Sassari in 2 days

If you only have 2 days to spend in Sassari, we’ve narrowed down the top places you should check out to get the best experience of your time here.
Sassari offers a mix of medieval streets, grand piazzas, and historic architecture, including the Romanesque-Gothic Cathedral of St. Nicholas and several elegant palazzi. Its museums, such as the National Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum “G.A. Sanna,” showcase artifacts from Nuragic, Roman, and medieval Sardinia. The city is also known for traditional festivals like the Candelieri procession in August, a UNESCO-recognized celebration. Located in northern Sardinia, Sassari makes a practical base for day trips to nearby coastal areas such as Alghero and the beaches of the Gulf of Asinara.
With favorites like Cattedrale di San Nicola, Argentiera Beach and Cove, and Spiaggia di Porto Ferro, we’ll make sure you don’t miss out on all the must sees. We even included some of our favorite food spots around the area, like Cocco Pizza and PanefresaRita - PanefrateRita so you can get the best taste of Sassari while you’re here. To see our full list of food recommendations, check out our best restaurants post. If you're traveling on a budget, you can check out our cheap eats post.

Piazza d'Italia is a bustling town square located in the heart of Sassari, featuring impressive classic architecture and several shops and restaurants. The surrounding buildings date back to the late 19th century, showcasing grandiose styles typical of Italy's post-unification era. Visitors can enjoy a variety of dining options in the square or nearby cafes, especially during evenings when the area comes alive with locals dressed in their finest attire.
Beautiful architecture surrounded by quaint narrow cobblestoned streets steeped in history. Not overcrowded end of Sept!
Angie O — Google review
Piazza d'Italia is the main square of Sassari. it is dominated by the neo-Classical Palazzo della Provincia. There are plenty of places to enjoy a drink and admire the surroundings. It comes alive at night. Maybe it's just me but the square just seemed too polished and modern and didn't really impress.
David S — Google review
Piazza d'Italia in Sassari, Sardinia, has won my heart with its captivating charm and lively atmosphere. I had a delightful experience here, and I'm excited to share my thoughts. Nestled in the heart of Sassari, this picturesque square boasts a wonderful selection of restaurants, offering a diverse culinary experience that caters to all tastes. From traditional Italian dishes to international cuisines, you'll find something to satisfy your cravings. The variety of dining options nearby is definitely a big plus! What truly sets Piazza d'Italia apart is the enchanting ambiance it exudes. The vibrant atmosphere is enhanced by the lively sounds of music, creating a delightful backdrop as you stroll through the square. It's the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the local culture while enjoying a pleasant evening with friends or loved ones. However, I'm giving it four stars instead of five due to the occasional overcrowding during peak hours, which can make it a bit challenging to find a comfortable seating spot. Nonetheless, the overall experience was still enjoyable and worth a visit. If you're looking for a lively and gastronomically rich destination in Sassari, Piazza d'Italia is the place to be. Whether you're a food enthusiast or simply love immersing yourself in the local vibes, this charming gem is sure to leave you with lasting memories.

This is most likely the largest and most central square in Sassari. Many of the buildings surrounding it are from the late 19th century, done in a grandiose style by a re-emerging Italy after the unification of the country in 1870. There are many restaurants, eateries and cafés on the square and in the vicinity. The square comes alive in the evening.

The National Museum Giovanni Antonio Sanna is a must-visit attraction in Sassari, showcasing a diverse collection of fabrics, jewelry, and art spanning various periods of Sardinian history. Housed in a neoclassical building, the museum is divided into two sections: archaeology and ethnography. The ethnographic section boasts the oldest collection of Sardinian ethnographic demo objects on the island.
Very cool museum, a lot of Roman artefacts.

Great ancient and heritage items and some amazing clothes, dress designs. We enjoyed the time here. However just be aware everything is in Italian, no English version’s guide or information at all. You can only paid by cash for the tickets!!!

This museum covers extensive eras in the history of civilisations across Sardegna and the Mediterranean. Artifacts have been discovered on the island. We were fascinated to learn about those who inhabited the Nuraghe that are scatted across the island.

