Kontiki Beach, located in Orient Bay on the French side of Saint Martin, is home to the renowned Bikini Beach bar and restaurant. This beachfront establishment offers a resort-like experience with a stylish boutique, ample beach chairs, a lively bar serving delicious ti punch, and an excellent restaurant featuring diverse cuisine such as classic French Caribbean accras, gyoza, fish tartar, and fresh tuna. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting for visitors seeking a memorable beachside experience.
A stunning beachside gem at Orient Bay! The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the appetizers were packed with delicious flavors. The service was top-notch, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Our waiter Jessica was very helpful and knowledgeable. And that view of the bay? Absolutely unbeatable. A perfect spot to relax and savor great food by the sea!

Kontiki Beach was our first stop on our cruise, and it did not disappoint! We decided to spend the day here and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Renting beach chairs was easy and reasonably priced—$20 each for the chairs and $5 for an umbrella. The staff member handling the rentals was super friendly and got us seated on the next available chairs without any hassle. While they don’t offer breakfast, the wait for lunch was well worth it. We ordered the fish burger, Bo bun, and crispy shrimp rolls, and everything was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is chill but lively, with great service and stunning views of Orient Bay. I’d definitely recommend Kontiki Beach if you’re stopping in St. Maarten on a cruise or planning a beach day during your vacation. We’ll be back for sure!
Bobby B — Google review
We had lunch here almost every day during our vacation—and honestly, we never wanted to go anywhere else! The food was consistently outstanding, with every dish full of flavor and made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. You could truly taste the difference, and the presentation was always beautiful and thoughtfully done. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome every single time. And the view? Absolutely stunning—such a perfect backdrop for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. This place became a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious food, great service, and a setting you’ll never get tired of!

My husband and I first came for drinks at the bar. Beautiful setting, great service and most of all amazing cocktails. I especially recommend the Verde, a masterpiece of gin, elderflower, kiwi, cucumber and lime juice where all the tastes blend together so seamlessly and refreshingly that none is owerpowering. Then we asked to be seated to eat (Sunday, 1 pm, no reservation) and promptly got a table. My husband enjoyed a beef steak, cooked perfectly as requested, in delicious Spicy pepper sauce and I had a 20 pcs sushi/sashimi/nigiri assortment. So fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented! While the prices are not cheap, they are well justified by The outstanding quality and kind service! Thanks Kontiki for a lovely delicious Sunday afternoon!

Wow! Such an incredible experience at this beach club. We traveled to Saint Martin and were lucky to come to one of the beach parties at Kontiki. Jess was incredible and created an experience for my group of friends that we will never forget. She made sure we have the best possible time. We had delicious sushi, a beautiful table, and witnessed a memorable performance right on the beach. I cannot say enough good things about this place & Jess!!!!

Restaurant
Nestled in the area of Grand Case, Bistrot Caraïbes is a top-notch French restaurant that brings haute Francophone cuisine to St. Martin. The menu features delectable dishes like lobster thermidor, braised red snapper, honeyed duck breasts, mushroom risotto, veal in blue cheese gratin, sea scallops, and duck liver with mango ceviche.
We visited this restaurant in Grand Case on the French side of SXM and enjoyed a delicious dinner. The fresh salad was just that and presented beautifully. The French onion soup was exceptional and the best I have had out of 4 restaurants so far. The scallops were tasty as can be and the shrimp fettuccine was very good. Service was attentive without being in your face. Prices are fair and what you expect on the island. With so many restaurants we recommend this one go your list.
JJAR B — Google review
We had such a great dinner for 4 here in April 2025. We sat for the second seating at 8pm on a Sunday night.. Reservations definitely required. The fish dishes and lobster were the best we had in our one week stay in the islands. Top shelf. The only dish we didnt love was the lobster bisque, which was more of a strong broth without any pieces of lobster. Service was attentive and perhaps a bit sassy. If you are looking for formal snooty waiters this isn't your place. We closed the place down and it felt like family - just great food in a very welcoming environment. Great food and great experience. Make sure to call a cab 30 minutes before your dinner ends. We didn't do this and almost got stuck. The restaurant is so nice one of the employees going our direction offered to give us a lift. Dinner for 4 with multiple courses, a big lobster and two bottles of wine was about $500. Definite do not miss if you are visiting the island!
Daniel D — Google review
We never miss a visit to Bistrot Caraibes when we visit St. Martin. It is by far one of the best restaurants in the Caribbean. The lobster thermidor is a must-try and every dish on the menu is top notch. What makes the place most special to us the the warmth and care we always feel from the staff. Nadia is so kind and so much fun. Thibault and Amaury have breathed such passion and enthusiasm into this gem of a restaurant; it’s a joy to visit. See you again…and hide the ginger rum. 😁

5 Stars Bistrot Caraïbes is a charming French restaurant in Saint Martin with excellent service and a warm, welcoming vibe. We came for dinner without a reservation but were seated inside comfortably and treated to friendly, attentive service throughout. The French onion soup was a standout, and the entire meal was delicious. It was a truly enjoyable dining experience, and we’d be happy to come back again!
Shazad M — Google review
We had such a great dinner at Bistrot Caraïbes…everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! The highlight of the meal would definitely have to be the Lobster Thermidor (signature of the house chosen) It was honestly out of this world, zero regrets. The lobster was so tender and buttery, the sauce was beyond anything I could have ever imagined. We also ordered the Veal Scallopini, The veal was thinly sliced, incredibly tender, and served with a creamy sauce with a hint of blue cheese and sautéed mushrooms underneath. For dessert, we shared the hot chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, truly the perfect ending to the meal. Every bite was just wow, to say both dishes were outstanding is an understatement. This place is a must visit absolutely worth it. Delicious food, great atmosphere, and an all-around fantastic experience.
Jordan — Google review
We were excited to try this place as we heard the food was good and we thought the menu had variety to our liking. The food didn't disappoint, everything was good. We had smoked salmon, beef carpaccio, foie gras and French onion soup. We ordered the hot chocolate cake and creme brulee for dessert, they were both great. The service however felt lacking. No warmth, no pleasantries, just take the order and drop it off. Didn't ask how everything was, just not welcoming or engaging. We actually thought of going back even with the subpar service because the food was just that good, but we decided to try La Villa instead and that met all our needs and was truly a 5 star experience. If youve read a few reviews on Bistrot, you'll see others who mention the service, and if you prepare for it, and only care about the food being amazing, then definitely visit. Overall, we would return and hope good service ends up being a bonus if they continue to serve great tasting food.
Kimberly D — Google review
Bistrot Caraibes is phenomenal. The French onion soup was even better than what I have had in many places in Paris. The beef tenderloin has the most insane sauce served with the creamiest, melt in your mouth mashed potatoes I’ve ever had. And to top it all off, the crème brûlée and molten lava cake were to die for. I will be coming back to SXM just to come to this restaurant!!!
Delaney P — Google review
Located on the French side of the island, this French restaurant came highly recommended and I really enjoyed it. My fettuccine with shrimp was very memorable. That shrimp was seasoned beautifully! If you’re a fan of lobster, this place is known for allowing you choose your own lobster. It’s great for date night, a celebration or if you just want to get out for a nice dinner. The service was also wonderful! Our server was attentive and welcoming!

Ocean 82 is an elegant waterfront restaurant located in the heart of Grand Case, Saint Martin. Owned by Chef Yohann Dufour, this French fusion restaurant offers a unique dining experience with its focus on fresh seafood and gourmet French cuisine infused with Caribbean flavors. The stunning views of the Caribbean Sea provide a picturesque backdrop for enjoying a memorable meal, especially during sunset.
Ocean 82 was a standout dining experience — exceptional service, incredible food, and breathtaking views right by the water. Every course was beautifully prepared, from the rich lobster bisque to the perfectly cooked surf and turf. The staff was warm, attentive, and made the evening feel special. While the cocktails were just okay, the overall experience more than made up for it. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

High-end dining experience. Beautiful & relaxing. Loved that they let you have time to enjoy the appetizers before serving the main meal. You can tell they are very attentive to time everything just right. Very high table turn around. Popular spot!

An Evening to Remember at Oceans 82 From the moment we sat down at Oceans 82, I knew we were in for something special. The view over the bay was absolutely stunning — the kind that makes you want to put your phone down and just take it all in. Add in the gentle breeze and the glow of the setting sun, and it already felt like the perfect night. We kicked things off with escargots bubbling away in garlic butter — rich, garlicky, and so good we were practically dipping bread into the dish to catch every drop. Then came the tuna spring roll with fresh apples and imperial sauce — such a bright, fresh bite, with the sweetness of the apple playing perfectly against the silky tuna. But the real showstoppers were the lobster pastas. First, the homemade lobster and mushroom ravioli in basil and Madagascar peppercorn sauce — soft, delicate pasta stuffed with tender lobster and mushrooms, all swimming in this aromatic, slightly peppery sauce that I’m still thinking about. And the lobster fettuccine? Generous chunks of lobster, perfectly cooked pasta, and a sauce so good I didn’t want the plate to end. The service was spot-on the whole night — friendly, attentive, and they seemed genuinely happy to have us there. Oceans 82 isn’t just a dinner spot — it’s the kind of place where everything comes together: the food, the view, the people. Can’t wait to go back.

This was gem we stumbled upon while in Grand Case area. As you enter it is clean and modern vibes with ocean views. The staff were friendly and attentive. We did not have a reservation but they were able to accommodate us. Additionally they had vegetarian options and offered a few other options. We tried a few of the non-alcoholic drinks which were refreshing. The food was well flavored and aesthetically appealing but portion size was good for one. We also tried the desserts which were equally delicious. Overall this place was provided great ambiance, food and service.
Mohsin S — Google review
Oysters were amazing, French onion soup was ok but needed more juice less bread. We had to flag down our waiter for drinks. Ordered a nice bottle of wine and was told that they would pour each glass and that didn’t happen. We waited over 2 hours for our meals which the sea bass was recommended and was ok BEWARE 7+ bones left in for a fish prepared table side. The shrimp were dry and overcooked. Food came out cold and the potatoes gratin were hard, cold and inedible. We always order dessert and we were afraid what would come out. They did try to make it right by removing the main dishes from the bill. At one point I walked by the bar and the amount of dirty items made an impression there. We were told they are short staffed and can’t handle large quantities of customers at this point in time so why take a party of 14. We were rushed to get our order in before theirs but the disorganization would’ve not made much of a difference. When we came in to sit down they knew it was our anniversary. Zero was said. You do not know who you are talking to especially when they bragged to us they were the best on the island not knowing we know those who own top restaurants and other chefs on the island. We were disappointed at the lack of knowledge and the we are #1 attitude yet I don’t know if I would return. Sad to say great location but for what was served maybe start from the ground up. Screaming kid at 9:30 at night in a fancy restaurant

We went for lunch. It was not busy at all- but- service was excellent. Every dish was just work of art- beautifully prepared and delicious. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Food, service, and ambiance was perfect, we had the best table in the house for viewing the gorgeous sunset. My husband had the salt baked sea bass, I had the basil risotto with grilled shrimp, we shared the souffle for dessert, and every bit of it was perfect! Sirine provided top notch service, all of the staff were more than welcoming and kind. We'll absolutely be returning!
Christa T — Google review
We ate at Ocean 82 on our 2nd night (of 12 nights) on the island. This was hands down the best meal of the entire vacay! The communication was excellent - booked online and had a personalized reply within 60 minutes. We were actually greeted in the street by the maitre 'd as we walked towards the restaurant. We were given a table right on the edge of the dining room, affording us an incredible sunset view. The staff were all incredibly warm, kind and helpful. From explaining the specials to singing happy birthday after a world-class meal. And the food...truly outstanding! The pate was amazing; the escargot were so tender and delicious; the soups, lobster bisque and french onion, were the best that either of us have ever had. The stuffed, rolled chicken breast was very well executed (just a bit dry). The monster lobster, fresh from the tank, was the show-stopper! It was halved, with half done Thermidor and the other half flambeed table-side...simply divine! On an island with an abundance of delicious food options, Ocean 82 is THE MUST. PERIOD.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Grand Case, Le Cottage is a culinary treasure that artfully marries traditional French cooking with the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean. Under the expert guidance of Chef David Lecam, who honed his skills in France before embracing island life, this restaurant offers an exquisite yet laid-back dining experience. A five star experience from beginning to end! The atmosphere, the food, the company, the service, the wine, the cocktails. This place is going on my list of French favorites and I will be visiting again.

Quaint and iconic. This is one of those restaurants you must visit when in St. Marten. Elegant dishes are served with amazing service. The table-side presentation of the dishes is truly special and you are treated as loyal patron even if it’s your first visit. 5 stars.

