Bar
Archivio Storico is a cocktail bar and wonderfood restaurant in the Vomero district of Naples that pays homage to the glory of Naples, which was once ruled by five Bourbon kings from Sicily. The main floors are dedicated to the five Bourbons, with menu items inspired by their Borbone-era cuisine. The bar also has a long history, dating back to the 18th century.
Very interesting, out of the ordinary and intriguing restaurant. I had already been here a few times in the past, but in the summer time when the tables are arranged outside. However, I had no idea that the most interesting part was underground. So we entered the restaurant at the ground floor, all very dark, and we were immediately told to mind our steps, as we walked our way down to the underground spaces. Once you're off the steps, you see this huge painting in front of you, that unexpectedly slides open to let u in. And once in, I felt as if I was on the set of one of those Dungeons & Dragons movies!!!! Basically, there are different size caves, and in each cave there are tables arranged for 5, 6 and 2 people. On each table there are these liquor bottles with a red candle stuck inside, and the melted wax spread all over the bottle. In the last cave walking straight from the entrance, you enter this room with these big parrots cages with lights inside, hanging off the cealing. You turn left, pass a cave with 3 tables and walking straight from there you enter a larger space with a very furnished bar, but most of all, with pictures hanging off the ceiling, rather than on the wall!!!! Last but not the least, walking to the right from the bar, you enter this poorly illuminated spaces, with ancient books, red wax candles, and black all around. If you like Poe and a Gothic style, that's the place for u to be. Definitely worth u stopping by 😉

This place requires a very comprehensive comment. I’ve been to many of the bars that are in the best bars in the world list. I know mostly they’re so ‘busy and popular’. But I’ve never seen such a bad service in my whole life. The place has an amazing interior, that’s why I wanted to go. However there’s one bartender making cocktails for tons of people in the line, when you can find a table, they don’t care if you’re there for only cocktails (very interesting since it’s a cocktail bar), they care about the people that are having dinners, also; they cannot even manage serving cocktails however they’re trying to serve dinner when they’re extremely busy, this also doesn’t make sense. I waited like 40 minutes for my cocktail to be prepared, I pointed directly in the menu what I wanted, however the waiter didn’t bring it and told me probably the other waiter didn’t understand me and when I was saying I was very clear and pointing directly on the menu, he dared saying 'why are you going crazy?!'. I have never seen such a behavior to a costumer in my life. I regretted going this place so much. The waiters in general don’t even look at you and you need to struggle like crazy to get their attention if you’re not asking for a dinner. You can’t manage even serving cocktails, maybe stop with dinner.

We stopped for an Apero at Archivio Storico. The ambient is nice, set in a quiet area of Vomero, in Naples. The shop is well presented and nicely decorated. The menu boasts some enticing drinks and food, as well as some quite interesting signature cocktails. The experience overall however did not meet expectations: food was overpriced, 32€ for a plate of cold cuts and cheese, both average in flavor and quality, and half of it was salad. We drank a bottle of very nice local wine suggested by the staff, however we found the very same bottle at a nearby restaurant for 10€ less! In essence the price-quality ratio is totally off: Archivio Storico wants to be an upscale place with elegant atmosphere, but ultimately not worth the premium in my opinion.
Paolo C — Google review
Favorite spot in Napoli. Amazing ambiance inside and out, Alberto, the chef, and Salvatore, the mixologist, both are masters of their crafts. Unique spins on Italian dishes and cocktails can be found here. Will keep returning when in town.
Xenia R — Google review
Interesting and well prepared signature cocktails. The ambient is quite nice too, but the music kinda ruins it. I was there on a pretty empty night and it was way too loud. Song selection could also match the ambiance better. Food was on point, everything a bit pricey but matching the whole concept I suppose.
Martim P — Google review
Stunning underground bar. Great decoration, atmosphere and service. Live music even on thursday, a lot of art and great lighting. Street entrance a bit invisible but then you walk down the stairs and the bar entrance is a huge painting which is also a door that slides open. Vomfy srats inside and very stylish design. Amazing stuff!

Lovely lovely lovely, a classical furnished lounge bar with fantastic music in the background. A wine menu that will surprise even the pros. This place gives you a vibe to come back like an addict to drugs.

Bar
Nestled in the vibrant Chiaia district, Barril is a hidden gem that has been captivating visitors since 2012. This lounge bar offers a unique escape from the bustling streets above, featuring a charming courtyard adorned with an ancient tree that fosters a warm and inviting atmosphere. Here, guests can indulge in expertly crafted cocktails perfect for aperitifs and happy hours rather than late-night drinks.
Visit Barril in November 2022. Really cool bar with covered outdoor space. Lovely cocktails. One of my favourite places in our visit to Naples
Michael E — Google review
Barril used to be my absolute favourite bar in Naples. The staff is polite, and the menu has many nice cocktails and the atmosphere is great. They used to have a nice buffet for aperitivo too. Unfortunately, after a visit last weekend I found out that, while the prices remain high compared to other places, the aperitivo buffet is no longer there. They bring some cold snacks with drink, which they do not bring again if you order a second time, which feels a bit funny given the prices and what other places offer. I have to, unfortunately, advice to try seeking something else nearby.
Georgios P — Google review
Nice bar, with friendly staff and good bohemian ambiance. However, food is below average, dishes are esthetically presentable but quality and flavor is not good.
Melvin R — Google review
Beautiful atmosphere and amazing cocktails, but not the place to go if you’re hungry The cocktails here were absolutely perfect, and the garden is stunning it truly feels like a little oasis in the middle of Naples. The atmosphere alone makes it worth a visit. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re actually hungry. We made the classic Greek mistake of ordering several dishes to share thinking it would be enough for dinner. While everything was tasty and paired nicely with our drinks, the portions were small and not filling at all. In the end, we spent over €150 and still left feeling hungry. To be fair, the prices were listed on the menu, so that part was on us but for what we paid, we expected a bit more substance or at least larger portions. On the bright side, our waiter was fantastic. He was friendly, genuine, and really helpful when it came to choosing from the long cocktail list. His warm attitude and easygoing vibe made us feel comfortable, almost like we were being served by a friend or family member. Overall, I’d say it’s a must visit for drinks and atmosphere just don’t come hungry
Γιώργος Κ — Google review
The place is ok. Good service, the hazelnut Semifreddo was good, but the Tris of focacce and the club sandwiches were just acceptable. Very overpriced for Italian standards. 13-15€ cocktails are just for tourists... Most of the wines on their list were not available. Very uncomfortable stools and benches. A bottle of Fiano white wine for 35€ may ne normal for new york city, but ridiculous for Napoli. I'm not going back...

Definitely our favourite bar in Naples! The cocktails and drinks were excellent. Staffs were extremely helpful. We just loved the laid back, hipster vibe of this place.

Cocktail bar
L'Antiquario is a trendy speakeasy-style bar located in the chic Chiaia district of Naples. Despite its claim to be hidden, it's quite popular, often with a queue outside due to its ranking on the World's 50 Best Bars list. The interior embraces speakeasy cliches with dim lighting, plush velvet chairs, and soothing jazz music.
🍸 L’Antiquario in Naples is a hidden gem that offers an unparalleled cocktail experience! 🌟 From the moment you step through the discreet entrance on Via Vannella Gaetani, you’re transported into a world of vintage elegance and mixology mastery. The ambiance, with its red velvet seating, floral wallpaper, dressed staff, and soft jazz melodies, sets the perfect mood for an unforgettable evening. The cocktail menu is a delightful blend of classic and innovative creations. I was particularly impressed by the Negroni Carousel, featuring three unique takes on the classic Negroni, each served on a rotating carousel—both visually stunning and delicious! Another standout was the Te nel Deserto, a refreshing concoction of gin, mint tea, and citrus, served in a traditional Moroccan teapot. The staff, dressed in crisp white jackets, exude professionalism and warmth, making you feel like a valued guest throughout your visit. Their knowledge and passion for mixology are evident in every drink they craft. It’s no surprise that L’Antiquario has earned accolades, including a spot on the World’s 50 Best Bars list. Whether you’re a cocktail aficionado or simply looking for a unique night out in Naples, this speakeasy-style bar is a must-visit. 🥂
Abir A — Google review
This place is a total gem! Enter through a somewhat indistinct door into the 1920s. The dark, plush interior and jazz music invites you to a craft cocktail. We really enjoyed all the drinks we had, especially the Negroni Carousel. The staff is very knowledgeable and super nice! If you like cocktails, this is the spot to visit!
Wouter B — Google review
This cocktail bar (along with the Roosevelt Room in Austin Texas) is one of my favorite bars now. The vibe , the service, and most importantly the flavors of the drinks were to be dreamed about after my trip to Italy. I was able to have four drinks shared with my husband and they were all phenomenal. The olives they give for free tastes amazing as well.
Ahran J — Google review
The cocktails were okay but nothing outstanding, and the place felt quite overrated. The interior design is beautiful, which is definitely a plus, but as someone who has visited many cocktail and speakeasy bars, I expected more. What really ruined the experience was the bill at the end, as they added €17 per person as a so-called “tax.” The cocktails were €31 plus 10% service, so €34, but my husband ended up paying €63. For 2 cocktails! It does not even add up! This kind of scam on tourists is just shameful. I even mentioned that my husband is a bartender, and honestly, it’s not a nice look to cheat fellow professionals who could easily share their experience in different places. If you don’t mind being overcharged and deceived, then go ahead. Otherwise, there are plenty of much better cocktail bars around where you won’t be treated like this.
Oktawia — Google review
This is my wife and I absolutely favorite place to get an extraordinary drink. Once you cross the main door, you feel like you travelled in space and time to a total different location, and age. Surely you won't feel like you are in the middle of Naples. The atmosphere is absolutely enchanting, and i could stay there for hours and hours. The service is impeccable; actually, they are very good with providing you with suggestion, explanation, or details about their peculiarity in making those SPECTACULAR cocktails. My absolutely favorite is the "French 75', and i cannot order anything else, while my wife tries different ones at every visits. I strongly suggest you to pay a visit to this place; i suggest you make a reservation if you have large parties. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.
Giona P — Google review
According to the white jacket clad bartenders inside this is not a "speakeasy," however the jazz-era soundtrack, discreetly labled door and interior lighting and decor all say otherwise. The bartenders we spoke to (and I did insist on speaking in Italian, over their polite attempts at English for tourists), told us that the Antiquario theme was a bit more like a pharmacy where people in Naples once went for the hard stuff. When I compared this to New Orleans they acknoledged the history but denied a connection. At no point was alchol forbidden in Italy in the manner that we puritanical Americans once did, and with a new wellness-based abstemiousness on the rise, a need for expert bartending is more important than ever. We tried all of their signature cocktails (don't worry there were just four): A Moroccan Tea that was a delight; a carousel of Negroni shots that was less that pleasing to Manan, but perfectly nice for me, where various local wine+vermouth combinations varied the standard Negroni format; a lemon-based gin gimlet served in a plastic lemon (with an extra side of kitsch), which Manan found guzzlable; and finally a somewhat disappointing banana flavored Ramos Gin Fizz (disappointing for the banana flavor mostly and a lackluster consistency under an impressive foam float. There you go, all the drinks in one sentence.
Christopher N — Google review
We had to wait about an hour to get in (without a reservation), which was a bit frustrating at first, but once inside it was absolutely worth it. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed — perfect for enjoying a night out. The drinks were creative and well-balanced. Service was friendly and attentive throughout, and a special shoutout to Cara, who really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Overall, an excellent spot I’d definitely recommend (just be prepared for a bit of a wait or plan ahead and make a reservation).
Van J — Google review
One of the highlights of our visit in Naples! Very warm staff and the drinks were incredibly interesting and delicious. So much so that they have ruined me for future ones elsewhere! The ambiance was super cozy and relaxing with dim lights and great music.

