A group of us (8) decided to stop here one morning for breakfast. The service and the food was absolutely amazing. Right on the river. The blueberry pecan pancakes and bacon was probably some of the best I’ve ever had. Wish we were in town for another couple of days so we could have eaten there every day. Our server was so kind, friendly, and very attentive. Food came out super quick. Must try when you’re in town…. Now that I think about it, I might move here just to eat at Peter’s every day.

This was a fantastic experience. Food, atmosphere, and service were all incredible. I sat at the bar solo so I was seated quickly; if you come in a group get here early, it was packed! Loved my "Huevos Enriques" and the blueberry pancakes were from heaven. Solid coffee too. Definitely worth it!

Such a wonderful experience, at our first visit to Peter’s. Although we experience Cherokee frequent times a year, we had never enjoyed a meal from here. We had such a wonderful time, from the minute my son saw the autumn pumpkins, to our interaction with the hostess, service from the waitress, and of course the quality of the kitchen staff. We truly enjoyed our late breakfast. The food was out quickly after ordering. The staff was kind. Would definitely come back again during our next trip to Cherokee.

Eating here was such a treat coming back to Atlanta from Gatlinburg. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious! We had eggs, biscuits, grits, French toast, and beef hash. Food was served quickly, and we had a great time sitting at the counter watching the cooks do their magic. They were busy even on a Friday morning so I can imagine the weekends are packed so plan accordingly. We will definitely be back here when we are in the area. Or maybe we will just have to detour even if it’s not on our way!

Went on Saturday morning. It was busy. Had to search a bit for parking but it wasn’t too bad. Initially said 20 min wait but we got seated prob around 10m later. Service was great people were so friendly. Food was wonderful. We got blueberry pancakes and eggs potatoes bacon between the two of us and shared. Definitely a place to go! We even bought a cup.

Peter’s Pancakes & Waffle House Vibes 🥞☕️🍳 We’ve driven past this place a few years ago🚗 and I was tickled when I said, “Peter’s Pancakes!” 😂 No idea why it cracked me up, but it stuck. This time, we finally pulled in—and I’m so glad we did 🙌 It’s got that old-school Waffle House feel—nothing fancy, just cozy and familiar. The coffee was hot and strong ☕️, and the food? Delicious. I had the blueberry pancakes 🫐🥞 with country ham 🍖. The ham was perfectly salty—just what I needed to balance the sweet maple syrup 🍁. The potatoes 🥔 were cooked just how I like them 🔥. My husband? Total opposite—he wants his extra crunchy, almost burnt 😆🔥 He ordered the biscuits and gravy 🍽️. He really liked it but he particularly loved the biscuits. In fact he like them so much he got a second helping of biscuits 🧈 And of course, he added extra crispy bacon 🥓 Our friend Ed was digging into a loaded breakfast bowl 🥣, and his girlfriend Elle, pictured here, had a full-on feast: two eggs 🍳, corned beef hash 🥩, and pancakes 🥞. Serious breakfast goals. We left full, happy, and still quoting “Peter’s Pancakes” on the way out 🚘💬

This place wins best pancakes in the world. Every bite I said “mmmm these are delicious”. I had pecan pancakes with bacon the hubs had plain pancakes with tons of butter. They were amazing! Bacon was perfectly cooked. The hubs said the coffee was good. Service was very good. Especially appreciated the hostess - she was sweet as could be.

This review is for my most recent visit to the location in Cherokee, N.C. I absolutely love the new additions to the menu. The butternut squash is savory and sweet and totally different from anything else they have. And the from scratch carrot cake, well, just look at the picture. Gordy....thank you for the introduction. I am extremely impressed with the carrot cake and the attention to detail. Jessica, thank you for the wonderful service as always and making sure all of my particulars are taken care of. Josh...thank you for making me feel valued as a customer. I can't wait to dine with you again.

Julio was the best! Great customer service and attention to detail. Drinks were good! Steak came out wrong had to be sent back , I felt like the manager girl didn’t care she was not wanting to deal with it, but he insisted. We’re not tourist we live here we frequent that location several times a year. .

I had such a great Happy 45th Birthday here. My meal was delicious, including my drink. Brooke waited on me and had a great attitude and was very friendly and polite!

My son and I chose here for my birthday dinner and we were not disappointed. We had made reservations and were taken almost right away. We both started out with French Onion Soup, which we both said that it was the best we had ever had. The broth was fabulous and the bread and cheese made the soup. The bread and butter was also warm and tasted delicious. We both got the filet mignon I got the 4oz with grilled shrimp (which my son ate the shrimp and he loved them) and my son got the 11oz filet we both got them medium and they were cooked perfectly. I got a side of garlic mash which were a little cold, but I did not say anything because everything else was so good. My son got a side of fries and mac and cheese which he loved them both. I got the cheesecake that came with the dinner and it was wonderful. Our server was attentive and had a great personality, I wish I could remember her name. Overall we had a wonderful dinner and it made my birthday!

Great food and excellent service. We had little room for dessert as portions were well prepared and filling. Great place to go for those special occasions.

The hostesses was un attentive , she stand there talk to her co-worker for a good 5 minutes before she realize we was in front of her, and told is be a few minutes and continue talking to her co-worker for another 5 minutes, before she seat us down . The restaurant was half empty, but the wait was over 1 hour ?????? The food was OK , it’s a little in the salty side .

We went twice during our stay at Harrah's. Caitlyn was the best server. My lobster tails were superb. My husband lamb chops were a little under done but too often when we order them medium well they are overcooked. The second night our server was also on point. He was attentive and they both made my birthday special. We will be back soon.

Our experience at Brio made up for a bad experience at a different restaurant the other night. We were beyond happy with every aspect of our dinning experience at Brio. We had made a reservation and glad we did there were many people trying to get a table. The homemade fresh bread and butter was beyond good we had seconds because it was perfect to sop up the sauce in our pasta! My son got the chicken, spinach Alfredo and I got the pasta ala vodka which was a little spicy but so good. We both loved our food you can tell the pasta is made there and our server David was so attentive and great with all our requests. I love tirimisu so I got that for dessert and my son got the brownie sundae not realizing it was enough for 4 people to eat! I came out in a giant martini glass and was full of vanilla gelato and chocolate sauce and brownie bite size pieces. It was huge! We had such a great meal and experience. We will be back to this location or another location. Thank you for a fabulous meal.

Very good spot. Food was excellent. The service and atmosphere was very good as well. You won't be disappointed with the quality of the food or the amount you'll get. You'll be taking some home. We'll be back for sure. Enjoy!!

Pretty big location with friendly staff. But the food is disgusting. We sat right by the kitchen, on a busy Friday evening. Our pasta was like warm. It's five steps from kitchen. So, they didn't care enough to heat. CONCERNING. I wouldn't eat there again.

Had a good experience. Planned to eat for daughter’s 4th bday. She loved her spaghetti and she got a bday surprise ice cream. Tasty food!!!

Normally I love this place, however when the manager tells our great waitress he's to busy to come to our table when the steaks were so over seasoned and the green beans looked as if they sat there since Saturday is inexcusable. Joseph sir you failed. I got suck heartburn it was sickening. I guess I'll just stick to the real steakhouse downstairs. You should take yourself down to Ruth Chris and learn some management skills. I will say our waitress was exceptional If you want lumpy mashed potatoes dried out green beans and a way over sealed steak...... Brioche is for you. Only good thing was the flatbread pizza

The sanitation score of 93.5 should’ve been an immediate red flag, but we gave it a chance anyway. We waited 10 minutes at noon on a Thursday for anyone to even come to the host stand to seat us. Restaraunt had maybe 3 tables taken up at the time. The bread was hard, the butter cold and un-spreadable. Alyssa, our server, was attentive for the most part but definitely hated her job and didn’t want to be there. The calamari was lukewarm and dry. The sauce it came with was overwhelmingly lemon-y and they don’t put it in a ramekin so it’s kinda just plopped on the side of the plate making the calamari soggy too. Ordered a chopped salad and the lettuce was old and not crisp. Told our waitress, Alyssa, and she said “I watched the chef make it fresh”. Like okay but just because he assembled it just now doesn’t make the ingredients fresh. The lettuce was one day away from being rotten. It was soggy and gross. You can tell this irritated her for some reason—like anyone wants to pay $10 for a soggy salad 🙄 main dishes came out…chicken spinach Alfredo was non-impressive but not bad. Portion was a little small compared to similar restaurants (OG) and about double the price. Shrimp risotto had a weird beef flavor that was really strong but the portion was quite large. Over-all, will not be dining here again. You are better off at Gordon ramsays burger bar where the honey jalapeño aioli is spectacular!

I cant say enough about this place. The waiter was training but it was so cool watching them work together and they would come and check on us and you could hear him singing! But the food was awesome!

The quarters here are tight which is why I have 4 stars for atmosphere-you will literally rub elbows with other people because the space is small and the crowds are big! We came at 1:20pm on a Friday-had a ten minute wait which was quicker than expected since the line was out the door! It’s $13.95/Per person but a drink is not included-it’s $3.95 a drink which I found totally excessive and gouging! Water is free. The salad bar was good-not great-canned mushroom instead of fresh was disappointing-the lettuce mix was weird too but lots of options! The buffet has limited options-it’s not huge. This is not Golden Corral! But what they do serve is delicious. I’ve grown up in the south so at 56, I do have a taste for true southern food. The green beans are perfect, as is the fried chicken and the simple chicken gravy over rice-mmmmm-made me wanna slap my momma! It’s a great value except for the drinks-those should be $2.50 max! It’s off the beaten path but totally worth the deviation! I don’t recommend if you’re a true vegetarian because veggies had meat for seasoning. But we were thrilled to have a hot lunch that was made with Whole Foods for less than $30!

My server was a very pleasant lady named Mary Ann with 20 years of service here @ Granny's‼️ Ms. Ann then introduced me to the Owner Mr. Ray Williams whom has been in business for over 41 years ... since 1984 Mr. Williams added! Yikes‼️😊 (That's A Long Time!) First time patronizing this Restaurant, had a great overall Experience. Staffing was Classy and Professional. ❤️'ed Ms. Mary Ann‼️ Food was Downhome good, Reminding me of how my mother would cook. They got me to try their Baked Chicken‼️ I've not eaten chicken on the bone in I've 30 year ... and it was good‼️Meat falling off the bone! Did l mention the bar is all you can eat!? I Will Certainly Be Back Here Soon‼️

Second visit to Granny’s to enjoy a great buffet meal. Make sure you have an appetite to get a plate or two.

