A bit of a walk back in time at this old-timey depot restaurant. History in pictures is all around, and humorous sayings keep the smiles coming as your eyes wander the walls. The food was really great, prices reasonable, and the staff very accommodating & friendly! The icing for this place is watching a slow train roll by on the original (?) track, causing my mind to wander back to what it probably looked like there in its heyday.

I just visited this Depot Grill on Saturday. The food was amazing! The vibes were cozy and welcoming. We only had a short time to eat before we needed to get on the road again, but the server was very efficient and we had our food very quickly. Our Server was Sam and if you get her, you are one lucky duck! Thanks Sam! If you want a local place, check this out!

It's a rather unique old place to eat. It has been in business since 1917. The atmosphere and seating are worn and old, but the facility is clean. The Tater Tots and Fry Sauce are wonderful! The French Fries need improvement. They have the crunchy coating on them...ick. Crinkle Fries would be better than the fries with coating. I caught a glimpse of their homemade chips, and they looked pretty tasty and crisp. Their pricing was just right! Not to expensive. I will be back to try other menu items.

I started going to the Depot Grill when I was 10. My father took me there for the smorgasbord and shrimp cocktail. It as the best time ever. Now, when I go to Twin I usually stop in for breakfast or lunch. Old fashioned diner with a purpose. The food is always consistent and great. Servers are friendly and on the ball. It’s a great place to go and enjoy a meal. Thanks for sticking around for so many years.

Riverence Provisions contracted with Depot Grill and Catering for our annual company appreciation picnic. Not only were the prices outstanding, but we were also offered a variety of lunch options and provided with samples before making our final selection. The entire team was professional, efficient, and clearly well-trained, working seamlessly together to feed 400 people. Their attention to detail and smooth execution made the event enjoyable for everyone and significantly reduced the workload and stress for our organizing committee. We will absolutely be using their services again!

Great place. Clean, quiet, old school. This is how a place should look when you come to eat breakfast. Food was amazing. Had fingersteaks, chicken fried steak & eggs, mini burger patty & potatoes, and potato soup (which was amazing). Love the vibe here. Will be returning. The food reminds me of the food I used to eat at the Downtown L.A. Pantry when I was a kid. Thanks for the amazing food. The wife and I showed up around 1pm on the Saturday before Labor Day. We didn't realize they closed early at 2pm. I felt bad for that, as I am not that customer who shows up before closing. The staff didn't seem to have an attitude about it, nor did they make us feel rushed. I tried to eat a bit faster than usual, but that's just me trying to be as courteous to their time, as they were to us... I was really impressed. I may have to try the breakfast challenge next.

So I’ve been to Idaho joes about 50 times this year alone and they’ve all been really amazing experiences. Now my most recent time happened to be last night and the food was excellent I think my only complaint would be the fries being a little burnt but if I’m being fair in my opinion I love small amount of burnt on fries and tater tots. Now I got a bacon avocado burger, the meat was cooked perfectly only complaint would be the bacon were a little burnt but not badly (I’m just trying to find a reason to be picky since I don’t want it to be a perfect 5 star rating). The waitress was absolutely amazing and is clearly a very hard worker, as all of the waiters were and I can tell the cooks were hard workers because they made the food pretty fast compared to some of the other restaurants I’ve had the ‘glad’ experience to eat-in at. Idaho joes has always been the place to go too when it comes to me and my family and I’ve been going to Idaho joes for roughly 10 years now and every time we have had a really great time there. The atmosphere is practically the same as it always is, I mean friends reuniting with each other at Idaho joes is a really common thing, overall everything was really great. Only thing I could complain about is the seats since they are a little old I will admit some of them are not the best and immediately sink all the way into the wood instead of the patting but other than that I would definitely recommend if you want a great family experience. One of the things I love the little special menus that they have before entering cause in my opinion it really does make the restaurant get more people. The pies we got were amazing, (I got a coconut cream pie) only issue I had is that it was too sweet for me, mainly cause not eating sweets for a while can do some nice things to your teeth. My mom got a heated pie that you might be able to see in the background of the pie I took a picture of. Overall 10/10 and will continue going here for the foreseeable future :)

Stopped in for breakfast before hitting the road with a coworker. We got there early so parking or seating wasn't an issue. Plenty of seating inside, western themed decor and cozy. Roxanne our waitress had just returned from a trip to England earlier in the day but she was great. We both had the biscuits and gravy which were fantastic. Cool place and highly recommended.

Welcoming and pleasant. The quantity and quality is good. The steak was cooked well but a little bland. The Strawberry pie was dangerously delicious 😋.

Came in after having a bad experience at Anchor. What a different vibe and atmosphere all around. I was sat immediately and my drink order which was a water with Lemon was received in less than a minute of being seated. My server today was Ryan and they were epic! I went over the menu and found that there was a vegan option available the impossible burger meat being able to be interchanged with any burger you are looking to order. Today I ordered the burger, fries and pie and did ask if I was able to go with the Teriyaki burger with the impossible meat protein for the $0.95 up charge and was reassured that this was able to be done. For my pie slice I chose the Boysenberry Crumble Pie!!! When the burger and fries arrived everything seemed excellent minus missing pineapples for the teriyaki burger. Ryan did let me know that she was closing her drawer down and Kim was supposed to come and take care of me yet that did not happen. I tried to gain Kim's attention a few times and she just was not receptive and would not acknowledge my existence. The hostess however did see that I was trying to get her attention and came and asked how she could help. I advised her about my order and I was missing some pineapples. The young lady came back and advised me that the burger, fries, and pie does not allow for you to have a different burger that you have to have a generic burger with the impossible meat as an option. However they could throw some pineapples on the grill for $0.95 so I agreed. The pineapples came a few minutes later by Ryan which I was shocked as I hadn't seen her since she advised me she was counting her till and switching me to another server Kim. I added them to my burger with some BBQ sauce and let me tell you it was worth waiting for the Pineapples :) The fries were perfectly cooked and crunch I loved them and the fry sauce was exceptional. The Boysenberry Crumble Pie literally made my mouth water and brought me immediate joy and happiness. The only downfall about my experience was Kim not acknowledging me and that I was informed I could have a burger made a certain way then told no after me asking for the missing parts of my order. I was also charged more than $0.95 for the pineapple slices I was charged $1.25. It is simple business principles that matter with customer service. Ryan assured me that one thing could be done when someone else came it was a different answer. That is why my rating is standing at 3 stars. Service is more important to me over anything. I entrust my server is providing accurate information and I am trusting that I receive the correct items without having to be up charged. Customer service is the forefront of the restaurants industry. If there is a mistake made by a server let the customer know of the mistake yet do not blame the customer or charge the customer. Instead follow through with the promised order.

If you want a local experience, this is the place to go! You can tell that they have a lot of regulars and the food is amazing! It came out super quickly and the staff was super friendly. Highly recommend the scones and the “idaho nachos”!

Nice place. Ribay was really good one Serve with dałaś and potatoe. My fish was also great comes with vegetables. Big portions so if you are hungry you should visit them. The cakes looks amazing but we eat too much and there was no space for dessert this time 🤪

Great local place to eat! I had AYCE fried shrimp. My husband had steak and shrimp. The shrimp were really good, and the garlic toast was delicious! Our server was friendly and so helpful. Highly recommend.

Love the small diner feel. Egg omelet and hash browns were delish. My husband ordered the steak and eggs, he mentioned that it was undercooked a little. Cinnamon rolls are yummy also and the pebble ice is amazing! Will be returning.

Food is pretty good, not my favorite but it’s not bad. We go probably once a year or so. I think they add a lot of butter to everything and that makes it very deliciously bad for you :) lol It’s a very popular place in town and they support people or workers in need by running fundraisers often. They are generally very good people :)

This was our first time visiting, and we chose it because of the great reviews. The atmosphere felt homey and clean, which made for a comfortable dining experience. The service was outstanding—our server was so sweet and attentive. The pancakes were absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes were perfect, especially for the price. I’ll definitely be returning, and I truly appreciate the excellent service!