Enoteca Belledonne is a popular wine bar located on Vico Belledonne a Chiaia, offering an excellent selection of Italian wines that can be enjoyed by the bottle or glass. The cozy atmosphere and well-curated wooden shelves make it a nostalgic spot for grape enthusiasts to indulge in some of the finest Italian vintages. Guests can savor their drinks indoors or join the crowd outside on warm evenings.
Amazing neighborhood wine bar! Exactly what I was expecting when visiting Napoli. Ciro (the owner) is a character and very friendly guy. Don’t need to say they have great wines by the glass. Highly recommended!

Nestled in the vibrant heart of the city, Spazio Nea is a captivating blend of art, culture, and social interaction. Established in 2011 by Luigi Solito, this unique venue harmoniously combines a publishing house, an art gallery, and a charming café. Located near iconic landmarks like the National Archaeological Museum and the Academy of Fine Arts, it offers visitors an enchanting outdoor space along the historic staircase of Brau Library.
Came here for a few drinks, and it is such a lovely little place, tucked away, using a beautiful terrace and some stairs. Inside is a little gallery, which gives it obviously a cool touch. The drinks list is extensive. The cocktails, as well as wines we've tasted, were very nice. You get a very big snack patter with your first order of drinks, which kinds of make you stay for the next round ;) The service is a little slow, you have to get their attention rather than theat they come and ask you if you need anything else. However, this is a beautiful bar and had quite a lot of other nice places around, perfect for a little bar hopping. It's also pretty quiet and away from any noisy roads. It's a little sanctuary from the hustle and bustle

I’m thankful for the opportunity to stay and work here as I really needed a space for my laptop. The salad was great and I spent the entire day in the table with welcoming staff

The staff is super friendly, professional and english speaking. You can enjoy a seat here at the end of the big piazza so it is not super crowdy or loud but you still get some of the atmosphere. We had some cocktails here one evening. They are a bit pricier for the neighbourhood, but the cocktails are very well done. And you get some cool snacks to go with them. Would recommend going here!
Hannes W — Google review
Great atmosphere, lots of outdoor tables, super good service! I generally place this bar in my top bars in the city. The only negative thing is, being in Naples, I would appreciate a more rich aperitivo, as we were served some chips only (not even fresh I think). Other than that, the place is great.
Georgios P — Google review
Fantastic cocktails with superb tastes. The place is very beautiful because of the plants and the lights they have used to decorate it. Very kind people and their smiles and hospitality fill your heart. All in one this was one of the best places and experiences I had in Naples and I will certainly visit it again.

Modern style art cafe within an historic building. Everything is top quality and a refreshing change from the formality of the traditional Italian cafes. A nice place to relax with coffee and pastry daytime or an aperative in the evening.

My Favourite spot that I’ve discovered in Naples. It’s a gorgeous gem hidden away. I can only talk about the cafe area and food - the courtyard is gorgeous - it’s a beautiful gem for sitting with a coffee/drink and reading. I’ve visited three times so far. Cappuccino with oat milk is delicious, the lovely guy gave me little biscuits too. I returned for coffee a 2nd time. And my third time I had lunch - bruschetta (so tasty) and a mixed salad which was fresh and just what I was after as a healthy option. Portion size perfect too, served with bread. Peach / lemon ice tea is divine here. Each time I’ve visited I’ve had a wonderful warm feeling from the staff. The courtyard seating area really is a little gem away from the busy streets. Highly recommend. Would make a perfect catching up with friends spot / but also ideal if you’re solo and just want to read or write - love this place so much REVISITED 2025 - loved this spot so much. It’s a perfect place.

L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele, a historic pizzeria in Napoli, has been serving what many consider the best pizza in the city for over 150 years. It gained international fame after being featured in 'Eat Pray Love,' attracting both locals and tourists. The pizzeria offers only two types of pizzas - margherita and marinara - making it a vegetarian-friendly spot.
Absolutely worth the wait — even if it’s a long one! My tip: go around 12 PM, when the line is shorter — we were seated inside within 10 minutes. The interior is spacious and keeps an authentic, slightly old-school charm that adds to the local feel. And the pizza was incredible. The tomato sauce was rich and flavorful, the mozzarella was perfect, but the highlight was the beautifully leopard-spotted dough — soft, chewy, and full of character. The portion size was huge (even larger than the plate!), and for the price, it’s an amazing deal. The inside is also pleasantly cool — a huge plus on a hot Neapolitan day — though it does make the mozzarella firm up a little faster. One thing I missed was a house wine option; it would’ve complemented the meal perfectly. Bottom line: a must-try spot in Naples.
Nida Ö — Google review
It was great visiting here. Loved the pizza. People were nice. No rushing to clear the table at the time when we went. Had a Margherita pizza, which was absolutely delicious. I was so hooked on to the taste, that I found out that they have an operational branch in Amsterdam as well and I visited them yesterday. It was the same taste and I loved it.
Ayush A — Google review
Very good pizza and very good flavour! It is and will be a long wait. You will wait an hour so I recommend getting a table because why not - the queue is the same! The pizza was very good, it did take a while so it came out a little colder than expected. But the leoparding was good, the flavour of everything in that pizza was incredible. The dough, the sauce, the cheese and everything. Unbelievably good. There are not many types of pizza but you do not need many flavours of that pizza. It was worth getting any!
Andrei C — Google review
After almost one hour of waiting we managed to get inside as a group of 7 people. The system is a bit confusing and we got there on the time when they were letting all the people out, cleaning the tables and only after letting all the people who are waiting in. We got there around 15:30. It’s not the ideal time. If you are very hungry you have to consider the waiting. There is a separate queue for the take away pizza. It’s a bit difficult to talk with the staff managing the queue. When you want to eat inside you have to ask for the number and tell the number of people dining in. The wait inside for the pizza wasn’t long at all considering that we were taking 5 pizzas. The atmosphere is nice and cozy. Pizza was very good but not sure if it was great ale worth this wait. We just went there as the place is famous. In general we were happy about this experience. The price was great too, very cheap for this famous place.
Marta P — Google review
I was brought to try this pizza place by a local. In general we didn’t have to wait too long to be seated, approximately 10 minutes. We were there for lunch around 14:00, but from what I’ve heard the queue can get quite long in the late evening. The service was a bit questionable, they weren’t very friendly, which might be caused by the very chaotic environment. The price of the pizza is exceptional. You can rarely find a place that serves delicious pizza for only 6 euro. The taste as well was superb. I would gladly go back.
Stiliyan S — Google review
Fantastic experience! The pizza is incredibly delicious! Definitely the best pizza I’ve had in my life! My recommendation: don’t wait for a table inside. Instead, join the takeaway line and eat at the standing tables across the street — trust me, the experience is much better. This pizzeria truly deserves its Michelin stars🤯😍🔥

one of the most famous pizzerias in the world. they have multiple rooms across the street to accommodate the huge amount of people that come by. takeaway worked very quickly for me. i only waited 10min. the pizza was incredible and it was very affordable. not overrated and definitely worth the hype

I saw the video from IG and expected to be super crowded because if the reviews. We came on a Wednesday 6:30pm and there was zero line. Literally shocked. I'm glad we came during dinner instead of lunch! The pizza was huge but so soft, chewy and light. I love it. Super flavorful. Highly recommend! Quite different from other pizza place. It's light and so thin. A must go. We paid 8 euro for dine in.

We had a wonderful experience at Cambrinus in Naples. The lemon sorbet was refreshing, the cappuccino was great, and we also tried a delicious local specialty filled with ham and cheese. Everything was very tasty, including the tea. The atmosphere felt like being in a museum – so beautiful and elegant. We were given a lovely table right by the window, and the staff provided excellent service. Truly a memorable visit!🫶🏼

The food was generous, rich in flavor and the patisserie crunchy and sweet, the waiters don’t really seem to enjoy their gig, but that’s pretty avg in Napoli (or Italy). In spite of that, the service is fast as almost everything just needs to be warmed up. Coffee is great and fresh OJ is a little ray of sunshine trough the overall experience.

They have on of the best pastries in Italy. But the service could be better and the place could be taken care better. We went there twice, one time for breakfast and other for an afternoon coffee. On both occasions the service was pretty average. The coffee nothing special, but the pastries. Perfection! The best of all was the sfogliatella, nice layers of perfect crust with a filling that wasn't too sweet. I recommend for a good pastry treat in Naples.

