The story happens so often, driven by the place for years, always wanting to stop by. This time, we did! We were seated promptly, though walking in it was busy and packed. Sonny, our server was terrific! Super friendly, and he never let my coffee get past half full. In fact, I found the coffee exceptionally smooth. We went with the One Egg, bacon, potato, toast breakfast, and how could I not try something called The Bacon Explosion! Bacon "woven and layered with pork sausage and more bacon rolled into a log" need you say more? Oh yeah, Andouille sausage, too! We enjoyed our choices and the experience here. It's the quintessential classic small town family diner, with a homey atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food. We'll be back!

Found this little gem while on military duty here in Everett, so I thought I would check it out and WOW!! everything about this place is amazing!! This was the absolute best breakfast I’ve ever had! And the bacon?? Super thick, smoky, and is a meal by itself, if you haven’t been here now is your time, you won’t be disappointed, they close early around 2PM so get here early! I will be back! And thank you to who ever paid for my meal, you’re amazing would like to know who you are so I can reach out to you and say thank you ❤️❤️❤️

Fun little old school diner. The food was good, but I wouldn't say it was anything special or remarkable. The Cornish cream was probably the most unique and delicious thing on the French toast. The Western family omelette was sort of bland, but has decent steak, cheese, and peppers. The table cinnamon roll (That's what we call it when we get a cinnamon roll for the table as an appetizer 😅) was pretty good, but not fluffy enough. Lots of cinnamon. But we asked for extra frosting, and they delivered. Who delivers cold frosting with a cinnamon roll though?? (Most extra things like this were an upcharge so watch out) Our waitress was very nice, but they were super busy, so service wasn't amazing. Not her fault though. Overall, this is a decent place to grab a bite to eat for breakfast and leave satisfied with nice portions.

This place when you first arrive will be packed and busy so please be patient with them most I've ever waited for was 45 minutes, but the food is great and the portions were huge I had trouble finishing my food.

Delicious breakfast in Everett. I had the Spooktacular scramble and enjoyed every bit of it. Portions are large so expect to take some home for later. Service was quick despite the line of people on Sunday.

This is the first time we went to this diner! Everything is perfect! Food, water, service, atmosphere is awesome! Melisa our server is great! And oh before I forget, even the bathroom is great, tiny but clean and fresh! This has been referred to us by a friend. So if you are by Everett, Washington… come try it! You will love it!!!

Really good breakfast! I had the fried chicken steak that was very delicious. We ordered the cinnamon roll and it came with enough icing, very good as well!

Stopped here on the way to Canada for a quick breakfast. So glad we found this place. I would never come up here for breakfast but now it might be my stop before Canada every time. The service was very good. The atmosphere was great. I loved the old seating tables and chairs. A surprisingly big place, walk in and order your food at the counter then go sit down. The food was fantastic. You just have to come here and try it. I tried the classic American breakfast and cleaned my plate. I ordered the grits but they were a bit salty. They refunded me said they were sorry and thanked me for telling them about the grits. Will definitely come back here.

First time going and it was so good! I got The Cali eggs and it was very flavorful! Their home fries are cubed potatoes that are very salty but in a good way! The decor is cute with the exposed brick wall and mismatched chairs. It has a vintage vibe without being old. I also had the strawberry lemonade and it was tart with REAL strawberries! I would definitely come back! The prices are reasonable as well!

Order and pay at the front counter, get a toy table marker, grab your coffee and utensils on the way back to your table. They'll bring your food, homemade and fresh. Bottomless coffee. Very tasty cheese grits and greens.

Love the nostalgic feel inside. Very spacious and eclectic. Order at counter before sitting / clean up your own table kinda place. Quick service. Ordered one egg, home fries, pancake and sausage link. Husband got a larger size order. Found the food to be quite bland.

I really enjoyed my experience so much I forgot to take pictures😅. The food was amazing! Great quality and healthy choices, I had the tuna melt on whole wheat bread toasted with fruit side with my son, and every plate I saw leave the kitchen just looked so delicious as it walked by me. And the banana pudding at the end was to die for!! It was perfect absolutely loved it. I will be coming back here. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, they kept the atmosphere just perfect despite the kitchen being a bit overwhelmed everything came out amazing! Hands down the best I’ve had in awhile, thank you so much 🫶

I guess I should have paid extra for double meat on my Ruben so I could get enough to cover the piece of bread in even a single layer of meat...live and learn. Taste was good but quality & quantity for price was awful. $18 after tax/before tip and the meat and sauerkraut were neatly piled in the middle so it appeared to be a decently thick sandwich for the first bite. Neither the meat nor the sauerkraut came anywhere near the edges of the bread, so in a whole sandwich I would say there were 4 bites worth taking.

Three Sisters is definitely a unique restaurant we wanted to check out — and we were not disappointed! I loved how cute and cozy the place was decorated, and I thought it was such a fun touch that you grab your own silverware and drinks. They even give you little animal figurines to put on your table so they know where to bring your food — how fun is that? The food totally hit the spot and the whole experience just felt warm, welcoming, and different in the best way. If you’re in town, I highly recommend giving them a try!

I stopped by Shawn O’Donnell’s for a quick bite before my dental appointment after spending some time at the beach, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, Jennifer greeted me with a warm welcome and seated me right away. She was incredibly thoughtful, making sure my food came out quickly so I wouldn’t be late for my appointment. I ordered their famous fish & chips with homemade tartar sauce, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! Jennifer assured me I had made the perfect choice, and she was right. The fish was crispy, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the delicious housemate tartar sauce. Despite being busy, Jennifer took a moment to chat with me, sharing a bit about her day and how long she had worked there. Her kindness and attentiveness made my visit even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated for St. Patrick’s Day—I was truly in awe of the festive atmosphere! Overall, my experience at Shawn O’Donnell’s was fantastic. The great food, friendly service, and welcoming ambiance make this a spot I’ll definitely be returning to. Huge thanks to Jennifer for making my visit so memorable!

Excellent. Very tasty, reasonably priced, great atmosphere and we were seated quickly. Our server didn’t check on us, but I could grab others to help us. The corned beef and brisket was amazing. The Rueben was good but not enough sauce/dressing, the wings were the best my son has had. The sauce was not too sweet, not too spicy and rich with flavor. The soda bread was good as well with a side of honey butter.

Another visit to Shawn O'Donnell's and once again, it did not disappoint! This spot is a winner, from the friendly staff to the fantastic food and drinks. The pints are perfect (they pour a killer Guinness), and the Guinness beef stew is an absolute banger. Their fish and chips are also top-notch. As a Boeing IAM 751 member, I'll never forget how they supported our strike last year by bringing food to the picket line—that's a level of service and community you can't beat. If only it were closer, it would definitely be my local pub!

I’ve only been here a handful of times, but I was blown away on St. Patrick’s Day! If you haven’t experienced bagpipes, Irish dancers, and tappers in action—definitely check this place out next year. Just a heads up: get there early if you want a table! That was actually the first time I ate there, and wow… I had the Reuben and my babe got the corned beef hash. Both were insanely good. Who knew I loved corned beef hash so much?? Lol. Oh—and we had the chowder too. Yummy! The food is delicious, the staff is always friendly, and the vibe on regular days is super chill—perfect for a bite and a bevy.

We've been here for breakfast and lunch and it never disappoints. Good food, good service and a cool atmosphere. If your looking for some Irish pub food, or even just a good burger, this is the place to go.

Was there celebrating a matriarch's 74 birthday party. The menu offer many traditional Irish good and drink favorites. The food and drink were excellent. I only found the individual bill paying awkward, as a surprising large dollar amount was verbally mentioned in my case, but no receipt provided, and only the TIP and credit card signature screen was actually shown to us. In my head, I didn't see how the total was reached. I am now waiting for my VISA card billing to arrive.

Years ago they had a tasty four piece fried chicken dinner on the menu and they just brought it back so I dined in to try it out. Don't waste your money, it wasn't good at all. They also wouldn't substitute mashed for the fries so I paid extra for the mashed and took the fries home. What's up with the 1.99 transaction fee?

Went to Trivia night, an amazing crew. The host, the server, the bartender all friendly & funny. The restaurant is family friendly. The bar side is 5 star five bar. You’ll have a good time!

Food, good plus. Service, decent was thinking a beer would've been good. She asked if I'd like to start with water after I asked about beers I kinda thought she knew but didn't ask. Could've said something but figured I'd see how long until she'd ask. I still tipped 25%. Saw the bill and they charged me a $2 transaction fee on debt. I can understand credit, but when I'm spending $100 bucks for meals without a beer, I think it was petty. Then server wanted to argue. "Everybody does" Wrong.. I last ate at Applebee's no transaction fee. Olive garden no fee. Hmmm? Bob's burger and brew nope? Didn't want to argue just asked her to let her manager know they lost a first time customer that enjoys eating out 1 to 2 times a week. She actually started to get loud. Wasn't impressed but the food was good. Petty doesn't get repeats. Customer lost over$2

Delicious bloody Mary’s & delicious biscuits & gravy! Decent price for good quality. Ian was an excellent bartender/ waiter.

We had a family order. One of our meals was either not put in the computer by the server or the kitchen forgot. He blamed the kitchen. Our food sat in the window unattended for some time I had to go ask if it was ours sitting. Our over priced waffles were soggy from sitting and I asked to have it remade. Though it came back so fast I think they reheated the soggy one. I had to send back eggs that were still raw in the whites clearly under cooked. Sad we spent much for a nice family meal and left so disappointed. No offers to correct the tab or make it right. No regard. What ever happened to hospitality? Doesn't exist in Everett apparently .

I've had breakfast there my last visit and it was good. This visit was fun. It was bingo night. The announcer was funny. Service was good. Beers were cold.

I absolutely love coming to this restaurant. Tonight, I made a mistake and went with the special of meat loaf. I love a good meatloaf, and I've never had anything bad at Buzz Inn.I assumed it would be awesome. When I got it, the portion was generous. That's the only positive I can say. It didn't have the usual tomato glaze or even a barbecue glaze. It looked like they tried to make up for that by overseasoning the meat. We're talking entire peppercorns. I can still taste it, and it's been 3 hours. On the way out, I noticed the special had changed to chicken fried steak and those are my favorite. They make the best. I've had their Chicken fried steak, omlets, french toast, Pot Roast, French dip, the fish and chips, the club sandwich, the steak, the burger. Any and all of those would be amazing. This meatloaf was the worst. It's even worse than Safeway's. Don't get the Wednesday special. But DO try them. Great, consistent, comforting food.

I ordered the steak and eggs, and I was excited to dig in. The presentation was impressive, and everything on the plate was cooked to perfection. The eggs were prepared exactly as I requested—over medium—and the hash browns were nice and crispy, just as I had asked for. The flavors of the meal were incredible and beautifully complemented each other. However, the steak did not meet my expectations. It was disappointingly chewy, which detracted from what could have been a stellar experience. I could tell that the issue didn't stem from the cooking technique, which was clearly spot-on, but rather from the quality of the meat itself. Despite this setback, I would eagerly return to the restaurant for another meal, as the rest of the menu has so much to offer. However, if I do go back, I won’t be ordering the sirloin again.

First time experiencing this restaurant! Loved the brick vibe and the friendly staff. It seems like the kind of place that has a lot of regulars. My daughter and I ordered the BLTs, which were yummy. My boyfriend got the poutine fries—he said there was way too much gravy on them, they were basically drowning in it—and he also ordered vegetable beef stew soup.

This is by far some of the best service I've ever received when eating out! I didn't catch her name, but we were served by a lovely woman with a blonde ponytail, and she was amazing at helping us with our questions about the menu! Plenty of options ranging from a breakfast menu to a dinner menu, and some meals are offered in smaller portions! I got their house-favorite salad with black olives and avocados for a small extra charge, and I'm already planning the next time I'll be back to order it again. Absolutely delicious! I'm just thoroughly pleased with how me and my boyfriend's date day went thanks to the filling meals that started it!

My experience at the Vintage Cafe was incredible. The waitress was friendly, and the service was quick. The food was exactly what I wanted it to be. I ordered the Patty Melt with Mac and cheese. The sandwich was perfectly toasted, the Mac was creamy and comforting. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, I will be visiting on my next trip!

I wouldn't change a thing about this breakfast: -the cool 1800s brick building or the long wood bar -the charming yet no-nonsense servic -the food, the drip decaf made on request. A+. I will return to Everett just to come back.

