Pizza Takeout
Olley's Pizzeria is known for its fantastic pizzas, offering traditional Italian thin-crust pizzas with homemade tomato sauce and high-quality toppings. The restaurant strives to use locally sourced produce to support the surrounding businesses. Under new ownership, the pizzeria has seen significant improvements in both service and food quality. Despite a quiet atmosphere on a cold Tuesday night, the quick and friendly service made for an enjoyable dining experience.
😘 just love it it…😍 Last evening, On a silent road walked into this space based on a recommendation.. They are courteous and friendly… was an one lady army serving out. The space was very warm and pleasant.. They have a whole lot of options on the menu and on the display board.. As we made up our mind to go with the highly recommended lasagna and stroganoff we finally went for one of their speciality for the day… Was the best choice and a great one…🥂 The platter for 2 was out of the world… It had the grill of rump steak, beef kebab, lamb shoulder, chicken breast, belly pork with tomatoes, onion rings… The presentation popped my eyes out as s it turned onto the table.. It Had the local meat and was juicy, having the good flavour and aroma that was just awesome… 😍😍hmmmmm.😋😋😚 I really enjoyed every bit of the bite and chew as the time went by… If you really like meat and want to try off the highly recommended list, hit the meat stack.. Don’t ever miss out…. Highly recommend this to all non foodies as all who enjoy food.. Have a great meal…🥂 🍻

Cosy atmosphere with very friendly staff. The food was excellent: both delicious and generous in size. Definitely recommended.

Excellent food and service! The mixed grill was the best I have ever had. Dog friendly and provided a water bowl for our four-legged friend. Will definitely visit again.

Olley's Pizzeria, truly delicious Italian food... in the Yorkshire Dales! I booked a table at Olley's for 7pm on a Thursday for my partners birthday meal. It was nice and easy to do so! Upon arriving at the location, there is no allocated parking for the restaurant but there is on street parking, plus plentiful parking in the towns car parks, etc., luckily, we were able to park right outside. When entering, we were greeted warmly by one of the witnesses and given drinks menus / food menus to read whilst waiting for our table to be cleaned, which took no more than 10 minutes. On our visit, we ordered 2x drinks, 2x starters and 2x mains and it came to a total of £71. Now, that may sound expensive to some but in this day and age, that is quite the average price for a decent meal, and this meal was beyond decent. All of our food was incredibly, delicious, well made food and the portions were plentiful! We cannot fault anything with the food we received and the service given. Every member of staff we encountered was easy to speak with, friendly and approachable and ensured we had a great experience!

The service is so friendly. Fabulous little place. Huge menu and everything we have had has been lovely. Couldn’t eat it all, so they packed up our leftovers for us too.
Jo T — Google review
During our recent stay in Pateley Bridge we thought we would try the local Italian restaurant, Olly’s. This was the best meal, by far, that we had during our stay. They do the usual pizza/pasta and if you dine in, they have many specials on the blackboards to choose from. Great food and the staff were lovely. Despite calling midafternoon on a Friday, they did manage to fit us in for that evening, and we are very pleased that they did. I would certainly recommend you give it try.
Lesley W — Google review
Firstly place smelt. I assume a one off Toliet issue. The food was okay. But there “pizza” really want that good and insanely over priced for the sit down experience considering you can take away the pizzas for around £12-13 if you wish to sit down it becomes £18 I have also pay a lot less and had a lot better pizza. A side bowls of chips was £5.40 ish if not closer to £6 that’s insane. Same with the pizza and all the rest of the food it was a large table of us as we all got different stuff everyone said the same foods fine at best not bad by any means but not worth the price at all