Friendly helpful staff who are working in an extremely warm building with NO AIR CONDITIONING. The lack of same wants you to get out of the store. Seriously bad for business. And as another person commented. The bald dude with the short legged jeans ( security??? ) certainly is bad for business with the way he blatantly follows you around. Strange looks for having two mobile phones. Yes customers can have two mobile phones, no big deal. Have a bit of fun if you wish. Walk into the Mac makeup area, stand in front of the full length mirror, give him a wave and he’ll wander off to find someone else’s to stalk.

Churches & Cathedrals
The Cattedrale di San Nicola is a medieval Romanesque cathedral that boasts a later baroque facade, as well as Gothic and neoclassical features. Its left side showcases an intriguing blend of architectural styles due to the building's 600-year construction period which features elements from Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, and Neoclassical eras. The elaborate frontal design is impressive but visitors should not neglect exploring the rest of the cathedral.
If you like to visit very beautiful churches, here's one for you! Everything about this magnificent church is impressive. I visited twice in three days. Quite amazing!!!
Alan F — Google review
Pretty neat and ornate church. Disappointing it was closed when we arrived so we could not see the interior.
Richard — Google review
Explore the beautifully maintained cathedral with its intriguing features and a hint of mystery. The narrow streets make it more enjoyable to walk rather than drive, especially if you are unfamiliar with these tiny roads. Discover the cathedral's charming rooms for dining and meetings.
Elena M — Google review
Churches are not exactly an endangered species in Italy. After a while the memory of visiting one gets mixed up with the memory of visiting another. Except here. The Duomo boasts some seriously impressive architecture. Outside the huge Spanish baroque-style facade is breathtaking. Inside the church is divided into numerous chapels, each has a description in both Italian and English. The highlight of a visit to Sassari.
David S — Google review
The left side of the cathedral is perhaps the most interesting aspect of this building because it reveals several architectural styles. Since it took 600 years to complete, the cathedral mixes Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Neoclassical elements. The ornate facade will not fail to impress, but don't let it stop you from checking out the rest of the building.

Mercato Civico is a charming market known for its fresh and affordable seafood. It's highly recommended for purchasing quality fish and other consumables. While the selection may be somewhat limited, the prices are reasonable, making it a great spot to find beautiful and fresh produce.
The while market looks recently renovated with very clean and bright look.

Unfortunately the arrogance of some stand especially fish stand is very annoying. Unfortunately a lady thought she would be very smart charging me way more for the fish than written on the price tag… she thought I didn’t notice but I did immediately… I have no problem overpaying one time in order to finde out who is honest and who isn’t… and I’m also pretty shure that the lady doesn’t care that she lost a customer… just be aware of the smart once. I also made good experiences with other sellers but the Lady is ruthless 😂

Fountain
Sights & Landmarks
Nestled in a tranquil corner of Sassari, the Fountain of the Rosello is an exquisite piece of history that dates back to the early 1600s. This charming fountain, often overlooked due to its location at the base of a hill on the outskirts of the old city, serves as a symbol for both Sassari and its rich heritage. The fountain features intricate designs and twelve spouts representing the passage of time, complemented by four statues that embody each season.
A beautiful and ornate fountain. If I am honest it needs some restoration. However, most cities have neglected historical attractions. It is worthy of a visit due to its architectural importance.
Alan F — Google review
The fountain is easy to miss because it's oddly placed on the outskirts of the old city at the bottom of a hill, hidden from plain view. Look for it and make the effort of going down that hill, even if you don't feel like doing it. You will be rewarded with details that you can't otherwise see.
Georges Y — Google review
The fountain is supposedly one of the main symbols of Sassari. What a pity then to find it under a bridge in the middle of nowhere with weeds and potholes to face, and no other visitors.
David S — Google review
Although the fountain is architecturally beautiful and its history is impressive, the lack of signage and absence of any informational plaques take away much of its charm. The site appears quite neglected; the path leading down is steep and overgrown with tall grass. Proper lighting and a few benches would help give this place the character it deserves. Overall, a missed opportunity with great potential.
Rafał Z — Google review
Nice fountain by an underpass. Don’t go out of your way to visit.
Stuart C — Google review
We were quit dissapointed. The fountain itself is beautifull, but placed / surrounded by nothing. I would reccomend either to build there nice park with benches, trees which could separate this area from city, or to move this fountain to city park.
Milan S — Google review
I saw it on a Saturday afternoon about 5pm when it was open, free and even had a chap to explain things. Although overgrown, the path down to the fountain was obviously well made as the source was much used. To the left, closed off but visible through a crack in the fence, is the runoff off the fountain where people washed their clothes. The fountain itself is great with spurting lions and dolphins and some Latin if you're up for it.
Brad D — Google review
Very disappointed. The fountain is so beautiful but very hidden in Sassari. One can access in the morning only from Monday to Friday, from memory, and the former magnificent staircase leading to it is closed, covered with bushes, grass, undergrowth. We dis not walk towards the entre as closer. No value creation, no promotion of such a monument. It disappeared from everyone’s vue. Very sad.

