Cocktail bar
Night club
If you're in Florence and seeking a cocktail experience that defies the ordinary, look no further than Mad - Souls & Spirits. This intimate bar, characterized by its minimalist decor of red brick walls and simple wooden tables, is helmed by talented mixologists Neri Fantechi and Julian Biondi. They craft innovative cocktails that surprise the palate with unexpected ingredients like carrot jam paired with bourbon.
This is such a fun place! A cozy warm atmosphere, with very friendly and approachable staff, the walls are covered in copper piping for the lights and fun posters and chalk messages. The drinks menu is themed around 90s action movies like Predator and The Expendables, with some really interesting and delicious drinks in there! They go perfectly with the lively Latin music they have at just the right volume in the background (just loud enough to be fun, but not so loud you have to shout to have a conversation!) They make a selection of specialist spirits themselves, which we sampled a few shots of, and I would definitely recommend the Rosemary and Pomegranate if you get the opportunity. Its also surprisingly quiet, at least on the weekdays we went, without the usual tourist crush, which is a welcome change. All in all, very much worth a visit!

Brilliant place for an aperitif / cocktail. Great vibes, delicious drinks and top quality nibbles! Off the beaten track but busy with locals
Patrycja J — Google review
Atmosphere: 7/10 MAD – Souls & Spirits leans casual, with a pub-like vibe. Music volume is right, and the backbar is solid. Seating is focused on tables, with only a few bar stools, making it more of a social hangout than a dedicated cocktail counter space. Drinks: 4/10 Recommendation: – The fantasy-themed menu is creative in design and offers a large selection, but drinks don’t deliver. Flavors aren’t well balanced, glassware is below average, garnishes are absent, and presentation is minimal—only select cocktails get any special treatment. No coasters provided. Service: 7/10 Water is served on arrival. The team is friendly, though professionalism and attentiveness are only average. Reservations aren’t required. Prices are below Florence average, which does make it more accessible.
Anton S — Google review
Very cool vibe, super friendly service. Amazing selection of craft cocktails, snacks including the best olives had brought to the table. Loved our time here!
John W — Google review
I would call it the Neon Bar!! Hip atmosphere created by the dimmed lighting inside and pop of neon signs. Their menu has a wide selection of cocktails you've probably never seen before. Presentation, taste of drinks and service were Amazing!
Fran F — Google review
Could have been perfect if my negroni with Worcester sauce in it didn’t that have that weird after taste. My friends drink were nice though. Overall the place looks nice with a few quirky things around to make it look special. The toothbrushes in the toilet added that special touch! It wasn’t expensive over all and there is definitely a good list of drinks so I would recommend to go there
Corner T — Google review
Witty Bar. Each drink emanating a film. They make their own tinctures and aperitif. They are awesome! The verde was our favorite and the blueberry. They are available to purchase by the bottle. I loved my cocktails. They also have mezcals 🙌🏼 The vibe is dive- grungy but the service is awesome everyone was so nice and they give you American snacks to go with your drinks. Corn Nuts and tortilla chips with salsa. We went twice.
Monica E — Google review
The staff in this bar is really funny. They were singin along to every song and serving up drinks with a big smile all the time. The cocktails were also very tasty and well balanced. The interior is a bit quirky but that makes it all even more fun. A good place to grab som drinks and have a nice time!

Restaurant
Bar
Located in a 1500s palazzo with a 13th-century basement, Locale Firenze offers creative Tuscan dining and inventive cocktails. The ground floor houses the craft cocktail bar, where Alessandro Mengoni's menu features both classic and seasonal concoctions like Radicchio with vodka. For a full dining experience, head to the restaurant on-site, led by chef Simone Caponnetto, offering tasting menus with dishes such as tuna pastrami and goose and cabbage Wellington.
Having been to most of the top-ranked cocktail bars from the World’s 50 Best Bars, the cocktails here didn’t exactly wow me. So why the 5-star? The service and the ambiance. As soon as we sat down, the bartender greeted us and presented us with the menu QR code, water, and the welcome drinks. It was the hospitality that we received (as tourists) that made me want to recommend this place. The music was great, and the atmosphere was vibing.
Cindy W — Google review
We went for opening time at 6pm for some before dinner drinks as we knew we couldn’t reserve. We were first there and of course seated no problem. At this time the service was great! It quickly filled up over the couple of hours we were there. We had cocktails from the menu and asked for some that weren’t on it. All delicious!
Jade A — Google review
If you're in for a cocktail experience, it's the place to go. Awesome service and awesome drinks. The place is really charming. Yes, a little pricey but you won't have the same experience elsewhere.
Sébastien D — Google review
Atmosphere: 10/10 Located not far from the Duomo, Locale Firenze transports you into a palazzo from the 1200s, balancing medieval architecture with modern elegance. The half open-air concept, soaring ceilings, chandeliers, antique furniture, and plenty of greenery make it one of the most dramatic bar spaces in Florence. Music volume is spot on, the backbar is stunning, and seating is ample both at the counter and for groups. Drinks: 8/10 Recommendation: Kenmoonshine Unfortunately, the menu is digital only—which is not ideal. That said, their digital design is at least creative, with ABV indicators and glassware previews. The selection is solid, featuring interesting ingredients and good balance in flavor. Glassware is above average, coasters aren’t used, garnishes are minimal, and presentation is kept basic. Service: 9/10 Water served on arrival, plus complimentary snacks and even a welcome drink. The team is very friendly, professional, and attentive. Reservations aren’t needed for the bar, and prices are above average for Florence.
Anton S — Google review
⭐ Locale Firenze – 2/5 We paid €380 for 2 adults and 2 children, and honestly, we were disappointed. The food wasn’t bad, but it was nowhere near worth that price. The place is beautiful, with an elegant atmosphere clearly designed for a “jet-set” clientele, but the value for money is completely unreasonable. What surprised us most is that no one seemed shocked to charge such an excessive price, and no one offered a children’s menu. We had to find it ourselves through the drink QR code, and luckily we did — otherwise, we would have paid even more. Also, not every dish was successful: the pigeon and the lamb were quite ordinary and served without sides, and the dessert was average at best. The food was fine, but definitely not for this kind of price. The next day, we dined at a Michelin-starred restaurant, Konnubio, paying only €140 for 4 people — and that was a true gastronomic experience, refined and delicious, far beyond our expectations. Here, despite the high bill, we left still feeling hungry, and to top it off, by the end of the evening the music was turned up so loud that we couldn’t even talk to each other. The purpose of this review is to warn other guests and encourage the restaurant team to reflect, because at these prices, you expect much more quality and care. Avoid these kinds of “tourist traps” — I don’t support such practices, and that’s exactly why I’m writing this review.
Beatrice S — Google review
An excellent restaurant. The service was perfect and the food wonderful. Our Sommelier recommended the perfect wine. Our one slight gripe was the volume of the music. We are surprised that this restaurant has not received a star from Michelin.
Gerard O — Google review
The experience of integrating art and food, the restaurant atmosphere is very good and suitable for a romantic dinner, As for the dishes, except for the lamb shank steak which is relatively lean, the other dishes are all good. the service is good. In addition the restaurant's bar was named one of the World's 50 Best Bars for 2022-2024.

Beautiful bar and great DJ with inventive cocktails and amazing light bites! We stopped by here after dinner and had a great night. We started out with tomato and watermelon cocktails and everything was delicious! Would love to come back! :)

Cocktail bar
Nestled discreetly behind an unmarked door, Rasputin is a legendary speakeasy that has captured the hearts of Florentines and visitors alike. This hidden gem exudes the charm of the prohibition era with its low lighting, red velvet decor, and an ambiance steeped in secrecy. To enter this enchanting world, you’ll need to call ahead for directions—an adventure that adds to its allure.
Super cool speakeasy in an underground cellar. This place had the right vibe and played old school jazz music which set the mood. The decor was on point as well. We had two excellent gin cocktails that were packed with flavor and not too sweet. We don't drink whiskey but they said they had over 500 bottles available. Overall, a really cool place for a cocktail.
Jay W — Google review
Atmosphere: 9/10 Hidden behind an unmarked entrance near a lively piazza, Rasputin delivers one of Florence’s most secretive drinking experiences. The vibe is antique and intimate, filled with Rasputin-themed design touches, velvet, and moody lighting. Old jazz and blues play at the right volume, completing the atmosphere. The backbar is beautiful and fitting to the theme. Seating is limited at the bar (just four stools) but there are plenty of group tables. Drinks: 8.5/10 Recommendation: ARP The menu is stylish and well-produced, offering a broad selection of signature cocktails. Flavors are decent and balanced, though not at the very top tier. Unique coasters, above-average glassware, and selective garnishes add refinement, while presentation overall remains straightforward. Service: 8/10 Water is served on arrival. The team is friendly, professional, and attentive. Reservations are recommended given the intimate space. Prices are significantly above Florence average, but in line with its exclusive speakeasy positioning.
Anton S — Google review
Great speakeasy in Florence! Love that it is an unmarked door with a doorbell, with their name small. Makes it more authentic. Cocktails were pricey, but good! For the price, I was hoping for a little more to the drinks, such as maybe a design in the egg white foam, or an edible flower added to the drink. The service was great and the staff were so friendly. They had an extensive whiskey list as well.
Kelli K — Google review
The most expensive cocktails you will have but it will be worth it. Service was beyond excellent, the atmosphere was great. Check it out if you are fine for paying a premium for the experience
Pambos V — Google review
Super dope speakeasy that genuinely makes you feel like you’re in the 1920s. Need to make reservations if you want to come here. Good music, amazing atmosphere, and top tier cocktails. Some of the things on the menu look interesting but a lot of it comes out great. The rules they have definitely make everyone feel safe and I think that’s the great thing about this place.
Jaquez T — Google review
Drinks were unique and appealing for those who are interested in mixology and trying out new cocktails and flavours! The place is very intimate, it’s not your everyday go to bar but definitely worth a try for a cozy night out! Quite pricey though. Staff were also very friendly and knowledgable on the drinks and able to give good recommendations based on your taste.
Zoya A — Google review
An unforgettable experience! The cocktails at Rasputin in Florence were incredibly delicious and creative - each one felt like a little work of art. The mysterious, hidden atmosphere makes it even more exciting and adds a touch of intrigue to the whole evening. A must-visit spot for cocktail lovers!

Step into the enchanting world of Bitter Bar, nestled in the vibrant Sant'Ambrogio quarter. This unique establishment transports you back to the 1920s with its captivating ambiance, where jazz melodies fill the air and avant-garde cocktails take center stage. At Bitter Bar, mixology is elevated to an art form; here, innovative techniques like infusions and smoking are employed to craft drinks that tantalize your taste buds while maintaining a connection to fresh ingredients.
Really cool spot with great cocktails! Bartender was friendly and had good recommendations. We also recieved an assortment of nuts with our drinks. A bit on the pricier side, but I think it’s worth it for the creativity of the cocktails and ambience.
Julie C — Google review
The cocktails were out of this WORLD. 20/10 recommend! The owner was so kind and knowledgeable. He’s basically a chemist of cocktails! We came two nights in a row because of how delicious the drinks were. I’ve never had drinks like these. Perfectly curated and you can feel his passion in them. Go if in Florence!
Rima D — Google review
Going to the Bitter Bar was a major component of what what decided my itinerary in Florence. I am passionate about bitter cocktails and had heard about this bar's near-legendary status among those who crave a crafted cocktail, novel alcoholic delicacies, and the finer side of drinking. If you want to be catered to by the most masterful bartender, spend your evening relaxing in in a 1920s speakeasy atmosphere, and have the absolute best time, you should come to this bar. I felt safe, I felt special, and we wound up closing out the bar at 2:00 a.m! Please do yourself a favor, it is an absolute delight and a truly extraordinary experience.
Jeni M — Google review
Mehran is a very welcoming, professional mixologist - he is a perfectionist and knowledgeable about cocktails. He uses premium liquors for cocktail. If you want something different, some speak-easy vibe, definitely come here and you won’t be disappointed. He will serve you with all the hospitality and give you very different experience.
Dorrit Z — Google review
This is an experience and a half!! Coolest cocktail bar, EVER!!!! Proprietor is delightfully passionate about the crafting of each beverage! So glad we chose it for our birthday celebration.
Anne ( — Google review
This place is extremely misleading. It’s such a beautiful and cool spot, BUT the menu is not good at all. The name of the place is bitter bar however there is not one single amaro on the menu. Everything is whiskey and whiskey base cocktails which is certainly not for everyone. Since they didn’t have any Amaro, I figured I would give one of the cocktails a shot. I could not drink it because it was so strong. Even my husband who likes whiskey did not like it whatsoever. It wasn’t a cocktail drink — it was just straight up whiskey with a hint of cherry. The drinks are also extremely expensive costing us €20 each. I hope this place advances their menu because it is very beautiful inside but looks are definitely deceiving.
Jessica B — Google review
From the moment we went in we felt like we entered another world not just because of the intricate well crafted cocktails and recommended to each one of us taste perfectly, but the owner and his genuine warmth and care was out of this world (very beautiful to see someone work with their chemistry and art in drinks so beautifully) , its so rare these days to find a place like this rich in experience service and company, i recommend 100000% you wont regret it! Thank you so much Mehran you were just perfect i cannot wait to go back! Go here dont even think twice just dress up and have the cocktail of your life!!!
Sala Z — Google review
"Bitter Bar" - should have amaro selection and bitters right? Nope! Extremely overpriced cocktails that were basically undrinkable, no balance, just straight alcohol. The place inside is very nice, but the prices are incredibly high- €20 for a tiny pour of whiskey (not even something rare) is absurd.

