An amazing spot for great coffee and delicious food. We were seated right away, and very friendly staff. We got the Reuben sandwich and the ham and cheese toast. An absolute delight. And the coffees were perfect. Would love to come back!

We had the pastrami sandwich at Survey Hills Palma and it was absolutely delicious. The portion is generous, packed with plenty of pastrami, and you can really taste each component – the bread, the meat, and the toppings all come together perfectly without overpowering one another. The sandwich feels carefully crafted and leaves you fully satisfied. The atmosphere is very cool as well – stylish, relaxed, and with a great vibe that makes the whole experience even better. Definitely a place worth visiting in Palma if you want amazing food in a unique setting.

We were really happy with our visit to Surry Hills. The food was absolutely delicious and it’s great that they offer gluten free options too. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. Even though the place is quite small, it’s used really well and feels very cozy inside. You can even see straight into the kitchen while they prepare the food, which gives it a nice and open vibe. We had to wait a little longer than expected, but the team handled it really well and even gave us a small treat to make up for it, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Palma.

What a cool space! It caught my eye while passing by and I’m surprised to realize it’s one of 100 best coffee shops I’m following! I went back another day to try the breakfast before leaving a review and I’m happy with it! I’m not sure about the ketchup with the rucola on the egg and bacon sandwich 😅 I think switching the rucola to avocado would probably work better (or just not have it there or maybe no ketchup). I haven’t tried others on their brunch menu yet. Matcha is good! Both iced and hot matcha. I always take with oat milk. Definitely a good stop if you’re looking for good matcha. Pastries are on point! Lastly, like I said, I really like their place! I stayed here for more than an hour reading a book. I really like it. Definitely give this place a visit while you’re in Mallorca! Highly recommend.

Easily the best coffee and meal we had during a week-long stay in Palma. Excellent, friendly service and absolutely delicious coffee and food. Absolutely recommend Surry Hills to anyone nearby.

Not worth the room upgrade to a jacuzzi. The room was SO tiny and the toilet opened up literally onto the bed. Breakfast was average buffet View was nice. Location nice. And the pool was nice. Sauna was broken We were told it was very likely we could get an early check in( we arrived so early like 6am) and our room wasn’t ready until exactly 3pm. Unfortunate because we wanted to love it but not at all worth the price.

We’ve been five days here ; first st a superior room and than the suite. The suite is great totally 5 stars with a nice hot tub The superior rooms even they have a bath in the middle of the room are very modern and designed but super small for superior rooms. The service was outstanding and the breakfast worth , the location is perfect if you wanna stay by the old city centre. There is a nice lobby on the first floor that closes at 20:00 to avoid noise in the lower floors. We will consider coming back to the suite, depands the price.

If you're planning on spending your Mallorca vacation in Palma, hotels don't get better than Nakar. The location is in the heart of the city, with all the restaurants and bars you can ask for nearby. The hotel is so chic and clean, the spa facilities were relaxing and luxurious, breakfast is good, and the atmosphere of the rooftop pool area is wonderful. The gym is also very nice. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we were allowed to use all the hotel services (even the spa area that needed to be reserved) long after our check-out time while we waited for our flight. Overall, one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I've had.

Small and modern hotel located right in the center of Palma. It has a rooftop pool and bar with a great atmosphere, a pleasant crowd, and exceptionally friendly service. The breakfast buffet (which I personally don’t consider that important) is perfectly fine. The restaurant offers excellent quality at very fair prices. The spa is also quite small, but the treatments are really good. In short: we will definitely return to the Nakar.

If I could leave 10 stars I would!! The staff here is incredible. I was celebrating my 30th birthday, and my family asked the front staff if they could decorate my room ahead of time. Well, they went above and beyond! They decorated the room so beautifully and even bought me a custom delicious cake from a bakery in town. They were so accommodating, and I truly had the best time! Would highly recommend staying here. Also, the beds are super comfy and the rooftop breakfast is delicious. My only regret is not checking out the pool.

Room with balcony was good and ample space. Standard double was tiny with no space for opening suitcase other than in the bathroom. Reception was always really busy especially if you wanted to ask a quick question you have to wait very long time. Some reception staff were great whilst others were not so friendly. Breakfast was fine. You can order eggs as extra however cannot comment on these as I ordered but they did not turn up. Breakfast staff were not the friendliest. Rooftop pool is great and no problem getting a bed. Just note there are no umbrellas/shade. Location great!

We didn't stay at the Nakar Hotel but we did try the restaurant and rented out the meeting rooms for a company event. We were a group of 47 people from London looking for a big meeting room to host a team building meeting. Candice who help co ordinate everything was just AMAZING! She took her time to take me through everything and help with our catering/drinks needs. She hosted 2 sets of meeting hires for us and everyone really complimented the service and how beautiful and modern the hotel was! Fully recommend. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel also!

Visited the rooftop bar for drinks only one evening. Queued for around 10 minutes for the lift up. Was pretty packed up there! The drinks were very expensive. 15 drinks were around 180 Euro and most of them were simple bottles of beer. The bar service was the worst thing. We waited over 20 minutes for our drinks. Would not recommend unless you go at a quiet time

I loved everything about Cuba Hotel. The rooms are simple and comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast is served on the rooftop. It is excellent and varied in choice. Alexandra was very friendly and attentive in her service. It is also a great place to have drinks and food. Their rooftop is very popular at night. The entire staff is very helpful. The location is excellent. The only caveat is the noise level which is independent of the hotel. Spanish cities are lively with people and music. That is how it is !

