Food was bland. I bought ahi poke and lumpia, the serving size is super small for the price. Lumpia didn't taste meaty, poke was severely lacking in flavor and it wasn't fresh. I really wanted to like this place because of how beautiful it is inside and how nice the music was but it was very disappointing. Don't get the Lomi Lomi salmon, it's $6 and they serve it in a tiny sauce dish. We also got the short ribs and kalua pork, it was also bland and the ribs were pretty small. I guess I just expected more because of all the nice reviews.

Been going there for years, but it’s gone so far downhill, I don’t think we’ll go back. Ordered from door dash and what you see in the photos is the misubi… they charged close to $9 for that. The tiniest slice of spam and the tiniest sliver of egg. The other photo is their “fried rice.” They charged $2 extra for some sauce and seasoning. The steak was like chewing gum. My chicken was meh. If I don’t get food poisoning I’ll call it a plus. We won’t order from them again and won’t be back.

Good Hawaiian vibes and the menu is extensive. There are lots of options and combos. I just wish the laulau doesn't sell out, I have yet to try it 😊 The food is delicious but please give us just a little bit more rice. 😜

As soon as you walk in the door, you're walking into what feels like a perfect version of a Hawaiian tourist shop. It's so inviting and maikaʻi loa! The staff is friendly and the selection of foods are wonderful! Everything we ordered was perfection and felt like I was on the islands!

Food is not bad but L&L is so much better. Kalua pork needs more cabbage and katsu is mediocre. Rice is dry and mac salad is meh. I can’t stomach having to pay tip to eat a downgraded version of L&L just down a couple of streets from here.

The food is delicious, their fruit sweet teas are delicious. We opted to get sampler platters for appetizers and the family meal sampler as we couldn’t decide. No complaints on the food. Service was great, and they checked in on our party to refill our teas. My only feedback would be on the bathroom. Could be cleaner. I will say that the decor is awesome makes you feel like your on the island. Would recommend and we will be back.

Hidden gem!! Starting off with a fun atmosphere and friendly smile, the experience just kept getting better! I ordered the Orange chicken and coconut prawns w/mac salad. The meal came out looking beautiful! Orange chicken was absolutely divine! Hot, crispy and a sauce that had a lovely depth of flavor and actually tasted of oranges instead of just citrus like many places. Dessert was the pineapple upside down cake. It was a big piece, plenty to share, and came out warm and fresh. I dont usually remember to write reviews , but this place was very impressive. Leianna gave attentive and friendly service. We will be back for sure !

We saw the signage and decided to stop in and try the food. The ramen was very very tasty. The Gyoza was really good. Since it was a little late, they were all out of Curry so took the ramen and it was very good.

This is the first time since moving to Washington that we found an authentic Japanese food! Everything tasted so delicious we ate it all! The only hassle is that it is a bit far from where we live. It is about an hour away and we have to pay a toll fee to pass a bridge to get to this area. That’s okay! 😄 We will be sure to come back and bring our friends and recommend this place to everyone. Additional pictures are added as we came back for a second time. And we ordered a different ramen from the first time we were here. They did not disappoint us! This is my first time eating here, and I was very pleased with my meal. The Nagasaki Chanpon tasted delicious, had a nice presentation and was a generous portion. The staff was friendly and the service was great.

I Love Ramen is my go to Ramen Shop here in South King County. I usually get ramen or curry or both ^.^ The service is always great which makes the food even better. If you want to eat some good ramen then come here and be satisfied.

I have been driving by this place and been really wanting to try it so we did. It was cold and we were feeling like soup. First off, the lady who answered the phone has a very huge language barrier and I kept having to repeat myself. She kept not understanding what I was saying. I was really hoping that my order wouldn’t be messed up.... but it was. I ordered the number 1 and number 4. Definitely not what I got when I came home. We live 20 mins away so we just said screw it and hopefully we will really like what we got. The broth was rather bland. The egg rolls were ok. Our tempura wasn’t cooked all the way and still had flour on them. Overall, I was very disappointed and sad I didn’t get the ramen I wanted. Actually, nothing satisfied me from this meal.

GREAT service, FAST FRIENDLY, been going to other similar style restaurants in the area, probably tried them all and this one kicks all of them! Definitely coming back! Very homey and cute, they have origami and custom pictures as well that they sell. Priced fairly and have DELICIOUS food, all the negative reviews I read on here are no where seen as far as I could tell! They take great pride in their customer service and their products!

This place is an absolute gem! The authentic Japanese food, particularly the katsu with curry, is simply outstanding. The homemade salad dressing adds the perfect touch to the salad. The customer service is top-notch, making me feel like a local celebrity. Meeting the lovely owner tonight was a fortunate delight. Highly recommend, I'm definitely coming back!

Shoutout to local business Gyros House inside Federal Way Commons Mall. The owner is very friendly and accommodating! Food is always fresh the chicken strips are hand breaded. My favorite is the Gyro Salad 🥗 go check them out you won’t be disappointed!

Two falafel dulmathes spanakopeta fish and chips and a special platter. Everything tasted amazing and was extremely healthy option. Very very decently priced for the portion. Would definitely go again. Everything was gone within minutes

The guy that is here is always so friendly very quick with the food. I come for the fries but I stay for the sandwich. The lunch deals that are available I take them every chance I get My kids love coming here we never finish our plates we always take leftovers home or we always share with each other Great portions for the price

The Gyros House is located in the food court of Federal Way Mall I have tried a lot of places that offer Gyros but this restaurant is the only one that makes it in the proper way and what I like the most is the freshness that make us comeback to eat there every time that we are near by. Kudos to the owner and his team Keeping up the quality food and hospitality services! great work!!!

The food is reasonably tasty if you’re into greasy comfort food. But unless you enjoy scooping rice off your doorsteps, do not order delivery from this place. This is the second time I’ve made the mistake, and they somehow managed to stuff $150 worth of food into a single paper bag, like they were packing a lunch, not a dinner order for multiple people. Predictably, the bag couldn’t handle it. Containers burst, liquids leaked, and by the time my food got to the door, it looked like a curry crime scene. One rice container literally exploded. A container of tikka spilled out. The sidewalk got more of my meal than I did. And the wild part? The exact same thing happened with my last order. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, I’m writing this review. If you’re thinking of trying this place, go eat inside. But whatever you do, skip the delivery unless you enjoy disappointment with a side of sidewalk masala.

Very welcoming and friendly staff👍🏽🙂; extremely, flavorful food options😋. This was my first visit here with a good friend who recommended we try East India Grill for lunch. We dined buffet style, which I would recommend to those who may be new to Indian Cuisine. The buffet includes many options of protein dishes (Coconut Chicken was my favorite), a few rice options, a few vegetable entrees, a separate section of salad toppings, and a few deserts options. I will definitely be returning to East India Grill for more of their delicious foods. I honestly now understand why they were voted Best of Federal Way, 2021 to 2025, and I agree to that voting!!

I really love Indian food and have traveled to India a few times, so I have a sense of what to expect. This was my first visit back to East Indian Grill after moving away from the area about ten years ago, and I was excited to try the lunch buffet again — but overall, it was just okay. Some dishes were empty when I went up, and a few items on the line were cold. The spice level is extremely mild, which I understand may suit local tastes, but I was hoping for a bit more flavor. They do have a small container of hot sauce by the salad bar, which helps a little. Drinks aren’t included with the buffet, so I ordered a chai. I love authentic Indian chai — but at $6 for one small cup with no refills, I wish I’d known the price beforehand. (Also, just a small note: “chai” already means tea in Hindi, so “chai tea” is a bit redundant!) I was surprised that Indian pickle wasn’t included on the buffet. I asked for some on the side and was charged $4.50 for about a half-cup. I love pickle with my food, but at that price, you could buy a jar or two to enjoy at home. The restaurant’s atmosphere has changed a lot since my last visit — the traditional murtis (Hindu deity statues) are gone, and now there are TVs on the walls. There are also quite a few signs posted about things like using cell phones and different prices for cash vs. credit card payments. My total came to over $30 for the buffet, one chai, and some pickle, which felt high for the experience. I see other Indian restaurants in the area doing well, and I’ll be trying them soon. As for East Indian Grill, this will likely be my last visit — and my last cup of chai here.