OMG! What a fabulous place. There were 7 of us at dinner. The food was super delicious. We had lobster bisque, a must to try in my opinion, foie gras, we tried both appetizers with it as an ingredient. For the main course we had sea scallops, buy veal tenderloin and veal file mignon. We enjoyed every dish. The service was very friendly as well.
Elena — Google review
One of our island favorites, Le Cottage Restaurant always proves us again why SXM is known as the Culinary Capital and leads by example. With one owner running the service, a second the wine pairings being a sommelier, and a third being the chef you simply cannot go wrong! The kitchen serves classic French Cuisine but with lots of twists and varieties creating unique dishes that are surprising at the same time. But best of all is that everything is simply cooked to perfection, tender, juicy and full of flavor. An exceptional dining experience time and again! 🍷😎❤️

In a town of so many fantastic restaurants, Le Cottage was our favorite. Everyone from the owners to staff were so kind and welcoming. The food and drink were beyond amazing. Cannot wait to return next year

This was hands down the best meal I had in St Martin. I started with an arugula salad with a sundried tomato dressing that was delicious. I then had the best tenderloin I've ever had. It was cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly paired with a sherry mushroom sauce that was insanely good. I also had a taste of the lamb chops which were cooked perfectly and delicious. The staff was great and the cocktails were also perfect. I would definitely recommend and go back again and again.

Hands down the best French restaurant in St. Martin. Service is impeccable, friendly, where you are treated like family. The owners are heavily involved but never make you feel uncomfortable. Ambiance is wonderful: cozy but not invasive; fun but not obnoxious. The food is spectacularly consistent with a good array to appeal to most palates. They have never let me down, and I cannot wait until my next visit. My recommendation: Try le Cottage for a great dinner experience.

Le Piment Restaurant, situated in the vibrant Orient Bay area, is a beloved dining spot for both locals and visitors seeking a laid-back, open-air culinary experience. Excellent service and very good food! We were very happy with the portions and quality for the price! The staff was very attentive! It was a great experience and we will definitely be back! One of the best dining experiences we have had on St Martin (and we have had a lot).

Good for the price. Sea bass was bland. Salmon with honey and almonds was much better. The vibe is quiet and simple. Overall, not as great as restaurants at Grand Case but less expensive.

One of our favorites for many years. Delicious food, good service and the beef cheeks are not to be missed!
Susan S — Google review
I've visited this restaurant twice, and my experiences have been quite mixed. On my first visit, I ordered the lamb, and it was exceptional. The meat was perfectly tender, seasoned beautifully, and full of flavor. Despite the restaurant being extremely busy—we were seated at the last available table around 8:20 pm—the service was efficient, and the meal was memorable. On my second visit, I arrived at 6:45 pm when the restaurant was not very crowded. However, the wait staff informed us right away that there would be a delay with the food. True to their word, our meals took about an hour to arrive. This time, I ordered the duck, which unfortunately was overdone and dry, as evident in the picture I took. It required a lot of sauce and water to finish. On a positive note, the restaurant offers a kids' menu, which is very convenient. On both visits, the children's meals were served promptly. Overall, my first visit was a definite 5/5, but the long wait and disappointing duck on the second visit bring my overall rating to an average 3/5.

We started our vacation with a dinner at Le Piment and ended with Le Piment! ❤️Excellent food, great staff, fast service.🙌 Food: For those, like me, who cant decide whether to order a duck breast or a duck confit- I recommend trying their duck duo (which includes both)! Their mussels with garlic and aioli are so so good! For kids i recommend ordering either pasta carbonara or pasta bolognese or both. It is a good size portion for 8€ only. We will miss Le Piment food and will definitely be back when come again to St Martin ❤️

Simply an amazing overall experience- the attention to details on plate and flavor presentation was devine. This will be a regular visit moving forward- please give these fine owners a chance at your own experience 🫶 * the cigar lounge is just as impeccable!

We had a wonderful experience last night! Food and service were exceptional. If you go, you have to have the egg parfait - it is sublime. We had the tasting menu with wine pairing. Thank you for a memorable evening.
Linda H — Google review
Perhaps the best restaurant the Caribbean? Gil and Milaur are the best hosts managing the main dining room with ease. You feel as though you are entering a private home ready, relaxed, at ease, and anticipating to receive one of the best meals on the island. It’s so hard to pick one item on the menu, but you absolutely must choose the egg parfait, it is one of those items on the menu that you have to try. Because once you do, you will be coming back time and time again for a bite of this delicious dish. I’ve had the Rossini Tourneau topped with seared Foie Gras, and sole meunire with a beurre blanc, the pot pressoire, the branzino, i could go on and on. But suffice to say you really can’t go wrong, just decide surf or turf and sit back and enjoy. The wine selection is worthy of the food (they can help, or you can just have a Frenchman with you!). Tasting menu or a la carte, they can pair the wine with the meal and make it extra special. But don’t forget the Rum Room. Jason will be there to help you digest your meal with a splash of rum from around the world. With over hundred rums to choose from, you need the curation of Jason to steer you in the right direction…and if you like cigars (i do!) then you can light up an authentic Cuban of your choice. This place is truly one of the absolute gems on the island. And yes the food is superb, the atmosphere a 10, but Gil and Milaur just are the perfect hosts to your evening. If you don’t go here at least once during your stay, you will be missing out!

Fantastic dinner. We booked this as a treat for us and I’m glad I did. The tasting menu allowed us to try almost everything we wanted to try and it didn’t disappoint. The wine pairing was also on point - spring for the grand cru wines. While the wine list is impressive, the wines they selected to accompany the dishes made it more enjoyable. The owner is passionate about the food and the wines and it shows. Note they have lots of gluten free options, including bread.

We had the pleasure of dining at le Pressoir on October 15 and can say with confidence that it was one of the best meals of our lives. In particular, the beef tenderloin with fois gras was sensational. Creative presentation of the dishes was impressive. The atmosphere is cozy and not fussy and the service is excellent. As regular visitors to the island, we have added them as one of our go-to spots for a special meal.

The food was GREAT and service VERY attentive, and we don't blame the restaurant for this, but shortly after we sat down, a very rowdy group of 10 guys came into this small restaurant. For the rest of the evening, our meal was accompanied by extremely loud laughter and conversation. To the hostess' credits, she did ask them to keep it down a few times, but to no success. I guess, sometimes, one has to enjoy your company and an amazing meal even in these circumstances. 5* to the owner and hostess, they genuinely apologized for the situation.

HOWEVER....depending your gastronomic / wine expertise & experience...you maybe interested in the following comments: We ordered two paired tasting menus. First shock ...they wanted to serve Vodka with the (caviar based) first course -- apparently to anesthetize your palate(????)! as they explained their defensively condescending. "logic" ..(true signs of insecurity / incompetence) ....we changed that pairing to the Veuve! Overall, the service is disjointed, chaotic & pretentious. The paired wines are AWFUL - pathetically pedestrian -- -- straight from bottom shelf of the supermarket! Stingy pours -- appear to be <50ml -- and (uncommonly) are served AFTER the food has been placed at the table (?) Aside from the great food -- the rest of it seems to be an IMAGINARY "movie like" FARCE! BUT IF ... you have a simple palate --- and seek to be among the nouveau ostentatiousness --- all good...this place is for you! On the other hand -- we have done / continue to "do" paired tasting menus all over the world! If you want to try a world class / the most legitimate paired tasting that we know about -- try "Honeysuckle Rose", Charleston SC, USA. We have NO financial interest at all in their business! We do frequent their restaurants whenever we are in town (including "Southbound"). Shane is a highly qualified and very gifted Sommelier. The husband +wife owners are terrific as well!

Nestled on a picturesque hill in Orient Bay, Rancho Del Sol is a delightful dining destination that promises an unforgettable culinary experience. While it may not be the most extravagant spot, its charm lies in its mouthwatering Mexican cuisine and diverse menu options that cater to every palate. Imagine savoring juicy steaks while soaking in breathtaking views of Orient Bay—it's truly a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds!
Came here for lunch. Tapas platter was delicious. We also ordered pizza and the poke bowl which I give 3/5 stars. Food took a long time to come out and we were the only ones there. 5 stars for location, parking, clean bathroom, views and ambience. I would come back for dinner time for drinks and live music on Thursday nights.

The pizzas are great because of the great choice of topping combinations. We are going back later this week for more. My son said his beef burger was really good. The cod was fried to perfection with a delightful dipping sauce. The atmosphere was very relaxing/chill with fantastic views. Chic restaurant! The service was fantastic and food was definitely fresh.

This restaurant is beautiful with a beautiful view. Thats all this restaurant has to offer. The food is not good the service is not good. My wife also got food poisoning she has been throwing up since we got back to the hotel. I sent my food back because it was not good. I’m glad I didn’t get anything else to eat there. Do not waste your money or time at this restaurant. I’m going to bring them back the throw up to get my money back 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

They have iguanas, there that will sit on the roof there was only one that I saw, and then they had A peacock, that walked around the tables, and you have to watch your food. Because it pecked my lettuce out of my bowl and my fork went flying and it finished off the lettuce on the floor but then I just shoot it away with my napkin. Chickens also came of the evening and roosted in the tree by the deck outside..

Loved our meals! From stingray, to mahi mahi, to pizza, to one of the best burgers I’ve ever had this place is one to visit if you are staying near orient bay. We chose it because it was closer to our accommodations and it hit the spot for all of us. On day 11 of our vacation a burger was just what I needed and it was delicious! Beautiful atmosphere and mostly kid friendly.

Exquisite in every sense. Our server, Jennifer, was perfect. Highly recommend for a semi fancy dinner at the top of a mountain in St Marten. Can't be beat! And they had a peacock parade through!

This is one of my favorite spots in Saint Martin. The restaurant overlooks Orient Bay, and the views are absolutely stunning, especially around sunset. If you get there early, you might even get to see and feed the peacocks wandering around. The food is fantastic, and the service is just as good. Michelle, one of the servers, is amazing, super friendly with that warm Saint Martinois vibe that makes you feel right at home. They have a trampoline to keep the kids entertained and plenty of parking, which is always a plus. It is a great spot for a date night or celebrating a birthday. On weekends, there is live music, which really sets the mood. I cannot recommend it enough, I will definitely be back!

Start your day in paradise with a waterfront breakfast at Kkô Beach Bar & Restaurant. This stunning beachside eatery maintains its unique identity with lush greenery, wooden decor, and a desire to seamlessly blend into the beautiful landscape of Baie Orientale. In addition to classic favorites, the menu offers a culinary journey around the world curated by the chef and their team.
Beautiful beach bar! I got a burger and a margarita. The burger was tasty and I wish there were more tequila options, however I was still satisfied. I don’t recall the bartenders name but he was a lovely French man that provided great service. It was a slower time in the season for the area so I was happy to find a place that was open with a great beach atmosphere and yummy food. 10/10, I would go back!

Overall a really great spot for lunch but for the prices the food didn’t “wow” me like I had hoped. Don’t get me wrong it was very good but maybe since we came at the very end of the day (around 4:30 pm) it was just ok. My pasta with conch was cooked well but it could have used just a bit more sauce. The Caesar salad with shrimp was very good, I would definitely recommend that. The margarita was standard, strong and reasonably priced. The view here is amazing and the service is very fast and attentive. The only thing that’s a bit outside of the restaurants control are these little tiny flies that are quite annoying so definitely bring some bug spray with you.

This place captures the perfect beach vibe. Sitting right at the beach with the sound of the ocean and a beautiful view. It's the ideal spot for a relaxing evening, provided you aren't in a rush. The food was utterly delicious, we ordered roasted veggies with hummus, plantain with spicy avocado, caprese salad and vegetarian tatin. The quality and depth of flavor were truly outstanding and easily the highlight of the entire meal. However, the experience was significantly impacted by the undeniably slow service. We waited a long time for almost every step: getting drinks, placing our order, receiving the main courses, and eventually, getting the check. This felt less like leisurely "island time" and more like the staff was overwhelmed. Come here for the breathtaking views and the incredible, delicious food, but make sure you have nowhere else to be. If you are a committed vegetarian, you might want to call ahead to see if they can accommodate you better.

This beach bar is an absolute treasure! The atmosphere is exactly what you’d hope for—beautiful ocean views, a laid-back vibe, and the sound of waves as the perfect backdrop. The service was outstanding; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure every drink arrived quickly and with a smile. We didn’t order any food, just drinks, but they were fresh, perfectly mixed, and ideal for enjoying under the sun or during a breezy sunset. One day, the algae levels in the water were high, and they kindly didn’t charge us for the beach chairs—which was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much they care about their guests. If you’re looking for a spot to relax, sip something tropical, and feel taken care of, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Boris F — Google review
The service was great, the music was great, the view was great. The drinks are priced accordingly for the island, we had a BBC cocktail and a mohito. The food was good, but could be better. We had the red snapper with the sweet potato mash and a veggie slaw. The fish was fresh and locally sourced. The Cesar salad with chicken was disappointing, the chicken was too dry. Will definitely come back for the drinks.

