Food was great, but some items were missing initially, which was later resolved.. drinks were good, I ordered an orange juice and lemonade with no ice, was given a drink with ice.. took back and replaced with pure orange juice! Waiting staff obviously not listening to the order that was clearly written down.. I will use again as the food was really good, I hope my next experience is better.

Ate here the other day with my family and we recieved excellent service and great food! Our server was Johnny and he was absoutely fantastic! Would recommend eating here! I have a gluten allergy and there were lots of options to choose from. We ate from the day time menu where selected meals are all under £8.

our food was cold, the garlic bread was very burnt, our order was wrong and had to wait even longer for our starters, the fruit on top of my drink had mould on it (it was passion fruit to be more exact) we had to wait a while for our drinks to come out, bad presentation of food, me and my partner had to wait over an hour for our food despite there being barely any customers, not a calm atmosphere, our table was sticky, me and my partner were getting dirty looks from the staff even thought we were not being loud or causing a disturbance, 2 tables next to us also got the wrong order, stakes were overdone and not how we asked for it, the rice was old and gross, very overpriced. considering how many people say how good this place is i am very disappointed. me and my partner spent over £75 on food that didn’t even come out warm. i have put a picture up (i have cut the ribs it did not come out like that) the chicken had basically no flavour and was hidden under the ribs when came out.

Went here for a meal as we had travelled into the area. The burgers definitely do not look like the photo on the menu and the chips were a bit sparse Usually we enjoy eating out but not on this occasion

⭐☆☆☆☆ Don’t waste your time. £6.50 for a Coke and half a lemonade, £4.70 for a small portion of chips – daylight robbery. Toilets were filthy (my daughter wouldn’t even use them). The whole place feels dead and derelict, like it hasn’t been touched in 15 years – and I know, because I came here as a kid and nothing’s changed. The park looks battered and neglected, with no sign of renovation or care. Atmosphere is depressing, not family-friendly at all. Honestly, avoid this place. You’re better off heading up the road or visiting the Crow’s Nest instead. I was also told that we don’t bring food outside

I take my kids regularly for the breakfast. Full English is £10.99 for a paying adult with 2 kids free! Order as much hot food as you want, and all of the continental is free with unlimited drinks. Absolute bargain, and the food is excellent. No complaints

We have tried a few local establishments in recent weeks and can say the friendly service and menu were far better than others! We were made aware of missing menu items as a new menu was starting the following day. Despite this there was enough choice and particularly pleasing was the variety vegetarian options. All the staff were very efficient and cheerful. Good all round Our server was Sarah and deserves a special mention 👍🏼

During our visit on a Saturday at 10 am, we experienced a short wait before being seated. Another group took the initiative to locate our server and notify them of the line of patient customers, waiting to be seated. Once seated, the service was prompt and efficient, with our food arriving hot and quickly. However, I observed that our server appeared to be managing the majority of the workload alone. I did need to request additional refills of tea and coffee more than once, as the server seemed overwhelmed and had forgotten. In conclusion, while I would consider revisiting this establishment, I would recommend considering additional staffing for Saturday mornings to ensure a smoother dining experience for customers.

Great portion sizes for a family meal. Very tasty meat, the chicken skewers were very filling. Always a treat having a salad bar, it was out of my preferred sauce but happily found something else. Staff were able to help with our questions and complicated bill request. Can tell it was busy as they were out of a chicken option I'd originally wanted. Staff were doing their best for how busy the place was.

Ordered delivery for an at home birthday meal for 2 costed £42.95 (two burgers, chips and salad). It got delivered late around 40 mins late which may be down to just eat. But upon delivery we are missing a vegetable burger and a salad. We called the restaurant and got told I was lying and just told me they trusted their staff members and that the delivery man may have taken it. Bag was sealed upon delivery. Will not be returning here to dine again.

Wonderful experience at this Harvester. I’d just like to say how impressed i’ve been in particular with Adam who has gone above and beyond for our large table celebrating a birthday today. He has been so attentive and looked after our table. Nothing has been too much trouble and his customer service alone would entice me to returning to this particular location of Harvester! Two of us went on a Saturday night. One of us had gammon which was very good value and enjoyed. I had the mac n cheese which was fine, but would have liked more vegetarian choices. Eva our waitress was lovely, very friendly and helpful

Ego is Ego. Some of the food is really good. Some just leaves you wondering. It's a nice place. The staff can be brilliant. Never seen a prawn cocktail with the prawns sliced in half......? Wow. Has a enjoyable evening. But tbh, without a birthday voucher. I'd choose other places first.

Arrived with three colleagues and no booking on a busy evening but Sim found us a table and could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Great food, great service. When I'm back in Nuneaton again I will definitely be back

Sim served me and my mum at Egos and they were brilliant! Super friendly and attentive, removed any empty glasses and plates as soon as they became empty and made sure me and my mum were both happy with our meal! Thanks Sim!

Absolutely stunning place. Lovely decor, bright and airy, plenty of natural light. The tables are spaced nicely with plenty of room in-between. The food was amazing (we had the roast and the Yorkshire puddings specifically were the best we've had out and about), and we were spoilt for choice - we could easily have gone in completely different directions. Service was quick and friendly, and the hot drinks at the end were lovely. We even fully split our desserts because we couldn't pick just one! And all for a decent price. Would highly recommend.

Lovely restaurant and very welcoming staff. We had a group of 14 ladies for a hen meal and not a single meal or drink had any criticisms. The restaurant itself is modern and well laid out without it being crowded, staff were happy to help and very patient. We highly recommend for any size groups

I have been to this place twice since it changed to Bailey's. Both times the food was absolutely 10/10. Honestly, I am a big noodles man and my missus is a big curry girl and we both thought it is banging. Service needs sharpening but that's all. I feel a bit lost like: Do I wait to be seated or just sit down? Do I pay at the bar or do you come to take payment? I also booked a table but wasn't sure if the nice lady really understood me over the phone. Didn't feel like I had a table booked when I got there I just said 2 people please and we got taken to one. All in all would deffo recommend ✅

Im Indian and know what Indian food should taste like, unfortunately this place is a massive NO NO and I won't ever eat here again, had the Baileys special mix platter some chilli chicken naans and fries and if im honest the tastiest thing from there was the chocolate mints we got when we left. King prawns were about 2cm long, sheesh kebabs and chicken had a weird texture and taste, and lamb chops were not nice at all. The whole venue looks amazing but they should have saved some of the money from decorating this place and got a better chef. For food it's a 1/10 from me and my 3 guests. Search for THE ARCHES ( now owned by Kushi Grill for authentic Indian food) less than 1 mile from here

I dropped a friend off for a family event and had a few hours to pass. I wanted to try a local place, so decided to give Bailey's a go! The service is very genuine, warm and kind. The interior is beautiful and I felt very comfortable. I ordered mixed meat noodles with salt and pepper chips. It came to about £15! That is exceptional value. The food itself tasted fantastic. It wasn't perfect, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. The quality of the food also far exceeded the price of it. I live about 60 miles away from here but if im in the area, I'll definitely be coming back.

First visit here since the re-opening. Great food. We had the big grill to start, really good but we didnt have much room left for our mains which were great as well! See you again soon...

After a previous disappointing experience, we were graciously given the opportunity to revisit the establishment following a conversation with the management. During this visit, we opted for the burger and chick 'n' mix, both of which were served promptly and were delightful in taste. The pricing was reasonable and the desserts were particularly exceptional, to the point where I would consider returning solely for dessert and a cup of tea.

To be honest, the food was a disappointment, especially after reading positive reviews. My burger was super-dry, industrial, pretty much just a synthetic bun and an overcooked pattie, didn't even want to take a photo. My hubby made a better choice, the pork ribs were not fantastic but ok. The personnel is friendly and the place is vibrant. Could recommend for a drink but not the food.

Great experience, the room we stayed in was really clean and tidy and we both had a great night's sleep. Then a lovely friendly welcome at breakfast which was delicious. Special shout out to Hannah Smith who made us really feel welcome, a true home from home.

Food was fantastic, cooked to perfection. It seems the chase goes up and down with quality, whatever you're doing, keep it up! Laura the server was polite and engaging which was really nice and Aaron the dessert chef did quality desserts, presentation was great and very nicely prepared. Will definitely be back

Eli was an angel and made sure my partners birthday was memorable, I had put in my booking notes that if possible to have a purple rain ready for him as soon as we got there and the icon her self had it swiftly to had as we walked up to the bar. I also asked if we could be near the pool table (unfortunately it was out of order) as my partner loves to play. Despite this her service was impeccable. Not a single request was too big for this queen. And her style, serving. The rest of the team who were on were also fantastic. TJ tried to see if there was a way to get the table working which we greatly appreciated.

