Amazing Day at Loro Parque! Loro Parque is absolutely incredible – a must-visit! There’s so much to see and do, and the animals are clearly very well cared for. The enclosures are spacious, beautifully designed, and give you great views without ever feeling overcrowded for the animals. Everything felt clean, organised, and really well maintained. The dolphin and orca shows were a real highlight – absolutely amazing and definitely a must-see while you’re there. They were professional, fun, and showed off the animals’ intelligence and beauty in such a memorable way. There’s plenty to keep you entertained all day, from the variety of animals to the shows and the little details around the park that make it special. The only downside is that food on site is a bit pricey – but that’s the same in most attractions and didn’t take away from how fantastic the experience was. Overall, a beautiful park, well worth the visit, and somewhere I’d happily return to again!

Got tickets online earlier as they're discounted, easy to park in their nice underground car park (7 euro). Well worth a visit, clean, accessible, plenty of clean toilets and food outlets which were reasonably priced. It's very clear that your entrance fee and any profits go towards animal welfare and conservation, which is great to know. Get to the Orca, sea lion and dolphin shows early for the beat seats, avoid the front if you want to stay dry, but that's part of the fun. Sea lions were our favourite 🦭. The fish tank displays are brilliant and absolutely massive! 🐟 🐠 The gardens and fauna are amazing! 🌟 ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 🦭🐬👏👏👏👏

Loro Parque is very unique. To call it a zoo would not do it justice. You can tell as you walk through the park that the staff really care about the place. They are constantly cleaning and maintaining the grounds, and the interactions with the animals at the shows are really impressive. You can tell there is a lot of trust between the handlers and their animal coworkers. Beyond that, the rare and endangered animals they have are too many to list. My wife and I had a great time and even made friends with a beautiful Pasquels Parrot. Highly recommend visiting! I recommend at least 5 hours to see everything, and bring good walking shoes as there are slopes and slippery sections.

Loro Parque is an exceptional experience, and exceeded our expectations. We attended all the shows and each show showed us the true beauties of these animals. We also got the beautiful feeling that each and every staff really love and care for these animals and it adds to the beauty of the experience. The whole park is exceptionally well kept and when you read around the park and listen to all the information when attending the shows, you realise how much the park really does and it makes you really appreciate the experience even more. We actually spent 6+ hours here and we still felt we could of stayed longer. We visited the Orca show twice as we needed to get splashed 😆 🤣. My favourite show was the Sea Lions but that's not to say that the Dolphins, Parrots & Orca's weren't worth the watch even if you want to watch them twice lol.

Absolutley stunning experience at Loro Parque. We arrived there early ( booked our tickets as twin with Siam Park ) and there was no waiting ( went here on a Saturday ). The park is very clean and well maintanined, facilities are clean, plenty of areas to grab a "snack" but some of the prices are a bit on the high. The shows are all super super entertaining, but as you can imagine packed so I suggest you plan to get to every show 20 min early to get a good spot to view. The Treetops where the birds ( parrots ) are was a great highlight you can see them up close. The shows are all very educational and entertaining focused, the kids loved it. We rented a car to get there as stayed in Costa Adeje, the short trip from there was crossing over hills, so on the way back we went the other way ( north airport way ) and it was all motorway much more enjoyable drive. There was planty of parking when we arrived. ( 8£ for parking all day there but was safe and underground parking as well )

A beautiful ZOO with a unique atmosphere. If you haven't seen killer whales you must visit this place. It is monumental. There is small Teno still feeding itself from mom. The birds are shining in all the colors. There is also a beautiful aquarium and a penguin world with a real snow. I bet there is a lot of people in weekends. Even during the week you have to come early to the shows because it is getting full and they won't let you in anymore. The buffets are very crowded as well. If you have small kids ve sure to take one snacks with you.

I loved the orcas show! Lovely place. Animals appear well looked after and seem to have a bond with their humans. Only thing i could complain about is it is not very well laid out and despite dozens of signs we still ended up getting lost multiple times! Other than that its brilliant

Service station with an incredible view of the Atlantic. Inexpensive + very popular with locals. Legally, the petrol | service station ⛽ is only accessible on the TF5 in 1 direction (towards Casa Salvia in Icod from Puerto de la Cruz). Exceptional cake selection, great prices, smoking + restroom, little convenience store + the attendants will fill ⛽ your tank.

I was hesitant to eat here because in America typically gas station restaurants are a no-go, but I’m glad we decided to stop here. The view is gorgeous, and the staff was so kind. There was a bathroom with a baby changing table. The restaurant had multiple high chairs. The view is absolutely gorgeous! We ordered the Serrano y queso blanco croissant which was the best sandwich I have maybe ever had. The papas bravas which were not too spicy. The waiters gave us extra aioli sauce for it when we asked. Finally, I had a mixed 5 fruta zumo and it was very refreshing. Best one stop shop! Definitely eat here!

Such a beautiful place! 🌺🪴 The garden is full of amazing plants, from huge tropical leaves to colorful flowers and water lilies. It feels very peaceful and relaxing to walk around, and you can really take your time just enjoying. I even spotted a bright red dragonfly, which made the visit feel even more special. Perfect spot to escape the busy tourist areas for a while 😉 Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Tenerife!

This was a lovely cool oasis on a hot day. A great selection of trees and plants, the online map and plant ID guide was great for the ID of key specimens. Plenty of people there, but did not feel busy. Lots of benches to enjoy the shade and bird life. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing and fascinating place, well worth the €3 euros each. Spent about 2 hours pottering about. If you love plants and wildlife I'd recommend it so highly one of the best things we did all week. The man on the desk was super helpful too, despite us being sleep deprived and speaking zero Spanish, he was able to help us find a taxi rank and number. I'm sure we looked like fools haha!

The Botanical Garden serves as a tranquil sanctuary, offering visitors a considerable respite from the coastal heat and humidity. For an entrance fee of just 3 euros, guests can explore the winding pathways and admire a lush and diverse collection of flora, some of which are truly exceptional. There are a lot of strategically placed benches throughout the park for relaxation. Visitors planning their journey should be aware that the inland distance from the coast results in significantly higher temperatures, making walking to the location strenuous (at least for us it was 😅)

A bit small but very beautiful. Great selection of tropical plants. Whatever grows in my home is twenty times bigger in this place. We spend over two hours hiding from the heat. Very recommended.

Went here with family friends and I must say this is one of the most exotic parks I've been too. So many plants from different parts of the world organised in such a beautiful way. This definitely takes some studying to be able to manage this ecosystem. The place is more like a 30 min- 1 hour stroll. Its big but not thay big so keep that in mind. Even though the place is hot on the outside of the park, the inside is cool due to the shade of the trees. Free toilets upon paying a 2 Euro fee for locals, free for university students and kids under 8. I uploaded many pics so that they speak for the park.

It’s a very fun country! There’s a lot to do and the hotels are really great, me and my family went there a few months ago and we brought a lot of great stuff!

