Starting off, the atmosphere and aesthetic of the restaurant is amazing! It definitely feels like a specialty restaurant. The service was solid. Had no complaints as everything came out pretty quick. Finally the food and drinks. I had a watermelon margarita and it was amazing! It was like a jolly rancher in a glass! The chips and sauces were good and not too spicy. My main course was the Trios Burritos. The rice was very good, but the burritos I found to be just ok. The beef one was my favorite and was the best of the bunch. The chicken felt hard and a little over cooked in my opinion. It was also my girlfriend's birthday and we got the birthday surprise which we got as Flan. The flan was 10/10 would definitely get again! Overall I would recommend stopping here and I plan on coming back.

Fun environment with tiki type atmosphere. The recipes in this place are unique. I ordered ground beef tacos and personally didn't care for the slight black licorice (anise) flavor in the meat. My husband ordered the quesobirria, and we could taste a hint of cinnamon in the meat. That unexpected flavor was delightful. Chips come with 3 dishes of salsa as there are 3 levels of spicy to suit individuals heat tolerance. I would recommend this place. If there were a Michigan location, I would most likely be a frequent visitor.

I love this place!! Everything was amazing! Caitlyn was our waitress. She didn't miss a thing. I got the tostadas. Throughly impressed! Hubby got the bistec oaxaca. He loved his food also. Some of the best Mexican food I've had in quite a while. We drove all the way from Waukesha. Well worth it. 10 out of 10! It was so cool that the menu was the placemat!

This place was decent, with reasonable prices and a nice atmosphere. My cousin and I tried the trip, which included a steak taco, a beef tostada, and an enchilada served with rice and beans. Unfortunately, the taco and tostada became soggy really quickly. It would have been better if the meat and toppings were served on the side so we could assemble our own tacos. Additionally, the meat could have used better seasoning. I won't mention any names, but our server could have been more attentive. Overall, this place was hyped up too much and has room for improvement!

Our friend, Gina, that bartends here suggested we stop in. Highly recommend. The food was so good. Margaritas were delicious! Really cool atmosphere. We even met the owner!

This place was delicious... we had fajitas, guacamole (maybe too many onions), street tacos, and relleno chiles.. the margarita were tradition and they have a great fruit options. The tequila selection was amazing. I love tequila on the rocks.

Service is great, but cobb salad is way under-portioned with meat. Advertised as having 42 grams of protein, but there's no way the meat portion would actually add up to that. Mostly just lettuce. Good flavor otherwise.

I went yesterday afternoon about 3:30 pm. Ordered a chicken sandwich and a peach shake. As always the peach shake was fantastic. However, the chicken sandwich was very, very small. I've never seen one like it. Unfortunately I didn't realize it until after I left. Huge disappointment and waste of money.

Your food and employees are horrid I asked about how something tastes she goes “I can ask..” then comes back and goes “we don’t know” Like what? Seriously? You don’t know about food you serve? Or you just don’t care? Probably both. Oh and your grilled chicken sandwich tastes like a frozen chicken you’d get at a store. Absolutely nauseating. This location is one of the worst.

The food was good. Fresh. Inside was relatively clean. We have allergies so ordered with a gluten free bun replacement. Bun was so-so. Seemed stale even though individually wrapped. Waited a long, long time for food. About 15 minutes. I saw them come out with ours once, then go back in. I assume they did something wrong? Dont know. Always a line of 20+ cars in the drive through. No exaggeration. Other than the wait, it was good for our first visit to this location. New, so maybe it will improve as time goes on.

I really didn't like Chick-fil-A taste in the beginning, but after going a few times it really does have a good flavor. if I could Ask them to change one thing, I would have the fries be a little more crispy. I have yet to find one Rude Team member at any of the chick -Fil- A's, I've been to in many states, i cannot say that about other fast food. Restaurants, I've been too

I drive for Doordash and have picked up 3 orders from this location. Prior to these I had never set foot in a Chick-Fil-A, so I was curious if they offered any plant-based options. I figured it couldn't hurt to ask because the food looked good. The woman I asked was really sweet and though she didn't know she asked a few others. The other women she asked made it seem like I was asking a stupid question. I'm pretty sure I heard one of them say "is he joking". For a company that raves about their customer service this definitely wasn't the best example.

Chick-fil-A is always a good time! Moist, juicy chicken, fresh crisp fries, inexpensive meals, jabs at burger joints. Its all good. This is a new location so its really clean. Kids play area is here also. Customer service was friendly and food was served promptly (@ breakfast). I will be back!

The service was excellent and all the staff did an amazing job. The drinks were a delight and very refreshing. The food was great too. I recommend the Cajun pasta and of course the butter croissants.

Good food, large portions. I had the New Orleans Pasta, it had 5 shrimp, must have been a full chicken breast, and some really good sausage. It was not as spicy as I would have liked, but still good. My son had the Country Fried Chicken, with mashed potatoes and country gravy, and a broccoli cheddar rice dish. It was huge, and for $2 more you can get double chicken. A great value for your money. Oh yeah, they start you with a honey glazed croissant, gratis!

Visiting from Melbourne, Australia and itnis my first time here. My sister took us here after a business event. The food was just excellent and the service was great. I got the salmon with steamed broccoli and rice. Super good and the salad was amazing! That blackened seasoning really stood out but not too much to overpower the dish. I loved the croissants and cheese bites. We had to take home some for next day. Can't recall our servers name, but she was very kind and patient as well. Loved it here. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

Great service, very clean, fresh food, extremely delicious. We are keeping this restaurant on our list of places to eat at when we head up to Wisconsin. So glad we ended up here. 100% worth going to over and over.

