Well worth a visit, the lake is lovely with little ducklings currently. We went into the enclosed garden (paid entry) and it was worth it. Stunning design and so fun to explore! We took a lunch break before heading back in. We ended up spending 5 hours there with my senior parents. Plenty of seats along the way to rest and sights and floral displays to photograph. Bring your power bank! One tip - Make sure you head to Mansfield Garden then to Picturesque Garden to follow the story. The cafe has menu and items in the cabinet. Highly recommend the apple feijoa smoothie! Parking was easy. A great experience and highly recommended!

Hamilton Gardens is one of the few places in the city that’s truly worth spending some time exploring. Each themed garden may not be a perfect replication of its cultural origin, but they do a great job showcasing the key elements within the limits of the space — from the pavilions and traditional structures in the Chinese Garden to the tatami-style layout in the Japanese Garden. I’ve visited many times — sometimes with friends, sometimes with family, and sometimes just by myself. Even within the same garden, the scenery can feel completely different depending on the season, which is part of the charm. It used to be free, but now non-residents need to purchase a ticket. Staff at the entrance will ask where you’re from and sell the appropriate ticket, and there’s a check at the gate before entry. The whole park is medium-sized. You can do a quick walk-through in about 30 minutes, or spend half a day strolling slowly through each garden. It’s a wonderful spot for families, offering both relaxation and a bit of education. A solid 5-star recommendation.

The Hamilton Gardens is amazing. We enjoyed every garden there is. The gardens are well maintained. The staff are also great. It is a great place to relax, a great place for family time as well and a wonderful place to have a date too. Now, off you go and enjoy!

Highly recommended if you find yourself in the Waikato area. We were pleasantly surprised with how big the place is. We were there for more than 2 hours enjoying every single themed section of the gardens. Would definitely bring relatives and friends the next time we visit Hamilton.

Beautiful place with various gardens from multiple cultures. I was fascinated by the aesthetic and the upkeep of everything. Highly recommend checking this place out for a casual stroll. Admission fee was about NZ$20 You could spend up to a few hours here depending on if you just want to see all the gardens or just relax.

Wow. Can't believe it took me this long to go here. It's amazing. The care and attention to detail is stunning. Each garden purpose built and spectacular. A must visit when in the area.

A great little museum with loads of information. During our visit, we had the chance to create our own art and photograph them as portraits. There is also a treasure hunt to spot particular items on a laminated sheet which keeps the young and old entertained. The astronomy photography was also on and that was truly spectacular to view. Bear in mind that it was an extra fee to view but well worth it. We also explored the kids area which was interesting and would also suit children of the younger age group. Overall a great place to visit especially if you’re looking for an indoor activity.

I really enjoyed the exhibitions in the museum, the one in the most of the photos is the Weaving Exhibition. Taken in February 2025. There were many other permanent and very informative displays in other rooms. Frankly I didn’t see the art gallery exhibits as I’d spent so long in the museum 😉 Spoke to a lovely gallery assistant on various subjects, she was very helpful.

This is a beautiful place with art, a good one for the kids to be out of the house and go read some history of this country and mostly thr Waikato area. Really beautiful art and good customer service as well they are very welcoming and informative 😀

We come for Excite (separate interactive learning area for kids), my girl looooves it, it's $10per kid which seems a little steep for quite a small area, but there are family passes and I think the equipment and knowledge is worth it, and when she's soooo persistent with her requests to come here, its gotta be good. They could really do with more interaction, I understand from others reviews that there used to be a lot more to this section that was taken away,so hopefully, there's more to come...

Loving the Maori historic and the history of the Waikato! The museum needed abit more to it as it was too small and abit dull. Maybe just something we can connect with or use senses with as at the moment we were just looking. Overall it was real clean, toilets were clean, it was free entry and we learnt a thing or two about the Waikato.

Hamilton Zoo is a fantastic place for families and animal lovers. The enclosures are spacious and thoughtfully designed, giving the animals room to move and making the experience feel natural. The highlights include the big cats, giraffes, rhinos, and the incredible aviary walk-through. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about conservation. Keeper talks are engaging and give you a deeper understanding of the animals and the zoo’s work. The grounds are well-kept, easy to walk, and there are plenty of shaded areas and picnic spots to relax. It’s not overcrowded like some larger zoos, which makes the visit more enjoyable and peaceful. A great balance of education, conservation, and family fun—definitely worth a visit if you’re in Hamilton.

This was my second visit, and I had a great time again. The grounds are quite large, so I recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. I really love zoos, so I always take my time to look carefully at how the exhibits are designed and to make sure the animals don’t look bored. I was surprised to see so many peacocks freely roaming around right near the entrance, but they seemed very used to people and were quite friendly.

Spent a few hours here, my daughter had a blast. Wouldn't mind returning to see the tiger as we never got the chance too since there were so many people in the viewing window. In my eyes it was well worth it. Zoo keepers seem to take great care of the animals.

Had a fabulous family day out and were lucky enough to enjoy two of the animal encounters the zoo offers. Both our encounters and general viewing experiences were top notch. We got to see a variety of the animals being fed, playing, and living positive and enriched lives.

A wide variety of animals. All animals seemed healthy and with a reasonable amount of space and activities to do. I'm very torn over the chimps because most of the time they just don't look active or happy. We paid extra to do a lemur encounter as we have done in the past and it's a reasonable price to see the lemurs up close and hand feed them. The interaction is on the lemurs terms and the keepers have interesting information on their behaviour and hierachy. The takeaway is that all lemurs are now endangered due to deforestation in Madagascar (citified). For the animal encounters I recommend buying tickets in advance online to ensure you have enough for your party. The zoo entrance is a separate fee. Wear the shoes as stated on the ticket. You'll need good walking shoes anyway as the grounds are massive. The addition of a nice cafe at the entrance, improved parking and several wee playgrounds around the zoo have all improved the zoo immensely.

My daughter and grandson absolutely enjoyed a Sunday morning spent at the zoo. Loads of cute animals with play grounds in-between which was great for me to have a breather lol it's definitely a must do for the family. Thank you Hamilton zoo for the great experience, we'll be back

We loved Hamilton Zoo, even on a rainy day it was a really fun experience. We had half the displays to ourselves, given that not many people were out braving the weather. Totally worth it though, such a nice relaxed environment and the animals all appeared to be in good health! Definitely recommend the trip here

This is a beautiful spot worthy of a visit for every one of all ages. There is a lot to see and do and although there is a bit of walking, it is nothing too hard. There are animals, ponds, ducks, chickens and more as you venture through this farm. The only downside would be the smell in certain areas. However, it was a neat setting. It is 10-15 minutes drive west of Hamilton towards Raglan.

