Geologic Formations
Kamen Brela, also known as the Radiant Rock, is a stunning natural wonder that offers a timeless allure and captivates visitors with its graceful contours and shimmering surface. This beautiful rock formation, located just off the coast, features distinct pine trees growing on top and plunges into the sea, creating an idyllic and picturesque setting. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely walk along the beaches with family, taking in the breathtaking views and stopping for Croatian ice cream along the way.
Lovely “stone”, and coastline! We walked to Brela from Braska Voda! Beautiful promenade. Wonderful to see “what’s around the corner”. Refreshing swim and showers with cold all the way made this 39 degree day enjoyable!
Carina B — Google review
A stunning massive rock and tiny island that make this stretch of coastline look even more majestic and magical. The whole area is part of a beautiful route you can walk or bike along — well-paved promenade, lots of cafés, services, and spots to stop. The water is crystal clear, and every few steps you come across another gorgeous beach. This rock formation adds a whole new level of charm to the scenery. It’s a must-see.

Very beatiful place, especially when is sunset, worth to go , there are two beaches next to it

The beach is pretty crowded, but still worth visiting. After all, it's one of the nicest looking rocks out there :)
Tin S — Google review
Rock is cool. Basically, tiny island near the main promenade. Nearby there are few places to do photos.

Very nice place to recharge, relax and take pictures. This place is a symbol of Brely, it is a nice monument.

It was an amazing place. In my opinion, one of the most beautiful beaches within 100 km of Split. Absolutely brilliant for diving.

Outdoor Activities
Punta Rata, also known as Dugi Rat, is a stunning pebble beach located in the picturesque town of Brela on the Makarska Riviera. The beach is famous for its crystal-clear waters, pine tree-lined surroundings, and the iconic Brela Rock that juts out from the turquoise sea. Forbes magazine even recognized Punta Rata as one of the most beautiful beaches globally in 2004.
Absolutely stunning beach and hands down one of the most beautiful promenades we’ve seen along this coast. From what we can tell on the map, it stretches all the way to Makarska — but right around here, it looks absolutely unreal. The mix of greenery, the leaning trees, the turquoise water, and the clean, well-kept path — it all hits just right. Especially if you're not here during peak tourist time. We came in mid-May, and the whole place felt magical. Punta Rata Beach itself looked incredible. You could actually find your own little corner, a quiet spot to settle in. I’m guessing that during peak season, there’s no way you’d be able to find a comfortable space to lay down and relax.
Karol K — Google review
The beach is beautiful but a little bit crowded. Beautiful landscape, crystal clear water, pebble beach. The "parking" is just a patch of dirt and trees — no pavement, no order — but they still charge €4 per hour. From 9 AM to 3 PM, I paid 24 €. The attendant speaks aggressively and treats visitors with zero respect. It's totally unprofessional and a terrible first impression for such a beautiful beach.
Mihaela A — Google review
The most amazing beach in Brela and has crystal clear water, and the beach with small pebbles. The calm, shallow water and pine-tree promenade makes it a great spot for everyone.
Amalia M — Google review
I confirm this is a nice place: - views to sea/mountains/islands are superb from any side of the beach - has many shadow places under big trees - less crowded than Makarska beaches - low locals with their goods level - low garbage level - has some nice places to do great photos (like Brela rock) Basically, calm village beach with great views. Only downside - expensive parking nearby.
Akela — Google review
I love this place, especially in the morning before 9 a.m., while the tourists are still asleep. The most beautiful it ever was was during Covid-19 – no one around, just me, the crystal-clear sea, pine trees, fish and squirrels. That’s why, even today, I quietly pray every day: “Dear God, please send us another small, sweet pandemic. This time, one that harms no one, but whose symptoms simply stop people from travelling – say, global diarrhoea or a collective outbreak of painful hemorrhoids. Amen."
Wolflisnjak — Google review
Definitely the best beach in Brela, and I wouldn’t exaggerate if I say that it’s the best beach in whole Croatia. Small stones are very pleasant under the feet and absolutely no need for those ugly sea shoes. Be a real man and walk bare footed. And ladies that are planning to attract someone, you can do it only without sea shoes. There are a lot of pines with natural shade at the beach. Free showers are available in whole Brela which is really great and quite rare nowadays.
Ivann — Google review
One of the best beaches I’ve ever been. The temperature of the water is great and if you swim a bit, you can see the full chain of mountains behind the beach. Yes, it is crowded compared to others, but I don’t think that’s a real problem. There’s plenty of space and it’s not impossible to find a place for you in the shadow. A pair of sunbeds and umbrella costs 28 euros.
Rener — Google review
Beautiful, quiet, gravel beach. Super clean water. Have to pay for parking and for toilets. Easy to go for a walk as there's a promenade. -1 * due to lack of free toilets and I believe you need coins for it.