Wine bar
Wine store
Le Volpi e l'Uva is a cozy wine bar tucked away in a small piazzetta near the Ponte Vecchio in Florence. It offers an extensive selection of mostly Italian wines by the bottle or glass, with a focus on discovering smaller, lesser-known producers from across the country. The bar also serves gourmet nibbles including toasted crostoni with cheese and truffle-spiked sausage, as well as a variety of high-quality charcuterie and cheeses.
If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! It’s hands down the best bar/restaurant I’ve visited in Italy—maybe even ever. First off, the wine selection is fantastic and reasonably priced. They focus on small, local producers, and every wine they recommended was outstanding. The food is just as impressive. I had the mixed board of local cheeses and cured meats, and the staff explained that the meats come from local farms where the animals are free to roam—not raised in commercial cages. I also tried the open-faced sandwich with smoked burrata and cured meat, and it was equally delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and patient—taking the time to explain each bottle of wine and every dish in detail.
All T — Google review
Visited 3 times, each was fantastic food and wine, love they support small Vineyards, and serve fresh quality delicious bites alongside the wines. Staff is very friendly. Tight seating quarters, but if you enjoy Italian wines, its the best!
Humming B — Google review
Recently I was part of a group of 9 and Ciro was our gracious host for an 8 wine blind tasting apericena experience in the new tasting room. It was spectacular! The new space is gorgeous, the selection of cheeses were heavenly, my partner and I couldn’t even pick a favorite as all 8 were equally delicious. Ciro was a perfect host, clearly a well trained sommelier; but was able to translate his knowledge into an easy to digest format for less experienced wine enthusiast along with weaving in the stories of the producers. Highly recommend!
Brittany ( — Google review
This is my favorite wine bar in Florence by far. I will always make the trip. Reserve a day in advance if you want to sit outside or get seats at the bar walk in if they have them. Ask for a recommendation based on what wine notes you like or to pair with your food. I’ve never been disappointed, in fact my mind has always been blown. Friendliest service, wonderful atmosphere. Also, inside has wifi and AC, which was unexpected and so refreshing on a hot day.

If you love great wines and good food, there is one place you have to try in Firenze. This one The best experience is to sit at the bancone and watch the magic unfold. Passionate owners, the crostone are to die for, everything is absolutely perfect.
Pierre R — Google review
A hidden gem in Florence! Cozy spot with amazing service and a unique selection of Italian white wines you won’t easily find elsewhere. The crostoni and food were delicious. Staff was super friendly. My friend’s family owns a B&B nearby and always recommended it, now that we tried it, he’ll recommend it even more!
Toni R — Google review
Fantastic find near the Ponte Vecchio. It's quiet enough and away from the crowds. They have an updated wine board with their offerings and a knowledgeable staff to recommend them. The food (we got the Italian meat and cheeses combo) was a great addition. Would love to cross the bridge and enjoy more of it anytime.
Dan Y — Google review
We came here to have an afternoon drink and it was a very good choice - a typical italian wone bar, with cheese and charcuterie plates to share. We tried 3 different white wines and the price was quite reasonable! The staff was happy to help us. The italian cheeses we tried were also very good and filled us! Very nice place to go at the end of the afternoon.

Cocktail bar
Manifattura is a sophisticated cocktail bar located in Piazza San Pancrazio 1, offering an exclusive selection of Italian spirits in a vintage-inspired setting. The bar pays homage to Italian culture through its unique cocktail proposals and dedication to showcasing the country's indigenous liquor heritage. The current menu features 16 recipes dedicated to prominent figures in Italian history, each crafted with precision and care by the knowledgeable staff.
The most Italian cocktail experience in Florence. All ingredients of the cocktails are locally sourced, providing the customers with unique drinks and flavors. The ambiance in the bar is very nice and the bar staff is very friendly and assists with useful recommendations. I love tequila and mezcal cocktails which you cannot source locally in Italy. The barkeeper made a good recommendation to match my preferred flavor profile. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
Mark K — Google review
Manifattura showcases Italian spirits with a great concept and an even better show from the bartender. Drinks came with seasoned olives and taralli—a thoughtful touch missing from many other Florence bars. That said, while the house cocktails were tasty, they lacked a real kick. We had to switch to the classics just to taste the liquor. Go for the vibes.
Shaun B — Google review
Finding this place was a happy surprise- we were planning to go to another bar around the corner but it was closed so we wandered and found Manifattura. Lucky us! Our server was very kind and patient- we don't speak Italian- and we really loved the cocktails we ordered. The snacks he brought us were just right as well. Quality ingredients and a fun vibe make this bar one to add to your list!
Kelly G — Google review
Stylish, friendly cocktail bar with Italian spirits only. Great menu of house cocktails riffing off the classics. Young staff that is enthusiastic about what they do.
David L — Google review
Popped in for a cocktail before a concert and everything was incredible from the warm welcome, to sharing the Wi-Fi and QR code for English before I even sat in the chair, to water and snacks while I surveyed the menu. I recommend sitting at the bar so you can enjoy the cocktail maestro as he prepares your delicious cocktail. I will be back!
Amy K — Google review
Manifattura is such a cool spot in Florence. It’s a dark, moody cocktail bar with great music and a stylish vibe that feels both modern and classic. The menu highlights only Italian-made spirits, which makes it a unique place to discover cocktails you won’t find elsewhere. The staff are fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to make recommendations based on your tastes. They also provide guidance in English, and there’s an English menu online, which makes the experience really easy if you’re visiting. Free WiFi is another nice touch. If you’re looking for a cocktail bar that goes beyond the typical tourist experience and want something authentic, atmospheric, and memorable, Manifattura is absolutely worth a stop.

Solid cocktail bar in central Florence. Specializes in Italian spirits so get your Negroni on! Drinks came with good snacks.

Tried 5 drinks, all drinks have Italian spirits only which is really interesting The flavors were not the common super sweet cocktails full of syrup, really intresting flavors some may not like but its definetly interesting, also the vibe is chill really cool.

La Ménagère is a chic bistro located in the heart of Florence, offering a unique blend of dining, shopping, and aesthetic pleasure. Housed in a former hardware store, this whimsical establishment combines a restaurant, café, and flower shop. The space invites visitors to embark on a gastronomical journey while surrounded by beautiful blooms. After undergoing renovations, La Ménagère has become the go-to spot for those seeking an elegant and stylish atmosphere.
We had an amazing dinner at La Ménagère — everything from start to finish was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere is stunning, with a beautifully curated interior that blends elegance and creativity — we especially loved the charming flower shop inside, which added such a unique and romantic touch. It’s the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion, and we left with unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!

Walking into your restaurant was like walking into an enchanted boutique store which served food and drinks and soothed the eyes with the colourful products...the decor was truly exquisite and the high ceilings and archways added so much history to the ambience...The hostess was extremely professional...the Limoncello Gin drink was absolutely fresh!!. Being a vegetarian I enjoyed the sage and asparagus agnolotti...so much flavour!! We also enjoyed the jacket potato and truffle!!The staff was very professional and made our evening memorable ♥️♥️ Thank You🙏🏽

Cute place but I don’t think the food is worth all the hype at all. Local guides were right. Try to get a sit near the piano as it has more natural light coming out of a dome. I had the pancakes with fruits. Make sure you order the syrup on the side coz it’s very sweet. The smoothie was not as tasty I wanted

The restaurant is absolutely stunning—so fancy and beautifully designed, with a great atmosphere that feels high-end but still welcoming. The food was delicious, and I’ll definitely be coming back. It’s not just a place to eat, but also a lovely spot to socialize and gather with friends. You can even buy flowers or candles, or simply enjoy the live piano music, which adds a special touch. Highly recommend!

We came on a cool September night and sat outside while we enjoyed some cocktail. Cool jazz and r&b soul music. The vibe here is impeccable, from the decor to the music to the energy of the space. We ordered the Royal Garibaldi, and it was fresh, crisp, and so balanced. Definitely a step up from your usual spritz, it’s complex and bright, just like the atmosphere. If you’re in Florence and want to soak in an unforgettable evening with great drinks and even better vibes, this is the place. Can’t recommend it enough.

Very attentive personnel. Good quality of the coffee and pancakes. Interior design covered with natural flowers, as there is inside a flower section to buy. Definitely recommend

I visited this place for breakfast. The atmosphere is quite fancy, but pretentious. The coffee was decent, nothing exceptional, and the breakfast itself looked elegant but didn’t stand out in terms of taste or quality. The staff were polite, though not particularly warm, and overall the service felt a bit cold. In general, it wasn’t a bad experience, but nothing memorable either. I don’t think I would choose this place again if I’m back in town.

We visited this place for breakfast. The taste of the dishes was actually very good, but the portions were quite small and not filling at all. On top of that, the staff were rude and unfriendly. Overall, it was a disappointing experience despite the good flavors.

Il Santino is a charming wine bar located in the Oltrarno area of Florence. The cozy, cave-like atmosphere and laid-back energy make it a popular spot for locals and visitors alike. The wine selection is impressive, featuring wines from boutique Italian producers that are constantly rotating. Guests can enjoy freshly cut Tuscan cured meats, cheeses, marinated veggies, and marmalades to pair with their drinks.
Great little spot with wonderful wine and great salami, prosciutto and cheese, along with prepared food like eggplant parm. Nice atmosphere with a mix of tourists and locals wandering in with their dogs for a quick sandwich or glass of wine at the counter. More seating than immediately apparent thanks to a decent sized back room.

Incredible special local FUN lively all the adjectives. Good luck getting a seat at the bar. NOT GOOD FOR BIG GROUPS or if you are in a rush (it took an hr to get the check when it got bussin) but come if you want to experience aperitivo with people who actually live in Florence.

Only came for a glass of wine. Randomly stumbled upon it because the wine window place a few doors down was flooded with other tourists taking selfies. Staff were great and the wine selection was exceptional. They let you take your glass of wine outside and chill in the street without a deposit and it’s just a friendly place.

Really liked this entire vibe. So many folks ordering wine/drinks and just sitting & enjoying on the street. There is a little sitting inside, and we were lucky enough to snag a spot. This is what I’m looking for in a wine bar in Florence! great wine, really good experience.

Most amazing place for a good vino. The staff is amazing and very social. We orderd a few rounds of wine and amazing cheese and meat platter. But with that the staff also is giving you a lot of extras to taste. And they really know about taste… A place i always go back to when in Florence. It’s a small place, so sometimes it’s packed. But don’t worry in summer you can sit in the street to get the Italian feeling ;) Also really worth the money, you pay not that much but get a full experience

Caffè Gilli is a historic café in Florence, founded in 1733 and located near the stunning Piazza del Duomo. The café's Art Nouveau style, frescoed ceilings, wood paneling, arches, and majestic counter create a charming ambiance for visitors. During Carnevale season from January to early March, Caffè Gilli offers fritelle di riso, which are considered some of the best Carnevale treats in Italy.
My mom and I visited Caffè Gilli, and we were truly impressed by both the service and the quality. Our server, Ilaria, was incredibly helpful and professional. We were in a hurry but really wanted to try this place, so after we mentioned that, she did everything she could to make sure our orders were prepared quickly and I could literally see her trying her best!🥹 We ordered Affogato al Caffè, Tiramisù, and Caffè del Padre. While we were ordering, Ilaria kindly informed us that they didn’t have chili pepper that day for the Caffè del Padre. We still wanted to try it, and she immediately offered an alternative by using cocoa powder instead, such a thoughtful and professional solution! All the items were absolutely delicious. The tiramisù was soft, rich, and perfectly balanced, the affogato had the ideal mix of espresso bitterness and creamy sweetness, and the Caffè del Padre was unique and full of flavor even with the cocoa twist. We honestly loved every single bite and sip. We were so glad we came!😊❤️ Even though we only spoke English, Ilaria communicated with us so kindly and warmly. We’d like to give special thanks to Ilaria, and we highly recommend Caffè Gilli to everyone visiting Florence! 🌸

There’s a cover fee of €3 per person, and the caffe is on the pricier side. We were a party of 2. The breakfast was good. My pancakes came covered with melted cheese, which I found to be very different, but I enjoyed them. My husband enjoyed his Eggs Benedict as well. The ambience was great. Tommaso was our waiter and he was good.