There are not much choices for Indian food in and around Auburn. For the buffet considering the variety of food items from appetizers to main courses to dessert’s to chutneys at a rate of $20 per person - this is a steal. Absolutely wonderful food and a very pleasant calm place and service. There is nothing to complain about, it's worth every penny. Sweet dining experience, stop complaining about take out, go outside and get a life. Definitely the best Indian food I've had in a long long time.

Food was pretty good. Lots of posted signs. Although I *love* the food here (second visit after first one 3 years ago), I can't return. It is too salty for my blood pressure. It doesn't taste salty, but something hits about 30 minutes later.

Last time I was here was almost 10 years ago. The renovations make it modern but still has the cozy feel to it! Loved the food. It was slow a Saturday and we went around 1:45pm. Got seated quickly and food came out quick as well. Lemme tell you - it was good 10 years ago, it’s still good til this day! The salmon on the Alaskan roll was sooo creamy and just melted in your mouth. The other two rolls we got (Heart Attack and Exit 18), delicious. Ingredients were good and the presentation 👌🏽 we loved the Alaskan so much we put in a second order! My boyfriend and I devoured our rolls and when the waitress came back she was so happy we ate all our food lol. Definitely will be back in the near future.

This place is always the best & most authentic place for sushi in my humble opinion! The fish is fresh which is the most important the place is clean & the servers are super sweet & very tentative to all your needs. Try this like place out, it’s hidden back in the corner so you might miss it!

Decently maintained establishment with quick service, excellent hospitality, and large entrees which complimented the pricing. Opinion: Initially, I was skeptical about the establishment due to the higher prices for simple dishes. My sentiment didn't get much better after I left to wash my hands and noticed that a portion of the men's restroom was used as a storage or closet space. Also that the lighting appeared dim giving it an odd vibe. Returning to the table, we decided to over order since we were unsure of the portions and were afraid that food would be grossly overpriced, but to our shock, the food arrived extremely fast and the portions were well worth the pricing. Everything that we ordered tasted great, my only qualms were that (1) my poke bowl had too much lettuce and onions which I couldn't help but to think was to simply fill the bowl, (2) that the poke bowl probably should've come with a side of seaweed salad instead of lettuce salad since it already came with a healthy portion of it, and (3) that most menu items came with krab meat, or imitation crab, which is a bit of a turn off since it seems to lack authenticity. The breakdown of each category is as follows... Atmosphere: Excellent design and layout. The artwork, music, and aesthetics made for a very welcoming environment and complemented the style very nicely. Though, I do feel like the restrooms are due for an upgrade in lighting and style. Service: The staff was friendly, warm, and very aware of the needs of the customer. If we ever finished an item then they were there to clear the table of empty dishes without disrupting our meal. Food: Though the food may appear pricey, it's actually reasonable given the large quantity of meat that you are given in each roll. Don't be offset by the words "2 pieces" in reference to the quantity of meat in each roll - their two pieces are large, trust me on that one. To reiterate, we over ordered due to not understanding that the prices are high because they are double the portions that you would get anywhere else. I do feel like they tried to fluff up the poke bowl with lettuce, which was a bummer, but it did still have quite a bit of salmon in it, so I wasn't too upset. Also, I must note - the food arrives extremely fast which is a huge bonus. Overall: It's a nice establishment, but the menu items aren't something that I will want to revisit often. I'll give it 4 stars since the food and service made up for the price, but I would like to see the few adjustments mentioned in my review before I ever think about a 5 star. But, with that said, I would still recommend Koharu to anyone who asks for a solid Japanese restaurant in the area.

Best Katsu and Cali roll I've ever had. The overall quality of the ingredients and the care taken in the plating and presentation was at a fine dining level. And the best part was the service was even better than the food. And the food was out of this world.

Very good social distancing practices. Temperature check, face masks and tables spaced apart. Waitress was friendly but a little pushy on wanting us to order fast, 1st time in the restaurant, we were looking at the whole menu, 8 pages. They offer many individual dishes(good for family style). Just two of us. They only offer three different combination meal. Mongolian beef was good, sweet and sour chicken was good, soups were good, egg roll was good, fried rice was a little dry. Portion seasons OK, not large like other Chinese restaurants.(no left overs to take home). Overall, a good experience.

This is the place for Chinese! The Grand Peking is a well established restaurant providing delicious fresh food. We have been customers for over 25 years and the dishes are always wonderful. We love the Hot and Sour soup and the House Special Wor Bar. Stop by when you are craving Chinese!

Actually this place was pretty good. The Almond fried chicken was really good. The Mongolian beef was kinda weak but everything else was good. Clean restaurant inside but they only got an okay rating from the health department. The is my second time here and both times my wife and I liked it.

Mediocre food. Got the salt and pepper shrimp and Mongolian beef. Could be better. While taking a bite of the shrimp I could taste the msg in there(only because there was a small cluster of it in there). The price was decent but will probably not go again.

Excellent restaurant for a family dinner. Prices are reasonable, they have an extensive menu, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The portions are plentiful, hot and delicious. We had the family dinner, started with egg flower soup which was very flavorful. The appetizer plate came next, there were a few items that were luke warm at best, but it wasn't long before the main entrées came to the table. We had rice, chow mien, walnut shrimp (amazing), General Tso chicken, Egg Foo young, mushroom chicken and beef and broccoli. Everything was so tasty. Give this place a try, you'll want to go back again I'm sure.

My client took me out for lunch. She said she loves this place, it was my 1st time. I personally am not crazy for Chinese food. Some can be tasty and not so on other meals . When we went I had the ginger pork, personally I didn't like it at all. The pork was way to " porky" too fresh and I'm not crazy about pork should have had the chicken. But I did like the green tea and some other dish can't remeber then name but it was good. I gave it 2,3 and 4 stars bcuz of my client HOWEVER if u love Chinese food this will be a place u will like to go. Check it out for ur self bcuz this is not my taste but for all those who love Chinese then try this place if u havent been. My client said she and her family love coming!

Nearly authentic sushi taste, better than trappers sushi. Amazing fresh sushi served here. They have the best Ikura (salmon eggs) be easy on any deep fried items, it may hurt your belly. Friendly accommodating staff. Setting was very Japanese. Horigotatsu table is available, so as regular dinning and the bar.

When I moved from Florida to the area, the first thing I did was to find a authentic Japanese restaurant that I can go on a regular basis. I love Japanese food because I have lived in Japan for over 10 years. I have a Japanese college degree and I have worked in Tokyo for many years. I know my Japanese food, I can tell whether it’s a authentic one or not, sometimes just by look the dishes, of course by the taste as well. The owner has been operating the Akasaka restaurant for over 30 years. The husband is behind the counter making sashimi and sushis. From what I have eaten, I can tell that he is professionally trained, he has passion on what he does and he is proud of everything he presents to his customers. All raw stuff I have eaten here are all very fresh and the best I have eaten in the area. The chef is a honest individual, sometimes I ask for a type of fish, he tells me that the fish is not very fresh today, instead he recommends another fish. Most of the time, I just ask for a “omakase” sashimi and have a bottle of Japanese beer or some sake to go with it. End the meal, I sometimes order a few sushis I like or just have a bowl of rice and miso soup that the wife brings. She manages the front from taking orders to clean tables and cashier. Looks like sometimes she May needs some help but she told me that now days, it’s difficult to find the right people. I was very satisfied for every meal I had here and alway feel that I can’t wait to have another good meal here again when I leave. You won’t find sushi with a lot of mayonnaise on top here, but if you enjoy authentic Japanese food from sashimi, sushi to tempura and other traditional Japanese dishes, this is the perfect place for you.

This place is a hidden treasure. The food is phenomenal, the service and atmosphere are wonderful, and I wish I knew about this place sooner! Many of their takeout items aren’t listed on Doordash/Grubhub/delivery apps so look at their online menu and order to pick up if you are wanting take out. Came with 3 types of pickles/kimchee for free! HIGHLY recommend.

I had dinner here with my wife before. The restaurant serves authentic food, and it tastes good. Customer service is good too. It only takes a while to order and for the food to arrive. Atmosphere-wise, some dividers separate customers and give them privacy, but I feel it's a bit clustered maybe due to how things are arranged. We were seated in the back, so the server didn't come often enough to check on us. At the same time, those sitting in the front towards the sushi chefs are getting the most attention.

Food was very tasty & flavorful. They had good variety & something for everyone: soup or dishes, spicy or not. For some reason though, our server was switched partway through the meal. We also got sesame balls & Japanese creme puffs which weren't pictured but tasted amazing as well. Overall, very nice place to eat.

