Olympic Game Farm Inc. is a long-standing game farm that offers drive-through tours, allowing visitors to observe a variety of animals including bears, big cats, llamas, elk, bison and more. The farm has been likened to a combination of a zoo and Disneyland's Autopia attraction. Visitors can purchase loaves of wheat bread to feed the animals during their slow drive through the herds.
Loved it. Feeding the animals was awesome. Just don't roll your windows all the way down. The animals will stick their entire heads inside your car to get at the bread. Some people may think it's expensive but for me it all goes to support the care, feed, and facilities. It's not cheap to feed these animals and it's not cheap to hire multiple veterinarians and games keepers. Please support their cause and enjoy the experience. 😉
Mary R — Google review
It was an amazing experience. The lion and the bears slept through our tour but the bison were quick to give you a slobbery kiss on your hand for a piece of bread. We had a really good time.
Kathleen G — Google review
Arrived just after opening time. The park is clean and we'll organized with lots of signage. Animals are healthy and hearty, ranging from young to mature. Staff was super friendly and helpful, smiles from everyone. All signs point to a well managed facility. I was pressed for time, so only made one loop through the park, but you can cycle as many times as you like. Easily exhausted 4 loaves of bread. Animal interactions were positive and well received. Seeing bears a few feet away was amazing. Will certainly visit again.
Byron S — Google review
Fun experience on a non packed weekday when school was out. Prices are steep but memories created mean more then the price tag. You must buy their bread for 5.00 a loaf. I recommend buying at least 4 and tearing into pieces to make it last. The whole drive in takes maybe 40 Minutes to an hour depending on vehicle traffic! Nice selection of animals, chill and laid back vibes. Be ready for a messy car afterwards!
Tuesdee M — Google review
We had the best time driving and feeding the animals. They were all fairly chill except the big bison. He was not chill and just kept putting his big ole head against the window. Highly recommend this!
Scarlet S — Google review
A truly wild and wonderful time! My main concern going in was that my car would become a chew toy for a large bison. Luckily, the only real damage was a generous coating of animal drool from all the enthusiastic fans who stampeded over to devour our bread. Worth every slobbery minute!
Will M — Google review
It was unforgettable. the deer are so cheeky and funny. We saw cute clubfoot bears, a lion and a tiger, a zebra, llamas. I advise you to take at least 4 breads, and better 5 because closer to the exit deer and elks surround the cars. Very cool, thank you
Ирина Б — Google review
Great place to take your kids, they get to experience feeding animals and get close to them. It's not a petting farm you stayed in the car and feed the animals, the animals know you are going to feed them as soon as they see your car, they will come to the window. The downside is we didn't get a chance to see the African Lion, because he was sleeping, and we see a glimpse of the Siberia Tiger. $5 for a loaf of bread at the entrance is too much

Nature & Wildlife Areas
Dungeness Recreation Area is a popular destination for camping, equestrian trails, and scenic views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The area offers standard and RV campsites with access to hiking trails and bird watching spots. Visitors can enjoy a clean beach with opportunities to spot wildlife such as bald eagles.
Cool area to look around, Canada and international water within sight range. Several big barges floated by while we were visiting. You can see down the bluffs to the beach, and some cool walking trails about the camping area. Leads to the wildlife refuge and a really cool hike out to the river of lighthouse.
James I — Google review
This is a gorgeous 5 mile in, 5 mile back hike to the Dungeness Lighthouse. The volunteers are pleasant and greet you and welcome you. There are opportunities to visit the living quarters and the lighthouse which is breathtaking. 63 feet up of beautiful 360 panoramic views of the spit with the Olympic Mountains in the background. Stunning. And on a clear day, you can view Mount Baker. Just stunning. Worth every bit of that mile. And checking tidal charts is important. Hiking in was a piece of cake as there was no winds and the tide was really low. But hiking on the way back was a xhallenge as the waves were pounding with a heavy wind gust. Felt like I was escorted to safety by these Albatros birds and seagulls. Lord God is always good and nothing better than enjoying his creation of nautre and animals especially for free.
Daniel J — Google review
Dungeness Recreation Area was absolutely beautiful. The trail to the bluff overlooks was peaceful and scenic, with views of the blue ocean stretching out endlessly. The coastline is dramatic and stunning, and the walk itself is gentle but rewarding. There were so many seagulls around, and I even spotted a Heron such a lovely surprise for a casual hike. It felt calm, quiet, and connected to nature the entire time. This is a perfect stop if you’re in the Port Angeles area and want an easy hike with gorgeous views and wildlife. I loved it and would definitely go back!

Really peaceful, serene, scenic, wooded park at this time of year. Many walking areas and breath taking views of the San Juan de Fuca strait. Restrooms at the East side parking lot and lots of parking spaces this time of year. Many smelly delights for your walking companions.
Ernie V — Google review
We really liked this campground and wished to stay a little bit longer. The showers are super large with an extra area to hang/place your clothes. Toilets are clean and plenty. The campground is situated in a beautiful forest. There are many campers but you get your individual space that is quite big. The Salish Sea view overlooking Canada was pretty breathtaking.

The most grueling but rewarding 11 mile hike I’ve been on! The sound of the rocks running along on one another when the tides come in was phenomenal. The weather was perfect but if you’re committing to the total trek across the spit to the lighthouse, dress in layers! I warmed up pretty quickly as every muscle in my body heated up from walking up and down sand, rock and drift wood. I would highly recommend this for family trips but keeping it to a quarter or maybe even a half mile walk. The further you go out, the further you must walk back :)
Christina P — Google review
Stopped here to take pictures of the sunset not the best pictures because of low clouds in the distance. We will be back to the dungeness recreation area next year and we will be camping Alot of places to tent camp and trailer camp. This is also a great place to see The sunset if it's not cloudy.
Mike R — Google review
The spit is wonderful to explore…as are the trails = 5 stars. My 3 star review is for the campground. Shortly after our arrival a maintenance person was blowing the gravel road the meanders through the campground with an obnoxiously loud gas blower…blowing nothing but dirt and sand into the air and leaving a stinky trail of gasoline smell behind him. This went on for at least an hour. Why the heck do you need to blow an already tidy gravel road at a campground?? I’d bet most campers would rather see a few leaves on the gravel road than have to listen to and smell a gas blower. So much for communing with nature in peace. The sites were raked and litter free and the restroom was clean.

Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge is a coastal reserve located on a sand spit and mudflats. It offers hiking trails with opportunities to observe seabirds, seals, and seasonal orcas. The refuge is open year-round for activities such as hiking, wildlife viewing, and photography. It serves as a stopping point for migrating shorebirds in spring and fall while providing calm waters for wintering waterfowl.
Two awesome trails. One is paved. Primitive trail not too primitive and fewer people. Spit was gorgeous. Awesome views. Beautiful rocks. Plan your trip around low tide. One volunteer we encountered was ditzy and unhelpful. Otherwise all good.

Magnificent scenery and remarkable beaches. The spit extends over five miles into the Strait of Juan de Fuca, with the New Dungeness Lighthouse situated at the end. The numerous and remarkable logs washed ashore add to the allure.
John Q — Google review
We had a wonderful day roaming the trails and enjoying the Beach views. If you're going to try to walk out to the lighthouse you have to really look at the tide tables and be ready. Good mix of trails with Beach forest and open land. Lots of parking a very friendly ranger with great information about the area. America the beautiful passes are accepted.

Excellent walk along the beach to an amazing light house , great long run, long hike, amazing experience however you do it. The light house tour is absolutely worth it. Of course, the wildlife is spectacular. Bring the binoculars!
James R — Google review
Beautiful paved walking trail. The path down to the beach is pretty steep, so keep that in mind. The "Primitive" trail is well kept, just unpaved, and slightly longer.
Kim L — Google review
Love this spectacular park! It is a walk from the parking area and a steep climb to the beach but you won’t be sorry! The views are incomparable and the walk to the lighthouse is a challenge worth taking😊

Nice little bridge and trail situated close to the art center. There's also a dirt trail that takes you up to the water. Well maintained. Plenty of parking.

Very pleasant walk way. Birds, blackberries to pick, nice fall foliage this time of a year. Dungeness River Nature center with small exhibit of birds and other wildlife in area was very cute .

This is great place to spend about an hour or two in a very tranquil setting. Discovery Trail runs through it so you can walk in either direction for as far as you like or just stick around by the nature centre or wander down one of the side trails to the river. Dogs are allowed as well for an added bonus.

Seafood restaurant
Oyster bar restaurant
Salty Girls Seafood Co. is a low-key oyster and seafood eatery located in downtown Sequim, offering a casual dining experience with a variety of options such as raw bar selections, salads, grilled cheese sandwiches, and creative cocktails. The restaurant is owned by local women entrepreneurs who are dedicated to serving fresh and thoughtfully crafted dishes featuring locally sourced seafood. In addition to the dine-in experience, visitors can also explore the market area for snacks and beverages to take home.
We were just on a drive, when we discovered this restaurant via Google! We love supporting small businesses, versus the big box franchises. Needless to say, we weren't disappointed. In fact, we were extremely pleased! From the service to the food. We are self proclaimed food critics. We would put their clam chowder up against any that I've found yet! It was truly mouth watering and tasty. I also like that they are not taking a page from most seafood restaurants. They don't fry anything and it shows in the flavors. If you want fried fish and chips, pay $40 at I@#r's and get mediocre food. We live nearly 100 miles from Salty Girls, but we will definitely be back! Great job to owners and staff!

We stopped in about an hour before closing after a day of hiking. They were pretty busy and the two guys taking care of the bar and tables were also shucking oysters. They had probably 50 oysters that were ordered within that last hour on top of drinks and they did a phenomenal job. They variety of oysters were very good and unique. The chowder was also yummy! Ahi tuna tasted very fresh and was a good change of pace from a lot of the food we had been trying. Also, had the crab melt which tasted really good. Really liked the bread it was on! The drink choices were great. Dog friendly patio!!