The island is beautiful. I am a mountain lover, so I like the volcano, the mountains, and the forests around it. But I have to take one star away because the roads and viewpoints are messy. There is a lot of trash along the roads. I was very unhappy about that. And what is really sad is that the tourists are the ones who make this mess

Great vacation spot with lots of Europeans coming here for years and years. It has all the things you want from blue sand beaches and clubs to the highest mountain in the Canary Islands! They also have a wonderful zoo, Loro Parque. So plenty to do while on vacation here!

Been here for several holidays. It’s hot, sunny and dry most of the year - hence the attraction for European tourists. The south coast is crowded and popular but do visit the Teide National Park and the west coast for its unusual landscapes, history and culture.

Many things to do here, beautiful beaches, safe!

Unfortunately the island is a victim of its own success. though beautiful and diverse in nature, there are too many tourists for me to really enjoy this beautiful scenery. If you want to get the best experience, better not come at peak season and rent a car to get out of the main stream.

First of all it's not a restaurant, it's a bar and tapas. Fried calamari are unfortunately an imitation. Tinto de verano and sangría are not worth. Better to go with a beer. Ensaladilla was good. The chicken and white beans are also not worth. Colesaw tapa without any love (i.e. dressing). Recommendation: go somewhere else.

Great tapas and cheap beer. I just wish there were more vegetarian options on the menu. The waiter was extremely friendly and made the experience even better. I also tried the typical Tenerife coffee, Barraquito – it was absolutely delicious! Overall, a really nice place to stop by.⭐️

What a great little tapas restaurant. The menu depends on what is fresh that day which is brilliant. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. All the food is so flavourful and they do a great deal of doing lots of small tapas for 2 people for €25 so you can taste everything. Very clean restaurant, the staff even clean your table when clearing your courses which is such a nice touch.

Stopped by here while on a walk. Staff are really friendly and the place has a great buzz. Got 2 Baraquitos and 2 mojitos. Both were delicious and made with care. Came back a couple days later and get the tapas platter. Would definitely recommend for lunch. Had a great selection and it was all delicious.

We have been coming here for years and it is our favourite place for lunch in Puerto De La Cruz. The food is great and varied and the service is incredible. The owners have so much energy and are so friendly.

The food and atmosphere are good in general. The only thing is when the waiter showed me the menu there was no red meat but when he bring the food I surprised that there is 3 plates with red meat, and I don’t eat red meat.

Great tapas bar, food was lovely, nice atmosphere on a quiet evening overlooking the lights. Chef mentioned they serve different tapas and no set tapas menu, which i think is nice!

Really lovely food and great service. We have been many times over the years and never disappointed. This time we were served a taster of mussels. Then we ordered steak tartar and tomatoes semi seco to share as starters. For the main course we chose the onion filled with lamb and the canalones filled with pork and pate. All accompanied by a fruity white local wine. We finished off by sharing the gofio ice cream with popcorn. It was all truly delicious. Highly recommendable.

My favorite restaurant in Puerto de la Cruz! The service is great and the food is so tasty and wonderfully prepared. We came here twice and loved every single dish. Leek, cherne and sweet potato with ginger ice cream were the highlights. But you can order anything from the menu. Their wine list is great as well with wonderful selection of local wines and they are happy to help you choosing the perfect wine for your taste. I can’t wait to come back!

The Tacos were out of the world, the taste of which I will remember for quite long time. 🥰 The Fish was very delicious and melted in mouth like hot butter. 🔥 The desert was great. Also the wine collection is fantabulous. Highly recommended!

Amazing food and great service. Everyone was very friendly and nice. We had the tasting menu (fish/vegetarian and fish/meat). Per person it was 37 euros and everything we had was very delicious. The recommended wine was from the island and we loved it. They brought more dessert with our check on top of one included in the tasting menu. Highly recommended.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Easily the best food I have eaten in Tenerife, and equal or better than any restaurant I have ever eaten in. The restaurant is beautifully presented, the waitress so knowledgeable, and the food as beautifully presented as it tasted. We tried the rabbit pate, the croquettes, and (lemon fish complementary)to start, beef tenderloin, roast duck with orange purée, and roast pork. All accompanied with delicious purée veg and amazing sauces.

Well worth going. We were on a tour and I wish we'd spent longer up the top as we only got 70 mins with the tour. Beware the air is thin and it's surprisingly hard just walking to the view points, what would have normal been a 15 minute walk became 30 minutes with breaks to pant. My partner is incredibly fit and active, and even he had to keep stopping to recover. Views are spectacular and the air and temperature change was eye opening. Enjoyed every minute there! Also as a quick note there are toilets on the top station, which was unexpectedly useful.

Well worth a visit. Parking is free or grab a coach tour. Arrive for your time slot and book tickets online. Facilities at the entrance but you need your ticket to access. Coffee and food at the bottom The cable car can be accessed by all but be aware if you are pregnant or have a child under 3 it's not recommended or if you have a heart condition. It can be cold at the top so take a light cost or jumper. If you want to walk the trail take suitable footware as it's rocky. The view is spectacular. It's unique. Overall the experience will take you 2hrs. And if your staying on the coast an easy 1hr drive. I recommend visiting for the experience.

The drive up from South Tenerife was stunning, winding through pine forests and rising above the clouds before reaching a moonscape of volcanic rock at the Teide Cable Car station. Our visit to the Teide Cable Car was one of the highlights of our trip to Tenerife. We bought our tickets online in advance, which made the process completely hassle-free. There was only a short wait when we arrived, and we were soon boarding the cable car. There’s also a good café on site, perfect for a quick lunch or snack, with lovely views of the surrounding landscape. The ride to the upper station was an adventure in itself, offering dramatic volcanic scenery and sweeping views that stretched all the way to the ocean. We spent time exploring the viewing paths at the top and enjoyed the crisp, fresh mountain air. Just a note: you’ll need a special permit to reach the very summit, so plan ahead if that’s on your list. Overall, the Teide Cable Car is well organized, scenic, and absolutely worth it. Tip: Bring a hat or warm clothes cuz it can be windy and much cooler at the top.

The view from the top (upper cable car station) is stunning. We paid for a tour to see the sunset. It was an organized tour. The time 18:15 was written on our ticket. We waited one hour to go up. At the top, you can see the unique shadow of the volcano Pico de Teide. The view is amazing. Then, as a group, you continue west to observe the sunset. But sometimes things can go wrong, and they may stop the groups a few hundred meters before the western viewpoint, or something similar. Free movement isn’t allowed, so you must do only what they say. Don’t forget to take an extra jacket, not just a thin hoodie. The sunset is quite common, and you can see a similar one from the road below the volcano on its west side.

you have only 1 hour on top, or if you have authorization you can stay longer, to acces pico teide you need a authorization, with cable car ticket you can't acces it. views are very beautiful we liked a lot a view to pico viejo, but also you have very nice spots where the cable car starts. just amazing place.