(Translated by Google) I was greeted by two lovely Italians. She didn't speak much English, but she really tried to help me, which I really appreciated. This place had been recommended to me, and it didn't disappoint. I had the eggplant pizza and... wow, it was the best thing I've ever eaten in this city. I ordered two more to go, fresh from the oven and piping hot. To say it was delicious is an understatement. If I ever come back here, this will be the first place I go!

(Translated by Google) The pizzas are delicious, in fact I have to say that they have improved over the years. They are a little small in size but good, the service is excellent and that sometimes you have to wait a bit but the wait for those who are patient and rewarded let's say that quality and price are almost there, it can almost be improved, the atmosphere is varied from young people to older people like any fast food restaurant sometimes it is too crowded depends on the day and even in this case they can do even better to speed up the service and it is not a criticism but an observation from a pizza eater.

Panefresa Rì is a welcoming eatery that offers a pleasant dining experience with top-notch ingredients and attentive hospitality. The atmosphere exudes warmth, resembling an Italian living room, and the cuisine, while uncomplicated, is incredibly tasty. Despite its unassuming entrance, the restaurant provides ample space upstairs for patrons to enjoy their meals.
We discovered this restaurant during our promenade in Sassari and must say it's worth the visit. The owner - Rita - is very kind, professional, dedicated and a wonderful cook! We have had the complete menu, tasting all 3 desserts and I must say everything was just rocking our tastebuds. You must visit!

We stayed for only a few minutes. The waitress was very unfriendly, we were disappointed of the menu and the food we saw didn’t look good to us (personal opinion). Maybe it’s great tradition food but we didn’t stay because of the weird atmosphere.

Qui si può mangiare cibo davvero buono e genuino in un'atmosfera piacevole. Il personale è molto cordiale e i prezzi non sono affatto alti. Andateci! the only thing i would give as feedback is that if you don't read italian you don't really know what is going on here when you are standing in front of the door. they seem closed, even if the sign is 'open' in front of the door, but when you walk upstairs the owner welcomes you with open arms

Jacob H — Google review
Quality-price ratio is a offensive, compares to other restaurants in Sassari. The Ingredients are from the traditional cuisine, they do pizza like recipes, but from 15 euros and more.. sounds like a scam. Overall good food, like basic food. It is just a bit of an insult for good restaurants in Sassari: you pay 25-30 euros per person in a very good restaurant, and we tried many of them over the years, and here like 20 euros per person but for a pizza and a coke. And a coffee for 1.5 euro in a non-professional coffe machine like Nespresso/Lavazza... like the one that you have at home. Not worth it guys.. the only explanation could be that they make other price for Sassari people, otherwise no italian would go there. I will never go again. But I had to try it, before reviewing.

