Tidal Raves Seafood Grill is a stylish American restaurant located on an oceanside cliff, offering dramatic views while serving delectable American fish dishes. It's a wonderful seafood spot in Depoe Bay, Oregon, adjacent to the historic Depoe Bay Bridge. The restaurant provides superb seafood and is known for its great food and view. With its oceanfront location, Tidal Raves offers a memorable dining experience with delicious meals and breathtaking scenery.
Amazing everything! It is my favorite restaurant period. The view is epic!! We even saw whales! The service was excellent with spot on timing from our young waiter. The food is great, specially the clam chowder. It was the best out of 5 nice places we visited on the coast recently. The restaurant was mostly full but not loud at all. In fact, it was very quiet for the amount of people there. The restaurant is not large so I’m guessing most folks end up waiting but worth it.

THIS PLACE!!! we’re eaten in places with amazing views and food but probably never at such a great price point, watching sunset & whales with exceptional service. Leo and Josie seated us in an amazing spot for watching the whole thing unfold. They were sooo friendly despite the enormous number of people waiting for a table total professionals. We didn’t catch the servers name but she was also incredible. Gave us a great steer on what to order. Everything was delicious. LOVED IT & highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful dining experience. Be aware there is a long wait. HIGHLY recommend placing yourself on the waitlist in advance. I waited 80 minutes for a table when I put myself on the waitlist around 530 PM. All seats have an ocean view! Was gorgeous even in the fog. Staff were so friendly. The seafood is phenomenal and their cocktails were fun and was a great mix of classics and unique ones. I got the Not, not negroni and it was fantastic. For dinner I got the scallops and they were cooked so perfectly. The risotto was beautifully flavored and rich and the asparagus was cooked perfectly as well. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely go bsck if Im ever in the area.
Breanna B — Google review
Absolutely worth the wait! Best seafood pasta I have ever had. (Pasta Rave) I had the Diablo cream sauce and OMG was phenomenal! My fiancé had the Cioppino and said it was the best he has had! Large seafood portions and plenty of food on your plate! Amazing sunset views while watching whales from your table! 🥰 definitely making this a regular stop when we are on the Oregon coast!

Tidal Raves has the fastest and friendliest service statewide. Chef perfectly displays the flavors of the coastal delights with a worldly flavor. The green curry was bright. The local cod special was cozy. The desserts were filling. Cocktails delish. Overall the fast service and view with culinary expertise gives - 6 stars!!!

I have been dining at this establishment for nearly ten years. I’ve tried the whole menu, but my constant order is the fish tacos. If you eat the same thing every day, you’ll grow tired of it, right? Incorrect! I’ve literally gone days in a row eating these fish tacos and I love them every time. The staff is kind and helpful, Brian running the bar is lovey and has worked there for years . Every experience dining here makes for such a good meal and the view in incredible If I had to choose a death row meal, chances are VERY strong I would choose the fish tacos with the side of rice and beans and smoked salmon chowder, as shown in my pictures. This will continue to be my favorite restaurant on the coast, and I always send people their way knowing they’ll be well taken care of and happy
Mitch P — Google review
The place is beautiful and the staff is amazing. We ordered bread and Thai shrimp cakes for an appetizer. It was so good. I did not like the sauce that came with the cakes, but the cakes themselves were so flavorful that it didn't need any sauce. Then we ordered the coconut shrimp as the entrée. I was very disappointed. The rice was great, but the shrimp... the breading was soggy and the shrimp itself didn't have much flavor. We also got dessert, bread pudding, and that was delicious. Even with the entree not being what I expected, I would definitely return and just choose a different entree. Evening else was amazing.
Lena Q — Google review
Genuinely one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Every seat in the restaurant has a view of the ocean and you can watch the whales while you eat and drink. The service was so friendly and helpful, and I’ll be dreaming about the food for months. We got the fried oysters which were so tender and big but not too fried, the clams which had a great garlic broth, the king salmon, and the scallops which was one of the best seafood dishes I’ve ever had. The scallops were huge, so tasty, and came with a delicious lemony sauce and risotto. Make sure you add yourself to the waitlist otherwise it’ll be a 1-2 hour wait! Sooo worth it.

Nestled within the Whale Cove Inn, Restaurant Beck offers a sophisticated dining experience with locally sourced American cuisine and breathtaking ocean views. The restaurant is known for its well-trained and attentive staff, providing excellent service to guests. Open from Tuesday through Sunday, the menu at Restaurant Beck features delectable starters like Squash Bisque with chive oil and pickled ramp. The establishment has been a popular choice for special occasions such as birthday dinners.
My husband surprised me with dinner here on our anniversary celebration since we got married in Depoe Bay (we are from Seattle). We got a table with the scenic view of the water, and that was only the start of the great things amongst others! All of the offerings from the tasting menu were terrific but what really stood out was the pork belly served with coffee ice cream - it was so intriguing! I was pleasantly surprised how well this dish was executed. We might just make this our go-to restaurant each year for our anniversary. I look forward to trying other dishes.

Wow, I wish we would have tried this place sooner! My husband and I got the 5 course meal. So worth the price! The atmosphere and setting is beautiful overlooking the ocean. Great way to celebrate our anniversary. We brought our baby with us and everyone was so kind to her! Our server was amazing. We forgot to get her name but she has a baby due soon and we hope only the best for her future! One of the best servers we’ve had at a restaurant by far.
Kendra — Google review
Award winning food and service did not disappoint. I had the 7 course dinner which featured a variety of flavors and textures all perfectly balanced. The pork belly just melted in my mouth, the muscles were such a delight in the Bouillabaise, and the Wagyu Beef was perfect medium rare with an excellent sear. Did I mention the service? They were attentive, knowledgeable, and facilitated appropriate wonderful evening that included a whale sighting.
Andy H — Google review
Restaurant Beck is an exceptional dining experience. The menu was small and perfectly elegant. I started with the vegetable tart, had the wagyu beef as my main, and ended with the panna cotta and a cappuccino. Everything was perfection. I have been eating almost exclusively at/out of restaurants for the past 6 months and this is one of the best. So, if you find your way to this magical spot, enjoy a little slice of heaven while you can.
Alex M — Google review
We had the 5 course chef tasting. Well described by our waiter but a little underwhelming in proportions and flavor for the price
Eddie G — Google review
TL/DR: musty seafood, and weird ambiance. Not the worst meal, but definitely not the fine dining experience we expected. We came here for our anniversary expecting something special based on the glowing reviews, but left underwhelmed. We did the 5-course tasting menu with wine pairings. For context, we had a 7:30 reservation on a Saturday night. The wine pairings were well done, and the signature pork belly with ice cream was a highlight. But the food was under-seasoned overall, the wagyu was surprisingly tough, and the mussels, salmon pate, and even the water had a musty taste. Each plate felt like a cycle of hope, with only a few bites per dish, we kept thinking, maybe the next bite will redeem it, or maybe the next course will shine... In hindsight, maybe we should have said something or just used the salt sitting on the table (which, never a great sign at this level of dining), but it wasn't anything egregious like finding a bandaid in my soup, just consistently kind of disappointing. I get that staffing is tough in a small coastal town, but then maybe work within those limits instead of overselling the experience. Unfortunately, the ambiance didn’t help: smooth jazz playing in the background, tables so close it felt communal, and the two tops were set so that one person got the view while the other had to watch the dining room.
Lindsey W — Google review
Beck restaurant is very unique experience for the Oregon coast! It's not often you find a fine dining restaurant in the area so Beck really was a treat. My wife and I got the 7 course tasting menu. Every course we had was great and decently sized. The menu was obviously inspired by the pnw with fresh produce, mushrooms, and hearty proteins. Our favorite dish of the night was the wagyu with the squash puree. Plate licking good! Every dish has subtle flavors that all blend together very well without overwhelming your palate. Definitely worth a try!
Kayla R — Google review
Amazing food that pairs nicely with amazing views. Seasonal selections that change weekly. Always a pleasure to eat here. Consistently excellent. The Wagyu Beef was tender and delicious. Medium rare was done perfectly. Service was friendly, efficient and professional. March 30: Returned for Wagyu beef entre and Bone Marrow for dessert. Another excellent evening. December 28, 2024 Returned tonight for a holiday dinner. The Bavette had been replaced by a Wagyu Flatiron. I ordered medium rare and my friend ordered medium. Tjis came with butternut squasj risotto and an onion ring. Personally I prefer the Bavette and found the Flatiron a bit less flavorful and a little tougher to cut. We were not as happy with this evening's dishes as in the past, but it is still an amazing restaurant. __________ September 13 Returned for another dinner. Wagyu Beef. Excellent food, service and view. Always an outstanding experience!

