Service is good n fast. Food is pretty tasty. Ambiance is ok. I would recommend this place for lunch or dinner in South of Denver - Lone Tree area. 👌💯

Costa Vida sounded so good when we were chatting in our office about ordering our office lunch. When I received my order, my enthusiasm was quickly shot to pieces! My "smothered" burrito was naked with no sauce, I have no beans in my burrito and my "side" was lettuce only...where is the tomatoes and onions? I understand we all get busy but this just seems like pure laziness. My suggestion- don't order delivery from them and simply make the drive to ensure you get what you want.

I’ve been going here for years and today was excited and craving it. Staff completely rushed me not listening to what I wanted having a conversation on their own in Spanish. Ended up to be the most flavorless burrito I’ve ever had and beyond dry chicken, rice was dry. Also about 4 dollars more than I’ve ever spent on a meal there. Super disappointed. I used to talk about how nice their staff was and how much I love their food. Not this time. It takes a lot for me to make a review but to rush and get an order wrong and have dry flavorless food and charge more when it used to be good is sad. Also just keep in mind there was no line.

Rushed me through the line and were annoyed by any question I had. Argued with me about the bowl not something in a bigger size and I was trying to ask what comes in the large tin with a tortilla on the bottom bowl salad? Idc I just wanted the bigger size with a tortilla lol! I drove 20 min to get this cause I hadn’t had costa Vida in sooooo long and I was super annoyed how fast they were trying to rush me through the line just let me look at the options and decide dang. Food tastes exactly like I remembered though which was nice after that annoying experience.

I've had better food at other Costa Vida locations. My chicken was dry. Also the horchata was not in a machine you had to ask for it and it was way too sweet. It was too cold on there and the bathroom was messy.

I came here because I had a BOGO coupon and was pleasantly surprised, the food is absolutely delicious. It honestly throws Qdoba and Chipotle out of the water. The first time I got the burrito bowl and the portion was pretty small unfortunately, but I came back and tried the burrito and it was more than enough food.

The staff was AMAZING and made it an awesome visit! Super funny and welcoming. First time trying the food and it was a 10/10. Will definitely be coming back!

Never a disappointment at this 5 Guys. This place can get busy but well worth the wait. Easy to get off and on I-25. The burgers are so good and Dogs are so juicy. very clean and bathrooms are always clean. outside eating available and shopping in this area. The staff is very friendly. Love how you can watch how they cook your burger is awesome.

The regular burger actually comes with two patties. You can get them wrapped in lettuce or in a bowl if you don't want the buns. Lots of great free toppings.

I always love the fresh food served here, with great prices for the sheer size of their burgers. Will definitely come here more often.

When isn't Five Guys a good idea? That's the question I've been asking myself lately and the answer is: when it's time to pay. I'd been craving 5Guys and so desperately needed them in my mouth and I was lucky that they weren't far from where I happened to be. So, I took a turn, then another and went into the local restaurant. The decor is the same as you'd find at any Five Guys, so I won't bore you with that part of my review. I will, however, tell you about slipping all that meat into my mouth, the juices running rampant along my tongue and how the taste of Five Guys on my lips just can't be beat. So worth it. Oh, and they have fries, too.

Honest opinion, for $15 for a burger and french fries it might be worth it just to go and wait for one at another restaurant. I left still wanting a burger. French fries are always on point though!

Burgers were great.. The 2nd burger in the bag came unwrapped when I picked it up.. Fell all in the bag on my fries.

This is my favorite Mad Green's location--they're the cleanest, friendliest, and have the freshest ingredients around. Ample parking and outdoor seating make it even better. Every single employee I've encountered here went above and beyond in making my family feel welcome. It's fast, easy and most of all healthy. Win-win!

Ordered a large create your own salad, and bit down on a hard piece of metal. Not sure if I did any damage to my teeth but this is a safety hazard and cleanliness concern. I am appalled.

Really friendly service. Came here for dinner take-out. I couldn't decide between the seared Ahi salad and the elote Mac Bowl so I got both. Both are delicious! I also got the Berry juice. It has mild cinnamon and star anise flavors to it. Definitely recommend!