I rarely visit the same place twice when travelling — yet in just 2.5 days, we found ourselves at Gilli not once, not twice, but five times! That says it all. We first stopped in for breakfast at the bar and were served by Antonio, who delivered not only delicious coffee but truly outstanding service. Despite the rush of a busy morning, he took the time to chat with us, introduced us to “El Padre,” and even surprised us with a little chocolate treat. His warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home, so we returned that very afternoon for more coffee — and once again, Antonio was just as attentive and friendly. An absolute star! Later that night, we came back for cocktails. Juan Carlos greeted us with the same level of hospitality — engaging conversation, fantastic drink recommendations, and what was genuinely the best Espresso Martini I’ve ever had. Of course, we couldn’t resist returning the next day for breakfast, pastries, and a final coffee before leaving Florence — we kept finding excuses to come back! I cannot recommend Gilli highly enough. Delicious food, fantastic coffee, excellent cocktails — but above all, the exceptional service from the team truly made our experience unforgettable. We will absolutely return the next time we’re in Florence! ✨🍸☕️

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. We were a party of two and everything from start to finish was excellent. The food was delicious, the place was spotless and the service was top-notch. A special shout-out to Noa and Carmelo, who were especially kind and attentive throughout our visit. To top it all off, we were surprised with free sweets at the end, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

Caffe Gilli was on my list before my arrival. I wanted a place with nice view and a bit of Parisian chic and it's the closest to that. I arrived by 9 AM and enjoyed their breakfast. They have good options from eggs to pastry and really good coffee. It was not too crowded and I was lucky to sit near the piazza, it got lore crowded afterwards. The service was nice and pleasant.

Gilli’s Cafe was one of the must visit places on our list while we were in Florence, Italy. Known for their Schiacciata (Italian sponge cake). Elegant yet casual dining. Servers were attentive and accommodating. We also ordered the Chocolate Eclair. But the Schiacciata was definitely a Life Changing experience. It was light and airy with a creamy layer topped with powdered sugar. Amazingly delicious.

Food, service, wine, view, atmosphere… everything just amazing to enjoy one of the best sunsets in Florence. Don’t miss this at least once in a lifetime. And be prepared to spend at least 200 euros per person if you want to enjoy indeed (believe me, it is worth it).

Truly a five star experience in Firenze (Florence). The ambiance is modern yet unobtrusive to the experience. The staff and service is beyond incredible and the sommelier had a truly in-depth knowledge of the wine cellar. The food was on par with any Michelin rated restaurant that I’ve ever been to.

Amazing views and great service but they really need to improve their mocktails list. A place charging this much for drinks should be able to make good non alcoholic drink. Especially since not drinking alcohol is on the rise. We ordered the spaghetti for €26 which was quite expensive but absolutely delicious. The breads provided were also really good. They only however had 3 non alcoholic drinks so the waitress recommended the wellspring which we ordered. That was honestly one of the grossest things we've ever tasted! We would have loved to go back for dinner but again I can't stress enough how gross that drink was. At €20 for non alcoholic drinks they should all be delicious! We still enjoyed our meal overall since the spaghetti was so good but please improve your mocktails for non drinkers!

The food was incredible, the views were beautiful, the service was impecable. The music was terrible, at least while we were there. It felt like a U.S. night club. So that was off putting at lunch time in Florence. However, they still get 5 out of 5 for incredible service and some of the better food we had during our whole stay. We couldn’t get a dinner reservation, as they were booking a week out for that.

Incredible rooftop bar in Florence. We walked in without a reservation, and were immediately seated at the absolute best corner table in the place. You have an amazing view of the river, bridges, and Florence skyline. Service was outstanding, the waitress always came over to check in and refill our wine glasses at just the right time. Drinks are a bit pricey as you would expect, but worth it for the incredible view, service, and ambience
Harry W — Google review
The view from the terrace is superb over Florence, but, on the other hand, the service leaves much to be desired. I ordered 3 cocktails, and in the end, on the bill, they charged me for 4. Luckily, I was inspired to check, and I won't even mention that the order came half an hour after I reminded them of my order, which they had forgotten.

Enoteca Pitti Gola e Cantina is a charming wine bar situated across from Palazzo Pitti, offering an extensive selection of Tuscan wines to accompany regional dishes. The elegant venue features marble and stunning woodwork, creating a sophisticated yet unpretentious atmosphere. The wine list is comprehensive, with a focus on Tuscan and Piedmontese varieties, including sought-after labels and expert recommendations for food pairings.
This was a great wine bar to go to on a warm day. The decent price includes a wine pairing with your set meal. My husband had the truffle meal and I tried the lighter vegetable option. The wines paired were deep and crisp.

Title: Great wine selection, but disappointing service from our server We visited Enoteca Pitti Gola e Cantina because it was recommended by Wine Spectator, and the wine list truly is impressive — an extensive and well-curated selection of Italian wines. We were two couples and went for some wine and light snacks. When we arrived, there wasn’t a table available for four, so we had to sit separately. Once a table behind our friends became available, we asked to move so we could sit closer together, but our server, Noemi, wasn’t very accommodating and seemed somewhat annoyed by the request. We mentioned that we wanted to share a few dishes and asked about portion sizes, but Normi didn’t explain things clearly and wasn’t very friendly. She insisted the plates weren’t meant for sharing, which turned out not to be true. The wine itself was excellent, and the snacks were good — but the overall service from Noemi felt unfriendly and not very customer-oriented. I’d still recommend the place if you’re interested in trying great Italian wines, but be aware that the service experience may not match the quality of the wine.

I am a sommelier and was recommended to go here but 2 other Sommelier friends that I have back home. Plan ahead for this and make a reservation plenty of time in advance. I was very happy to get the last slot on the last day I was in Florence and I booked 2 weeks ahead. The food was fantastic and the service was great. I got the truffle tasting menu and my mom got an a la cart dish. They were so nice and brought my mom a first bite along with mine so she would have something. The wines were expertly paired with every course and my mom got the Sangiovese flight. The veil was a highlight for me and my mom loved her dish as well. The staff knew a lot about the wines that they were pouring and were able to answer all my mom’s questions. The desserts were INCREDIBLE. My mom got tiramisu and I got a ricotta gelato with an olive oil drizzle. At the end I asked them about a bottle I was on the search for and they wrote down a Enoteca that they thought would carry it. I would 100% return and would recommend it to any wine lover looking for a great dinner in Florence.

After seeing the positive reviews online, we made a reservation on their website and came in during lunchtime to do a wine tasting. The staff was very friendly and so knowledgeable about wine. Being from a major food and drinks city (New Orleans, Louisiana USA) I’ll say this is an incredible wine experience in the heart of Firenze. Knowledgeable, patient, and kind staff that over delivers in every aspect. The entire team at Enoteca Pitti Gola e Cantina is first class and the wine list is first rate. Highly recommend this establishment and will certainly be back. Be sure to get some snacks and ask for their wine and local eats recommendations!

fav spot in Firenze for aperitivo! Great service, music and atmosphere. I came alone, sat at the bar and was immediately greeted with a tray of treats! Live music started shortly on the in house piano. Met another girl, also there alone, then assured me of was the spot for going solo without being bothered! Out and indoor tables and friendly staff. Volume in Piazza Santo Spirito is the kind of bar that defines Florence’s cool local scene. We stumbled upon it after dinner and were immediately drawn in by the music and buzzing crowd. Inside, it’s artsy, a little grungy, and very authentic. There’s mismatched furniture, funky art on the walls, and a laid-back staff that makes you feel at home. The cocktail menu is straightforward, with classics and a few creative options – my gin basil smash was fresh and spot on. Prices are very reasonable (€8–€10), and the crowd is mostly locals and art students, which makes for a fun and vibrant atmosphere. The piazza outside is always lively, and it’s a great place to people-watch with a drink in hand. No pretension, no frills – just a genuine, good-vibes bar that feels real. Definitely one of the more unique finds in Florence. If you're tired of fancy spots and just want to chill somewhere that’s full of character, this is your place.

If you are a solo female traveler DO NOT come here. I had a super uncomfortable experience here. I tried to talk to the entirely male staff in English inside the bar by myself and they laughed at me. I tried again to order in Italian and they just refused to take my order. Luckily I was with my boyfriend who was waiting outside but with how uncomfortable and douchey the staff was, we quickly left to no shortage of other kinder bars.

Atmosphere is great but i cannot say the same about service. We waited so much to just to get the menu. Their spritz was good tho very light and tasty. But i think it’s expensive for a spritz. I really liked their antipasti.

Amazing little bar, came here for an aperitif and it was one of our favourite bars in Italy! Great staff and drinks. The snacks were amazing. Watch out for the pigeons (we named them Peter and Paul) we used a straw to bat them away and after that they left us alone haha!

I’ve been going to Volume almost daily for months, and I can say without hesitation that the staff — especially Mike — are some of the kindest, most professional people I’ve encountered in Florence. This review feels wildly out of character with everything I’ve seen. Volume is a creative, lively space — but it’s also a working venue, not an open piano bar. The staff are there to make sure the experience stays enjoyable for everyone, not just one group. I’ve seen Mike handle situations with patience and respect — including ones that could’ve easily escalated. If you’re looking for warmth, culture, and genuinely good people, this is it. One dramatic review doesn’t reflect the reality of this place.

Sophisticated ambience and great food. Having been in Italy for a while it was a much needed variation from pizza and pasta. Still Italian influenced but with other cultural influences and healthy ingredients. Fantastic.

The special cocktails were underwhelming, an experiment gone wrong. They are more show than go, albeit a very good show. Ambience was decent, food was average. Service was top-shelf, but so was the bill. Definitely will avoid this place in the future.

Underwhelming for sure! Reviews did me dirty. Service was good. Food was ehhh, definitely had more option in the review pictures than the menu. Limited options… very limited. Special drinks were not very special, and the bill was more than I spent on any other restaurant here with less than half the food and half the taste.

Cannot fault the cocktails just a shame it is in quite a cold setting which lacks any real character. Would be much better if the setting was quirky and had a bit more about it rather than being a room within a hotel.

From the iconic landmarks like Brunelleschi's Dome to Giotto's Bell Tower and Ponte Vecchio, this exclusive lounge provides an elegant space for enjoying magnificent sunsets and handcrafted cocktails.
An unforgettable Florentine moment at Divina Terrazza! Perched above the rooftops of Florence, the Divina Terrazza is quite literally a slice of heaven. As the sun dipped behind the majestic dome of the Duomo, we sipped on masterfully crafted cocktails and spritz, each one a symphony of flavor and finesse. But what truly made this evening divine was the warm, radiant welcome of Mohammed Ali, the heart and soul of the experience. With elegance, charm, and perfect French, he orchestrated our evening with such grace that we felt like royalty. A true maestro of hospitality! The view, the drinks, the light, the laughter — it all blended into a golden Tuscan dream. Much smaller than the photos make it out to be, and very very expensive! We took a chance without a booking and stayed for 1 drink. €22 per cocktail... it was delicious but by far the most expensive drink of my holiday. View was lovely but not sure it would be worth returning too, there are better rooftop bars in Florence in my opinion. View from the toilet was a bonus!
Helen J — Google review
This is a cute rooftop inside Hotel Continental that is popular during sunset - although you can’t really see much as the bar area is blocking the view. But nonetheless, it provides a romantic atmosphere. The cocktails were extremely pricey when we went in August 2025. I was here the first time in September 2010 and it was so nostalgic that I wanted to revisit the rooftop again. Snacks were provided with your drinks.
Cindy W — Google review
Great view, but the bar clearly shows disparate treatment toward non-Caucasian customers. We were a party of three. When we arrived, several tables had just been vacated. The bar manager claimed they were all reserved and directed us to sit at the countertop instead. However, multiple parties arrived after us—without reservations—and were seated at those same tables. When I confronted the bar supervisor, he said the tables could only accommodate two people. As shown in the photo below, most parties of two were sitting on the same side with an empty chair, making it clear that these tables could easily fit three. His explanation was completely unfounded. After 30 minutes and several confrontations, we were finally seated—at a table identical to the ones given to the other parties. The waitress was nice and the only highlight. I would avoid this bar at all costs.

