I would give them 10 stars if I could. As a golden gal that grew up in NOLA, this cafe is reminiscent of my glory days. Fully staffed professional galley kitchen and humming servers to feed a legion of guests anticipating their fabulous plated fresh ingredient creations. I had the Avocado Sausage Eggs Benedict with fruit and my beloved had the Two Egg and Pancake combination breakfast. We both had the freshly brewed coffee. This place makes you want to move to Issaquah just to be a regular here!

I loved the portions and the quality of the food was delicious. I had the half california omelette with two pancakes - so good and it was not so big but exactly right. We were seated quickly, our server Gabriel was attentive, easy to flag down, and super nice. I loved this place!! It was so beautiful also, I loved the details of the diner, with the pretty posters and cozy lighting. First time but certainly not the last :)

Waiting time is long I weekends, we happen to find 2 seats up front. My waiter was amazing, he was on top of everything, multi tasking. Overall the coffe, breakfast was so good and tasteful. My lemon blueberry pancakes were delicious 😋

We had an absolutely delightful experience at Issaquah Café! During a short weekend trip to Seattle, this spot came highly recommended—and I’m so glad we made the stop. I ordered the Avocado Toast with hash browns and shared the Veggie Hash with my sister. Both dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Even though the café was bustling, we were seated quickly at the bar and served by Gabriel, who was fantastic—warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Our food arrived promptly, and every bite was delicious. A perfect part of our day, and a place I’d happily return to!

First time here for their brunch. We had french toast, crepe and waffle. Great food and great service. Definitely will come back again!

Over all good food , The only thing that could’ve been better was the service when I asked for menu recommendations. Instead of offering suggestions, the server just said, “everything is good,” and then followed with, “do you need more time, I have other people to serve.” That could’ve been worded in a friendlier way, like “take your time, I’ll be right back.”

I love a classic, old time diner and the Issaquah Cafe did not disappoint. My husband had the steak and eggs and it was cooked to a perfect medium rare. I had the Kentucky Club sandwich with seasoned potatoes and we shared the best piece of coconut cream pie I’ve ever had.

Genuinely comforting and satisfying brunch food here. Biscuits they serve are lightly crisp and uniquely fluffy with real savory, meaty gravy. Hollandaise for their Eggs Benedict is good. I do wish their spuds were a lil more flavorful and cooked, but still filling and round things out. Environment is cramped and packed on weekends with not a lot of waiting space. Be prepared to stay outside.

this place is ran extremely professionally! my friend and i are from out of town and frequent breakfast/brunch restaurants and we could not get over how great the food was, how friendly and efficient the staff were, and how cohesive the restaurant seemed. said the wait was going to be 20-25 mins, but we got sat much sooner! the bathroom was also very clean and smelled good. just a great place overall.

Hubby and I have been coming here before we had our kiddo and we still love coming here even if it’s a. It longer drive than when we used to ove beer here. We always get the Montana. We get the large and we take home what we don’t eat and eat it the next day for breakfast. Today is the first time we’ve tried the chili and it’s pretty good. I rave about these biscuits and jam and Hubby’s chicken friend steak was delicious! They are always coming around checking our coffee for refills and the staff are so pleasant to talk to. ☺️

My friends and I came here for brunch after an early morning hike up Po Po Point; no view up top due to a thick fog. I ordered the German sausage sandwich, w Colby jack cheese 🧀 & fries. It was delicious. The service was quick, friendly, and professional. We arrived around 10:15am and didn't wait long for a table.

Wow. Great food and our waiter gave us the best first impression. We will definitely be coming back. We have family in town and didn’t have enough eggs to make breakfast in house so we decided to eat out this morning. So happy we did. The Montana is a must. We got a large and split it amongst 3 people. There was still enough to bring home. Come hungry. Been going here for 2+ years and every visit has been a 10/10 experience. The food is delicious and the staff is SO friendly. I’ve eaten an unhealthy amount of their Eggs Benedict (no regrets) and didn’t think it could get any better. I recently tried the Southwest Chicken Sandwich and wow… just found my new fix. I love this place!!

I had heard about the Ricotta Cheese Pancakes and had to try them. The combination of the berries and lemon cream was AMAZING! Well worth the drive to Issaquah.

Miriam is the BEST server!! Great comfort foods and awesome service. This is our go to for delicious pancakes anytime of day or night.

I knew this chain restaurant for years but never been to it because I thought they only have pancakes😂 I was surprised the variety of food they offered in menu. We ordered Burrito Bowl, in wrap, and Omelette. The portion was huge for each dish. Good price comparing to other family owned brunch/breakfast restaurants. The young waitress was really friendly and nice to us. We had a very good time there.

This is the best I-Hop I have experienced. The food was delicious. The serving time was prompt, and the waitress was delightful. I had the steak bites. They were sauteed in this tasty sauce. The Mac and Cheese was creamy, and the broccoli was steamed just right. The garlic toast was amazing. It couldn't get any better. Definitely recommend.