Restaurant
The Pancake House is a charming eatery located in the picturesque village of Pateley Bridge, nestled in the heart of the Nidderdale valley. This family-friendly restaurant offers a casual setting to enjoy signature pancakes and classic American breakfast dishes all day long. With its central location on an award-winning high street, The Pancake House is a must-visit spot for those exploring the area.
A gem in the village ! We got the soup of the day meal which was a homemade potato and leak soup with bread on the side served with a teapot of tea followed by a lemon and cinnamon pancake. Staff were all welcoming and kind, real value for money. Would deffo recommend and come again !
Fix F — Google review
Cycling through, I asked a lady for a recommendation as a lunch stop, and as it was Pancake Day, she suggested The Pancake House. On arrival, both myself and my bike were greeted warmly, and although my bike had to stay outside, there was a bike size place the other side of my table by the window. I opted for the pot of tea, bowl of soup, and a lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon pancake. The soup is delicious, clearly home made, and a fortifying portion. My pancake was the best I have had in years. The team here, friendly and efficient. The owner is extremely passionate about his restaurant, rightly so. Life is about unique experiences and chance meetings. This is a supreme example of being out and about in the world, and enjoying being where your feet are.

Fantastic service and food. One of the party is vegan so had the smashed avocado on sourdough bread, a coffee and a milkshake created by our waitress made from Vegan Vanilla Ice-cream, Oat Milk and Oreo biscuits. Great atmosphere and will be sure to visit again.

Highly recommend The Pancake House Visited last year this year it was our destination for lunch. Lovely people the service was excellent and of course the food first class value for money. No frills you just feel welcome. Thank you see you next time we are in the area.

The nicest little place! Staff were lovely, nice buzzing atmosphere, very dog friendly, so dog friendly that they sell little doggy cakes! Had a traditional lemon and sugar pancake, their Berry smoothie and it was divine. Also had a waffle with honeycomb ice cream and it was awesome. Highly recommend, will visit again when back in Yorkshire!
Lucy C — Google review
The food is not tasty - first too much chocolate syrup in the desert, secondly the one with chicken was too sweet and too spicy. The air conditioner doesn’t even exist here, and it was super hot and sweaty. The table was sticky. What I did like: There was an infinite supply of water with lemon and some cucumbers which was nice. Not loud,

A must when passing through or visiting Pately Bridge! The pancakes, both savoury and sweet, are delicious and the mushrooms are honestly the best I’ve ever had as part of a breakfast/brunch. Friendly staff and a lovely setting with loads of choice.

Visitors can enjoy a selection of local beers at reasonable prices while taking in the acoustic performances. This charming establishment offers a welcoming environment for guests to unwind after exploring the town, making it a great choice for those seeking good food and relaxation.
Excellent pub/restaurant. Live music, good beer and good food. Over the moon that we fell upon this place 👍🏻 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A small pub just outside Pately Bridge. It is quite a way up a quiet road so off the beaten track. It may be small but it more than doubles its size by putting up marquees and tables outside. There is live music from 4pm till 7pm on Saturdays and the place is bouncing! Family and dog friendly. Large car park. Worth the drive.

Did not eat here , service at the bar lady was so friendly we felt at home straight away , they had a group on during the day unfortunately we had to move on . We will visit again , we think it's a good pub proving a really friendly traditional atmosphere.

Great place for an afternoon drink. There was a band outside and the place was packed. Great atmosphere. Drinks price was average, not cheap but not overpriced either. Mostly all outside, toilets inside , interior looks very old world. Very pretty setting.
Diane S — Google review
Visited this pub tonight with my partner. The staff were all very friendly and polite. we arrived pretty late, but as the chef was just passing us she told the waitress that she would happily fit us in as it was just the two of us. After browsing the menu we both decided on the pie. I am so happy that I'd chosen this dish as it was absolutely amazing!! The pie was cooked to perfection and full to the brim with steak that just melts in your mouth. The double dipped chips were also delicious. I can't wait to come back again.
Dizzy D — Google review
We visited the Bridge inn today for Sunday lunch...omg...the portions are massive and the Yorkshire pudding needs scaffolding it's so huge....I had roast beef and it was amazing. My biggest mistake though was ordered dessert 🍨 as that too was ginormous and unfortunately I couldn't eat it all 😕.. I was size 12 when I went in and size 14 when I left lol 😆 😅 Fantastic staff who couldn't be more kind and helpful only topped by the amazing chef and brilliant bar staff.... If i could offer any advice to anyone thinking of eating in this pub, it would be to wear elasticated clothing 👌👍😁....