Nestled within the opulent Four Seasons Hotel in Florence, the Atrium Bar is a hidden gem that transcends mere luxury. This enchanting space, housed in two Renaissance-era buildings and surrounded by the city's largest private garden, invites both hotel guests and locals to indulge in its sophisticated ambiance. As you step through the vibrant purple-flowered foyer adorned with stunning columns and intricate stucco work, you'll find yourself transported into a world of elegance.
The worthy first experience at Four Seasons: not only we experience the discrete and efficient service, we also being able to enjoy a nice bottle of white wine (complimentary pickles not so nice) in a beautiful and comfortable seating and finishing with a cup of coffee. The price is high, but is to balance with the luxury. The main luxury of this place is in fact not inside but outside, where we wandering in their large private park with so nice statues and trees. The park has an access for customers of Four Seasons villas.

Well, unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the actual area of the bar as it was undergoing renovations, but it was a lovely site nevertheless! The service was outstanding, and combined with Italian friendly hospitality, chefs kiss. The drinks were delicious although the size of them was a bit smaller than I would’ve liked. Food? We had a salad and a burger, the burger was fantastic but the salad was really nothing special unfortunately. So that takes 4/5 stars in the food department

The Atrium Bar at the Four Seasons Florence is everything you would expect from one of the most exclusive and beautiful hotels in the city: classic, charming, and intimate, with a truly elegant atmosphere that reflects the historic grandeur of its setting. The bartenders embody what one hopes for in Italy – consummate professionals with warmth, impeccable manners, and a genuine passion for their craft. Service is both attentive and graceful, enhancing the entire experience from start to finish. As anticipated in a venue of this caliber, drinks are priced at the high end (approximately €25 per cocktail), and we initially intended to enjoy just one. But the first was so exceptionally crafted that it turned into four rounds of truly outstanding cocktails. A standout recommendation is the barrel-aged Negroni, easily one of the best we’ve ever had – balanced, deep, and perfectly executed. The Atrium Bar is the ideal place to unwind after a full day in Florence – serene, stylish, and unforgettable. Highly recommended for those seeking a refined end to their evening.

We were at Atrium Bar for tea and had a wonderful, peaceful experience. The space is elegant and calm, with beautiful design and a serene atmosphere inside the Four Seasons Florence. The tea selection was excellent, served with care and accompanied by delicate pastries. It felt luxurious yet welcoming, with attentive and professional service. It’s an ideal spot to take a quiet break from the busy city. While on the expensive side, the experience, setting, and service make it worthwhile. A refined and relaxing afternoon treat.

We had the pleasure of enjoying afternoon tea at the Four Seasons Hotel in Florence; an experience so delightful that we returned the very next day. The setting is breathtaking, the atmosphere refined yet welcoming, and the tea simply the best we’ve ever had. We also enjoyed an Espresso Martini , without a doubt, the finest we’ve ever tasted. A heartfelt thank you to Antonio and the wonderful team at the Atrium Bar for their warm hospitality and impeccable service.

We returned to the Four Seasons Florence after staying here last year, and once again it was a truly unforgettable experience. The Atrium Bar has become our favorite spot in the hotel, and this time we chose it to celebrate our daughter’s freshman year at the NYU Florence campus in Villa la Pietra. We were fortunate to be looked after by Leonardo, whose service was outstanding — gentle, funny, professional, and attentive in every detail. He even surprised our daughter with a thoughtful treat to mark this special milestone, which made the evening all the more memorable. The combination of the refined setting, warm hospitality, and Leonardo’s exceptional service made the Atrium Bar the perfect place to celebrate. We cannot recommend it highly enough, and we look forward to returning again soon.

The hotel and grounds are stunning so I figured it would be a lovely location for high tea. In my opinion it wasn’t the greatest high tea as the desserts and sandwiches were average though the scones impressed. I personally didn’t like the berry tea either. The luxe atmosphere however cannot be faulted

Ditta Artigianale Via dei Neri Specialty Coffee Shop is the newest addition to a group of five locations in Florence, known for its top-quality coffee made from beans sourced globally. The shop also features a pastry and bakery laboratory that produces various types of high-quality bread and modern pastries. Award-winning barista Francesco Sanapo oversees the roasting and brewing of some of the best coffee in Florence at this hip and bustling venue near Santa Croce.
Great food, great coffee, friendly staff. They even have gluten free bread as an option. Loved that they had the option to purchase half of the sandwich I chose (for half the price) as I usually struggle to finish the portions at most places. Did have to wait 10 minutes for a table but it was worth it. Not much more to say other than I would happily return.

Visited Ditta Artigianale, a well-known café in Florence located on Via dei Neri. We chose it for breakfast since it opens quite early, at 07:30, which was perfect before starting our activities. At the time, we had to wait a little and were put on the waiting list, but it was worth it. We ordered a cappuccino and a flat white. The flat white turned out to be one of the best we’ve ever had, while the cappuccino was also excellent. To go along with it, we tried their pastries: a Danish strawberry pastry and a Pistachio croffin. Both were fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delightful. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely a place we’d recommend if you’re looking for high quality coffee and pastries in Florence.

Very cute place and atmosphere, excellent almond cappuccino as well. The croissant was ok, a bit average to be honest- staff were excellent! They don’t allow laptops just in case you want to work there for an hour or two - just FYI

Is a cute small coffee shop at the corner of Florence main objects. It was nice coz they let us to choose the coffee beans. As for the interior, I would advice to have a more comfortable chairs (but it just my opinion) The staff, I believe, is the most that reflects this place, they were super friendly, very informative and polite.

Coffe and pastries are good, but don’t order the Benedict eggs. They are horrible! Hard boiled eggs that are overpriced, very disappointing, plus no sides just the eggs. This was the most horrible breakfast experience, we were looking forward to have the Benedict’s, never thought Italy would have bad food. Our bill was €42… most expensive breakfast without meat.

Tried Ditta Artigianale for the first time on my trip to Florence. No doubt it’s a cute little space with cozy vibes. A lot of options to choose from. I tried their cappuccino and chocolate pistachio bread and it was great. Have you ever seen a seahorse on a cappuccino ? Well if you haven’t then the barista here won’t disappoint at all 😊 I found him really impressive with his skills. Lovely staff and good service !

The Lion's Fountain Irish Pub is a quintessential spot in Florence that captures the essence of an old-school Irish pub. With its lively atmosphere, it attracts a diverse crowd, including young locals and study abroad students eager to unwind after a day of exploring. The pub offers an impressive selection of stouts and ales, complemented by hearty meals that are perfect for sharing with friends.
Good bar during the week, we visited twice on two rainy nights in Florence for a quick drink and a little bite to eat, delicious chicken wings and spicy tacos! Good staff, very friendly. Price is reasonable.
D.C W — Google review
Great little pub with a few tables inside but the majority in the square. This location caters to tourists and spoke English. They served the best Greek Salad that we have had so far. In some ways it almost seemed like it was marinated but it was delicious with olives, fetta, tomatoes, lettuce, with olive oil dressing. The Burger was good. Some of our meals hadn't had a lot of meat and so one of our people needed some protein. The sandwiches were fresh. They have a restroom in the downstairs of the bar for customers, you have to be able to climb stairs to go inside, but they do have a buzzer if a person can't climb and have great setting outdoors under the awnings/tents. The misters help make it comfortable in the July sun.
Kirsten B — Google review
The first impression is a tourist hotspot, but once you get in, the decoration was a nice twist, similar to other European cities I've been to doing the Irish theme. Order the Guinness as it would be rude not to as not a bad pint, reasonable price of €7. Went on a Tuesday, so I had the wing special well worth the moneyband comes out quick. The only downside is the sauce they use it cold, which makes the wings cool down much quicker. Overall, it's worth a visit.
Ethan W — Google review
Do not attend, staff were rude and arrogant. One of them is currently flirting with some girls at the bar, when he should be pouring us the beer we paid for. We ordered a pitcher worth 2.3L of Stella Artois (which supposedly worked out cheaper than 4 ‘pints’) and we recieved no more than 1.8L of beer. We tried to reason with the staff, but they were unfriendly and refused to serve us our beer- IT WAS SIMPLE MATHS. Why have it on the menu if it doesn’t work out better value for money ?? Tunes are STINKY- Mo Bamba by Sheck wes on at the moment; a banger of course, but in a ‘pub’ ??? Let’s not take the piss. Not what you want to be hearing. The Stella tasted off anyway. We were only there, as they seemed to be the only place showing Liverpool v Bournemouth. What a game btw, the prem is BACK. Should I get Ekitike in my FPL?? Anyway, avoid.

Fun pub in the heart of Florence. Chill atmosphere, very “bar food” style but it hits the spot. The crowd is young but still cool. Best part, awesome place to watch sports. We came in for an Alabama SEC football game and they had it up on the TV for us within minutes.

Nestled away from the vibrant nightlife of Florence, Mayday Club offers a unique cocktail experience that feels like stepping into a vintage haven filled with radios and telegraph equipment. This charming spot is perfect for those looking to unwind with locals over expertly crafted drinks and delightful snacks. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it easy to strike up conversations and feel at home among fellow patrons.
Best cocktail experience of my life - Marco is a true master of his craft. The drinks and ingredients he makes are in a class of their own. Not only that, he is a fantastic host. Any questions I had about the bar, the ingredients, or his background, he was happy to answer and delve deep. If you are a bartender, home bartender, or just a fan of great cocktails, Mayday Club is THE must-visit cocktail bar in Florence. I have now been twice in one trip, and anticipate going again before I leave the city. Marco’s bar is a memory that will last a lifetime.

Please come try it, you will not regret it. We have gone to bars of the prestige of Handshake speakeasy and this one is one of the best cocktail bars we have gone to. The owner is amazing and the cocktails are great. I think this is one of the most imaginative and great bars out there, at least the best in Florence.

We didn’t order any food at Mayday, but their cocktails were outstanding, innovative and very delicious. The atmosphere is eclectic and the vibe is warm and relaxed. Our server Debra was kind and so helpful in explaining how some of the drinks are made from specially curated ingredients. Tucked away in a small alley, I highly recommend Mayday as a neat place to have a drink with a few friends as the atmosphere seemed better suited for an intimate gathering and perhaps not a loud group.

This is a MUST if you are in Florence and in search of incredible cocktails. I have been to cocktail bars around the US, Europe, and Asia and this is easily top 3. Marco, the owner the bartender has owned the bar for 25 years and curated the most unique and varied cocktail list. I like light sweeter cocktails and my personal favorites were the Green Power, Special Guest, Il Principe D’India, Il Re De Francia, and Provando Riprovando. Me and my husband came here 2/3 of our nights in Florence because it was so incredible. Truly truly unique and Marco even let us try his own liquor he created in his lab. Cannot recommend enough, such a unique and memorable experience. Loved it all!

Michael, the owner, is the man! We came in looking for a solid cocktail bar and found our go-to any time we’re in town. He is incredibly knowledgeable and Mayday Club’s cocktail list is polished and intriguing. We have yet to find a boring concoction and Michael guided us through all of his homemade mixes and custom creations. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Nice Cosy place, and above all aperol spritz costs exactly the same as it costs in my neighborhoods bar in Athens.Which is strange to me.No comparison between Firenze and the city I live

Staff were friendly, and the restaurant gives off a (false) stylish vibe. I am giving one star because I paid 15€ for this one dish… the milanese with patate fritte. A portion of this size is shocking for such a price, especially in comparison to the size of the pasta dishes that my friends had (which did in fact look good).

Place can be very busy during Saturday nights and summer days especially on the weekends. Best day to go in here is during Thursday and Friday nights. Their cocktails are really good! Also the place is aesthetically pleasing and well designed. They also have music and it's not very loud. Located near Piazza Santa Croce, Red Garter is a renowned American-themed bar and steakhouse that has been serving patrons since 1962. It's a popular spot for expats and American undergrads, offering a diverse menu featuring Florentine steaks, gourmet burgers, TexMex specials, vegetarian dishes, and more. The venue hosts live music, karaoke nights, and screens TV sports for entertainment.
It's the best American bar in Florence. They speak perfect English, have Taco Tuesday, and serve hot wings. There's nothing Italian about it and that's perfectly fine. It's a cool spot to hang out and have a beer. I've been here every time I've been in Florence just for fun.

Stumbled upon this cozy little gem in Florence and couldn’t resist coming back for a second round the very next day. The atmosphere is super chill and welcoming — perfect for a relaxed drink after a day of exploring the city. The chicken wings? Absolutely delicious. Crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor – plus, they won’t break the bank. Great portion size too! Drinks were spot on and fairly priced, which is a rare combo in touristy areas. What really makes this place shine is the staff. Friendly, quick, and always up for a laugh. You feel like a regular the moment you sit down. Went clubbing at Red Garter with my friends in Florence and it was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. The place is divided into two sections: a lively dance floor with commercial music and a karaoke bar — which I personally enjoyed the most. Definitely worth checking out if you want a fun night out in Florence!