This piece of paradise was a generous gift to Hamilton City Council from John and Bunny Mortimer. Their vision and dedication all started in 1973, they transformed open pasture land into a sanctuary for local wildlife by planting trees and shrubs. They collected seeds and cuttings from around the world, eventually gifting the 20-hectare property to Hamilton City in 1997, which was then opened to the public in 2004. This place is an escape from the busy city life and only 8 minutes from Dinsdale. Beautiful all year round or any time of the day. Every time we go we find a new place to explore and a new way to go.

Taitua offers a quick, brisk, and steady walk – perfect for a breath of fresh air. You’ll enjoy the sounds of birds, farm animals and the calming feel of nature along the way. The only downside was the nearby shooting range, which did take away from the tranquility a bit. However, if you’re a gun enthusiast, you may see it as a unique touch rather than a drawback.

A nice place to walk. Great for people with dogs. Would have liked more/bigger labels on the different trees. Would be willing to donate to help make it happen (current admission is free).

This is a great nature walk for people of all ages and great for dog owners except those who don't adhere to the rules by letting there dogs of the leash which I saw today while walking my dog it only takes one incident of an attack of any kind and legislation will bank dogs from entering the park there are plenty of signs informing dog owners that dogs must be on a leash at all times while in the park and for those few who ignore this simple rule jeopardize the park for the rest of us dog owners who use the place to exercise our pets thanks lady you know who you are

This was a soul-cleansing walk through a forest after rain. It smelled amazing. The fresh, just-rained air opened our pores, like forest-bathing does, to the particular moisture of mossy trees and decaying fallen leaves that feed good soil. I feel revived.

We had a really nice visit here this morning. The route was well-signposted and we had a lovely time enjoying the various tree species and the very cute ducks and chickens on-site. The amenities were clean and tidy also. A great free activity to do if you’re in the area!

Our visit began with a stroll through beautiful gardens with statues illustrating the history of tea making. The tea plantations are in the distance. The Tea House is warm and welcoming with attentive staff, gentle classical music and restful views across green countryside. The High Tea was exquisitely presented. Each item was delicious and different. The tea was best quality. This place is for a special occasion!

Went here for a bridesmaid high tea. Was beautiful and so well arranged. The staff was very kind and gave us a seat to help our friend feel special. The food was lovely. I am vegetarian and loved the food . The gardens are very beaut and great for good pics on a sunny day

High tea at a tea farm sounds like a great idea. Nice enviornment and place to sit outside. Friendly and attentive service. However for $76 a person it is too much for what you get compared to other places. They are definitely going for a high class experience, however giving the high tea experience something more would be good. The tea you get is a single flavour so no tea tasting experience (which would of been cool given there vast collection). Limited caffeine free options but that is tough for a green tea farm. The food was tasty, and well presented. Unclear if it was all made in house. There is a good amount per person.

An amazing tea experience today. As a tourist who loves tea I would highly recommend this place. They have tea tasting 3 teas for $15. They also have a variety of teas, mostly oolong (their specialty) and black tea blends. There are also very nice tea pots and cups. The two ladies who helped us today were knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful. They explained how tea picking occurs as well as what makes each tea special. I would love to see a tea picking experience, that would be a great tourism boost for the place and could be done in a controlled way to ensure no contamination of the soil. Otherwise, I loved it today!

I had no idea this place existed just outside of Hamilton. Loved the service and the staff explained the different types of tea very well. Apparently the only place black tea grown and harvested in New Zealand. Went for a high tea with my boyfriend and we were quite happy. Such a zen place and delicious tea. Would definitely come back

We opted for high Tea and light lunch. The presentation was spot on, food was delicious and whole atmosphere was amazing. Sitting right in front of the Tea farm was an experience and my guests loved it. A must try and visit!

It was almost closing time, but we received excellent service. The tea was wonderful, and the dessert was absolutely delicious. Enjoying tea and conversation while taking in the beautiful view was the perfect way to end a lovely day. Finally, thumbs up to Sergio for his polite and outstanding service!

This is the coolest museum I've visited so far! I had a really great time looking at the vintage items inside, especially the cars. 10/10. Just a 10min-drive from my place. Must visit when you're in Hamilton. You can book a $20 entry ticket online or purchase it from the counter of Jukebox Diner where the entrance to the museum is located.

Beautiful place to visit. It shows that the owners really care, the place is a tribute to the love of classic cars. Even if you’re not a petrolhead, there is something to like. There are old toys, adverts, nicknacks and they make the place a vibrant space of color.

Wow. Just wow. A simple stunning collection of classics and all the related accessories. The work that must be put in to maintain at this level is mind blowing. Well worth a visit.

An absolute must for any one age ethnicity. Absolutely loved it. Felt sorry for grandpa who left because he didn't understand how it works. Might pay to have a person who welcomes you.

Great place in regards to the cars. Downfall menu doesn’t cater for everybody’s dietary needs a little bit expensive no system for when it got quite busy and not enough staff

I was genuinely surprised by the variety and quality of the exhibits at this local museum. It’s far more than just a quick look! There was so much to see—it was a truly worthwhile visit and the time flew by. It felt very well put together. My only regret is that I had just eaten before visiting! The burgers coming out of the café looked absolutely scrumptious (seriously, they looked incredible). I was so tempted to try one! Next time, I am definitely planning my visit around a meal here. Highly recommend stopping by! Cheers!

Toddler pool was not great. Only fun thing to do with a little one was the outdoor area, but heaps of older kids were there too. So my son was a bit intimidated

I'm a Kiwi and have spent the last 8 months travelling round NZ and seeing our beautiful country. I swim regularly, about twice each week. This is the most EXPENSIVE swimming pool I've visited and the ONLY one that does NOT give a discount with a community services card! No wonder it was nearly empty.