We came in around 8:30 am as a family to have a breakfast before we had back on the road since we were visiting the beautiful Washington state. Waited around 10 - 15 mins to be seated. Then we were sat and we ordered coffee for drinks. The mugs were dirty that we had to have them changed out. Coffee was so light in colour that one tiny cup of their half & half made our coffee look extremely milky. After a while we made our order, our server was very nice, friendly and listened attentively for our order, wrote down everything we said (or so it looked like). We got two chicken fajita omelettes (each came with 3 or 4 pancakes), one fresh blueberry french toast, one ricotta crepes, one chicken and veggie salad and one buttermilk chicken with mac & cheese. Asked for avocados for the omelettes but was told they didn’t have any so then for the chicken and veggies salad I asked for no mushrooms and to have crispy chicken because I can choose between crispy or grilled chicken, I didn’t expect the avocados to be there since we were told they didn’t have any. Waited over 30 mins for food to arrive. And waited almost an entire hour for the salad, while everyone in my family got their food and finished it I was still waiting for a salad… and even when it did arrive I got (raw?) mushrooms, avocados and not crispy, raw looking chickens. We asked why mine had avocados when my family was told they didn’t have any and the server said “because they’re not cooked yet.” Overall experience wasn’t what any of us expected or wanted and I’m glad we’re not local to be going there again anyway. Hopefully they’ll see all the bad reviews and work on their problems.

Listen, just shut up and with your bad reviews, the clever critics. this is a proven place where simply hard workers will feed you a good breakfast. I feel more alive in this place than in any $$$$ restaurant that I can afford without any problem. 29 July 2023 - 4 Stars First time at this location. Traveling with 7 youth and needed to stop for breakfast. This location has easy access off of I-90, plenty of seating, and quick service.

Good food. Hash browns were soggy in the center. Our server was nice. Weird music. Very quiet on a Sunday morning.

They're back!!! Such a happy way to start the day. Staff is friendly and just the right amount of attentive. Our coffee cup was never empty. Perfectly portion breakfast and still delicious. Great options for everyone. There is also a small patio for sunny summer days. The only way the could make it better is to have music inside. Will definitely be coming back again.

I’m telling you now…go have breakfast here!! Great food! Presentation was beautiful when I had my lemon ricotta pancakes delivered to me. The Issaquah strata was a hit too! So delicious!! Oh and the banana bread they have on the menu is an absolute must breakfast appetizer! Everything about this place was 5 ⭐️ stars! Even the colors of the interior were perfect. So inviting and cheerful and welcoming. I’ll definitely come in here again.

We went for Saturday brunch around 11am and we had to wait around 20-30 min. There was a wait-list already when we arrived. It's a popular place but the turnover seems to be pretty quick. So come early if you want to get a seat quicker. We tried 3 items on the menu and they were all solid. The lemon ricotta pancake was very good, and so was their chicken fried steak. We also tried their chocolate banana bread and it was also good. The kids love them and devoured it. Nothing was left behind. All the servers was kind and attentive. Even after we left the place, there was still customer on the wait-list waiting for a seat. So expect some wait time when you come here. They also have bar seating/countertop seating, so if you are solo diner just the 2 of you, you can get a seat easily. I would recommend this place and I will be back when I'm down in Issaquah again!

This is one of those places that gets either 5-star reviews from good folks, or 1-star reviews from Karen's who are mad 'cause the place is so hoppin' that everything isn't catered to just them. Great bunch of girls with attitudes. Management is present and engages with patrons. I'll be back.

Five star! I am actually wondering why this place “only” has 4.4 stars on Google. Lemon ricotta pancakes are fab, huge portions, great service and vibe. Even the chicken sausage is “not your usual” side add on, it’s super yum. All for very reasonable price.

Love this place for breakfast / brunch with family and friends. Typical, yet fresh and has some nice items on the menu. Children menu available. Ample free parking. Good location.

Went to get coffee here before heading out to Snoqualmie Falls. This is a great stopping place to fuel yourself up for a day of day tripping from Seattle. This cute little coffee shop is so popular the day we came here. There were lots of bikers ready for a ride. The staff must be used to lots of lines because they go right out the door. Any of the specials are delicious. My stepsister got the Red Bull with her drink.

Issaquah Coffee has launched a new app that lets you order coffee online, but I definitely don’t recommend it. I placed an order through the app and went to the store 10–20 minutes later, but my coffee still wasn’t ready. Meanwhile, at least ten people who came in after me had already received their drinks. In my opinion, it’s much better to just go inside and order at the counter. It’s faster and more reliable.

If I could give it 6 stars I would! Have been coming here since 2019 and it doesn’t ever disappoint. Their coffee is some of the smoothest and consistent I’ve ever had. Nothing too bitter or under roasted. Love spending time here and have always had a short wait. You can order via the Joe app as well to save time. Reasonable prices for greater Seattle area.

Amazing location and fantastic coffee! I highly recommend visiting the park near the shop, and you can even enjoy a walk by the fish creek close by. This is truly the best coffee in Issaquah.

Ordered a macchiato. Hate to be a downer about a cool spot but it was incredibly sour. Tune your shot! The space itself is great for working or hanging out. Good service. Would come here more often if the coffee itself were better, but this aint the first time.

ONLY cafe I go to in Issaquah because I care lots about the menu and reviews. (Why are there only takeout cafes in Issaquah?) Lowkey the menu is fire and there are lots of choices especially PASTRY😍 Seats are pretty limited when it comes to busy times but otherwise you can usually find a seat in 5-10 minutes. I like studying there :D The app gives you coupons when you download it so you should totally use it to order, also shows tons of choices like starbucks (different sweeteners, drink temperature?!?!?). Drinks are also delicious. Bathroom is good!