Excellent spot for lunch and drinks. The beach was nice and the shaded chairs on the beach were comfortable and reasonably priced. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. The waiter was very accommodating for our young daughter, they had her food out in minutes!

Coco Beach, located in Orient Bay, is known for its relaxed atmosphere and beautiful shoreline. The beach is popular among nude bathers and offers a variety of activities such as water sports like jet skiing, diving, windsurfing, and kite surfing. Visitors can enjoy dining at the renowned restaurants along the beach including Kontiki, Kakao, Bikini, Waikiki, and Coco restaurants. Waikiki Restaurant stands out with its daily all-you-can-eat buffet and live music events.
What a fantastic spot! The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the service was top-notch. The food and drinks were delicious, and I really appreciated how clean everything was. The staff was super friendly, making the whole experience even better.

Excellent day resort. I stopped here while joyriding around the island in search of a beach to chill at for a few hours. Saw this opulent place. I only stayed for two hours. But it was enough to unwind on the sands of a well-maintained beach with a good view of the Atlantic from the east side of the island. Staff are very friendly, professional, and seem well-trained. I was checked upon regularly by my assigned waiter. I ordered a light snack, the club sandwich, only to find out how huge it was. Sandwich was good and kept me full for the day. Water illuminates to a deep sapphire blue when sunlit, and there's a nice blend of blues leading up to the shore. There are opulent houses in the distance, several hills with vegetation characteristic of this island, a large rocky mound from where to take photos and encounter interesting wildlife, and some distant rocky islands in view. Beach has rather gentle waves, I could not detect any riptide channels, and I would have gone for a swim had I come prepared. Highly recommend Coco beach for the views, food, service, and vibe.

Wow, just wow! I could not wait for the reopening of CoCo Beach and they did not disappoint! Five star service, attention to detail, new menu is even better than before. Every staff member greeted us with a smile, checked on us continually to ensure everything was to our liking. I’ve seriously never had such great service on Orient Beach and I’ve been coming twice per year for 15 years! I want to give a special shout out to Mateo who was the main service professional tending to our every need. He went out of his way to provide the perfect experience. Travinsky was also very kind and attentive. The new owners are off to a superb start for sure! We will be back very soon! Much gratitude.

The BEST PLACE to stay on Orient Bay. Have been coming here for many years at least 2-3 times per year. David and Yo are the best. Every employee on Coco Beach dedicate their time to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Coco Beach became our second home thanks to David, Yo, Aline and each and every Coco Beach employee. Thank you very much for everything.

Beautiful place with cosy chairs, great wholesome service, and delicious food and drinks! The beach chairs might be hard to get by if you come late, but staff is also extremely fair and might not charge full daily price if you come later in the afternoon (daily rate 30 eur). 2 bottles 0.5 l water in an ice bucket and a beach towel included. We felt very taken care off as they come by regularly to pick up drink and/or food orders. The beach is clean and the sea delightful! A shower is also available. We also had a lunch here, and I enjoyed a delicious shrimp pasta (wok du gambas sauvages) and my husband had a steak, done perfectly as requested. Finally, we grabbed some of their huge and tasty club sandwiches to go, to enjoy in the evening. Jerome, Xavier, David, thanks for taking great care of us! Looking forward to come back!

I’ve been coming to St. Maarteen for over 15 years and have family here. My favorite beach on the island is Orient Bay. This was my first time to the Coco Beach restaurant which is situated on Orient Bay. The restaurant was rebuilt in 2020 after the Hurricane that devastated the island. The founders are Antoine and Vincent who have owned other restaurants on their own and have a winning formula. I love their philosophy “Top Notch. All the way. All the time. On every level” Our experience was true to every word in their motto. We were a party of 16 and the staff did not miss a beat. My photos will tell the story. The restaurant is set on a beautiful white Sandy beach with stunning blue waters. The service was impeccable! Caring, seamless, attention to every detail. The restaurant itself has a great vibe, you feel like you are on the French Riviera, beautiful decor, and they have great events on Sundays with guest DJ’s from all over that create stunning parties. One of the owners Antoine came by to see how everything was. It’s always great to see when the owners are hands on. The food was AMAZING and the chef this season is a 2 star Michelin chef. If you would like to taste exquisite French cuisine at its best you have to come here. One of the owners Antoine came by at least twice to see how everything was. He was also genuine and caring. We had several cocktails and had two magnums of a great 2021 Chateau Minuty Rose. We also had several orders of most of the appetizers. To name of them we tried a few which included the Ahi Red Tuna tacos, Caesar salad, lobster on a brioche bun, Smoked eggplant hummus and pita bread, and Foccachia bread with ham. For mains we had the Coco Beach Salad which was delicious and had Mahi Mahi, octopus, quinoa, and greens. The rib eye steak, the chicken, the Thai curry dish with prawns, the sea Scallops, lamb and the black cod. Too many deserts to name so please check out the photos. W the chef sent a few complimentary dishes for the table of a sampling of several of the deserts. Prices are what you expect for a high end restaurant on the French side. You cannot beat the quality or freshness. If you come to St. Maarten you have to come to Coco Beach restaurant at Orient Bay on the French side. I highly recommend them and know the experience will be a great one.

Le P'tit Bistro is a charming French restaurant that beautifully blends classic French bistro vibes with Caribbean influences. With Chef Alexandre Boulet at the helm, the menu showcases traditional French dishes like duck confit and homemade pate alongside Creole-infused creations. The warm and inviting ambiance makes it an ideal setting for a laid-back lunch or a romantic dinner. This family-owned establishment in Orient Bay is celebrated for its cozy atmosphere and dedication to exceptional cuisine.
We had an excellent dinner here!🙌 Well seasoned food with different texture and interesting presentation. The lamb was amazing and really generous, sharable portion. Seafood stew was nicely spiced and had a variety of seafood in it. Smaller portion but feeling because it also has potatoes in it plus side order of rice if in need of extra carbs. Both apps (goat cheese roll and mussels from the Specials menu) were great! And “a cherry on top of the cake” was our floating island dessert - soo good! Not sure why this restaurant has 4.5 star rating. Its definitely comparable in food quality, atmosphere and service with 4.7 star rated neighbor restaurants. We’ll be back!

Delish meal! All the food was so great! Shared the starter frog legs which were on the specials board and ordered the veal (see photo). Probably the best veal dish I’ve ever had! Like many of the Orient Bay restaurants, best to make a reservation the night before.

Lovely upscale but casual restaurant with wonderful authentic French food. A little bit of France in Saint Martin. We had wonderful onion soup and perfectly prepared triggerfish filet. We have eaten here on three annual visits and Le P’tit Bistro has always exceeded expectations.

If you're looking for a taste of authentic French cuisine in a tropical paradise, Le P’tit Bistro in Orient Bay is your destination! This charming bistro transports you straight to Paris with its delightful and rustic specialties from across France, but in a tropical setting and a touch of Caribbean flavors. The menu offers a wonderful array of hot and cold starters featuring finest products, such as foie gras, oysters, charcuterie, baked Camembert, snails, and French onion soup. The daily fresh arrivals of fish and crustaceans ensure the seafood platters and sea-flavored dishes are top-notch. Dessert at Le P’tit Bistro is an experience on its own, all house-made. Pair your dessert with the bartender’s special Expresso Martini for the perfect end to your meal. Our meal was a delight from start to finish. We started with both with a Tampico Cocktail, Beef Tartare, and Fish Tartare, followed by Beef Bourguignon and a delicous steak (bavette) for the main course. Every bite was exquisite, and the service from the young team was outstanding. Chef Sarah Honoré’s commitment to traditional French and Caribbean cuisine shines through every dish, with generous portions made from fresh, local products. Le P’tit Bistro is a must-visit for anyone craving genuine French flavors in the heart of Saint Martin.

Absolutely wonderful dining experience we had here. We came on Valentine’s Day with no reservations and even though they were packed, they found a way to accommodate us and gave top notch service. The burrata starter was outstanding and I had the special of wild giant tiger shrimp and it took me right back to the coast of Greece where I’ve only ever had shrimp like that before. We had crème brûlée for dessert and it was the perfect evening, I was so impressed with the quality of the food, service, and lovely atmosphere. Absolutely recommend!

Sao Asian Factory offers a variety of Asian cuisine in a hot pot environment. The servers are attentive and speak basic English, making it easy to order. The sushi is delicious, and the restaurant is popular with locals and tourists alike.
Great Asian food in St martin is here. It’s clearly made by amazing French chefs. The owners are present and their husband and wife team that keep the place working very well has great ambience great location, good music and the food is as good as Tao in New York. Given the similarities in the name, it would have to be very close for me to say that. And I know the owner of tao. I tried the baking duck, which is fabulous and very crispy with a great sauce. Then also had the spider roll which was also done different than most places, but excellent and appropriately tasty. Highly recommend this place for anyone not wanting to have only French food.

“But we’re basically in France, why would we get Asian food?” This was me before my amazing meal at SAO. We were in Saint Martin for 7 days and after our first dinner here had to come back later in the week because it was so good. All the fish was very fresh and expertly prepared. Good sized portions. The sushi platter was excellent and a great share starter option, especially for a group. Like any of the restaurants in Orient, you should definitely make a reservation the night before. Would highly recommended.

Suprisingly great Asian food in Orient Bay. Everything we had was tasty and fresh and the patio is very beautiful. As a foodie this was nothing revolutionary but it was a nice break from the other French fare in the area. Service was slow after we got our main courses but the food was so good compared to other tourist traps in the area that we barely noticed. Get the creme brulee for dessert!

The first time at this restaurant 🙂 it was packed on wednesday evening, and prior reservation is highly recommended. We got a table inside near to the bar. Service was slow as they were super occupied with many tables. After a wait for 15 - 20 mins someone came to take our order. The staff is friendly & sweet. We ordered vegetarian appetizers: nems, fresh roll, California roll, salad, gyozas, bao buns. Everything was delicious & and a good quantity to share for a group of 4. We did not order any mains nor desserts as we were stuffed with the apps that we had. I think this is the best & my favorite restaurant on the island. It is inside the Orient village, near Bikini Beach. They also gave us a tropical juice shot in the end. Which was delicious, too. Highly recommend if you want some delicious Asian food on the island. Keep it up, team!

Hands-down our favorite dinner on the island! From start to finish, SAO delivers on every level. The atmosphere is vibrant and stylish, the service is welcoming and polished, and the food is outstanding. Every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented — we’re already dreaming of coming back! Highlights included the perfectly salted Coarse Edamame, fresh and flavorful Miso Soup, an over-the-top delicious Tiger Roll, and the Crying Tiger — tender grilled beef with a spicy sauce and crunchy peanuts that stole the show. We finished with the Mango Crème Brûlée, which was the perfect tropical twist on a classic dessert.

My family and I dined here for dinner last night. While the food waa very good, the service was a turnoff. Our waitress(didnt get her name) blatantly ignored us for most of the evening. We'd try to get her attention to ask for dessert, the check, etc and she'd avoid eye contact and continually walk by our table. We finally had to ask another waitress passing by to help us. We've been coming to St. Martin for 5 years and have always had exceptional service everywhere we've dined, so this was a shocker to us. I

La Villa Restaurant is located in the heart of Grand Case and offers a wonderful European atmosphere with stone floors and beamed ceilings. They serve delicious seafood dishes as well as late night dining options. Parking is available and they accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.
This is a wonderful restaurant, but be sure to make a reservation in advance. The service is excellent, and the food is absolutely delicious. They also offer a kid-friendly menu featuring pasta and ice cream. We visited for dinner, and while part of the road was closed to traffic, making parking a bit tricky, we found a paid parking lot for  $5. The best part? They provided a ticket that could be redeemed at the restaurant when settling the bill.

The food was incredible. I had the scallops with rigatoni. Great seafood-to-pasta ratio. Simple yet so flavorful. My husband had the rack of lamb and sweet potato soup. We are from the US but would love to come back some day.