It was a good choice to celebrate my daughter's birthday in this place, full of amenities. From the hydroslide, different sizes of pools and playgrounds. We came on Tuesday, so the tables are free to use. We came unbooked; we were thinking it was weekdays. In the reception area, we were advised to book early as we were expecting more than 30 persons. But Izzy, a lovely receptionist, helped us to make it happen by asking for permission. I was nervous at first, as we already invited the people and bringing all the food in this place. At first, I was apprehensive because we had already invited others and were bringing all the food to this location. I'm grateful to you, Izzy, for your kindness and consideration. Your greetings, smile, and genuine heart made my daughter's birthday a success. You bring blessings to both us and others; you made them enjoy the day. God bless you Izzy! Only the things that we didn't like were not allowing us just to write their name, and we can pay it all together. We got here early and set up. Many pools to choose from. Large outdoor areas which are well supervised by the friendly staff. My kids loved the inflatables pool and the diving boards. Recommended

Good, friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking, lots of pool choices for different kid age. Great place to chill on a hot day. Big pools and spaces inside with lots of grand stand type of seating for spectators who don't want to swim. Choices of pools inside and outside. Close to Te Rapa and City Centre so popular with locals. The only issue many customers had at level 2 was the receptionists only allocate/release 10 spaces for hydroslides, at $5 per person for one hour only. No problems here. But you have to queue up again at the counter from the outside at "quarter to" each hour, for example 1245pm, 145pm 245 pm and so on. But the issue here is they started selling those 10 tickets to people who came in the door at around "20 to" each hour say 1240pm, 140pm 240pm and so on, so many people who are already inside, went to join the queue at quarter to and only to be told hydroslides tickets are all gone and they have missed out, requeue again in an hours time. I know the pool is owned by the coucile and we have to allow for some beauracratic ways of doing things but come on, this rule about getting hydroslide tickets need to be reviewed and changed. It also put counter staff in the path of unhappy customers. Fair enough, first in first serve. But when people paying for the entry fees, they should be allowed to buy hydroslides tickets as well but allocate a session if current session of 10 spaces are taken. No rejoining of the queue is required. No brainers really.

Waterworld Hamilton is a great facility with something for everyone. Very popular and can get quite busy especially if there is a swim competition on. Changing rooms were clean and pools too. Best to get there early.

Went for a birthday lunch and enjoyed the facilities. Hydrotherapy pool was good. The two general pools were a bit full, but not unbearable. Tobowater was the main thing, lots of fun. Good area for kids at all ages. Worth coming.

The scenery is absolutely stunning. I never expected the lakeside to be so beautiful, especially the area near the meadow. It truly uplifts the mood and creates a pleasant atmosphere.

Went to Innes Common for breakfast and watched an array of colourful balloons take off. Some of them didn't get very high and made me wonder about the danger of flying in them. Like what happens if they are forced to land on the electric lines above the railway tracks or into the Waikato river?

Bird life, clean paths, range of shaded and non shaded areas. Flat walking track, perfect for any fitness level. Great place to watch the sunset

A sunny spring day at the end of September. Beautiful place to chill and have lunch with the kids. Awesome play areas for toddlers thru to bigger kids. Ice cream shop and cafe. Public toilets. Free parking.

Enjoyable walk around the lake, not too much foot traffic. Track looks maintained and taken care of. Stopped to feed the ducks but a Tuna come up to eat instead :)

The children's playground I'd fabulous and offers children a safe place to play and exercise. There is a closed off area for smaller children to safely play.

My wife and I always play slots togeather as it’s far more enjoyable and economical. On our last visit while we were enjoying our selves we were approached by one of your employees and told that we are not to play the same machine together it’s a new rule apparently this is the most ridiculous thing we’ve ever heard what is your reason for this other players around us also commented to us that it’s stupid it’s certainly off putting to patrons We have looked up your rules and cannot find it anywhere please explain

Very hard to park around they’re making the experience worse when we got in there to the bowling alley. It was just full of screaming kids. The Staff didn’t really want to serve you for drinks or food and to get the bowling shoes. There were no queues. it was just free for all. Wouldn’t recommend it would go somewhere else.

Had a great evening at Sky City Hamilton. Staff were friendly, hospitable and fun. Our meal was lovely and we enjoy the safe and welcoming environment. Our excellent server Axel was his awesome charming self. Loved the live music, such a great act. 10/10 Sky City Team wonderful entertainment thanks so much.

I have been visiting this casino in Hamilton and was shocked by the complete lack of professionalism from their staff. A few days after my last visit, I found out that one of my partner’s distant friend knew I had been there — only because a staff member had told them. This is a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. I no longer feel secure or able to trust this place, especially knowing staff are willing to share personal information about customers. I will not be returning and strongly caution others who value their privacy.

We ordered the lamb shoulder pasta and the roast of the day which was lamb also. The lamb on the pasta was very chewy and could not finish it. The most let down part is that they don’t offer the food to takeaway which I usually do, in this instance we had to waste food. Speaking to the staff, we were told it’s incase you get sick when you takeaway, seemed like a pack of lies when we can takeaway from any other restaurant. The live band were good but it was way too loud we couldn’t talk without yelling at each other. Unless your spending thousands of dollars at the casino, not many people were winning. The standard of the win ratio seems to have gone down. Have noticed this around the other sky city casinos too. Compared to the Auckland Sky City, this one was below average and way smaller. I don’t think I’d return here.

Love the food , and games . The 2nd time my favorite pork belly wasn't as nice as the photo, the veges were hard, and the pork a tad tough. And the security approached me , after being there a while, asking if I took a break from the games , I was with 2 others who didn't get asked . That was sad . There to have fun and enjoy ,

OMG, never done anything like this before, wasn't going to cause I was just going to watch. But so pleased I did. I came last but it wasn't about that, it was the experience. And the staff were so supportive. You just gotta do it.

Been here heaps of time in the past, absolutely love the place, it’s so fun and would recommend 100%

Decided to bring my 20 month old as we thought she'd enjoy all the interactive stuff now she's old enough. Get there to find out over half of the interactive science stuff has been taken out and replaced with a ridiculously boring and non interactive exhibition on the second day level. The only interactive activity is 2 canines that you can sit in, yet they still charge you a full price for this. This place was so much better when we went at the start of the year. Extremely disappointed with what we paid for. Will definitely think twice before attending here and the museum again.

