Cafe
Located just five miles north, Neighborhood Cafe offers a unique Filipino fusion experience with dishes like lechon burritos, ube biscuits, and lumpia chopped salad. The cafe has received mixed reviews, with some praising the garlic fried rice and coffee flight while others found certain dishes to be dry or lacking in flavor. Despite this, the grand opening was deemed a success, featuring full portions of Filipino fare with delightful flavors.
Came here for the first time and it was so so good! It was mother's day so it was busy. They had a DJ playing old school music which was awesome. The service was pretty good. We got 2 coffees, fried lumpia balls and a chop cheese sandwich. Everything tasted amazing. The Barista somehow didn't make 1 of our coffees but was very sweet and just made us another. Definitely will be visiting in the near future because the rest of their menu looks so good !
Dasha D — Google review
The drinks are good and the flavors are good. My one thing is I wish they had more breakfast items, there were some fusion dishes that were great but I don’t want garlic rice at 8 am 🤣 The coffee flight can easily be shared with 2 people. Each of them have unique flavors and were varied. It made me excited to come back and try more.
Traveling F — Google review
There isn’t a whole lot of Filipino restaurants out here…but this place definitely represents. And in such a fresh and modern way. I admit, when I got up to order, I still didn’t know what I wanted because it all sounded good; but the long line behind me made me just spit out whatever I saw! I regret not getting the longinisa😣 and I didn’t know about the coffee flight! We ended up getting the Neighborhood Plate with bacon and the House Hash. So yummy! The garlic fried rice was the perfect amount of “garlicky”. The eggs perfectly made. The Hash I felt could’ve been seared a little more. There was a lot of pork belly, though! But maybe could’ve been chopped up smaller. There wasn’t as much sear to any of the ingredients, so it all seemed one note; I couldn’t tell between a potato or the pork belly😕 but sure enough, it had a lot of flavor! We got the Ube latte and the black sesame latte… I’ve never heard of that so I was excited to try it. And it was delicious! Subtle but just enough black sesame flavor and not too sweet! And the ube latte, yummmmm!! They were out of the fried lumpia balls :( but got the Ube biscuits. Some may say it is dry, but love the crunch. Just enough ube flavor and that butter that comes with it?!? Sooo yum! I asked for a to-go container for it. It was like kettle-corn made into a butter! I am definitely coming back to try more things next time!!
Angela A — Google review
It's a good place to get a Vietnamese/Filipino fusion sort of food and beverages. Did not try their breakfasts so I can't comment on those. The fried lumpia balls had too much coating and not enough filling, so that wasn't really impressive. The pandan latte was okay, so was the hot chocolate.
Betsy P — Google review
We dined in on the patio out front. We ordered the busog burrito, ube pancakes, and lumpia balls. We also got the leche flan tea and the black sesame latte. The food was all amazing, the tea was a little sweet for me but it was my husband’s and he loved it. The black sesame latte was great. I was super impressed with the ube pancakes because I’m not normally a big pancake person, and they were delicious. We had our little dogs on the patio with us and they offered up pupcups for them, which was super sweet and they loved. The inside didn’t look overly comfortable, the outside was as comfortable as expected with the usual metal chairs and bench. It would have been awesome to have a table umbrella out there, because the sun’s glare on the table was harsh, but I think most people probably choose to dine inside. Overall, we would definitely go again.
Shay D — Google review
This place serve awesome breakfast. We ordered the Neighborhood plate with Beef. We call this TAP-Si-LOG in Filipino. Consisting of TAP for Tapa which is marinated beef, Si for sinangag which is garlic fried rice and LOG for itlog which is fried eggs. Cha and Yonas were great servers and they talked and accommodated us even if they were super busy. We had a great time.
Roceli F — Google review
I was looking for a brunch place to take and impress an out-of-state visiting sibling. She suggested Jollibee 🥴, but I insisted on this place. I love Neighborhood Cafe with its unique and tasty dining experience, combining tiered Filipino breakfast with Vietnamese-Filipino coffee flights. Happy to report that my sibling is impressed and my other out-of-state siblings well, jealous of our meals. Please open a branch up north, specifically in Lynnwood or anywhere close to PAE.🙏🏻
Vem F — Google review
The drinks were too sweet and i have a sweet tooth so a lot of things i don’t mind when they are very sweet. the atmosphere is cute but the scent they have in there it’s so strong and made me a bit nauseous, the service was ok. i was asking questions and they seemed confused but they were nice.