Rivoire is an elegant cafe located in Florence, overlooking the Palazzo Vecchio. Established in 1872 by Enrico Rivoire, the official chocolate supplier to the royal family, it quickly gained fame for its exquisite chocolates and traditional Italian cuisine. The cafe has maintained its artisanal production methods over the years, offering a range of delectable treats such as cremini, gianduiotti, and chocolate cream.
I ate here standing up in the beautiful bar area, and if you do that it’s barely more expensive than any other bar in the city. I went for breakfast and liked it so much I returned for a light lunch! Eat the Italian way: small items, beautifully presented. Capuccino with a silver spoon, tramezzini on soft white bread. Fresh orange juice. A Coca Cola in a thick cut glass tumbler served over ice. The attention to detail was wonderful. Breakfast of a cappuccino, a honey croissant and a fresh juice was €8.10!

We have found this place on our first day in Florence, and kept returning on other days too, it was ideal to take a break😅 the pastries are delicious, and eating them inside, standing near a table are around 3€, eating them outside at the terace doubles the price. The coffee was also good☕️ With ordering drinks, beer and nonalcoholic cocktail, they served us free snacks.

Wonderful. They were understaffed but the waiter found us a place to sit and spoke enough English for us to be able to communicate. The food was the best I have had in Italy. I ordered the Beef Filet and my husband ordered the Beef Peppered Stew. We both enjoyed our meals. We had some hot chocolate before hand to warm us up. Mine has whipped cream and his had coffee in it. The price is high. I wouldn’t usually pay 10 Euros for a hot chocolate but we were celebrating our anniversary so it was a splurge. We sat in their outside seating which was heated.

When you sit down outside in the Plaza items are expensive. Go inside and the prices are just like everywhere in Florence for coffee and pastries. I enjoyed my overpriced Limoncello spritz and free nibbles taking in the beautiful plaza. Went inside and had the best cannoli in my life. Not too rich, not too sour. The casing was perfect. The rumpope tasting eclair was phenomenal as well. I want to go back before on the way to the train station to have it again. Quick polite service.

Stylish Stop for a Drink with a View We stopped by for drinks rather than food and grabbed a spot in the very comfortable outdoor seating area overlooking the stunning Palazzo Vecchio. It was raining and the place was understandably in high demand, the staff were doing their absolute best to accommodate everyone with patience and professionalism. I had an espresso martini (€16) and a beer (€9.50)—a little steep, and sadly expected for the location. Service was great, and while we didn’t stay long, it was a lovely spot to pause, sip, and soak up the atmosphere of the square.

Nestled atop the Hotel Medici, View on Art Rooftop Cocktail Bar is a delightful lounge that offers an unforgettable experience in Florence. The atmosphere here is relaxed and inviting, making it an ideal spot to unwind with a refreshing cocktail or indulge in delicious burgers while enjoying panoramic vistas of Florence's charming rooftops.
The best view of the Duomo! Loved it so much we visited twice. Our first visit was on a Thursday just past 4pm and there were plenty of available seats on their terrace. The 2 person tables are closer to the view and were in the sun, while the 4 person tables are just behind the 2 person tables against the wall and were in the shade. We ordered the aperol spritz, violet spritz, and a glass of Merlot. Both spritzes were delicious! They also provided a small bowl of chips, which also tasted really good! Service is slow but we were there to enjoy the Duomo view so were in no rush. Our 2nd visit was on a Friday around 4:30pm. At that point on the terrace, all 2 person tables were taken and only 4 person tables were available. On both days, all good seats were taken by 5pm and you would have to luck out with a group leaving to claim a good seat. So if you want a guaranteed 2 person table by the edge of the terrace I'd recommend arriving before 4pm.

Do not enter this bar. We decided not to stay and procure any drinks or food after a short wait, as we had been seated in the direct sun without any shade. We used the restroom and were stopped on exit. As my partner took this one and only photo, we forced to buy a drink as we had taken this photo it was ‘company policy’.

Only went up for drinks- to be honest I don’t even recall if they had food. Drinks were great but how could they not be with the view which is unbelievable! We went here for my friend’s birthday and we brought a cake with us (asked before if this was possible and they said yes for a fee of 3 euros - which is only fair). I enjoyed the absolutely incredible view of the Duomo, while having the worst cocktail of my entire life. Seriously, avoid the cocktail with Midori in if you go here - it tasted like a child’s fizzy drink. Other than that, good place, if only for the view!

We made a reservation looong time before the date, to enjoy drinks with this amazing view (it was my father birthday, so we wanted to surprise him with something special). We arrived and they gave us the table… on the side of the roof, without the view on the cathedral, which was the whole point of why we made the reservation. The staff was unhelpful. The drinks are expensive and student party level. I have a ridddle for you - what is the cocktail on the picture (I got it in that form)? I would never guess myself. It’s a 14 euro pornstar martini 😆

We visited without a reservation, waited for the employee to guide us. Everyone who came after us had already placed an order and had a drink. We made them wait without placing an order. In the end, I waited for 40 minutes and came out. Then, she asked me to erase all the photos, so I did. Procacci is a historic and refined delicatessen located on the chic Via Tornabuoni in Florence. Established in 1885, it offers a luxurious experience with mahogany and marble interiors. While there is no table service, customers can enjoy small soft sandwiches filled with truffle pate and other options alongside a glass of Franciacorta or Prosecco. The elegant 19th-century salon also features shelves filled with truffle products to take home.
This is our favorite hangout spot in Florence! Ella is an amazing human being! She takes care of everyone with utmost care! If you are in Firenze, this place is a must try! Their black truffle oil and truffle butter is next level! Give it a try!

Unique restaurant with interesting flavors. It was very hard to get a waiter to get a table both inside and outside. Once we snagged a seat inside, it took forever to order. Also, the door would not close, so cold air was constantly blowing on us. The finger sandwiches were delicious and flavors we wouldn't be able to try elsewhere. Wine was good as well. Probably wouldn't recommend unless they were less busy.

Procacci we know for many years. Our special moment for an aperatif. However today , wine ( chianti ) ok , panini tartufati ok , to be honest too much filling like a mousse with very little truffe. Another empire of slowfood that is fallito:-(

We had a midday stop here and had amazing wine, truffle pasta and steak tartare with truffle

Was recommended to visit here for cocktails and snacks by a friend. Had a Michelin dinner a couple hours later so just went with the famous oysters and a glass of white at the recommendation of the waitress. Was just a solo diner with no reservation and they accommodated me outside. Fantastic! Would go again and again!

A must visit in Florence, historical spot for truffle lovers and not only! Amazing wine selection from Antinori and the best wineries, tastiest small panini and a lunch menu that triggers any taste bud. The service is great and the team is top of class!

Nestled in the vibrant Borgo San Frediano, Love Craft is a whiskey lover's paradise that transcends its unassuming dive bar exterior. This unique establishment, owned by Gabriele Guazzini and Manuel Petretto, pays tribute to the legendary horror writer H.P. Lovecraft while showcasing an impressive array of whiskeys from around the globe.
We came here three nights running. A really great bar, with an inventive cocktail menu and super knowledgable and really friendly bartender/owners. Often times in other places the cocktails invented by the bar aren't quiet up to the classics, but every single one we tried here was excellent, with a combination of thought, balance and technique. Their smoked Old Fashioned was really excellent. In the end, we pretty much went through the whole menu. I think we were really lucky to visit in a quiet time in the city. Thanks Manuel!

Absolutely amazing cocktails and ambience. Really friendly bar staff and overall a very enjoyable experience!! Definitely worth crossing the river for. Thank you
Jack R — Google review
This bar has a nice vibe and they were very friendly to us. The price is quite reasonable! Quite difficult to find something similar, specially in a big city like this. Big variety of gins and whiskeys (for who likes it). Although the gins were served all the same, even different types. Still, very good.
Beatriz S — Google review
I stumbled upon this bar as though guided by some eldritch fate, knowing nothing of whisky and yet eager to learn. The staff welcomed me with warmth and patience, introducing me step by step into the arcane world of single malts and bourbons. What followed was nothing short of a revelation: a whisky of remarkable character, its flavors unfolding like some ancient secret whispered in the dark. As if this initiation had not been enough, the master of the place gifted us two beautiful glasses engraved with the bar's own sigil - a gesture as generous as it was unforgettable. The atmosphere itself is steeped in Lovecraftian spirit: shadowed corners, mysterious relics, and music that weaves the perfect soundtrack for strange tales yet to be told. A place both otherworldly and welcoming - for any traveler, whether a seasoned connoisseur or a humble novice, this is where the cult of whisky reveals its mysteries. Thanks 🤟

Such a fun bar to visit during our stay in Florence. The drinks are fun and delicious. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is very chill and the music rocks 🤘🏻. If you’re a whiskey drinker, you need to stop by and check out their selection!

An exquisite selection of finest Cocktails and Whisky. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The music is really good (alt. Rock) and fits the armosphere at a perfect volume. Go there!
Marco K — Google review
The bar offers a nice cosy/rock atmosphere, with good rock music. The staff is very friendly and competent. They know their craft very well and offer good advices on cocktails unknown to the drinker. The cocktails are very good and interesting. Mostly focused around whiskey but you can order any cocktail and they will fix it. They are also very nice to kids. Overall, a super nice place with quality cocktails at a decent price. Strongly recommend ✌🏻

One of the best bars I've been to ever - and it's always been my goal to hunt down the best place for dancing in each city we visit. Music was on point, drinks were delicious and reasonably priced, and our bartender Moses was just the nicest bartender we've ever had the pleasure to meet. He was so helpful and cheerful and even gave us a bunch of recs for our trip to Rome. Thanks for such a lovely night!

Amazing bar, cheap cocktails, and the bartenders knowledge of drinks was insane, he can make anything and make it perfect, this place is a must come!
Lucie E — Google review
Be careful if you are a tourist ! We went to buy a drink in the bar and they asked us to pay 12€!! for 1 gin tonic. I don’t even mention that there was nothing inside- like cucumbers/peppers (for this price heh!) When I asked why gin tonic is more expensive than other cocktails (other cocktails were around 8€), the woman bartender with short hair said in a rude way “Because it’s like that!” I was super shocked. But I was even more shocked when I knew that our local friends bought there the same gin tonic for 5 or 6€ … will never come back there again. An Update after the response of the owner: Unfortunately the gin added to our cocktail was far from being a premium gin. Moreover, when I asked why the gin tonic is more expensive than other cocktails, the bartender could’ve said “because we used the premium gin” instead of saying “because it’s like that”. But no, she couldn’t have said it because she put a basic gin and we saw it . We checked the menu yeah and we saw that the cocktails were 8-9€. Cheers to u too.

Golden View Firenze is a renowned restaurant, cafe, and wine bar that has been serving patrons for twenty years. The establishment offers an elegant space with live jazz music and stunning views across Ponte Vecchio. The venue's panoramic hall provides large windows overlooking the Vasari Corridor, the Uffizi, the Arno river, and the famous bridge.
One of the best restaurants we’ve ever visited. We had the tasting menu and each course was superb in its own right. Unique, delicious foods We added wine to each course, all of which were paired excellently. Waitstaff were attentive without being invasive. They looked after our every need. Very professional. The location is exceptional with views of the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno River.

A place for special occasions, it fully met our expectations. We tried the sea and land menu’s and the quality and quantity were on point. It’s a pricey place but according to what you get and the location. Waiting times between dishes were correct and with kind service. I would have liked more detail in the dish presentations but it was fine anyway. The tables with views to the Ponte Vecchio are very very romantic, we celebrated our engagement there :)

I found Golden View when doing research for our trip to Florence and immediately made a reservation after seeing the views of the iconic Ponte Vecchio (bridge). It far exceeded expectations! My husband and I enjoyed everything we ordered and our server truly spoiled us with knowledge about Italian wines and some extra apps and dessert. I highly recommend the truffle pasta. We were so impressed and enjoyed our visit so much that we went back for our anniversary two nights later to have some champagne and apps before another dinner reservation. You can't go wrong with a meal at Golden View!

📍 Golden View Firenze – Florence, Italy 🇮🇹 A stylish riverside restaurant 🍝🍷 with one of the best views of Ponte Vecchio 🌉, especially at sunset 🌅. The large windows make dining here feel special, overlooking the Arno River 🌊 with a golden glow. Menu highlights include fresh seafood 🦑🐟, pasta 🍝, and fine Tuscan wines 🍷. Prices are higher than average 💶, but the combination of food, atmosphere, and the view makes it worthwhile. Service is attentive 😊 and the vibe is elegant yet relaxed. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a memorable evening in Florence. 🙌

It was worst experience i’ve ever had. After two hours, they was trying to move our away in the middle of meal. While i tried several Michelin 3 starred restaurants, i’ve never heard of that kind of rule. Also, when i gave a feedback that i’d had bad experience tonight, she just turned around, took my table napkin, and hurled it harsh against the wall! Her attitude was not acceptable! You would be deserved better even in a causal restaurant. If you are asians or tourists not speaking italian, please avoid this place. Food is not that great either!

