I loved the view of the lake Victoria it was peaceful and beautiful. The service wasn't the best and the food was fair and not warm not hot so hope it gets better. I tried the milkshake and no it wasn't good. Please I hope its better next time. Thank you

Great atmosphere and great food. The boating experience is great with a great guide to accompany you. It is good to be able to claim that you have been to the source of Nile but also, it is great for bird lovers. The food took time to get to our table considering we didn't really order anything that should take time but the taste was great so I won't complain much.

We had the fish dish and was MASSIVE and super delicious. My sister confessed that it was her favorite dishes so far in Uganda.

All friends is a nice place for a lunch on the food is good with very big portions(they give u value for money) but i think they have the slowest service in jinja. The food took 40mins to come out but it was nice at the end and to get someone to serve you the wait was long. Overall it was ok i enjoyed the environment they have a smoking place and a kids play area so feel free to pass by with the little ones.

They delivered far and above what their call to duty demands. ● Order and neatness was above expectation. ● The owners were very courteous, friendly and very hospitable. Their smiles as they greeted me was nothing but contagious. ● Their bookings and phone services are on another level. ~ I cannot say enough about All Friends grill in Jinja. ~ Visit and see for yourself. The coffee is excellent, the rolex is excellent, the people are kind. I’m all about the French press, that is the way good coffee is meant to be enjoyed, imho. They also have a peanut butter espresso shake for which I am the exact target audience.

Good experience. The service was quick, the espresso tasty which motivated us to also buy 250g of coffee for 22.000 shillings. If you come here and drink/eat/buy anything the money will be used to give classes for locals. We saw a sewing class taking place in the backyard.

I ran a travel company n I had taken our clients to Jinja but I can never ever take there any client again. I don't recommend any one to there. This is the worst place to ever shop from in Jinja. The customer care is so pathetic, the staff cheat customers by switching price tags. They sold us a broken piece at the price of a new one claiming we broke it ourselves. They are so fake. See pics of broken piece they sold to us. Thank God we got a better shop next door with far better prices and good customer service.

The food is actually so so bad for the prices they are charging. The African tea is completely tasteless, the mushroom burger was so uncooked that I one bite. The tilapia took 50 minutes and was flavourless and raw inside. The service was very slow and it’s so expensive and they didn’t comp anything.

If you're from anywhere in the world and you happen to be in Jinja then you need to eat here at least once. It is literally the best Indian food that I've ever had! The girls are always very attentive and removing unused plates. Everyone is very friendly.

I love curry here. You'll definitely like it if you try it. It is one of the restaurants where many foreigners visit. I'll add it. I went there often because I liked curry here. Why didn't you give me snacks (I don't know this name) as an appetizer? Why didn't you give me ice cream for dessert? The other tables had them. They seemed to want me to go quickly and I felt this was discrimination. I gave five stars at first, but I'll take them back.

Went in during the evening. Interesting crowd, mostly white and asian but it felt quite welcoming ;) Loved drinking out of metallic chalices outside of a temple! Yes, they burnt me a candle. Haha cool spot.

Asman is a great barista and the coffee and machine are dialed in. At 8k for a double cappuccino, this is better than what you will find elsewhere while walking along Main Street. Friendly service—did not try the food. Give them a try.

Food is good. Pilao made the proper Swahili way, Very helpful service staff, and prices are decent. You can pay using Momo , Airtel money or cash.

The staff are unmotivated, and don’t care much for customer service. While they have expanded the place, the quality of food purchased is terrible! The sausages are the pink street ones and the bread is all dried up and almost moldy... no wonder there were few people walking in when I was here.

The food and service at the Space Cafe are excellent with a very friendly and helpful staff. We stopped in for a late dinner and ended spending the night in the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and very affordable. We stopped back on our way back to Kenya for lunch and to pick up some items that we forgot 2 days earlier. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in Jinja and enjoy their excellent hospitality.

Normally I love to stop here when passing through Jinja. This place is lovely with great welcoming staff, a nice playground, and good bathrooms. However, Christmas and any other holiday seasons are the absolute worst. You would think they are used to the load specifically around Christmas, but no. There were no potatoes for chips. There was no plantain. We had to ask for a menu from another customer and hunt down a waitress. I got plain rice and a burger. PLAIN RICE and a burger. The sauce they brought twenty minutes later was cold. On another occasion, I bought chicken pies and they were given to me COLD, even at supermarkets they microwave them, but not here. It was madness and extremely disappointing, only come here in the off seasons.

Usually are consistently good and fast. We had one incident over the years where we had a group of 20 and some of our food took a long time but for normal sized groups it is fast, hot and delicious. We love their tomato soup, omlettes and BLT’s. Also their banana bread is really delicious! Servers are great.

Even though we were supposed to order inside the friendly waitress got our orders at the table. We got two cafe lattes with oat milk (very creamy), vegetarian flatbread and a homemade granola with fresh fruits. We could even order oat milk instead of the natural dairy yoghurt. Clean bathroom and some handcrafts are inside. I definitely recommend coming here!

A little noisy because it is on the main road but it is the quieter section of Jinja. Deli has a good selection of unusual I e cream flavors including salt caramel and (blue coloured) unicorn! They also have a selection of high quality gifts. Deli has yummy selection of delicatessen items, esp meats and cheeses and European style bread. The Deli makes me want to return to Jinja every weekend! The solace is comfortable, cute, and inviting. The staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations. My group loved everything we ordered here! The build your own sandwiches and wraps, the feta samosas, cinnamon roll, brownie, lattes, cappuccino, juices, and smoothies were all top notch. This is a must-try place in Jinja!