This is the peak of diners. When I came here, not a single thing was wrong. The food was quick, cheap and delicious. Our waitress, Jaime, was one of the best waitresses I've ever had. You could tell she's good at her job. The atmosphere was also great. I could tell our food was going to be good the second I saw the building. Highly recommend

Excellent small family-owned diner. Not only are you supporting a fantastic local establishment, but you'll be getting a great meal too! We came here for breakfast after a late night rally race in the region. This was the perfect way to cap off a fun weekend. We ordered breakfast and were rewarded with an excellent meal and fantastic service. The food was served quickly and exactly to order. Would definitely come back again.

This is a great little diner! Don't mistake the outside as a Plain Jane with horrible food and high prices. Family-owned and we actually saw the original owner. Many family members work here. Great prices! I thought I was stealing from them as I paid 20 for 2 meals! Sorry nobody has those prices still. Good diner atmosphere. Very busy and great service. Thank you.

Used to eat there all the time with my parents and grandmother. Haven't done so in years but I want to rave about the rainbow trout. It was fabulous. I'm over 70 years now and I still think about what a great place it was. MO

Well worth going 30 minutes out of my way! I was served a delicious breakfast and coffee. The service was a rare pleasure, both caring and friendly. I’ll be back! 100% recommend.

I come here when I know I have a busy day ahead. I'll get a wee little coffee, then visit the beautiful fountain across the street. I love how the inside is decorated, with antique books and watercolor art made with coffee! The food is amazing, obviously the result of quality ingredients prepared by talented hands. Another amazing thing is that much of the menu is very friendly to people that have stress or attention disorders. Complex carbohydrates result in fewer spikes in blood sugar, making it slightly easier to manage some challenges.

We needed a latte and that’s what we got. Creamy, foamy deliciousness. As a bonus we counted at least seven globes from our table. Great coffee and geography all together in an old heritage building.

If I am paying 8 dollars for a parfait I expect there to be at least more yogurt than granola. This is definitely not worth the money I spent.

Really like this coffee shop. Best in the area! Great vibe, great coffee. Pour overs with great roasts and speciality coffees. The FOOD through is one of the best parts. They have the most amazing crepes! Absolutely love it. Big space with lots of room to meet or hang out. Right in downtown.

We had a disappointing experience. During our meal, we ordered a simple crepe to go. After finishing our meal, we paid a $95 tab for three people and left a $25 tip. The crepe never arrived. After waiting 45 minutes, I politely asked about it and was met with an extremely rude response. I let them know we had to leave and that they could give the crepe to someone else, even though we had already paid for it. As I walked out, the employee followed me to the door, loudly saying rude things even though I wasn’t engaging. It was bizarre and very unpleasant. I probably won’t be returning. I really miss the simpler, friendlier coffee shop days of Twin Beans.

This place has awesome crepes, both the savory and sweet crepes are delicious and pretty filling. Really good atmosphere and chill staff, good place for a relaxed brunch.

Came here looking for Sunday morning breakfast while in town on a work trip. There was a bit of a wait to sit down, but that's understandable at around 10 on a Sunday morning. This place is also fairly small which doesn't help if it's busy. It wasn't the cleanest place I've ever been to, but that could be because of how busy it was. Once I was seated and ordered food, it came out quickly. The food quality was OK. Nothing too great but not too bad either. I ordered the Mediterranean omelette. The veggies were tasty but the chicken was overcooked and dry. Better than undercooked I guess... The hash browns and toast were great! Even if the coffee tasted a little burnt. Overall, not the best, not the worst. I don't think it would be my first choice in town.

It was okay. Too greasy for my liking and I had a bad first time experience. Waited over half an hour to be seated, which is fine. The waitress asked right after we were seated if we were ready to order, we were not and it took another 15 minutes just for her to get back around to us. Unfortunately, I found a hair in my food, which I get, it happens, but as a first time experience, not good at all.

This place was recommended to us from a friend of ours that was born and raised in Twin. We came out from Fruitland to do the Shoshone kayak tour and cans here for breakfast. Let me say ALL the food was delicious. Very happy we stopped in.

The food is amazingly filling. I got the Cap’N Crunch French toast. Oh my, it was phenomenal. My daughter got the chicken friend steak. Home made country sausage gravy. The flavor is out of this world on everything we had today.

We had the Firecracker Salmon, with two sides Diablo Zucchini Melt Casserole and the Soul Cabbage. It was fantastic. The service was fantastic as well. Cute place, tickets come and used books and there are top hats hanging from the ceiling.

Very disappointed!!! I got the peach cobbler French toast. According to the description, it was supposed to be fire grilled peaches and a caramel drizzle. There was also supposed to be a streusal on top and there was nothing.The peaches were probably canned, the French toast was swimming in the 'drizzle.' The bread was tough and I had to use a knife to cut it. You should be able to just use a fork. It was not the best experience, the prices were high, and the service was lacking. It was my first time there and it will be my last time there. Very disappointed.

Great small town diner. The food was great! Best blueberry pancake I've had in quite a while. Also recommended the "Eggs Hunter Style". Good coffee, great service! If you're looking for a filling and well cooked breakfast/brunch, this is the place. The sign above the diner has a different name of Buffalo Yard. You're in the right place. The front of the diner says, "Buffalo Cafe."

You gotta know what you’re getting into before coming here. This place has been here forever and is all about the vibes. The food is fine but that’s not the reason to come here. The decor and vintage Western charm is the main draw! If you just want diner food there’s plenty of other places in town for that. This place is iconic, so be prepared to wait and be uncomfortable. Best time to go is on a week day in the late morning. This place is not for large groups. You are most likely to get a good table without a wait in the late morning after the early birds leave. The service is great! I love the friendly atmosphere.

I went to the Buffalo Café with a few family members and we had a great time. We arrived on a weekday just around 11 AM and the place was already packed. We got the only booth that was open, thankfully. The atmosphere seemed very upbeat with people just having a good time chowing down. My wife got the Buffalo Chip which consists of fried potatoes, bacon, cheese, green chilies, tomatoes, green onions, and a couple eggs on top, fried of course. It was amazing. There’s plenty of cheese all throughout the dish. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs. I did not realize that it came with a biscuit or fried potatoes so when they told me that it came with a biscuit, I asked if they could put gravy on it. I unknowingly just ordered another entrée seemed, because when they came out with my chicken fried steak and eggs, they also came out with another platter that had just the biscuit and gravy on it. It was all very good. The chicken fried steak was authentic as it gets, definitely not frozen. If it is, I would be very surprised. The gravy was delicious, but could be a little warmer. My wife had a biscuit with homemade raspberry jam, which was absolutely delicious. My little man enjoyed a meal of fried potatoes, scrambled eggs with ham, and sourdough toast. He had a great time. Our waitress was excellent, very nice and attentive for the place being so full. We really enjoyed the Buffalo Café. I recommend the Buffalo Café.

Husband loves chicken fried steak. He gets it just about every place we visit. He says buffalo cafe has hands down the best he has ever had. It's perfect every time. Plate licking worthy! 😂😂

The best breakfast we’ve had in a long time! The price was awesome, the food was awesome, and the atmosphere was rustic…it made me feel like a kid again eating at the auction house! You won’t be wrong eating here, I’d love to come back and try more than breakfast! My guess is all of the food will be just as amazing as the breakfast was!

Excellent 'homemade' style breakfast food. The Buffalo Chip was awesome, as were the freshly made hashbrown potatoes. I will definitely eat here again again when I'm back in Twin Falls.

this restaurant is the epitome of clean, classy, healthy, and very unique Styles and types of food. if you are looking to try and eat a healthier diet and also grab a very unique and delicious espresso, this is the place. it is located in the newly renovated downtown and old Brick style building with Warehouse integrity. it is so awesome and the staff did a great job of taking care of us.

The food was good (our order was wrong, but we didn't complain). The wait was 2 1/2 hours, and the service was great by all except for one aggressive woman who worked there and who was very, very, uncomfortably rude. The Limoncello latte helped make up for it. But I won't be back.