Hike up Mount Teide via paths 23 & 9 (about 5 hours) with stunning views all the way! Then take the Teide Cable Car 🚠 down, no reservation needed for descent, and there’s WiFi + network at the top 📶. From there you can catch a bus 🚌 back to Cañada Blanca Visitor Center or walk path 19 for more adventure! 🚶‍♂️

Excellent experience. Tricky parking during the week, we went at 4 pm on a Saturday and had no problem. Quite expensive, 87 euros for the cable car, for 2 people. Views are outstanding from the top. We didn't venture up the paths due to the steepness, but still excellent from the top station.

Awesome. But to get to the peak, you need a separate permit. The website that sell cabin tickets offer the tour to the peak for 140 eur. This is a scam as the permit is totally free of charge but must to be booked upfront on the government website. One day is not enough to explore the whole park + observatory.

Close to 12k feet high, the volcano is amazing-its a bit rocky at the top of the mountain and I did feel a bit light headed due to the altitude but worth the experience!

This place feels like it's not of this world! You will truly be impressed by the natural and unique beauty of this place because it's certainly not like anywhere else you have visited! I would recommend a guided tour where you can not only learn about the history of this magical area because there is a lot to learn and a lot to enjoy.

What a fantastic place. We have travelled a lot in our lives and have never seen anything that comes up to this place. It's like walking on the moon and the air is so clear. Great cafe at the top with lovely cake and great coffee. We went three times in 26 days holiday and couldn't get enough of it. People who visit tennerife and don't go there are missing the best place on the hole island

Visiting Teide Volcano is truly an unforgettable experience! Being above the clouds gives you a surreal feeling, as if you're standing on top of the world. The drive up is just as amazing, winding through layers of clouds and breathtaking landscapes that make the journey part of the adventure. The views from the top are absolutely stunning, with panoramic sights that are perfect for photography and simply soaking in the natural beauty. The only downside is that it can get very crowded, especially during peak hours, and finding parking can be quite challenging. Despite this, the experience is well worth it and is a must-see if you're visiting Tenerife. 🌋✨️

As wrote many people before, you need the permission. But also to get to the top, from some point is required to have high hiking shoes and other equipment. Due to the bad weather (also the cable line was closed that day) and bad shoes the guards didn't allow as to continue to the top. Yes, it is high mountain, we could be better prepared, but in the permission was nothing about required equipment. But even if don't get to the top the mountain itself and nature around is beautiful experience.

Mount Teide is a must see if you’re in Tenerife. The views are absolutely stunning and the walk is fairly easy if you take your time. The cable car is a bit pricey and can feel a little nerve racking but honestly it’s worth it for the experience and the views at the top. It does get harder to breathe as you get higher up so pace yourself especially if you’re not used to the altitude. The surrounding landscape is just as incredible with that otherworldly volcanic vibe everywhere you look. Make sure to book in advance if you’re planning to go right up to the peak because that part needs a permit and spots go quickly. Definitely one of the highlights of the island.

Amazing sunset location, see the sun setting into the clouds from above. The perfect place to finish a day after hiking in the Teide National Park. I can really recommend it to stop by and enjoy the magic moment. A memory that I will not forget!

Attention! This place is full of thieves! They steal your bags from your car in the parking place. They are very skilled stealers and they'll dump the unwanted stuff in the trash near by. So you will find your bag and some of the stuff from the dumpster. So someone has to stay in the car while others goes taken the photos. Guardian of Civil procedures your issues in Orotava City, but they haven't do anything about the problem in 30 years, so the robbers can do they stuff in total peace. Otherwise the place is great when you go around the whole walk path (about 5km hike).

Is a place to breakfast, lunch or dinner or take cafe or drinks with a giant Donuts o sweet potatoes Rosca, & mores . the food is Canarian and very rich flavor . recomended with espetacular view to Teide you have to come here is a very especial place !.

Nice visitor center with a botanical garden. It contains more information about the history of the island and El Teide. The information is easy to grasp and well presented. There are interactive elements as well as a movie in a small theatre. It’s well worth seeing the first time as it sets the tone for your Teide park visit - but keep in mind you should schedule it at the front desk to make sure the screening will be in the language of your choice. The botanical garden is also worthwhile for a quick stroll

El Portillo Visitor Center – Worth a Visit! El Portillo Visitor Center was a great place to explore. It provided excellent information about the origin of Tenerife and the Canary Islands. The botanical garden was stunning, and the educational material was well-presented and informative. We noticed vast areas affected by forest fires, stretching all the way to the edge of the national park. However, we missed seeing any information about these events in the park itself. It would have been valuable to include insights on the consequences for local plant and animal life. Definitely worth a visit!

The displays are very interesting but the presentation was excellent. The adjacent botanic garden also worth a visit, even if just to watch the lizards flitting about. The scenery is amazing; nature in the raw. We went Etna in 2023 - what a contrast

Small visitor center with super kind stuff that provided plenty of information. They also have an exhibition that is worth checking up. My kid loved it.

The best part of this centre in my opinion is the garden walk, there are some great views and it's very peaceful and relaxing. The centre appears to be a little tired and dated, but still informative.

Incredible Martian-like landscape! Minas de San José is one of the most surreal and stunning spots in Teide National Park. The volcanic formations and colors make you feel like you’re walking on another planet. It’s a perfect stop for photos and a short walk. Absolutely worth visiting while exploring the area!

An incredible place to visit. The tour through Minas de San José was fascinating — stunning scenery, great atmosphere and really well organised. The guides were knowledgeable and made the whole experience even better. A definite must-see if you’re in the area.

Look out for thieves! They can open your car without you even noticing. Do not leave any belongings inside. If you see someone alone just driving around this area, it’s better to stay near your car or leave. Luckily, we only had 30 euros in the car.

Amazing lunar-like landscape. I visited midday and there were parking spaces available. Definitely good spot to see if you are in the area. Set aside 30 minutes to see it.

This is a really magical place. It's only of those spots up in the Teide area that everyone says to visit, and with good reason. Parking is easy (except on my hired Harley this time! That was a bit scary.). It's a really short walk and the expanse of other-worldly pumice and lava field extend either side of the road. Walk all the way to the Mirador (5 minutes) and you can see how the Caldera has been filled with lava from eruptions. Truly stunning views.

Lovely place for a short stop and walk in the Mars looking landscape. Beware of thieves, the parked cars do get robbed! I have witnessed one…

There are no words that can describe this beauty. Incredibly. It really is one of those places you have to see. It's like you've landed on Mars, or found yourself in one of John Ford's westerns. There aren't many people. You can wander through this landscape and find something new and interesting at every new meter. Truly amazing.

Amazing trip up here today. Took us 1hr12mins from El Medano. Beautiful scenery. Lovely walks. VERY busy to park but you'll eventually find a space whether in a car park or on a layby on the side of the road. Really worth the trip up. We would do the trip at night time next time to see it in the dark and the stars!