7 meals with 7 drinks was £87.00 and it was epic, I’m not gonna lie I thought it would be very average for such a good price but everything was awesome. Recommend the mixed grill all the meat was flavoursome and a good amount. Highly recommended and we’ll def be back again when passing next👍🏻

Ordered a burger and after waiting 45 minutes it came. I was very disappointed with the food. The batch was stale and the burger was barely warm. I expressed my concerns to a staff member, they took the burger and I’m guessing they microwaved the whole thing. I was shocked at the lack of care and the fact that they assumed this was acceptable. Will not be returning

Went for Mother’s Day and had a nice lunch. Shame the price inflates so much just because of this day, same food different day. Pie was good, pork belly not crispy and a bit of a let down. Desserts were good, chocolate & salted caramel tart was nice. Service was slow, had to ask for drinks and the bill multiple times. Not really an excuse being Mother’s Day, it’s expected to be busy. Would try again though.

Hadn't been here for a long time but had a very nice meal before. With a very limited lunchtime menu, we both decided on a jacket potato with homemade chilli and cheese. What we actually got was a spoon of cheap mincemeat kidney beans on top no butter, and the salad was just Rocket and a sprinkle of cheese, which at £2 extra was a complete joke. This is priced at £10. The side dish of salted chilli pork scratchings was coated in a chilli powder, which was absolutely disgusting. No spice, no crunch, no taste. Very disappointed

Can I just say thank you! We came over for dinner Friday evening and it was wonderful again! The food was of its usual exceptional standard, fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection! The portion sizes were just right! The menu has lots of choice, with great vegan options too! Drinks were plentiful and well priced, I loved the non alcoholic bottled cider! The general atmosphere was friendly and inviting! The staff were really jolly and couldn’t do enough for us. We had a brilliant evening! Thanks again! X

Nice pub and quality of the Sunday roast was great. Would be even better if they could offer vegetarian roast potatoes and an offering of stuffing! But food was so good, would definitely be coming back! Came back and had lunch on a Saturday, great options and tasted great. There seemed to be only one staff member looking after the tables so service was a little slow.

Another lunch visit again with my dad, we both had steak baguettes this time (he had Stilton!), can always rely on here for good quality food and it didn't disappoint. Came away suitably full!

Beautiful country pub in good location. Definitely recommend the pies ... THERE'S NO AIR GAP!! They're just pure pastry and filling deliciousness!! We will definitely be returning and quite upset that we haven't visited sooner!!

A spacious quality pub serving quality food. I visited The Whitestone on my birthday with family on Sunday. They offer a traditional range of foods at down to earth prices in a 1, 2 or 3 course guise. Inside I was impressed by the painted wooden beam interior, separate dining and TV area. The staff were relaxed, pleasant and professional. It took a while for food to arrive, but when it did it was served accurately, and more importantly, it was piping hot. The Whitestone is great value for money for something that is a little more upmarket.

We had a table of 8 including ages from 1 to 80. We were disappointed with the Sunday lunches the meat on one meal was tough, maybe the end piece, the roast potatoes were not cooked properly they were raw in the middle. (We overheard 2 other tables saying the potatoes wernt cooked).To he fair we did complain were then served some more that had clearly been deep fried to speed up the cooking process. The cherry cake was burnt on the bottom and the waffle was so hard it was inedible. They did take the price of that of the bill, but nobody came to apologise (manager etc) we paid and left. Shan't be visiting again. !

I'm very positively surprised. Dinner was tasty. Has a sirloin stake medium rare and it was exactly medium rare. My lovely wife had ham and mushroom pizza and it was very tasty too. The staff was very professional, friendly and they offered me help with bringing drinks and cutlery. I will definitely come back again and bring friends with me.

Cannot reccomend enough. Starter was pigeon, pancetta and braised red cabbage and it was perfect. Main was lamb, creamy potatoes and red cabbage and again was incredible. Service was amazing especially considering we were a table of 20. We were on a hen do and had our own separate room so we could play our own music and make as much noise as we wanted. Will definitely be back.

Wow what can I say, Antony's catering were absolutely amazing from day 1, the planning, the time line, the table plans. Plate and glass hire. Making sure everyone with allergies were looked after. Sorting out vegan and gluten free options. Literally nothing was too much trouble and so much attention to the details. Then there's the actual food. Everything was amazing. So tasty. Big portions. Freshly made to perfection. The hog roast was to die for and cracking perfect. They even came back to do breakfast All the guests enjoyed the food and everyone said how good it was. They also helped with surprise singing waiters proving them with aprons Nothing was too much trouble I would highly recommend them for your event you will not be disappointed. This is the second time we have used them and will use them again. Absolutely superb

We loved having Anthony's Catering at our wedding! From the start, our communication with Jon was good. He was friendly, approachable and accommodating and went out of his way to ensure we got all we wanted for our wedding food. We were able to customise the menus to suit us. The company also helped to coordinate other tasks on the day, such as speaking with our MC and cutting our wedding cake. The only small issue we had was that communication was sometimes a little slow which was stressful as the wedding got closer. On the day, the food was incredible! Everyone I've spoken to says how good the food was and how full they were! We had four canapes, a BBQ, brownies and cheesecake, and pizza. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'd definitely recommend Anthony's Catering!

Big thank you for absolutely smashing it at my 30th! The canapés were delicious, and the pizzas later in the night were perfect — fresh, cheesy, and exactly what everyone needed after a few drinks. The team were super friendly and made everything feel easy and stress-free, which meant I could just enjoy the night. ONE WORD… EPIC!! We had Anthony’s cater for our wedding a couple of weeks ago and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more from them! We first met Jon when we went to view the field that would be housing our Tipi and wedding venue. It was by chance that Jon was there and we knew straight away that we wanted to work with him. Jon worked closely with my wife to ensure that the food was perfect for our big day and good god, Anthony’s did not disappoint! The food was to die for, the service was outstanding and the constant support and guidance was just incredible. We worked with Jon over the coming months towards the wedding and he was supportive, every step of the way. They were amazing on the day! They served our food, waited on us hand foot and finger with absolutely everything, staffed the bar, made sure everyone had a drink at all times and helped my mum carry out the wedding cake that she’d spent weeks on! They even saved us some pudding and evening food as they could see we were too wrapped up in everything else and hadn’t had any. We honestly couldn’t recommend Anthony’s enough! We used Anthony's Catering for our wedding earlier this month. From the very start of the planning process through to the wedding day, they were fantastic. We had multiple meetings with Jon and it felt like he had everything under control the whole way through. Jon and Paige tailored the event to us and made sure that the day was exactly what we wanted. The food and drink was delicious and the service was efficient and professional. Many of our guests complemented the menu (especially the spanakopita!). We would highly recommend using Anthony's catering for your wedding or event.

We asked Anthony’s to provide the food for our wedding and it was the best decision. They catered for 170 people and were so organised, efficient, positive and a pleasure to work with. The food was incredible and everybody received a hot meal - everyone commented on this. We got lots of compliments about Anthony’s on the day, and afterwards. We never doubted Anthony’s - the food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful and the staff were so polite and helpful! There were a few chicken farmers there, and they praised Anthony’s on managing to cook that much chicken and still maintain the moist texture. Would 100% recommend.

Jon, Paige and the team need scoring more out of 5. Whatever we asked wasn’t an issue, they went above and beyond for our wedding requirements. Now the food. The best curry I ever had in my life and there was super good service all of the food was delicious and it smelt really nice in the restaurant and it was sooo clean and fancy and posh.

On approach for the first time it looks so unkept. The curtain are dirty the windows are dirty and the front is a mess, come on amid keep the front outside as good as the food and you might get more customers

Under new ownership and we certainly weren't disappointed. The food was amazing, cooked to perfection and the staff were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back

The best food & service in Nuneaton. On Sunday 14th April I had my 50th birthday at Amid Palace. The venue, the host (Sophie), and all the staff made sure all my guests had an amazing time. It seemed like nothing was too much trouble. The food was spectacular, so many choices and flavours. It’s was a special evening that I will cherish forever. I keep receiving such positive feedback from my guests about how delicious the food was at my party. Thank you to the Amid Palace team for everything. 🥰. I will be there again next week.

Good food. Marked down as staff were clearly inexperienced and under staffed when we visited. Young waitress very pleasant but waited 40 mins to place order, wasn’t offered poppadoms which should be pretty standard. Wasn’t offered fresh drinks and had to remind them to give us the bill after they forgot 2mins after asking for it. Service let them down on this occasion. But probably a one off. Enjoyed the fish curry though, it was very good. Bhajis tasted a bit manufactured and reheated, not freshly made.

Went with my partner for a date night for the first time at Amid Palace, annoyed we never went before! For the price point too, it's a great venue. Amazing staff, went above and beyond- food was delicious, don't mind waiting considering the quality. Would recommend, 5/5

Excellent Nepalese food, served in comfortable surroundings with really friendly & helpful staff. Never having tried Nepalese did before, it was difficult to choose from the extensive menu - so I went for the house special, and enjoyed it a lot.

Hom the owner runs a small but atmospheric restaurant. The place is well situated in the town centre and is a wonderful place for a quiet secluded meal with your wife/husband or family and or friends. The decor is simple but effective and the staff are very helpful. The food is excellent and the prices are competitive, this place is well worth the time and effort to go and visit. Clean, tidy and great food. One to try when your in Nuneaton.

Nice curry house and pretty good food. Marked down because some of my chicken was a bit chewy and not as fresh as I'd like and the naan was pretty small and tasteless considering I had Cheese, Garlic and Chillies on it however the rest was nice. The restaurant was clean with nice decor and design and the waiters were nice and friendly. Probably would try again but not in a hurry.