Nice pub & outdoor seating, drinks very expensive. £28.30 for two pints of Thatchers fruit ciders and a large rose wine. All seems to be outside, bar is outside and inside derelict.

Was hoping to leave a restaurant review but it seems to have defaulted to the accommodation (which we didn't use!) The food was freshly made and highly enjoyable. Not a fancy restaurant, but like going to a friends house who enjoys cooking!

Called in here yesterday on one of our trips to pateley bridge. I've got to say it's a gem of a place! Spotlessly clean and perfectly run. My wife ordered the scampi and commented it was really well cooked, I had the gammon which again was really cooked to perfection and the eggs were of the same standard. People may say that chips are chips wherever you go, but not here! I've never had chips that were so nice, don't know how they did them but they were excellent. The staff serving were very welcoming and attentive, so in the whole, a very tasty and amazing place!

I've not actually stayed here but visited on numerous occasions with my friends while motorcycling in the area for breakfast. The place is spotless, the staff friendly and the food top notch and reasonably priced. Recommended.

Beautiful little place situated in the heart of Pateley Bridge. Lady who served us was also the chef, what a lovely lady. Food extremely delicious and fresh. Complimentary fresh homemade bread and butter when meals ordered🤩 Fair portion sizes and very good quality food used. Comfort food x10! This is our first time here and we will most certainly be returning. Very kind and accommodating of our two children also. Check it out if you’re passing through! 🤩

Fantastic service owner was really friendly and happy for a walk in guest food was 10/10 and super quick service we had a two course meal and was in and out within a hour but there was no rush we just had children would have stayed longer if not food prices very reasonable 3 courses early bird 6 till half 7 under £25 only thing could say as a recommendation would be a couple of different larger maybe Stella or Peroni but that's me being fussy

Had a delicious meal last night, fresh, tasty, lovely friendly staff, would highly recommend

We were sceptical about coming here, having read some reviews on Google. However, the general experience we had was very pleasant. The food was good quality and the restaurant was nice and clean. Had a conversation with the waiter and found out it was a family business, and the chef was his uncle, who had owned the business 25 years. If you're looking for a cheap meal, though, skip the poppadoms, which cost a massive £11 for the dips included. Overall it was average priced. Our experience was pleasant.
Wendi E — Google review
Had seen recent great reviews since new ownership and decided to give it a try last night, we were not disappointed, the service, the atmosphere and the food were fabulous. The portions were really big, recommend the fish tilka fry and mixed kebab starters. Highly recommend the Special Chef Balti. What was really great to see (and eat😁) was the chapatis, big and fluffy and fresh, not the tiny saucer like ones you sometimes get. All the chaps that worked there were super friendly and can't wait for our next visit.
Lynne M — Google review
Excellent meal last night. This restaurant has been refurbished, new owners and new menu. Very friendly and attentive staff. You can take your own alcohol which makes the meal very reasonable. We will definitely return.
Karen G — Google review
The staff were amazing, very friendly and efficient. BYOB really keeps the cost down which is wonderful to not pay high restaurant prices. Sadly the food did not live up to our expectations from previous reviews. I think the food is brought in pre-cooked as no aroma of cooking and spices that is usually in an Indian restaurant. As other reviewers said, a lot of sauce and very little meat. My chicken balti was not like any I have had before, quite a dense dark coloured sauce and my husband's Rogan josh was more of a BBQ sauce/flavour? Rice and nan were good but for the price per portion I would expect that at the very least.
Carmel M — Google review
Had two takeaways over last few weeks. Both really yummy as classic, simple takeaway curries. We've had the bhuna, korma, butter chicken and sag aloo and all very nice. Great, crispy onion bhaji. Food came out fresh and hot on collection with friendly customer service.