Brought my 9 year old son here today and it was disappointing. We ran out of things to do within 15 minutes. I can see they have spent a lot of money building specific Maori culture aspects, but they’re not overly interactive and certainly not going to hold a child’s attention for long. You can sit around a fake fire pit and listen to Maori guitar songs, you can play with a fabric vegetable garden, you can do a 5 meter running race, play with fabric trees, and much more. But the best of it is the large Lego. The fabric native plants are cute, but it’s not like we can’t go for a bush walk 5 minutes away at the Hamilton gardens and see the real thing. Might I suggest letting children design it in future, I think they’d do a better job. In final; the whole thing now seems to be an attempt to immerse children in Maori culture. I was expecting a lot more with a name like “exscite” and after all the money spent and time closed. $15 - save your money, you’ll get more from the gardens or river walk.

What used to be a vibrant, educational venue, in fact one of Hamilton's most worthwhile and well patronised attractions for a wide age range, has been turned into a dull, sterile conglomeration of bits and pieces not worth visiting and an attendant wandering about with nothing to do.

Great fun, particularly for toddlers. My 1.5 year old could have stayed for hours. Wasn't too busy on a wet Saturday morning.

Today was the first time we've visited since before it was renovated. Unfortunately this time we were very disappointed 😩 the top level used to be so much fun, super interactive and now it's very boring, not very interactive at all so overall we spent less than an hour there. My 4yr old wanted to go after 20mins. I don't think I will go back there again which is very sad as it used to be one of our favourite rainy day activities.

Me and my wife purchased annual pass for our baby. We often visit here when weather doesn't allow us to go outdoor. This is a fantastic place to have a great time with kids or babies. Staffs are excellent, environment is clean and tidy. Only cons is that You cannot park at museum, so you should park road side. Strongly recommend!

Fantastic to see this area of Hamilton themed to The Rocky Horror Picture Show in honour of its creator, Richard O'Brien. He is said to have been inspired by the years he spent watching the Late Night Double Feature Picture Show at The Embassy Theatre (which previously stood on the site) and "cutting hair and daydreaming" in the barber shop out the front, precisely where the statue now stands. A fitting tribute to Richard O'Brien. Late recognition of his creative contributions.

Rocky Horror fans will obviously appreciate it as a place to pay homage to Richard. It is pretty simple to find on the main road along the river.

Nice wee park with a small aviary, some pools to play in, playground and views over the river. Toilets to the south a couple of minutes away. Parking on river road.

Visiting from the UK, this park is a hidden gem. Great for children and the river and plants are stunning. The War Horse Memorial is evocative and poignant. As a horse owner, I had tears. Visit this place after the Museum. It’s lovely!

Our first time here! Definitely going back soon. Green. Peaceful. Relaxing. There's a gorgeous children's garden with a park and some water features to take a small dip and cool down. Lovely picnic area. Lots to see and great for getting those steps in. Great place!!

My favourite Hamilton Park. A place to contemplate the past, and to acknowledge those who fought for us, so we could live in peace. The park acknowledges the airforce, army, and navy - alongside war horses. There is also "The Potters Garden", and wonderful area for kids to have a swim "swim", play on the see-saw, or to check out the aviary. Whether you are looking for history, family fun, gardening ideas, or river walks , this park has it all.

Im not a local Hamilton resident but I do visit here once or every twice a year. This play grouns is pretty amazing especially during hot summer days. Its got pools for kiddos to swim in, lots of shady areas for picnics, slides, swings, a bird house and you get a view of Waikato river. It is within walking distance to CBD so super easy stroll for tourists. My kids have requested to return on the next day, I think I need a good night sleep.

Fabulous day out for some family fun. It has slides, swings, three shallow fresh water pools, a seesaw, bird cages and heaps of picnic spots for the family to relax. Or you can, take a slow stroll through a mini forest with a gentle stream running through it and ducks paddling into the Waikato River. Some wonderful history can be seen and felt here. It certainly is a must visit for all big or small!

We visited last Sunday with our 2 and 3-year-old children. The entry fee was clearly advertised as $15 per person, which we understood to apply to children. However, because young kids must be supervised, we were told that the accompanying adult also had to pay the full $15. Today, a friend of mine went with her 3 year old kid and she was not charged for the adult. This inconsistency is confusing and feels unfair. If supervising adults are required to pay, it should be clearly communicated and applied consistently. Otherwise, parents feel misled. The kids enjoyed the place, but the unclear and inconsistent charging policy left us disappointed.

My kids absolutely adore Leap! The perfect place for birthdays, rainy days, when the kids outgrow the park or just love trampolines in general. Staff are always super friendly & the whole premises is super clean. Thanks Leap for making Mum life a whole lot easier 😁

Loved the previous ownership. New ownership was really rude to our group leader. Raised prices for 3 games of laser tag and a bit of jump time from $25/kid to $49.50/kid. Thats more expensive than even Ninja Valley. They haven’t doubled the fun since the new ownership took over. But they did double the prices. We thought, as long time loyal customers who have thrown thousands of dollars their way each year, that they’d want to maintain our business. Instead, they went out of their way to insult our group leader. Talk about a terrible business model! Bit the hand that fed ‘em

My 11yo son had his birthday party there, was able to message them early and coordinate an activity schedule for the kids, tailored to my needs. Leap staff went above and beyond what we asked for, warm and friendly, smiling always, made the craziness of 8 11yo boys not only manageable, but loads of fun. Laser Tag, Leap and the Trap were all just what these kids needed. By the time we got home, everyone was all tired, leaped and lasered out. Great day all around.

Has gone terrible since the new owners took over. There are three ways to try to grow revenue when you take over a business: 1. Increase the customer base. Attract more customers. 2. Increase prices while retaining customers -- you do this by adding value. 3. Increase prices and don't add any new offerings -- but instead treat your loyal customers like trash. LEAP has opted for #3. Sad.

We had been there more than 15x with a large group of kids.They were always super nice and kind to us. Then they changed ownership and the new owners went out of their way to insult our group organiser. It used to be 3 games of laser tag + some jump time for $25. Then all of a sudden they put together a new pricing package without adding any new features. Now, they have a "special discount" night where the exact same 3 games of laser tag and jump time is $50 instead of $25. Wow! What a discount! You only DOUBLED your price!!! Our leader reached out and asked if they could honour their previous price for our large group (we spent at least hundreds of dollars each time, and on a few occassions more than a thousand). The new owner not only refused, she went out of her way to insult us. Go elsewhere.