I was there only for the rooftop. Really enjoyed it. The vibe, the location. 👌🏻 The only downside is that the music stops at 11 pm, which feels a bit early for such a nice rooftop atmosphere, but that’s due to local regulations, i think!? Still, definitely worth a visit! ❤️

Stylish hotel with great beds and a loud rooftop scene We stayed at Hostal Cuba in Santa Catalina and there’s a lot to like. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable — honestly, some of the best hotel sleep I’ve ever had. The rooftop terrace serves a lovely breakfast with a beautiful view. That said, the rooms are quite small, and the bathroom in our room was tiny — just enough space for one person at a time. Not a big deal, but worth knowing. Now for the part that’s either a plus or a minus depending on what you’re looking for: Hostal Cuba is a full-on hotspot in Palma’s nightlife scene. The rooftop bar gets packed in the evenings, and the noise from both the terrace and the street below continues well into the night. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer quiet evenings, this might not be your vibe. As someone who now prefers a relaxed cocktail at sunset over a full-on rooftop party, I would probably choose something more low-key next time. Also worth noting: it’s on the pricier side, though — like pretty much everything in Mallorca — that’s not unusual. All in all, a stylish and lively hotel with a great location, just be sure it fits the kind of experience you’re after.

Last afternoon we were at the rooftop terrace of this beautiful place with stunning views of Mallorca’s Cathedral and the harbor. The staff were all super friendly and took great care of us...they even recommended us some places on the island to visit. The atmosphere was just perfect and the music was amazing — we loved the girl DJ’s vibe and her gorgeous lion’s mane of hair. You could tell she really enjoyed what she was doing. The whole experience was wonderful, and we’ll definitely be back. We’ll also be telling all our friends about it because it’s such a perfect spot for enjoying a great cocktail and good music

Rooms are nice but don't stay here if you go to sleep before 2am. It is very loud, there is a night club on the roof and nextdoor that play music very loudly until 2am. Ear plugs help a little to reduce the noise from people, but they don't get rid of the bass which literally vibrates the room. It was an unfortunate way to end our trip to Majorca.

Stopped by for a coffee with croissant 🥐 on a very hot day really clean and friendly establishment with nice staff. Grandson had a fresh orange 🍊 juice which was lovely, would definitely recommend. Clean toilets also

Great spot for a casual breakfast. Sat inside because it was baking hot. Got the orange cappuccino, a regular coffee, the llanguet and a bowl of yogurt & granola. Everything was simple but really tasty.

Great prices, atmosphere and friendly staff. Had a super tasty sourdough toast with mascarpone and peaches, fresh orange juice and a cortado. No smoking allowed which is a big bonus too.

Visited this cafe for quick breakfast bites. The orange cappuccino was a unique and delightful blend. We also tried fresh juices, ginger lemon tea, avocado toast, and granola—all of which were excellent. It's a great place to start your day with a good breakfast. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best locations in Mallorca for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Everything is home made so super clean and healthy. There is açai, eggs, healthy bowls, juices, cakes and more. Such a fabulous venue. Most of the staff are Argentinian and so friendly and kind. I love this place.

Good food, friendly staff and good atmosphere. We had a lassi smoothie, coffee and Eggs Benedict. The latter was a twist on the traditional dish but landed really well. Everything was just scrumptious. This was also our first visited restaurant while in Palma and definitely set a higher standard.

A wonderful find for us, when just wandering past. The service was excellent and the food was fresh, incredibly tasty and reasonably priced. We have two of the Llonguet (tuna and a French omelette with cheese). They were fantastic. A couple of nice beers and some wine sat outside in the sunshine topped it off perfectly.

It's a lovely place to go in Palma Mallorca for decent coffee and the breakfast. It's open from 8. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The surrounding and cosy interior is made with heart. Many #vegan and #glutenfree options available. That's what I appreciate!

We tried this cute, Spanish café today and can only recommend it. The inside is absolutely beautiful, with old wood furniture and elegant decoration, it creates a cozy atmosphere. There was a polite waiter who was really friendly and brought us our order fast. To the food I can only say: try it! The cake is delicious, rich in flavour, the ice cream soo creamy and the Horchata was extremely good. If you wanna have an authentic café experience you should definitely check this café out :)

We discovered this café while searching for a place to have coffee on Google Maps. After reading the many positive reviews, we decided to visit and it was absolutely worth it. The staff was very friendly and the food we tried was delicious. It may not be an extraordinary place, but the interior design and unique character give it a very special charm. It feels like stepping into a café from the 1940s or 1950s. We especially loved the decorative tiles and the bright and airy atmosphere inside. If you are nearby, it is definitely worth visiting for a drink or a meal. You will leave happy.

So actually there's a few of these dotted around Palma, but I think this one was the original ? The decor was certainly "authentic" and rustic. I purchased an ensemaida and a hot chocolate with whipped cream. Absolutely delightful and a huge amount of calories 😂 but with it. Hot chocolate was half cream and definitely very rich and indulgent. The ensemaida was really light with a crispy crust to it.

This place is amazing! Founded in 1700, it's a 325-year-old classic. The vibe and interior decor get a full score from me. ​The coffee is seriously good, and you absolutely have to try their specialty Quarto and Ensaimada—they are delicious! ​Just a heads-up: it gets super crowded, so while you can usually grab a seat, waiting for your order might take a while. But trust me, the history and the taste make it totally worth the wait!

We discovered Ca’n Joan de s’Aigo with my friends, and we just loved it! It’s a real local gem with a cozy, traditional atmosphere. The ensaimadas were so fresh and delicious, and the almond ice cream was amazing. It felt authentic and full of charm, definitely a place you shouldn’t miss when in Palma!

