Wonderful urban Park in the small town of Ashland. There are features of a typical park like grassy areas, picnic tables, and a playground. There are also multiple paths along the creek as well as some that go up the hill into a sunny Oak covered slope. There is even a free Japanese garden. Watch out you may lose cell phone service in the valley.

One of my favorite places to go to when I wind up in Southern Oregon. It is so peaceful, calming, relaxing and refreshing. It's just a great park to be in, and it's safe. Sometimes there is deer walking and eating about, and often times there are musicians performing their music, lots of space for walking, running, hiking and picnicking, it's an extremely pleasant place /park to be. Located in downtown Ashland, OR and within walking distance of shops, eateries and performance centers, it really is a nice park to have in that area.

Gorgeous any time of the year. The trail through the park has wood chips and is a good route for a fairly easy hike. The Japanese Garden, the creek, the duck ponds, and the foliage year-round is stunning. One of my favorite places to be!

Great park and beautiful walking trail along the creek, a must during the Fall. Parking can be a challenge during the weekends but you can find small parking lots along Granite St. they’re a little less crowded because everyone is mostly focused on the park’s main entrance.

Watched Into the Woods today and loved it. Beautiful production and acting of the cast was amazing. Came all the way from Sacramento to watch the show and loved every single minute of it.

Better than any local theater you'll ever be. These are Broadway performances and huge productions. You've got to get the chance to go and see this if you like live theater in any way. My husband and I visit Ashland a couple of times a year and always make seeing a play a must. This time we saw Shane (the fighting scenes were fantastic), The Merry Wives of Windsor (hilarious and delightfully cringey), and Quixote Nuevo (hands down the best show I’ve ever seen)—and we were absolutely blown away! Every production was incredible, and the theaters were beautiful and so comfortable. Truly an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return!

This place is so much fun, especially if you’re really into theater! I completely fell in love with it and highly recommend watching a play or show at night — when the lights come on, everything just comes to life. The actors are incredible — I had never seen a play before, but after my first one here, I absolutely fell in love. Even if you don’t fully understand Shakespeare or the old folklore language, you’ll still get it through the actors’ amazing expressions. I couldn’t believe how beautiful it all was — I was truly astonished! The only thing I’d say is that the concession stand prices are a bit high, so I recommend bringing your own water. Other than that, I adore this place — I’d go every day if I could!

Watched the Importance of being Earnest there. We had a great time! It’s surprisingly chilly inside so take a jacket with you.

Fantastic theatre in a beautiful setting. Three stages presenting a range of productions from Shakespeare to cutting edge modern playwrights. Some of the best acting and directing we have seen in the world (Shakespeare here is done better than productions we have seen at The Globe in London.) Even more amazing it that as the plays are done in repertory so you see the range of the talent of the extraordinary actors who come from all over the nation to perorm here. The town is a beautiful place to visit with excellent restaurants and accommodations in addition to a variety of outdoor activity options in the nearby forests and valleys.

A nice collection of interactive exhibits for the kids. They were short-staffed for the Thanksgiving break, but the people there were friendly and helpful.

This is a fun place for kids and Discovery science. They have many areas that include dinosaur, space, geology and physics. They also have a fun robot dog that is fun to watch.

Great place for kids, my 7 year old and 1 1/2 yr old loved all the interactive stations. So much to see and do. I would totally recommend this place and would come back if we were in the area again.

Took the whole family on a Saturday. It wasn't crowded. It was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The activities are great for young and old. Overall a super fun family day

We had our wedding at ScienceWorks and it was the PERFECT VENUE! Our guests (kids AND adults!) had a blast playing with the exhibits and the outdoor area -- with views of Grizzly Peak -- was beautiful for our ceremony and reception. Regina and Kevin were super helpful to make our wedding everything we had imagined! Highly recommend not just as a science museum but as an awesome event space!

Staff is nice, but they got rid of everything fun. Half of everything else is out of order or missing parts. I’d suggest going to the Children’s Museum in Medford instead.

I went today,3/17//23. The facility was well staffed. Staff walked around and spent time conversing with one another. I was not impressed by the lack of cleanliness ( papers all over the floor where the planes are made). I cleaned up the floor area along with my 2 and 6 year old grand child. In the room where the peg board and dominoes are, one can find spider webs on the walls ( see photos and enlarge to see the webs.) and the device outside that demonstrates echos was not fully functional due to garbage and debris inside. Someone could have cleaned it out some way or somehow so that we could have used it. There were a few activities that were not functioning and there were no signs on them...not sure if staff regularly inspect them throughout the day. I don't live in this state but I will be frequenting the place. I'm hoping something gets done about this and puts up signs as to how all of the things are sanitized. No one was able to explain that to this RN.

It's a decent free activity, especially as a refuge on a warm day. But it's a lot smaller/shorter than expected. It only has three rooms and we got through it in probably 15 minutes. The current exhibit wasn't all that fascinating; we enjoyed the pieces in the lobby much more.

Really friendly student volunteers at this small but excellent student gallery. It was surprising that a small student gallery would also have famous works alongside student contributions. They had an original Keith Haring piece. Hard to find if you aren't a Southern Oregon University student, but it's definitely worth a gander. Also, it's free, but I encourage donating.

This is such a beautiful Art Museum. The size maybe small, but the architecture definitely gives justice to the art pieces. Plus they have such an incredible selection of contemporary artists.

What a beautiful art display and in such a perfect facility. We like to walk from our house to the museum and on this day there was a winter storm coming that made things even more exciting 😁

Our guide was very nice, very open to questions and let us share our interpretations of the art, encouraging us to discuss what we thought. The art exhibited was very interesting, included murals, paintings, sculpture, stories on scrolls, and animations. Would definitely recommend, an engaging experience for anyone with any interest in art, any age.

It was my first time to this theater and at first glance the chains across the entrance on the downhill side and the “box office closed” sign kept me wandering around for a bit. Finally I tried the door on the Hargadine side and viola! Maybe a sign saying “entrance” or “welcome” posted would be helpful. The venue and performance was outstanding. The salad was decent, but the $12.00 key lime pie was pretty gross, melted into a puddle on the plate with dirty fingerprints on the edge. My advice would be to skip the food and enjoy the show!😎

We saw Disaster last night and it was hilarious! The singing was amazing and very cleverly woven into the story line with lots of visual effects and surprising appearances by a very talented cast. We started with an incredible meal of 5 star quality that was so delicious that we both commented on how each other's choice was the best! The desert served at intermission was so decadent and yet so light! Highly recommended!!!

The Oregon Cabaret never disappoints! High caliber, professional shows that entertain a wide array of audiences. My whole family loves seeing these shows! Dining before and during the show inside the theatre is a treat. A changing menu based on the show is delightful to discover each time, but with enough staples (like the cheese plate and Dick Hay pie!) that we know we won't be disappointed.

First time visiting this theatre. Charming little place with food and live stage performance. Wasn't a fan of the pathway to get to tables on the lower section of the second floor, but the view of the stage was fantastic. Next time I need to get there early enough to enjoy everything this place had to offer. I did not realize they served food also. Not a wide range of menu items but decent. Fairly reasonable price tickets for live theater. I think I'm going to get season tickets this year.

We have been to this theater several times and each time we have been fooled into getting food and drinks off the menu. My 3 stars is strictly for the horrible food and drinks. We just watched Disaster and we thought that the charcuterie was theme based. It was the grossest thing we have ever tried. We took a bite of each thing and had to have them remove it from the table. Drinks are badly flavored. Eat before or after the show, don't fall prey to this terrible menu. Also, they serve room temp water from the tap and it is barely drinkable. The shows are great, and we enjoy the venue.

We've been many times before, mostly to plays with which we're familiar. We were somewhat unsure about the unknown "Disaster!" but we should have faith in OCT. It was raucously funny. Some will find flaws with the food, but if you have reasonable expectations, they will be met.

This library was really nice. I was there for a couple panel discussions but the views out of the windows on the second floor are worth the detour. Also the children’s section is such a wonderful spot for kids. Shout out to the children’s librarians there!

This is a beautiful location with stunning views. Staff is delightful and helpful, all the services are easy to use and clean. This has been a great place to come study and be away from the distractions of home life.