The cinnamon buns were absolute magic. Truly became a fan the moment I walked in. Spoke to the hostess about the inside scoop on fan favorites and then ordered them. Phenomenal, an absolute melt in your mouth experience and I love the service from the staff. Overall 10/10 will return soon!

Good food at a decent price for a sit down restaurant. We had dinner and lunch couple of times and food quality was very consistent.

We had a quick family reunion of 8! Hadn't all been together for 20 years! Our server James was fantastic and fun. Our food was amazing. We were able to get a large table in the back and had 3 wonderful hours together ❤️

We love this location. The food is excellent and they have some of the best bloody Mary’s around! Brynn was our server the last couple times we visited and she provided excellent service. Her knowledge of food recommendations and different flavors is always *chefs kiss*. We will definitely come back!

First time here and definitely would go back and try another burger. The cheese curd sampler is enough to feed 6 people. It was way too much for 2. Build your own burger is a bit of a rip off, but get the others and you won't be nickle and dimed to death for additional toppings. Our waitress spoke very fast and was reluctant on slowing down or repeating. She was a good server, just spoke way too fast.

I was just passing through the area and craving a burger when I spotted this place — and I’m so glad I stopped by! There was plenty of parking, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted and seated at a booth. The place was absolutely packed during the lunch rush, but I was still able to place my order and get my food quickly. My server, Matt, was fantastic. He walked me through the menu and made some great recommendations. He also shared that the restaurant is family-owned — something I always love supporting. The menu had a ton of options, but since I had burgers on my mind, Matt suggested the Milwaukee-style Smashburger, and wow — it was incredible. Perfectly cooked and full of flavor. They also offer several types of fries, and I went with the crispy fries, which were delicious. Everything from the food to the service was top-notch. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area — and big thanks to Matt for making the experience even better!

First time here. I opted for the outdoor seating. Loved it. Quiet. Spiderwebs should be cleaned daily guys. I had no idea what to get, all the offerings and description appealed. Matt was helpful in my decision making. He was acceptably friendly, attentive, and knew the menu. Needs to let loose a little, be more talkative. The curds are outstanding! Awesome pull, flavor, exterior crunch, interior gooey! Jalepeno burger had great flavor, peppers hot, meat flavored and juicy, cooked perfect! Smoked cheddar needs to be more pronounced. Blue cheese potato salad was great. Potatoes cooked perfect, not mush. Added bonus the leftover blue cheese went great woth the last 2 bites of burger! I will be back for more! Great food, great place!

Brynn was an absolutely amazing server - like I'm talking too notch service. This was my first time visiting Milwaukee Burger Company in Pleasant Prarie WI. Today was a special celebration that was absolutely not a let down. To start off Brynn greeted us at our table (as all good servers do) and took our drink orders along with our order of the cheese curd sampler. She then followed up to check on first bites and get our order for our entrees. I was on the fence between both the BBQ burger and brown sugar bacon burger but to my own intuition I chose the brown sugar bacon burger (it was absolutely the right call). The cheese curds were absolutely fantastic and even though I'm lactose intolerant it was well worth the later stomach pain. Our entrees came out later to zero disappointment. I asked Brynn which fries I should get, the regular or beer batter fries. She reccomened the beer battered fries and was absolutely on top of her game with that recommendation! The burger was absolutely amazing it was cooked to a 143 degree temperature but I'm more of a 142 guy myself overall the BOH staff did their job to an elevated level. Definitely better than those of the likes of Red Robin. My roommate and I enjoyed our meal and discussed his recent trip to New York City. He had a fantastic time in case you were wondering. The meal wrapped up with an expideted check delivery but confidence from Brynn that we were in "no rush whatsoever." Bynn has been one of the best servers I've had in a long time and when she explained that there was a competition for who could get the most reviews I was happy to participate and I personally think this review should could for TWO REVIEWS! Because this is not only a review of the restraunt but also of the fantastic service that we received! She was also very personable and gave extra personality into service even mentioning she was a college student! If I could rate this experience 6 stars I would but sadly I could only do 5 VOTE FOR BRYNN in future reviews!!!!

Curd sampler was great. My Wisconsin Smashed was awesome. My son's "BYOB" was good except the brown sugar bacon was barely cooked. Very fatty and rubbery. Plus his beer battered fries we're extremely oily. My natural cut fries were excellent. So unfortunately first experience was kinda hit or miss.

My husband I are from Michigan and were passin through the area. Instead of gettin food from a fast food joint or major chain restaurant, we decided we would order from a local business. We love burgers and the menu sounded way too good to not try. We ordered our food to go. A hickory cheddar burger and a jalapeno burger with fries, mozzarella cheese curds, and an Arnie Palmer. I’ll start with the bad so I can end this on a good note. Our burgers were awful. Normally I’d just think I had too high of expectations, but when my husband says somethin negative about food, it’s a problem, because he doesn’t find anything wrong with food. He will eat just about anything. He ate his whole burger, but that’s because we spent $40 on the meal and we aren’t rich. I can honestly say this was the WORST burger I’ve ever had. It was a hockey puck. I didn’t finish mine. It was past well done. Basically burnt. The only flavor I could get out of it was smoky, between the hickory, bbq sauce, and char. Our cheese curds were massive and they were decent. We’re not familiar with Wisconsin cheese curds, but compared to the small cheese curds we have back home, these were mediocre. I don’t recommend their marinara sauce unless you like watery sugar with a hint of tomato flavor on a cheese curd. The Arnie Palmer is weak and I don’t recommend it, considering it’s $3.49 and you can get a giant can of Arnold Palmer at the gas station for less than $2. Don’t waste your money. Now onto the good stuff. The fries were the best part of our meal. They were cooked perfectly! The right amount of salt to fry ratio. Highly recommend. I loved the side of pickles! They’re the good dill pickle chips! Our meal was ready in a decent amount of time, especially for a Friday night. Our service was friendly and prompt! My favorite part about this place was they have a dog friendly patio!