Corner Bakery Cafe is a delightful casual dining spot that serves up a variety of delicious options, from sandwiches and pasta to mouthwatering pastries. It's the perfect place for families, offering kid-friendly combos that include tasty sides like toasted garlic bread with soup. The cafe's atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it an ideal choice for lunch or breakfast. Patrons rave about their flavorful chili and scrumptious turkey sandwiches, while sweet treats like the soft sugar cookie are simply irresistible.
Located across the street from the Southcenter mall REI. This peaceful American dinner style Cafe makes an excellent Breakfast Panini, the Truffle Mocha is sweet and creamy like hot Chocolate. It tastes similar to a mocha from the whidbey coffee and not cinnamoney like woods/dutch bros or earthy like Starbucks. Friendly staff. Free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Joe C — Google review
Came here last Thursday 4/10 to the Corner Bakery Cafe 34th Birthday and got a free Smiley Mug and a Card for free coffee for a year. Staff was super friendly and my Anaheim Panni with a side of potatoes was good and the Truffle Mocha was great.
Kevin M — Google review
This is such an underrated cute little lunch spot! I’m honestly going to start going here instead of Starbucks whenever I’m in the Southcenter area, because it’s overall such a better experience. The atmosphere is a nice, relaxed diner style. Plenty of seating. The staff is SO nice and are dedicated to providing excellent service. Your food arrives very quickly. And to top it off, it’s genuinely good food—an array of bakery items, soups, sandwiches, and more—that doesn’t make you feel icky afterward. Win-win all around! Such a great little cafe.
Danielle — Google review
Really good quick service breakfast place with great prices. The espresso drinks are alright but the actual food is pretty good, I'd definitely recommend one of the scrambles or the breakfast wrap.
Brennen H — Google review
We ordered the Anaheim Scrambler with a side of potatoes and the Anaheim Panini around 9:30 a.m. Unfortunately, the potatoes were quite disappointing — they tasted stale and had that dry, reheated texture, as if they’d been made much earlier or even the previous day. Freshly made breakfast potatoes usually have a nice crisp outside and a soft, warm center, but these were flat and lacked flavor. The Anaheim Panini, while tasty, was noticeably smaller than expected and didn’t feel like a full portion for the price.
Hiral P — Google review
We were hungry for breakfast and checked online. The first place has excellent reviews, but it was like we stepped in a narrow classroom. We didn't care how good the food would be and we left quickly. 3 more places. . . long waits and poor atmosphere. We came onto Southcenter Corner Bakery Cafe and noticed a short line. We didn't mind ordering at the register first. The atmosphere was cozy and wonderful! The place was clean, the staff was very nice and they had coffee, tea and beverage stations. Please see the photos. We just had to share. This will be our go-to whenever we're in the Southcenter area!
Leise K — Google review
The food is good and there's lots of breakfast, things and pastries. The service was pretty good, nothing special. The restaurant did not seem all that clean but it was fine. The dining room just seemed like it needed to be picked up more.

Breakfast paninis were delicious and coffee was good. Panini ingredients were fresh and the sourdough was perfectly toasted. Blueberry muffin was good as well.

IHOP is a well-established chain known for its diverse selection of pancakes and classic American breakfast and diner dishes. The restaurant offers gluten-friendly batter, although it cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment due to the risk of cross-contamination. Despite a somewhat sterile interior, the restaurant provides ample portions at reasonable prices. Customers have praised the friendly staff and highlighted specific menu items such as the Spicy Poblano Omelette and Avocado Toast.
I want a compliment you on your food this has been a staple all around the world nobody pancakes are better than you all's and these pancakes that I had today they were the center cinnamon rolls they call them something else but they taste like cinnamon rolls those are the best pancakes I have ever in my life had and you guys make the best omelets I had a Colorado omelette and I had the cinnamon roll pancakes or whatever you call them delicious I cleaned that plate so quick I love y'all food I love y'all service I love y'all prices

My daughter and I ordered 2 banana Foster French Toast to go. When we got home and we're getting our food ready we we're not very happy with the portion size of the toppings for the french toast. For two extremely large pieces of French toast, we received no whipped cream, about four slices of bananas, and the sauce cup was 1/4 inch full. This was not enough for one slice, and each order had two slices. When I called IHOP, the employee I spoke with told me that the topping portions were exactly the size they were supposed to be because they weigh them so they're always the same size. I attached pictures of our orders and the pictures of the banana Foster French toast on their menu and NOT EVEN CLOSE CHRIS!! Very disappointed with the food and how it was handled by IHOP.
Lynn M — Google review
I came for the $6 deal. Not offering it after 10 pm. Really disappointed. There was a long black hair in my food. The IHOP ads state that the $6 deal was all day every day (some places are $7 which is fine). The "manager" stated that they stop the deal at 10 PM which is not documented anywhere. They did replace the food due to the hair and comped my part of our meal. The server was nice however none of the staff were "friendly" as I have experienced in multiple other restaurants. Overall, if this is the experience I would avoid this IHOP. I have had great experiences in other IHOP restaurants just not this one. The cost per person without the deal is very high for what you get. The person I dined with noted that it was very little food for the cost.
Michael S — Google review
The service is always so fast whenever I come here! I recently visited again and our server Carlos was amazing. He was amazingly kind and friendly and very hard-working. I'm currently learning a new language and he let me practice speaking with him! He was very patient and understanding and made my recent IHOP experience a welcoming one. Although I've been to this IHOP location hundreds of times, Carlos made this visit unforgettable. I'll never forget the kindness met us with. He's amazing!

Perfect! Here's the updated feedback including the French toast: 🌟 Wonderful experience at Ihop Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — full of rich flavors and cooked to perfection. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend trying their signature dishes, especially the French toast — it was truly amazing! Definitely a place worth coming back

I had the pleasure of being served by Christopher during my recent visit, and can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment we sat down, Christopher was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. By, far the best server I've had at IHOP.

85°C Bakery Cafe in Tukwila, located at Southcenter Mall, is a delightful haven for pastry enthusiasts and those with a sweet tooth. This bakery/cafe chain originating from Taiwan offers an array of international desserts, breads, coffee, and tea. Situated within the bustling Southcenter Mall, it's the perfect spot to indulge in expertly crafted pastries while enjoying the festive decorations and seasonal sales during the fall season.
I’ve never been into an 85 degree Bakery Cafe and let’s tell you it changed my life. I went everyday during my vacation and sometimes even twice a day. The vietnamese coffee changed me into a whole different person and would 10/10 recommend!! I will say i’ve tried like 10 different bakery items and they were all so delicious and made perfectly!