So I found this place when on a tour bus to Hurricane Ridge. I wanted some fresh seafood & the Salty Girls did not disappoint!! I ordered the crab melt & it was delicious!! Great atmosphere inside with lots of local beers on tap. Outdoor seating is also available & dogs are welcome!! 🦪🐾

I wanted to love this place so bad and the food has looked so good from the pictures. Before we even came to sequim, my partner and I were so excited to try this place as had heard nothing but good about it and that it’s a must stop while visiting. You could either go in and order or scan a QR code and have the food brought to you which I know people sometimes don’t like, but I appreciate it! I got the crab melt while he had gotten the grilled cheese with smoked salmon. The melt had sounded so good and honestly, the crab part was good, but the cheese was hard and seemed like it had sat for awhile along with the bread too. Flavor was poor. I get it’s got salt in the name, but I figured it would taste like more than just extreme salt. Chips were alright, just your average ruffle salt chips. And his grilled cheese was basically the same story so he mostly ate just the salmon. The meat seemed fresh and was good, but the entrees were disappointing overall. Service was friendly and helpful though. For how much we spent, I wish it would’ve been better. Maybe we came at a bad time and perhaps in the future we could come back and give it another shot, but I’m not sure.
Taygen — Google review
I want to rate this place better, but I can't. Food was outstanding. We had steamed clams, oyster Rockefeller, and dungeness crab. Reasonable price at $100, with a drink. But the experience was lacking. Walked in, was told, "sit at a table, scan the bar code and order". Did so, the drinks showed up in about three minutes, and the crab bout two minutes after that. Had to ask for plates, and a second fork. Got an annoyed eye roll from the waitress at both requests. I don't feel like I should have even have asked. Another annoyance, each dish came with a single piece of bread. Any more bread costs $4 for two pieces. Seriously? If you want minimal human contact, very fast and without any dining experience, this is your place. You don't have to deal with wait staff. You're in and out in 30 minutes, and they still expect a 20% tip. This is your place. But, the food is first rate. Don't understand the business model. Note on my ratings:  2-3 stars, average quality, service and value, acceptable, but you could do better. 4 stars, above average quality, service and/or ambiance. 5 stars is reserved for exceptional quality, service and atmosphere.
Dr S — Google review
What a fun place to have our family dinner. Kids loved the tuna melt and BLTnT. Adults had the crab melt (really tasty) and fish taco. I chuckled reading other reviews about service. We loved the no fuss QR code ordering (and smiled at the user friendly description for those who are not used to it). Also in response to the other review: I thought it weird that the melts came with one piece of bread at first but then realized why they are called melts and not a sandwich. Pro tip: order clam chowder in a bowl. We then used the bread bowl to soak up all the mussels sauce. Definitely will come back next time we visit Sequim.
KC L — Google review
We ate there twice. The clam chowder was the best I’ve ever had. Finely chopped, well-seasoned. The crab melt was delicious. My husband loved his BLTnT. I’d definitely go back.
Karen Q — Google review
A hankerin’ for raw oysters 🦪 prompted a pit stop to this quaint local spot. My bestie and I had the BEST service, compliments of Kenny and Anissa, and bar-side dining. Do yourself a favor and get a dozen or two of the fresh oysters - this season I’d recommend the Sweet Cheeks over the Sapphire variety; the Sweet Cheeks are more robust and flavorful and, let’s be honest, we all love a hefty bivalve slidin’ down our gullets. But seriously, they’re a bit cleaner and you can better taste the flavor of the mignonettes. Speaking of which, we were told the frozen champagne mignonette was one of the most popular but do yourself a favor and hard pass on that - it’s relatively boring. The house made cocktail sauce, yamashito, and classic are MUCH more flavorful options. The house kimchi is pretty solid - a subtle flavor that isn’t over powering. My friend had the half crab 🦀 and raved about it - “mouthwatering” was the descriptor. Served with butter dipping sauce and a piece of toasted sourdough, it hit the spot. We shared the ahi poke and the dole whip for dessert. Both were a magical journey for our palates. Our experience was made better by OBSCENELY dirty vodka martinis crafted with perfection by our lovely aforementioned bar hosts. Do yourself a favor and make a stop here. You won’t be disappointed. And Kenny, if you make your way to TX, I have some pointers on what to do and where to go!

The most delicious, quaint little spot in Sequim. We started with the carpaccio which I didn't get a picture of because we got too excited and ate it. 😄 They gave us a good portion of the thinnest sliced meat with a pile of arugula and the most divine Japanese dressing. For our entrees we ordered the bolognese and tortellini. With these dishes you could breathe in the flavor. The bolognese was perfectly balanced and salted. The pasta was peeeeerfectly thick and chewy. The tortellini had a generous amount of filling and the macadamia pesto was very tasty. We added chicken which was a little dry but it made the dish very filling. We split a bottle of wine that was from New Zeland and loved it. My husband is more of a red wine guy so the fact that he liked this one says a lot! My husband ordered the creme brulee for dessert. The custard was thick with flecks of vanilla bean throughout so you know they used real vanilla beans and not just extract. My dessert was an aperol spritz which was really refreshing! The staff were all very friendly and the atmosphere felt very relaxing and upscale. We sat outside which was breezy and peaceful. Can't wait to go back and try more of the dishes we couldn't decide between!

I’ve been here a few times. The food is always good but a bit overpriced. It comes out presented nicely but isn’t hot. Seems to be prepackaged pasta, not made from scratch (if that’s important to you). We had the CALAMARI FRITTI, INSALATA DI BARBABIETOLE, TORTELLINI PIEDMONTESE, and SPAGHETTI CARBONARA BASTARDI.

Happy to give this restraunt 5 stars. So amazing the halibut special was great! Parmesian crusted halibut with mango salsa. Havn't had other dishes here, but looking at the menu its serious Italian cuisine. Prices reasonable for such. Very nice modern facility and excellent service.

Ordered food took 45 minutes until it was assigned to a driver 15 minutes before the driver got to me because they still had to wait. Portions are small and bland. Veggies were undercooked Pasta over cooked Chicken was a small half a breast Calamari was dried and rubbery This place is a joke I spent $130 for what seemed like left overs and I can get better food for cheaper at applebees

Yum. Yum triple yum. Our favorite place to go. The atmosphere is very nice & a lil more romantic setting. The garlic parm pizza dough knots are amazing! The Cesar salad comes with a anchovy on top so order without it if you don’t want to lose your appetite..learnt this the second trip around. We had the gnocchi, risotto & their hand tossed pizza. The spaghetti bolgnase was awesome. The dessert was super yummy. The tiramisu was soo fluffy & flavorful. The cocktails are pricey but worth it. Overall satisfied 2 out of 2 visits this summer. Our new favorite when we’re on the peninsula.

FnChips - A Salty Girls production is a delightful culinary gem nestled in an old Episcopal church just a block away from the original shellfish bar in downtown Sequim. While plans are underway to relocate the shellfish bar closer and introduce a music area, both spots currently offer inviting indoor and outdoor dining experiences. FnChips specializes in serving up mouthwatering fish and chips that have garnered rave reviews from visitors, including those traveling from afar like Ohio.
We ordered fish and chips and shrimp mac and cheese. The food was incredibly delicious, with just the right seasoning. The staff were very friendly, and the decor of the place was great. It was a hidden gem we discovered during our trip.

Super yummy crispy fresh Fish & Chips. Also very tasty Mac & Cheese, I got it with the bacon and it was very cheesy and delicious. I have also tried the loaded fries previously and they are super generous portions and great flavors.

Do yourself a favor and grab lunch here. The whole joint is just cool. Visiting from Ohio and have had fish and chips all around Washington the last two weeks. This was the best … by a long shot. Flaky and delicious. Sadly, my son wasn’t very fond of the clam chowder bread bowl he ordered, so I made the single greatest fatherly sacrifice of his and my life and traded him my fish and chips. Sliding it across the table with a tear in my eye, I watched it go. A couple of bites in and he said, “I think I’m in heaven. This is amazing.” He wasn’t wrong … but he was about the chowder; it was delicious, too.
Brad I — Google review
We got here early when they first opened, mid-week. Ordered the cod & chips and oysters & chips. Both were good, the oysters were huge and like others mentioned, the cod was a single big piece; since I'm usually breaking up fish pieces this wasn't an issue. The food was tasty, and we would probably be back on a return visit to the area.
Chris S — Google review
Amazing staff and food! I ordered the fish (cod) and chips, and clam chowder. Probably the best meal I've had during my visit to Washington! The price is very reasonable and the serving sizes are large. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We had the cod fish and chips and they were delicious. We sat outside on a lovely day. The lady and gentleman behind the counter were very nice. The fish was very moist and flavorful. I could tell they use very good ingredients. The batter was not heavy but light and crispy. I'm pretty sure the tartar that came with the meal was homemade as well. The fries were cooked and seasoned very nicely. Not salty like most places but a seasoning salt, possibly Lawry's. Very good experience and definitely going back.

The restaurant was clean and the service was great! Coconut Prawns & Fresh Halibut & Chips were wonderful. Not to impressed with the clam chowder. It was a little bit spendy for what you get. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
THEMIS R — Google review
We stopped in last week for lunch and we're definitely going back. We ordered the cod and the halibut, halibut does run market price. So it was $25. The cod was $16. Both were well worth it, the halibut comes in one big piece which we split in half, and the cod was two pieces so we could each have one. The fries were delicious, there were a lot and next time I might ask for less fries and a little more coleslaw. The coleslaw was delicious, fresh flavorful and balanced out the fried of everything else. And of course the fish, the cod was really flavorful which is rare when I go for cod fish and chips, and the halibut was wonderfully flaky and flavorful. I would like to try the clam chowder on my next visit.

Brunt fries, burger was good. Service at window a bit rude. Be sure to order all straws, condiments, forks, spoons, or other items needed for your meal. New ...no common sense... law, says they can't offer..you have to ask. 11/7/23...different day...ultimate plate. Eggs, bacon ,sausage and pancakes, hash brown and drink. Great. Staff great.

We used go to JB fairly regularly, can't afford it now! $28 for two Supreme Croissants w/ OJ! Didn't even get our order correct. Convenient yes, but will ONLY stop when necessary now.

Just ordered food at the drive-thru with my husband and we weren't told they were cleaning their fryer and it would be a 20 minute wait until after our order was taken. We waited, paid for our order, got our beverages, then we were given our food and as we drove away we discovered there were no straws given to us to be able to drink with. They didn't enter something we ordered into their system that we ordered, but at least we werent charged for the food we didn't receive. We weren't asked about sauce options and given sauce we don't eat and didn't ask for to go with the nuggets for our child. We get home and give our child their food and it looks fine. We open up the other portion of food we ordered and there is hair in the box with our food. We spent almost $30 to have an unexpected 20 minutes of extra wait time in the heat that was informed to us after our order, our order wasn't accurately taken, our food has hair in it, and our beverages have no straws.