Could not recommend this beach club more. The venue is stunning. Watching the sunsets is utterly gorgeous from here - especially the roof top. The service is fantastic. Front of house, upstairs waiters and bar tenders are incredible. Super attentive, so friendly and lovely people. Gorgeous decor in a lovely setting. Very expensive for a sunbed but worth the experience. Food was ok, maybe I didn’t order the best but the prawn ceviche wasn’t amazing. Other food looked great though. Overall an incredible day but availability is limited so 100% make sure to book in advance!

A great experience at Puro Beach club. We reserved a sea facing sunbed and it was beautiful. Great view and separate from the main pool yet still very close to it. The pool itself was extremely clean and not too crowded. There was lounge music and later in the day DJs played by the pool - house and Afro house. The atmosphere and vibe was chill. The service was great as well. . Staff members were friendly and accommodating. I loved the frozen watermelon drink They also have hookah later in the day.

We travelled from Sa Coma on the bus to visit this place as we'd heard great things. The coffee was great, they spoke English and offered us English language menus, all the food is vegan and home made and most things can be made gluten free. We had chocolate pancakes and tomato tostada. It was delicious. We took away some cakes and coffee and they were amazing too. Highlight of our holiday to Mallorca. Thanks so much.

The food was just okay, nothing really stood out, and my food was very dry, which didn’t help. I understand it was a busy time, but I felt ignored throughout the visit. I asked for water that never arrived, and service in general was quite inattentive. What really surprised me was being asked for a tip when I went to pay, especially after barely receiving any service. Overall, not a place I’d rush back to.

Regardless, much recommended for everyone. Excellent selection of specialty coffee to purchase, a multi-roaster cafe serving Three Marks from Barcelona on this occasion. Retail coffees from Right Side, Three Marks, Puchero and Dak. Highly recommend. They have further locations throughout the city, all feel unique and independent.

We have been staying at the hotel Puro, and checked out it’s downstairs restaurant. The food was very delicious (especially the short rib) our chicken was a little dry but all our other dishes were fantastic. Our deserts were amazing- definitely try the snickers one! It was very quiet and peaceful in the restaurant, there was only some quiet background music. We had a lovely evening.

Angelica was an amazing server, who gave us the best recommendations. The ambiance outside was so romantic and the restaurant was very intimate. Our favorite dishes by far were the Tuna sashimi flatbread (!!) and the Seabass risotto. Would come again next time we are in Mallorca!!

We had the pleasure of dining at Beatnik on Thursday night, and while the rave reviews set our expectations high, there was still a lot to appreciate! First off, I have to say that the service was truly outstanding. Our waiter made us feel so welcome, and it brightened our evening right from the start. We began with the shrimp starter, which was fantastic, and that really built our excitement for the main courses. While some of the dishes were lovely, we found that a few could have used a bit more flavor. For instance, the salmon with tagliatelle was pleasant but felt rather ordinary, and the gnocchi with truffles didn’t have the robust flavor we were hoping for. The risotto stood out of all the mains, though it didn’t completely blow us away, especially given the price. That said, the ambiance, interior design, and overall atmosphere of Beatnik truly shine. Although, If you’re visiting Mallorca and seeking an extraordinary dining experience, I’d suggest exploring other options. There’s definitely potential here, and we hope they can elevate their flavors in the future!

The place is quite upbeat, lounge music, trendy atmosphere. The cuisine is good. Salmon tagliatelle was amazing. Smoked aubergine was indeed very smoked, but lacked a bit of flavor. Service is friendly and efficient.

Last weekend, me and my friends walked by Beatnik and spontaneously went inside. We didn't expect much because it was in the middle of the centre, but we were positively surprised. The vibe, the service, the food, and the drinks. We were welcomed to the restaurant by a professional hostess. I believe her name was Majo. The food was excellent, service was top class, and the cocktails we ordered were some of the best we've had! 5/5! We will definitely return if we come back to Palma!

Stylish Place. Whole stuff was really nice and the vibe was really cool. Most importantly, food was awesome. Both Tacos as well as the main courses tasted incredible! Only the waiting time was clearly too long. We still had a great time and would come back!

Friendly waiters, quickly take your order, this is a big plus. Unfortunately the prices are very expensive for cheesecake and coffee I paid 15, 80 euros. Of course the cheesecake was tasty, and fresh and the coffee was not bad. But not for such a price. This establishment is designed for tourists but not for local residents of Palma. Because we know that the price is too high.

Overpriced tourist trap. Avoid this place and go for better and cheaper options elsewhere. Paid a ridiculous 17Eur for an acai bowl. Similar kind of bowl goes for 8Eur at other places such as El Perrito (much better by the way)

So good and affordable! Got 1 sweet and 1 savory treat, with a cafe con leche for under 10 euro. Great vibes, the glass floor was really good. My only complaint was that the treats weren't heated up. But still tasty!!

The food is very good, the service is fast, and the workers are helpful. I had an almond croissant and it was good. There is a toilet for men and women. You can watch the workers making the pies through the glass floor. The prices are reasonable.

They are thieves!!! This is the worst place in the world! The two of us were in this place 7 days ago. We ordered two pastries and coffee and the bill was around 7 euros. My husband gave them (to girl who works there) 50 euros, and she gave him back 23, instrad of 43! He immediately counted and complained, and she said that she didn't have 20 euros at the moment and that she would bring it to him. We sat at the table for about 15 minutes and she didn't come. After that, we came to her to ask for our money, but she pretended that she didn't know what we were talking about. All the workers got together and asked us why were we complaining about it after half an hour, even though we complaned to the seller right away! that saleswoman pretended she didn't know English, and when we turned to leave she was laughing at us, behind our backs, along with the other workers. We have never experienced such a thing in all our lives, that someone robs us in front of our eyes and then laughs at us. The impression is that the girls who work there do so in agreement with each other.