Location is great, in a plaza with other restaurants and dining establishments as well as shopping. We have never been here when it's busy. That's both good and bad I guess. Salads are good, everything seemed fresh and portion sizes are nice.

We had a Great Experience tonight. We’ve eaten at Mad Greens quite a few times and this was far and away the best! Kyle was SO Kind and thoughtful. He saw my wife and I were just sharing one entree and offered to split it. Then we talked about getting the hummus trio and taking the rest home and he thoughtfully offered to give it to us in a to go container so after we were done we could easily take the rest home. Thank you Kyle!!!

Ordered the Athena got something else seems like stuff just thrown together with extra extra lettuce im assuming since I said I’m new they just rushed me but it was for someone who goes there a lot and it didn’t have anything really in it besides lettuce and croutons plus person at register has a constant mean mug probably just gonna stick with other places after this. Only plus is it was a mostly clean store all around.

7/9/25 Super nice location and staff!! Unfortunately can’t remember the two ladies names who helped us cause I drove 2 hours home and my brain fizzled out but they were so nice! We came in honestly 20 minutes before closing but they were quick and friendly. We will def save this location for next time we are in Denver

I work in the mall and frequent this Chick-fil-A for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All of the crew there are always so pleasant to interact with and always do such an amazing job. They are consistently efficient and quick, and always on top of their game with welcoming smiles and kind words., and their food is always fresh and tasty There have been times where some of the team (honorable mentions {sorry for not knowing names!}: The taller, I assume, manager who always wears a smile The guy who frequently happens to take my order, who I'm almost positive name is Liam Highly recommend for anyone :)

Don’t bother upgrading your fries! You’ll just be giving them more money for nothing. This is what I got from them when I upgraded. Not worth it at all.

I was at park meadows mall enjoying my day until I when to chick fill A . They didn't get my sandwich right I brought to the manager attention I got a new sandwich but not without attitude from the female employee in gray shirt. I spoke to a different gentleman who addressed my complaint appropriately. I detest writing bad reviews but I definitely believed that feedback is necessary to correct inappropriate attitudes in the work place.

Prices are standard for chick fil a but quality and service were terrible. Firstly those may have been the worst fries I’ve ever had. I actually got the vibes they were like soft saltines but in fry form. Secondly, the service was terrible. It’s fast enough but those employees did not care about their job. They weren’t rude but more just didn’t care I guess. I’d go elsewhere

In person, Chick-fil-A is great. Delivery is a disaster. Every time, something is missing — sauces, sides, half-filled drinks — and there’s no real way to get it fixed. You pay full price and get half an order. Honestly, it’s one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. They seriously need to get it together. UPDATE: I’ve been two more since this review and both orders were 100% wrong.

We had a great experience at this location! Stopped by here after my daughter’s birthday party at Build A Bear, and the service especially from the manager was amazing!

Not so great experience. The staff was rude and just didn’t have it together. The girl who scooped my pico didn’t drain it so it made my whole bowl soggy. Very soupy! Didn’t ask if it was to stay or go so we had to ask for a bag and forgot queso for our chips. I would avoid this location!!

Lady with the giant nose ring was very stingy with how much food she plates. $20 for half a bowl is ridiculous. Won’t be back when she’s working the line.

I had a surprisingly mediocre experience at Chipotle today. Ordering my food was great. The line cooks did a great job making sure that I was getting what I wanted, but when I arrived at the cashier it almost seemed like I was an inconvenience to her. She didn't greet me didn't ask if there was anything else I needed and when I was all rang up she almost forgot to say thanks for coming in and when she said it it was with an annoyed attitude. She definitely seemed more interested in keeping the conversation with her coworkers than the customer that was in front of her. But that's just my opinion from the position of working in the food industry for a decade.