The staff here (not all mind you) are visually judgemental. I am homeless and do the same things as many of the other homeless that come here do. But I also have higher quality clothing available to me, and because of that. I've yet to be discriminated against. I have been weeks without a shower and they will kick out other people who have no odor issue just for "looking" like they stink or are just identifiable as homeless. It's shameful that I'm afforded extra respect exclusively because of my outfit. When I'm no better than any of the other homeless, if not worse... do better. Be nicer.

this library system is extensive, smooth-running, and just LOVELY to be inside (Ashland location specifically). The children’s library is a staple for our family (with a toddler) as the librarians are friendly, so helpful and generous. There are SOO many great books and always engaging toys available to play with. We honestly can’t imagine our life without the library 😌 Thank you, Ashland Library!

I'm a seasoned traveler and been to hundreds of libraries and this is one of my favorite. The staff are knowledgeable polite and even friendly. Some of the on house community come here to rest but they don't cause any problems. Just a great spot for the community to get together and share information.

Best public library on west coast I've seen out of many. Lots of power outlets including lockable machine to charge while running errands. There is a free food cabinet and grassy areas in front you can take a break outdoors on. The staff is great and very accommodating. I love this library...

Gorgeous winery! 😍 We had the most amazing experience. It was a gorgeous day to celebrate our annniversary. All the fall leaves made it absolutely picture perfect. Our server Felipe was amazing. He made the experience extra enjoyable with all this knowledge, friendliness, and great service overall. I want to return again soon!

This place is majestic to say the least. From the long paved entrance, to the stately front parking area, to the many, many enchanting places to dine. This winery had it all. Delicious food (great portions) stunning views, great wine, and the most friendly staff. We visited tonight for our 16 year anniversary and couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you to the staff who found us downstairs and escorted us to the outdoor patio, and our sweet and attentive waitress. Our experience was wonderful.

This was a delightful experience. Michael in the tasting room was knowledgeable, entertaining, and professional. He shared the history or the vineyard, wines and brought the wines to life. It was the special touches that elevated the experience. The wine was delightful. The second floor has a beautiful view. The charcuterie board was enough for the 5 of us to snack while we drank. The focaccia was warm, just the right amount of salt and flavorful. Great way to spend an afternoon or if you only have time for one winery this is it. It was a recommendation from a local.

Never have I had a wine tasting flight where I enjoyed all 5 wines! This hidden gem is a new favorite of mine and I can’t wait to come back. Found it on a road trip with my sister and decided to follow the fwy sign to check it out! Service was impeccable from each staff member. The food was amazing and presentation was stunning! The added bonus was the live music! The band played amazing jazz selections and were so friendly. Don’t visit the PNW without making the trip here! The grounds and winery are breathtaking.

First off Michael is a treasure! Very knowledgeable and such a sweetheart. From start to finish a superstar! The burger... TO DIE FOR. Those truffle fries. Chefs kiss! The rosè is a must try and the icon suspire a winner is worth any drive or flight. I wish I could give more stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful experience! They were very accommodating for us, and the wines were great. The whites impressed and the reds were all a restrained and had lighter extraction than most of their peers we tried in Ashland. We had made reservations in March for our 7 party tasting in August at 11am, and between booking and arriving they changed their hours to opening at noon. I got the text reminder for our 11am appointment, but they didnt have us in their system. Despite that, the owner opened up and poured for us. Great customer service after a miscommunication, that's how you do it! Would recommend a visit.

Everyone was sweet and gave us what we asked for. Not super intrusive but available staff. Tasty wines. I wish they had a la cart options for snacks- I would have loved salami, olives, crackers, Jam, mustard, and pickles. (But I understand. The menu still looked good) I didn't stay. Just wine tasting.

Definitely worth a stop! Greeted with a sample of the Rosé when we walked in, and we were able to sit outside where they lit a fire for us. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My husband and I split a flight and all the wines were delicious!

Absolutely beautiful views, and a perfect place to have a wedding. Staff was also so hopeful and kind. Great layout for a ceremony and reception for a wedding, and having the Air bnb on property to have as a guest suite is a great touch.

Ww went to Grizzly Peak Winery for a Rogue Theater Company show. The owners of the winery are huge supporters of the arts and have a wonderful performance venue. We've seen some of the best shows in Southern OR here. Their wines are terrific as well but it's really nice to support good people who have a strong sense of community and add their brand of special sauce to the experience.

We came upon the winery while we were taking a drive and were so happy we stopped. We enjoyed the location (homey feel) and our conversations with the staff and the owner. All of the wines we tasted were good and we had to take a few bottles with us to enjoy later.

We had our wedding at Grizzly Peak Winery, and it was just lovely. Virgnia, the owner, was wonderful and she did everything possible to make the day easy and pleasant. It's a beautiful place to have a wedding, followed by delicious wine, and lots of great spots to take photos.

Lots of trails that are easy to follow. You can also download AllTrails and follow that way. We had service the whole time. Felt safe; leashed dogs; runners; all friendly.

Great walking and hiking trails right on the edge of town with multiple access points, also connects with greater trail system so could get to down town or all the way to Mt Ashland if one so desired!

Feel guilty leaving four stars but... Very little parking, more of a neighborhood spot. The trail does link up with the rest of the networks to White Rabbit etc and over to Lithia if you want to make a larger hike/run. Oredson Todd Woods is a smaller area you can make a few loops in, there are lots of little bridges over a small creek and there is a small waterfall feature. The trails are not really marked, it feels kind of intrusive for the neighborhood, the infrastructure does not exist for this to be a popular area. I hear dogs (and their owners) can be a problem here but that was not my experience today. The signage can be confusing as to where the trail starts. There is a path right off the parking area that looks like it cuts across private property but just stay on the trail and you will be fine. You can also walk up the paved road to the left and find an entrance trail on the right.

A great place to hike, trail run and take your dogs. Small creeks run through the lower sections that are great for kids and dogs. The upper sections get steep and are more exposed, but still plenty of shade. A lot of good trails allows you to hike a mile or up to 10!

It made my day when my dog Baxter and I were out looking for a little adventure and stumbled upon this place. It's beautiful, dog friendly, and close to town. If you're looking for a quick little serene getaway to decompress for a few this is the spot. Will see be coming back here!

Lovely park and trails in Ashland. Some limited parking. Somewhat steep trails. Nice bored.

This is a great series of trails to run/hike. These trails offer thick foliage and a mountain stream that combined, give a feeling of suddenly being surrounded by nature. This is a popular site, so mornings are better for running. Even though popular, everyone has been very friendly and polite about making room on the trail to pass during my later runs. :-)

Quaint winery with a beautiful view. We sat outside and tried the wine makers flight. All of the wine was super delicious, but by far sitting outside and staring at the mountains was what made this visit so special.

Staff is really nice, love the locations and the beautiful views of Ashland. I really enjoy all their wines, I had one of their flights, and some of their bites. Perfect place to visit and enjoy your time.

Beautiful winery. The views from the patio are gorgeous. We sampled several wines. The 2016 Verdejo and the 2012 Vionillo were favorites. Leslie waited on us. She was super!

Probably one of the best views in Southern Oregon. Their patio is spacious and the fact they allow one to bring their own picnic is awesome. Their wine flights are well suited for a casual tasting, and they normally have a wine that is for sale that is $99 a case (great deal!). We have visited Dana Campbell over ten times and plan to continue our visits because of the kind reception we always receive, the positive atmosphere and incredible view of Ashland that few ever see. A must for all.

These folks are power hungry control freaks. They made me fill out an online app, bring an entire art portfolio, bring 6 original peices, make a date for their "Pannel" to check your art and make sure "its good enough". They then push my appointment back 2 weeks, 1 day before my appointment that i had to struggle to get everything ready they asked for. After the 2 weeks they take my $25 and pack in artist every 15 min. After a week, I receive an email letting me know zero actual feed back, other than I'm not good enough to be part of their group, that sells art in the park, the public park. Very un ashlandian of this group of "Artist" gate keeping access to sell your art in Lithia Park. They should change their name to The Art mafia.