La Villa…what an experience! Our server JC kept everyone laughing with his well timed jokes. He made us feel like old friends who came over for dinner. We also had the absolute pleasure of meeting the owner Axel who shared his name with my nephew and his brother Christophe who made us feel like family. We immediately fell into easy conversation with both and Christophe even did a few magic tricks for our little Aksel. On to the food, dinner opened with a delicious, velvety, chilled cauliflower and potato soup. For appetizers we had the tuna tataki, the goat cheese egg roll and a Cesar salad (which was the BEST Cesar I’ve ever had) and the mushroom ravioli. For our mains we did the Branzino, Lobster and triggerfish special, duck breast, coconut crusted mahi mahi and angus filet. The gratin was creamy and garlicky and delicious! Everything we tasted was better than the last. Desserts were profiteroles with outrageous homemade hot dark chocolate sauce, pistachio crème brûlée and a mixed berry pavlova. We all tasted everyone’s desserts and were stuffed full after. Ended the night with delicious house shots. So glad we waited for our last night to have this dinner. From start to finish, hands down the BEST meal we had in Saint Martin. Wonderful owners, attentive and personable servers, great boozy drinks and warm inviting atmosphere! Will definitely be back here for another taste of La Villa!!!!

A Gastronomic Gem in the Heart of Grand Case La Villa Restaurant in Grand Case continues to shine as one of St. Martin's premier dining destinations. Our recent dinner there was nothing short of exceptional, reaffirming why this establishment is a must-visit for food enthusiasts. The evening star was undoubtedly the lobster - succulent, perfectly prepared, and flavorful. It's clear why La Villa is renowned for its seafood. The Angus beef was equally impressive and perfectly cooked, showcasing the kitchen's versatility in handling both surf and turf with equal finesse. Beyond the main courses, each dish we sampled demonstrated a masterful balance of flavors and textures, highlighting the chef's creativity and skill. The attention to detail in the presentation was also noteworthy, with each plate arriving as a work of art. The ambiance at La Villa strikes an ideal balance between elegance and comfort, making it suitable for special occasions and more casual fine dining experiences. The attentive and knowledgeable service enhanced the overall dining experience. For Magic of the Caribbean Card holders, there's the added benefit of a discount (be sure to present your card), making this exquisite dining experience even more appealing. Whether you're a local or a visitor to St. Martin, La Villa Restaurant in Grand Case should be at the top of your culinary itinerary. It's a testament to the island's reputation as a foodie paradise and a dining experience that lingers in memory long after the last bite.

Finally found a restaurant worth 5 stars across the board in Grand Case! Food was exceptional and not as pricey as other similar restaurants on the same strip. Service was truly superb. Everyone was attentive, pleasant and made you feel welcomed, can't say the same for another restaurant just down the street. The atmosphere had a casual but nice vibe, not stuffy but not common either, just right. We ordered the foie gras, lobster bisque, tuna tataki and beef striploin. Every dish was delicious. For dessert we shared the café liegeois. You must dine here. We only wished we had visited sooner as we came on our last night in SXM.

From start to finish, this French restaurant delivered an exceptional dining experience. The tuna tataki was fresh, delicate, and perfectly seared, with flavors that danced on the palate. The foie gras was rich and decadent, melting effortlessly in the mouth, and paired beautifully with its accompaniments. The beef steak was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor, along with scalloppotatoes. The presentation of every dish was elegant, and the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. An unforgettable meal that balances refined French cuisine with a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a true taste of France in St. Martin.

Always one of our favorites. The food and service continue to be top notch, but the “vibe” has definitely changed. Florence and JC’s presence are definitely missed very much. The new owner Chantel has done a splendid job continuing the success of a restaurant that has been in place for 45 years. We had walked passed this restaurant a few times while Venturing into Grand Case throughout the week and noted it was always packed- we now know why. Everything was so fresh and well done. Can’t wait to come back next year. 5 stars.

The Auberge Gourmande is one of the most wonderful Restaurants in Saint Martin. Top quality french cuisine and a very unique assortment of quality french wine. Also the service is heartfelt and very personal! Always a good choice!

Auberge Gourmande – A Hidden Gem of French Gastronomy in Saint Martin Tucked away in the heart of Grand Case, Auberge Gourmande is more than just a restaurant—it’s a sanctuary of French culinary excellence, where every dish is a love letter to tradition, flavor, and artistry. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were warmly welcomed by Chantal, whose gracious hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable evening. Our waitress, Karyn, made the experience spectacular. Her deep knowledge of the menu, charisma, and effortless charm turned each course into a celebration of taste, passion, and storytelling. Chef Alex, the genius behind the stove and Chantal’s husband, crafts dishes that feel like they belong in a Paradise. We began with the Duck Foie Gras Raviolis, delicately nestled in a rich truffle sauce—a silken, decadent introduction to the meal. But the true showstopper may have been the French pie with lobster meat, chopped in white wine and layered on a bed of Florentine spinach, all crowned with a lobster cream sauce that melted on the tongue. It was pure indulgence, yet somehow still elegant. The Duck “Wellington” confit with foie gras and wild mushrooms, encased in golden pastry, was a masterpiece. Served with truffle and mushroom sauce and crushed potatoes, every element was cooked to perfection—flaky, savory, and deeply satisfying. To end, the mango and strawberry puff pastry was a dream. Light, crisp, and filled with vibrant fruit, it was served with homemade whipped cream and a housemade fruit sauce that brought brightness and balance to the dessert. Dining at Auberge Gourmande is more than just a meal—it’s a true gastronomic journey, lovingly curated by people who care deeply about the guest experience. With Karyn’s extraordinary service, Chantal’s warmth, and Chef Alex’s brilliance in the kitchen, this was one of the finest meals we’ve ever had—not just in Saint Martin, but anywhere

We came here for a special dinner to celebrate. The atmosphere and the staff were amazing. We had a nice Bordeaux with dinner. Each course was amazing. Crab for starter Rack of Lamb for me and Sea Bass for wife A raspberry flambé to finish We were not sure where it was but a quick call and the staff graciously guided us. A note parking in the restaurant area of Grand Case is mostly on street. They do take credit cards

We have dined in Grand Case, most every year, since 1995. This establishment has enjoyed a well earned sterling reputation since that time. We were there once again this week. The table service, both food and wine, is still "top shelf" perfect....those same folks have been in place for decades. HOWEVER.... the FOOD nowadays - NOT ON PAR with its HISTORY.... can you say AMATEURISH ....and..... AWFUL! And the demoralized servers tacitly agree! You should be aware --- there is a NEW OWNER who is also the NEW CHEF! He is not competent in the kitchen! Correspondingly....he his arrogantly rude to his customers ... as well as to his staff -- disgusting. BUYER BEWARE!! As an alternative --- we highly recommend that you go next door -- as we have done for three decades. BISTROT CARAIBES - two brothers own it-- both great guys -- consistently great food & great staff.

Rainbow Café, located on the beach of Grand Case, offers a boho-chic atmosphere with a tropical open-air restaurant vibe. The menu features mostly French cuisine with international influences, focusing on seafood dishes like braised and seared octopus and mahi-mahi ceviche. Guests can enjoy sunset cocktails and tapas while wiggling their toes in the sand or relaxing in macrame swing chairs on the rooftop deck.
This place was recommended for breakfast by the hotel I stayed at and did not disappoint! A beautiful rooftop setting overlooking the ocean and beach. Very comfortable large chairs, perfect decoration and chill atmosphere. Also beautiful and friendly staff! I was trying to eat slowly to enjoy the place longer but the food was too delicious! High class presentation and perfectly fresh ingredients only. Very good experience. I highly recommend for any meal of the day.

WOW wow wow!!! Rainbow Cafe was hands-down one of the best restaurants we visited during our trip—and it was literally right up the street from our hotel, though we had no idea until the very end. We stumbled in one evening looking for a late-night dessert and ended up with blueberry cheesecake, a fruit tart, and passion fruit ice cream. Every bite was incredible. The fruit was fresh, the cheesecake had the perfect creamy texture, and the tart crust was buttery and crisp. The passion fruit ice cream was exactly as you’d expect—bright, tangy, and packed with flavor. My sister loves tart flavors, so it was perfect for her. The dessert was so good that we came back the next morning for breakfast—and once again, it did not disappoint. I had the NY scramble (pancakes, eggs, bacon, and avocado) with a grilled hazelnut latte. My sister had French toast, pancakes, eggs, and fresh-squeezed orange juice. Everything was cooked perfectly, portions were generous, and the flavors were spot on. My only regret? We discovered Rainbow Cafe on our last day before heading to the airport. I can only imagine how amazing dinner would have been. Don’t make the same mistake we did—make Rainbow Cafe one of your first stops. You’ll get great food, friendly service, a warm atmosphere, and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

🌟 Rainbow Beach Café – A Perfect Day in Grand Case! The French Side We had an amazing experience at Rainbow Beach Café! The vibe was fantastic—chilled music, relaxed energy, and stunning views right on Grand Case Beach. The service was top-notch from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and well worth the price. We loved the beach setup too—beach beds were $35, very comfortable, and perfectly positioned. They even included a beach towel, which was a great touch! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stylish yet laid-back beach day with great food, service, and comfort. We’ll definitely be back!

10 out of 10, would recommend. They have a LIVE DJ during the day. Yes yes, food is good. Poke bowl is delicious, so couldn't finish it but I tried my best. I am the friend who steals food and everything I grabbed was on point. View is beautiful, who doesn't want to look at a vast amount of water while consuming little bits of paradise.

Rainbow cafe offers perfect beachfront bliss 😊 Nestled right on the sand with an unobstructed view of the sparkling turquoise ocean, this spot is an absolute gem. From the moment you step onto their deck, the gentle sound of the waves and the refreshing sea breeze immediately put you at ease. They have shaded patio seating with ocean view, bar at the patio and for the shopaholics rooftop boutique. The ambiance here is simply unparalleled. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee as the sun rises, a leisurely lunch with friends, or a sunset cocktail, the ocean view takes center stage. For lunch we ordered: Edamame, crazy vegan roll, side of basamati rice, greens (broccoli, spinach and beans). I wish they had more vegetarian/vegan options to offer. My other minor critique would be that during peak times, it can get quite busy, which is a testament to its popularity. However, even with the crowds, the atmosphere remains enjoyable. I would love to try their brunch next time. Overall beautiful place to relax and enjoy some delicious food.

Location and views are great, food was good, on par for other places. Service was also just okay, whereas other places showed excellent friendly service. Prices are inline however, we didn’t spend the 30€ for lounge chairs downstairs. Beautiful beach, calm water, gorgeous sand. We used our beach towels.

Rainbow Café is a true gem in Grand Case—where every meal feels like an experience. The food is not only fresh and abundant, but every bite is delectably flavorful and thoughtfully presented. What truly elevates it, though, is having breakfast upstairs. With a sweeping view of Grand Case unfolding beneath you, it evokes a feeling that’s hard to put into words—calm, awe, maybe even a little wonder. As for the service, our waiter, George adds his own unique touch. He has a calm, understated way of welcoming you and brings a genuine kindness that complements the relaxed, refined vibe of Rainbow Café. A longtime resident of the island, he’s also a great source of local tips—just the person you’d want to chat with over a leisurely breakfast.

Had a wonderful afternoon at Rainbow cafe. We got 3 beach chairs, absolutely the most comfortable. 30 euros per chair. The beach was beautiful and clean, water was so calm and blue. We saw a small stingray which was exciting. We got the best sushi I've ever tasted on the island for lunch. Drinks were amazing. Calamari was great. We got guac, the chips were a little soft. We looked through the boutique upstairs, lots of cute Rainbow cafe apparel (quite expensive though). All around will visit again for the amazing drinks and lunch, and comfy chairs. A great treat yourself beach day.

The resort features sparkling pools and treehouse-style cabanas set amidst well-manicured gardens. Visitors can enjoy various eateries on-site, including the Bamboo Room and Hidden Forest Cafe.
We spent the whole day at the pool area of Loterie Farm and it was absolutely divine. It’s a peaceful, relaxing spot truly a hidden paradise. We did the obstacle course with the zip line. It was really fun and not difficult at all. The instructor was really helpful and explained everything. The trees provided a lot of shade but it was still hot. There is a place where you can eat and drink before or after your slot opens up.

What a great experience. Just few minutes from Grand Case this hidden treasure will leave you breathless. Fun for kids and adults. We only did the pool all day, but it was enough if you wanna just relax. This is absolutely a must visit location. Beautiful area, so many choices right within the location. Excellent food and choices, wonderful stunning ambiance, the service was the best, super friendly and helpful. My family did the ZipLine and loved it, I stayed behind at the cafe, which felt like a lovely treehouse. Highly recommend visiting here, you won’t be disappointed. The pool area has a minimal fee, but it’s worth every cent. Love this place, you will too I’m positive.

