Food was horrible and tasteless. Only the butter chicken is worth eating even though it’s free. Mohammed was very good with service and I have him a big tip just so I can show results of good service. however the women at reception should be fired and go clean the streets instead. She was so rude and unwelcoming that I wanted to leave right away if though it’s free. Try another free option instead if you can.

Went again to the jaz aquamarine Indian al a carte restaurant on the 7 October 2025. Ordered less than our visit in September 25 . Went for the fish option & tikka masala with rice option , so nice that it become our fav a l a carte restaurant at the jaz hotel

Had a lovely meal here last night. Staff (Mohammed and Ahmed) were a delight, attentive and friendly. The onion bhagis and the meat thali were excellent. Thanks for a great night guys

A nice, classy Indian Restaurant in Madinat Makadi. We visited here as part of our Jaz hotel à la carte option and had a lovely experience. Staff were friendly and food was tasty, although I wouldn’t say fully authentic Indian, but definitely really good considering you’re in Hurghada. The Lamb Rogan Josh in particular tasted quite nice.

Stuff are very professional and friendly. Decorations are quite good and restaurant is well organized. Food is good, but not that authentic and delicious taste I expected, plates portions are very good. It worth a try.

Selection is quite limited and given size of our large group, we actually ordered every single thing on the menu. - Sushi - looks like plastic version used for decorating, tastes about the same with exception of being eatable - Spring roll - frozen supermarket version cooked in oil. I'll give them credit for not microwaving it - Chicken satay - chicken is very good, but sauce is frozen supermarket version - Salat - eatable, not exciting but not disgusting either Main course actually has good ingredients and a lot of potential. Problem is that every single dish, except sweet and sour chicken, comes with same sauce with only variations being an amount of flour, salt and pepper added. All main courses looked and tasted more of less the same. No photos for this one - imagine your order covered in brown gue - they all look similar. Service, as everywhere else in this hotel, was excellent and homelike. I'll finish up on positive note, since their desert was amazing.