I only come here on my vacation but when I'm here it's the only place I go to eat. It just perfect everything is perfect for me. The food is home cooking excellent comfort food. The staff is friendly and quick with a refill. Priced right and the buffet is all you want. I'm sure there's other places in Cherokee but, why go anywhere else when you know Granny's is perfect already. Note: I don't give many 5 stars unless the place really deserves it. This place earns every star everytime. Please don't change a thing. I'll be back soon 🤠

Went today for the very first time for lunch. We will not be back. The server was very sweet the hostess not so much. But the food was just terrible! You could taste it was all from yesterday apart from the fried chicken. Salad was brown and old as well box Mac and cheese with some extra cheese baked on top. Paid $13.25 and $3.25 for watery coffee as well. The meat loaf had tons of filler and was watery the green beans tasted sour. There really need to up there quality.

Everything was tasty, but the selection was very very small. I was honestly surprised — I’ve never seen such a tiny buffet before. The interior is pretty dated, but maybe that’s just the style of the place, I’m not sure. The staff was very sweet and welcoming. Unfortunately, our server never checked on us even once to see if we needed anything, even though it wasn’t busy. Our total came out to $50 before tips for two people. It seems like they even charge for regular water, because it was counted as a beverage on my bill.

Good for what it is. A home cooked feeling buffet where you can eat as much as you want. The price is right too. I can see frequenting this place.

Overall a great place. Don was a great waiter. Honestly, the BLT had way too much bacon but I am sure others love that. I took most of it home for the dog. Hubby had breakfast and he said it was a decent breakfast. We sat in the back with a great view of the creek. Would recommend trying this cafe

I made a reservation for 7am but there wasn't a wait time either way yet. The food and service were great. Our server refilled our coffee and checked on us to make sure we were all good. We ordered the Soco Omelette with a biscuit and fruit. The biscuit was so fluffy and soft. Also ordered the pancake stack which was alright. Due to unforeseen circumstances the buffet was closed so I hope next time it's open for us to try.

This hidden gem is a great way to start your day if staying at the casino hotel. Located on the ground level close to the lobby and Starbucks. The reason for not getting a full 5 stars is the cost of the buffet/bar... $25 for the small selection of foods is a bit much in my opinion. Our first day we ordered direct from the menu and food was fantastic. We will most likely avoid the bar for future visits.

Nice little dining area. Staff seemed friendly and willing to answer any questions my group had. We all got the breakfast buffet ($25/each). Their omelets were amazing, you tell them what you want in it, and they cook it up right in front of you! There's a little side bar with fruit, yogurt, cereal and milk options. Further down the line, they offer bacon and sausage, breakfast potatoes, grits. They also have little muffins, cheese danishes, biscuits. You have to ask your server for toast, but there's a sign that tells you that. Everything was bright and comfortable, it was nice and quiet, and they were really accommodating with the scooter we had to park. We we will definitely be returning!

I remember coming to Selu to enjoy the breakfast buffets. Went again and seems that the prior charm is gone. The cost is now $24.99 with no juices. The selection now is limited. The coffee is watery. The waitress that was assigned to our table probably was going through a rough day. Her service, her attitude and speed were off. The bright side was chef assigned to prepare the omelettes. He was doing a fantastic job.

We eat here for breakfast every morning when we stay at Cherokee Casino. They have excellent service and the omelettes are great! Plus their coffee is wonderful! The service can be slow sometimes because they get slammed every morning, but we’re there to relax so we don’t mind waiting since we know it will be a good breakfast. Pro tip: make a reservation for breakfast, you will have a much better experience since the little shop at the entrance is not an ideal place to wait with 30 other people that didn’t make a reservation.

Sassy Sunflowers Food Truck was parked outside BC Outdoors in Bryson City today. We arrive around 5:30pm and when we tried to order, we were told that they were out of a lot over half of the menu. I really wanted a chicken salad sandwich but unfortunately that was one of the things they didn’t have. My husband got the Prime Rib Sandwich and said he liked it. I settled on the Rosemary Bash Sandwich. It came with a side salad with raspberry vinaigrette, which I added to my sandwich. That made it taste really good.

Very good sandwiches and wraps. I got the special prime rib on a flatbread. It was excellent! Service is top notch and the food was quick, hot, and very tasty. The cookies are very big. Picking one may be a problem. Get a few. If the weather is nice I recommend you eat on the patio for extra enjoyment.

04/2018 Delicious, wholesome foods with great vegetarian options! Highly recommend the pimento cheese and the veggie sandwich. The ladies who work here are super sweet and the owner came out to talk to us and is so thoughtful. We will come back every time we are on town! Just come off driving of 50 minutes through the smoky mountains, craving coffee, and found this coffee shop. They have a lot of coffee selections with a tasty bakery.

When you go on vacation, you immediately start planning where you will visit , eat , and make memories! Well in Cherokee NC don’t hesitate to come here and enjoy a well ran restaurant! The owner took time to have a quick conversation before her morning duties running her restaurant! Her Team welcomed us back from coming the day before! The most bland Mexican food I've ever had. Salsa tastes like pizza sauce. The chile relleno must have been premade frozen - breading was like a bland, soggy corn dog. I've never seen one like that. Beef on the tostada was a very soft texture with no flavor. And the cheese was just shredded cheese. The "quesadilla" was more like a large taco. At least service was prompt and friendly.

Went there for lunch today and their food was absolutely amazing! I had fish tacos, guacamole and a strawberry daiquiri. Definitely coming back soon!

We stopped in on a Monday afternoon and it was half full of customers. We were seated instantly and the chips and salsa arrived within seconds. The service was amazing and the food was awesome! Cheesesteak tacos are 10+, grilled chicken quesadilla is fire and their home style chicken, rice with queso was fantastic! Definitely saved this on our maps app in case we are in town for another mountain road trip!

My dad had the Chicken Soup, I had a taco salad and we got a side order of taquitos …. All GASSSSSS!!!! So 🔥🔥🔥🔥. Really good authentic Mexican food. Highly recommend. Our server David was on top of everything, as well as everyone else working in this restaurant… nice smiles very welcoming. Good vibes all around.

I got the Fajitas cowboy w shrimp. Excellent. Hude loaded chicken burrito and Guacamole salad. All great, goose but I don't like veggies n my Guacamole!. Who's idea? Nope

AVERAGE….Not only did they raise their prices, they still charge extra for some food products. Which is super frustrating. We ordered 2 $6.49 burritos and 1 bottle of water but we paid $20. Just post the price you want to charge. The burrito made my stomach hurt. The cheese in it tasted cheap. My burrito was warm but my husband’s was not. Outside patio by the river was a nice touch after we wiped the cobwebs and dried the chairs and table. Inside smelled like oil. Bathroom was clean, smelled good, big.

We ordered the biscuits with egg and sausage, egg and bologna and fried potatoes- all were fantastic! The wrap was excellent. We had to come back the next day. Great food and friendly owner.

Pretty sure we were the first customers in the morning and the service was fantastic. Basically he told us he could whip up anything we wanted. We both got breakfast sandwiches and they were delish! Highly recommend for breakfast before the park!

I got a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and it was divine. Cooked fresh to order. I also had the corned beef hash and it was equally delicious. But the topper was the hash brown casserole. Different than your standard hash brown casserole but was the best I have ever had.

Stopped in here needing to eat before a big hike and it was perfect. The big breakfast deli sandwich is big and amazing and delicious. The staff was super accommodating, attentive, and friendly.

Very nice, seems to be a local favorite but great location for tourists. Very large portions, made to order sandwiches customized exactly. Clean dining room, and charming porch tables overlooking the river. We'll be back, for sure.

The girl who took our order was very nice and easy to talk to. I ordered just a regular ham and lettuce sandwich, but the meat was still very good. Otherwise, this is just your average deli, good meat though!

Our server was very nice, friendly and attentive. We Ordered a few things for 3 if us ladies to share. Chicken was a little rough/ dry but everything was amazing. Thinking it was just one of those days chicken got over cooked. I would recommend & I'll go again

It was our first time here, we were in Cherokee to see waterfalls. The food was delicious and large portion. Seaweed salad was perfect for my taste. The service was also excellent. We'd go back when we're in the area.

Great customer service with good knowledge of what we could eat as vegans. Had their mixed vegetables that come with fried rice and a salad for only $11! Pretty good sized portions so it was more than worth the money

This place is amazing! In my whole life I've never gotten such large, wonderful servings. I've been to sushi bars all over the world and I even worked at one for 4 years. So I know what I'm talking about. On the volcano roll, usually you would get tiny minced up bay scallops and instead there is huge sea scallops and shrimp. It's amazing! Totally unexpected. The scallops are bigger than the roll in diameter. So cool!! 🤩 The Philly roll has huge pieces of smoked salmon. Possibly even smoked in house. I couldn't be happier. I wish we had one of these where I lived. I would order from here exclusively. This puts the sushi at the casino to shame! Do yourself a favor and get a few rolls from this place and you will not be disappointed. 10 Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This really made my day. This was great.

Food here is great, service is great too. Our group of 24 were seated right away, with tables happily moved by the staff and us. Their only 2 waitresses worked hard to please us and the other customers. Price isn't bad considering the quality of the food, with the exception of the chicken wings. It should be a crime to even harvest a chicken so small that you can nearly cover the wing flat with a quarter. The other negatives, the A/C was broken during our visit and the tables were sticky, I know that that's from an issue with the clear coat on the table and the chemicals used to clean it and that's why lot of restaurants have opted to put plexiglass or table clothes over their tables, maybe something for them to consider.

First time we came here and we are impressed. Chicken teriyaki was good and tender. Will be back again. Ginger salad was good and not diluted with soy sauce etc. Kinda spicy when you have real ginger. But it's good!