Seated immediately but the customer service was absolutely horrible. Our server had way too long of nails to be workinh in the food industry. She pretty much ignored us, we asked for water refills three times. Sadly we both got violently ill 10 minutes after leaving.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was hands down the worst dining experience we have ever had. First off, there was 3 sets of silverware provided for 8 people. We had to ask multiple times just to get the basics which never happened. We were trying to eat noodles with a butter knife. Out of 6 people who ordered chicken and gnocchi soup, there was 3 gnocchi’s total. The appetizer that we ordered was completely forgotten about and came out 2 minutes before the meal due to the mess up. The noodles came out undercooked and nearly inedible, and the meals themselves had no flavor whatsoever. Our dishes weren’t cleared from the table once, we were eating with stacks of dishes covering the table. Not a single refill the entire time either— apparently, water is too much to ask for. There was a moldy piece of chicken under our table, that really added to the ambiance. The manager mentioned that she doesn’t work at that location and was set up for failure by the pleasant prairie location. Save your money and your time.

Our waiter was Conner L and he did a very great job, we haven't had a good waiter like that since visiting Hells Kitchen in Las Vegas. Always replenishing the food/drinks in a timely manner, professional, polite, asking the right questions and always on good timing. If I always had waiters like this I'd go broke from going out to eat all the time.

Had a good time! We celebrated a birthday and got amazing service! I rate the atmosphere low because there was a table that was very disrespectful. They pulled a server aside and when she asked who there server was the no so gentleman threw his hand in the air showing her as “big.” Their server was a beautiful women who was not big. I wish she was our server because she was in her game!

I had a great dining experience at Olive Garden! The food was delicious as always — warm, fresh, and comforting. What really made our visit stand out, though, was our server, Ellie. She was absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. She checked in often without being overbearing and handled our requests with genuine care and professionalism. It’s always nice when good food is paired with great service. Nice time out with the family on a very hot day. Restaurant was not busy and we were seated immediately. Friendly waitress and very attentive to our table and others. Food was excellent and she kept the food coming on a timely manner. All in all a great outing. The chicken marsala looked so good, my wife lived it. I had the soups and salads while my son had the standard, lasagna and salad.

Excellent coffee,teas, and baked goods! Lovely atmosphere and friendly with staff. Beautiful! I come to town for the cancer treatment centers of America and am sorry I haven't visited here sooner. My cancer is cured, or I would be a frequent visitor. You'll regret it if you don't stop in hete!

Just got done having a quick breakfast and coffee here, and I can say that I thoroughly enjoyed it! The atmosphere was very small coffee shop which is so much fun. The coffee was hot and super tasty, and my cinnamon roll was delicious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that's in the area that's wants some great coffee.

Love the Mocha from here. There are three separate areas to sit,,, well actually 4, because there is also a large outdoor area as well. I've been going here for years and like it a lot. You should certainly give it a try when you're in the area 😉

What a delightful coffee shop! We came here twice while we were staying in the area: once for breakfast and once for lunch. The coffee and food were super tasty and the employees were really friendly. I highly recommend this place!

This coffee shop is so cuuute! It was so cozy and their decor is perfect. I asked the barista what he recommended. He recommended I try the fall seasonal apple latte. It was delicious and like nothing I've ever tasted. I highly recommend everyone around the area to visit. They had a variety of coffee options and also serve sandwiches. What I really enjoyed is that they bring your coffee to you at your table. They offer wifi to you if you purchase something.

This past January marked the very first time trying a Ruffolo's location and was a delightful first experience. My family & I really enjoyed it! Over the years I've had co-workers in particular that live in Kenosha or Pleasant Prairie that claim that the food and especially the pizza are really good here and they're right! This IL guy already fell in love with this place after one visit! What I love about this place is the food is delicious at great prices, doesn't have a thousand bottle wine rack and the ambience is nothing fancy. This is the way I like to do Italian, just yummy food in a humble setting with down-to-Earth friendly service. Everyone ordered something different which I'm glad so I could get an overall synopsis on the taste of the food in general. This Italian fare is awesome and the pizza is easily some of the best in town. The Poor Man's Lobster was really good with a generous portion. Although not a mystery to the folks of K-Town, Ruffolo's is a real gem and a bit of a hole-in-the-wall if you ask me. I wish for continued success & prosperity for the owner who I met and was very kind.

I am obsessed with this place and the people that work here. The most amazing experience we have had in a while. You arrive as a costumer and you leave feeling part of their big Italian family! (I could cry ) Authentic Italian food. EVERYTHING is home made and delicious!!! I mentioned how much I loved their sauce and the owner offered to give me some to take home. This is how much they care! Who does that nowadays??? They have the biggest hearts 🇮🇹💚 We will be back everytime we are in town. We were 3 people that entered the dining room about 4:15 on a Friday in Lent and soon after meant more folks poured in. Looking around we saw that several of the bigger tables were empty and those were reserved for parties of five or six or more. We ordered two fish fries in one order of lasagna. Also salads and lobster bisque. The fish fries and the lasagna were very good but I think the lasagna was missing something? It seems a little short on cheese on the inside and perhaps some Italian seasoning? The service was great also. Yum

My husband and I are very grateful for this place. We had our rehearsal dinner here and they catered our wedding, and we had such an incredible experience with them. Our guests raved about the food, and they really took care of us. We had a few options at our wedding and everything was delicious. We’d absolutely recommend them!!

Always have great food and friendly service here!! The Henny Penny Broasted chicken is amazing! The calzone and pizzas are excellent too. Probably one of best food values anywhere, so much great food at so reasonable a price.