Centrally located, prime spot for people watching and beautiful building. This is by far one of the best espresso we had during our trip in Italy. So good that we went back 3 times in total during our visit in Naples. The pastries were great too.. as for the service as expected during high season. Fatigue, not very friendly.. probably sick of tourists like us and under staff given they didn't open a section of the restaurant and would rather have customers wait in the queue. Worth a visit.. just don't expect much from the service. Pastries and espresso.. definitely Yes! Absolutely love their menu, photos and descriptions. Perfect!!

Great spot for breakfast, we came here a couple of times. Fantastic people watching and great location to sit and enjoy your morning food. Coffee is good, pastries are fresh and delicious and the staff are brilliant. It is a touch on the pricey side for Naples but it is worth it. The selection of drinks is probably the most substantial of all the spots we went to in Naples. One thing I will say is I stopped off for a late afternoon Sfogliatella and unlike in the morning which was brilliant this time it had very obviously been sat for many hours and the filling had gone a bit past its best so I would recommend if you want the pastries go at breakfast when they have just been made as they are brilliant. I had the best pain au chocolat of my life here

We stopped by this café and it was such a delightful experience! The coffee was excellent, their pastries were fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is charming and elegant. The staff were very kind and attentive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy authentic Italian coffee and dessert in a beautiful setting.

Gran Caffè Gambrinus is a place that leaves a lasting impression with just a single cup of coffee. I stopped by briefly for one espresso — the “strapazzato” — and that short moment completely redefined what coffee means to me. Though I spent no more than five minutes there, the depth, aroma, and intensity of that cup made time feel suspended. It wasn’t just about caffeine; it was about heritage, craftsmanship, and emotion in a cup. It’s rare to find a place where such a simple experience feels so profound. I know that even if I return years later, that brief memory — and the anticipation of tasting it again — will stay with me for a very long time.
Dave — Google review
An interesting place and very unusual because of the way you place your order. First, you go to the counter, order from the cashier and then you go to the bar or the pastry section. It can be very confusing for tourists because there are no signs explaining what to do or how it works. My recommendation is to first take a look at all the cake names and then go to the counter. All in all, the coffee is excellent and the cakes are unbelievably beautiful and delicious. Definitely a place you must visit!

Antica Cantina Sepe, located in the lively neighborhood of Borgo dei Vergini, Rione Sanita in Napoli, has transformed from a local grocery store into a popular nightspot under the management of the Sepe family. Every Thursday night, AperiSepe gatherings feature local wines, live music, DJs, and cultural performances. The highlight is the delicious home-cooked food prepared by Giovanna, drawing crowds eager to sample her cooking before it runs out by 9pm.
Very nice neighborhood bar. It's very popular under the locals and thus it can be very crowded. Arrive early to get a spot to sit down. They got nice mixed drinks along with their homemade wine. Complimentary Crackers... A must try when in Naples!

One of our favorite spots in Naples. Great natural wine from all over Italy. The atmosphere was incredible. Enjoyed hanging out outside drinking wine in the bustling 'hood. Great music and great people.

Sepe is run by a young Neapolitan who loves Naples and has great taste in wine. Can't go wrong. The vibe is always on point, the selection of wines is excellent, the whole thing is a labor of love and you feel it the moment you roll up. Can't recommend the place enough.

Fauno Bar is a vibrant and iconic establishment located in the heart of Piazza Tasso, Sorrento. Since 1950, it has been a popular spot for both locals and tourists seeking traditional Italian pastries, hearty breakfasts, coffee, cocktails, and Neapolitan pasta and pizza. The outdoor seating area offers a perfect vantage point for people-watching and soaking up the lively atmosphere of Sorrento.
Amazing place to eat! 🍝🍕 The atmosphere is lively and perfectly located in the heart of the square. The food was beyond delicious — everything we ordered was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully served. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and gave great recommendations on what to try. It’s the perfect spot for a nice dinner or just to relax with a drink and enjoy the view. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento! Gnocchi Sorrentina – A local specialty! Soft gnocchi baked in tomato sauce and mozzarella — simple but heavenly. The main square of Sorrento, right in the heart of the city — surrounded by shops, cafés, and beautiful views of the lively streets.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an absolutely delightful dining experience in Sorrento! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and attention — greeted at the waiting area with a refreshing glass of prosecco, setting the perfect tone for the evening. The street view was great. The food was simply outstanding. The lamb was one of the softest I’ve ever had — tender, flavorful, and slipping effortlessly off the bone. The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the spaghetti was bursting with authentic Italian flavor. Service was impeccable -quick, attentive without being intrusive — and every detail felt thoughtfully curated. We ended our meal with a complimentary liquori, the perfect sweet finish to an unforgettable evening. Decently priced for the quality and experience, this place truly captures the heart and soul of Sorrento dining. Highly recommend! 🍷✨

Without a doubt, Fauno Bar and Restaurant was a wonderful choice during our short stay in Sorrento. We enjoyed the outside seating, perfect for soaking in the lively atmosphere of the town. We ordered a Margherita pizza, gnocchi, and linguine vongole—each dish was absolutely delicious, full of fresh flavors and perfectly cooked. Although we had been warned that some restaurants might charge extra for certain things, Fauno’s service was nothing but professional and pleasant from start to finish. A truly enjoyable dining experience in the heart of Sorrento.

The place is busy and the location is perfect, right on Piazza Tasso. Unfortunately, the food was nothing special for us. The cannelloni were rubbery and the carbonara, although visually appealing, wasn't too flavourful. All in all a decent meal, not too expensive, but a bit on the touristy side. It had alfredo (which is obviously a no go) and the menu was huge and had everything in German and English too.

Well... as a Canadian who can appreciate the venue where you are at and comparing it to others in the area and not my home country.... this one would be a 5 star in Canada also. First off, beautiful and busy area and fun for crowd watching. What impressed me most is they take care of their locals like royalty.. they see them coming and they greet them and find them a seat and served them like family. I loved this! Shows loyalty and respect. Those guys are gonna be around during slow season. Now for my experience. The service was awesome and fun. They are laughing and smiling while working. You don't see that too often anymore especially in a busy place. They move to serve you and they are on you when they see you need or want something. So happy to see this type of old-school service. The FOOD!! OMG! Everything we had was delicious and plenty of it. It tastes homemade and so good. No one bad food plate. The prices were great too. No issues with pricing.. To top it off... they come bring you the bill with complimentary shots of homemade cherry whiskey type drink. (Shooter) not really sure what it was but it was cold and smoothing. And I don't feel those were hidden in the cost of the food, I truly believe it was a gift of "Thank you " for eating there. Over all, after 2 weeks all over Italy 🇮🇹, my best place to eat. If back to Italy, I will be back here. So delicious..

Enjoyed breakfast there were a few options to chose from. Service was attentive and prompt. The atmosphere is nice for outdoor seating. Just know it is a busy area, right next to a very busy cross walk with some traffic in the nearby intersection. Can be entertaining if you enjoy a busy atmosphere. Our table wasnt near the crowds so it was perfectly acceptable for me.

Absolutely our favorite dining spot in Sorrento! It has a lovely view from the outside, staff is fast and friendly, and most importantly, the food was outstanding! We ordered tomato bruscetta, the sorrentino gnocchi, and pesto pasta with extra shrimp. The bruscetta was fresh, gnocchi was the best we had in our life! So juicy and full of flavor! Pesto Pasta was fresh, zesty, and with an amazing touch! It was fulfilling and worth more than we were charged. The restroom also was very clean.

We stayed in Sorrento for 4 nights recently and had dinner twice here. The atmosphere was perfect for us, situated in the heart of Piazza Tasso where people watching is the main attraction. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. We ordered the Insalata Nizzarasa that came eggs, tuna, olives, onions and potatoes as a starter, and then Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, followed by the best pizza we had ever had! Pizza con salsiccia (sausage) e melanzane (eggplant). Plus ordered a bottle of local red wine (Anglianico Janare Rosso) that was very reasonably priced and so delicious! The second time we went we had to wait for a table but the owner/ host gave us each a glass of prosecco on the house and had us wait in the bar area until our table was ready. Also, the bathrooms are the cleanest I have seen in Italy or anywhere else! The prices were very reasonable and an excellent value. I highly recommend Fauno Bar for drinks and food!

If you find yourself wandering the charming streets of Naples, make sure to stop by Sfogliatelle Attanasio, a beloved bakery renowned for its exquisite sfogliatelle. This delightful pastry shop specializes in these flaky treats that are filled with creamy ricotta and come in both the traditional curly crust and shortcrust varieties. The atmosphere is casual yet inviting, often bustling with eager customers lining up for their fix of freshly baked pastries.
1. Get a ticket from the dispenser on the door. 2. Look at the number screen on the wall 3. It resets when It gets to 100 so if you are A01 you are technically position 100 and A02 would be 101. 4. Once your number is up, go to the counter to order. 5. Once ordered you go down to the till to pay. 6. Once paid go back up to collect your goods 7. Enjoy. We had a few things, great value and would highly recommend.
Noel H — Google review
This place is incredibly busy, so if you’re planning to try their pastries, make sure you know the system: collect a token first, head into the shop to pay for your item, then wait for your token number to be called. Don’t just stand in the queue As for the food honestly, it felt a bit overrated. Apart from the croissant, which was excellent, everything else tasted pretty average. Given the hype and the fact that it’s an Italian bakery with artisan flair, I was expecting a bit more in terms of flavour and uniqueness. Worth a visit for the experience, but don’t expect to be blown away by everything on offer.
Random E — Google review
Yes Good buiscuits but the people working there are so RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY!!! how can you give a good review? I guess they don’t care. I can see how it’s become a popular place but you don’t simply yell at the people what they want to order will stress them so much just to hurry them up, especially when you haven’t ordered that in the past and you don’t know the language also, you don’t throw the chain at someone in their face when they paid, it’s so incredibly rude so I do not recommend this at all. There are plenty of other places serving Sfogliatelle in Naples. Don’t fall for the hype.