For brunch on Sunday, the place was steadily hopping. And yet the service was beyond stellar with friendly faces. I saw both tourists and locals dining here. The food is hearty and filling. They had such a variety of brunch options, juices and smoothies, smoothie bowls that it was close to overwhelming.

Oh my! Such a GREAT Hipster vibe going on here. The service was wonderful and the food!!! The romesco and panisse in the Garden Patch bowl are out of this world! It is my new favorite spot! Great if you are vegan or a "city gal" like me!

The best lunch we have had in months. The menu is simple, but everything was fresh & delicious: I had a grown up grilled cheese with pesto & Josh had their signature burger: both fantastic. We also sampled a chai tea latte & a cold pressed juice: also great. Plus, the building is fantastic--located in the old downtown. Loved the decor & the fact that there's a ton of space: seating out front, inside & upstairs on the balcony. Highly recommend for breakfast or lunch.

Great food, superb atmosphere. The food is a little pricey but worth every penny. If you have not tried it you definitely need to. Go in with an open mind and try something new you won't be disappointed.

Mozzarella sticks were yummy. Burgers are okay. I ordered idaho nachos but the menu failed to let me know what was on it so it came out with onions(guess I should have asked) I didn't want them to have to remake so I had to pick around them. We ordered a prime rib to go and my husband said it was just alright. It's a bar, it was loud and the kids didn't like it. They say family friendly but I don't recommend taking little kids because drunk people were swearing up a storm. Just a heads up, nothing against the place.

First time there. Servers were great, atmosphere was great, and the food was amazing. The char on the Everything Burger was magnificent. Seems like a local joint that has its regulars. Pool table, and TV, with a bar. Had a fun time people watching. I'll definitely be back.

Awesome food and service!!! The food quality and prices are so great. Unbelievably wonderful service. Not your ordinary bar food. The presentation is beautiful. Had to double-check our receipt to make sure it was right. It was so reasonable. Even if bars aren't your scene a great place to pop in for lunch or dinner. Believe they have breakfast food on Sundays. Maybe other days as well. Don't hesitate.

Food is always good, good fresh cut fries. Girl on the phone seemed bothered by me ordering food, but she got it right and gave me extra extra sauce like I asked so it all worked out. They're great for breakfast too, always cook my bacon soft like I like it. The burger was dry this time and the sourdough bread wasn't toasted but I'd still come back. Love their menu

Great little place, with amazing staff. The food was good and while the prices that are listed online and this Google page aren't up to date, it's still cheap. We went on Sunday and half of us got dinner foods and half got breakfasts. The hotcakes are HUGE! Great bang for your buck- if you just want a drink and some grub or a quick lunch with the kids, GR is definitely worth swinging by.

I ordered the bacon jalapeño burger and it was excellent. I'd definitely order that again. One of my family ordered the chicken tenders. They were ginormous, flat, and breaded all around. Perhaps slightly dry, easily solved with any of the various dipping sauces. Another family member ordered the finger steaks. They were excellent—tender and flavorful. The fries all around were good, but perhaps not the top fries we've all had. Definitely undersalted, which was easy to fix. Overall, GR is a great little diner, and I think we'll be back to try their breakfasts next!

I have known about this place for awhile, but never stopped by. I finally made inside and enjoyed a burger and tater tots. The food was really good and inexpensive. I ordered the everything burger and it was good. The inside is your standard bar. There is a pool table for patrons to use.

So many choices, I was craving Sushi, my wife wanted pizza, and my daughter wanted a strawberry crepe, it was the perfect place for us to go

This has become my go-to spot in town. I love to bring my dogs and sit in the patio area because they always have clean water and treats for them. Ian, a bartender does a great job at making people feel comfortable and always has quick service

The Pho is delicious there! Wish they would do small to go dishes instead of paying for a large, I rather have it freshly made without having leftovers. 😁 Other than that Wings from the BBQ spot is good. Crepe place is pretty tasty as well.

This place has so much potential. Atmosphere is great but the band can make/break it. Cole Harris & the Valkories were ok, but only played songs they wrote. If they mixed it up and played some cover songs along with original music it would be easier to jam along. The BBQ place is terrible. Maybe it’s good for Idaho, but coming from AZ, I would never recommend this. With a few improvements this place would be amazing.

Very very small and only a few options for food. There were flies EVERYWHERE. I tried the crepes and they were the worst crepes I've ever had. Rubbery and very difficult to cut, crepe had no flavor, the cinnamon apples were almost black because they used SO MUCH cinnamon, and the "crunch" for the apple cinnamon crepe is just corn flakes. Completely inedible. I'd be willing to go back and try other food there, but the flies everywhere were pretty gross.

The atmosphere is fantastic. The exposed beams, tin wall ornaments, old time placards, makes the place feel original and welcoming. The food was great. I had a simple cheeseburger and it was worth the money. Wings are crisp and flavorful and you can order just flats. (A favorite of mine). The pizza vendor has pizza by the pie or by the slice. 2 slices might as well be half a pizza in itself. There are crepes, Vietnamese noodle soup, sushi, and a coffee shop there all under one roof. I can't recommend this place enough.

Food and choices were amazing. Took a long time to get fries. We were done eating and still waiting so we canceled the fries and left. No biggie. We were full anyway. Pulled pork sandwich was amazing and I love the coleslaw. My husband said the brisket was delicious.

This place is a little gem, we were passing through on a road trip and decided to stop for the night in twin falls. This spot was the 2nd place I went because being frank the coffee from the first place sucked. But this little stand has baristas that know what they are doing! Thanks for the great cappuccino ladies!!!

$7+ for a basic iced tea and then you are guna ask if I want to leave a tip. You poured tea into a cup of ice. If you are going to charge $7 for an iced tea at least use more flavorful tea not one that is a step above Lipton. I’ll stick to Java

This used to be my favorite coffee place. Unfortunately the staff is no longer very friendly, and the coffee is just not up to par. I went back the other day to give them another try and was very disappointed in the way I was treated and my blended coffee..

Disappointed. I've been wanting to try this place for a while now and it didn't meet the expectations. I ordered a simple, hot mocha. After I left the drive through, I tasted it.....Not hot, watered down coffee and bad tasting chocolate syrupy. When you pay 6.00 for a coffee, you expect a 6.00 coffee! Not going here again. Do it right, or don't do it at all!

This is My place <3 I love love buying my coffee either cold or hot in this place! Even better with the bean they usually put on top of the drinks, it makes it more speciall lol The coffee always tastes delicious☕️

From SLC, UT here visiting for a weekend. Was look for a cute unique coffee shop. Ordered the Iced Salted Caramel Mocha and Pumpkin Bread and wow! Did not disappoint! Good quality strong mocha and tasty pumpkin bread. Very friendly sociable staff. If I visit Twin Falls again, I'll definitely stop by again!

Firstly, the drive-thru is VERY confusing and strange to access. Once I got there, the young lady at the window was friendly and accommodating, explaining what goodies were available. I ordered a triple shot cappuccino with oat milk and a little bit of flavored syrup. When I arrived at work, I dug into the tiny muffin I received, it was horrible. The taste was as if it was past its prime. I tried to wash the taste from my mouth with my coffee to find it was just warm milk. Yuck. Yuck. Yuck! So, I won't be going back there. When I want coffee... I want COFFEE!

Amazing moxie Java! Coffee was amazing and the drink selection was perfect. I loved the atmosphere and the large table you can sit at with friends and family.

The gal behind the counter was welcoming and got my order out quickly. I ordered the cold brew with caramel cold foam and it was excellent. Smooth, full-bodied, and just the right amount of sweet caramel cold foam.

We've been on the road since July 9th and found the best coffee here. It's the 17th, finally a place that made our coffee right. I'm in heaven!

This is my wife's favorite place in town for coffee. She convinced me to give them a try tonight so I did. I was very happy with the quality of coffee and friendly service. They used to have a strong presence in twin before more non local options moved in. I hope they can keep enough business to stick around. Wish they had a better location. Being attached to a run down hotel probably hurts business but the product and service are good!

