The Chop House is very warm and inviting. There was a fireplace and gas lit lamps on the wall. The menu was packed with delicious-spinding dishes and mouth-watering sides. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. The waitress refilled our drinks without having to be asked. She also checked in with us a number of times. The complimentary bread and butter board was awesome. The bread was warm and fresh out of the oven. The butter was a nice whipped consistency and easy to spread. I ordered the Aged NY Strip with Loaded Baked Potato and Caesar Salad. The steak was probably the best steak I have ever had. It was perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked ,and had a great amount of char. I also asked for Onions and Mushrooms on my steak. The onions were caramelized nicely and the mushrooms had a strong burgundy flavor. The baked potato was tasty and not overly salted. My wife ordered the Sirloin with a House Salad and Loaded Baked Potato. My youngest ordered the Filet Mignon with Devilled Eggs and Tomato Dill soup. She said the filet was out of this world. Her soup was “very good” and the devilled eggs were amazing! My oldest ordered the Seafood Fettuccini Alfredo. The fettuccini was perhaps the lowlight of the evening. My daughter said there was very little actual seafood on her pasta and the sauce was average and a bit heavy. Overall, we really enjoyed this restaurant and will be sure to stop by again when we're in the area.

Service was excellent. Jason was our server. He refilled our beverages without us requesting and made sure our experience was excellent. The appetizer, soup and side were all flavorful and tasty. My medallions were over cooked but the staff went above and beyond to correct it.

Chop House in Kodak, TN has good take service, the kitchen is inconsistent in their steak cooks frequently. If you order medium, the majority of the time it’s medium rare or almost well done. For the amount of money you pay for a meal, you should get consistency every time. We are local and try to support local. Other food was good, just can’t cook steaks correctly, including our last three visits with different steaks. $100 meal should be on point every time. You can get better filets and steaks locally at the Taste of Dandridge or Texas Roadhouse.

The price heavily outweighs the quality. May not be every time, but it definitely was this time. The wife ordered medallions medium, half we're medium and half were well done. My sirloin as well was decent at best. In my opinion it was no better than any average steak house that serves at half the cost.

Great atmosphere and staff, our server made sure we were satisfied. We have no complaints.. Onion rings!! Great! Everything was good!!Just passing through but will be passing through and stopping here again!!!

Absolutely fantastic food. Prime rib was excellent. Drinks were fantastic. Awesome menu. Service was great. Literally one of the best steakhouses ever.

Visited on a blustery rainy day, arriving at 1:30 on Sunday, 10/19/25. The hostess greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome. We had a party of 12 and didn't make advance reservations. The reason we opted not to make online reservations is because their stated policy is to change $15 per person for changes made within two days of arrival. The hostess indicated it was only applicable for parties over 16, but I didn't see that clarification online Regardless, the Chop house team went into action to create a place to accomadate our group, only taking a about 35 minutes. Our server was awesome - very cordial, responsive and efficient. The food gets mixed reviews. The thick cut pork chop was very dry but the seafood pasta was excellent. The lunch hamburger was reported as delicious as was the baked schrod. Howwever, the lunch crab cake/shrimp and grilled chicken salad were reported as "meh!" (Pieces of fat/skin on the chicken). Overall, the service was excellent, but the food did not meet the high standards we have found at other Chop House locations. The group agreed we would most likely not venture back to this location.

I have been to this Checkers more than once. The other visits were long ago so I have a new and fresh opinion. If you're wanting quick service and a sit in eatery, DO NOT COME HERE. I rolled in about 11am. Didn't get anyone to the drive through until 11:15 sitting there for a long time. FINALLY got my food about 11:30. The entire interior of the store was closed despite there being plenty of staff (I counted five). What has brought this rating up and is the reason I ultimately recommend it, the food was FANTASTIC. TOTALLY worth the wait. My chicken tenders were fiery hot and still hot 30 minutes departed from the store. Juicy and fantastic. Overall, this place has been VERY good food wise but lackluster service wise in my visits. Be advised...