So good, they are always crowded, but are equipped to get orders through promptly. I've been there 2x and both times I ordered a white chocolate mocha and was given mocha. It was great so I kept it.

So happy Chef Edna started brunch starting in April and as a chicken and waffles lover, was my usual basis. Such a great secret in Issaquah she is -- and dont forget to sample her array of homemade amazing sauces...

Mom n mom cafe run by Kate who refused a to make hot chocolate because people found her made from scratch drink too expensive. The food was excellent, the seating basic and the place filled up by the time we left. I will go there again

The best. Absolutely thrilled with the personable owner. A true authentic Indian Portuguese experience to make the strictest of eaters happy. Kudos and bravo!

The food was well cooked. I got the chicken sandwich. It is a bit pricy for the amount but worth trying. One thing that I am not happy about is that 3-4 minutes after the food was served I got the check. Then 2 minutes later the server is asking if it is ready for payment, while I’m still eating. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Many empty tables and no one waiting to be seated. I don’t understand the rush. I won’t go there again but it is decent.

The most amazing flavors I have had in a long time. Everyone should try this. So unique and incredible. The biscuit and gravy will change your life. If you like spices then this place will change your life. We tried there incredible dessert too. Just as incredible as everything else.

I had the Piri Piri chicken with Portuguese rice and warm date cake with caramel for dessert. The chicken was very flavorful and the crispy skin complemented the moist chicken breast. The dessert was crazy, stupid drop-your-spoon-and-stare-at-your-plate good!!! Chef Edna knows what she's doing in that kitchen!

Wow, wish I would have read the reviews before ordering here. Just paid over 120 for half of our food and what we did receive, all missing anything you would want if you ordered it (ordered two fuiji apple salads … no chicken or apple slices … very expensive lettuce and tomato mix) such a disappointing Panera.

Didn’t think to check the reviews. After all, it’s a franchise and franchises come with product standards, or so I thought. Was driving thru Washington and stopped in Issaquah. Ordered a tomato soup and grilled cheese and a full grilled cheese. The tomato soup was good and hot (but I’m sure that comes in large containers so how can you screw that up. But the sandwiches were a disaster. Mine was literally folded in half when they wrapped it in paper. There was very little ‘grilled’. It looked like what we made as kids. A little toast, barely, some cheese then microwaved. I’ve had grilled cheese at other Panera’s but this one was very disappointing

This location consistently gets the orders wrong, and the to-go salad is a rip-off. The portion size is significantly smaller than when you dine in. Don't get take out here, you have to dine in so you can make sure you get what you actually ordered. Asked for no peppers on my sandwich, got lots of peppers. Also the Ceasar salad came with ranch dressing.

The only reason for 2 stars vs. 1 is that the staff (especially the super nice person taking our order) was above average. Kudos to the staff. The rest of our experience was not so good. The price of the food for the amount of food we received is an absolute joke. The quality of most of the food (except the bread) was way below average. There was 4 of us. We ordered basics - straight from the menu so as to keep it simple and fast and easy. No extras sides, 2 of us got water and 2 got pops (both were FLAT) and still the meal cost $66! Small food portions. This was supposed to be our dinner... but none of us got full and we all ended up having to make more food when we got home. The chicken "Signature" sandwiches are a total joke. You can get similar quality chicken sandwiches at a truck stop for 1/2 the cost and much less hassle trying to find a table to eat it from. Then there is the issue of where to sit? Tons of tables and chairs are in this particular location but several of them are taken over by a single person with a laptop. We counted at least 4 separate individuals taking over a 4 place table with their laptops, chargers, phones, etc. It was like these people are using Panera as their own personal office. 1 person had ZERO Panera products on their table, 1 person had just a drink, 1 person had a salad that they barely touched (this person had a full blown office setup) and the other person had bought a few Panera products earlier in the day but was very comfortable sitting there on their phone (taking up 4 spots) while numerous (dozens) of people continued to look for a place to sit.

This place is nothing short of an absolute tragedy. The prices shown in the browser are different from the prices shown in the app??? They tried to upsell me on some membership program for their soda??? (their soda machine didn’t even work LMAO) and everything is at least three times as expensive as it was from my childhood. Also found it super strange they try to upsell you on chips when your meal already includes it. Overall a 2/5 experience. Used to be a good place but it’s time to let it die

I ordered the “family feast” where you get to pick 4 different sandwich halves, a soup, a salad, and a baguette. They should honesty rename it to “family famine”. What I received was only 3 half’s of sandwiches so instead of 2 sandwiches I was left with 1.5. The salad was hardly a salad, you literally get a larger salad from mcdonald’s. Nothing about the salad was for a “family”. The bottom of the baguette and sandwiches were also burnt to a crisp but probably adds some bitterness to the flavor so it’s probably part of their food style. What was important was that even though an employee had said they “double checked” my order when I went to pick it up, it was still missing half a sandwich. The main entree of the “family feast” is literally the sandwich. To top it off we were left with a salad for a 10 year old, I could literally count the number of lettuce in the “family feast” salad bowl. No complaints about the soup but it’s soup. In addition most of the workers look/act like high schoolers which is no problem, until they start playing around like it’s recess time when I’m waiting for my food. I’m all about having fun in the work place but there were several other customers waiting for food aside from myself. It also doesn’t help their image when they’re arguing amongst themselves to see if a flatbread pizza is extra so someone can take it home as an extra treat. I would also mention that there is also a global pandemic going on but they’re touching their hair, masks, face and then going straight to handling customers food, only a bit concerning…

