Good place if you want to grab a quick bite. Service is okay. Atmosphere is mediocre. Service can sometimes be slow. Breakfast can be baught here, too.

Tasty patties, quick service, happy customer. Had a chicken pattie and a veg pattie, both nice, preferred the chicken though.

Please ensure to sweater the porridges properly, the porridge are often fresh😔 I bought a peanut porridge today and it was soooo fresh, I ask one of the staff for some sweatener and she responded saying " mi na ave nuh sweatener fi dat" 😞😞 i had to go again and purchase something else because I couldn't drink that.....

Juici Patties at St Ann's Bay top notch service..very courteous and accommodating staff to a customer order 8 boxes of patties for the 1st time. While other customers were getting impatient the staff remained professional. Will recommend for great customer service.

I visited Juici Patties 2 days ago and waited in the long queue behind 9 customers to place my order, the young unfriendly Cashier seemed reluctant to speak to me about my order when I asked how long was the wait, because I noticed there was a lot of people waiting for their orders, she said waiting time was 15 minutes, I left because I know the wait would be over half an hour and under no circumstance was going to wait in the unfriendly atmosphere/service particularly with no Air/Con and the inadequate ceiling fans no matter how hungry I am also The atmosphere was tense with dissatisfied customers some complaining that they didn't know the wait was so long and been waiting 20-30 minutes and that the Staff was ignoring their complaints they were not at all happy. I observed customers waiting to be served walked out complaining of the poor slow service and long waiting.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped into this location. The St Ann's location was very spacious and the staff very pleasant.......I was a bit disappointed that they didn't sell Juici fried chicken there and made the comment to the cashier who made me laugh with her reply.......lol. I will be stopping at this location more often as the customer service is excellent and that is a big plus, keep it up.

The restaurant itself is pretty average and could do with a face-lift. however, there is plenty of outside space and also a track along a narrow beach for walking or swimming away from the crowd, which we took advantage of after eating the breakfast portion. of first Sunday of the month brunch, the food in general was well cooked and of reasonable quality my only complaint is that they only provide a baby sized plastic fork to eat your meal, service was friendly but lacking in many areas such as providing serviettes table mats etc. There is plenty of parking and wheelchair access. Can't speak for the food on the normal menu. But I would go to the Sunday brunch again.

As soon as we were seated everything started to go downhill from there but the worst thing was that I had a caterpillar in my salad! After arrival at 8:20 we were told that we could only order what was left in the kitchen as the kitchen was now closed to orders off the menu (which we weren’t given, fyi the restaurant closes at 10) We received stale food from earlier in the day, most likely from the lunchtime service and I, who cannot eat rice so I ordered just vegetables and baked chicken, was served a fat, green caterpillar with my food. The wait staff we got was very attentive and she really did try to assist us with whatever we wanted by convincing the chef to make five dishes that he would need to now cook. The rice was stale to both the taste and smell and the quality of the food was sub-par to say the least. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Needed some good food outside of the hotel and they didn’t disappoint. The drinks were adulting and so was the vibe.

My dad and I had a great traditional Jamaica breakfast. He is very particular about restaurants, and he and I were both pleased with the quality and portions. It would be nice if the fence and concrete picnic table were repaired. But those minor critiques don't impact the atmosphere meaningfully.

This place has a beautiful location I’ll give them that. But that’s all they have to offer. The food isn’t great and it took over 2 hours for my partner and I to receive our meals and we weren’t even there during rush hour or a weekend. Not to mention we order an appetizer to share and two main courses and everything arrived at the same time after numerous complaints from my partner and I. The food was also COLD- not even warm. The natural juices we ordered tasted like water with teaspoon of flavoring added to it. We’re locals and we noticed while waiting for our meals that a large group of tourists came in after us and they received in their meals in record time while we were still waiting on ours. Which is unacceptable because it makes it seem as though as locals our money isn’t as appreciated as our tourists counterparts. I have not been back here and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Casual and serene ambience by the beach. Our server was pleasant and extremely helpful. It took an hour for appetizers (saltfish fritters). These were good. Then the entrees arrived cold. They were sent to bed reheated and still came back cold. The pork chops were greasy and lacked flavour. Beautiful setup but the food needs work. This was a waste of money as the food was left on the plate. I wouldn't return for more than drinks.