We'd been looking for a good Indian restaurant in Nuneaton for some time...Our first visit to Agra Palace was recommendedto us by our friends. As soon as we walked in we felt welcomed... The service, the food and the atmosphere was great especially being a Thursday night! We were pleasantly surprised! We'll definitely be going back! We had the Hydrebadi lamb and a retro chicken tikka masala spiced up a little both were excellent especially of note was the lamb and the mixed starters were superb the popadoms fresh all round a lovely meal so thank you guys !

We went here last night and had a lovely meal. I’ve recently discovered I have a milk intolerance. I didn’t know what to order and I didn’t want to cause a fuss. The man who served us asked me what things I like and then he ordered me the perfect dish and suggested sides. It was a Tuesday night and really busy in there so it might be worth booking in advance, but the service, staff and food were all perfect. Thank-you.

Hands down the best Indian food we've ever had. Cannot recommend the keema naan enough, it's incredible. The service was amazing. There was just 1 young lad serving as it was a really quiet Thursday evening - he was amazing. Did everything with a smile and was very polite. 100% will be back. Parking at the train station was a bad idea, charged £6.50 for an hour and a half!

Must visit restaurant which serves you scrumptious and very tasty authentic Indian food. You can ask them to make it Hot or extra hot as per your need. The vibe of the restaurant is really nice with instrumental Bollywood music playing and drinks and tasty food on your table!

We are regular customer here, the food is always fresh and tastes great. Good ambience and service. Truly recommend dining here.

Diwash are a polite and good lad service is very good, serve customer with a polite and nice way, Also clean and tidy, for sitting is a good tables and also table available and food is also nice and tasty and available as soon as possible.

It was a wonderful time in India red. Food was great though it was a busy night and the service was excellent. Definitely a must go place

Canal side pub. I ordered a club ( chicken and bacon triple sandwich) and chips. Massive sandwich , well presented and lovely cooked chips. The music blaring in the garden was a little distracting to the peace. But I had fantastic canal cycle ride to this pub.

Went here for the live music. The venue has plenty of space. However the execution needs more work. The sound set was very poor and the lights needed more work, just rotating colour changes doesn't cut it

Fantastic little gem, we stopped for dinner while in the area working. Wow service was great team are so friendly. Food was amazing and portions omg you wont’ leave hungry we had to take a doggy bag. Cosy little place with a friendly atmosphere we will be back!

We decided to give this place a try, since we've seen this place plenty of times. The food was incredible and the staff were super friendly. I had the rump steak med well, it was delicious and the food was definitely homemade which made it even more enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back again.

Stay here in my motorhome and love it food is fantastic staff are incredibly friendly,helpful,well mannered and go above and beyond always seems to be entertainment on on a weekend street food out back with kids play area don't miss out out its a must visit.

Had the most amazing dinner last night! The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere made it feel just like home 🤍 Our server was a lovely lady — so kind and attentive 🥰 Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Took our granddaughters one evening after school, they loved it and didn't want to leave. Plenty of outdoor seating, and there is a separate bar downstairs with a small menu, but there is a lot more choice of food & drinks upstairs in the restaurant. Staff all lovely and friendly. Only thing I would request is maybe some swings in the play area.

Nice views and seating area outside but not alot going on inside unfortunately.. Unless you like to watch the football or live darts torments going on. Small arcade next door for the kids but other than that it has to be one of the most boring places I've been. Even going a drive into town the fair rides are constantly closed! So just a few shops to walk round. Wouldn't recommend.

We visited for Mother's day. The food was nice enough and excellent value for the price we paid. However we were in the restaurant for nearly three hours for two of us. Appreciate that Mothers day is a busy day but the wait times were lengthy. we waited one hour for two ice cream desserts which is not OK. We did chase this twice with the staff to be told we were next and then watched as two tables of eight people were served before us. I did complain and was told sorry. I would give the Sunnyside another go, just not for a special occasion as the lengthy wait did spoil the day somewhat.

Nice little spot with a cosy indoor vibe and a few small tables outside. I ordered the fried egg with avocado on sourdough, topped with feta and hot honey. It was okay — enjoyable, but something I could easily make at home. I was hoping for a bit more flavour (and definitely more feta!). I’d still come back, but next time I’d try something different on the menu. 😊

French toast was very sweet for me but if you like dessert for breakfast it's perfect. It was great atmosphere. Will try again.

Drove from south Northants to Nuneaton last week to check out a car for sale. Found this cafe via the usual quick search on google maps. Great quirky menu, cosy, relaxed vibe. Bacon and cheese rosti fab. Came back across to collect the car yesterday, returned to R&M cafe, same good service, the hot honey and feta rosti this time - spot on. The pile of cinnamon French toast we had too was wicked. Keep it up folks.

First time visiting this morning. Dirty eggs, French toast and pancakes all amazing. The lady serving was lovely. Highly recommend. The music playing was also top notch.

Lovely little place 💛 Really unusual menu which was a treat. Food was lovely and portions really generous. Certainly want to come back to sample some other bits 💛 The only thing I will say is the place felt a little tired and grubby. But that could be because it was the end of the week and end of the day. Certainly wouldn't put me off returning 💛

Frustrated with my experience here today. We came here a few months ago and had excellent service, food and knowledgeable staff about gluten free food. Firstly, I asked for if the waitress if they serve gluten free sandwiches. She said ‘I think so’. I waited as I didn’t want to question her and seem rude. She said ‘Actually, I’ll have to check’. As a person with coeliac disease, this was worrying that staff don’t know their menu. I ordered a Brie, bacon and cranberry sandwich. It arrived with grated cheese on it and the gf bread had not been toasted. I questioned a different waitress, who was quite despondent. Eventually, she took the plate to the kitchen, brought it back to me and said, ‘ We don’t have Brie’ with no explanation as to why it had just come with grated cheese or even a ‘sorry’. I said that what was listed on their menu was not what I received and she responded, ‘Well, what else do you want then?’ I explained I would have the sandwich but not pay £8 for something I haven’t received. When I went to pay, they had added £1 to a bacon sandwich for the grated cheese and splodge of cranberry. We, unfortunately, after such a great experience the first time around, will not be returning. I wonder if the staff team has completely changed since Spring?

I highly recommend trying this place out. I have been a few times now and never disappointed. The girls serving are so friendly and happy. We has a sharing platter and it was perfect as always. Thank you all for an enjoyable breakfast.

Food is amazing but unfortunately the atmosphere lets it down. Myself and my husband loved coming for a nice relaxed meal but unfortunately the past few times we have been it has let us down. Big groups of loud people that don't seem to care how loud they are,kids running around, jumping on the furniture and making a mess. Unfortunately we won't be revisiting at any point in the future which is a shame as it used to be a nice friendly atmosphere.

My Husband and I came here to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. We went straight in to the bar and was served by a lovely young lady called Keeley, she really was a pleasure and very funny. It was extremely busy but we got seated earlier than expected so that was a result, although table was in the wrong name and was advised it had been double booked, but they did sort that out without any problems. We had to ask for menus, had to ask what the process was for ordering. They did not take the order at the table, which is rather annoying one of you have to get up to order at the kitchen hatch and the queue was long. Asked for drinks menu, was told to ask at the bar! For our drinks we had to go to order at the bar, which again is an inconvenience. Food arrived and whilst it was nice and good sized portions it felt rather disappointing overall. When going for a meal, you expect a level of service which was sadly not provided and for the price you pay it just didn't marry up.

2nd visit and was poor, table of 10. Didn’t bring menus, missed items on order. Didn’t even acknowledge us when we arrived. Said they didn’t have our booking even though I was the top of the list in the booking diary. Didn’t offer any additional drinks, didn’t clear the table. Staff standing behind the bar of their phones. For what it cost us all to eat and one round of drinks it was extremely poor service. It was a shame because the food is good, unfortunately we won’t be visiting again due to the terrible service. Such a simple task done so badly. Also it was quiet so no excuse

17 of us went last night. Lovely place and it was packed. Service was very good but had to wait quite a while for my coffee at the bar. But like I said it was really busy. Judging by the empty plates on the table the food was really nice. We had 3 courses. The pate was absolutely divine. My roast beef wasn't cooked enough for me and cold. And the potatoes were cold too. The veg wasn't my choice either. I then had Christmas pudding. But wasn't to my taste. The meal was well presented and looked nice but it wasn't for me. I might try it again and have something different.

I like the idea of ordering and paying at the same time. The food was ok, once we received the food, we were not once approached to see if we wanted another drink, they didn't attempt to clear the table when we had finished 😉. The place was practically empty so they couldn't even say it was because they were busy. Not somewhere I'd go again 😞

The Thai fish cakes are very good! Tom Yum had to send back: it was so sweet, didn’t taste like a tom yum should. Ordered the Thai bbq which wings instead: which were just bland, just looked like Gilles grilled, no spices, not anything. Don’t know if I’ll come back, maybe for the fish cakes only :)

This place really has good taste ! Almost authentic food! Run by a small family which is lovely , they are always welcoming. Definitely worth a try ! Am sure you ll like it !