I was curious to try this place because of the name. It definitely has its victorian charm, there were at least a couple of pastry options you’d not find in other places and I liked that the pistachio filled gateau was not too sweet. I wish the food options were not regular sandwiches, I was expecting a little more exciting options for food. There is no espresso machine so you get regular coffee, which is not a big deal for me personally

This place is delightful. Seating and inside was cute and the food/pastries were really good. The cream puffs were absolutely delicious, I managed to eat two of them on top of the other pastries we got. I HIGHLY recommend giving this place a taste. P.S. My photo doesn't do the place/food enough justice, but it was the best one I had!

We did not to want to eat yet another hotel breakfast. We Googled and found this place. Oh my, what a treat! I ordered the fried egg sandwich and my husband ordered a cubano. Each sandwich came with a bag of Tim’s Cascade chips and 4 of the tiniest, yet tastiest pickles I’ve had. (Btw, I’m a pickle snob.) We also ordered one tart each to enjoy later. We took our food to go because we had seen a park nearby and had decided to have an impromptu picnic there. The atmosphere was bright, clean, and inviting and had the weather not been agreeable, we would’ve stayed to eat there. Back to the food - the sandwiches were so good! Nothing overpowering and just enough that each ingredient complimented the others. We haven’t eaten our tarts yet and I will edit my review if needed…but I doubt I will need to. Whether you are looking for something sweet or savory, snack size, or meal size. They have it and it is worth the stop.

That CREAM PUFF!!!!!!!! I didn't think I was a cream puff type of person, but when I read the review, I had to order one. WOW!!! This thing is mind blowing. The delicate texture of the puff combined with the creamy filling is unlike anything I've ever had. My family agreed. The other pasties I ordered were delicate and baked with precision. These recipes are amazing.

Best in my life blueberry claufuti. I normally don’t write reviews but this pastry deserves all the praise. The pastry is ideally flaky, the filling a perfect buttery match and the blueberry very refreshing.

Very cute place with alot of outdoor seating. The chocolate croissant and black sesame Kroign Amann were absolutely delicious, flavors and textures were perfect. We were however very disappointed in the peach blueberry and sour cherry almond tarts. They were basically tasteless, extremely dry, and the crust was bland; more like a scone than a tart. Maybe they weren’t fresh or they simply weren’t to our liking. Will go back for other things but staying away from the fruit tarts. Service was friendly and outdoor patio was very relaxing.

No vegan food options... and no coffee at all???? So I didn't ingest anything from here. My partner says his muffin thing was ok. I am really just reviewing because I took some pictures, because the pastry options did look interesting.

Top Pot is a classic donut shop. This location offers a large parking lot and a drive through option. They accept physical/tap to pay credit cards. Donuts do sell out quick due to it's location for the best selection come early or if you need a large order you should call ahead the day before.

This has got to be one of the best Top Pot donut shops around! The building has been there since the 1960s - it was once used as a bank! Top Pot has apparently been there since 2013. Very cool, retro vibe. Of course, the donuts were great as usual. 🤭

Well staffed, friendly and fast service. I was also really happy that they an offered discount on drip coffee refills. I got a large coffee refill with oat milk for $1. Great deal!

Great donuts, okay food and coffee, chronically understaffed. By no fault of the employees, this is consistently the slowest drive through coffee spot I go to. Management needs to hire more people and make these employees’ lives easier. They are always flustered and behind because management does not put enough help on the schedule.

I don’t kno why this place isn’t bumping on a weekday morning! They have a large variety of drink options, unique seasonal & classic donuts are so amazing and staff are extremely kind!

I got the seasonal pineapple fritter, and it was underwhelming. The fritter wasn't crisp enough, the pineapple seemed tough and dry, and although I had read that there was lime in the icing, the lime flavor didn't come through at all. The latte was also lackluster. I've had bites of other donuts from here that were good, and the service was great – the friendly service bumped my overall rating from 3 stars up to 4.

Stayed at the hotel next door. Decided to check out the donut place next door. Drive through was busy. We walked in and they were all wearing masks and super friendly. Gave us suggestions on their favorites and told us what the different kinds were. I had the lemon glazed old fashioned and it was the perfect amount of lemon. Not too sugary or sweet. My son loved the raspberry old fashioned. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Got a coffee with the wrong order asked for a Venti coffee (very easy) with 2 shots of espresso ( also super easy) and got reboiled coffee grounds instead. Was too late to take the toilet water back to get another. Never ordering from there again. Called the manager and they agreed but it’s not worth it if they can’t get the order right.