I absolutely LOVE the Ashland Artisans Market!! Such a wonderful variety of fun, useful and unexpected items! I always find things there that I want and always leave there feeling like I scored a bargain! And I can't say enough great things about the people running the Market- they always flash a smile and a warm greeting when i walk in and are always ready to help when I need to find something fast. Lithia Artisans Market is a treasure of a store that we are lucky to have in this valley. :)

Only about a handful of vendors there is no wheelchair accessible entrance to the armory. I wasn't too terribly impressed. The downtown area with all the old school shopping and cute little bistros was a lot more fun

The Lithia Artisans Market is the perfect place to find handmade local artisan goods. LAMA is well curated so every artosan good from pottery to printmaking, silver smithing to sea glass sculpture is spectacularly made by the very person you are purchasing from.

Great quality of art and workmanship! Lovely setting with live music and outdoor tables near the creek. Much better art than what I see at big art fairs.

Best park in town. There are so many places for children to explore. The gardens are fantastic. The wildlife/ birds are abundant. Great in all seasons. Maybe a little hot in the summer.

Meditative respite from Ashland hustle and bustle.

The house that built me! I was brought up in that house. My grandparents owned that property before it was the nature center. Good memories were made there! Swinging on the tire swing, feeding the cows, finding old bottles in the pasture, the dust in the air from the ol dirt road, Trouble (the dog) running up and down the fence line, working with Grandpa in his wood shop located in the upper level. Miss those times and the people that I shared those memories with. RIP Mom & Grandpa ❤️

Amazing place with items for everyone! Past few times i’ve gone i haven’t seen the stuff ive been looking for sadly but they’ve had it in the past. Overall a good place to shop for vintage and antique items!

A wide range of interesting goods. Clothing. Vintage items. Jewelry. Art. What caught my eye was jewelry and mushroom art in the Mycopia Rising booth (end cap, far end, middle). Fascinating well crafted original art!

People have obviously put a lot of work into creating their booths. Each booth is like a 3D painting. A great variety of items at good prices.

Antique market with some handmade/upcycled booths. A lot of the booths were pretty sparse and looked like they were ransacked or haphazardly put together.

I stop in here regularly when doing laundry across the parking lot... it is such an amazing place to spend time exploring and admiring all the cool stuff they have. My kiddo especially enjoys the trading cards and video game merchandise. There is something for everyone here! I even got a cute Columbia sweater for only $8 and it was like new. Thanks Emporium! 😊

Its true. The not so secret - secret gem - nestled in an old video mega store, there are aisles and aisles of awesome finds. You will spend more than you intend. I promise. Cool thing is that you can come back in a week and see different stuff -completely! Vendors are clean and take very special pride in booths. And the women that run the joint are top notch in every customer service category. Each having a specific specialty to offer. This place is unlike any other consignment market or craft fair. Its an Ashland experience!!

This was our first time. It was our Anniversary so we did the Just the two of us massage service. We loved it! But I see what they mean about the tub, it could be snug depending on size. We however Loved it! Especially with the bath salts and wild flowers 💐 floating, made for a romantic setting. Infused sparkling water, chocolate and grapes. And the massage therapist were Amazing! Very Friendly staff! Would do it again!

I would give 5 stars if not for almost impossible parking. I ended up paying for parking in a parking garage and walking to the place and doing that made me late. I don't know how much my massage cost because my husband surprised me with it, but I was there for 1.5 hours of wonderful! I customized my time there instead of doing what was originally planned. 45 minutes of foot massage, 10 min soak and a 25 minute back massage with hot rocks. They offer: couple massages, lemon water, robes, flip flips, warm beaded pillows, warm eye covers to block out light. The massage felt so natural and relaxing. I had a skilled gentleman (I think his name was John, but I can't be sure) do the massage and he did great. He used good pressure and changed things when something was uncomfortable. Truly an exceptional experience and I WILL be back, despite the nightmare parking. I added photos to help you know what it is like. :) Showers have shampoo, conditioner, lotion. They provide hair ties, q tips, lockers for your things. The music is relaxing but it does suddenly stop to go to the next song so that can catch you off guard when you're deeply relaxing. They have steam room and sauna for after your massage or you can arrive up to an hour early and do that for a while first. I highly recommend. FIRST TIME WITH HOT ROCKS? Mine too. They were awesome. He held them in his hands and kinda used them as a massage tool and it really made the massage next level. OVERALL: I really enjoyed my time and left feeling very relaxed. The employees are so nice and helpful. They even offer maternity massage which I'm gonna try if I have another baby. Try to get someone to drop you off and pick you up if you don't want to have to worry about parking and walking and/or looking for a spot so long you are late. Happy Relaxing!

We did the couples massage with the water soak and it was so relaxing! There is a steam room and sauna at the main location in downtown Ashland as well as men’s and women’s locker rooms. The atmosphere is relaxing! Since we did the 30 minute mineral soak before our massages we were already feeling relaxed! Then our massage therapists came and got us for our couples massages. The massage tables are heated, which is especially nice in winter when we went. We couldn’t have asked for better massage therapists and the overall experience was amazing! We will definitely go again.

I have to say that we were quite disappointed in our experience. The entire building itself though was pretty cool (I love old buildings). We chose to do the romance package. It is supposed to include a 30 minute soak with fresh fruit, chocolates, and apple cider. When we first arrived we were excited to enjoy a spa experience together on our anniversary. The lady asked for the name and then began to let me know my options for my "maternity massage". I kindly let her know that we weren't there for that service. At that point she directed us to our soaking salt options. We made a choice and then were directed to where the locker rooms, solarium, bathroom, and the steam and sauna room was. The locker room was cute and had products to use if needed when you were finished with services. My husband and I met in the solarium and talked for about 5 minutes or so and then we were taken back to our soaking tub. The room was nice and bright, and had nice relaxing music in the background. BUT the tub was very small for 2 people. My husband is 6'3 and couldn't even comfortably fit by himself, let alone with another person. Neither one of us are overweight he is just tall. The only way 2 people can fit in the tub is if both people are short and extremely thin. The tubs overflow drain actually was leaking all over the floor. We heard water dripping all over the floor and looked and the floor behind the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The fresh fruit, chocolates, and apple cider that we received consisted of 2 small plastic wine glasses of apple cider, 6 individual grapes, and 2 separately wrapped ghirardelli chocolate squares. After our 30 min soak we went into the solarium room again to wait to be taken for our side by side massage. While we were in there 4 more people came in to wait for their services and there wasn't anywhere for 2 of them to sit so they just stood in middle of the room which is already a small room and it was awkward. We sat there for 30 minutes past our massage time (45 minutes after our soak) which was disappointing because on the site it says that services begin on time. I had scheduled other things after the spa and we missed our other plans and I got charged for those services for missing appointment. After waiting so long our masseuses came to retrieve us and take us to our duo room. We walked into a room that led to our massage room and there was A HUGE TUB that me and my husband would have both been able to be in comfortably. That REALLY upset me. Our masseuses went over the oil scents and we both picked our scent. They led us in the room, gave us instructions, and we got ready. They came in and started to do their thing and then one of them had to leave to go get our scented oil we chose. They BOTH forgot to bring it in for the massage. Other than that, the massage itself was wonderful. My husband enjoyed his as well. Both of them were very kind and wonderful with their hands. When they were done we got our robes on and we're going to enjoy the steam and sauna room but we discovered that other people can go in there at the same time and only wearing a towel. Neither one of us felt comfortable going in there with just a towel and also being in there with others naked and only covered with a towel. So we decided to end our visit. I thought this would have been a great way to celebrate our anniversary, but it wasn't. It says on the website to let them know if you're celebrating a special occasion. I let them know we're celebrating our 14-year wedding anniversary when I booked. However, neither one of us felt it made any difference in the experience. This was a very disappointing, expensive spa experience. I'm glad I've been to other spas or this visit would have made me and my husband not ever want to go to a spa again.

Spa was beautiful. I took my daughter there while she was visiting from California she was overly impressed. From the moment you walk in you just know it's going to be relaxing, rejuvenating and so enjoyable. Went in April for my friend’s birthday. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, attentive and professional! Donica gave me a wonderful massage and checked in to make sure I was comfortable. 10/10 would go again.