We were looking for a very special occasion on the final night of our holiday, and that is precisely what we got. We were looked after beautifully by Marges and his team. The food and the service were superb, the view was truly golden, just like our experience. If you're looking for something very special, this is the place for you.

Every once in a while you have to splurge on dinner when traveling with your family. A white table cloth, a view, and wait staff can really change the vibe. Here the food, service and extras are all worth the spend. The waiter we had was incredibly personable and helpful with a gluten sensitivity, the food was excellent. Fresh hot gluten free french bread, amazing apps, primi, and secondi, not to mention desserts. I would go back... If you are looking for American sized portions, don't come here. Go get a pizza.

B-Roof is a rooftop restaurant situated atop the Grand Hotel Baglioni, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Florence's historic center. The terrace provides a 360-degree outlook, encompassing iconic landmarks such as the Florence Cathedral and Giotto's Bell Tower. Whether visiting during the day or at night, guests are treated to enchanting vistas that promise an unforgettable experience.
Atmosphere and location: Amazing location, probably one of the best into Firenze, beautiful design and comfortable seats, a little too hot temperature in my opinion, I was sweating (even before the wine). NOTE: Lights were a little too high for the dark views out the big windows, I would’ve appreciate a softer lighting, also a background classic music, which I believe was there but barely high enough to be heard with the full restaurant. Service: Amazing service with a great care and attention to the client, very well trained and very knowledgeable employees. Congrats! NOTE: The restaurant is VERY fine dining, enough for the servers to know exactly what dish each person on the table needs to receive without asking. Tables should be cleaned from crumbs and such each course. Food: High quality ingredients put together in a fabulous way, very well prepared dishes with a great combination of flavor and texture. Compliments to the chef/s! OVERALL: Amazing and definitely recommended. Be aware of costs!! (High, but balanced) The guest service down in the main hall of the hotel and the Maitre/host of the restaurant should have a little better communication. Make a reservation at least a couple days in advance to be sure to have a table with the gorgeous view of the Cathedral. FIVE STARS WELL DESERVED.

We had a great evening at B-Roof. The service was warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. The food menu is on the smaller side, but everything is thoughtfully chosen. We ordered the salami board and it was absolutely delicious, high-quality ingredients, beautifully presented. The atmosphere is elegant and stylish without being pretentious. It has a luxurious feel, but it's relaxed and welcoming at the same time, perfect for a special evening that still feels comfortable. The real highlight, though, is the view. We had a 7:30 PM reservation and were seated at a table facing the Duomo. Watching the sunset from up there was unforgettable. Florence glows in golden light as the sun goes down, and as night falls, the city lights up beautifully. For the experience it offers, great service, quality food, and an unbeatable view, t’s surprisingly well-priced. Definitely worth it. Highly recommended. Just make sure to book in advance if you want that sunset view!

B-Roof is such a great place for occasions. The ambience and interior are so posh. Food prices are decent, I tried the scallops and lamb meat and it was tasty. Recommended for visitors who take lamb meat. Staffs are friendly even for such a posh setting restaurant compared to others. Truly made the whole experience a wonderful one.

Had an early dinner here last September. The crostini misti was amazing — definitely my favorite part of the meal! The steak was okay but not really worth the price. The place itself is cozy with great service and a beautiful view over Florence. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Assassin’s Creed, we probably wouldn’t have visited, but I’m glad we did! Just wish the crostini misti came in bigger portions.

We first sat for drinks outside. The view area was closed but small terrace was open. Service was slow I think for the low season. But dinner was the game changer. Loved everything we ate. Good service. Nice vibe.

Dinner with a view at B-Roof was one to remember. We went with the steak menu, which was really nicely done — great flavours, perfectly cooked, and surprisingly good value for the setting. The view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning — panoramic sights over Florence, including the Duomo. Pair that with the chilled vibe and attentive service, and you've got a spot that's ideal for a relaxed but special evening out. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a memorable meal with a view in the city.

overpriced, hard to get a hold of server, unclear menu options, pricing not listed. paid €14 for a side of fries and a water. Edit: based on recent response, i had roasted potatoes with rosemary on it is a new kind of gaslighting. and since the customer service person claimed i was at a different restaurant here’s the only photo i took that day. it’s Le Murate. I was not given nor did i order a coffee. i had a water and roasted potatoes. the waitress told me nothing on the menu was being served because it was lunch. Doubling down is a wild response. and if you read your other reviews you would see your pricing is not average.

Food was excellent, such a shame that the service was poor and the staff was quite rude. Apparently if you’re a tourist you’re not welcome, they treat different locals from tourists. We wanted to have a local experience, have a live music show eat and drink therefore we got our drinks in plastic cups when everyone was getting their drinks in a proper glass, didn’t allowed us to enjoy the live music event and charge us 30€ for a poor experience. I love Italy, when I come I try to immerse myself in the culture. I was so disappointed, I chose to come here wanting to have something youthful and fun por aperitivo and it turned into a not nice experience.

Whether to just have a drink in the large courtyard or attending a performance, or just checking out the redevelopment work of the old city, it is a great example of urban renewal and fun place to be after visiting 300 churches in town.

Le Murate was a convent, turned prison, turned hipster hub – is one of the most culturally rich sites in Florence. The piazza where previously nuns prayed, today is used by high school students as a place to study. Also here you can meet friends for coffee or a glass of wine; enjoy live jazz, rock or classical music; view art, sculpture or photography exhibitions. There are seminars, workshops and the monthly Human Rights Tuesday Night meetings for public as part of education programs. The renovation of Le Murate is just one example of how architecture is used to help define negotiate its relationship with its past.

I’ve been to nearly 100 craft breweries all over the world, not only is this one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of frequenting it’s also one of only 5 in all of Florence! AMAZING variety of craft beers all from Italy, easily the best (and one of the few) craft breweries I was able to find in Italy. Knowledgeable staff and impeccable vibes, make a point to have a pint (or three) here if you love great beer!

A fabulous little brew pub serving an excellent range of craft beers. Staff were knowledgeable about the hops, and navigated our diabolically bad Italian with aplomb. We enjoyed it so much our pre-dinner drink was joined by an after-dinner dessert beer, as it just happened to be on our route home. For all beer-o-philes and lovers of craft beer, don't miss this one.

You know that feeling when on holiday, sitting down for a beer or two, and quickly realise that the place would be a favourite hangout if it was in your hometown? Excellent cocktails and wine and great Ciccheti! The staff was so welcoming and earn inspite of it being packed. If I lived in Florence this would be my go-to place to hang out with friends after a day at work. The music is peppy & feels like Friday - would totally recommend! Visited at 6:30 PM. While they do not offer a traditional aperitivo, I confirmed with the gentleman at the front that they serve €4.50 economico drinks and 1.50€ crostini. The crostini come in a wide variety of bite-sized options—perfect if you want to create your own DIY-style aperitif experience. Ordering is simple: place your order at the front counter, grab your crostini, and a waiter will bring your drinks to the table. There’s additional seating in the back, where the open doors to the street allow for a lovely breeze and relaxed atmosphere.

September 1,2025 .My partner and I went there to kill some time before dinner and get an aperitivo. We both ordered Aperol spritz. This was the worse Aperol I have ever had ( I am italian)!!!!!! It was literally made of a bit of Aperol and just water and ice. Tasteless! . As you can see from the picture and the colour of the drink, it looks very watery. Very bad experience with Aperol spritz here! I told the bartender ( the tall guy with dark beard/hair) and he did not do anything . I had to CLEARLY ask him to add more Aperol in my drink and he also gave me attitude!! Please do not go there ! Not sure how this place got 4,7 review!!!

Nestled in the heart of Florence, The Old Stove Irish Pub offers a delightful blend of traditional tavern charm and modern vibrancy. With locations in iconic squares like Piazza della Repubblica and Piazza della Signoria, this pub attracts both tourists and exchange students alike, creating a lively atmosphere filled with laughter and camaraderie. Guests can indulge in an array of American comfort food such as burgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches while enjoying a refreshing pint of Guinness or one of their many cocktails.
If you from the US, it's a must-do stop - especially if you are homesick. Great liquor and beer selection, almost anything you want. The music and atmosphere is beyond description, we have to come and experience it. Prices are reasonable. Tucked away a bit, so you don't have to deal with the busy crowd all around the touristy area. Forget the five star hotels and restaurants with the snooty waiters, come here for real people and service. Bathroom is a bit lacking, other than that this is a fantastic place to hang out. Check out their beer cocktail menu. Welcome to American Italy.

Santarosa Bistrot is a unique dining spot located in the space of a historic Florentine nightclub. The restaurant features a relaxed atmosphere with a glass-enclosed interior and outdoor patio seating surrounded by aromatic plants. It has become popular among families in the morning and students and professionals in the evening, resembling a Berlin vibe more than San Frediano. Ideal for both apertivo and brunch, their Sunday Santa Lunch offers a choice of pasta dishes and other culinary delights from their menu.
Delicious unusual healthy food!! The menu is very varied. When we were here there was a large party celebrating a graduates’ accomplishment, so locals love it! We had the special of the day- a delicious blend of eggplant and tomatoes on bread and stuffed zucchini flowers with an elevated pesto? Melt in your mouth. Will return in our 5 days here to eat down the menu!

The F&B is good (not great), but the reason to visit is the vibe of the place. It is set up in a nice park, with very chilled out vibe (music, seating, etc). The service is nice and courteous. I went twice in 2 days, and had a great time on both occasions.

Cozy place with a great atmosphere… really charming! Good drinks and a nice wine list. The food looked great — though we didn’t eat there this time, so that’s still on our list. It was a bit hard to get the staff’s attention at times, even though it wasn’t super busy — but they were friendly overall, and it was a good experience. Definitely recommending the place, and we’d be happy to come back. :-)

We booked here as a first stop, first day nearby our accommodation but there is plenty of space to just rock up. Be warned, it is shut for a little while in August for holidays so glad we caught it when it was open! A little oasis in a park let off the slightly hustlely bustlely streets of the Oltrarno district. Warm welcome and calm atmosphere where you can just sit for a drink if you like. I had a delicious caesar salad, do ask for more dressing if you order as it was slightly on the dry side, and our daughter loved her fresh tomato spaghetti and husband had a substantial club sandwich. Wine was delicious and well recommended. Do stop by Santarosa as its a lovely hidden gem in this area.

The gist: this was top 3 best brunches we’ve had in Florence. My husband got the cheese omelet with mushrooms and potatoes while I (skeptically) got the (€17) club sandwich. Boy o boy was that one GOOD sandwich. It was deliciously slathered in mayo (maybe it was hollandaise?) and the FRIES omg so yum! Slightly crisp on the edges and oh so soft and potato-y on the inside! Not to mention it was quite the generous portion! (Peep the photo for the amount of delicious crisp bacon 🤤) The omelet was also yum as were the potatoes (safe to say they know their ‘taters!) and I wasn’t expecting the mushrooms to also be on the side but it worked! Finally, the Bloody Mary was very good by Italian standards. I asked for it spicier with a salt rim and I even ordered a second (it was a decadent brunch 😅) Oh wait!! We had gotten the Santa Rosina salad to share (cus, veggies) and we were almost too full to eat it but we powered through (LOL) with that second Bloody Mary and my husband’s second glass of orange wine. It, too, was decidedly good! We’ve been here many times over the years and it is continuously improving/evolving. We’ve always enjoyed the food, the wine, and the varied atmospheres. There is the proper restaurant (indoor and out), the more casual bar, and the super chill outside area with cool sitting areas. PS: idk why the video of the whole meal isn’t loading 😭

We had three sandwiches, mozzarella and ham, mozzarella and tomato, and tuna and egg. All were served in a round focaccia bread and highly liked by all of us. The cafe is very cute, with tables inside and outside, in the sun, under the roof, or parasols or trees. The vibe is a relaxed, and not so Italian (but not in any negative sense, just doesn’t feel like your typical Italian bar!) cafe. Service was a bit confusing though, as we ordered our sandwiches, and were then not asked if we wanted to drink anything and nothing was said about the payment and the people behind the bar turned right away to the next customer. I also appreciated their several vegetarian options.