Unfortunately as nice as the crew may have been the lack of effort to create a memorable experience over shadows the decent food and the decent people. Lack of management/leadership is evident. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to produce 3 tacos and a chicken sandwich with 3 customers.
James N — Google review
Absolutely the worst and weirdest fast food experience I've ever had. First, we waited extremely long in their drive-thru for our simple order after paying. Then another woman came to the window, rattled off a long long order that wasn't ours. Looked confused and I told her what we already ordered. Then she tried to charge us what we already paid. Then... we continued to wait probably because they then had to prepare our simple 2 Croissants for $6 + 2 extremely expensive hash browns. The croissants that we got didn't even come close to the ones pictured outside in their dining room widows. They looked like a regular bun but even worse. The quality looked like it was the cheapest ingredients one could use to make a fast food breakfast sandwich. Their dining room btw wasn't even open and this was a Saturday just after 11am. No doubt because of staffing issues. Drove away totally dissatisfied to say the least. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Think about it folks. Nowadays we are charged maximum price for meager offerings. Quality isn't often given anymore. We're being cheated in quality, price AND service. I personally will avoid this store from now on. That's bad management right there. I don't eat fast food that often and look at it as a treat. Not anymore.

Drive in window never open at all the several times I've been there. Your reviews are mostly terrible over many months, and the owner says he will "look into it". He/she must never actually go to the business, since nothing changes. Not sure why it hasn't closed or sold to someone competent a long time ago. I will never bother trying to go there again. An embarrassment to Sequim.
Cheri P — Google review
Genuinely don't understand how this place is even still open at all. Every single time we've gone here, even though the hours clearly state open til 10, they've never even made it til 6:30 before they close. They are consistently randomly closed and even when they are "open" they don't even have half their menu. First time we went there they had absolutely no burgers and we're only offering chicken tenders and fries. Severely disappointing that they're causing such a waste of real estate when there could be a fast burger place around here that actually cares about operating like a real business and, I don't know, actually serves food when they say they will? Guess that's too much to ask of the sequim JitB.
Jupiter K — Google review
Pros and cons. The food at this location in sequim is good. The service is friendly. But the major cons that are turning me away are that 2 times I went here they messed up my order and even forgot to give me my sandwich. I tried calling the number to ask about it and they didn't answer nor have a voice-mail. The 3rd time I went here I asked about my missing sandwich and they couldn't replace because the manager wasn't in. I left my number and the manager did call me and offered to replace it on her schedule as long as I agree to follow policy and call them within 24 hrs....I. they don't answer the phone or have voice-mail and have you seen the cost of gas. I also have a job and I can't just be there to get there mistake fixed on there time schedule. As I stated, the food is good and they are friendly. But they could have offered me a coupon code to redeem my missing sandwich at my own convenience. Another idea is to have experienced employees train newcomers until they are operating as expected to prevent accidental theft which is what this is. One last comment..... who orders a drink and doesn't expect a straw to drink it.

Double Eagle Steak & Seafood is a high-end restaurant that serves delicious steak and seafood dishes. The servers are friendly and efficient, making the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. The decor is chic and modern, with excellent views of the golf course. Prices are mid to high, making it a great option for those who want quality food in an upmarket setting.
We were tired from a long day of travel, our host at the hotel recommended we give the "golf course" a try, so we did. We had a drink and dinner. My drink was a dirty martini, it was dirty and tasty, well done! I had the scallops, the risotto was so delicious, I wanted more. Barring that, one more scallop would have been perfection. That's a tiny nitpick, it was a decent amount, I just wanted one more taste of everything. My apologies for the bite taken before the picture, I couldn't resist! My husband had the halibut and said it was delicious too, and plenty filling. We sat in the bar, seated ourselves by the window, it's a pretty view of the golf course and driving range.

Food was bland and poorly prepared, service was kind but absurdly slow and atmosphere was nothing special. Similar to an upscale Dennys decor. Soup took more than an hour, 3 med-rare steaks came out WELL done and were def not ribeyes, salmon was dry and bland. Save your money and go somewhere else. 5 people nearly $400, one entree each and one drink each and we shared 2 appetizers. Not about the money, in fact we laughed it off. Nor did we complain but will never go back. Spend your hard earned cash somewhere else.

Where do I begin… this is one of the lowest rated steakhouses and fine dining establishments I have ever intentionally gone to. 4.3 stars out of hundreds of reviews, and now I know why. You drive up to this beautifully landscaped modern building with plenty of parking. Double doors into the reception area. Me, my wife and 6 other people waited at the reception desk for 10 minutes while the only person manning the desk (for two restaurants) not only continued to talk on the phone, but a few minutes after she hung up, she continued to write notes before helping ANY of the people who were waiting for her. When we were finally seated, we were greeted by a very nice female server with blue hair. And since today was “National Pride Day” she was sporting large rainbow heart earrings. I truly don’t care about anyone’s sexuality or support thereof, but is it important for someone at work to make this statement, while at work? We ordered an appetizer and it came to the table differently than described by the menu. The menu described it as fried potatoes. What we got was a baked potato smashed with a fork with cheeses, bacon, chives, sour cream and salsa. We ate it without complaining as it looked and smelled great and we were starved. My wife and I ordered ice tea with sweetener, and we had to ask for it 3 times before it found its way to the table. I ordered a mixed salad with kale green goddess dressed salad. I ordered the sirloin steak “medium rare”. The salad came with 90% kale, a few chunks of iceberg lettuce and a cup of cold green peas. The steak was served to me cold rare in the middle of a thin steak. Shocking. This is not what I ordered and I took a photo for you to see below. I sent the steak back to be cooked to medium rare. My wife ordered the chicken Marsala and after she took a bite, the sauce was so sweet that she left all the sauce she was able to remove from her plate. These three items with two ice teas came today $71.50. We told the server how disappointed we were with the food and the service, and she said she would discount my meal. When she returned, the bill showed a $7 discount. This place has management issues, personnel issues, and the food (new menu) is severely misrepresented on the menu, to what shows up on the table. The cook (won’t call them a chef), the receptionist and the manager need to be replaced before I would EVER consider dining here again or recommending this restaurant to anyone I cared about. Avoid this place like the plague. We will.

First time here since tribe been ruining the show. You would think for 55 bucks you'd get a salad and stick of bread. Had to send a search party out to find the vegetables. Steak was meteorite and definitely wasn't med rare. Spent 200 after a tip. Won't be going back. I should have read the reviews I'd think they would fix things after everyone complains. But they make so much money off everything the tribe does they don't care.

Went here based on reviews. The menu sounds great. I was going to order a steak , glad I didn’t. Jeremy was nice but scattered. He took 15 minutes to bring a table near us their Pepsi. The females on staff didn’t seem to be helping. The mashed potatoes were cold and lumpy like they were out of the fridge and microwaved improperly. The chicken Marsala had decent flavor but it was a minuscule slice of chicken breast maybe $2 worth of chicken. The seasonal veggies were two broccoli florets and maybe five green beans. I wanted to love it but I didn’t. The hostess also took 8 minutes to appear and there was nobody else waiting.

We chose Double Eagle for my wife’s birthday dinner while staying at Discovery Bay. Our server was Jen whose personality and attitude were five stars. That said, was there seemed to be a shortage of servers so getting served and closing our tab took longer than they should have. My wife was looking forward to a whole crab but it was so small it was barely the size of a half crab. At this restaurant at this location that it not acceptable for the price. She did not want to send it back and patiently ate it saying it was good but not very sweet. My halibut was quite good other than a few bones in the first piece. It was not worth twice what my friend paid for cod. The fries and coleslaw were great and the lemon and chocolate mousse were delicious.

I have always had fabulous service and great food here. I recently developed an allergy and didn’t think to tell the waitress. The food came out with the allergen in it. When I asked the waitress about it, she said I should have told her. I apologized and said yes it’s my fault. My husband said he would pay for a new entree. The waitress at least 4 times stated I should have told her. I apologized the first two times, the third time I apologized and said the meal did not look like it would have the allergen when looking at the menu. The 4th time she said I should have told her, I said it was a new allergy and I didn’t think to tell her. At no time did I ask for a free replacement or insinuate it was her fault. I felt humiliated. The replacement meal came out uncooked with what seemed like 10 times as much spice as what I have experienced previous times I have been there. It burned going down. I didn’t eat it. I would absolutely eat at this restaurant again but I would never have that waitress serve me ever again.

The food is substandard and the prices are way higher. I ordered a Crab & shrimp Louie that cost $38..So I expected a good amount of large shrimp and crab meat for that price. It came with about 6 tiny bay shrimp and a tblsp of thin crab! The rest was all lettuce greens and small hard boiled egg. Bland tasting... What a rip off! I will never go to The Cedars at Dungeness in Sequim again.

The casino at 7 Cedars features slot machines and table games as well as the top-rated Cedars golf course, Italian and American eateries and live entertainment. It is situated just east of Sequim in Blyn, a popular destination with plenty to offer its guests.
Nice smaller casino with great rooms and amazing restaurants. Had the fish and chips Sunday special and was very happy surprised for $12. Casino was smaller but has lots of newer slots that the bigger houses have, and a ton of older ones I hadn't seen in over a decade years, it was great. Location is literally right off the main road and just a short distance from the market. Would definitely go back if I'm ever in over in this area again!

The good: 7 Cedars is a beautiful property—modern, clean, and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the outdoor live music on Saturday night. What a fun way to let guests relax and unwind! The hotel room itself was spotless, and I appreciated thoughtful touches like the nightlight in the bathroom. Where it fell short: The details matter, and that’s where things slipped. At dinner Friday night, there were plenty of staff, but service was inattentive. It took 20 minutes to learn the wine we ordered was unavailable, and we had to play a guessing game with the menu since many wines listed weren’t actually in stock. The food itself was fine, but somewhat bland—and after two tries, we found better dining elsewhere in Sequim. Another surprise: the in-room shampoo/conditioner was so harsh it left my hair brittle—definitely bring your own products if you stay. The website had promised Friday night live music, but it was cancelled without notice. And while Saturday’s music event was excellent, the roof on the patio kept opening and closing, leaving many of us chilly. Bottom line: Gorgeous venue with fun entertainment, but the execution in food, service, and guest details needs refining. With more attention to the small things, 7 Cedars could match its impressive first impression.

Great hotel, rooms are very nice. We had a 2 queen room. Nice bathroom, shower does not have the best water pressure. Plenty of charging ports through out. Little extras like built in reading lights, nice comfy robes. Walls are pretty thin, I think that would be my only complaint, you hear the people above you pretty good. The casino is nice, clean smoking and non smoking. Lots of adminties. I havent seen so many for this size casino before. Plenty of places to eat, we tried 3 and all had good affordable food. We will definitely return. The tribal community is beautiful as well.

This is truly a 5 star hotel! The staff was very friendly and professional, the rooms are amazing, and the restaurants are very good. The casino is clean and spacious with good slot machines and table games. Smoking casino area is separate from non smoking. Only drawback is the lack of a pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay there again!