We visited twice this weekend for a drink and enjoyed the cosy atmosphere. On Sunday we were joined by friend and were made to feel very welcome despite having 3 wet labradors with us. A very kind lady who took our food order gave me some blue roll to make them a bit less soggy. They were flexible with the Sunday lunch menu too, allowing our friends to off piste and order soup and chips, which they said was delicious

Our family visited on 12/7/25, we had not booked but after a short wait they squeezed us in. Three in our party had the steak and ale pie, absolutely stupendous!! Large portion with lots of gravy gorgeous pastry and stuffed full of tasty tender meat, probably the best pie we have ever had, also plenty of home made chips, we didn't need or want any other courses just savouring the taste of the wonderful pie !!!

Late booking on a sunny September Sunday afternoon and they were happy to accommodate. Had no idea what the quality of food would be like but we were all pleasantly surprised with the roast dinners. Real proper homecooked style food. The service was excellent and polite and we would definitely come back to eat here again next time we are in the area.

Myself and two friends stayed here on our cycle journey from coast to coast. We had booked a meal for 6.30 but some of us did not arrive til 7.15! They happily moved our appointment so we could eat later! When we did eat the food was delicious and very generous in proportions. The room we had was very cosy and clean. It's hard to believe the building is from the 17th Century which adds to its ambience. The next morning we had breakfast with all 3 of us choosing different options where our breakfast needs were fully met and once again it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and I can't recommend this place enough. To put the icing on the cake I was doing the cycle ride for charity and the landlady made a generous donation on behalf of the staff. Well done the Crown Inn and thank you very very much.

The staff were great but not so the Sunday carvery. Very disappointed. The Yorkshire puddings were burnt ( every one that passed us was burnt), food was cold, lamb very fatty. Pork loin had no crackling just unappetising fat. The deep fried Brie was very nice but needed bread. Trying to eat lovely gooey cheese off a board with a fork spoilt it. The pub was busy but I don't think this is a good excuse.

Cafe
Restaurant
Toft Gate Barn is a charming and quirky cafe located at The Bivouac at Ilton near Masham. It offers a cozy atmosphere where visitors can enjoy hot chocolate, play board games, and socialize with friends and family. The cafe also hosts special events, trails, and craft activities for guests to participate in. Visitors have praised the delicious lunch options such as quiche with homemade coleslaw and chutney, along with unique salads featuring ingredients like blueberries.
A Delightful Surprise at Toft Gate Barn in Harrogate On a recent journey to Pateley Bridge, we had the pleasure of stumbling upon Toft Gate Barn in, and what a wonderful surprise it was! This hidden gem is a must-visit for anyone in the area. The farm shop is absolutely fantastic, boasting an impressive array of fresh and locally sourced produce. From mouth-watering cuts of meat to an abundance of fruits and vegetables, the selection on offer is truly remarkable. The quality of the food is exceptional, and it's clear that great care has been taken to ensure that only the finest products are available for customers. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and more than happy to help with any queries or recommendations about the food, their passion for the produce they sell is evident and adds to the overall enjoyable experience of visiting the farm shop. As a food lover, I was in heaven as I explored the shelves, but the icing on the cake (quite literally) were the homemade cakes. An array of delicious treats awaited us in the cafe, each more enticing than the last. It's worth noting that if you plan on indulging in these delights, you might want to skip eating the night before, as the portion sizes are generous, and you'll want to save room to try as many as possible! The only minor criticism I have is the slight lack of parking available at the property. The farm shop and surrounding areas are considerably larger than the parking facilities on offer. This is, however, a small blemish on an otherwise fantastic experience, and I would still highly recommend a visit to Toft Gate Barn, Just make sure you arrive with an empty stomach!