There is one girl texting on her phone while serving a customer. The customer is waiting for her bowl to be finish and she is constantly texting. You can tell her other co workers are annoyed with her. Texting with her gloves on and serving customers. Management needs to do something to help their staff cause watching her service is horrible. Plus, the chips were stale 😴

This experience was incredibly horrible. We walked in at 9:15 pm, 45 minutes before closing. As soon as we began to order, they moved the meat cart back and started spraying bleach out of a bottle incredibly close to our food and operating their closing duties, while a minimum of 5 customers were in line. The employees heard our concerns and did not care. When the customer behind me asked why they were cleaning with bleach while we were ordering food, as it seems like an incredibly obvious health violation, the woman cleaning responded with an intense attitude and snapped back at the man. She stormed off and said “if you want to come clean up back here you do it” and said other disrespectful words under her breath. The employees were all rude and seemed not to care about this situation at all and just about getting out of there 40 minutes before close. It is incredibly unprofessional to have your staff cleaning and disrupting the food service activities so the employees can get off earlier, and we can get food that is potentially now infected with their cleaning solution.

This location is consistently really terrible, but unfortunately the closest one to my home. There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order and/or food quality. Today my partner had to wait like 15 minutes to pick up my guac and chips because I thought: hey! Guac and chips should be easy for these guys! Nope, entire bag of chips was burned and the guac wasn’t mashed properly so there’s just chunks of avocado swimming around.

Stay away from this location. I was charged over $36 for 2 steak tacos, 1 small side of guac and a large drink. I made the mistake of not getting a receipt and the place the so loud and noisy I did not realize how much I paid until I left. Clearly I was overcharged!!! Obviously somewhat my fault for not catching it before I left but a customer shouldn't have to worry about being overcharged.

Dang. That was the longest wait for a sandwich. Jimmy John's is freaky fast. This place is the exact opposite. Had the same issue with the one in Highlands Ranch that closed down. I'm starting to think it is a Which Wich problem. Also, they were out of carbonation, so no drinks. Out of avocado. Out of fries. Bathroom is disgusting. Painful dining experience. Should have gone anywhere else. And yes, that is a hunk of uncut pepperoni.

This which wich used to be great but over the past few months it has gone downhill. The most recent time they were out of most of the chips. All the workers left the front and went in the back and were just sitting on their phones. I had to ask them to come back out and make our sandwiches. Once the sandwiches were made they weren’t made correctly and they didn’t taste as good as they normally do. The time before that they were out of white bread which is odd. The employee had very long hair and it was not up or in a hair net. My child found hair in his sandwich. On weekends they have kids eat free. Previously we have done this and on their website it says that is the case as well. But this time the employee said they don’t offer that at this location.

Although it is a little expensive you get so much food and it is DELICIOUS!! 😋 The staff was very friendly and nice. Unlike Subway, where they give you 70% bread and very little center. Which Wich gives so much more center/filling than a bunch of bread. High recommend this place, and next time my family or myself comes back to Denver we will be sure to stop by again!!

I never do this, but it was so good I had to. Went to Witch Wich on Friday and got the Buffalo Chicken no tomato add banana peppers. It was so good, I got another and took a picture of it. I make fun of people who do that so this is a big deal. Easily the best dining experience I've had recently. The employees deserve raises and I will be a regular from here on.

I have 2 kids they need water. I was asking for 2 glasses for water. Neroli the which which employee said she has only 1 glass for water. No water glasses available in store. So if u want another glass u can pay $2 for paper glass or ur kids can share the same glass. What a service? WOW...Can't get water here.

Great sandwiches and shakes! Shakes are very similar to in-n-out so if you aren't going at 2am and don't want to wait in a long line it's a perfect alternative.

No one working here speaks English. Cannot make a lettuce wrap because they "don't have lettuce" and are generally incompetent and refunding. Would not recommend 0/10

my 3 boys first time experiencing IN & OUT; and they seemed pleased with the burgers, fries were blah, for me; it was just another burger, was ok. super busy on friday, on Saturday was busy, but able to park right away.