Sooooo rude to our group. Doubled their prices. We had to pull our business away from them. Now they are complaining that their former customers are writing negative Google reviews! That's what reviews are for! If you offer a good product at a fair price and treat your customers with respect, you will get only good reviews. If you double your prices and act like you have done, you will get bad reviews. Pretty basic. The new owner insulted our organiser over and over and over again. You didn't just "state" your pricing. You doubled your pricing and refused to work with loyal customers who have brought 20+ kids to LEAP 16 times. This is the exact same business that used to charge $25 for 3 games of lasertag and a bit of jump time. They have new ownership. But it is the same business, same location, same trampolines, same concessions, same couches, same arcade games. Nothing has changed except the ownership and the prices. Oh one other thing has changed - the old owners never insulted their most loyal customers.

We had a great time at Escapist, escape rooms in Hamilton. The tasks were challenging, but with some clues (well to be honest we had rather a lot) we managed to escape with 3 minutes to spare. Really like the rooms, I thought the props were well made, good atmosphere. Staff very friendly. We stayed and played a few board games afterwards, even ended up buying a board game, as price very competitive . We will definitely visit again.

Me and my girlfriend went to this place and did the bloodstone keep and it was personally the most high quality escape room I have ever been too. We felt very integrated into the story, the puzzle were meaning full and very interactive. The props were amazing. Hints were good and the staff was truly amazing (there was even a puppy while we were waiting which was so cool!!) The staff really added to the story of the rooms (getting into character which I found really cool and funny from sitting at a table nearby.) By far one of my top experiences with reasonable difficulty to do with people. Would recommend highly and 100% worth the price. We only planned to go once on our 2 week trip but with our experience today we will be making a second trip

Fantastic board game cafe with a great selection of games, delicious drinks, lovely and helpful staff, and brilliant and kind owners who are so passionate about the games and escape rooms they create. Went there 3 times in two weeks while in Hamilton, it was so fun! Everyone made us feel welcome and introduced us to the regular board game club players. Would love to come back and try out the esacpe rooms as well, as all the people going through them sounded like they had amazing fun!

I've been to Escapist Escape Rooms twice now with two big groups of people and they are so lovely to work with and accommodating to us. The rooms are VERY detailed and all have really interesting stories to get you into the theme of the room. Highly recommend!

Amazing family experience. It was incredibly challenging but they still gave us just enough support to make us feel like we’d actually figured something out even with a lot of hints! Super cool story (we did Tabby Lane)

Have been a couple times. I love the board games, but the constant door that slams and they refuse to leave open or fix is incredibly annoying to listen to. As well as the sudden screaming periodically from the staff acting for the escape rooms. It wasn’t a peaceful relaxing environment at all - won’t be back.

Attended Bonnie and Cylde show last night, a very talented cast, along side the stories line, with gun fire and projected history shown along the way. This production certainly could have been at any of the bigger stages. We'll done, it's been years since I've been to this theater, yes it's an older building etc but certainly no less a quality of production.I will be back.

So many great shows produced in this small theatre over the years, I found 'Sweeney Todd' surely a terrific work. The lighting, the personal intimate experience you get with being so close to the cast is fabulous, the door staff great. You have to remember the amazing work put in by volunteers here. Our new Theatre under construction is all very well but it will never reconstruct this atmosphere of closeup superb acting small spaces give you..Thank you all.

We went and saw Sweeny Todd Riverlea tonight and it was superb!! The leads, as expected, were wonderful but we were blown away by the ensemble! They all have incredible voices, the choreography was super effective, and their diction and acting was on point - particularly in some of the more sinister scenes! Each and every characters movements, facial expressions, interactions with others etc. felt purposeful and genuine to that particular scene/song. What a fantastic performance - huge congratulations to everyone involved 😍

Went to see the show In the Heights. It was excellent with great dance, lighting, singing etc. Highly recommended.

Hamilton Farmers market was excellent. Really worth a visit. Every Saturday 9am-1pm. Lots of stalls. Great gluten free bakery too.

A nice convention centre at Hamilton NZ. A horse racing place next to it, looks beautiful. It is quite large and can accommodate lots of exhibitors for any conference. It can also arrange conference dinner with meals.

While the park itself is quite open and flat, I really appreciate the little bush walk right next door and the children's playground is fantastic for the kids.

Fair enough options for the kids to spend a couple of hours. My 5yrs old girl had a good time. Rope climbing, four in row, zip line, swings, hammock, slides and huge park for being more active. Nice picnic (seating) areas.

Love going to movies, just moved from to Hamilton. Ordered popcorn ahead so I didn't have to queue...staff just ignored me and when I complained, just shrugged me off. Cinema too hot, loos labeled for people who can read and speak English only. Won't go there again.

Nice small cinema. Pretty quiet. The seats don’t recline here but comfortable enough nonetheless. They don’t have much selection on snacks.

Nice, clean, and comfortable movie theatres, and comes in both recliner and ordinary seats. Spacious waiting areas with comfy seats as well. Food and beverage are a bit expensive, but it's expected at every cinema. Very convenient location in town, and is close to everything. It comes with free parking at Centre Place for every movie ticket purchase. Parking ticket just needs to be validated by one of the staff.

A cinema that really feels like it was designed by a movie lover, almost like it was a movie set in itself. Love the curved seating area with multi-screen showing trailers. Also love the self-service drinks and incredibly friendly service. Only drops one star as with all three films I saw here, the screens are not very big, which loses some of the spectacle.

One of favorite places to visit for movies. Clean, good sound quality, well maintained. Try their pizzas and fries, mouthwatering. Gives free 4 hours parking.

Parking fine ruined our experience ! Nothing against Hoyts Metro … they were great. We went on a date night and instead of going to Chartwell cinemas (1 minute from our house) we decided to travel 5km into town to support Hoyts Metro. The last time we parked in the Centre Place car park was when there were barrier arms at the entrance / exit which also had the machine that issued parking tickets. On 30 May 2025, we attended a late night movie at Hoyts Metro. The car park entrance was open and so we drove straight in thinking that parking was free. We ended up getting a $65 parking breach notice. I looked on the website and saw that movie patrons have 4 hours free parking if they enter their rego on an iPad at the Hoyts counter. This was new to us again. I drove all the way into town and spoke to Hoyts staff who said that they get many similar complaints like this as people don’t know to enter the rego on the iPad. Their staff are suppose to tell all movie patrons who buy tickets at the counter and the kiosk to register their Regos on the iPad. We brought ours from the kiosk which is 8 meters away from the counter and weren’t told. There is also no signage at all in or by the kiosk to advise patrons of this. I suggested to Hoyts to put BIG signs up by the kiosk to remedy this. Atlas Enforcement deal with all the breach notices. Their website say they are “fair and reasonable” when it comes to considering the circumstances around the tickets they issue. We appealed the ticket giving the explanation above but Atlas Enforcement declined our explanation. Fair and reasonable ??? It’s the small things in life that matter and such a small thing like this affects our local CBD businesses which need all the support they can get.