I didn't spend the night but I had an incredible meal there. The salmon was amazing! Fresh vegetables on the side, fresh salad then cheesecake for dessert
Johanna P — Google review
I love coming to 7 Cedars. The thing I wish they would really do though is to put a wall between the smoking section of the casino and the restaurants. You can smell cigarettes there and your clothes are permeated with it and you are sick from all the cigarettes if you even go in that room where everyone smokes. That would be fine but they need to put a partition in, like what's the point really to have a smoking and no smoking section if you can smell the smoke in the no smoking section. I would spend a lot more time here if they would fix that cuz everything else is fantastic. But I'm not going to give them negativity on that as far as stars because well maybe I should, LOL

This is a beautiful place to stay. The ambiance and cleanliness are impeccable. The staff are warm and friendly, the entertainment on the patio and inside on the stage is lively and talented, and the gaming is always fun. Grab a date or a bestie and get away for a few days!

Sequim Bay State Park is an oceanfront park offering year-round camping, docks, hiking trails, a baseball field, and a basketball court. It's a prime location to access the Olympic Discovery Trail, a 130-mile bike path stretching from Port Townsend to the Pacific Ocean. The park features well-groomed hiking and biking trails with stunning views. Campers can enjoy clean facilities including hot showers with great water pressure at no extra cost.
A beauty! Easy access to Olympic Discovery trail. We biked for miles. The park has nice size campsites and clean restrooms amid hot showers.

Visited Sequim bay state park during 4th July long weekends for camping. Camp is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. It has really beautiful views and a nice trail for hiking. The restrooms are super clean and had a separate stall for shower with hot water. Overall I am very happy with my experience and probably will visit in the future.

A very nice state park. Campsites are taken care of and look great. I will say there is one small detractor - the proximity to Hwy 101.... hearing cars zoom past at 11:30 at night on their way home from the casino is fun. I enjoyed my evening there and will likely return... also, it was cool getting scolded by three different campers about having a fire in my propane fire pit. Instead of hating, bring over some beers and let's enjoy some gas powered camp fire!

Sequim Bay state park is a nice, safe, clean, and beautiful campground. Just be aware that it is very close to the road and can be noisy. If you are looking for a place near Sequim or the casino, this is the place. It was also very family-friendly and rhe camp site was clean and comfortable.
Matthew M — Google review
I appreciate having the park right along the Olympic Discovery Trail. I had just biked in and even though my group had reserved spots there are biker/hiker sites right next to the trail. There are fire pits and tables at each campsite, however when I went there was a burn ban in effect. The trees are close enough for hammock sleeping as well. The only negative for others would be the road noisy as the Olympic highway runs right next to the park and so you'll want to have ear plugs or be blessed with the ability to sleep through road noisy.

Perfect place to escape from any city, town or village. Surrounded by thousands of trees and wildlife. Full rv hook-ups only otherwise there are a lot of beautiful campsites with unheard of views of Canada and the majestic Straight of Juan De Fuca and Mt. Baker. Possibly the best campground anywhere . Bathrooms are decent and showers are free with plenty of hot water. Bring a mat for your feet in showers. There is also a tunnel that leads to the other side of highway 101 where there is a baseball field.

One of the best camp outs we have had. The park was quiet. Everyone was friendly. There is so much exploring to do in this area. Bring your bicycle and hit the paths. There's a beach right at the park. There's places to swimming the glacier blue water in all directions within 45 minutes. Shower is free and it gets hot. My family had an excellent trip.

This place was amazing!! Yes the prices are a bit higher but worth every penny!! My server Jordan was so respectful, patient with my numerous substitutions, and had a genuine smile the entire time! The Kobe burger was amazing. Cooked perfectly! Served with thick cut fries nice a crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The house ranch was very good too!! It's really hard to find such excellent service in this area and I for one can handle food that isn't perfect if it's served with a great attitude! Luckily for me, the food was good too!! And the beautiful artwork was so cool!! Thank you Jordan you rocked!

We stayed at the 7 Cedars hotel, and this is inside the property. We didn't want to go out for dinner on a rainy day, so we went there. The ambiance was satisfactory and our server was attentive. We ordered a couple of entrée which were tasty and portions were enormous but it was expensive. The food was good but the hotels rooms don't have microwave so we had to throw away the leftovers.

The building (Casino/Hotel) is meant to attract your attention, especially in the small city of Sequim. The structural design, the totems, and the Native American art will blow you away. This was our first night in Sequim and the “wow” of the building did not translate into the food. I ask the server which of a few entrees I was interested in, to recommend one. She recommended a pasta and sausage dish. Really nothing special, pasta was slightly overcooked, and it seemed like I got a ton of ground, under seasoned pork. We had been driving all day, so we both ate the majority of our food, even though it all fell into the category of “Meh”. The server did her job, but she never seemed happy about it. Tip - if you’re not starving like we were, stop at the casino customer service desk and sign up for their casino rewards card, as it will give you at least 25% off the menu prices for their entrees. I don’t mind paying for quality food, but the casino rewards price is certainly more commensurate with the quality of the food here. In Sequim, this is not a bad place to eat. Especially if you have a couple of adult beverages in you already. If I’m ever in Sequim again, I would consider eating here again as we loved the building, art, and all the free parking.

Stopped by because I thought I would have a nice steak lunch for my birthday. We were seated immediately and it wasn't busy at all. We were waited on in a few minutes and placed our order. The atmosphere is nice and we smelled no cigarette smoke at all. It took a very long time to get our food and my wife's entree was wrong. We had trouble getting the server's attention because he walked away so quickly, so my wife had to stand up and walk it over to him. He explained he accidentally hit the wrong button and apologized. He said he would get the correct order in immediately. No worries, mistakes happen. As she was talking to him I noticed my steak came with a pat of garlic butter that wasn't really melting. I tried rubbing it on the steak but still not melting, so I cut in to the steak and took a bite, it was lukewarm. The potato was also not really hot enough to melt the butter. I guess mine was done quicker than hers and sat waiting too long. It took some time to get our server's attention after realizing this because he left the table without asking me to check if the steak was cooked properly. It was much more on the rarer side of medium rare and I asked for medium. At this point my wife is too upset to eat and I am frustrated as well. We explained the situation to our server after again waiting for some time and he said not worry about paying for anything because he knew we had been waiting so long, so at this point we just got up and left. We stop here often and normally just get something from Napolis or the newer grab and go counter. This was a very disappointing experience and not a happy birthday lunch. The steak looked great and it probably did taste great when it was hot. The salmon entree they brought her also looked great but she ordered the halibut oscar and will not eat cooked salmon. We will probably give them another chance, but not anytime soon.

Both our meals were very good and portions were generous. We ordered the rack of ribs and cheddar biscuit chicken pot pie. Back again and the meal and service was excellent. Would recommend the salmon cake BLT sandwich and the prime rib dip. Discount given with 7Cedars players card makes eating here a really good value too.

This was the first meal we had getting into Sequim and this is was great. Me and my sister are vegetarians and they were super sweet in customising almost all items to fit what we needed Food : The food was good and quite tasty. Loved the salad pasta we got! Service : Super sweet and quite quick. Very accommodating and courteous. Atmosphere : Not the best atmosphere considering the noise and overall vibe which gets carried on from the casino but good but the food was nice

We were treated to lunch here yesterday by our friends who live in Sequim and frequent this restaurant. We were immediately greeted and seated. Our waitress Natalie came right over and was helpful and attentive throughout the entire meal. I had a cup of clam chowder and salmon cakes. I’d recommend both of them. The clams in the chowder were plentiful and it was just the right temperature and consistency. Natalie had recommended the salmon cakes when I asked her a couple of questions and she was right. All of the flavors in the aïoli worked together really well. I would definitely order that again. The only criticism I would have would be my husband’s oysters had a little bit too much breading and pretty small oysters. They had good flavor though. Then we shared a piece of coconut cream pie and it was delicious. Great atmosphere and you can tell that they recently updated everything. It was a great experience and I would recommend this restaurant.

Beautiful park - amphitheater, botanical gardens, pickleball courts, skatepark, clean bathrooms, good parking, playgrounds, beautiful ponds.

It's a great park with tennis court and two play stations for children and a swing set. There is also a duck pond with a LOT of duck (depending on season) there is a lot of walking path and a cute bridge. Best park in Sequim.

This was my first time going to this park for the Lavender Fest and it was definitely the largest part of the festival with a big stage for Lavender Stock! Lots of vendors to support and food and drinks, including a beer garden to drink while enjoying the music. This park has a pretty garden with a waterfall into a pond, and another duck/geese pond in the back by sports fields and trail. I will definitely be back to this park for the festival and stay longer to enjoy the last band that plays from 7-9pm.

We thoroughly enjoyed this park that contains a botanical garden with beautiful flowers and a pond with Canada geese. There is also a Japanese garden and a nice pond with ducks. We enjoyed seeing all the dogs around the park. There is a soccer field and an amphitheater for outdoor concerts. The highlight was seeing a bald eagle perched above us in a tree. There are clean restrooms as well.

Nestled in the charming town of Sequim, Alder Wood Bistro and Wood-Fired Pizza offers a delightful culinary experience with its ever-evolving menu that highlights local ingredients. This cozy eatery features a relaxed atmosphere, complete with inviting garden tables where guests can enjoy their meals al fresco. Specializing in wood-fired New American cuisine, Alder Wood Bistro is perfect for those seeking both comfort and creativity in their dining choices.
The overall experience is almost perfect except a very tiny flaw of my steak side( which I will mention later). The appetizer fried calamari is very well cooked with crispy outer and juicy inside, very delicious. Cocktails are lavender special, not bad. The steak (medium rare) is pretty much the best one I had in the US till now, which I highly recommend for a taste, both texture and taste are perfect. The steak itself is flawless I have to say, but the only little tiny defect is the steak is mixed with potato mashes, making it a little bit cloying when enjoyed the steak. At last, overall experience over my expectation, and the environment is very good too. I love the small garden here with real fire stove. Will definitely come back when visit Olympic National Park next time. P.S: This is a local restaurant on Tock platform, which earns you x10 pts by using your Chase Sapphire Reserve. But if you want to support the local small business, use cash. HTH!

Loved everything about this place! Our experience was excellent from start to finish. All the food was phenomenal (we had the Brie app, meatloaf, pizza, and the lemon pie dessert), the atmosphere in the garden was perfect, and our server (Libby, I think) was great! Highly recommend but you will definitely need a reservation. We learned that the first night we tried to get in.

