Restaurant
Grants of Omagh is a delightful dining spot that captures the essence of rustic charm with its traditional wood-panelled interior and cozy timber booths. Located in the bustling heart of Omagh, it’s an ideal retreat for those looking to refuel after a day spent exploring local shops. The restaurant boasts an enticing lunch and dinner menu, featuring dishes that are both innovative and comforting. Guests can expect prompt service as they settle in to enjoy their meals.
Staff were kind and attentive on a busy pre-Christmas evening. The bramble cocktails were well made, very tasty and quite potent. Food was very good, everyone enjoyed their dishes. Had the affogato for dessert, was lovely and an ideal pick me up at the end of the meal

One of the best restaurants in Tyrone - if not the best at the moment. Without a doubt the top meal we’ve gotten in a long time. The service - all of the staff were so friendly, and in the indoor ambience and decor is vintage. Dessert menu looks great but we were too full to try! Had a pint of birra moretti which was very good, they also had a non alcoholic old mout cider . Food was outstanding and will definitely be back. Can’t wait to try more things on their great menu!

We had no booking and picked here from the Google rating. We had a lovely warm welcome, excellent service and very tasty food. I would not have known from the exterior that it had an extensive and good restaurant. Would recommend, worth a detour if travelling in the area.

We had a lovely dinner this afternoon. Food was perfectly cooked, sauces were great and we had an excellent creme brûlée to finish. Friendly and attentive staff. Can recommend
Mary — Google review
A quietly rustic place with plenty of ambiance. We were seated promptly upon arrival and drink orders were taken as we sat. The wife had the prawn and pork belly starter. It was a perfectly combination of flavours and textures. For the mains, she had the delicious filet while I pushed the boat out and had the duck breast with maricino cherry sauce topped with popcorn. It's a playful dish that jumps from sweet to salty in such a way that you say mmm with every bite. This is a wonderful place with a well deserved reputation. Great service, outstanding food and a lovely night.

Love this place, and the Boston steak is amazing - been here many times over the years. We were here last week with some friends, and honestly, you can't beat it. Food and service are amazing. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Omagh as you won't be disappointed.

The Half Boston and the Beef Stroganoff were excellent. We did get a space without booking.

Nestled in a charming locale, The Coach Inn is a delightful bar and restaurant that has earned its stripes for providing exceptional service and mouthwatering cuisine. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with warmth and friendliness from the staff, creating an inviting atmosphere that feels like home. The extensive menu caters to all tastes, featuring everything from fresh salads to hearty steaks and delectable vegetarian options.
A great place, you are greeted already by smiling staff at the door. They are very helpful, kind, fantastic fresh food. 100% recommendation.

Came here for some quick food with my mum and our wee dog and the service and food were impeccable. Greeted by a lovely waiter and offered a table inside as it was cold outside, in a quiet little spot. Immediately given some water for the dog, and the food was amazing and affordable. 10/10 would recommend.
Veronica C — Google review
Food - We had a day of traveling and were looking for a quick bit to eat to continue on our journey. We split a pizza (The Pepperoni) and some garlic bread (Diablos Galic Bread). Food was fine, wasn't anything over the moon, didn't get the sweet chili drizzle for the garlic bread, but was completely fine without. Restaurant - The interior is basic, nothing fancy or over the top. Really reminds you of a simpler cafe or pub area. Restrooms were a bit rough, wife mentioned 1 stall being out of TP. Service - The service was fantastic. I assume the owner or manager was there and was extremely talkative, personable, and was fun to chat with. The other waiter checked on us a few times and was also kind and attentive. Overall - If in the area it would be worth a quick stop in once, the repeat visits might be difficult with so many other options in the area. The bar area was lively and might be worth a few visits to have a few pints and chat with friends.

If you're looking for a great place that welcomes dogs, has excellent service, and serves delicious food, I recently visited a fantastic spot that ticks all those boxes! The atmosphere was very inviting, with plenty of indoor seating where dogs are allowed, making it a perfect choice for pet owners. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. They even brought a bowl of water for my dog right away, which was a nice touch. The menu offered a variety of options, and everything we ordered was flavorful and well-prepared. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a meal out with their furry friend. You won't be disappointed!

Great pub! Service food and drinks were spot on. The locals were great Craic. The food was very good and good value. I had filet steak which was priced high, but well worth it.

Restaurant
Nestled in the heart of Omagh, Northern Ireland, Rue is a delightful spot that promises an exceptional dining experience. Known for its inviting atmosphere and friendly staff, this restaurant offers a menu filled with quality dishes that cater to various tastes. Diners rave about the tender steak pie and flavorful chicken lunch specials accompanied by fresh vegetables and potatoes. The ambiance is perfect for both intimate meals and larger gatherings, making it an ideal choice for socializing over delicious food.
Food - This was another whim restaurant we stopped in, and we are glad that we did. We tried the Halloumi Fries, Chunky Vegetable Soup, and the Crispy Chicken Spice Bag. Everything was delicious and was one of the best spice bags I have had. The soup tasted fresh, not overly salty, and was perfect for the cold rain day. There is a lot more on the menu, but that spice bag is calling me back. Restaurant - Very nice restaurant, very clean and well decorated. The entrance is located off the main street and is down a really neat alley / square, which adds to the allure and appearance. Restrooms were clean and maintained. Service - The waitress was wonderful. She provided the other couple some suggestions on popular dishes. The entire staff was pleasant and chatted with us as we were leaving. Great job for a great team. Overall - As mentioned above, that spice bag is calling me back. I am looking forward to my next visit here. There is more to the menu to explore. The pizza oven is currently down, but it sounds like they are working on getting it back up soon. As we were leaving, we discovered Rue's offers breakfast items also. Check this place out, cannot go wrong.