What a nice place! Very sustainable and healthy, decent food - but nothing too extraordinary. Just another ’avocado toast’ and different hummus, but the raw buckwheat bowl was interesting and the chocolate smoothie very tasty! You can also buy some of their products and take lessons (e.g. cooking). Very friendly owner and service. I’ll probably go there again :) ‘L.O.V.E. Unfortunately the guy didn't speak English so we had difficulties but my friends translated from Spanish. I wanted to try a la carte but he said that they have lunch menu. Afterwards the owner said that they also have a la carte. What a pity. The food was ok, nothing wow. For the lunch menu 3 courses incl. Tap water 15 EUR is absolutely fine. The place is l cosy and nice. They even have a kitchen for kids, like kids corner. The owner is a very nice woman, speaks English. I bought cake for home. It was ok. I will come back and will try a la carte!

Really nice place for drinking coffee and eating vegan food. The cakes were also very fresh and good. I highly recomnend to go to this location.

Lovely atmosphere and the owners were lovely! There is a menu but every day there's a few options available to choose from. It is relatively cheap and absolutely delicious! The breakfast bowl was to die for and the lunch menu was great. Only regret is that I couldn't visit it again before leaving.

Really great food, nice atmosphere. Had 2 lunch menus including a main meal juice and desert, popye burgers and a wok of the day. Both were amazing, havent tasted better desserts anywhere (the pumpkin pie was the best). my only criticisms is the small size of the place so you are better off taking out food and if you are extra hungry and like to pig out like me you might want to consider taking an extra side dish. I first discovered Fika Farina through an Instagram account I follow and have been eagerly awaiting the chance to try it ever since. With all that anticipation, I was a bit nervous—could it really live up to the hype? The answer: absolutely. This place delivers pastry perfection — light, crisp, flaky croissant dough, superb cardamom and cinnamon rolls, and a wonderful mix of unique creations and timeless classics, all executed with excellence. My only wish is that they offered seating so customers could relax and truly savour the experience.

We came here two days in a row, due to the absolutely spectacular pastries. The taste and quality was top tier, one of the best bakeries I’ve ever been to! We got there at opening time (8am), so everything was fresh from the kitchen, the freshness was reflected in the flavour. Absolute must visit if you are in the palma old town area!!!

Who told all the tourists about this place? Had to queue this time! But understandable when it's this good... The most amazing pastries, like really really good (and innovative too), plus excellent coffee they roast themselves. It's worth queueing, believe me!

This is an expensive and for some reason, very famous bakery. We tried their coco and Danish pastry with frambuesa. The Danish was good, but we didn’t really get the point of the coco. It wasn’t bad but just felt a bit unnecessary, you know… Maybe we were missing something (are we supposed to dip it in chocolate sauce or eat it a certain way?). Overall, it wasn’t bad but we honestly didn’t understand why there’re more than a thousand reviews here and always a line in front…

Definitely lived up to the hype! The cardamom and cinnamon buns were buttery, flakey, and fresh. I enjoyed them very much! A bit pricier than expected but worth trying. I would go with the cardamom if you’re having trouble deciding which! Also arrived around 4 pm and they still had plenty of buns.

We got in a bit late so options were a bit limited but the cinnamon roll which was the one I wanted to try was amazing. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area. You could actually feel the cinnamon. I wish I would have tried something else so if you do make sure you get there early so you can see all the other things that they have

Searched for a bakery to buy a snack on our walk through the city of Palma, and found this gem (among some others in close vicinity). Too bad, if you would be close to my hotel where we were staying I would definitely be a daily customer. Almond croissant was just one of the best, really good. Everything in the bakery, including bread etc. looked delicious, would definitely tried it. Also very friendly lady working in the shop. It is possible to pay with card.

I was looking for a place where to buy a buckwheat bread and somebody recommended this bakery. Came early morning and they had plenty of different types of bread, all smelling delicious. The buckwheat bread is very tasty, happy to find a place where it’s made. They also sell coffee, expensive but very good.

Amazing sourdough loaf! Almond croissant was crisp and delicate with a soft floral filling, apple strudel was generously filled with a powerful apple flavor, and an impeccable pan au chocolat. Old world style pretzel blew me away... a lovely kind, patient staff with good english, even! Really made my day. And I must reiterate, that sourdough boule had the perfect balance of textures you only get through time and attention. Don't miss this one!

Best bakery in Mallorca for me. Bread is amazing, pan au chocolat flaky on the outside, filled with dark chocolate and buttery inside. Fougasse is a favourite too. Also have books in multiple languages available! Doesnt get better than this!!

Very enjoyable stay. The front of the hotel and surrounding area can give a false impression at first - could appear a little run down. Step into the hotel and go to the back and it could not be more different. Service is good at restaurants. Front desk can be a little rude, especially the woman. Rooms are good although a little dated. Sun beds need to be reserved early in the morning. The beach is not owned by the hotel and beds on beach must be paid for. I would be a return guest.

My family and I stayed at Hotel Nixe Palace for 5 nights and I can’t recommend it highly enough. We traveled with 7 adults and 1 toddler. The rooms and property are clean, modern and well kept. The view is spectacular. Location-wise, the hotel is in walking distance to great restaurants and cafes in Cala Major and it is quick 10 min drive to downtown Palma. The service and staff are really exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and kind, especially to our toddler. We had a medical emergency while visiting and they made the scary experience very smooth and acted professionally and with compassion. We’re so grateful!