Love it! My daughter and I walked here from inside the mall while my son and wife got shoes. It’s a bit of a walk through the grocery store but worth it! There are dozens of pastry options: buns, croissants, biscotti, sweet and savory alike. We enjoyed the chocolate and cream filled buns the most. We also got a Vietnamese coffee and milk tea, both delicious! Highly recommend popping in if you’re in the area.
Matthew G — Google review
Love the different choices of pastries. My favorites are the choco bun and the lemon cakes. The thai tea is also sweet!
Hadiyah — Google review
The pastry is awesome, good priced and fresh. Their salted coffee is also amazing. I believe this place deserve a higher average rating as well. There are eat in area and probably more used by folks working nearby, but still there's places to sit, the place is clean and even they have a lot of orders to process, I didn't have to wait long for my coffee.

I love the is place so much. All the bread is always so good and at a good price point. Drinks are tasty too :) I like that there is so much variety that you’ll basically get to try something new each time.
Stacey L — Google review
Made the mistake of going to it on a weekend and let me tell you it was PACKED! But the shelves were still full, the treats and pastries were soft and not overly sweet and the long line moved quickly. Definitely coming back for a special occasion cake.
Kehala O — Google review
The pastries and cakes here are so good!! I always love getting their chocolate croissant! It had chocolate chunks in it, and it just tasted so buttery and fresh! My sister likes their strawberry mango smoothie, but this time I was craving chocolate, so I got the sea salt chocolate drink with no sea salt because I preferred it sweet. It tasted good! Last but not least, we preordered the taro and mango cakes for Mother’s Day and they tasted really good! They were really light and just right with their sweetness. We all liked the mango cake better.
Charise M — Google review
The pastries here are delicious! They do change it to too which is nice. My favorite is the chocolate bun and the one with white fluff/custard pastry inside. Sooo good. Workers are all nice and you can get full size cakes and cafe drinks here too. Can get crowded at times but is worth it for me. Prices are good too. Love it!!

Panera Bread is a chain of bakery/cafes that offer sandwiches, salads, and other food items. It is well-known for its delicious bread and free WiFi. The parking lot at one location we visited was clean and well-maintained, which reflects positively on the organization. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere inside the nicely designed interior.
Nicole took my order and her smile was very contagious. The store was pretty busy as it was the lunch hour. The food was coming out at a steady pace and getting to its rightful place. The food was super fresh and delicious when we got home. This location is starting to feel like it needs a remodel or a deep clean is my only negative.
T M — Google review
Stopped by the Panera in Tukwila, which has a large parking lot shared with a few other businesses. The parking was no issue. The interior is more of a long layout rather than an open concept, but there’s a decent amount of seating available. One thing I noticed, similar to some other Panera locations (not all) is that the music was quite loud, which personally takes away from the quieter vibe that I prefer to get work done. A few tables weren’t as clean as I’d like, and I ran into a couple of wobbly tables that made it a bit inconvenient. Restrooms are available and easy to access, which is a plus. Efficient: Yes First-Time Friendliness: Yes Would I Return: No JY review

Food was great, workers that made the food were super nice. Good place to dine in. Once we were leaving, we wanted a pastry. Got in line, ordered a Cinnabon and a cherry danish… the person who was helping us out. Guy with colorful hair (blue or green?) , his badge said it was a manager of some sort. Short, chubby, kinda tan guy. He went to get our pastries and when he came back, he just throws/drops them in front of me on the counter. No acknowledgment what so ever for us customers. Rude as hell. All he said was “here you go” and continues to talk to his coworkers. He didn’t even finish the checkout, we mentioned it to him that he didn’t charge us yet and then he continued to charge us and finish the checkout. We’re not expecting top tier customer service but at least don’t drop/throw our food at us.
Maria G — Google review
I met my mentor here, because it is his favorite place to meet. The staff was outstanding and very helpful, and allowed us to meet, enjoying our delicious soup and salad. My first sit down, panera experience and reminded me of how things used to be in restaurants. Great Work

Their bakery is consistently fresh and of good quality. The cinnamon roll is especially tasty, with the right amount of sweetness, and the cookies and bagels are also well made and enjoyable. It’s a reliable spot for fresh baked goods.
ROGERQUICK — Google review
Panera Bread is where I go when I want to pretend I’m being healthy but still end up with a bread bowl the size of my head. The broccoli cheddar soup? Life-changing. The mac and cheese? Basically adult baby food, and I’m not mad about it. The staff are always chill, the Wi-Fi never betrays me, and somehow my “quick lunch” turns into a two-hour therapy session with carbs. Highly recommend if you want to feel productive while secretly carbo-loading.

So refreshingly tasty! Great service on a Tuesday evening. Ordered Flatbread pizza, salad, and got a pastry for .99. Mom got the turkey, avocado, BLT with salad and pastry. We both loved our choices. Not too heavy, not too light, just right!

Starbucks, the iconic coffeehouse chain hailing from Seattle, is a beloved destination for coffee enthusiasts and casual visitors alike. Known for its signature roasts and light snacks, it also offers a cozy atmosphere with WiFi access that makes it perfect for both work and relaxation. The staff at Starbucks are consistently friendly and professional, ensuring that even during busy times, customers feel valued. For instance, on Black Friday, patrons were pleasantly surprised by the swift service despite the high volume of visitors.
We went here on Black Friday, but surprisingly it was fast and efficient with ample number of staff to accommodate large customer volume. The service was great and my order came out correct.