HATE to say this, but as someone who has been coming here for years, the food sucks compared to what it once was. The quality in taste has gone down, and it's pricier as well. Food: Not sure if it's just an off day, but I got the Shoyu Ramen ($16) and the broth used to be spectacular where you can taste the deep porky flavor from being simmered for hours, but there was none of that today. It straight up just tasted soy sauce with no dimensions of flavor to the broth. Then the karaage... juicy BUT bland without sauce, which is disappointing because It used to be seasoned well. I have no idea how but even the spicy mayo sucks now and tastes more like the stuff they put on honey walnut prawns. Service: Nice people. Though I think they could do better when it comes to seating people. Notice a lot of people leaving because they were a bit disorganized and not attentive to the front where people come in despite having empty seats.

We’ve always loved Tokyo -ya Ramen, and are the regular customers. However, in our recent takeout order (two Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen) we found a piece of plastic in one of the bowls especially that bowls is for our kid. We’re not sure what it came from, but we can confirm it was a piece of plastic. We just wanted to bring this to attention in case it helps with the kitchen checks.

We always enjoy the food here and the staff is very nice. We were seated in a booth closer to the bathroom, so just be aware that you might have the air conditioning blowing right on you. It is nice to have a comfortable temperature, but it might be a little too cool If the air is blowing directly in your path. A spot closer to the entrance might be preferable.

Restaurant inspection rated “Good” by Washington State Department of Health. Been here a few times. This time We went during the early hours during lunch so the place wasn’t packed. Clean place and the waiters are attentive. Popular for their Ramen but I had better so I end up getting the beef curry and Gyoza while my wife got the house salad. Overall rating is Good.

Solid ramen. Won’t blow your mind, but a good spot for late night bite. We got the tonkotsu miso. Chicken karaage was mid. Chashu buns were ok. Overall good.

This is a plain no thrills Korean meat bbq. The price is quite reasonable and the food is good. It is totally self service for the food. You can get soup, side dishes, and other foods. You do get to eat all you want just do not waste ($10.00 waste fee if you do). This place is good for a hungry family or group of friends.

This buffet used to be excellent under the previous owners. Now it has gone downhill—the meat has become overly sweet and salty, making it unappetizing! And bring back the cabbage salad with mayonnaise, your new appetizers are terrible!

We came as a group of 4 and my favorite is the marinated short ribs. The Koreans like the brisket. There is also a wide variety of side dishes available to go along with the BBQ. For all you can eat, the quality of meat is decent for the price. I have been to Kpot and it definitely doesn't have as good meat quality. Not to mention that you get your food to cook or to eat. You don't have to wait for the wait staff to fetch them for you (Kpot). I don't know why people are crazy about Kpot. It's like they haven't been to a Korean all you can eat bbq before. The service is good at this place. The wait staff would ask if you need the grill change or not when they see it getting blackened and coated with all the charcoal meat remnants. I would definitely recommend this place for the value.

The lady owner is very kind to the customers. We always feel very comfortable everytime we go there. The food is excellent, lots of selection to choose from. The workers work hard and they are very friendly. We live in everett but its worth the drive. I recommend this place!

We like the food here. I don't feel like you're going to find variety of side dishes you want or see at other Korean restaurants which serve a set menu. The servers were attentive and kept drinks filled as well as got us the bill and cleared plates quickly. The staff are cleaning, but I feel the place needs a deep clean and redecorate or new coat of paint, AND there's always people here. This tells you people like the joint and it's a loved establishment.

Korean BBQ style on point. The food was always fresh, crisp and the atmosphere was really relaxing. I really really loved the Cucumber, and their kimchi was phenomenal. Just wow, oh and sushi. I can go on and on. My family and I really had a great time. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The price was reasonable for all you can eat, we are a family of 6. Definitely kids friendly. 30 bucks for AYCE Korean BBQ, and that includes Kalbi ribs(short ribs). Can’t really go wrong there. They used to have a lower price if you didn’t get Kalbi but I think they did away with that option. Place is a bit rundown as is the neighborhood, but for that price and quality, I’m not complaining (too much). The appetizers are decent as are the Korean salads. Sushi looks unappetizing and the one piece I tried was not very flavorful. The cooked food looked good but was dry. Service was decent but plates tended to get piled up and we had to ask for a clean grill for the second swap. *** another disappointment. My husband was craving some pasta so we decided to give Pop's another try and we shouldn't have. We ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, the Tortellini Alfredo la Rosa and garlic bread. So Pop's has a four cheese baked spaghetti on the menu so my husband asked if we could get the pastas baked not knowing that he would have to specify with cheese because we've never had to before. They said they didn't usually do that but they would which we absolutely appreciated but they could have said no and we would have ordered from somewhere else. It's probably our fault for assuming that people would know that when baked is requested it means with cheese but that is not the case. My Alfredo is bland, absolutely no signs of flavour but the noodles are cooked well and my husband likes his torellini but there is definitely zero cheese involved in these pastas they're just dry in top from being baked. The garlic bread was underdone and not the best flavour either. We won't be trying our luck again especially at $44 I can understand why people like this place it's just not for me. I ordered delivery the other night and was disappointed in my pizza. The toppings come under the cheese which I knew before I ordered but I forgot what this means for pizza quality. When the toppings are under the cheese nothing gets properly cooked or picks up that delicious roasted flavour so it was kind of bland except for the flavour of pizza sauce and uncooked deli meat. I got pepperoni and mushrooms and the mushrooms were wet and the pepperoni had an overwhelming raw pepperoni flavour which was unpleasant. The pizza crust was also undercooked, barely any brown on the bottom so it was floppy and it was a lot thinner than I was expecting for a pizza that isn't advertised to be a thin crust pizza. The sauce is extremely acidic and there was too much of it on the pizza. On the plus side the crust had a nice flavour. The pizza here is also overpriced on all delivery apps so I recommend ordering from this location directly. $25 for a medium pizza with only 6 slices was a hard pill to swallow.

Did you forget to add salt? Lol Let me add some for you - WORST MOST BLAND TASTING PASTA IVE EVER HAD, like bad. Watery. Doesn’t even taste like cardboard, just water. HAS ZERO FLAVOR. If you're looking for pizza, look no further. After this experience, I'm definitely coming back to explore the menu. The mozzarella sticks are plentiful, they're not like other places where you'll get only 4 sticks. I don't typically like marinara sauce, but let me tell you - this one is good. The cobb salad was extremely fresh. I was actually shocked to see how perfect the avocado was, and that's something I don't typically call out. So if you enjoy salad, this place won't miss. Pop's special pizza literally has all my favorite pizza toppings, and using red onion elevates the pizza further adding more depth to the existing perfect symphony of flavors. This one was an easy pick - get it. Now the Tuna pizza was an adventurous pick since we've never seen anything like it on a pizza menu. All I gotta say is you need to try it. It's SO good. It's like having a tuna melt in pizza form. It makes so much sense. One last thing I wanted to call out is I really appreciated how clean and organized the packaging and preparation was. Yes, this place is only to-go for pickup, but when you open up the boxes, you know that the team didn't just throw everything in there. It was neat and presented nicely - I mean look at my pics!

I only get it delivered. Great Brooklyn Pizza. My only question is can you chop the garlic up a little bit smaller and spread it around a bit. Other than that, it’s fantastic.

Tried Pop’s Pizza for the first time and it definitely did not disappoint! The meatballs were delicious and the portions were HUGE. We have leftovers and I’m not mad about it. We also ordered the Pop’s special pizza and it was very tasty. Everything tastes homemade. Great prices as well.

I absolutely loved Senor Taco! I had steak tacos and they were delicious. My friend got a chicken burrito and said it was really good. The green sauce is 10/10! The staff was kind, attentive, fast, and clean. I already want to go back for more!

Tacos De Lengua are 🔥 One of the best I have had in a long time. They are a bit pricy for a street taco but beef isnt cheap so I understand.

We go here almost every other week! The fish taco and spicy beef is a must. You can’t go wrong with whatever you get everything tastes authentic, and amazing!