Dive club
Bikini Dive, a scuba tour agency, offers a 5-day open water course that provides an excellent experience. The instructor, Ivan, is highly skilled and creates a safe environment for participants. With his calm and professional approach, he ensures the students feel secure in the water. The small group size of only 3 or 4 people allows for individual attention and better guidance.
You rarely see a dive centre rated a full 5 stars but these guys absolutely deserve every one of them. A great dive that was well organised and I felt like they really cared about checking equipment and everyone’s personal safety which is so important. My partner was supposed to dive with me but due to an ear issue he couldn’t but they were great at suggesting alternatives like snorkelling along with us or using a dry ear mask which was really appreciated. 100% would dive here again next time I’m in Croatia!
Alicia S — Google review
We were four people, three certified and one beginner – Ivan took care of all of us super well. Really chill and funny guy, but also professional and made us feel safe the whole time. First dive (house reef) was easy to arrange via WhatsApp, second one (airplane wreck) we booked directly at the center. Everything was flexible and relaxed. Gear was in top condition, fit perfectly. Quick briefing before each dive and then just good, safe fun underwater. We even got photos and videos after via download link – awesome memory. Totally worth it. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced – highly recommend Bikini Dive. We’ll definitely come back!
Tim B — Google review
I had a fantastic experience diving with Bikini Divers in Brela! Ivan, our dive master, was incredibly warm, helpful, and fun to be around. His friendly and relaxed approach made the dive feel safe and enjoyable from start to finish. One of the things I appreciated most was how convenient the dive was — no need to spend extra time on a boat, as the dive sites are easily accessible right from the shore. The underwater locations were beautiful, full of life and interesting airplane wreck. The equipment provided was top quality and looked practically brand new, which really added to the overall comfort and confidence during the dive.

Amazing Bikini Dive! The team is professional, competent and they pay a lot of attention to safety, all while keeping the atmosphere relaxed, friendly, and fun. From the first moment I had the feeling that I was in safe hands, both through the discovery dive and later on the OWD training. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, know how to build trust and share their expertise. And the marine life is just wonderful! Many thanks for everything - I look forward to the next dive together!
Maja T — Google review
I would highly recommend everyone to dive here. They are super calm and have a high priority to make sure everyone understands and feel safe in the water. I did 2 dives, one on the home reef and one to the airplane and both was super nice. There’s a lot to look at and explore.

Fantastic scuba centre. Very good equipment and a wide variety of dive spots in the area. Instructor is a great professional. Serious when he needs to be but still laid back and loves a joke or two. Great for beginner divers and more advanced divers.

Great experience, it was my first time diving and this is the right place. Instructors are really nice and funny. They are super calm, helpfull and have a high priority to make sure everyone understands everything and feel comfortable and safe. They also send us photos and videos so we have perfect memory. Highly recommend Bikini Dive, We’ll definitely come back!

The hiking area Poučna staza "Francuska cesta" is ideal for climbers who should wear appropriate footwear due to its challenging terrain. The route is not specifically designed or maintained for easy climbing, especially on the descent. However, the paths are well-defined and the tranquility of the surroundings is exceptional. It's hard to imagine the remarkable work that was accomplished without modern equipment. Moreover, the views from this area are breathtakingly beautiful.
Nice trails with nice views. Just don’t use google maps for navigation on the trail, as it doesn’t have all the paths