Went for dinner and everything was fabulous, even with no reservation and with how busy they were we got a seat within a few minutes. Beautiful local art covers the walls, very atmospheric. It looked like there was also very nice outdoor seating. For drinks we did the Lavender Lemonade and the Sequim Lemon Drop. Both are made with local lavender syrup and in-house pea flower syrup. Super yummy, the cocktail was just the right strength and beautifully presented. For food we started with the Fried Calamari, it was very crispy, and came with super yummy pickled peppers. A very unique and tasty flavor combination. Then for our meals we got the 3-piece Fish and Chips and the Steak Frite. The fish was super crispy and nice meaty pieces. The French fries were amazing so crispy on the outside, still tender and potato-y on the inside. The Steak Frite came with a choice of butter and I got the Umami-kimchi, it also came with roasted veggies and French Fries. The steak was super tender, melted in my mouth. The roasted veggies were a variety of interesting things. Some of which I'm sure I've never tried before, but all super tasty. Overall a very fresh and elevated experience of flavors.

Thank you Morgan for helping us with the food takeout today and still trying to find a way to get us a in dining option with the host. Loved the vegan and vegetarian recommendations - the pana cota, carrot cake, vegan pizza, and the vegetarian plate. Thank you for offering the utensils and chilli powder for the pizza because I had completely forgotten about it. Food was delicious and thank you so much for your help and awesomeness today!

We had an incredible meal at Alder Wood Bistro in Sequim. The menu was so tempting - we wanted to order it all! The seasonal salad blew us away - everything was so in-season and at its peak of summer deliciousness. The cedar plank salmon & wood-fired vegetables had us savoring every bite and seeking out every last morsel on the plate! We were too full to sample dessert … but we’ll be back! The team hosting & serving was warm, professional, and provided a welcoming and fun atmosphere. This is not a stuffy restaurant, but its food rivals, if not surpasses, the most expensive restaurants we’ve been to in Seattle. Definitely make a reservation and enjoy a special meal here :)

Fantastic meal out. We came over from Seattle and wanted to give the place a try. We knew what we wanted before we arrived, but did enjoy perusing the menu over an excellent cocktail. I hade the house Manhattan, top notch I might add, y frendhad an excellent whiskey sour. We had their Sicilian pizza on a wood fired sourdough crust. I figured it was at individual small pizza but pleasantly surprised that it was a hearty 14 inch pizza. We split a pound of their wood fired mussels served with their focaccia, also sourdough. We had to order aside of their housemade kimchi because it didn't seem relative to the menu. Everything we had was delicious and well presented. Frankly we were surprised of the quality given their low prices. The staff, come on! Everyone was busy, it was hectic. They were awesome, everybody! Friendly from when we walked in. We had no reservation, something they encourage. We lucked out and got seated in the garden dining area within 20 minutes. I can honestly say this is the best meal out in a few years, we both said that. I have a new favorite restaurant for western WA. Oh, our bill was under $100, half what an equivalent experience than I would have gotten in Seattle.

We were in town from Houston, chose this place because it had great reviews and was nearby our hotel. We had no idea we'd be having the best meal during our trip to Washington. The pizza was one of the best we ever had, and the desserts were great. You could tell everything was homemade and all the ingredients were fresh. Our server Libby was amazing, and the atmosphere was cozy and friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone nearby.

Hurricane Coffee Co. is a bustling spot in downtown Sequim that serves as both a coffee shop and an ice cream parlor, making it a popular destination for tourists. The cafe offers delicious pastries and a variety of coffee options, with the lavender latte being a standout choice. Visitors can also indulge in lavender-flavored ice cream for a truly unique treat. Additionally, the shop sells coffee beans for those looking to take home some local flavor.
Really tasty coffee and the ice cream was decent. The plants and thoughtful seating was great. The staff was really nice as well. Lots of people sitting and doing things on their computers or just chatting.

Great coffee shop, they had some unique foods and drinks like a vanilla lavender latte which was delicious. And a triple chocolate croissant which was also excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome coffee shop! We were staying here in Sequim for week while visiting Olympic and decided to try Hurricane Coffee Co out the first morning. We didn’t try another coffee shop the whole week because this one was so good. Great espresso and regional flavor options and service was very good every day. Their Cups of Kindness is the cherry on top and a great way to give back to someone who needs a pick up! 100% recommend.

During our bicycle excursion, we took a moment to savor a cup of coffee. The coffee they served was truly outstanding; we especially appreciated the camper and the dark mocha raspberry. The camper, a coffee infused with blackberry, presented a delightful flavor and was brewed with great skill. I would certainly suggest a visit to this establishment, which is situated in downtown Sequim. They also had an appealing selection of sandwiches and ice cream, all offered at reasonable prices. Although we did not partake in a meal on this occasion, as we had already eaten, we were impressed. They have an area outside to sit and enjoy a great cup of coffee ☕️.

What a lively local coffee shop in Sequim. Stopped here for a quick coffee fix before heading to the mountains. Loved the vibe of the place, filled with warm locals. We stayed back for 5 mins, picked a sticker and headed out. Bought their signature drinks- Hurricane Latte and Lavender latte- both tasted good. Place also serves ice cream, there were different flavors. They had few breakfast options too like oats and sandwiches. Definitely a must stop place if you are in Sequim and want to grab a bite and coffee. The barista gave us a discount as we bought our own flasks, so cool.

Purple Haze Lavender Farm is a picturesque destination with over 15,000 lavender plants and more than 50 varieties. The farm offers flower picking, picnic tables, and an ice cream stand. Visitors can explore the stunning fields of varied shades of purple and learn about the agricultural roots of America. The gift shop features a wide variety of lavender products, while the setting includes beautiful gardens, ponds, and wetlands.
Tranquil & beautiful! Loved coming to this farm. As a Floridian visiting WA it was a unique experience for me. I could spend all day there just sniffing the air. They have a cute farm house airbnb on the property as well as a small gift shop with all different fun trinkets. I got a small bike of perfume oil made with the lavender grown there that had amethyst in it. Felt special to be there and lucky we were some of the only ones there.

This place is magical and gorgeous. I went a week before the lavender festival. It wasn’t crowded and I was able to take many photos and relax under the willow tree and enjoy the rows of lavender. The bees are so cute and happy. The gift shop has many cute things to take home. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning place. It's popular but not necessarily crowded, so you can take many beautiful photos and enjoy walking around the quiet lavender fields. They also have a gift shop with many lavender products made locally and a drink station that sells lavender lemonade and ice cream. The lavender lemonade was delicious. I definitely recommend getting one on your next visit here.

Absolutely gorgeous spot for lavender. Highly recommend coming here mid July (before the festival if you want to avoid crowds). They had a cute gift shop, a few picturesque fields to explore, an ice cream and lemonade stand that had various lavender flavors. A very dreamy day was spent here (took my mom on a flower date) and the smell of lavender surrounded us. I felt like laying down and never leaving. Will definitely return annually!

Phenomenal experience. Lots of lavender with great varieties and colors. The lavender ice cream is great. The shop has a lot to offer. Their behaviour and service is very good. They immediately offered help and support for any inconvenience. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere was there with all the festivity of this year's lavender festival.Loved loved and loved. Will visit again.

We were very disappointed with the farm, compared to ten years ago. There used to be music and food and beverages. It was so nice to sit and listen to the music. We paid the entrance fee and I think we were there at the farm maybe 10 minutes. Nice looking lavender, but it just wasn't the same. And there was only three vendors. We will try another year.

Marlyn Nelson County Park at Port Williams is a hidden gem that offers beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The park features a boat ramp, clean outdoor areas, and both shaded and sunny beach spots for picnics or leisurely walks. Visitors can enjoy the tranquility of the beach, observe wildlife like Roosevelt Elk in the distance, and even spot a bald eagle. It's recommended to be respectful as it also serves as a memorial site.
Very nice scenic park. Close to town (less than 5 miles) yet stunning display seems way farther away! Took a nice stroll and found some keepsakes - shells and agate stones. There’s boating, walking, picnicing (picnic tables), birdwatching, kayaking, fishing, and much more to do. It was not busy the morning I went there.

Great place to walk! I loved that my dog was able to join me! The beach is separated by a boat launch ramp. I walked one way for over a mile and the beach continued. The tide was going out so there were lots of beautiful rocks and interesting tidal creatures and birds. This beach is close to Sequim! There were some benches, picnic tables and an outhouse restroom. I will definitely return. It was a calm place to explore!

Incredible beach with eagles, seals, views of the Cascades, Baker and Glacier peak. If you like geology and seeing ice age sediments going back in time, this is a very unique place for that. A couple really nice glacial erratics as well during low tides.

Very nice park with beautiful views. I was able to have a nice quiet sit down with my coffee and croissant 😊. It was so peaceful even though there were about 10 cars there already. There is a bathroom but I didn't go in so I can't say much about that. There is a boat ramp as well. Very clean outside area from what I could see. Nice place for a picnic !

Nestled in a relaxed setting, Jose's Famous Salsa is the perfect spot for those craving authentic Mexican cuisine. With inviting sidewalk tables, you can enjoy delicious tacos, tamales, and burritos either on-site or to-go. This charming eatery has become a favorite among sports enthusiasts who gather to catch games while indulging in fresh dishes complemented by an impressive salsa bar filled with homemade delights. The story of Jose’s Famous Salsa began years ago when Jose himself started crafting salsa from his kitchen.
Jose’s staff was amazing! So helpful with recommendations and the food didn’t disappoint!! Love the vibe and music inside the restaurant :)

0 stars if I could. The “server” was very dry and unprofessional, first, she totally ignored us once we walked in, when finally got her attention we ordered our food and when she brought the plates she spilled the sauce (sauce that we had to stand and go to grab it by ourselves) on the table and she just bring a bunch of napkins to us (to clean up her mess she did by ourselves too?) not even saying a sorry or a word. We didn’t see anything to her because we were so hungry and unpleasant enough to make a bigger deal. We went to this place because of our Airbnb host recommend this place as “one of the best places to eat” I can’t imagine how are the other places around. Anyway. We just want to recommend that when you bring the appetizer you have to bring plates on the side to share it something that she didn’t do. But the most important advice is that you have a better people taking care of your clients more humans and professional if she doesn’t like Mexican culture or people what is she doing there.? We like to leave a 20% tip every restaurant we go and this wasn’t the exception. We know about service and professionalism. My siblings work in the industry and they really know how to give great service and no matter what. Worst experience ever here in Washington.

Cool little spot in Squim. They have a very fun thing going on where they have a self-serve salsa bar with many different kinds of fresh ingredient salsas. They have a fairly limited option menu but it has lots of sub-options in it. I had the shredded beef burrito platter. It came with a smothered red sauce burrito and it had shredded lettuce and cheese over the top with a scoop of sour cream and guac. It was tasty and delicious. They have a full bar with lots of craft drinks available and a large local craft beer menu. They had the Thursday night NFL game on.