I’ve been there several times on special occasions. The third or fourth time I was actually able to meet the executive chef; Franco. I called him, “The Culinary Maestro!” We ordered the sausage clams, pork belly Brussels sprouts with roasted hazelnuts, pork chops with polenta and kale. Finished with a butter cake. Will definitely be back again soon to enjoy a special epicurean meal from the Culinary Maestro!!!

Larks was a nice high-end dinner here in Ashland. It was a lovely atmosphere to have a conversation and enjoy a date night. We enjoyed a steak and a curry dish. The presentation was on point and what you would expect for a higher-end restaurant. The steak was perfectly cooked to order. I recommend going here and trying this out if you're looking for a nicer upscale dinner in the Ashland area.

We made reservations for my husband's birthday and it was everything we expected of Larks and more. The service was fantastic, food was delicious, atmosphere warm and cozy. We love that we can always rely on Larks to be consistent in all things especially their attention to the quality of their ingredients. I so appreciated their non-alcohol Lavender Lime Drop was as beautiful and tasty as their alcohol cocktails. Thank you Larks for a wonderful evening

The main dishes coming out of the kitchen looked fabulous. But when in Ashland, I head to Lark’s for a phenomenal Caesar salad with grilled chicken. This visit, the dressing was delicious. The small grilled chicken breast, however, was thin and overcooked. Same on our second salad. As far as the crispy brussels sprouts starter, personal preference. Extremely oily. While the creamy goat cheese was good, chef could choose a brighter and tarter tasting goat cheese to offset the unctuousness of the sprouts. When paying higher prices, I expect more overall. Perhaps it was an off night for the busy restaurant. A lovely by-the-glass Cava for $10!

My in-laws have been coming to Ashland (at least) once a year for the past 20 years, and dinner at Larks is a must. My husband and I joined them this year, and they did not disappoint! The entire staff was welcoming, fun, and provided great service! We enjoyed various special/seasonal dishes as well as fan favorites (hem-hem the fried chicken). Espresso and dessert was a must, so we didn't fall asleep during the show (we were headed to)! Reservations are highly recommended!

Pretty basic food for a “High end Restaurant”. I got the simple burger and fries and it took 2 hours for the food to come out. The burger was overcooked and overpriced and the fries were so stale. The Atmosphere was pleasant and the servers were pretty nice. I’ll return next year in Ashland for the Shakespeare festival. Hopefully they can improve on there many flaws.

One of my favorite restaurants in Ashland, Larks serves great cocktails and excellent food in a relaxed atmosphere. The ingredients are locally derived and high quality. Someday I hope to try more of their entrées, but the fried chicken is just so good I can never resist ordering it!

No dice. We understand staffing issues are often beyond the control of restaurant management but at some point, ya gotta acknowledge the customer and apologize. Obviously they were short staffed on a Saturday morning in August. Ashland was packed and rainy so cafes were *busy*. Everyone hustled *hard* here but the place was half full and after a 5 minute wait at the host stand and FORTY minutes after being seated, we had still gotten not one word of acknowledgment from a server. Nothing. I think of us as pretty understanding but ya gotta at least say you’re sorry. We had a 1:30 play & were hungry so we bailed at Noon. 45 minutes of coffeeless salivating was enough. Too bad. The menu looked great, the drinks looked awesome and the decor was very nice. Maybe you’ll catch them on a good day. We didn’t and there are plenty of other choices. We headed to a fully packed Brothers who warmly greeted, quickly seated & served us right away.

I absolutely adored my experience here. I sat outside for an early dinner. The sun was hitting the balcony just right and the creek was babbling away. I ordered the dirty fries (no banana pepper) as an appetizer and the cherry pork belly for my meal (substituting rice for the polenta which I think made it a lighter dish). The fries were tasty and the ranch was really good. The pork belly though?! Out of this world good. The cherry compote is perfectly acidic to balance the fattiness of the pork belly, then the chili oil drizzle gives it this mild but lingering heat and the shaved green onions on just add delicious freshness. I highly highly recommend this dish. I’m only visiting for 2 days and I’m considering going back for it tomorrow!!!

Definitely deserves 5 stars. Great atmosphere, a solid bar and a wonderfully curated menu, particularly the entrees. From the starters section, the spicy blackened cauliflower is excellent, the cubano is a straight classic from the sandwiches, and I was pleasantly surprised by the tender and flavorful flat iron steak over garlic mashed potatoes. Great spot in a neighborhood of great spots.

We came two days in a row for bunch. We were some of the only ones there for Friday brunch and had an incredible bartender/waitress who was so helpful, cool, and friendly. She was one of the reasons we braved the more busy Saturday brunch and even with the crowds the vibes at Brickroom were immaculate. Can’t say enough about the staff, and the only thing better was the food. Really great food with gorgeous presentation and attention to detail— again, that can be hard to come by on a busy day so we were so impressed with the quality of care from the entire Brickroom team. You may see us again tomorrow 🤭

Delicious dinner! We sat on the front balcony overlooking Downtown Plaza. If you haven't been before, the entrance is easy to miss. It's set back from the sidewalk, and the restaurant is upstairs.

I was told to go to Brickroom by a number of locals and after eating here, I understand why. Our server was awesome and the breakfast was super delicious!! Highly recommended

One of my weekly staples! Our favorite bartender is Luke. Always consistent in his drinkology. Food is trendy and full of flavor. Vibe is upbeat. Staff is always beautiful, kind and inviting. I’m grateful for this restaurant. Also appreciate the espresso machine as well as the outdoor balcony seating along the river as well as the park triangle.

I cannot recommend this place. Experienced my first and last visit today. I had planned to have a fast food burger but this seemed like a much better choice and it was close. I told the attendant at the window it was my first visit and asked for a recommendation. She advised the burger. I asked to add Jalapeños and a side of potato salad. After a slightly longer wait than expected my take away order arrived. I was given a burger and a small bag of potato chips. I went back and corrected that. When I looked in the bag the burger looked larger and nicely packed so I was anticipating something. What I got was an overcooked, relatively tasteless hamburger patty in a toasted-to slightly burnt bun and a whole mess of lettuce. It is possible a jalapeño whispered hello as they acknowledged each other in the kitchen, but it never laid itself down on my burger. No jalapeños and almost no taste. Seriously Wendys would have been a better choice. There are plenty of sort of reasonable sort of good food establishments in Ashland. I think you can give this one a miss.

Went to Sammich with a friend who recommended them. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and happy to make suggestions. I ordered the Teagan, which was tasty. My friend ordered the Melanzane which was delicious. My sandwich was ok, but was basic and tasted liked most other sandwiches. Overall, this sandwich spot is good and I would definitely go back to it. I would recommend!

I want to love this place, but after trying it out 4ish times I think the best I can say is it’s ok. I think the food has the potential to be excellent, but it misses the mark a bit. The good: flavor profile is lovely and there were good pickled vegetables on the cubano. The rest: the sandwich bread routinely gets very soggy within a few minutes, so it has to be eaten immediately which makes takeout less viable. Pork on the cubano was pretty dry and it took about a half hour to get my order with during a non-busy time I think this spot has some great aspects, but I feel like a bit more work is needed in some other areas

Decided to go here because it was on Diners Drive Inns and Dives. The food was very good. I had the Zombie Pastrami. The meat was delicious as well as the slaw. The potato salad was delicious as well. Seemed a little expensive for a sandwich, potato salad, and a can of pop but that's probably just today's economy. Definitely worth trying!

Not the cheapest, not the biggest, not the fastest but... One of the best sandwiches you can get in southern oregon! We were the first order of the day, lots of employees running around, sandwich took 20 minutes for them to make. These are finger licking sandwiches so have clean hands. Ordered the Pastrami Zombie to split, for 75 cents they split the sandwich and added an extra pickle and bag of chips. Very nice touch. The pastrami was delicious but we got a couple of tough gristly pieces. The slaw was excellent, the rye bread was good but maybe it should have been toasted? Great music playing, comfortable seating,(for a parking lot 🤣) good vibes. Next time Italian Beef.

If you are travelling through southern Oregon, you have to stop here and get the Porkstrami sandwich! It is heavenly. We also enjoyed the albacore, both grilled and cold. Highly recommended!

interesting creative beautiful and unique works of art in a little nook of creekside forest.. deer like to wander through with their babies here. The vacation rental cottages in front are a treat to stay in, enjoy the art and creekside environment, and walk a couple blocks right to the plaza.