Gracie's Sea Hag also offers a unique experience with Gracie herself, adding to the charm of the dining experience.
WHAT…A…FIND!!! My wife and I were driving down the coast from Portland and got hungry. With a quick google search and looking at some reviews, we quickly found this place. We were not disappointed. Services was good and they were very knowledgeable on what was on the menu for food and drinks. Once it came out we were not disappointed (hence half eaten photos). Will definitely be coming back!

The food was AMAZING. Perfect layering of so many delicious flavors. I had the stuffed Chinook salmon and my husband had the pink shrimp melt. Not only was it all fresh seafood but the accompanying sauces were so flavorful. Portion sizes were great and it was a great atmosphere. Just stopped in for a casual lunch and will now be coming back for sure. Service was timely and friendly! Definitely recommend!
Brianna E — Google review
Gracie Sea hag is a classic old seafood place with great food and reasonable prices. I had an old favorite and rare these days sandwich, the Monte Cristo. It was nicely, battered, crispy and tasty. The combination seafood platter is full of fresh and perfectly cooked seafood. Also very good. The clam chowder was made from scratch with nice chunks of clam but too much potato.
Michael F — Google review
The clam chowder was really good—thick, creamy, and packed with real clams. I also tried the combo platter, and it was super tasty with a nice mix of seafood: fish, prawns, scallops, and clams. The baby cocktail shrimp were fresh and delicious, and the sautéed veggies were a great touch. The place itself feels cozy, and I loved the fun, colorful sea-animal glasses. The staff were really friendly, and the prices were fair for what you get. Overall, a really nice spot to enjoy some great seafood.

Food was okay. Had the stuff salmon and didn’t taste the freshest, clam chowder and fish and chips were good but nothing to write home about. Overall vibe of the restaurant was dark and dingy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Worth the stop in Depoe Bay! Great food, friendly service, and stunning coastal views. 🐋☕️🌊 We stopped by Gracie’s Sea Hag in Depoe Bay during our Oregon Coast trip, and it was a delight from start to finish! The moment we walked in, the cozy maritime atmosphere set the tone — rustic charm, friendly staff, and that classic seaside energy. We started with a drink that made me smile — the “Jamaican Me Crazy” — ohhhh, it was crazy good! 🍹 Then we had their famous clam chowder, which absolutely lived up to its reputation: rich, creamy, and comforting. A dash of Tabasco made it even better! For our entrée, we had the fish and chips, cooked to perfection — fresh, flavorful, and not overly greasy. At first, I thought they could’ve given us more French fries, but it actually turned out to be the perfect amount! We left absolutely full — ready to take a little stroll to walk off our happy bellies in this cute coastal town. 🌊 Service was warm and personable. Even though the restaurant was busy, the team was attentive and genuinely friendly, making the experience feel welcoming and relaxed. Another plus — the bathrooms were clean! 🚻 The ocean view across the street adds to the charm. Depoe Bay is a beautiful little town known for whale watching, with an outlook center and affordable tours nearby. The boats come out of the harbor — which, as the sign says, is the world’s smallest navigable harbor — glide underneath the pretty bridge, and dash straight into the breaking waves. It’s probably even more fun if you’re actually on the boat! 🛥️🐋⚓️ If you’re exploring the Oregon Coast, Gracie’s Sea Hag is absolutely worth the stop! Delicious drinks, amazing fish and chips, award-worthy chowder, and that timeless coastal hospitality that keeps you smiling long after you leave. Depoe Bay is a perfect place to stop or stay at. 🌊✨

We had breakfast and lunch there. Both were very good.... And the dessert was the bomb! Marion berry pie 🥧 Forgot to take a picture of the clam chowder... It was also excellent.
Steve W — Google review
I must start out with this review by saying our server was very, very good. She was very attentive and helpful and a very nice person. When we went in, the feel was dark, kind of like an old dark bar. It really wasn't very clean in there. I had read reviews that said they had the best clam chowder. I would have to say I don't feel this is the case. In fact, they must put a scoop of margarine in there, and mostly, what I could taste in the clam chowder was margarine. So I guess what I'm saying is the clam chatter was not bad it was just okay. Next, we ordered the fish tacos they were good, and the topping on top of the fish was very good. The fish was on the bottom, and it was not fried, so I have to say it was pretty tasteless and just almost like a filler. I didn't care for it.. so I guess I would have to say that the fish tacos were not bad either, but they were just okay. I would definitely eat here again. Nothing was awful. All the food tasted fine. It's just nothing stuck out as so good.. but with that statement made, I only tried two things. They have a whole menu full of other foods to try, so maybe I just didn't pick the right ones. So definitely give this place a try.. Grab yourself a cool sweatshirt while you're there.

The Horn Public House and Depoe Bay Brewing Company offers a rustic setting with water views, serving an array of pizzas, classic bar fare, and draft beers. It is a great dining option in Depoe Bay, Oregon. The restaurant provides a unique experience with its coastal cuisine and extensive wine list. Visitors can enjoy whale watching while sitting by the window, offering unobstructed views of the coastline and the Pacific Ocean.
Had a wonderful dinner at the Depoe Bay Brewing Company. We enjoyed some tasty beers and ciders. Started with oyster shooters and clam chowder. Finished with wings and a burger. The brewery has a great view of the harbor and ocean. Perry provided great service and was in a fantastic mood. I would definitely eat here again.

The Horn Public House has views of the inner and outer harbor. You can see seals and whales from inside. It is a clean, well lit place The service amazing. Maddie is lovely. The food is top notch. I like the salmon fish and chips, the popcorn shrimp, and the clam chowder. The New Girl IPA and the Sea Witch Porter are great beers.

We didn’t plan on coming here. We originally went to another restaurant a block away. They never came by to take our order so we left and came here. And boy were we thankful. I had the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten. And the dessert was amazing. The waitress/bartender was the nicest. The view out the window was spectacular.
A R — Google review
We stopped here every time we come through Depoe Bay! The food and views are both amazing! Today the service was a little slow but our waitress was lovely! We typically love the beer here, today it missed the mark as it was quite warm. Definitely recommend for a great meal with fresh ingredients, the chowder is so good!
Tasha S — Google review
I was so surprised at how great this place was, what a gem! We sat at the bar upstairs and the bartender was fabulous, so goofy and fun to chat with and he gave us some beers to try. We got the salmon sandwich which was hearty and fresh, the Caesar salad which was super tasty (but overdressed, ask for the dressing on the side), and the chowder which was one of the best clam chowders I had during my time on the coast. The broth was so flavorful and wasn’t too chunky or thick like the others I tried. 10/10!
Brittany — Google review
The food here is fresh and excellent. There is a wide variety of gourmet dishes to choose from. The views of the ocean are captivating as well. The service was great as well. The only complaint is the wait for food. They were somewhat busy, but the wait was excessive.
Rick B — Google review
I thought the location was fun by the water. My husband loved his beer and thought his fish and chips (halibut was good). I thought my pizza kind of tasted like cardboard - maybe just the crust and I had the margarita pizza, so not much toppings. (I usually like it at places). But I enjoyed stopping here, but would recommend different toppings. My son liked his pizza.
Shana F — Google review
Great Spot, with good food. We tried the chowder, fresh halibut, and turkey & Bacon sandwich. Everything was delicious. Service was top notch. Would definitely eat here again.