This has been a historically tricky location for several years and I have often taken months away due to order mistakes and inconsistent quality. I am a frequent Starbucks customer and I don't have problems in other locations like this one. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, I decided to check them out after their remodel. This remodel is finally going to make me write a negatively review. What happened to this location is NOT a design other stores should follow. I am not sure who thought this was a good idea. Other reviewers have mentioned it, but for some baffling reason, they put the sinks outside the restroom. It is actually more disruptive than you would imagine. At the time of this writing, there is news that baristas will have to wear consistent shirts. This review is an example of a store in which consistent shirt color is literally not close to the issue.

I’ve never used the drive thru here, I only ever come here to sit inside, enjoy my coffee, and draw. My only complaint is that the sinks for the bathroom are outside the bathroom in the sitting area and the only option to dry your hands is with an automatic air dryer. It’s SO loud!! Just give the people paper towels.

I stop by this Starbucks periodically to get drip coffee inside the store. This store has one of the busiest drive throughs in the area and unfortunately this gets the store staff hyper focused on serving the drive through customers to the point where they don't see customers in the store. I wouldn't write a review on this if it only happened once or twice but this occurs far more often than one would expect. Maybe I should just order with the app instead.

I've given this Starbucks location multiple chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. Every time I order a frappuccino, it's watery and poorly made—definitely not worth the money. When I ask for a remake, the staff often responds with attitude or tries to tell me that it's supposed to look that way. I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 10 years, and I know what a properly made frappuccino should look and taste like. Unfortunately, the quality at this location has gone downhill, and the staff seems increasingly lazy and rude. I won’t be returning.

Gavin is always so welcoming when I come. Today I waited in the drive thru for 7 minutes while the same car was at the window the whole time. When I get my food I pull off then had to go inside because my potato cheddar bakes were cold as heck. The only thing I could get offered was a refund or to remake them which would intel me waiting again smh I was already waiting late. Waist of 10 minutes and now here I am starving. I didn’t even get a receipt for the void, so we’ll see what happens. This just started my dad off bad!

This place sucks, I’m sorry to say. Often, I have to wait over 25 minutes in the drive-through just to receive my order. I waited over 40 minutes today to receive a cheese danish that was no longer warm and a drink with no ice. I will not be coming here again. I think the staff intentionally ignore the drive-through, because the inside of the store was empty.

Went through for two drinks and fresh fries. Both drinks incorrect. Went back through to get the correct drink and then they got the drink wrong again. Fries were good but the whole thing took almost 20 minutes for 2 drinks and a fry. Kinda crazy.

Ordered large tea and medium fries via app. Went to pick up via drive thru, noticed the cup was regular instead of the monopoly one. I asked for it and guy acted confused. I had to ask again before he eventually gave me a card. As I left, noticed he gave me a small fries, of course, with no monopoly. These workers are playing dumb so he can take it for themselves.

Took me 10mins waiting for the curbside pickup, had to walk in at the end, and the food is cold already. And the picture is what a double cheeseburger looks like, it’s just ridiculous… called in, they told me they will replace my order next time or come back to the store now. If I could eat there, why would I order curbside pickup then???

Yes, they could not simply pack everything you ordered in your bag almost everytime, sad but true, this is one of the worst Macdonald I have being to ! I bought 5 items in a drive through order, when I arrived at home, it just shocked me, three items are missing, normally its only one or two, but this time goes a bit extreme, I would think one item miss is reasonable and can happen and I nornmallly just let it go, but holy cow, this is more of an work attitude thing. I mistakely thought its an easy job here to just pack things customer need and delivery the service, no, this is one of the hardest job from this perspective, the store manager and the employee needs some basic training (both courtesy and job level) seriously!

Today me and my child Mathew and Stacy came to Mcdonald’s for lunch and tried ordering ranch with our order and they didn’t bring it. We went up to the workers to ask for ranch and even showed our receipt but these workers were EVIL👿!! They gave us creamy chili sauce so then we ordered ranch AGAIN and they gave us hot mustard, like what the heck!!! We finally went up for our LAST report and then a new worker finally gave us our ranch after MULTIPLE attempts and then the other workers proceeded to mischievously laugh at us. 0/10 service i do not recommend.

Went through the drive thru and was told to pull forward to the reserved drive thru #1 spot to wait for my chocolate chip cookie tote after receiving the rest of my order. Waited for 3-5 minutes while other drivers yelled at me or flipped me off for "stopping there" at the assigned waiting spot that was to the side of the drive thru just before the exit onto Gilman Blvd. Tried to eat my burger while I waited but there was so much sauce the bun was sliding off and the big Mac sauce was all over my fingers, and then I discovered there were no napkins in the bag. Asked the employee (manager) for napkins when he brought out my cookies and he said I'd have to go back around through the drive thru to get them. Also, the cookies were cold, which is a first at any McDonald's when I've ordered the cookie tote, and also if they weren't warming them up why did I have to wait and get screamed at by other drivers? Worst experience I've ever had at a McDs.

Went through the drive through. Ordered 2 happy meals for the kids and 2 Mc chickens. The happy meals did not come with the squishmallow toy that we were expecting and that was listed on the receipt. Instead came with a toy from 2023 that was made for a McDonald’s in Illinois. The drinks were also incorrect for the happy meals and the apples were brown and soggy. This McDonald’s just seems to not care about its quality or customers.