Definitely didn’t enjoy the hospitality from this restaurant during a quick trip visit. The waiter was very rude to my husband because he was asking for a bigger table due to us having more parties joining us. If we were the other color I promise the approach would have been completely different so I had to give her the approach in return she gave my husband.

Its really a food truck. The lady taking the order was a lil moody but the lady giving you the order was really nice. It is in a great spot by the river. As for the food i found my burger a lil salty but all my friends love them.

My husband really wanted the Mexican 🌽 cornbread, but they didn’t have it. Instead, he went for a 🌭 corn dog, 🍔 cheeseburger, and 🟤 hush puppies. He said everything was 👍 good, but he especially loved the corn dog 😍. I ended up eating most of the hush puppies 🙈—though they were shaped more like corn dogs 🤔😂."

Got to enjoy the outside view Maps says its open but not came by at 3 pm it was closed and it was in the Am morning as well came from Marbles NC just to try the Mushroom Burger but no luck 1 hour here 1 hour back empty stomach lets see who gets the killer review. Sorry

We usually eat here once a week sometimes twice. I have food allergies and they have always accommodated me. Food always hot, fresh. Staff always friendly and never rude ( as some reviews say).

This little gem of a dinner has all outdoor seating right by the river or take out. This is one of the best burgers I’ve had in quite some time. If you want a burger , this is the place to stop.

Upon first glance this place leaves a little to be desired… but don’t let that deter you. The service is great, the food is solid for a healthy cafe lunch and it’s a great addition to the area when you need a nutritious bite. The gentleman that served us was very kind and brought our food out to our table in a timely manner. It was empty when we ate here, but we would definitely come back if in the area again and support this local spot that might need a bump in patronage.

We stopped at this coffee shop and ordered iced lattes. The Barefoot iced latte had a wonderful chocolate flavor. The Oconaluftee iced latte had a caramel flavor. Both were delicious! The employees were very friendly and encouraged us to enjoy our coffees in their dining room.

Such a nice place to have lunch , stopped here twice when I was on vacation. I had the Cuban sandwich twice , haven’t had one this good since I lived in Florida. I will definitely come back next time I’m up here on vacation. Please give them a try when you’re in the area. ❤️😋

I have to say after reading some of the reviews, I was a little hesitant. However, I was greeted by a great young man behind the counter. Who was both pleasant and helpful. He help me make a decision from the menu, (which I was not a single bit disappointed.) I thought the decor was bold, but very chic. Something that will cause this place to stick out in my mind. I’ve left many bad reviews, and not hesitant to do so. However after my experience. I wonder if the other reviews were possibly just grouchy people? My visit was the complete opposite! Thank you for the great coffee and pleasant stop in our travels❤️will come again

This place is okay for coffee and food. It was unfortunate that anything blackberry was out of stock. They all looked really tasty. The coffee was really mid. I just was so sad with my drink and hoping the house coffee would defeat my hotel’s coffee. I was being too optimistic. I really couldn’t get over the smell of mothballs in the establishment. The smell infiltrated into my breakfast croissant. The place has a lot of potential to be cute and vibe. It was not somewhere I would go a second time. I understand it would cater to different types of cliental. It’s more of the convenience if you don’t want a sit down breakfast.

We walked in needing coffee and walked out even faster, there was an unknown stink in the air. It was very unappetizing… one star!!

Food is absolutely amazing! The fried green tomatoes were so good and beautifully presented. Fish is also off the chain! The only downside was the service was not that great. I was met with nonverbal stares when I said thank you or asked for to go boxes. The food is well worth the hype though and we will probably just order to go next time so the vibe isn’t killed.

I’m a bit of a food critic when I go out, and this place blew me away. I saw plates coming out and immediately knew I had to try the fish—fried perfectly. The shrimp and grits were some of the best I’ve ever had. Generous portions, great flavors. We ordered the blooming onion, and it puts Outback to shame. I usually skip hush puppies, but theirs were so good I wanted more. The GM, Darrin, was incredibly friendly and checked on guests throughout the night—offering suggestions and genuinely listening to feedback. You don’t see that level of service anymore. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Cherokee.

I can't tell you enough how good the food is here! Hot, fresh, & tasted like homemade! Huge portions, a variety of dishes & sides to choose from, & literally something for every appetite! I got snaps as my side dish, & I'm telling the truth, they tasted like they were fresh out of my grandmother's garden & cooked in her pressure cooker!! Amazing how good they were!! So if you're in Cherokee, do yourself a favor & stop in for a meal!

Stopped in for a weekend lunch. Delicious food!! Nothing fancy. Order at the counter and they bring it out to you. I had the seafood platter with fried bay scallops, shrimp, and fish. The flavors were on point and the food was cooked perfectly. Will definitely recommend and will return!

The shrimp and grits is some of the best if not the very best I’ve ever had, he said it’s his grandmothers own recipe, very flavorful and filling, I had it last year when we were in town and it was just as good then too

The customer service was really bad and disappointing. The hostess would have preferred to be on her phone and was rude. Food has the potential to be good if it were fresh. I gave it a try twice (6-7 pm) but both times the food was clearly really old. I guess they cook their fish for the day in the morning. Prices are not the same as their website…about $2-$3 more.

I'm posting this from the parking lot not a minute after I got my pickup order - this is THEEEEEE BEST fried chicken I've had in years! And everyone I spoke to was real nice too. The portions for the sides are generous. New favorite chicken joint unlocked! I can't wait to come back and try the fish.

We stopped at Qualla Java Cafe for a coffee break and we were pleasantly surprised by the large variety of vegan options available. Their menu is pretty good and you can switch any of the options with 4 milk alternatives. This is amazing! We had 2 cold drinks and they both tasted delicious! Definitely a place I will recommend and that I would go back to!

The wife and kids loved the coffee and the cheese cake!! However, Check the 7th picture, the bread was super moldy, maybe stick with the coffee. Also has lots of cool seating areas and a back seating area that over looks the stream.

Found this fantastic local coffee shop on our way to a disc golf course and so glad we stopped. The service was phenomenal! Really knowledgeable and friendly. Great plant milk substitutions also! I got the Peacemaker, which was medium roast, 1 pump of vanilla (I reduced it from the standard 2 pumps), lots of fresh ground cinnamon and subbed the soy milk for the standard cows milk. Delicious!!! Love that they offered cinnamon in their coffee as one of their standard offerings since that's how I drink it every morning. My husband got a Matcha Tea with water and said it was delicious. I didn't see any gluten free baked goods here though. So if you're in the market for that, you'll probably need to go somewhere else.

Gorgeous location. Tables on patio, able to relax with sound. of river. Great first impression. Four stars on food due to our peach scone. Could not detect anything "peachy".

This was the best experience we had during our stay in Cherokee. The coffee was really good. The products seem like quality. They roast their own coffee too.

Google won’t let me give this place enough stars!!!! Absolutely such a great coffee shop! The baristas know what they are doing and make great recommendations!! I just found my new favorite coffee!! BLACKBERRY, white chocolate and hazelnut!!!! OH MY GOSH!!!! Also the river behind the shop is beautiful and peaceful but man this coffee!!!!

Just a heads up, there’s no indoor seating, but there are tables outside you can sit at. This was my first time here as we were just passing through. We ordered an egg and cheese sandwich, a turkey and ham sandwich, nine mini donuts and a coffee. All of them were impressively delicious. Honestly, their mini donuts are probably the tastiest donuts I’ve ever eaten. I highly recommend giving this place a try. Lastly, even though there was only one person staffing the restaurant, we got our food reasonably fast, and he was very friendly.

Absolutely delicious, moist donuts! Perfect bite size to share w the family. They didn’t dry out after hours driving in the car (we were visiting the area) and appeared to be made fresh. A definite must have when in town!

We stumbled upon this place on our recent weekend trip to camp in the Smokies near Cherokee, NC. We thoroughly enjoyed these donuts. The customer service was fantastic. We also enjoyed two of their sandwiches which are just as good as the donuts. The donuts were served warm and fresh and you can get packs reasonably priced to try multiple flavors. We tried fruity pebbles (amazing), s’mores, Oreo, pineapple upside down, strawberry pop tart, blueberry pancake, maple bacon, and strawberry shortcake.

Yummy, yum, yum! What a great little place. They were not letting people inside, but have a little side window you can order from. So many choices to choose from, we got a box full and chowed them all pretty quickly. Located right on the river and had some outdoor table, but they were a little overun with weeds. Busy road, getting in and out maybe hard sometimes, but well it worth.

Best fried old fashioned donuts with a twist. You literally pop them in your mouth. If you have a sweet tooth and get tired of the manufactured donut places-mini donuts Is the spot!! Thank me later! It’s a FAMILY BUSINESS so the prettiest little girl will come out and thank you!

So good! I love mini donuts, plain or fancy. They're my weakness. So when I spotted this place on the map, I knew we had to stop. The price was reasonable and the flavor combinations were excellent. Four of us shared the 15 pack. I'll be back in a few weeks when I'm passing through the area. The only complaint was that some were tipped over in the box when handed to us.

The donuts came out warm and delicious. Theyre all made to order. The atmosphere is pleasant. Pretty ok price. The milk is the only thing overpriced on the menu. Ultimatly a very cute little place.

What a hidden gem. We both said Best breakfast we have had in a long time. The smoked bacon is unbelievable. Service was great. I didn’t see exactly what I wanted in a platter but was able to order just the things I was. Do not pass on the hash browns either. Biscuits are huge!!! Husband said the steak was outstanding!

Hands down, the BEST biscuit I’ve ever had! The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit from Mabel’s Kitchen is incredible. The biscuit is perfectly buttery and flaky, the sausage is packed with flavor, and the egg and cheese bring it all together in the most delicious breakfast sandwich!

Hidden gem on the side of a gas station. Delish!! The biscuits were so soft and fluffy. Grits were very good. So glad we stopped here instead of other places in the area.

Nice clean diner with good food and friendly service. Lots of variety on the menu for breakfast. Clean restrooms and connected to a gas station. One stop for all your needs while passing through. Service got 4 stars because I ordered the southwest burrito with no mushrooms and it came with mushrooms. Was still a good burrito just directions were not followed.

I ordered the Betty's kitchen sink since I looked on the reviews. I paid for it and sat down. When they brought it to me. I was like OMG how am I going to eat all of this. And it was literally the kitchen sink, just a bit of everything.