We had an incredible stay at the Nixe Palace. The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach, offering stunning views of the turquoise water and coastline. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with plenty of variety and a beautiful ocean backdrop that made every morning special. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities excellent, and the overall atmosphere relaxing and elegant. A perfect choice for anyone looking for a luxurious beachfront stay in Mallorca. Just 10 mins in Uber to Palma as well.

Great location on Calle Major Beach! Our rooms were large enough for 2 people and luggage for our 3 week trip. We had lunch at the pool restaurant everyday. The prawns and the cypress salad was that good. Within walking distance of shops and lots of restaurant selections. Good recommendation!

We had high hopes for Nixe Palace and booked a room here for the last 2 nights of our 7 night stay in Mallorca. There were a lot of great things about the hotel, but it fell short in a few areas for the price we paid - or if we had paid even more, we likely would've chosen somewhere else. The staff was amazing - most notably, Fidel, and Chris. From the moment we arrived they were attentive, kind, helpful, and friendly. Chris helped us with our luggage to our room and showed us around, and Fidel was outstanding - he was so kind and provided us with exceptional service at the restaurant and bar. Thank you - Fidel! The property itself is beautiful - with great views, a nice pool and lounge area, bar, and beachfront property that was spacious enough to go visit. The location was also great - we took taxis into Palma which were no longer than 10 minutes, we found parking easily, and it was nearby a lot of restaurants and areas to visit. We purchased a room without a sea view and we regretted this decision - we should have upgraded it early on, or we would've stayed somewhere else. We did get an email to upgrade it but the window to upgrade was less than a day and we missed it. There were no rooms left to upgrade to when we arrived, and we were put in maybe one of the worst rooms - all the way in the back corner, with a balcony that overlooked another apartment complex, a chain-link fence, and the sewage piping from the bathroom. The inside of the room was fine - the bathroom however didn't really drain and the shower head flow was off. The other part of our stay that was frustrating was that our room keys didn't work. We spent about 30+ minutes and several trips from our room back to the front desk, inclusive of engineers coming by to fix the situation. I came back from the pool one night and it wasn't working - then I went back to the front desk, they gave me a new key - and it still didn't work... so I had to go back another time. There's something wrong with the room keys and the room but it was super inconvenient and the staff didn't seem to believe us that it didn't work? Overall, beautiful property, great staff and nice rooms - but for the price, there are better places to stay.

A truly exceptional experience as the staff treat guests like Kings, Maru,Jorge and Fidel were fantastic and I had to mention in person to the manager that his team were amazing. We have already rebooked to return. Thank you to The Nixe Palace for a fabulous holiday.

I'm so disappointed and upset by the way I was just treated by your hotel staff. I stayed with you a month ago and was about to book an event and a number of rooms with you. Your receptionists were exceptionally rude. After waiting for a week to hear back on the below I rang to check in on what had happened and I couldn't have been treated more poorly. I'll be booking my event with Puro now, and having been ready to spend a great deal of time and money recommending you to my friends I will now be doing the opposite. What a shame.

Very nice location. Owners appear to only respond to positive reviews which is easy and lazy. Just been chased from our outdoor table with better view to inside to be replaced by other guests! Yet to materialise. Disappointing and a case of emperors new clothes. Adequate.

My trip to Mallorca started off a little bumpy due to strikes at Palma Airport and changes to my British Airways flights, which meant I had to cancel my original booking at Hotel Portixol and move it to the end of my holiday. I was worried about losing those first three days, but when I submitted an online request to adjust my stay from three nights to two, Sofía accommodated me within minutes. That swift, thoughtful response immediately set the tone for what turned out to be an excellent stay, despite the shortened trip. I’ve also stayed at the group’s Espléndido Hotel, which offers the same high level of boutique service and quality but with a more refined, flagship feel. Portixol, by contrast, feels much more intimate — less polished in some areas and perhaps due an update in places (my Port House Suite was lovely, though the terrace could use a refresh). That said, what truly defines the Portixol experience are its people. Two individuals stood out above all: Sofía at reception, who is endlessly accommodating, warm, and attentive — a true “yes” person who makes every interaction feel effortless; and Christian in the restaurant, one of the most polite, intelligent, and personable waiters I have ever encountered. He strikes the perfect balance of attentiveness without being overbearing, offers excellent recommendations, and always radiates positivity and a can-do attitude. Both of them embody the spirit of hospitality and are a true credit to the group. Not every staff interaction matched that same standard — breakfast service was a little hit-and-miss, with one staff member eventually warming to us wonderfully but others feeling somewhat dismissive at times. Similarly, one interaction around my children using the pool felt unnecessarily stern, though I appreciate that the hotel is primarily geared toward adults rather than families. On the facilities side, the pool area is lovely and relaxed (no issues with loungers being reserved), and while the restaurant service around the pool felt a touch impersonal, the overall experience was still very good. Noise outside the suite from early deliveries was noticeable but not disruptive for us, as we were usually up early to enjoy the beautiful running routes along the marina. All in all, I would absolutely return — likely as a couple rather than a family — and I want to extend a special thank you to Sofía and Christian, who truly elevated our stay. With new luxury brands arriving on the island soon, the group is fortunate to have such exceptional talent, and they are the reason our time at Portixol was so enjoyable and relaxing.