We ate here Saturday night and had the set menu. The service was quick and it was fairly reasonably priced. The duck was a little bit dry for me personally but the pad Thai and chicken massaman curry were so delicious! It was a shame the restaurant wasn’t busy but I would definitely order a takeway from here as food was overall delicious

The food was really nice. In my opinion, I felt like the menu was a bit limited. I was expecting more. I don't know if they have different menus for lunch, evenings and weekends. We went there for lunch on a Thursday. I was expecting to see more variety like ribs, starters, and meat platters. The service was a little bit slow and we had to go to the bar a few times to order more drinks as they didn't come to check on us.

Had the Beijing burger and the mixed side (chips, onion rings and cheese and chili bites). Absolutely delicious. The burger had thick fried chicken that was crispy but juicy. Fries were well seasoned. Would definitely go back if we lived nearer or are in the area again!

Wow! If you are a meat lover, you have found your Mecca! We went on a Saturday, and we had the beef rib and baby back rack of ribs from the smoker. Both were meltingly soft and absolutely delicious. All served with seasoned fries and chunky coleslaw. We were told that they have a different menu for each day of the week they are open. They also do breakfast and lunch. Definitely go, you won't regret it!

Food was deeeeelicious! Hunters chicken was cooked sublimely as was the steak. The chilli cheese bites were lovely as well and the veg medley for two is a great sharer if you want sides with your meat! It’s not by any means cheap but you pay for what you get, and that is quality cooked food that tastes unreal. Staff were all also really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. All of them were lovely not a bad attitude in sight. I’d recommend booking a table during peak hours at the weekends etc. as it will be busy. Will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic food and great value for money with a great atmosphere. When you sit in the garden you could be anywhere with palm trees, outdoor cocktail Bar and outdoor TVs. The staff are also excellent and very helpful.

Whilst the burger and fries were OK, that was it frankly. The menu said the burger was served with salad etc, but when it arrived it was a bit of meat in a bun. Not had such a stark burger in a long time. I wont be in a rush to return.

Plates came out dirty. Madras was ridiculously too hot. Didn't like the poppadoms dips the yoghurt one was stupidly hot and the onion one had some weird taste. Then at the end the hand wipes were dryer than a nuns chuff. Also the waiter looked like he didn't want to be there half his napkin was in my madras when he brought it out. Never coming here again.

Without doubt, apocolyptically good! I love Indian cuisine, for me the hotter the better has always been the rule! Last night we treated ourselves to a take away and we ordered a lamb vindaloo, extra hot with extra lemon wedges as my main whilst the good lady chose a chicken shashlik bhuna and let me tell you.... this place nailed it! The flavours were immeasurably tantalising, the food looked, smelled and tasted incredible. The service was prompt and the staff that I met on collection were their usual cheerful selves. The restaurant was busy and lively but not rushed and everybody seemed to be having a great time. If you know anything about making or eating Indian food you appreciate how challenging it can be to make exceedingly hot curry whilst still maintaining the delicate flavours of the dish, last night I rode the waves of heat, licked the sun and could set fire to things just by walking past them, today I am relishing the prospect of leftovers for lunch!! Well done everyone at Rajdhani, well done!!

The whole team at the Rajdhani are always very accommodating and make you feel at home. They always go above and beyond for me and my family and we enjoy every visit here. The food is lovely and they have been brilliant at catering towards our son’s allergies. Habib and Harry are always very welcoming and the chef are fantastic!

Fantastic restaurant. I order a takeaway most weeks and have sampled a lot of the choices on the varied menu. The food is excellent. The customer service is extremely friendly and always very efficient. Highly recommended.

Awful service. We were seated at our table to then wait 1/2 and hour to get drinks which we had to ask for, then we had ask for them to take our order, in a space of 2 hours we only received our drinks , poppadom and starters. By then we were fed up of waiting for our main courses, we paid for what we had and left. Not great service at all. Needed more staff as we wasn't the only table to get up and leave.

Came for my Mum's birthday, Service was great, servers were quick and efficient and always had a smile. Food was super tasty, duck particulary impressive, was shredded table side. I will say the it's a little bit pricey, we had set meal for 4 but food was really good so ultimately worth it. Will definitely come again.

Ordered from here this evening and safe to say we weren’t overly happy , I had some sort of piece of metal in my chow mein some how and the satay sauce seemed flavourless. Partners curry had way to many chunky onions in , even though he ate some of them he said there was too many. Chips were also very starchy , it’s normally very nice from here. I don’t know if it’s because it’s a Friday night but tonight has been a let down , feel like £26 has been wasted. Only gave 3* because my partner said his curry was alright.

Extremely dated premises. NO fruit cider but offered a drop of black currant in it !!. Menu on line for dine in is well out of date and most items on menu are £2 to £3 more expensive in reality. Portion size very small. To be honest I've had better from my local takeaway. Sauvignon blanc was like paint stripper with a gloss price. Over £100 for two of us. We won't be going there again.!!!!

Way too expensive. I went with my partner and his daughter for a quick dinner. The food wasn't bad but 80£ was waaaay too much. Average starter is almost 7£ , mains around 17£ . All together was 80£ and we didn't even have alcoholic drinks, a glass of juice and 2 Lemonades.... the place is not fancy , on the contrary I would say, definitely not going back . Shame because the dumplings and spring rolls were very nice.

Lovely fresh reasonably priced Chinese food. Service was good and nice quiet atmosphere with typical Chinese restaurant decor. Would have been 5 stars, except dessert selection was a bit lacking.

Decided to visit on a miserable Thursday evening and so glad we did. The staff here are so attentive, and not intrusive, such an asset to the restaurant. The food was excellent, some exquisite tastes, subtle flavours in the right quantities too. This took me back years, just how Chinese restaurant's used to be. The food was brought out fresh, meaning that we had to wait a few extra minutes for some dishes. This is due to the chef sending the dish out as soon as it was cooked, meaning the tastes and heat was just as it should be. The cost was slightly more than I thought it would be, (the price I have listed included a couple of bottles of wine, so dont be mislead 😁) however when I say "slightly" more, this is worth every penny and so much more. The staff, atmosphere and quality of the food is exemplary! Well done to all, bar staff, servers, and chef(s) who contributed to a lovely night. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING FOR SOME EXCELLENT FOOD.

Travelled 15 miles for this fish and chip shop on recommendation and its worth every mile. The chips are clean, perfectly cooked and the portion is good. The fish is delicious and the batter......oh the batter!....its simply the best we've tasted, ever. Finally, it's hard to find words to express how simply divine the pea fritters are. I would happily travel the same 15 miles just for the pea fritter. Highly recommended, 5 stars, 10/10 on everything. Well chuffed!

my wife and I love sitting in the square eating fish and chips but about 3 months ago the fish and chips had been standing to long I thought ok a one off. The next 3 times really good.then again last night chips not good my fish was alright but my wife's minni fish dry not nice. Maybe we timed it wrong 6.30 ish but I would have thought that would have been a busy time. Went again Monday 25/08/2025 the fish chips and mushy peas were absolutely delicious

I went for lunch with my daughter yesterday and wow what a find. The food was incredible and the service even better. I will definitely be back with my whole family next time. The food is freshly cooked and authentic, proper Indian food. I definitely recommend them to anyone. Open from 11am so a great spot to go for lunch in the town centre. At last, authentic Indian food in Nuneaton....not the 'plastic' imitation Indian nosh prevalent throughout the town/Warwickshire. Please visit, please be patient as fresh food takes time... and enjoy. Pav Bhaji, masala papads and dosas plus many more pleasantries....

Stumbled across this lovely little cafe whilst having a walk around Nuneaton. The food was lovely. Large portions and reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only reason it's not a 5☆ is because the coffee wasn't great but we will certainly be back and would happily recommend it to anyone.😊

I came here for for food with my family and the food took forever to come, i even considered on leaving and dining at another restaurant. The food i had was cold and i didnt enjoy it. The chef was very rude. We will definitely not be eating here again

I was not for a Food, just for a hot Drink. I've got it quite quick. Hillaras coffee shoo- Sticky Tables, toilet is very small, not a lot People, the Coffee doesn't taste like a Coffee, Menus are piled on a Different Table,  so you have e to go and find it if you want to order some Food, lovely presentation,  the Cake was an  Amazing one, Tables Sizes are various,  not so easy to find, next to it is The Silk Mill where you can play POOL and watch TV Sports, the Price is okey, not too expensive so afterwards you can go for a Drink to the Pub acrossthe Street.