Thai restaurant
Bay View Thai Kitchen is a hidden gem in Depoe Bay, offering delicious Thai cuisine. The restaurant is family-owned and provides personal attention to its guests. Situated opposite the bay, the eatery boasts a cozy ambiance adorned with an abundance of house plants and succulents. Despite its unassuming exterior, the restaurant attracts patrons with its flavorful dishes such as basil shrimp rolls.
Great Thai food is served here! The portions are large enough to share or take home left overs. The servers were very welcoming and personable. As Depoe Bay is a seemingly small coastal town, I am sure this is a regular place for many locals to visit, and I think I heard the server call some of the other patrons by name. Because it is right on the bay side of the street, it has a terrific view of the world's smallest harbor. You are able to see the docked ships from the window, and most likely a harbor seal swimming down below. The prices are more than reasonable compared to other Thai places I've gone to, we paid the same amount for two people as we would have been charged for one person elsewhere. It may be because we are from Washington where the prices are higher and include sales tax, but it seemed very good value for the cost here. If you like hot tea with your food, this place serves very good tea with free refills. The ingredients are high quality and delicious! We already plan to return on our next trip to Depoe Bay.
Nathan E — Google review
Good portion and presented well but lacking a bit in flavor. Crab Rangoon too fried, Thai tea too sweet, drunken noodles lacked flavor. Great service but food can be better. Loved the bay view.
Sara M — Google review
I did not expect to get good thai food in Bay City. I was hesitate to try this place but i was tired the same seafood and clam chowder so decided to give it a try. When we showed up, the place was quite packed but as soon as we was seated, everyone left and we were able to switch our table to the one next to the window, amazing view! Price is very reasonable and portion is good size. The food tasted pretty authentic and flavor was well balanced. The host was very friendly and attentive. I recommend ordering anything with the choice of seafood, you get a good amount of everything. My husband really liked the panang curry and i liked the papaya salad, the tom yum soup was very hearty, i ate it as is but you might wanna order a side of rice. The mango sticky rice took me for a surprise as i don't often get good mango sticky rice in the US. We were both full so we ordered it togo, but i wanted to try a bite while on the way to the next lookout and it turned out to be in my top 3 of the best mango sticky rice I've had in the US, and it was only $7!! My husband said he was stuffed and didn't want any but he ended up eating half of it while driving
Trinh N — Google review
My favorite Thai place in Oregon! The Seafood Curry is served in a young coconut with the coconut juice served as a drink. The actual portion size is small but the presentation makes for it. The basil fried rice was good. The Basil Shrimp rolls were amazing!
Michael F — Google review
If you're in Depoe Bay and craving some killer Thai, you gotta hit up Bay View Thai Kitchen. It's a hidden gem right by the marina, super chill spot with big windows staring out at boats bobbing in the harbor. I knew it was gonna be good cause the outside's super low-key… and you know what? Straight fire. Got the Tom Yum Noodle Soup, shrimp fish rolls, and fried rice our first day in town… and it was so good we came back three more times over the next three days. Always tasted super fresh, just the right spice, and generous sized portions. The family vibe is awesome… the dude told us about his wife’s glass recycling hobby and we bought some super cool chicken cups to take home with us. Very nice people! 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend.
Ragnar — Google review
Tried Bag View Thai Kitchen after hearing good things, and the food definitely lived up to the hype. We started with the chicken potstickers and chicken satays, and honestly, both were 10/10—super flavorful and cooked perfectly. For mains, we went with the chicken green curry (added extra chicken) and the tom kah soup. Both dishes were rich, delicious, and exactly what you want from Thai comfort food. The only downside was the service. The restaurant wasn’t busy—just another small group and us—but the service still felt a bit slow and inattentive. Overall, the food here is fantastic and worth a try if you’re craving Thai. Just don’t expect top-notch service.
Alexa A — Google review
Great portion sizes and really nice flavors! I requested the vegan drunken noodles with extra tofu, and I was very happy. They were really kind and service was quick too!
Meghan H — Google review
This place is so great! Decided to stop here after a long day of driving and the friendly welcome I received when I walked through the door set the tone for the rest of my meal. The service was fantastic. I truly felt like they were happy to be there. And the food was perfect! I had the red curry with chicken at medium spice. Just a little heat but not overpowering. If I wasn’t just passing through, this place would be my go-to stop in Depoe Bay.

Seafood restaurant
Chowder Bowl is a renowned restaurant that has been dishing out their famous clam chowder for over 30 years. While the thick and creamy clam chowder is the star of the show, the menu also features an array of other delectable options such as fish and chips, calamari, and fish tacos. Visitors can expect a warm welcome from the staff in this unassuming yet clean establishment.
When we walked in we were greeted by the sweet lady behind the bar. It was pretty busy since other restaurants were already closed. She did tell us they were out of chowder but we did not mind. We sat ourselves and did have a wait before our order was taken, but there was only one waitress managing 6 other tables. We had the chicken sandwich, chicken strips, fish and chips and all our food was great. No matter how busy it got our waitress kept her cool and just went with it and still provided great service.
Jami J — Google review
This place looks very small from the outside, and surprisingly big inside. Kind of dark inside and could use new updates on their upholstery. We ordered their supposedly famous chowder, but I'm a little disappointed because there's hardly any clam in it. However, their fish (cod) and chips are great! The fish is lightly battered and seasoned very well. I would go back again just for their fish and chips!
Mia S — Google review
I always stop by this restaurant to chase my childhood memory of getting trapped here for an hour after the doorknob broke (15 years ago). I was greeted when entering with a 'bud', and I'm a 30 year old man. Very unprofessional of the host/waiter. The food was at my table in under 5 minutes. Understandable for the prepared chowder, which was quite good. The fried fish sandwich however, being on my table so quickly, makes me think a microwave was more involved with the cooking than any chef. The quality of the sandwich reflected that speed of service. Unless you have a nostalgic reason to come here, you can find much higher quality of food for less cost and friendlier service elsewhere. I'll be skipping the Chowder Housr on my next trip down the coast
Jesse D — Google review
Mother in law had fish & fries. She really enjoyed them. The fries are homemade and delicious. The clam chowder bowl tastes canned and is more like bread in clam chowder. The chili as well tasted canned. The waiters mustache was so long he was sucking on it.
Rene W — Google review
We are locals we live in depot Bay. It had been many many years since I’ve been to the chowder bowl, but it was a chowder day so we thought oh let’s try the chowder bowl probably won’t ever again. The chowder was extremely salty, it was dark in there in the middle of the day, and the noise level was overwhelming, and we were the only customers I hope they can recover from everything that has happened. That’s so tragic, but sharing it with the customers probably not a good idea God bless, and hopefully things will work out for the best.

We came here for the clam chowder while passing through town. There was 5 of us! Sat down and waited for about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Almost decided to walked down the way to a different place when the guy said he would be right with us. ( NOT VERY BUSY) 3 other tables had people. We ordered clam chowder bowl for us all. A soda for each of us and he told us they were out of bread that goes with the clam chowder but I could order garlic bread instead to go with it. Once food showed up a guy from the back brought half of the bowls out but not before he stick his thumb in each bowl of the chowder he handed to us as he grabbed them to set them on our table. Dripping chowder on our table from his finger in the bowls. At this point it had been an hour for everything and we just wanted to get out of there. Bill shows up and a little over 100$ later with tip we were leaving not full and not pleased with the extra seasoning left in our chowder from this gentleman's hands. Won't return!

Excellent food! The New England clam chowder was as expected and hot! Delicious! Had the streamer clams as well and they were fantastic, dip the garlic bread in the sauce!!! Just Yum! Oh, and try the taps, local products and tasty!

Best chowder I've had in a long time. Their fish and chips were fresh and delicious. There was only one server at the time (Elizabeth) - (We came in near closing) and she was friendly, fast, and really attentive. We had a great time while we were there. Excellent atmosphere and it's right along the coast so you can take a walk to digest when you are done.