Located south of Mount Teide’s summit, the La Ruleta Vista Point offers an impressive view of Teide and the surrounding volcanic landscape, as well as the starting point for a roughly 3.5 km circular hike around the rock formations of Roque Cinchado, Roques de García, and the surrounding volcanic rocks. With sturdy footwear, the hike is suitable even for beginners and takes about 2–3 hours, depending on walking speed and number of breaks. The scenery here is breathtakingly beautiful, and both the La Ruleta viewpoint and the hike through the volcanic rocks are true highlights of Tenerife. It is highly recommended to arrive early, ideally between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m., as parking at the site is limited. Parking spaces can be found along the access road to La Ruleta Vista Point, near Ermita de las Nieves, as well as along the access road to the nearby hotel. After about 10:00 a.m., parking becomes crowded and chaotic, which can lead to a frustrating experience, especially considering the long drive to get there.

We took a hike at La Ruleta Vista Point (Mirador de La Ruleta) in Tenerife, and it was fantastic! The scenery is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views all around. The trail itself was easy and relaxed, making for a very enjoyable walk. As an added bonus, we even spotted some little lizards along the way! Highly recommend for an easy and scenic outdoor experience.

Mirador de la Ruleta offers one of Teide National Park’s most iconic views. Easily accessible by car, it overlooks the dramatic Roques de García and vast Llano de Ucanca plains. Perfect for families and travelers seeking breathtaking scenery without hiking, especially magical at sunset with Teide towering above.

Visiting Teide National Park was an unforgettable experience. The landscape is absolutely unique - a dramatic combination of ancient lava fields, surreal rock formations, and pine forests that feel like something from another world. The cable car ride to the summit was breathtaking, offering panoramic views not only of Tenerife but also of the surrounding islands. What struck me most was the sheer diversity of the scenery. In one day you can walk through volcanic deserts that look like Mars and then find yourself surrounded by fresh, green pine trees. The air is crisp and clear, making every viewpoint even more spectacular. The park is also very well organized, with clear trails, informative guides, and plenty of spots to stop and admire the views. Learning about the geological history of Mount Teide added a whole new level of appreciation - it’s not just a mountain, but a living symbol of the island. I would highly recommend Teide National Park to anyone visiting Tenerife. It’s not only a must-see attraction but also one of those rare places that leaves you with a sense of awe and perspective long after you’ve left.

Great place for sunsets and stargazing. Be there at least 30 minutes before sunset to get a parking spot. Smartphone camera is sufficient. My attached photos were taken with an iPhone 13 and standard camera app.

Beautiful spot for sunset. Bring you own snacks and drinks. Of course, there are always some noisy Quads arriving. But you can take great pictures of you and the setting sun against a most dramatic landscape. The road itself also functions as a perfect axis for some portraits. Enjoy

Beautiful place worth stopping. We did a bit of the hiking up to Pico Viejo. We had a stunning views from above the clouds. Very recommended.

Amazing spot to watch the sunset. We got there at 8:45, just in time for the sunset. Not too many parking spots are available, people are occupying the road to take pictures.

Quite a remarkable place .... It's size and scale and the atmosphere is amazing. The drive up here did get a little hairy, with some right roads, but once you are in the national park it is fabulous scenery. I would recommend taking a trip and not driving yourself, for those two reasons ... Let someone else, who knows the roads drive, and free you up to view the spectacular scenery! Our younger daughter was also captivated by the fact that it is still active. And it was really interesting to know more and the visitors centre really helps here. The cafe is ok, if a little soulless, but if you sit on the terrace, you have all the atmosphere you need! Well worth the trip!

We really enjoyed this hike. As casual hikers, we found the trail easy to manage. The path is well maintained and clearly marked, taking you along the cliff side, through a serene gorge with a gentle stream, and ending at a small waterfall. We spotted lizards, wagtails, partridges, and frogs: a lovely touch of nature. The only downside, to be honest, was the staff at the entrance: unfriendly and disengaged, which felt out of place, especially considering the fact that we're paying customers. Still, a great experience overall!

We loved it! Wanted to do something different for my 50th birthday. So decided to go hiking. Beautiful scenery as far as the eye can see. The walk to the entrance is very steep so be prepared! The hike itself is not too bad, for beginners might be a bit strenuous but manageable. Just take it easy. Take plenty to drink and some chocolate to keep up the energy. In total 6.5 km up and down.

Beautiful experience for nature lovers. Easy hike and a peaceful spot to rest and take in nature. Entry is controlled to preserve the environment, so it feels quiet and not overcrowded. The staff were friendly and gave a clear safety briefing before we set off.

An easy to manage hike, mostly linear. Interesting to see the diversity of the flora and fauna. Better to arrive as early as possible because of the heat. The protective helmet isn’t too nice to wear for the whole hike, but I understand the need and the relevance. Definitely book in advance because of the limited entry and time sloths.

We enjoyed this hike at Barranco del Infierno. Online booking was straightforward, helmets available on arrival, short brief (very concise and important) then we were off. Just over 6 kilometres to the waterfall and back. Magnificent views of the ocean and incredible mountain scenery and a few wildlife sightings.

Great easy hike in the Barranco del Infierno. Suitable for kids. Expect 3 hours + around 300m of positive altitude. The first part of the hike is in the heat, exposed to the sun, but the second part is in the shadow of the cliffs and the vegetation. Beautiful and spectacular scenery ! The negative part is that it is a back and forth hike, not a loop. You need to book in advance on the official website.

Easy to reach from Costa Adeje for an early morning hike. Be ready to pay a small fee for security measures, you hike on your own. Not difficult. Do not go with flip flops or beach wear. Bring water, it’s hot

Tried as been told it was one of first canarian fried chicken instead of their competitor oasis. Chicken was good and super crispy but missed the garlic sauce. Staff are super friendly and attentive. They do offer more options other then chicken but for fried chicken I would stick to other place…worth a visit as food is delicious and views are breathtaking

Also know as the Chicken Shack. The first time I came here was in 1996 and today they still serve the same famous chicken with canarian potatoes. I am guessing sig. Otello retired and the family carry on the business but I may be mistaken. Be sure to order bread, alioli and mojo to compliment your food. Very nice staff and always welcoming

Speciality is the Chicken or Rabbit. Went for the chicken, it was delicious. Does not come with a sauce and is cooked in a dry rub. Cooked very well, the meat was tender and juicy. We ordered extra Mojo sauce which was delicious with the chicken. The view from the terrace is outstanding but when we were here it was closed because it was windy. Would definitely come again.

This restaurant taught us a lesson about why you should eat far from the tourist area. Quality of food, ambience and service were fantastic! We had rabbit in salmorejo and polvitos uruguayos, everything was delicious. Highly recommended!

Fantastic chicken! Probably, the only place to find garlic chicken in Tenerife. Good place to relax arter the exhausting trail hiking on Barranco del Infierno. Friendly staff. Very good value for money.

