she was ignoring the supervisor on the floor. She then proceeded to complain to me and informed me she would take long on purpose to make it seem like she’s working. Very unprofessional and annoying experience.
Linda A — Google review
Has nice clothes and shoes but everything is cluttered and hard to get around. The alarm tags go off as soon as you even touch an item. All you hear is the noise of them and it is really annoying. It’s always messy around the toy/art section and everything is dirty.
Mia M — Google review
Great store with so much to offer! You can spend hours looking at all the amazing items, or simple walk in, look for what you need and head out. I personally like their bedding section and garden/tool section the most. Have also gotten several charging cords and headphones here and they have worked out great! So many handy and fashionable things. And of course it’s always a great place to find a new shirt or pair of pants.

I just left Home Goods with my roommate and I just want to shout out the amazing Home Goods/TJMaxx staff! They’re always so wonderful and helpful! Ron was so nice and kind and helped me by taking one item up front for me while I finished shopping and then followed up with me when he saw me eyeing a piece of furniture and carried that up to the front for me too, all the while addressing me by name and chatting with me. That is A+ client success-level customer service and I should know - I’m the head of success for a company! Joshua was also wonderful while he checked me out up front and wrapped every breakable item with care while we had another great conversation. Their team is so fabulous! Well done!

Going in on a Sunday is my favorite time to shop here. I found everything I was looking for plus extras. Clean and organized. The cashier was great and very helpful. I was looking for her name on the receipt but could not find one, my best guess is this number 1128 might be her employee number.
Heather M — Google review
I usually love this place but we went there today at around 8:45 and they were FRANTIC to close by 9:30. They closed the dressing rooms around 9 even though the store closed at 9:30. I understand wanting to close and get everyone out of the store at 9:30, I just feel that if the store is open until 9:30 the whole store should be open until closing time. We were using a rack near the dressing rooms to sort through our items, as we couldn’t try them on and didn’t think it was kind to manually put them all back where we thought they went (I know their employees have a system). A lady told us multiple times the dressing rooms were closed and was trying her hardest to get us out of the store even though it was 9:05. We weren’t using the dressing rooms and simply trying to decide on items. The customer service felt very unwelcoming and they weren’t very accommodating. This might be a situation where I’m in the wrong, but I just don’t think their communication was very good. I might be in the minority, but I think if a place closes at 9:30, they should actually stay open until 9:30.
Abbie — Google review
If you want to stand in a 30 person line, while employees stand around and talk, this place is for you! Spent 25 minutes in line with two registers open, while the entire line watched what I can assume to be a “manager” and three other people stand around and talk while two employees slowly checked the line out. Get better employees.
S T — Google review
Love the store. if I need a bottle of shampoo or some Korean cream I go to the store. Since Iryna started working here, the cosmetics/beauty department has been much more organized than ever. She has done a great job. I remember how it was before. And she keeps everything clean and tidy, easy to find what I need. Plus, she is always willing to answer questions, she seems to know a lot about the products, if I decide to try something new.
Lara P — Google review
I typically love this store, the funds are incredible. I did have a not so great experience with the transgender male cashier there who would NOT let up on signing up for the credit card. This cashier was SUPER pushy about it no matter how much I said no. I finally gave in and ended up dinging MY credit that I've been working on building JUST to get denied! Super frustrating and irritating!! PLEASE train your employees to respect when the customer says NO!!!! I get working in retail, you have numbers you have to meet by deadlines. But when the customer says NO they don't want to ding their credit like I told this cashier, they need to RESPECT that!!!!!
Joscelyn H — Google review
I usually enjoy shopping at TJ Maxx, but my recent experience was disappointing. I visited the store around 8:45 ready to try on clothes around 9:00 PM (the store closes at 9:30 PM), hoping to quickly try on a few items. Unfortunately, the dressing rooms were already closed. While I understand the need to wrap up for the night, we weren’t even asking to use the dressing rooms…just the mirror right next to them to get a better look at the clothes we were considering. Despite this, staff members were visibly frustrated and told us we couldn’t try anything on, even though we were simply holding items up to the mirror outside the fitting area. The tone and attitude felt unnecessary and unwelcoming, especially since we were well within store hours. I hope management can work on better communication and more respectful customer service, especially during the final minutes before closing. A little courtesy goes a long way.

I was surprised to find an attribute of this store to be “wheelchair accessible” but it is not. Not only were workers sideyeing me or completely avoiding looking at me, I was unable to get through the store with my mobility aid. Displays down a section that does not fit them (on the grocery side, across from crafts) means people with mobility aids cannot get through the store.