A general life tip one, if you see a La Marzocco espresso machine in any cafe or restaurant, you have to try their coffee. General life tip two, if you see a wood fired oven in any cafe or restaurant you have to try their pizza. Alara Bistro & Coffee is blessed with both. The Mediterranean themed restaurant has loads of dishes to choose from, chalked up in its “specials boards aplenty” that hang adoringly on its walls. I ordered takeaway, but waited in the restaurant to absorb the ambience. The staff were warm, cheery and chatty. The food was rich, huge portions and served with a fruit and veg store’s quantity of salad. My family and I enjoyed it; a nice alternative to the cookie cutter chain food offerings.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the meal I received from your establishment on 14-09-2024. Unfortunately, the experience was far below the acceptable standard, both in terms of flavor and food safety. Firstly, the dish lacked the fundamental seasoning of salt and spices, which resulted in a bland and unappetizing taste. This basic expectation for any prepared meal was not met, and it significantly detracted from the dining experience. Additionally, the meat served was undercooked, presenting not only a culinary disappointment but also a serious health risk. Consuming raw or undercooked meat can lead to foodborne illnesses, and it is alarming that such a fundamental aspect of food preparation was overlooked. The negligence displayed in preparing a meal that fails to meet basic culinary standards is concerning. It suggests a lack of attention to detail and, more importantly, a disregard for customer satisfaction and well-being. Honest review, Food was hot but WORSE Curry I ever had! No Curry masala it was just spaghetti sauce ! Lamb curry were just 6 pices in a container and also bit odoured. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ASIAN CURRY THEN I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

New Chef?, last 3 meals We've had from here have been awful, The Maracha used to be so tasty, the last time we ordered there was slimy chillies in that tasted off & the sauce was thin/runny, & tonight's meal tasted as though a full tub of salt had been added, & the chips were the smallest portion ever, we'd decided to give it one last go but you've lost our custom now.

I am going to this coffee bar for some time and I was always happy with my omelettes. The only problem that they have is the delivery.. sometimes they don't have delivery man and eight have to get it through just eat or go and pick it up... But the personal from there is nice , food nice , not that busy and the chef know how to cook 👍🏼

Picked to go here for a full breakfast on Sunday morning. Cafe was busy with seating available inside and outside. Menus were on the table and after a few minutes, staff member came to take my order. table and cafe were very clean. Food was brought to me in a very short time - no real waiting. it was lovely and hot. paid in cash at the till. staff very friendly and polite. Will visit again.

Never been here before, I was surprised, pleasantly though, very clean, welcoming, and the paninis we had were delicious and lattes were nice too. We will definitely go in again.

This is for the delivery I ordered. I specially asked for no chillies (red, green and no chilli powder). Ordered the chicken bhuna and mushroom balti and both were SO tasty. My worry when asking for no chillies is the food will be tasteless but not in this case. Was yummy! I didn't enjoy the paratha as much (it didn't taste too fresh but I think maybe delivery impacts this, I think eating in would be different) but I loved the vegetable pilau rice.

Not gonna lie, absolutely bloody incredible food - I'm pretty honest when it comes to food, and very rarely do I have a flawless Indian, but this was genuinelly the closest I've ever come! Nann was crisp, chicken was plentiful and super tasty, egg fried rice was flavourful.... 10/10, friendly service, top food - Would recommend!

Fabulous food, good siced portions, and great service. Waseem made us very welcome. Loads of space between tables, authentic background music. One of the nicest palak paneer I've ever had - absolutely delicious.

Honestly the worst meal I've ever eaten. Small valentines menu with nothing Italian on. Lamb was so overcooked and hard that you couldn't cut it or chew it. Chicken was just a frozen boiled mess on a plate and somehow they thought it was acceptable to charge £40 per set menu when you could see the real menu total would have reached below £25. Told the waiter, nothing fixed. Do not recommend anyone ever go here.

Visited here in a group of seven on Thursday evening. The restaurant was fairly quiet and I didn't have too much trouble parking (street parking close by). We all ordered different meals, pasta, pizza and risotto, the pizza was huge and all plates looked appetising. Everyone enjoyed their food. I had the seafood risotto, it was tasty. It would have been a nice touch to be provided with a finger bowel for the mussel shells but I wasn't bothered enough to request one 😊 just feed back. The staff were pleasant and attentive.

A hidden gem! It looks nothing from the outside but inside the decor and atmosphere is lovely. The service and staff was exemplary. We had the fillet pepper steak, which was lovely - if I’m being picky, our medium steak was a tad overcooked but still lovely. Will definitely be returning to try other dishes on the menu. I would of liked the background music to be Italian (rather than soft rock)

The booking was hassle free, straight forward through the restaurant's website. The confirmation email was sent to me in a timely manner. The food was well presented and very tasty. The menu has good selection and well priced. Portions are big, definitely value for money. The wine selection was good too. Staff are friendly, polite and attentive. The restaurant area is modestly and tastefully decorated, not over the top. If you fancy a nice, lovely Italian dinner and what to try something different from what the usual chain restaurants offer, this is the place for you!

Only just discovered this restaurant and I'm very impressed with what I found. The staff and are lovely and the service is excellent. The drinks are great and the food is to die for. And the best part is that a 3 course meal for 2 people didn't break the bank. Best Italian in Nuneaton.

The best pizza I have ever had. This puts any restaurant in a 50 mile radius to shame. Perfect base and not skimpy on the toppings either. The price is fair given the way the world is, the bill can easily rack up but it is worth it for the quality of the food, just worth being aware of that. The staff are really friendly, very professional, make you feel at home and always have a smile. The tables are very nicely set and the square knives are a different touch (you'll see what I mean when you go) Overall, an amazing experience, can't wait to go back, this has more than replaced Dominos.

Lovely restaurant, our first time dining here. The children loved it. They had a Korma & a Chicken Naga curry. Me and my partner had a Chicken Tikka Masala and a Korma. Absolutely stunning sauces! Lovely staff, could be abit more aware when someone is needed at a table but overall, beautiful restaurant. Will come back for sure!

Our Experience at Zayne's Indian Cuisine: - Service delays: Soft drinks we ordered never arrived, and the wait times were long, with food taking over an hour to be served. - Food quality: We specifically requested a hot and spicy chicken tikka masala, but even with added spice, the dish was overwhelmingly sweet—almost like eating sucralose powder. This sweetness seems to be a recurring issue with their curries, based on other feedback. - Bring-your-own-alcohol policy: The restaurant allows customers to bring their own alcohol, which is convenient for some, but it added to the bustling and somewhat disorganized atmosphere. - Overwhelmed staff: A small team was trying to manage a busy restaurant, and though polite, they could not afford additional engagement and attention to detail with so many indoors & takeaway customers. - Atmosphere: The combination of takeaway and dine-in orders contributed to a hectic environment, which affected the overall dining experience. Overall, while there is potential, the combination of long waits, inconsistent food quality, and the chaotic atmosphere left us feeling like the experience was average at best. The restaurant decorations and location is great and it would be fantastic to put it in greater value for its customers. Perhaps keeping the ability to order takeaway and the ability to experience indoor dining could be kept separate during certain times in the weekends to ease pressure on staff members, improve service and food quality whilst also leading to an increase in customer retention & satisfaction.

No longer do food, I ordered 5 tequila rose they charged me for 4 this cost 14 pound when there was a discount 5 for 10 pound. I argued with the staff and manager it wasn’t about the money but more about the principal, very unhappy staff here are very unprofessional and new hires who have not been trained properly, I asked to speak to the manager who was a short red haired lady and she did not care less almost using the poor bartender as a messenger, there’s a lot of times these days where because pubs become a hub for young people they do not need to keep there professionalism and unfortunately this has now turned into it.

Closed at 12 on tuesday when it said it would open til 1am. currently sat outside silk mill disappointed. Really would appreciate honesty on the opening times. This used to be a hot spot with friends and I and this is extremely disheartening to see how Silk Mill has gone down hill.

This is a fairly cheap but extremely spacious place with a decent amount to do. There is infamously a television (or 5, mostly) everywhere you look; and there are many comfortable booths that you can slip into on a quiet day. Bartenders are generally nice also. Having had grub here a few times before, I can definitively say it's often not of decent quality. We have had to send food back before and you can very easily tell that everything here is using a microwave - often cold on the sides and molten in the middle. However, the variety of drinks is somewhat redeeming. There are 2 pool tables - both of... below average quality (spills on the cloth and lean too) and it's Ben known for there to be not enough cues and there is rarely chalk available. Darts board is of average quality however. [Side note, the pool table photo was from a few months ago when the cloth was recently replaced.) - Edit: Downgraded to 2 stars. The floor was sticky on multiple occasions recently. And tables don't seem to be properly cleaned. Booths are in a dire state also.

How should I put this? I suspect the Brexit vote was high in this area... Not unfriendly, nevertheless. Lots - and lots! or screens showing football: that's common ground that I'll happy to celebrate! Reasonable draft beer selection: that too! Toilets rather smelly.

Great place to come and watch sport (plenty of TVs so no chance of not getting a good view). Two pool tables, a decent drink selection at reasonable prices and a good food menu! Not much else to say!!

Absolutely love going to molly's it's a lovely cafe , the staff are always so friendly. Me and my family go in pretty much every day to have a drink.I haven't tried the cakes there yet but always look delicious. Definitely recommend it to people that haven't been in before .

2nd visit to see if first experience was an exception: Came into Molly's this morning for a cuppa. Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, fantastic latte (better than the famous chain shops) and got my drink in 1 minute flat. Next time I'll try the food.