Very good even though it sits in a strip mall. Nice and quiet atmosphere with great service and surprisingly good food. I had the pork belly ramen soup and it was great. They served the chili paste on the side so I could get the heat just right. My wife's hibachi shrimp was really good too. I gave it 5 stars in comparison to other similar places.

The manager at the hotel we stayed at, recommended we try Osaka. I had the hibachi, chicken and my husband had hibachi steak. We also shared the bagel sushi (best we've had anywhere). The food and service were great! The place is a bit warm and stuffy though for this time of year (summer). I think the air conditioning needs repaired or updated. Other than that, we were satisfied and would go back and recommend. Hopefully they fix the A/C .

Great local hibachi spot where they don't cook the food in front of you, but they have a dining room where you can dine in. We ordered steak and chicken hibachi and also ordered a few sushi rolls. The chicken sushi roll was really good as was our hibachi. Friendly and quick service and a convenient location in the shopping center near the Food Lion. Would dine here again!

I stopped here today for takeout, and ordered from the lunch menu. The Hibachi Steak came with fried rice and vegetables and cost $9.95. The steak bites were cooked perfectly and were juicy and flavorful. The vegetables were cooked soft but still had a bit of crunch to them. All of that was delicious! My dinner also came with soup. I wasn’t a fan of that at all. It tasted like they just used chicken bouillon in hot water.

It was just ok. I ordered the sashimi platter and got a bunch of very tough octopus that was inedible. My wife ordered the hibachi chicken that was dry and not very good. I don't think will be back.

I was recommended this place by one of the staff at the casinos. I ordered two shrimp tempura rolls and neither was fresh. The tempura was so dry like it was made in the morning. One of the tvs wasn’t connected. So we could barely watch off the one we had. The sushi disappointed me so much. My husband’s food was decent but would I ever return here? Absolutely not.

We had a decent visit here. We had two different waiters at one point which was a little confusing. The establishment got very busy pretty quickly. We started off splitting a California roll that turned out to be a bit salty. I’m not sure what that was from. My husband opted to have a ginger salad and have sushi for his dinner. I got the chicken and shrimp hibachi. My husband liked his roll. Overall, my hibachi was good. I had a ginger salad to start that was refreshing and delicious. The chicken and shrimp were flavored with teriyaki sauce which isn’t typical for me with hibachi. I really enjoyed the shrimp, but the chicken was a little dry and bland. The hibachi rice and veggies were good.

Sorry to say but by far the worst firehouse we’ve ever been to. Smells like garbage, meat on sandwich was the lowest grade possible, I literally had to take it off the sandwich and just eat bread and vegis. Long wait due to many tourists.

The atmosphere and food are great, but the workers at this location made for a really bad experience. 3 people standing behind the counter laughing and talking, and one in the back room on his phone, all ignoring the 4 customers standing right in front of them. Then the cashier had an attitude. Not worth going to again.

We were on a one-month road trip, car camping across the U.S. from California — our first visit to the Smokies and to this restaurant. My husband and I rarely eat out since I’m a dietitian and enjoy cooking, but we decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the only worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we entered, there was no greeting, no smile — just a cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. There were about four or five employees behind the counter, and when I tried to get one young woman’s attention, she cut me off abruptly without any acknowledgment. Next time, when we encounter such an atmosphere in a business, it’s usually best to just leave without a trace. However, we decided to stay and place an order. Because of the strong southern accent and the fact that we’re foreigners, it causes some misunderstanding — but foreigners are not stupid— but instead of helping clarify, the staffs began talking and laughing loudly to each other in a way that felt mocking and disrespectful. When I calmly notified that I didn’t appreciate being treated that way, the situation escalated — they laughed and bad mouthed us even more, and the entire crew became defensive. My husband, who works with high-profile clients and is always respectful in public settings, overheard confronted them was met with the same attitude. I’ve managed large dining operations serving over 3,000 people daily, and I have zero tolerance for staff disrespecting customers. Based on other negative reviews I’ve read over the years, it appears that this issue is not new, suggesting a lack of accountability from management as well. So, don’t even reply with yours same apology here like you always do with others who complained the same thing coz the general manager of this Firehouse that day was with the crew who ganged up on us. It is your culture and unless you overhauled customer service of your fast food, you will encounter more foreigners in the future. I rarely leave reviews, and I’m generally very understanding — I’ve eaten at all kinds of places across the country and never complain about food or facilities. But this experience was beyond disappointing. It wasn’t just poor service — it was a lack of basic respect and professionalism. I will not return, and I hope management seriously re-evaluates how their team treats customers.

Tried to phone in a pick up order for a salad with tuna on the side. The manager didnt know if she could fix that, and said she she'd transfer me to someone. She transferred my call to A FIREHOUSE IN A STATE ON THE COAST! Im in the mountains! I swear... and she was the manager??? She idnt know if she could make a to go salad with a cup of tuna on the side? Bless her heart. 🙄😆

Here's my review: I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. There were only four people working. The owner, or the manager, should read it and draw their own conclusions. I have no complaints about the staff. The food was disgusting. The small sandwich was less than 3 inches, the bread was completely overcooked. I'm upset because my wife tried your sandwich for the first time and was disappointed.

Subs were hot and fresh. Can’t get a good one from our hometown but this place is definitely a go to.

This place has the BEST fried chicken in Cherokee as you can see!! I keep trying to get a picture before the bites but-we are hungry. After winning/losing at the casino or taking a family trip to Cherokee, you will not be disappointed in a $12 pp all you can eat buffet. The atmosphere is outdated but the taste of the food makes up for it. It reminds me of an old Big Boy or Ponderosa (for my northerners). Hope to see you there!

The customer service was great for us. Can't believe our timing on this. We went in last minute for breakfast and they let us get a quick eat from what was left on the breakfast buffet. They also said we could stay for the lunch since we came in at the end of breakfast. We got everything we were hungry for before we rode The Bluerigde Skyway. I would recommend this place to all the motorcycle riders, family, kids, and all.

Ok, so covid is still affecting some restaurants. They are open for buffet. However, it's a one trip to the buffet only. You can pay for a large plate or small. I got the large and my better half got the small. You get 1 dinner plate, a salad plate and a small bowl. Food was good. There was no chicken in the buffet pan, so missed out on that. We also both had a lemonade. Our bill was $37.37. Not the best deal for buffet. But , they are open. Update. New owners now. August 2022. Stopped and got breakfast buffet to go. I got one plate. Had 2 biscuits covered in gravy. She told me $5. I gave her a $10 and told her to keep the change. She gave me a bigger plate and told me to get a lot. I added 4 pieces of bacon and you would think she was going to call the law. The food is good still. So good food but lack the atmosphere of the old owners.

So I am a big fan of Huck Finns Catfish in Pigeon Forge. They have all you can eat catfish and I’m all about it. My boyfriend and I ventured over to Cherokee and came across a buffet. We were greeted by a sweet woman and sat immediately. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive. But I’m telling you Huck Finns don’t have anything on the Newfound Gap Lodges Catfish! It was nice big fillets cooked to perfection. And ALL YOH CAN EAT! And it was only $11.99!!! They had all the fixings and a big salad bar. It was all delicious! I will defiantly make the trip over to Cherokee just to eat at this place again. Thank you!!!

Stopped and ate here for our lunch before we headed home from a camping trip. Buffet food was great tasting,fresh and hot and price wasn't bad. For a family of 4 adults it was about $50-$55 with drinks. Buffet has 3 meats and about 4-5 veggies to choose from, soups, a huge salad bar. Catfish was cooked perfect and fresh not overcooked like most places. Service was excellent and friendly. Would definitely go back more often if it weren't an hour away from us, but we will be eating here when we are in Cherokee.

Took a chance on this as we visited Cherokee area and so glad we did! Small country buffet had really great meatloaf, fried catfish, seasoned green beans, & limas like my southern grandmas made, (better than Cracker Barrel & less salty). Large salad buffet with fruit and pasta salad also. Very casual atmosphere with friendly southern staff working hard to stay on top of everything. Optional one trip includes a dinner plate and small plate for $9.99, I believe unlimited buffet was $12.99. To go is available and is by container, not weight!

Pretty weak, but it is open 24 hours. When I arrived I was first online, but no one acknowledged me. After about 5 minutes the line behind me had grown to about 15 people, and I was finally able to place my order (photo included). I ordered the Cheeseburger combo. The food came out pretty quick probably because it had been sitting since I first walked up. When I checked my meal I thought they had forgotten to put meat on it. So I removed the bun and found a little meat. I didn't know Johnny Rockets sold sliders. See photo

The burger and cheese are very good when it comes to fast food burgers. Far above the other chains. And the cheese fries were fine. Only thing was the line. In a location like that should have more than 3 employees working on. Saturday night.

The service is bad here. I ordered a plain burger and got a ICE COLD loaded disgusting burger spent $40.00 fries and hot dogs after waiting 45 mins in line I had to throw it all out what a joke 0 stars

Friendly guy taking orders but very Rude staff giving out food. One older veteran said he couldn’t even hear what number they called and I said me either. Not a good experience but the chilli cheese fries were okay or maybe I was just hungry.

Was denied entry because my daughter was under 21, and the restaurant is located inside the casino. Casino staff stated me or my wife could wait with my daughter while the other went in and ordered food to go.

Burger lacked flavor. The cheese didn't melt on sandwich. The fries were limp, barely warm. There was only 2 people working when it was extremely busy. The cashier would take several orders then go cook burgers, make sandwiches, cook chicken tenders. The other worker helped with fries, making milk shakes, and delivering the order. They were working very hard. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed of himself/herself. The Johnny Rockets at Harrah Casino in Cherokee, NC is terrible!!! O yeah the floor was so greasey that the employees were sliding on them while wearing no skid shoes. Disgustingly managed!

Small town restaurant in Cherokee. The food that we ordered was good!!! They had interesting Indian artifacts. The artifacts was kinda dusty, but still glad they had them out for customers to see.