Food was excellent, staff were super attentive and the surrounding bars in the square were also great
Cormac S — Google review
Fantastic food and great service! Had a wonderful time at Rue. The scampi was perfectly cooked, not rubbery at all. Our server was very friendly and welcoming. Would say it was a little too dark inside, but that's my preference
M — Google review
The food was absolutely amazing, they catered very well for us as we were late for our reservation. We weren’t sat 2 mins before our drinks order was taken and food wasn’t long following the steak was Devine
Ben P — Google review
Food was underwhelming and lacked flavour. We had ordered the Steak and Guinness Pie and the Maryland burger. The burger was nothing special, a bit dry and flavourless. The most exciting part was the homemade banana ketchup that came with it. The pie was disappointing for sure. Although meat was tender, the flavour just wasn’t there. Again, nothing overly special.
Sarah O — Google review
Ordered the mini Irish breakfast and it truely was mini. While everything tasted very good the servings were tiny and not what I was expecting, I left feeling hungry. The service was good and everyone was friendly and welcoming.
Gerry R — Google review
Nice restaurant for quality food, drinks, and desserts. It’s a splendid place for meeting people and they have tables and seating that accommodates larger groups. The staff are friendly and the food was good. Some actually speak fluent French and other languages. Nice touch when the name of the place means “Street” in French. And, the word on the street is that it’s a quality place. We stopped in for an afternoon bite and coffee. The food was gourmet, but a wee bit daor. Overall, nice atmosphere and ambiance.
Saoirse C — Google review
Lovely place for a coffee, meal or a beer. It's located in the middle of Omagh and ideal if you're meeting for a chat, taking a break from shopping or heading out for a few drinks. The food is very good and there's usually a lunch special on offer. The staff are friendly and service is efficient. It's got the option of outside seating and a lift for disabled access to upstairs.

The Kitchen is a charming cafe in Omaha, Nebraska that started as a bagel bar and has now evolved into a cozy eatery. The owners, Pat and Amanda, have fulfilled their dream of creating a welcoming space where all the food is freshly made to order. The weekend brunch menu offers delightful dishes like eggs Benedict and eggs black. With its high ceilings and lovely old building, the interior layout is well-designed with matching plates and cups that add to the overall ambiance.
Lunch was amazing, all the dishes we ordered were delicious, service was great, special shoutout to Greta who made our day - we were there to celebrate a birthday, birthday gal was very happy, mission accomplished! :)

I ordered the Ceasars salad and house fries, it was the best Ceasars i have ever eaten. Very nice little restaurant with were nice staff.
Gunilla J — Google review
Absolutely loved this place. V busy when we arrived, but we sat at the bar and had a drink. Watched the staff making elaborate and delicious looking cocktails, whilst chatting to us. Would happily have sat there all day, taking in the atmosphere. Lovely decor, reminded me of Havana. And loads of lovely details, down to the pretty teaspoons with our coffee. The food was so good too. Had the Marrakech salad - a colourful mix of falafel, hummus, quinoa, crispy kale, asparagus and tender stem broccoli, with a few raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries too. Superb! Also had the veggie muffin, the chicken soft tacos and some skinny fries and gochujang sweet potato fries. All of it was tasty, freshly prepared and served up by really personable staff. Would travel to eat here! We are already figuring out how to come back as we live 90 mins away! Great veggie options, many of which could be vegan with tweaks.

The food was absolutely amazing! We tried the “Marrakesh” dish for the very first time and completely fell in love with it. Incredibly creative, and the presentation of the plates speaks for itself. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Visited “The Kitchen”on 6 September for the first time with friends (party of 4). It was very busy and there were no tables available as it was the start of lunchtime. We were met by Greta who informed us that she would get us a table asap but that we may have to wait about half an hour. We were offered seats at the bar in the meantime. There was a great atmosphere in the place and we were kept informed of progress and soon seated at our table. Staff were very attentive and took our drinks and food order. When the food arrived it was beautifully presented and did not disappoint. Everyone on the party thoroughly enjoyed their meal, so much so that we decided to return last Saturday (13th). Again we had to wait for a table but Oonagh made us very welcome and reactions from the waiting staff indicted that they remembered us from the previous week. Once again the food was delicious and we all agreed that “The Kitchen” will be our go to place for food anytime we are on Omagh. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Culmore Diner is a family-friendly restaurant located in the same building as the Omniplex cinema in Omagh. The diner offers a brilliant and plentiful breakfast at a decent price, making it an ideal stop for travelers heading out West. The menu includes all-day breakfast options, burgers, sandwiches, and paninis.
Great burgers. Always the same. Never underdone or overcooked. Just great place. 2 Jun 2024 edit, always the same great food, cooked to perfection. Expect a short wait during busy times, but you can takeaway and enjoy in picnic areas locally. Hard to beat this place

Great prices considering the portion size. Nothing fancy, but tasty, like homemade food. You can only pay cash here, which is a big minus.