(Translated by Google) A wonderful and mysterious place with a walk and a beautiful view of Brela and the beginning of Makarska. My wife and son and I took this walk in the late afternoon (as it is the end of August and the weather here is completely normal - 35 degrees) :D. You will be rewarded with a wonderful walk and wonderful views. We didn't meet anyone here and the difficulty?? If you have at least flown through the Beskydy Mountains (or other mountain ranges) in the Czech Republic, it will definitely be nothing challenging and really a walk. (Original) Parádní a tajuplné místo s procházkou a krásným výhledem na Brelu a začínající Makarskou. Odměna pro vás bude nádherná procházka a nádherné výhledy. Nikoho jsme zde nepotkali a náročnost?? Kdo prolétl alespoň Beskydy (či jiné pohoří) v Čechách, tak pro něj určitě nic náročného a opravdu procházka.

We were pleasantly surprised by Restaurant Punta Rata when we visited. After struggling to find a table at other restaurants, our expectations weren't high, but we were amazed by the quality of everything. The food was excellent, the music was enjoyable, and the waiters were friendly. Additionally, the restaurant offered a great view.
Super nice service and great staff. The house red wine was absolutely delicious. One of our dishes (the meat) was a bit overcooked and slightly too salty, but the staff responded very well and brought us a new piece of meat right away. Everything else was super tasty. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a slightly more upscale place along the coast, instead of the typical spots around Plaža Soline.
Felicia R — Google review
Large terrace right off the pedestrian path winding along the shoreline. We only had some appetizers and soup. The dishes were alright but not great. The service was a bit slow but the terrace was quite busy. The drink menu is very consistent. Our waitress was nice.
Liviu-Cristian M — Google review
I asked for a seafood meal. Waiter recommended risotto with shrimps and clams. I was really disappointed as there was just 3 almost not visible baby shrimps (so small !!) and no clams. I felt like I paid 20€ just for the rice. Such a waste and I feel like it wasn’t fair against a customer - rather cheating.
Joanna S — Google review
The soup is very meager for such money. We make ourselves much better at home with curves, here they are kind of dry and understandable I liked the karzinochki, Peremelenny squid Rizzoto didn't like it, they ate only crayfish and that's it, we didn't like it, I don't recommend it

The restaurant was half full , but staff didn’t really wanted to be more proactive. Very slowly , had to raise my hand in order for them to come . The food was a big disappointment. The shrimp soup and grilled octopus , wasn’t tasty and the 3 half shrimps I found in the soup , didn’t really taste good .

We have drunk only coffee. One coffee (latte macchiato) was drinkable, another one (coffee with milk) has been burned. Do not recommend for coffee break.

Tourist trap - avoid this place. You can notice that it’s always almost empty, even during lunch and dinner peaks. This Restaurant is pure disaster. Even though they sit on the best location with nice ambient, they managed to destroy this fabulous place. Prices are as high as in Restaurant Feral but all they can offer is nice location with nice surroundings. Waiters are not interested in guests and they just hang out together and talk instead of paying attention to the guests. We wanted to give them a chance and after sitting 10 minutes without being served, we just decided to leave. Our friends stayed and had the worst food they‘ve ever eaten. So we are glad that we left to Adriatik Restaurant instead.

Whether you choose to dine in or opt for delivery, the experience is bound to impress. Customers rave about the swift service and friendly staff who go above and beyond, ensuring every order is confirmed and delivered promptly.
Ordered food to deliver. 4 normal Pizzas and a Jumbo. Very nice customer service n the phone. It took only 35min from order to delivery. Very nice delivery guy. Was very pleased and happy with the Tipp. Food came in hot. Pizza base was thin and tasty. Ingredients fresh and plenty and the crust was fluffy and good. Normal sized pizzas were .ore than enough and the Jumbo size fits two good eaters. All in all, a very positive experience and not the last one. Hvala!

This was the first restaurant we went to here in Brela. I didn't expect such a beautiful view and peace, the atmosphere was great and the food was even better. We had a great meal, the staff was nice and took great care of us. I have nothing to add, it was great! I would definitely come back here.

We took Surf pizza to-go (regular, enouh for two for quick snack, or one hungry). Pizza was overall good, only Dalmatian smoked ham is not thin as should be (hard to chew). Overall,I recommend.