We wanted to do the hike of 5,5km and was 10€pp to park the car and do the hike. You follow the sign of hike but coming to the fence upstairs there is no sign were to go higher so go left because you cannot go right, then 200m on the right you go up, again no sign. Upstairs is a beautiful 😍 view. Coming down and back to the farm in about 2,5 hours you have to pay 25€pp for a bed so you can use the pool. Where is that 10€pp for if you don’t provide even a shower or something? We have our own pool so did a lunch which was nice and went off. Its a nice hike, you cannot do this on flipflops, we did the hike with boots 🥾 .

Villa Royale Restaurant is a popular Creole-style eatery in Saint-Martin, known for its authentic home-cooked dishes and intimate atmosphere. The restaurant offers a variety of seafood specialties such as trigger fish, Mahi Mahi, and shrimp kebab with creole rice. For those feeling adventurous, the goat stew or curried goat are highly recommended. Despite its unassuming appearance, the cozy ambiance and top-notch service make it a must-visit spot for both locals and tourists alike.
I haven't gathered the words to express my deepest gratitude for how special this team of amazing people made me feel. I was told about this amazing restaurant during my visit and last minute I made reservations for my birthday and they accommodated me. They made me feel like the birthday girl the moment I walked in. The food was great!!! It tasted like good authentic Haitian food. The owner, Rose, came to chat with me and later did a special HBD duet. They can sing and dance; it was so amazingly wonderful. I highly recommend them for any time of the day. I'll be sure to return on my next visit. Thank you!!!

3 Stars Villa Royale has a welcoming atmosphere and seems to be a favorite for many, but our experience was mixed. Both my wife and I ordered fish, and unfortunately, both dishes were overcooked and quite dry. To their credit, the staff did replace my wife's dish—though it came after we had already finished our meal, and the replacement was still on the dry side. We also didn’t quite get the authentic Creole flavors we were hoping for. While the service was polite and attentive, the food didn’t live up to our expectations. Might not return, but others may have a better experience.
Shazad M — Google review
I went to this restaurant after a friend recommendation. The food was really nice and well served. The cocktail was OK but I only recommend the frozen mojito or the frozen daiquiri. The rest is not really all that. They need to better themselves. Why only a 3 stars because the service is really bad the people that serve you make you feel like you are annoying them asking for details or more information on the plates, sighing and rolling eyes. Good food and very well served for the prices But the services need to be worked on He had the lobster and the conch

My family rented out this hall for an event. The positives The room was colorfully and neatly decorated. The pineapple was delicious. The young woman who announced the meal was polite. It was lovely to spend time with loved ones. Constructive criticism The food was not good and was overcooked. There was plenty of food leftover and they refused to let anyone take anything home. We had a cake and the young lady who cut the cake appeared so vexed that she had to serve people it was a complete turn off. The service was slow. I noted the people dining outside, not part of our party were also commenting on the slow service. There are much better places to eat creole food in Saint Martin.
Lisa H — Google review
This place was recommended by a friend and I have to be honest my wife and I were not fans at all. The food was just ok, now the service was horrible, but the level of attention to our needs was not met.
Gilbert P — Google review
Update: Still great! We had the creamy salmon, creamy & curry shrimp, with crab back, sautéed potatoes, tostones and rice. Was delicious! The food is great!! I was pleasantly surprised. The presentation of certain dishes has absolutely no bearing on the quality of the food. The service, however, could use improvement. I recommend the Mahi Mahi tacos, seafood pasta, and the ribs.

Emilio's...Dine with History is a remarkable dining destination situated on an 18th-century sugar cane plantation in St. Maarten. This unique restaurant, housed in a historic boiling house from the 1700s, offers guests the chance to savor exquisite nouveau Caribbean cuisine crafted by Chef Sidney.
We had an incredible dinner experience at Emilio’s this evening! We arrived early for our reservation and we decided to tour around the gorgeous stone exterior and grounds before our meal. My husband and I selected the 3 course meal from the menu and it was served at a relaxing pace. Our server Nyal had great recommendations and was so kind and attentive throughout the entire meal. Everything was cooked to perfection and it was the perfect date night for us. We absolutely loved every moment of it!

This place was eclectic, unique, and a great casual upscale vibe. The environment was perfect. The location was very low-key very relaxing beautiful scenery. The waiter Nyal was very cool, attentive, and personable. The pumpkin soup was delicious the octopus so I heard was also very delicious. The curry was outstanding. And the salmon was also very very enjoyable. Emilio’s is a bit pricey however, when you’re on vacation and you get an opportunity to enjoy a vibe like this with the people you enjoy being around You tend not to worry about the cost. Also, it was good value for the quality of food and the amount of food. compliments to the chef!

Edit: when I got home and really looked into the billing I found that they added dishes I never ordered to my bill. You have to be careful because they always ask you of you want this or that but don't tell you they charge so much extra for it. I literally had my own bottled water with me and they charged me over 6 for water as well. I'm not sure if is come back just due to the fact after assessing, we had over $70 in extra charges, including a salad we never ordered too. So good and everything was spectacular!! Sea bug was delish and good-sized. Came with well seasoned sides. The sea plate curry was phenomenal, and it was nice getting a variety of seafood. The beef tip was perfectly medium rare and juicy. Everything was complimented with flavors. I'm so happy right now... and very full. Learning 7ish is NOT the time to try and eat without a reservation anywhere.

Cannot say enough positive things about our experience at BZH. Everything we ate was delicious. This place has a very casual vibe while remaining clean and modern. such a lovely spot right off the beach in the middle of town. we found parking all the way down the street for free but it is tough. the vibes here are so cool and the space is lovely. the service is top notch and truly friendly, fast, and welcoming. the drinks are awesome, cocktails looked cool. prices are averagely high. i would’ve hoped the tuna tartare would be better. the tuna was fresh but the avocado definitely was not and it killed the taste. the seaweed salad also feels random. fries were good and so was the side salad. i’d probably recommend trying something else cause the seafood is fresh and the service is great, there was also plenty of space. come as you are!

L'Atelier Restaurant, located in Orient Bay Village, St. Martin, is a delightful dining spot where you can savor the freshest meats and catch of the day. The menu features homemade cuisine with signature dishes like crispy soft-boiled egg and Churrasco Entrana steak. Known for its exceptional meats and local fish, this restaurant offers a charming atmosphere for meat lovers and seafood enthusiasts. The focus is on simplicity, quality, and creating memorable dining experiences with loved ones.
This is not like the other adjacent restaurants found in the Place du Village, Orient Bay. Alexandre has created culinary art. The food is comparable only to Michelin restaurants in New York City (not having dined in Paris to compare to). A must have is the Crispy Poached Egg starter or the Tuna Carpaccio. For a main course, being a filet mignon lover, I tried the Rigatoni with mignon and porcini mushrooms. My husband had the braised beef short ribs. And the chef's dessert was beyond the beyond. We were not disappointed and it's the second year we have come and better each time. The interior and staff support the passion for food and passion for people.

Best dinner in Saint Martin! Was recommended this restaurant by a friend and decided to have a Thursday night dinner here. Glad we did. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeting by very warm and welcoming staff. The staff all make it clear that they truly care about your experience there. Our server was Margeaux, however the other employees such as Elof also checked in on us. They all were so friendly and attentive. Before we ordered our meals, the owner of the restaurant: Alex, came to our table and explained every dish on the menu to us.. in detail. A very nice experience, this added an extra touch of care and personality to the whole experience. He made it feel as if we were at home. The food was to die for and the service was unbeatable. We ordered the Ribeye of Black Pearl & the Simmental filet mignon. Both steaks just melted in your mouth. The mashed potatoes and the peppercorn sauce for the meat is a must! Had the crème brûlée & upside down apple pie for dessert, both were also very delicious. Definitely on the pricier side but 100% worth it. No doubt we will return here during our next visit of Saint Martin.

They kindly assisted us when we needed to make last-minute changes to our booking. The service in the restaurant was equally remarkable. The waitstaff was highly attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming, ensuring that every detail of our experience was perfect. While the menu primarily focuses on meat, there are also some excellent seafood options available, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We started with a shared appetizer of delicate tuna carpaccio, followed by an exquisite ceviche. For the main course, we opted for a perfectly cooked dry-aged steak, prepared exactly to my requested medium-rare doneness. It was absolutely outstanding. To conclude, we indulged in a dessert with a slight customization, which the staff graciously accommodated without hesitation. The entire experience was enhanced by the beautiful ambiance: every detail, from the lighting to the decor and even the background sounds, was carefully curated to create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. While the pricing is on the premium side, the exceptional quality of the food, service, and setting more than justifies the cost. Overall, dining at L'Atelier was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined culinary journey.

Our friend who comes to the island once a year took us here for dinner last night. It was such a great experience and the food was delicious. One of the best meals I have had. I do not think you can go wrong with anything you order. Highly recommend! The owner walks through the entire menu and if you are a wine connoisseur they have a great wine list.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our first experience at L'Atelier. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very welcoming. It is clear the owner, Alex, has put in a lot of time and thoughtful effort curating an ambiance and mood that is casual but also refined. And the food is nothing short of spectacular. We loved the goat cheese paired with the black olive jam and bread. For our main course, we shared the chateaubriand filet mignon--tender, juicy, and full of flavour. I highly recommend L'Atelier to anyone who appreciates fine dining and a friendly atmosphere.

La Trattoria Restaurant in Orient Bay is a delightful gem that transports diners straight to Italy with its charming and laid-back ambiance. Guests rave about the exceptional service and mouthwatering dishes, including homemade ravioli, gnocchi, and gluten-free pasta options. The outdoor seating allows patrons to savor their meals under the stars on lovely Saint Martin evenings.
First night back for weeks vacation and we couldn’t wait for the restaurant to open. First stop. Excellent ambiance, personable super professional staff and knowledgeable about their menu choices. We were a party of five and each enjoyed a delicious different choice. Chicken Parmesan was my daughter’s favorite (says best in the world), Lasagna was son’s choice, perfect ratio of pasta to meat sauce, lots of meat, and cheese. I had the best Gnocchi with Gorgonzola cheese thinly shaved special ham (excellent as it was like superior Procshitto), the white cream sauce was luscious, and my grandson selected Linguine Alfredo. We all had great desert. Highly recommend this five star restaurant. When we departed the place filled up and very busy. I’m generally not a big fan of Italian but we will definitely try to get a second dining experience before our vacation ends. Ah have to mention the fresh Parmesan Wheel.
Roeann C — Google review
I wasn’t sure what to expect choosing Italian in a place known for its French cuisine and seafood, but La Trattoria ended up being a fantastic surprise. The Linguine à la Truffe, prepared in the Parmesan wheel and topped with fresh truffle, was rich, creamy, and full of flavor—definitely the star of the night. We also shared the ravioli, which was delicate and perfectly balanced, and a Caesar salad that was fresh and crisp with a great classic dressing. The setting was relaxed but elegant, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. A lovely spot for a quality, no-fuss meal with excellent pasta and a nice atmosphere.
Ashley M — Google review
It is a good restaurant by itself but relative to other french restaurants in the area i would drop a star in food rating. The ravioli and seafood linguine were generally good, the greek salad wasn’t really a greek salad or the type that one can find in Greece but this is common to experience outside of Greece. Linguine pasta was a good size. In terms of price, this restaurant is about 20-30% cheaper per dinner than the french neighbor restaurants.

They offer only one vegan option on their menu, but it is totally worth the visit. Delicious vegetable gnocchi with mushrooms, zucchini, and eggplant. I hope they will introduce additional vegan dishes in the future. It would be awesome to have a pizza option with vegan cheese in it.

Amazing experience. Great food. We’re ordered calamari, prawn linguini, and beef lasagna. Everything is good! My husband ordered Spicy Margarita, it came out amazing. I will try Veal Masala in the next visit.

This Italian restaurant is a true gem on the island! The food was absolutely delicious—full of authentic flavors and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service was fast and attentive, making the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. If you’re craving great Italian food in a beautiful setting, this place is a must-visit!

My family and I have been coming to St. Martin for the last 5 years and this is pit favorite place to dine!! The food is alwaya delicious and the service is exceptional! I love that the staff all coordinate to help each other out, so guest never have to wait long for anything. Orly is our favorite waitress! She's so sweet and always have a smile and kind words. Do yourself a favor and eat here!
K M — Google review
Terrible experience. The location is nice, but the entire restaurant is outdoors, meaning the whole place essentially becomes a smoking section. Eating while constantly smelling cigarette smoke was nauseating and completely ruined the atmosphere. I ordered the chicken Alfredo, which was listed on the menu as “chicken, penne, Alfredo.” What came out had tomatoes, herbs, and scallions-none of which were mentioned. I politely asked for it to be remade as a plain Alfredo without the extras. The second dish came out and still was not remotely close to a good Alfredo-definitely not worth the price. Then we noticed we were charged twice for the Alfredo, including the one we returned. When we asked, we were told those extra ingredients are “always” in Alfredo (they’re not), and the manager said that it’s the customer’s responsibility to guess what ingredients might be added, and then ask for them to be removed-despite none of them being listed on the menu. That’s absurd and misleading. Service: 0/10 Atmosphere: 0/10 (unless you enjoy inhaling secondhand smoke while eating) Food: Disappointing and overpriced. Do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else.