This is a quiet gem of original local art by artists who manage the space. Do yourself a favor and take a look.

Wonderful art! This is truly an artistic oasis. At least 4 separate studios creekside in a beautiful Ashland neighborhood. The artists displayed are amazing. Great variety of work. Very reasonable prices--especially considering the caliber of the art.

Beautiful artisan hardwood floor, three white and one red wall make for swell contrast with each other and art pieces on display. Gallery has a fine wealth of variety with art done in wood, neat old junk, glass and crystal, custom postcards and silk scarves and Möbius' painted by my very own Mother! No kidding!

Fabulous artists and beautiful pieces. A gem of smaller buildings put together to form this eclectic blend of art studios. A very peaceful setting on the creek.

This was a nice theatre. We saw Macbeth here, sat front row center stage. Amazing seat and experience. Felt relatively clean and well kept. I’m sure the “no food or drinks in the theatre UNLESS you buy a souvenir cup” lends a hand to the cleanliness - although the purchase of a souvenir cup felt silly just to take my drink inside. Bathrooms were a decent size which was a relief during intermission (still expect a long line, though). Location of this theatre is fantastic. There are so many places to walk to and shop or go eat or grab a drink.

We saw Shane. Wonderful performance by all. The one huge downside was the theater was absolutely frigjd. The low temperatures effected my ability to really enjoy the experience. There were several older couples sitting around us who were commenting on were very uncomfortable due to the cold. With the cost of the tickets, perhaps turning up the heat could be put in to place.

I went to theatre twice this summer. I saw Julius Ceasar, the Importance of Being Earnest and Jitney. So the shows were amazing. The acting is fabulous 👌.

Amazing performance! We saw Born With Teeth and it was amazing. The theater was clean, comfortable, there are accommodations for people that need them including closed captions, and the acting was some of the best I've seen.

Shane in particular was the best performance we've seen here. Loved the story and acting. The slow motion scenes were amazing. The location and seating are very nice and it's great to support local theater like OSF.

Having seen multiple shows here I was very impressed. There is not a bad seat in the house.

We watched *Macbeth* here. It was nice, and all the actors did a great job. I'd like to come back to watch other shows.

Chozu is an absolute gem. Every time I visit, I leave feeling deeply nourished. The space is incredibly serene and beautifully maintained. The staff are truly exceptional. They’re not only professional and accommodating, but also warm and intuitive. During my recent visit, I felt genuinely seen, cared for, and validated in a way that’s rare to find. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and respected, creating a space that honors both privacy and connection. Chozu is a sanctuary worth returning to again and again.

Super unique spot in Ashland. Little sanctuary of water spots and quiet zen. There’s a communal hot water pool, ice bath, and private hot pools. The bathrooms are clean and they provide soft towels and coverups. Patrons are respectful and quiet, each in their own mind and allowing everyone to enjoy their own thoughts in a communal place. You can purchase tea or food to enjoy during a session. Extremely special place to be with yourself and flow in the water.

my mom got my husband and I a couples retreat package for our birthday. we had never heard of the place. The manager that was working, the front desk was very informative and very friendly, walked us through the whole process of everything. The private soaking pool was nice and the food is served poolside. I had never had this type of food before and was not fond of any of it. we went to go check out the public pool very nice space although there was definitely hair and other particles floating and it did not look very clean. Went back to our private pool which was nice. after the hour in the private pool, we had an amazing massage by the massage therapist. After we were finished the lady at the front desk told me that I needed to check out because I had a card on file, but we hadn’t done anything with it yet. I explained to her that we had a gift certificate. she asked if we would like to leave a tip for anyone or our massage therapist. I told her I did not bring any extra money as this was a gift card and her response was “ wow ok!” I’ve never got that kind of response before just because I didn’t tip. The package was almost $400 that my mom paid for us to go and not have to spend any money. other than the food and the ladies response to not tipping we had a good experience. they also encourage people to walk around naked in a wrap that is clearly see-through (white) which was a little uncomfortable for me but if you like that kind of thing, it might be a good adventure

The pools and atmosphere were perfect for relaxing. Tea was delicious. I will consider trying more food and drink in the future. Is clothing optional after 6PM which is good for those of us who’ve gone nudist and never owned a suit of any kind since living in the PNW. It was just what I needed after this last week because sometimes it’s nice to slow down and just relax, which this place provided. The facility was well maintained and everything was clean. The property is clearly cared for.

Love this place and have been here many times. Unfortunately, we were there on the evening of 9/27/25 and the communal pool was so hot we couldn't stay in it but a few minutes and the water was very dirty. It was very disgusting to see all the debris in the water when it's dark because it really shows up with the underwater light. Yuck!! I know it probably was a busy weekend and all but geez. 60 bucks for a brief soak in dirty, scalding water is hardly our idea of a good time. Please do better so we can return and enjoy this wonderful place like we have in the past.

This place is so relaxing and calming. The people working are absolute gems. Public or private soaking tub options. Cold soak, sauna and steam room also available. Heated floors in the locker room, huge plus! Beer and sake or tea drinks and small Japanese influenced dishes are available for purchase. Can't wait to go again!

Just what we needed on a long road trip! I called an hr out and had to leave a message. I received a call back, and booprivate baths were booked, so we did the general admission. We were surprised to see there were only 2 other people we shared the place with.

A wonderful market in Ashland. We stumbled onto it when visiting the area. Great local produce and tasty eats for there or to go. Nice crafts and everyone is very friendly. Stop in if you ever get the chance!

New location at 1554 Webster St, Southern Oregon University across the street from Starbucks. Plenty of parking. Lots of fresh veggies, fruits, plants, and eats. Lovely way to spend a Tuesday morning! Bought some beautiful deer resistant plants!!

Love this Market.. I love, love, love seeing our Community coming together offering fresh locally grown or crafted goods. It's awesome to be able to support our local organic farmers, crafters, and artisans directly. It's a beautiful thing!!!

I went out on a limb and got Brussels sprouts, which I normally don't like and would never order. They were fried to a crispy perfection and served with a delicious garlic sauce - I actually liked them! The beer flight sampler was delicious. The winner beer according to me was the Dark Vader. I had a burger which was yummy and also the Marionberry Cobbler was super delicious, the crust was perfect and the ice cream oozed all over. Joan was a great waitress - a nice person and she made sure I had everything I needed. Thanks, Joan!

We’re from out of state but find ourselves visiting Ashland every one to two years. I always try to dine at SS when we’re in town because of the consistent nice atmosphere and super friendly staff. My son says the cheese pizza is “the truth!” with a delicious red sauce and chewy flavorful crust. I appreciate that the kids meals come with an option for edamame as opposed to only fries. The chicken tortilla salad is quite honestly the best of the best. I wanted to bottle up that dressing and take home! So so good. 10/10 experience as always.

Really good food in a cool space. I built my own burger w/ the beef patty and added blue cheese, sauteed mushrooms, and caramilized onions. It also came with tomato jam, which was really awesome. Those sauteed mushrooms really were the star, though. Everything seemed super fresh and well prepared. Happy hour parmesan garlic fries were good enough but I wasn't a huge fan of the basil aioli. Superior customer service.

One of the best burger I have eaten. Even the bread is good. Genuinely friendly service. Beer sampler is also great to try if you can't decide.

Good tacos with excellent refried beans. The Vietnamese salad was solid. The zombie fries are incredibly good, and very rich. Tasty beer, excellent location and decor, and service was great.

We tried three tasty beers. The club sandwich is delicious and hearty and the curry sweet potato fries are meaty and crisp. The host was clueless, but the meal made up for this. Bring your growler, they fill just about any container here!