Absolutely nothing but amazing things to say. Amazingly friendly staff. Extreme, sweet, helpful, and patient. The food was delicious and fresh. I normally don’t like whipped cream but theirs is perfect!

When I ordered my experience was nothing short of utterly disappointing. I ordered the "Going Bananas" crêpe, expecting a delicious blend of bananas, and brown sugar butter. Instead, I was handed a crêpe filled with apples. Not only did they get my order completely wrong, but the crêpe itself was a complete disaster. I ordered to go so I did not find this out until I got home. The second berry crêpe was berry which they got correct but was even more soupy as-well. It looked like soup—a soggy, unappetizing mess with zero structure, completely falling apart. Crêpes are supposed to be light, airy, and delicately folded, but this was an absolute catastrophe on a plate. I have been to this crêperie three times now. The first two times I ordered to go as well in which my order was fine when I got home as I only live six minutes away. The second time I went there, the wait was A little excessive as no one else was there, but I gave them another chance. I don’t think I will be going back again.

Normally love going here but today I waited almost 20 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge that I was there to take my order. There was no one else in line but I stood there watching three employees just standing around. After my order was finally taken i waited for over 40 minutes for three crepe with no one else ahead of me. I walked up to check on the order and was just given pretty much a shoulder shrug on why it was taking so long.

We waited over an hour, almost an hour and a half for our food. There is only two workers and we’ve been here forever just waiting for our food! I’ve never had to wait this long at any restaurant before. ever. By the time we got our food, my one-year-old was ready for a nap because we’ve been here over an hour and then when We did get our food. It was ice cold so we asked if they could re hear it in the microwave not once but twice and it was STILL cold. Another lady that had ordered, wanted her money back and they couldn’t even open it till to give her money back for a refund. She wanted a refund because she is also been waiting for over an hour and a half for her order which was only two things. The food did look amazing but the fact that it was so cold. I think they need more employees and better customer service.

Weren’t able to try because they were out of gluten free crepe batter. Estimated wait time before we learned that was 30-45 minutes for 1 crepe. Wasn’t especially busy, either, so not really sure what’s up. Maybe understaffed? Although they had 2 people working at the time.

Who knew Twin Falls had crepes?! While my crepe itself was average (I went savory when I’m more of a sweet crepe girl myself), staff was friendly, polite, and offered to give recommendations and modifications.

Very nice place for breakfast and lunch! Delicious crepes, different types sweet and salty! You have to try! I recommend!

This is a subpar place to get a variety of foods. It’s very much a diner style type of place but mediocre. The hash browns tasted like they were straight of the freezer. The food was perfect temperature. The sirloin steak was cooked with perfection with mediocre seasoning. The egg white omelette was cooked perfectly and may have been the best thing we ordered. If you do like a good milkshake, they had your essential flavors with what appeared to be have fresh strawberries. The blueberry pancakes were on point. The waitress was a bit slow and mindless for checking on us and making orders but did do an excellent job getting our order right once she did take the order.

It was all a pretty good experience. The waiter was really nice and friendly. Food was brought out quicker than before. My kids food was split into two plates which was proactive. Food was pretty good. Cooks forgot bacon on my burger, my wife's sandwich was hard and crusty to eat, and our daughter omlet had onions that I had asked to remove. Pies were good! We would definitely come back!

The food was terrible, cheese wasn’t melted on the grilled cheese sandwich, kids Mac and cheese wasn’t melted all mixed in with the fries. The sausage was raw and tasted like it was rotten. The biscuits and gravy was stale and all of this that we couldn’t eat was over 100 dollars. I won’t recommend this place to anyone and will for sure keep all my family and friends away.

Love this place, even though very few remain in this chain. Have enjoyed breakfast for dinner and had Philly French dip yesterday. Tender prime rib, hot au-juice, horseradish sauce and crispy fries. Also grilled onions. So good. Friendly attentive waitress and nice manager. Drove from Phoenix to Twin Falls, ID. for this restaurant! 23 hours on the road. Worth the drive!

First impressions not impressed. The waitress was behind the counter looking at her phone. After about 5+ minutes we finally had to ask if we seat ourselves. Ordered breakfast. The fresh fruit was hard and not ripe. The food in general was warm not hot like it just came off the stove. Pancakes had a rubbery texture not at all light and fluffy.

Quirky yet amicable waitress. Comfortable atmosphere. Decent priced foods. Prompt service. Tasty food, but nothing necessarily mind blowing. I had biscuits and gravy with stuffed hash browns.

I got there at 7:30 pm. They wouldn't seat and serve me because they close at 8. I was alone and easily could have been finished with my meal by 8.

Simply excellent! We had tried the Black Bear in Klamath Falls last year on vacation and were thrilled to find one in Twin Falls on this year’s vacation. Food was wonderful and service was great! (Chrissy(sp?) was awesome!!) Enjoyed the huckleberry lemonade once again! Cannot recommend highly enough. Five stars!!

Food is mediocre at best. Got a BLT and a side of mashed potatoes. The sandwich was very sad as was the tiny scoop of mashed potatoes. My server spent more time talking to the guy a few seats over about vaping than doing her job. Actually, all she did was take my order and someone else brought my food out (she was busy talking and couldn't be bothered to reach literally behind her where my food was sitting in the pass) and another server made sure my water was refilled. The kids at the checkout had the nerve to say very loudly to his coworker that I didn't leave a tip. Why would anyone leave a tip for basically zero service and kid sized portions?

Food was definitely diner food (I had the chicken caesar melt) but the place was clean and the service was fast even through a lunch rush.

I was really hoping to have a good experience here as we went after a long day of activity. Unfortunately the service was painfully slow and we didn’t get our food for nearly 2 hours. Thankfully the food was good, but it was 9:00 pm so it lost a little bit of its charm. Our server was super sweet, but we only saw her a handful of times and one of our meals was completely forgotten. Everything worked out in the end so it wasn’t a complete loss, but I doubt we’ll be returning any time soon.

I have been going to these restaurants since the first one open in Mt Shasta! Food is always plentiful and much higher quality than IHOP or Denny’s (Now, when I go to those places, it’s nearly putrid) The customer service is always top-notch. Absolutely great for families. Even when they are super busy, they are very kind and apologetic If service is even the slightest bit slow. My only issue is the kids menu shows photos of their food (which is awesome!!) but it pictures ice cream and that’s of course what my kids always point to !! But really We love this place and the pancakes are really out of this world and I keep trying to copy them at home and I can’t!! A+++

Wife and I each had chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes. Gravy and chicken was barely room temperature. Potatoes were just plain refrigerator cold. Tasted good, just cold. End of a long day, just ate it and went back to the hotel. Lots of other good reviews here, so not sure what was going on when we were there. Sorry.

I appreciated the variety of menu items like lean high protein, and a nice berry crumble with huge scoop of ice cream. The highlight was the service: Cindy went the extra mile with my questions and attentiveness: she is an outstanding server. Not sure when or if I’ll be back through but I’d definitely dine here again!

The food is always good when we come and it’s always served quickly and warm. This time around we went to try their tenders and safe to say, we were not disappointed. We also tried the new peach milkshake and peach frosted lemonade and they were so delicious! The only thing I have to critique is the service, always a hit or miss?

The food and service were great but the stank from the floor mats where you stand when you order was nasty. Only time I’ve ever been in a Chik-fil-a that felt dirty. Food and service great though. Would not dine in at this location again. Throw away those mats if you cant keep them clean please. Don’t need them anyway, just put out the wet floor sign if it rains for liability. Went up to the drive through around 8:30pm and 3 or 4 people were standing there talking and it took little bit to walk over to us for them to take my order. It’s like their conversation was more important than helping us. When the kid was taking our order, it didn’t seem like he was even paying attention and was not polite like other locations I have been to.

Super disrespectful waitresses. They were yelling at our caoches and our teammates, do not support the restaurant or buy there food. They also threaten to band our team from the restaurant just because we were a little loud please. It was our most quite respectful coach too.