Happened to stumble in here the other day and was blown away by the friendly service. I had all intentions of ordering something quick to go, even with that the staff went above and beyond to make my family feel welcomed while we waited for our food. The food was a unique mix as the window stated, a lovely mix of Greek and American food. My wife got the eggs benny and I got the classic gyro, both solid picks.

We've been dining at Kate's for almost 20 years and I can honestly say it's one of our family's most favorite breakfast spots!! Over the past year we've made it our regular Sunday morning outing! The decor may be a little "eclectic" but that's part of the charm and fun vibe!! The food is fresh and delicious, the portions are perfect and I almost always take some home.... I recommend the special gyro scramble with extra feta! Service is top notch and truly, one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back! Ronisa is the sweetest, most generous and attentive server and you can tell she takes pride in her job and treats every table with kindness! If you're looking to support a local business, run by people who live in and love this community then you need to put Kate's at the top of your list of places to try out!

Food here is always great, staff friendly and observant, family friendly. Large servings. I’ve been coming for some time now and never left unhappy. Breakfast is best but the thick bacon on the burgers are the best around.

My husband and I love Kate's! We have been coming here for years. If you haven't tried Kate's I highly recommend you do! You will love it!

No longer the 12th Street Diner. But they had a pretty classic diner menu but obviously with a Mexican flair. My husband's steak and eggs was really more of a carne asada steak, my bananas french toast was overly sweet.

Service was good, dining room and bathroom was clean, parking was easy. Food was terrible. My club came with green tomatoes, and mushy over ripe avocado. The chili was tasteless, except for the mountain of raw onions they put on top. My wifes fish and chips tasted like yesterdays leftovers that were put back in the fryer. They like burn, old oil and we're not crunchy. Won't return.

My mom said their house made is the best corned beef hash ever! All the food was fabulous, the hash browns were crispy on both sides, the bacon was thick and juicy, the strawberries were fresh, the belgian waffle had perfect crispy edges, even the scrambled eggs were fluffy. Clearly a skilled cook and a really excellent rendition of classic American cafe food, with quality ingredients. We hardly eat out any more, it's hard to make it worth the prices, but this was perfect. So happy we went!

The food is nasty and the service is horrible. We went for brunch. The place was pretty empty, but it took over 15 minutes, close to 20 to get the initial greeting from our waitress after being seated. We watched the waitress give everyone else water and coffee, but she did not acknowledge us, even after several moments of making eye contact. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt because they seemed to be loading a catering order as well, but still did not get service until well after that. Not even initial coffee and water. After getting our food, I was even more disappointed because the food was gross. No seasoning, something that obviously was "microwaved" level food. I will not be returning. Tipped because it is the humane thing to do in this economy.

We went on a late Sunday morning around 10:30ish. The folks who served us were very friendly and smiling faces. Definitely a 5 star for service. Kept checking for my coffee refills. Ordered the banana bread French toast and the classic French toast. The classics wasn’t that tasty and more bland whereas the banana bread French toast was good. Will go there again to try other stuff. They do have a fresh orange juice maker but didn’t try out that orange juice.

Really good food. Can also order Mexican food from Tetos market across the parking lot. My wife loves the Menudo, I love the ribeye and scrambled eggs. Great service, great food.

Food was good and abundant. Service was nice but had to waive down servers from the other side of the restaurant to get coffee refills. Also asked for the check after we were completely finished eating and waited over 50 minutes to pay. Waitress kept saying "one more minute" and even another server looked at us snd said she vould take our payment but the table belonged to the other server and she walked off. Restaurant also lost their liquor license so no more Bloody Mary's.

The quality of food seems to fall by the year. The hostess did a good job getting things lined up in time. The quality of food could really really improve. Their menu pictures are deceptive too, from a qualitative perspective. IHop is on its way to become the next Denny’s

Awesome place for breakfast or brunch. Location is also good with ample parking space. Chicken fajita omelette was too good. It came with three pancakes. Quantity was huge and we had to pack half of what we ordered. Service was really quick. Overall recommended.

They got rid of the complimentary strawberry syrup and blueberry syrup. 🙁 Anyways the food review: I got French toast which came with fruit and chocolate syrup that tasted straight up like the Hershey’s brand you find at the supermarket??? The toast itself was dry and had no flavor by itself. Tasted like a thin layer of egg on bread, not sweet, not salty. Add some cinnamon and sugar in there pls and I will thank you forever And then I got an appetizer sampler, it was okay like the mozzarella sticks were hot and the onion rings were onion ringing (being absolutely delicious as all onion rings are). And then the chicken strips, I’m sorry to the chef who made my order, but you failed on the chicken strips… the chicken was dry and the crust was a homogenous lump of overcooked batter and hard to chew. Atmosphere/Service Oh and the place was mostly empty and there weren’t many staff when I came, and the lights were off for some reason so it was dark so not a great atmosphere. Final thoughts: It’s like this place deteriorates further every time I come here, yes they have a menu with great variety but it seems to come at the cost of quality now and they’re still sold at the SAME price so. lol. haha. I’m not coming back 💨🏃‍♂️‍➡️

First time at this location and I really love to come again.

Went in 7:30am in the morning for breakfast. There is nobody at the front desk. Waited 5 minutes, still no one comes, had to yell to grab the attention of the waitress inside. I understand there is a labor shortage at the moment, but this is not the kind of service I expect. The food is decent, typical breakfast options in the menu, nothing to rave about.

Even though they were super busy, we waited for about 30 minutes prior to being sat. Ordered and received hot delicious food and while eating, a lady walks in holding this fluffy dog and that completely turned my entire mood. Animals should not be allowed to dine in with people. At All

Disappointed and Frustrated! The food was actually quite decent, no complaints really, though the biscuits and gravy could’ve used a little more flavor and the happy face pancakes lacked some of the items as shown on the menu, like the chocolate chips... But the service? Easily one of the worst experiences we’ve had dining out. We came in as a family of seven, and from the start, our waiter seemed irritated and rushed. He wasn’t welcoming, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. When it came time to pay, he announced our total out loud in front of the entire restaurant, no printed receipt, no breakdown, just a number. We tipped him $30, only to later discover (after asking for a receipt before we left) that gratuity had already been included, something he never disclosed. That kind of dishonesty felt intentional, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a regular tactic. Just wanted to share our experience so others can be aware. Great food, but the service absolutely horrible.

My server Valiere provided excellent service, food was cooked well and tasty however I believe prices may be higher than expected for a single dining patron but all in all solid establishment.

Sorry didn’t take photos this time around! But I got the steak dinner with green beans, and a side salad. My partner got the special and the guest for a waffle. Food was cooked delicious! The greens beans, steak was well seasoned, waffle came out great! If there was anything not yummy, would be the bacon. It was cooked well but the brine used on it was way too strong for us. Nothing the restaurant can do about that, comes from the manufacturer. Overall especially the service, not sure what his name is but he wears glasses and has the coolest looking mustache and beard. He was friendly, kind and attentive to all the guest not just us. I appreciate people in the restaurant business who remember the importance of serving others, as too used to be a server back in the day. Should also mention we ate on a Monday, very early! Between 7 AM & 8 AM which means the restaurant was most of the way empty.

I get over charged, and I got wrong order and the price is paid different than the price list in the menu specifically what I order $6.99 I get to pay over $20.00 and less food and I will take a picture for the receipt

The customer service here is unbelievable waitress was rude. Food was cold mind you I was picking up my mobile order not even two minutes after they said it was ready they make you pay for any sauce got hamburgers that come with no ketchup asked for ketchup so I have to pay for it after spending over $80. It’s ridiculous. I don’t mind paying for the sauce, but I do mind Having good customer service if you don’t like your job find a different one. If you’re looking for a good Denny’s that’s clean and not ghetto. I highly recommend Lynnwood. I would have went to this one, but I didn’t know that Denny’s app changed it to the Everett location. I attached a picture of my soggy sandwich and rotten avocado slices I paid $2 for 🙄

I came here for my brother’s graduation celebration a couple of weeks ago! Our server, Gloria, was extremely helpful, attentive, and very funny as well! Such a great server who made our entire experience so enjoyable. Thank you for the mango smoothies!

Food was actually really good. Nice and hot, fresh and tasted amazing. Our server only came around about once or twice. Never was able to get a refill on our drinks and we had to find them to pay our bill. Besides that it was a nice place to stop in for a quick bite as we drove through town

We went to Denny's exactly after 4.5years! Food was OK. Tried the t bone steak, chicken steak, strawberry pancake (worst) and the chocolate cookie dough cake with vanilla icecream. Diner was packed with only 2 servers. They were working really hard to attend so many customers. Not sure if I want to visit them any time soon or not 😶

Generally Dennys isn’t the best but they have a certain charm and the food is passable even if overpriced. This particular location is atrocious. The restaurant was about 15% full but it still took 20 minutes to be seated. Once seated several items we wanted were “not available tonight”. My son ordered a milkshake and cheese burger. Milkshake did not come in glass just the tin because apparently the dishwasher didn’t work. The cheese burger looked like it was thrown against the wall and then cooked in the grill. Did not trust it to eat. Will never come back here, not worth the wait or cost.

The restaurant was packed. Seemed that the staff didn't have enough support for the amount of customers. Multiple customers were angry. And the staff handled it to the best of their ability. Got us seated fairly quick. Our breakfast was good for the price we paid. And we were in and out and on our way. Making room for the next guest to be seated.

This was one of the most upsetting dining experiences I’ve ever had, and I don’t say that lightly. From the moment we walked into this Denny’s, we felt like we weren’t welcome. The waitress just stared at us while we waited to be seated—no smile, no greeting, no acknowledgment. Just this cold, judgmental look that made us feel like we didn’t belong. I don’t want to assume the worst, but based on her expression and attitude, it genuinely felt like we were being treated differently because of how we look. It was uncomfortable, and honestly, it hurt. After finally getting seated (with no warmth or friendliness), things only got worse. The food came out completely cold—as if it had been made a long time ago and just sat there before being handed to us. Not warm, not even lukewarm—cold. When we tried to get help, no one seemed to care. The staff acted like we were invisible, like our presence was a bother. I came here expecting a simple, decent meal and ended up leaving with a heavy heart and a lot of frustration. It’s not just about the cold food or the poor service—it’s about the way we were made to feel. No one deserves to be treated like that. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I truly hope the management takes a serious look at how guests are being treated—especially when it feels like discrimination might be involved. That kind of behavior has no place anywhere, and definitely not in a place that claims to serve all people.

Stopped in for a senior breakfast...pleasantly surprised with good coffee, biscuit and gravy offering was quite good, egg was perfect, potatoes were tasty, the two sausages were ample...just needed a wee bit more gravy on the fluffy biscuit. Eggs Benedict was tastey, just add a wee bite.on to the sauce to nail it!!! Service was friendly and timely...with refills of coffee. Old school diner, funky, and interesting.

I'd give this place 20 stars if I could. I got the chicken fried steak and it was almost as big as my head! The service was great and my food came out surprisingly fast even though it was really busy and it was so hot I almost burned my mouth. Give this place a try between the price and the portions its completely worth it! Keep up the good work ❤

Far from the cheapest but not bad for a little diner. In on a quiet holiday weekend getting Toyota maintenance done across the street - very convenient if you need to do this as well. Quick service and pretty tasty.

Come hungry because they plan to feed you well! This place is a hidden gem. The food is exceptional. Gourmet flavors at a very reasonable price! Thick bacon, fresh fruit, squeezed orange juice, bacon bloody mary, everything was so fresh and perfectly cooked! We loved this place so much we came back the next day! Be warned the building and interior is dated, but that doesn't even matter when the food and service is so good!

Went here a few days ago and I tell ya what! The food was outstanding I had country fried steak and the portions are enough to take a second meal home lol. The service was excellent every time I have been here all the waitresses have treated me very well and are very quick with anything you need! Would definitely recommend 15/10 if your hungry and want somewhere good to go look no further!

The Patty's Eggnest Chuck Wagon Inn is probably my least favorite location of theirs. Brought family from out of town, the food was fine, but 2/3 of our meals were missing pieces. For example, my Elvis French toast is supposed to come with bananas, my mom's pancakes were missing the jam and Devonshire cream. We asked our waitress. My mom got the pancake stuff, my bananas never came. I also had to retrieve my own silverware, as my table of 3 was only brought one set. The food, as always was really good, though.