Oh yes, this was a great experience for sure. I ordered chicken (sweet and sour) I kind of customized my order, and the server ensured that I had what I ordered. I forgot her name. Very nice lady. I called her smiley because she was always smiling when she came over....she gives a genuine smile and good service. She's a natural. I would go back! Ocean front dining by the sea. Oh and there's a massage parlor on the beach near here...didn't get yo go back unfortunately because of time restraint. Forgot the name of the place....oh well....it's right next door to Roxborough...check them out for a reasonably priced massage...💆‍♀️

First let me say that the location is amazingly beautiful. Now my experience was not a good one, but the supervisor did try her very best. I ordered 2 serving of fried wings, I received only one. My food was not served with neither sauce or ketchup. My mom placed an order for Fried chicken and rice & peas, again no sauce or gravy, food was served dry and let me say the chicken wings were deep fried so they were dry. My brother ordered the sweet and sour chichicken and rice and peas, he said the rice was tough. My dad order was placed before we got to the restaurant and requested no salt just straight ital,Shrimp was salty and so was the steamed veg. Took forever to fix the dish the waiter seemed to have had a little attitude and just left us, this was when the supervisor came to check on us. Our experience was a poor one. The best part of the meal was the drink we order strawberry daiquiri and Bob Marley and they were great. Other than that I would never revisit. Although the waiter checked on us she could be a bit more warming although she could be exhausted after an 8hr shift. I'm still hungry after a 20g order. Upset is not even an appropriate word at this time.

Really nice location, beautiful ambiance with a glimpse of the sea. The food took forever to be served once the order was placed, like over an hour. And our server was really nice, humble and patient when we asked multiple times for water, drinks and then our food. The amount of food could have been more for the price charged ($2300 JMD) for curry goat and 1 side. Some meals arrived without the side of plantains, which was another 20 minutes. The staff may need more training on efficiency and the kitchen system may need updating, but it may probably be an island wide issue with dine in. I wonder if the restaurant could possibly be losing money from the patrons’ delayed table service from what I could observe, in taking so long to received their food, although they seem to have a lot of servers. That said, the food was pretty tasty and the chill vibes made it worth the wait.

My group with five adults and one toddler tried to have dinner at this restaurant. 1st when we tried to order 1/2 the menu wasn't available. 3 people got cheese burger, 1 escovitch red snapper, 1 shrimp pasta, and chicken wings. 1 1/2 hrs later we were told the food would be 7 minutes more. 1/2 hrs later the staff brought out the burgers with fries, the pasta and the wings, and we then were told the fish would be 7 minutes more. The burgers and fries were cold and dried out. We sent the burgers back and told the staff we just wanted to pay for what we ate and they made a big fuss out of it. They did want to take the toddler burger off the bill because she bit the bread. 1st off that's how we knew the food was cold. Eventually 1/2 hrs later they took the burger off the bill and we paid and left. Oh did I mention our table was the only people at the restaurant. On a side note if you do decide to go the fried shrimp cocktail is pretty good. I would recommend this place just for drinks and appetizers. Do not waste your time on a main course.

Honestly I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. The waitress brought the water and told our table to serve ourselves, then when I started to serve ourselves they are saying we should not have done that double standard! The food was disgusting, serving oxtail gravy with chicken which was so hard the knife couldn't cut into it. The fish was so salty and tough all the flesh fried out. Must I say we ordered baked chicken and yeah fried chicken is what we got then they told us on spot we won't be getting any desert after we paid. The students left all their food in their plates. The only savings grace was the ambiance. The staff no ready yet

Nice place to hang out we went on a Thursday night for the Karaoke. Stay away from the buffalo wings I can still feel the pepper in my throat. The ribs and pork chops tasted the same the sauce was overly sweet. Can you see the color it was really black. The chicken pasta was delicious wish that was what I ordered. Service was pretty fast. The main course came before she clear the appetizer plates. Overall wasn’t a bad experience but I would improve on a few things. Had drinks at the bar after dinner bartender was ok.