Tritus, an Italian restaurant located in the heart of downtown Sassari, offers a delightful dining experience. The cuisine is exquisite, with mouthwatering dishes such as pasta that leave you amazed. Their tiramisu is absolutely fantastic and can easily be shared by two people. During the summer months, you can enjoy your meal in their lovely outdoor seating area. The staff is friendly and attentive; however, some customers have mentioned that the service for bringing the bill could be slow at times.
We had lunch here last weekend, and the food was great, the waiters nice to us and their deserts worth a try. Great atmosphere and delicious food.
Andreea L — Google review
We arrived and thought the place was cute and nice, sat down to order the waitress was EXTRA rude, we wanted our nachos and tacos first, she decided that no she wants to bring everything together which she did and we have to wait A LOT and had to eat the tacos and nachos cold! Also the food was TERRIBLE the meat was tasteless, nachos were old not crispy and the taco shell was soggy! And let’s not talk about the shitty desert! I would NOT recommend unless you want to throw away money! The place is super duper over priced for the quality of food.
Pamela Z — Google review
I had a really disappointing experience overall. First, the tacos were completely bland—no flavor in the meat, just a huge letdown. Then came the hamburger, which was somehow served without bread. How does that even happen? A hamburger without a bun is just a sad pile of ingredients. On top of that, I had pasta the previous night, and even that wasn’t great. Overall, the food here seems poorly prepared and uninspired. Definitely not a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for a decent meal.

Good restaurant at Sassari downtown. The food was delicious. I’ve ordered some pasta and it was terrify. The tiramisu is wonderful and enough for two, don’t miss it. The order of two pizza turned into a disaster. We put the order at 8PM, after the starter we had to wait until 9PM to get our pizza (including several requests which always got the same answers: it is ready, it is ready!). One of the two pizza was so salty (clearly too many anchovies and capers...) that it was impossible to eat. We informed the waiter, and despite the pizza was sent back we were charged for it. Bad service, low quality food. To avoid!

During our travels through northern Sardinia, my husband and I found ourselves in need of a delightful lunch spot. That's when we stumbled upon Mesadoria Restaurant da Roberto, just a short stroll from the stunning Pirotto Beach. Very modern, somewhat coldly furnished restaurant with its own upscale standards. Nice selection of Sardinian wines. Diverse and interesting selection of dishes. Absolutely beautiful, the food, the service and the restaurant. There isn’t anything bad I have to say. We dined here two times and we’re blown away. Both waiters that served us were very good even though we didn’t speak any Italian, and I think the owner doesn’t speak English but he still always greeted us. 10/10 recommend. For those that are worried about the price, trust me it’s worth it.

Day 2

Off the beaten path
For day 2, if you don’t mind the extra trek, today covers more off the beaten path places like Spiaggia di Porto Ferro. Not quite as popular as Piazza Italia, but still highly rated among many travelers. Accounting for getting around and average time spent, today’s activities could take about 8 hours.