Nunzio‘s favorite was really good. All the kids loved it great atmosphere. The service is hands-down the best in town. Great staff every time I’ve been in there it’s always upbeat family Feel. The tiramisu was top-notch.

Good Sothern Italian food, efficient friendly service, good prices. Not much "atmosphere." But, it didn't seem to matter to the customers. It was a Thursday evening and the place was busy with a mix of young, old and families.

Pizza tastes great. Great price for the fact you can customize it pretty thoroughly. Had a nice crunch to it. Topping were good. Sauces had a nice taste too them, (I tried half and half red and white sauce) though I think I may like the red sauce more than the white sauce. All in all, I'd say it's worth your time to try it.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, but the quality has noticeably declined. The pizzas are now smaller, yet the prices have gone up. The one I received recently barely filled half the box, when it used to fit perfectly. The dough also tastes different than before. It’s disappointing to see the standards slip at a place that used to be consistently great

My food was good don’t get me wrong but the professionalism in the African american that was working was severely lacking. I’ve worked in fast food i understand the irritation when customers come in 30 minutes before close; however, that is no excuse to roll your eyes, mumble “Oh my god” when i asked for sauce with my pizza, huff and puff continuously, and drag a very loud table every time i spoke to order. This is very inappropriate behavior for an employee.

When my wife and I come back to Kenosha, we always stop here. Has great service and a great eat in area with seating space outside as well. Most of the time our food is spot on and no issues. Occasionally, the crust gets too dark for my taste, but overall, this place is great for my family! Will be back when we visit again!

Up until Friday the 21st of January 2022, I seemingly had no issues with this restaurant. I had eaten there several times before, and the majority of the staff seemed trained and on top of what they were doing. The quality of the food was decent and workers were mostly friendly. I have completely changed my outlook on this restaurant due to a terrible experience with our food and it not being corrected after trying to contact a manager, taking pictures of our food and throwing it out to try and correct the mistake, and being talked to with some of the most disrespect I’ve dealt with from anyone in the food business trying to correct a mistake. This lady was completely combative, defensive for no reason as I was completely respectful and just trying to solve the issue, somehow a manager that clearly thinks she can talk to customers however she wants, wouldn’t give me her name when I asked for it because I wanted to contact someone higher up after being treated the way I was by her, nothing got solved, and now I lie in wait for someone from corporate to hopefully contact me via the email I sent because I couldn’t find a direct phone number! It’s sickens me how the weight of one person could bring everything down. I should also mention though that our food was terrible! We had to wait in line for well over 10 minutes for our food, our food came out burned on the bottom and all our ingredients cold on the top, the staff working that day were standing around, and the boy trying to help take our order was struggling immensely and no one seemed to care or offer up help. Entire experience was TERRIBLE! If you eat here I hope you don’t experience the same.

The pizzas are made fresh in front of you, the ingredients are fresh and taste excellent. It's typically quick service, always friendly and a clean seating area.

I ordered the family pack. The rice was undercooked, the lomein was awful. They were scraping the bottom of the pans to add enough to my containers. I asked for soy sauce and got sweet and sour instead. I spent to much money for my food to be less than subpar. I definitely won't be going back.

My wife loves Panda Express and we always drop into to a branch each time we visit American….. the food was great as usual and great value!

Orange chicken and shrimp were not cooked all the way. Some pieces tasted raw and rubbery. The service is slow when I walked in I waited about 20 mins to get helped. Called them to let them know about the raw pieces and nobody answered.

Staff are nice but too many online orders. Line takes 20 minutes to get through and I was 3rd in line walking in. Crazy. Hot foot cause they serve so much but not worth it. Chipotle and five guys are next door - both are great and much faster. Shame

More often than not messes up my order. Arielle the manager was argumentative when I just needed a solution for missing fries when I cashed in my rewards points for a free fry. Britt was able to handle my problem effectively and with passion to her job. Truly 100% appreciate her. Arielle on the other hand needs better training and needs to be nicer to customers.

Delicious, fresh sandwiches made to order and fully customizable. Joe was friendly and helpful in placing our order. Clean restaurant with a lot of seating, beverage options, and sides. Reasonable prices and sizable portions makes this a great lunch spot!

Great place to get a delicious sub and a tasty root beer float. Friendly customer service. Parking is limited because of neighboring businesses.

Went in shortly after the lunch rush. Employee Rick greeted me immediately. Took my order very quickly. This did not leave me time to add modifications. It was alright, I asked him to make them while making my sub, and he had no problem. I'm happy with the service I received, and the sub was made well.

My visit today was very disappointing. My husband and I have eaten here many times and experienced great service, but not today. I felt the associate at the register responded to my requests to clean the tables disrespectfully. All the tables in the restaurant needed cleaning so I asked if someone could clean them. She responded that someone was on the way to do that. We waited about 5 minutes and I asked again if someone could clean the tables. She said they had been cleaned. When I told her they weren't she said "I'll clean them again, but they've already been cleaned". When I pointed to the tables that weren't cleaned, she said that's because you were sitting there and the other tables had people sitting there, so those weren't done. I know this wasn't true because my husband and I waited for someone to come out to clean them so we could eat and no one did. We've eaten here many times and again, had great experiences, but for today. so i was here like an hour ago with my 2 friends and we got the combo meal for $8 from the start the food looked okay but we were hungry so we decided to get it. from the first few bites the rice and noodles were flavorless and the teriyaki chicken wasn’t tasting too good either. immediately after we finished me and my friend went to the bathroom and puked out brains out. super gross. didn’t even eat the entire plate because it was just horrible. also the mountain dew tasted like yellow sprite like what? don’t eat here unless you wanna be talked about by little girls in the bathroom hearing you puke.:)

Came here for dinner. Food looked like it had been sitting out all day under heating lamps. It looked dried out, aged and spoiled. I was craving fried rice and how bad can you screw up fried rice, right? Wrong. It tasted worst than it looked. Had to give up after a few bites and go somewhere else. I usually don't write reviews but I'm very concerned that this place might make someone sick.