This was a weird experience all around. I went in and sat at a table marked for dining in. After a bit the bartender came over and asked me if I wanted menus and everything. She took my drink order and didn’t come back for about 10 minutes to take my food order. It was then that I realized they were closing in less than an hour. I was visiting from Texas and this is the first time in my life I have ever been served chips with no salsa. And at a place with salsa in the name?? What even is that about?? The food was okay, not great. The bartender was making me feel rushed. I asked for a container for the beans I had ordered and was given a cardboard box. Like I said, a weird experience all around. I was in town for 10 days and never even considered going back.

Can you find a good Mexican restaurant in Washington? Yes you can in Sequim. I had the carne asada. It was very good with grilled onions and beans and rice. My wife had the chili relleno. It was great with lots of cheeses. The service was great! The salsa bar is awesome!!!

It was pretty busy when we got there. Hostess greeted us promptly at our table, followed timely by our server. We waited at least 40 minutes for our food, which only magically showed up right after I asked for our check so we could go eat somewhere else. Our appetizer wasn't delivered and I requested to cancel the order. It was extremely noisy here. I think this is a popular place for locals. I wouldn't come back here if I'm in the area again.

The service at Sunshine Cafe is exceptionally fast, allowing customers to relax and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the cafe. Additionally, they offer a bar area for those who prefer to have breakfast alone. Apart from being a popular sit-down restaurant in Sequim, Sunshine Cafe also excels as a catering service. Their quick response time and ability to create custom menus from start to finish make them an excellent choice for events or gatherings. If you are a foodie that appreciates quality even in your comfort food, this is the place. The owners make it feel like your coming home to eat at your grandma's that used to be a chef. They have genuine customer care and cater to you as if you're are family, seriously a wonderful and rare atmosphere nowadays. Suggestions: I love their iced tea, they actually brew real tea leaves, instead of that powdered stuff everyone else uses. If you are a coffee snob definitely try her cold brew that take 36 hours to brew each batch. They offer a yeast waffle of varied flavors that is decadent and makes all other waffles seem like cardboard. Their bacon is cooked to perfection where is just melts in your mouth. The fries are perfectly moist almost creamy on the inside with that nice crunch on the outside. The breakfast tacos with either steak or brisket are phenomenal. Desert side note: The owners mom is a baker and she bakes a different cookie each week! The put them in jars behind the bar! Drinks and chocolate: They have a pretty full bar and the owner makes all sorts of delicious creative drinks. Its worth stopping in for some afternoon drinks with the fudgy brownie desert. If you can't tell this is becoming my favorite breakfast and lunch place as I haven't had a bad or meh meal yet from here. Think I'll just make my way through the whole menu.

Ignore all previous reviews from prior to about a year ago. New Owners, Better Prices, Great food! I stopped coming many years ago to the previous renditions, but now this is going to be a regular stop when I can make it in. Philly Cheesesteak Omelette w/ coffee was so good, I didn't want it to end. And at a ok price for new economy. ($23.00 pre-tip) The Home fries are the best I've had in a long time. Not too much, not too little, with just the right amount of tender and crunch with a great flavor. Super cool new Owners giving the place a great vibe. What this town needs!

So far this place has the best fried chicken on the peninsula. Hard to believe it's gluten-free. I've had the chicken fried chicken for breakfast and it was very good. My sister had the waffles and said they were delicious. Had the fried chicken cobb salad which was amazing. It was enough that it became both my lunch and dinner. The house made ranch is very delicious. I did get a burger once and felt that it was just okay and kind of small for the price. You order fries on the side and they were overly greasy and crispy for my taste. I also didn't need such a large portion and wish they offered a smaller portion to go with your sandwich. The service is always very friendly. Even when they are short-staffed they do a great job. I have had some challenges with consistency of hours. They often do catering or other events that can interfere with their restaurant. This sometimes leads to adjusted hours or limiting menu items. Hopefully as they grow they'll be able to staff up to support both sides of the operations. Definitely a great place to enjoy breakfast or lunch!

What a delightful cafe! My friend and I were passing through Sequim and were looking for a brunch spot. We went to one cafe and saw a massive line outside (it was cold out and that was a no-go for us). We decided on Sunshine Cafe as our second option. It was the best “fall back” experience a girl could ask for! The staff and owner are truly lovely individuals. Despite being busy, they never rushed us in any way and even took time to have a conversation without neglecting other patrons. They were out of matcha tea and allowed me to use my own that I just purchased at the tea and spice shop a few doors down. The way they prepared it was delish! They truly made the experience so personal and welcoming. Now the food. Ohhh, the food. Fresh, healthy, made from scratch, local, and seasonal. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for restaurants like this. Finally, their tea and coffee menu is quite impressive! It stands out from any cafe I’ve ever been to as they have a variety of options not found in your standard cafe. I wish I lived closer to this place! I would absolutely be dining there regularly. Thank you to the staff and owner for providing such a wonderful space!

My visit didn’t go smoothly with a wrong order and a long wait (on a busy Sunday) and I was hangry and disappointed and devolving into a puddle. And the owner Jackie was so kind. She saw me, took care of me as a person not just a customer or a table number. She empathized, problem solved, was generous, and completely handled and resolved the situation. She didn’t treat me as a problem even though I was occupying one of their larger tables while they had a wait. The space was friendly, the employees were attentive, and the food was very tasty even if different than what I had pictured. In a world where eating out is getting more expensive and margins are thin for small businesses. I will happily support and frequent places like this. And would return here next time I’m in town. This is the type of world we want to build and live in. 💕 thanks Jackie you changed my day.

Eat here! When I'm roaming around the country, finding healthy options is such a challenge. The owner here is so thoughtful, intentional, and mindful that food shouldn't just be tasty, it's also nourishment. Organic & local are two of my favorite words. But my favorite word is TEA!! I'm just a tea girl in a coffee state, so I appreciate that my choices went WAY beyond pesticide-laden Lipton nonsense. It's real, freshly-brewed loose leaf tea! I also love biscuits and gravy, but I don't like sausage. Guess what? They also offer mushroom gravy! It was SO good. On top of all that yummy goodness, the owner came by the table to chat. She's a lovely human who shared about herself and the love of her aging pup. The whole experience just warmed my heart. Five emphatic stars!!

We just got to Sequim and were hungry and found this restaurant close to our hotel. I'm so glad we did. The food was wonderful and the service very good and friendly. Some of the best we've had in a long time. It was served hot, the food was fresh and properly cooked. I would definitely recommend from the experience we had.

Decided to do a day trip on the Olympic side and stopped here for food. 100% recommend the General Tso’s and Sesame Chicken. Decor was cool and seating is comfortable. Great atmosphere and food is delicious! Big servings for the price. Not pictured is the wonton soup, egg roll, and crab rangoons; all very good.

Decent American Chinese food, HUGE portions, ample and clean space, safe parking, nice staff. Didn’t fancy the lomein, way too Americanized, but the broad rice noodles was decent.

Staying in Sequim for a vacation, happened across this place for dinner. My partner and I can't believe that this place was empty because the food was so good, and huge portions. Decided to get the combination meal because getting soup, spring roll, 2 crab rangoons, and fried rice along with the meal made this a steal. Very flavorful, and nice staff.

Lots of seating - indoor and outdoor. Huge menu - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Portions are soooo big. Could easily split a meal with someone. Biscuits were the biggest I’ve ever had! Reasonably priced. Coffee was good.

Popped in while on a work day trip (around 7am) and while I was charging my vehicle at the hotel next door. The spicy sausage breakfast sandwich was something I’ve been chasing my whole life. 12/10 would recommend! So much flavor - unlike every other breakfast sandwich item I’ve tried across the west side of state during my travels. Loved the theme of the restaurant as well, lots of pretty fabric on the chairs and cool hand crafted looking bar stools.

Jackson rocks, he listened to my order and made it perfect adding his ideas. I've only had 2 burgers in my life and he just made the best one for me. I didn't know beef should be cooked like this. Thanks man. This place is so adorable and clean, I miss going to them in Montana. I'm happy one is here in Washington. I love that they have a catering menu also. I also love they don't over salt or sugar any food and honor veterans through selling their books in the merch area.

As soon as you walk in, they are very welcoming. Silvia was wonderful, and so was, Mel, the manager. We have never had a Black Bear Diner be so good. The ambience -the total experience- OutStanding. I will add photos and elaborate more in a bit. Currently enjoying dinner at "Strings" in Modesto, CA. (I will review Strings as well, and although Strings is good and in my hometown, the Black Bear Diner in Sequim, Washington gets 6 out of 5 stars! The highest marked review I have yet to write. Truly remarkable service, ambiance-experience across the board!!!)

Restaurant
Nestled at the picturesque John Wayne Marina, Dockside Grill is a charming bi-level restaurant that offers stunning views of the Olympic Mountains and shimmering waters. This delightful eatery specializes in surf 'n' turf, featuring fresh seafood sourced locally alongside hearty steak options. Guests can savor their meals while watching boats glide through the marina, creating a serene dining atmosphere. The extensive drink menu includes an impressive selection of wines, local beers, and expertly crafted cocktails to complement your meal perfectly.
This place is a 10/10. It's small but the menu is excellent and the wine list seems extensive for being pretty isolated on the waterfront. The food was all fresh as could be. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms for appetizer, clams linguine and seafood fettuccine, and for dessert the crem brulee. Their seasonal sangria was amazing as well!

We ended up here after a recommendation from our Airbnb host. It was so amazing we made a second reservation for 2 nights later. Perfectly cooked seafood with so many different kinds of seafood in the same dish is hard to achieve…they’ve mastered it.

Incredible food and great service especially by the bar back maybe? If she is considered a busser, time to promote this woman. She gave the best service in the bar and wasn't our server. The male tall bartender a good server too and was nice but he was busy, but if you asked Amy if the people at the 4 tables that were in there when we were I would bet they would all agree that this woman who we didn't get her name, was really the server and deserved a chunk of those gratuities. Mad that I didn't get pics of dinner but we split the Dungeness crab and shrimp stuffed mushrooms sitting in a decadent thick white wine sauce and the 6 cheese ravioli with fresh crab, scallops, and shrimp in the most incredible tomato cream sauce. The only picture I took was of the mocha mousse I had for dessert along with my BFF's to-die-for brownie. Dessert was good but dinner was incredible.
Gus L — Google review
The food and service is exceptional at Dockside Grill. I would recommend every thing we ordered: crab cakes, oysters Rockefeller, chicken parmigiana and the mushroom ravioli. The dessert choices were fantastic but we love creme brulee. With a before dinner drink and coffees with dessert the total came to $150. Definitely call for a reservation because the dining room is quite small.