Pirate Coffee Company, located on Vista Street in Depoe Bay, Oregon, is a cozy coffeehouse and gift shop that offers drum-roasted brews, smoothies, and various baked snacks like scones. The shop embodies a family spirit and features a wide assortment of hand-sewn hats, gloves, memorabilia, and other unique items. It's also known for its fantastic coffee and cool merchandise.
This is a family owned business. Expect exceptional service from Shae and Amber. These sisters will not disappoint. They roast all the coffee here and know what their doing. If your courious about where your coffee comes from you came to the right place. This family truly cares about coffee and it shows with their educational display. I had a new drink here called the Spicy Wench. It's chi tea, expresso, cream sugar, and some punchy attitude A+ and perfectly sweet. The coffee cake is made by their father every morning, and it was fantastic 😍 I think mine was pumpkin walnut and it went perfectly with the spicy wench. Can't wait to visit here the next time I pass through. Thank you for taking your time to visit with us a little. You have a nice selection of local art. I'm glad I was able to find something unique to bring home 💚

Tucked away in the picturesque Depoe Bay, Oregon, Pirate's Coffee Company is a hidden gem that's worth visiting. We embarked on a road trip from Portland, seeking the perfect blend of ocean views and caffeine, and Pirate's Coffee Company exceeded our expectations. As we anchored ourselves outside, the cozy coffee shop beckoned us with its inviting atmosphere. The ample seating area, both indoor and outdoor, provided the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning ocean views. The interior design, adorned with pirate-themed decor, added a playful touch to our coffee-sipping experience. But what truly stole the show was the coffee itself. Rich, bold, and expertly brewed, each sip was wonderful in flavor. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or just looking for a quick pick-me-up, Pirate's Coffee Company has got you covered. The friendly staff were warm and welcoming. And, as a bonus, the shop offers a treasure trove of merchandise, including souvenirs to commemorate your visit. In short, Pirate's Coffee Company is a must-visit destination for any coffee lover visiting Depoe Bay.

Nice place. fun atmosphere and seating if you want to hang out. Small gift store with unique stuff. Coffee was good. We are pretty basic coffee drinkers. Vanilla Lattes and Mochas. Both were good. Bought a bag of their fresh beens and they ground them for me. Parking in street or behind store. Easy walk from town or hotels as well. Their cinnamon rolls looked good, just wish they did not have cream cheese frosting

They roast their own coffee and do it right! Great deapth of flavor, balanced when you get a latte, or in my case a mocha. Beans are aromatic and roasted to perfection, definitely worth it if you need some coffee and have a preference for GOOD coffee.

Visiting from out of town, and like someone else mentioned below, we love to support local businesses. I got a latte with toasted marshmallow and caramel syrups -- delicious. My boyfriend got a sugar-free vanilla latte and loved it. I think the barista was the owner; she was very warm and friendly. There were some other customers in there as well and everyone seemed content and taken care of. Great little coffee shop. We'll be back next time we're in town (next summer). Also, didn't take pictures--sorry.

I came here for coffee a couple times on a recent trip to Depoe Bay and was delighted by the entire experience. First, the coffee is amazing. I had a cappuccino the first visit and loved it. The second time I had an iced Americano so that I could taste all of the coffee flavor. And it was so good. So smooth.i just love their coffee. They also stock some tasty breakfast treats and food. Now let's talk about the people that run it. They were all super nice, which is always helpful first thing in the morning. Very nice people. Last, but not least, the building is well cared for and there's a small shop with all kinds of fun, kitschy items. If you're in Depoe Bay, give them a try!

Restaurant
Mazatlan Mexican Restaurant in Depoe Bay is a popular spot known for serving the best authentic Mexican food in the area. The menu offers a wide range of options, including typical Mexican fare and some exotic choices, such as dishes featuring octopus. Visitors have praised the restaurant for its delicious food, with particular highlights being the flavorful sauces and perfectly cooked Camerones. The hand-dipped Chile relleno is also highly recommended by patrons.
What a great little place in Depoe Bay to enjoy very yummy Mexican food. Also great views of the bay. Certain times of the year you can watch the whales going their blow spouts. Have eaten here in at least 5 different occasions when we come to stay the weekend at Trollers Lodge by local Fire Department. Last time we ate here I remarked to the owner that we enjoy our meals here more so than the Tidal Rave which is a very spendy $$$ place compared to the Mazatlan. The owner was our waiter & is very cordial and told about the history of the place. Very nice place, and most definitely always on our list of places to eat in Depoe Bay. P.S. - If you are vegetarian, look no further than this place. There are several vegetarian dishes. Yum yum all the way around. Definitely two 👍👍 thumbs up ! ! !

Love this restaurant! Always good service, food is amazing, and the view is amazing. There isn't any sit down Mexican Restaurants in Newport that deliver this quality of food with good service. Worth the drive, will be back! Kinda small little place, but with food like this, they will be expanding soon

I don’t think I could name another restaurant on the coast where you get binoculars and a burrito at the same table. We love coming for dinner and a show, there’s a lot of whales to see when the sky is clear. The service is great and the food always hits the spot.

It was really great. 4.5 out of 5 stars for our family. We are pretty picky about our Mexican food. Everything was fabulous except a couple vegetables I don't care for in my a la crema. The sauce was fabulous and the Camerones big and cooked perfectly. We enjoyed everything. And the Chile relleno being hand dipped is hard to find and delicious!

Great authentic Mexican dining. Great food choices excellent taste and presentation.. the beautiful view of the ocean is bonus. 5 Star Excellent Pl. to go locally when you just have to have that taste that only Mexican food can provide.

Favorite Mexican restaurant on the coast. The staff are amazing, so friendly and accommodating. I ordered a ‘skinny margarita’ and it was delicious. The view is beautiful, we spotted a few whales. The food was so fresh, homemade tortilla chips served warm. Everything was very tasty, served with a smile and a fantastic view.

Tide Pool Pub & Pool is a popular dining spot in Depoe Bay, offering a refreshing break from the typical seafood and fried bar food. It's known for its friendly atmosphere and diverse entertainment options, including board games and pinball machines. The pizza is a standout menu item, freshly made and not overly greasy. Located conveniently on 101 near the Whale Watching Pier with its own parking area, it's a great place to grab some delicious pizzas to go.
Had read about this place on reviews with everyone saying the pizza was amazing - so we had to give it a try! The Tide Pool is a true honest dive bar - but in the best way. It's located right on 101 right before the Whale Watching Pier, and has it's own parking area which is a huge plus. We had called in our order before and it took about 30 minutes to make 4 pizzas which was a lot faster than your national chains. We got a 14" Cheese, 14" Hawaiian, 14" Meat Lovers and 7" Taco. Aesthetics wise, the pizzas smelled and looked amazing - and they were HEAVY with toppings! These were extremely well made pizzas and well worth their prices. Taste wise, all of the pizzas were well crafted and tasted very elevated of what you'd expect. Extremely pleased with all of pizzas but in order of tastiness would be: Taco -> Hawaiian -> Meat Lovers -> Cheese but make no mistake that the Cheese was exceptional too. All in all, HIGHLY recommend this place to those touristing in the area of Depoe Bay, or for those locals that haven't potentially tried Tide Pool. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastically good taco pizza. This is our go-to place for great pizza in the Lincoln City, Depoe Bay, Newport area. Also love their Hawaiian pizza. Total bummer that they lost their liquor license, but the pizza is so good that it is totally worth eating here. Waitress / owner super friendly and is trying her best to get the liquor license back but bureaucracy takes time. This small business needs our support while they work through the process of getting their license back. Pizza this superb is hard to find in this area of the coast. Hoping they get their license back soon so we can have A1 pizza and a brew at this cute little pub.