Food was cold…I was so excited to try Checkers/ Rallys again since we dont have it where Im from. I was so disappointed when it came out cold, dry and somehow the bread was mushy….I don’t think I will ever go back to any Checkers or Rallys again.

Service was fine. Only issue I had was the ice cold BBQ sauce on the BBQ bacon buford sandwich that made the entire burger cold and the top bun that was falling apart at the seams. Fries good as always, that was the only saving grace for almost 12 dollars spent.

TRAVELING FROM PHILLY TO TEXAS AND DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY SINCE WE HAD A RALLYS BACK IN TX..Horrible food..BURGERS were COLD. cheese not even melted was told it was fresh off the grill.fries we ask for well done. OLD SHORT Lady said "no problem we drop them fresh". There were COLDER THEN THE BURGERS. NEVER COMING BACK.

First time trying and we had higher expectations… Dining room was closed- went through the drive-thru. Workers were super nice. But the fries were entirely too greasy, gross. and smelt bad. As I used to work in the food industry. The oil really needs to be changed. The burger we ordered was also cold. We threw away our food at the gas station next door :(

BEST Checkers and BEST customer service! We drove up with our four kids and Rachel took our order with so much patience and grace. The gentleman who gave us our food was also super kind. Food was hot and delicious! Definitely will be back!

Awful is an understatement for this place. Me and my wife decided to stop by and try it out. When we pulled up, the manager and her bf or whoever were outside in the parking lot doing whatever. She went inside and took our order. The food took awhile to get.. which is understandable. What isn't okay is the fact that our order was completely wrong. Not only that, my wife's burger was stone cold, and half my burger was also still frozen. Very dissapointed.

Sandwich was kinda gross and incorrect wouldn't come back if they offered a free refund

I ordered on the app and ordered curb side pickup. I got there and checked in like it says on the app. Well I sat there at least 10 minutes so I called the place and they just hung up. After 3 times of this, I went inside. They had placed my sandwich where they place orders for pick up. My order was supposed to be brought to me. It highly upset me. This isn't the first time I've been very unsatisfied with their curb side pick up. This time I decided to let people know they're curbside pick up stinks!!!!

TERRIBLE!!! Pregnant customer who cannot eat cold sandwiches. I put in the special instructions - HEATED AND TOASTED to ensure the sandwich was hot. When I got my sandwich the bread was soggy, not toasted at all, not heated nothing. Not a single instruction was followed!!! Called and they offered absolutely no solution. Waste of $40 on sandwiches!!

It’s really a hit or miss place to eat. Sometimes it’s all wrong sometimes its all right. Normally pick up an order from here about 2 times per week and this time just wasn’t it for me. Ordered a salad and they didn’t bother crushing it up just threw the pieces in there. Yes I could do it at home, but as a customer I would appreciate if it was already pre cut. Anyways most of the other times it’s good food, they just need better training and higher quality standards.

We had an awesome waitress who took care of us the entire time. The service was quick. The food was really good. My dad didn’t recommend the hashbrowns. Pancakes were good. You can ask to add things into them, such as blueberries.

My experience at Flapjack’s Pancake Cabin was cool, and Shone was extremely sweet and attentive throughout our visit. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy, cabin-like atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Shone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—checking in on us just enough without being overbearing. The food came out fresh and hot, and the pancakes were exactly what you’d expect from a place known for them—fluffy, golden, and full of flavor. The syrup was warm and rich, and the sides were just as satisfying. The overall vibe was relaxed, and it felt like the perfect spot for a laid-back breakfast or brunch. All in all, the service from Shone really stood out and added a personal touch that made the experience even better. I’d definitely come back again.

Shopped on our way home to Nashville! Wow what a great place. And as a manager in the hospitality industry in Nashville, our server David was amazing and definitely knows the hospitality showmanship to traveling guests! The food was outstanding as well… will definitely make this stop on the next trip!

A group of 8 of us came for breakfast on a Sunday morning- this location was busy but accommodating for our large group. The food was amazing!! I got The Flapjacker with an over easy egg. My husband got The Walkers Cabin Skillet. Highly recommended both of those! The portions are very good for the price you pay. It’s very filling and delicious. Our waitress was very kind and did such a great job handling our large group.