All tacos (including fish) and burritos are delicious! I always order 3-5 tacos or a burrito. I've been coming by for 3 years, and the gentlemen have always been consistent with service & food quality. Laid back, hits the spot every time. I stop by when I'm in the area and craving comfort food. 10/10

My friends Gabby and Dani told me about this place. I love tacos and I'm a little picky about my tacos. Being Hispanic and from Texas I know a good taco when I get one and today I happen to get 4. The al pastor and the fish tacos were amazing. The service was great and even during a rush, they were pretty fast at getting me my food. Which I loved since I'm a contractor and was trying to get a quick lunch.

Holy moly this place is absolutely delicious! I had to fish tacos as recommended by the other reviews and they were really awesome, along with the taco al Pastor. My husband had the burrito and it was very delicious, the tortillas super fluffy. We look forward to eating at this place again when we are rolling through Federal Way. It’s places like this that keep us interested in discovering all the hidden gems around this area. They also have Mexican sodas and other delicious looking things on the menu..

Came here after getting minor surgery. Was exactly what I needed. I got the fatty brisket pho, the broth alone was so good. I got a regular size bowl and still had left overs. The avocado smoothie is made with fresh avocados not powder. So good. Prices were decent. Service could be better.

I live in Seattle and rarely eat pho in federal way. I happen to be in the area and tried this place out and instantly notice they don’t use beef bones to make their soup but they use chicken. Lots of MSG too. It’s called VIETNAMESE NOODLE SOUP. Use beef bones for the soup! I’m almost embarrassed to be Vietnamese when I see businesses doing shady things like this to trick Americans . Far from traditional pho. You can fool salt & pepper taste bud Americans but you can’t fool a Vietnamese. Not surprised im the only Vietnamese in the whole restaurant. Service was terrible . Vietnamese ladies would talk shit about people in their language and they didn’t expect me to understand. I asked for fish sauce and one of them told me to get up and get it myself.

Good dinner spot in Federal Way if you prefer Vietnamese food. We went in for dinner and ordered the Fried Tofu Banh Mi and the Stake Noodle soup. Both were okay.

We are a party of 7 for lunch. It is our first time in this restaurant. The kids liked the Bahnmi sandwiches and the price is reasonable. I ordered seafood soup which was expensive. I was disappointed since it was not flavorful and didn’t have a Lot of seafood. The customer service was poor. We had to ask for items that they should have provided. The restaurant was stingy with paper napkins.

Smaller portions, but, very good food! Everything tasted fresh and delicious! The service was quick and polite. Really enjoyed my bowl of pho! I went back and ordered more pho, and a Taro smoothie. Both were very tasty.

Love this location. We don't mind the service. They refill your water/tea, and banchan, and take your order quickly. The marinated squid side is my favorite. The ham and sausage soondubu is great, flavorful broth. Highest spice level is not too spicy. Has always been clean inside.

The meal was just like those I experienced while visiting South Korea earlier this year. Beautiful food presentation, and the restaurant was simply and artfully decorated. Generous portions of food. I'm no expert on Korean food, but judging by the other diners this is a local favorite.

Restaurant is still takeout only. Not as good as before pandemic. Recipes & quality has gone downhill. No more peas on the rice. No fried fish in the banchan. The kimchis are much smokier flavored than they used to be. Overall-- no longer worth going unless you're already in the area. I will be back someday if they have dine in again! I hope at that time the full menu including the old recipes will be back.

No dine-in but to-go only. Less food qualities, amounts recipes, no stones pot rice and fried fish but increased price. You will be disappointed if you were expecting same foods and services before the pendamic. I won't try to-go again but may come back when they restart dine-in

Had beef and haemul soft tofu soup, and spicy bbq pork. The taste was amazing. It was like i had in korea.

If you know Korean food, you will recognize that the food here tastes like good home cooking. The food is clean and the flavors are well-balanced. They give you the correct condiments and side dishes for the entrees you order and overall, I enjoyed the food. The service was a bit slow due to being understaffed, but the person waiting on us was very kind and thoughtful when he was able to give us attention.

Excellent tofu at reasonable prices. The ladies there work hard doing what they're doing. Definitely worth a visit.

Burger Express in Federal Way – A Local Gem for Over 20 Years We’ve been coming to Burger Express in Federal Way for over 20 years, and it’s still one of our favorite local spots. I started bringing my kids here when they were little for the kids meals, and now they’re grown and still love it just as much. The French fries are simply the best—crispy, hot, and perfectly salted. Honestly, no one else comes close. They’re worth the trip alone. I recently discovered you can upgrade your burger to a massive six-inch bun for just $4 more. I tried it with the Char Burger and couldn’t believe the size—absolutely huge and packed with flavor. It was hard to finish, but well worth it. My son goes for the California Burger, but I’m all about the Jalapeño Burger. Each one is made fresh and stacked with flavor. All 1/4 lb. burgers come deluxe—with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and their house sauce. You even get your choice of sides included for a great price—$3.45 for small or $4.80 for large. They’ve got a drive-thru, which is convenient, but it can get busy during the day. Honestly, skip the line and head inside—it’s faster and more comfortable. Burger Express is one of those places that just gets it right—great food, fair prices, and the kind of consistency that keeps you coming back for decades.

This is first time i've ever posted a review with pics. Burger Express is just fantastic. There's no other burger place I've ever been to that I like better. Its been a long time since I've been there...this was the best burger I've ever eaten anywhere! They've got a full service staff that were all very courteous, Cashier at the front, cooks on the grill, and an expeditor that runs food to your table. All of their burgers are hand-pressed and cooked on a grill. In these pics is the Boz burger (1/2 lb with EVERYTHING) and my burger of choice..the "bro burger" (complete with a butterflied, grilled hotlink). Absolutely fantastic and my all time favorite. Their fries are all hand cut from fresh potatoes and their shakes.....so many choices and all hand blended. Stop staring at the pictures.. just get in there!

This burger joint is dishing up some great burg baskets, fries, onion rings shakes, fish and chips etc. Been coming here for many years and never disappointed with the food and service. The fries are what keeps me coming back as they are hand cut with the skins, fried to perfection, never soggy and come included without extra change in the baskets. Dick's up the street may be as or more popular, but Burger Express has bigger juicer burgs and crispier fries for about the same price. It's also nice they have a drive-thru and dine in option.

Great burgers that come with hand cut fries. Onion, lettuce, tomato, pickles are on the burgers. I had the mushroom, Swiss burger. It was cooked nicely and you can taste the char broil. I don’t usually like fries, but these were really good and hot.

My brother's been here before and brought me in to try it out. My brother ordered the Western Burger with a Chili Fries side. I had the Bacon Cheese Burger, and both burgers came with fries. Plus, we asked for jalapeños to add to the burgers. We had Mexican Cokes, plus my brother craved a milkshake. Those burgers were so filling and delicious, every bite was juicy, and that char was perfect.

Got some shakes back in the day their shakes where bigger and cost less but overall it's still good .

This place has very good food, the hamburgers are tasty and good size with a large portion of fries and fry sauce included. I’ve tried a lot of burger places through Tacoma and will not mind the drive to get to burger express. Only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is: The place is a bit run down, disorderly and not the cleanest place but you can see the quality of food looks up to par. The staff is polite and very accommodating if needed. Prices are good and options are good. I recommend this place

Comparing Des Moines and Kent, I prefer going to this Popeyes. Their chickens are more fresh. Not sure if it's just the time when I buy. I also feel that the staff there seems to be nice.

I ate there on a Friday at lunch time. No wait. Drive through lady was very polite and food came out fast. Order was correct but the coleslaw did not taste very food. Didn't eat it. Chicken was good as always. Biscuits are the best.

I don’t feel that I will be ordering here anymore it seems that every time I order from here I’m missing a side or a drink or sauce, and they always get my order wrong some how. It’s always something. Just recently I ordered a 16 piece family meal and I was missing a large side and it was all classic when I ordered spicy, very upsetting , I didn’t notice until I got home , & this isn’t the first that my order is either wrong or missing items. & the girl at the window seemed very rude taking our order as well. Won’t be coming here anymore.

Ordered through the app and when they handed my order to me, they missed 1 drink. They gave me my drink and I drove home. When I got home and unpacked everything I also discovered they missed packing my large coleslaw. I recommend unpacking your bag in the car to check your order before driving away no matter how many cars are lined up behind you. These people don’t double check your order. I contacted customer support in the app and was given credit to my account.

WOW, the supervisor need to retrain their employees how to get things done in manner. drive through orders the cashier told me pull in the parking lot wait for 5 minutes. After 25 minutes I went inside my order still haven't started yet.