After going to the Burger King up the road, which was a complete disaster of a meal, I decided to go to Jack-in-the-Box. Service and atmosphere was fine, but once again the food did not match exactly what was being displayed. It lacked the level of stuff that is being shown on the board. I thought about returning it, but I was hungry, so I ate it anyway. It was an okay burger, but definitely no where near the corporate quality I have had and would expect from a Jack-in-the-Box. I did however take advantage of their coupon survey offer off of the receipt to get an additional two jumbo jack burgers for the road (buy one get one free). The only problem was that cheese isn’t a part of the deal even though it is shown on the menu board as a burger with cheese. Cheese costs an extra .69 cents per burger; didn’t mention that on the receipt. Overall, there is some improvement needed here in the form of food quality, which sometimes gets lost in the rush of quantity. Remember why you are different, as quality is a key factor in Jack-in-the-Box.

Good food and quick. Open 24 hours. Overall a great experience with one issue. Twice now when I've ordered diet soda options I've been given normal, the resulting spike in blood sugar is not beneficial for diabetics. Good for food but get the caffeine fix elsewhere.

Just called in about placing an order to the incorrect location. Worker who answered the phone was very willing to help and gave me the Manager’s number. The Manager got my order over to the correct location and was very helpful and responsive in the process. When I do order from the location, food is always hot and I never have to worry if my order is incorrect. Great Service!

This is the second fast food restaurant I’ve had this issue with since moving to Issaquah. None of the workers speak English. They get your order wrong and then they get an attitude about it. Don’t move to a different country if you can’t speak the language. Had to order a kids cheeseburger four separate times because they messed it up every single time.

Stopped here after the Savannah Banana ball game on our way home... the machine declined 2 different debit cards, which I've NEVER had issues with. They forgot a couple items, they weren't that busy ahead of us, however while waiting 5 cats came in behind us.

It has been a while since I have had Jack in the Box but I remember it being better then McDonald's or Burger King. Not this location. Customer service was just average. There were only 2 other customers there when we arrived and store cleanliness was not as good as I thought it should be. Also every napkin despensers was completely empty. When I went up to get some napkins I had to wait a considerable amount of time. Very disappointed with this location. Will try another Jack in the Box when I come back this way next year.

I come here all the time for remote work and the staff and service is amazing. I worked for Starbucks for 9 years and I have been to/worked at stores where they just do not care about much. I pass about 5 Starbucks just to come here, the store manager personally brings me my stuff almost all the time, the staff brings me waters or refills as needed. One time they did throw something away that was not done yet LOL HA but they replaced it! Overall, the atmosphere is positive, great attitudes and MOST IMPORTANT (to me) is the beverage quality!

I rarely write reviews anymore but I just had an amazing experience here, the staff were so nice and were handling the drive through very well, and my drink was perfect and came out very fast. Kudos to all the staff here!!

The bathrooms were filthy and the staff didn't seem to care when they were told how bad they were. The tables in the main sitting area also needed to be wiped down, as they had crumbs and coffee stains on them. Perhaps it was just a busy day when I visited, but it definitely could have used some cleaning up. The location is good, drinks were as expected, view is nice too.

Newly constructed, this Starbucks easily passes in cleanliness (though there was a curious, yet amusing line of ants dealing feverishly with a crumb near the door). Service and taste is all as expected, and a nice view of the valley can be had from this location mind a bulky informational kiosk.

Love our neighborhood Starbucks. They have great service and are very kind.

It's a mixed bag. The employees are generally kind. The drinks are often not full servings. If I pay $10 for a 20 ounce drink, I expect to receive 20 ounces.

My mom was craving a donut so we decided to stop by. I really like the variety and choices of donuts, desserts and sandwiches offered, there’s brownies, cakes, lemon bars and many different style donuts! They can make donut letters, you can literally spell out a message in donuts lol! There’s a 2 ft donut called King Kong lol There’s even dog treats and they cater. The customer service was great! But the donuts were not as tasty as I thought they’d be, I tried the buttermilk bars, raspberry pull apart donut, s’mores, caramel sea salt brownie and old fashion donut. I wasn’t blown away by the flavor, just average. All in all it’s a cool little donut shop!

Picked up 6 doughnuts today, and everything was great until at the very end we noticed a long hair all across one of them. Really hope it was a one time incident with just this one, but still disgusting and gross considering we only noticed it at the end, so not sure if the rest of them were fine or not. * Edit: Thank you for taking the time to respond. Definitely recommend! We got donuts and coffee to go. Adorable little shop. Creative designs and absolutely delicious donuts. We also grabbed some coffee to go with our breakfast treats and it did not disappoint. As a bonus, we asked a lot of questions and she was very gracious even though she had a lot of work to do settling things up for the day.

I love this place ❣️ so amazing. You have to go if you are around. Breakfast sandwiches, custom donuts, cold brews, coffee box to go in 5min. And DOG treats donuts. Also they make birthday cakes 🎂😁 such a cool 😎 spot. Supper nice 👍 people as well.

They have some pretty wild donut flavors here, which is really cool to see! Also, in general, the donuts are humongous, like the Homer Simpson (looks like the pink donut from The Simpsons), which looks more like something that feeds 4 people. But even the non-novelty Donuts can get huge, maybe even worth splitting top 2 people. Looks-wise, the donuts here do catch your attention well. I tried some donut bites (basically donut holes) with Apple and Lemon filling, since I wasn't wanting too much that day. They were actually very good! Though not fresh-out-the-fryer fresh, the bread still tasted quite good, and the filling for both were very nice. I was impressed that the lemon wasn't overpowering, like most places that give lemon filling. Overall, I'm happy to visit again, to try out more donuts.