The people here are truly awesome especially the owners the lady is very sweet and so is her husband I was trying to find a hotel and he was nice enough while me and my family was eating to take it upon themselves to sit down and call the hotels in the area I had no idea what a blessing to know such good people I went there before on vacation and I went back again this year just to stop through to see these wonderful people who own this restaurant and to talk to them about how to make homemade bean bread to the owners you know who I as well as my family loves you guys not to mention the food is great God bless you guys!

Absolutely the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Although they were short-handed, we patiently waited to be seated while waitresses passed us by several times. We all ordered the buffet which turned out to be a regret as there was hardly any food on it. The rolls were dried to a crunch and only about 5 pieces of chicken wings remained. They never restocks the buffet the entire time. We maybe ate $5 worth of the $11.95 charge. When I mentioned this to the cashier upon check out, Jacob, who claimed to be the owner, flipped out and used the F-bomb. He was so very rude and disrespectful. His sister actually apologized for his language and actions. We absolutely will not return nor recommend this place!

This was the absolute WORST place to eat!!! Everything was bland, tasteless and limited. We wanted to walk out. The buffet was very small and limited on what was out. It took about 3 minutes to even find the plates. We were never asked if refills were needed or brought our bill. A waitress sat a couple at a table near us that had to be cleaned. The waitress was asked to please bring a towel to dry the table and rudely told the lady they were too short staffed to that. Another man asked for the table he was sat at to be wiped dry, he also was rudely spoke too. $11.95 a person for the buffet is HUGE rip off. We honestly could've walked out without paying like other patrons we watched dine and dash. We waited more than 10 minutes to just pay for the bland slop. While waiting to pay they told incoming patrons that they are closing to catch up on filling the buffet. We were literally locked inside to only be let out when it was convenient for a waitress to come let us out. A cold McDonald's burger would have been the better choice. DONT WASTE OR TIME OR MONEY, GO TO THE FAST FOOD PLACE THATS LESS THAN A BLOCK AWAY!!

We came about 20 minutes before closing, but they were still serving people who came in after closing. We decided to order off the menu because the buffet food looked a little old. There was no soup, no baked potatoes, no chicken tenders off the menu and the waitress couldn’t tell me if the trout on the menu was fresh. Husband ordered a steak sandwich and got a pan fried steak. The best thing about our meal was the sweet tea.

little stingy on the meat on the pizza. however really like the old lady that was our server. Being that there ain't much to eat around this dump I probably have to go back.

It’s a hit or miss. Usually this place is “good”. The staff is super friendly and good servers. When the pizza is fresh it is great. The salad is always very fresh. The only down side of this place is the off times when the pizza is sparse and dried out. I recommend going when it’s busy and make sure you use the restroom at home because theirs are SUPER TINY and do not lock well.

My mother and I came in for lunch, our waitress was friendly and attentive, the pizza was hot and fresh and very good. The only complaint was I felt a bit rushed even though they weren't very busy. I don't get to get out much anymore so that was disappointing other that it was a very pleasant place to eat lunch at in Cherokee especially being one of the very few local pizza buffets.

Decent place. We have been to several Pizza Inns and this one is dated and in need of some serious renovations. The day we went the the air conditioning was broken and it was really hot. The buffet has a good selection with fresh pizzas being brought out quite regularly. The price is reasonable for what you get.

The food was great and service backed it up. Giant pizza for 13.99 what a deal. We got 3 to feed our party of 12 and still had to get a take home box. Pizza and cheesy breadsticks was delicious and came out fast. Our server Sherri was on point and always had our glasses full and got us everything we needed. Highly recommend this place.

Good blast from past, kept the food coming but it wasn't that great tasting. Nice people though.

My goodness, the food was absolutely amazing. The combo fried rice was full of flavor and was not greasy. The pork egg rolls were crunchy and tasty. Mrs. Joey said the wonton soup was excellent, full of vegetables and meat. She washed down the soup with a cold Sapporo beer. Joey V says, "Check It Out !"

This place is ah-mazing. The food is hot and fresh and it comes out quickly. The waitresses are very sweet and attentive. I would eat here everyday if I could lol

Super quick and efficient service , they hardly speak English but they move fast and serve great food. It’s supposed to close at 2am but it was Memorial Day so it closed at midnight and they were able to fit people on the line and fed us quickly and satisfactory. No tables, just bars, some face the baccarat gaming area. Gyosas were pretty good, the spring rolls were a little greasy and the shrimp pad Thai was generous and flavorful. Asian beers available.

We enjoyed the Noodle Bar this last time. Other times wasn't so great. The duck was delicious, and the fried rice was very tasty! Will definitely go back again.

Had Pad Thai shrimp, not very friendly, the staff acted as if we were interrupting there day. The shrimp was undercooked. The food tasted ok, I've eaten better tasting Pad Thia shrimp, at a much lower price. Over all I would not eat here again.

Noodle Bar is always a stop for us at Cherokee. They are fast, but polite & helpful. This is not a large place, but they do a quick turnover. I don't feel rushed to eat, but because of the counter seating & also out of politeness, it is not a place for a long leisurely meal. I usually get the Shrimp Udon, but got sesame chicken this time & my husband gets the beef with broccoli or pepper steak. The portions are large enough to share or to have leftovers if not shared. I've always enjoyed every dish we have gotten there.

Crispy Duck was the best part of this. It is perfectly cooked and you get half a duck! Just be careful when eating it as you will come across tiny bones. Beef and broccolli was bland.

I ordered the Greek salad at this Earl of sandwiches place and it was the worst and saltiest salad I ever had in my life so I couldn't eat but a couple bites. They had nearly a half a cup of yellow banana peppers in my salad which constituted close to 25% of the salads contents. When combined with many salty delicious Kalamata olives, and plenty of wonderful Greek feta cheese, but not enough lettuce to balance things out reasonably, then add the salad dressing and it was inedible. See photos showing all of the banana peppers they put in it which I picked out and put on a separate tray which still left the salad in-edible.

We had The Original 1762 sandwich and The French Dip sandwich along with 2 bowls of the Chicken Tortilla Soup, which was the best kind I’ve ever had. Service was very friendly and very fast for as busy as they were. We will definitely come back and eat here again next time we visit the casino. Thanks so much for a wonderful birthday dinner with our very close friends.

Very good and filling sandwiches. We had the Veggie and the Montague. Both were very good and tasted fresh. Fast service and friendly workers. The price point was what I would expect to pay.

They cleaned up early and made customers take chairs off the tables. #1 Not nice. #2 If a customer gets hurt! They are neglecte= have liability for any accident.

French dip did not come with Au Jus and was medium rare. I ordered mine well done. Friendly staff.

I have never had an Italian sub. I decided to try one yesterday while we were there. OH. MY. GOD. SO DELICIOUS!! It was amazing! So when I got back home the next day, I wanted another one. I went to Firehouse and got their Italian and it just wasn't the same. Good thing there is a location in Atlanta I can go to! Thank you for such an amazing sandwich!!

The tuna melt was just ok for me, but the broccoli & Cheddar soup was to die for!

Just think of 1970s home town pancake house. The buffet was not available at the time I was there. The blueberry 🫐 pancakes were good, the eggs were cooked correctly. No complaints, no accolades. Just good food.

Buffet was $18 and they only had 8 dishes. EVERYTHING was heated from frozen. Nothing was fresh. They did not have any made to order food. We each had a couple of bites and never went back for seconds. Food was not kept warm. Waitress was nice but that was the only positive. I think she felt bad for charging us so much. Place was old and I'm disrepair. Do NOT reccomend.

We weren’t told it was a buffet only until after we ordered drinks. Our fault because we didn’t see it on the tiny sign outside. Anyways they charge $18 per person for trash food. Everything tasted days old and was hard to the touch. Everything looked like it was just frozen microwave food. There was hardly any options to choose from. They didn’t restock the tables so no jam for the bone dry biscuits. We had to serve ourselves a coffee refill because the waitresses were just sitting at a table doing nothing. There’s nowhere to move around in this tiny place. Overall save your money and just go to Wendy’s next door instead.

The breakfast buffet was $18 and was not kept fresh. The pancakes were hard and the French toast was hard. Would not recommend the buffet at all order fresh.

You can tell this restaurant is dated, but it serves its' purpose: pancake house. We tried the breakfast buffet and they kept the food coming. The coffee was hot and the food was hot too. My kids enjoyed their chocolate pancakes and it was a nice treat after a weekend camping adventure on the way home.

Went for Breakfast on 11/17/25. Ordered coffee for myself and my wife. They didn't have milk only little pre packaged creamer. Then ordered blueberry pancakes for each of us. $ 9.95 each. They didn't have butter only pre packaged spread that tasted like used car oil. No selection of syrup, only one half empty bottle of Log Cabin syrup. Pancakes tasted like the batter was moldy. We couldn't eat the food. We got up and told the woman at the Register and the waitress about the food and lack of quality, and we were told they were busy over the weekend and sold out of milk and butter. I stated that there is a Food Lion right up the road they could have bought butter and milk there. I paid $ 29.39, for a breakfast we left on the table. Beware .

We were seated by the “waitress table.” Our waitress sat on her phone a few minutes before even taking our drink order. It was buffet only. None of the food was fresh. If you have ‘pancake’ in your name, why would you serve mini pancakes that have been frozen. (Not homemade) The grits were runny. Nothing was seasoned! Thankfully there was at least salt & pepper on the table. This was very disappointing! We were visiting for the weekend and wanted homemade breakfast. Apparently, we went to the wrong restaurant.

This place was highly recommended to us from a friend. The food did not disappoint. The chicken pot pie was phenomenal and the salmon was excellent. Brussel sprouts were just okay. Our waitress was very good, but another waitress seemed to be a bit snippy. Very good beer choices too. We went outside and listened to some pretty good live music after we ate also.

Family friendly! We visited on a Sunday end of Septembee dinner and had no wait. Nice chill outdoor seating area. Hostess and server both great. Family food ratings: Blooming onion appetizer was very good, kids chicken tenders good, Mac and cheese okay, fries good, the club sandwich was stellar, riblets awesome. We will be back, thank you!

We stopped here for lunch after our beautiful drive through Smokey Mountain National Park. The atmosphere was fun and bartenders were friendly and helpful with the menu. The food was delicious and they had a good variety of beer/seltzers. The pork rinds with pimento cheese are a must try!!