Pretty solid place to get breakfast. I got the banana and pecan pancakes with a side of sausage patties. Bananas were cooked inside and placed on top of the pancakes pretty good flavor and texture same for the sausage. My husband got the meatlovers omelet which was pretty standard had to add a little salt and pepper, came with a side of pancakes which were nice and fluffy. Service was good restaurant was clean, would recommend.

Atmosphere is great! Server was great! The food is typical tourist trap food! We were very disappointed in the quality and would’ve preferred McDonald’s to be honest. I won’t come again and if you go just understand it’s tourist food. Blah!

Best pizza in Sevier county! We are locals & have tried several pizza spots but now that we've tried Geno's, the search for great pizza is over. Delicious, hot and fresh pizza. We also ordered garlic knots which were seasoned to perfection and swimming in delicious garlic butter. Ordered some house-made ranch to dip my pizza in and it was great as well. Staff was friendly & accommodating, and service was quick. Will definitely be back 😊

John hooked us up with the "best pizza in the world". My son loved their pepperoni pan pizza and I got their spinach calzone. Great crust. Tasty sauce. Good stringy cheese pulls. Pretty damn decent for a hole in the wall. (Small dine in. Maybe 3 tables. Wish they had space for a few more tables)

First time eating here. The pizza was great, and the Garlic Knots are the best I ever had. The service was upbeat and punctual. The owner came out and talked to us, making that small businesses feel even better. Everyone should definitely try this place. Love, love, love it.

We found this pizza spot on our hotel key card and took a chance. It came kind of luke warm but it was good. The cheese was really good and tasted real. We got the thin NY style and liked it. Was pretty expensive for delivery but worth it.

We had an excellent brunch at the Cracker Barrel. Our server, Lexi, did a fantastic job of taking care of us. She had a very uplifting and happy disposition. Our food was delicious! The trout, with hash brown casserole and baked apples, was perfect. The french toast with strawberries, bacon, and two eggs overlight, was also so good.

Our Server was excellent his name was Isaac he helped guide my Wife and I through the menu and we throughly enjoyed our meal. Food was fresh and we loved the cornbread and biscuits too. We had the 3 chicken combo and some sweet tea with a side of Cole slaw and mashed potatoes. Great meal and great service at and affordable price. Highly recommend to all!!

Another win for Cracker barrel! The food was amazing our server that we had was on top of things she never left our drinks on empty and she checked back on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The store front is always fun to walk around and do some.shopping as well. I recommend the chicken dinner and coleslaw they were delicious!!

Yummy breakfast!!! I had the steak & egg hash brown casserole with 1 pecan pancake! Their pancakes are my favorite! They're not real thick & the pecans give them a nice crunch & crisp & the delicious syrup makes them the perfect pancakes!! The casserole was so cheesy! My eggs had the perfect amount of runny yolk that I like & the green onions & tomatoes gives it a nice freshness! My only complaint is the steak was overcooked & unseasoned.

Was having a good time till, order scrambled eggs and recieve dry omelet. Strangest thing. We were told that's how they cook scrambled eggs. Fortunately our waitress went back and showed the cooks how to make them. Crazy. Every thing else was ok

Cracker Barrel gets my vote as the most consistent in delivering palatable meals, location by location (along our interstate highways). The service is highly consistent too. Much appreciated, that. We live local and have tried it 3x since it has changed names. It is just not good anymore. I have tried the meatball sub and they were so tough and dry I could not eat it. My kids will eat the cheese pizza but the crust is tough and nothing taste fresh. This last time we tried the boneless wings and they were nuggets with some sauce drizzled on them. The price went way up after the name change and the food just does not match the price. Too many other options close by! Delivery was fast .

Placed an order online, food was ready by the time we got there (10 min). Everything was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Originally ordered onion on our pizza, and as soon as the order was submitted, they called to say they were so sorry, but they were out of onion. Even offered to give us a refund. Great customer service and quick response time. Highly recommend, we will be back next time in the area.