I waited 4 minutes at the drive thru, only car there. I made my order at the speaker and when I got to the window I was asked to pull around front and wait for my fries. Waited t minutes, she came out with my food. I parked in the lot and opened my bag. The chicken was cold, rubbery and so tough I couldn't eat it. The 1/4 pound breaded shrimp was cold as well. The fries I was waiting for weren't even warm

Came in at 8:30pm on 12th July 2025, ordered a 16 piece chicken only. Waited for 30 minutes to get my order, when I got my order it was 12 wings, 1 breast, and 1leg. Very dissatisfied with my order, especially when your receipt says you get 4 leg, 4 thigh, 4 Wing and 4 breast. Had to wait 47 minutes to get my order done. The employees look like they don't know their jobs and have no leadership to guide them. Didn't see a manager or assistant manager in the store. Also, the only female employee was there, was being very loud and cursing a lot at her fellow employees. This store needs some help, leadership and training.

First time ordering from here through the doordash storefront. Already weirded out by get the "ready for pickup" text minutes after placing the order. I'm really disappointed, a simple missing topping on my cheese bread and a watery large pizza. Made it home. Contacted the store and spoke to Tyler, like I've been advised to by the text messages. Told me he can't do anything on his end, and I'd have to contact doordash even though I picked it up myself. First and last time ordering from here.

Love Pizza Pizzaz!! They’re the only decent pizza delivery to Browns Point. Our pizza was delivered hot & on time. We ordered the Hawaiian (love the touch of bbq) and chicken pizza with ranch. So good!! Highly recommend. Didn’t rate atmosphere as I have no idea - we had our pizza delivered!

Mighty tasty!!!! Crust was light and chewy with toppings evenly balanced over the pie. The staff was friendly and focused cranking out pizzas yet not ignoring customers walking in to place or pick up orders. Very impressed and I’ll be back to try other menu options.

Good pizza, the chicken bacon mozz rolls are fantastic! My favorite so far. Consistent quality food, Great service. The place is always busy but the staff manages it well and they have always been positive and courteous. This is my pizza joint when I crave a slice. Not a “dine in” place

Great little to-go or delivery place. We got 4 different kinds of stuffed pizza rolls. They were all really good. The chicken, bacon, jalapeño was outstanding. They are crispy but bushes with a garlic herb butter that was delicious!

The prices listed on Google were not consistent with current prices. The wings had increased by $10 and the pizza increased by $4. We requested wings to be well done, but they were not nor were they worth the $10 increase in price. The pizza was only ok. Would not recommend or return in the future.

Great pizza, hot and delicious. Crust is one of the best around. Plenty of cheese, just the right amount of sauce, toppings covered the pizza. Only reason atmo is 3 stars is it is just a pick up counter. I did get a chuckle out of the collection of items on right side of counter. If you want good pizza, this is the place. They have pizza rolls, sandwiches, salads and desserts.

Eric greeted me right away asking if I needed a hand. I shared what I was looking for and he immediately jumped on a til and started taking my order for 19 different sandwiches. UPDATE: STILL NO COMPLAINTS! EVERY TIME we visit, this place it's, clean and their food always seems to be fresh! In conclusion, I highly recommend Jimmy Johns, as my husband even agrees that they do uphold their slogan, freaky fast! Even my husband was surprised that our sandwiches were ready to go as I was having problems with their credit card machine! 😅😅😅 Expensive BUT delicious!!! And they have EXCELLENT customer service!! Got a delicious turkey and veggie sandwich loaded with ingredients and flavor. Very friendly and clean.

Used to go here a lot. Last few months, whenever I've gotten a spicy Italian sandwich, I get ripped off. Supposed to be double salami, capicola, and provolone. What I'm getting is a single layer of cheese, double salami, and zero capicola. Edit 12/8 - So I wrote to customer service asking about the double cheese on this sandwich. Apparently, back in July the double cheese was quietly dropped and the ingredient list updated. That sounds about right for noticing the lack of cheese. Normally a screw up like forgetting a layer is no big deal, but I started noticing that the capicola was missing on several sandwiches, and wanted to put an end to the mystery. So three stars averaged for secretly taking away the double cheese, after the price increases, running out of capicola due to "supply chain issues" and just leaving it out and hoping I won't notice while I pay full price for it.

The Nachos are worthy of a collegiate appetite; my younger self would have polished them off but alas I would have spent the rest of my afternoon in misery. “Nice” heat in the red sauce and/or the melted queso. Thoroughly enjoyed the half portion! 😋 ✅ GOOD food safety rating. My bride wished she had tried the Chicken Enchiladas after having her fill (about 1/3) of the Chicken Quesadilla … next time. Convenient to The Commons in Federal Way and with the variety of cuisines within a 1/2 mile radius, Cafe Rio is worth the visit. 👍👍

We went to Cafe Rio today with some friends. When I ordered my tacos, I said no cheese, because they melt cheese on the tortillas. The employee still put cheese on. So I asked again for no cheese, and she just picked some of the cheese off the tortillas. Then I asked for new tortillas with no cheese but she ignored me and just used the original. Everyone else in my group waited in line for 15+ minutes when only a few people were in front of them. The employees didn’t seem engaged or desiring to be working. The restaurant was also very dirty (dirty counters, tables, floors, chairs). Didn’t seem sanitary on the serving line and in the kitchen. I normally love cafe Rio, but this location is not the same as some of the others. For the price of the food, the experience and food should be better but it wasn’t.

Used to love this place but it has gone downhill. The last couple times I have been their soda machine has been down but they will still happily charge you for a drink and not let you know beforehand. Chip strips for salads aren’t made. My friend and I were ordering two items and the worker paused between the two to do a large to-go order. Which meant my food was completely cold by the time the worker was done and made my friend’s food. We used to love this place but now plan to stick with Chipotle. Their food isn’t as good but at least their service is consistent.

My man and I never tried this place, so I only got 3 shrimp tacos, and after devouring them in seconds I had to go right back inside to order more for us. Our new spot! 🤗 Absolutely delicious! The Baja taco special on Saturday’s is amazing as well as the sweet pork burrito. They make the flour tortillas fresh right in front of you as you order. The staff is helpful, kind, and courteous. Place is clean and well kept too.

The food was fantastic. Ordering online was very easy. When picking up my food there was hardly anyone there, half of the fountain teas were out with no attempts to fill them and when stepping up to the counter to pick up my order I gave my name and the chick said "I don't have an order for that name." She looked a second time at the 2 orders on the counter and said "no I don't have an order for you." As I was about to pull up my confirmation text, I said "look behind you on the online order pick up rack..." Food is good. Service.....hit or miss. Order for pickup often. And half the time they are "on time" but the other times, even when the App says the food it ready - it is not. In fact, they haven't even started making it half the times I show up to pick up my "ready" food. 🙃

My son wanted to try it for the first time and we went in to get it for take out. There was a line but they were quick. He forgot to add something to his bowl and they added it last minute. Quick and efficient service! Thanks Fed Way Chipotle employees!

Food was great. The tall guy at the from counter working 4-6pm today was very willing to help. And other staff was very polite. New steak was delicious!!

When me and my partner went to get some food, there were people that were mostly standing and doing nothing. When we sat there for a couple of minutes, they finally got serviced, the person servicing us, she put very small scoops of each item and when I asked for half and half of two different meats she took the first scoop, and took off way more of the meat and threw it back in the container and then adds a lot of the other meat. I asked if she could add more of the other meat and she proceeded to tell me no bc it’s half and half, but there wasn’t much of one the meats at all bc she took it off and I thought she couldn’t hear me so I asked again and she then told me no. Then when she asked if I wanted anything else, she was disrespectful, and don’t u pay for extra meat if u wanted more meat? Makes no sense.

The girl with the super harsh bronzer is the absolute worst. She barely gives a proper scoop of anything picks up the rice and lets most of it fall off, then tosses a tiny pinch into the bowl like that’s enough. It’s so frustrating because I’m paying good money and expect a full portion, not scraps. So disappointed and irritated every time I see her working. Other than her everyone else does an amazing job at portioning.

A great fast food option. Lacks a "value menu" like most fast food establishments. But the food is quality, perhaps higher level than the atmosphere, which is akin to a cafeteria.