This is a great doughnut stop and they have a good variety of other breakfast options and beverages as well. They have a wide variety of donuts and each one is absolutely delicious. Their filled donuts are especially tasty, especially the boozy donuts. A great place to grab a treat!

My recent visit to Burger King was an absolute disaster. The service was incredibly slow, the staff was rude and inattentive, and the food was cold and unappetizing. I will never return to this location again. I was also hoping to try the purple bun, which I had heard about. Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem very helpful in explaining the special menu items. It felt like I was expected to know everything about their promotions. Overall, I would say that my experience could have been much better Absolutely terrible experience. The food was cold and unappetizing, and the service was even worse. I didn't receive any ketchup, napkins, or mayo with my order. The French fries were practically empty, and the whole meal was overpriced. I will never return to this Burger King again

Extremely Disappointing – Not Worth ItThis !!!! This location was a huge disappointment. I ordered an ice cream, and when I received it, it looked like half of it was missing. I asked the staff about it, and the employee named Luna responded with an attitude, saying, “That’s how it comes now.” No apology, no explanation—just rudeness. If the company has changed the portion sizes, then the cups need to be updated too. Customers shouldn’t be walking out with a half-filled cup. The service was rude and completely unprofessional. Worst ice cream experience I’ve ever had. I won’t be going back.

Unfortunately, this was by far one of the worse BKs I have ever visited in my life when it comes to food quality. Ordered the Maple Bourbon BBQ meal. When the burger arrived it had mostly just bread and a meat paddy. At first I thought I had the wrong burger because it was flat and had no additional garnishments. I went to the counter and asked if I had the correct burger because what I see in the picture and what I had was not even close to similar. Even a customer next to me agreed. The cashier got the manager and even she agreed, but just said something similar to “that is how it is made here”. At which point, I just requested to have a refund in the sandwich. Instead she refunded my entire meal which was good on her and good customer service. I didn’t get a picture of the burger during the incident, but I didn’t take a picture of what it was supposed to look like. I also took a picture as proof of my refund. Recommend this BK go through some renewed corporate training, as quality is important to corporate and if they saw what I saw, I can only imagine that they would be very disappointed. Again, good on the manager for doing the right thing.

Usually I wouldn’t bother writing a bad review. But I just went there and they didn’t give me one of the two meals I ordered. I didn’t notice until I got home. It’s not worth going back. I just won’t go again. The last time about a month ago they left out a chicken sandwich too. Make sure to double check your bag. Or you’ll be chickenless in Issaquah. The picture is where my 12 piece chicken fries should be.

Unless you want to drive all the way to Bellevue, this is pretty much the only Burger King in the greater Issaquah area. It will suffice for your fast food and free paper crown, of which there are plenty for the kiddos and kingly wannabes. Generally clean and not too crowded except say around lunch time. You can order/pay by the BK mobile app (recommended to take advantage of daily offers, but limit to one per hour); pick up at the drive-through, inside, or curbside. All good except the one time we were told NOT to use drive-through (to come inside instead) if there is more than one order to pick up. Owing to the soda tax, etc. drinks are expensive here as elsewhere. At least you can refill your cup for free or ask for water instead. Workers are often busy working the windows, kitchen, and registers all at once, so waiting for your pickup order or to ask for something else is common. Practicing standing while you wait is but another royal perk. Limited vegetarian options; they have the Impossible burger but no garden salad.

The women who took are order was a delight.. food was quick and fast. Only reason why I'm giving three stars is cuz the short black haired kid in the tan shirt wear the head set on his neck for no reason.. kept on touch the stuff with the gloves he has on including himself.. I've worked in fast food and that's CROSS-CONTAMINATION. plus the gel in ur hair u shouldn't be wearing a headset. Also, don't get on to the front counter women. She was doing her job. 5stars if he gets more training and that's being nice ☺️

Soggy $9 Whopper, snooty girl at drive thru, never again. It was literally 6:30pm on a Monday, I was the ONLY customer, zero effort to make it quality.

Went in and was seated quickly. Place was mostly empty but looked neat and clean. Service was fine. Food was excellent and prices are a bit expensive but good portions to match and pretty much in line with most diners nowadays.

First time here after meaning to visit for a long time. Small, good atmosphere, great service. The chili was tasty, tho would be even better with a thin layer of raw onions on top, and maybe some more heat. The chicken fried steak did not meet expectations - overdone and gravy lacked flavor. The cheeseburger was very good, but the patty also overcooked. Real OJ, but best to get your coffee elsewhere. We'll be back to try some more of that menu!

Id give this place a 5.0 the Cajun fettuccine seafood Alfredo is the best ive had in the whole state. Highly recommend this diner for anyone on an empty stomach, you'll be happy you came.

The food and prices are great, the server was very nice and attentive but the restroom could use a bit more of attention, the floor was sticky, there wasn’t toilet paper and the smell wasn’t very pleasant

I really want to support a local spot, because goodness knows we need them. Understaffed? It’s a small business, easy to overlook. Dusty windows and decor? Not a dealbreaker! But rancid / spoiled turkey in the club sandwich? Sorry, that’s something I can’t overlook. Don’t skimp on fresh food, that’s non-negotiable.

