Lovely place for fish! Difficult not to like this restaurant: big portions, good fish, great presentation, nice personnel, and a stone’s throw away from the seaside. A combo not to be missed. The best is to seat outside on a nice sunny day and enjoy the fish menu. We had amazing fish pasta (lasagnette Venezia) and the most classic “fritto misto” with some grilled swordfish to share. We closed the menu with a small but pleasant dessert. Our waiter was tip top and the price was reasonable (around 33 EUR each). I will be back :)

Alici are not recommended (no tasty at all) anche the rest of the starters were really at a 80s style. The main course was ok, the dessert did not satisfy us neither

Absolutely horrible waitress. I made an order and there was clearly a misunderstanding, and a different dish was delivered. Honestly, these things happen and it didn't have to be a big deal. However, when I questioned it she just seemed absolutely disgusted with me. It was such a horrible reaction. She first told me I could take the food home and eat it. Really tried to refuse to take it away and just seemed angry when she eventually did. Got me to show her what I pointed to on the menu again and blamed me for not being clear. Her attitude was genuinely disgusting. I've never quite witnessed anything like it. Otherwise the food was good and we had a nice time, but she absolutely ruined the whole experience and turned a nice family meal into something quite miserable after such an infuriating interaction. They did eventually right the situation by bringing the correct dish and throwing in an extra course for free, but the initial reaction was so rude I can't rate this any higher than 2 stars.

Honestly... THE BEST PIZZA we had our entire time in Italy. (We were there for 10 days so we ate a lot of pizza.) The pizzas were imaginative, gourmet but humble, and the ingredients they used together was awe inspiring. There are so many restaurants to choose from but you will be sorry if you don't get a chance to try their dishes. I'll be talking about this dinner for years to come.

We had a lunch and dinner at Il Pierrot. During lunch time they have a good fixed price for a lunch set and the food was really tasty. In the evening we had a nice dinner starting with a warm seafood salad that was large enough for two people to share. I continued with a good pizza and my wife took octopus that was cooked to perfection. Finished the meal with tiramisu, sorbet and a shot of nice Talisker whiskey. The staff had a really busy night, but the lady serving us did it with a smile. The owner (I think) was also friendly and had a few moments to chat. Price level is reasonable for the quality. Pizzas under 10 EUR and main courses in the 10-15 euro range. All in all, would recommend!

Cosy place for dinner, a bit noisy for the street. Price is ok, but not the best seafood we had in the area. The bread was really good though, so probably meat and pizza are better options.

Great atmosphere. Good food. Had an awesome steak. Perfectly seasoned and medium rare. My son had fried seafood. First place we have been to that cleans the shrimp and it is peeled. Made for easy eating! Excellent. The owner is helpful and pleasant. The desserts were top notch. Price was fair. No complaints. I will return and I would recommend this place.

Fantastic restaurant with variety of Italian food - pizza, pasta, seafood and... steaks. The steaks are particularly good - they are served raw on a very hot stone, and you can decide how long they are cooked. We also had pizza and pasta - they are as good as in any Italian restaurant. The house wine was very refreshing and a bit sparkling. The personnel is very welcoming and helpful - we were able to easily communicate in English. Overall it's a great spot!

Service is amazing. We were a group of 8 friends and they offered us to try appetizers, main and second courses to share - great idea! The food is genuinely tasting like Original Thai food, but a bit italianized. Still great tastes and service - also a good indicator is therecwere many asian people eating there too. The coconut pudding dessert was delish. Little issue: pretty much no vegetarian options. Great accessibility for disabled people tho.

Opted for 'eat as much as you can'. The food came out fast, but the quality was ok to good. Service was very impersonal. We constantly had to get up to get a server to place an order.

Terrible Taste, Terrible Chicken Curry - Terrible Sushi! It has no right to be called asian cuisine! The sushi is bland and lacks any kind of flavor. The rice was badly overcooked and the „soba noodles“ are tasteless, I got only 2 pieces of small shrimps in my shrimp soba. Would not recommend this place if you are looking for authentic and good (Asian) sushi and food!

It's always fresh and good quality, the place itself is tiny but cosy, also outside possible to dine. The personnel is so gentle and you just feel like home. Going offen, one if the best sushi in the area.