We stopped at the restaurant of this hotel for breakfast, so my review applies only to the restaurant. They have a very extensive menu, of local and western style dishes. I ordered the continental breakfast, which included fried eggs, sausage, baked beans, toast and fried potatoes. The plate was abundant and everything was good. The eggs were fried hard, and that’s the only way they made them. The service was also good, and they made a strong cappuccino. The restaurant itself is a bit run down, but it’s a very good place to eat.

My mom went there yesterday for a body wax, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. They burned her several times, failed to properly remove the wax (they didn’t stretch the skin before pulling off the wax), and left behind patches of hair that are usually cleaned up with tweezers. Even a day later, she still has red marks in the areas they waxed, and her skin is sore and painful. This is truly unfortunate, and I'm upset for bringing my mom to a place where she left in pain and disappointment. It'll be the last time I come there or bring anyone.

Was there for 5 days and was supposed to check out on the 7th day. The reception staff forced me to check out of the hotel. Reason being they have a team that has booked all the rooms for 1 night. Seriously forcing you to check out for a 1 day person yet you've been there and spending more days. Management needs to look into this. Meanwhile their breakfast is crap! Only sincere and good service was from Sharon at the reception and Nabakyala the waitress. Others look like they are forced to work there.

Perfect location to be in the heart of the area. Walkability to everywhere. Great place if you're balling on a low low low budget. The staff is very nice, friendly, and accommodating. Save your money for all the water adventures that the Nile river has to offer, and there are a lot!

My husband and I went to the Spa for pedicure and manicure today. Not only were they reluctant to help us without an appointment (no other clients in sight) but it was done with cold water and the lady doing my pedicure was so rough with the emery board, she scraped the skin off my heel and left it bleeding! Been going for years and today was definitely the worst. Will be using another salon in the future!!

We stayed for a night and paid for our future stay which was after 1 day. Then our flights changed and had to cancel the stay for that day. We came and wanted to make a refund and the receptionist said they will refund half of the amount we paid however, the manager did not have any courtesy and refused to do so. We would’ve understood if she explained it with empathy. Not a good customer service at all.

Nancy is the best person thus far to do waxing. Her Techniques is on point. She is Very considerate of how hot the was was, when i felt pain etc. I have tried 2 of their girls and the hygienic standards when waxing was not acceptable. Then this 3rd time i got Nancy and i was very pleased with my experience.

My wife and I had a lovely stay. The place is in town but in a quiet place, clean and we loved the breakfast. We were honestly surprised that we were able to get all that service at such a low price. I do not think i will sleep in any other place unless they deteriorate in their service. Keep up the good service guys!!

It's a good stop over and refuelling station while on long journeys. However, a lot of attention to detail should be given. The customer service was subpar and the way they treat certain people as compared to other leaves a lot to be desired. A lot of room for improvement exists and I hope the next time I do pass by, I'll not be disappointed

Had my breakfast and dinner here while on a B2B trip to Jinja. Friendly and happy staff, fast service. The only reason I'm giving them 4* because they don't have local Ugandan coffee on the menu. To me, they serve something that looks like coffee (junk coffee) in a glass container.

I had such a memorable stay at 2 Friends. The staff are very warm and hospitable. The rooms are really worthwhile, comfortable and irresistible. I love the fact that it's private and only accessible by guests thus giving me comfort in using the amenities; gym, sauna and swimming pool. Not forgetting- the really delicious meals ❤️❤️❤️

Went on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and it wasn’t busy. We were the only people having lunch but a couple of people came for bungee jumping. Our waitress was good. Food didn’t take long and the fish and chips was delicious. Their prices were good too. Had a great DJ and great view of the Nile!

The sound of the River Nile water is breath. It's a beautiful view. You come in sync with nature once you seat and relax. Birds singing joyously while enjoying the green vegetation they call home. Bungee jumping is a must for adrenaline junkies. The place is well maintained and clean. Worthy visiting.

They outsource rafting to another company, and we paid rafting for the same price but got different service than our friends in the end. The two companies claimed each other to be responsible. Bad communication. Very bad attitude when we tried to resolve the issue. In the end they just ignored us. I don’t recommend their rafting.

Its really a nice place with a good experience of the bungee jumping, good view of the Nile, Good fish. I didn't do it coz I had alot of fear but the colleagues who did it had fun but I really liked their fish . The fish was so nice, sweet and affordable. I would recommend u to pass by and have this nice experience as well.

We had the rafting experience. It was a great one! Thanks to the team, they are really professional. The last jump is ranked level 5 and is really frightening! The restaurant is good with both local and international cuisine.

Spacious outdoor space that has multiple restaurants to choose from u can't fail to find something to eat here. We ate from the Japanese menu and the food was really good, wait time wasn't long either. Service is spot on went on a week day which wasn't so busy ( i don't know if service is still good when they're busy). They also have a work space upstairs, a kids playground ground and farmers market. Would definitely go again and try the different restaurants and what they have to offer.

Great little food court… only food court if it’s kind in jinja with a little play area for the kids lovely garden and lots of space. There is an also a work space which is quite clean and very convenient. Worth a visit… baristas are great here!!