Sallys of Omagh is a well-established venue in Omagh, known for its top-notch food, drinks, and live entertainment. The sleek and stylish setting provides a relaxed atmosphere for enjoying great food. Additionally, the establishment offers a premium nightclub experience across two floors with Saturday night DJs. Visitors can expect friendly staff and delicious food, particularly the Sunday roast and specials.
Nice atmosphere in here, walked in off the street with no reservation and got seated right away. I had the cajun chicken with sweet potato fries follow by the double chocolate brownie with hot chocolate sauce and ice cream. Hubby had the beer battered cod with chunky chips, good size fish. Food was very good, I would return just for the dessert alone.
N X — Google review
We had dinner in the back restaurant of Sally’s. The overall atmosphere was nice. The drinks were good, the steak and the curry were okay, but the standouts really were the fried Brie and the chilli chicken. Honestly the fourth meal was so forgettable no one in our party even remembers what was ordered. Where this restaurant really lacked was in service. One server in particular could not have been less friendly if she tried, and overall service was incredibly slow. While clearing our table she actually scraped all of the leftover food onto one of our plates right in front of us rather than simply removing the plates, something I’ve never seen done before. The rest of the staff were fine. Definitely not the level of service you would expect from a nice restaurant.
Marie S — Google review
Came in after a Tyrone game and got seated immediately as a walk in for 2, as the bistro was fully booked. We got the turkey and ham + lamb shank. Portions were great and food was top class, cooked to perfection. Only small thing was our waitress wasn’t the friendliest or most engaging, she didn’t nightlight there was a special (which we discovered after) and didn’t bother with us, we had to go up to her to get menus after we were seated. Front bar is beautifully decorated and warm. Lots of screens for sports. Will definitely be back.
Ryan — Google review
Had a lunch there - lunch of the day was super tasty and well presented as seen in the photos. Never disappoint! The place has changed in look since the last review - personally prefer the older one but the service and atmosphere is as good :) highly recommend!

Hadn't been in a long time so came with my friend who doesn't know Omagh well and wanted somewhere nice to eat! Glad I thought of here! All staff members were helpful and friendly. The place itself is lovely, from the old fashioned bar, to the newer and trendy outside area/restaurant. Love the big cherry blossom tree! We had some wine and I had the special, very happy customer! Couldn't fault a thing. And now my pal is looking forward to coming back again when we are next in the area. Sally's definitely is where it's at!

Restaurant
Nestled within the cinema complex, Rexy Jack's BBQ Diner has been serving up a delightful array of barbecue favorites since its opening in March 2018. This vibrant eatery is the ultimate destination for those craving mouthwatering burgers and tender ribs, making it an ideal spot to refuel after catching a flick. With an extensive vegetarian menu available, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The portions are generous—perfect for those ready to take on a hearty meal!
Very good food. Clean and spacious booths. Friendly staff.
Martin ( — Google review
Not good at all. For one my chips were undercooked plus the chicken had minimal flavour. Service was bad too. I asked for no onions and I got onions. Then the waitress dropped one of my chicken pieces and didn't replace it. Not that it matters as I left some food over as it wasn't nice. The lasagne was also bland and low quality. There's not many options in Omagh, so maybe that's the reason for the high rating.
Jermaine N — Google review
Great little place lovely decor and friendly staff. But the food is very overpriced for what it is I went in and got a steak but it was over cooked when I asked for a medium rare but other than that the food was nice it was my steak that I didn’t enjoy as much I think quality of the food is bad tbf rather go somewhere else to get an affordable quality meal
Griffen G — Google review
Lovely restaurant, nice decor based on dinosaurs. Burgers and chips very tasty, friendly, helpful staff. Toilets were a bit unpleasant would need cleaned throughout the day. Reasonable prices. Would definitely go again.
C — Google review
The food was good, lots of it (only get a starter if you are up for a Man (or Woman) vs. Food moment) with so much choice it really is one of those times where you may need extra time to choose! Our waitress was excellent and friendly. The wait for the food was slightly longer than you would hope, but by no means over the top, however the strength of the cocktails meant a starter would probably have been a good idea! If you are really hungry and want something US themed with portions to match this is for you.
Ian D — Google review
Fish was chewy and had absolutely no taste beside the fact that most of it was batter and oil. Got fries as a side because the chips were horrible, fries were just as dry. We ate 2 chips and a bite of fish each and decided we were going to leave. The server made us pay for the whole meal even though we barely touched it - and for a reason. Didn’t even ask what was wrong, just handed the bill. Disappointed because we never had a bad experience in their sister restaurants.
Karolina G — Google review
My Husband and I plus 2 kids have been here twice, the first time after being seated it was almost 20 minutes before our order was taken, during our meal not once did anyone check to see if everything was okay. After finishing we sat for a further 15/20 mins waiting for to be able to place a dessert order. The whole time while we were waiting the waiting staff were up and down sitting others, cleaning tables on either side and across from us (apparently it takes 3 staff to clear a table and clean it down) but would just walk past and ignore us till I prompted someone for a dessert menu. We decided to give it another chance so we called in today again, after being seated (at the exact same table - 001 - it should have been an omen) our order was promptly taken, then the food took ages to arrive meanwhile our youngest was going crazy because he was hungry (we did ask for the kids meals to be brought on out when they were ready). The food eventually arrived. I had ordered a sirloin steak however no steak knife was supplied. Again we sat for at least 15-20 mins with the hope that we could order dessert. At that point we decided to go I went up paid the bill and left. From working in hospitality in the past I can understand how sometimes things can happen or get overlooked especially if the restaurant is busy however I counted and there were only 9 tables in total that had people. So there was quite a high ratio of staff to customers and therefore no excuse for the lack of service.
Francis M — Google review
Well this place didnt was a welcome surprise!! Was driving by and popped in, glad I did I can safely say. That monster burger was the nicest burger I ate in a long time!! 3 big Aberdeen Angus beef burgers, 2 korean chicken strips and pulled pork with a delicious sauce on it. Some eating I can tell u, side dish was great 2. Short of having the waitresses (who were a delight by the way) on roller skates I dont think u will get a better American diner style experience anywhere in this country than this wee place. Very reasonable prices 2, that feast in my picture was only £14.99!! Would recommend u hit this place up if ur hungry (and I mean hungry btw cause big feed lol) and in omagh direction