It was great. We got the Ranger Rick burgers, fried shrimp, chicken tenders and a basket of clam strips, all of which tasted awesome. The cafe also provides outdoor seating with cute coastal vibes inside. Customers can enjoy locally sourced fresh ingredients, including vegan options like the Pacific Toast and vegan chili. The staff are known for their friendly service, making it a delightful place to dine.
First visit here, midweek, and moderately busy. I appreciate a smaller, more focused menu and they provided. Service was prompt and friendly. We ordered the BLT, strawberry shortcake waffle, and the build your own breakfast plate. I was a bit nervous to see the $20 price on the breakfast burrito so I went with the $15 BLT but it was definitely worth it. I imagine the burrito is too. The thin egg was darling and vinaigrette in the arugula had a beautiful balance of citrus and there was some sort of light spice in the sandwich. Honestly, probably the best BLT I've ever had. Most surprising was the strawberry shortcake waffle which looks too sweet at first glance but we were SO grateful it was light on the sweetness. The purple flowers were a lovely touch. Loved the vegan options for those who need it. The location and vibes are immaculate too. They had cards at each table and we played war while we waited. Nice touch! This will be a new favorite spot for us in Depoe Bay!

This review of s coming from a 60 yo guy that has been around the block. Good coffee, GREAT Wild Salmonbagel, and Harborside Sub were both excellent. We leaned more towards the Wild Salmon bagel, but the sub was no slouch either. We sat out back, with a view of the harbor, and it was a “most excellent” morning/experience. The staff was superb in their service, but again, seating is limited so be patient. Overall a “hit” in our book and we’re glad we made the trip from Lincoln City to Depoe Bay. Day two, and we drove down from Lincoln City, again, to eat here, again. Again NOT disappointed. Service, food, ambiance, all five stars. This food is WICKED flavorful! To the young gal that was face timing and treating the entire restaurant as if she was the only person on the planet, thank you for showing the rest of us how inconsiderate you are as a human. We all have our moments, but THAT screams an entitled, selfish existence. Please keep it at home or take it outside. Whale Bites, worth the drive!

Omgggg so delicious to find a vegan breakfast burrito on the OR coast! They subbed avocado for the veggie sausage for me as well, and it was divine. That chipotle aioli too was delicious! The portion size was huge too and we easily had the other half for breakfast the next morning. 10/10 recommend and we will absolutely be back next time we are on the coast.

Stopped by when visiting a friend and I am so glad I did. I had a flavorfully well thought out BLT. The bread used complemented the sandwich well and the added egg too. Had a half apple fritter waffle for desert, which I enjoyed for it's sweet but not too sweet flavor. Perfect since I can't eat overly sweet stuff. The strawberry banana smoothie was similarly sweet but not too sweet. Nice service, and cool ocean life playing cards on the table.

Friendly, delicious, and dog friendly. We are staying in Depoe Bay for vacation and this cafe is just a couple blocks down from our rental. We stopped in and we’re happy to hear they allow dogs inside. They do have seating outside as well though. I got a mocha, and my daughter got a hot chocolate. We were all impressed with how good they both were. We also all got something to eat. Our kids got bagels while my wife and I had their danishes. Everything was fantastic. The staff were super friendly as well, not just to us but to everyone that came by. At one point some teens came in and asked if they could use their outlets to charge their phone if they bought something. They were told they could sit in the lounge area and charge their phones even if they didn’t want to buy anything. I thought that was super cool of them. Definitely stop by if you’re in Depoe Bay.

Staff was completely in their own world. Lacked basic customer service but charged a premium price. The barista handed me a hot slice of quiche in a soggy pastry bag. Inside the bag my breakfast was crumbled and squished. Didn't hand me fork or let me know where to find one. As I was looking for a fork the ladies working started laughing and loudly talking about "Who puts quiche in a bag?!" as I was standing right there. When I got to taking a sip of my latte is was burnt and bitter. Spent $15 and neither service, food or coffee was good. All cafes has their off days but there was nothing redeeming about my experience.

I anticipated that we would reach Depot Bay by lunch time. My research showed me that we might like to visit Arch Rock Caffe for coffee and something light. I had also read the burrito description on their website. Burritos are not what I would usually order, but they had a picture of their burrito called 'OMG' with house made sausage, red and green peppers, pepper jack cheese, smoked bacon, eggs, and seasoned potatoes. I also noticed that they have a MerryChef oven, so I anticipated that the burrito would at least be well heated and order that. I was right. It was serve pipping hot which is unusual for reheated cafe food. The outside was flaky and crunchy (!!!), YUM! The inside was so hot I had to be careful. Well, I really enjoyed it. Good job, people! My partner had Bob's Red Mill oatmeal cup. The micro-foam for our caffeine drinks were watery and inadequate though, but it's been like that all along the Oregon Coast.

Situated right on the docks, this iconic eatery offers spectacular ocean views. The menu is extensive, catering to various tastes and preferences. Visitors praise the fresh and generous portions of seafood dishes, particularly highlighting the flavorful chowder that's more than just a potato soup.
Very pleased with this restaurant, good food, lots of choices, kid friendly, reasonable prices. I personally was excited to find clam chowder with no bacon in it, thick and tasty. The popcorn shrimp in a basket were bigger than expected, as was the Louie salad! It is an older building, but appropriate to the local sea community setting. There is only street parking in a busy touristy area, but on the way up or down from Nye Beach. We had a very friendly waitress and locals seated near us were also friendly.

Very cute! The chowder is delicious, and the chicken Caesar wrap was good, about what you expect. We also tried the salmon, it was good but a little dry. The POTATO WEDGES THOOOO. SO GOOD. I loved the way they were fried! I would def come back for the chowder and potato wedges.

My fiance and I came here yesterday. I got the pesto chicken sandwich; (1/5), I had asked for extra pesto on the side and they put extra on the sandwich and it was odd because there was NO pesto, at all; it was like ranch. We got the butter & garlic shrimp as an appetizer (1/5) and No flavor at all; not even the garlic had flavor and some of the shrimp still had their intestinal track. My fiance got the fish tacos with mango salsa (1/5), the corn tortillas were flimsy; they were filled with fish, cabbage and mango salsa that lacked seasoning. The best part of our meal was the chowder. The best in Newport that we found.

This was one of our favorite food stops on the coast. The theme and atmosphere are really great. The staff was so nice and accommodating of our family, always smiling at our one year old, with a high chair and a kid water cup. We got the chowder, fish and chips, and Marionberry crisp. All were perfect! The fish and chips were much better than many other places we tried. Definitely stop by here for yummy food and good vibes.

Friendly service, delicious food. I had the garlic white bread w/ slumgolian chowder and a side order of the fries which were thinly sliced potatoes that were crispy. I was quite satisfied with the results. The bread was kinda like french toast in regards to thickness, but incredibly fluffy and soft that pulled apart nicely. Finished with a slice of the chocolate cake which I would forgo next time, it wasn't bad, but it seemed like store bought cake. Very dense with loads of frosting. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive. Atompshere... Tables are a bit close together, but it's nothing out of the ordinary for a restaurant cafe. Now, the kid yelling "is that a butt crack..." Was funny the first time. Third time, was bad parenting. Don't bring your youngins to a restaurant if you're not going to monitor Overall solid experience and would return. Prices: Cake $8 / slice Slumgolian Chowder $18 Bread $1.25 / slice (fair)

Hands down best chowder I’ve had on the Oregon coast, and I’m super picky about clam chowder. My husband and I stopped by after a rainy morning of fishing, the waitress was sweet as can be and very attentive. We will be coming back when we come to Newport next! The picture doesn’t even do the insanely good flavor justice.
Chelsea J — Google review
Super friendly waitress, casual atmosphere, fun decor, and my husband and I split the namesake chowder and a smoked salmon Cobb Salad. There's a lot more offered on the menu that was really tempting, and folks there were really enjoying their fried fish platters that looked very generously supplied. The chowder was wonderful. Rich, thick, big slices of fresh clams. The pat of butter was gilding the lily, but it was really good, and the oyster crackers were fresh and crisp. The smoked Cobb was piled with good things, as you can see from the picture as well. Plenty of avocado, a pile of bacon, all the blue cheese we might want, fresh ripe tomatoes, the lettuce was fresh, and the slab of smoked salmon was rich, generous, and flavorful. I especially liked the lemon on top as the acidity helped with all the richness. The one salad was plenty for the both of us.