We ordered a large Supreme pizza and a cheese sticks. The dough was old and flat and didn't taste good. We was really hoping for a good pizza but it wasn't! I worked at pizza place plus back from other owners...over 10 yr experience in pizza ..Couldn't eat cheese sticks! Would not recommend. Would add a pic if able.

Hands down the BEST pizza place I've EVER had while out of town on vacay!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. My husband ordered the cheeseburger pizza. I ordered the vegetarian specialty log. It was delivered in about 20 minutes, piping hot, which was great. The flavor was ridiculously good. There's no way you could go wrong ordering from here. I'm sad there isn't one by where we live.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a cheese stick,my son ate every single cheese stick and said they were the best he ever had! The pizzas were very good,can definitely tell that the dough was not frozen, but made fresh! We will definitely be ordering again and often!

We stopped by for a quick lunch. The dinning room was closed, placed an order large cheese, and small Hawaiian. It was really good, perfect crust and not drenched in sauce. The only thing my kids didn't like were the slices were small, otherwise really good Pizza.

Service was great. It's very cold when they put you by the door with people coming in and out. Drinks, not sure if they had alcohol. As a non- drinker, I didn't feel any buzz from the margarita. 😂 They were pretty though. 😊

From the outside it looks like a classic "Hole in the Wall" But inside it has very tasty food. From the homemade tortilla chips and salsa to the Chicken Fiesta Burrito it was a very tasty meal. The red sauce had a great flavor. The queso sauce was tasty without being overbearing and the salsa verde had a very nice surprise kick!

Two adults and our 5 year old visited for the first time. I’m a very picky eater, so I always get the shredded chicken nachos when we eat at Mexican restaurants, and they had the absolute best chicken! It was so good. My 5 year old also wanted me to let you know that his chicken nuggets were the best he’s ever had too. 😅

I eat at a lot of Mexican restaurants. Usually eat street tacos, sometimes on the menu sometimes you just have to ask for them. DON'S nailed them perfectly! I usually don't eat the salsa and chips they put on the table at other restaurants, but here at Don's we ate it all. From salsa, to cheese dip to the street tacos, it was PERFECT! You must come here. I read the reviews and still wasn't sure but I can promise you, I am so glad we came! This will be our stop from now on when we're in town. ****Came 6 months later when in town and Elizabeth was amazing! Still amazing food and perfect service! Thanks Elizabeth!!!***

Excellent food! While visiting the area for leaf peeking season, we found this restaurant tucked in a shopping complex in Kodak, TN. Steady business, and take out. Great service, and very kind staff. The fajitas were the best my husband said that he's ever had! And we have been all over the US. My ground beef quesadilla was delicious!! We will be back if in this area again. Highly recommended!

We are here from out of town and wanted a pizza. My wife called the number and asked if that was the Kodak Pizza Hut. The person on the phone said it was not. So I jumped in the car to check it out. I ordered a thin crust Super Supreme. It was ready in about 18 minutes. I looked at the phone number on my receipt, and it was the number my wife called. It helps to know where you work before you answer the phone. The pizza was very good. I would not have a problem with using this Pizza Hut again.

This is the best Pizza Hut. I’ve been to Pizza Hut across the nation in the last couple of years and this is superior to all others! It’s always cooked to perfection and absolutely amazing! I ordered extra of each topping amd actually got what I ordered. The wings always have a lot of sauce which is what I want.

I was doing Uber eats last night which was May 17, 2025. I had an order for this Pizza Hut. I received it at 12:50 AM. This establishment closed at 1 AM. I was 15 minutes away from there. I called them and told them that I had an order from somebody through Uber eats and asked if they could wait on me to get there and I would be there as fast as possible they said yes so I would like to say thank you to the manager TORI and the gentleman that is training to be a manager named dave thank you both for your awesome support and allowing me to receive my order and make my delivery after y’all was closed. I think these two people should have some type of gratitude shown their way because they displayed excellent customer service For me last night and went above and beyond in my eyes so thank you you too.