Marina
Nature & Parks
Located in the picturesque Sequim Bay Waters, John Wayne Marina was a vision of the legendary actor himself. Following his passing, his family donated 22 acres of land to bring this dream to life. The marina offers various amenities including the Dockside bar and grille, a gift shop, ample parking, and a good boat launch. Visitors can also enjoy beautiful views and take leisurely walks along the beach.
We love this marina. Sequim Bay is beautiful and peaceful. The marina has good bathrooms with decent showers and a fuel dock. The boat ramp is good. I just recommend really trying to avoid the times when the commercial fishermen are there. It's pretty crazy. Shale (in the marina office) is very friendly and helpful. The Dockside restaurant is very convenient, but reservations are pretty much required if you want to make sure to get a table. They're often booked up.
Cristina E — Google review
Lovely place to stop for a picnic! Plenty of parking and clean restrooms. Picnic tables, benches and grassy areas are perfect for watching the boat traffic and birds.
Kimi R — Google review
This place is my favorite place to go shrimping. The RV spots are nice with great trails in the woods and close to the beach for rock hounding. The marina has a fantastic ramp and plenty of parking. Ample dock space with nice bathrooms and a bar, everything you need. The only thing is you need to come prepared, not many places in town to get bait, but the tractor supply store had a limited selection of frozen bait fish in Sequim.

Great place to walk and enjoy the sea and scenery. Seals apparently like the place.

Stopped at the dockside grill for dinner after exploring all in sequim and port angelas. We stopped in at 5 pm and we started eating by 6:30 pm my wife had the special halibut and I had seafood fettuccine man it was the BOMB great service everything was good no room for dessert next time.
Mike R — Google review
Beautiful views, beautiful place to walk, nice little beach area, there's Dockside bar and grille, gift shop and lots of parking! If you're boating, the launch is pretty good (my husband should give that review, It looks easy enough to me, but that cuz he's done it a billion times 😉) there isn't an abundance of trailer parking but there's sufficient spaces . It's not usually too crazy or anything. There's grassy areas too, to sit and have a snack if you're not a fan of sand in your food. They also have a RV camping area and a few vacation homes.

Beautiful views. Plentiful parking. Unique individual picnic tables and well-kept little park. Peaceful place watching boats come and go.

Sequim Lavender Festival

4.4
(334)
Festival
The Sequim Lavender Festival is a must-visit event held on the third weekend of July every summer. The festival takes place in Sequim, Washington, known for its great weather, lavender fields, and Dungeness crab. Visitors can wander through fragrant fields of lavender at places like Purple Haze Lavender Farm, an organic U-pick farm open daily from April to September. The festival features numerous vendors offering handcrafted goods and organic food, as well as live music.
It’s a beautiful day all around the park! Check out the botanical garden at an entry point… jazzy music and lavender clouds; festividades
Kathleen A — Google review
I went to the 2024 Lavender Festival. It was so beautiful! We went to several different farms and the festival in the park. Parking did seem pretty limited at the park so I would recommend getting there early to get a spot. I would recommend going to this festival at least once.
Brittani S — Google review

This was my first time making it to the lavender festival and I had a great time! The location is nice and big enough to accommodate large crowds. The on stage entertainment was great and there was a lovely selection of vendors. Some Super delicious food options too! And of course plenty of lavender products. I can't wait to go again next year.
Fearless Z — Google review

Anna Y — Google review
So first things first. Google map will lead you to the handicap parking which is NOT the general parking so be prepared to be redirected to the main parking lot up front (that was kinda confusing) Along with that, the parking situation was honestly not the best, and a lot of people end up having to park in the neighborhood or street parking across from the event (which is fine just be sure to remember where you parked) Overall, the event was great, lots of vendors, nice food and great music! I love how dogs are allowed :)) But one thing worth mentioning is that there are no actual lavender fields IN the park, so you can grab a brochure at the information desk and start lavender field hopping. Another thing that really threw off our schedule is the traffic condition. Yesterday’s traffic was HORRIBLE. There were 5 events going on this past weekend (mariner game, food festival, capital hill block party, Taylor swift concert and women’s NBA) with 2 bridges down (construction?) but anyways… The ferry had a 2 hour wait line and driving from Seattle to the festival without the ferry is almost a 3 hour drive (with tons of traffic) so we got there like 3.5-4 hours later and most of the lavender field closes at 5-5:30ish with a couple exceptions. So make sure you plan ahead and leave early. PS: although we didn’t take the ferry but the line to the ferry starts on the *RIGHT* hand side, there’s not really a sign to tell you that so I saw people form 2 lines then got honked at by a biker nonstop… (sorry, but nonstop honking is really a huge pet peeve of mine. Very rude, please be nice to fellow drivers, thank you.) not saying it’s their fault but the whole waiting area was a mess. So event, great. The traffic, horrible. Maybe they should arrange more ferry rides to the event????
Joy — Google review
Huge event and amazing volunteers working it. Parking was already packed at 9 am on Saturday. Mostly just a super huge swap meet with hundreds of vendors selling stuff, some of which was lavender related.

Organic restaurant
Gluten-free restaurant
Restaurant
Nestled within the enchanting Bell House Farm, one of the Olympic Peninsula's historic gems from the 1880s, Nourish Sequim is a delightful eatery that embodies tranquility and warmth. Surrounded by breathtaking lavender fields and vibrant gardens brimming with edible herbs, this restaurant prides itself on serving organic and gluten-free meals crafted from ingredients sourced directly from its own grounds.
Just wow, book a reservation as soon as you see this. Nourish felt like a Michelin experience, at a more community oriented price. There’s not a menu item available that’s isn’t thoughtfully created and dynamic in flavor. Which of course you’ll immediately understand when the staff welcomes you, and lets you know the menu is uniquely created each week. Outside of each amazing dish we had (I highly recommend the $75 per person 3 dish set menu) the wait staff was also kind and constantly on top of things. I’ll note they also allowed us to eat outside with our dog, giving us blankets, a dog bowl, and outdoor heaters, despite it being 40 degrees in December and most folks sitting inside. Okay, you made it this far in my review, please, go book!
Tyler S — Google review
The food here was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish wowed us; even the simple, grilled/sautéed vegetables that were served on the side of my entree tasted superior to anything I’d had before. It really showcased the quality of the ingredients! I can honestly say that the food at Nourish far exceeded that of many of the fine-dining restaurants I’ve been to even in the greater Seattle area - for a very reasonable price, I might add! Plus the ambiance was wonderful too! Highly recommend.
Yang H — Google review
My girl friend and I had high expectations after reading the reviews and looked their website. We were very excited about their 3 course prefixed menu. The dinner started well. Our waiter is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our three appetizers are good especially the shrimp ceviche and cauliflower bisque, for the grilled watermelon salad, the melon needs more char and grill marks but still good and fresh. Then the things started go downhill. We waited for very long time for the main dishes to come out. Our waiter came and apologized for the issue in the kitchen. The food eventually came, the pork chop was over done and the scallops didn’t seared well and buried in muddy curry sauce. Plus both dishes served warm and appeared sitting in the kitchen for a while. When I judge a meal, serving hot food is the least a restaurant can do. That’s disappointing. The desert is good. I hope this is just one occurrence due to whatever the issue with the kitchen.

Delicious food - can't stop thinking about that chocolate passionfruit flourless cake! The lavender lemon soda was also an unexpected delight. Service was prompt and attentive. And they're dog friendly! Highly recommended!
Casey H — Google review
I’ve only been here once and am visiting from out of town, but this restaurant is enough to make a visit again in the future. The staff are knowledgeable of the menu and take the time to explain it, especially how and where the ingredients are sourced which is very important to me. While $78 per person may seem steep, with the rising cost of everywhere else for awful and unhealthy food, it felt like a steal. The food itself was delicious, I joked about licking the plates clean. The portion sizes were very generous as well, we both left very satisfied. Will absolutely be back.
Vlbilly — Google review
Thoroughly disappointed! The reviews got our hopes up. Fine dining prices in what feels like a cafeteria setting. Wait staff a little too intrusive/overattentive, but i recognize that’s just customer preference. Main disappointment was for a place that prides itself on home grown food, simple seasonal veggies felt and tasted like they could’ve been frozen, with no seasoning or even thorough cooking whatsoever. The lamb skewers were fine, but the sauce tasted bland and also didn’t seem to pair appropriately with the skewers. Rosemary Potatoes were fine, nothing to write home about. Drinks were also mediocre, for a place that sends over a specific person to take our drink order we expected better—inventive cocktail menu but both drinks we ordered tasted one step above a mixed drink at a bar—with a little too strong a spirit taste in both and not enough other flavors balancing out the drink. The worst part was probably our dessert which tasted sugar-free and like some bland granola was just sprinkled on top of partially-cooked apples. The weird part here was the crisp was served on a plate with some mesclun greens that the hot crisp had melted and made soggy—we couldn’t tell if this was intended to be a garnish or was just an accidentally dirty plate—but regardless pretty offputting for the conclusion of our meal. All in all, this place is overpriced and not worth the hype in our opinion!
Carly C — Google review
Had been wanting to come to this restaurant for a long time, being gluten-free and a foodie. The experience was wonderful, the staff--lovely and accomodating, and the wine and food was excellent with healthy portions and prices fair for quality of food. I will definitely be back!

Fast food restaurant
Taco Bell is a popular fast-food chain that offers Mexican-inspired cuisine like tacos, quesadillas, and nachos. The drive-thru service provided by the staff is efficient and friendly. Despite the high volume of customers on a busy Saturday night, the line moves swiftly. The employees are helpful and courteous, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The kitchen staff work diligently to prepare orders quickly, evident in their speedy cooking techniques.
This Taco Bell has the best customer service of any location I’ve visited hands down. The women running the drive thru window are completely amazing and go above and beyond. My two experiences were lovely and exceeded my expectations. I’m only in town for a short time but I wish my Taco Bell back home was like this one! Thank you!
Lauren H — Google review
Took take out home for dinner. I ordered 2 crunchy tacos with hot sauce. Additionally, 1 order of chicken nuggets with a honey dipping sauce. Got home and opened the bag . Tacos looked like someone had pressed down on the bag as the shells were cracked and broken. No hot sauce and no napkins. Nuggets were cool and way,way over cooked - like dried cardboard. And no honey dipping sauce! On top of all this - the server had an attitude! A bad experience for sure.
Francis M — Google review
Taco Bell food is consistently fine. It’s Taco Bell. We love it. I’m writing this review because on 9/14/25 my partner and baby and I visited and the manager was reaming into an employee. I don’t know why. It doesn’t matter. She was crying and there had to have been a better way to meet with her/write her up or whatever it is he was doing. We could easily hear him state over and over to her that he is in charge so she needs to listen to him. She mentioned something not being fair. No kind guidance or gentle and professional advice. Overall it was very uncomfortable for customers to overhear. I almost said something at the time but the girl ended up walking out still in tears when the manager went back to assist the crew with something. Just would have loved to not have to see that. Surely there is a way to have private conversations in a back office or outside?? Unprofessional of the manager. Hated it.