Standing conveniently located smack dab in the middle of Ashland town center, Standing Stone Brewery is my rock when the call of hunger creeps into the belly of this outlaw. Whether it's a hot date, a family outing, a girls night out on the town, or just a beer when the whistle runs dry after a beautiful stroll in Lithia Park.. the Stone is the place to hone in on. My compadres. I must admit, Mexican is my favorite and I mostly only ever eat tacos.. but friends, believe it or not, the Standing Stone whips up the best asada tacos featuring local organic steak with some of the tastiest authentic salsas served on the side to pepper your senses to your gastrointestinal satisfaction delight? Well u better believe it comrade, because this place will even make a burrito out of those same ingrediente for a couple dollars more. I recommend adding avocado 🥑 to any dish, and make sure to tip the waitress Emma with the pink bow tie extra generously.. she's great and shows the customers a level of attention and service usually thought of as being long gone, only found in the old days.. and for a man of class, taste and sophistication, such as myself.. I'm happy to tip and show my extra gratitude. Thanks again and keep on truckin.

Nice sports complex along with a walking path with gardens. Excellent for an evening walk it catching a baseball game.

Great birding. Lovingly maintained gardens! Cool interactive details, like a covered sandbox play area, a willow tree hut, a demonstration homestead, and different plant and wildlife habitats. I saw otters playing in the creek there once!

I love this park because it features science education by incorporating plant identification with play. My favorite part of the park is on the east side, this is where you can find botanical gardens, animal habitats, amphitheater, and Native American traditional structures. The children's play area is creative and includes a building area, water pump, sand box and rock climbing area. The west side of the park is mostly sports fields. The easy walking trail begins downhill near a beautiful garden area with signage and ascends uphill to a small playground with a nice view. The trail brings you out to a main road and out of the park to loop you back around. It would be nice if the trail looped inside of the park.

Bathrooms are disgusting. Multiple used needles during Sunday children’s soccer games. Homeless people hanging around cars. Real nice Ashland.

Perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon. Lots of birds, squirrels, deer and other wild life. Well kept grounds. Sand play areas are engaging for Littles. Bathrooms are clean.

I've been coming to Ashland for 20 years, but this was the first time I ever went to this park. It is a beautiful park with some great trails and a whole lot of green. They have some great signs detailing the native peoples and plants of the area. They have lots of play equipment and green spaces for kids to have fun.

Great mountain with tons of character. Definitely on the steeper side, so beginners, this may not be the mountain for you. But that just means more vertical! Lifties are great, even if their backpack policy is kind of weird, if you know you know. Passes and tickets are on the steeper side as well, but it’s a 501c3 corp that owns and runs the ski area. So the prices aren’t really there for profits, just to make sure everyone is safe, and to pay a good wage to all the awesome staff that make this place run. Excited to come here for many years to come!

Excellent area to enjoy a day in the snow. I didn't ski, but I toured the park. They also have a cafeteria and bathrooms inside. I loved it.

This is a great place to go for family time, need to let off some steam by yourself or even on a date!!! The service and staff are always wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. They do offer private lessons and classes for skiing or snowboarding, the pricing is very reasonable and worth it. If you are new and want to learn please do not just head out and try to teach yourself on the mountain, inexperienced and untrained riders put themselves and others at risk by doing this take a class and keep the mountain safe for everyone to enjoy!!! My son and I had his first 1 hr private lesson together a few years ago, we bought him gear and lessons for Christmas because he wanted to learn to snowboard. The young man that we were assigned for our lesson was incredible, he was polite, patient, very knowledgeable and a very good teacher. My fiance has been snowboarding his entire life but was surprised to learn a few new tricks and tips from our teacher. They have options for everyone, hills available for people that are novice or experienced, skiing and snowboarding, all are welcome. They do have yearly memberships/ season passes that are a great option if you end up going more than a couple times in a season, plus you help support the resort to ensure we can continue to enjoy it for many years to come. They have a full service lodge that looks out over the bunny hill, it's fun to eat and watch the kids and new riders getting lessons. At the ski shop you can rent all gear needed for either skiing or snowboarding.They have certain items in the shop you can buy in case you forget something at home like gloves, scarf or goggles.. The lodge will host live music and special events all season long, just check the website. Also on the website, don't forget to check out the live camera feed to check conditions, you get a great view from many different points of the mountain, it's also just fun to just watch the people out enjoying the ride!! Thank you to Mt Ashland owners, supporters and staff for the dedication to continuing to providing the community with such a beautiful and enjoyable place!!!

I've been coming here for years and really appreciate every visit, today really had me reminiscent of my first run at Mt Ashland! I took my kids here for the first time today and I want to say how much I appreciated the kindness of the staff there. It makes a big difference and those memories really stick around for years to come.

Had a really great native American water blessing ceremony/get together up there on the mountain. Some interesting stories from the Oregon Indian Education crew, a drum circle and then potluck/music/cacao party after. It was an awesome day. Got a little too much sun out playing the flute so be sure to wear sunscreen or a hat if you aren't fully native and are prone to being sunburned - it's high altitude up there. Can't wait to snowboard it next season. Thanks Ashland Mountain staff for hosting us up there - I think the blessing helped subside the drought a bit and definitely helped spread the love and good vibrations.

First time visiting this area as I'm not a skier. I am however a runner and OMG I highly recommend the SOB 15K/50K/100K. The views are gorgeous and it's such a well put together venue. I'd imagine bike riding is awesome here as well. And skiing is probably top notch if you're into that. Overall 20/10 recommend.

6 stars!, literally my favorite resort of all time, cozy, really nice expert runs but also Juliet and Romeo are perfect for intermediate and there are many good greens. Relatively cheap and good food. I love this place!

Lovely wines and owners. The wait staff are very friendly and caring. We've had great dinners there and thoroughly enjoyed joy the atmosphere and spectacular views. Wonderful winery!

Gorgeous venue! There is Seating on the firstfloor, second floor including balcony and lots open air near the pond with swans! They have in-house food As well as a food truck for the event. We ordered the bread with balsamic and oil as well as the chicken skewers with sweet chili sauce. Both were excellent and served beautifully.

Beautiful grounds. Very welcoming of Harvest Host guests. Very nice setup. We would stay there again. Wine was overpriced based on my pallet, but the experience was great.

Beautiful Vinyard! The wine is delicious! The food is delicious! We had vegetarian domas with tzatziki. Indoor and outdoor seating, there was a lovely pond with swans! Wine is about 12$ per glass and 36$-45$ per bottle. We had the divine which is a cross between gris and chardonnay! It truly was divine! I must go back and taste ALL their wine!

Nice stay with Harvest Hosts. Easy check in with staff and returned for a tasting and snack. Wine was good and chicken skewers were good.

We stayed at one of the "glamping" trailers last year, and had just a fantastic time! Extraordinary setting, and the RV itself was fitted out to be elegant and comfortable, with a large living room area, a comfortable bed, and even an outdoor hot tub with fairy lights. Lots of privacy and quiet. The property is stunningly beautiful, and the wines interesting. I recommend a wine tasting on the terrace, overlooking the pond.

Small menu, but this artichoke dip plate was great. I had eaten some of everything before taking picture. Beautiful views. Pleasent staff. Wine is very good.

Super attentive staff! Great staff play such a huge part of the winery experience and Irvine & Robert’s nailed it. The wines are easy to drink, if a tad mainstream. The facility is stunning and creates a welcoming atmosphere.

My recent visit to this winery was an absolute blast, largely thanks to their fantastic wine flights and breathtaking location! We had a wonderful time sampling their extensive selection, with 20-30 different flight packages to choose from – a truly impressive variety for any wine lover. Our server was incredibly accommodating and helpful; they even allowed us to swap one of the default wine options for something not on the pre-selected list, which we really appreciated. The views from the winery are truly to die for, especially on a beautiful day. They've done an excellent job with the outdoor seating arrangements, maximizing the stunning scenery and creating a perfect atmosphere for enjoying your wine. We truly had a blast soaking it all in. The only area where our experience could have been better was with the food options, particularly for kids and those seeking vegetarian-friendly choices. We struggled a bit to find suitable and appealing dishes for our little ones, and the vegetarian selection was quite limited. While we thoroughly enjoyed the wine and ambiance, having more diverse and kid-friendly/veg-friendly food options would have made our visit even more perfect. Overall, it's a must-visit for the wine and views, but be prepared to plan your food accordingly if you have specific dietary needs or children.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Irvine & Roberts Vineyards is truly a beautiful spot. The views of the rolling golden hills and vineyards are absolutely breathtaking and make for such a relaxing atmosphere. The patio seating under the shade sails is a perfect place to enjoy a tasting flight while taking in the scenery. Inside, the space is elegant yet comfortable, with a warm, inviting design that matches the quality of the wines. The wines themselves were excellent. We especially enjoyed the 2023 Estate Chardonnay, which had a crisp and refreshing finish, and the food pairings were a lovely addition (the crab cakes were delicious and beautifully presented). The only thing that would have made the visit even better was being seated in a more optimal spot as visitors the views are such an important part of the experience, and having a better seat would have elevated it from wonderful to unforgettable. That said, the staff was welcoming, and the overall experience was delightful. A must-visit if you’re in Southern Oregon wine country and we’d happily return again!