Great location, started with limp garlic bread followed by dry chicken, salad n chips. Washed down with cheap ready made sangria. 1st and last visit, should have gone to Oasis in the village 😢

What an incredible place. The view alone is worth the trip, but then you add the food into the equation and bingo. The food is authentic, delicious, and plentiful. The best of it is that it isn't overrun with tourists

If you’re looking to visit an authentic Spanish restaurant, this is the place. They offer three menu options, each including water or wine, a starter (soup or salad), and a small dessert, priced between €18–23. Portions are very generous. The atmosphere is charming with Spanish music and old photos of the place displayed on the walls. Don’t expect anything modern in terms of food or facilities. It’s also not the best choice for vegetarians — we ordered a tasty chickpea starter, but it did contain some meat. That said, the food, atmosphere, service were all very authentic and enjoyable. Coffee (with milk) was so far the best on the island.

If you are looking for local Canarian food, this restaurant is a great example of where time has stood still. The entire interior and menu of the restaurant is simple and Canarian. The service was fast and the food was fresh and delicious. A very pleasant place to dine at an altitude of over 2000 meters above sea level. I chose the set menu offered by the restaurant, priced at 18.50 EUR

I gave this restaurant two stars. The service was poor overall, and the food was terrible. We paid 13 euros for what was advertised as a ‘Canarian salad,’ expecting a local specialty. Instead, we were served a simple, dry mix of vegetables, a banana, and cheese. To top it off, we received small packets of oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to season the salad ourselves. The quality of the salad was disappointing, as it seemed like it had been prepared the day before and stored until served. The only positive aspect was that the waitress was reasonably polite and quick. The restaurant seems to think it doesn’t need to put in much effort, as it regularly gets visitors anyway. Being a remote spot often visited after hikes, the prices are high, and there’s no competition nearby to challenge them.

First I waited 20 minutes for the waiter to come and give me the menu, then I waited another 20 minutes and got nothing. Thank you, but this is the worst restaurant or bar I've ever been to.

We stopped of here as a family for a quick light lunch while driving over Teide. There was a small venue but enough choice. The food was reasonably priced and we all enjoyed what we had. The staff were very friendly and the food arrived quickly. We sat outside in the courtyard which has shaded areas and is very peaceful and relaxing. There is also a small shop but we didn't go in. You can also stop off here for ice creams.

We ate here during our coach trip to the Teide National Park. We had the House Menu and Daily Menu three course meal that also included Bread and either Wine or Water. The food was very tasty and decent value for money. It was one of our best meals on our trip to Tenerife in August 2024. Muchas Gracias to the staff.

The restaurant has a very good location. We always stop there when we need coffee. The coffee is perfect, and the cakes are also good. It’s definitely worth stopping by to enjoy a snack or a coffee.

We have a wonderful stay and honestly the staffs are very friendly and nice. Also in the restaurant. They gave us a very generous pour of a big glass of wine and serve very fast. Foods are nice from my personal perspectives, I ordered prawn with crispy millet, it is a bit light in taste but that’s how I prefer it. We had a great dinner with a wonderful view to the Mount Teide. I love it! I would recommend to stay over night here. The sunset is amazing and it is so close to cable cart or for a great hike!

The bad reviews was quite worrying, so we weren’t too sure but ended up we had an amazing meal there. The only problem was making an order. The waiter seems experience and very good but barely speak any English! He kept nodding as if he understood and responded in Spanish… but you could totally tell he didn’t understand at all. We strategically avoided ordering the mains due to the bad reviews and ordered four starters in half portions. All four surpassed our expectations! Even the dessert was incredible! All of them were special local dishes, very interesting to get to try different things! This place was more for fine dining experience which we liked but it wouldn’t work with that language barrier. Yet we still give it a 5 stars reviews because the food was incredible! I don’t normally like house wine (I ordered it because it was impossible to communicate with the waiter…) but it was so good! It went well with every dish we ordered! The view was great, their breakfast was lovely too. The view was a plus! It worked perfect for us as the hotel guest.

This is a review of the restaurant of the Parador, not the cafeteria - which seems to be the source of many of the bad reviews. We had a perfectly lovely meal in the restaurant. All the dishes were delicious, and well presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was just right. Sure, it was a little more expensive than similar places in urban areas, but dining in the shadow of El Teide was quite special.

Dinner was not good at all. I had the canelon. The meat did not seem fresh and was not tasty. The langostinos were not washed and still had sand in them. One was even raw. We did not finish it. The waitress was not very friendly but at least we did not have to pay for the langostinos. Breakfast buffet was quite the opposite. So I am prepared to give 3 stars instead of 2. The ambience is because of the view, great.

We had a simple but great dinner at the restaurant before we went off stargazing, the food was very tasty and the service friendly and courteous at all times (we had 3 different waiters looking after us). Nothing to complain about at all and would recommend the place anytime.

We went there for drinks as we’ve been climbing the mountain and felt dehydrated. Ended up buying souvenirs and gifts for the family. We enjoyed the drinks and snacks surrounded by gorgeous views. Then we saw beautiful lizards hiding in the plants in front of the restaurant.

A very special meal and experience. The restaurant is situated on the fifth floor of a hotel (you walk past a bar with a stunning view too as you enter). Set menu and you can choose wine pairing(s) and/or drinks, service was very knowledgeable about each dish and perfectly attentive. Each dish is presented differently but all are outstanding - they give you three different types of butter (one pistachio one local and one regular) if you choose bread, for example, to show the level of attention. Our set menu had a lot of seafood all of which was stunning (I think there was one lamb dish), it may seem expensive but for this quality of effort and presentation it honestly was a special experience.

I can only confirm all other reviews: a truly amazing experience: great view and a warm and friendly staff. And the menu: lots of small dishes, all refined and with great taste. Truly a 2 star restaurant !

The most amazing culinary experience we've ever had in Tenerife. With a spectacular view on the bay of La Caleta, hosts Maria-José, Raquel and their crew know how to spoil their guests. Every course coming from the kitchen is an explosion of taste in your mouth and the wine pairing only went crescendo. The 'Arbol dulce' in the end was unlike anything I've had ever seen in a restaurant. Michelin is absolutely right, this place 'vaut le voyage'. Even from Belgium to Tenerife.

Great atmosphere, great service. Everyone is very attentive and you can enjoy your evening to the fullest. Food was good too. In the end we got cute little tree with deserts, complimentary, and it made our dining even more pleasant. Wine pairing needs to be improved, i think. We were able to book a table for two for the same evening, but it seemed to be full, so probably reservation needed.

Wow..Wow..Wow..Wow!!! Thank you so much for such a mind bogglingly amazing journey, guys. I have eaten in many Michelin and fine dining restaurants in the past, but the experience I had last night was on another level. The front of house staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, which made our experience even more special. The food was beyond amazing!! The flavour combinations, textures, visualisation and wine flight was mind blowing. Bravo to chef and his team.. they have put their heart and soul into each and every course served. If you are considering visiting, i wholeheartedly recommend that you do.. you will not be disappointed!! As the menu consists of 17 tasting courses.. please allow over 3 and a half hours. I recommend arrival around 6.30-7pm

The attraction is worth it,really -a cultural and historic experience. To be mention that are a lot of lizards during the visit. The tropical area it's a small part of some plants..