We called from next door while in food city and ordered 3 pizzas. When we pulled up in front of pizza hut my husband went inside to get our order and while me and my grand daughter sat in the car watching inside a worker, very heavy set woman, short in height and short dark haired female was in the back which you could see her thru the front store glass putting her hands in the pizza toppings and cramming it into her mouth and while chewing with a mouth full she walked up to the front to talk to my husband and was scratching her head. My daughter even watched her and commented about her putting her hands into the topping pans. I was sickened by watching that and my husband in there getting our 3 pizzas. This needs to be addressed.

Ordered a pizza, wings and cheese sticks from this location for delivery. Upon receiving the order and getting back to room, we realized we didn't get cheeseticks from the order, the pizza was missing a pineapple topping and it was not the style (pan) ordered. Called to store location to explain the situation and was told that the manager sent out a pineapple topped pizza for delivery and would reimburse for bread sticks with voucher. Never received the actual items ordered and was disputed on the phone about the wrong pizza received by the manager. They may have sent out the correct pizza, but we didn't receive it regardless. This location is under garbage management and if you can order elsewhere, save yourself the headache and get delivery from a place that can accurately run a delivery service.

It was good just didn't like what ordered like I thought and they always put to much sauce on there pizza.

Why is it every time I go in here, i feel like the last thing anyone wants is to help. Ear buds in while im trying to talk about my order. Rolling eyes... seriously? How old are we again... Had to repeat myself. No change for 100$ bill. You don't have a few 20s and 10s 5s at 6:30 PM... my order was over 20$... it was, pay with my card or not eat. That was completely unfair. I won't come back and I'll make sure my friends don't make this same mistake. Thinking they could enjoy themselves and grab a bite to eat at THIS subway.

Haven't been to Subway in months because of this location. Went tonight and it has gotten worse. The employees are more than happy to speak to each other in another language but show extreme irritation when taking orders. Nasty looks and one word answers to questions. This location consistently behaves like they are bothered by people coming in to spend money there. Disgusting to spend $40 for three people and be treated disrespectfully. I see now why Subway did away with their survey program...must not like the results.

I hate to leave a review like this but wow I felt like I was an inconvenience getting a sandwich. Very short and rude answers to our questions. She had very beautiful long hair that was not pulled back at all and went into my son's food while making it and was mad when I asked to have it remade. I'll drive further next time to get better service.

Son went in alone to order a sub after work(he is 16) and the worker basically refused to give him anything he asked for on his sandwich. Said he couldn't have it without cheese which is absolutely not accurate. What is someone can't have cheese?!? That's ridiculous. And he argued with him about everything he wanted on his sub basically. Not a very good experience or customer service at all. On another note (I know this isn't the stores fault) but the app is a joke and never works. How does this company expect people to use the app and earn rewards when it won't process a payment for a food order. Lots of kinks that need to be worked out in the stores and on the app. I miss the old subway.

I got my normal sandwich! My husband asked the person to make him what they would make theirselves! She gladly accepted and made a delicious sub! Super friendly!

I walked in and waited a few minutes, the girl came out texting on her phone with her buds in, taking her sweet time. After she finally put her phone down, she looked at me and didn't say a word. I said, I have a few sandwiches, then said, the first is a 12 inch Philly with American cheese and Chipotle sauce. She still hasn't said a word to me by this point. She makes most of the sandwich and then goes and stands by the register. I then say, I have 3 more things I need. She slow walks back over to me and places three papers down, looks up and finally speak mumbling something. I said what, she asked, what sizes. I said, (1) 6 inch and a cheese pizza and I'm longer getting anything for myself. After I tell her what i want on the 2nd sandwich, she makes it and then goes to ring it up, still hasn't said anything but, "what sizes". I tell her I want to make 1 a meal so I can get a drink, she rolled her eyes at me and then changed the price on the order. The guy was nice and of it was a cheese pizza and he makes it. A friend walks in and he said he wanted a quick sandwich, I said, "good luck". And then I left. I was pulling out and he was getting back in his car leaving with no sandwich. I backed up and asked him what happened, he said, "bro, she ripped my sandwich with her hands and was going to give me a 4 inch instead of a 6 inch. I just said nevermind and left".. lol. There are plenty of these reviews about this same person. I felt bad for the owner that this employee is so absolutely terrible, but if he doesn't know by now, he's blind. If he knows about it and doesn't care, neither do I. I'll never go to this subway again.