I was traveling from out of state, Labor Day weekend. I was so disoriented from also recently coming off of an international flight that I forgot it was Saturday until I was about done with lunch. This place was slammed and I couldn't find parking. The line on the street to drive through was impossible. I ended up parking at a bank nearby after circling the parking lot several times and overcome others parking and walking. The restaurant was totally full, many people waiting for meals. My food was great and I enjoyed the Protein (?) burger, basically everything plus lettuce instead of bun. (I don't actually like bread very much). Everything was great! Service was a bit slow, but they were slammed. Employees were courteous and efficient

Tonight has been the best food, and customer experience yet. And the store was dead, but the treatment was top tier if the place was packed. Brittany was super nice and gave a warm greeting. Her sister from another mister with glasses 🤓 (they look related), she was so fast, between the drive thru & in house lobby she was crushing. My dude with the glasses calling out orders & doing fries was making sure from the grill & fryer, people were getting their food asap. The two guys on the grill were not only the best tandem, but they were at work having fun (or at least the perception was there). My guy that was dressing the burgers, and going to Vegas for his bday…. I’m telling you, baccarat. Managers keep this squad together. Get a good team builder for this group too… no lame dominos pizza party. For sure will make this spot my number 1 spot. Nothing against the Parker squad which is closer to my house, but these guys & gals make it a great atmosphere.

Love this place. Has great service and great food. The fries have always been crispy. The one complaint that I might have is that a lot of times the hamburgers are not cooked all the way through, so the middle will still be a little pink. That's not a problem for some people, but for me I don't like it. Ask for well done burger if that's the case. Otherwise, it's a 5 star, but because the trend is slightly pink burger, I give it a 4 star.

We came here from New Mexico staff was very friendly. Fed 5 mouths for a very good price. The atmosphere was clean and were the bathrooms. Highly recommended for a quick bite and delicious food!

Ordered through the app and drove up to the drive thru attendee who told me to go around back into the drive thru line just to give them the app code and would not take it there. I said I would go inside and he had no problem with that I thought. Parked and went inside and they intentionally ignored me, called me names, made fun of me, and laughed in my face. I had to ask for my food again and again while they continued to ignore me. They finally gave me my food after waiting 10 mins and even forgot to give me my drink. I had to ask for it. They also got my order wrong even though I ordered through the app. What difference does it make if I go inside to pick up my order?! I paid and ordered through the app. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. Look at my sandwich with 2 pcs of lettuce.

We arrived around 10 PM, and waited in the drive-thru for 5 minutes, and then they pulled us ahead for another 5 minutes. Assuming everything would be fresh, we waited until we got home to open the bag. Almost every meal was wrong, and the bun was hard as a rock. The fries were also extremely cold and hard. This is my second bad experience in a row with this location, specifically at night.

Went on a Friday night at a non dinner hour but not abnormally late. I tried several times to communicate my app code to the worker where there continuously asked me to repeat myself before I gave up. Once we ordered and paid we were directed to pull forward. We were given our food with items missing and no receipt. Since we were unable to use the app and given no receipt we had no way to complain other than receiving the terrible service.

McDonald's apparently has lost the ability completely to give the even a shred of the absolute bare minimum of customer service that any other restaurant or fast food place would fire their employees for. I stood directly Infront of the "counter"for 5 minutes and had three different employees INCLUDING a manager come screw around with the computer and not look up or acknowledge me. Let alone fix the problem I was having with their crappy app! It's ridiculous I walked out!

People here don’t do there job. I placed an order half a hour early. Once I got there I Was outside “waiting for my frappe” for over 10 minutes after receiving food. Finally go inside and get blank stares when I ask for updates. After 5 more minutes inside I leave because I had work. Absolute joke. And no way to get a refund in app, no way was I dealing with it inside whej they can’t even talk to me about a drink

The evening manager is not the best. She explained to me how DoorDash orders come through, while also impeding the orders. Her employee explained everything, not sure why I needed the extra earful.

Ordered through the door dash app. The cheeseburger was missing, the filet-o-fish and bun were burnt. Decided to go the the restaurant myself to get things fixed. Walked in with my bag. Was looked at by several employees and no one said anything to me. It looked as if I just crossed the border into a foreign location. No one was speaking English either. Not sure who helped me but she wasn’t listening to what I was saying or she simply didn’t understand english. I told her two times the filet-o-fish was burnt. Did it get fixed? First two photos are of the original fish I received. The second photo is the cheeseburger and “new” fish I received. If this is the quality that McDonald’s wants to represent then it’s better to go somewhere else. The employees and food were terrible. You can do better.