We have ordered 2 pizzas just 1 hour ago. Really nice and tasty. Very fast delivery. Exceptional attention to the client as they call me twice: to confirm changes on the order and if everything was ok, as I wasn't sure about one ordered pizza and called to confirm, I've never saw that time of pizza before (it's like bended and closed from sides pizza with everything inside - nice!!!). Thank you! Highly recommended!

Pizzeria Surf is fantastic! The food is absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and amazing flavors in every bite. The service is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal and a friendly atmosphere!

The food was really good – definitely the highlight of the experience – and the prices were reasonable. I'd give the food itself 4 stars. However, the service left a lot to be desired. We waited 10–15 minutes after sitting down before the waiter even came by, and when he did, he just dropped off the menus and walked away. It took another 10 minutes before he returned to take our order. After ordering, we got our drinks quickly, and the food arrived about 10 minutes later, which was fine. But when it came time to pay, we were told they only accept cash – which was a major inconvenience, as we had to leave the restaurant to find an ATM. The waiter claimed it was stated on the menu, but we couldn’t find that info anywhere. The waiter seemed very stressed and came off as a bit arrogant, which didn’t help the overall experience. While the kitchen delivered, the front-of-house definitely did not. Would return only for takeaway, if at all.

Restaurant
The beach bar LA Bomba exceeded expectations with their carefully prepared food, including delicious boiled potatoes. The prices were fair compared to other restaurants in the area. The location was ideal, just 5 meters from the sea and provided shade for a pleasant stay. The waiters were satisfactory and the food was good, particularly their BBQ which seemed to be constantly running, resulting in a tantalizing aroma in the air. This restaurant by the sea offered a pleasant overall experience and tasty food, although nothing extraordinary.
Small restaurant with a large terrace, a few steps away from the beach. A few of their tables are basically on the beach. Their specialty seems to be grilled food and the grill is actually visible from the terrace. The service is fast, as there are 3-4 waiters actively taking care of the occupied tables. The food was served quickly and we actually saw it on the grill while we were waiting. The drink menu is ok, with a good selection of beers. They also serve fresh pancakes as dessert.

To be honest, I've never eaten here. Hence there's no review of the food. But judging by the smell from the kitchen and the curb side grill full of fresh fish, I'd expect it to be excellent. No, the beauty of this place is the location and the staff. Friendly, efficient and welcoming. Two minutes and you have a beer and a fresh ashtray. And you get to enjoy it all not even three meters from the beach. Also.... They have an acoustic guitar hanging in one end of the restaurant that anyone can use. A blessing for someone like me at least.

We have visited this restaurant the most times during our two holidays. They are fast, relatively affordable and they grill fresh meat/fish and everything we tried was simple and tasty. Service is friendly and you have a nice spot right next to the sea.

Konoba Ivandica Dvori is located in a historic building in Brela and boasts a picturesque terrace with a stunning sea view. The staff, who are proficient in German, are known for their friendliness and exceptional service. The menu offers delicious cuisine, and if something you desire is not listed, don't hesitate to make a special request. Booking in advance by phone is recommended from 10am onwards.
Every time we come to Brela, we visit this restaurant. Everything is always at the highest level. Fresh fish and seafood, delicious meat, incredible desserts. Friendly staff who already remember us, making it feel like we’re visiting good friends. Great atmosphere and stunning sunsets right here. Until we meet again next year. Hvala Vam!

We had our table reserved, which we highly recommend as the terrace was always busy. The service was friendly and attentive. Only the wine knowledge could be improved (“I don't know what this wine tastes like, I've never drunk it myself” - honest but unhelpful answer from him). The mussels taste excellent and are highly recommended! Big compliments to the kitchen 👏. The fish (sea bream) was unfortunately a little too salty. The potato salad had little flavor. However, the calmari and the chips tasted very good again. Music was played throughout the evening. The volume should be reduced a little. Conclusion: Food good to very good, priced in the higher range. We recommend a visit.

Went here for my birthday with 3 friends. Im vegeterian and wanted pasta. They made me a big yummy portion of creamy tagliatelle with vegetables instead of chicken :-D My friends had the tuna + grilled squid and loved their food. Dessert was also awesome. Big thanks to Stipe the waiter for taking such good care of us! Will be back!