A really good sfogliatella and I didn’t notice any hint of off-putting service mentioned by a few other reviewers. On the contrary I found the people working there to be quite friendly. The biscuit was exactly as advertised. I’d have another if given the opportunity.
Rex H — Google review
So much could be said, but one bite of a sfogliatella says more than a thousand words. Pure heaven. Riccia and sfogliata were both fantastic in different ways. Their pastiera was also fantastic. Very friendly staff, and conveniently located a couple of minutes away from the main train station
Matteo B — Google review
Their sfogliatelle is a must-try. Freshly baked straight out of the oven. The phyllo dough is crispy and flaky, the ricotta filling is like heaven, just the perfect amount of sweetness that we love, with a delicate aromatic touch from the orange zest. Altogether a harmonious combination of flavors. We also tried their canolo a la pistaccio and another pastry filled with nutella. The taste was ok, but incomparable to their famous sfogliatelle.
Giang T — Google review
Really delicious, the Sfoglia was awesome! And the price is not outrageous either despite being central. Around 3€ per pastry. Recommended. Would bring my fiancé there for a take away. Only downside is that they don't have places outside to sit and eat.

Amazing experience! The food is heavenly and the desserts were amazing! We stumbled upon this place during our last day in Naples, we were taken by the authenticity of the place and the kindness of the waiter. Then we tried their heavenly homemade and local desserts, I fell in love with the chocolate cake and the homemade orange jam, and let’s not forget the amazing lemon sorbet.

The red pasta (I forget the dish's name) tastes really good. With each bite, you can feel the full-bodied cheese inside. The seafood pasta is also delicious, especially with their chewy squid. A very pleasant experience - delicious food, one of the best dinners we had in Napoli, with great service and a beautiful, quiet atmosphere inside. The interior is very stylish and an interesting point to the exterior was the bell one has to ring and wait to be let inside. The food was prepared and served very professionally, the taste did not disappoint. The wine was truly well paired with the pasta, also, compliments for the amazing panna cotta with caramel - just the right amount of sweetness and perfect texture. Highly recommended!

Nestled just off the main street, Pub27 is a delightful gem that captures the essence of Pompei's nightlife. This cozy bar boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for travelers seeking to unwind after a day of exploration. With its charming sports bar decor adorned with football scarves and memorabilia, it offers an impressive selection of craft beers on tap and in bottles. The friendly staff create an engaging environment where locals and visitors alike can mingle over well-prepared food while enjoying great music.
What a great find, tucked just off the main street! Styled as a sports bar, this long narrow pub is decorated with football scarfs and a massive screen at the end. There's an excellent selection of craft beers on tap or from the fridge. The food simple and well cooked. The staff are very friendly and great music!! We returned every night of our time in Pompeii

Cozy little place in a side street. Great British pub atmosphere, walls and ceilings are covered with flags, coasters and various pictures. They had about 10 beers on tap when I was there and the staff was super friendly. Must visit if you like beer or pub vibe in general, this is the only place in town with that atmosphere.

One of the best pub Campania. A Big selection of local and international craft beers. What about the name of the burgers? Pink Floyd, Queen, Iron Maiden….amazing, but we decided to make a new burger “Metallica” with the owner and the result was explosive. So we can suggest this Pub in Pompei.

Pizza Takeout
Gino e Toto Sorbillo is a renowned pizzeria located in the heart of Naples. Established by a family with a long tradition of pizza-making, it has gained cult status among locals and visitors alike. The pizzeria's massive wood-fired oven produces thick-crust pizzas that meet all the criteria for an ideal Neapolitan pizza. Made from premium organic Campanian ingredients, their pizzas are highly sought after, often resulting in long queues.
We luvluckuvvvvvvvv this place- just as anazing as it was 3 years ago- take their local Prosecco, it's fabulos! We've tried their Margherita, Diabola and Tuna and onion- all impeccable, sunshine and stars bursting in your mouth! The atmosphere is something else- you can see people of different wlages and paths of life- happy with their food. The place ALWAYS has a line, but it moves fast and is TOTALLYYYYT worth the visit. Thank you for being consistent in the quality of food and service you provide throughout the years! The waiting staff- amazingly amiable, helpful and supernice. They make this place SPECIAL, we'll be back! 🤍
Ani B — Google review
Honest review here. We really wanted and expected to be overwhelmed-but we weren't. I've been in Naples studying Italian and we saved Sorbillo for our last week. We arrived early at 5:30 pm on a Thursday and were seated immediately; however, we waited for 15 minutes for our server- he was particularly gruff until I spoke in Italian. The restaurant was not full at all. He was quite attentive afterwards. The house craft beer was good and I liked that it was served in large wine glasses, a bit of class. The prices are very reasonable and it is clear that they use quality ingredients -but, regardless, the pizzas were not sunshine or stars bursting in your mouth as so many reviews seem to suggest. Did we have high expectations, probably based on the reviews -could it have been an off night- maybe. I think the experience is one that many will seek because of the hype. I just wanted to throw out the possibility that it might just be hype. I don't think it would have been worth a long wait for a table.
Leila H — Google review
I now get the hype and honestly it‘s well deserved. The pizzas were delicious and I can say it‘s one of the best in Naples. If you had to prioritize only one Pizza restaurant to go, this is IT! Fried Pizza is definitely one of their specialties but all their other pizzas are also amazing. No misses.
Erika U — Google review
After arriving we gave our names to the lady at the door and they called us in less than 10 minutes. The restaurant was not overly crowded or noisy. The pizza was exceptionally tasty. But I’m yet to try my second one so I can give a better opinion 😅 the prices were also surprisingly good for such a famous and central place. The service could’ve been a bit more friendly to match the high quality of the food but I guess nothing is ever perfect. Overall, an excellent restaurant that I’ll be visiting again.
Stiliyan S — Google review
We had a great experience and we strongly recommend for having an great and traditional pizza napolitana. The staff was also very friendly and spoke in English. The pizzas came very fast even with the local on full capacity. The beer was colder than the average in Napoli!

Sorbillo- Gino e Toto was amazing! Waited about 15/20 minutes, but it was totally worth it. The food came out fast, the staff was super friendly, and their recommendations were spot on. Two pizzas ended up being way more filling than expected!
T R — Google review
This restaurant specialize in pizza and will have to rate this is the best pizza in Naples. We were in Naples for 6 days and each day we've tried a different restaurant and came back to Sorbillo a second time on our last night. We experienced 5 restaurants within those 6 days. The service and servers were excellent and friendly. The pizza we ordered were the Margarita, and Diovalla and Marisa.
Culinary T — Google review
Dined here twice already. First visit was around 7 PM on a Wednesday — we were seated right away. The second time was Monday lunch, and we waited about half an hour. Both times, the pizza was excellent. The main ingredient — the dough — was scrumptious. After all, no toppings can save tasteless dough. We tried four different pizzas and loved them all.

The Grand Hotel Oriente is a stylish and elegant lodging located in the vibrant heart of Naples. Situated between the port and the Quartieri Spagnoli, this hotel offers convenient access to cultural landmarks and the bustling energy of the city's most lively neighborhood. The hotel features spacious and chic rooms with classic elegance and modern comfort, offering city views.
Grand Hotel Oriente is a very nice hotel in an excellent location. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The rooftop restaurant is lovely, with a panoramic view of the city. We ate two dinners and a lunch there, in addition to breakfast each day. We travel often and the quality of the breakfast buffet is one of the best we have encountered. A wide variety of choices, including fresh vegetables and yogurt, all kinds of pastries, as well as bacon and eggs and excellent coffee. The wifi was a little sporadic when we were there but I think the IT department had made some changes without informing management. The management was helpful with a workaround. We stayed in a superior room which was spacious and nicely appointed. However there is not much storage. The bathroom had a great shower but was quite small with only one small glass shelf for items. The only area not accessible by elevator or ramp is the lower lounge but there is another lounge on the top floor. Overall a lovely experience!
Anne V — Google review
Very disappointed with our experience recently at the Grant Orient Hotel. We had two rooms and they were like night and day; one was modern and renovated, the other worn down and quite honestly just gross. Definitely not worth the price tag. Rooms: One room was great, the other room (mine) left much to be desired. Our room had stains on the furniture, cracks in the walls, water damage, tons of noise from the restaurant above. The Hilton Rome Airport was 10x nicer and a quarter of the price. Service: It's a coin toss. Some people are great and were awesome to work with. Others didn't speak English and were generally unhelpful. Once again, for the price, not worth it. Location: The only good thing about this place. Close to the port, close to the Spanish Quarter and Via Toledo, close to the Metro.