Omg!!! Worst place ever. If I could give them a negative star OH I WOULD! Customer service sucks! They kept rushing us to order. We got the 4 combo, two entrees and two sides for $8. We wantes the shrimp and they explained it in a very hard to understand way. So we just decided to get it and it turns out they charge $5 extra for 5 shrimp!!!! Never ever going here again. Not to mentiom the boss was yelling at the employee for not getting my drink correct.

My friends loved Japan Cafe. However, China Kitchen is awful. The chow mein tasted like it was cooked in dirty socks, and the orange chicken tasted more like barbecue sauce. It’s extremely overpriced for such terrible food.

tasted absolutely horrible and me and my 2 friends puked in the mall bathroom immediately after eating the teriyaki chicken. wasted 10 dollars on my meal that didn’t even stay in my stomach. DO NOT EAT THERE.

Went and was standing by cashier to get a drink. Manager gave me attitude and said get in line. I ask if I needed to get in line to get only a drink he gave me a big YES with attitude. I walked away never will visit this place just by the attitude I was given. NEVER GIVE CUSTOMER ATTITUDE THEY ARE BUYING FROM YOU.

TALK TO YOUR DELIVERY DRIVERS, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TO DELIVER A CUSTOMERS PIZZA IN THIS CONDITION, IF IT ISN'T SITTING FLAT IN YOUR CAR THIS IS THE RESULT. PERHAPS LOSING LONG TIME CUSTOMERS FOR SOMETHING THIS SIMPLE WILL GET YOUR ATTENTION.

Awesome staff here. Super excited when our order was up to try the pizza. The teenagers I had along loved the pizza and saved some for snacking later. I got a side order of cheese curds also being that is my sprinkle of Wisconsin right there. Cheese. Mmmmm......delicious Thanks again for the awesome time. See you soon!

I'm sad to say this wasn't great for two reasons. First, our pizza was a bit too salty, extremely greasy, and overcooked to the point that the crust was dry, hard, and burnt tasting. Second, the atmosphere wasn't great. It is super hot inside. I understand that they're making pizza, but customers don't want to come in from 95-degree weather and feel like they are walking into the pizza oven! Plus, the young lady in the front pretty much ignored us. We had to wait for someone to come from the back to take our order. He was perfectly nice, but very sweaty, which he wiped with his hands. Then, as we were ordering, someone else came from the back biting into a slice of pizza. Neither was wearing food prep gloves. The visuals were giving unsanitary. This was only my second time here. The first time was ok, this time, not so much. Maybe this was not their best day.

Edit: Adam the owner reached out ant we had a lengthy exchange. He was apologetic, and his customer service really showed he cared. I can’t speak on the food because we haven’t eaten there yet, but we will consider it next time we get a work lunch. We ordered a large order for our work lunch. They are 10 minutes away from us. After an hour the driver called and said they couldn’t find it. We’re easy to find a big building with huge green letters and we have the address and the name of the business. After an hour and a half called to see where our food was. The person that answered said they didn’t know where their driver was, and they were going to call them. A little more than a half hour later we called them back because we didn’t hear from them. Their answer was well they couldn’t find us so they didn’t bother sending it out again because the food was cold by then.

I ordered 3 large pizzas for a party at a nursing home. The pizza was delivered. It was right on time and incredibly delicious. Everyone loved it. I had not had it before but it was recommended by a friend of a friend.

It's a small eatery perfect when ya don't want a crowded place to eat in.The pizza we ordered was the Large Cheese and Sausage Pizza...we got what we ordered back in the day, a special pizza that's only found in Chicago called Vito Angelo's on Fullerton Ave & Lawndale...This was exactly the same versión..the sauce was super tangy..🤤..the sausage.🤤🤤...and melded in with the cheese and the crunch of the cracker crust 🧑🏻‍🍳...👌🏻.. we'll be back again...thanx to the pizza worker there tht had the names of his babies on his arms.... Ezekiel and Isaiah...their Dad's the best!!And thank you for your service,hats off to the cooks..

Crow is the best! Gets the food there so quickly, and a hell of a good guy. So are the other drivers, and the food is amazing. You can't go wrong!

I love this place. I’ve eaten here about 10 times so far when shopping and going to Six Flags nearby. The thin crust plain cheese pizza is the amazing. 10/10. Super quick service as well.

It's a typical mall food place. The pizza was delicious and the sides were too. I went with Mac N Cheese. Got a Stromboli too. You have to have realistic expectations and for mall food it hits the spot. Atmosphere isn't really under their control.

If I could give it a Zero i would! Bad deal! Maybe they were just having a bad day? Try the elote man outside way better stuff and way nicer

Not enough topping for price. Tasteless pineapple No extra pineapple for pizza available. So I will not return with my kids. $10 for 2 slices Don't waste your money on them.

I’m annoyed with this place. Their website says they close at 9. I went to place my order around 6:30 online and it says they can’t take the order I called and they said they close at 7. So the next day I made sure to place it in time. I called ahead of time and they said they close at 7:30 today since it’s Friday. I placed my order online at exactly 5:58. The tracker said I’d get the pizza at 6:50. I called the customer service at 7:11pm and asked where my pizza was. They called the restaurant and let me know they’re sorry and I should get it in 10 minutes.. so I wait and wait. No pizza ! I call them back at 7:45 mad and ask where my pizza is. They called the restaurant again and they said the driver is picking it up now and will be there in 10 minutes AGAIN... I wait and wait. I call back at 8:02 still mad asking where my pizza is. They told me the SAME thing they told me the first 2 times. (Give them 10 minutes) it’s now 8:30 and NO PIZZA !