Beautiful restaurant, delicious food/drinks and wonderful service. Price is worth it for the superior quality of food/experience. The seafood platter for two was especially lovely. The staff will give you a ride up and down from the restaurant for free if you don’t have a car and are staying nearby. Overall really special experience. Worth the visit!

A pleasant marina, though quite tight. The town has a few restaurants and nice spots for drinks. Strangely, when announcing our arrival by phone, the person we spoke to only spoke German, not English. Also, they do not respond on VHF channel 17.

The prices are getting out of hand and absolutely crazy for both boats and cars. No matter if you are a visitor, season client or you bring your your boat or jetski for a couple of days. The service quality does not match the prices at all. Feels like rip-off. The location is nice. The harbor is safe during bora winds. During Yugo it less protected but still safe.

Day 3

For day 3, if you don’t mind the extra trek, today covers more off the beaten path places like Church of St. Stephen. Not quite as popular as Punta Rata, but still highly rated among many travelers. Accounting for getting around and average time spent, today’s activities could take about 5 hours.

Beach
Beach Jakiruša is a small but stunning beach located in Brela, just 1.9 km away from the main beach. The water here is described as amazing and resembles a swimming pool. Despite being relatively small, it offers amenities such as coffee bars and restaurants. Accessing the beach involves climbing over a hundred stairs, but visitors find it worth the effort for activities like swimming and cliff diving.
One of the best beaches in the area. A long and beautiful promenade runs along the coast. Free shower, toilet and parking on the top of the hill.

Sara P — Google review
The beach is very beautiful and clean, with showers and restrooms available. We always arrived early (before 8:30 AM) to find a spot in the shade under the pine trees. Unfortunately, some people leave their towels the night before to “reserve” spots, which is not allowed and quite disrespectful, but you can simply move them. Parking is paid, even if not clearly marked, usually managed by unofficial attendants at the entrance. Some cars are parked along the roadside. The negative, was the fruit seller who arrives by boat with the engine running all the way to shore. It would be more respectful to turn it off when approaching and leaving.
Kar-L — Google review
A Peaceful Escape! Plaža Jakiruša is a hidden gem that feels a world away from the busy tourist spots. This beautiful pebble beach is located in a stunning, tranquil cove with incredible views. The water here is unbelievably clear and calm, making it perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The beach itself is well-maintained and has a more natural, relaxed feel. The surrounding pine trees provide some lovely shade, which is great for a break from the sun. While it's not as well-equipped with amenities as some of the bigger beaches, that's a big part of its charm. It's the ideal place to go if you want to unwind, enjoy the sound of the waves, and truly appreciate Croatia's natural beauty. A perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing day!

Vruja

Beach
Vruja beach is a secluded and hidden gem, tucked away behind steep cliffs. This rocky cove offers a safe haven from turbulent waves, making it ideal for snorkeling amidst the diverse marine life. Unfortunately, the lack of respect for FKK (nude sunbathing) by visitors detracts from the overall experience. However, if one ventures further along and overcomes the challenge of accessing the beach and nearby coves, they will be rewarded with breathtaking beauty.
It's a pity, people do not respect FKK. When I visited it, it was 100% of people in swimming suites. We had to go further to find some privacy and feel comfortable. Access to the beach and to the nearest coves is a bit challenging and proper shoes might be required. Otherwise it is a very beautiful place. There is no legal parking spots there however people leave their cars to the sides of the dirty road.
Stanislav H — Google review
In the area there are many beautiful wild FKK beaches. Unfortunately the route today was blocked. Of course, there was a man who proposed parking for 10€ for a day. I had visited the area in previouse years and visited it in this year and the route was opened. But today it was closed. I won't be suprosed if this was done on purpose by someone who wanted illegally earn on parking by blocking the route. Generally, this was a place because of which we decide to visit Makarska again. Nugal beach was destroyed. Right now they destroyed Vruja area. I'm curious how residents be suppresied when tourist will stop come to their area. I used to tell always that this area is worth to be visited. From now onwards, I will always discourage to visit Makarska and its neighbpurhood.
Marcin — Google review
Beautiful and secluded spot! To get there, follow the road along the coast through Jakiruša. At some point you'll reach the end of the paved road. There are a few parking spots right here, or you can keep on down the dirt road, and you'll eventually come to a rough parking lot, where the dirt road turns into a bicycle path. From there, you'll pick your way down some pretty well marked dirt paths, as you climb down the cliff towards the water. Doing this, there is a large beach to the left, or you can continue to the right, where there are many small natural coves, each of which is only large enough for a few people. Small soft stones make up the beach, which make this a better and more comfortable option that the Baska Voda FKK beach nearby.
Jackson H — Google review
3 days ago it was a great beach, with great free parking. The parking was accessible really near the beach (5-minite walk) - which was great if you had a lot of equipment (like a SUP). Today it turned out that the road is blocked already (most likely privately) and there was a gentleman nearby who, funnily enough, was offering parking spaces on his property 🙃🤯 If you don't have equipment, a car, and you apartament is nearby - the beach is great. If you have a car and if you don't want to pay for parking and walk a long way to the beach - skip the trip to this beach. Me, personally, I have no reason to come here again.