Nestled in the picturesque Orient Bay, Maison Mère is a culinary gem that promises an unforgettable dining experience. This fine dining restaurant is celebrated for its inviting ambiance and attentive service, making it ideal for romantic dinners or important business meetings. Guests rave about the exquisite French-European dishes on offer, including standout selections like escargot, foie gras, and snapper. The attention to detail extends beyond just the food; diners can indulge in a traditional French cheese cart after their meal.
Don’t deny yourself an evening (or multiple) at Maison Mère. From the moment you arrive the staff are courteous and welcoming, the ever changing menu gives you an opportunity to try new fantastic dishes on each visit. Although not the lightest on cost they make up for it in ten fold with the environment, good food and impressive presentation. An absolute must do if you are visiting Orient Bay

We enjoyed our dinner here. The food was phenomenal, the pork loin was one of the best dishes I had on the island, compliments to the chef. Unfortunately, the service was not up to the standard of other restaurants in the area. I’m not sure if they were exceptionally busy that night or what, but there were 4 servers and somehow our table was forgotten and we had to ask multiple times for our drink orders and to get our check. Hopefully it was just a one off experience, as everyone was quite friendly and looked like they were working hard. Would try again, and hope for a better all around experience.
Gary K — Google review
Excellent meal on vacation! I put my husband in charge for deciding on a meal for once and he did not disappoint! Started with the oysters and escargot; the mignonette for the oysters was the best I ever had! My daughter had the octopus for dinner, I had the steak & hubby had the Dover sole and we shared puff pastry for dessert. The puff pastry was what we described as a pasty filled creme brûlée with caramel sauce. Will be remembered as a top meal of all time!
Nicole G — Google review
We recommend the mushroom risotto, bone marrow, soufflé, and their dry red wines. The food was perfect, and not as difficult to stomach the price, unlike Le Bouchon next door, which we also had the other day. Only complaint is that she didn’t bring more bread when we asked, and instead just insisted on desserts, which we felt forced to agree to.
Alicja — Google review
Maison Mère completely exceeded our expectations and delivered a fantastic meal and experience during our recent trip. From the moment we arrived, the charming courtyard ambiance set the tone for a relaxed yet refined dining experience. The Filet de Bœuf Hemingway au Poivre Noir was, without question, the highlight of the night. Perfectly cooked, beautifully seasoned, and complemented by a rich peppercorn cream sauce. That said, the Pork Belly from Cantal came in a close second. Crisped to perfection and paired with ultra-creamy mushroom polenta, it was indulgent and incredibly satisfying. Service was warm, attentive, and well-paced, adding to the overall ease and enjoyment of the evening. The space itself is stylish yet cozy, with a mix of indoor and outdoor seating nestled beneath lush greenery and twinkling lights. We wrapped up the meal with a delightful digestif, served on what looked like a vintage book, but was actually the portal for our check—such a charming final touch. Maison Mère is a gem, and we’ll absolutely be recommending it to anyone visiting St. Martin. It’s the kind of place that manages to balance elevated cuisine with laid-back island elegance—an experience worth savoring.

Among the best food we’ve had here in 3 years. Loved the focaccia with burrata. And the Hemingway was amazing. Craving it already! Will return for more.
Kurt R — Google review
The best fine dining experience we had on the island was here at Maison Mère. What a wonderful way to end our visit. While service was slow the staff did their best to attend to each guest. Everything went smoothly after kickoff. What impressed me the most about the dining experience was the consistency in taste. Not one dish missed the mark from the prawns, to the avocado taste (the best avocado taste I’ve ever had), the scallop carpaccio and the sole. And unlike the #1 restaurant in the Caribbean in grand case, the risotto here was spot on. Creamy rather than watery and full of flavor. We ended with the homemade chocolate cake and caramel ice cream. A lot of what is served at this restaurant is made in house which goes to show the level of care and detail out in creating an enjoyable dining experience for all.

"update required" last visit 12/25/2024 No more cheese plate! Biggest disappointment. Second disappointment is the service. We were brought the wrong bottle of Champagne. The bottle was double the price as the one ordered and they waiter never presented the bottle to the pet that ordered it. I recorded the whole thing. The bottle was brought in the bucket, the foil was then cut off the wire was taken off and then the bottle was taken out of the bucket and presented briefly. The person that ordered the bottle was on the other side of me. So they never had a clear view of it. I had no idea what was ordered. Of course the person that ordered the bottle noticed once it was being served. Once we brought it to their attention the waiter knew he messed up but the manager was the problem. He proceeded to tell us it was our fault. He was completely out of line in saying this. My video shows they didn't follow standard procedure. And was trying to save himself money instead of save face. We had to compromise and pay what he claimed was the price they paid for the bottle which was still double the price of the original bottle we order. Food was still great but the service for this mistake was unacceptable. (Old review One of the best French restaurants on the island, one of the best French restaurants in the world. Get the cheese plate.)

Had an Amazing day in Grand Case and Captain Frenchys and can’t wait to return in December. Welcoming and friendly the moment we stepped in, our beach waiter was spot on and gave us the best service during our 11 day stay. We went elsewhere for lunch but did have late afternoon apps which were simply delightful!!!! Beer was ice cold, amazing views

A group of 25 of us (12 adults and 13 children) went there last week. Without and hesitation they were able to accommodate us on the beach, get us drinks and food. The day we went was for the vast majority of the island a quiet day but regardless of the size of our group they managed to accommodate well. The drinks were flowing and the beach was great. Now for the best part. The wings. Wow they were good. Not taking away from the rest of the food but these were likely some of the best wings I have ever had. Literally ate one, got in the sea, turned around and was like I need more. Great job guys.

We came to SXM in late October. We were staying on the windward side of the island where the water was rough and the beaches were awash with seaweed. The leeward side however was calm and had not one blade of seaweed. Only a few of the beach clubs were open. We came to Captan Frenchy’s two days in a row, renting two chairs and an umbrella. We enjoyed drinks and lunch. We are at our lounge chairs but they also use tables. (The next day we ate at Cynthia’s). We had a great time, swam in the crystal clean water, lounged, and read. Jeep (Jean-Philippe) took great care of us. He was attentive without being pushy. He noticed my husband was rearranging the umbrella and he quickly brought us a second one. We did not need reservations as it wasn’t too busy, but during the busy season you will need to make them. The place also has bathrooms and a fresh water shower. We paid with a CC but tips are in cash so plan accordingly. Would definitely come back here if we return to SXM.

La Villa Hibiscus, located in Mont Vernon, is a must-visit for those seeking traditional French gourmet cuisine with a West Indies twist. The menu offers iconic French dishes alongside exotic additions like marlin gravlax in turmeric marinade with Creole sauce made with habanero chili peppers.
La Villa Hibiscus is a true gem in the heart of St. Martin. Chef Bastian is a real artist in the kitchen, combining flavors and techniques in ways that are both creative and absolutely delicious. Every dish feels like a surprise and a delight. The service is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home while still being incredibly professional. The atmosphere is the perfect mix of romantic and friendly, so it’s great for a special night out or just a fun meal with friends. And the cocktails are some of the most delicious and interesting ones on the island! I’ve been here many times, and it never disappoints. If you’re a foodie looking to be impressed, don’t miss this place!

La Villa Hibiscus is one of the best dining experiences we had on the island. Chef Bastian is an incredible talent—his dishes were beautifully crafted, delicious and beautifully presented. The wine pairing was terrific. The whole experience felt personal yet polished. He greeted us when we came in. His team was so warm and attentive—it’s like being welcomed into someone’s home, but with the finesse of a top-tier restaurant. The restaurant itself is beautiful with intimate elegance. We did not know what to expect but we loved it! It’s a must for anyone who loves food done with heart and creativity.

We selected the 6 course tasting menu. We were a group of seven family members. The food was very artisanal, unique and delicious. Hats off tot he chef for his creativity. We had a baby with us, and she devoured the her pasta! The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant is very classy and comfortable. Location doesn't have a view of water, but the ambience of the restaurant takes the place of a view. Open air seating with beautiful flora and fauna. Chef and crew are very talented, courteous and have pleasant personalities. Wine pairing with the meal was definitely worth while.

My husband and I were returning from the beach in late afternoon, quite disheveled, sweaty, covered in sand, and hungry, as we passed the beautiful Villa Hibiscus. We were a bit embarrassed to go and make a table reservation in that state (they are on OpenTable too, so you don't have to repeat what we did:) however, as we peaked through the entrance, a friendly lady came running to us, inquired about our wishes and promptly set us up with a table reservation for the same evening. We really appreciated that they allow smoking and that as smokers, they placed us at a very private table so we were to ourselves and also did not pose any disturbance to potential non smoking guests. Very thoughtful staff! As we came in for our dinner, the service was kind and seamless. They inquired about any potential dietary restrictions or allergies right away. The atmosphere is amazing, with cosy romantic lighting, plentiful plants and fountains. We chose the 5 course Gourmet menu (the basic menu) at 75 eur per person without drinks. They have 3 menus available (no a la carte), with 2 larger menus (6 courses at app 160 eur and 7 courses at app 260 eur - please check the prices on their web page or OpenTable app for precise info:) We are usually not huge fans of being "at chef's mercy" as is customary for fancy dining experiences but this was exquisite! Every course and every dish was prepared not only beautifully but with perfect balance in taste and texture. I usually do not eat much fish, but the Mahi Mahi fillet in turmeric and lemon grass sauce was just the right texture between firm and soft and as for the pork that came next, my husband claims is the best he has ever had. It was a nice touch to be also invited to peak in the kitchen/behind the scenes and meet the chef. While each course looks very tiny, the pace of dining and the final amount of food is just right (at least it was more than satisfactory for us). While pricey (with drinks, especially if you decide to splurge on some good wine and cocktails), this is a lovely culinary experience and can be a great romantic evening to add to your vacation schedule!

Chef Bastian is one of the most creative chefs on the island. He didn’t disappoint, again, last night. What a wonderful meal. We had the 6 course tasting meal. We started with a lovely drink by the pool. We lingered for at least 1/2 hour, enjoyed the amuse bouche laughed, and even had two of the lovely hand crafted cocktails. This consisted of a tea tray with three wonderfully crafted bits, one which was a pea puree with crispy bites of croutons, then smoked ceviche served in a faux sea urchin ceramic, and then finally a carrot purée with shaved carrot on top. Delicious! We finally moved to the main table. We were five people and had a lovely table overlooking the main area. Our first course was a spectacular summer tomato dish, thinly sliced with delicate pomegranate seeds. The next dish was a delicate cheese soufflé with a coating of freshly shaved black truffles, creating a shell around the soufflé, served with a seafood foam bisque, which created a perfect balance. The next dish was a rare slice of tuna paired with a leek amongst dollops of coconut cream in a sea of Demi glacé. the final dish was a sous vide chicken re-fashioned along with two baby artichokes that were seared and placed on top with the garnish of greens and a generous portion of caviar. The saltiness of the caviar paired perfectly with the dish and the dessert was equally delicious. See the wonderful pictures. I hope you get an opportunity to enjoy a wonderful meal from chef bastian.