Service is very rude. Act like they won't want to serve you or speak to you. Have ear buds in both ears. Couldn't be bothered to do their job.

Do not get the pork sandwich. It was 3/4’s fat The coleslaw was sour, as in it had gone bad Steak fries where not fully cooked through.

We sat at the bar so we could semi see the game. The one waitress/ bartender didn’t help at all she would just look at us. About 7 minutes later another waitress came out from the back and took our order. After waiting for about 20 minutes for our food she seen that our order was erased or she didn’t put it in at all. There was maybe 10 people in there. I hate to be so negative but the 3 people we encountered seem to not know what was happening around them. We were very disappointed.

you get 1 star because there are no zero's...our server was a young boy who was obviously new and was doing his best but had no help. ordered 2 appetizers and 4 beers for the 4 of us...appetizers came out before the drinks and then then our entrees came out before the beers too so we're sitting there with other servers walking by and we finally flagged down our server who brought the beers. the boneless wings were the worse i've ever had. dry and we had to beg for ranch dressing. 2 stale celery sticks and 1 carrot stick. the highlight of my burger was the side of potato salad that came with it. the fried pickles weren't very good either. to make it worse there were only 5 tables with guests and a few people at the bar. 5 tv's and all had fuzzy pix due to weak signal according to server so you can't even watch a game at a sports bar?? i asked the server what bourbon they served and he claimed ignorance which is sad because i found out they don't even serve liquor. i did tip the kid 20 on a hundred dollar tab but i must say this is the worst bar food i've ever had and will NEVER go back. i expect to pay a premium at a bar in a stadium but really i would give this place a minus 1 if i could.

Food was sub par, fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil, burger was...... Well ... I'll pass on it next time

Food is okay for a ballpark. Service is hit or miss. Be prepared to always wait for food. They are never in a hurry.

I ordered through my mobile app for pick up in drive thru. Got home. Wrong order. Go back to get the correct order. Get a bag and head out. And they gave me a chicken bowl instead of my quesadilla. Go back inside. Get home and I have all my food but none of my modifications were done so my tacos had lettuce, the avocado ranch that I paid extra for was not added, and what should have been a 10 minute food run turned into an hour food run.

They missed half my order, spoke to manager name “bri” went back next day as explained they said nope u have to waiting till she’s on Monday night principals n honesty will go long way!

Don't drive away without checking your food, This is the third time I've purchased something from this store. Once drive-through twice dining in & or takeout, and its dried up meat, old tortillas and The Dorito Locos taco shell was stale and broken before I opened the bag. I recommend any of the restaurants in Kodak area except this Taco Bell.

I was literally dining in and was given my food as I was placing a to-go order. I had to ask for a tray. Then I also had to ask for my cup that went with my meal. Totally disrespectful unprofessional. If you are short staff y'all still should keep it professional and show hospitality.

This crew did an AMAZING job! Came a little before close and had a very intricate order! They handled it without a problem! Quickly and beyond nice! Richard had a great attitude and made us feel welcome! Thank you!

Terrible service today. I had a burrito with rice in it and my rice was completely hard, very unpleasant to eat. The first picture is a bean burrito (looks like beef though). Second picture is a potato taco which has about 5 hard potatoes. I took the food back after eating the first burrito and showed them my food. The guy at the window didn’t even know what kind of burrito that was and I told him it was a bean burrito, he hands me another burrito which is the last picture and it looks like the first. All I’m saying is that if you wouldn’t eat the food that looks like this then why would you serve it to others. Someone needs to do their job better.

we saw some of the cakes B made and we just had to get them. by far the coolest cakes we’ve seen! and love the attention to detail! (we bought the courage and the meowth)

I just had another AMAZING experience at the Food City in Kodak. Joe and Zach greeted me at the deli. I was there to purchase dinner. They made recommendations on what they thought I might like. They did this with a smile and with patience - not even letting me know that it was 7pm and technically they were closed. They were spot on, as the meals were delicious! At checkout, there was a price discrepancy. No worries! Debra and Billy were there to assist immediately and both made suggestions to prevent any issues in the future. The Kodak Food City always accommodates me. I shop there regularly.