Ordered from the specials menu. The shredded chicken tasted like its been cooked 10 times over and then reheated in the microwave, I could've hammered a nail with the chips and sad to say but the yellow rice was the nicest thing about the meal. And the curry sauce has no flavour whatsoever. How anyone can ask people to pay for something I wouldn't feed a dog is beyond me. Absolutely disgraceful
Louise B — Google review
Avoid this place.we went last night and took friends.how embarrassing. The food was bland .no taste of the sauce of the special chow mein. Sent it back to kitchen and told them it was tastless and they brought back another dish that was still tasteless.I got chicken curry that had a strong curry flavor but tastes like thick flower.YUK.
Jen P — Google review
Dreadful place for vegetarians- avoid it! They only have vegetables in obscure sauce for vegetarians. We waited 75 minutes for our main, 45 for starters. Slow and disinterested staff. They obviously focus on the takeaways and not on those eating in. Had to ask for cutlery and napkins despite the huge wait for our food to come. The staff were more interested in cleaning up a neighbouring table than taking our order- we had to ask if we could order. The Restaurant was not busy so it's not due to that. The food is beyond bland and was lukewarm. Egg fried rice - couldn't see any egg and it was bright yellow like a pilau rice but no flavour all. Noodles were disgusting. The only authentic taste was the coca cola. I will never waste my money here again.

First time in Ireland, came across this Restaurant and ordered a takeaway. I ordered a Singapore noodles, wonton soup, boiled rice and beef and black bean sauce. Wonton soup was refreshing, you can taste the prawns with a bouncy/crunch in every bite. Singapore noodles were very tasty, plenty of spice with nice flavour. The beef was lovely and soft cooked perfectly with enough chilli, fragrant black bean aroma. The boiled rice was also cooked perfectly, individual grains of rice just enough stickiness and pleasant rice aroma. Highly recommended this restaurant, it is definitely not your average chinese takeaway, price of meal is reflected in the quality. Would happily return for another meal.

Fast service, great pizza, yummy pud. Back to 9th Avenue some time later, excellent pizzas and sundaes. Later again 🌲☃️⛄ Best raspberry and white choc cheesecake

If you want your food for any decent time don’t bother ordering using their website. Past two times have waited 2 hours on a delivery, and then waited 40 minutes for a collection order whilst people came in ordered and got their food before me. Then pizza was half cooked and rushed out but somehow still burnt

Barreta Bar & Grill is a delightful spot that promises an enjoyable dining experience with its extensive menu featuring fine wines and a selection of local craft beers. The atmosphere comes alive on weekends with live entertainment, making it the perfect place to unwind. Guests have praised the friendly and professional staff who are always ready to assist, whether it's answering questions about the menu or addressing any concerns during your visit.
This was our first time to stay. We had an excellent booking in experience. Staff our friendly and professional. We had a family room and a double. Both were very comfortable although the thermostat was stuck in family room and was too warm. The staff were very attentive to try to resolve this. We had dinner in the Baretta bar & grill. Again friendly professional staff were knowledgeable about our various questions about items on menu. A wine glass was cracked that wine was served in. It was replaced without any fuss and wine replaced free of charge. Great customer service 👍👍👍. Food was delicious. The grill was busy but the service was not compromised because of this. Breakfast was self service. Variety of items is what you would expect. A thumbs up for the toaster that actually browned the bread!! Again staff were attentive as we had young people with us. Very helpful. The cooked breakfast items were freshly cooked. Soft eggs, not dried up and properly cooked bacon. We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel and will definitely stay again.

Number 19 Cafe & Bistro is a charming spot in Omagh, offering a nice breakfast and delicious meals. The Pan Fried Breakfast and omelette provide a unique experience reminiscent of dining at a local eatery while on holiday in Spain. The cafe also serves generous and flavorful paninis, catering well to gluten-free diets. With friendly staff and excellent service, it's a great place to enjoy coffee and tasty food.
Without a doubt the best apple pie and cream i have eaten, home made,it was delicious. The coffee was great as well. 11/10

We had a unique breakfast experience today at Nineteen, looking for a traditional type of fry we opted for their Pan Fried Breakfast and omelette. It reminds you of something you would be served on holiday in Spain in a local, traditional eatery. Would have been a 5 star but the sausage roll was really dry. Staff were magnificent.

Really bad experience. We would never go back. The guy that took our order was pleasant and seemed efficient. We went in for coffee but seeing the menu, decided to eat as it looked really interesting. I ordered scrambled egg with spinach, Parmesan and chilli. I specifically asked what bread they had. I asked for granary. My wife had scrambled egg with spring onion and smoked salmon and specifically asked for wheaten bread. It arrived in 10 minutes and looked Ok, other than.. who has half a bag of Doritos on the plate with scrambled eggs on toast? It soon became apparent that we’d both got the right eggs, with each others bread selection. I went to the counter to tell the waitress. She came over and took them away. I said, “if you just want to switch them around, that’s fine. I’d have done it myself here but it’d be too messy”. We then waited 15 minutes for the meals to come back. Now to be fair, they’d been done again from scratch, correctly. Unfortunately, it was really nasty! Mine was OK, just very bland. If there was chilli in it, news to me! Under seasoned too. But, it was my wife’s salmon that was the killer. As you can see from the picture, that’s not like any smoked salmon I’ve ever had before! It was all smashed and nasty looking. My wife said it was like cat food spread on the toast! I didn’t want the Doritos but my wife tried them because she couldn’t eat her salmon. She immediately said “these are soggy”. We left most of our meals. I went up to pay and was told “we don’t take cards”. I looked a bit surprised and the woman said (obviously had this lots of times) “there are signs up everywhere telling you that”. I looked and couldn’t see any. Then I clocked it. A sign next to the till where you go to pay. I had no English money on me. She directed me to the cash machine over the road. I went and got money. On my way back in, I looked for the “we don’t take cards” signs. There were none. Not in the window, not on the door and not on the tables. one sign, by the till, that you’d see as you tried to pay. All in all a terrible experience.