I can't say enough! It's like being in Italy! The staff is beyond wonderful, the wines are delicious and the food/food pairing is out of this world. Our server, Sara, is worth a million bucks. The owner, Doug Irvine, made us feel like best friends. So glad our neighbors told us about Irvine & Roberts!

The views are great, and the wine was quite good. Food was the best anyone in our group had ordered at a winery in a long time - particularly the crab cakes and the large variety on the cheese board. Wine flights themselves were a bit pricey (especially for Ashland) particularly the $40 bubbly flight with just 3 sparkling. Waived with 3 bottles. Our group of 10 made a reservation months in advance and they did not have us in their books when we arrived, which is the missing star. However they had room for us without waiting on a weekend.

I enjoyed their charcuterie board, the house made seed cracker was delectable. My friends also enjoyed their summer wine flight, I partook in a non alcoholic San Pellegrino pomegranate sparkling (very delicious non alcoholic option). The staff was friendly and attentive and made us feel special and welcomed, great view, easy parking, clean and relaxing.

I went to a dinner offered to the members. I was the guest of a member whose spouse was unable to attend. The food was fresh, served with the utmost professionalism and the food was great. Since this is a vineyard there was wine. I am a cab lover and I found the wines served were not as forceful in flavor as I prefer but that did not stop me from enjoying the offering. Mr. Irving came by our table and was very gracious, serving wine and filling in the wines history.

Good hike, road has a few potholes towards the trail head. Sunset out on the south most clearing is great. Not much to see at the true summit.

I love this trail head! It's much cooler up here when the valley is hot, and they allow dogs, so our girl Gemma got a GREAT run on the trail. Our 4 year old was able to make it all the way up and down on his own. Great hike for the Feast of Trumpets!

Fun hike! Only about 4 and 1/2 mi long A little bit of elevation but not bad. About three decent lookout points halfway around the loop. Saw a brown black bear (turns out there are only black bears in Oregon which is ironic given the trail name)

Great easy to moderate hike. Steady incline at the beginning of the loop so wear good shoes and take lot's of water. I saw a few people with hiking sticks...looks helpful.

Absolutely stunning vista with butterflies and bumble bees. This is a black diamond hike with narrow winding trail that loops to the peak and back. Look for the watermelon patch at the half way point, they are small due to the altitude, about the size of a golf ball. Bring water, the only amenities are a single valt toilet and a bear box.

Lovely hike on well maintained trail. Come when it's cool because there is a lot of sun exposure. Take the loop for a longer hike. Awesome to see all the cedar, pines and rhododendron blooming in the fire scar. Incredible views of the rogue valley, mt. Ashland, Shasta, Soda Mtn wilderness, Wagner Butte, and the red buttes.

Awesome hike! Had a good mixture of steep hills up & down. The view is great! A good hike for during the week but probably super busy on the weekends. Do the full loop & get in about 6 miles by the time you are done.

We were amazed by this rest area: we had just drove out of CA, where a rest area only has bathrooms and a shed; this first rest area in Oregon has three buildings, and in the welcome center there are children’s play area, grand decorations and furnitures, free coffee; most importantly, two beautiful ladies as staff! They offered our kids two gift bags: one for typical kids to draw and read, the other for kids with special needs, full of fidgets and visuals, and a headphone! The most amazing part is their attitude: I feel so deeply touched when they offer the gift bags, the usual feeling that my kid is noticed by his special being but he is not discriminated but cared!

Wow, just wow. Pulled over, expecting an ordinary rest stop. This was so much more. Super inviting. Friendly staff. An abundance of free maps, travel guides, posters, coffee, stickers etc. Clean, spacious grounds for stretching your legs. Soda machines, clean bathrooms, pet area, and more. Some Cliff Swallows have taken residency on the tower. They're a little messy, but adorable to watch.

I've already visited this place for the 4th time, and when I first visited, the impression was so good that I compared a lot of things with CA, and I ended up moving in Oregon. It's a good place for dogs to rest on the well-planned grass in a very beautiful scenery, a bathroom with heating and hot water, and it's the first time I've been over night here, but commercial trucks are not allowed to enter, so over the night very quietly. Here can stay 12 hours so had to leave earlier that was the reason could not have warm hospitality from welcome center with nice coffee. It's a highly recommended to stop by if you want to feel Oregon heart.

This was a bathroom stop on the drive from northern California to home in the Portland area. What a fantastic facility. Beautiful building with free coffee and lots of information about all areas of Oregon. Cat at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a stop here, even if only to use the facilities, grab some coffee and stretch your legs for a bit. Grab a state map and information about places to visit on the state. Nice covered tables outside if you are looking for a roadside picnic spot on the drive.

I stopped in at this excellent rest stop/welcome center on my drive to Eugene from Sacramento after having delays with my flights that meant I would be unable to get to Eugene at all that day - unless I drove or took the train. The train had already left (and took longer), so I just rented a car at the Sacramento airport and drove the 7+ hours and dropped it off at the Eugene airport. I was tired and it was a long and unplanned-for drive, but stopping in at this welcome center rest stop really boosted my spirits! It's in a gorgeous location, the restroom was clean and well-stocked, and the staff are absolutely fantastic, super knowledgeable and friendly (and offered coffee, but I was all coffeed out at that point - reading about the coffee in other reviews I now have regrets - I'll have to go back)! We exchanged stories of Oregon ice cream favorites (they shared Umpqua as a fave - I shared Junction City's Lochmead Farms that can be obtained at the Eugene metro area Dari-Mart stores, and we all agreed that any of the BJ's locations on the Coast was also a must stop when visiting there). They also shared a great hole-in-the-wall gem off I-5, K&R Drive-in https://maps.app.goo.gl/2zvY1faUSM1HfE5s7, to get said Umpqua ice cream generously served; turns out they have good burgers and fries, too! Anywhoo, this stop has all the best people and vibes. What a pleasant surprise!

Popped in here after a potty break at the rest stop (nice & clean!) and were greeted with smiles and easy conversation with friendly staff and a beautifully designed space with an excellent display of materials organized by region! If we didn’t have so much further to drive I could see hanging out for much longer!

The playground remodel was great. The kids loved it and we quickly realized it had been two hours after what felt like only 30 minutes. Lots of swings and activities, open park, and a variety of activities

This is a great spot. They have just rebuilt the entire playground with foam mats as a play surface, I love this. It's a great playground for the little ones. There are clean bathrooms and plenty of room to play. They have 2 picnic shelters that can be reserved through the Phoenix parks department, who are very friendly and accommodating. It is fun to look at the community gardens located just west of the playground. Still a great spot+ Phoenix parks dept does a great job! Thanks!

Fun park to take kids. We were passing by and decided to stop. Only wish the playground had shade. A lot of great Sensory toys and areas to play. Love that the swing you're able to get on with your child.

Great little park. Good parking. Safe distance from busy roads for kids/pets My 7 yr. Old grandson loves the playground, which includes a pretty large play structure with slides, there is also a net climber, an awesome spinning merry go round that is sunk to ground level for safety, swings, a swing line (like a zip line) and more. Some ADA modifications for kids with disabilities too. The area also has great walking trails and we see lots of pet owners stopping by for dog walking.