Hit and miss kinda place. Today, they're Lettuce looked orange and slimy. It looked disgusting. I mentioned that. They asked if I still wanted it and I said no thanks. You think you'd want to change it out? I should've been offered a discount.

The manager “Alfredo” is beyond disrespectful from the way he talks to customers and handles situations is pathetic. If I didn’t have a job I’d stand outside This location everyday to tell people NOT to eat here!!!

Maria and the crew were great. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Our food was perfect and they have an EXCELLENT rating from the health department.

I had a bacon cheeseburger and made it a lettuce wrap. I added jalapeno, mushrooms, onions, tomato and nacho l mayo. The ingredients were fresh, and the burger patties had a clean grilled/charred flavor with a hint of salt. It was a good meal and the free peanuts made for a nice side.

If you are looking for a fresh beef patty pressed on the grill with home fries, quality shakes, and loads of free topping options to include grilled onions, jalapeños, and green peppers 5Guys hits the spot.

Always the best fries 🍟 😋 and burgers 🍔 than any other fast food franchise. Their fries are a lot and good quality, well made, their burgers are huge and it's REAL meat. It is slightly pricey compared to regular fast-food places but that's because Five Guys is all about quality and quantity at the same time and they've nailed 👌 👏 it.

Had a great experience at Five Guys today. The lady with black glasses greeted us with a big smile when we walked in. The order went smoothly and the food was delicious. Highly recommended this place.

Best serving portion and healthiest yummy fries in town. Super filing. Any fries size you order, they over filled the cup and spill into the bag. Great portion. Getting more bang for your buck. Also the fries taste healthier than McDonald's and any other fast food fries. Regular or Cajun flavor available. Burger is double patty. You can request as many toppings as you want including grilled onion, mushroom, pickles etc. Sky is the limit. Dogs are so good. I highly recommend this place if you have burge, dog or fries cravings! Photos to follow later.

She was very helpful with ideas coaching my boyfriend through ordering. This was his first experience!! These are superior services that encourage customers to return. I also like to point out the team work Mikala provided with Kevi during the rush hour traffic. Great job to both employees.

It’s a good place to eat. The pizza was tasty but the service is slow. Mid pizza needs to truly work on their process. There can be Kaizen events done to improve the speed of operation. Not entirely this store’s fault.

Great pizzas with unlimited toppings for reasonable price and good atmosphere. I will say twice in twenty times the pizza has been extremely under-dressed when ordering online. I don’t tip upon payment for this reason— although this may be the reason they are under dressed since I know food service wages relies on tips— I prefer to tip in cash when I get there. However when it happens they are extremely friendly and hurry to remake it with a smile. I don’t go out to eat much at all anymore but I love to get a mod pizza.

The dining area is a minimalist dream, wood benches, simple tables and the service counter provides the basics of napkins, plasticware, and soda fountain. The food is very good. They prepare the pizza at the order counter, and you can see the toppings and add what you like. It's a thin crust, so it is cooked fairly fast in the brick oven. You pick it up at the counter when its ready. Most traffic seems to be carryout, so the seating area was less than half full. We were there for a fund-raising event by the Federal Way High School (Tennis team?). Will do it again, with or without there being a fundraiser involved.

Great customer service. Because it's freshly baked when you order, be patient. I would order a small salad or some... they have cauliflower crust option which is healthier. Good family vibe.

Visited MOD at 1215 on a Saturday and was met with disappointment at every step. For one the person making pizzas would not speak up, I could barely hear her no matter how many times I asked her to speak up, she would not. Then they drop a bomb. They are out of cheese.... seriously. The other person comes over to tell me they ran out last night. For one, why wouldnt you tell me this before you start putting sauce on the dough? And how are you in business without the second-most important ingredient? Finally after debating about leaving MOD with the kids, someone finally went to the back and cheese was on the way. Weird. Moving pizza down the line, told that these are the last onions they'll have today. OK weird. Go to pay and order drinks. Told soda machine has no co2 and is flat if I want that. No. Obvioslusly I do not. Why not just say its out of order. The cashier said they broke it a while back. Didnt need to know that but weird. I asked for the manager. Manager is off today. Seriously. Its saturday, they are out of cheese and the soda machine is broken. The manager should be here front and center at the very least for the respect of his employees. How truly embarrasing. This manager should be buying the cheese their self and prepping. Thats what a manager does. I wasnt irritated until I heard this. Its not hard to get a fountain machine co2 and if it needs repairs the vendors are usually fixing the same day. It was easy to point out eveything wrong today and it all points towards management. Fire this clown and fix this before your business suffers. The employees were great but obviously upset. I would be too.

The food always tastes really good, but the prices are so crazy! If I'm paying eleven dollars for a meal, I'd rather go somewhere else. Crispy beef burritos are the best!

Loved going to this location the few times we went! There are others closer to home so if we were near the mall it was usually for other restaurants or events but I never thought it would close and become some other mexi food place. Hopefully they are just moving to a new location(?) because it is sad to think this location being there for so so long not being there or even nearby anymore! 🤔

Visit this location and I was VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞 I ordered a Chicken Burrito it tasted like Chili with no kind of seasoning and not to mentioned it was so skinny and small and they use to be a descent size. I had to wait for my food you would think they would have made the Mex-Fries fresh they were horrible. They had so much seasoning on them as if they tried to recook what they had sitting. My Crispy Chicken Burrito was partly hard partly soft. For the price I paid for my food this is very disappointing!!!

I absolutely LOVE taco time! Especially their crisp burritos with the ranch sauce on the side. Staff are always friendly and the food is always fresh! It's a bit pricey, however if you go every once in a while, it's worth it!

This is a good place to eat. Its clean, well organized and quick service. The only complaint is the cost of the food. My favorite is the vegie soft taco. Two years ago it cost 5.50, now it's 9.75. I might go to Taco Dell mar!

Pretty standard drive through fast food service. It wasn't all that fast but it was kind of late so they may have had to make something fresh and it didn't take any longer than that. Also, it doesn't make my stomach hurt for 3 days after like the other fast food taco place.

We ordered a New York style pizza and it was delicious. It’s a take out place so there isn’t much atmosphere. We had to heat up the pizza when we got home but that was on us.

My husband and I order pizza quite a lot I'd have to say and the last 3 times we have ordered from here has been nothing but disappointing. Considering fast food/pizza is not cheap I do think that you should itleast get what you're asking and paying for. When we're paying 2.50 to 3 dollars for 1 topping I do expect it to be on there. Not to mention if we ask and pay for EXTRA anything it shouldn't look like a small sprinkle in the corner of 1 slice received that expensive topping but the rest didn't. Were really sad to have to drop coming here but I guess 3 strikes and you're out. So sad.

I ordered a 14 inch new york style cheese pizza and cinnamon sticks. the pizza felt soggy and it didn't look like what was advertised in the pictures also the cinnamon sticks taste and looks more like regular bread sticks which is why I am leaving a 1 star disappointed in what I got

Update: I was hoping I could have updated my review but it has only gotten worse. Should be 0 stars. I was on vacation for the last 3 weeks and when I got back my son wanted Vinny's. Called and told them about my last issue and was basically told too late. (Sorry for going on vacation after the last incident).... Anyways, we ordered an XL pepperoni stuffed garlic butter crust pizza. Well guess what. No stuffed crust, hardly any sauce an over cooked for $25! It felt intentional as they laughed when picking it up. Such a terrible place with workers that don't care about the business. Very sad to hire people that treat a business and their customers this way. Never going back and I am 100% positive they don't care. Previous Post: Got the new Meatball Grinder and they they only put two meatballs on the entire sandwich. Two! For $10 you get two meatballs and the sandwich should hold at least four. Pathetic business practice if this is their standards.

Didn’t place an order came to pick up 2 pizzas they hadn’t even started on them because they left the ticket sitting on the table, while I waited forever I watched how they made the pizza and this boy took out his phone more times than I can count and did not wash his hand once, very unsanitary. Was thinking about ordering but not anymore.

This is my first time ordering. Even with $10 first order coupon it came to almost $27 for this 18 inches Supreme Pizza and I am SOOOO sad that I got no olives, and only like a tablespoon of onion and green pepper. It's almost just a pepperoni pizza. Pizza tastes ok minus I didn't get what I ordered and paid extra for this kind of Pizza. So disappointing.