The very best bloody Maria I've ever had plus the wonderful service and delicious food will have me coming back!!

This is a great spot to watch football! Energy is high, ambience is perfect, lighting is dim and the service is friendly! Breakfast was delicious.

We come here nearly every weekend, and one of the main reasons is our favorite server, Destiny. From the moment we walk in, she greets us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm that makes us feel right at home. She remembers our usual orders, check in at just the right times, and always manage to brighten our morning—no matter how busy the place is. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency, kindness, and great attention to detail so effortlessly. Destiny goes above and beyond to ensure every visit is smooth and enjoyable. The food is great, but it’s the outstanding service that keeps us coming back week after week. Highly recommend asking for Destiny if you stop by, you won’t be disappointed!

Met a friend for dinner. I had the French dip and the meat was over cooked but had a good flavor. Large, varied menu with all day breakfasts. Server was great and didn't overly hover. I would go back. Casual dining.

Typical Buzz Inn. That's not a bad thing. The service isn't the best here though. Ordered breakfast and coffee. Noone followed back to see how things were and no refilling coffee. Oh well. We all have choices so maybe next time it's somewhere else.

Food was great employee was not. Her name was Emily. Charged us 6.99 for a side sausage patty and would not upgrade us to a kids breakfast for the same price and gave attitude about it. You have pay and tip prior to service . So we tipped for the food and got attitude. Not coming here again.

We went to watch a preseason Seahawks game and both our servers who were also working the bar were rude. Service was lousy and they acted like we were interrupting them to even order our food or a drink. They were supposed to call numbers quarterly for a chance to win Seahawks gifts. Never heard them call 1 number and when asked she got pissed and said I did you (4 of us) just didn't hear me. The bar is extremely small and only 4 tables occupied. I think we would have heard. Will not be going back to that location.

The bartender on . Was rude and spend most her time being nice to everyone else besides my fiance and I. Never came checked on use after we got our food . We ordered onion rings first and didnt come till our food came and it wasn't even busy . She spent alot of time on her phone and avoiding us . If your gona be a server get it together. We didnt tip because tips are earned. I was a sever for 13 years this was the worse service ive had at a buzz inn and I used to work at one 🤪 get real

Lobby closes a bit early at 6p. 😔 Monday - 29 Sept. National Coffee Day, I had the iced lemon loaf 🍞 slice & brewed coffee with added creamer. They were both very good. I enjoyed them in my vehicle.

Longtime Starbucks customer of 10+ years.. worst customer service experience of all time. I kindly & politely asked to use the bathroom while I waited for a to-go order, and the barista glared at me and asked “do you plan to make a purchase?” I said “yes, I already have.” Then she rudely and loudly stated the code, twice, as I continued to look at her, stunned by the whole interaction. I understand workers can get busy, but a little bit of kindness goes a long way. Not to mention that using a restroom is a human right, and it’s really strange to ask customers this question in an abrasive way. I used to come here weekly over my lunch hour — will not be returning.

Starbucks no longer posts hours on the door. They want you to scan a QR code that takes you to a general website where you then need to find the one you are looking for. Very easy to have a code for each location listing those specific hours. Very disappointing that the company has become so lazy about these details.

I showed up just after 6pm, only to find the Starbucks lobby already closed—even though the app clearly said they were open until 7pm. There was no signage on the doors with updated hours, so I tried going through the drive-thru on foot. The staff refused to serve open the window or talk, claiming they couldn’t for safety reasons. Fair enough… except moments later, they served another person doing the exact same thing. Totally inconsistent, and honestly just frustrating. If you’re going to close early, at least update your hours and be consistent with your policies. The employees claimed it was unsafe for the locations dining room to be open.

This is the worst Starbucks every single time I come here they mess up my order in the morning. It takes 20 minutes compared to the other Starbucks that take five or 10 minutes. The staff is rude. The drive-through people mess up your order.. I go to a Starbucks almost every single day and every single time I go to this one on Broadway I regret it…

Narrative Coffee in Everett is such a cool spot! The vibe is warm and welcoming, and I love the brick interior, it gives the café so much character. You can tell the baristas really know what they’re doing; they craft drinks with care, and the latte art is always on point. One of the best parts is that it’s just a couple of blocks away from Funko headquarters. If you’re planning a visit to Funko, definitely make time to stop by Narrative Coffee and treat yourself to some specialty coffee, you won’t regret it!

What a beautiful and unexpected coffee shop in Everett. Highly recommend the iced cappuccino. We enjoyed lunch (biscuit, ham and Gruyère sandwich, kids grilled cheese and breakfast burrito) and all food and drinks were great. Nice atmosphere inside and super friendly staff.

Finally, a place in the US where I could get a glass of flat white — and an amazing one! Was looking for such a place during 3 years of immigration and finally found THE PLACE. Definitely will come back and highly recommend it - baristas are trained very well and can operate outside the menu.

The atmosphere was really great. It felt very relaxing, and nice vibe to start your day. I highly recommend it for meeting up with a friend or bite to grab with coworkers. I think the food and coffee were alright. The coffee was smooth with a calming aroma. For good I got the avacado toast. It was pretty good, but I think there was a little too much arugala and not enough avacado, it just took away a little bit from what an avacado toast should be. Overall I would rate my visit 85 / 100

Narrative Coffee in Everett is a standout among the many coffee houses in the area. I I was pleasantly surprised by the quality here. I tried their seasonal Salted Bourbon Butterscotch, and the very first sip told that it was crafted so well. The service was quick, my order was ready in just a few minutes, and the staff were friendly. The café’s brick-and-mortar interiors paired with skylight windows add to the aesthetics. Highly recommend this place.

As someone who works in coffee for a living, Narrative coffee is by far the best shop in Washington. The food and the coffee are undoubtedly the best, but what always takes it a step further is the service and hospitality that Justin, Nate, and the rest of the team there behind the bar deliver on a daily basis.

Great selection for a multi-roaster, architecture and decor fit the atmosphere perfectly, service was amazing. Was given an awesome recommendation for the Avocado Toast below. Avocado Toast is so different compared to anything I've ever had. Deeply Crisped Bread; almost cracker-like; caramelized flavor. Arugula and Radish salad is fire. Nice acidity and a black pepper spice

Love this little funky corner of paradise! The crew there knows what to do with butter, flour, and imagination. Every day is a new temptation. The staff is very friendly, the place is super clean, and the vinyl collection is eclectic. It's a great place to sit, have a coffee, and bliss out with your taste buds. I recommend the cruffins, the savory croissants, the sweet croissants..... you know what, I don't think you will be able to walk away from there without something tasty, no matter your craving. They also do pizza by the slice in the afternoon and evening. For me, it's 10 out of 10 every time I stop. I stop every time I'm in town.

I feel in love with them immediately. I have been searching for a quality French bakery since I moved to Everett and this one doesn't disappoint. I had the goat cheese beet croissant. It was spectacular. I will be going back a lot.

I ordered a birthday cake from here recently and guys, this has to be said. It was soooooooo dense, it was so heavy, I should’ve weighed it, but my guess is 20 pounds. It was moist, but somehow crumbled when sliced. The buttercream was mid. The lemon curd was the best part and the part I ate. I will not be ordering another cake from here. Why? Because it was the opposite of light and fluffy. The taste was out played by the dense nature of it. The cake was a 3 out of 5 stars. Disappointing :( Luckily I remembered I paid and didn’t ask anyone to pick it up for me because they asked me to pay for it again (80+ bucks). They quickly realized their mistake though when I said I paid for it. The pastries and cookies were outstanding 5 out of 5 stars, so I would go back for other baked goods, just not cake. In the words of George W, “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice….Well….you’re just not gonna fool me again”.

We got an assortment for our anniversary. Tiramisu and carrot cake cupcake was pretty good. We were really looking forward to the Lemon with blackberry cake, but it was dry, and bland which is surprising for a lemon cake and the blackberry sauce tasted like it was out of a can.Also tasted and tossed chocolate and raspberry cupcake and magic bar. Do yourself a favor. You'd be better off going to a safeway bakery.

Wow, this is the best bakery ive come across in the area. I tried the pumpkin cupcake among other things. Bonus points they make their own syrups for the coffee and offer oakmilk as well. Open convenient hours and offer special orders with a couple day notice.

truly a good find. stopped in for a sandwich and latte this morning, and both were delicious. the girls working were really kind, and i enjoyed the atmosphere, too. lots of tables outside to sit, eat, and enjoy the sun.

Be warned: Choosing just one pastry is very very difficult. I have the croissants, cinnamon rolls, and scones on repeat. Do not sleep on those cookies in the jar. They might not grab your attention as much as one of the cakes but they are fantastic.

I had to get in and out quickly during a lunch break for a class. Everyone was so friendly the moment I walked in, coffee was ready quickly and was perfect, then a lot of “have a good day (and my name)” as I left. A pleasant quick visit!

Nothing to complain about here. It has a lot more hardwood than other Starbucks. Hardwood chairs in stools and hardwood floors above average noise level but tolerable. The usual selection of goodies and also means for sale and a few other trinkets

Was very busy when I came in but they were fast at getting drinks and food made. This location must be close to a school because it had a lot of kids inside.

Even under great pressure, the employees at this busy location are quick and efficient. They greet you with a smile and calm demeanor. Not rush8ng you but still moving that line along. They seem a little over worked and understaffed tho, hopefully rhis company will see that and send some help or upgrade their technology to make the job easier.

I hate that this is the closest coffee shop to me. I just want a simple drip when I run out of my own. This store always has burnt or bitter/cold drip, they never have cream out, they always use a paper cup or a thick plastic one when I bring my own. Follow "standards" by getting a vertica, set a timer for drip, or get more baristas on the floor if you can't handle the morning rush before peak.

Great customer service and great coffee, way better than the place we went to yesterday at Mukilteo Speedway, new favorite place to get my coffee, even bit far from where I live.

This has been my go to McDonalds for years. Unfortunately quality and quantity have gone down and I’ve given up on McDonald’s as a whole. My fries were barely half full. I bought three large fries, a 20 piece nuggets and a coke. My bill was $30!! An order of fries is $5. Full them up! I feel ripped off because my soda is never full either. The fries are usually fresh and hot at this location though, I’ll give them that! I just want the full amount of what I paid for. I got a medium fries when I paid for a large. If you were low on fries, I would have waited. Consistently is key

This McDonald’s cuts so many corners for extra profit! The orange juice is WAY watered down and under filled. Fries are always half empty. If you dine in they do not allow refills on their iced tea. I’m unsure if they don’t allow refills at all because that’s all I order, but it’s just horrible. The only nice thing I can say is they often have flowers on the tables. I’d rather have the food I ordered though. Im genuinely shocked the manager/owner continue to get away with this.

This location has the best staff members. Always friendly and helpful. Every time you go up to the counter for help, there's always someone who acknowledges you. They may say "be right with you" while they're preparing an order, but at least they don't ignore you even if they see you.

DO NOT go here during 3rd shift! The food tastes like garbage dry n old.. we just ordered some burgers n they were so dry I think a child or a senior would have choked on them for sure...we almost did. On the other shifts the food taste fresh n tasty...tonight was the worst I'm suprised they answered the phone the girl said they don't pre make them first. but I'm sorry the burger was dry n cold and also almost black looking the one shown in the pic was the best looking out of the 4 and btw they messed up the orders too as u can see below i asked for no cheese ketchup n onion only instead i got ketchup n cheese no onions not that it mattered we trashed them they were nasty...she said I can bring the receipt n get new ones....um that's nice but doesn't help at the moment when we are hungry im not hoing back. This is not the first time but I guarantee it will be the last time on 3rd shift. I'm posting this so they can retrain their employees. Next time I'll driver further to the one on evergreen way I've never had an issue w their food being old or messing up our orders yet it's just its 10 extra min out of our way but after this I'll do it

At the McDonald's on 41st St & Colby Ave the workers were all so pleasantly polite & very nice, they all treated everyone equally no matter there looks or what not. I have never been treated so super respectfully by any fast food chain. I thank every single worker there, I give a super high five & huge thumbs up! 👍

Worst visit at this location. $33 for 3 cheeseburgers 3 fries and 3 cokes. Asked for 2 sauce and was charged. I can’t remember the last time I was asked to pay for a side of sauce. Each fry (3) was lukewarm if that. This is terrible service and food. Will not revisit this location.

The men's bathroom didn't have a baby changing table, which turned a not so great situation into a harrowing one. Food was good, staff were very nice, and cleanliness could have been better.