Everyone so friendly, and very professional service. Even sometimes they’re busy but I ask for water for my daughter, they’re still smile and gave to me . Thank you . That very important for all the costumes. So please don’t change even sometimes costumer don’t need to buy food/ drinks. Costumes always go first, does matter what . 🩷👍🏼

Let me begin by clarifying what TIPPING IS ALL ABOUT. Buying my coffee at Starbucks or any establishment means that I pay for my product and the service of it. When you have outstanding service and people are kind and friendly and you have the money to tip based on THEIR SERVICE that is how tips work. When you go to any service related business to spend your hard earn money, you expect at least for the product to be prepared with care and for the server to be nice. We are all humans but if you are in the hospitality industry, your job is to give outstanding service and be your best with your customers. THAT IS THE INDUSTRY. I didn’t make the rules or guidelines. This is my 5th time at this STARBUCKS and the servers make bad drinks, have bad service and terrible attitude!!! Every single time….. if I was to treat my patients or anyone on the staff where I work, this way…. I WOULDN’T HAVE A JOB. and that is how it works everywhere you work in the world. People we deserve better!!! Life is not easier and wages are not getting better, and the only thing we have is the freedom to purchase a service when we are out of our hectic daily lives

I asked them for two extra waters and they told me they couldn’t do that that I would have to stand back in line and order it through the cashier as they were making my drinks. They had their looks on their face like they were not happy at all come on people we pay good money to drink Starbucks at the mall and then to have women like you stand behind a cashier and make your ugly faces is not something that we expect as we are getting our coffees. It was so sad because it was the first time that my cousin was in a mall coming from out of town and I’ve told her how people are just so nice hope so beautiful here and the customer service is amazing. We had just gone to a Thai restaurant where they were absolutely amazing. Then we come over here across the street to Starbucks and every woman in this place had an ugly look on their face as they were attending people seriously need to get some cashiering skills skills or at least customer service skills. Definitely you’re in the wrong place to be working at. I felt so frustrating.

I visited the Southcenter Starbucks yesterday with my husband and a friend visiting from Canada. We ordered three drinks and waited over 20 minutes after paying. When we got only two, my husband asked about the missing drink, and the staff just said she didn’t know at first. I then asked a female barista with glasses, and she told me the drink would take another 30 minutes or more, which means I have to wait 60 mins for 3 drinks? and she said if I didn’t want to wait, I could go line up again for a refund. She said this without any apology or empathy, which was very disappointing. I think I was lucky, because a male staff member later apologized and made the drink right away, which I appreciated. But afterward, I checked Google Reviews and saw that another customer had posted a photo of the same female employee and mentioned a similar issue half a year ago. That means nothing has improved in all this time, especially with the same staff member. I really hope the management pays attention to this problem and improves customer service at this store.

I went to Starbucks today, ordered my drink, and paid. Simple, right? But then I stood there and watched people who came after me get their drinks first. They just kept skipping over mine like I was invisible. I waited around 30 minutes before I finally said something to the barista. She did apologize, but honestly, by that point it felt hollow. She asked if I wanted a refund, and I said yes—I was tired of waiting for something I should’ve gotten ages ago. But just as I was getting my refund processed, the same barista suddenly called out my name like it was no big deal. Thirty minutes later. I was so angry I didn’t even want the drink anymore. I just left. Yes, they said sorry—but a late apology doesn’t fix wasted time, ignored service, and the feeling of not being treated fairly. Disappointed and upset.

This little spot in South Center Mall is nice. Stopped in to get some drinks for family arriving from out of town. It was busy but got my drinks as ordered. Got lost trying to find my way out of the mall but all is good! 😊

The barista did not know therm term “Herbal” when I asked for an iced tea. She told me there was black, green and passion fruit. When I asked her if there was caffeine in the passion fruit, as I knew there was in the black and green, her answer was I don’t know. Will not ever go back to this Starbucks.

McDonald's is a renowned, enduring fast-food chain recognized for its burgers and fries. The employees are known to work swiftly, although some customers have noticed that the accuracy of sandwich assembly could be improved. Occasionally, the fish fillet sandwich may taste uneven if the tartar sauce is not evenly spread across it using a French fry. This observation seems consistent across multiple McDonald's locations, leading some individuals to speculate that there might be a lack of training in properly placing ingredients.
This is probably the best run McDonalds I’ve been to in a long time, maybe ever. Clean tables, and floor. No shouting numbers but kindly delivering the meant your table. Kindly delivering condiments. Very appreciative of how this store was run.

This McDonald's is more expensive then most that I have been to, and they don't do refills for your drinks, and they don't do any extra sauce for your nuggets. This one is definitely different then most McDonald's then I've been to. Staff has not the best attitudes and doesn't communicate very well.
Jim M — Google review
My first time at McDonalds in over 9 years and, sad to say, still as slightly below average as ever, despite the attempts at making the place seem a little fancier with all the wood and faux leather. I will say that the food is still good for the lower price. Fries were a little blonde and the burger was a little greasy but I enjoyed it, so I'm not complaining. I do have a complaint about being misgendered, though. Now, I get it. I'm not the most passing, and I understand the hesitancy to call me Ms. if I turn out to be just a really flamboyant guy, but I'm obviously trans. I was even wearing a trans pride sweatshirt, so points off for that. As for the atmosphere, well, it's a McDonalds, so plan to shower when you get home if you decide to go inside.