If you're a foreign tourist, I strongly recommend you avoid visiting this place because you likely won't even be allowed inside. On January 1st, I was looking for a place to eat since most restaurants were closed, and this was the only one open. Despite the restaurant being completely empty, the owner claimed it was fully booked and turned me away. Assuming they had reservations for group guests, I tried to be understanding and left. On January 2nd, I went back and found a few people dining there, but once again, I was told it was fully booked, and I couldn't enter. This time, I felt certain it was an intentionally discriminatory act. Realizing that a restaurant with such behavior is unlikely to offer good food or service anyway, I consoled myself that it was better not to dine there and walked away. I leave this review to save others, especially Asian tourists like myself from Korea, the trouble of visiting this place unnecessarily. I cannot comment on the food, as I was never allowed in, so please do not expect my food review here.

THE hidden gem of Tuscanian cuisine. My favourite restaurant in town. The last standing stronghold of local cuisine. Traditional dishes are plentiful. For foreigners: if you want to go local try "lasagne tordellate", "baccalà al forno", and "torta di riso".

Nice trattoria with very reasonable prices and good food quality. The venue is quite cozy. Menu might vary - check outside the restaurant for the daily menu, or ask the owner. We paid 30 euros for two primi piatti, a shared second course, wine coffee and water. We had to wait about 45 minutes to be served, however the restaurant was fully booked. Recommended.

A beautiful sunny day sitting at a welcoming and bright restaurant located across the street from the beach. The seafood is so unbelievably fresh and grilled whole, just the way we like it. Very reasonable prices for the quality. It was quite busy with locals which is always a good sign!

It's oke but I don't recommend it. Because we didn't had an appointment the waiter said that he "is waiting a tip" witch was not a good way to start the evening. The service was not that great, every time when something came to our table, was another waiter, thing that I didn't like. The food wasn't that great knowing that was quite expensive. We ate the main cours (5 people) and we pain like 80 euro. And I ordered some pasta witch was just paste with tomato sauce and meat. I'm not a cook but it's suppose to have other taste. Good Pizza worth the visit. We had multiple different types. I would recommend to go with the classics since they were the best from my experience. The fancy award ones are to much for a single person and more fore sharing.

We have booked a dinner on 31st night without knowing that its an especial dinner. Food and ambience was superb, service was super friendly we got english speaking staff.. they saw me not having alchohal Since i was driving, guess what they promised to drop us to otherside of town in my car… we never imagined that its even possible.. they went extra distance to ensure we Can have Nice time..

The steaks are simply fabulous! We got the bavarese steaks (perfectly seared) to cook ourself on a lava stone and it was one of the best steaks I had in my life! They have a good selection of wines with a few extra outside the wine list that are worth asking for. We had a very good bootle of "vermentino nero" that was also very reasonably priced (20€ or so). There are only two warnings: first, this is not an ideal place for a quiet romantic dinner since it is crowded and a bit noisy (but it is great for families and groups). The second warning, and the only reason for I am not giving this place 5 stars is that the service was quite slow as the very nice staff seemed to struggle to keep up with the number of customers... maybe having a couple more waiters during peak hours in the week-end would be a good idea. But if you are not in a hurry and don't mind a bit of background noise, you will get a dinner you won't forget for a while!

It's amazing to see an Irish pub in Italia, but beside beer you shouldn't order any food. spaghetti are just out of the box sauce and fried stuff out of the freezer. and the pitchers are a bit questionable. glad to see English speaking people there, so two stars.

My family and I went to watch the Champions League final. We had a fabulous time at this place. The service and food were excellent.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to write this down for Johnnie Fox's in Marina Di Carrara. It was seven of us coming in for dinners entire week, we simply didn’t dare to take a chance and look for better place. Delicious food, staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations (thank you Terry), and super nice atmosphere. Plus it’s all at an affordable price. I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely come back again within a first opportunity.

Nice Irish (ish) Pub, average prices so not the cheapest. You'll enjoy a good pint of Guinnes and a stuffed focaccia in there, they've got smokers area too. Recommended

Beers and spirits are the best! If you want a creamy Kilkenny or a top Irish Coffee get it here. I'd personally suggest to try the chianina hamburgers! I wouldn't take the fish 'n chips though.. The atmosphere is warm and there's enough space for big groups.

Lots of space and amenities at this beach club, cost us €80 for a gazebo with 3 sun loungers and 2 chairs with a box table which we were told could put our belongings but were a bit wary to leave our stuff unattended so I managed to get a locker for our valuables. Walkways to the beach so you don’t burn your feet on the hot sand. Swimming pool available but need to wear a swimming cap. Thankfully extras there we could use. Nice restaurant with delicious pasta al ragu. Open from 7.30am-7.30pm.

Lovely restaurant about 15-20mins walk from the main beaches of Marina di Carrara. The service was a little frosty but the Pasta alla Gricia was amazing and perfectly made. The wine was also lovely. The restaurant does not have air conditioning but fans are blaring which makes the atmosphere pleasant.