It's gotten really bad at McDonald's. They've taken away the refill sodas they've charged double the prices they used to charge. You have to ask permission to use the bathroom and then somebody from the staff has to take you there. It's almost like a prison yard and they even want you to order your own food. I'm surprised they don't want you to make it too. They've gone too far. Avoid McDonald's

This is probably the smallest and inconvenient restaurant I been to in Washington. This place is extremely small and the front entrance seems to only have pickup parking and the side parking (only 10 spaces) are all filled, probably half by employees. I had to park on the side parking, then had to walk down pass the drive through which was not convenient. I ordered mcgriddles meal with hash brown and soda. I was so surprised how small the sandwhich was, and I admit it has been couple years since I even had Mcdonalds! Prices getting higher while portions getting smaller. Lame. Inside was very clean. The restroom is only opened and closed by the employee and it’s due to the homeless and drug activities in the area. In fact, when I went out after I was done, one came up and asked me if I had some money. That’s in the morning at 9am.

I ordered the crispy deluxe with tomatoes and lettuce meal. The chicken was so small that it was less than half the size of the bun. It also tasted chewy like not cooked all the way but was hot to touch. Just odd. When I opened the cover the presentation was horrible. Tomatoes was not in bun. I ate just half and couldn't anymore. Just messy and unappealing.

Ordered a hot and spicy with cheese and xtra mayo today. It was just a regular chicken with those ingredients but was clearly labeled as a hot and spicy. It was even in the wrapper. I still ate it cuz why wouldn’t I lol That’s just wild to me there’s so much human error/non attentiveness at an easy job

They never fill the drink to the top... And the mobile app. They don't pay attention at all so I got to ask them multiple times.

This place is very good and I like some of their food products. So please don't get that wrong. Just McDonald's is getting outrageously expensive the same as stores and restaurants that I have visited. There is a restaurant out there that's cheaper than McDonald's. It's kind of hard to find but it's out there. So don't settle for McDonald's all the time because they're way too expensive. They want $8 for a dag gon cheeseburger. I remember when cheeseburgers were only $0.50 to $1. Now it's just way too outrageous. Another thing they get my order wrong every time I go through drive-through. So McDonald's is not all that people. There's better restaurants out there that give you more quality service and more quantity for your buck than what McDonald's does.

We just pulled into the drive through and specifically asked for sauces and ketchup. We did not get them so i asked for them at the window. She gave me like 2 ketchups so i asked for more. She gave me 2 more. So i asked for more. Then some man came over and chastized me for asking for more ketchup and holding up the line. I explained i had asked for it and he rudely cut me off and was very nasty and then they closed the window.

The store was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness—fries were scattered across the floor, sauce was smeared on the tables, and no staff appeared to be cleaning or maintaining the dining area. Both tower napkin dispensers were completely empty. When I politely asked for napkins at the counter, the staff seemed reluctant and visibly unhappy to provide any, which I found puzzling and unwelcoming. The restrooms had keypads with a notice stating “Restrooms for McDonald’s Customers Only.” When I asked for the code, the staff member told me to wait. After serving other customers, a team member eventually walked over and unlocked the door manually instead of simply giving me the code. This left me feeling like I was not trusted as a customer, which was both uncomfortable and unnecessary. When I placed an order for a Double Filet-O-Fish sandwich, one staff member didn’t seem to know how to process the order. It’s a basic customization—adding a second fish patty—yet they needed assistance from another crew member. This level of training and professionalism was disappointing for such a well-known brand. Lastly, when I went to the counter near the end of my meal to ask for a refill of my sweet tea, I was told that this store does not offer refills. I’ve never encountered this at any McDonald’s across the country, and there was no clear signage indicating this policy. It felt like I was being denied a basic service that’s generally included with the purchase of a drink. I hope McDonald’s takes this complaint seriously. This experience was well below the standard I expect from your brand, and I urge you to investigate the situation and take appropriate corrective action.

My wife and I went to McDonald’s recently and honestly, it was a really disappointing experience. We ordered the new Golden Sauce (which costs extra), paid for it, and it wasn’t even included in our order. The employee who brought the food out didn’t mention anything, just dropped it off and left. Later, they brought out a different sauce instead. When I asked about the Golden Sauce I actually ordered, they told me they were out of it. If that’s the case, why is it still showing up on the app for people to order and pay for? I used to work at McDonald’s, and I know for a fact that unavailable items can be removed from the system. It’s frustrating that customers are charged for something they can’t even get. On top of that, the food itself was just… bad. When we opened our burgers, most of the lettuce, sauce, and tomatoes were in the box instead of in the sandwich. Inside the bun there was barely anything, and it looked like it was slapped together without any care. The fries were also disappointing — a lot of them were dark, even green in spots, and just didn’t look fresh at all. It’s sad to see the quality go down like this. I know reviews like this often don’t get noticed, but if anyone from management does see it, please do something. Customers deserve better than this.

I stopped by this McDonalds and they had their lobby decorated incredibly. They were celebrating the chicken strips returning. I had a small meal and ate it there and enjoy their welcoming environment.

I have been coming to this location consistently because of the morning crew. Very respectful and understanding. They will go out of their way to accommodate my friend and myself. There are 4 other McDonald's close to this location, but I will wait in any line and continue to come to this location for a long time to come. Thank you to ALL the people who work there! I appreciate you and your morning smiles.

What more can be said other than it's a McDonald's. The one thing I can definitely say negatively about this particular location is that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you are not doing business at the kiosk, good luck doing business at all. Every time I need something at the counter after my order at the kiosk, I am ignored at the front counter. It feels almost as if my business is an inconvenience to them. Otherwise, it is your standard decent greaseball food.

Avoid this McDonald's absolutely horrible. They actually have somebody that actually has to wear a vest to come and let you in the bathroom and out of the bathrooms. The food is so expensive. I can't even begin to explain without tearing up. I have a medical condition that makes it hard to walk and the people who work the early morning at this location have been absolutely amazing. They are always super nice and have been very caring and make you feel so welcomed! This morning I needed to run next door and they opened their doors a little early so I didn't have to do so. It means the world to me how caring all of them have been when they only know me from going through in the morning for my frappe and cookies lol. Thank you so much for you all having such big hearts and making this McDonald's way better then the rest lol

Despite the Christmas Eve festivities, I find myself deeply disappointed and hurt by the soup I received. As a pregnant woman with twins, I was particularly anticipating a warm bowl of broccoli and cheese soup from Panera Bread. However, upon opening the container, I was met with a soup that appeared to have been reheated from yesterday, which is unacceptable.

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with ham, creamy tomato soup, apple something salad, and then for the sides, I asked for 2 apples and bag of chips. Sooooo I got home and was missing the chips and my sandwich wasn't even grilled. What???? Ummm terrible! It cost $40 and they didn't even grilled my sandwich!

I got all the way home with my order and there is barely half a container of soup for my bread bowl. Respectfully I paid full price for a bowl of soup and a bread bowl so I will not be coming back to this location only to get half servings.

I don't like to write about corporate places but this is our go-to Panera. It's on the pricey side but the food is made fresh. I recommend the chicken and wild rice soup and the turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich. It's a good choice for a quick pick up on the way home. Orders can be called in so that's nice. The food is good!

We haven't been to panera in a long time because of cost increases but we were hungry and close to one so we went. We were shocked at not only how even more expensive it's gotten but how skimpy the portions are. The almost $8 breakfast sandwich was 4 inches (we actually measured it) and the 1/2 lunch sandwich I ordered was not much bigger. It had avocado on it but only 1 small piece about 1 inch by 1 inch in the entire sandwich and cost almost $10! Our total cost was over $20 and were still hungry.

Nice outdoor seating available for summer time . Lot of indoor seating available. Convenient parking right outside. Prices are reasonable. Chicken tikka soup is new item , which tasted good but we can hardly find any chicken in that soup . Buffalo chicken sandwich is very tasty but it is saucy and little too spicy for me. Chipotle chicken is the best of all . Pair for 2 is a good menu option which will save you couple of bucks for soup and sandwich combo .

Friendly but I ordered a smoothie and it tastes great but they barely blended it so I had to crunch the ice a lot, wouldn't be a big deal but I have Invisalign

I have yet to have 1 good experience here. it's all across the board. So here are my requests ... Can you please have consistency in how you make your drinks everyday? Can you please have kind positive people working through the drive-thru? Can you please make it so it takes me less than 10 minutes to get through the drive-thru? Can you please make sure that the drinks aren't sloppy and don't spill once I get them in my car? Can you please make sure that you're fully staffec everyday? Every single time I go through this particular Starbucks there's something wrong. I'm done coming through here. Don't wonder why your sales are down and your customers are unhappy. I'll spend my $14 somewhere else in the morning where they will appreciate it and make sure that I get what I'm paying for. Update I went through this morning to give them another chance. But I actually walked inside. Apparently normal ice is extra ice to them. I take a sip of my beverage and it's still hot and it's an iced venti drink. $14. That's what I spent again. And I feel like it was a waste of my money. I'm not getting what I ordered consistently. You have training materials for your employees. Why can't you be consistent? When every other Starbucks is able to. I will never go into this location again. And I might stop being a Starbucks customer all together. It's not worth it. You're supposed to be the fast food of coffee and you still can't get it right? It doesn't matter how nice your employees are. If they can't make a beverage to spec why are you keeping them around? They can't do their job. And I'm not paying that kind of money to consistently get the wrong beverage that isn't the way I ordered it. When other locations can get it right.

My wife placed an order online. We went through the drive thru to pick it up. By the time we got to the window, they couldn’t find the order. So I parked and she got out and went inside immediately grabbed the order and came out. She got her Carmel macchiato with modifications. They made it correctly. I got the breakfast egg and sausage wrap. It is very good. Better than a breakfest burrito from Jack in the Box or Sonic because it is less greasy. We also got the cheese plum danish, which is a seasonal item around this time of year. It was toasted and delicious. Only 3 stars because the food was delicious but everything else about the visit was time consuming and inconvenient. Check out my video of the drivethru.

A pretty decent location, sadly there have been many Starbucks closing around this local area recently, so I think this is why this particular one can get so overwhelmed now. Often times when coming here the line in both the drive though and in the lobby are often very long. To be clear, I am NOT blaming the staff, who have always been wonderful. It's simply being overworked without enough staff, I had hoped at least some of the numerous recent closed locations could come work here, but doesn't feel like this is the case.

I normally don’t make reviews but this Starbucks is probably the worst I’ve been too. They are INCREDIBLY slow. I only go to this Starbucks cause it’s on the way to my daycare. (I wish there was another one). They are sweet but I’ve never been to a Starbucks that is so slow. There are tons of reviews on there slowness but yet nothing has changed? They also got my order wrong one time which is not super annoying cause we all mess up. It’s them taking 5-7 minutes PER car. I can see it on there screen. Sometimes I wait 15 -minutes for my order.

Really slow service here. I only went because my normal location didn't have something in stock I usually get. But after waiting in the drive thru line for 35ish minutes for a mobile order, I kinda regretted my choice. The employee seemed new and was nice but pretty quiet and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. I love Starbucks but wouldn't go back to this location.

I love the dragon fruit refresher. I get it all the time. I specify that I would like only water, not the lemonade or coconut milk. At the drive thru I said just that. I paid over $6 for a drink that was marked "add water". Yes, it tastes like they added water. A lot of water. But why? That doesn't even make sense. I have noticed that there are a significant number of new hires. This may be why my drinks there have been subpar recently. But, I'm sorry, slinging drinks at Starbucks isn't that hard. And the staff isn't even nice anymore. My advice would be even if you have had positive experiences with location in the past the current crew just isn't worth wasting your money on. As a regular this is very disappointing.

We visited this store and were told that one of the staff members was still in training. We respected that and patiently waited for nearly 40 minutes just for a coffee. Unfortunately, our order was completely incorrect when it was finally delivered. When we pointed out the issue, the response we received was both unprofessional and dismissive. There was no proper follow-up or attempt to make things right. This was a very disappointing experience.