Set in a beautiful location with breathtaking views. Plenty of seating both inside and out, breakfast cooked to perfection. Not all the breakfast items were available. This has happened 2 times now. However, they did compensate by offering something in placement . Enjoyed a lovely capachino seated near a log fire, very cosy. Staff were very friendly, place is well maintained and clean

We stayed in Pately Bridge for a couple of days and found Toft barn cafe on Google maps and decided to check it out. Well, we were not disappointed:) You enter into the farm shop , which sells meats, your local jams, honey , usual stuff then enter round the back into to cafe area. We decided to have 2 full English breakfasts and 2 lots of pancakes as I'd read these were very tasty. The breakfast was filling, fresh, hots and I enjoyed it very much. The kids ate all their pancakes and too said filling and very tasty. We overlooked the fields with sheep , quiet and secluded, just what I like. Plenty of seating area with an upper floor too. They also serve lunches , I hear were nice too The service was polite and we were thanked as we left. 100% recommended a drive out to this cafe Price was a little expensive, but for a hot, fresh breakfast, overlooking all the Greenery I was happy to pay it 👍

Busy little place, serving lovely homemade food. We popped in after a quick dog walk for tea & cake, and a cheeky plate of chips! Lovely place, friendly staff & nice food. We loved the ‘proper’ home style chips, reminds me of my Mum’s when I was a kid. Made me smile.😊

The Restaurant at The Sportsman's Arms offers a delightful dining experience set in a picturesque location. The building itself is charming and well-kept, adding to the overall ambiance. We had an evening meal in the bar area, including venison casserole, & venison loin. I have given 4* as the other family members loved their venison casserole with creamed potato, however, I was surprised to be somewhat disappointed with my main course content. Although the loin as served was delicious, I'd opted not to have any 'side order', having thought the ordered course would be a complete meal (especially for ~£30). It turned out, an extra side order purchase was needed in order to have what I regard as a basic accompaniment, such as potato (creamed or new), so having to order a basic side on top seems a bit 'unecessary'. My treacle tart for dessert was great, though served at room temperature. A cheese (x2) course, with with excellent cheese and crackers, however the cheese portion was definitely on the small side...

Nice pub in a beautiful location. Food was good and the staff were lovely. In the summer it is probably a lot nicer atmosphere. They have a very large outdoor seating area. In the depths of winter the inside was a bit tired looking. Don't get me wrong. It is a nice evening out, and I will definitely return in the summer time.

If you like snazzy this place is for you, or at least one of their rooms is for you. The outside and the entrance seating didn’t give the posh vibe at all. We reserved a table but we weren’t given the choice where to sit which is fine but to me it makes a big difference. I didn’t know enough about the place, I though it was just a typical pub that served food. The waiters even took it very seriously, I felt like I was in Paris or something. Anyway I can’t really fault them on that that’s just my preference, this place would definitely float many peoples boats. The food portion size were okay… but the prices are definitely up there. I had a three course and by the end I was full and happy, which I guess you should expect. I think this place would suit many people especially if you’re thinking of a special meal with a special person 🙂

"Sorry, we've none left" seemed to be the only response to our order to the waiter. The so-called prawn cocktail was bordering on inedible. Watery prawns, bland Marie Rose sauce and served with supermarket brown bread. The pie to follow was highly mediocre at best, served with completely overcooked tasteless watery vegetables. I can't recommend this place and is probably the most disappointing meal I've ever had in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

B and B and everything meal treat from our Son and partner for our 31st wedding anniversary x. Everything has been beautiful, what a fabulous place that we would love to visit again. Thank you for making everything special. Buddy loved it too xx