I think this place was great. I didn't know what to expect in this fairly small town. But the beer was good, they have flights, the food was also good, and the place was welcoming and comfortable. They don't have enough staff for all the tables, at least when we went, and the wait time was longer than we were told, and we almost left. But we did get a table and it was worth the wait before a long drive home. I'd gladly to back.

Ordered the chicken pesto and club entrees. Came out hot and fresh. Did not get dessert but could see it in the case and looked fantastic but the portions were so filling no room :) Only wishthat my toast was buttered with some garlic butter;)

Outstanding beer, food and service. Beer reqs: flaming arrow IPA, Native girl pale ale, smoke signal hazy IPA. Food reqs: any burger! The burger with pico de gallo was fantastic (pictured, forget name). The pretzel is pricy but worth it; and the servers are hard working. The kitchen must have been a bit understaffed, so when I was there people had to wait before getting in; but once in, your food comes out fast. I appreciate that they're trying to not burn out their staff while working hard to meet demand 🙏🏼

The photos are of the macaroni and cheese burger, chicken wings and lobster lollipops. We visited on a Friday night and we're seated immediately with no reservation. The waistaff was efficient and knowledge of the menu. It had the feel of a elevated diner (not in a bad way). The is a wall of plates signed by celebrities which was kinda cool to look at. The food was well prepared and good. The location was very convenient to hotel guests and the casino. It is a fun place to grab a bite and cocktail before heading into the casino

The food and service were spot on. We didnt have to wait very long for the food to come out or refills. Our waitress was top notch. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and casino. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

A great experience! We had a party of four and everyone at the table enjoyed the food and the service we were given. A wonderful selection of appetizers that are unique and enough to go around. The salmon dish was very good and everyone that got a burger said they were great. Our server (Nicole) was so personable and attentive. Her suggestions were spot on. Behold the dessert menu! HUGE portions of awesomeness! The chocolate cake with the pieces of heath bar and bourbon sauce… beyond words. The others got the cheesecake with the pretzel and chips. A sweet and savory treat they really enjoyed. We will be back!

The food isn't anything that is going to blow you out of the water but the service here is very good and the bar area is pretty cool, especially if you're looking to catch some sports and don't want to go to your room or the sports book. The menu is small but I havent had a bad meal here and have been here a few times. Our waitress this last visit was really nice and the hostess entertained my dinner reservation under the name of Al Pacino like a champ. I think a fair score would be 4.5/5 because the food could be a little better but it's convenient being right at the entrance of the Cherokee tower and the service is good. Would definitely come here again though. Just don't expect some sort of phenomenal restaurant experience- it's Guy Fieris.

Had an incredible experience with Jen as my server and having her "surprise me" with my entree. The salmon dish she brought out was INCREDIBLE! She also introduced me to Burgoo as the soup of the day...yum! GREAT service & food! Thanks Jen!

Grabbed a quick brunch on our way out of leaving Harrah’s Cherokee resort. The food came out so quick and was amazing. We ordered the breakfast tacos and the nashville chicken. The waffle flavored fries were phenomenal! Would definitely eat here if you are staying at the hotel.

Enjoyed an early dinner while staying at Harrahs Cherokee Resort and Casino. Ordered the Salmon with brussel sprouts instead of asparagus and it was delicious. The brussels were nice and crispy and the fish was cooked well. My companion ordered the trout and it was also excellent. The portion were also large, so no room for dessert. The restaurant is located in the new tower, so it was quite a walk from the Mountain tower where our room was located.

Just witnessed a manager do something very special for a young man. He does eat a breakfast sandwaich but wanted a cheeseburger and even though it was time she had one specially made for him. Cherie the mangee is special.

Two reviews in one. Breakfast and diner. I ordered 2 #4 meals, which one their own board is a plain chicken biscuit. What I got was two chicken, eggs, and cheese. I hate cheese. Told the woman the order was wrong and tried to explain it to her to no avail. They remade my order, and one sandwich was right. The other was still wrong. Not only that , the chicken wasn't even fully cooked. Our dinner order was done right. The food was hot, and fries were hot. Would only return for dinner.

Lately BK has been slowly improving the whole "You Rule" experience in Cherokee. I been liking the breakfast hash browns lately... but this morning 🤦🏾‍♀️, I was once again let down. This breakfast sandwich needs some help. Hopefully BK will improve this type breakfast sandwich. Food/ingredients is expensive, & want to get money's worth. and I hope this place gets better in future.

One of the biggest and cleanest Burger Kings I’ve been to. Restrooms are poorly designed (at least the men’s) but clean. They even had Halloween decorations up.

Had to wait 20 minute for my food, and I had to go inside And they didn't started on my order yet. had the order all wrong. So I had to reorder all over again and wait another 10 minutes When i got it, chicken Sandwich Burn up Hard to eat. Everything else was fine.... You need to turn the burner down or keep an Eye out on the timer.

We ordered takeout. We got one plain cheese and one pepperoni pizza. The pizzas were okay but the one with pepperoni on it, needed more cheese on it. We didn’t eat in the dining room, but I looked at it, and it could use a little sprucing up.

Placed our order online at 616 pm for delivery at our hotel. I received confirmation of the order with an estimated delivery time of 7:01. Later, a text came stating that Door Dash would be delivering the order. The driver with Door Dash had to wait 40 minutes to get the order. He arrived with our food an hour after the order was placed. The food was barely warm, and an item was missing. I tried calling the store and was sent to a call center in India. The call center put me on hold and connected me with the store. When I explained to the lady at the store what happened, I was immediately put on hold, then hung up on 10 minutes later. I decided to call Door Dash and let them know an item was missing. Door Dash tried to contact the store and couldn't get through. Door Dash sent an online complaint and said I should hear back in four to eight hours. That is unacceptable. What ever happened to good customer service? One thing is for certain, Pizza Hut doesn't have to worry about any repeat business from me.

Tried to relive my childhood dreams of dining in at Pizza Hut like it was 1998, but guess what? Dine-in is closed. That’s right — no red plastic cups, no checkerboard tablecloths, no salad bar where every item somehow tasted like ranch. I didn’t want takeout, I wanted an experience. I wanted to sit in a dimly lit booth under that stained-glass pizza lamp, pretending it was fine dining while I ate greasy pan pizza with my whole soul. I wanted to hear that familiar clink of the metal pan as it hit the table like it was presenting the Holy Grail. Now? I have to eat in my car like a sad raccoon. Bring back the old-school Pizza Hut. I miss when pizza came with ambiance, not just a receipt stapled to the box.

Pictures from a year ago. Updated review as of 11/5/24. The young lady working here has been every time I come in. We ordered the special one topping pizza. Ordered ground beef as a topping. It came out looked great. We realized that it didn't have the pizza red sauce on it. We didn't complain we just ate it. It was bland in taste. The crust was good. I noticed the ceiling tiles have wet spots and it looks like mold growing. That concerned me for the employees especially but customers with allergies should be ware. Last year I have pictures and the ceiling didn't look that way. I just wish for this Pizza Hut too succeed. I love pizza hut. Every time I come to Cherokee I eat here. There is so little offered around the Casino. So please Pizza Hut GM go visit this location. It could be a gold mind if ran properly.

We always order carryout since we live nearby. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is cordial and helpful. Will and all employees go out of their way to be sure we're happy with our orders, should there be any kind of issue (we usually order online and there are glitches sometimes!). Definitely a place which deserves our patronage.

The pizza and bread sticks were very good. The inside dining was fairly busy and our server Miss Destiny was really nice and was able to keep up while also answering the phone for call in orders. It was a little chilly inside but we had light jackets and sweatshirts to wear.

This places is horrible. Do not stay for more than a day or it is the same meal. Eggs are rubber, sausage unflavored, no fruit, charge for juice and milk but not soda. Frozen multi pack pancakes. Cheap low grade hotel. They stopped trying. Restaurants appearance is nice but only serves the free breakfast and is a waste of space. $7.95 each if you have more than 2 guests in party. Not an $8 breakfast.

For a free breakfast with stay this is pretty damn good. Sausage, biscuits, gravy, eggs anyway you want them, potatoes and great service. Even for 7.95 this is better than the pancake House up the street

Ehhh.... got me through hunger pains. I've had better at different locations. They was out of ham, breads and cheese. We made due. 6 of us motorcycling passing through. Told us dining room was closed. I don't think tips should even be considered in such a restaurant. Starting at 15 percent 🤣. You just got paid to make a sandwich. Subway, you really should pay more and stop buying tip jars.

I informed the staff that I found an ant in my food. The person who claimed to be the assistant manager was neither friendly nor professional—she was dismissive and arrogant, simply offering to replace the sandwich without even an apology. It’s extremely disappointing to experience such poor customer service and complete disregard for food quality. I strongly recommend avoiding establishments that operate with this kind of attitude.

I've been going to this Subway on and off for 25+ years. My last visit by far was my least fave. The lady making my sandwich ran out of mayo and asked if she could give me mayo packs because there was no more in the store to refill. I took the packets and noticed that after she cleared the line, mayo reappeared. The cheese was cold on my sub (shouldn't have been) and my jalapenos stopped short of 3/4 the sub. As much as I love Subway subs, I don't think I'll go back to this location. Seems customer service and cleanliness are not a priority. So sad.

Stopped for subs. Walked in, went to the counter with my daughter and granddaughter. We were informed they can't sell subs as their oven was messed up. Okay. No problem but wanted to use the restroom on our way out and since I didn't order anything, the restrooms were locked. For customers only. Even tho I was going to be a customer but THEY were out of sub bread. (Complete waste of my time.)

We stopped by the crowded Subway to grab lunch and headed to the bathroom to wash our hands first. However, employees immediately told us that only customers could use the restroom. We explained that we intended to order lunch afterward, but felt embarrassed by the public reprimand in front of a full restaurant. The interaction felt rude, so we decided to eat elsewhere.

The food is great when they are open. The only problem is you never know when they are going to be open, and you can't go by the hours posted on Google or their front door. I get that the owner is the only person working and cooking so it makes it hard to run things smoothly. However a lot of us in the community would love to support her if we could just get like a Facebook post or something letting us know when she will be open or closed.