Will get your order completely wrong, tell you they'll only refund you if you come in "tomorrow at 11 am" (I work overnights, it's the only reason I was at this shitty location at 3 am instead of my normal location who actually gets my order right). I've been to this location 3 times in 2 years, the parking lot is always full of trash left lying around. Submit a customer service claim and they will ignore you. Since I won't be getting a refund or getting my food replaced, I'm warning everyone so they can avoid this location and drive to better locations or, if it's after the others have closed, pick a better restaurant like Jack in the Box. This place hates customer service and getting orders correct the first time, and makes inedible food for you so you can't even just enjoy the wrong meal, you literally can't eat it. To "managers" Wendy S and Pablo C, you suck, do better. Edit: I've literally contacted you twice already through that contact link before coming to publicly post this. Both manager mentioned responded once, then have completely ghosted. Unprofessional, and based on the other reviews, typical for this location. Do not go to this location if you want accuracy. This is especially dangerous for anyone with allergies and sensitivities, they will give you the wrong ingredients. So McDonald's, unless you have something that's actually beneficial to say, don't bother responding, contact this store and start writing up shitty employees and managers. Maybe if their jobs are actually on the line they'll do them correctly. Edit again: Brittany has decided to add herself to the list of people who email to say "we want to make this right" only to ghost without actually having to own up to their mistake and fix it.

I had a very negative experience with Susan The manager She was extremely rude and unprofessional, to the point that it completely ruined my visit. Because of her behavior, I honestly don’t see myself coming back to McDonald’s again. I strongly encourage management to address this issue immediately, because no customer should be treated in such a disrespectful way.

Mistakes happen and my order was messed up, but the employee that gave me my order (did not talk to me at all even to confirm my order) was very nasty. I called to let them know and she was yelling at me saying she couldn't hear me and hung up on me 2 times and would not tell me her name. The next employee I talked to could hear me perfectly fine and apparently has the same name as the first one I talked to, Brittany? Also was not given a physical receipt, but i ordered through the app so I have one that way. This is no way to treat someone else who did nothing to you.

This happens too often. Got the wrong order handed to me waiting in the drive through parking spots. Had to wait in the lobby for 10-15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me so I could let them know. They took the food I had been holding all that time and took it out to a waiting customer. Then the lobby was empty. Eventually, 5-10 minutes later, I get my food. This was just the most recent headache here. I've had 30 minute drive through waits and so I've stopped trying during "normal" mealtime hours. And almost every time the order is wrong in some way. I know it's McDonald's, but this.... This is the worst McDonald's I've seen in the area and I'm done with it until they improve.

I received a order from this location. My large fry was less than half full, I called the store to speak with a manager about the issue and was met with excuses and rudeness. She claimed the fries must have "shrank" while they were on the way. Never in my life has a large fry shrank to a small fry. She then dismissed the issue and told me "have a goodnight bye". Absolutely unprofessional. I live down the road from this location and shop there often. This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only did the manager fail to manager her workers and ensure they did their job proper but she also failed to accept any responsibility for the actions of both herself and her workers.

This McDonald's has the worst employees. Where's bathrooms? Always messes up the food. Even on Uber Eats, they do not take care of packing the food correctly and pack the food wrong. I have gotten my orders wrong for the past two weeks, and they still have not compensated for their mistakes

This particular location is a true hero for the night owls and the weird-hour workers, like those of us on weekend shifts at Boeing. It's always there for you, 24/7, ready to fulfill your late-night fry cravings. But let's be real—it's also a busy, slightly chaotic, and yes, a little sketchy, part of the Everett experience. This McDonald's isn't a destination; it's a necessity. It’s a late-night oasis where you can grab a cheap burger and a soda without judgment, no matter what time your stomach starts rumbling.

Cute little ice cream, sandwich, and more shop! We stopped in for a little ice cream treat after walking on the pier. Got a scoop of strawberry ice cream and some chicken noodle soup. The ice cream was the perfect sweet treat, and the soup was yummy with thick noodles! Such a fun little spot to check out!

Popped in for a quick bite with a coworker for lunch. There was a bit of a line and the food took awhile to come out, but it was delicious. It was a little pricy for what we got, but definitely tasty. I'd been craving a good ol' BLT and Seas the Day definitely came through! The interior is pretty small with limited seating, but there's inside seating available just outside the cafe in the main Port of Everett Waterfront Center.

I can't give a bad review bc nothing was horrible. BUT the Cuban Reuben sounded so good but it fell flat. Maybe because they use a panini grill to do their warm sandwiches. I expect messy, meaty, goodness from a reuben, but this sandwich had a little meat, and their might have been cheese? The BLT was okay. The bacon was crispy, not perfect if you ask me. It had a lot of mayo, and the thing that got me on this review, gross brown bruised, limp lettuce. SERVICE: Apathetic, not present customer service. Also, why do you need to put your whole upper body into the ice cream freezer? We, as customers, noticed how long it took you to put on your food service gloves (thank you) but your hair was dangling from your loose ponytail when your whole head was inside the freezer! Did I already mention that? Also, sandwich guy accidentally made two Reubens and proceeded to eat the mistake on his break, is that why he was so slow?

I went with my brother. He had a mocha and I had a latte. Both were very good, much better than the big chains in the area. The coffee was nice and smooth and not overheated.

This place had amazing food! Everything we ordered tasted delicious! My girlfriend and I were fighting over the chai shake, which you have to try. And the sandwiches were really good too. The atmosphere was very nice and it felt comfortable. We walked away very full and happy. Can't recommend enough!

I had good that being in near proximity to this location would ensure that our fries and onion rings would be piping hot by the time we got our food home just a couple blocks away. Sadly, no. The fries were barely passable and the rings were barely more than frozen (okay exaggerating here, but not by a lot). Add to that the sodas were over-carbonated (or under-syruped, take your pick), but at least the burgers were okay. A message to the district offices yielded from them a $5 store credit to placate me, but frankly I want to know what they're going to do to improve quality control there. Sadly, this is not the first time in the handful of times we've gone thru there these last few months that something has been "off" about our order. I won't discourage anyone from eating there, but I will warm you to keep your expectations low.

Do not listen to those fake reviews. They are the rudest and mose unhelpful people I have ever met. I went inside and the lazy employee stated at me and refused to take my order by hiding in the back and ignoring me for 13+ min. There was nobody through the drive through and 1 person eating already in the lobby. I kept saying, "hellooo", and finally she pops out but just to start taking a drive through order then she still didn't take my order. This place is complete crap.

Long as I am not setting in a drive thru for more than 4 minutes it is a good place to go fast. If I sit Longer like another I did not say anything to post because I sat at another for 7 minutes and food was cold not happy. I shall go here again fast friendly

I went thru the drive thru today and ordered a Hershey pie/cake. When I got to the second window to pick up my items the representative handed me my items noticing the pie was missing I let the attendant know she looked at the reciept and said OK handed me a Hershey pie. Me noticing that the pie was less asked how much a Hershey pie cost and she said the same 4.59 and handed me the pie. I knew this was not correct so drove my car around front, parked and told the representative that just helped me at the second window that she gave me incorrect information and that the pie was less expensive than the shake. The representative instead of apologizing she opened up the register in a tiff and handed me two dollars and went about her business. I work in customer service and felt this was very unprofessional. First I get lied to in what seemed like a way to not have to pay the difference and second not an apology or a ln explanation but attitude while handing me back the 2 dollars. I know two dollars is not a lot but I work hard for my money and to have my issue not even warrant an apology was unacceptable.

Came in with my son with a double chicken sandwich deal. Yes, pay attention to those coupons. We got 2 piping hot chicken sandwiches and fries that hit the spot. Place is clean and quiet. Would definitely come into the 2424 Broadway location.

Got 2 Hershey Sundaes. $5 They were tiny with no toppings of any kind available. Just vanilla soft serve and Hershey syrup. Still kinda good tho

I went to the Burger King at 9803 19th Ave in Everett, WA on Thursday, July 31, 2025. I ordered the Whopper Jr BBQ Brisket Burger combo, regular size, with heavy pickles, and a lemonade. I was asked if l wanted sauce. I said tarter sauce, ketchup, and ranch. I get up to the window, pay for my food, and check the bag. No sauce. I ask for the tarter sauce. The employee states that he put the tarter sauce on the Burger. I told the employee I wanted the sauce for my fries. He offered to remake the Burger. On the request of the employee, I handed my order back through the window. I was told to pull around front. I did. I waited for 5 minutes, longer than it took to make my original order. I met the employee at the front door. I looked in the bag, pulled out a fry, and noticed they were cold, so I went up to the counter and asked for new fries. I received fries from the basket, already sitting in the warming tray. I drove home, it took 40 minutes in traffic. When I pulled out my Burger, I noticed it was a Whopper Jr with cheese. It was also sloppily made. Heavy pickles also apparently means three. I also received one sauce, ranch. I called the restaurant. The employee who talked to me gave me the order number and ID. She couldn't reimburse my credit card or issue a gift card. They could only remake the Burger. I wasn't driving another hour and a half. I looked up Burger King to get a corporate number or customer service. I couldn't find anything. I did find a website that allows you to input your information and someone will contact you. A Burger King employee, Jessica, did contact me. Over multiple emails, I told Jessica what happened. I provided the location address and phone number, my order, order number and ID, how I purchased, and a screenshot of the transaction from my bank app. I didn't have the receipt, as the original employee who helped me did not put it in the bag or hand it to me. After all that, I was told that they couldn't help me, but they have forwarded my experience to the franchisee owner and management team. I don't feel like the employees at the restaurant in Everett cared about their customers and it doesn't seem like corporate does either. I included the two pictures I took of my Burger. Does that look appetizing? No, it does not. That is the remade Burger, which ended up being a Whopper Jr. I used to love Burger King. Now it is overpriced and the quality and customer service are in the toilet.

Did a Door Dash order, Wopper and onion rings. There are no onions in the onion rings! It's just onion flavored dough! There is no info on what you are really getting when you order onion rings. False advertising!

I went here alot with the family. Less then 50% of the time my orders were incorrect. Last week I decided to go to customer support and report that I didnt receive what I ordered and they said its against their policy to refund the the burger. (They gave me alot of empty apologies but in the end its thievery) They are clearly struggling and it shows how bad burger king is really getting. If they do this to you you can dispute charged!! Don't let them bully you, we have rights too!

Just went thru the drive thru and ordered a sausage and cheese croissant meal and got to work and realized it wasn’t what I ordered instead it’s egg and bacon croissant no cheese. Very disappointed when I paid 9.44 to throw my food out!

I am usually not a big fan of fast food breakfast food, but Burger King’s is one of the ones I can roll with. The food on our most recent trip was prepared well, tasty and enjoyable.

Good sandwiches, fries and tots could be made more fresh. Quick and reasonably priced.

We got food here pretty late so there weren't too many people working. So it was a bit of a wait, no problem there. Got our food and when we were about to eat the sandwiches, I noticed there was mold on the bread 😥. One of the sandwiches definitely had more mold than the other. (The mold spot was barely the size of a mere dime, so I guess it's easy to miss? But still... that was gross.)

Only come here if you're ready to be stuck between cars in the drive thru for 40 minutes. Took so long on a weekday afternoon that we decided to not order and spent our money across the street at Wendy's. $6 Biggie Bag and out in 3 minutes. I don't think anybody actually even works here anymore and a burger meal is over $15! You all have the most audacity to be thinking it's worth that when you aren't even paying anyone to work there, and this isn't the first time this has happened. Hire staff or close it down!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, PERIOD. Every time we've gone our orders either been messed up or missing something. Today was so disgusting I can't even believe they would send that garbage out the door like that. We got breakfast sandwiches, and all of the eggs had DARK GREEN DISCOLORING. I found out the hard way because I took a bite and it tasted awful, so I opened the sandwich and saw the green all over. Checked all the other sandwiches and it was the same. There's no way the place is clean inside, or they're using pre-fried eggs that got moldy which leads to the same point about it not being clean. Thanks for ruining my father's day breakfast, best hope I don't get sick or there's gonna be bigger issues than a negative review.

Walked into the store to place an online order via the app and they insisted they never received the order and would not give me the food that I paid for. The app showed that the location I ordered from was 0 miles away.

Tonight I placed an order online. I sent my child inside to get my food 10 minutes passed so I finally went in myself. I went to the counter and kindly stated I placed my order online. The lady asked me my name and I told her. She spoke spanish to the other employees and then my order was done. Spicey chicken burger used to be so delicious. Its not edible. Its obviously hours old and hard as a rock. Also Your employees hair I believe a manager, her hair is completely in appropriate in a fast food restaurant. Health department would not be okay with at all. You cant have long hair all over the place. Tie that up.