Beautiful location. But really lacking that personal touch and attention to detail it used to have. Waiting & bar staff friendly & attentive but front desk staff lack warmth & welcoming feel & professionalism that this hotel used to enjoy & should be par for the course for a hotel of this calibre. Left feeling more than a bit disappointed & less eager to visit again despite it being a regular favourite of my family for over a decade. Mallorca still utterly beautiful It’s worth noting I’d normally advocate booking direct with the hotel - but not here - look for special deals on aggregator sites as their full rack rates not deserving given competitor offer in Palma. My sense of ambivalence might have been tempered if front desk service levels were professional & warm - a real shame. My rate was €250 per night (6/7 Oct) for a windowless room - single occupancy. (I was travelling solo on business and just needed a single night and not a bigger suite) - it feels steep given my overall experience as I would have done better in Palma eg Hotel Cappuccino (which I highly recommend)

My wife and I really enjoyed staying there. The rooms are perfect. But what impressed us the most are the employees. Many of them work there already for many years and we felt the love they have for their work and each other. The food was also so delicious. If you have the chance try the ravioli

The mixed tapas plate was inexpensive, 14.5€ pp. They were just OK, nothing amazing. The bread and ham were the best. Service was very slow, it was very busy, understood, but the guy seemed like he’d rather be anywhere else. Needed reminders, forgot several orders and failed to tell us it was cash only till after we finished the meal. The electricity kept going on and off. Ecclectic atmosphere and good location. Restaurante Tinto was a better experience last night.

Hi! We went for two coffees and pay 6,40€, nothing special just “café con leche” as called in Spain and shown in picture below. We found it really expensive considering we tried cafeterias few streets away with same price and speciality coffee. Considering quantity, presentation and taste is really not worth the 6,40€ Is not about being expensive or cheap, is about paying what is fair.

What an amazing place, we visited Tom Browns a few time during our holiday (beginning of july) and what a place, food were amazing every time, we was a party of 10 and 4 of us had the steak and everyone said how perfect it was, we tried a few different dishes here and everything was just so nice, very good portions great prices. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. It was busy every time you go which shows how good it is but it never affects the service there so quick still there system how they work is obviously thought of well. Theres also a good kids play section to keep them entertained. Great atmosphere. Would definitely reccomend a visit here!!

We absolutely loved Tom Brown’s — it was by far the best place we went to in Magaluf. We ended up eating there three days in a row because it was just that good! The food was fantastic every single time, the strawberry daiquiris were delicious (highly recommend!), and the beer was reasonably priced too. The view is gorgeous — right on the beach — and the atmosphere is just spot on. We felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff honestly couldn’t do enough for us — they were friendly, helpful, and made us feel like old friends every time we came back. And, just a little Brucey bonus... all of the staff are absolutely gorgeous 😍 — seriously, it doesn’t hurt that every single one of them is easy on the eye! Also, top tip: there’s a QR code on the menu — if you scan it and sign up, you’ll get €5 off and access to their loyalty scheme. We got €5 off every time we went, which really adds up over the week. Can’t wait to go back — amazing food, lovely people, and the best vibe in Magaluf! 🍓🍹☀️

Pizza for the kids was good though the Paella compared to other places wasn't worth it at all,as you can see that's supposed to be a seafood paella. The servers seemed really stressed although it wasn't too crowded at all. Expected so much more from all the reviews but disappointed really.

We had a wonderful dinner experience here! The place itself is super charming, and the food was truly impressive. I had a traditional Mallorcan casserole, and it was absolutely delicious – not many restaurants know how to prepare eggplant so well! The selection of tapas was also a big win. The kind of place that makes you wonder if you’ve accidentally wandered into a friend’s living room—if your friend just happened to be a brilliant host with a knack for cocktails. That was all the convincing I needed, and wow, they weren’t wrong. The food was hearty and delicious, the wine and cocktail selection was on point, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel extra special. Bar Cafe Coto’s location in a plaza adds to its authentic charm and vibrant atmosphere. I came solo for dinner, but I’ll definitely be back for round two… and three, with friends in hand. We went here on our first night in Mallorca. Not having done much research, this square is where you'll start getting your bearings. We liked the look of the traditional bar and, because there were no seats available outside we said we would sit inside and have a drink whilst we waited which was a great plan as we could chat to the barman about the wines and settled for a delicious local rosado. Locals eating proper tapas at the bar and it generally had a great vibe, we were almost tempted to stay inside but the lure of people watching outside was too much. The food was great. Try the 'tapas' part of the menu. Although the burgers looked good - you're by the coast and the fish is SO fresh. And you're in Mallorca...try the local specialties. We didn't have time to go back but if we did, we would probably sit inside and work our way through the wine menu :-)

We visited several times during our time in Pollensa - perfect spot for lunch. The Mallorca “open sandwiches” were delicious, and all tapas was great. Highly recommend.

We ate in the restaurant. Staff was very friendly and food very delicious. Nice view and directly at the main square.

food is really nice, ordered salmon and prawn pasta, not bad. Friends had lobster paella, looks good. But the pasta tastes little bit salty to me.

In general the food was hot fresh and well presented. But it was on the high end of cost for every meal and the portions were quite small. While there was no bad meals, all dishes were ok but no real flavour to any, given the high cost and small portion size it doesn't represent very good value given the competition with average service

Amazing lunch and dinner here over the last 2 days. The Gluten Free options are fantastic. My wife enjoyed ‘the best roll ever since I’ve been celiac’. For that alone, we are extremely happy. Well done David, Sergio and team. We will back numerous times no doubt.