Fantastic food and a stunning location. Building is also very pretty and well maintained. Service started a bit iffy, I wanted to sit outside and there was only one other table occupied, I was very abruptly told I needed a table number, like I had just committed the greatest sin of the 21st century. After resolving my crime of the century my food was delivered to the table, a nice beef sandwich and chips.....no asking if I would like any sauces for my chips or anything like that, you get what you're given. Can't tell if this is because I wasn't a local or if it's because I'm a biker and it's an upmarket establishment.....which is funny because my Harley was worth more than 90% of the cars in the car park.....but I digress. When I went back in for a second drink, service picked up, I was asked if I enjoyed my meal and staff were friendlier this time. I try not to hold grudges hence the 4 star rating but while I'm not local, this was my 4th visit in two weeks and only this time did I have issues, maybe they don't like bikers here or I just caught them on a bad day?

Harefield Hall is a charming 15th-century manor house offering refined accommodation and a restaurant serving modern British cuisine. The hotel features traditional country-style bedrooms, a brilliant beer garden for summer relaxation, and holiday cottages including bed and breakfast accommodation and self-catering options.
Fantastic service and great location with comfortable rooms. Superb food at a reasonable price. Looked after 7 very tired cyclists and went over and above to organising some early breakfast for us, which was much appreciated.

A lovely hotel with a superb bar and restaurant that delivers delicious food. The Hall itself is a beautiful old building dripping with character , and is situated down a quiet lane, nestled within a stunning view of the Yorkshire Dales. You’ll never forget you’re in the Dales, for the stunning surroundings give quite the testimony: handsome rolling hills, lush fields of green, and if you’re lucky, a trio of deer sweeping through the surrounding woods. Upon entering the bar, you will encounter a suit of armour to your left, a roaring fireplace, and an interior festooned with various cool ornaments. The couple who run it, Mike and Elaine, are very friendly and chatty, and along with the colourful locals, infuse the place with a warm atmosphere. However, there are also nooks and crannies if you seek a quieter vibe. My girlfriend and I dined in a beautifully decorated restaurant, seated by the window with a glorious view of the Dales hills. The menu has a wide variety, and the food we chose—steak and scampi—was simply delicious. We cannot wait to visit again. Definitely recommend!

Stayed at Harefield earlier in the year, what a place, nestled in the countryside overlooking the nidd valley. We were given a complimentary room upgrade, which was a very nice gesture, the room was comfortable and offered great views over the nidd valley. Unfortunately, the kitchen wasn't open when we visited, as would have loved to have tried the food. The bar was open and had a good selection of beers and spirits. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely visit again.

Just wanted share the amazing experience we had at this lovely location. Meals were delicious, the hospitality and friendliness from the owners / waiters was amazing. We had one late arrival from our party yet they gave him exactly the same friendly treatment and service we all received. Breakfast was equally delicious. The rooms were really cosy. All in all a fantastic experience and looking forward to returning to this place with the family.

We had a lovely stay at Harefield Hall when visiting Harrogate for the weekend. The staff were friendly and efficient and very helpful. We had not planned to eat at the hotel but they managed to fit us in. At first we thought the food was slightly on the pricey side however the portion size was larger than expected. Although not a huge range on the menu we were not disappointed. Our room was larger than expected with a view over nearby countryside. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was heavenly! Although a little tired looking in some places we found our room great value for money. The breakfast the next morning was lovely and set us up for the rest of the day. Although not a huge selection on the continental side it was certainly value for money. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely think about staying here for a second visit.

We really enjoyed our two night stay at Harefield, it was a perfect base to explore Nidderdale. Both the food and service were excellent and our suite (Inman, Room 7) was fab with a wonderful view. The hotel has a wide range of options, with bunk rooms for touring groups. The property is vast and some of the unused areas look a bit run down, however the space indoors and out is lovely. As you will see from the pix we met the suppliers of the free range eggs and should you choose you can watch the footie in the bath!