Quality of the food i get from this place is always horrible and tastes old. Being that i used to work at jack in the box and we were always busy which this one is not (not very surprised) I have a higher expectation because I know your job is NOT HARD i did it while 9 months pregnant. Its always something with this place something forgotten or badly prepared food. I do not go here anymore the only reason i did was for my dad. But i am so tired of waisting my money here.

Since the inside renovation this location has joined the "Please Do Not Stay and Enjoy Yourself" attitude of Starbucks. It's sad for those that would relax and Visit with Friends, do their homework, remote work, etc. There is no longer a welcoming environment to simply relaxing. And enjoy your beverage and/or snack At this location there is a total of eight chairs and one long table. Not much space to do much of anything. Disappointing

This Starbucks is a great college location for EVCC students. I've been going here since I went to school there. They have always had friendly baristas. There are plenty of seats and tables to plug in and study. The drive thru can get crowded. Great spot!

Great Starbucks, very well maintained! Friendly staff. Great option for remote working with a laptop, great standard coffee, with reliable wifi. Only complaint is some of the outlets don’t work, including on the long table.

Stopped at this Starbucks I use infrequently so that my employee could use the restroom. The employees refused him as he was not a paying customer and that is Starbucks policy. So I went in and made a purchase so he could use it. I have never been treated so rudely by Starbucks staff. It’s like they were mad at us for making a purchase to use the restroom. The two of the three women working 6.5.25 at 12 p.m. were absolutely the opposite of what I would expect a service employee to act like. Yikes. To be fair, the third girl picked up on it and handled it like a pro.

The drive thru is poorly designed for busy times. It only fits about 3 or 4 cars and then cars will be blocking the sidewalk or almost sticking out to the street. And when people want to go inside they have to use the left side of the entrance which is actually the lane for people trying to exit the parking lot. Also both times I've been there they've had one oven down. And the wait times for a breakfast sandwich was about 10 minutes, so the drive thru line stayed packed the whole time I was there. The guy at the window was nice enough but he talked my ear off for that whole ten minutes while I was waiting for my food. Long story short. . .well long story longer, I would choose a different coffee spot if your looking for a quick coffee or breakfast sandwich.

The people are the window usually have am unpleasant says tone and an unfriendly attitude. The food is good. The spicy chicken Burger is the usual. I've been inside I'd say maybe 6 times and they do keep. It clean. Other than that all good. I still prefer the jack on airport Rd the staff is nicer

Cassandra (apologize if the spelling of her name is incorrect) at the casino road and evergreen Way location, just totally helped me out. What a sweetheart. I'm holding a very important driver meeting at 3:00 a.m. tomorrow morning for my 12 drivers. Wanted to have food for them and those that are coming in for the meeting on their day off. Cassandra set me up by letting the cook know the details of my order in advance. I will be there between 2 and 2:30 a.m. 2:45 at the latest, to pick up my order. The part that got me the most is when Cassandra said "well you don't want to be late for that meeting nor disappoint the drivers". Again what a sweetheart!! Good job on that hire, Jack in the box!! And thank you for being 24 hours. You will now always be my go-to for my driver meetings. Want to also add, that she made sure my one driver that does not eat meat, would be clearly labeled. Did not expect that kind of service!!

This place always has excellent service. Food is always fresh, and the people are always so nice and friendly. Outstanding customer service!! I don't go to any other jack in the box because it's just not the same. Keep up the good work!!

I was refused service after returning with correct payment, after I came to the window and presented my $50 bill which I was told was not accepted. I was polite, respectful and patient. There was no justifiable cause to be refused service. I did not order much, I offered to take the food that was previously prepared and was still denied service.

The staff here are always wonderful and I've never had an order wrong. I do hope that they will have more staff for nights/graveyard shifts eventually.

Really don’t understand why they advertise 24 hrs . Definitely closed almost every morning until 6:00. So why not just adjust your dang hours??? Ridiculous!

I've been going to this jack in the box for a while now and never has the food been so underwhelming. Burger buns were dry and stale and the breakfast burrito was less than half the size it's been in the past. What happened?!

There was no line inside or in drive-through and they would not let us order several sides of sausage and eggs. My grandson cannot have bread or potatoes for health reasons! We drove to the Jack in Box down the street and they were happy to oblige—-thank goodness! Wake up people —-it’s not rocket science!!!

Like Jack-in-the-Box is always been around and good. I certainly always love their season curly fries, their tacos are good but like I don’t know 12 bucks for a hamburger and it’s fast food I mean it ain’t that good I have no idea how they can charge that much

They gave me a plain hamburger when I payed for a bacon cheeseburger then refused to refund me even tho I was in a hurry, they said they'd only make me another one then asked me to pull around several time while there were zero people behind me in the drive thru. I waited at the window until I saw it come out and by the time I left, there was still nobody behind me. They also asked for the plain hamburger back which isn't sanitary seeing as how I took one bite before I realized.

Overall experience is overpriced and underwhelming. Even the app "deals" are ridiculously expensive and food quality is significantly less than even two years ago.

I told them I was going to order through the app. Ordered, waited to be called like the app says. Went up and asked about my order, and they looked around and found it. It had been over 20mins so I asked for fresh food not old hidden food, they declined and called the cops and had me trespassed because I kept asking how old is the food you are giving me. They pretended not to speak English, until cops are there, then they interrupt and lie easily in English all of the sudden. Yet, still did NOT get my food! Such a horrible experience here

Kid argued about whether I ordered diet or not

I walked in and the employees were pretty busy because there was a line in the drive-thru but only two customers were eating in the store. Think I came at a time when they were doing a shift change because two employees left while the rest were in the kitchen. I ordered on the kiosk. You could see the videos and a picture I attached to this review of me doing the ordering. I got the Mexican pizza combo with a Baja Blast Mountain Dew drink and the two supreme crunch tacos that came with the combo. I also ordered some chips and cheese nachos. It was delicious. I took a picture of it. Food was great. The employees were nice. And one of my videos you could hear an employee opening the bathroom for me because it required a code. Another employee that handed me my food was really nice when he gave me my cup for the soft drink. All in all it was a good visit, but I do have one complaint. I had to eat at a dirty table and there were more than three dirty tables. I took a video of them . Both trash cans were full and the floor needed to be swept. The employees working at the time of my visit were too busy to do it so that is understandable. But the employees that were leaving when I got there should have done it before they clocked out. I used to work in the food industry as a manager. So I understand these things. The staff in the kitchen had many orders from the drive-thru, It wasn’t their fault. The day shift should have left the night shift with a cleaner restaurant. At least take out the trash…The bathrooms were clean though.

I recently visited the Taco Bell at 7431 Evergreen Way in Everett, WA, and left feeling frustrated and ripped off. For a fast-food chain that’s supposed to be affordable and quick, this location was a massive letdown, with sky-high prices and a terrible overall experience. First, let’s talk about the cost. Taco Bell used to be the go-to spot for cheap, quick meals, but those days are long gone. My simple order of three tacos and a small drink came out to over $10, which is outrageous for what you get. Others have noted similar sticker shock, with one reviewer mentioning a $21 bill for two people to have just three tacos each and small drinks at a different Taco Bell location. The portions here were skimpy—tacos with barely a sprinkle of meat and a dollop of sour cream that hardly justified the “Supreme” label. For the price, I expected more substance, not a meal that felt like it was scraped together from leftovers. Compared to local Mexican restaurants or even other fast-food joints, Taco Bell’s value is nonexistent. The experience itself was just as bad. The drive-thru, which I used hoping for speed, was painfully slow. I waited over 15 minutes, which is unacceptable for “fast food.” Others have called this location’s drive-thru the “slowest in Washington State,” and I can see why. The whole process felt chaotic, and the food quality didn’t make up for it. The restaurant itself didn’t inspire confidence either. Reviews mention unclean tables, overflowing trash cans, and an overall dirty vibe at other Everett locations, and I noticed similar issues here. The parking lot had loiterers hanging around, which made the experience feel unsafe and uncomfortable. For a place charging premium prices, you’d expect at least a clean and welcoming environment, but this Taco Bell fell short. Overall, the Taco Bell at 7431 Evergreen Way is a prime example of why the chain is losing its appeal. It’s way too expensive for the meager portions and subpar quality, and the slow, disorganized service only adds insult to injury. I won’t be returning to this location and would recommend anyone in Everett skip it for a local taqueria or even another fast-food spot that respects your wallet and time. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

Experience a miasma filled dining hall for consuming your lovelessly prepared Mexican food emulsion. The colorless walls and ceiling compliment the flavorless slop served on a tray. Need to use the restroom? Shout through the hole in the wall to ask for the door guard to let you in, as there is no door code. In an establishment devoid of happiness and vibrancy, where the only human interaction you experience is when they say goodbye to you, I will only ask: "Why are you punishing yourself by choosing to be here?"

Not to thrilled with my experience today at Taco Bell, not only did the front counter not have anyone checking on it every so often so I had to yell into the back several times with no responce not once but twice. First time was to get the bathroom code, and then the second time was because of the mexi melt that I had ordered was ripping apart as I was unwrapping it to eat it. I took the mexi melt to the front of the restaurant to speak with someone at the counter when they finally decided to acknowledge me and then told them about how this is not supposed to be how the burrito should come out to a customer. The employee which was the tall young man with blonde hair and bigger boned more husky body build working the drive through told me that that's how they come and that that's how they are served and I had too high of standards and I should just take it and eat it like that and that that's what most people do is just deal with it and I asked for a manager because I had said that there is no way that Taco Bell itself and the manager would just tell a customer that it's ok to serve a burrito that comes apart like that in the wrapper and is ok with it and would tell the customer to deal with it so can I speak to your manager. And then after saying that he then said that he will have the cooks remake it but it might be a little bit and said it in a tone that he was annoyed and sarcastically because at the end when I said thank you he then said,"because it's not up to your standards". I felt as if it was rude and just pure laziness I've been a manager of a fast food restaurant establishment, Carl's jr to be exact and I'm definitely sure that I would never tell a customer to be ok with something being so lazily made and served and tell them to deal with it, and even before that first and foremost the customer is always right. So if they want it remade its falling apart and not able to eat because now the burrito tortilla has thinned down to nothing and will fall apart in their hands while eating making it impossible to eat, I am remaking it to look like the picture on the menu and as close as possible with no feedback and using the best customer service communication. And that's not just for my standards and expectations, because that would be as a whole in society what the bar is and set for.

Well as it seems this place keeps having issues. Gave me my food and forgot my drinks asked for them and the window was closed. Then someone came and tried to charge me again for stuff I paid for. My drinks were sitting on the counter and they ended up making another one for us weird. Then get home go to enjoy my food and take a couple bites of the burrito and pulled hair out my food. Ew gross 😝 hopefully soon things could be fixed here.

I come to this place several times a week but never encountered with this one extreme racist guy (mixed, curly hair, about 5'9" tall) around 1am who behaved with me very rudely. First he wasted my 15 minutes inside the lobby and then told me to go through drive thru and place an order from drive thru. Then he missed items in my order. Upon asking about missing items, he gave me rest of the food but his literal words were "Can you leave from here? I gave you your food." I'm very upset and will stop by again to complain to the owner of this store in-person. Please do not go to this place especially when this guy is working.

Now dont get me wrong, I love taco bell, but ordering takeout at this location? Not so good, customer service is how you would expect, order at the kiosk, they call out your name and you pick up your food, which you can't really judge customer service off of that, but I ordered the cantina chicken quesadilla, they didnt cut it into fourths, they didnt even cut it at all, so I had to hand rip them, the hard shell taco completely fell apart because the bottom stuck to the wrapper. It was hot, I guess thats an up.

We visited too early for lunch, so we ordered breakfast instead. The restaurant is clean, and the overall atmosphere isn't noisy. They brought out 3 of the 4 orders taken almost immediately, but after waiting about 10 minutes and asking the status of the last order, they brought the fourth meal out. Even though it was freshly prepared, the croissant sandwich didn't have much flavor, and the potatoes had too much seasoning. It's not a bad place for coffee and conversation, but will not be ordering breakfast again.