Man idk what happened. After this place changed hands, service has slowed down. Orders are constantly messed up. This morning I went in and the person working the window asks if my order was for Dianna. I said "no for Steven." She then doesn't even confirm my order just slowly removes the receipt off of the bag and hands me the bag. Guess what? The order was wrong. The old owner would make sure to get things cranked out, get customers moving. Place moves like molasses.

I drove near it so wants my opinion. Tried Chic Filet in 2 states on 2 separate occasions and still wonder why their drive thru is always packed. The brand itself is absolutely terribly normal for fast food. Still don't get it. 🤷‍♂️

Food is good but im sitting at the to-go delivery spot, and there is 12+ employees. 40% of them seem/look busy 60% of those standing around/talking make eye contact and dont offer help. Priorities must be set with the youngsters. Good kids but not attentive nor proactive.

First time trying this place, I've lived in Twin for 9 years and finally decided to come. The food is delish, the staff were very friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable also.

My breakfast was packed with protein. I had the Hearty man's combo. The link sausage, bacon, and smoked sausage were good. I was not impressed with how my eggs were scrambled. The fruit was ripe and sweet. The lemon meringue pie made up for any disappointment. All of the items from the bakery looked tempting. The service was excellent.

The food was pretty good, plating was sloppy, and over easy eggs were watery. The service was fine. Most of the seats are covered in duct tape, and the bathroom is very sketchy. No seat protectors, busted soap dispenser, and random trash can in the walking area.

We waited an hour for our meals in a sparsely filled restaurant. The server told us the ordering system was down and they were doing everything by hand. When the food finally arrived we were informed that the kitchen was down a few chefs and assistants. Oh, so that was really the issue.... The food was OK but not worth an hour wait. My fry sauce was delivered in a cup. There was catsup and mayo unmixed with a spoon. I guess that was DIY? Oh, and the free slice of pie promised due to the wait never materialized. This was an unpleasant experience. We can do better elsewhere.

Great service, good was exactly like pictured and tasted great! Seats were a bit worn but none of that mattered when the food came!

8/14/25...what the heck! 3 kids, starving, and didn't get our food for over an hour. Then I had to get up and ask for ketchup, ranch, fry sauce, and a spoon for the soup. Never did get glass refills. Let them know there was no soap in the bathroom, and they need to know ketchup needs refilled. Ours was empty. So disappointed. I have enjoyed meals there before. This was awful service and mediocre food. I know it's been sold, so either old management is letting it go or new management needs to srep it up. And figure out the difference between blue cheese and ranch, lol The kids were not impressed. I truly have eaten at Perkins, alot and have always been pleased with the service and the food. We arrived at 11:45am and walked out the door at 1:45 and I had not received a bill, just went to the counter so we could leave. Sorry Perkins, but it was not a good lunch experience.

Can't thank wrong with a 55+ menu. French toast was tasty and no one does pancakes better. Always happy to find an IHOP. Anytime is a good time for breakfast So sad, I didn't realize that we were within a mile of where Evel Knievel attempted his jump across the Snake River

We came in around 10pm with a group of 15 — nothing crazy, just hungry people looking for a place to eat. The hostess (didn’t catch her name, but she had face tattoos you couldn’t miss) clearly decided that being polite was above her pay grade. The moment we mentioned “15 people,” she rolled her eyes so hard I thought she was trying to see her brain. Then, in the grand finale of customer service, she threw the menus at us like we were supposed to catch them as part of some weird Olympic event. She didn’t greet us, didn’t smile, didn’t even pretend to care. Just pure attitude — like our existence personally ruined her night. Maybe she thought glaring at customers was part of the job description? If attitude was a skill, she’d be employee of the month. At that point, we decided to save ourselves the headache and left. We went to Denny’s, where the staff actually seemed happy to see us. Crazy concept, right? Being nice to customers? Honestly, if this restaurant wants to keep people coming back, they might want to teach their staff that throwing menus and death-staring customers isn’t exactly good hospitality. The hostess might need a new career — preferably one that doesn’t involve interacting with humans.

We ate here on this past Sunday. There was about a 15 minute wait. We were seated at a booth and the server took our drink orders. As we were waiting for our food I noticed there are cobwebs hanging for the light fixture. The serve brought out the correct order and we were satisfied with our food. I would have given a higher rating but the cobwebs threw me off.

When you come into a restaurant and ask a simple question of what their fall pancakes are and have a waitress who claims to be the manager throw a menu in your face and start yelling at you that the menu has all their stuff in it without listening to your question then goes to get a different manager and starts hovering your table when you’re talking to a far better person who actually listens to your question for said other “manager” to throw plates on the ground. Huff at you for forming a complaint and say inappropriate things. Every single time I’ve come in I’m sat in this persons area and do my best to be kind but last time I was in she spilled hot chocolate in my five year olds lap and laughed no apology. Always cold food. I get having bad days but this is a continuing issue with the same waitress how she still works here is beyond me and it makes sense why this ihop location specifically has gone down hill. Especially when you have four tables sat with people all other tables are empty but you still continue making people line up and wait to be sat because “tables need cleaned”

Would leave 0 stars. Walked in at around 9:45 pm and staff (who were sitting in there with zero customers) ignored us and then walked outside to smoke only to rush towards the front as we walked out. By the way, having the emergency exit door propped open may be a violation (especially when smoking in the doorway). Used to love this place, what a joke now. Passing through. We were the only ppl there. Our food came out mildly warm, my scrambled eggs were still runny, the coffee was yuck, bacon was hard to chew, sausages were hard. The only thing good were the avocado slices. The servers were very nice and friendly, they were on the ball. Very disappointed with the cold, poorly cooked food. I was so hungry. Bummer!

My husband and I pass through Twin Falls to visit family. We ALWAYS stop at this IHOP because this place never disappoints us. Great breakfast, coffee and service. It is also the cleanest IHOP I’ve ever been to. My husband left a review as well about our exceptional server, Amari.

Worst service i’ve ever had! I usually allow situations like these to slide, i’m not someone who reviews, but I can’t let this go unnoticed. Brandy P, is by far the WORST server i’ve ever had in my two decades of living. She was completely inattentive to just my table! She had two other tables who she would be kind to (male tables), and give her attention to. I’m unsure if it’s because I am a young woman, whose table was filled with those the same as me? But I felt discriminated against. I am a tipper, I believe in tipping, even if the service is mediocre, this is because servers get paid average 3$ an hour, and their money is based off of customers. Though Brandy was insanely rude I couldn’t justify this. Never got a refill until 20 minutes later. Asked for syrup when she came by, NEVER got it. And the cherry on top? She clocked out and LEFT before I could even ask for a ToGo box. Can you believe that? Okay, you want to go home? I serve people for 13 hours every weekend and I still give them the same service I would when I clock in. She’s geniunely rude. I don’t know if it was a bad day, but she needs less hours honestly, and I don’t care the outcome of this, I just want to get this out there honestly so maybe management can talk to her about bettering herself, everyone deserves a chance.

Our server Chelsie was a rock star, she made us feel like we were family. She never left our drinks go empty and made sure our meal was good. Thanks for the great service! We will be back.

Excellent, fast and friendly service. This particular Denny's is managed very well. One of the better ones I've been to. Our order was taken in a timely manner. Food arrived fast and also very delicious. I'll be back another day.

Came straight here right after our 0 star experience at IHOP here in town. Night and day difference. Staff is active, friendly, everyone is in high spirits and laughing and just having a great time with each other. Food was 5/5, usually Dennys is hit and miss but I can happily say the food was perfect. Will certainly be coming back here

I avoided Dennys ‘s for over 20 years. I had bad experiences at two different locations. I was at Fred Meyer and on back of receipt was a 20% off coupon. So I decided to give it another try. This Denny’s is a totally different animal. First thing I noticed was how clean it was. The wait staff were super friendly. The food was very good. Now I eat breakfast there one or two times a week when I’m in Twin Falls. I order the same omelette every time. They’re very proficient and the omelette is delicious. All the wait staff is always friendly. I personally think the reason this Denny’s impressed me from day one is the Management. I don’t know the GM’’s name, I just call her boss lady. But who ever owns this franchise should feel very lucky to have her.