Riverfront Coffee House is a charming café located in Omagh, Northern Ireland. It's highly recommended for its friendly staff, good coffee, and reasonably priced menu. The cafe offers level access with no steps and provides amenities like customer bathrooms and highchairs for children. Visitors praise the fresh food, including homemade soup and toasted sandwiches, as well as the lovely decor. Despite its unassuming shop front, this cafe impresses with its welcoming service and delicious offerings.
We have been coming here for years, good, honest and reliable food and dishes. All the wraps, sandwiches freshly made, cakes and bakes homemade on premises. The coffee is beautiful and they offer a variety of teas, decaffeinated and hot chocolate drinks. The ladies are always very friendly and welcoming which makes the whole experience. Highly recommend, whether a mid shopping snack like a cupcake or scone, breakfast or brunch or lunch.

Good big portions, tasted lovely and came out quite prompt. No prices displayed on menu for anything, so you basically play Russian roulette with what you’re charged. £1.30 for a kids fruit shoot and £2.15 for a small pot of tea. We weren’t told if they would bring down or for us to wait so was a bit confused. Honestly felt like we were a bother to the staff compared to how others were treated that I assume are more regular. Not sure I would go back just because of the atmosphere.

Came across this wee coffee house when I was killing time in the town. Level access in (no steps), customer bathroom. The Copper Tap is a vibrant dining destination that truly elevates the culinary experience in Tyrone. With a focus on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, this restaurant offers dishes that are both nourishing and indulgent. Guests rave about the incredible flavors and beautiful presentation of their meals, making it an excellent choice for any occasion. The stunning decor sets a modern tone reminiscent of urban hotspots in Dublin or Belfast, while the spacious layout ensures comfort and safety during your visit.
Went to the Copper Tap for Sunday lunch. The food was absolutely incredible! Full of flavour, beautifully presented and really good value for money! £21.95 for three courses!!! I was stuffed. The restaurant decor is stunning, and the staff were friendly and polite. Tables are well spaced out so I felt safe and staff wore masks. Can’t fault them I will be back, but maybe two courses will be enough next time lol.

Beautiful! So nice to see a modern establishment in Tyrone that wouldn’t look out of place in Dublin or Belfast. From the minute you enter it’s very different to the usual restaurant scene in Tyrone area. Main bar is massive, upstairs restaurant is buzzing on a Saturday evening, great atmosphere. The food was honestly up there with as good as I’ve gotten ever in NI, top class. Burger was excellent quality, risotto was very flavoursome and the dessert was delicious Everything on this menu you would love to try; it’s not the typical boring menu items you see which I love. Will definitely be coming back. It would put you in the mood to go out after!
Ryan — Google review
Unfortunately this place is not for us anymore. Lukewarm soup and the lack of fresh veg on a Sunday lunch menu was disappointing, which was added to by the lack of anything by way of garnish with the steak(£6 supplement) and the cheesecake, by no stretch of the imagination was cheesecake as I was able to pour it from the glass. When paying the bill we were told they couldn't remote the price of the cakecake from the menu as told to us at the table when I informed the waited, but as it was a 3 course special and it would then have cost us more for her to charge for two courses, however she did report to the chef that his cheesecake didn't set and apologised.

Came here for a meal and catch up with friends pre Christmas and the place was jumping with parties. Very noisy, but good atmosphere. Despite being busy the service was prompt and efficient. Though as the bar and restaurant were busy we couldn't have pints of Guinness. Food was good. I had surf and turf with samphire. Steak cooked as requested and very tasty.

The food here is usually on point but sometimes can disappoint (the same goes for the cocktails). Consistency needs to be improved. The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is lovely; the place has so much charm! Also, the bar has a stout exclusive to The Copper Tap, which is the best I've ever tasted.

We visited here for the first time Sunday 22nd October because we were in the area at the Gortin park. We had a booking for 4:30 and arrived around 4:25. The restaurant wasn’t too busy only a few tables occupied. The wait we endured was not acceptable. It was 5 to 5 before anyone took drink order which was a jug of blackcurrant juice, we asked for this to be made up strong - it was extremely weak we had to ask for it to be topped up. Again the wait to order and get food was very long and the restaurant was freezing cold. The food was exceptional. The soup was beautiful and the turkey and ham dinner was also very nice although more veg would be great a very small bowl between 2 people. We would have loved to have had dessert but the wait was just too long. There was adequate staff to the number of diners they were just extremely slow and no one seemed to have a role. There was no senior staff it seemed either, no one in charge. We left at 6pm with no dessert as we had a long drive home. We probably would return if the service was improved.

Good spot, generous portions with polite staff. It is generally clean even when busy. As expected, it gets particularly busy at lunches but queues are never too long.

