omg... the worst hotel I've stayed for a short period of time... let me tell you, even motels have better AC systems, and room maintenance. everything it's basically broken, there's only one guy at night to fix it all, and for the love of God... they didn't told us anything at the desk. I would not recommend you this place, for this price. go with Royal Hotel it's worth it

I have traveled to dozens of countries, but I must say that the strangest thing I've ever encountered happened here. When I opened the door to my room, there was a stranger inside! After a long and arduous communication with the front desk, they still insisted that the stranger and I had booked the same room. It was only when the hotel learned that the stranger told them she had booked the room through BOOKING that they realized their oversight. Even so, they handled the matter in a casual and perfunctory manner and refused to offer a formal apology. This is extremely disappointing, especially after a 30 - hour flight to finally reach the destination. Such a way of dealing with work mistakes can hardly be called professional or dedicated. I don't think this is beneficial to the hotel's brand and reputation at all. One thing is for sure, I will never book this hotel again, nor will I recommend it to any friends.

This is a very serene place quiet and peaceful. A good place to have a gate-away. The ambiance is very good and the rooms are nice. The only issue is that they do not supply water a necessity in this side of the world daily.

It used to be better in the past. The wifi connection is not working properly; it is very unstable. The hotel doesnt have an iron, so you can iron your clothes by yourself: you must request the laundry service, which is extremely expensive.

Convenient location, wonderful staff, nice rooms. Kitchenette has no actual kitchen stuff to cook with, the beds do not have fitted sheets or even sheets big enough to cover the whole 🙄 bed.. so that's annoying. I will say though the staff was the friendliest I've ever dealt with. Luany R. the receptionist speaks perfect English and was able to save my entire trip for me and assist with planning.

At no point we were warned that there would be a scheduled power outage throughout the night. This generated serious dissatisfaction, all the guests went down to reception wanting to go to another Hotel when we arrived from a show (it was a band), that is, precisely at the time we needed electricity, Internet, etc. One of the guests needs a breathing machine at night due to a medical condition. The rest wanted to talk to their families, resolve personal issues, access the internet and we were deprived of this right. We are all left literally in the dark and without the services that should be provided for what we pay for. I reiterate that at no time was I informed about the event. I checked everyone in myself and when I asked about the problem, the receptionist told me that there was a notice in the elevator and another on a plexiglass at the reception. Honestly, I don't think this is the way to communicate to guests about the interruption of service provided. It was a very serious failure that caused people discomfort and anger. Well, I had to pay 960.00 for three apartments in Saint Moritz. The rest remained, but dissatisfaction was GENERAL. I request a refund of the R$ 960.00 paid at Saint Moritz (you kept a copy, but I can provide it if necessary) and also the fee paid for each apartment here at the Hotel, due to the failure to comply with the service provided. If the problem is not resolved, I will contact the legal department for an extrajudicial notification and then legal action. The service is not so great, the window doesn't closed properly, so there is lots of noise coming from the street. The Internet is very slow. We ordered a extra bed for a baby, they bring a single bed that doesn't fit in the room. Maybe if a little extra money you can get a better hotel.

QUARTOS HORRIVEIS E COMIDA PIOR AINDA! The room service was expensive and HORRIBLE, it was the worst food I have ever eaten in a long long time. The rooms are really small with uncomfortable beds. The hotel looks great on the outside and lobby but the rooms look like workers room for the 80s on the inside.... I booked a stay for 10 days, but just right after having a look at the corridors and then opening the door to the room, I decided I was not going to stay more than the night I have paid for. Also the access by car to the hotel is bad, if u need a taxi or uber, they have to stop pretty much in the middle of a fast avenue. Very inconvenient.

Fantastic hotel in Brasilia that really had everything I needed and convenient to so many things. Parking was a breeze either in their garage or on the street just outside. The restaurant associated with the hotel was truly delicious and it was my first meal in Brazil and it did not disappoint. There is a street cafe right outside that was also perfect for a very casual lunch. The business services staff as well as the front desk team were all a pleasure to deal with and they made my first trip to the city and country work perfectly.

A/C in king bed was right above your head and blowing constantly in your face, we changed room they gave my wife and I a twin room we had to join the beds together. 8. Entry to toilet two feet from head of bed. No privacy extremely cramped bathroom. 9. Toilet and sink clogged. 10. Employees seemed displeased with their job not cordial at all. 11. Elevator tiny unreliable, one elevator out of two was out of service for a day or so. 12. Inconvenient location need to take taxi to get to restaurant and shopping centers. 13. Located in an industrial area felt unsecure. Stick with Brasilia 21across from Radio Antenna or somewhere in the downtown hotel district, it is 100 times better in every aspect.