The pyramids and open museum was a great place to visit and spend time. We learned a lot about the heritage and culture of the Guanche people and settlers. You can definitely spend hours here enjoying the beautiful landscape and nature preserve. A must see!!

I didn't get the exhibition. They try to establish a sort of correlation with other cultures, but fail to state a clear timeline. There is no model of what it might have looked like, or enough information. The replicas of Polynesia artifacts confuse more than provide any clarity. No in-depth analysis of the excavation site. On top of that, there are so called premium areas presenting poisonous flora (most are not any more poisonous than house plants) and the "tropicarium", which is a 4sq meter tent with a few orchids. A bit of a tourist trap. A few chickens and roosters loose around... go figure... maybe to eat some pests? I'd you're curiouse, do some research online and get straight to the pyramid itself, without paying extra for tropicarium or the poisonous garden.

You don t see only the piramides de Guimar but also an etnografic park and a bothanical garden. It is a superb complex very well organised and super interesting.

We visited here as a family and enjoyed learning about the history of the area, pyramids and the people. The site is very clean and stroller and wheelchair accessible. I would recommend paying for the audio guide if you want to learn more. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great little few hours of learning about the ancients! The poison garden was really interesting.

A short visit, about 1 hour, but educating and enriching. If it’s your first time in Tenerife, I recommend to get a glimpse of the ancient culture.

A really interesting visit and lots of information about the site, telescopes and science. The site is hilly, and there's lots of walking on crushed lava so wear good shoes.

Very cool tour about 1.30hrs but if you’re not interested in telescopes I’d say it might be a bit boring for you. Very well informed guides who are happy to answer questions even with the language barrier. Wear comfortable closed toe shoes, bring water, sunscreen and sunglasses! Lots of great views from the site but there’s a viewpoint on the road up to the observatory that you can get similar pictures of Mt Teide.

Very nice excursion, the guide was top notch, the place itself has incredibly beautiful views and with the guide's explanations, the existence of telescopes and their necessity in Tenerife is much clearer. Thank you very much for this opportunity!

The Observatory Tour was great. Our guide Adriano did a very good job, he was able to convey the content in a catching and interesting way. Also the tour itself offered many mindblowing facts about the sun and universe. 4 stars because it would have been nice to see GREGOR telescope from inside and the goodie store was way too expensive.

Amazing!! We had to book the spanish tour cause the english one was sold out, but our guide was fantastic! He explained everything very well, usino clear vocabolary and talking slower for us to understand. The visit was very intersting and we had the chance to see the sun through a telescope. 100% recommend. Also, they provide sun screening umbrellas, but make sure to have a hat and sunglasses too, cause it's very bright up there, as well as water.

We went on the 21€ each drive yourself up there trip with 'Get Your Guide' and all worked out fairly well. Our guide's English was not very good, so unfortunately we missed a lot of the information she was trying to give about the place etc. Seeing the sun spots and sun flares through a couple of refraction telescopes at the end was good.

A nice activity, our guide was very knowledgeable. It is a walking tour for an hour and half around the telescopes. We wished there was a museum or visuals to be more interactive such as pictures of discoveries that were made by this observatory. You get a good view of the mountain and surrounding islands if it is clear. You get the chance to look at the sun through the telescopes. They don’t offer night time tours.

So beautiful place , crowded , many things to see , really worth it to visit , hardly recommended

Awesome spot to watch the starry night sky, very peacefull and quiet aswell, although make sure to bring a coat.

Truly the Moon on Earth. We went here as part of our guided tour and had just enough time to take enough of this place in and take some pictures. You have a good view on the ancient lava streams from the many volcanoes in this area as well, so make sure to spot the different colourings in the landscape as well.

Teide National Park in Tenerife is an absolute gem and a must-visit for nature lovers and adventurers. The park’s stunning volcanic landscapes, with Mount Teide as its centerpiece, are otherworldly and awe-inspiring. The cable car ride offers breathtaking views, and hiking to the summit (with a permit) is an unforgettable experience. The diverse terrain, from lava fields to unique flora, makes it a paradise for photographers. Visiting at sunset or for stargazing is magical due to the park’s crystal-clear skies. Teide is a highlight of Tenerife and a UNESCO World Heritage Site worth every moment spent there!

Amazing place. A few hiking trails from the viewpoint. More to explore. We walked to Mirandor La Ruleta and back. Beautiful landscape and nature. Bear in mind that La Ruleta is really busy and you will hardly find a parking so we left car at Llano de Ucanca.

Amazing view of Teide with jaw dropping cliffs on the way. We hiked with a small toddler in a baby carrier 2,5 km in and back, there was an ascent of 166 meters, the trail was quite easy. We arrived early so there was no problem to find parking space.

If travelling to Tenerife you can't miss a trip to El Teide. Even don't go till over 3000m at over 2000 still breaking breath. This is a unique experience in life. If brave enough to go to the crater be sure you book this several weeks in advance as there is a limited number of visitors per day and you need to fill in a form ( free) and bring your passport with you. All online search for El Teide Admission.

I had an amazing time on the Flipper Uno pirate ship. The crew were great, and three hours passed in the blink of an eye! I was a bit worried about the swim for getting in/out of the water, but there are steps and a ladder. Both are slippery, but the crew will help you as much as they can. My mates enjoyed jumping straight from the boat. Drinks are good, paella good, and we saw pilot whales 🐋 not too much silly pirate action.... but just enough 😂 🏴‍☠️ 🦜

This is a must do. I have done this trip twice now, the first time with my mum and the most recent with my daughter. I don't think I will ever get tired going it's such a beautiful experience being out on the sea even if I didn't see any pilot whales or dolphins. I've only seen pilot whales on both occasions but still the best experience. My daughter and I did the swim which we both enjoyed a lot, she had the paella and the banana liqueur drink which she really liked. I would recommend this to everyone get some travel sickness tablets just to make your time more enjoyable we both took them an hour before and had no problems.