Lovely cafe we visit when we need to visit Nuneaton. Very friendly staff and the owners have done a nice job kitting out the cafe retro style and it's very inviting. Good food and drinks at very reasonable prices. A nice ambience to the venue.

while we were out shopping at the weekend we called into Molly's for a coffee and ended up having brunch too. Lovely clean and friendly place and the food was excellent too. This place has been there since January this year and we only just found it lol, defo going back its our new favorite:-) yep we're back and just as great as the first visit

Love Molly's coffee house. The latte is really tasty and the sausage batch was perfect. There is an excellent range of food, perfect for everyone. Would highly recommend.

Placed a large order in the week to be delivered on Saturday. Phoned to say that it was being packed and would be delivered shortly. Lovely lady bought everything all packed in a box. Everything there and everyone was said how nice it was. Always have great fish and chips from here and would certainly recommend especially if you’re thinking of a large order.

Love the food here, never had anything bad. Delicious fish & chips. Unfortunately your staff are quite rude. No customer service skills. Not friendly at all. I called in Saturday I was waiting to be served and was next in the queue. There was 3 servers , 2 were busy and the 3rd server (the old lady) turned her back on me and walked away. I was next to be served but had to wait as she walked away. I always find when I am served by her she’s unfriendly and sour faced. Your food is always delicious but your staff need training to treat customers more politely. And not turn and walk away when a customer is next and waiting to be served. Very rude.

Good value deals to be had on the Specials board. Had a pie and chips special, a battered sausage special and a jumbo sausage special for just under £20. All included curry sauce.

I love this restaurant. This must be my tenth visit and it won't be the last. Very clean restaurant. The food is cooked whilst you wait...no reheating or the sound of a microwave ping. The staff are very friendly and professional. There's always a smile. The portions are large but too delicious to leave any on the plate. The menu is fairly priced too. Try it, you won't regret it.

Anywhere that offers food from their full menu first thing on a Sunday wins my heart. Sovrano delivers quality in every department: service, food, accommodation. It’s Italian at heart, but happily offers up a quality full English alongside its quality Italian dishes. The coffee is surprisingly good, prepared on a 3 group head La Spaziale, steadily pumping through an Italian dark roast. Price was spot on, Nuneaton in general offers excellent value for money. Service wasn’t personable, but it was swift and accurate. There was plenty of outdoor seating available. It was packed to the rafters around 11am. This is a popular place, I know know why. Walk over and grab a table as soon as one becomes available.

Drinks come way before the food so factor this in when ordering. The food itself is delicious. However twice I have been with family and eaten alone because they have forgotten the other orders. Then sat there waiting for family to finish their food. Chef blamed waitress that hadn't even served us. Been coming here a long time but being told sorry whilst laughing will stop our return.

Feeling very much in want of some Chinese and finding the Golden Bridge open on a Monday, we gave them a try. Would rate them as cheap and cheerful, but could be better. We ordered quite a few things totalling around £45: chicken and sweetcorn soup, hot and sour soup, sweet and sour chicken, bbq ribs, special fried rice, salt and chilli chicken, char sui pork with vegetables, large meat spring rolls, and we got prawn crackers and 2 fortune cookies for free. Let's start by saying the soup was the best part of the meal and set me up for a bit of a disappointment. Mine was the hot and sour soup which was absolutely beautiful, would definitely get again and have with prawn toast by itself! The rice was delicious along with the salt and chilli chicken. The sweet and sour chicken was made separately from the sauce and was slightly dry. The spring rolls were as my partner described as ' a bean sprout sandwich'. It had no flavour or meat to be seen or tasted. Had we no sauce it would have been left. The ribs were a bit tough and the char sui pork with vegetables was ok. Had everything been flavoured and cooked accordingly then it would have been rated higher. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. It's collection and cash only which was a little inconvenient. Food was slightly late, but everything was hot! Would go back for somethings, but not a whole meal. Parking is difficult so be prepared to walk a bit.

Noodle soup wasn't cooked well. No salt or spices in them. Singapore Fried rice was good. Salt and pepper chicken and malay spicy chicken were both same, felt like cooked those item from same off the shelf chicken ready made stuff from Korean shop.

Fits that craving if you are feeling lazy. I find the chicken fried rice a little bland but add some soy sauce and sesame oil. Decent chop suey and fresh bean sprouts. Love the projection lighting for the sign on the heritage building. Great idea. You can phone in order and collect and pay in person so no waiting as there's only a few seats. To be fair they can do better with the food. Fall in love with Chinese Cuisine again. 👀 I can see people named dishes negatively and can understand why. Hope reviews will encourage change.

Absolutely awful! Went to collect order after advised 50 minutes. Waited there for 10 minutes while she answered the phone and served two people that came after me. Literally didn't even acknowledge me! The food was even worse. The salt and pepper chips were greasy and so over fried they were hollow inside. The vegetable 'sping rolls' ( which I clarified on the order as he said ' pancake rolls) was full of meat and prawns. Lucky we aren't vegetarians! Worst £22 ever.

Best Chinese takeaway in town! Quick friendly service. Plenty big enough portions but most importantly the food is wonderfully prepared & cooked. Been going here at least 20 years & never been let down once! ☺ Because of its popularity it can be busy on a Saturday night but the team work hard to keep the waiting time down & the food is still fantastic! Since writing this review the restaurant phoned at 10:35PM and demanded that I take my review down because it affects their rating…..No apologies for the disgusting mess they sent me or for waking me. Pizza edges burnt, but dough raw in the centre. Covered in grease. Very chewy, made my jaw ache just trying to eat it. Cheesy garlic bread hardly had any cheese on it and only sprinkled with a herb. Zero taste of garlic Waited 1 hour 45 minutes even though we are 6 minutes away. Avoid at all costs, will never order here again.

Amazing Service, Best Burgers in Nuneaton, Lovely Atmosphere and Comfortable Seating. Firstly the burgers were of such high quality and beautifully presented. The variety of loaded fries are truly special - chilli fries, Indian masala fries with chicken, and Italian fries with mozzarella & herbs. The waitress was the most attentive, kind, calm and helpful we have ever come across. Great with excited kids, took our large group order like an expert, and made some very complicated changes for those with dietary needs. The milkshakes and mocktails were massive in size and top quality. We cannot wait to try the breakfast and dessert menu.

Absolutely avoid, as a loyal customer who comes in every week for the same order i will never be ordering from here again!!! Wish I could put ZERO STARS I ordered at 6.15 as a delivery to my house in which the worker stated it will be 20-25 minutes, even though I live down the street I then had to phone back up to chase my order at 6.45 in which they replied your wraps will be 5 mins even though I ordered 2 burgers After this I went to the shop as I was in a rush to eat as I had somehere to be in which I was told the burgers will take another, 10 minutes even though they had already told me they were making them - a blatant lie I then went to the shop to get my food even though it was supposed to be delivered, and I asked as a gesture of goodwill what will be done to make up for their mistake, in which I was told I’m sorry but you will still have to pay the full price Thereafter I was mentioning how this service is out of order considering I am a loyal customer in which they replied we will not be serving you anymore and we don’t care if you come back to the shop or not When I mentioned that I ordered an hour ago the worker Ali lied and said I had ordered 15 minutes ago in which I said to him you are lying as I showed him my call history as evidence I then said I would like my food as I’ve been waiting over an hour for two burgers, in which they made me pay upfront. The owner then came in and offered a can of drink in which I thought was absolutely distasteful in relation to the inconvenience caused Avoid at all costs, I will never be ordering from here again and I will advise anyone else not to do so!

Where else in Nuneaton can you sample an Indian street food breakfast in cool, coffee shop surroundings, served by lovely chatty staff? I’d love a few tunes simmering away in the background. From the look of the espresso machine set up I’m sure they make a mean coffee. Interestingly, in the afternoon Crave Coffee craft a handsome range of award winning burgers. The chef is a person of many talents!

I love burger so much, and I sincerely think this place serves the best chicken fillet burger in Leicestershire!! Do try the chicken fillet special burger that comes with hash browns. At first I ate it while I am hungry, tasted very good. 2nd time I came I ordered two, this time both are spicy options. Yeap, still tastes good. Since then, I came regularly after work to have dinner here. I also tried the pizza and chicken wrap. Every food is well prepared. Price wise it is reasonable for the portion. Facilities are clean and well kept. Friendly staff. Nearest parking is at the Pool Bank Street car park, plenty of space, £1.50 for three hours.

Avoid at all costs! After ordering for delivery, and being told 10 mins, over an hour later I headed to the shop myself to find out what was going on to find, not only had they not even bothered to send my order out, but they’d actually took the wrong order in the first place! Instead of apologising, the individual working there said “well what can I do”?! I requested to complain to the manager, (apparently the individual at the front desk is also the manager), so requested to speak to the owner who again, completely deflected, was rude, arrogant and advised he didn’t really care whether customers came back or not. Avoid at all costs, no care for the customer and the food is mediocre - head down the road to Queens Fish and Grill instead, great service and great food every week. I’m sure they’ll contact me after this to take the review down so they can continue to lie to their customers 😃

Ordered the corned beef salad with beetroot coleslaw pickle and half a baguette. What arrived was a small piece of part baked “baguette”, a slice and a half of beetroot, a teaspoon of coleslaw, no pickle, and lettuce/cucumber/tomato slices (no dressing) which was no more than a garnish. Most underwhelming salad I’ve ever had.