You can Park almost close to the beach under the shadow of the trees. Ticket is around 6€ for the whole day but if You go from 3 pm It is 3€. Just next to parking, right in front of the beach there are some good restaurants, maybe prices are a Little higher than in other places around there. They only accept cash but There is an ATM. There is a small and nice playground. You can choose to stop at the beginning of the beach or walk along a Little footpath and get to some tiny pieces of Paradise. Maybe You could Need to climb down some Stones but It is really worth! We Have gone there with our 2y.o. daughter, but as You can immagine It is not a Place for pushing chair!

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Astra (Brela) for two weeks in September with my mother. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Zvonko, the owner of Villa Petra and manager of Villa Astra. Mr. Zvonko was very attentive to us and made us feel safe throughout our stay. The relaxing atmosphere in our beautiful apartment was quiet and peaceful, exactly what we needed for a calm vacation. The room was cleaned regularly, and we received fresh towels every day. The balcony became our spot for evening tea. Mr. Zvonko also helped us with our journey back, which we greatly appreciate and thank him for. He also took care of our breakfasts and dinners. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant Burin, where the food was exceptionally tasty and varied, and the dinners especially impressed us. Restaurant Burin offers a wide selection of dishes to suit every taste. Everything was fresh and delicious. A special thank you to Chef Nikola for his amazing culinary creations and to the attentive waitstaff: Petar, Mirjana, Angela, and Ivana, who provided excellent service throughout our stay, even accommodating us when we were late. Their warmth and hospitality made our meals at Restaurant Burin unforgettable. We are already looking forward to returning next summer to Villa Astra and to Mr. Zvonko and Chef Nikola—true professionals in their field who provide an excellent experience for their guests. Our experience was very successful.

Restaurant Sirena offers a delightful dining experience with its homemade fries and tender Cevapcici. The kids can enjoy tasty pizza while taking in the beautiful beach views. The restaurant's prime location by the beach provides a great setting for enjoying both delicious food and excellent service.
I ordered some squid which they were very tastefull and lovely fries, my partner ordered seabass which was not very big or did not have too much to eat, quality price. Service was 10/10, very lovely guy. I would recommend this place as the beach in front is so quiet even if the access is not the best.

Very disappointed. The tuna steak was extremely dry and soaked in oil. The tuna in the salad was exactly the same. Would not recommend

Very rude. We were 2 people and went there to eat lunch, we were checking if there was a free table and in that moment a nice couple told us to sit with them in a 4 person table, in that moment the waitress comes almost screaming “you can’t sit there” the 4 of us couldn’t understand her in the beginning because her English was not very good and she was rising her voice a lot and saying “you can’t invite people to sit with you”. I never in my life heard smth like that. I didn’t knew the waitress can tell you are not allowed to invite people to sit with you to eat, she didn’t even ask if we were together or anything but came immediately very angry at 4 of us. In the end we did nothing wrong besides sitting and she could have also ask in a very polite way if they were out of capacity to serve or anything because we don’t know the reason she didn’t want people to invite people to sit in their table she didn’t give any reason beside rising the voice. We would have understood if they didn’t have the capacity to serve more food or anything else whatever the reason was. But to come and scream to the clients like that was very rude. I’ve never experienced smth like that in my life. I wouldn’t be back there even if the food would be very good because eating in a restaurant where you can experience the waitress being angry out of the blue would be very stressful to eat there. I am just sharing what I experienced, I don’t know how the food or other members of staff are. I am just sharing my experience because i am hopping it can help the restaurant and other people. ✌️

Nice place close to the beach. Friendly staff and you can pay with cash or card. The pizza was unfortunately not very good. There are much better to be had at other places.