My go-to grocery store. I can find just about everything I want at Food City. Friendly helpful personnel and prices are great. We like shopping their pick 5 items for $20. It saves. Their floral area is always fresh and has a great selection of plants. Fresh deli area have really good choice of food. Salad and soup bar is another favorite of mine. Many times, stop by pick up Salad to take home. #1 store for me

Possibly the worst food city experience EVER, aisles are blocked up, can’t navigate to get what you need and workers seem to get upset when you move the “stock” that’s sitting on the floor over to the side to get to what you need. So terrible do better food city.

So i made a gmail account just to make this but theres this boy at food city Nathaniel Turner he has long hair has some cute curls in it ive been watching him work and he does his job super well like i wish my son would work like he does. Nathaniel gets so many carts and hes so friendly i ask him if i can have a small cart and he will stop whatever he is doing even if hes pushing 13 of the big carts just to bring me one tiny cart and now for the past 3 months everytime he sees me he brings over a small cart without me even asking and he always asks if i want help loading my car after im done shopping i hope he is doing well i hope his managers see this for he is the only reason why im still shopping here🥰

This place is really nice it has a good selection of a lot of different stuff. There is a sit down place where you can hook up some food and enjoy lunch today. The submarine sandwiches are really huge. I didn't have a card but one of the ladies that work there was kind enough to let me use hers to get my $10 off discount at checkout.

Went to food city for dinner. 2 meals for 12.00. Stood in line at the hot bar for 15 minutes got my 2 meals and conveniently was not told the meals come with drinks. Went to check out and the cashier tells me you must get the drinks in order to get discount. Instead of helping me she wants me to go get back in line at the hotbar. I just walked out. Nobody there ever wants to help you they are all so lazy.

I had a really disappointing experience at Dunkin’. The food was either too cold, burnt, or served with stale bread. The cream cheese portions were extremely small—basically nothing—and to make it worse, the workers were rude when I pointed it out. I didn’t even get any cream cheese on one of my bagels, and they didn’t fix it. Definitely not the kind of service or quality you expect.

I ordered a plain bagel cream cheese spread and not toasted. I got a bagel covered in sesame seeds and I ordered on the mobile app! How could you mess up that bad?! Terrible and would not recommend.

We came through the drive thru like e do everyday. I decided to try something different which was the frozen coffee. I don’t have the best vision so when it comes to reading the order board it can an extreme struggle. I ask what flavors they have for the frozen. Coffee and the gentleman was so nice to start reading them off. When he got to the 3rd flavor a women came over cutting him off while still talking telling me to look at the board and read it… where the Customer Service anymore?

Had our first breakfast deal here at our new local Dunkin Donuts. Downloaded the app and followed instructions for order. No one working acknowledged our presence in the restaurant. Food was pathetic at best. Breakfast sandwich had weird looking egg thing with cheese and what resembled 2, 1/2 pieces of bacon. Sandwich was cold and no flavor. 5 dinky hashbrowns pieces were wet and cold. Coffee gets them 1 star (you must ask for sugar and creamer). No pictures due to being disgusted. I have deleted the app from my phone and will not be back. Good luck Duncan donuts. 1 sandwich here is $5.99. Down the road Burger King has 2 sandwiches for $5.00. HELLO!!

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been in.I went Saturday. They had 7 people behind the counter. They made us use a kiosk. They would not help us at the register. They were all focused on drive-through and doing their own thing.. Manager was very rude.

Ordered a large hot coffee , received a medium. Ordered a mint chocolate chip latte, received the worst chunkiest, grossest coffee ever. It was like someone ate a donut and spit it out into this drink.

After repeating my order 4 times they still managed to get it wrong. It's ok. I will still continue to go. Love there coffee and prices