Our server, Andrea, was wonderful. She was attentive, friendly and funny. She deserves to be a manager. She greeted everyone upon arrival, took the time to go table to table to welcome people. She knew everyone. She was prompt with taking our orders and bringing us our food, piping hot. What a wonderful dinner it was!

Me and arund 20 of my friends came in here at like 10 o'clock at night. Our waitress was so awesome and helpful to us. Her name is Chelsea, super awesome. Give her a raise fr. Highly recommend this place

I ordered my usual Gordita Cheesy Crunch — my go-to favorite — but this time it felt like Taco Bell played a prank on me. There was no cheese. Zero. Nada. It’s literally in the name, guys! The tortilla was so floury I thought I was inhaling a bag of Gold Medal, and it was so thick I almost needed a steak knife just to get through it. I love Taco Bell however terrible experience today #justiceformeandthemissingcheese

Used the drive thru today. First they added extra items to my order, then issued a refund. So, not too bad so far. There was no one else in the drive thru. Then, upon arriving home, found out the chalupas were old to the point of being crunchy. Pretty poor job on food quality. The man at the windows was polite and tried to help. Other than that it seemed to be chaos inside.

I went threw the drive threw. It was quick and they gave me my food in like 3 min even tho they were busy. I had a grilled cheese steak burrito with jalapenos 🤤. This store has to be one of the worst places to eat. You get here and order and you are stuck waiting over 30 minutes. If you’re lucky. You watch doordashers, grub hub, etc. come in and wait for almost an hour because they dine prioritize customers who are there first. Ridiculous. If they mess up an order you are to put it in again and have to wait even longer on your order. Taco Bell has a way to reprint receipts. The question is why don’t they? Because they are lazy workers. I don’t recommend wasting here at all. The staff don’t even offer you anything for the wait. Do better management. All areas of work need improvement.

The drinks that they gave us were hot, and when I confronted our server about it, she said "we have no ice" and shut the window in my face with attitude. It took me several attempts to get someone's attention, with the same woman standing there refusing to serve me, before I could finally get my receipt from someone else. Charged full price for hot drinks. They refused to give me the corporate number. I don't appreciate their attitude when I'm the one being ripped off.

My order was made into a supreme upgrade, without me asking, the amount of sour cream that was in it was gross, the steak looked like it was bathed in the condiment; I appreciate the above and beyond customer service but this was a bit much

We received food that was not melted and rushed through (not great quality). I called ans spoke with Joe who was manager in shift and he was great to work with and make it right. He was great to speak with and take care of the situation.

Sutherland, the barista, today was making conversation and singing and just making the wait pleasant for all the customers. Believe me...there was a wait. They should have had someone there to help him out because there was such a long line. But he made the best of it! Was just stopping on my way through but I'm it's as good of a Starbucks as any.

Ordered two small lemonades and one coffee, paid just shy of $20. I can go to Dutch Bros and get much bigger drinks for my money. The drinks were alright, not as much flavor as I was hoping for. The service was absolutely awful! The young lady that helped us didn't acknowledge us, another girl had to say we will be right with you to get her attention to help us in the first place. When our order was ready she called out my name, we thanked her and she just turned around and went to talk to a friend that showed up at the counter. We definitely will not be returning!!! Would rather go to Dutch Bros, at least the staff seem happy to help you there!

The food is great but expensive. The service is amazing. The atmosphere… oh the atmosphere… so welcoming. I love the smell of coffee… and I come here all the time for a hot chocolate. They have books you can read from their library. You don’t have to check it out. They go by the honor system. The idea is to bring any book that you have and replace it with a book you like. Simple as that. They also have board games if you want to chill and drink. Lastly, they offer free WiFi. That is a plus in my opinion since WiFi is generally faster than using mobile data.

I was there at a busy time and there was only one employee. He ROCKED though! Sutherland had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Even though he was swamped, he provided service with a smile and made each customer feel special. He made my day (oh, and he makes a great cup of coffee).

Had an iced caramel macchiato and chatted with the barista for a few. She is very nice and I enjoy talking with her. She said she liked my hair this new color and we chatted about makeup, hair and clothes for a while..then I went to do my Target shopping. Fun time! Great baristas at this Starbucks!

This isn't about political views, staffing or quality of the product. This is completely about terrible service. In a world where customer service has went south, Starbucks is the leader. I understand the labor shortage, but to be rude and non accommodating should not be acceptable. With the lobby closed and the useless clearlance sign bent down (even though there is no awning or any to hit) my van will not go thru the drive thru. So I went to the door and asked if I could just order a drink and pretend I was in line. They told me no, only if I have the app, which I don't have and I did not have my debit card to load on it anyway. I again asked if there was any way I could order and pay, the barista rudely said "no" closed the door and walked away. Starbucks competition was more than glad to accommodate me and make sure I was taken care of. If I could give a lower rating to Starbucks customer service I would.

The app is quick and useful. Order ahead, get a code, pick it up at the window. The trade off however is the dine in atmosphere and service now seems to lack. They’d rather you order off of a kiosk or app than from another human. Makes the experience a lot less personal.

I ordered food & asked for an extra salsa and an employee comes up from behind the one who was serving our food, yells at the other employee in spanish thinking i would not understand her that she had already gave us salsas. Looks at me and says “their already in the bag !!” That woman should not be working in customer service acting like that, it was rude & unprofessional!

A bit slow! McChicken ewe! Had no flavor at all, it was like eating a pepper, lettuce and mayo sandwich.90% of the time is usually takes 10 minutes through the drive thru.

Don’t use the app. I ordered through the app and when I was having my wife pick it up it crashed out. I have pictures of my bank statements as well as my phone with my receipt and my order number. They refused to give the order to my wife (even though on the app it said to reference the order number). And they also refused to give a refund. Kinda disappointed

This is the slowest fast food joint I've ever been to!. That and they offer no chicken biscuits.

The best advice is to choose another McDonald's location maybe Poleline rd. Or Kimberly rd. You might get better service at one of the other locations but don't expect any better quality no matter what location it is. The one on Washington and Addison Ave is disgusting.

Ordered Chai Tea Latte. Thought I could give this place another chance , turns out I won’t ever again. Paid, waited, and had a watery hot nothing flavor in my cup. Okay service but definitely not worth anyone’s time or money.

I ordered 2 London Fogs with oat milk. They came out much faster than normal which we thought was weird. I was given 2 earl gray teas with half water and half oat milk. They were not steamed, no froth When I called to rectify she just kept saying she knew they were made right. I pointed out what was wrong with it she just kept arguing with me saying “Sorry we made them right, maybe you got it different somewhere else”. I’ve gotten them from this site with no issues before. So I paid $12 for drinks we won’t drink.

We have been here multiple times and it seems they always mess up our order. I normally just move on and let it be but today we ordered a iced mocha with cold foam they made it hot then when they fixed it I got whipped cream and no cold foam when I paid extra for cold foam. Then my husband ordered a coffee and asked for creamer and sugar but didn’t get creamer. I’m highly disappointed in the service especially since this isn’t the first time this has happened. We had already been in line for 10 min then another 5 for them to fix what didn’t get fixed.

The one on south blue lakes/filer is 20X better. Waited 20 minutes for a small cold brew. And it wasn't just me. They're turning into McDonald's, prioritizing the drive thru. There was 5 employees running drive thru and 1 running in house orders (and register) so by that calculation 0.5 workers running in house orders.

Asked if she having a meeting, she advised not tull 10am, but more & more staff appeared complaining about the sunlight, making me feel even more unwanted for sitting in the most shady patio location. **This was my most uncomfortable Starbucks experience and will never return. Surprised Management showed no concern for paying customers.**

Right in downtown by the mall. Drive thru was a little hard to find (its past the building). BUSY, but baristas were quick and efficient).

If you like J-i-t-B fast food, you'll like this place. I LOVE their deep fried tacos.