Beaches
Spiaggia di Porto Ferro is a renowned beach in Sardinia, known for being one of the island's most extensive nudist beaches. It was officially designated as a nudist beach in 2018 and offers specific areas for naturist visitors. The beach features a 200-meter stretch of tiny coves beyond the stone tower at the end of the beach, providing privacy for nudist sunbathing.
What a great atmosphere! It’s like moving back in time into the 60s! Freedom, peace, love and beautiful people as well as one of the best sunset spots we’ve been to. There’s a rocky part and there’s a good stretch of reddish sand. It’s nicely nested in a deep bay, resulting in spectacular views. There’s a bar and griglieria, working as a co op, so the prices are great and their food is really nice, make sure to bring some money as you can buy some ethnic jewellery, tie dye or batik fabrics and lots of other treasures! It was, by far, our favourite beach.
Eliza T — Google review
A very nice, a bit wild, dog friendly beach with 2 nice Bars, cafes at the south end. Soft sand and shallow water. No life guard. Loved this place.
TKD T — Google review
Beautiful, wild beach with golden clear water, and a natural vibe. We visited with our dog and it was absolutely perfect plenty of space, no stress, and our four legged friend had the time of his life running around and splashing in the water. It’s not overly crowded, and the surrounding landscape is stunning. Great spot for nature lovers, peaceful walks, and laid-back beach days. Highly recommended for dog owners. This place truly feels welcoming and free. One warning: the parking situation feels like a trap. There’s no clear information, and yet fines are handed out like candy. The beach is fantastic — but the parking enforcement is a joke. Pay attention, or you’ll pay for it.
Miron D — Google review
Pretty nice beach for being free. A good break from having to pay so much for others. There was plenty of space on the beach area and lots of room to swim. The parking lot is a bit trashy but you don't swim in the parking lot. There's about a 400 meter walk to the beach from the parking lot which is not biggie. Just letting you know in case you plan on bringing a bunch of stuff. Enjoy!
Cassia G — Google review
We were there for the sunset which was amazing. Stunning view. But the beach is very dirty, full of plastic pieces and not only. Go there without expectations for the beach, but just for the sunset that worths.
Teodora B — Google review
Extraordinary beautiful, calm, crystal clear water and nice sand. Parking is free.
Plamena K — Google review
I went there to see the sunset. There is a bar on the beach where you can have a snak and a drink. The customers seemed young and slightly alternative. Good vibes
Donatella N — Google review
A great beach with beautiful surroundings. You can go swimming or take short walks. There is a large car park so parking is not a problem!

Beach
Argentiera Beach and Cove is a hidden gem nestled in the remnants of an old mining village, offering a unique blend of natural beauty and historical intrigue. This almost deserted spot boasts stunning crystal-clear waters that are perfect for snorkeling, making it an ideal destination for beach lovers. The beach can be accessed via a small road through the village or by navigating some stairs, although alternative paths may be necessary at times.
This is a beach and almost deserted village that has to stay a secret. It is an old minning town that screams help for being restorted, if they do i am sure that it will be a tourist magnet. Free parking in the village and than the stairs to the beach or the little road through the village There is a small kiosk on the beach that has absolutely incredible food and the views...... On the rock top on the left, you can reach by car, you will have your most spectacular sunset view
Ron R — Google review
Probably the most equipped beach we have been to. There is a life guard, showers, small restaurant, and a restroom. The beach is not crowded. It's not sandy so get aqua shoes/water sandals. Nearby free parking too.
Patricia M — Google review
Not a bad beach, small pebbles but clear water and less people. A lot of free parking. The old silver mine is a very interesting place.
Annice W — Google review
Amazing, crystal clear water with deep sea vibes for snorkeling, lots of fish, not too crowded! Access from parking via a few sets of stairs, not difficult.
Neda T — Google review
This place is stunnig. A real ghist town with beautiful beach with crystal clear water. This place makes you think how it could look like before when it was a prospering village. Definately worth to visit if you like urban exploring
Robert B — Google review
Literally the clearest water I have seen in Sardinia. Although the town is a bit spooky due the abandoned old silver mine, the beach is really nice an perfect for snorkeling. The staircase towards the beach wasn't accessable when we visited in the summer of 2021, so we used the offroad path down. Beware of the Jellyfish though!
RJ T — Google review
Not my favorite beach in Sardinia but a nice one and especially not too busy. Special surrounding areas!
Federica S — Google review
Nice beach, with pebble-like sand. Lovely for spending a summer day. There is a nice short trekking route from the beach and a quiosque where you can get food and beverages.