First visit, close to a location we were leaving. It’s typical diner food. Huge menu selections from all day breakfast to lunch to dinner. The food was mediocre. Not terrible. The salmon on my Cobb was weird. The salad was fresh. The Reuben was good, the ham scramble food. Affordable. Drinks whether hot tea, or soda was the same price. The people were very friendly and nice and service was great. Atmosphere was fine. The owner I believe was very friendly and attentive. Didn’t like the music playing on some sort of stereo or boom box. It was too loud.

Cute little diner in Issaquah. Very old town vibes. We got the waffle combo and some sort of omelette. Both were pretty good. Service was alright. Would definitely visit again for a diner experience. PS: Parking right in front of the restaurant in street can be tough but there’s some spots behind the restaurant/on the side.

After my brother was bit by the weird man at eastside physicians hospital, I took him here to make him feel better. I asked for a latte, and I also asked the employees to drain their blood and give it to my brother, and I also asked them if they have a cure to being bitten by a weird cloaked man. They were a bit confused, and didn’t agree, but the latte was made and given to my brother. I decided to drain my own blood and put it in my brothers latte.

I had stopped by before busy rush this morning around 6:45 am to get an Americano, I forgot to mention no room and the gal taking my order did not ask me if I wanted room or not. When my drink was done, I noticed that there was still lots of room left, I nicely asked the barista to add more hot water and also get an iced water. Her response was "you need to mention no room on your coffee when ordering and if you want an iced water, you would need to get back in line and ask for an iced water at the register next time!" I have never been treated with a snobbier attitude in any other Starbucks.

One of the busiest Starbucks I have visited during daylight hours. The staff are great. I must have gone to this store at least 40 times.

Slower than a sleepy turtle which shocking fora hospital location. Be sure you have extra time for a simple coffee or tea order.

Slow slow slow service. The attendant pushed the wrong buttons grinding the beans. The line is 20 deep. 15 min to get an americano!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I of course love my Starbucks coffee.

Great experience for a roadside stop. Super clean restrooms and dining area, staff are friendly, and food was ready quickly. We went inside and used the self order kiosks, and everything was ready within five minutes (we placed small individual orders). We came in around 4:30-5 and it was not busy. The drive-through was open, and there was some parking available. All food was in proper order and looked tidy (no sloppy sauces, or torn tortillas, or anything like that). Very happy with this experience, it’s one of our go-tos after a day hiking nearby.

There were a few new menu items I was interested in trying out here - I got the chicken nuggets, loaded beef nachos, and nacho fries I've had the chicken nuggets before, and they're good again, but this place didn't do it as well as the other Taco Bell where I've had them. The outside wasn't really crispy at all, and way more on the soft side of things than having any kind of crunch at all. When you have tortilla chip breading, you'd expect at least something on the outside, but not here I am a big fan of the white meat on the inside though - it's not dry at all and tastes pretty good The loaded beef nachos were okay. the beef was fine, I do like their seasoning. Individual dollops of guacamole and sour cream are also present. There wasn't really much cheese or beans to speak of. It would've been better if the ingredients had been distributed over the chips more, but at only $3, this is actually a very good deal The last thing was the nacho fries. These unfortunately arrived cold, which was pretty disappointing, because I really did like the nacho seasoning on these fries. They had a taste to them that was a little bit spicy and peppery which was a pretty good fast food fry considering For the price, I think the loaded beef nachos were the best deal of the bunch. The chicken nuggets being double their price is a little much, even though it's still not terrible value. The nacho fries are a bit too expensive though Overall, this isn't one of the better Taco Bell's I've been to. 6/10

I’ve always loved Taco Bell. The food is consistently delicious, and the combo meals are a great deal. It’s one of my favorite go-to spots for a quick bite. That said, I do wish there was more awareness around how items are fried. Frying things like chicken nuggets and fries in the same oil can be a concern for people with allergies or dietary restrictions. It would be amazing if there were clearer information or separate fryers to help avoid cross-contamination. Still a big fan, just hoping for a bit more care in this area.

Been going to this location for a while and it seems like its just gone downhill. Went in and ordered a single breakfast crunchwrap and changed a couple things and the manager kept making very loud nasty remarks about how I ordered it. The MANAGER... this isn't the first time I've overheard the crew talking about customers like we can't hear them. Theres a few really nice people but most just give attitude. Food is great but some make the trip not worth it...

Been to a lot of miserable fast food places, but this one takes the cake. Staff seemed nice enough and efficient, but the kitchen area looked gross, even from the counter. It looked like mold and grime were building up near the appliances. Seemed like a serious health code violation.

I have been vegetarian for the past few years now and recently went to taco bell (like I usually do) to order a black bean crunchwrap. However, when i got home and took a bite, I realized there was no black beans in there. The black beans were replaced by meat. This is the first piece of meat i have eaten in a long time and it angers me that i feel disgusted with myself over something that is not my fault, but the fault of one employee that didn’t care enough to carefully read what my order was. So disappointing.

Always messing up our orders. I'm surprised when they get it right. I always have to check everything to make sure its all there.