My wife and I stopped by the Chowder Bowl for dinner while the King Tides were going on. The service, and the food was good but, the prices have gone up a bit since the last time we ate there. We ended up taking the family here after we heard about it golfing and wow, so glad we did. If this place isn't on your list to stop at while you are in Lincoln City it should be. The burger combos are fantastic and the fries are great. Several of us also got milkshakes and they were also amazing. Highly recommend, we'll definitely be going again before we head home from our trip.

This place is amazing! The hospitality is fantastic, the food is delicious and the prices are too! It’s a fun little establishment where you can play pool or Pac-Man while waiting for your order or you can enjoy a shady covered spot outside! We will for sure be returning the next time we are in Lincoln. Officially our favorite spot! And the smash burger… my picture does not do justice, it was melt in your mouth scrumptious with the creamiest cheese! Ugh, mouth is watering just talking about it! The fact that you can get a whole meal (burger, fries and a drink) for $10 is nostalgic/awesome for a sit in restaurant. I paid $12 for a double patty which was filling, the single would have been enough but if you’re hungry, hungry go with a double or triple! There were 5 of us and we all agree it’s one of our favorite places. Thanks HWY 101 Burger!

What a cute little burger joint. This is a no frills burger place that only sells burgers and fries. They did include a grilled cheese, but nothing else. We ordered the single burger combo, which included a drink, for $10. Burger was very fresh, and came with cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. The burger also came with special sauce. The fries are hand cut and deep fried to a beautiful golden brown. If you wanted a double l, the second burger is only $2 extra. The place was very clean, and not overly crowded with tables, providing plenty of space between each. There are a few video games and a very nice pool table to keep you busy. Our food came out very quickly. Bathrooms were clean. There is outdoor seating as well.

Highway 101 Burger is my new favorite burger place! The burgers are smashed style cooked well and flavorful. I ordered the 404 which gets you four patties four slices of cheese and a whole bunch of toppings. The burger was snacked so high I could not get into my mouth without further smashing it! The 202 gets you two patties . We ordered the combos, which means you get fries as well as a bottomless drink . The fries are cooked perfectly lightly seasoned and come with the skin on . The decor is colorful definitely has a burger joint vibe, which is totally appropriate. The secret sauce isn’t too much of a secret, but it is very good. Great for dipping fries or the burger too. The service is quick and friendly. The gal that took our order, gave us a formal presentation of the menu after asking if it was our first time which it was. The pool table and pinball machines are a nice addition . The prices are great !

Decent burger size, they give a bunch of fries for $3. So I recommend getting fries for the value. It's a quaint Lil place with some retro video games. A fair amount of outdoor seating. As far as parking there's a small general parking lot if you drive a Lil past Melos. Fast friendly service, a very clean establishment.

Great lunch stop. Stopped in after fishing on a Friday morning to have a bite. This place was BUSY!!! The counter person was nice and everyone seemed to be going about their business to get orders out of the kitchen quickly. The burgers were spectacular!

Seafood market
Barnacle Bill's Seafood Market is a beloved fixture in Oregon, having served quality fresh and alder-smoked seafood since 1949. Visitors to Lincoln City rave about the smoked and jerky salmon, which is said to be the best around and perfect for fueling adventures in the area. The market has garnered a loyal following for its top-notch products and friendly service. Customers praise the staff's professionalism and helpful recommendations when selecting items from their wide range of offerings.
Fresh Fresh Fresh, did I say Fresh?! Best Fresh caught seafood in Lincoln. If the window is closed, then they are out fishing, so just try again later. The staff is super personable and helpful. So fun to talk to. 😃 If they tell you to try something, you totally should. They suggested something I haven't had before and now Im craving it! The smoked black cod was off the hook good!!! It was hard for me to share it. Lol Some of the pictures I'm posting is the meals we made with Barnacle Bill's seafood 🌊 🐟 🐠 🎣 😃 YUM!!!

This is the best Dungeness crab anywhere we got 2 extra large crabs cooked, cleaned. and a crab cracker for 60 bucks then went to Safeway and got some wine and pasta salad. Then we went home and had a meal better than any we have had on our way hiking up the coast. They also have the freshest smoked salmon and other fish and seafood. Crab and lobster dip.
Robert M — Google review
Yeah, recently we were at the beach and purchased about $160 in halibut and salmon along with three crabs. When I got back to the beach house (5 min away) I noticed the halibut had a smell. It smelt almost like a gardener snake. I just assumed it was the fish, however when we deep-fried it and baked it. It still had that smell as a flavor when you ate it I literally had to throw it all away because it was so nasty and stinky. The shrimp, salmon and crab were very much delicious. However, the halibut I think should have never been sold and Instead thrown away.

I started training as a bus driver and took a trip up to the coast and my trainer recommended the smoked salmon as easy to pick up and go. Great quality and fair priced.

The absolute best bay shrimp that you will find anywhere. Clean, fresh, almost never find any shells. To be honest, I don't think they are ever frozen. A difference that you can definitely taste. Lots of fresh and smoked seafood to choose from. Stop off every time we go to the beach to grab a shrimp cocktail. So worth it.
Ron H — Google review
They claim to have the best smoked salmon, it's decent but definitely not the best. And their selection when I was there was so small. The crab was great as always and they are pretty fair with their pricing. If there were other places to get the items mentioned I'd try it out for sure. Gave em 4 stars cause they are very friendly, good prices and delicious crab. But that salmon loses the last star for me.
Jarrah M — Google review
They have the best of the best smoked salmon ever! 100/100 tastes absolutely delicious! I always come and stop by when I’m visiting Lincoln city! It’s my favorite smoked salmon, just wait and see you’ll learn to love it too! I got twenty pieces for $20. They pay with cash only, they also have an ATM on site also. Great people work there!

Every time my family and I are visiting Lincoln City, we always go to Barnacle Bill’s. The seafood comes in fresh everyday. It’s a fun little stand by the road. They have all kinds of seafood and they sell their own cocktail sauce. We got oysters, halibut and salmon. We were staying at a Vrbo house and we cooked it up that nice. It was delicious!

Sirens Oceanfront Restaurant & Bar is a hidden gem with a wonderful view, offering great food and drinks. The restaurant is located in a hotel but is open to non-guests. While some found the food slightly salty, others enjoyed dishes like clam chowder, halibut fish and chips, fettuccine with veggies and chicken, and bangin shrimp appetizer. The burger was tasty but thin, and the crab cakes were delicious.
The evening we got here at the Clarion Inn and dropped stuff off at our room we went to go eat there. At first we tried to sit in the restaurant part and waited for a while with a waitress even walking by to the kitchen and not saying anything. We got kind of annoyed and went to the bar area and just grabbed a window seat, not wanting to wait to be seated like the restaurant. The waitress/bar tender was the one that walked past us in the restaurant. So we’re thinking GREAT maybe we won’t even get served now! She came to our table and was really nice! Food was pretty good and big proportions. We got the cup of clam chowder and cod fish and chips (picture 1). The next morning I went to see if they had breakfast, and didn’t wait long to get seated. I had the veggie omelette and it was pretty big and packed with veggies (picture 2). Seemed like the only cheese was on top and none inside that I could tell, but it was DELICIOUS.

Located inside the Surfriders Resort, Sirens is a great little spot to grab a bite and enjoy the views of Fogarty Beach. We went for breakfast and enjoyed a well made Eggs Benedict with hot coffee and a lovely place to watch the snow fall. The hashbrowns were nice and crispy, and they eggs were poached perfectly. If you want a classic breakfast, you won't be disappointed. The wait staff is very friendly and efficient. The dining area has large windows over most of the space, so you get a great view no matter where you sit. Our food came out quickly. The parking lot is shared with the resort, so it might be busier sometimes over others.