We enjoyed a delicious breckfast here,We had the Spanish omelette and smoothies. Staff were very nice. Food was great and smoothies very refreshing. Only con, 1 smoothie cost 8€ each which was not advertised on the menu. It was a regular strawberry and banana smoothie. I have never paid that much for a smoothie in my life….

The waiters were very friendly and welcoming and these were the best onion rings I’ve ever eaten

Nice place with a typical oldschool spanish/Hollywood bar feel to it. Get places on the street side, if you can. It's lovely to sit and watch the hustle and bustle while enjoying your tapas and a caña. The staff was super friendly and nice. Food has your typical selection, we'd recommend the pimientos and the sandwiches.

Raging I found this on my last day! BEST roast chicken I’ve ever had! They do it special with homemade sauce etc! Staff super friendly place is spotless! Went a quiet part of the day but I’m glad because the service and food was tops! My smallest ate nothing on the holiday till she had their pasta too! Definitely worth visit and super priced!

Very good service and food on our first visit, but the next day I had chips and must have been cooked for long time, hard and not very hot, my daughter had chips and were hot and fresh, said to the waiter and she said must been some left over, no bill adjustment, so next day we did not go back.

Lovely place to eat, the VIS sandwich is incredible but most impressive was the waitress and her incredible memory, we was a family of 8, 3 of us had changes to the original order and we all had different drinks, she didn't write them down and everything was perfect, 2 days later we went back and she even remembered then what we all had last time. Really nice 👌

The waitress that served us food was super friendly. Only because of her behaviour I can give easy five stars. Tried their sangria, tasted really good. We also tried their tuna pizza and cheescake. Highly recommended place.

I write this opinion after trying other objects nearby. Menu is really overpaid. If you go further you will eat better, bigger portions and much cheaper. Breakfast was ok, however it was small and it included cheap products. Granola didn’t even include half a banana. I mean Nutella or jam in some containers would look much better instead of plastic ones like in some shop. We paid about 15 EUR per person. If you go there I recommend ordering 2 positions, even for women. Otherwise you will be hungry.

We came here for breakfast and it was nice and not too busy. We ordered caramel Ice lattes which I thought were too milky but still nice, and the caramel was unnecessary. The crepe was delicious and cannot fault that, but the chicken sandwich was not brilliant, the bread was so stale, it should not have been served and will have known that when preparing it. Needless to say we didn't go back.

Was there twice for breakfast last week. Food was great on both occasions, however the service on the second visit was very slow (took 40 mins to bring me eggs on toast). The cafe did not seem any busier than my first visit.

Absolutely loved this Cafe! Best breakfast/lunch spot in the area! Me and my girlfriend were here on vacation from the US and struggled to look for a great place for breakfast until we stumbled on this spot. We actually went two days in a row because of how much we loved it. The first day we ordered two Nutella strawberry crepes (one with ice cream), and a cheese omelette. Both were very good! With that we had a red berry smoothie and a caramel iced latte, again both amazing! Second time visiting we ordered Nutella banana crepe, just as good as the strawberry! A chicken club sandwich, which was very tasty, and a power yogurt bowl which we also loved. Drinks were caramel iced latte, and this time their "Vitamin Smoothie", very very good! The staff was very friendly and held conversations and were attentive and prompt. They made sure to create plenty of shade in the hot sun which was very nice. Would highly recommend 10/10!

Absolute gem of a cafe in Santa Ponsa. Very clean and a great spot to people watch. Food excellent and service quick and friendly. Fantastic home made pastries and baguettes.

Found this beautiful little cafe at the top end of Santa ponsa! We were craving something sweet and the banana split and crepe with strawberries didn't disappoint!

One of the best breakfast places in town! It's low key, not trying to be fancy to attract wannabe influencers, no gimmicks with their food, just great simple food with really lovely staff. There's a lot of breakfast sets that include a coffee, juice and croissant, as well as a large selection of sandwiches and pastries. The coffee was exceptional! Really good value for breakfast or lunch, nice relaxed vibe. We will definitely be back!

Many time we heard about this place, because it has a many variations of baked goods and cakes. Today we’ve been near and decided to check it. We were so surprised of variations and also there have some food, finally we stayed there for a quickly lunch. The place is very clean (also WC), the staff is quickly and very kind and smiling and food was delicious. I ve got a goat/cheese salat (~5€) and my husband had a chees/bacon sandwich (bocadillo), and finish it we repeated another one. Also I had a smoothie and it was REALLY home made and costed just about 3,5€. So if you want a good service, quick and fresh food this place is for you, the only negative point is that itsnt close to the beach ;(

A very busy cafe, got myself an apple cake . Looks very tasty, after a bite the apple is so so good. The presentation was excellent. Looks so good to be eaten. Never ending crowd always walking into the cafe. Saw a lot of people ordering croissants. Have to be great too. The coffee glass also is very different a metal holding the glass I ordered a take away, but realised that I have sufficient timing so I ate it too.

It's a nice place, and everyone is kind. I wanted to try some mallorcan bakeries. It's a plain sandwich. The bread is not even edible, so. I only ate the ham and cheese with some tomatoes. I onky could eat the fluffy egg white and the pudding part from the sweets. 80% of the food wasn't edibe for me.

We enjoyed some really good coffee, as well as the avocado toast, which turned out to be the perfect lunchtime snack! The service was nice and quick and the food/ coffee was of really good quality! I would definitely recommend!