The hotel is beautiful and located right in the heart of Naples. The lobby, restaurant, and rooms are stylish and inviting. Our bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern with a nice shower. Everything was new and spotless. I appreciated the many power outlets and especially the USB-C ports everywhere — no adapter needed! If all hotels did this, travel would be so much easier. The location is excellent, right in the center and close to the metro. We had an early departure, and the hotel kindly allowed a free late check-out. Check-in was also flexible at 12 pm since we arrived early. The restaurant staff were fantastic — very kind, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety and top-quality ingredients. The coffee was made individually and tasted amazing, truly authentic Italian style. The restaurant felt surprisingly empty during our stay because the food and atmosphere were so good, plus you get a peaceful escape with a lovely rooftop view of Naples. Although I don’t know their names, a young man with longer hair and two female colleagues were amazing and really made our day better. A couple of things could improve: our room was probably next to the laundry area, so around midnight we heard loud washing machine noises that woke me up. If you’re sensitive to noise, this might be an issue. The fridge was quite noisy too, maybe because the room was otherwise very quiet and well soundproofed. Also, it would be great to have some chairs and a small table on the balcony to relax outside. Overall, a great stay — I’d gladly return if I’m in Naples again!
Fredy P — Google review
The hotel is in an amazing location – right on the main street, just a short walk from all the shops and cafés. The building itself is beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. Breakfast was excellent – not a huge variety, but everything you could possibly need, fresh and tasty. The view over Naples is absolutely stunning. The things we liked a bit less: the pillows were a bit too firm for our taste, and there was some vibration noise from the air conditioner when it turned off (probably coming from another floor or a nearby room). The view from our room faced an inner courtyard with residential buildings that looked a bit neglected. Overall, we definitely recommend this hotel – great value and a perfect base for exploring Naples.
Yoav A — Google review
We only spent one night as we prepared to fly out of the Naples airport the day following check in. Was a very nice hotel. The room was large and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the bar and seating on the top floor. Front desk personnel gladly and easily accommodated our need for English support. Included breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide variety of foods and coffee choices.
Susan K — Google review
The Grand Hotel Oriente is my Naples go-to (digital nomad that spends 5 months/year abroad, so I’ve spent numerous weeks at this hotel over past few years). It’s undergoing a refurb, and I had one of the updated rooms this time. Very stylish, modern, sumptuous - which isn’t always how refreshes land, so good job to the design team. For avoidance of doubt: the refurb is totally discreet/quiet - wouldn’t have known it was going on except I take the stairs to the roof. The roof: excellent for working. Wine (that pairs well with working) up there is very reasonably priced for property of this caliber. Several good sub £24/bottle options. If you’re aware of the typical pitfalls in Italian hotels, here’s the GHO scoop: air conditioning is excellent (10/10), the mattress is phenomenal (10/10), and the pillows are decent (8/10). My only totally trivial quibble which virtually irrelevant: the unique, property-branded room keys are gone, replaced with blank white ones. I had to get my sharpie out to add it the collection. Not a big deal in the least, but missed branding opportunity and out of sync with a hotel that really looks after the small details. (I just note hotel keys since I have 150 of them from the past 4 years, lol) Can’t wait to be back in 3 weeks!
Robert W — Google review
Great location. The staff were friendly and the rooftop restaurant with free breakfast was a highlight. The hotel also partners with a tour company and offers excursion packages available to reserve the day before. We were picked up in front of the hotel and enjoyed a great tour of the Amalfi Coast before being dropped off back in front of the hotel. The hotel did not offer conditioner in the shower.
Victor S — Google review
Disappointing Experience with Cooling System and Refund Policy We booked a room for three adults, but unfortunately, one of us couldn’t make it due to a visa delay. The hotel refused to refund or partially compensate for her absence, which was disappointing. During our entire stay, the cooling system was shut down, and for a 4-star hotel, that was really unacceptable. We had to keep the windows open to a noisy, crowded street, making it very uncomfortable to sleep.lack of body lotion or few small Perks. Also mentioned rooms need to renovation touch up too. On a positive note, the breakfast had an amazing view. However, the menu was limited and repeated daily, though it was clean and the staff was kind and helpful throughout the hotel—from reception to room service and the restaurant all trying to help. I believe that putting guests in hot, stuffy rooms without proper cooling deserves at least a compensatory gesture, as it shows respect for the money guests spend. Despite the great location near many attractions, metro and port the overall experience fell short of expectations for 4 star hotel.

Cammarota Spritz is a small, unassuming Aperol-themed bar located in the old Spanish Quarter of Naples. Despite its basic setup, it's always bustling with students and artistic types, often spilling out onto the narrow street outside. The prices are incredibly low, with an Aperol spritz served in a plastic cup for just one euro. This makes it a popular spot for pre-dinner drinks before heading next door to Nennella for affordable local cuisine.
Aperol spritz for €1 each - can’t get any simpler. Seating available for a dozen or so, but people mostly stand around. Music, drinks and fun!
Jakub F — Google review
This place is all you need when in the area. The Spanish Quarter is wonderfully local and real, with endless charm. Not for everyone admittedly but certainly worth spending some time in for the real Naples and prices to match. Drinks were all a bargain from €1 Aperol and €2 beers, with other spritz at about €2.50-3. Great social outdoor seating area too. Was the best bar when visiting Napoli.

It is obviously a very good price for any drink! The service was fast and friendly too! But the cleanliness of the bathroom is unacceptable :(

Me and my girlfriend came to Naples for a week, and we ended up here 4 nights out of the 7. We kept coming back because it was had an energetic atmosphere and we made friends with multiple people because everyone was so friendly. It was incredibly fun. And they serve €1 aperol spritz, what else could you want. We also left a full bottle of limoncello on accident and the owner was kind enough to hold it for me after messaging on Instagram. Definitely would reccomend coming here if you go to Naples.

Nestled in the historic streets of Naples, Libreria Berisio is a unique gem that combines the charm of a used bookstore with the allure of a cozy cafe-bar. Established in 1956 as a bookstore, it has evolved into a multifaceted space where bookworms can lose themselves among labyrinthine shelves while enjoying live jazz music and mingling with an eclectic crowd.
Very cozy and cool bar. Service is quick. Loved the library atmosphere and look. Something different and cool to visit when in Naples. Was probably one of the highlights of my trip. Cocktails are very nice. can't quite remember what we ordered now but my one (pink/right) was a vanilla vodka cocktail and the blue one was maybe a blue Hawaiian or something like that!

This became our favourite place in Naples during our stay here. The most important thing about this place is the quietness and the peace we felt when we came here, because it's pure chaos everywhere in the city center. This place offers an incredible variety of cocktail, wine and beer options. It is possible to sit outside in the street or in the (no-smoking) inside area (library) that has amazing music and amazing atmosphere. The staff is also great. I'd say having a drink here is a must when visiting Naples because it offers options for literally everyone.

i got into the libreria at the opening time, so i did not have to wait for a table, but the place got crowded pretty quickly. the staff was very friendly and i ordered a bloody mary from the (very) extensive menu. the drink was great and the price was fair (8 euros). the ambience is amazing, and it’s nice to think that this bookshop was very likely an inspiration to the via port’alba description that appears on elena ferrante’s neapolitan novels

Nice cocktail bar to visit once you’re in Naples. Definitely not like other places&bars, special interior with using books makes this place very cozy and relaxing. Only one thing is that sometimes it’s very crowded & can be too much noisy & congested. Service was ok, but waiter was angry that we took additional chair to sit all together and also she forgot to bring some drinks so it was necessary to remind her that we are still waiting it. Also you may probably wait some time more after they open it and stay in the queue to get inside. From positive: A wide variety of drinks, including snacks in addition to it. Cocktails are VERY GOOD 🤤 I would definitely recommend to try Chocolate negroni. Overall, I recommend.

The bar fonoteca is a great place to hear eclectic tunes in Vomero. It features beers, craft cocktails and indie/progressive rock records for sale.
This is a place that I have frequented for over a decade. The atmosphere is fantastic. They have a huge vintage vinyl record collection inside. At night the crowd picks up quite a bit, but you can get an aperitivo around 5/6 PM without the crowd. I have only been here for drinks. I have never eaten there but the appetizers looked delicious. If you get the chance, I recommend stopping by, the bartenders are great and the service is excellent 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Franco's Bar is a stunning spot known for its fantastic cocktails and breathtaking views. Located in an elevated position, it offers glorious vistas over the Santa Maria Assunta dome, Grande beach of Positano, and the peninsula extending to Punta Campanella. On clear days, guests can even catch sight of the Faraglioni rocks of Capri. The bar features a stylish terrace with a neo-baroque fountain and a striking yellow and blue color scheme.
Ok.. 5 stars all around, but was weird having a “minimum” of 40€ per person to sit up front, when the cocktails cost anywhere from 22-28€ a piece. It I get it, I’m in Positano. I took the bait. Have to admit it is nice sitting up front. The drinks were super tasty, so ordering more than 1 was a delight. Staff was attentive and polite. All in all a great spot.
William S — Google review
This is probably the coolest bar in Positano, especially if you can enjoy the view from the front row. Unfortunately, there is little chance of this, maybe in the morning hours ..especially because the place is fully booked. The prices are obviously expensive, 3 cocktails are almost 100 euros with service, but it is definitely a memorable experience. The service is very friendly ... the cocktails are of high quality. Those who do not enjoy the most beautiful view from the front may obviously be disappointed, especially since even the tables at the back have to wait a long time .. ...🍹🍸

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable time at Franco’s Bars Impositato A truly enchanting spot exceptional cocktails, a refined yet cozy atmosphere, and a breathtaking view that sets the perfect tone for the sunset . The service was impeccable; a heartfelt thank you to Simone and Ailen for their warmth and professionalism. Every detail was flawless, and the entire team made us feel genuinely welcome. We can’t wait to return next year for another unforgettable experience.

We visited this bar for a drink and really enjoyed the experience. The ambiance is small but elegant, with a cozy and sophisticated vibe, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the drinks were well-prepared and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, and they even offered a complimentary popcorn and olives, which was a nice touch. I would recommend coming here for a relaxing drink while enjoying the scenery — perfect for a quiet evening or sunset view!

Definitely a must-go and see if you’re in Positano 🤭 It’s a bit pricey for sure but with such a view you don’t mind it and enjoy this experience. I loved the atmosphere there and the service was amazing. Had such a wonderful time there ☺️
Magda W — Google review
5 stars Just for the view and the vibe, but the cocktails were the worst I have tried and my cousin got one where they forgot to put alcohol at all. They added it later, but the taste was still horrible, instead of watermelon you could taste cucumber only. I got a non alcoholic one. Our three other cousins were ok with their choices. The minimum spend of 20€ for person in the second row, and 40 for the first row. I would reccomend you better get simple drinks and two of them instead of those cocktails. And the wait is staged, cause I could see the same tables released for 20 minutes before they let someone else enter.
LEDJA B — Google review
If it’s your first time in Positano- this is worth checking out! They don’t take reservations, so beat the crowds and don’t expect a seat with a perfect view since there are only a few seats at the window but its still a stunning view with great cocktails. The staff is really nice and its a great location in Positano. Just a warning its definitely more tourist here (at least when we went it was predominantly American) which is fine! Just don’t expect a local spot with affordable/cheap drinks. The views are worth it and the cocktails are awesome!
Nicole S — Google review
They didnt take reservations, so you have to go and wait in line for up to 20+ minutes. Cocktails were okay, average taste, i think you are just paying for the view at this point. I liked two things about service: 1. They would refill your table with popcorns and olives ( so you don't feel rushed to free your table for others that are waiting in line) 2. When we were waiting in line they gave us free ice cream for refreshment 😍 Atmosphere was ok 👍🏻

Hotel Caesar Augustus is an elegant villa hotel located in Anacapri, Italy. The hotel offers a fine-dining restaurant with stunning bay views, a luxurious spa, and an infinity pool. The history of the island is intertwined with the hotel's story, as it was once the dominion of Rome after Octavian Caesar interpreted a favorable sign upon landing in Capri.
We stayed at Caesar Augustus for two nights on our honeymoon, and it was an incredible experience. We wished we had stayed for more. While Capri was quite busy, staying in Anacapri at Caesar Augustus was quiet and amazing. Our room overlooked the sea, offering absolutely breathtaking views. The gym was outside, and though it was small, it had brand-new Technogym equipment. Antonella, who managed everything, was amazing and helped us coordinate a private dinner. The pool area was also fantastic, with great sun coverage, an infinity pool overlooking the water, and excellent poolside dining. Breakfast and dinner were both wonderful, and our room, complete with a balcony, was perfect. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it.