Bar service was unfortunately awful, but the food and view were fantastic. Tourists may be annoying, but I spend a lot of money in your town and our small table was smiling, patient and friendly to our bartender. Even while we waited for service while they chatted with friends who were not customers. To scoff and be rude when one customer orders a 2nd drink after we've been there over an hour? Will I be back? Probably yes! I've been stopping here for years. I'll chalk it up to someone was just having an off day.
Humming B — Google review
I want to say this place is amazing because of the view. I forgave them being understaffed. The bartender was doing her very best. I forgave the cold fish tacos. I figured with the staffing issues, they did the best they could. Even when I realized an ingredient or two were missing, I overlooked it. But then I was undercharged. Instead of charging me for the item I wasn’t charged for, my transaction was voided and rerun. Fine. But they both went through. The void didn’t happen. I called when I saw it pushed through and was told a manager would call me back. No one did. I called back the next day and was told that the credit card processor had poor customer service so I was better off calling my bank. Because I left a good tip, the amounts are very different, so the bank doesn’t see it as a double charge. And this place is telling me it’s too much work to try to fix this problem on their end. This is as scammy as I’ve ever seen a place run after a decade and a half in the service industry. The manager isn’t willing to even try to fix the issue, gave no apology, and told me they wouldn’t fix it “since the building was about to be knocked down.” Don’t let them steal your money while they’re closing down.
Anna H — Google review
Haven’t been to the restaurant but the bar has a beautiful view. Friendly local feeling. Stand beer and wine and had jalapeños poppers. Best I’ve ever had. Definitely would be back. Oh, the wait staff was on top of it. Constantly kept an eye on our table.

What a hidden gem if you’re not familiar with the area, this is definitely the best spot for a great bite to eat with a wonderful view! Yes it’s in the hotel which threw us off course for a second, but you don’t have to be a guest to visit. Food was bit salty, BUT, it was only noticeable because I hardly cook with salt myself. Calm chowder was delicious, and so was the halibut fish and chips. We also ordered the fettuccine with veggies and chicken, super yummy. My fav item was the bangin shrimp appetizer! So good. Amazing view. I’m sure they get super busy during sunset but worth going during anytime of the day! View photos were from the dining room.

We arrived to fine an empty dining hall as we were the first to arrive. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The food tasted really well and was cooked just like we asked. The view was wonderful as you're overlooking Fogarty Creek entering the ocean, basalt lava formations just off shore, and endless waves to the west.

Café C'est La Vie is a charming little café with limited seating but offers delightful food. The crepes, while tasty, have a more omelette-like texture than the usual delicate pancake consistency and are quite egg-heavy. It's worth noting that one patron experienced an unexpected allergic reaction to the crepes. Despite this, many visitors found the meals visually appealing and absolutely delicious. Families particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, with kids having their own space to relax.
Very pleasant breakfast experience. I had the strawberry crepe and my wife had a side salad and the yogurt with oats. Adorable decor and a pleasant feel to the space. The business owner was our server and she is very attentive and appropriate in her table approach. We will definitely be back to try some of the other items. All plates that came out of the kitchen looked amazing.

Fantastic! The crepes were delicious. We shared a sweet and also a savory crepe. So good! They have high quality coffee (Caffe Umbria). Service was excellent, everyone was friendly and cheerful. Lots of interesting items on display: art for sale, a small selection of vintage clothing, postcards, and more.

Cute little corner Cafe. They have a rack of old clothes for sale which is strange for a restaurant but the overall atmosphere is nice. The coffee was great and the crepes were also very good. I ordered the Cr~eme crepe which tasted great but had a little too much filling. It overpowered the flavor of the crepe itself and the berries. Service was quick and the server was very polite. Their prices are also reasonable for what you get. Would return.

Excellent food - all three of us ordered different foods and all were very very satisfied!!! Excellent coffee - I like to taste coffee with my mocha and this place nailed it (the best coffee since Winterpark, CO at Moon Frog). Ambiance was excellent and beautiful prints and ceramic to peruse and purchase - I wanted the painting but my wife got her ceramic cup 😀 Highly recommend 👌

This is a wonderful coffee shop and a wide selection of the best crepes on the coast. It is a favorite of my family and my guest was delighted. I love the smoked salmon crepe which was on the special the day we were there. Savory and the sweet crepes are all the best. Coffee is good too.

Wing Wa Taphouse is a popular spot at the Depoe Bay coast, known for its top-notch customer service and generous portions. The menu offers delicious options like egg flower soup, spring rolls, vegetable fried rice, and vegetable chow mein with pan-fried noodles. Spice enthusiasts will love their housemade garlic chili oil for an extra kick of flavor. While the downstairs area has closed, it remains a casual place to enjoy drinks and bites.
Took a weekend trip to Oregon from California. We were greeted so warmingly it was like we were instantly family. The food was amaizng, and the service was honestly the BEST ive had anywhere!!!!! We will be making a point to stop by Wing Wa when we are in Oregon

I was staying in Depot Bay for just one night. Had a great dinner at Gracie's Sea Hag Restaurant and asked the bartender there if there was an after hours place that the locals frequent. She told me Wing Wa. Especially on the weekends when they have karaoke, apparently it's the place to go... So of course, I had to go check it out. This is definitely the place that the locals end up... at least on the Saturday night that I was there. Sat down at the bar counter and I ordered a local craft beer and the sliced pork appetizer. Both were delicious 👍🏼 I stayed and spoke a bit with Mae, the co-owner who was bartending, as well as some other staff members and regular patrons that gave accolades to the business, the family, and what this place meant to them as a function of the Depoe Bay Community. So after hanging out for an extra hour in this restaurant/bar/karaoke bar business, I realized that Wing Wa Taphouse was very much appreciated by both the staff & patrons of this place. Bottom Line: 9.2 out of 10 for quality of food and fun atmosphere. Could use some improvements with beer selection perhaps and I thought the place could use an interior design change to make it more appealing & functional.

We visited on a Thursday evening and the customer service was top notch. We had the egg flower soup (some of the best we've ever had,) also the spring rolls, vegetable fried rice, and vegetable chow mein with pan fried noodles. If you like spice you'll definitely want to try their housemade garlic chili oil, it's packed with flavor! Portions are big, like family size, so you won't leave hungry. They kept our drinks topped off throughout our meal, were courteous, and overall take really good care of their customers. Next time we are visiting Depoe Bay we will be sure to stop in again. Thank you for a tasty dinner!

Tonight we dined at the Wing Wa Taphouse. I hadn't been there in years. I used to frequent this place years ago, almost nightly. I was so happy to be back, The food was fantastic. We had the fried shrimp (which was excellent). The fried rice, and BBQ pork, were all cooked to perfection. We stayed for Karaoke, it was a lot of locals, and so much fun. I saw old friends, and made quite a few new ones. The server Angela was delightful and attentive. I truly enjoyed being back there with a beautiful ocean view, great food and service. I was able to see Joe, the owner, who was the chef. Thank you May and Joe for keeping the Wig Wa top notch. I look forward to returning very soon! I'd rate this experience above 5 stars if I could!.

I don't know why all these people are saying negative about this place. Honestly I have to say that the food has been great . The servers have been lovely and the atmosphere is wonderful. I would come back here in a heartbeat, just so everybody knows. I don't like negative reviews and silly stuff like that.l if it is not factual. Asiatico Asian Kitchen offers a cozy and limited dining experience with a friendly owner who runs the place himself. The atmosphere is well-designed, calm, and clean, making it a great escape from tourist crowds. The menu features delicious sushi options like yellowtail, salmon, and tuna nigiri as well as other entrees such as chicken dumplings, prawn rice, and ramen with tempura squid.
My boyfriend and I had an amazing dinner at Asiatico. We booked a table at 7:15pm and were worried that the sushi may be no longer fresh due to it being very late, but it turned out extremely fresh as well as delicious! We both love the yellow tail, salmon, and tuna nigiri as well as the chicken dumplings and other starters that we had. We even ordered another round of nigiri because it was so good. The owner is very friendly and runs the place himself, so the dining experience is very limited but cozy. We highly recommend making a reservation and will be coming back here whenever we are in the area. Thanks for some of the best sushi we have had and a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience!