So glad El Rinconsito is in Federal Way as my boyfriend and I frequented the one in Puyallup for late night eats or to get a meal whenever they send me coupons. We have visited this location twice and the service, food and cleanliness of the restaurant has been consistently great. We have ordered the menudo, tacos, and pollo asada. The food is just as good as the ones from Puyallup which is good news to us. The drinks here are also refreshingly addicting as I'm a huge fan of their jamaica and horchata. Their salsa bar is a bit smaller but it has all the fixings and salsas you ever. One issue we did come across was they were out of a specific Favoritos flavor we wanted but my boyfriend didn't mind as we just got a different one to replace it with. The service here is friendly and efficient, we never really had any issues or concerns. They are good about ensuring the spaces are clean. A solid Mexican chain with a great reward system too!

Food is so good. I have to go here at least once a week. Customer service is a hit or miss at times but the food blinds the rudeness n keeps me coming back.

I was there for the free Sounders Tacos, and when we got there it was packed. We waited in line 10 minutes, whatever. When we got there they told me I had to go to the other line cause that was the free taco line. Anyway, made my order and didn't get a number so it took them a whole to find us. The rest of my order was 50/50. My kids food was great but my quesadilla was cold, never melted the cheese, so I got another one and it didn't have the usual toppings and it was a big ass mess. I don't think the girl at the counter liked me, it felt personal haha

Amazing from the food to the service I went during the night and the staff was so lovely I got some steak tacos and they were amazing. This young laddie attended me had great attitude. Will come back more

Love this place! Tacos! It's fast food but tastes like a quality restaurant. Anything I get from this place is delicious. My wife loves the bean and cheese burrito and a side of rice. I usually get a meal. Our favorite Mexican joint

This place was super clean. Staff was wearing mask and seating was created for social distancing. The food here was great, it tasted very fresh. For a small chain restaurant, the food closely tasted authentic. I would definitely recommend.

March 28, 2025 6:30pm The worker AYERIN R is very horrible at customer service. I come here alot. Never had any issues with the staff. This worker claim she offered me a bag for .8. I never heard her and I always purchase a bag. I let her know I never heard you say that and she continued with smart remarks. I told her you only asked me to round up for charity, which I did. She finally bagged up my food then proceed to clean around her register while I am waiting for my food. VERY RUDE & POOR COMMUNICATION. And then yelled at me in front of customers in line and eating at tables and I'm telling her that's not professional, don't do it. I also talked to her manager who did NOTHING but continue to eat! Horrible establishment! I would like a regional manager to contact me about this because I was not rude and I refuse to let a young child talk to me or any customers like that, especially while smiling.

This is usually my go-to location, but they are slippin. Something changed, and quality is plummeting. They gave me a whole head of cabbage! What the hell do I do with that?! I love the super greens, but there was no green. No magic broccoli. Just a bunch of the devils white lettuce.

I order two bigger plate, Half rice, half noodles. This is not my first time but the quantity is way too low. Server name is lisele and she just put a bowl quantity on my bigger plate. Management should do something It's not good.

Went to the drive thru and the second we pulled up they already wanted us to order and when we said give us a second to look at the menu and when we were finally ready she took forever to answer like we were bothering her. We ordered 1 bigger plate half fried rice and half noodles. Got to the window and we handed her our card and she turned her back on us when we were trying to ask her for hot sauce. When we were leaving I checked our order and it was just noodles no fried rice. If you are going to rush us to order maybe you should listen to the actual order and get it right the first time! Don’t rush us cuz now you look like a dummy rushing us and getting our order wrong! A little consideration and patience would be nice like it’s customer service! SMH I lived here for over 25 years and didn’t experience this.

Drove through the drive through to be greeted by Asiana and the aroma of delicious chinese food. Was in a dilemma after starving all morning. She was very very welcoming, extremely helpful and genuine. Trust her recs. Highly recommend. She needs a raise! Food was delicious. Prepared well, and hot. 6 stars if I could.

Ordered through the app, looks like they scrapped the onions off, missing some rather than just make the burger how ordered. Will not even eat thinking about the lazy worker scraping the onions off ineffectivly and what else they touched without care. Will go back to the McDonald's a few blocks away than risk getting nasty leftover lunch from careless employees!

I've been 2 almost every other fast food restaurant and I have never seen any of them screw you over like McDonald's!!! Yes, they have raised their prices slightly BUT they kept the size of their products the same size! Unlike McDonald's who raised their prices AND shrunk their products! Put in an order on the app for a drive-thru pickup. When I pull up and give my order code I'm told "its not here, try to other location", but it shows this location on my order, so I pull up to the window and have to go through 3 different employees until one of them goes to the front and sees that my order was, for some reason, set up front for walk-in. Food was cold, shake was partially melted, and my patience exhausted. Do not go to this location as I have had issues with missing food and wrong orders almost every time I pull in here.

I had a hard time communicating with the cashier because they didn’t seem to understand English well. It made the ordering process confusing and frustrating. The staff should receive better training to improve customer service and communication.

I was forced to give a star so I can write a review. It took more than 20 minutes to get my order and only when I asked them about it. The order was in the bag on the counter and cold. I asked the manager why it took so long to get my order he rudely dismissed me. I would have pressed the issue but I had to go elsewhere. I tried to contact corporate but their website was mysteriously down, weird.

**Drive-Thru Experience: Frustrating and Confusing** I recently went through the drive-thru at this location and had a very frustrating experience. First off, the second speaker in the drive-thru is terrible — you have to *yell* just to be heard, and even then, it’s hit or miss. I was shouting just to place my order, and the staff still had trouble understanding me. I originally ordered a **double cheeseburger and a McFlurry**, but the employee told me that a double cheeseburger *has to be ordered as a meal* and therefore comes with a drink. I was confused but went along with it and said, “Okay, I’ll take a milkshake instead of the McFlurry.” The communication was difficult the whole time — I kept being asked to repeat myself, which made the situation even more frustrating. When I finally got my order, they gave me **two regular cheeseburgers** instead of a double cheeseburger. At that point, I’d had enough and lost my cool. I asked why I was given the wrong item, and instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff doubled down and claimed that the double cheeseburger *doesn’t* come as a meal — completely contradicting what I was told earlier. I felt like I was being gaslit. If a double cheeseburger isn’t part of a meal, then why did they insist I had to order a drink? And if that wasn’t the issue, then **why was I charged for something I didn’t receive**? The lack of accountability and poor communication — both from faulty equipment and inattentive staff — made the experience incredibly frustrating. I don’t usually complain, but this one pushed me to.

Usually decent experience. Today irritated me though. I paid for my food at the first window, their card machine even dinged and she even asked me if I wanted a receipt. I go to the second window and was asked with a snarky tone “did you pay??”… yeah I paid. Then they told me that my card declined. Confused, I asked “Are you sure? Because I heard your machine ding and she even asked me if I wanted a receipt?” They told me that yeah my card declined. Like okay, that’s fine maybe I gave them the wrong card somehow? Still weird that the woman at the first window let me pass and even asked if I wanted a receipt if that was the case… So I hand over my phone to do Apple Pay and they told me that I’d have go all the way back in line and pay at the first window again 😐 doubling my time spent in the drive thru…defeating the entire purpose of the drive thru… I just left and went to the McDonald’s at the Des Moines location instead, that same card went through just fine and the exact same order came out to be $5 cheaper because they applied a promo code. Checked my account when I got home, the first payment had in fact gone through at the Federal Way location. I paid twice for one meal. I’m not so bothered at the fact that I was charged twice. It’s cheap McDonald’s, who cares. It’s more so the fact that there was an error made on their end at the first window, and their best solution was for me to go all the way to the back of the line and repay at the first window to fix THEIR mistake. Irritating.

Arby’s is one of my best go-to for French dips. However, on this visit, my curly fries were in small pieces and only half full. I added more meat to the French dip, and it's really good. Love the auju sauce. Besides the half-fries everything else was good.

Well I'm a snob because I'm old enough to remember when the roast beef was actual roast beef. But I must admit I do like the sandwiches anyway. The sauces are good too. I put three for atmosphere because I really haven't been inside the restaurant in a very very long time. Service is fine. And the sandwiches are not skimpy so that's good. And they are yummy.

It’s such a hit or miss at this location. This time it was a miss. Big time. Stale buns that were burnt black and dry and stiff as cardboard. Everything was cold. Such a bummer. That seems to happen when you’re super hungry. My dogs sliders were better than the food we ordered for ourselves. Think I’ll wait a while before going back to this location.