Place is not even open. Why have the place advertised as a buffet and then have your doors closed and locked. They only do togo. Don't waste your time. We drove all the way over from Bryson city for lunch, only to walk up to locked doors. The owner saw us standing there, and never came to speak to us. Redo your Google ad to "ONLY TOGO". TAKE DOWN THE BUFFET!!!! IF YOU DONT HAVE A BUFFET, THEN DONT ADVERTISE IT. I was really looking forward to sitting down and having lunch, now off to another place.

You order from a plastic window and have to stand outside for your food. The food was not good. I got egg foo young - my favorite and I tried all over. Not sure why but it had a stringy consistency, it was burnt but the shrimp wasn't cooked enough. The gravy was a unpleasant dark gravy. The egg drop soup wasn't hot. The large tea was in a small/medium cup. Overall disappointment

Just bought food here never said this before but it was disgusting

First time eating here. The place is a little run down. The ladies bathroom was bad. The waitress first brought us chips and salsa and 1 tiny bowl to put it in. Most places give each person a small bowl to pour your salsa in. I asked for another bowl and didn't get it until later when our plates were served. I ordered the lunch #1. A crispy taco, enchilada, beans and rice. The taco was lying in enchilada sauce and was a sobbing wet and limp taco shell! The enchilada had no flavor. Rice was also not very good. Husband had a chicken burito that looked good, but he said the chicken was very tough. The waitress never checked on us again. We even waited for the check, went to the bathroom, still no check. Finally went to register and he said I guess you got no check. He was correct. He was very nice, but we will not return.

Me and my Wife came here on March 26th (our 24th Anniversary) & we didn't leave disappointed at least. The food was pretty decent but the Beans were undercooked & the Rice was very clumpy. I would recommend the Guacamole Mexicano though. It was real tasty & refreshing.

The servers were so kind and helpful. Food had great flavor. Much better Mexican food than my area in Georgia.

This restaurant adds a good diversity to your appetite on a Smokies trip! We were a group of a 8 at this restaurant. They served us very quick and understood our needs correctly. We loved the food overall, it was tasty and well crafted. However, the dessert disappointed us to some extent. Seating and ambiance was very good. Staff was friendly! Overall, good vibes and recommended.

Everything was great until manager very rudely told me I could not switch to a table after ordering from bar. I needed to move to a table because a small child would be joining me. The manager ruined the the positive vibe I was enjoying because she needed to ensure policy was enforced. It was not busy so I don't know what was her problem.

Everyone is sitting around the table talking about how bad there food is. The most bland food any of us have ever tasted. From the spaghetti to the sandwiches it is beyond awful. Only thing that was enjoyable was the jumbo shrimp. Cheaper to eat at the buffet.

Amazing BBQ! Meat was smoky and tender, sides were delicious, and portions were perfect. Good smoke hot fresh the brisket is best part and fries. Mac cheese was my least favorite. Our server Kate was friendly, attentive, and hardworking — she really made the experience even better. Great atmosphere, I’ll definitely be back!

Lots of empty seats that evening but we still had to wait 30 minutes, likely from not enough wait staff. Hostess was not very friendly but we decided to wait because food sounded appealing. Waiter was friendly. Food came out as ordered fairly quickly, and most of it was enjoyed. However pimento cheese was not tasty, overshadowing the rest of the sandwich and tater tots were nothing special. However waiter never checked to see if our ordered came out correctly, never offered refill on drinks, and we had to get his attention to try to get a check after we had been finished for over 20 minutes.

We stopped in at 7:15 for dinner. We were told we had to wait to at least 7:45. There were two seats at the bar we took. What's frustrating is there were ten tables empty. We waited patiently for dinner while having a beer. After we ordered another couple sat next to us. They checked the menu out and ordered. Their meals came well before ours. We only ordered sliders and poppers. When we finally left, there were still at least eight tables empty. We won't be back. Last year the meal at Ruth's Chris was so bad the manager comped the meal without us even asking. Must be a casino issue. Empty tables in and empty tables out.

Unfortunately the family and I were not impressed with Wicked Weed. Caesar salad had a weird taste almost as if it was expired. The sampler was served at room temperature. The sides were pretty good. The meat was somewhat dry. Needed plenty of the sauce on the table to make it tasty and enjoyable. Our server also did not seem to care that we didn’t think the food was of good quality and to top it all off when the server gave me my change back it was short five dollars.

I ate here once three years ago and was excited to go back. Unfortunately, the Wicked Weed Smokehouse I visited last night didn't come close to living up to my expectations. My boyfriend and I stopped in for dinner and were immediately able to sit at the bar. The bartenders who waited on us were lovely for the most part, but that's the best thing I can say about the experience. We ordered the poppers (the best thing we ate) and two BBQ sampler plates. Even though our bartender triple checked our order while ringing in our food, one of our plates came out with the wrong sides. The server quickly fixed that issue, but unfortunately she couldn't fix the bone dry and flavorless brisket. The mac and cheese and okra were nothing special, seemingly just frozen and reheated. The sausage was decent, and the pulled poker was pretty good. I don't see us returning here anytime soon.

Disappointing waste of money. I ordered the pulled pork platter. I was served stringy, tough,dry beef brisket instead. I ate half of it, thinking it was just the worst pulled pork I'd ever had, until I realized it was actually the world's worst brisket. The Mac and cheese was served in a very small brown paper (cardboard) tray. It was very gummy/ starchy, and was stuck to the paper. Scraping my food off cardboard is not how I like to eat. The cole slaw was also served in the same paper tray. It was dry. We ordered the corn muffins with honey butter. We received 3 muffins for 8 dollars. We shared one, because they are huge (think very jumbo muffin size). The server said she was bringing us plates to use with them, and never did. By the time our actual server brought the plates, we didn't need them. My husband got the buffalo wings (12) and fries . He said they were good. The atmosphere is seriously lacking, no different than fast food. We watched the servers struggling to get it all done the entire time. For $70 including tip, we felt ripped off. After we paid and walked out, one of the staff members ran out to offer us a small discount on my incorrect meal, which we declined, since we had already paid, and had already left the restaurant, on to better things.

We were staying across the street looking for a late night eatery. Decided to give this place a try. Typical sports bar type place so it was quite noisy plus it was on the second floor of the casino above a stage that had a band playing. But now the food, very reasonable price was delicious. The husband got the turkey platter with 4 large slices of smoked turkey sides were really good, the corn muffins were yummy as we waited for our food. I had basic chicken strips but they were some of the best I've had not overly breaded and juicy. Only reason for the 3 stars on the service is because our waiter was new. He didn't bring plates for the appetizer, my glass of ice Tea didn't get refilled, and he couldn't answer the few questions we had before we ordered, but im sure he will improve and he was personable.

All I can say is Baby the food, drinks, and service was amazing 👏🏾 Me and my husband said the food was the best we've had in a long time. We had Bison Meatballs. I had chopped steak over mashed potatoes and my husband had 14 oz ribeye, mac n cheese, and brussel sprouts. Service was awesome!

Picked this place on a whim and was absolutely blown away! The food, service, and atmosphere was phenomenal. I had the bison meatballs with homemade marinara for appetizer and I could have just ordered those as a meal. The prime rib was perfect. Highly recommend the pecan pie!

Hands down the best dining experience of my 54 years. The restaurant is beautiful and very clean. The food outstanding and service top notch. I had salmon and a side of fried brussel sprouts and they were incredible. We also got a show when the elk began their parade down the sidewalk. Go and thank me later.

This was our first time here since it's changed owners. The food was amazing. I had a ribeye, it was cooked to perfection. My husband had a chop steak, but he really wanted the Bison meatballs but they were out. Everything was great, they even let us have our old " booth", from past years when it was another restaurant. This was our anniversary dinner and it was perfect. Ben was our server and he was awesome, friendly, attentive and on point. We definitely will be back!!!

Absolutely delicious food, hats off to the kitchen. Reba also made the dining experience just wonderful. Overall they deserve a 10 out of 10. This is an absolute must visit again and again. We will definitely be back.

We celebrated our 36th anniversary here. Reba was our waitress and was amazing. One of the best dinners. I had the steak medallions with Brussel sprouts and scalloped Parmesan potatoes. Delicious. We were so full we took some cheese cake home! Give it a try you won’t regret it.

We’ve walked through here many times, and with plenty of seating and a wide variety of choices, this food hall is always a solid stop. You’ll find everything from fish and chips to street pizza, burgers, a breakfast spot, a full bar, and even a convenience-style general store. This time, we stopped in for a quick lunch before heading home and decided to try Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips. Wifey ordered the lobster and shrimp basket, while I went with the fried shrimp basket. The only side offered is French fries, and you get to pick two sauces. The food came out quickly and was served piping hot. Her basket looked good, though to me the lobster seemed a little over-fried. She disagreed and really enjoyed her seafood, but did mention the fries could have been a little crispier. My shrimp basket was also hot and fresh, with about five to six shrimp — a fair portion for a quick bite before hitting the road. Overall, it was a very good visit to the food hall this time around.

5-Star Experience at Gordon Ramsay Food Court (Harrah’s Cherokee) I had an amazing late-night experience at the Gordon Ramsay Food Court at Harrah’s Cherokee, and I can’t say enough good things about the service! I came in after midnight and was greeted with nothing but kindness and professionalism. Zack and Mel (the manager) truly went above and beyond. Zack kindly made me a fresh pizza after normal hours..it was hot, delicious, and exactly what I wanted. His friendliness and willingness to accommodate my request didn’t go unnoticed. Mel was equally amazing, she was incredibly professional and patient, and even recommended the carrot cake, which turned out to be incredible! You could tell they both genuinely cared about the customer experience. Everything was served fresh, with a smile, and the quality of the food matched the top-notch service. No complaints whatsoever, just a fantastic visit from start to finish. Highly recommend stopping by, even late at night!

I had an alright visit to Gordon Ramsey fish and chips. The food itself was pretty good and the mango curry sause was really unique and tasty. The crispy fish was good very good. The reason I docked a star was due to the way you order. The screen froze when I was trying to order my food. I told one of the employees and they said somone would be over shortly. I stood there awkwardly for about 5-10 minutes while a line was forming. Eventually it timed out and unfroze. I was able to reorder and pay. Other than that it was fine.