We popped in and avoided the crush of tourists. We were so glad we did. The atmosphere is well designed, calm and very clean (COVID sensitive). Seating is limited for now, only three tables. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. We had jasmine tea. A $3 pot easily serves two, maybe three. Menu choices are very good. If you are not a sushi lover there are several other entrees. We had the season rice w prawns and ramen with tempura squid. Flavors were terrific. The ponzu aioli is fabulous. So if you want fish and chips, you can get their take on it, otherwise if you need a change from heavy coastal food, this offers a refreshing change

Very pleased with the quality of the raw fish! We had the depoe roll, sashimi bento and spicy tuna bento - all of which was was good and reasonably priced for the quality and quantity; you got 3 chicken gyozas, miso salad, 2 vegetable gyozas, kimchi and seaweed along with the fish and rice. We also had the pork shumai which was one of the best I've had.

I'm so glad we happened to be staying in Depoe bay so we could stumble upon this gem. Wow, what a treat. We ordered many dishes and every single thing was soo good, fresh, and beautifully prepared. We had 4 types of dumpling and bao- everything was A+. Salad trio is a must. The pork Ramen and salmon kilawin were gorgeous. Then we scored the last flan, it came with a purple yam ice cream that was delightful- I want more of that ice cream. The flan texture was the only off thing on the whole night- it was not super silky, it was a bit grainy. But it's all good it was beautiful and that ice cream was divine. Too busy shoving our faces in everything, I only remembered to get a picture of dessert.

We were looking for a local yummy spot, and we found it! We loved it so much we came back the next day! The first time we came, we both ordered they're brick oven pizzas and let me just say, they were AMAZING! Full of robust flavor, the cheese was absolutely delicious, and the crust was cooked to scrumptious perfection! The next day we had the fish and chips (halibut) and it was my favorite by far. I'm a snob when it comes to my fish and chips and, MY LORD they nailed it! The chips were every bit as good as the fish. And lastly, the coctails were SOOOO good too! Will definitely be our Depoe Bay food stop. Great job guys!

And the carrot juice was really good and icy cold! We had the shrimp stuffed salmon and it was sooooo good. The service was great and friendly. This restaurant is well worth the little drive out from Lincoln City & just before Depot Bay. Everything is fresh made in house, including the soup.... OMG, the chowder & red pepper soup were to die for - definitely a must order. We went there for breakfast & lunch while on vacation. Each meal was delightful. The outside building might be a bit older but inside is beautiful with all the inviting white & blue color theme, comforting/romantic table candle, a pleasant place for families with kids, and for the adults the bar area in the back was clean & looked well stocked, and the reatrooms were clean. We loved everything about Fishing Rock Eatery - from the staff, food, and atmosphere... we will keep this on our 'must go to' list the next time we are in the area.

We decided to dine here only due to the live music. I ordered the potato skins which were tasteless. My husband had the disgusting 3 Oz dry bottled BBQ sauce chicken, which was paper thin,l(kid size) bland French fries, the stale broccoli was edible. The special was 27.00 and they did not have the macaroni and cheese. I can't believe they were out as nobody is in here. The service was very mediocre. There's not enough salt and pepper in the world to give it any flavor. We loved the music, thanks, Dylan. We are locals that will never return. I now know why as 30-year locals, we eat at the amazing Side Door in our area.

Fish & chips restaurant
Ice cream shop
Restaurant
The Sticks Restaurant offers exceptional fish and chips that are comparable to those found in Ireland. Their chowder is a delightful combination of creamy, sweet, and subtly spicy flavors, making it perfect for chilly days. The cod fish and chips are particularly impressive as they use local beer in the batter, resulting in a deliciously crispy exterior and tender interior.
Very pleasant restaurant. Jimmy and A.J. are just as welcoming as any hometown restaurant can be. We ordered the clam chowder and cod fish and chip. Both are amazing. The cod is super fresh and the chowder is creamy with great savory flavors . I highly recommend this eatery as it is the absolute best. The prices are very reasonable too.

Very nice little Fish and Chips place. Known for their spiral potato on a stick. Chowder was very good, nice smoothy smoky flavor and tons of meat. Some seating inside and out. Glad it did not smell like grease, as most Fish and Chip places do.

A fish and chips place that is dialed in on taste and keeps their restaurant clean and inviting! Perfectly prepared beer battered (fresh caught) lingcod for the win!! My family also enjoyed the potato tornado. Think potato chips on a stick.

Came across this hole in the wall place on FB feed. Decided to try it out with the family . We got over there at opening time and ordered and sat inside this lil place. The person at the front part was absolutely amazing 👏. I told him it was our first time and he genuinely guided us through. I ordered the Cod po boy sandwich and the wife ordered salmon and last both kids had chicken strip n frys .there food was absolutely amazing and hands down best so far in depo bay. THE FOOD PORTION WAS HUGE lots of food for a small price.

Cute shop with comfy booths and solid but consolidated menu with just enough variety! The shrimp and chips were fantastic with the shrimp being delicate and not too greasy. Ketchup pump really adds great points- order at the front and quick service delivered to your table. Grab a cone of Tillamook on your way out and you have the perfect beach lunch stop.

chowder is amazing. smoked yummy flavor. fish n chips were made fresh. the potato tornado was cool looking but tastes like potato chips. not my fav. the wall decor was cool but not much it terms of atmosphere.

Delicious beer battered fish and chips. I had the salmon. Nice to see variety in the selection of chips. Happy Service!!! I would definitely check out this place. The ice cream was a winner too. Although, I didn't try, there were plenty of people in line and commenting on it's deliciousness.

This place was highly recommended to us, so we drove out from Portland to give it a shot. The Sticks did not disappoint! The portions were generous, and the fries were so good that I kept eating them long after I'd gotten full. We had the ling cod and salmon fish and chips and both were great. Everyone there was friendly, and the food was ready really quickly. We're looking forward to coming back!

Sushi restaurant
Korean restaurant
Sake Sushi & K-Food is a hidden gem that truly stands out along the coast, especially when you're tired of the usual clam chowder and fried seafood. This restaurant offers generous portions of fresh, flavorful dishes that highlight Korean cuisine. Diners rave about their crispy fried chicken and delicious Kalbi, complemented by delightful sides like Jap-Chae noodles. The staff is known for their warm hospitality, making every visit enjoyable.
Yeah, don't pay attention to that 1x star guy. Food everywhere is expensive. They give you big portions here, so like whatever, 1x star dude. This place is great. ESPECIALLY for the coast. The food on the coast is all the same. Clam chowder (why can't we switch things up and have a Manhattan Chowder people?!!?) and fried seafood. Everything here is fresh. And the Korean tastes are spot on. They are relatively new so the food took a minute so it's not fast food for sure. But it's definitely worth the wait. This is our new spot for Asian food. The best up to Lincoln City, down to Florence. Must stop by if you are in the neighborhood!

I love this restaurant. This is my second time going. The Kalbi was delicious, perfectly cooked with delightful sides. We also got the Jap-Chae noodles which were also great. The waiters are both super nice, and were patient with my picky nephew.

The food was great! But the service was even better. At the end of our meal they came up to our table and gave us free bubble tea I feel like more people need to be eating at this awesome little spot
Psynthetik L — Google review
Don't listen to that 1 star review. He is so wrong. I've eaten up an down the coast for 10 years and this is easily the best restaurant around. Best fried chicken on the coast, healthy food, service is above and beyond. Even the sushi is good and fairly priced on it all.
Cooper ( — Google review
Fried chicken was hot, delicious, crispy. Tuna poke was fresh, accompanied by daikon, small amount green salad, seafood oancake was full of shrimp and calamari. Everything was great. Staff was so nice, miso soup on the house! Would definitely go back!!

Do not let the outside fool you. I almost didn't go in because there are no windows and i couldn't tell if they were open. The food was awesome and lots of it. The guys working were friendly and has my to go order ready in 10 minutes.