Came here with my husband and family for a celebration dinner. Had a warm welcome and was taken to a table suitable for my group. My Waiter was very friendly and helpful especially with helping to choose cocktails. The food arrived within a good time frame and was very nice. The portion size was very big and very reasonably priced. Was a lovely fun and warm atmosphere, dined at night so was lovely sitting outside with the lights. Had live music in the bar and karaoke. Will definitely return.

The staff were awesome, knowledgeable and extremely friendly! We felt right at home and very well taken care of. The drinks were made to our liking and the food was tasty and portions reasonable. We ordered oxtail and chicken masala and we loved every single bite of it. Would definitely recommend this place and stop by the next time we are in town.

The pizza I ordered was good, however a few of my friends got their foods a lil cold. The blended fruit punches we ordered were overly sweet. Overall the atmosphere was a nice one.

A little Hawaii in Jamaica. Yes, that's the vibe you get upon arrival. Absolutely picturesque. The ambiance is remarkable. The boardwalk, is perfect for a romantic evening. Inside /outside dining option. The food is great, the dishes are unique. It's not the usual seafood restaurant cliché. There is some amount of style and zest to the facility and the menus (both food and drinks). The meals are both appealing and flavorsome. The mix drinks are flavorful and refreshing. We came here for dinner in March. We waited almost 2 hours for our food, which was pricey😳. Although, the servers we very kind and the atmosphere and decor was nice. Also there was no kids menu..

I have decided to explore n enjoy the 'hidden treasures ' of my country Jamaica. Tikitail is one such place. The atmosphere was the best for me. Hope next time I am there I will be able to get coconut cake

Visited 12 to 12 for a work dinner More than ample parking space for a 4pm crowd. An elevator is available to take you to the restaurant which is on the third floor. The atmosphere there is great, energetic yet subtle. The decor is very modern and chic. I loved the lights and seating arrangements. There are cabanas available also The kitchen opens at 5pm for those looking to dine My group ordered a little of everything from the menu and most persons enjoyed the food, all except those that ordered wings. It may have just been an off day, because everything else tasted great. The wait time was a bit long but we did order a soon as the kitchen opened so all stations might not have been fully ready as yet. We didn't sample the alcoholic menu (work thing remember) but that's on the books for my next visit because I will definitely be revisiting. Overall great location, I would definitely recommend you visit and give them a try.

The asthetics are great, service was good and food was just okay. Not authentic to rave about but if you want a nice vibe it’s kool. But you can tell it wants to cater yo the Caucasian tourists because the food could be better. also they have a dress code that’s not specific. It’s vague and when you get there it’s a back and forth. So even though the weather is warm. Make sure you wear a little sleeved or close toe shoes.

Great Service, Friendly Staff. Karaoke Wednesday was good fun and the curried goat on Curry Goat Fridays was delicious. Would definately recommend as a lovely chill spot, visited 3 times during my 7 day stay in Jamaica. Will definately be back.

Nice addition to the North Coast easily accessible from the highway, the bar offerings are amazing especially for the area and price range. Food offerings were well presented a bit of a wait but good nonetheless. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Nice atmosphere. AMAZING music. Really laid back vibe with a great selection of food and drinks. Joined some locals and enjoyed a game of dominoes too! Real Jamaican vibe that didn't feel like a tourist trap. Prices are fair! Spent about $40 bucks total and that was with 3 dinners to go AND all the drinks we had. Can't go wrong. Give them a try you wont regret it. Our waitress Gee was amazing too! Definitely one of my new spots when I'm in jamaica ❤️ (Yes I got 6 love in domino's but ...ok ok no excuses 😂)