I was in the store last week and observed two customers in during the busy lunch rush. The lady had a walker some mobility issues and the man had 2 Staffordshire Bull terriers with him. He kept them in the store despite there being over 30-40 schoolchildren in for lunch. The whole place fell silent after one of the dogs growled and snapped at something, I don't know what and one of the staff came out and asked him, very politely, to take the dogs outside and this man started shouting that they were medical support dogs and shouting at the staff member who had retreated back to her spot. Now I see what I assume are the same two persons have put in negative reviews despite them showing a complete lack of respect for the dogs in that environment, the schoolchildren and other customers, and the staff. Well done staff I say. I have dogs and only ever bring them in if the shop is empty or nearly so. The staff were super polite and made suggestions both for the safety of customers and the dogs.

I honestly think they shouldn’t have a cash option if they don’t accept cash. And the staff just looks at u while are waiting to be severed and they not very pleasant. Bogan's Bar is a beloved spot in Omagh that has become a staple for both locals and visitors alike. The bar boasts an impressive selection of drinks, from cocktails to whiskeys, making it a perfect place to unwind after exploring the area. Families also love Bogan's Bar; it's an ideal venue for celebrations like birthdays.
My daughter held her 18th birthday party in Bogans on 4th July. It was held in the function room which has a great layout, private bar and was the ideal size of room for us. Andy @Bogans organised a fab DJ for the night who had everyone dancing from the word go! Staff were very accommodating and friendly, couldn't have asked for better. Finger food was served which was very tasty which was very reasonably priced. Thanks to everyone at Bogan's for helping make the night a memorable one, superb service. Barman was very professional, friendly, welcoming, and really nice. Sadly the rest of the people were not. We came for the live music, having visited various places all around Ireland. The band played sporadically but were good when they did. All around Ireland, people have said hello, we've had chats, it's been lovely. Here, the two people on the table that I did speak to, I spoke first, moved away to another part of the pub. There were two very drunk men who just stared at me. I said hello and smiled, they stared harder. The one song that the band sang was Macalpines Fusiliers. When they came to the line about "Darkie Finn" I was aware that everyone was laughing. At the end, the man singing turned around and looked at me, lots more laughter. They played one more tune and left. When I went to the toilet, narrow bar, the barman had to tell people to move so I could pass, and one person on a stool nudged me. Someone (woman) came into the toilet and said "that's a man" as I was in the cubicle. I regretted leaving my phone behind and waited a while before I came out. Maybe not the place for you if you're of a different ethnicity or of non typical gender appearance. Absolutely could not fault the barman though. He turned off the background music which was still playeing after the band started, when I mentioned it. The Guinness was good. It was warm and the chairs were nice. Would have stayed for a whisky if I'd felt more comfortable.

The friendly staff ensures a comfortable stay, while the well-appointed rooms provide amenities such as complimentary water and comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep. Whether stopping by for an event or leisurely stay, Silverbirch Hotel is highly recommended for its warm hospitality and satisfying dining experience.
I stayed at the Silverbirch Hotel in 2022 for business and had a great experience. The quality of the room (a large double) was excellent and the bed comfortable. The location is quiet and parking very convenient. The food (I had dinner and breakfast) were good quality and the service polite and speedy. This week I was due to be back but had to cancel on the same day. I was very impressed to find that the cost was waived despite the lateness of the request. I will definitely be back to stay at this hotel.

Silverbirch hotel was our wedding reception venue and we couldn't have been more impressed with it as a wedding venue. Special thanks to the hotel manager Edwin and wedding co-ordinater Morgan who were both so lovely, attentive and responsive during the planning process on the lead up to the big day with ensuring every attention to detail was covered and everything on the day went so well. Our guests loved this hotel too! The lobby area is really picturesque, homely and spacious for wedding guests & for hosting any musicians or any other wedding features and the drumragh suite for the main function room is class, with nice lighting, tables and lots of space for guests. There are lots of outdoor alcoves at Silverbirch that I in particular really like about this venue and the guests loved, particularly when the weather is nice. We stayed in one of the main suites for our wedding night and the night after, and it was unbelievable. Spotless, spacious and a touch of luxury. Very comfortable bed. The food at Silverbirch is delicious as well. We tried the bar food and the wedding food and ourselves and guests were raving about the food. Recommend Silverbirch hotel as a place to have your wedding, for a Sunday carvery, or for a nice place to stay for a night away, very close by to the Ulster American Folk Park.

I highly recommend the hotel for a function. I booked a private area for 17 of us to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The service in the run up from booking the room to pre ordering food was stress free. The private room was a perfect size for all of us including space for the young kids to run round. The table was beautifully decorated and my parents really appreciated the personal touches of a personalised menu and desserts. The kids were served quickly and all the allergies were catered for easily resulting in a very relaxed experience for us all. Thank you to Morgan, Edwin and all the staff who served us.

We went to the Silver Birch for Sunday lunch. It was a 4 course menu for £24.95 each. There were several choices for each course, one diner was coeliac and our server was very knowledgeable about which menu items could be served gluten free. The food was lovely, service efficient and overall good value for money. Our one small criticism was that the veg were a little overcooked for our taste, but the beef was really tasty.

One of the nicest bars to relax in. Lovely beer. Nicest Carlsberg on tap ever. Honestly. I actually try to find a nicer Carlsberg but haven't yet!! Down the back there is a beautiful lounge recently done up. And there is a band stand with in house PA system. Lovely place to meet up and socialise and enjoy beer!! The staff are great too. Mature gents who are very polite. And they even do table service - just press the wee bell!!!!! Owner is sound as a pound. I wish Colm Broderick the very best for years to come.