Restaurant
Konoba Roko is a charming family-owned eatery with a warm and welcoming ambiance. The kitchen is passionately helmed by the mother, while her sons diligently deliver the delectable dishes. Upon arrival, guests are treated to a delightful introduction of local specialties, followed by an authentic octopus bake. This hidden gem exudes both quality and affection in their carefully prepared cuisine. The food is exceptional, particularly the mouthwatering Peka dish.
What a lovely family run restaurant! Mom is in the kitchen and sons are delivering food. We were welcomed by a beautiful shot of something local followed by a traditional octopus bake. It’s one of those hidden local spots where you can feel quality and love in the food they serve.

Amazing food, lovely atmosphere and very kind and friendly waiters. Definitely recommended! :)

A wonderful escape from the tourist crowds – in the heart of the Dalmatian hinterland, under the shade of walnut, fig and pine trees at Konoba Roko, it feels like stepping back in time. Generous plates of homemade food and drinks for three – all for about €55. Worth every minute and every bite.
Wolflisnjak — Google review
The food was delicious (the portions are huge!) and the staff was very friendly. The prices are reasonable – I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful service, really friendly waiter. We'll be back to sample the house specials.
Ed D — Google review
Good prices and beautiful warm ambient. Their speciality is “peka” delicius dalmatin dishes with different meat or ocropus. Konoba has long history. From 1901. Ask for the storry on location.
Matjaž F — Google review
The food was great. Wide variety of grilled meat, all of very high quality. The portions are huge.
Federica B — Google review
Lovely family business that feels really authentic. It is rare to find a place like this where you feel like the staff really cares and they are giving their best for passion and not for money only. We loved it so much we went twice during our short stay. Amazing traditional peka, but remember that it must be booked 1 or 2 days in advance. Call them and they can help you out, they speak good English. Highly suggested over all the other more fancy (and much more expensive) touristic places. Large old-school portions with exceptional value for money. Can't recommend it enough!

Nestled in a picturesque location, Gostionica "Šampion" offers an inviting terrace that boasts stunning sea views, making it feel more like a charming restaurant than just a casual eatery. This spot is perfect for families, featuring a cozy kids' area to keep the little ones entertained while parents enjoy delicious meals. Diners rave about the fresh seafood and tasty pizzas, complemented by friendly service that goes above and beyond—like when they helped recover a lost bag!
This is a place, where locals eats. Great sea food, phenomenal view.

The restaurant has a huge terrace with amazing views to the sea. Also, the service was great, let alone the food! The fish was fresh and as tasty as it gets.

Visited two days in a row for breakfast, great value, beautiful decor inside and views from the terrace. Great value also for two coffees and two breakfasts of 3x eggs and bacon served with bread in a basket - roughly 14€ !! Only recommendation would be to provide butter with the bread… Thank you

A perfect pit stop for a family traveller. Despite the first part of the cafe that looked dark and empty, the veranda with a sea view is really nice. There is also a small kids area to entratain the youngest. We had a 50cm pizza, a nice glass of wine and a delicious lava cake. My son had a battered fish fillet with fries. He really enjoyed. Super affordable price and friendly service. Recommended.
Angy S — Google review
The restaurant has plenty of space and a beautiful view, plus a large parking area right by the road, which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food was quite average. Dalmatia is known for its bold and distinctive flavors, but everything here tasted bland and lacked character. We especially don’t recommend the pizza – the dough was awful and we had indigestion for two days afterwards.

Amazing views, great 🍕 & spectacular service; we left a bag behind & the restaurant found it, called the group that we were travelling with who collected it en route, saving us a 2 1/2 hour round trip to come back for it. 🚀🚀🚀🙏🙏🙏♥️♥️♥️