Burger was good but I feel like the taste of everything else was mediocre. We also got the fried chicken and mash and prime rib besides the apps. Service was great though . Jeremiah gave great service .

Great service! The new section opened a couple of weeks ago. (Now open 24 hours, the chicken from the fish place was raw, waited 15min for it. Rude staff preparing the food. This was updated on 4/20/25. Hate to lower my score, but raw chicken is crazy. Other areas like pizza, coffee shop, burgers, no issues. ) We tried potato soup and cocktail shrimp for appetizers, which is very tasty. For the main course, I tried the Sunday Roast 12 or 16 oz of prime rib, carrots, and mashed (potatoes amazing). The prime rib was fantastic. Alot of food. Als had a side of Mac n cheese 😋. Beautiful seating and a full bar with your favorite drinks, draft, and wine. Next door they have. Sushi, pizza, fish n chips, coffee n sweets, hamburgers, sandwiches in the food court.

Nice atmosphere great staff, although Gordon will probably cuss out the food. We had shrimp cocktail : outstanding Garden salad : outstanding Pork chop : dry and overcooked Prime Rib : overcooked and tougher than a cheap sirloin steak. The sides were excellent. The price is about 4 times higher than it’s worth. Only eat there in an emergency 😳

Everyone knows by now I hate leaving a bad review. When going to Gordon Ramsay’s Fish and Chips, well, we expected something a bit better than average fast food. The line was long, understandable and not an issue. After about 20 minutes we got our fish, 2 shrimp and chips. The fish tasted a bit like Captain D’s (which I love) but it was so greasy my fingertips were covered and my lips looked glossed after eating a bite. The chips, pictured below were cold, limp and soggy with grease. Not sure chip is the right word for these. The atmosphere was nice and the area is well designed. I’m giving an overall 3 stars only because I headed over to the bakery while my husband waited and the cakes definitely didn’t disappoint. The coconut and carrot cupcakes made up for the complete failure on the fish and chips. The cupcakes weren’t out long enough to photograph.

No coffey, dirty no doughnuts,10 am Monday morning

I am a daily Customer at Dunkin Donuts in my town. This Dunkin Express inside the Casino is Trash. Dunkin y'all need to take this OUT of Harrahs. At the very least, make it a full service.. not self serve. The area is NOT being kept up. It was dirty and not maintained very well. Stale Donuts and disgusting bean water...I LOVE DUNKIN but not this store.

Coffee was ok but the donuts were so dry and stale. Such a waste of my money. Four donuts and not one was fresh. I would rather buy a package cake than their donuts. The muffins had so much sugar on top. I want a muffin and not a mouth full of sugar. Coffee was a little weak. Will not return.

I guess they're very proud of their donuts. But for $14 a dozen they can keep them. I don't need them that much. Six or $7 a dozen I can understand. But it's 7.99 for a half a dozen. Way too expensive. But I guess that's what has to happen when they have to pay workers $15 an hour to start just to have people working in their shops. Thank you Joe Biden

Food is good! But two out of the three times we went there were no staff members to be seen to serve us. It looked like one person was working the unos pizza and Dunkin stands at the same time. Several people said they were waiting for like 20 mins for a single donut. so many people left. The food was good though they just need more staff members.

Dunkin doughnuts this one was at the cherokee casino ( inside ) and there was no help at the counter had to call out to get them to come to counter and then he threw an attitude. Everything good wise was great , but employee was nasty and rude! If I didn't like dunkin doughnuts so much I would of left.

They didnt have hardly anything… Donuts n muffins but only 2 flavors of each. Difficult to get service at the counter. Had to go find someone from one of the other resteraunts. Would not recommend.

Personized experience meeting the chef, etc. He was very friendly and proud of his food, for good reason -- best pizza around, hands down! We got a whole pie of the Grandma and a slice of chicken bacon ranch. Loved them both. I prefer the thinner and crispier crust od the Grandma but both were absolutely delicious. I'd love to say I'll try a pasta next time but the pizza was so good, not sure I can pull myself away to try them. Lol I do hope this place stays around.

Alyssa provided great service. The garlic rolls were awesome!! Service was fast and food was good with large portions!!

The food was amazing for the most part, but we were there about 45 minutes to an hour before we received our food. When we were seated and our waitress came to ask our order after about 10 minutes, she asked if we wanted appetizers. We said no, and her response was "oh thank God." This struck me as very odd. Would recommend if you like good food. Would not recommend if you are hungry at the moment you get there.

The place was initially empty. We were scared if the food was not going to be good. It was 8:30 on a Saturday night after visiting the Smoky mountains. The special pizza and both shrimp and chicken alfredo was delicious. Next time we're in the area, we will visit. If you are nearby, stop here and eat.

Have been a fan of this restaurant since they first opened in waynesville a few years back. This new place they have is absolutely amazing. Recently re-opened. Food was great, service was great, and has a very homey atmosphere. Owner Vinnie and manager Tonya are awesome and I can’t wait to see business take off! Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend!

The food was good however the chicken which was a 5 dollar up charge tasted like that out of a can. The service was very lackluster we was there 45 minutes to an hour before we got out food. We both got chicken Alfredo.

I got the Penne alla Vodka. It was very good and you could definitely tell that it was made fresh. I love the service I met both owners the person who cooked the food everyone seemed really nice. I definitely recommend

Our reaction 😂 was priceless. We ordered half a chicken and the Lobster bisque. There was no Lobster in the bisque but the tiny piece that added to the top of the bisque. Had good flavor though, no bread to dip it or anything?? The chicken was so tiny we though it was a baby chicken or quail. Was dried out. So for that money I'd think it be a decent size or be delicious. Save your money. Been to many restaurants where it's high however was worth it. Only thing that was good was the bartender he was very nice and attentive!

My son and I were so looking forward to this dinner, we made the reservation before our trip and could not wait to eat at Gordan Ramsey’s restaurant. Then we arrived and it was a huge disappointment. Our server was nice, Jeremiah I believe his name was, but after we had issues we couldn’t even get him to come by to get refills. My son got the fish and chips and I ordered the filet medium. We also ordered a side dish of mac-n-cheese. We waited a long time to get our food and there was not a lot of people in the restaurant. The food came out and as soon as I cut into my filet it was beyond well done and I could not eat it. I sent it back my son completely finished his food and I still had not received my steak yet and again it was supposed to be medium. When I finally got it the manager brought it to me and I cut into it and it was now rare and I have no idea why it took almost 30mins to get a remade steak that came out rare. The manager says and I quite “Oh it’s still not right, what do you want to do?” Seriously it’s been over an hour and I was starving by this time so I said I guess I’m going to eat it. The best part of the meal was the Bailey’s Chocolate Mousse (which the manager did give us for free), but I can’t tell you how disappointed we were. We had eaten at Ruth’s Chris the night before and I wish we went back there again because the bill was the same but the food was so much better at Ruth’s Chris. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because my son liked his fries and Mac and cheese. He liked the fish once he took the breading off the

Me and my mom and sister decided to dine here for the first time while on our stay here at the hotel. The server and hostess was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant looked very nice and clean. The place was moderately packed and one of the things that need improvement is how long it takes to receive the food. We waited 45 minutes for our food to come, and considering that we was hungry that was a little long of a wait. Once the food came, I ordered the Hellfire wings, truffle fries and mac n cheese. My mom got the short ribs and my sister got the prime ribs. The wings were pretty ok, nothing amazing about them and could use a little more sauce but cooked well. But you only get 6 wings for $18, so nothing life changing about the taste. The truffle fries was my favorite, really good. And the mac n cheese was ok, could use more cheese and seasoning. All of that was about $46, so nothing I have to run back and get. My sister’s prime rib she said was ok, the au ju and mash potatoes could use more seasoning, for about $65. My mom’s short rib she said was easy to cut into but when try to chew it was tough, chewy and stringy. She had to end up getting a new dish- crab cakes because she just couldn’t enjoy the short ribs. The waitress and manager was nice accommodating her new order so that’s not an issue. It was her birthday and the waitress accommodate her with a birthday dessert, which was the truffle pudding and that was really good! So overall this restaurant is very expensive for the taste and quality of the food. I like the people and the look of it, but we probably won’t eat here again.

We tried the Signature Experience and it was fantastic. The lobster bisque was rich and smooth, the Beef Wellington was perfectly done, and the sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream was the perfect ending. The lobster risotto was also delicious—subtle, but satisfying. A memorable meal overall.

We went to the Truffle pub at Cherokee Casino for an early dinner. We started with the lobster bisque and the soup of the day "broccoli cheese" next were the appetizers crab cakes and wagu meatballs. We ordered entrees of crispy salmon and the lobster risotto. The food was excellent and well prepared. Service was spot on attentive without being bothersome. The only negative was that there is a lot of outside noise and a bothersome vibration from time to time. Not sure what the cause. Overall a great experience and we will be back again.

First, the food was very good. We decided to do our own surf and turf ordering the crab cake appetizer as one entree with a side of broccolini, and the prime rib. Mentioned we'd share both. Food came out fairly fast and they did give us an extra plate and steak knife which was appreciated since not all places instinctively do it. So why 3 stars? The crab cakes where tiny. I mean really small and flat, and although they were good, definitely not worth $26. I assumed the $11 sides would be sharable, I was wrong. Not even enough broccolini for one person in my opinion. The prime rib was awesome! The small dollop of mashed potatoes was delicious but again, not even enough for one person. Plenty of carrots though! Again, everything tasted great, service was very good, but I don't think I'd spend that much again on what was very small portion sizes. I go to the casino and stay overnight at least once a month, and I was really hoping my first time at Truffles would have been a better experience in terms of value/price. I do like Gordon's other offerings along with some of the other restaurant there, and Ruth's Chris never disappoints so there are other options.

Bring your big wallet. Lobster bisque was delicious and a little spicy. Wife rated the French dip so so. I tasted the meat. It was sliced razor thin and tasted like the $1/bag bundig beef in the cold cut section of the grocery store. Asked for a substitute of potato puree instead of French fries. Told no so we ordered this potato puree a la carte, but sent them back. Tasted like watery potato buds.

Great tasting pizza while we enjoyed the bluegrass festival. A must stop if you are in the area.

Usually they are about 6 hours old lol.