Had come from out of town and we were super excited about the submarine escape room. Unfortunately it was not catered to anyone who doesn't have skinny arms. During one puzzle my arms went in 80% perfectly fine only to find with the rubber I could no longer get my arms out. Three days later and I still have a ring of swollen and very tender bruising around both arms.

Out of all mini golf places I've tried in NZ this one sits in the middle. Not bad, not great but still ok. Could do with some revamping. Kids will surely love it.

Boy where do I start, this afternoon I came in to the arcade with 30 dollars loaded on my card sadly I did not win a lot, I was quite upset one worker noticed this and came over and ask what was wrong I told she said that is very unfortunate and next I would For sure win. This workers name was poppy, I ask kindly of the manager to congratulate her and give her a pay rise, her attitude and attention to detail is insane and she makes the company and the environment there so spectacular, thank you for your service poppy best of luck. We did the 'jungle story' escape room. At the beginning the clues really confused us n almost give up. But after asking for the clues, we realised where our mistakes are and it was all great. The staff is very friendly n accomodating. The puzzles was quite unique. Great experience. Going to try the other rooms too definitely!

Awesome Ice Age mini golf!!! The animals are amazing, the holes aren't massively difficult but still give you a challenge, and the scenery is great! They sanitise the clubs as they give them to you. The sign outside says $10 for 18 holes, but for 4 people we were charged $45? Also sign on counter said it was closed but it obviously wasn't. All in all a great golf place for the kids.

Came here for Cheap Tuesday where the price is only $9pp for 18 holes! Overall spent just under an hour playing, and was a fun little activity to do if you’re around the Centre Place, Hamilton!

Fun Zone is such a fun spot. Went with friends and we had a blast playing games and just hanging out. It’s super easy to get into, and honestly, it’s a great way to chill and have some laughs.

Great place for the kids. Nice open layout. You can keep an eye on them from the table area whilst you enjoy a coffee and a snack. 3 separate themed rooms cater for kids parties.

It opens at 10, not 9 as it says on the sign. Nice place for a kids party. You can bring your own food, or have it catered by them. Nice and quiet at 10 on a Sunday. VEEERRY busy by 12.30 . So many different things to play on, and not as noisy as you might expect.

My moko loved the place, playing with Mum nd showing her round was an adventure every turn. Sadly would've given 5 star but having (many) children nd adults using same toilet/s not too flash

Large space for kids from 1 to 8, especially in rainy days. The cafeteria took a little longer to deliver our simple order. Besides that setback, will come back again, now bringing some food from home.

The kids seemed to get board easy. The lady was late to open up for a birthday party and when she did she was very rude to customers. The mats were all beveled and over lapping, they was no safety around the back of the inflatable slides eg barried off etc. Kid would of had better time and serves at chipmunks.

Was pretty underwhelmed unfortunately. Under 4 area has hardly anything for under 18 months to do, a few rocking horses and trikes, if too young for the bouncy castle. Felt chipmunks was a better set up overall for the big kids and especially the baby area. Paying $8 on the weekend for a 12-23month old when all they supply is 3 rocking horses, a slide and a couple trikes is pretty steep. Maybe have some toys suitable for littlies, balls, giant blocks, baby toys would be a welcome addition.

Over chlorinated water to the extreme. I get severe nasal allergies swimming here and they need to tone down the level of chlorine used. May have to find somewhere else. Do not recommend if you have any allergies, this place will block your sinuses up for days.

Good swimming classes with well-trained and cooperative teachers. The environment is clean and well-maintained. However, the management and technology used could be improved. The entry procedure for the pool is inconsistent—some weeks, they require a card swipe, while other times, they don’t. Some time need band on the hand to enter some times not.This makes it difficult to predict how early we need to arrive for class.

Watch out for this instructor named Lora who's supposedly teaching swimming lessons for under 7 year olds. From the overall reactions of other staff to the incident, its not Lora's first negative feedback. My daughter and wife had a negative experience with her. Note that my wife pre-informed Lora that it was my daughters first time and she could see that my 5 yr old could barely reach the water level height. My wife very rarely complains about these things and usually lets most little errors slip, but this was that one time that really offended her and my daughter so here I am being obliged to caution others: -poor communication with my child and wife -poor interpersonal skills and absence of professionalism - demeaning gestures -no attempt or apology from Lora during, immediately after and 1 week after. I do appreciate management and other staff who are sensible and offered a general apology from the facility, everyone except Lora. So if you go to this facility, ask who your childs instructor is. If its Lora then head for the hills.

Neat and tidy..affordable price..have to pay entry fees for spectators

Shower facility is totally overpriced, takes forever to actually warm up and even then its barely lukewarm, button needs pressing every 5-10 seconds. Generally the facilities are cramped and ran down..5$ for just taking a shower in such conditions is a joke. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and when complaining about the msihap with the hot water not working, they offered a refund for the money paid.

It's a public swimming pool... What more can you say. Been half a dozen times and I've always had space to swim. It's safe, clean and hygienic; sufficient lanes; decent changing facilities and the staff are okay, if not overly friendly. 100% meets my requirements (other than the ridiculous prices that are common to all NZ public swimming facilities!)

Took my granddaughter to the pools today, spent 4hrs thea, she loved it. Wud hav been even betta if they had more food machines thea.

I think this is the most beautiful garden with the design from the Renaissance period. The enterance is all covered in wines which makes it all natural. The pool in the middle is a spectacular view to the building in front.

Transported to Italy! …but go with your vaccine pass and before 4.30 pm, or sooner. The Italian garden is one of the better ones among the covered gardens at the huge Hamilton Gardens. There were fruit on the plants, which was a delight to watch. Well planned and executed!

Stunning in October! I like the stillness and shelter of the courtyard stunning in October the ornate design is welcoming the water fall gave the garden sound. The activity of birds is missing but having other visitors in the garden made it friendly and alive. I stayed longer to take great family photos.