Points of Interest & Landmarks
Located near Porto Torres, the Necropolis of Su Crucifissu Mannu is a fascinating archaeological site with a rich history. The area features Roman-era structures, including an impressive seven-arched bridge that was in use until the mid-20th century. Additionally, visitors can explore the Tanca Borgona necropolis, which contains 32 mausoleums with frescoes and mosaics, as well as 50 tombs and catacombs dating back to early Christian times.
Interesting archealogical site believed to be a necropolis. Unground structures and tunnels carved out of the rock. Worth a visit, open area, no ticket required.
Mei S — Google review
Interesting site. A piece of history available to everyone who’s willing to make the trip here. A quick note that entrance to this site is only via SS131 from Sassari.
Lorraine T — Google review
Just amazing! A total bugger to get to by public transport, but possible by bus and some sketchy walking on a busy road, no path! Bring a torch and knee pads if you really want to get into the tombs. They say the ruts are Roman but they are cut into by some of the tombs, so I'd say the ruts are older. Whatever, there are heaps of paths so take your time, enjoy, don't get lost or stuck or break your arm, and say hello to the Hermanns tortoises lurking.
Brad D — Google review
Enter via the dirt road from the Sassari-Porto Torres motorway (the other direction is closed). Pretty well kept site despite no fees or services. Remains of roman time roadways and ancient burial sites. Def. Worth the trip.

Must see this impressive necropolis! Find the bull’s horns :)
Richard S — Google review
Absolutely beautiful place, best to be visited in the evening or morning - there might be a chance you would be completely alone. No tickets, no opening hours, but probably the most interesting necropolis we have visited so far.
Zdeněk K — Google review
Pretty cool place but I would consider this an "on the way trip." It is on a dirt road, and parking was not difficult. We stopped at agritourismo restaurant near by and this place popped right up. It's is a small hiking event. I'd be cautious with small children as they can fall right through the holes in the ground. But their are about a dozen catacombs to look at. Overall it was pretty interesting and a decent place to take photos, and look at the mountains.

Historic Sites
Santuario prenuragico Monte d'Accoddi - Biglietteria is a unique archaeological site located on a grassy embankment, featuring the excavated ruins of an ancient open-air altar. It is a neolithic temple dating back to the 4th millennium BC, with most surviving structures from around 2800 BC. The site's step pyramid construction sets it apart as a prehistoric monument with no close comparison in the Mediterranean basin.
Incredible site. The history and structure are surreal. It is easy to get in, and the staff is very friendly. Notes: Google Maps tried to take us to a farm next to the site, with no access to the location. Probably best to just find your own way from the road. Signage is clear. Google Maps is wrong about the open times. When we went (mid-October) they close at 6pm, but have the final entry time at 5pm. They don’t close for lunch.
Salem B — Google review
It was OK. Not as big as I thought when I looked at others photos. The person at the reception gave me a link with a guide in English which was good. It cost 4 euros each or 10 for a family. Nice view from the top. Shady area to park cars. Well maintained but mot many paths around it which probably gave it an authentic feeling. They were doing a presentation when I was there. Guided tours are available.
Sean C — Google review
The current sanctuary dates back to 2800 BC. It was built by modifying a pre-existing ceremonial area. Half an hour for the visit is enough, ticket €5. It is excellent to combine this visit with the interesting small necropolis of “Su Crucifissu Mannu” with free access that is about one kilometer away from here.
Fabio R — Google review
This was one of the most interesting historic places I've visited in Sardinia. We were lucky to encounter a local archaeologist with a tourist group who took the time to explain the historical timeline of the place. I highly recommend visiting it.

Historical place not much to expect if you are excavating team then it’s worth
Thameem A — Google review
The site at Turris Libisonis had taken longer than planned but the next site was only about 15 minutes away. Monte d'Accoddi is around 5-6000 years old and looks like a ziggurat. Smaller than the ones of Mesopotamia it is nevertheless an impressive site and unique in Europe. The walls are around 5m tall and the access ramp is 25m and there were lots of wildflowers around the site. Next to it is a large flat stone that could have been a sacrificial altar or feasting table as lots of animals bones were discovered around it. There is also the remains of a neolithic village and one of the many menhirs on the island next to the ramp. The lady at the site was extremely helpful and there was also a useful explanatory app. The aerial photos gave a far better idea of the site size and layout and it is strange that this site is pretty much unheard of while Stonehenge - far more mundane - is world famous. The site was in use from around 3000BC to around 1800BC, so it fell out of use around the time the nuraghe started being built.
Marcus H — Google review
Monte d’Accoddi is a unique pre-Nuragic sanctuary, often called the “Sardinian pyramid.” The site is fascinating for history lovers and offers a glimpse into one of the island’s most ancient cultures. The ticket office is simple but efficient, and the visit is well worth it.
Nidhal Z — Google review
Unique prehistoric structure in Sardinia. Impressive kind of high altar surrounded by sacred stones (omphalos, standing stone, sacrificial slab). Definitely worth swinging by although access is a bit of a hassle. Ticket is 4 €, worth it You may ask at the desk for a guide in your language which you hand back. Detailed explanations about that 5,000-year old Osieri culture are fascinating.