Outstanding Honeymoon Experience at Hotel Caesar Augustus ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional in Every Way My wife and I just returned from our honeymoon at Hotel Caesar Augustus, and it exceeded every expectation. This hotel truly understands what makes a stay memorable - it's all about the people and the experience they create. Obviously stunning and breath-taking views everywhere but a few more things to share. Staff Excellence Across Every Department The entire team deserves recognition. From the moment we arrived, every interaction was exceptional: Concierge: Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with local recommendations Front desk: Professional, warm, and always available Housekeeping: Rooms were immaculate daily with thoughtful touches Transport & baggage: Seamless service that made arrival and departure effortless Pool & F&B staff: Attentive without being intrusive, always with genuine smiles What made the biggest impression was how the staff genuinely welcomed us getting to know their names and learning about their backgrounds. This personal connection meant the world to us and created such a warm, authentic experience. Unparalleled Setting & Ambiance The hotel's location is simply breathtaking. It's a tranquil oasis perfect for couples seeking romance and relaxation. The sunsets from the hotel's bar and restaurants are beyond incredible - truly some of the most spectacular views we've ever experienced. The pool area is stunning, and the gardens below create a serene atmosphere. We loved how the hotel maintains its peaceful ambiance with gentle reminders to respect the tranquility - it really enhances the experience for everyone. Dining Recommendations The hotel's dining is excellent, but we highly recommend asking the staff for authentic restaurant recommendations in Anacapri for at least one evening. Their local knowledge led us to some truly special meals that we'll never forget. Final Thoughts Hotel Caesar Augustus is more than just a place to stay - it's an experience. The combination of exceptional staff, breathtaking location, and attention to detail creates something truly special. Respect the peaceful atmosphere, connect with the wonderful team, and you'll have an unforgettable time. We can't wait to return!

My favorite hotel in Capri, probably one of the best views on the island. The service and location are excellent. The rooms are a bit dated, as the hotel itself is older, but I believe renovations are planned soon. My only wish is that they offered a shuttle service between Capri and Anacapri, as the hotel is located in Anacapri. That said, they were extremely helpful with our departure: during check-in and check-out, they provide a complimentary shuttle to and from the port, load all your luggage onto the ferry, and even assist with tickets. This was a huge help, as managing luggage on the ferry can be a challenge.

This place is GORGEOUS!!! We didn’t stay here, but came for dinner and drinks and you can tell it is super clean and well cared for. The staff was amazing to us and we felt very welcomed. The location is great for views but not ideal for walking to and from the main city of Capri. If view is your priority, this place is probably it!

Perfectly magical experience! From the moment we arrived on property the staff was welcoming and attentive to every detail to make our stay a lifelong memory. The hotel and grounds are exceptionally maintained. We had breakfast and dinner at the Caeser Augustus every day. There was no need to search for other dining on Capri because we knew anywhere else would be disappointing. An experience of exceptional elegance and quality.

Incredible views, exceptional service, and beautifully clean rooms right in the heart of Anacapri, away from all the crazy tourist traps. The food was out of this world, with a fantastic aperitivo to start every evening. A special shoutout to Pasquale for providing outstanding service all week you truly made our honeymoon stay unforgettable! The shuttles were always clean and made it easy to get around, with the perfect distance to all the top restaurants. Highly recommend!

This hotel is the absolute best hotel we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel completely at home. The room was amazing, the food was great, the view was incredible, and most importantly the staff were all so professional, polite and kind. Our story was abit exceptional because we left our camera on the boat to Capri. The moment we reported to the hotel, the front office manager Laura responded so quickly and efficiently and within a few minutes was able to contact the boat captain and found the camera. We are truly grateful and thankful to the team of Hotel Caesar Augustus for making our stay a most perfect one. Thank you Francesco the friendly hotel driver who drove us to and from the hotel, Mr David at the Conceirge who helped us with a last minute restaurant booking, the kind and helpful doorman, front desk crew and all the people at the breakfast restaurant. Much love, best wishes and best of health.. hope our paths will cross again. Mr Yeo

La Fesseria is a relaxed and popular cocktail bar located in an unassuming part of central Florence. The bartenders are passionate about their drinks and the local crowd is lively and diverse. The perfect place to stop for a pre-dinner drink before dinner at one of the city's many restaurants.
I would’ve never known about this spot if it wasn’t for my friend from Naples. Glad he took us here! The bartenders are absolutely charming, greeting the guests with a glass of water. The first drink - we asked for something strong, sweet and sour. It was very strong indeed! Then we tried negroni and tequila - shots served in a super cute glass. Definitely worth visiting if you fancy a good buzz on a friday night.

It was good. It's just a little place and the guys were really friendly, ready to help, recommending cocktails etc. One negative - it was €6 for a 33cl beer, now it was a lovely beer, and no doubt they're craft, but for me, that was too pricey for Naples. The cocktails we're good value though, also €6 when we were there.

Ivan and Jordan are the best duo! They truly made this bar what it is. I didn’t know what I wanted to drink but they made me a spicy margarita with anchovies and it was truly impeccable. More than bartenders, Gerome and friends are alchemists, sorcerers adjusting flavors to the nuances of your tastes and palates! Enveloping atmosphere, hypnotic music and generosity of gesture and choreography! And above all, invigorating exchanges that go beyond trade to confine them to the human. The nocturnal place of Naples!! Our evenings were brief because the days were intense: the memory will remain! Bravo!

Nestled in the heart of Ischia, the Terme Manzi Hotel & Spa is a luxurious retreat that promises an unforgettable experience. With 58 elegantly appointed rooms and suites adorned with tasteful decor, including stunning mosaics and marble statues, this hotel exudes sophistication without being overly ornate. Guests can indulge in complimentary breakfast while enjoying access to two inviting pools, a state-of-the-art gym, and a rejuvenating spa.
The hotel really should’ve had a 6-star rating. Everything from service to the pool to the restaurant to pristine condition is absolutely top notch. Loved the room, craved their breakfast (they even ask you how long you want your eggs being boiled for), spent hours by the rooftop pool and quite some time at the spa downstairs. Had absolutely nothing to complain about, and can’t wait for this summer to come back to the place. And don’t forget to check out their restaurant for dinner! Anthony’s (I believe there are 3 of them at the restaurant) will give you an amazing service and treat you like kings and queens.

If I could give this hotel 20 stars I would. We stayed here for a portion of our honeymoon and we regret not staying for longer! The hotel is impeccable, so much thought and craft put into the decor and fixtures. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, answering all our questions and helping us visit nearby attractions. The beds were by far the most comfortable we had in Italy (memory foam King beds) and the breakfast had a great selection of food. The staff were also so kind as to provide a honeymoon welcome and it was so lovely checking into our room to a warm welcome. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, we can't wait to come back to this property!

Absolutely incredible staff at this beautiful newly reopened hotel. From everyone at the front desk to the maître d at the restaurant - they are warm and welcoming and maybe the best I’ve experienced in Italy. A big thank you! Beautiful rooms and spaces, recently refreshed with beautiful antiques and architecture. The rooftop pool is lovely, as is the large indoor thermal pool. Great range of spa treatments! Lovely peaceful hotel in a very quiet little town. The hotel offers a shuttle to take you to two towns close by as this area is sleepy. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the staff!
Rochelle M — Google review
As others have mentioned, the service here was truly impeccable. No request was an inconvenience and, in fact, they proactively would ask or suggest other ways that they can be helpful. On the first day, they asked if we’d like a scooter, so they had a scooter rental ready out front the next morning. They handled everything, and being an American was no problem. On the second day, my fiancé got sick unfortunately, but the hotel had a doctor make a house call directly to the room. Luckily it was just a bit of travel anxiety, so seeing a doctor helped tremendously!! That probably saved the trip, so I’m extremely grateful (and still in shock they just had a doctor come right to the room) The breakfast was great with a wide selection, and we experienced the same attentive and friendly service from the restaurant staff. The spa was beautiful, relaxing, and we enjoyed every service. We felt like royalty staying here, so the cost also felt like an exceptional value. I would have zero hesitation returning and hope we can someday!!

Artemisia Domus is a stylish and historic B&B in the heart of Naples. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, delicious homemade cakes and artworks by the owner. The property is around 1.1 km from San Carlo Theatre and 1.4 km from Via Chiaia.
What an amazing place this is. Tucked away yet in a good location halfway between Lungomare and the Centro Storico, so that both are within walking distance. The room was absolutely beautiful, high ceilings, spacious, comfortable and stylishly designed. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and breakfast was fantastic, everything you could want. Thank you!

great value for price. Given the rather weak door the room is not well isolated from noise. Staff is very friendly. Easy check in etc. There is parking and the guys are supposed to accept credit cards, but it doesn’t work. Bring cash. Breakfast is the only downside really. Coffee is way below Italian standards, and otherwise not exciting at all. Forget about the breakfast and just visit any bar close by for an acceptable cappuccino and brioche.