Ordered a takeaway through Just eat. Arrived 20 minutes late. Sweet and Sour Chicken, egg fried rice & chips. Processed cubes of chicken were tastless, chips were a small portion for the price and the sauce was watery. £20:94 bill delivered but £2 dearer than 4 months ago for the same items. Let me know when your quality improves.

Hands down the worst Chinese meal we've ever had. Beef was just gristle. Sweet and sour sauce was tasteless. No flavour in anything else. Set meal for 1 and beef chow mean. Prawn crackers were the only thing that were ok. Won't be returning.🤮

First time ordering and won’t be back. Sloppy portions. I ordered rice and ended up with half a portion in the plastic tray. Prawns which weren’t exactly cheap arrived cold. I feel that if you order through just eat… it isn’t as carefully prepared as it would be ordering by phone. It’s a no from me.

Shockingly poor food. The crispy duck wasn't crispy and came in a 'plum sauce' full of wet, slimy lettuce- basically inedible.

Our regular Chinese was closed so we ordered from Win Wo instead after seeing decent reviews on Just eat. I'm not overly impressed unfortunately. The chicken curry was so spicy, that for us it was inedible. It was full of flavour though so if you don't mind the heat, you'd enjoy it! We asked for boiled rice but received some kind of fried rice with it which I liked but the kids wouldn't touch it. There was barely any chicken in the curry at all and the pieces were so tiny. We had a portion of chips which was a very small portion compared with what we normally get elsewhere and the chips were definitely under done. I've had to stick them in the air fryer to colour them up a bit but they are bland and not very nice. Chicken balls were again, a very small portion compared to what we normally get and were a bit soggy with the tiniest piece of chicken inside. I wouldn't order from here again because for us, overall we got much smaller portions and it cost almost £10 more than our local Chinese and we didn't really enjoy it at all, there was a lot of waste unfortunately.

Just ordered £70 worth of food and overall it was really nice, ribs were very meaty and tasted good, curry was nice.. mrs said the blackbean sauce was a little bland, chips werent the best and couldnt believe we didnt get some free crackers 😒 generally not as bad as comments said tho overall a good tasty spot and would probably order again

Ordered salt n pepper King prawns, they were ok to be fair, but its not that hard to batter and fry something. However I also ordered a Singapore chow mein. Probz the worst one I've ever eaten, noodles were all mushy like a pot noodle. The flavour wasn't correct for the dish, it tasted like they had taken a different chow mein and maybe added a bit of spice that, you could hardly taste. The worst bit though, the meat in the chow mein, absolutely horrid, literally all of it. Glad I only ordered this as I was in a rush to eat before the Mrs gave birth and it wasn't my Saturday night takeaway. Would avoid, should have checked reviews before ordering.

The people in the shop were very friendly and helpful. The. Atmosphere was good with two guys sat at the table waiting for their order. The food was ready really quickly. So quickly that it was all packaged when I returned from the cash machine because they do not take card payments. Got home and opened up the order. We had 2 kids mini fish and chips. Initial thoughts are the portion size of chips is similar to a large portion from other chippy's iv been to. Both my girls shared the chips from just one portion, that's how big they are. Size of the fish is good too. The issue is the quality of the food. I'm not sure if they have been sitting for a while or if the oil needs changing or something else but the chip's were incredibly greasy and the fish very dry. The batter is really hard too. I will go back again only as a last resort as it's close but, if the food is sub par again it would be the last time.

Will definitely be returning to this chippy soon!! Kebab and chips were amazing. I had the tikka meat and donner and both were amazing. Great staff, atmosphere and price. Highly recommend 👍

Ordered a medium chips and a chicken kebab. Chips tasted like cardboard with no potatoe filling. Chicken was undercooked and mainly salad on the kebab. Which was a chicken batch not wrap. Phoned to complain and was told to return said food. The whole idea of delivering was that I could not collect. Was then told that the driver was out and could not collect food for a refund. Also that i could return said food tomorrow. No refund issued, food terrible, AVOID

Ordered doner meat , regular chips , currys sauce and a salad. Nice large portion of chips, lovely and fresh. Requested plenty of chilli sauce on the doner meat and they didnt disappoint. Couldn't fault the food what so ever Arrived on time , piping hot and well packaged. Will definitely be using again. Big thumbs up from me 👍

Ordered through just eat. App saying enjoy your food - we have no food to enjoy - it know this falls on just eats head for not delivering, but we have tried ringing the chip shop about 9 or 10 times now, and no one has bothered to answer. We won't waste our time again

We bought 2 portions of fish and chips from the van that came to the caravan site we are staying at. A decent sized piece of fish but a large portion of chips which I couldn't finish. The fish was well cooked but the chips could have benefitted from being cooked longer, very soggy.

Waiting for 30 minutes after phone call saying 5 minutes ,spoke to restaurant to say cancel food because it will be cold to be told " i will cook orfer from fresh and deliver,15 minutes later food was delivered ,stone cold chips , sauce and an inedible burger which had gone slimy and i wouldnt even give the dog , disgraceful servive and atrocious food ,dont waste your hard earned cash

Don't order if your a veggie or vegan!!!!! We ordered 2 pizzas, one was vegan and the other was veggie. The veggie had meat on it. When I spoke to the manager she wasn't very nice. They replaced the veggie(with meat) with another pizza but we didn't dare eat it. As you can see by the photo, one has meat on it.

Just awful... AVOID! If you have any dietary requirements just don't even bother. Vegetarian pizza delivered with Peperonni on half of it. Called and spoke to the manager, and how they've become a manager god only knows. Wasn't professional and acted like it was our fault for the inconvenience. They said they would provide a new pizza free of charge, but we would need to provide the wrong one so she can show the team what went wrong. I'm sorry, but if you can't explain to them not to put meat on a vegetarian pizza, I think you need new staff. No customer care. Next time, let's hope it's not an allergy that you mess up on!

Have used this branch for years and never an issue, still waiting on a delivery 1hr and 30mins after ordering on a Tuesday evening. Rang the store, received an apology as it is out for delivery, has been out for delivery for 40 mins now. Looking forward to cold soggy pizza when it arrives, if it arrives. Such a shame as never had an issue with these guys before

Terrible experience. Just awful! Ordered through Deliveroo on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch and took over an hour to be delivered!! The guy on the end of the phone wasn’t listening to a word I was saying, just kept saying, “its with the delivery driver, 10 Minutes” and this was repeated over and over…. The expected delivery time was supposed to be 12.45 and didn’t arrive till 1.15pm…. Sham! He also said the manager would call me, in regards to my complaint (also in ten minutes) which never happened either…! When the pizza I’d eventually arrive l, it tasted like a bang average kebab shop pizza and luke warm…. So into the microwave it went.. fuming. So if you like being lied too, microwaving your pizza after delivery and enjoy false promises, this is your pizzeria. 👍🏼

The pizza was sizzling hot and delicious. However l had to wait a bit even though the app had said my order is done

Second time I've ordered from these guys. Excellent pizzas and delivered fast with a smile. Would recommend. This is replacing Dominos and Pizza Hut for us as PapaJohns is better in value and in pizzas. They just taste better and generally are better than the competitors.

Pizzas are always the best from here. I only ever order my pizza from here. Always piping hot and full of flavour!

Frozen fish, ( large , one place on top of the other ) that has the same shape and taste as a mcains piece of fish, which tasted foul and was absolutely disgusting.. Chips were OK, some were still solid. Some were black.. curry sauce was the only good thing about the meal.. Customer before me had donner meat and chips in a pita bread, again pack bought pita bread. No Home made bread here.., Seems like everything is store bought.. Chippy used to be good, now its gone down the pan. Won't be coming back here.. My advice is stick to Petes or other local chippys.

A little more expensive than other fish and chip shops, however, for the quality of food, it’s a steal. You can tell that this is a well established and trusted chippy for the area. Friendly and helpful staff, too. Would definitely recommend, and I will be going again :)

Chips tasted of really old oil and were inedible, also didnt give me 2 curry sauces which i ordered. Not sure if related to the shop itself but on the phone, the delivery driver kept going in about the location of the chippy which was really confusing when trying to meet them. Like he was trying to brag about the chippy being 'good', but it was awful! Never going again and would not reccomend, I felt sick all night and didn't even get a refund.

I absolutely love this place, chips are amazing. Fish cooked while you wait so as fresh as you can get. Battered sausages are so good. Lovely gentlemen who runs this is so friendly and accomadating.

Second visit under the new management, clearly owners who love food and care. Food was amazing both visits. Fish and fishcake first time cook perfectly. Battered sausages second time best iv had! Chips amazing too both times, no plastic other than sauce containers amazing! Proper british fish and chips. Must try!