I only show up here on the weekends because I work over here on the weekends and have been for the last two years. The Team here is awesome. The food is 99.9% of the time perfect. Unlike other locations or other fast food spots every time its different, or there is an issue. In the two years I have been coming here I have had nothing but perfect orders and great customer service. This along with good food will definitely keep people coming back. I really do appreciate the team that gets my order together quickly when I walk in. Thank you Mc D's Team in Tukwila! I sincerely appreciate you.

Generally go to this one in the morning and bring lunch...today was different and decided to go here for lunch. Terrible service. The woman at the drive through speaker asked if that was it, I said no and then she said next window. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, no sauce...found out later the sauce is what is spicy. Thought maybe it was like the spicy McChicken and spicy breading. So I ended up paying more for a plain McCrispy...no one said a word. Her nails damn near scratched me when handing back my card. The food was handed over...when I got to the office I found my fries as pictured...none fell in the bag either. And they were stone cold... and I always roll the bag closed The young lady in the mornings there is wonderful...this crew is terrible

This is my normal McDonald’s spot and normally there’s a nice gentleman handing over the food and he’s so kind. However, today was my second experience of having a lady handover the food. She was very aggressive and rude. She gave me the wrong change and now I don’t even feel comfortable to go back and get it corrected. She kept closing the window when I was trying to speak to her and she had multiple other team members come tell me to look in my bag because that’s where my stuff was. However, my stuff was NOT all in there. Very frustrated that someone with this aggressive behavior would be people facing at all. It’s frustrating the other team members instead of interjecting and correcting the action decided to all work together to make their customer feel uncomfortable. Yikes Thanks again to the lady that took my order very kind and to the gentleman that is normally working the window pls come back and help they desperately need you.

Had coffee here today with family. Tasted good and reasonably priced. Bathrooms were clean. Only inconvenience was due to the fact you had to request sugar and napkins from order/pickup location as nothing is left on site to get yourself.

McDonald's usually is true to it's image unless you get luke warm semi-soggy fries. I very much dislike that... yuk. If they've hit a slow spell or swamped cooking fried too fast the. Under cooked and cold is the worst. Because it was drive through I didn't take them back. Pretty sure though if I had they'd replace them at no cost. They've done it for me. I appreciate McDonald's, they do a good job typically in getting hardworking folks of many different back grounds. Ok there is room to improve but overall you can count on McDonald's. International trip to overseas McDonald's is a treat with touches if local cultures. Fun and yum . Location was clean. Friendly staff. I'll go back.

Jony's Breakfast & Lunch is a cozy restaurant that offers delicious and hearty breakfast options. The biscuit gravy, chicken and waffles, meat lovers burrito, and avocado eggs Benedict are highly recommended dishes. The food is fresh and flavorful, with generous portion sizes. While the coffee prices may be a bit steep, the friendly service and welcoming atmosphere make it a great place to start your day.
We love this place. It's just a regular resturant, but it is somehow special to us. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready with recommendations. The food is delicious, we've only eaten breakfast here and have never been disappointed. Today I had the biscuits and gravy platter, my wife had the Pancake Combo with strawberries. Yum!

On 9/28/25 Sunday after i picked up my daughter, Kaylah from the SeaTac airport. We were hungry for breakfast and we located this local restaurant on Yelp. The restaurant is located in a small plaza. Parking lot is small and we were able to park easily. Upon entry, we were greeted and were seated right away. We had a window view which was nice. We enjoyed basking under the sun LOL! For starters, we ordered two coffee, cream and sugar while we browsed the menu. The restaurant was pretty spacious and clean. Not well lit or bright. It appeared that one section (rear) was kind of dark. It was a little odd. After we placed our order. It took approximately 45-50 minutes to receive our food. It was quite long. Sadly, our waitress didn’t check in to refill our coffee. My daughter ordered the waffle combo with two sunny side eggs, hash browns and two sausage links $20.99. She enjoyed her food. I had a chance to try her Belgium waffle. It was light, airy and good. For my meal, I ordered the Avocado Florentine with carne asada (up charge $5.99) Total $25.99. It looked really delicious however, it was not. Unfortunately, it was bland. No seasoned and no flavor. I added salt and it still did not taste good. It didn’t help. I had only three spoons and stopped eating. This has never happened. I had packed up my leftovers for my husband have at it. When my husband tried it, he stated it was bland. I rarely give bad reviews and rarely have bad tasting breakfast. This one hit that for me. ☹️

The food was delicious, but the wait time was quite long. However, I felt uncomfortable due to what seemed like racial discrimination. While every other table had plain water served promptly, I was the only Asian customer who did not receive any. This was quite disappointing. Although I was reluctant to leave a positive rating, I still appreciated the service and left a 20% tip out of courtesy.😀

Stopped here to get some work done while grabbing a bite to eat. Got the chicken fried steak, I saw another review that rated it low so maybe they changed it up since then... my experience was good the sausage gravy was nice as was the fry on the steak. I would have liked the hash browns to be more crispy. The service was good, checked on me multiple times and kept my coffee filled.

Looking for a new breakfast place in the south end so wanted to try this place out. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Quantity and quality of food is good. Atmosphere is fantastic. Very pricey, food was undercooked (e.g. over easy was more like sunny side up, waffle was a little soggy in between the outsides). Gravy was running instead of thicker. Worst part is because of the undercooking it ran all over each other making the crunchy hash browns and chicken fried steak soggy. Conclusion: Definitely not going back partly because the up charge (waffle instead of pancakes and extra gravy ended up adding an additional $8 to the bill). Final bill for one including tip $35! Price is too high for what I got - good food, but not well executed.