Updated review: After a mediocre first experience, the owner and chef was kind enough to reach out directly to make things right. We returned last night and had an exceptional experience. Incredible ambiance, delicious meal, and excellent service. We will definitely be going back on our next trip! We chalked our initial experience up to their recent move to a new location and new staff. Now that the team has settled in, La Villa Hibiscus is one not to miss! Original review: We were very disappointed with our meal tonight. We reserved a table months ago as a final celebration for our honeymoon. While the food was good, the service was horrible. Our server didn’t know what he was serving and regularly had to ask for help from other staff. Our wine pairings didn’t arrive with the courses, resulting in us waiting for the pairing to be served and the food not being experienced at the proper temperature. Once we completed the courses, no one came to see if we were interested in a cafe or post-dinner drink and we ultimately asked for the bill to take our cafe at home. We’ve experienced many incredible meals in Saint Martin and this experience was by far the worst given the exorbitant price tag for the extremely poor service received

View and food was great. Service good. Be very careful though.. They charge $20 euro for two chairs and 2 free drinks. They told my wife and said chairs are free if we have lunch. When I went to pay the bill the 20euro was still there. They said that is the cost of the free drinks. Then drinks are not free!!! Such a shame they did this, it was a nice place and the food and servers were super nice. To the mangers.. Be honest and straight forward.. Suggest you just give a discount on the meal. Nestled in the picturesque Orient Bay, Le Bouchon is a delightful haven for lovers of traditional French cuisine. Drawing inspiration from the renowned Bouchons Lyonnais, this charming restaurant offers a menu filled with classic dishes that are both simple and satisfying. With two talented chefs at the helm, guests can indulge in culinary delights such as salade lyonnaise and tender beef cheek in mushroom sauce.
Do you know what 'Bouchon' means in French? While it literally translates to 'cork,' it's also a term affectionately used to describe certain restaurants, particularly those in the Lyon area, known for their cozy atmosphere and traditional cuisine. And we have one here too, right in the picturesque Baie Orientale ! Le Bouchon was open not so long ago and is a charming destination for those seeking authentic French cuisine. This gem of a restaurant, inspired by the classic "Bouchons Lyonnais," offers a menu brimming with traditional dishes guaranteed to delight your palate. Beyond the food, it was the company and the ambiance that truly made our night. The restaurant's cozy setting, coupled with lively conversations and the friendly faces of the staff, created an experience that’s both relaxing and memorable. It's not just the taste of the food but the joy of sharing a meal in such a welcoming environment that makes Le Bouchon a must-visit spot in Baie Orientale… A place to add on your bucket-list if you’re visiting us soon ;)

I do NOT recommend the veal kidneys because I felt like I can almost taste urine in them. The snails did taste like snails, but the sauce was impressive, despite being a simple garlic sauce without any overly striking flavors. The best food was probably the most expensive one: pigs trotters sausage w/foie gras mushrooms sauce. Service was of course excellent, but the quality of the snails and kidneys made me feel a little questionable. The wines gave me a very strong headache. Not my favorite Chardonnay or Sancerre, but tasty for the price.

I have had better French food in America at other French Restaurants there… believe it or not!. Prawns had a fishy/ amine smell and seemed to be frozen/ thawed; They were over cooked/ rubbery. Pasta was acceptable. Food was not hot or kept hot. Was given a dirty plate smeared with butter and when the server saw it she quickly removed it without any reaction … we saw the kitchen picking through bread that was returned from tables; not sure if it was for re-use at the restaurant. Three of us got sick from eating there. The other 4 ppl were fine.

It was delicious along with rebulochon cheese appetizers. Oh and deserts lol yes to die for creme Brule and caramel flan. Just look at photos

Excellent food, very good service, and nice relaxing atmosphere. Our group of four dined here 4 times in January and Feb 2025. After each tasty meal we were tempted to try other dishes and so we returned. We were not disappointed, and our taste buds are not easy to please 😊. Here are a few dishes we had: beef cheek in a mushroom sauce, beef bourguignon, escargots, frog legs in garlic butter, onion soup, Dover sole, veal Milanese, lamb chops, and oeuf en cocotte. Everything was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. Fresh warm bread to start was a lovely addition. We asked for a fresh green salad which was not on the menu; there was no problem making it for us – nice service. We come to St Martin every year and ate in all restaurants on the Place du village Orient Bay, square. Le Bouchon won us over this year. Well done!!!

We dined there recently and while the food was good and the surroundings very pleasant, the service was a bit lacking. This charming restaurant boasts a friendly atmosphere, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy a diverse menu that appeals to various palates. Guests have raved about their time spent here, whether enjoying an aperitif at the pub or savoring delicious meals in cozy settings adorned with cowhide accents.
Loved the experience. after a beach day, we repaired to the McCool Pub for eats and drinks. Hostess was very helpful. We ate at the bar. Staff were quick to take care of us with menus and drinks. Good beer selection. Food came out quick. The fish & chips were actually crispy! Not the soggy, overbreaded type that seem to be the standard. Caesar salad was very proper Anchovy traditional as it should be. Totally enjoyed the experience. I'll be back....and thank you!

Open air seating at the beach area parking lot. Water view but not right on the water. Delicious cheeseburger and fries. Bartender was friendly and spoke English - very much appreciated since we don't speak French. Several craft beers on tap. Payment can be done in US cash, Euro cash, and credit card.

Grabbed a quick late lunch/early dinner here after a day down the beach. The nachos were nothing to write home about but they hit the spot and you can’t go wrong ordering them. The chicken tenders on the other hand were some of the best I’ve had from a restaurant. Thin and crispy but still juicy with the perfect amount of breading and side of bbq sauce. The bathroom is very cramped so keep that in mind if you need to use it. The seat surface is rather short and close to the wall but I understand that infrastructure can be limited due to the nature of being on an island. Just something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues. Staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely return here for a quick, tasty bite the next time coming to this area for a day on the beach.

Worst service I have experienced in the last 10 years of frequently eating out around the world. After finishing the appetizer and first round of drinks, waited 45 minutes and no more food or drinks provided. We left and the manager still charged us for the food we never received until they were informed we were done and leaving. Out $85 and all we had were two drinks and two appetizers.

Wife was craving Nachos. Irish Nachos can be some of the best. NOT HERE! Literally chips from a bag with melted schredded cheese on them. Not Nacho cheese. Maybe a table spoon of guacamole, table spoon of salsa. $18 on marquee. Bill came to $34 with water. I mean come on!

Great ambiance and great food. The staff were very attentive and kind. It took a little while for the food, but it came out fresh and was very delicious. The lobster and pasta was amazing. The chicken fajitas were on par with a top-notch Mexican restaurant- very good!

A very nice little spot just off Orient Beach. Seating is open air which is helpful with the constant cigarette smoking in Saint-Martin. Our server was courteous and polite. Little Jerusalem Restaurant SXM in Simpson Bay is a must-visit for some of the best shawarmas on the island. The portions are huge, and the atmosphere is friendly. The Famous wrap with chicken and lamb, along with falafel, were delightful surprises - light and crispy falafel and a generously proportioned, spicy, and tasty wrap. Despite its unassuming location, this spot has won over many patrons with its flavorful food.
We visited this small local restaurant during our stay in St.Maarten. Hands down, the best shawarma wrap we have ever had. The famous wrap was packed with lots of flavour and was very filling— the owner was so generous with the portions and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely go back before the end of our trip.

It's my second time here and we are back. Middle Eastern Food restaurant and is Delicious. Chef Abraham cooks excellently.. a friendly atmosphere, Just loved the flavor. This is not a fast food restaurant, so the waiting time to get your order is the normal time when you get fresh food served. So like the Chef said.. it was worth it .. I ordered for 5 people and they All enjoyed it very much. !!! I highly recommend it. Once again, Chef Abraham, thank you so much.. your food is absolutely delicious. !

The owner and his family are the best! Food is good, atmosphere is relaxed and not overwhelmingly busy, not noisy although located on the main street, area is clean, service is respectful. The only deficit at the moment is that the meat is a bit on the salty side. Hopefully, that will be adjusted. However, it's a wonderful place to grab a quick meal by yourself or with others. Even nice for a casual date.

Unusually nice place in an unexpected spot! Went here based on food-related reviews and was not disappointed. I had The Famousl wrap (chicken and lamb with some kind of nice melty cheese in it) and my partner the falafel and was pleasantly surprised by how light and crispy the falafel was and how spicy, tasty and generously proportioned the wrap was. The owner is a real character and welcomed a number of local regulars while we were there enjoying our time. Will definitely come again to try something else.

Fantastic food for adults for the most part but I heard a server saying to a mother they can make up some chicken nuggets and rice for the young ones. My Tuna Poke bowl was the best I’ve ever had and my wife’s crunchy Barata salad was fantastic as well. We are going back in a couple days before leaving the island. And the view of the Orient Cove is awesome and the water is so warm. This is an upper class restaurant pretty much so the prices reflect it. Also you have to pay for your chairs if you intend on using them. Highly recommend making a reservation

Food: The food is good. We only had a main course. No starters, no dessert. The presentation was nice. The flavor was good as well. U can choose between a bowl of rice or homemade fries as a side. Both ok. There is a kids' meal. It's fish fillet with rice or fries. I had the ribs. The presentation, however, is so elaborate that I couldn't always see where my ribs ended and my veggies began. Service: They are understaffed, in my opinion. You wait a while for service. When they are available, they are attentive. Atmosphere: Like every other French beach bar on the island.

First Day they charged us $5 per chair with and umbrella the next day the sign clearly stated $5, but for some reason they wanted to charge us more even though the sign said $5. That definitely turned us off, but we went ahead a paid but we refused to order any food or drinks from them. The day before we spent a lot of $$$ on food, drinks and tips for the entire day. Don’t get fool by this place. Yes it looks good, but you get just an OK meal for the price you pay. You probably better off at the Bikini just in front where the meals are good, plus you get the view. Here’s the parking lot is the view. In the evening, as a bar, I could see the appeal as there are no view on the beach when it’s dark. Plus the decor and the ambiance are nice. It changed owner post IRMA and it’s a big promoter who owns it now. Let’s just say he knows the formula to look good and make money. The restaurant was empty at lunch time and was asked to move seat because I was alone. Sorry but no. Eventually we were 3 tables on 20 at 2pm. Give me break. Stop pretending being important when you are not.

Nestled in a vibrant setting, this restaurant offers a delightful menu featuring everything from expertly cooked prime rib to fresh seafood, including the much-craved lobster. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it perfect for enjoying meals under the enchanting St. Martin sky, especially on their lovely patio. The attentive staff at Cote Plages go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and well taken care of.
Im sure I got the only toned down item on the menu board- but my bacon and bleu cheese hamburger was outstanding! Went through it like a chainsaw... Highly recommend. The other menu items were equally deeee-lish.

Overall, an average experience. The food was not good - but not awful. Flavour was sub par. The service is extremely slow, even by "island time" standards. However the server made up for it by provided an unlimited amount of mango/strawberry rum shots on the house. The venue was nicely setup and right next to Orient Bay beach which is a good option.

Everything about the experience of dining at Cote Plages was excellent. The food was delightful and the service exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was warm and friendly and serving staff respectfully wore face shields which was appreciated. Will definitely be back!!

Great mix of people and very helpful and friendly staff. Good food selection with well timed delivery without any rush, and when asking to wait before our desert this was managed very well. Reasonable wine list from French to new world, and not to excessive on cost. Modules on a Thursday very good, and for theatre order the plaster cheese wheel. Nice touch at the end to be left a couple of bottles of rum with fruit juice where you just helped yourself. Highly recommend.

La Voile Blanche, now known as the Friendly Diner, is a delightful culinary gem nestled in the plaza of Orient Bay. Diners rave about the exquisite flavors that grace each dish, from light and zesty sea bass to rich prawn risotto. The menu may be compact, but it packs a punch with standout offerings like escargot and succulent sirloin. Desserts are not to be missed—trust me; you'll want to save room for their molten chocolate cake!
Outstanding food, absolutely delicious! Reasonably priced too. Highly recommended!

Chez Leandra is a restaurant that offers some of the best jerk pork and jerk chicken sandwiches that you will ever taste. The Garlic lobster may be another must-try, as it is cooked to perfection. In addition, the staff are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure your visit is unforgettable.
This place was amazing. They were upfront and transparent about the kitchen being backed up which is greatly appreciated. We grabbed 2 beers and waited. And oh yes, it was worth it. The coconut shrimp starter is some of the best coco shrimp I've ever had. My partner got the 30€ sized whole grilled fish, so moist and the seasoning/skin was delicious. I had the garlic shrimp with some killer rice and beans. The service is genuine, chill and the food is legit. Such a great value for the money.

Came here with an Island ATV Tour. We could pre order our Food. I picked the Steak and Cheese with Fries. Had a SXM Beer. The Beer was cold and is really a nice refreshing Beer after an ATC ride. The Steak Sandwich was okay. The Steak was really tough. The Beach area was really beautiful.

You really can’t beat the view—this spot sits right on Orient Beach and, in my opinion, is one of the best beach restaurants around, thanks to the Caribbean flair of the food. Whether you’re craving a full entrée with sides, a wrap, a sandwich, or a fresh salad, they’ve got you covered. The restaurant is run by a husband-and-wife team, and they do it right. Z is in the kitchen, Rochelle runs the front of house, and together they make the experience warm and welcoming. Everything I’ve eaten here has been absolutely delicious. On this visit, I had the grilled red snapper, perfectly seasoned with Jamaican spices. It came with flavorful rice and peas, a creamy potato salad, a veggie medley with peas and corn, and a fresh green salad topped with a tangy vinaigrette. Z also makes his own hot sauce—spicy, but tolerable, and full of flavor. My husband had the jerk chicken wrap, which he loved. Just a heads-up: it’s got a kick! So if you’re not a fan of heat, you might want to go with something milder. And if you drink, don’t miss their rum punch—it’s a must. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent at a very reasonable rate for the day, making it an ideal beach-and-lunch combo spot.