My husband and I spent nine wonderful nights at Artemisia Domus. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring Naples by foot, and having a few metro stations nearby was great for getting to the train station to take day trips. Everything about our room was great: comfortable bed, large bathroom, handy kitchenette. We also enjoyed all the breakfast options available each morning. Lastly, the staff was so friendly and helpful. I’m so glad we chose this hotel for our stay in Naples!

Helpful staff and good breakfast, but the tissue box was empty, the tea tray in our room was dirty, one of the tea mugs was covered in dust and we only got 3 individual teabags (despite the holder having space for 6). For the price per night I had expected details like that to be taken care of. Also the room was very hot despite it being cold outside, so there must have been a heating element on somewhere that we could not find. Ended up sleeping with the balcony door open. Beds were very nice to sleep in, and the room came with a smart TV which was nice

This was our final stay in Italy when we left Italy and it was a great way to end! We loved the design of the rooms, especially the tubs and the mattress was SO comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and had gluten free options too. We would stay again!

During our stay in Naples, we chose the Artemisia Domus in the Centro Storico and booked the Cleopatra Suite, which featured a Jacuzzi tub. Although the jets in the Jacuzzi weren't as strong as expected, the color-changing lights and fluffy bathrobes really added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff was exceptional, servicing our room daily and even folding our clothes, which was a pleasant surprise. The included breakfast was also well done, with a great selection that catered to gluten and dairy-free needs. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting other international guests in the dining area, where we enjoyed sharing travel stories over breakfast. The hotel's location is fantastic—centrally located in Naples, within walking distance to several attractions and hot spots, including the main road Via Toledo and the coast. Getting around was easy, with Uber available for trips to places a bit further out. The hotel staff were always available to assist, from the time of booking through our entire stay. They were accommodating, even coordinating an in-room massage for us the day after we arrived from London, which was an absolute treat. If you're looking for a well-located, welcoming place to stay in Naples with great service, Artemisia Domus is a solid choice.

The Hotel Miramare Sea Resort & Spa provides a luxurious stay in an attractive location on the south coast of Ischia. The rooms have a sea view balcony and are elegantly furnished with air conditioning, satellite TV, and a bathroom with soft robes. Indoor pools and an outdoor spa offer guests an opportunity to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel also offers breakfast in a buffet style.
Beautiful hotel, terrific service in an unbeatable location. Breakfast was also delicious and the sea platform was wonderful as well. You do need to take a golf cart to the pool and spa but it is not much of a hindrance. Would highly recommend.
Jack S — Google review
Beautiful setting, but overpriced and not guest-friendly The hotel has a fantastic location, but everything else feels set up to overcharge you. Staff were generally disengaged, and service was slow. We were charged €15 for a 500-meter electric buggy ride, and there’s a €10 fee for room service. Even basic things like complimentary water weren’t provided. Two Caesar salads and a couple of drinks cost over €100 — the food was just average. Feels more like a cash trap than a true luxury experience.
Lachlan C — Google review
I would never stay at this hotel again. The pictures online are incredibly misleading. What I saw in person looked nothing like the photos. There are two hotels called Miramare in Ischia, and I had to make sure I was reviewing the correct one. First of all, I will say, the amenities they have- the thermal baths and private beach are amazing. BUT you have to take a motorized cart to get there, which is a hassle. (You can walk, but it’s very far and when it’s hot, you probably won’t want to do that.) Also, their complimentary breakfast is fantastic. But those were the only two good things about this hotel. Second, you can’t be dropped off by car right at the hotel. You will be dropped off at a location that’s a few minutes away, walking distance. That was annoying. So, if you want to stay here, be prepared to walk. A lot. (Or take a cart, but apparently they charge you a lot for each way.) Also, in the hotel, the elevators are weird and not sure where they go, so we had to take the stairs to and from our room every time. I personally didn’t mind that, but if you’re out of shape and/ or don’t like walking, don’t stay here. Third, the hotel room was incredibly small and the bathroom was super tiny. And the water temperature seemed to have a mind of its own. I couldn’t even get the shower water warm, let alone hot, despite trying everything. Last, but certainly not least, there were tiny ANTS all over our hotel room floor. See the photos I will attach. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I have read other reviews, and they say the staff wasn’t the friendliest. I wouldn’t disagree with those reviews, but I took way more of an issue with the other negative aspects of the hotel. Particularly the location of the hotel, and the *ants*. But, Ischia overall is so beautiful and has so much to offer. I would very highly recommend visiting here, but stay at a different hotel. Unless you don’t mind the things I complained about in this review. All in all, I would NEVER stay here again, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I know. Their amenities ARE fabulous, but all the other downfalls don’t make up for any of the positives.
April K — Google review
Personally I suggest you ignore the poor reviews about this hotel. It's absolutely perfect for a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay in what is a stunning location. What better but to wake in the morning to a spectacular view across Maronti Bay, a few boats bobbing about, the sun coming up over the mainland and Capri creating wonderful colours across the sky? All from your balcony,or even while still in bed, if like ours it faced the french doors! All the hotel staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast had a huge choice for any tastes, and we had superb meals every evening. It was delicious food, much traditional Italian and five courses if you were hungry! Yes it's a hilly area, with steps, and the thermal pools are a few minutes walk away, but all the information says that, but they can provide an electric cart if needed. We enjoyed the walk and enjoyed the views on the way. This was our second visit and again everything was absolutely amazing, so ignore the bad reviews and enjoy this fabulous part of Ischia at the Miramare!!

We had the most wonderful stay at the Miramare. The staff were all lovely and our room was beautiful - we said it was more seafront than sea view! We loved it. The buggy service to the nearby thermal park and pools was a great value add. We’ll be back!

A magnificent resort. Super tranquil, fantastic views, stylish hotel (I am referring to the main building, in which we had our room). The village Sant‘Angelo is very calm, no car traffic. And, yes, you will walk a lot in Sant‘Angelo. Uphill, downhill, all the time. So if you are not into some burning of calories, this is not the village you want to go to. Just stay away. Back to the hotel: The staff was very friendly, some minor glitches occurred, like missing bath mats the first days, not changing the used wine glasses in the room, and adding the welcome drink to the tab. But still a first class 5* experience.

Expect to walk a lot and catch the electric golf buggies to get around a lot due to the resort spanning across multiple sites. The place is beautiful, but we were exhausted from all the steps up and down. The natural sauna is nice and the thermal pools right up the top were stand out.

Il Birraiuolo is a small and cozy restaurant located in the historic center, offering a wide selection of Italian craft beers both on tap and in bottles. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing guidance to patrons in choosing the perfect beer. With a casual atmosphere, it's an ideal spot for spending a relaxing evening with friends while enjoying excellent beer. In addition to the impressive beer selection, they also offer spirits like whiskey and bourbon.
This great beer bar had an awesome selection of bottle and a few pumps. Great to see a cask pump with a nice stout on and a wide selection not just dedicated to IPA's. The area it is in is edgy and artsy. A little beer oasis outside of the main tourist hustle and bustle. We felt welcomed by the staff and we're super impressed by the service. Frankies Bar Pizzeria in Sorrento is a cozy, lively establishment that specializes in authentic Neapolitan pizzas, pasta dishes, and gelato. This casual spot offers a wide selection of traditional pizzas topped with fresh ingredients on a light and fluffy crust. In addition to their pizza offerings, Frankies also serves vegan dishes for those looking for plant-based options. The menu at this pub may be slightly confusing but the friendly owner is always willing to help guests navigate their choices.
We have eaten at Frankie’s pizza bar 3/4 days we’ve been in Sorrento. Delicious pizza which tasty flavours, lots of options for allergies. Takeout is a bonus so quick and easy! Early dinner is key as beats the crowds. Will be recommending to everyone :)
Kira S — Google review
Frankie’s Pizza Bar in Sorrento is an absolute gem! From the moment you arrive, you can tell this place is something special. The food was nothing short of incredible—the technique was spot on, and the quality of the ingredients could be tasted in every dish. We had the arancini, perfectly golden and crisp on the outside with a rich, flavorful filling; the jalapeño poppers are fried to perfection; and finally, a New York–style thin and crispy pepperoni pizza that was simply outstanding. This is Italian-American cuisine done exactly right—classic, bold, and full of flavor. The cocktails were another highlight: balanced, creative, and very refreshing. Despite the fact that the restaurant was packed, the service was quick, and the food arrived much faster than we expected. Even the 15–20 minute wait outside felt completely worth it once the food arrived. And then there’s Frankie himself—the heart and soul of the place. He’s everywhere at once: managing the waiting list, arranging and cleaning tables, and at the same time walking between the guests, making sure everyone is happy, asking if everything tastes good, and spreading great energy all around. His presence adds so much warmth and authenticity, making you feel like you’re not just eating at a restaurant, but being hosted by a friend. Highly recommended—we will definitely be back later on in our trip to Sorrento!

Despite the 20-minute wait, the food was excellent! We really enjoyed sitting on the second floor — the atmosphere was great, and the menu had so many options that everyone could find something they liked. As a group with some vegans and vegetarians in Italy, we were pleasantly surprised by the dedicated vegan menu ,they even had a full page just for vegan dishes!

🍕✨ Frankie’s Pizza Bar Sorrento – Brunch & Vegan Vibes with a Twist Stopped by Frankie’s Pizza Bar in Sorrento and left with mixed feelings—but definitely not hungry. The pizza? Absolutely amazing. Crispy crust, bold flavors, and that perfect balance of sauce and cheese that makes you want to order another round. The French fries were just as impressive—golden, crunchy, and seasoned to perfection. A total win. Now, about the fried chicken panini… it missed the mark. Dry, underwhelming, and lacking the punch you’d expect from a place that nails its other dishes. Hopefully just an off day in the kitchen. 🌱 Bonus points for their vegan options and brunch vibe—great for groups with different tastes. Service was friendly, and the atmosphere had that laid-back Sorrento charm. Would I go back? For the pizza and fries—absolutely. Just skipping the panini next time.
Alex&Slavko D — Google review
Frankie‘s was recommended by a couple of sources to us. They are a full menu but their pizza menu goes on for pages. They also have traditional Italian dishes and plenty of beer and wine to go along. Our mushroom artichoke and ham pizza was delicious. We thought we’re gonna take some Home but we need eating the whole thing along with a wonderful Greek salad. The chocolate almond cake for dessert was incredible with a scoop of gelato. The staff was very friendly and spoke by English, even though we could communicate with Italian. All in all a wonderful hole in the wall with indoor outdoor and garden seating.