We came in on a Saturday morning, about 10:30 AM, and waited thirty+ minutes for our food. It would’ve been understandable if it was more than mediocre, but we ordered simple breakfast things that shouldn’t have taken that long. Meh food, not worth the price and the wait.

Very relaxing, chill atmosphere. A lot of breakfast places around here are chaotic and servers are harried, rushed, and not supported. That doesn’t appear to be the case here at all, and we came at peak breakfast time on a Sunday. Perfect breakfast burritos, fresh squeezed oj, amazing French toast, great hashbrowns! We usually order it in but it was even better in person.

Patty’s Eggnest - Southcenter is a charming restaurant located at the Southcenter Plaza, offering ample parking. It's a popular spot for brunch, known for its friendly staff and efficient service. The menu features delicious scrambles like the California Scramble and Ukrainian Scramble, as well as must-try dishes such as OBrien Potatoes and French Toast. While it can get busy on weekends, visiting during the week may result in shorter wait times.
I went to Patty’s Eggnest on a Saturday morning and had a truly great experience from start to finish. To my surprise, there was no wait at all, which is pretty rare on a weekend for a popular breakfast spot. The atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming a perfect setting for a relaxed breakfast. I ordered the Swedish pancake, and it was so good I ended up ordering extra to take home. Everything I tasted had that delicious, home-cooked flavor, like it was made with love. You can tell the cooks really know what they’re doing — the seasoning was just right on every dish. One cool surprise was that they also have a few Hawaiian-inspired dishes on the menu, which adds a fun twist and more variety. The service was outstanding. The servers were incredibly kind, attentive, and — an extra bonus for me — they spoke Spanish, which made the experience feel even more welcoming and warm. It’s always nice to feel at home in a new place. Prices were very fair for the quality and generous portions. Overall, I highly recommend Patty’s Eggnest if you’re looking for a tasty breakfast, great service, and a place that feels friendly and down-to-earth. I’ll definitely be back!

Stopped in for breakfast and had the chicken fried steak. It was a little on the thin side, but the flavor was solid. The restaurant feels a bit dated, and this was my first time at this location, though I’ve been to others before. Not sure if I’d come back to this one, but it did the job and hit the spot.
Q J — Google review
The people are friendly, the menu is ridiculously extensive, and there is an obvious Pacific Islander component given the added Hawaiian Menu. Not sure if this rotates monthly, but, there it is. (5 months later, here it still is...) Crowded for a weekday morning, before a movie at Southcenter AMC. Crowding may have had something to do with massive power outages locally. Obviously good for groups, a few 4s, a 6, and an 8 top being seated. Glad our order got served before several of them.... I also can't comment on the coffee, but I can tell you the pancakes are fluffy and fragile. Glad they serve whipped butter, and just sliding one over another the top broke, much less trying to spread cold butter. IMHO, great pancakes. Definitely worth stopping by for a later breakfast before a morning movie. At least, I won't forget it, and am likely to be a repeat customer, even though it isn't in my neighborhood. 5 month update. We've only been here twice, but never saw it when it wasn't packed. There were two open tables, so, no waiting for us. Several families are here, highchairs in use, and a bunch of hapoy kids. Looking around, I don't see any plates, only platters in two sizes... big and bigger. I DO see waitstaff coming from the kitchen like clockwork, with 3 or 4 platters in hand. LOTS of full 4 tops. Ample parking.

I really liked it. Wife did NOT like the chicken fried steak, but I'm sure there's other things on the big menu she would have liked. I got a meat combo special, I don't know what it was called but it had longanisa, Portuguese sausage and Spam. It was good for someone like me who likes the Hawaii plate lunch feel. If you don't you don't. I had waffles which are waffles, they are great. If you want breakfast food, it's a good place to go because they keep it moving, fast service lots of free parking.

I liked they had some great Hawaii specials. I was pleasantly suprised by the flavors and tastiness. I went during a weekday and it was surprisingly busy for a weekday! Food was good, coffee was good and there is a giant menu. The hardest probably will be to pick what you want.

This is my own personal experience here at Patty‘s Eggnest. Im sure others have had good experiences with the food and place here. my coffee was cold or should I say lukewarm? I had a biscuit and gravy with two eggs and O’Brien potatoes, which simply was pretty basic. Stingy with the gravy! I could’ve made this at home. As far as the taste it was pretty bland to me like there’s something missing. Other than the food, when I came in, the waitress was pretty talkative to a table and I waited for about 10-15 minutes. Nobody else in there. I was ready to order within 2-3 minutes. Atmosphere was no problem. Not worth 20+ bucks. Could have had a better breakfast at Denny’s for a lot less. Anyway, give it a try you may like it. But not for me.

The coffeehouse chain based in Seattle is renowned for its distinct blends, light snacks, and availability of WiFi. This specific branch on Interurban Way offers a drive-thru service, which ensures convenience for customers on the go. The staff provided exemplary service that was both warm and efficient. It is advisable to request an extra cup as the lids tend to leak when served with a 16oz hot drink.
This is the highest volume store in the area but they run very efficiently. Newly remodeled with a cool screen to see order status. Could use a bit more indoor seating but it’s a good place to get in and out quickly.

I've been considerably a regular at this specific Starbucks spot for 13 years because I live nearby. But I go out of convenience not because I'm obsessed with Starbucks and I'm slowly no longer gonna be patronizing Starbucks all together. That being said this location has since been remodeled as most may know or be aware of.Me personally and like many other former customers of this location.I liked and preferred the previous setup before the remodel. This Starbuck feels like a fast pace watered down corporate feel with no culture kind of vibe with new very limited seating areas compared to the original setup before the remodel. Most of the barista workers here are very typical awkward robot like mentalities and they can never get a simple name or simple drink correct most of the time and seem to not know how to interact with real people it seems in my opinion.