During my recent journey from Dublin to Bushmills, I had the pleasure of stopping at Broderick's in Omagh, a charming spot that perfectly encapsulates the warmth and hospitality of Irish culture. Nestled in the heart of Omagh, Broderick's offers a cozy charm that immediately makes you feel at home. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the warm welcome from Colm, whose hospitality set the tone for a wonderful experience. Colm’s genuine friendliness and attentiveness ensures that every guest feels like a valued friend rather than just a customer. The atmosphere at Broderick's is nothing short of delightful. The rustic decor, combined with the inviting ambiance, creates a perfect setting for a relaxing and leisurely drink. On my journey up from Dublin, I made a special stop here to raise a glass in honour of Larry. Colm went above and beyond to accommodate my request, adding a personal touch that made the moment even more memorable. Whether you’re passing through or looking for a cozy spot to unwind, Broderick's in Omagh is a must-visit. The combination of its charming atmosphere and Colm's exceptional hospitality makes it a standout destination in the region. I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone travelling through this beautiful part of Ireland.

Absolutely fantastic food with very friendly staff, has to be the best pizza in town with a really good price tag
Jack S — Google review
If i could rate a zero star i absolutely would, one star is even too much of a compliment for this kip. Ordered food yesterday evening at 6:15pm. Told it would be up to an hour wait. At 7:15pm, still no pizza so was told it would be a further 15 mins. Fair, the pizza came at 7:30. But the pizza was uneatable. The boxes looked like they had been bashed around the car, they were so soggy that the boxes bust and just fell apart. Cheese melted over the crust of the pizza. Crust of the pizzas burnt to a crisp. Pizzas cold. So rang back at 7:41pm and asked for them to be returned and sent back out new again. I was met with the most challenging staff, asking “Is the pizza burnt all the way through?” It doesn’t matter how burnt it was, it was still burnt. After about 5 minutes of yapping back and forward, staff member said two seconds while she went to go talk to other staff members about it. She spoke very loudly about us to other staff member’s which made us very uncomfortable as they were laughing about us. So sent the pizzas back out said it wouldn’t be too much longer. Pizzas weren’t there by 8:30 so once again rang and asked where they were. Staff acted like they had no clue about them. Then told us it would be another 15 minutes. Seriously… By 9:20 they still weren’t there! I rang them and said this and they stuck the delivery driver on the phone which accused us of saying we didn’t want them. So apparently she couldn’t find the house and she was at the next door neighbours house, tried to phone us but no answer. So she decides to phone again and apparently we hung up the phone and said we didn’t order any? Apparently we blocked the phone number and she couldn’t get through to us again? What a joke. She challenged again “Right let’s go get my phone and compare the numbers” I genuinely felt like i was being gaslighted by this person. I have no missed calls at all and she must had missed a number or put in a wrong number or something because i was waiting all evening incase they needed to ring. She asked me to read out my phone number but yet she couldn’t read out my phone number from her phone from her end. I was not talking to anybody on the phone and was not talking to anyone about how i didn’t order any pizza so i have no idea where this has came from. She went further to argue that she waited outside the house and nobody came out. How come you’s were able to find the house no bother first time? How come she didn’t come up to the door to knock or ring the door bell like the time before? Seriously, what a joke…They were able to switch up their story and ask “Did you’s bring the pizzas back?” Even though they agreed that they were sending out new ones and they would take back the old ones. So it’s obvious they weren’t going to send them out unless we brought them back. They weren’t here to begin with as we were literally waiting by the window watching every car go by. Business has went down hill as past couple of years and the manners from everyone in the shop is absolutely appalling. Just look at the photos and you will understand why i’m so annoyed. Pizzas came stone cold at 9:40pm (we first ordered at 6:15pm) So i waited almost 3.5hrs for the pizzas. Will never be back 🥲
Holly B — Google review
I used to enjoy frequenting your restaurant. However, the past few times the pizza has been burnt. the garlic bread tastes awful and I was made to feel awkward about asking for pizza that wasn't burnt. Your quality has plummeted and you're taking people's hard earned cash. I was in for a £40 order on 16 January around 5pm. Not going back anytime soon.
Matthew T — Google review

McDonald's is a beloved fast-food institution that has been serving up delicious burgers and crispy fries for years. Recently, I swung by the drive-thru to grab a vegan McPlant meal, but there was a little mix-up with my order. Thankfully, the staff quickly corrected it! However, when I finally dug in after leaving the restaurant, I discovered my burger was just a plain patty on a bun—no toppings at all! The fries also seemed like they had seen better days.
Local and handy for picking up a quick bite after shopping. Clean, tidy and very busy, a bit of a wait to grab a table. Love getting a chat with Gemma and Liz (employees) who are always friendly.

Pretty much what you expect from a McDonald’s – quick, easy, and consistent. Staff are friendly and service is usually fast, even when it’s busy. Good spot to grab a bite if you’re passing through Omagh. Parking can be a bit tight at busy times, but overall does the job!

Fries are never hot. Usually luke warm. Such a shame as a clean restaurant and other dishes great but they never care if the fries are sitting for ages. Heat lamps may need adjusting. We were sitting for ages beside window before ordering and the fries were put under heat lamps and sat for at least 5 mins while we waited to order so no wonder they are cold .