We spent two weeks in Orient Bay and this quickly became out go-to spot. We were with our two small children (6 months and 3.5 years). The owner was so incredibly kind, welcoming and personable to all of us. Great drinks. Super clean bathroom. I am still dreaming about how good those jerk chicken wings were!

Loved this spot because the service was so good (as was the food!). The family who owns this establishment are so welcoming. I grabbed a chair for $10 which included a drink. I also got the jerk chicken sandwich with fries and it was awesome. I would recommend.

Wow, simply wow. My girlfriend and I decided to visit this restaurant while at Orient Beach and we're ecstatic that we did. Firstly, the staff was super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. In terms of service, this place had the best service by a mile, compared to all other places we visited on the entire island, considering we ate out everyday, multiple times per day, for 8 days. We luckily arrived in time to order the last lobster available that day. For half a grilled lobster, depending on size, it'll cost $25, $30, or $35. For a whole grilled lobster, it'll run you about $40, $45, or $50 depending again, on size. We got a whole grilled lobster for $40 and honestly that was filling enough for two people, as it also comes with a side of fries or rice and a small salad. The grilled lobster was spectacular. They also have this garlic sauce with herbs and spices that is one of the best things I've ever tasted, definitely ask for a side of this sauce. We also ordered the red snapper sandwich which came on a hoagie bun. Also includes a side of rice or fries. It was pretty good, my only constructive criticism about the sandwich is to toast the bun a little longer, as it became a bit mushy. Would absolutely come back, and if you're having a hard time figuring out which of the restaurants you'd prefer to visit on the beach, don't look any further than Chez Leandra. You won't regret it!

Great place to sit on the beach and get a bite to eat! For $20 we got some chairs on the beach and two drinks, great views and strong drinks. Also ended up ordering the seared tuna and some onion rings, everything came very quick and was hot and fresh. Friendly service, great place overall!

Had lunch and drinks and two umbrella chairs in July. Cheeseburger was fantastic. Chairs and umbrella came with two rum punch drinks. Lunch took a while but was worth it, no reason to be in a hurry. Only drawback and this is not their fault it the seaweed/sawgrass was completely out of control, piled several feet high in some places never seen anything like it. I would avoid Orient beach for now. Price was a little high like $18 for a cheeseburger lunch.

I hate that we found this restaurant on our way to the airport after a week long stay! The service was 10/10. We came for one last meal on the island here and it was phenomenal. It’s also a hotel, but you can still swim at the cafe even if you’re not staying there. We unfortunately didn’t have time before our flight. Everything felt very healthy and fresh.

Most disappointing dining experience in Saint Martin. The food was less than impressive and much overpriced. But especially off-putting was the terrible lack of service, grumpy and incompetent staff. After the first course, they literally threw our used cutlery back onto the table to use them again for the main course.

We had some wonderful food here and the service was spot on. Only complaint is the prices, 34€ for 6 oysters is crazy…anywhere. Love the pool view. It was a really nice ambiance. WAI beach, also known as Wai Plage, is a charming restaurant located on the beautiful Orient Bay in Saint-Martin. It offers a Franco-Caribbean menu with exquisite flavors and holds music evenings once a week. Visitors can enjoy delicious food and drinks while renting beach chairs to relax by the sea. The restaurant provides a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere where guests can soak up the tropical vibes and watch kite surfers at Orient Bay.
When you discover a nice, friendly laid-back place like this along a great beach with top notch food offerings - well, you have arrived! Plus they comped us our chairs since they approved of the hotel we stayed at (please check!). We had tapas, and started ordering more- they were great. Try the Tiradito for a great sushi tuna experience, the Accras for recollecting a Dutch Croquette fish dish, and best of all the Burrata - an exciting Gazpacho.

I am surprised that this restaurant has 4.3 rating on google maps… Outstanding food - grilled octopus and trigger fish 🤤! Rich in flavor, floating in the substantial amount of sauce, intertwined with different textures 😍 The staff is very pleasant and attentive. The location is right on the beach surrounded by the greenery of palm trees. Feels modern and authentic at the same time. Light music in the background. Paradise 🏝️ Not sure how we missed this place staying on the Orient Beach right next to the restaurant for more than 10 days… but now as we found it - we will be back to have the same dishes again and possibly try something new 🙌 In addition, the restaurant offers renting a beach bed for 15€ a day - very convenient for those who like a comfortable beach day.

My husband and I go to this restaurant very often, and we’re never disappointed. The food is always delicious, and the specials change regularly, which keeps things interesting. The setting is absolutely idyllic, and the entire team — from the bar to the service staff — is fantastic. A special mention to the lovely blonde waitress who’s always so attentive and kind. The beach boys are also incredible — JR and Flo are truly amazing. We’re always treated wonderfully, and it’s truly a pleasure to come back every time.

This is one of the few remaining restaurants with amazing service and good quality food. Nothing was too much trouble. We had their bbq for €20 per person, which was a choice from 5 different meats, baked potato, slaw, and corn. Very good value and great size portion. The dessert selection was good, and coffee( espresso) was the best I have had on the island. A perfect lunch. Well done to the team there.

First time going to this beach bar restaurant and it did not disappoint. Very friendly staff, loved the look of the place. The beach beds are the best I have tried so far on the Orient stretch. Very sturdy and dried super fast when your wet always a plus. The food was okay I only tried 2 items from the the Ribs were super delicious, the poke Bowl was bland. The lava cake dessert was very nice but missed taking a picture of that because that slipped and fell in to my tummy pretty quickly. I did not use to restroom so I am not sure how that's is. I will be back to try the food while not being on the beach to give a better review, but definitely one to consider trying.

The person who greated us at Wai was welcoming and helpful, as it was our first time. The drinks and tapas we had were outstanding. Our server, not so much. After about 25min of trying to get his attention to order food and more drinks I was just about ready to go up to the bar for help. He was near our table waiting on the others around us, friendly, checking on them several times, etc, ...being a lovely server. Not one look towards us. He took a step around a pole and towards us, no eye contact though. I loudly said excuse me, could we order (I had a smile on still). His response, sure. Spoken as if we were bothering him. We would have ordered more food and drink, but had no desire to stay. Instead, since we were so hungry, we shared 1 tapa then headed out. It was the strangest experience. The restaurant was very nice, lovely spot to spend the day, clean bathrooms, etc. Food and the mojito were amazing. Hopefully if you go, you'll get a server who is friendly to everyone, even friendly Americans who don't know French.

With dishes ranging from $12 to $38, it's suitable for various occasions such as dinner, late-night meals, and drinks.
It was the best chicken curry If you are tired of all the French cuisine in the town. Also, try the coconut shrimp and if you can handle some spice, the curry chicken colombo was so good hands down.

La Favela was a good spot for dinner. The atmosphere was laid-back and tropical, and the setting was enjoyable. The lobster bisque was definitely the standout—rich and flavorful—and the salmon special was decent. The cocktails were just okay—not our favorite part of the meal, but still enjoyable. Service was friendly, though the restaurant was pretty busy and seemed to be running with limited staff, so things moved a bit slowly. Overall, we’d recommend La Favela for the setting and a solid meal. With a few small improvements, it could be even better.

Spoiled by the quality of food in other neighboring restaurants, we were slightly disappointed with our dinner at La Favela. Grilled octopus and coconut shrimp was generally ok, but lobster tacos need a change… it is super dull… nope, thank you ❌ The waiter was very nice and was working hard.

Have lunch on Valentine's with 3 adults and 2 kids. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We had the following: fried chorizo, beef tacos, chicken quesadillas, steak + veggies, accras (saltfish fritters), and the special lobster salad. Honorable mention: the lobster salad was GOOD! The steak was good as well. A little tough. Not salty, and the veggies balanced it out. The kids enjoyed everything. The service was a little slow because of how busy it was. But the atmosphere is very romantic.

I also got myself some lobster oil to cook with, excited to try it, and never even heard of it til now! The guy that worked there was super friendly, and the spot just had a relaxing and nice vibe to it. Clean little place with a little of many things!

World renowned chef Jerome Ferrer trying to bring gourmet experience to everyone. Fabulous experience and food. Make a reservation for the 5 coarse meal. Our waiter Hugo was awesome, made us feel like we were the only people there. Sasha was also amazing. He even added extra coarse. Every thing tasted fabulous. Definitely one of the very best meals my husband and I have ever ate.

We were there the day they opened, just before hurricane Tammy in 2023. The owner/chef was so welcoming, showing us around. The ice cream was amazing and the way the shop was decorated...no detail was left undone. I think of this place often and hope to go back one day.

We stopped here for lunch while on our honeymoon because we had to try the Caribbean lobster roll, and WOW. It was phenomenal and we are so glad we stopped by. We also enjoyed the espresso martinis and the ice cream inside! The gelato has a number of dairy-free options so we could both enjoy

Kind of a hidden Gem in Orient Bay Village as they don't have a large dining area and looks more like a Gelato shop. They have some wonderful sandwich specials and their burger is one of the best I have had in a while.

Excellent and creative Gelato flavors, and generous scoops for Gelato. Staff was energetic and complimentary. Able to taste flavors, before purchase. We ordered tiramasu, grapfruit/basil, black sesame/caramel, and tequila/lime. All were delicious. Seating outside was comfy. Skip desert at the local restaurants and have a treat here. Highly recommend.

(Translated by Google) My husband and I were there in December 2023 – he can't stop thinking about the dinners and dishes we had at the restaurant. The ice cream was the best, and the bath salts too. We can't wait to go back. 🤩

Nestled in the heart of Anguilla, Mirabelle's has transformed from a pandemic-era bar and nightclub into an essential destination for sushi and tapas lovers since its opening in July 2020. With a charming atmosphere that features an expansive deck under the stars, this eatery offers a delightful culinary experience. Guests rave about the beautifully presented sushi and sashimi, with standout dishes like crispy sushi, lobster cakes, mussels au gratin, and the mouthwatering steak chimichurri.
Mirabelle’s is nothing short of a culinary masterpiece—a must-visit for anyone setting foot in Anguilla. From the moment you step in, the warm ambiance and attentive service envelop you, setting the stage for a dining experience that transcends the ordinary. The menu is a celebration of flavors inspired by cuisines from around the world, offering a globe-trotting culinary journey with every dish. The desserts are indulgent works of art, and the vast spirits collection ensures there’s a drink to delight every palate. Missing Mirabelle’s while in Anguilla would be a disservice to your senses; it’s not just a meal—it’s a memory waiting to be made. Some of my favourite dishes are: Spicy Salmon Roll, Chinese Buddah Bowl (all the proteins are SPECTACULARLY cooked). The Lasagna is unlike any other, the Garlic Bread is heavenly.

I'm a sushi snob; and this was, hands-down, some of the best sushi I've had in a while. I went back a second time just to make sure it wasn't a fluke and they absolutely did not disappoint! The staff are also exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This unassuming sushi restaurant is absolutely fantastic! Eat on the roof top and enjoy delicious sushi and delightful poke bowl, along with other favorites like orange chicken, spring rolls and French fries! They also have great burgers too! It also turns in to an amazing night club if you are looking for late nite fun!

The best place to eat sushi in Anguilla A very original atmosphere and décor with a large “under the stars” deck . Delicious sushi and sashimi with beautiful presentation. I recommend the crispy sushi, the lobster cakes and the mussels au gratin (sumptuous!) The steak chimichurri is to die for and don’t forget the extravagant cocktails. Ask Mirabelle to guide you in choosing from the extensive choice of dishes. She and her team are very welcoming. We went twice during our stay and this is definitely a place not to miss. Big parking area and up a few steps you will be very agreeably surprised

This was such a lovely find on our first evening, having got off the plane hours earlier 🙂 the staff were brilliant, really accommodating. For good, with huge portions. Beware. Parking available although there are stairs up to gain access.

THEE Best menu! And service to match! A must visit if you’re on island and a place also frequented by locals. The menu is unique and every item is delicious. Includes the best sushi on the island. Drinks are great too. They have live music weekly which adds a great touch. The decor is creative and sets the mood for a great dinner.

Loved this place! My husband and I visited twice during our six days in Anguilla. Sushi rolls were amazing with tons of flavor and creativity. Everything was great (really - can’t go wrong here), but the hubby loved the “Tuna Turnt Up” and my favorite was “Saints & Sinners”. Service was top notch and food came out quickly. Highly, highly recommended if you love creative sushi rolls!!!

Very casual bar with delicious food and cocktails. Very unassuming spot but a look at the menu reveals an eclectic menu with an extensive list of dishes. A must visit when in Anguilla.