The grilled chicken sandwich on sourdough is absolutely on another level. There isn't another place that serves a better chicken sandwich. I may be biased on this review because they had to cook the chicken fresh and I think that made all the difference in the world. Very juicy and very delicious. It is a little expensive but well worth it if you get the chicken fresh.

Dine in was closed due to construction so we hit the drive through- little bit of a wait but service was good. Workers were happy and friendly. Food was hot and correct, and we were not missing any items in our order.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 jr bacon cheeseburgers and a medium curly frie and got home and one of the cheeseburgers had a ton of hair in it so we threw it away. Never had this happen here. This is one of my favorite fast food places to go but something needs to happen with this so it doesn’t happen again…

Check your food if you go through the drive-thru I have gotten home several times to find out they gave me the wrong Burger but everything was good their shapes are good their fries are good and their burgers are good

The food was good. The service was great. The tables were all dirty, and no one was in the lobby. We were able to find one of the tables with the least amount of crumbs. We went about an hour before the dinner crowd would be coming in.

They used to be awesome and fast. Today took 20 min. To get our food.Our order was wrong. And the bean burritos were cool. Cheese un melted. Sad. The place also had a too hot oil smell.

Traveling with a very picky eater (10 year old) and was extremely proud to watch him decide what he wanted and order it himself! Fun to go into a place where we feel comfortable enough to let kids be kids and understand that accidents happen ... don't cry over spilled drinks.

Sucks when the food is good but you get attitude when they get your order wrong in the drive through and you had to turn around to be basically accused of lying.

I almost don’t want to leave this review, as I feel like this is my hidden gem. So much better than Taco Bell. Their meat has flavor, they do not skimp on toppings or meat. And the potato Ole’s are always hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly. Only downside is they do not have a zero sugar drink option besides Diet Pepsi and unsweetened tea.

Honest review, it’s the 1st time ever we went here and it wasn't as good as we hoped. They do have a Beautiful aesthetic with nice lighting and have a really clean area but the food was lacking. The blended mocha tasted like dirty coffee water, we got the wrong smoothie, and the French toast was almost cold. The sausage croissant sandwich we got wasn’t too good either, instead of a nice crisp brown patty I got this wet gray slab of meat. My girlfriend couldn’t even finish her food or drink because it was so nasty. Hopefully if we come again it’s a better experience! Paid almost $30 for this.

I come here regularly. My preferred dish is the Chunky French toast with a sausage patty and scrambled eggs. The French toast is thick slices of house made cinnamon bread dredged in egg and cooked in the traditional French toast fashion. The eggs are fresh scrambled and seasoned perfectly. The sausage patty is amazing. It comes with fresh whipped cream, fresh cut strawberries, and a house made syrup. The chocolate dome is to die for, all their treats are exceptional. The soups and sandwiches are amazing and the smoothies are made with the freshest fruits and creams.

Breakfast croissant & pastries for a Saturday morning outing with my hubby. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the dining area was very clean. We certainly enjoyed our breakfast and would recommend them.

We normally enjoy Kneaders but this order was absolutely horrible. We ordered 5 desserts, and a baguette that never came. It took the store an hour and a half and 2 phone calls from me to get my order to my poor door dasher that was waiting there for over 30 mins. The first dasher quit waiting. Two hours after placing the order, we finally received it and this is what it looked like...The customer service was terrible and so were the pretty expensive desserts. The 2 "slices" of pumpkin cheesecake were $6.99 each. What a waste of everyone's time and money.

We’ve always been Kneaders fans. I’ve been here multiple times. But holy cow the customer service this time was awful! The girl at the register got mine and my mother in laws orders wrong, as well as someone behind us, and then she threw the food away when no one claimed the food she brought out to us. When another girl came over to us to check my order, she said that because the girl at the register got the order wrong that we needed to pay extra to cover the rest of my order. I told her that it wasn’t our fault that the other girl got my order wrong and she said “well if you don’t pay for the extra then it’s going to be on me, and I wasn’t the one who even took your order.” My husband paid the extra so I had food to eat, but we are extremely disappointed! That was extremely poor customer service! The food wasn’t very good either. Once I got it, it had one very thin slice of meat and once small slice of cheese on it, and hair in both sides of my sandwich. I honestly never thought I could be disappointed by Kneaders. The teenage girls working there tonight were awful. We live out of state now and don’t even have a Kneaders near by to go to one that’s better.

Cute place with good food and friendly people. Little coffee shop bakery. Had a croissant sandwich that was so yummy. Also had an excellent pumpkin cookie. They sell little gifts in front.

I routinely go here and it seems like they always… overfill your drink with ice. I figured it’s just some baristas issue with extra ice…. Well today… my wife orders… and our hot drink was filled 3/4 way up. Are we pinching Pennie’s for milk savings? Anyways… when you over fill with ice… it makes your drink taste like crap because there is way too much sugar in such a small amount of coffee…

Im so upset I went and paid $6 for a matcha that was gone before I pulled in my driveway, I basically paid for ice and 3 tablespoons of my drink. I hope this was a mistake and they don’t actually make matchas like this. Had there not been a lot of traffic and I didn’t notice little late I would’ve asked for another one. My son still has his tiny drink from another shop and gets to enjoy it.

Today's experience was not a good one. We went through the drive through got three drinks and gave the lady at the window and she was confused and entered the wrong amound of cash that we gave her and didn't know how much change to give back. My ice water tasted bad the coffee we got for my husband was to hot and we asked for warm and also the weird pink stuff that was on the lid of the water. The frap was ok but light in flavor.

these guys always busy they have a drive thru and hustle to get drinks out meaning the drinks are not always good not their fault just doing their job but every time I've gotten a drink it is not full or scolding hot or cold no consistency at all also no comfy chairs to go in and sit if you wanted to take longer on coffee

I recently placed an order and noticed that my two French fries were missing. When I reached out to the store, I was told that the supervisor had instructed the staff not to include them. I found this quite disappointing, especially since I had already paid for the full order. This wasn’t a mistake on my part, yet I was left feeling disrespected. As a long-time Burger King customer, this experience has made me reconsider my loyalty. Perhaps it’s time to move on to McDonald’s, where I’ve found managers and supervisors to be more respectful and attentive to their customers.

My friend and I stopped by to get a quick breakfast while he was taking me home, they had a really cool deal on the breakfast croissant of 2 for $5 which is an amazing deal. Admittedly I've had nothing but bad things to say about Burger King, heralding it as by far the worst fast food there is (Aside from Arby's) however, the breakfast sandwich was pretty good. I don't know if it was because it was 3:30 AM and I just got off a 16 hour shift, or because the food has gotten better, but the breakfast sandwich was actually really good which is the opposite to how I remember it. Seems to me they're getting it together

Most of the time everything is fine, for the sparse occasion I do come here. But after 8+ years you would think that a mobile order system would be more refined that they could suspend items they can't make for whatever reason so you can't order them in the first place. (IE: Broiler being cleaned.) Why can't the staff pause items they can't make? Why do I have to wait 3+ days to get refunded for this? Most of the time I have a very generous amount of patience with restaurants for things like this, and errors in my orders. But to encounter this multiple times, over multiple years... Detracts from the implied convenience of using a mobile/order ahead system. Make it so they can de-list something they can't make or sell, so I'm not wasting my time ordering, and going to retrieve it.

Went thru the drive-thru and waited 24 minutes with two cars in front of us. Very disappointing! After we got our food and left,my wife called and talked with Jeff, the manager. She explained our issue and he made it right! Thank you Jeff!

I live in Utah. I had just finished up a job (local to twin falls) it was about 1-2 am. There wasn't much open. Being from Utah I was reluctant to go to Burger King (personal past experiences) To my surprise the food was phenomenal, the customer service was phenomenal, and seriously the absolute best experience I have ever had at a Burger King. (It did take a while because it was being made per order which I was happy about) 10 stars!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went to get breakfast this morning and sat at the speaker for a while, no one came on to say anything. Then I went to the first window in the case someone would be there I could order from, I could see people in there talking but no one bothered to open the window and take my order or say anything. All while there was also a lady outside cleaning and ignored me while I was trying to get her attention to see if there was something going on. I had spent enough time trying to get some help so I just left which sucks because I was looking forward to treating myself which I never do. I suggest you go to any of the other locations in twin falls and skip this one I have had previously experience similar issues with them before.