Chick-fil-A is a beloved fast-food chain that specializes in delicious chicken sandwiches and nuggets, complemented by a variety of salads and sides. The service at Chick-fil-A is often praised for being exceptional and thoughtful, making each dining experience enjoyable. One standout feature is the attention to detail in food presentation; when you open your meal, everything looks neat and well-organized.
Same as other Chick_Fill_A locations. I cant say more than this! Polite staff, amazing service, a little pricey and good quality food. Here, dining was spacious, clean and bright. There is a play place inside for young kids. Parking lot was free and plenty.

What I mean about this is, when you open the burger box, you see clean burger and no bun on one side with all the other stuff all over the place! They have placemat for the kids, playground, really toned down and relaxing feeling. Keep up the cleanliness of the place and the food, keep up with your service! Can’t say this is a fast food resto if your employees come out to ask us if we want any refills. This would be premium fast food! Good job guys!! Keep spreading the good news as well! Keep strong for the Lord!

Went to the southcenter location as I always do. They are usually very good. I ordered a spicy deluxe meal and used their mobile drive thru. However upon parking in their parking lot to eat and opening my sandwich and taking one bite I notice something black pressed against the bottom bun. At first I thought it was a seed until I looked closer and saw legs and then noticed it was a bug! I immediately felt disgusted and returned to pickup window and asked for a manager and she apologized for the bug and remade the sandwich and gave a refund for just the sandwich. Please check your food before eating and this was such a disgusting experience for me!

I don’t normally do reviews on fast food joints but this was one worthy of a review for 1 simple reason. I may have just found the only Chic-Fil-A that does not have any mustard. Seriously. I love mustard on my sandwich and they do not have any. That cost them 1 star on the food. Staff was as polite as every other Chi-Fil-A. Food tasted great and ambiance was typical of Chic-Fil-A. But NO MUSTARD!!!!! Dang my bad luck.

We went through the drive-thru and the service was a mess from start to finish. We went through the drive-thru and the person taking our order clearly had no idea what they were doing. They didn’t know how to redeem rewards, didn’t bother asking for help, and were completely distracted by talking to other people instead of focusing on our order. It came across as careless and unprofessional. They also forgot our sauces, charged us for a drink we never received, and gave no clear instructions after we paid. We were told to pull aside but not told where, and since there’s no designated waiting area, it just caused more traffic and confusion. On top of that, the service was very slow for what should have been a simple order. Honestly, I expected much better from Chick-fil-A. This location needs better organization and training for their staff.
Asya S — Google review
The Chicken sandwich lacked in flavor and the toppings were very basic. The one thing I wanted to mention was the pickle used on the sandwich. It was sour but lacking seasoning and the texture was overly mooshy. They offer many sauces to add to the sandwich. I tried three sauces all three were very mild in flavor and off the shelf flavor. I have been there 4 times now and tried different things each time. I feel like its one of those chains you had to grow up near one or used to go to a fastfood chain that had something like it to appreciate it. The service and staff was very good on the other hand.

This was overall an above average experience. I paid a reasonable price for food that was fresh, and service that was quick and polite. The melt was excellent, easily the best part. My only real complaint is that the cheesy tots are very dry, but I don't think that's the fault of this location. Overall would return. Restrooms don't require a key or a code, so that's a pleasant surprise, especially for this area.

I'm in there about 4 days a week getting me an ice cream their customer service skills are to be desired there are always in a hurry and not paying any attention to the customers really hard to tell who's the manager. I have a couple of my favorites that work there and they hold it together very well they're going bigger places for the rest of them males and females they're rude and impatient. It's always I'll be right there with you I'll be right there with you I'll be right there with you even ordering online. But I will continue to go back and get my ice cream and keep writing these reviews. I mean they all have good skills good working skills they just don't work the managers don't work well with their team the embarrassed their co-workers in front of customers they've accused me twice of lying about not receiving my order and the whole Burger King point system really sucks cuz you got to spend like $500 just to get a damn small french fry I've never been able to redeem my points I'm going to save some of this because I'm going to Burger King tomorrow what if you're not careful I'll tell you they don't have any hot fudge but what the manager really means is they have chocolate syrup they won't tell you that they will just say we don't have hot fudge because they seem to be incompetent it is the manager putting food in the bag he's not the one cooking he's not the one season in the fries he is the one only to tell everybody I'll be right with you and to embarrass the co-workers and really two managers I've seen get in the way more than they are helping the whole Burger King system I'm a mother of 10 children many a year if I can handle cutting some dang apples for a soccer team or maybe gathering up some arts and crafts supplies or baking cupcakes for 50 something children by myself I just really think the managers or the owner of this Burger King should give me a call and I will give him a few ideas how to save his Burger King cuz this one will fail my 3 for 7.00$can't keep those Burger King doors open southcenter Burger King is where I've been going for the past couple weeks and I have to say never busy they barely noticed you're there it's very clean and no hassle or stress the one in southcenter they have free napkins as well all Burger Kings have free ice water all year round

Love me some burger king, and the deals in the app make it a great affordable option. I usually don't love BK fries, but this particular location gave me the best FRESH fries. Nice and crispy!
Vanclanfam — Google review
The people that work there are amazing. Burger King is Burger King no matter where you go. So if you don’t like it go to McDonald’s or the red headed step child Wendy. There trio deal is a steal and I love their OG chicken sandwiches. Best value menu of all fast food.