Chilled, cool and coffee from the cafe that cares. Specialty coffee served with care and the taste that most shops overlook. After a few days trying the coffee in the local area I had given up finding somewhere that didn't just boil the milk and melt your mouth with really hot coffee. Finally spotting a coffee cup and a croissant logo the cup I had been yearning for was delivered. Paired with a waffle with fruit and a sweet early afternoon snack was complete. Lots of staff around to help service and make the rich brown brew. Service was swift but the taste and presentation was excellent. I have now pinned this little cafe so next time I'm out on the bike or wondering in the car I will make sure to swing by and remind myself what a good coffee tastes like in Mallorca.

Everything (the food, the service, the atmosphere and the price, too) were all super. We order the waffle, pesto cream cheese with smoke salmon bagel, bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches, and fresh fruits with walnuts yoghurt. Oh, don't forget the coffee and the fresh orange juice. Definitely will come back again. Edited, I just had an almond croissant. It was amazing, too.

Amazing like always, we had a toast with hummus and another with avocado and egg. Fresh juice Made of carrot-ginger and orange. Highland recomended and Will be back for sure

Came off the bus from Puerto Pollensa and stumbled across this cafe . Great coffee and delicious pastries which we had on the pavement. Returned 3 days later when it was raining , this time went inside for similar. It was busy but the staff never stressed. A well run clean cafe with a great menu and fabulous pastries.

Excellent food (avocado tostada, bagel jamon iberico and dulce de leche brownie are a must), very good coffee as well. The staff is very friendly and polite. Absolutely recommended!

I don’t care what anyone says, it is good coffee, especially if you like iced Americanos or caramel lattes! We went twice during our 3 day trip. I highly recommend getting a coffee to go before heading to the beach for a morning swim!

Favourite place to grab breakfast / lunch in Mallorca, came here twice during our stay and considering coming back a third time for our last day! Beautiful family run business with amazing customer service - super accommodating and a lovely lovely lady serving us that always left us leaving with a smile. Great iced lates and delicious meals. Seating under nice shade with cute decor and good music always playing nice and quietly. They deserve every great review on here.

We only came for coffee, so I can’t speak for anything else – but unfortunately, the coffee was really bad. Definitelly not “best in the city”. It was extremely hot, made with low-quality beans (definitely not specialty coffee), and I had to buy extra milk at a nearby store just to make it drinkable. It’s a shame, because the space is lovely and the staff were great. I really wanted to like it.

We ate here twice whilst staying in Cala D’or, the food is absolutely delicious, so fresh and tasty. The lady running the shop is so lovely and attentive. Most reasonably priced lunch we’ve had here, must visit!! ⭐️

We absolutely loved Brezel Bros! The food and coffee were fantastic – fresh, tasty, and full of flavour. We enjoyed it so much we came back a second time during our trip. The woman working there was incredibly lovely and attentive, making us feel so welcome each time. A must-visit spot in Cala d’Or for a great breakfast or coffee break!

Went here for a quick breakfast, the lady who served us was delightful and very accomodating. Had the avocado bacon bagel and the salmon bagel. Both were amazing, coffee was amazing. Would have eaten there for breakfast every morning if we were staying in town.

What a fantastic place! Stopped for a quick bite during my bike ride today. Cosy atmosphere, be able to sit outside in the shade. Very friendly service and my green bowl was great ! Recommended stop .

Great little spot for lunch. Staff were very friendly and accommodating for our 3 young children. We each had the burrito bowl with chicken, and it was delicious. Highly recommend their homemade kombucha too!

It’s a quite busy restaurant for breakfast since all the athletes and cyclists stop here to have breakfast or brunch. I really enjoyed the food and the coffee. The yogurt fruit bowl was so refreshing! Loved the lively atmosphere! Very cool decorations!

What a fantastic surprise. Amazing staff, incredibly tasty and healthy food (we had ham and cheese tostada, avocado toast and acai bowl, with local lemonade and a draft beer). Plus, great bike jerseys (we bought three) and all you need for biking or hiking (electrolytes, gels, tools)

Javier and his staff are the best. Amazing vegan/ gluten free options and the tastiest matcha I’ve ever had. Lots of cycling and hiking recommendations from the boss. We will be back!

“Vegan? Maybe not…”. Luckily I stopped to look at my phone/map and consulted a young cycling couple seated in the yard of his little gem. They nodded enthusiastically so what the heck. Great vibe, great food and beverage, great chats with very likeable team. (Oh, and not really vegan, although I left with the self-righteous glow of having eaten vegan anyway AND been forgiving to American proprietor).

We came here twice, once to dine in for lunch and another time for a take away coffee. The lunch was delicious, I had the coronation chicken wrap and my husband had a ham and cheese toastie. They were both fabulous and came with tasty salads. My husband's milkshake was lovely too. The staff were super friendly and welcoming - they explained the specials and menu in detail and answered our questions with kindness. We took a lemon meringue pie and coffee cake slice away for afternoon tea and they were fabulous. You must try the pie!

That’s got to be the best sandwich I’ve had in a very long time. (Seafood Club) I’d never have thought of putting orange, salmon and prawns together - Delicious! The lovely lady who I’m assuming is the owner told us in detail about all the specials and exactly how they are made which is very important to me as I can’t have any dairy products so I really appreciated that, especially as I didn’t even have the chance to ask yet. She must be a mind reader as well as a genius in the kitchen 😁 Thank you so much, and enjoy your time off for the winter, you deserve it!

Lovely place! We were encouraged by the reviews and definitely it was worth it. We were up for a nice dessert and the famous lemon pie and lemon cheesecake was delicious! Coffee also very good! 3 ladies working there super nice and this cafe sells also beautiful handcrafts.

Small nice café with delicious homemade cakes and good coffee. Not far away from the waterfront and the streetcar stop. Good prices, nice seating outside as well as inside and clean toilets. We will be happy to come back.