This is a part of Hamilton Gardens and is one of a large number of themed gardens --with more still being developed You can spend several hours here in the large park grounds Also get a really nice meal at the cafe

There were lots of bouncy castles for the kids, but the place looked tired and a bit rundown. It's not anything children would notice or parents who were busy with children, but I was a bystander at my Grandsons birthday.

There's not a lot of things for kids to do in Hamilton. This was something nice and different to do than all the regular places. Will definitely go back.

Fair pricing in comparison to other nearby kids activity/playground places in Hamilton. Comparing fun and entertainment to other places - Again I would choose Inflatable World. Good on prices for the huge amount of fun with more to enjoy. When I took the kids we weren't aware of the socks policy but no problem for $2 we could buy a pair. Just pays to do your homework before heading off to places. Prepare, be aware, and play it .safe.

My 5 and 6 year boys loved it. Got a deal off" grab one"website made the visit a good price. Like that you can take in your own food, there is birthday party room to hire. A range of bouncy inflatables, Good way to tire out the kids..

We really enjoyed our experience. Our tour was a bit crowded but it added to the fun and make pack down a bit quicker. We had a great flight and a soft landing. Our pilot was awesome about telling us insight into what we were looking at and the mechanics of the balloon. So cool! Definitely a bucket list item ticked off our list.

I wanted to take my Nan in a hot air balloon for her 80th Birthday and the team at Kiwi Balloon Company addressed my concerns with really clear and confident information. We went yesterday morning and my Nan was so incredibly excited. I had a wonderful time and am so lucky to be able to take my Nan and tick another experience off her bucket list. 💯 recommend to anyone of any age or ability 10/10!

Beautiful 3k walk through ancient swamp.

Nice, easy walk by the stream leading to the lagoon. It’s basically a flat, gravel walkway the full length (about 6km there and back). There are lots of birds along the way, particularly in and around the lagoon.

Coming into it's own this walk... still lots of effort and growing needed but still a pleasure to wander along the neatly graved walkway...new bridge adds a bonus as well. Looking forward to completion of the whole project. Pretty good community effort 🙂

Maybe add a rubbish bin and drink water fountain? For people who bring snacks to take and maybe it will be a long time for them to put rubbish away... hate seeing litter in places. I hate littering

We had just lost my daughter’s mobile phone . She just been to the toilet and innocently put her mobile phone to the spinner swing like when she came back it wasn’t there anymore. There was no sim card just all our photos and memories on that phone she just used downloaded games and using for kids learning….. but it was gone today. Just like that…. Who would ever think that an old VIVO kid’s phone from Philippines will be stolen …. Poor places and desperate people around so be very careful coz there’s people who never think good ….. if ever you were there today 11th of August , Sunday between 11:30am -1:00pm , you might happen to see that mobile phone…… if you were unable to access that phone, kindly return it better…

They take no responsibility whatsoever when your car is stolen right from their parking. my rental car was stolen from the Wilson parking in London Street, Hamilton. Did not even get a sympathy note. Or refund of my parking fees. Shocking.

Good variety of movies. Nice coffee, wine , icecreams and snacks. What more could you want. Some special treats are the festivals offered- the International and the French are recent ones. Additionally National Theatre filmed plays are superb. You can't beat British theatre for all round excellence.Even better grab an icecream and wine to go with it.

I would like to bring up a matter of the ladies toilets. Under the last management, which was some time back now, the toilets were pristine and a lovely vase of fresh flowers were displayed each week. That is no longer the case. There have been times when they have not been vacuumed for some time, the floors not washed/polished and hand basins grubby. This could improve very easily. They should be totally cleaned daily. Stylish theatre more just watching movie love the atmosphere and feels very personal and private.

The staff were helpful and lovely to deal with after we'd ordered food then needed to take the small one to the bathroom and held our goodies at the counter for us. Venue is always clean, tidy and cozy to be in. Even when its busy its still a pleasure.

I never thought I would feel slightly underdressed in a cinema but I did. The place was so divine I felt I had to up my game and come in my best circa 40-50-60’s outfit. Comfortable and classy is not a set of words you would see together often but it definitely captures the essence of this place. So the next time you drop in, make it special and wear something special.

Such a lovely cinema. Big squooshy seats, a funky moody decor in the foyer, good icecream, good coffee. My favourite theatre in Hamilton by far.

Went to "Ode to Naples" Posso Entrare - today - Italian Film Festival. What a great film! Highly recommend it! A look at aspects of the city and Vesuvio which are probably not seen by the average visitor! And the Lido staff were very helpful, pleasant and interested to hear what we thought of the film!

Always a fun time at Timezone Botany! The place is clean, well-run, and full of energy. Staff are friendly and helpful, and there’s a great mix of games for all ages. My personal favourite is the claw machine — especially the one with Pop! Vinyls. Always keeps me coming back for “just one more try”! Highly recommend for a fun outing with friends or family.

I had so much fun here. The staff were so nice and pleasant. My family came here on our trip to New Zealand. I met the sweetest girl her name is Lilly I think. I had so much fun and everyone should go here when they have the time.

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out the incredible team at Timezone. Especially Sarah , Sophia , Isabella has been not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly kind and welcoming. It’s rare to find a place where the workers consistently go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great time — but that’s exactly what you get at Timezone.

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to the awesome and amazing Sarah who easily could’ve told us they were closing in 15 minutes when our 3 year old daughter decided to run into the arcade when passing by - but instead of saying or showing any signs wanting us to leave to finish closing up, she asked our daughter if she wanted to play a game with her🥹 Just those 10 minutes of fun really made our night. What a WONDERFUL and good hearted person you are Sarah!!

Had a fantastic time with my son. Good place to hang out during the school holidays. So many people. Staff were very helpful. We won so many points. My son got a toy car and a funky water bottle to take to school. Until next time. You can also hosting a birthday party. There are bumper car, laser strike and bowling alleys.

Nice wee park with a small aviary, some pools to play in, playground and views over the river. Toilets to the south a couple of minutes away. Parking on river road.

Visiting from the UK, this park is a hidden gem. Great for children and the river and plants are stunning. The War Horse Memorial is evocative and poignant. As a horse owner, I had tears. Visit this place after the Museum. It’s lovely!

Our first time here! Definitely going back soon. Green. Peaceful. Relaxing. There's a gorgeous children's garden with a park and some water features to take a small dip and cool down. Lovely picnic area. Lots to see and great for getting those steps in. Great place!!