Wonderful lunch here! Great staff, kind, propagation and fast. Had the roast beef sandwich as well as the curly fries and the spicy chicken sandwich. I do wish we had more vegetarian options. I would love a salad. I even had a staff member come by and give us coupons, thank you so much!

I rarely dabble in fast food but I have entered this location 3 times since moving to the area. All 3 times has been a very pleasant experience. Same staff every time and they are all very nice and professional. The young lady working the register is top notch! The employees are always in a very positive mood and seem to enjoy one another and the work they do. I really appreciate that! Whoever owns this location is VERY lucky to have the people they do and they all deserve raises. I come in instead of going drive thru just for the good vibes.

Food was decent, hadn't been to arbys in a while. Shift manager Michael in lone tree took our order inside. Made no eye contact with myself nor the other female I was with. Did not greet when walked in and i felt very rushed while ordering. Once our food was ready called out name and left on counter. Two male customers walk in they are greeted and had food brought right to their table. I have never been one to leave a review but I felt a bit disrespected, may have been my skin color but I am not sure.

Well the service was good, what can I say about Arby’s that hasn’t already been said of old places trying to survive. Lots of things in this world have changed for the worse but, we can say mom/pop restaurant food has become a lot more competitive which allows us to enjoy many wonderful options. I went in with a mindset for low standards but the food still went further below the standards. Fries tasted like fryer hadn’t been cleaned in a decade and the meat was awkwardly spongy. Not like how I remember back in 1998 the last time I ate it.

Lady at the drive thru at 5:10pm old lady looks in her 50s or older very rude needs to be fired I placed a order online and got to the window I asked her for 2 things and she ended up chunking the sauce in my bag almost ripping it slammed the window and then I said have a great day and she slung the window back open and said what did you say I said have a great day she’s like it’s actually night then slammed the window she needs to be fired asap this will ruin your business does not need to be working customer service 8/24/25

I'm not sure why this keeps happening, but this is like the 4th time I've come here and asked for 3 Ham and Swiss melts but everytime they only ring me up for 2. They have very different sounds. So I dont understand why they keep only giving me 2 and not 3.

We've been ordering from Anthony's pizza for years and it's been consistently great. Tonight we ordered delivery via the Slice app and had a pretty bad experience. The pizza arrived cold, very burned and one of the slices was missing sauce and mozzarella. We requested a refund and were told the best they could do is 50% off our next pizza. We paid $20.00 for a 12 inch cheese pizza that we ended up throwing away. 🤠

I have to say I have come here plenty of times before, but today the atmosphere was different. It was cleaner, employees were attentive and working, and the pizza was fresh. Not sure if they have new management, but it's working. I have always liked Anthony's, but today it was the hottest and freshest slices I've had since highschool. (....2005 and don't tell anyone... Lol) Really good fresh pizza and I will definitely be back.

So I ordered $76 worth of food really looking forward to the sausage and the baked ziti and because Anthony’s employee didn’t put the sausage link in the container. There is nothing they can do because it’s on Uber. Uber doesn’t put the food together so they basically told me it’s not their problem.

Really nice service, decent pizza, NO specialty pizzas available, only a la carte toppings ($2.75 each, who is going to add basil at that price?) - they should have a supreme option at least. Spent over $60 for 2 pies and a salad - too pricey for the quality. Please add some combo options to help with price.

Worst service and pizza we’ve ever had. I’m gluten free and we ordered from here a couple times to give it the benefit of the doubt, but both times our orders were messed up. The most recent time the pizza was inedible. I had ordered it with extra mozzarella, pretty normal, but whoever made it just doused the pizza without accommodating for the smaller size of the gluten free and just ruined it. The crust doesn’t even stay with the toppings because of how much cheese they chose to put on it. We’ve had our patience with this place and won’t be ordering again.

The pizza was fabulous but the service was lacking. I was ordering and the guy left me to take pizza to the woman in the corner. I'm handicapped with a child and he makes me walk up to the counter and carry my own pizza. The table was dirty and so were the benches. We had to clean off our own. This was so disappointing because this is my favorite pizza place. I wanted to give them a 5 star rating but they didn't deserve it today.