7 people standing around “working” yet they still got my order wrong. Paid $27 for 2 slices of pizza, two side salads, a side of pasta and 3 drinks. If my kids were not driving me crazy for food I would of went somewhere else.

Great place with good food need more east coast style pizza places like this but only 4 stars because I guess they only do 1 refill per person so i went to refill my drink and a friends drink after that and they said only 1 refill which i have never had a problem with refills before there either way when you pay $2+ for a drink i think they can spare atlest 2 free refills. But overall great pizza place

Bad cashier with blonde hair. Dirty nasty grosss service. Cashier not friendly she seems like does want to work and helps. She is very rude. Can not ask questions about the orders. Asked for extra meat and she did not do it. Ask for easy iced for the drink and gave extra iced. So the drink is end up iced more drink. Never ever come back and don’t eat here.

Not a bad cheesesteak at all and this past August marked the first time in maybe 3 years having one here. Obvious competition with the likes of Charley's, Great Steak makes a decent cheesesteak if not a bit pricy. Even before the COVID hit along with the unnecessary inflation and minimum wage hike, always thought GS was a bit up there in price. I was starving' at the time so the cheesesteak and Philly fries hit the spot. I rarely see these around anymore but certainly hope for continued boomin' business for the owner(s).

Got the Philly deluxe, "Philly cheese " was sadly just liquid nacho cheese with that plastic taste, fries had that starchy taste from not being fried long enough. Was disappointing I've eaten at bunch of the locations this was no way like the rest .The young guy taking the order was super nice , called everyone including me" boss " Atmosphere not their fault its pleasant prairie location .Didnt notice any Halloween decorations though in the common area .

Come to this location for your cheese steak the food is great and the customer service is even better, good food and good vibes come see for yourself try everything on the menu and come back if you can.

I had a great experience at Great Steak! I ordered the chicken teriyaki, and it was absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. The portion size was generous, and everything tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and quick with the service. Definitely one of the best chicken teriyaki meals I’ve had from a quick-serve spot. I’ll definitely be back!

Great customer service and very polite. Ordered the Premier Philly with both chicken and steak. Delicious cheesesteak. Store supports Military and Veteran discounts.

I was really disappointed with this place. The cheesesteak was super overpriced for what you get ,the portion was small, and definitely not worth the money. On top of that, the service wasn’t great either. Staff seemed not very friendly. Definitely not coming back.

I was disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle location. The staff appeared unprofessional, and the portion sizes were noticeably smaller compared to other locations, leaving me frustrated and unsatisfied.

we ordered guac and they literally gave us a scoop of guac with a whole pit in it. the carnitas has no flavor, the only thing I enjoyed was the rice and beans. they gave me half a scoop of rice. the salsa verde tastes like mouthwash, and there was lettuce and other food bits in all of the different containers. my mom didn’t get her points bc their system was “down.” service was bad, but they’re all appearing to be teenagers so I can’t blame them. At least we got lots of the nice forks and spoons and napkins.

Dude gave me chicken like it was coming out of his paycheck. Plenty of times they act stingy with their ingredients while I gotta pay a premium, ridiculous.

Walked in at 9 when the store clearly says closed at 10 for store hours and the entire crew was already cleaning the store, had all the food put away. So we placed a to go order and one of the employees complained that it was inconvenient. Cars were still pulling in at to order. Meanwhile the young girls were fixing and playing with their hair in the food line. Clearly, someone needs to manage the place a little better. I get wanting to go home after a long day, but if you don’t want the business then lock the doors and turn off your orders. Make it make sense.

Today Sep 3rd 2023 DISGUSTED 🤮 Placed an online order for two chicken bowl with other toppings,I picked up my order and got home,I take my food out and realized there IS NO CHICKEN, called the store and they said to bring it back to correct their mistake. Went back to the restaurant with the order and they make me a new order,I went home,opened my bowl up,I had about 4 bites before I even noticed A FREAKING BUG ON MY FOOD!!!!! This is a really bad experience and Chipotle has FOR SURE LOST A CUSTOMER!!!!! I am beyond grosed out. It all was a bad experience from the beginning by them messing up my order and having to come back to get a new order only to come home with a freaking bug in my food. I called the store and they gave me a number to call (corporate) to have them help with this issue. IM JUST GROSSED OUT AND DISAPPOINTED. Bad business. 👎

I ordered from here on Thursday. It was expensive with the extra beef, $30 just for the bowl and chips. The food came on time, but of course there was no extra beef. The majority of the bowl was lettuce, cheese, and salsa. The amount of meat that was in the bowl was the equivalent of three tacos from Chipotle, there was nothing extra left over, not even a piece of fat. I guess chipotle is only worth it if you watch them make the food.

Don’t order the Carne Asada! It says it’s their most tender steak ever. NOT! Goodyear should use it to make tires!

Small little place with a simple menu. Service was fine, given the size. Pretty nice beer menu. Burger was cooked nicely and looked good. The sweet potato tater tots tasted like French toast, maybe some folks like that? Salad was good. Overall a pretty run of the mills American food. Nothing great, but nothing bad.

The menu provided a nice selection of lunch options. I decided on a salad and was very happy with my choice. The staff understood that I was vegan and added a little extra for my “protein” needs. I would definitely go back.

Food is delicious! The people that serve they really know the menu! One guy mentioned her sister made it, so he was very knowledgeable about the options. Both times I went late at night and there was still service. You need to go straight to the bar to order, every other part of the restaurant is empty. Fast service and great team, very friendly!