Parana Park is an absolutely amazing location, and the memorial next to it. This lies along the river banks and was the first major attraction I ever saw on my first visit to Hamilton decades ago. It has what you need all round, including good walks, peacefulness, a garden area, riverbanks and ducks everywhere.

Im not a local Hamilton resident but I do visit here once or every twice a year. This play grouns is pretty amazing especially during hot summer days. Its got pools for kiddos to swim in, lots of shady areas for picnics, slides, swings, a bird house and you get a view of Waikato river. It is within walking distance to CBD so super easy stroll for tourists. My kids have requested to return on the next day, I think I need a good night sleep.

Fabulous day out for some family fun. It has slides, swings, three shallow fresh water pools, a seesaw, bird cages and heaps of picnic spots for the family to relax. Or you can, take a slow stroll through a mini forest with a gentle stream running through it and ducks paddling into the Waikato River. Some wonderful history can be seen and felt here. It certainly is a must visit for all big or small!

We had a blast doing the VR Roam at Virtual Ninja today. There were four kids participating and it caused lots of laughs, team work an fun. Such a great idea for a group of friends, family or birthday parties. Highly recommend. We didn't want to leave, could have played for hours! Shout out to Vik, the manager, who was super patient and helpful with the kids.

Great idea to arrive early for the 10am session as the amount of people by 11am was giving me anxiety! A mixture of a Chipmunks playland and a mini trampoline park. Not as big as I'd expected and super loud music so bring your ear loops! Can eat your own food in the waiting area and parents can wander and support their kids. Good attention by staff to harness safety on the high ropes.

10 out of 10!! So much fun and a great variety of things to do! Family had the best time we will be back for sure. Also great customer service on arrival. The guy on the till greeted us with a big smile he was super friendly, fast and efficient. Great person to have greeting customers. My kids thought he was cool!

We took 3 × 14 year olds and they had a blast 3 hours of entertainment for them and reading for me. The staff were amazing polite and helpful, I didn't see the kids until they wanted drinks or food, the staff were right there to advise and help. We would definitely go again, take a change of clothes and a towel for the water slide at the end of the session, wr didn't realize this option and we weren't equipped,

Is a great place to take the kids and get all that energy burned off. Great price for the 3 hours of relaxing while I waited. Awesome value for money cafe. Fabulous experience, highly recommend Ninja Valley Hamilton.

So thrilled with our visit here. Kids had an amazing time while adults rested in the cafe upstairs. Good food in the cafe - the scones were yum. Only booked for an hour but the kids were having so much fun we asked if they could do another, and they were so accomodating!! Would definitely come back again. Really thrilled.

It's a good idea to get the combo deals if you have 4 Jumpers, compared to individual prices. Apart from trampolines, they also have an Under 5 play area, the X Run and Climbing Wall require closed toe shoes. You MUST have one of their branded socks. If you have brought other branded ones, ask for a Sock Swap for $1 instead of paying full price. Cafe inside and the air conditioning kept the inside area cool

Took my daughter their for her 7th birthday. Didn't realise it was busy and sessions were booked luckily the next session was only a 30minute wait, which I decided to book online for the unlimited session for 3hrs instead of the individual price and alot cheaper as well. Different bounce areas for different age groups so perfect for teenagers to play in the dodgeball bounce area. Cafe inside and KFC is just right outside in the carpark area. Plenty of tables around the centre to watch your kids play or join in. Will definitely be coming back again.

Love this place, was not busy today. Definately recommend buying online to utilise the package deals. Reena made our trip today! She was so lovely, helping my children through the high ropes and foam pit, even played dodge ball with them which the kids really appreciated!

One of our favourite places to visit each school holidays. Even more so since the upgrade last year!! Under 5 area is amazing and a massive improvement to what it previously was. Great for all ages including adults.

Love the upgraded playground and so much cool new things not just trampolines, there's a mini playground (kinda like a c.m one) fenced off area so big kids can't bounce your littlies around, dodge ball area, foam pit with trapeze, plat form for jumping off into foam pit, rock climbing and obstacle course. The chips with had from the cafe were yum and crunchy 🤤!

We went for my grandsons 3rd birthday. Glad he's not fussy, he has a ball running around on all the inflatables. The bonus about this place is the level of enjoyment and entertainment for the kids. Aside from this, it's very tired looking inside and out. Could do with a lick of paint. There was no coffee!!!! Lol, Have I become some real coffee snob that I expect it everywhere I go. The lovely lady who worked there was very apologetic. They also only had packets of chips available as their food source. I would have liked to have been able to buy a coffee and snack, instead I had to eat kids party food and drink fizzy, not a bad result, but not ideal.

I recently attended a birthday celebration at this venue. Shockingly, they triple-booked their small upstairs space with THREE 😳 separate birthday parties happening at the same time. This resulted in a chaotic atmosphere, as guests from the other parties were forced to mingle in the same area we occupied. It was frustrating to see that, on the day of the event, there was nothing anyone could do to rectify the situation. With no option to relocate, we had to endure the experience while feeling quite upset. I sincerely hope that all three parties received refunds, as the lack of organization was unprofessional and disappointing. It’s disheartening that families couldn’t fully enjoy their special moments due to the venue's mismanagement.

Highly impressed. Very clean and has a range of bouncy castles to suit kids of different ages. The staff are also very safety conscious. The young bloke supervising was polite but absolutely committed to making sure the kids were playing safely.

Great spot for the little ones

Great for a few hours for kids to let off steam. The staff were very friendly, helpful and overall excellent, with many late-teen girls actively wandering around checking on all the kids. Wonderful range of inflatables - kids don't get bored here. However, not much for adults to do (except wander around after kids and a small basketball court), so bring your book or laptop! Pricing seems a bit high but overall worth it.

Played here netball for the last autum season. One of the refs is really agressive and got in our face and yelled at us. Unfair as we are just beginners

Address is misleading if you rely on Google maps, but the place is fine for indoor football and cricket. Facilities are good and staff are friendly.

Nice place for indoor cricket... Directions are a bit odd via google maps as it directs you to the bowling alley behind... Had to ask for directions to get to the right place eventually

Work sports days held here. Its an ok facility, all the gear is provided at decent rates and refreshment bar is nice.

No parking and when it gets crowded its a nightmare because you dont know whose coming or going. Lovely staff and vibe once you get in though