Great pizza spot in Sorrento! The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is lively and fun. Lines get long after 7PM, so go early or be ready to wait. We tried the most popular pizza, it did not disappoint, along with lemon pepper fries (excellent!) and a fantastic grapefruit soda. Worth the visit!
Travis C — Google review
Loved my experience here! Was definitely the best restaurant I tried in sorrento. The line moves fast, so don’t worry about standing for a long time. Service was a 10/10. Menu was outstanding! The cheesecake alone was the best I’ve had in my entire life. Obviously their food (pizza, pasta , sandwiches) are fantastic too. Many many gluten friendly options. Ambience is soooo cool as well. And the owner is a great guy. GO GO GO

Nestled in the charming coastal town of Agropoli, Heretic Ristorante Braceria is a culinary gem that promises an unforgettable dining experience. This restaurant specializes in grilled meats, showcasing a menu filled with mouthwatering options that highlight the rich flavors of Italian cuisine. The inviting atmosphere makes it perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. With its beautiful location, diners can enjoy their meals while soaking in the picturesque surroundings of this lovely seaside destination.
Absolutely a good place. Our friends, the Di Geneva’s, took us here while visiting. Had great steaks, a variety of beer, and some outstanding appetizers first. We couldn’t believe the service. Smart and sassy too.
Sean M — Google review
We arrived at Heretic Braceria and we instantly fell in love with the place. As a man who loves his medieval history, you enter a space from a different time; you see a throne as soon as you enter, banners from different chivalric orders. The attention to detail was incredible. I'm from Ireland, and I learned that the owner procured some of the suits of armour and implements from Ireland, which is awesome. We ordered the Antipasto Reale, and words can't describe just how amazing the flavours were. I ordered the Scottona and my wife ordered the Maialino ribs. The meat melted in your mouth and the accompanying vegetables were a perfect match. The desserts were works of art, and we didn't take pictures because we dug in as soon as we saw them. I had the pistacchio, and my wife had the white chocolate and almond dessert. Overall, the atmosphere was excellent, the quality is excellent and the prices are honest. Staff were very friendly and engaging, and I have to say thank you to Melissa and Giuseppe for creating such a beautiful memory for us. We will see you again soon.

Incredible food and a very nice atmosphere. Wonderfully little castle built by the owners for the purpose of the restaurant and you feel that when you walk in the garden. Good service and very reasonable prices. If you like meat a easy choice for a wonderful meal.

Very nice restaurant, steaks, burgers and beers. A nice little break from all the pizza and pasta. Friendly staff. Big fire cooked steaks. Whats not to like
Derek F — Google review
We were in the area and came to this place due to their great reviews. I must admit I expected a tacky place with no charme (this Camelot if you are from the UK). But, this venue was lovely, the staff were amazing and were patient with our poor attempt at Italian, the food was brilliant- my best steak in Italy so far! The only thing I would say is arrive early to park just outside of the venue, otherwise it’s a squeeze. But we will certainly come back if in the area, great place! Very welcoming, great food, what more could you want?

I would like to start by mentioning that if you are in the vicinity of this establishment within a 10 kilometer radius, it is highly recommended that you take the opportunity to pay a visit. The cuisine served at this venue is exceptional, comparable to that of a five-star restaurant and prepared by an exceptionally talented chef. The entire staff is incredibly amiable and provides personalized service akin to being part of their own family, even for those who do not speak Italian.
I never leave reviews, but this place was absolutely stunning. On the hunt for an open late nice restaurant on a Sunday, so many places closed or takeaway, this place was open. Kitchen closes at 12. Beautiful view and amazing food. Meat tasted so fresh and in general everything was such good quality.

This restaurant had amazing prices for high end cuts of meat. The meat was perfectly cooked and had a nice presentation on the skillet. I wish we had ordered the platter because it looked impressive at the table Nextdoor. The place has a stunning view and is beautiful. Service was 10/10.

(2.8/5 ⭐️) went to dinner here and was so disappointed! Let me start off by saying we were very excited to try a steakhouse nearby but unfortunately it was such a bad experience. We order their must have pork and fries to start which was dry and bland. We ordered ribs and a steak. The steak was full of fat ! Not enjoyable and The ribs were over cooked and there was a hair in them ! It’s always sooo icky going somewhere where that happens. When we went to tell the waitress (which we pulled to the side didn’t make a scene or anything) she said I’m going to talk to the manager. From there her and her coworkers were just laughing and when the manager came he just gave us our bill. They took off 9€ ? The service during this time was also mid at best. We had to get up and ask for things more than once. Would not recommend.
Michelle — Google review
Atmosphere and service were amazing as the staff were so kind and prompt! Food was pretty good but I also wasn’t able to try the more premium options which I’m sure were great, saw a few come past and they looked delicious. Would recommend driving as walking to this location is not the safest!! Otherwise good experience.

Very nice view. Meat was decent, it wasn’t exceptional but fine. Tasty beer. We got a plate for 2 ppl and a salad and even took some meat home. So you won’t leave the place hungry. The road that leads to the place is very narrow.

A super location with great food, great for us meat eaters with ribs and burgers. The desserts were particularly scrumptious.
Mark S — Google review
I would not suggest this place for the Meat, we chose the Meat platter and roasted potatoes with a nice bottle of wine. The only piece of meat that was edible was the filet. The steak was well done and tougher than a shoe soul. There was also some other type of meat that was not even chewable. The wine on the other hand was a Bolgheri and excellent!

Babette Pub is a renowned establishment in Naples, celebrated for its wide variety of high-quality beers. The pub offers an extensive menu featuring a diverse selection of special artisanal and abbey beers, both on tap and bottled. In 2006, it was honored with the prestigious best pub award of the year. Despite its unassuming exterior, visitors are pleasantly surprised upon entering the pub.
From the outside, this restaurant didn’t look especially promising. However we were very pleasantly surprised when we went inside. We had a nice meal and some good beers for a reasonably price. The server was very helpful and friendly despite the fact that we don’t speak any Italian. Our kids enjoyed playing battleships using the placemats and this kept them occupied throughout. The restaurant was busy but not packed and it had a nice vibrant atmosphere without being too loud. Would recommend to anyone staying in this part of Naples.

Came to this restaurant to take a much needed break from pizza and pasta - was not disappointed with the quality of meat that I had. Every meal that I ordered was delicious and well presented (from the photo, the steak is blue, but they provide a hot plate so you may cook it to your liking - don't worry!) and the staff were attentive and hospitable despite the lack of English speaking staff on the night. This gem of a venue in the middle of an otherwise primarily sleepy residental section of Naples is well worth a visit if you are nearby. It is a combination of typical Italian Coffee Bar in the front, and British-style pub in the back. It also has a lovely beer garden behind where you can enjoy the warm afternoon sun in the summer. During the day you will find people popping in to the front bar and grabbing a quick espresso or aperitivo and disappearing just as quickly - possibly with on-site produced seasonal cakes and deserts in hand. By the evening, the focus shifts to the pub at the back where you will find a pretty young local crowd enjoying pints of beer ranging from generic tap beers like Tennants, through to Belgium craft beers and German Weißbier. The menu is typical pub fare - burgers, chips, steak sandwiches etc, but the proportions are very generous, and it is perfectly cooked and will leave you very satisfied. Perfect accompaniment for a few beers in the evening. If you find yourself in San Giorgio, pop in for a refresher in the day, or a relaxing beer in the evening - well worth it.

This pub boasts a diverse beer selection and a menu featuring delicious yet affordable options, making it an ideal place to gather with friends for a delightful evening.
What an incredible experience! The staff accommodated my being able to watch the USA Olympic finals on an unused TV during one of the biggest Naples FC matches. Really kind & accommodating staff and great vibe!

Great chinghiale and super delicious hamburgers. The place has a classic old inn kind of wooden interior design with antique italian items on the shelves. It has a good collection of beer and hamburgers.

The interior are nice, but the price are too high seen that there is the 10% on the bill for the service

(Translated by Google) Great table with friends! A pleasant evening accompanied by the friendliness of the waiters and excellent dishes! Of all the dishes, the one I liked least was the piadina but if only one person out of 14 is not very satisfied, I can only recommend this place. The beers and advice on how to choose them are also excellent.

(Translated by Google) New experience, very nice and comfortable pub. Medium-high product quality. Too bad about the long wait. The restaurant is located in the characteristic alleys of Angri and for parking it will be necessary to find it on the street. As mentioned, it is a very nice place and above all it offers the possibility of spending an evening in the company of relatives or friends with various types of entertainment depending on the evening that will take place (karaoke, board game theme evenings, or as happened to us "Murder Dinner"), I highly recommend it. (Original) Esperienza nuova, pub molto bello e confortevole.

Opperbacco in Cava De' Tirreni offers a private market tour, lunch or dinner, and a cooking demo. The restaurant is known for its excellent sandwiches and other dishes at normal prices. The staff is friendly, and the ancient portico with tables creates a welcoming atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy a variety of paninis from the menu along with delicious appetizers like pulled pork or pistachio di bronte.
Wow 😮 what can I say… I love a burger and have tried loads of burger restaurants over the years, but this has to be one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! Amazing taste, Loads of choice, and great value. A must visit if you’re in the area.

(Translated by Google) Opperbacco isn't just the name of the place, it's also the first thing you hear after taking a bite of the sandwich. Everything was delicious! The gluten-free option is excellent. Impeccable service, Danilo and Sara truly friendly and helpful. An unforgettable evening. I highly recommend the cacio e pepe potatoes. (Original) Opperbacco non è solo il nome del locale, ma anche la prima esclamazione che ti viene dopo aver dato il primo morso al panino. Tutto buonissimo! Il senza glutine è ottimo.