Food always cold and mc flurries are also always less than quarter full even though you order and pay for a large...a joke....some of staff shouldn't be there as their manners and people skills as alot to be desired . Update: 10 July '25 - I ordered at the drive through the other day - a vegan mcplant meal with fries and water. Saw a plain hamburger come up and corrected her mistake. Saw it was rectified and thought no more about it. Waited in the bay and drove off when they bought it. Started eating when I was past the traffic lights on the left, and saw that my mcplant was plain - just a burger and bun. Nothing else! Chips were also past their best. It was pouring down, I was running late and couldn't have the time to return, queue and wait for a replacement. Went again two days later and told the guy what happened. As all as I got was a "sorry about that, next window" I paid for a full meal and what I got was below standard. The least they could've done is give me the burger and fries for free. I won't be going again now unless I'm absolutely desperate to eat and there's little else available. Customer service to keep patrons coming back is essential. Severely lacking in this case! I get the mcplant burger, fries and water. I'd like to see more vegan options on the menu and the ability to have a hot drink. It's not difficult to get alternative milks - even in uht individual pots. Also the option to make your own, why can't I get the option to have a double mcplant burger meal and pay for a big Mac etc? And gluten free buns? It's almost 2025 - get with the program for people with food intolerances!

KFC Omagh - Dromore Road is a delightful spot for fried chicken enthusiasts, renowned for its iconic buckets of crispy chicken and an array of combo meals and sides. Recently, diners have enjoyed the convenience of table service, with efficient operations in place. The restaurant has also upgraded to larger straws that hold up well without melting. Guests have praised the quality of the food and noted the exceptionally friendly staff, making it a welcoming destination for a satisfying meal.
New review I went in and wasn't told to get out . And table service was up and running and the recipt machine was working . They changed the straws to a bigger size which is very good and they didn't melt . Food was good and staff were extra friendly

Terrible service, ordered a tub of gravy one day and it was like water rather than gravy. Asked the person at the till for a refund for the gravy but didn’t give it to me. Another occasion I was waiting 20+ minutes for my food, even though the restaurant and drive thru was nearly empty. When the food eventually arrived, a zinger burger was missing from my order and had to wait even longer for that to arrive. When the member of staff eventually brought me down my zinger burger, I seen her drop the burger on the floor on the way to my table and picked it up again and brought it down to my table! By far the worst hygiene and service I’ve had in the town!

Would you please, please display opening hours somewhere outside! For the second time I've taken my kids to the drive through lights on inside (11.40 am & 7.10pm), to be ignored, there was a man at the other side of the fence & got no communication through the intercom, then after I drove on round realised they're closed, staff walking about & just looking at us. Surely a open/ closed sign wouldnt be that difficult. Other places put cones out at the drive through if closed & have opening hours displayed on large sign at the road.

Pulled up at 6.10pm doors locked into restaurant. My daughter only wanted a take out and it's open to 7pm????drive thru slowest I've ever seen. 5 cars in front of me, will be lucky to get the food before closing time. Takes the whole meaning out of fast food. Good way to run your business into the ground

Staff friendly. Tried their hardest. Fingerlicking good? Named so because you're eating your fingers, never mind licking them after the long wait. Food was overcooked, dry, and more meat on a sparrow. Tasted terrible. Definitely wouldn't be back.

Order food for click and collect, stand for 20 mins waiting. Still no food with no explanation
Andrew M — Google review
Unfortunately I can't rate it as a 0 so I have to give it a 1 star... Went there 4years ago food was horrible the meat was not properly cooked. Thought today we'll give it a try see if we would ever come back after.... The chicken was hardly cooked it was still raw pink inside. Got a wrap, the wrap was hard on the edges it was breaking off it wasn't a wrap you'd normally get in other places, seemed like it was an old wrap probably out of date... The service also was not up to standards either, the staff didn't really care, very disappointing.. So long story short, definitely not going back again ever.

Was waiting in line for 30 minutes before I had even got to the speak to place my order then had to wait a further 10 minutes to get my food would have been faster going to a restaurant and getting a 3 corse meal in the same time that it took to get the food

Just had 2 tea and scones, which were very nice and presented in a quality (hand warmer) mug and plate. Also, i noticed they know how to load up a sandwich. Pleasant staff.

We called in late one evening, coming up to closing time. The staff were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for them. Just so friendly! We just had so sandwiches and coffee, but they were the most amazing club sandwiches we have had and the coffees were the perfect temperature! We'll definitely be back

Staff are efficient but not particularly friendly. Sandwich ok but roll not particularly fresh. That's probably why she asked me if I wanted it heated! The guy who clears the tables is a very nice guy as poured me a glass of water when he saw my hands were full, yet the woman serving me just said it's over there and pointed, when I asked her for a glass of water.

I have been going there for quite some time now, the staff are always extremely friendly and very accommodating. It has a very warm, welcoming and family friendly atmosphere. The food is of the highest quality, especially their gourmet sandwiches, just fab and great value for money. Always interested to see what new delicacies are appearing on their menu.

Sandwich co. Is a favourite of mine for a quick, handy lunch. Always great, friendly service from the staff. The triple clubs are the best thing I've ever tasted.
Zoe H — Google review
Terrible. Didn't have enough rolls, then took forever to get sandwiches. When I left I find out they weren't even toasted. The bread was rock hard and in no way fresh, so I'll probably need a trip to the dentist. Also, the card machine didn't work so was told to walk to a bank machine to get cash. Way overpriced too. A total waste of money for a sandwich that mostly ended up in the bin. Won't be coming back here.

Couldn’t eat Cheesy chip as was absolutely disgusting & remaining had to be thown out . 🤮 overcooked frozen chips especially as they were awful . Second bad feed & will be my last . Avoid this place as food isn’t good at all .