This is hands down the worst burger king in washington state.. i have no idea how they can continue to do business

I had a pretty good visit tbh. I ordered via the app but was just outside the location when I did and went inside as soon as I was done. I was greeted by a very nice Latina working at the front counter. She got the order put together and I was on my way in under 3 mins . My food was freshly prepared and delicious. I definitely will eat here again soon

McDonald's is a beloved fast-food institution that has been delighting customers for decades with its signature burgers and fries. Renowned for its ability to provide quick, satisfying meals, McDonald's boasts an iconic menu featuring timeless classics like the Big Mac alongside seasonal and regional specialties that keep things exciting. The efficiency of their service shines through whether you're at the drive-thru, dining in, or using their app—your meal arrives swiftly and accurately.
Out of all the McDonalds in the area this one by far has the best ready on time rate and quality/freshness of food. 10/10 would recommend. A majority of the others serve up cold French fries and watered down sweet tea, that half the time isn’t sweet.

This is one of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been to. Located about one mile to the SeaTac airport. The dining section is pretty big. With a children’s indoor playground. The workers are friendly and are quick to take your order. There are 2 kiosk’s to place your order as well. The restroom needed some air fresheners. Smelled pretty musty. This location gets pretty busy. The landscape is well kept with beautiful pretty hydrangeas flowers (pink and blue). Food is pretty ok when you’re hungry and in a hurry. 😂

Manager made up lies about me and accused me of stealing the first time I ever went inside the restaurant. I tried ordering on the kiosk and was informed by one of the workers that I couldn’t pay with cash using it. So I canceled my order all together and went up to the counter to pay. Since I tried using the kiosk and applied one of my coupons, I couldn’t use it for 15 minutes which I thought was dumb because I didn’t wanna wait 15 minutes when all I was getting was just getting fries and a drink. I asked if they could just let me pay for the drink and get the fries for free since that’s what the coupon was. The lady said she’d have to get her manager so I asked her to. Once the manager got there he told me “you know how the kiosks work, you’re here all the time.” I was shocked and didn’t even know what to say. I never have been inside of this McDonald’s and have only ever gone through the drive through. He then said “you sit over there in the corner” and pointed to a random corner. I then asked “what are you talking about? I’ve never been in here, I only use the drive through.” I left the restaurant and immediately came to write this review, which I never do, this was so bad of an experience that I needed to write a review about it.

These groups of women were just talking and not even knowing that they park me and made me wait for half an hours because I thought they were busy until I went I there and said where my food but they didn’t even start on it but they were just talking and laughing. Make me late for school and everything.

Upon entering the drive thru line, I was met with incredibly slow service. Most disappointingly I only received 17 of my 20 nuggets and none of the sauces I ordered. Unfortunately at the time I went, only drive thru was open and I didn’t have the strength to wait. Ronald would NOT be pleased!!
Mannedel G — Google review
Dine in. Waited 10-15 minutes for our order. The nuggets were really dry and the French fries were salty. Rarely does anyone attend the counter because they expect you to use the kiosk. The lady in the lobby was more attentive and helpful to people in the lobby.

I ordered the quarter pounder because it is being advertised in their new monopoly game menu, I buy it and it has no sticker code. They tell me they don’t have the boxes for the quarter pounders and doesn’t offer to give me any either. Absolutely ridiculous, false advertising and i definitely won’t be going back after I use up these free points. Completely disappointed:C

Always busy but the employees are wonderful and polite. My wife is a flight attendant and I try to pick her something up to eat after her 13-hour international flt. Great service!

If you're cruising through Tukwila, make sure to stop by Jack in the Box, conveniently located just off exit 156 on Interurban Ave. This fast-food gem offers a diverse menu featuring burgers, chicken, tacos, and breakfast items that are sure to satisfy any craving. Diners rave about the consistently hot fries and well-crafted sandwiches that hold together beautifully—even during the busy lunch rush!
New MilkShake is Fire yallz gotta peep game & grab U 1! It's Oreo with chips ahoy sauce! Delicious! I'm gonna get me another one today 4sure!

Drive thru was a mess. The lady attendant was rude. The breakfast sandwich was sub par. Not coming back. The experience, food, and service...the math doesn't add up for what I'm paying. Pass.
Sounders F — Google review
I don't know what it is, but this Jack in the Box, just off exit 156 in Tukwila/Interurban Ave, is always on point. Fries are always just hot from the grease, the sandwiches are made with care and not falling apart. Believe me when I say, a lot of times Jack in the Box can be a gamble. But this one, and I've usually been in the busy hours of lunch rush and afternoon, stays moving well and keeps hot food coming. I love this location.
Bryan J — Google review
Everything was delicious, but they didn’t have any taco sauce.
Sergio — Google review
Below average quality, even for a Jack in the Box. Will get orders wrong and serve food thats clearly not made to order. Staff is pleasant, but management cannot maintain quality.
Duke W — Google review
The parking lot can be a little scary for kids but inside is clean and quiet and the food was fresh
Monica H — Google review
I've ordered food here 2 times via drive through and both times had my order messed up. I was ordering for myself and 2 others and wish I had better checked the orders before driving away. First time they didn't give me the curly fries that I ordered and was charged for. I was in a rush with kids waiting and didn't notice till I got back to my apartment. Second time I totally checked the order and all the items were received but again I didn't noticed till I was home that my "loaded tiny tacos" were loaded-not. :'(

The place it's always clean, and customer service is good. Very nice staff