This was a lovely place. It was near closing time when we ordered and p/u our food. The atmosphere seemed kinda on the Irish Pub side but seemed ok for outsiders 🤭. We had the steak and berry salad, which was really good. The price point for this salad was not quite $20 per person, but we thought it was worth it. There's a lobby area upon entry and then the bar area. Im assuming the dine-in area was somewhere close. Would recommend the salad we had. We will probably try other menu items in the near future.

The first couple of days we were here we were helped by Olivia who was wonderful and the evening cook was great. Any other time, however, proved to be a different story. All the other servers were horribly slow. Over an hour to get our food and there was only one other occupied table. Ordered eggs over medium and they were hard and dry and everything else was overcooked. Went in today and they’re out of their offerings and the waitress is still slow, and there is still only one occupied table.

We enjoyed the food and the place was quiet. This was the first time and it was enjoyable. The burger was huge and the Reuben was tasty. The best out of it all we’re the fries. Both the regular and the sweet potato fries were crispy and hot.

Great place!! It's located in the double tree. Menu was unique with several familiar options and some creations that seemed outstanding. Great variety and service here. Absolutely worth giving a try!!

Service was super slow. The two girls were taking a family at a time so the line was super long. The youngest looking girl added a bunch of jalapeños even though I asked her for light, and she added a lot more mayo than I usually get to my sandwich. She didn’t even look like she wanted to work there..

Absolutely worst subway ever!! I placed an order on the app and went to the restaurant to get it. The "manager" (let's be real any manager that acts like her should be ashamed of herself and be fired!!) Claimed to not receive it and would not even acknowledge that I was at the right restaurant. She then decided to not acknowledge our order at all and told us we could cancel by calling the number, so we did. Then she decided to tell us she would not be answering the phone to cancel our order. This is borderline fraud! Be careful ordering from the restaurant online, you might not get your food or your money.

If i could give this 0 stars I would. I do not understand how this location is open ..i gaurentee if they had a health inspector or a subway higher up come by as a fake customer they would be HORRIFIED. I've worked for subway about 3 years total at different locations. They are nowhere near up to code. I have tried going to this location 5 different times. Each time honestly worst then the last. People are not helpful, not nice, not CLEAN, wearing drug rug hoodies over their uniform (like of all hoodies it had to be the baggiest one with the more likely chance of carrying bacteria) its honestly mostly the cleaniness that freaks me out most. One of my coworkers told me the one time she went the same chick wearing the drug rug hoodie had put on her gloves and THEN scratched her head with her finger and then proceeded to make the food. My coworker told her that was not right and said something to who she assumed was the manager who didn't seem to care at all. Im honestly hoping someone higher up finds out. I was so excited Subway had come back in the mall but now i just want it to leave. This post is me just summing up things. I could say way more.. This is the worst establishment I have EVER been too hands down. Im sorry

The workers were terrible, rude, and incompetent. Sprinkling three pieces of lettuce and calling it complete as well as putting a pea sized dab of mayo is horrendous and a disgrace to the Subway name. Never eat here ever.

Worst subway experience ever. I am vegetarian and requested subway guy to change gloves and he replied rudely that 'I am Mediterranean so what'. My friend was with me and he just wrapped his sandwich without asking for adding sauce. Worst customer service.

Service is good for as busy as it gets on the weekends. Mon-friday no waits fast paced and fast sandwiches made the way you want! Pizzas soups and salads are all on the menu

Lady here was very rude. I asked for some napkins just single napkins and told me to go back where i got my food in such a bad attitude.

Food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered the 2 entree plate with orange chicken, chicken teriyaki and lo mein with a coke and rangoons. The chicken was so dry and flavorless. It was overcooked. The rangoons were beyond greedy and bland. There was only cream cheese not even imitation crab. The noodles were so greasy every the first bite was dripping in grease. The coke was so flat and gross

DO NOT EAT HERE‼️‼️‼️ The lady tried to give me more food and charge me more than I asked for then stared at me when I said no? I’m taking it a step further and contacting the health department in Kenosha. I got food poisoning after eating TWO bites. I threw up over 3 times. This place should be shut down, immediately! My stepdad got food as well, he didn’t eat it so he didn’t get sick. Wasted almost $20 on teriyaki chicken that looked like car oil was drizzled over it.

Orange chicken is all dough and hard. Teriyaki chicken is super salty. Noddles are okayyy

Staff is very friendly, and it’s a good price for one entree. I recommend the orange chicken at China Town.

We ordered teriyaki chicken from Teriyaki Grill. Waited a while for my order even though I was clearly next in line. The guy who was cooking kept calling out the number right before my number. He called it out several times, then disappeared into the back. The cashier then came over and told me the order sitting up on the counter was in fact mine. So the cook had been calling out the wrong number all that time. In the meantime, my order sat there uncovered and getting cold for minutes. When we finally ate it, the chicken was crunchy as if it was overcooked with not much flavor. Probably the worst teriyaki chicken that we've ever had from one of these food court places, and it was overpriced on top of it. Won't be back.

Something is wrong with this food mom and i couldn't eat it cause its starting to make us sick so we stop eating and tossed out the rest its a waste of 16bucks, and all food r favor less and over cooked something is worng

We went here for a large team lunch (15+ people) and it was a great experience. We placed a group order online; it was fast, efficient, and super easy. Placed the day before too. Everything was hot and ready when we arrived to pick up. They let us go through everything at the counter to make sure we were not missing anything or that something was wrong. It all ended up being fine, bonus everyone's names were on the tickets/labels! The food was great, as you can tell in the pictures, we ordered everything from salads to sandwiches. Everything was delicious and the team raved about it. Reasonably priced for large groups too. Not to mention the staff was a great help while we were in store. Would recommend going here for a large team meal or just a meal in general!