Went thru drive thru for lunch around 1:30pm. Roast beef did not taste or look fresh at all. Same with fries. Totally unacceptable. I wil gol to other Arby's but not this location again!

We hadn't been to Arby's in a while but heard about the Good Burger special for the upcoming movie and figured we'd try it. It was so good and the best fast food burger we've had! Our burgers were cooked perfectly and were delicious! The Good Burgers have Wagyu beef and were thick and juicy and seasoned well with fresh lettuce, tomato, pickles and cheese. It is a combo meal and came with hot, tasty fries and a yummy strawberry shake. It's a limited time so hurry up and give it a try. Sorry I totally forgot about getting photos.

Great costumer service, the manager at the front end took time to have a decent conversation in a short time and made sure I was satisfied also suggested good choices! This location was clean, well organized, professional and eye candy curb appeal! Parking lot was taken care of and I was able to find parking even during happy hour. If my opinion this Arby’s joint is well run and a great choice if you’re interested in a decent dining experience on a lunch break or what ever the cause! Food was cooked spot on, didn’t make me sick like some fast food does. Garbages aren’t overflowing or messy. Bathrooms well kept.

Taco Bell had a clean and well-maintained setting, making for a pleasant dining experience overall. The food was served quickly, and the main items were solid for fast food standards. However, I noticed some cross-contamination on the side menu—bits of lettuce showing up where they shouldn’t—which is a pet peeve of mine. Small detail, but it took away from the otherwise good experience. JY review

The ladies, and occasionally gentlemen, that work here are always very friendly and nice. And they even put a note on the bag this time and I thought it was cute 😊 It’s the employees that make a place in fast food stand out

They mess up orders like breathing. Ask for no onions, you still get onions. Tortillas taste like leather because they don't steam them right. This location absolutely sucks.

I've been to this specific location at least 50 times. I went to the drive through at approximately 8:07 pm to order a family size chili. The drive through guy told me I could only get it through the app. This was a lie because I've ordered the family size from this location before. If you're out of chili or something, don't fabricate a story saying that's only on the app. I don't have the Wendy's app and I've ordered this in person before. What a complete waste of my time. I went to Del Taco across the street because I was so annoyed.

After a long day my family placed an online order here, I drove to pick it up. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes even though it was just 3 cars, at the window they handed me the drinks 2 of which being frosty’s and then told me to wait out front for another 10 minutes. I waited and finally got the food and drove home, the ice cream was very melted by the time I arrived , I unpacked everything and they had forgotten an entire meal we paid for. This is not the 1st time this has happened at this Wendy’s. It’s always horrible waits, terrible customer service, and lost items.

Have gone to this location multiple times and have had issues every single time!!! Latest was an inexcusable delay in getting my mobile order I placed before I got there! Several walk in customers who came in after got their orders before mine! Manager was useless and no help when I pointed out this issue! Standard POS operations for this location unfortunately!!!

Burnt hockey pucks for burger meat. Flat, hard, burnt and stale. Looks nothing like the advertisements. Staff is rude and unpleasant, along with unprofessional. They seem upset if you go there to order anything. Go to another Wendy’s and stay away from this one.

Went to this location and had never been to a subway that is stingy on toppings. When I asked for extra pickles the person only gave 2 extra slices. Paid $17 for a sandwich that didn’t even fill the footlong. Never again.

We walk in and the worker didn't say hello+keep working from the back. We waiting for around 15 minutes and we have to say raise my voice to call the worker from the back and one come in from the bathroom why you raised your voice, and told we to get out. We feel so bad to let everyone know try not to come to this location

I go to this location often and I've never been treated this way I know what to expect getting subway. A typical sub made to order. The association this Sunday morning was so rude about simply making my sub. I don't have any crazy requests. I just want the works. All veggies and a sauce. Is that too much to ask for. Lady didn't want to give me any veggies as if there wasn't enough cut. No line besides one other person behind me picking up a delivery order. So it wasn't a rush. Can you explain why I was met with such an abrasive associate for wanting a simple sandwich

ZERO stars if possible. I walk in probably 20 minutes before closing time with my family at the same time as another family (literally held the door for other family) and some lazy young worker looks at our family and tells us that they are closed and registers are closed and can't help my family but could very well help the other family that walked in at same time as us which didn't make sense and was obviously lying to our face but we kept our cool and just left because i dont argue with stupid people 🤬🤬🤬 we will never go to this spot again & hope they run out of business soon

Worst subway I've been to . Order on the app picked up my order got home and my order is wrong by a long shot . Went back to the subway, and the young man with curly black hair and glasses seemed annoyed that I came back . Explained what was wrong, and he went to remake my order and still made it somewhat wrong . At this point, I knew he would never be able to make it the way I wanted . I'm not sure how he is able to continue making food, but some retraining couldn't hurt . I know what the order said and just don't understand how or why it couldn't be done correctly the first time . A little pride in what you do is everything . Greeting your customers with a smile or hello, how may I help you today. And most of all, being thankful to those who come their to buy the food . I got none of that at this store . Not to say it's always been that way, just with this young person . I'm very disappointed in this subway store, and this evening shift .

Place says they close at 9:30pm. Came in at 9pm and they’re closed. The people are in their cleaning. They need to modify their hours this is not the first time, I’ve been around 8:30pm and they’ve been closed.

We used to come often, but the food quality has gone down and prices have gone up. My $10 meal had very little meat and cheese (2 tacos, chips and drink). I still like the food, but have definitely noticed a decline.

Delicious tortillas and toppings, and the vibe here is awesome! They also do the burritos like chipotle where they do it in front of you which is cool! Definitely a yummy Tex-Mex place in federal way.

My fiance and I ordered a taco salad each. We were informed that there were no taco shells. Even without the shells it was made very well. In fact, it was Absolutely Delicious! I would go back there to eat again!

The entire time I placed my order, the server was on a personal call. It was very distracting. When I bit into my crispy taco, the shell was stale. I ate it anyway, as I was really hungry, not having had any breakfast. When the server got off her call I told her the taco shells were stale. All she had to say was "Oh", and then she got on another call. At the least I expected to be told "I'm sorry". It would also have been nice for her to ask what she could do to improve experience. I know how to improve my experience...next time I'll go somewhere else.

Ordered off of door dash 3 times and politely asked for sauce on the side every time ive ordered, (which i didnt think was such a big deal because the sauce was an add on that i paid for) and its been ignored each time along with no utensils or napkins. I work in the food industry and i know they can see the special requests, if they couldnt the store wouldnt have allowed the request feature on doordash. Accuracy is key.

Went here on Friday and was a very god experience. The lady that was working here was so friendly and sweet. She was so nice to our youngest daughter as well. We got 2 burrito bowls and some nachos and cheese for our girl. The food was actually surprisingly good for how empty the place was. I recommend the Verde sauce

The employees working were very nice and friendly this is the only reason I'm going to give 2 stars. BUT I found myself spitting out half the burrito due to hard white and dark bone like pieces in the chicken... won't go back to taco del after this.

The Kiwi Strawberry slushy was clearly not slushy, and the person still tried to sell it to us saying that it was supposed be that way and the others were too frozen. We asked for a fresh pretzel, and were told all were fresh... and yet told us not to choose that pretzel in the window, and get the bites instead. And then didn't serve us all what we ordered until we complained we were missing a bag.

After taking my family to the movies we went to go get a fresh pretzel and why we sat and waited for our order. My wife recognized one of the young women blowing her nose, then wiping her nose with her hand and not even think about washing her hands after the fact, but picking up the utensils to serve food without gloves on, so we asked for a refund immediately after seeing that. And after bringing it up to the young girl, she truly didn’t understand that is a violation of the food handler policies.

My son ordered a pretzel and when he tried handing the money, the worker told us he didn’t want to take the cash. We were given no good reason beyond the worker just not wanting to. I tried to get a proper answer or solution but he just scoffed at us and incoherently mumbled under the sound of his loud chewing. The whole interaction was extremely rude and appalling so we ended up just walking away.

I ordered one pretzel, hot dog bites and pizza bites and it was $28! Unbelievably expensive for that crap food. The pretzel was luke warm and rock hard and the pizza bites were stale. What a waste of money.

No employee in sight, and nobody came out from the back room when I called out. Another lady waited for a while and gave up. I'm about to do the same. Weird, because there's usually a sweet lady always here to greet me and take my order.