Beautiful hotel! If I could give it more stars I would. The building is incredible and for an old place, it's been cared for and kept very well. There aren't very many people working here but it's a much better personal service vs a big chain hotel. I'm happy to wait a little longer for service but have my choice of drink remembered! The bed was huge and comfortable. The views are great. Food so good that we chose to eat both nights at the hotel. Breakfast size plentiful. All in all, will be recommending this place to everyone and can't wait to bring my girlfriend back here for our anniversary!
Chris B — Google review
We really enjoyed our stay here. We paid a bit extra for a larger room. It had a great view across the valley and a bay window you could sit in to soak up the sunshine. The staff are friendly. We ate in the restaurant for two nights and the food was high quality. The hotel also has a bar which non-residents can use. It was popular and this added to the atmosphere in my opinion. In the hotel description it says to think of it as a large guest house rather than a luxury corporate hotel. If you stay with this in mind you will enjoy it.

Rachel's Tea Rooms is a charming and well-maintained spot with a friendly and attentive staff. The menu offers a variety of options, including vegetarian choices, all at reasonable prices. Visitors can enjoy a delightful afternoon tea featuring homemade soup, locally sourced ham salad, and prawn salad. The tea room also boasts beautiful decor and excellent service, making it an inviting place to revisit.
Large menu, 5 options especially for vegetarians, beautiful decor and great staff.

Clean and tidy. Friendly attentive staff. Reasonable prices with a fairly comprehensive menu for a small tea room. Our afternoon tea of home made soup and rolls followed by locally sourced ham salad and a prawn salad was thoroughly enjoyed. We will certainly revisit when the opportunity presents itself.

Yes was nice. Parking isn't great even on bikes. No room for tall guys in the toilet 😂 have to stand funny. Waiter was nice and polite

13Royal Baths Express Chinese Takeaway

Chinese restaurant
Royal Baths Express Chinese Takeaway is a newly opened, cash-only establishment in Ripon that offers delicious and clean Chinese cuisine for takeaway. Customers can place orders by phone and collect their food within 20 minutes, but delivery service is not available. The portions are generous, and the flavors are rich, making it a great value for money. Although the only downside is the cash-only policy, customers appreciate the efficient and friendly service provided by this popular takeout spot.
So pleased this place has reopened. We had set menu A and really enjoyed it all, leaving enough for lunch the next day. Will definitely be back. Only downside is they are cash only so be prepared.

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had…. Wow, what a disappointment. I thought I’d give the Chinese a go after hearing it had opened in the local area, before a night shift. I ordered something very simple, chicken fried rice, chips and curry sauce. The fried rice was flavourless and chicken was very dry. Clearly had been microwaved. The chips were cheap takeaway style chips and curry sauce was fairly standard. Ive had a few tastes of the chewy dry chicken and given it to the dog. Not worth it. Avoid.

Beef Kung Po, chicken fried rice & BBQ pork fried rice, cooked in less than 10 minutes in what we could see was a spotless kitchen. Add in the free prawn crackers & it was just under £30. Delighted.
1966idc — Google review
Bland Chinese, curry was watery and tasteless, crispy beef too much flour. Ribs were only positive as not a cheap takeaway.
James — Google review
Worst Chinese food we have ever had, ribs were tough, fatty and small. Not fresh in the slightest! Chow mein was bland and sloppy, chips like cardboard. Very disappointed after spending over £30 would not have gone if I'd have seen the reviews beforehand
Marissa H — Google review
Very good food. We had beef in bkack bean sauce, chefs special cashew nuts, Singapore chow mein and chefs chow mein. Good portions so it lasted 2 meals for 2 of us. One of the best Chinese takeaways I've had. But they only take cash.
Chris W — Google review
I've tried this take away 4 times since it first opened, it's disgraceful, don't waste your money head for Ripon or Harrogate for your Chinese. This is by far the worst Chinese takeaway I have ever used . Avoid at all costs.
Michael B — Google review
Wow, cooked while waited, 10mins max. The best Chinese food I have ever had
