Hand pies and the lemon raspberry pie were great! However, the Caesar salads that we got to go were much smaller than we anticipated for how expensive they were. Pretty much a side salad size for $10 each.

Best was the guava cider,(wish it had more of a guava taste). Everything else was ok. Nice family atmosphere.

This place was very cute and the staff was welcoming. We got pie here twice during our stay in Trinidad. We had the apple, cherry, chocolate silk and lemon raspberry. The second time, we tried the banana and the peanut butter fudge. All were VERY good.

This was my third time here and having tried several of the pot pies and dessert pies I can confidently say this place has some of the best food in town my personal favorite is the lemon raspberry pie as the flavors blend wonderfully and the raspberry seeds add that extra bit you didn't know you needed

The best pumpkin pie and chicken pot pie that I've ever had! We also enjoyed the cottage pie and the chicken bacon cesar hand pie.

Wow...a great find as we motorcycled through the area. We enjoyed a great mid-morning snack with hot tea. The menu was very impressive. Staff members were helpful. We'll be back the next time we're passin' thru!

Still thinking about the extra delicious herb & cheese omelette I had at Cafe Brio! Not only was it cooked to perfection.. but the eggs themselves were so flavorful. In fact, everything at Brio is flavorful .. and FRESH! The sourdough toast was amazing, too. Trying to figure out how many more times we can go to Brio before we have to return home. Highly recommend!

Cute café in a nice downtown area! House coffee is smooth. Great selection of items! The hardest thing was deciding between a galette and tart at this visit 😄

It's delicious here, trust me! The tomato soup is one of the most original and delicious I've had in California. The croissants are fresh and crisp, the cappuccino is great! 👍

Stopped to have breakfast before the Saturday farmers market and it was absolutely delicious. Add a side salad to your meal, you won’t be disappointed.

Quite disappointing. Most of the pastries were over baked or flavorless and the coffee was just okay. The tofu dish was really good but so pricey. I think I’ll come back again for a baked good or too (don’t ask them to heat it up, it’ll be burnt) but probably not for breakfast again.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to make recommendations or answer any questions you may have. I have visited Café Brio multiple times and have never been disappointed. If you have a tooth or just appreciate good quality baked goods, I highly recommend giving Café Brio a try. You won't be disappointed!

If you're visiting Eureka/Arcata you have to stop by Los Bagels for breaky. Great selections of bagels and toppings, pastries, coffees, and other items to start your day. I especially love their salty side topping. I managed to stop by, both directions on my trip along the coast and will next time too!

Love this place! Fresh food, awesome area and super cool vibe ☮️ The street picture is no longer accurate of the layout. They have converted the left side parking lot into outdoor seating. This really makes for an inviting place to chill if you are not sitting in the equally as inviting inside. Grabbed an everything bagel with creme cheese. Everything was fresh, simple and spectacular! For sure check this place out during a morning grind session. You'll love everything about it especially the staff.

Enjoying my cherry empanada and a great cup, traveling from MS Gulf Coast, so I was happy to find this great place - outside seating for introverts, and the food is EXCELLENT as well.

The day I went was a weekday and the wait was quite long. The bagels were just okay, the coffee was also just okay. I think you could get the same quality with store bought bagels honestly. They didn't explain the menu the best and seemed more annoyed because we had questions, but we had never been before so we didn't know how everything worked when ordering. We also had a larger group which made it a little difficult. I would try again next time we visit, but our experience wasn't the best.

We did not stumble across this place by accident. A friend knew we were going up north and asked if it was not too far out of the way if we could pick up some of the mustard sauce this place is locally known for. Since it was about lunch time anyway we decided to eat here. Staff was friendly the food was amazing and the vibe was chill. They also carried my new favorite caned drink Armless Palmer and Reed’s “strongest” which I had never seen before and very excited to try. Back to the food, they didn’t it hold back on the fixings of the Izzy’s Guac & Lox. I will definitely need to thank my friend for the stop.

One of the best vegan restaurants we've ever been too! Everything was amazing and so so delicious. We got one of each thing from the bakery as well and it was incredible! We'd definitely visit again if we're ever in town!

This is one of the best vegetarian restaurants I’ve been to! Situated in the small town of Arcata it’s right on a busy corner. The food was heavenly! Tried both the Sunrise Immunity Boost Shake and the Carrot Shake. The ingredients were extremely fresh! You do get what you pay for. The Portabella burger was absolutely drool worthy. So flavorful! The Happy Waitress sandwich is vegetarian and very filling. Would highly recommend to all vegans and vegetarians alike! A definite stop if you’re driving through the California coast! Our waitress was helpful and even offered a complimentary sample of their soup of the day while offering!

Let’s say you only have one day in Arcata. You better be going to Wildflower! No matter your dietary preferences, Wildflower has you covered. The menu nearly overwhelmed me because everything is vegetarian/vegan! Staff are friendly and accommodating, and are happy to honor any requests. Specials are always rotating and always delicious. Can’t decide what to try? Our favourites are the Reuben, Super Nachos, and the French Toast!

Wholesome locally sourced wonderful meals. Place is definitely kids friendly although changing station could be provided. Staff was sweet & attentive they didnt mind our daughter toddlering around 🫠 Thank you for serving compassionate food!