Only came too this inconvenient location after receiving a gift card through my school funding program. The idea of helping people train in this field is great, but would expect someone overseeing. I ordered the $16 quesadilla, a customized hot tea, and the "daily cookie". The quesadilla was okay, nothing special. Chips that came with it were extremely stale. Did not even receive the $3.25 cookie (was so flustered by the woman and child hanging off the counter, I completely spaced to check for it until I got home). The tea was honestly very good, which is surprising since most places can't grasp my instructions for cream and sugar. You have to order from a screen, there is no cashier, then they ask for a tip on the screen. I would not go out of my way to come here, but unfortunately I have gift cards that need to be used. Honestly tempted to gift them to someone else at this point. With this first impression experience, I would definitely not return to spend my own money. Only reason I even gave 3 stars was because the tea was excellent and the thoughts behind training people who need job skills is nice.

I've been here several times and the food is phenomenal and the service is decent. Gotta be a little patient as they train folks constantly. Only 2 issues so far.....1 the point of sale system can be difficult and 2 limited syrups. The portion sizes are beautiful.

This is another great find in Everett. An elegant and cute place to grab breakfast or lunch. The Avocado toast is delicious and their proceeds go to a training program to help those in need develop culinary and restaurant skills.

Very good place for delicious breakfast and coffee. I love their rustic interior design, especially solid wood tables. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you're in downtown of Everett I highly recommend stopping by here.

Used to really like coming to this BK. I like the French Toast stick. But for some reason all they serve now are these triple fried too hard to eat sticks. Might get a few good ones out of ten. It's super disappointing.

They say open til 1 online, sign on the building says open till 1 Fri & sat. Show up at 12:19 to pick up a grubhub order that their system was also obviously marked open to accept, all the lights in the building and parking lot were on.... and all I got was ignored and a head shake from mr large fries extra gravy here. Place is a dumpster fire....

We drove through the drive thru and the service was great. We had a couple custom order items and the guy got everything right and we all got what we wanted. Our issue was with the food. My buns were hard and stale and my bf and friend said their burgers were gross and neither one of them are their burgers

I ordered a couple of simple sandwiches, the app did not inform me they were closed at 8pm. I walked around to the drive through and they acknowledged my small order. As a restaurant they went ahead and gave me my order. Never not once ever through any fast food restaurant has that happened. I appreciate the staff for this. I will order again due to this. I want to say thank you to the restaurant for this. Again. Thank you.

I admit that I made a mistake, and ordered from the wrong location. I called the 1st location and they told me Evergreen Way would be able to honor the order. I called Evergreen Way and THEY said they could honor the order. I went to pick up the order and was then told they cannot. I tried to call back multiple times after, and no answer. The one answer I did get and I asked to speak with the manager, they hung up on me. If they would have just told me they couldn't over the phone, there would be no issue. It's the lie and the waste of my time that I have issue with.

Order drive trough and this lady called Francis was disgusting rude! To the point of closing the window. For trying to explain that she had gave me the wrong order. I don’t understand how they can become so “called managers” when they have a disgusted attitude. I was a manager too.

I ordered a bacon king burger and this is what I get The bacon isn't even cooked

I got a Jumbo Jack no maya plus mustard. The sandwich was Horrible the meat wasn't hot or warm to taste. Mustard coming out of the sandwich on the paper. To much Lettuce.

The guy who took our order was so rude. And then we get home and my daughter ordered an ultimate bacon cheeseburger meal. The burger was to have no cheese. We received this burger in the picture instead. Completely plain. And then on top of it we received soggy and almost like not fully cooked fries. It was too late and we had to be home so I couldn’t turn back. It was poor customer service, poor food. Overall poor experience.

Drive up order. The value menu offers reasonably priced and very good burgers, sandwiches, sides, etc. A larger burger and sandwich is also still at a decent price. They are competitive to other fast food chains. These are good for bigger appetites.

It's a fast food place. This one was clean and they were fast. Had a breakfast sandwich. Smaller than the last time I was there maybe 6 months ago. Still I think JIB is o e of the better fast food places. OH- AND THEY HAVE THE BEST MILKSHAKES!

Ended up being short for my food and a wonderful worker named Lewis helped pay the difference. Very nice and great work ethics, definitely would come back.

Been watching Jack in the box ads on tv since I was a kid. But never seen one before coming to Everett for a concert. Really typical American fast food. Well 12:00am they are open 24hrs so indulged in a midnight double burger. Thank you

I ordered a spicy chicken jack and its the second time in a row they gave me a regular burger. I should of checked my bag knowing jack in the box but wont have that problem again. McDonald's at least gets the same protein right

It was just good enough. Got a burger and fries meal. Costed $17 after taxes. The burger was good, fries were warm but not hot, drink machine was out of pretty much everything - no diet anything and only a few standard coke products. Staffing was light with a busy drive through - eventually they helped dine in guests.

Waited ridiculously long for a 3 item order all to discover that my order was wrong. I have asked for my chicken sandwich to be plain multiple times at this location and multiple times I have discovered after checking that it has lettuce and mayo on it. The lettuce would be fine, but I cannot stand mayo and it’s quite literally smothered all over the top bun. I get that it can be difficult to catch everything, I work in a drive thru place too, but to constantly get this wrong is insane to me and shows a lack of care rather than a simple mistake. I hate leaving bad reviews but I’m hangry after a long workout and disappointed. It wasn’t even remotely busy…

Alright, look. You can check my profile. I don't normally leave reviews, but this morning... I'm tired, so it's story time. I just got off working a 14 hour graveyard shift, and I hadn't eaten anything at all. I was the definition of a hungry man and all I wanted after work was to eat something. And not just some pancakes or waffles, but a nice meal to regain all the calories I just used up. Unfortunately, it's 5am so there isn't much open, but I'm not going to be picky. I see there's a Jack in the Box nearby that's open 24/7. Perfect! I ordered a #8 meal (ultimate cheeseburger) with a coke and 2 tacos The fries were heavenly. They were nice and hot and crispy. Perfect. The 2 tacos were also fantastic and I have zero complaints. But my drink and burger? The highlight of the meal? Come on! So for some reason my burger had 3 patties which isn't an issue. More for me! The issue was that all 3 patties were hard as rock and the bottom bun was also hard (like if you microwave leftover burgers too long and the bun gets all hard cause you microwaved it too long?) making it completely inedible and I had to toss it making my inner chubby child cry cause my burger was ruined. Then, I tried to drown my sorrows away with the coke, but the coke was flat. Zero carbonation whatsoever, so I threw that away too. Come on Jack in the Box! You can do better than that!! The guy at the window was nice though. 2 stars.

Hit the drive through. Took my time ordering as there was no one behind me. Finally ordered, then drove around the corner and two cars were STILL waiting. Guy in front of me was getting frustrated. Finally they told the car in front to drive forward and wait in a stall. Next guy was through at an average pace. Then my turn. No one even came to the window for, like, 5 minutes. I finally decided to just kill time on my phone. Line was packed behind me. You can't see through covered windows to know if they even know you're there. Ridiculous. Finally the doors open and they gave me my food. I drove away. Total time, say, 15 minutes? Bag has fries and chicken strips, as ordered. Good job! Now how about some dipping sauce and napkins? SMH. At least there was a straw in the bag.

I’ve never left a negative review public before in my life. It’s no one’s business but mine. But I have contacted establishments before to let them know about a situation so it could be fixed or improved. But after the worst customer service I just saw. I would just like to share what I just witnessed. The lady working the register today 03/31/2025 at 11:30am has just shown the worst customer service I had ever seen. A lady with a sick toddler had to use the restroom and you could see the little girl coughing and holding herself. It’s a shame to see that the lady working the front wouldn’t let them. She was rude to the lady and little girl. Maybe this is why I don’t come here often, but this is probably why I won’t return. Don’t worry Jack in Box I wasn’t a frequent flyer but I sure do know how to treat people. After I ordered I asked for the bathroom key and gave it to them so that that the young toddler didn’t spoil herself standing in the lobby. Some people don’t have kids or hearts now days. The food could have been made with a little love too. Shame on you lady and shame on you Jack in Box for not teaching your staff how to deal with certain situations. Sad part I talked to the lady afterward and she had just left the pediatrician with her sick daughter who has diarrhea. What a great thing to have on your floor when customers come into eat. I won’t be returning ever. Do Better & Be Kind to one other!!!

The menu is the same as always but the prices keep climbing. This place costs more than going out to eat at a sit in diner or steakhouse. When two meals costs you $50 when all said and done it's way to expensive for fast food. Your not going to find the dollar menu at this establishment. Not anymore

My crunch wrap supreme was really burnt. I had already driven home so just ate it not it was not enjoyable. It looked, smelled and tasted burnt and should have been remade when they saw the condition it was in.

So done with this Taco Bell. It’s so close to us, it’s been super convenient but just done. Always missing items, sloppy prep of your food, rarely get ample sauces. Huge need to raise the hiring, training and management bar here. Tonight, 3 item order…missing one, taco looks like a toilet scene, and 2 hot sauces when I asked for “lots”. In no world is 2 considered lots. Sadly, this is typical. Done.

I will say, I don't typically have issues with this Taco Bell, but I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered the big cheez it box, and I don't know if they let it sit for so long the cheez- it disintegrated or if they just didn't put it in at all, but there's was no cheez-it present in the crunch wrap. My box was handed to me halfway falling apart and covered in food from the prep line, and to top it all off, of course they didn't give me any sauce that I asked for.

The chalupa bread was stale. There was problem with the order system. They mixed up names. But the staff were really nice and tried to solve the problems. They gave us a free taco for all the issues. Also the nacho fries were good

came through the drive through earlier excited to enjoy some Taco Bell since not many other places were open and I order a cantina nacho fries with steak and a grilled cheese burrito. First of all the grilled cheese burrito was decent, but not only was it stuffed all on one side and the other sides was straight tortilla but it was burnt and the meat did not taste fresh. THEN, I was so excited for the nacho fries hoping they would change my mind a little but NO. These were the ABSOLUTE WORST nacho fries I’ve ever had, the fries were soggy and old, the meat was WAY overcooked and there was barely any in the box, and there was little no cheese, also whoever made my nacho fries must hate me because I asked for only a couple jalapeños but they completely LOADED it with jalapeño's I’m taking the nachos-jalapeños ratio is like 3:7. WORST Taco Bell experience and this ruined my night will not be returning to this location.

Idk why i pay for nachos fries if all I get is a tiny amount of cheese. I also asked for no rice in my burrito 3x and they still put rice in it. If im spending $40 on fast food I at least want what I order.

The quality of the food for what you will pay is not a good deal. I had a simple order, and they forgot a taco. They did correct the issue. They try and upset you on extra meat and jalapeno, etc. For the money we are paying, they should just put in the extras in for us.

Me and my husband visited this establishment today before our flight. We wanted a few simple things, some Mac and cheese, and grilled cheese as well as coffee. The person taking our order was very rude and incompetent. We are pretty sure her name was Kasey or Casey, she had brown hair, she seemed short and was white. After taking our order she went to do random tasks instead of helping her coworkers with the rush. It was very unprofessional and honestly lazy. With this being the only place to get food before our flights we expect better service. They should really reconsider who they hire in this establishment to ensure the best service for their costumers.

I ordered the Chicken Sausage and Egg sandwich and an Ice Latte and it cost about $24. The sandwich was okay. The latte needed more flavor.

Coffee is welcome and I think the grab and go looks good. However I have tried their hot breakfast items and I’m not impressed. The breakfast bowl was tangy with nearly all quinoa and few eggs. I tried the breakfast sandwich before and I didn’t like it. I’d recommend the coffee and grab and go items.

This was the only food option at Everett airport. We ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, tomato soup, and mac and cheese. The tomato soup was okay but tasted bland; it needed more salt and pepper. I ordered mac and cheese for my kid, not expecting it to have chili flakes. The grilled cheese sandwich was tasty, but it's best to eat it soon. If you plan to take it on a flight, it might not be enjoyable after a few hours.

I love Beechers at Paine. Field. They offer tasty snacks and sandwiches but the service was poor. First, if you don’t open until 5:30, then block the line and put up a dang sign rather than ignore me, then offer a snarky “we’re not open yet” comment. Okay, so I quietly stand at the beginning of the stanchions waiting for 5 minutes to pass. Once 5:30 hits the cashier takes her place and just stares in my direction. She doesn’t say a word, just stares until I ask if she is ready. Really, it was a strange interaction. I realize it’s freaking early but geez.

I love that I can get cheese here from Beecher's. They have a storefront in Pikes place so having this is a luxury. My sandwich wasn't too great and they had mustard but no mayo but in a punch, it was welcomed. Staff were nice.