I feel that not enough love is given to the dog .. Look at the dog park in medford , a lot of grass and a circle lol..I personally feel like a small pond with the ability to jump in the water or walk in the water. With a good filtration system would be great ... My name is shon evanoff , My dog and i have just moved here from truckee california. BRO and I play in the water . We do things .bro's a Blue heeler bordercolie mix ..he has very high energy ...hes stressed out now . I was informed by a dog trainer ....we had donner lake everyday . BRO is stressed out because he loves what we do when we work in the water..people would come watch Bro and I, hes amazing ...I feel we need something like this here where it gets hot ... give yhe people a reason to get out of the house ...when you have a area thats exciting with something to do ....apos when you dont really have a dog park its more like a big borring area not really inviting..I dont know about you but my dog , Bro ! Hes my son ...no arguments... A dog is a man's best friend , hints thats why i named him Bro , hes my bro

Located in the Rogue Valley of Ashland Oregon this small vineyard specializes in Rhône-style wines, with varietals including Mourvèdre, Syrah, Grenache, Cinsaut, and Carignane. Surprisingly they also produce Zinfandel which is highly unusual for this region. One of my favorites I have to admit. They also produce a Rose that makes for that perfect summer quaff! This gorgeous vineyard is certified organic by Oregon Tilth. Well worth a visit just to sit there and overlook the majesty of Ashland in the distance. The staff go out of their way to make you welcome as well as informing about their wines. The vineyard also boasts healthy fruit orchards that they open up to the public for self picking.

Delightful, relaxing, and delicious! This is a hidden gem of a winery. The views are breath taking. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about the wine selection. We did the wine flight with the charcuterie board. Most of their products are grown right on the winery. Everything was so good we ended up buying their local honey and a few bottles. I highly recommend coming to visit!

A fantastic vineyard and fabulous organic Orchard. We enjoyed our tasting and our hostess Pam was very knowledgeable .It was very evident that a lot of thought has gone into the ambience of the tasting house, with its view of the Vineyard and the Mountains beyond. The carignane was excellent, a must for the Holiday season. Private tours available. Top Notch cool tasting room for those hot summer day’s. We will definitely be back.

First time visitors yesterday. Such a delightful visit. We sat out on the patio to enjoy the panoramic view and shared a bottle of Syrah. Very nice. We also ordered 2 ‘small plates’ to share, one of watermelon slices with feta cheese,pistachio nuts and mint leaves and one with baguette rounds topped with Brie and savory jams. Kudos to the person who prepared them. Not only good but so artfully presented. Go visit them!

We were very fortunate to spend a little time on Saturday afternoon with Ryan helping us at the tasting room. Not only does Long walk produce a wonderful lineup of wines, but their tasting room provides a beautiful view of Ashland and the Siskiyou mountains. Very easy to get to off of I-5 with a welcoming Atmosphere. We came home with several bottles of their smooth rosé on a warm afternoon.

Long walk is a little slice of heaven! Great patio (or indoor) and the customer service was the best so far in Ashland. Pam and Nick were awesome! Great and fast service, high knowledge of wines and property and somehow convinced me to buy 6 bottles! I would highly recommend this winery! Perfect spot and worth the trip just for the service!

I have been to Long Walk several times and let me say the experience is incredibly positive. The wine is superb, the tasting house staff very polite and knowledgeable. Chris gave me tour of the vineyard and it was very interesting to learn which of the grapes are for what wine and that the vineyard also has orchards that are part of the entire program. I was so impressed I joined their wine club. Doing a tasting then with various foods was extremely enlightening. Don't miss Long Walk if you are in Southern Oregon. It is a beautiful setting and very comfortable.

Love bringing my dogs to play and hike. You will meet a lot of nice people, and their dogs on this trail. It is also a very easy walk. No elevation and wide enough to pass others easily. Great for those who like to walk, run or bike. Good views as well.

The trails here provide some spectacular views of the northwest portion of Rogue Valley. If you are looking for a "dog park", this is not it. The trails are dog friendly, though there are leash laws requiring your dog to be on leash. I recommend doing so due to the high amount of wildlife that inhabits the area. Be aware: there is copious amounts of poison oak. Update: blackberry and fuel reduction efforts have cleared a lot of land. Still poison oak everywhere

I walk into the Park usually via the Skycrest path which winds around to the overlook where two benches are placed for enjoyment of the views. Gently sloped paths head down from the benches through the woods to the level TID trail. The views are lovely from the top. The woods are not dense so visibility is good.

Lovely, easy trails that take you view points that will take your breath away. Not very long trails, but they intersect quite a bit so you can make it as long as you'd like. Be careful of the poison oak in the spring!!!!

Great place for early morning walks.

Truly a gallery of beautiful things. There are wonderful treasures for all budgets- original paintings and photography, bronze sculptures, glass sculptures, incredible goblets (I want every one of them) to handcrafted wood pieces, cards, journals, beautiful jewelry and so much more.... If you are in Ashland and love art or just beautiful things, you need to stop here. It's very special!

Great park! Two baseball fields. Tennis courts! Good open grass areas. Good play structure that rarely is the home of wasp nests. Near to walking trail! Bathrooms are opened sometimes! I teach yoga here now. It's going great! No students at all. Haha

The restroom and playground is clean and well cared for, the play equipment is fun with some unique features. My favorite is the teeter tottering swing where my toddler and I can both swing together. The playground is buffered from the street with beautiful, well-kept, soft grass. Trees are established. Would be a great location for a little picnic.

Cute little park with a pool and sports field. We picked up Chinese food by the freeway and ate it here. It was perfect!

Lovely park with nearly everything you need to enjoy a day outside. The tennis courts are in great condition begging to be played on.

It's a multipurpose park with tennis courts, baseball fields, bathrooms and a jungle gym area for children. There is plenty of green space for picnics, Frisbee, etc. Due to covid the bathrooms and baseball fields are not open. It's a lovely park year round.

Beautiful park, great facilities. Tennis courts just resurfaced. Unfortunately there are lots of homeless and associated trash and drug paraphernalia, like so much of this area.

Great clean park with a lovely small loop to walk and access to the river. The view of the mountains can be magnificent.

It's a nice little park close to the skate park. There are gardens and a beautiful view. A great place to relax and let the kids play when the weather is nice and flowers are blooming. Parking is the only issue.

There was a group of transients getting high at the entrance of this park. I had my kids with me.... They didn't even try to hide it. They just blew it all in the pathway we were walking down. Around 10 or more people just sitting there getting high in front of a playground specifically made for children and families to enjoy.... Have some decency people! I don't care what they do as long as my children don't have to walk through smoke to play. And the fact that they were obviously comfortable with doing this leads me to believe that this is a regular thing now. It's a shame because this was a nice little park once.

Lovely is the word I'd use. Very serene great place for dogs and children. A play structure for the children and a creek to explore for everyone. There's also a large communal garden i believe, that I know nothing about.

The blackberries along the creek are the size of quarters and oh so sweet. Nature is amazing. If you have a dog with short legs, say 6 inches or less, pick them up or don't bring em down by the creek. There are soooooo many giant goat heads with thorns like daggers in the "back forty". Some as long as 1/2 inch! The community garden is amazing and I like to see the changes as the plants grow. There must be something in the water....

Great Park, it is beautiful right next to the creek with a community garden on the other side of it wonderful playground large Fields great for walking or jogging around only problem is a lot of people that live in the area bring the dogs to the park and let them off leash and it gets blamed on the homeless

This is a hidden gem! They have the most eclectic collection of wall art, jewelry, antiques, gems & minerals - you name it - from all over the world. And the space upstairs is used on occasion for special events. (The night that I went was the viewing of a couple of short films by a local award-winning filmmaker). The atmosphere was very unique, fun, artsy, relaxed, and friendly - not at all pretentious. I will definitely be back to spend more time browsing.

An AMAZING Ashland experience you won’t forget! Wow- this place is jammed-packed with a zillion cool and unique art pieces, collectables, furnishings, curios and sundry oddities- it’s like a museum too! Don’t miss the ‘upstairs experience’ which doubles as a music venue and performance space. There's truly something for everyone here with easy parking nearby on 3rd St. The proprietor Heather is fun, friendly and fascinating, and she’s rooted in the community helping to make Ashland such a special place.

This is the coolest place to check out in the city of Ashland!! The first Friday of every month is the best time to meet locals in the extravagant art gallery on the second floor with live music..... The owner Heather who has phenomenal collections from around the world. You can purchase these vintage antiquities at the Gypsy Road.

I had such a terrific experience making a purchase with Heather and Gypsy Road Studio. She was knowledgeable and attentive, and I felt I was in amazing hands throughout my buying experience.