We decided to try this place since I’ve bought their frozen Italian beef meat and we did like it. Fresh is even better! I’m glad we did go, bread, beef, fries delicious!! A great surprise was the meat arancini - I need a case of those only!! Please freeze and sell those too, so people that are around the store can try this awesome snack!

The Sandwich was very good, the hot pepper were very hot, and the sweet pepper very tasty, fries are fries be the Italian beef was very good, and I had the Sandwich total dipped..

My first time going and it was fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥 large beef baptized with extra beef and peppers made my Fatboi come out and then I put the Red marinara sauce on it😍😍😍😍😍 It made it a whole different sandwich!!! I'm in love 💕!!!! My wife's chicken sandwich was so juicy and delicious we will definitely be back!! Oh yeah and the charred peppers set it off and please please get a side of fries you won't be disappointed!!!!

First ever stop at Buona. I'm from the Midwest so don't get too many traditional Italian beef sandwiches. I tried the beef and cheddar with giardiniera, original dip. Very moist and flavorful and filling sandwich! Bread was also very good. Our table split an order of the beef arancini, which were good, but pricey ($7.50 for 3). I'd say best of all was the cannoli! Perfectly dusted with pistachio and the cream wasn't too sweet. Brings me back to Italy!

Great place. Love the atmosphere and the way the people who work there respect you like you're part of the family. Love the roast beef. I always order the french fries extra crispy and they are absolutely the best that way. Nice and golden brown on the outside crispies can be some really really good french fries.

Gorgeous new location, conveniently located on Highway 50, not far from interstate 94! Walking in you have menus to look at to decide what you want. There’s employees at the counter to take your order and two kiosks. I tried a kiosk, the touch function was not working well. Once you order you get a binder and they bring the food out to you. The cheesy beef was delicious. The beef was tender and hot. I wish they offered dipped options like their competitor. Chocolate shake was perfect. Salad was huge ave very fresh. Plenty of parking and seating. Everything seemed ADA friendly/compliant. Worth a stop in, I plan to try more on the menu!

Poor service 11/11/2024, my mom picked up 2 sandwiches, a shake, and soup. One sandwich was clearly stated to only have mustard as its condiment NO MAYO. Sandwich stated to have no mayo (which was meant for me) had mayo, even though it was explicitly stated to have none since it makes me sick. Additionally the shake came without the cookie in it, and the staff seemed to be having an argument going on as yelling happened in the building. Whatever happened for price of the meal I wish there was better service this night, and that things could be better sorted at this location for in the future.

Potbelly!! Is this what we doing now?? Cmon yall!! I’ve gone to this shop plenty of times with great service and good food. This is the worst! The oil from the sandwiches got on my car seats, carpet and all!! Since when do we not care anymore about our product??? You know better, so do better!!! Really disappointed! 😞👮🏾‍♂️ PART 2 Ok, went back got another sandwich that wasn’t leaking oil on my seats in the car(plus I took the older car this time😬) and this below is what I got. The first two are before and the last three are after. I was told this is normal amount of oil for sandwich. Not true as I go at least three times a month. The supervisor was nice but to travel in the snow at night for a new sandwich and this is what they came up with… Just sad. 😞 Please check before you leave. Chalk this up as consumer fault as I usually check food before I leave but never had to when going to Potbelly. Really disappointed. ☹️

Came through the drive thru with my coworker at about 12:45 for 2 sandwiches and when we were getting our order taken the gentleman was flat out RUDE cut us off while ordering. When we got to the window they FORGOT my food and my co worker got his sandwich. We ordered a roast beef and an Italian originals with a cup of mac and cheese. The lady at the window was also RUDE, held onto my debit card the entire time while waiting for our food just to not get my sandwich and my coworker did. Threw the bag of food out the window and said “have a great day” and slammed the window. Never have i ever had bad experiences there but this ruined it for me and i will no longer be coming to this location again.

Updated Review - 12/18/23: We had Potbelly’s delivered to the office for dinner during a meeting we were having. I could tell everyone liked the food by the way they ate almost everything before I had a chance to take pics. Lol. Everyone loves food from Potbelly’s! We had a selection of sandwiches, salad, chips, soup, and chili. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend Potbelly’s! ————————— Original Review: The sandwiches at Potbelly’s are delicious! Every one I have ever eaten has been great. I have eaten quite a few different ones. Their box lunches are always fun. A sandwich, a bag of chips, and a cookie. I would highly recommend Potbelly’s!

This was my first time having potbelly and I will never ever have it again. It was so disgusting. I got the skinny turkey on whole grain and it was just bread. Couldn’t taste the mustard or the cheese. It was just a grainy loaf of disgustingness. I paid $13 to throw it in the trash. Not to mention the guy, The rushed me, and I couldn’t even order a drink.

I have to say, I am really disappointed with how this place is being run. Today now marks the THIRD time in a row my online order was either incorrect or not prepared on time. I ordered at 11:12 am (not even close to peak lunch time). It said it would be ready at 11:26 am. I got there at 11:40 am and it wasn't ready. They asid that my ticket didn't print so I had to wait now as my sandwich was being made behind everyone elses. The manager never seems to apologize or do anything to rectify this. I ended up getting my sandwich at 11:55 am and had to run back to work. This has also happened in the past and another time they completely forgot to make a sandwich in my order. I understand that mistakes happen, but every time I do an online order it never is done correctly or made close to the time it says it will be ready. For that reason, I'm leaving 1 star.

This was a great experience all the way around. I had a skinny Cubano and chili with Mac. Both were delicious! Service was fantastic and my food was prepared to perfection. Tables were clean and I enjoyed eating my food in peace. Some sandwich places have music blaring so loud that I cannot converse with my friend while eating. This was NOT the case at this store. Music was not loud at all and I enjoyed my lunch very much.