Absolutely fabulous place, a bit off the beaten track and discovered by chance. Clearly a favourite with the locals we went back a second time. Lovely food even though the menu is a little limited. Food is really fabulous and the birra "Regina de la Mare (8%)" is heaven on earth - "drink responsibly" 😂

Beautiful Atmosphere, Deeply Disappointing Service We had just arrived in Florence by train, excited to spend the day exploring the city with our family. After stowing our suitcases, we walked into the luxury shopping district and came across Colle Beretto—a restaurant with a beautiful, enclosed outdoor patio that felt like a hidden gem. It had an elegant vibe that reminded me of Soho, and we were excited to sit down for a relaxing lunch. Unfortunately, our experience took a disappointing turn almost immediately. Although we were seated quickly, we did not feel welcome. We were likely the only tourists in the restaurant at the time, and while other tables seated after us were greeted, served drinks, and brought bread, we sat waiting. After repeatedly trying to get the server’s attention, including my husband having to stand up twice, we were still ignored. We understand that service is often slower and more relaxed—but this was intentional. When we finally placed our order, my husband’s main course never arrived. We waited for nearly two hours without acknowledgment, only to find out later it had been sitting in the kitchen the entire time. My daughter’s simple order of fresh fruit was mishandled too—she was told there was no pineapple, yet when I went to pay the bill at the bar, I saw a whole pineapple sitting on the counter next to me. The one redeeming part of the experience was the woman at the register. I don’t know if she was the owner, but she was incredibly gracious. She seemed genuinely concerned that we had such a negative experience. She found my husband’s food in the kitchen, offered to remake it or pack it up, removed it from the bill, and even offered fresh pastries to our children. Her kindness was appreciated, but it came after what had already been an exhausting and uncomfortable lunch. Colle Beretto is clearly an elevated, locals-driven restaurant with a refined menu and stylish setting. The food and cocktails were thoughtfully crafted. But sadly, the way we were treated made it clear that not all guests are welcomed the same. As visitors, we were made to feel like an inconvenience. Fine dining is about more than just food—it’s about the experience. And unfortunately, this was not the dining experience in Florence we were hoping for.

Colle Bereto is the perfect spot for breakfast! They serve the best coffee with an amazing customer service that makes you feel welcome right away. Fun & Lively. Forget about their overpriced patio "neighbors", this little Irish pub really holds it's own. The surrounding competitors charge twice as much to the unwitting. It's a perfect resting stuff in a nice plaza draft beers and hard cocktails. The food so-so. But the vibe is relaxed casual Irish comfort.

I bumped into this pub and it was a gem! Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. It looks pretty small on the outside and it has a small terras but there is plenty of space inside. You can even play pool if you want. I had a Guinness and then when I wanted to order a Harp the waitress came up with the idee of having a Black & Tan first to have a smooth transition to Harp and this was a great idee. It also had been so long since I had a Black & Tan. The next day I went back because I loved the place during my stay in Florence

Irish themed bar in Florence staffed with Italians, obviously. Neat mix of culture. Service was relaxed. Good beer and whiskey selection. NO coffee. This also means no Irish coffee, because of the NO coffee. Some patron struggled connecting the dots here. Outdoor patio is great but choose the shady side wisely.

It’s a huge pub with lots of beers and drinks. The food is mainly snacks or side dishes for the drinks. The sitting area in the back is huge, but somehow doesnt create this cozy environment, which you have normaly in a pub. With the vaults its more like a brewery in germany.

You would think for a big opening night your sound system would be on fleek. Muffled and low quality! The layout is pretty cool, but thats about it. The DJs didn’t seem to read the crowd very well as people were mainly swaying from side to side like dead zombies. Not tourist friendly. Drinks overpriced. Brought 2 drink tickets - $10 each, I ordered a vodka/soda and a red bull and they took both tickets! So red bulls are $10?! Pick up your game Tenax.

A P — Google review
I came here as a foreigner (Canadian) as a group of 2 men and 2 women. I found this club to be oddly reminiscent of the bars in my small college town in Canada. Nonetheless, it was still culturally fun to see a club in Florence. I’m actually shocked to hear it be reviewed so positively, and described as a night club or dance club. It’s simply a bar with very loud music. Descriptions online also seem to peg it as something special, but I genuinely did not see that. That being said, the crowd was actually generally quite kind, and the bouncer was able to speak in English well enough to communicate where the washroom was. The music choices were up to par as well. Additionally, while €10 for a drink (cocktail) seemed insane, the bartender was putting at least 3-4oz of liquor in them which made the price actually quite good.

Vineria Sonora is a unique wine shop located in a space that has transformed from a butcher shop to a dairy and then to a literary cafe. Now, it offers an extensive list of organic, biodynamic, and artisanal wines from 81 independent winemakers. The collection includes Pet-Nat, sparkling wines, white, orange, rose, red wines, and special ones obtained from dried grapes.
Stopped in for an aperitivo before dinner as this bar was so close to our hotel. We ended up going three times as everyone was so welcoming. Lovely people running the show with a friendly welcome. The lady who served us recommended a super red with a very interesting flavour. The shop itself was stocked full of bottles of the most interestingly coloured wine. The food at the counter looked really good. On our last night we ordered food we had the hummus, ravioli and crostini with onion. All the food was delicious and well portioned. The ravioli was so well done a simple dish but so tasty. Go visit if you are in the area.

Cool wine bar with an extensive menu of wines from all over! Service was quite helpful when trying to choose what wine to order. Only reason I deducted 1 star was because the price of the platter does not resonate with what is given. 40euro for a board with 4 bruschetta, some veggies in olive oil and some small slices of cheese was quite unreasonable

Would avoid coming here alone. Nice wine bar with good selection of wine. I love natural wine, that’s why I came here, but unfortunately I felt really ignored because I came on my own. I was placed at the corner. No one asked me if I wanted another drink, they were busy with other customers, so they didn’t have time for a single person I guess. The waiter only gave me attention until a guy at the next table noticed that I tried to get their attention many times, so he was very kind to ask for the service on my behalf.

Great bar with superb drinks! This isn't a place to go to if you dont have time to sit down for long. The man who works at this bar takes long time to prepare the drinks. We visited Divina Terrazza Rooftop Bar and really enjoyed the experience. The view over Florence is stunning, especially at sunset you can see the Duomo and the rooftops of the city. The cocktails were well made and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was relaxed and elegant, with good music and attentive staff. Prices are ok, but it’s worth it for the location and the view. We recommend it if you want to enjoy a nice drink with one of the best views in Florence

We enjoyed the views here, it’s a great place to enjoy the sunset and views of Santa Maria del Fiore and of the city from above. We didn’t have food but we were offered some snacks. We had a few cocktails and they were good, a bit expensive, the service was slow at times and it does get full, they had move some tables around to squeeze in some more people, the bar isn’t that big. There’s one corner/side with the perfect view of the duomo where you can get really good photos so if you sit in that spot be prepared to have people standing right in front of you taking photos. We didn’t mind however the space could be a bit bigger.

Bridge
Sights & Landmarks
Landmark
Ponte Vecchio is a charming medieval bridge with a rich history dating back to Roman times. It is renowned for its unique shops selling jewelry and souvenirs. On the northern side of the river, visitors can explore major Florence attractions such as the Duomo, Giotto's Bell Tower, Piazza della Signoria, Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, and more. The bridge has endured significant events throughout history including reconstruction after a devastating flood and surviving World War II.
The Ponte Vecchio is more than just a bridge; it's a living legend and a must-see landmark of Florence. On both sides of the bridge, tiny houses cluster together, essentially shops overhanging the river. This creates the atmosphere of a medieval quarter that has miraculously survived to this day. Now, as many centuries ago, the bridge is primarily occupied by jewelry shops. The display cases, adorned with gold and precious stones, glitter even in the shadow of the bridge. Stopping by these display cases is a must, and they add a special touch of luxury to the bridge. The most impressive moments are the views from the gaps between the shops. The walk out onto the central section, overlooking the Arno River and the other Florentine bridges, is absolutely mesmerizing. It's the perfect vantage point to soak up the city. The bridge, which survived World War II (it was the only bridge in the city that remained intact), is steeped in history. A stroll along it is a step back in time, to the era of the Medici, who ordered the Vasari Corridor built over the shops to ensure safe passage between the Palazzo Vecchio and the Palazzo Pitti. The Ponte Vecchio is a must-see. It's beautiful both from afar (especially at sunset) and up close, where you can immerse yourself in its bustling, historic atmosphere.
Witold D — Google review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful and iconic! The bridge is full of charm, lined with jewelry shops and great photo spots along the Arno River. A must-visit in Florence, especially at sunset!
Theeraphat P — Google review
It's iconic, isn't it? Imagine, a smaller version of the medieval London bridge, with buildings along both sides. It is a focal point for tourists so you'll have to weave your way through. I'm not keen that every shop is a jewellers. For my taste, it's a little commercial/tacky, though some people may Iike it.
Paddy W — Google review
Always hard to take on board you’re inside an icon, much like the Eiffel Tower or Statue of Liberty. The Ponte Vecchio is curious, interesting, and over a little too quickly. Really, its iconic nature is best taken in from a distance, to appreciate the gothic overcrowding of buildings onto a bridge, and its famous arches. The view from Piazzella Michelangelo as it lines up with the other bridges, at sunset, in silhouette, is a must-see. Ridiculously busy in summer, you’re best off getting there very early, or maybe appreciating it later on at night. Or a different time of year, Autumn is a good choice.
Gordon D — Google review
Honestly the bridge itself isn't that spectacular. You'll only find goldsmith's shops (as per law) so it's more of the same... The bridge is beautiful to see from afar from any side of the road along the river.
Sidónio S — Google review
I am SO glad we waited until tourist season died down a little. There were still many people here, on the Ponte Vecchio and throughout the city, but it was manageable. As usual, Florence is magnificent and the Vecchio summarizes the surrounding beauty with a single effort. Beautiful!
Edward I — Google review
Much nicer at night and early morning and from Bridges a bit away. During the day a bit of a crowded tourist trap. To be honest I didn't spend a lot of time there, your experience may vary. lol
AMI I — Google review
Tough, huh? I want to rate the bridge, not the shoulder-to-shoulder pilgrimage of humanity crawling across it. I want to see the Basilica. I want to see the art, the monuments, the history that’s supposed to make Florence timeless. But every step is stonewalled by a tsunami of tourists and jewelry shops gleaming like a parody of the Renaissance. I was one of the tourists… The bridge itself? Magnificent. well built, perfectly aged, a testament to true craftsmanship that’s survived floods and centuries. But now it’s burdened by the weight of gold, humanity, and a material driven generation. … maybe its always been…? The Ponte Vecchio deserves five stars. The experience of crossing it? Two, and that’s being generous.

Caffe Concerto Paszkowski is a historic and ornately decorated café located in Florence, Italy. Originally opened as Caffe Centrale in 1846, it was later acquired by Paszkowski & C. in 1903 and transformed into a cafe-concert. The café has been known for enlivening evenings with live music and signature drinks while preserving its old-time charm.
Paszkowski Café (pronounced Pash-KOFF-skee) - A Polish Central European oasis in scorching heat of beautiful Florence ! We visited Paszkowski on a blistering Sunday afternoon with our family during la pausa, and this place truly saved our day. Tucked into Piazza della Repubblica, the terrace is cooled by what looked like fine “misting sprinklers” — a blessing under the Tuscan sun. Inside, the interiors are a striking mix of Polish‑Austrian / Central European elegance: wood‑panelled walls, crystal chandeliers, mosaic floors - think the grand cafés of Vienna, Cracow, Warsaw or Prague, transported into Florence. Service was warm and polished. The manager greeted us with humor, interest in our origins, and genuine care throughout our stay. Highlights from the PSK signature menu? Their bubble‑tea twist felt refreshingly light, and the signature cake—a billowy, Central‑European‑style delight—was perfect. The coffee, too, carried that rich Polish‑Austrian sensibility: full‑bodied, smooth, slightly sweet, and utterly comforting. But what really makes Paszkowski iconic is its history and atmosphere. Founded in 1846 as Caffè Centrale, it became Polish‑run in 1903 when Karol (Carlo) Paszkowski - an enterprising Polish brewer and, later, Honorary Polish Consul in Florence - took over. He transformed it into a Viennese‑style brewery and concert café. Since then, Paszkowski has been a beloved meeting place for Florentine intellectuals and European literati - from Italian greats like Giovanni Papini, Ardengo Soffici, Gabriele D’Annunzio, Władysław Reymont, Stefan Żeromski, Eugenio Montale, Umberto Saba, Vasco Pratolini and Leopold Staff are often mentioned as part of that broader Central‑European café milieu, which Paszkowski beautifully embodies. It’s a place where Polishness quietly but proudly lives within the interior architecture, coffee and convivial conversational style - part of an esteemed Central European café tradition of intellectual gatherings, mid‑afternoon coffees and layered cakes. Today, Paszkowski stands alongside Café Florian in Venice or Cafe Greco in Rome — equally steeped in art, politics, literature and music. It’s not just a beautiful stop for a break - it’s a living, breathing cultural institution. Highly recommend for anyone looking for history, good taste, and that slightly refined, unforced Central‑European charm.