Beach close to Sassari. Not as clear water as other beaches, but also way less people. A good beach if you're looking for comfort and waves.😊

The beach is very beautiful, natural, fully sandy beach, no buildings except two bars at our part near to Condominio di Sorso. But! What a pity.. today there was a stripe of green cloudy water along all the coast, where I was able to see.. Children were satisfied, but.. tommorrow we go somewhere else..🙈🙈🙈

Walked down to the beach today but it was quite a windy day. Waves were massive and it was too windy to sit and sunbathe. Obviously it is not the beaches fault, on a less windy day I’m sure it would be perfect

Restaurant
La Patigia is a hidden gem that truly deserves all the praise it receives. Nestled a bit away from Sassari, this charming restaurant boasts an inviting interior that sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. Guests rave about the exceptional quality of food, with highlights including mouthwatering spaghetti vongole and impeccably fresh oysters. The warm and attentive service makes you feel right at home, as if welcomed by family.
5 stars is too low! I would like to give 10 🔥❤️ At first, the women there ! She is like a mother ! Totally friendly, lovely! Starting with a sekt glass as a welcome ! Then we got mixed antipasto ! Amazing ! Everything tasty ! 😋 Our pasta were like a magic in the stomach ❤️ We got also amazing ending with 3 different digestive 😅 and coffee ☕️ I would like 100% recommend it (but make sure to reserve a table before) 🔥🔥🔥 Thank you for the best night there. ❤️

Cozy and welcoming spot. The portions are very generous — from seafood pasta to ravioli, every dish came plentiful and beautifully prepared. The quality-to-price ratio is excellent, and the menu offers a nice variety of fresh seafood and local specialties. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a relaxed, homely feel. Service is attentive and friendly without being intrusive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re in the area, it’s worth booking ahead — and definitely come hungry.

The service is very friendly , the food is of good quality ( we choose the degustation menu) . The restaurant outside is of low profile, however inside furnished with style. We advise to make reservation upfront. Open from 19:30 allthough you will be the first guest.

Everything is 5 stars. The food is so good. From beginning til the end. the best spaghetti vongole I had in Sardinia (and I am a food snob). Never before did I have such perfectly cleaned fresh oysters. And I loved the gamberetti crudo. There was also live music and super friendly staff. Make a reservation beforehand (in italian) the place was fully packed.

This restaurant is a MUST visit hidden gem. Local family business with lovely owners who serve probably the most delicious food on this island! A lot of sea food and pasta options. Tip: try their tiramisu 😉
Filip B — Google review
Interesting village restaurant with many seafood options. Two problems: 1. the food came VERY slow to our table and 2. some of the things were not especially delicious. Otherwise, the portions are generous, the prices are just. Complimentary drinks on the house are offered - a glass of proseco before meal, a selection of digestive liquors after.
Annice W — Google review
It’s a new opened restaurant , the price is friendly , the dishes are very delicious and yummy . The service are very sweet quickly . Beautiful internal and external decoration . I highly recommend tourists come here to have a nice dinner instead of the turisimo view restaurant .
Jessi L — Google review
We came here due to the positive reviews and decided to come back before our departure because we were so impressed with our first visit. The quality of the food is outstanding, the service is very personal and friendly, the hosts are warm and attentive. Special requests are made real, glass of prosecco and digestive free of charge. The place is a little distant from Sassari but has a beautiful interior. Definitely worth a visit and we will for sure come back.