If you have reservations about booking, please just book it up and enjoy yourself! We booked this as a party of ten, but had two unable to make it. We had ages from 18 months up to 65. The staff on the boat are absolutely fantastic. Super helpful, really accommodating and couldn’t do enough for you. We booked the two hour trip with drinks and they were not right at all! Sangria and beers flowing constantly with plenty of choice for us non-drinkers and children. My little one was in a push chair, she was able to stay in it for the trip as due to the nature of a ship in motion she was unable to get up and walk around which is to be expected and there was plenty of space. We had 3 members of our party suffer with pretty bad sea sickness and the staff on the boat were super attentive and couldn’t have done enough for them. We were a bit reserved about booking due to the photos we have seen show the boat super busy. Our trip was in the kids holidays in October and although busy, it was totally bearable. Everyone on the boat was very accommodating and pleasant. After all everyone is there to enjoy themselves on their holidays. The swimming was fantastic, if a little busy. The rope swing was super fun, but my only point here would be that you’d have to be a pretty co rodent swimmer as there was a good bit waiting to get out and back into the boat. We did see a good number of pilot whales that was absolutely amazing to see! I always go on these things with the expectation of just a nice day out, but to see so many was utterly fantastic, the view of the volcano from the water is also amazing! If you’re considering booking, which if you are reading these reviews you clearly are, just get it booked and enjoy a memory you’ll treasure for a very long time! Thanks again for your fantastic customer service and making the whole experience so enjoyable! It’s also worth mentioning they speak very good English, German and French.

We went on a whale watching trip this week in the Yellow rib, and Luca was our captain. What a great trip as we were utterly spoiled with tens of dolphins swimming alongside the boat as well as a pack of Pilot Whales. It was a 2hr trip and in that time we also sailed close to the cliffs of Los Gigantes where you can really see all the detail in the rock, as well as stopping for a small swim in one of the bays there. Luca was really informative and had great knowledge. He was super friendly and made sure that Spanish and English speakers were catered for. The trip left promptly and returned a full 2hrs later, with the exploration lasting right up until the last minute. If you like speed boats, get in the rib as you’ll get a more personal experience with the wildlife and less people on the boat. At €28 each, where else will you get such a great experience.

Took the kids and had a wicked experience on the speed boat. Whilst out we saw a large group of pilot whales. Awesome experience with them being so close to the boat. No dolphins this time unfortunately. After, our guide Luca took us over to Masca bay where you can have the opportunity to swim in the beautifully watered lagoon. We then went further down the coastline, visiting other little bays along the way( echo bay and crab island to name a couple). We were all really impressed with the local knowledge and facts Luca had about the whales, bays and the cliffs of Los gigantes. He even succeeded where we failed in getting the little on up to the front of the boat for a picture. We honestly would never of known it was his first day with the amount of confidence he had and the way he composed himself.

Unbelievable experience! My family and I went on the Los Rápidos Dos which is one of their speedboats. What a magical and thrilling tour! Our guide, Lucas, was great fun and engaging, loved the information about the whales and the area, and he came across as excited as us. The views of the whales were unparalleled! We saw a massive group of pilot whales, almost close enough to touch, and lots of beautiful flying fish, as well as beautiful views of the island and the cliffs. I've never seen anything like it before and will be going again without hesitation if I'm back in the area. Thank you!

Wonderful trip on Los Rapidos. Lovely 2 hours with a great passionate guide. We saw loads of Dolphins, amazing views of the coast line with a gorgeous swim under the cliff. Highly recommend the trip!!!

A nice hike trail. Not very challenging route so suitable for inexperienced hikers. The view is lovely along the way. It’s a loop trail so you won’t get lost easily. There are some big boulders in the middle which was nice . Overall worth a visit !

This viewpoint is the best place to observe the sunset. Leave your car here and walk to the nearest small hill to the north. It takes only 10 minutes to get there. Start a little bit earlier, because the viewpoint is very busy.

An excellent place to see the sunset and then afterwards stay for stargazing. It was not windy and temperatures were close to 15 degrees, so not bad. Our excellent experience was slightly degraded because of stargazing guided tour happening nearby. The guy is his British accent kept on talking for hours and kept pointing laser in the sky. It made the whole experience noisy. If someone knows how to report these guided tours so they do these things with manners and limits, that would be great.

Nice trail walk. Be sure that you have enough water with you. It can be cold with low clouds but a few meters further the sun can shine and temperature is rising. Good shoes are important. Dogs are not allowed in the trails from National Park El Teide.

Beautiful landscape, up to 9km hike trees are only ar the beginning, volcanic but good path after.

Mind blowing!! Literally just above cloud level! Driving through the cloud was such an extraordinary experience! The hiking trek looks very interesting, would love to come back for that in the future! Didn’t have time for hiking this time but the view was worth dropping by just to admire it.

Really good lookout point with views over alpine forest in the foreground and the huge volcano of pico teide in the background and also views out to see. There are also some excellent trails here that are far less busy than other parts of Teide, e.g. Teide summit route and Roques de Garcia

Unique volcanic panoramic. Beautiful place and well worth a visit, beautiful drive up too. Couldn’t see any way for public transport, so probably either a car hire or tour group is needed. Tried to catch the sunset but blocked by a few of the peaks, there are probably better places for that. Driving down after sunset was great as well, a sea of clouds tinged brilliant red was on view in a few of the gaps.

Beautiful. Majority people come to see the Cathedral and continue the trip. Definitely wort the hike around with many beautiful views to Teide and its outer crates, plus many different types of lava. Hike is for 1:30h. It is easy, but the heat is killing during the summer.

Beautiful yes. But way too many people. Of course I was one of them :) Expect difficulty parking, but take your time to take in the widespread vistas.

Mars/Star Wars styled easy/medium tour in dry country with big stone monuments for about one hour by faster pace😀with good view of El Teide mountain🌋Nearby is a place to park and small exhibition with toilet and nice caffeteria.

An amazing place with beautiful Rocks, Lava Stones and some really surrealistic formations. All the time fantastic View to el Teide and the valley. I recommend warm clothes also when the sun is shining, because the Wind can be very chill. Very recommendable!

Otherworldly location, like on a different planet, "star wars/trek" vibes. Quite easy hike, some parts were a bit moderate (rocky and steep "ending"). No shade.

Such an incredible place—definitely worth doing the whole trail, which takes around 1.5 hours. Parking: It’s best to come early, as there aren’t many parking spots available.

Teide Volcano is easily accessible. Great roads, parkings and car lift to summit. You can enjoy great views (with good weather also on other canary island) If you go there by night you got chance to watch ocean of stars and make yourself another delightful pictures. Place where we will be back for sure.

The view from here is..... Well..... Words can't even begin to describe it. Sunset from this spot was probably the most breathtakingly beautiful thing I've ever seen in my life. The walk isn't easy..... But the view is worth it!

A beautiful walk from the cable car, the landscape is unlike anything I have seen before! While it is a rather short walk, you will stop by many times to take pictures as it really is something special. Make sure not to stay up here longer than one hour as it can be slightly more difficult to breathe due to the high altitude.

Wonderful short hike from the cable the cable car. Along the way you can enjoy the beautiful views of the surroundings. Furthermore, the deep and total silence is a solo impressive. Hike takes in total +- 35m. Recommend!

Beautiful place with a nice paysage. If you go you should be prepared because it becomes very hard to breathe and you could have some problems with passing out etc. We didn't have a view on the others islands because visibility wasn't high enough, but we were lucky that there were no clouds this day. Would recommend going if you're planning on visiting Tenerife, very cool.