Great experience for a lunch. Pizza and salads are unique, fresh, and you must try their homemade ice tea! Waiters Ardit and Gigi were very hospitable and fun to have while we stayed. Would come back again and again. The view was great in the square
Monica S — Google review
I was recommended this cafe by The Tour Guide channel. Overall I found it to be average. The coffee was fine, nothing special. I enjoyed the small snacks provided upon sitting. The biggest problem was the service which was a total mess. Inside we tried to order drinks and cakes and were told to go outside. Outside we waited for a seat and nobody came. Eventually we sat and tried to wave down a waiter and multiple times we were told that the waiter would serve us eventually. Finally they came and took the order and to almost no surprise; they brought us the wrong drinks. This was just a case of poor service and we felt like we were passed from person to person.

Pleasant experience with live music during dinner time, opens till late. The food was ok, beautifully prepared and presented. Gnocchi’s highly recommended, the baked salmon’s also quite tasty. Dessert’s not too impressive but ok.

By far the best croissants/cornetto in Florence! The chocolate cream was rich and generous. The skin of the croissants were flaky and the inside soft and buttery. Go to caffe Gilli beside for cappuccino though - tried the coffee here twice and while it’s decent, it lacks the crema so desired in a cuppa.
Jed L — Google review
Beautiful place in the center of Florence. However, the staff were quite arrogant (except for one gentleman) and seemed uninterested in the guests. Despite there being only a few tables and plenty of staff, we constantly had to ask for someone to come to our table (for example, when our glasses were empty, etc.). At these prices, the service should be impeccable. It seemed that the staff only paid attention to people they already knew or regular customers.

We had a wonderful experience at Caffè Paszkowski. The atmosphere blends historic charm with a touch of elegance, perfect for relaxing in the heart of Florence. The coffee and pastries were good, especially the tiramisu. Service was attentive. It’s clear why locals and visitors alike come here. A great spot for people-watching, sipping something delicious, and enjoying the Florentine.

Last year, I had the best cornettoes in Italy and an incredible cup of espresso here in a heritage worthy cafe that was 100+ years old. This year they didn't even open early, it had a completely different, more touristy, glitz and glam kind of vibe. Looks more like a fancy brunch kind of place and they ran out of cornertoes. Disappointed.

La Terrazza is a rooftop destination located in various spots across Florence, offering stunning panoramic views of the city. Whether it's situated on the 5th floor of La Rinascente department store or at the medieval Consorti tower at Hotel Continentale, this low-key space provides an ideal setting to enjoy traditional bites and cocktails. The menu features a light selection of pasta dishes, salads, sandwiches, and seasonal goods.
We really loved La Terrazza! We stumbled across this gem on our last day in Florence and we're so happy we did! We had great service, the food was good, a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The views from the terrace were fantastic! Great place to have a meal and a couple cocktails, especially during the holidays. we didn't have a long wait to get a table, our server was exceptional, friendly and very attentive. The Tiramisu was phenomenal! It was a nice atmosphere, not too loud or overcrowded. My only complaint is that I didn't discover it sooner. I would definitely recommend La Terrazza!
Rob V — Google review
We didn't try the food. It's true it's expensive, but we stopped for a drink and it was dreamy. It's worth paying extra because the views are amazing. You can also ask them to come just yo have a look, saw a couple of people just wandering, taking a couple of pictures and leaving. There's only one side of the terrace that faces the cathedral, so if you book ahead, ask for tables on that side. We were lucky, they put us on the other side but there was one free table there and they said it was ok to mover there when we asked. If you have good weather, I think stopping here yo relax a bit with these views it's such a nice luxury I'd do it again.
Nuria Y — Google review
The coffee was over priced at €3. Plus 10% to have the view. The waitress was aggressive and dismissive, as if she didn’t want anyone here. The terrace was practically empty so it’s not like a ‘busy work day’ was stressing her out.
David P — Google review
Nice spot for a cold drink with the fantastic red brick rooftop views over Florence. One of the best spots to take a break and enjoy the view. Nice drinks and free nibbles. Definitely on the expensive side but the view justifies the premium in my opinion.

Definitely a hidden gem that was recommended to us by our walking tour guide. Amazing views of the city and the Cathedral. Find it and have a drink - take in the views.

The view is amazing! However, service is slow and if it’s too windy they close the umbrellas abs you have to sit under the burning sun… The deserts were quite decent!

Popped in for a drink before dinner and lucked out with a table. Small rooftop patio and beautiful views. Great views of the city, good drinks, and convenient location. Friendly staff. They have several local Tuscan variations of the your favorite cocktails - the Negroni was pretty good.
Nathan L — Google review
View was great! I went just for a drink. Jack my waiter was very nice and fast. I saw him running up and down the stairs working hard so we can have a great rooftop view of the city. Then I met Sam, the bartender, who was very friendly and answered some of my tourist questions. I would return just because of Sam and Jack. Great service.

Cafe
Cafe degli Artigiani is a cozy and intimate cafe located in the artisanal Oltrarno neighborhood of Florence. It offers a bohemian atmosphere and serves a variety of food and drinks, including wraps, carpaccio, homemade desserts, coffee, wine, prosecco, snacks, and spritz. The cafe is situated in a beautiful piazza near Palazzo Pitti, making it perfect for people-watching while enjoying your drink or snack.
Lovely coffee and very reasonable prices. Cut little cafe and friendly staff
Bekah M — Google review
I have been living in the neighborhood for one year, though just recently began to frequent this cafe as the alley is quaint. A brusk temper is one thing but as a single woman, when a man outrightly is hateful and dismissive and giving me a nasty, growling look when he does not understand my Italian, I actually felt very upset and unsettled for a while after. He threw up his hands and stormed out of the room when I asked (politely) if I could have some ice. His colleague took over. Once I sipped the coffee enough, I asked for some more ice. On hot days, call me CRAZY but I want ice in my drinks. He put 2 ice cubes in (the coffee was still warm). I motioned him to put a few more and he gave me attitude. I was already upset after my interaction with the thin, tall man with short grey hair. This was not the first time he has been hard edged to me but it crossed the line into a low key, emotionally abusive outburst. I think it's inappropriate to use single, petite females as emotional punching bags as an easy target for releasing pent up pressure because you are fed up with foreigners or whatever your life baggage or current hardship is. The owners and I certainly hope he is not the owner, need to fix this. My sense is if I came in accompanied with a man rather than as a single, gentle, polite female, that behavior would not have crossed the counter.

I have come here at least a couple nights a week during my time in Florence. They have limoncello slushies that are to die for (and incredibly strong). Also, $3.50 very generous glasses of Prosecco, and chocolate cake that ends any night out well.

Cold ac, amazing cookies, and a wonderful iced mint drink at only almost 3 euros. Very small shop, fits a handful of people inside, but has outside tables and chairs. The square cookie has a soft chocolate filling and the cookie is very almond-y and crumbles/melts in your mouth. One of the girls took my order in English so that was handy. They close late and are next door to yummy gelato!

Great value spritz and the food was lovely for a light meal. The staff were a little cold as we brought drinks from the bar across the way not knowing the seating was there but we then spent the evening ordering drinks from the right spot! (still didn’t really warm up to us after our mistake) - great atmosphere and full of locals
Gavin L — Google review
Small coffee shop with cozy decor and good music. Staff spoke English and were very friendly. We had a few desserts, cappuccino and late. Both coffee and dessers were really good. At first coffee shop appears tiny with no space to sit, however, there is a doorway around the counter that leads to a larger room with tables. On the other side of the room, there is a staircase that leads upstairs, where they have more sitting space.

With panoramic views of Florence's cityscape, it provides a romantic setting for both afternoon drinks and moonlight dinners. Absolutely fantastic!! I would recommend booking this roof bar for anyone visiting Firenze! It was incredible- the drinks, the food, the service and the views. We had a brilliant time. Got given some fizz whilst waiting for our table. I got a little birthday treat too. Honestly one of the best bars I've visited. Would definitely recommend booking.

We booked a table here a few weeks in advance as I’d heard it gets busy - and what a gem of a place! The cocktails are outstanding, the service smooth, quick, and efficient, and the staff incredibly friendly. The setting and view give the whole place a great vibe. We booked for 7pm hoping to catch the sunset from the balcony, though it was cloudy on the night. Hopefully next time the skies will be clear, as it would make the experience even more special. Highly recommend!

The service was unlike any other and I could not stop smiling. The view is amazing and the drinks go down super easy they were so delicious! I will 100% be coming back here next time I’m in Florence and recommend it to all my friends! Thank you Loggia for such a wonderful evening!

Great bar with outstanding rooftop views. We came for a sunset drink before our dinner reservation and had good service and cocktails. Not a great selection of tequilas but my husband thoroughly enjoyed his Negroni and espresso martini.

Was looking for a late afternoon drink and appetizer, this place delivered. It has incredible views and such a relaxing atmosphere. The drinks are 15-16 euros, but very well made and it’s worth the experience. We got the chickpea patty with burrata cheese, avocado, and pickled veggies - very good! Highly recommend. We didn’t have a reservation and walked in at 4:30 on a Wednesday afternoon.

This is my favorite rooftop in Firenze. Stunning views, beautiful breeze, delicious food, incredible staff, and perfect volume on the music. Enoteca Bellini is a cozy wine bar located on Via della Spada, opened by Camilla Bellini in 2015. The bar offers a relaxing atmosphere and a carefully selected wine list. It has become popular among young locals and visitors alike, known for its excellent choice of wines and creative snacks such as crostini with quality toppings sourced from across Italy. The bar's unique selection of wines includes many options available by the glass.
Fantastic small enoteca in the heart of Florence. Staff is extraordinarily kind and helpful. Very thoughtfully curated wine list and small plate menu. Interesting selection of wines by the glass and fantastic selection of bottles that can be purchased to drink at the enoteca or taken away. A perfect place for an apertivo, but please know that it does get quite busy. They do take reservations though, which is nice. We went back a few times over the course of our time in Florence and will certainly be back. (Grazie mille Lara, especially!)

Two really nice guys working. Very helpful with wine choices. Best service we’ve had in a wine bar. Really made you feel welcome even as a tourist. Very cool vibes. Say inside the first night. Then say outside the next night. Would have gone back if we stayed longer. Cannot find any fault. Favourite bat in Florence. 🍷

Only in Florence for three nights and we've gone here twice! Enoteca Bellini offers an intimate environment with a beautiful wine list and great aperitivo options. The staff is welcoming and lively, helping create a warm environment for both Florentines and visitors/non-Italian speakers alike. Thank you to all the staff who let us try extra wine and took the time to help us understand wine varietals we were unfamiliar with! This place is a must visit!

Probably the best - or at least the most popular- wine bar in Florence. We went early one evening as passing the night before when incredibly busy so we could get one of the few tables inside. Super friendly staff and good selection of wines by the glass. We had a couple of Proseccos which were nice. I think around €8 per glass but generous pours. Gets very busy around 8pm with the locals and most people stand outside with their wines and cigarettes!

Bamboo Lounge & Club has been a popular spot since its establishment in 2006. It's known for its aperitivo and for drawing in a diverse crowd from 10pm onwards, offering free entry and playing music from various genres. The club hosts a lively Hip Hop night that attracts enthusiastic dancers. Frequented by study abroad students and local partygoers, it represents the vibrant nightlife of the city center.
It's a pretty good club but honestly could be better without that weak ass €10 euro cover fee
Julia S — Google review
Worst place I ever visit! Bad music and the worst service, for being a tourist they said that it was € 10 and they charged € 15 and they wanted to charge € 100 for the VIP area, where everyone, except tourists, came in. Empty space on a Friday night.
Vasco F — Google review
Music was decent. The bartenders are literally scam artists though. They run up the price of drinks and if you order more than 3, sometimes they will try to give you 2 in an attempt to swindle you out of some money. There is a €10 cover fee for guys, and the club was decently busy, but there wasn’t a whole lot of value from it. Honestly, I’d recommend going somewhere else if you want a night out in Florence. All 5 of my friends left with a horrible story or two to tell about this place.
Trevor — Google review
The guy with a mustache at the front was super annoying and arrogant. The club kinda sucked. All guys yet they wouldn’t let girls in. I wouldn’t recommend since it was a club full of guys and who cares to get in for a few. Not worth it. Wouldn’t try again. Guy with a mustache was super rude.

This is the kind of night club where, whithout prior notice, they don't let smokers go back in after they went out for a few minutes. A friend had to threaten to call the police, to be able to go back inside so she could take her bag. Avoid to deal with them for group parties, as our experience shows they do not respect their contract.