For vegan food it was good but not outstanding. Mac and cheese had too much nutritional yeast. The salads were excellent. The Asian bowl was nice. Could have used some more dressing. I should have asked as I'm sure they would have given us more. The biscuits and gravy were bland. Could have used some black pepper kick.

Wonderful vegan/vegetarian food. We ordered the vegan reuben, guac and chips and the dragon bowl. It was amazing, tasty and clearly made with love! They were out of a few items but we didn't mind that. On a side note, our server was super helpful. He offered recommendations on camping and grocery stores and they both turned out great as well.

I came in with a local friend of mine on a Saturday evening. The place is charming and nice. We ordered the cheese and bread plate and it was awesome with fresh bread, roasted garlic and olive oil, olive tapenade, apple slices, and Brie cheese. I had the mushroom polenta, and wow, it was so good! My friend had the squash tacos that came with a green salad and he devoured it. The server was friendly and attentive. All-in-all, this was a great meal and experience. I would eat here again the next time I'm in town without a thought!

Excellent selection of everything healthy. Lots of really fresh and healthy sushi. I took several pictures to display the products here. My favorite premade foods to get here is the sushi and the ice cream sandwiches in photos.

The classic classic great All-American Californian Northern Californian co-op is alive and well. Can't say enough about it. Just a great little store. Great people. Really nice produce department and a good deli. I'm really glad they're here and I am a member.

Buying a membership for a year will save you money! The staff is super nice, considerate, and helpful. The store is always clean. Great local caught fish! The sushi is good! Their deli counter has great selections. Love the the huge amount of organic produce. Really love all the organic bulk items, including honey, spices, and supplements! Small but great garden area with vegetable and herb plants, flowers, etc.. I joined the co-op right as all food prices skyrocketed, so I doubt have baseline for comparison, but I never can seem to get out of there for under $120 with two bags of groceries. Typically, I spend about $160 to $200 no matter how careful I am.

I can't believe I haven't been here sooner! The selection of local products is amazing! I felt so happy browsing all the isles. I also expected things to be a lot more pricey. But I love how accessible good food is because of the co-op.

Their sandwiches are amazing! As a vegetarian, I often only have one option at delis, but the Arcata co-op had THREE veg options. I ordered the picante pickle patch, and it was amazing! The popcorn tofu was delicious too! In addition to this, their mango selection is the best I've seen in CA. When we went, I saw five varieties of mango! A must-visit!

Untoasted sandwich smaller than the palm of my hand for $15. 2 slices of tofu on the thing, not much food at all. Why is this even in the menu for this price

I love shopping at co-ops. This one has a really excellent bulk selection and the creations from the deli and meat departments looked amazing. They're grocery section seemed super balanced. Their wellness section was a tad small but still seemed to carry all the essentials. I will definitely come back here next time I'm in the area.

Don’t pay attention to anyone crying about this or that. This place makes bread 🥖. The kind of bread you can have for dinner. The kind of bread that people fly to France to eat. This is by far the best bread I have had in North America period. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

$17.50 for a tuna sandwich. No thanks. Quiche was dry and withered and the salad greens were 50% wilted. Coffee was good though. Try the Honduran single origin but eat elsewhere.

French quality bread!! As a European that’s lived in the US for five years and quickly gave up on American bread, this bread literally brought a tear to my eye - it was so good!

Great place if you can afford it and you get someone to help you. My girlfriend and I went there to get coffee and we were waiting for like 15 minutes. The girl who helped us forgot about us and I asked someone else to help us. The girl who took our order was trying to avoid us. Great customer service.

It's just a place to buy bread if you can get there while they're open, but it's by far the best bread around and it costs as much as a regular loaf from the supermarket.

i used to live in humboldt in a past life, and i recently visited for the first time in many years. this ice cream spot is still just as cute and quaint as i remember. it definitely remains one of my all-time favorite local ice cream places. you absolutely have to try the honey vanilla lavender ice cream ~ it's unbelievably good, truly better than any other honey vanilla lavender i've had anywhere else. if you're ever passing through arcata, i think this place is absolutely worth a stop!

Really yummy ice cream. Doesn’t feel too heavy and the flavors taste real, delicious and a chill place to hangout while you enjoy your sweet treat! In an old converted home so the architecture is fun and an interesting spot to be in as well! If definitely come again!

We stopped by and were initially let down that the ice cream selection was super small and not really “chunky”. We went for it anyways and boy were we glad we did. The ice cream quality, texture and flavors were so good. Organic ice cream! Heck yeah. Great product. Really enjoyed the family friendly space as well.

My family and I fell in love with their cupcakes! We’re vegan and they had the best vegan cupcakes we’ve ever had. We went everyday we were in Arcata. They had so many amazing flavors that they change up daily and loved all the flavors we tried. I hope they continue to thrive with business and can’t wait to visit them again.

Mia Bella never disappoints. Picked up some mini cupcakes for a friend to celebrate her pregnancy, they were not only delicious, but gorgeous. The smell in the shop when I picked them up was absolutely divine. Can’t wait for my next visit!

My partner took me here for a birthday treat. I got a raspberry lemonade cupcake and he got a coconut cream pie cupcake. They were beautifully decorated, the cake was moist and fluffy, the icing was perfect and there was a delicious filling in the center of each. I really like the way the shop is decorated too, it made for a cute experience. Definitely recommend!