Excellent views and stunning scenery. If you do go to the top wrap up in proper clothing. I was freezing cold as not prepared (stupid I know). Thought I'd post some different photos to show how amazing this volcano is.

Amazing place to start the 3-4hr hike to Boca Tauce, with the Pico Viejo crater on the route. It's a difficult track haven't met anyone on the way, bring plenty of water and some food.

Taken by vocano cab from stadion up to 3710 m is like clibing to the highest mountain in Spain (which is El Teide) within 8 minutes! Temp.16 st, July 6, sun, and wind sounds likely. Best view ever on volcano environment!

The cable car get you here in 10 min. It go up every 10 min. Go to the left when you go out the cable car, so you get to see the Mirador La Fortaleza. stay on your left so you will stay on this cource other cource on your right will lead you to course of 4.5 houers 27 Eur for cable car

Next time hopely will be more mild weather, this time was tough hot on this level. Stony sight, end excellent look at Teide. Place for everybody .

Words can't explain how wonderful this place is. Not only is the top of the volcano/mountain wonderful but the surroundings are breathtaking. This thing is still smoking at the top...

Wow! Cable cars really take the effort out of volcaneering. Bravo! The ride itself is pretty fun but once you're up there you can take a nice little stroll to the viewing point and take a seat and feast your senses. I'd recommend a packed lunch. The coffee from the machine at the top is 2 euro and worth it.

Very easy trail. There was a light feeling of O2 shortage. Views could be better, but harsh calima were ongoing at the moment.

It is better to go to the opposite side as there is better view for 3 islands.

Decided to try here for snorkeling, we found where the sand was with no rocks but as soon as we got into the water there were rocks everywhere causing a few bashed ankles. However once passed the waves which were enormous the water was calm enough to snorkel but the water was so cloudy and dark you couldn't see anything! Beach was nice enough really hot black sand. Needs more showers and maybe a little privacy area for parents who think it's okay to let their children shower naked whilst others are waiting to shower!

Easy black sand beach , a Clean beach with great scenic views. Red flag days the beach is marked with Plastic Red tape. Deterring from the beauty of the beach. Maybe a nautical rope would be more aesthetically pleasing. Beautiful walk that leads to 3 other beaches and a quaint cafe that closes up around 3pm. A lovely sunset walk and lounging till sunset:)

Amazing beach! The garden is just stunning with loads of plants, trees and flowers The water doesn’t have as many stones as the other beaches in Puerto De la Cruz There also a very nice restaurant and available sun beds

One of the best beaches in Puerto de la Cruz. Easier to get to the ocean as there aren't too many rocks. The downsides would be no showers + often closed for swimming due to the weather conditions / dangerous waves. Still recommend over e.g. Martianez.

It's nice. There are also sun loungers and parasols and a restaurant. The garden is beautiful

A small, cozy restaurant with tasty food, quick service, and a lovely view. The staff are attentive and make the dining experience enjoyable. The interior and restroom could use a bit more attention when it comes to cleanliness, but overall, it’s a charming spot. A pleasant place to experience, worth keeping in mind.

Lovely experience as a solo diner. Asked the waiter for the best seafood dish and the tuna fillet did not disappoint! Delicious, would love to return to try more dishes

Awesome 👏 It was the best place in Tenerife 🔥 I have read some reviews about this restaurant, but I didn’t expect nothing special, because sometimes reviews lie. Not in this case. We ordered dorado fish and black angus steak. And we liked the latter the most, that two days later we came back to eat it again. excellent service with a smile from the owner of the establishment. Go to this place, the view is super, the prices are low.

A delicious bistro - we had ordered tuna tartare, Angus entrecôte, scallops, grilled prawns - everything was delicious and the service was lovely and attentive. Would highly recommend :D

Amazing food, some of the best seafood we’ve ever had, a must, lovely staff very approachable and polite, good humour off the waiter/server. We will 100% be back. The chef came out to make sure all was ok. Attention to detail great place.waiter gave our little girl some bread to feed the fish in the harbour which was a lovely touch

It was the best food I’ve had at Tenerife. Tuna tartare is a must! Cod fish and fish of the day are fantastic! (See the picture) Thank you so much for this experience!!

We have enjoyed this restaurant very much. The service is quick and friendly, our food was very well prepared and we liked the ambiente very much. There is a courtyard in the centre of the building where the roof can be removed. The white housewine is OK-ish. But this might be a matter of personal taste. Definitely a place to come back again. Unfortunately I could not have a cigarette after lunch because there is no open place to sit and smoke.

A really nice place. Proper tablecloths and napkins. My choice of food excellent. Very typical Canarian building. Looks a little severe from the outside but a warm welcome inside. Good English spoken. Highly recommend.

Wonderful restaurant on the heart of Puerto de la Cruz. An old building with different rooms and full of atmosphere. A great menu which caters for everyone and a good wine list. Food flavoursome well presented and delivered hot. Staff efficient & pleasant

I don’t know where to start , unfortunately we aren’t satisfied. I don’t like to leave bad review but honesty is the most important for me. We went to this place last night for my brother birthday. The place is outstanding, gorgeous building and beautiful atmosphere!! Unfortunately the quality of food and level of service was very poor .. while we stood there around four times we get so close to leave .. We get the our table then and waited around 30 minutes for a drink order… We had soup as starter which is I would say wasn’t bad .. but nothing like makes you go back for it .. We where waiting nearly an hour for the main we had paella . It’s okay I do understand this as they promoted our paella freshly made with lobster .. etc .. What we get is a blend tasteless boiled rice.. honestly it was so empty., The lobster we had .. I was shocked when I see the offal was left in it .. it wasn’t cleaned properly also it was super tasteless as well . I was expecting at least some garlic on it or some added spice or anything.. They probably killed it , baked it then served .. the whole time I was chasing the waiter many times as we run out of drinks .. etc The rest of fish in paella it was tasteless again literally 0 season has been added to it . So in that case I do 2 star because the atmosphere was magnificent. My brother had pork paella the meat was okay on it but the rice was taste a bit fishy so they may used the same pan after our lobster paella.. I believe this place deserves a new talented chef who able to raise up the food quality to 2023 . This dish this this way could be super amazing in 1990 but this days people expect more flavour I believe. Overall wasn’t worth over €200 . The wine was nice and the desert was delicious by the way .

Excellent restaurant with a very authentic and traditional Ambiente! We were glad to try it and were absolutely satisfied with the menu and the food we ordered! The service was especially good! The personal was very up there game and read our minds! This is what is supposed to happen in a great restaurant! I recommend a visit and can recommend to sit in the patio.

I've been visiting this place for over 25 years and despite strong competition, Regulo always delivers! Charming vibe, amazing staff and delicious food! Definitely worth a visit if you're in puerto!

Food was amazing. The mains could feed two people, very large portions. Staff are friendly, good drinks menu and various foods available. The mixed seafood grill is an amazing value for money.