No line and staff ringing me up were friendly. I ordered a sandwich and they told me it’d be about 8 mins and to stand at the pick-up area and they’d call my name. But then everyone disappeared into the back except one guy, who they left running the register and making coffee orders on the opposite side of the store. I watched him make 1 coffee and then casually wash dishes while my sandwich sat in the sandwich press getting cold with the timer going off. Twice he came over, hit “snooze” on the timer, didn’t bother to acknowledge me, and went back to coffee duty (to be clear, there was no line for coffee either). Finally he came back over, 15 mins in, and asked if he could help me. I told him i was waiting on my sandwich. I asked if it would still be warm, he said yes. Here’s a photo of what i got for $17 ($14 plus a $3 tip). The flavor on the non-burned parts is really good, but the burned flavor overwhelms everything. If your business is going to cook food in front of customers, then the staff shouldn’t disappear in the middle of cooking it and let the customer watch it grow cold and get reheated multiple times.

Took my two kids here for dinner and play, and we had a fantastic time. The person who took our order was incredibly nice, friendly, and polite. That kind of customer service is hard to find at a fast-food restaurant, but this Chick-fil-A. The place was also spotless. I saw an employee constantly sweeping and keeping the dining area clean. It was a perfect stop after a long day of work; it definitely made my evening better. Highly recommend!

Probably the best spicy chicken sandwich I've ever had! 🐓 I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese along with some waffle fries. I also ordered some chicken nuggets since it was my first time having Chick-fil-A so I figured I order a bunch of things on the menu! The cook on the chicken sandwich is just perfect. It's juicy, hot and has just the right amount of spice level to let the flavour of the chicken shine. The chicken nuggets were also great and tasted even better with all the dipping sauces! Service here was excellent. They serve the food directly to your table. I also love the interior here with plenty of natural lighting.

Love this location! Staff are super friendly, and food is always fresh and high quality. I usually alternate between the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, tenders, and nuggets, with a side of waffle fries. I tried the peach shake during this visit and it has now become a new favourite! Will be back soon!

Food- Delicious as always. Service: Poor/ Below Average. There were two lanes. The lane to the left (my lane) had one associate. The lane to the right had two. One was taking orders and one was sitting behind that person. Multiple cars went through this lane while I waited in my lane. The associate pictured here (face blurred) appeared to be having a casual conversation with the occupant/s of the vehicle in front of me. Constructive feedback- what could have been done? 1. At a bare minimum, the associate taking the order or conversing with the person or people in front of me could have explained what was going on (although under the apparent circumstances, the associate may not have wanted to) OR at least said, “I’ll be right with you.” 2. The extra associate in the next lane could have come over. 3. Someone else from inside working could have come outside to assist. Important: As soon as the car in front of me pulled up, a shift change began. The employee going off shift could have explained to the person coming on that I had been waiting a very long time and momentarily delayed the shift change (I had a drive-thru mobile order and took less than one minute to tell them my name and move up.) The person relieving the associate going off shift said “Thank you for your patience during our shift change.” However the shift change in and of itself was routine and no problem — the issue was the very long and unexplained wait time before my order was taken or I was even greeted.

I like chick-fil-a. Not a big fan of their burgers but overall they are good with their sauces and burger options. Staff and ambience was really good too with a special kids area as well for families with kids which I liked a lot. Parking was right next to it and didn’t have to walk much making it very convenient and not too hassle. In terms of location also it was centrally located within the market. So overall not the best but still a good place to visit.

CFA known for their awesome service and its one of the best within fast food industry. Their chicken is very good, slightly less spiced than other fried chicken based places but good for those with lighter taste buds. Consistently good experience on this location like all the rest CFA locations.

Excellent food and service, dining room is immaculate even with a bunch of people in it. Staff is friendly and make you feel welcome. (Not crazy about the limited-time pretzel bun, though.)

These guys are great. My wife and I always make a habit of stopping at a Dutch Bros when travelling due to the great tasting coffee that perks us up, and the happy and helpful staff as well. Caleb in particular was a delight due to being efficient but also kind not only to us but to their coworkers as well. Highly recommended for those in the Everett area!

The server was patient and welcoming. Checked in with my preferences and made precise recommendations. Made sure that I liked my first drink at the establishment. Overall a genuinely sweet person and great customizable drinks. Highly recommend! They were sweet enough to make my first drink on the house, definitely my spot when I visit again!

All the staff are aways amazing and the drinks are always great:) today a pretty lady with pink hair and awesome piercings helped me and she made my day so much better!!! I wanted to cry at how nice she was!! Love this place and the workers:)

We've been going to Dutch Bros since they started from a cart in Grants Pass, Oregon. Wherever we travel, we look for them first. Their drinks are amazing and their personalities take it over the top. Highly recommend

Dutch Bros is amazing! The drinks of all kind are phenomenal, especially the Rebels and Iced Coffees. Totally recommend if you’re in the area and are looking for a quick drink. Wait time is almost nonexistent, employees are so friendly, uplifting environment. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve been there but everytime I am I love it more and more. Not too pricey and a large can last hours, even if you’re constantly chugging it. If you ask for light ice on a rebel, ask them to top it off with club soda!

I absolutely love Dutch Brothers. I probably go here at least twice a day. Their coffee is simply amazing, and their service is awesome.. I love the employees here they are so sweet and always remember my order.

Minus -5, Manager Nick was mess up my order. I’ve been waiting more than 20 minutes. He’s so rude the way he talk and reacted to customers. Fast food was delayed food. I get back to them and asked about my food, the guy was laughing with non responsibility. He didn’t know what I’m ordered… OMG…never say sorry or trying to make me a quick meal. Many other branches which have wonderful service and more care to customers. Ask for Nick, You’ll get kick off.

Ordered the 10 piece chicken nuggets for my Grandaughter. Very disappointing, as some of them where not fully cooked. The batter was still raw in some areas and she was very concerned that she was going to get ill from the chicken not being cooked. Too much of a rush I think, but there was no one else there.

Their milkshake machine I think it needs to be cleaned out again. This happened once before before they had remodeled everything. The first time I complained about their milkshake I called them and told them it taste nasty. They need to clean their machine then it was fine for a little while. Now it’s nasty again. I won’t be coming back.

During my recent visit to McDonald's, I placed an order for a fish fillet meal with an additional fillet, totaling $14.01. I was directed to a parking stall due to the full capacity of the designated holding spots. After a 15-minute wait, my order had not been delivered, while other patrons who ordered after me received their meals. Upon attempting to enter the restaurant, I found the doors locked. After a brief wait, an employee informed me of the 10:00 PM closing time. I inquired about my order, and a man presented a bag, apologizing for the delay. Upon inspection, the food was cold and the bag did not look new indicating it had been prepared and left unattended for approximately 22 minutes. I gave it back and asked for a refund. They gave me 13.78 instead of the 14.01 stating that I had recieved a drink. What a piece of crap McDonald's I will never go there again. Patrons beware!!!! And I tossed the drink SMH

Waited almost 45 minutes for two fries. Had to park around the corner and wait for our food. They brought it out missing two fries and two drinks. Had to go inside where staff and manager were very rude and hardly spoke English. Finally got our fries after over 40mins. Our burgers tasted terrible. Wont be back. This location could screw up anything I swear

Terrible service. Ordered on the app in advance. Food wasn't ready. Somehow didn't have my order? Now I have to make sure I'm not charged for an order I paid for in advance. Always long waits. Oh and not to mention the parking lot is littered with vagrants partaking in open air drug use. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST

I wish i could give 0 stars. They had me parked cuz my food wasn't ready, had to go inside to ask where my food was after 15 min of waiting. All of my food was cold. Bruno was the manager on duty. Terrible.

I really liked this place, our original restaurant plans got shut down so we came here last minute. We got seated immediately and had very friendly and quick service and were offered great recommendations too. The food came out quickly and was really good. I got the loaded fries and my boyfriend got the tandoori chicken pizza.

This quiet little bomb of flavor and customer service is a great little find! Going in expecting it to be pizza and getting a calm and welcoming atmosphere right thru the door! Our waitress (I really need to find a better way to say that) Jennifer was there when we needed her and her knowledge of the menu made finding yummy easy! I will definitely stop in again. Been here 2 times with friends and ordered totally separate things. Food: BLAND Scampi( her words not mine.) Pizza needed more cheese. Second time, swell done steak vs the medium I ordered. She ordered rare and got medium-well. I hate sending food back, so much so that I rarely do it, but it was steak. So we both sent them back for a redo. Both came out rare. That meat went to the dogs, so it wasn't a total loss. The big baked potatoes however, were spot on and absolutely delicious. One time I ordered one of their chicken burgers, it was ok. I like that they butter their buns and put them on the grill cuz. It gives it a good taste, makes it rich. What they don't tell you is that their fries have that seasoned coating on them. That's really not my favorite, so that was a bummer, too. Prices: Their prices are good. They're reasonable considering. Staff: I absolutely love the atmosphere and I love the waitress in the bar, Carina. (Not sure how to spell her name, sorry, honestly, her name might even be Corrinne.lol.) I love her little personality and she's super cute with a great smile. I appreciated her. Side note: I was in the industry for 12 long years as a general manager. So while I have expectations, they are not unrealistic. This place has so much on the menu. I don't know how they make it. They obviously have cooks that don't know what they're doing. Plus they're serving breakfast lunch and dinner the whole time they're open. As a cook, that is a big ask if you aren't talented. This place has SO much potential. If the owners are listening, I would streamline the menu and teach your cooks how to manage that menu and do it well. To prepare, season, and learn how to cook a steak. This place is huge, they could do so many things and have so many events. Parking is perfect with a parking lot adjacent to the building and parking on the street. So that's not a problem. It looks like the owners sunk a lot of money in to this place. If you can't get all the wheels, cogs, and pistons of your engine moving in symphony or harmony or however, you want to look at it, it's not gonna work. Grade: C Avg. If you're looking for a casual, chill spot especially to watch games, with good prices but a mediocre tasting meal this is your spot. There isn't a bad seat in the bar. Good selection of pull tabs. Darts and good music. The air conditioning was really good too. I'll probably still go back, but I can't speak for my friends.

Pretty chill unassuming place that is amazing! Greeted by super friendly employees right off the bat. And the food was super yummy too. Large portions, great flavor and a nice selection of multiple types of foods. We had the Supreme Pie, Eggs Benedict, Loaded Fries and Mozzarella Sticks kids meal. Delicious!!

Recently visited this cool place & I tried the classic American-Style burger with a twist of Veggie options, Pizzas , pastas and drinks. the flavors were on point. The ambience is cozy with low lights. It’s such a lively place.

Outstanding i absolutely loved the pizza. The breed sticks wasn't exactly what I envisioned. Perhaps this is normal for out here in Washington. Large selection of vegetarian options and many Indian fusion dishes to try. We tried pesto breadsticks and tandoori chicken pizza and both were amazing. Great taste,service and ambience. Can’t wait to visit again.

While passing through town, I was in dire need of a caffeine pick up. Thankfully Unity Coffee came to the rescue. The barista was extremely friendly, talkative and had great recommendations. I went with an iced oat milk with toasted marshmallow syrup and now it’s my new favorite drink. Why do such simple coffee shakes all have the best coffee?! Not to mention, the barista even took the time to write a cute message in our cups. I’ll be back!

Michelle makes the best coffee drinks!! Her customer service is top notch!! Everyone at this location gives great customer service however, Michelle makes the best drinks. I gave a 4 on food because they don’t offer any dairy free options for any of the breakfast sandwiches. I also gave a 4 on atmosphere because they allow walk ups to order on the side meant for drivers now I gotta wait for some long winded lady to finish her conversation standing in front of my car.

Michelle is an absolute legend! Excellent customer service, wonderful attitude, and makes the most delicious coffee. Needed to give her an extra shout-out since my wife and I see her most on the weekends. However, don't fear, when she isn't work, the other baristas are also a treat! Great service all around and great coffee. Their monthly special coffees are often a hit, if a special catches your eye just send it. Highly recommend!

I took my little brother here and it was incredible! I asked for 2 surprise coffees, and as a barista myself I can be very picky. She made me the yummiest coffee I have had in a long time. She personalized our cups with affirmations which just made my day! Best barista ever! Couldn’t have had a better experience, she truly made my day after a hard morning ❤️

I often order via doordash but finally got the chance to stop by and the service was exactly what I expected!! The lotus is my favorite and they make it just right!! Definitely my go to for my caffeine needs!