Average corporate hotel but well located for a short stay in Brasilia. Very little atmosphere or warmth from the staff. Check in was painfully slow. The breakfast was busy, chaotic and pretty basic in terms of offerings (no toaster, luke warm cooked options). The room was large and very clean with nice toiletries,but the bathroom was tiny. Coffee pods provided but the maid forgot to replace them a few times and also didn't provide clean coffee cups or remove used ones. The pool area is nice enough but during my stay (May 2022) the area only gets sun 10am til 1pm then it's in the shade. Sauna was out of action.

The hotel is located in the hotel area of Brasilia right next to a shopping center. The hotel has everything you expect from a 5 star hotel in the city. The rooms are modern, the showers are perfect, the beds are comfortable and the air-conditioning is very stable and quiet. The breakfast buffet has everything you want from fresh juices and fruits, over sweet and salty pastries and even tapioca is freshly made for you. The leisure area is also nice with a good outdoor pool for swimming and a decently equipped gym. The only reason I have to deduct one star is the WiFi. It was quite unstable during our stay. Sometimes it was fast, but sometimes very slow or not working at all.

I booked a LUXURY DOUBLE ROOM and it was perfect (although the robes looked second hand and one was “faulty”) Now what I did NOT like: the communication and level of sensibility during the booking and arrival. I will not go into details on here but if you are an English speaking person make sure you make everything extremely clear otherwise you might have a bit of stress. I speak both languages but tend to communicate in English and still... I’ll give them credit for doing their best to make it up to us once I arrived, specially the manager, Mrs. Brito. Thank you.

Staff is courteous and the installations are great. There is a huge breakfast buffet with local delicacies and even a tapioca bar. The rooms have balconies, too bad the views are not that great.

The rooms are nice but definitely are not wearing well. The entry to the room is concrete floor which causes condensation on the bathroom door side whenever you take a shower (hot steam meeting cold floor = pool of water infront of bathroom door). Paint in some corners are wearing out and chips/damage to wood and cabinetry. There's also a giant gap under the entry door so you can hear everything that goes on in the corridor very clearly. I appreciate the blackout blinds are true blackout. You can not tell that it's light out with the blackout shades down. Hand held bidet spray is nice feature. And bed was very comfortable and AC was strong. Breakfast was sufficient but nothing special. The pool was nice but it's definitely more of a bar/lounge type pool than an actual one. You can stand in the pool the entire length and it is not wide enough for 2 people to be swimming across at once. Also the pool is very close to the sun loungers so don't even think about jumping in and causing a splash without getting other people wet. The pool is open to the public after 4 or 5PM so I'm sure it gets busy around that time. Overall you're here for the vibe and to take photos but don't expect anything special in terms of service. I'm sure the surrounding hotels would be just as good as this one, albeit not as aesthetic.

People lost my info for checking in, in spite of my secretary sending them everything. When I finally got my key it was to an occupied room. Had to come back all the way (thankfully there were no guests in the room at the moment) and I feel people are not very well trained or treated: staff is available, but not courteous.

This is a good hotel with an interesting "minimalistic" design to it. The rooms are comfortable and clean. You get a mini-bar with the standard amenities. The meals served at the restaurant are delicious and well made. I had no issues checking in or out and getting transportation to the airport. I did not have time to try the pool or the gym due to my schedule. My only gripe is that getting an iron and ironing board became an impossible mission. I suggest if you think you may need one, pack a portable steamer because it seems they only have ONE iron for the entire hotel... Overall, had a pretty good stay.

A really good hotel, spacious clean rooms, polite and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and an amazing rooftop bar and view, especially in the evenings. A couple of areas could be improved: a lack of iron and ironing board in the room is a shame (took an hour to get one, and then it was just the iron), the bottled water in the room isn't replenished, the pool opening times of 9-6 doesn't work for people on business, and the gym needs a lot more equipment to really be called a fitness centre, but it had the basics.

Location is great. Hotel has pretty nice style and the bar at the top has great views. Service is lacking, they really act as if they do not care, but check in and check out is done efficiently. Food is good, it is hard to get your eggs as you want them (asked for scrambled egg whites, could get either scrambled whole eggs or egg whites non scrambled). Rooms are good, but prucey for what you get (they never full made my bed, they would just pull everything to look better but they would not really make the bed and get things well done). Have been twice, both times liked the location and decor, was not thrilled with service.

The rooms are incredible very comfortable. The problem is when there is a lot of people in the hotel and the restaurant don't work so good. They take to much time to replace dishes, sometimes we have to wait a lot for coming new ones , the same happen with the food , we take our food and wait again to take the drinks they offer.