Horrible listening skills, they are taking over 10 minutes to get our order to the second window. Let alone them not answering the second window, to let us know that it is going to take a few minutes to get our food. Was messing around on the back after being told buy some people inside the store.

This is the slowest McDonalds on the face of the earth. I like to go in rather then the drive thru and after you order they prioritize someone coming or the drive thru AFTER you have ordered. They really need to get their operations in order. I think the problem is they are being timed on the orders in the drive thru. So they don’t know enough to pay attention to anything else.

I have ordered here few times and every-time they miss half of my ordered and they force me to go back inline wait for my order over, so for there mistake i have to waist my time and go back inline? how fair is that ? Brought my kids and their here for happy meals after a movie. This place is so filthy. It looks like it hasn't been wiped down in days. No surface is clean there. The windows are all smudged and greasy. Also,no toilet paper in the bathroom, which also stinks. We ate outside because the dining room was so disgusting.

1. I ordered a Caramel Machiato and an Sprite my order. I got a regular coffee and a sprite. I returned and showed them the receipt on my app and a pic of wut i got got. The cashier said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to the manager n he said he was the manager. I ordered drinks, was bout 5pm. We had an appt at 6pm. Waited 15, 25 min n i went in and inquired about my order. I was told the machine was being cleaned n they couldn't fulfill one of my drinks, that if i wanted to wait 30 min. I would get both. Ii told him, so u have you had me waiting now for 25min n u want me to wait another 30? U want me to wait an hr to get 2x drinks? He said "yes". It turned out this gentleman was not the manager. A shift manager come over n i explained my case on both the incorrect order n what was going on. She said she could replace the other drinks, gete something else. We were late, we headed over to Starbucks n moved on. They kept my money both times n i never went back. I go to culvers, the shake out, burger stop n bk after that. I go to McDonald's, just not the locally owned ones in the mv.

Literally waited over 25 minutes and The coffee was runny when I ordered blendedthere wasn’t even that many cars in front of me. I don’t think I’ve ever waited at Dutch that long. The other Dutch on blue Lakes is faster moved here from Utah and they need to step their game up because Utah has you in and out with a long line.

Wow, what an amazing experience! A drive through coffee ☕ shop. I'm Dutch.. so I had to try it out. When the wife n I were in Twin falls Idaho. The line if cars were justified because of the taste of the coffee choices. So if you see one, stop by and enjoy a cup of hot or cold coffee.

I have never had good luck with this location. Every time we have gone they have been blasting music so loud they get our orders wrong cause they can’t hear us. Bummer cause the other location in twin is amazing and always so kind. Don’t understand what the difference would be.

Edit: Issue was resolved and haven’t dealt with this since! Honestly I love Dutch bros and the drinks are usually good but at this location the cups are always broken. At first I thought it was just a one time thing but it has happened 3 times now where there is a large crack in the bottom of my cup and it leaks all over my car! If I’m paying $8 for a drink I expect to drink it not to have it all gush out before I even get home. I find it hard to believe they don’t notice it leaking when they pick it up from the bottom and hand it to me. I understand it is an inconvenience to remake the drink but it would be nice if they poured it into a different cup or put another cup over it.

Cause what’s the point of having two lanes if you never use it anymore. It’s a joke and it’s always backed up. Don’t promote two lanes if it’s going to always be one from now on. It’s useless and it sucks.

We needed coffee and we love the story behind Dutch Bros over that of Starbucks. This place can be a bit confusing. The sign does say pick the shortest line however we got in line behind everyone else, as no one was using the open lanes. Our wait was between 5-15 minutes. It was also nice to see someone carrying orders to customers in line so they didn't have to wait until they reached the window. They only made you go up to the window if you were paying with cash. The person taking our orders was awesome. She gave us her full attention, helped us out with questions. Took great care of us and had some great conversation. The only thing I forgot to ask for on my freeze was the chocolate drizzle then it would have looked just like the picture. The customer service Dutch Brothers provides, a lot of place could take lessons. :) THANK YOU!

I visited this McDonald’s location today and was served a Quarter Pounder that was completely raw in the middle. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had issues with undercooked food at this restaurant—I’ve previously received fries that were not fully cooked as well. This raises serious concerns about food safety and proper equipment calibration. I’ve escalated the matter to upper management because it’s clear something is wrong with the cooking process at this location. Serving undercooked meat poses a health risk, and if this continues, someone could become seriously ill. When I called to express my concerns, the manager dismissed them by stating, “I don’t think that can happen, seeing that we’re performing food quality and safety checks right now.” This response was not only dismissive but also deeply disappointing, especially given the seriousness of the issue.

Most of the time when I get food here it is really good! Tonight, I don't know what was going on but it took over 10 minutes in the drive-thru to get my food and my fries were all really hard. Not like a burnt crispy hard but almost like overcooked and then sat in the pan for a while hard. Never had that before... Really sucks because I usually have a fairly good experience here. Eating here many many times.

I’ve visited this McDonald’s location many times and usually have great experiences, but my most recent visit was very disappointing. The drive-thru staff were rude when we tried to clarify our drink order—a large was ordered, but the staff member dismissively said, “Too bad, you’re getting a medium,” without giving us a chance to fix the mistake or pay the difference. After waiting over 10 minutes, our food arrived cold, undercooked, and unappetizing. While I understand everyone can have an off day, the combination of poor attitude and low-quality food made this visit unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers don’t have the same experience.

Winning in order to cheeseburger with my points and because I didn't have 24 cents she wouldn't give me a glass of ice water and made sure that the gentleman behind the counter. I walked a mile there and have a mile walk back she's just God awful and I will never spend a dollar of my money in that place

Everytime I come here the employees who work the morning shift are absolutely horrible. Rude, argue with you if THEY don’t get your order right even had an employees yell at me because she couldn’t hear me at the drive through. So when I spoke up I was accused of yelling. Very unhappy people that work there and they treat the customers like crap. If you don’t like your job find a new one and stop taking it out on the customers.

This is a new location and I think there's still a learning curve. The sevice is slow even though we place all our orders through the app. The food is hit or miss.

Went to get a pick me up since I've been in the hospital with my daughter for a few days, and the lady who took my order comped my drink. She was very empathetic and so so so sweet. And then the people inside went above and beyond to make me smile when I pulled up to get my coffee. People helping people, even just to put a smile on their face is just so amazing. These young wonderful people working at the blue lakes location are just a gift to our community. Sometimes a little kindness can go a long way, and their kindness made my day just a little bit better. Thank you so so much for just being great humans. On a side note, I've never had any issues at our local dutch bros. Great coffee, good people, and a wonderful experience!!

Dutch Bros is my happy place as long as my bank account agrees. I roll up like a caffeine deprived zombie and leave feeling like I could run a marathon (or at least walk really fast). The crew is always super friendly, lightning fast, and somehow more energetic than my drink. 10/10 would sell a kidney for a Rebel if I had to.

My wife stood outside the take out window for 35 minutes while 28 cars and 8 online pickup orders got they're drinks. It wasn't until she said something that she got a simple medium Dutch Freeze. Since when do we serve people who cut the line or are too lazy to get out of they're vehicles before the people who make an effort. I actually own Wall Street stock in this company. I really hope this isn't the new business model. Either way I will never patronize this location ever again. Thankfully we didn't get treated this way at Vista Ave Boise store.

So I personally don't like their coffee here because It's mostly for people who like fruity Drinks with lots of sugar. But I gave it a 5 star because everyone was very professional and nice.

They got me my coffee to the back of the line. Must have had huge orders. They always give great service.

I love this place, the coffee is amazing, the people are super friendly, I just want to know what it takes to get one in missouri!? St.charles missouri that is! It would kill here! Beautiful area!