Honestly, the store itself is just fine and the products are fun to browse. I am easily able to find whatever I am needing. The problem, and reasoning for my three star rating is with some of the staff. I wish I had gotten the name of one of the employees. It blew me away with how disrespectful he was. First off, my mom and I were trying to look and shop while maneuvering through large boxes and staff that were restocking (understandable). My mom was pushing the cart, trying to find specific products when one of the staff members (younger male) was right behind her, almost stepping on her feet. Instead of politely saying, "Excuse me, please", my mom had to ask if he needed to get past ... His reply (sarcastic): "Uhmm, yeah... Pretty much...!" I could not believe that response to not only my mom, but a paying customer. Please, tell me that Target has standards for professionalism when hiring staff... Not all have been unkind, but that incident was completely unacceptable. What happened to manners?

I love target. However EVERY TIME I come here and use the restroom I’m grossed out !! Sometimes I will turn around and walk out. As a manager of a business I would be so embarrassed and disappointed to see a bathroom like this. I understand sometimes small things get overlooked, The trash is always heaping over and toilet paper and empty rolls all over the floor aren’t small things.. I hope the right person reads this and can take this as a coaching opportunity. I wish I would have taken pictures.

Why does this Target ALWAYS look like a bomb went off!? I will go there first thing in the morning and it looks like this. It’s always like this! I just moved here from Las Vegas where there are like 20 Targets and I’ve never seen any of them look like this. It’s such an unpleasant shopping experience. Either hire more people or open a second Target. I feel like this Target is so busy that the poor employees can’t keep up with the work load!

Prescription 'not in stock?'. I've been taking this med for thirty years and have been using this pharmacy for past year, but they don't keep my script in stock and take three to four days to get in in after refill date.

Furniture store
Chain department store selling a wide selection of brand-name clothing, footwear, furniture & more.
My kids got me a very nice robe for a Christmas and the store (an out of town company) forgot to remove the ink tag. Debbi and Aracely at your St.George JCP location went out of their way to help me. I really appreciate their customer service and friendliness.

It has been years since I visited a JCPenny store. We were looking for bed pillows and not bottom shopping. Nice selection, very clean and well organized store. Checkout person was super nice and worked with us on comparing their Internet Mother’s Day specials versus their in store door buster pricing. We ended up with a combination of both. Neat going into a store especially when there is a need to touch the merchandise before purchasing.

Sorely disappointed. I bought two $60.00 wrinkle free dress shirts. After wearing one and carefully laundering them, these Stafford shirts are NOT wrinkle free like other brands I wear all the time. I brought them back to return them. Manager was called. I was within the time frame listed on the receipt for returns, but the manager changed the rule and said I had to have the tags. She also pointed out there was a stain on the cuff. Here's the thing, I didn't wear that shirt! In other words, JC Penny sold me a shirt with a stain, looked more like a drop of dye, (so small I would have never noticed, but big enough the manager said no to the return). I have NEVER been treated like this on returns when I shop across the street or online, and I'm thinking it was a mistake driving to the JCP and trying to support a local business/mall. I'll post two pics, the white shirt is what JCPENNEY calls wrinkle free, the blue shirt I bought last year at another store, for half the price. If you do shop here, I recommend ripping the ridiculous, wasteful packaging off before taking it to the counter, examine the clothing carefully (in the dimly lit store) before taking it to the checkout, and don't buy Stafford wrinkle free unless you want to iron them.

I just had a quick return to make, got here 15 minutes before closing and your doors are locked. I tried calling multiple times, but of course no answer. Maybe change your hours to say you close at 6:45 if that’s when you lock your doors.

April in jewelry in St George Utah definitely went above and beyond for us she's definitely a keeper thank you!!

Went looking for clothes, and nothing spoke to me. The store feels very different from other major department stores, not in a good way either.

Just had the WORST experience at this store. At closing, they locked the doors too early and corralled people to the exit furthest from my (with two childrens) car. Because there were no customers, and employees were just standing there, I told them they should be able to just let us out. The employee very rudely said “not my problem”. I was appalled. I asked for her name. She said “you don’t need to know my name”. You guys, this is real! And then she said her manager was right there, beside her, when I said I wanted to talk to a manager. The manager was just as rude. I can’t believe the rudeness! The one other customer in the store even said “wow”. I will never shop there again. And I WILL tell everyone about this experience. And it wasn’t even closing time yet!

I bought a pair of shoes for my daughters we’d, I wore them for maybe 10 or 15 minutes. I received horrible blisters on the back of my heels, I didn’t even get to walk down the isle wearing them, I tried them on, walked around in them, but with the heat my heals turned red and tore, I attempted to return them and the manager stated , “ I can’t resale these.” I know they could have been sent back to the manufacturer for being faulty made, and gotten their money back. No wonder JCPenney is going out of business, every where else. Terrible service.