Had been a long time since I last tried this chippy. The owners seem to have changed, this is evident from the quality of the chips. It was cold and we were passing so we thought chips would be nice. There was no wait as there were no other customers. The chip portion was rightish. The fish was small and over cooked. A number of chips did seem to be refried, not good. The curry sauce was nice, not too thick or runny. Overall, not the best chippy but also not the worst. I do believe my meal was over priced for what I had. Must add this to my review: this chippy made me ill 🤒

Food was not very good last for the following reasons: Lemon chicken - all batter falling off resulting a very unappetising dish. Roast duck - not crispy at all, very gelatinous fat that is frankly horrible. No crisp whatsoever. The rest of the dishes were very average. Service was good. This is my go to Chinese but due to the reasons mentioned about I will have to try somewhere else next time.

What a joke. Yet again had the wrong meal delivered and to add insult to injury they said we must have ordered it wrong. We only ever order the same items and it's only for two people how hard can it be? Shame cos the food is always nice but enough is enough. Felt sorry for the delivery man bless him

Really disappointed. Food took 2hours to arrive. After repeatedly calling to chase the order, i was repeatedly lied to for 45minutes with them stating the food was on the way, when it clearly wasn’t. Tried to blame traffic when we live less than 10minutes down the road. I could have collected had the staff been honest. Refused to offer a refund or discount when calling up. As a loyal and regular customer i am appalled with the lack of service and care for their customers. Also very unfair for the lovely delivery guy that is the one to face the unhappy customers without knowing they’ve been waiting for 2 hours. Expected more.

Pizza always good. Nice chips always. Welcoming staff, always friendly. They always tend to be busy but food consecutively good unlike many chip shops in Nuneaton & Bedworth. Chicken burger came with no salad or sauce, literally just bread and chicken. The chips were undercooked and cold, they also had a distinct green colour to them. The donner meat was soggy and cold, Reasons for low service is because the guy was rude to us on the phone and the delivery is slow. He hung up the phone while i was trying to see when my order was leaving the restaurant. Do not recommend

Do NOT order a kebab from this shop! I ordered via Deliveroo and it arrived in an oil soaked pita bread, with no salad or sauce, just kebab meat. I have given one star for service as at least it arrived, albeit it took almost 50 minutes to get 4.5 miles.

We ordered two pizzas 🍕 🥰 and big boneless buckets 🪣. Wow 🤩 the meal was delicious 😋 and the delivery was quick & friendly 👍. We are very satisfied 😊 highly recommend it.

The delivery took a tad longer than stated but its well worth it. The pizzas are so tasty, the chicken wings are banging. Overall, super tasty.

Second time i get canceled by them after 10-15 minutes after i placed the order. There will be no third time because i won’t order from them even if they give food for free next time.

The chicken steak burger was a bit bland, it was basically processed mashed up chicken. Apart from that the customer service was good, the guy who served me used to work at Roosterz on Queens Road. I was surprised to see him working at this place. The only thing that this place has going, are their pizza's which I guess they are ok to good.

Best ‘a la carte’ breakfast for miles around. Been a few times before but had a morning spare so mad a trip from Coventry for a great breakfast. Good food, lovely people.

During my second visit on my lunch break, I decided to try the jacket potato with cheese and curry, and I must say, it was absolutely delicious and flawless. Fran, the owner, was incredibly friendly, which added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this small, independently run establishment to anyone in the area, as the food is truly excellent.

Great little place that has good foot fall of customers. Ordered the full breakfast that came without the fried bread. Instant coffee. Clean inside with tables wipeddown. Really comfortable inside.

The bacon and cheese omelette with chips is delicious; with a nice even amount of cheese and bacon in the omelette, and the chips are nice and fluffy.

Exceptional food, exceptional prices. I loved being able to create my own breakfast and not being forced to have foods I don’t like. Definitely will come again.

I initially went in hoping it was all halal Turkish food. But when I got there I only saw English food. The food and service was great and cant fault it, but I couldn't help feeling disappointed that there wasnt a Traditional Turkish menu. I absolutely LOVE Turkish cuisines. We need variety of foods in nuneaton, including food that is convenient, healthy and affordable for all. Also I feel, if it was halal, it might be more popular. But that's just my own opinion. Great work overall and amazing Turkish coffee 👍😊

Good service and very reasonable food prices with a good menu choice. Only tried the daytime menu but its all good enough to keep going back.

When they first opened they were great. But they've recently gone downhill & are frankly not worth the money. I recently ordered a "Christmas toastie" which featured two cubes of turkey, a tiny rasher of bacon and no Cranberry sauce (see photo). The potato lattices were not fully cooked. Considering the meal cost £7.30, I'm somewhat disappointed. They also need to sort out their smoke extraction system as the entire restaurant has a thin haze of smoke from the kitchen, this could pose an issue to those with Asthma or other sensitive conditions.

The best service I received in a long time I felt like a king, the seating area does make you feel like your on the throne, the service was 10/10, highly recommended I would personally like to thank Himanshu with glasses and Karan, hope I spelt correctly, anyway I will 100% come back and visit you. Delicious, comforting food at a reasonable price. The nacho loaded fries were a bit soggy, but the taste was good enough to more than make up for that, which says a lot. The chicken burger was tender, and the frappes were amazing, especially the peach and raspberry. Do watch out for wonky tables, but otherwise, well worth a stop by over McDonald's!

The food great with plenty of options for vegetarians. I tried the meatless chicken burger with maple bbq sauce. Was really surprised on how tasty it was and the best part.,. Real cheese not the plastic American stuff. The mac and cheese bites were the highlight for me. Had to finish on my fav of Boston cream doughnut. Can’t wait to go again.

As my wife is Canadian, we have to come here every now and then do she can get her fix. The donuts are just as good as you get in Canada, the drinks are great, and we tried burgers recently and they were fab too. Highly recommended, especially for Canadians to get their fix!

I can see rats on one of the images. They outside so this tell me good food is being served here. They are not stupid creatures and know what's going on. Seriously good coffee and the best hash browns in my life! Always coming back! Do not let them in or you end up like Cosmo in Cov 🫣 The rats not the people!

I came here last night with my girlfriend for the first time. As it was nearly midnight, the place was very quiet and that led to a really nice vibe. I think price wise, it is slightly more expensive than what it should be considering what it is. For a fast food place, I feel £10 (depending on drink choice) can be a little steep. The fries are nice but can get cold quickly. They wrap your burger up in foil so it doesn't get cold, which I feel is a nice touch. The blueberry drink I had was very good. The real confusion point for me was how one doughnut on their "deluxe" range was in the region of £3+. That's a lot of money for a single item. Though really nice, I feel the box for £13.99 was a little excessive. If you have the budget, get a doughnut with your meal as they are good. Definitely not worth the £3+ in my opinion. I'd say try here but prices are definitely on the high side for fast food.

Great Fish and Chips, although the batter on the sausages isn’t as light and crisp as the fish, sadly. The fish gets freshly fried, which might be why. This place had a bit of a dip in quality around 8 months ago, and a change of staff. We had a break, tried again and the same chap from when it was previously good, had returned the fryer. We find the food to be great now. The pizza bases could be baked through a little more thoroughly. Sometimes the dough isn’t fully baked, so I’ve stuck with sausage. Always our go-to! Thanks 🙏

Nice little fish and chip shop. I asked the garlic pizza and a couple of the Southern fried chicken pieces. Very tasty and reasonably priced. Yes it is cash only, but I don't have a problem with that. The place is clean and tidy. And they do Pizzas as well .

I usually go to Akis but they're closed monday-weds lunch. Used to go here all the time when it was triple A and it was always nice. Can kind of see why it was empty when I arrived the lady behind the counter seemed miserable. The chips are horrible, really greasy and hard. The gravy is bog standard and the pie was cold in the middle. The whole place could do with a lick of paint. Used to be so vibrant with friendly happy staff but now a shadow. Vastly overpriced for what you get. Lesson learned.

Chips were of a good standard. Fish was good slightly oversalted however thats down to individual preference. Portion size was plentiful and service was given with a smile. Generally a good local chippy

Wouldnt even give one star but have to in order to leave a review spent £30 in this chip shop tje whole order was stone cold chips were soggy amd oil dripping of them ! Savaloys were literally like theyd just hopped out the fridge had hard lumps of gristle in them curry sauce was like water 2 normals sausages again freezing cold and had gristle in them save ur money amd dont even waste ur time here.

Been ordering for a while. Always been half decent. However the chicken i just had was half dry half sand paper. Not sure what happened? But its a shame. Disappointed.

Omg i don’t even have words for this place! Ordered chicken curry and it was just some soggy chicken that was all shredded in more like a tomato sauce and in one of those foil trays which made the sauce just go everywhere. Chips were rock hard and raw and came in a chip shop paper which was weird. Prawn crackers stale and smelled terrible. Partner had mushroom foo yung and was just swimming in water and the prawn toast were like bullets. Has got to be the worry Chinese I have ever had. Avoid like the plague

Found the woman behind the counter incredibly rude. Asked a simple question about the food and just got a frown and a nod of the head. Looked as if I was stupid. The menu should be more specific if they don't want people asking questions. Food was bang average but won't be returning. My advise is to go to the Chinese down the road....far better food and customer service. Prices were high here for the small portions.

What a fabulous place. The portions are generous indeed the set meals for 2 are for 3 or 4. And the taste is great. Thanks for a fantastic meal. The lady on reception is so friendly that it's easy to talk to her. All in all a great experience