Not sure what happened to this place, whether it was a change in ownership or what. Over the past couple of months, it seems like they have a whole new staff (and not for the better). Prior crew was fast and courteous. Now they seem totally disorganized. When you order at the drive thru, every item you order is followed with a "would you like to add double meat? Would you like to add jalapenos? Would you like to add sour cream?" Annoying. Just let me order my food, please. The other day they were out of a particular sauce. No big deal, but they also appear to have been out of another item.................napkins. When I opened my to go bag, there were two sheets of TOILET PAPER inside as a napkin substitute. Not kidding. Just tell people you are out of napkins. Do not put toilet paper in with people's food.
Harry C — Google review
I used door dash to have an order of nachos bell grande delivered and for the first ever of ordering extra cheese I received it. This was ONLY because it was hiding the fact that my entire plate was covered with crushed chips too small to pick up. I had to eat this order that was supposed to be shared as an appetizer with a fork. This is not the first time I have received sub par food from this restaurant which is why I am finally writing a review. Long waits, poor customer service and even worse food, I felt needed to be addressed. What happened to just basic customer service. Food prices are higher than ever and it is a rare treat to order out these days and my entire meal was ruined by something they know should have never been sent out that way. Think twice before wasting your money with this particular restaurant.

The 'meat's was barely a smear across the tortilla, no cheese...more lettuce than anything and that was even (asked for no lettuce)put on with a miserly hand! The kid at the window was more interested in clowning with his coworkers than attending to us. But the one bright side of this visit , I was able to try( 11 fries! 🤨) the nacho fries and They are fabulous, or...maybe it was because I was famished but they were so goood!

I've been to other Thai restaurants here in the peninsula and this one is the best. They use really fresh herbs and spices and the flavors are to die for. The minute you walk in the beautiful Aroma captivates your senses. The service was excellent the atmosphere was beautiful. I definitely recommend eating here.

My wife & I ate dinner here today. This was the best restaurant meal we have had since living in Sequim for 12 years. The Pad Tai & Drunken Noodle entree was amazing! The restaurant is very clean with a cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend this place. Service was excellent too.

Discovered this place through Yelp and glad we did. This in our opinion is the best Thai restaurant in the county. Pleasant enviorment with cloth napkins. Good service and to the point. We enjoyed all the appetizers on the menu and a cashew beef that was a treat. We look forward to ordering through the menu. We highly recommend this place.

Food is good, traditional Thai taste. Price is also reasonable. Staff are nice. Decorations are originally from Thailand. However we still have little bit misunderstanding. When I order food, I told the waiter that I have two young kids so I ask for “zero spicy”, they said “understood, totally no spicy”. But when we got fried rice and pad Thai, it’s still somewhat spicy, since their sauce has black pepper in it. I asked the waiter on it and they said their sauce contains pepper so they cannot remove them. I said OK understood but you should let me know in advance, like tell me “I can not do zero spicy since our sauce contains pepper”. So finally my younger kids has to left with hungry body and I have to find something else for her. :(

Welcomed soon after entering, were able to pick a window seat in a near full restaurant. Since this was our first time we ordered typical items, phad Thai, beef salad, sticky rice with mango and black rice pudding with coconut ice cream. Beef salad was our favorite, phad Thai was tasty but not best we've ever had. The dessert were a wonderful conclusion. We were checked on just enough. Paying went smoothly.

My favorite regular spot in Sequim. I prefer when the lady is cooking because she always makes my 5 star more like a 6 star spicy and I love it. The panang curry and pad Thai are my favorites but I love all their curry. Could use a little more meat but that’s true in most dishes when I eat out these days I feel like. Their server staff are young men that are apathetic at best, but I don’t mind cause I’m there for the food! Ample parking, really cool space, and i appreciate their hustle cause they also opened a small bed and breakfast attached to the restaurant.

Ever since I found this Thai restaurant in Sequim, I stop in for lunch when every I am up north on the US 101 loop. For just a little more than a fast food meal you can get an epic Thai dish. This little place is well worth the few extra blocks off the main strip. A must go.

Just found this place a month ago! It is absolutely great. My wife & I ate there tonight. We had 3 loaded beef tacos that were absolutely the best. Service is wonderful. Our bill was basically $15.00 for awsome tacos with left overs to go home. It has need years since we have spent $22.00 dollars on a great meal with a tip. This place rocks!!!!!

Served the worst gristle/fat Carne Asada I've ever tried to eat the guacamole was flavorless beans bland sent it all back and they still put it on the bill..the server was nice and took it off after I refused to pay for it...and I'm never that guy that sends food back but this was horrible.

It's very cute inside and lots of parking as It's next to a hotel. Classic margaritas were good! Each of our dishes were delightful, and the salsa tasted fresh. Our experience was positive all around!

This was my second time and just as good as the first time two years ago! The long Island iced tea was weak but the Cadillac Margaritas made by Alma were amazing!!! The happy hour bar nachos were a delicious suprise!

Delicious steak fajitas and burrito. Quiet winter night but great service and atmosphere.

I ordered a Fajita chicken chimichanga with no mushrooms, it came out almost an hour later with no chicken and it had mushrooms in it. My husband ordered enchiladas and the chicken in them tasted very old and the beef was not seasoned at all. We ordered a thing of cheese dip as an appetizer and it came out with our food. The whole part of an appetizer is for it to come out before your food! Not to mention it took 30 minutes to get our drinks. The tortilla chips tasted old and very stale.

Ordered light beer got dark. Taco meat was like mush. Margarita was like water with no salt on the rim. Go to Applebees for a good meal at half the price and good food. Would not recommend this place at all.

This is legit the BEST Mexican meal I've had in a long time! We were visiting the area from Miami (where Mexican food is mediocre) & I saw a highway sign for this place. Based on that I was skeptical. I ordered enchiladas & my Husband ordered the carne asada. The only thing I didn't care for were the "whole beans" .. next time I'll just get the refried beans. Worth the stop to have a meal here. Waitress was very friendly

Cedars at Dungeness Golf Course is a beautifully maintained course with challenging yet manageable holes that require precision. The electric carts are well-maintained, offering a pleasant ride through the lovely landscaping. The tee boxes provide yardage for each hole, and the fast, well-kept greens add to the overall experience. Additionally, the course features strategically placed benches and well-equipped bathrooms. The on-site restaurant, Stimies, offers generous portions and friendly service.
The golf course is stunning, to say the least. The price is reasonable. The true gem is the restaurant. The staff 10/10 they have us recommendations for hikes and places to visit, and they were truly great places to go. Anything to eat at the restaurant was amazing. The flavor of each dish was spot on! If you don't golf at least go enjoy a bite to eat!

This golf course out in Sequim is a huff to get to but it is a beautiful part of Washington. We had a good time with one exception. There was some kind of a dude party going on two holes ahead of us and it was 10 guys in 5 carts and they were having a great time but they were slowing down everyone that was behind them. My husband called the pro shop to complain and they did nothing. Finally we talked to Jackie the snack cart gal and she was the savior!! She saved what could have been easily another extra hour to hour and half by asking the dudes to step aside and let us play through. Thanks Jackie!! And the dudes were good sports too!! The course itself is nothing amazing but had a good time with my husband.

Fantastic and fun course! Conditions were a little soft in some areas but otherwise played great! Pro shop staff was nice and very welcoming. Food in the restaurant and wait staff was also a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back!

Visited the area for 4 weeks. Golfed every week at Cedars. Easy to get a Tee time before 10am. Quick to start off and no waiting on course. Beautiful, well maintained course that is very accessible. And good food choices. Stymie's grill located over the pro shop had excellent fish n chips.

Environment: The setting is amazing, stunning views, high ceilings. Tons of sitting space, outside sitting is in plenty, it was a little chilly so we couldn't sit outside which we would have preferred. Food: Authentic BBQ sauce, so authentic that we thought it was something else. From the taste, it would be great on ribs. This restaurant is part of a steakhouse so I wouldn't be surprised if they have their own in-house BBQ sauce. The BBQ sauce does not go well with fries or chicken strips. It is obvious that the onion rings were frozen. Although they were perfectly cooked, the flavor is bland. The chicken strips must have been frozen too, there was really nothing innovative about the flavor. I know some people would ask if the chicken strip flavor is a big deal but every chance to cook is an opportunity to showcase skills. Customer service: The restaurant seems to be struggling with employee retention. They have employees with very little experience. They didn't have silverware pre-staged, we had to ask for condiments and napkins. Overall experience: Other than the beautiful restaurant, the food is nothing out of the norm

Loved this course. Beautifully maintained. Holes were challenging, not too hard for the average golfer, but still required accurate shots. The electric carts are very well maintained and a nice ride. Lovely landscaping and benches sprinkled throughout the course. Tee boxes have yardage posted for each hole. Greens are fast and well maintained. The bathrooms around the course we're a nice surprise and equipped consistent with the high levels of detail found throughout the clubhouse and restaurants.

Lavender Connection is a charming lavender farm that offers a delightful experience for visitors. With over 40 different varieties of lavender grown on the property, guests can immerse themselves in the soothing aroma and picturesque beauty of the farm. The owners are known for their warm hospitality and extensive knowledge about lavender, allowing visitors to freely explore the farm, take photos, and even enjoy lavender-infused treats like ice cream.
We had a great time at the Lavender Connection. It was a beautiful day and Rick showed us how he distilled the lavender. My son who is special needs had a great time picking out his favorite lavender. He doesn't really show preferences but today he definitely had a favorite lavender. The people there were very welcoming and we were able to explore the grounds on our own. It was a great day in Sequim.

We only had time to visit two lavender farms and boy am I glad we chose this one! The owners are so hospitable and friendly. They have an incredible variety of lavender, and the gift shop is lovely. You’re able to just kick back and relax in their stunning farm. It’s free!
Emma W — Google review
We’ve been to Lavender Connection on several occasions and each time is better than the last. The team is extremely friendly and eager to share information about the varieties of lavender. We enjoy walking through the field, u-pick, and the gift shop. They have excellent essential oils and it was fascinating to sample the different varieties. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area!
Lindsey E — Google review
We enjoyed our entire visit to Lavender Connection! Owner Rick was immensely knowledgeable about the lavender varieties, and their strengths - be it oils for scent, or which is best for culinary uses. Their shop carries a wide variety of both, of which we stocked up on. Shout out to Doug for his informative assistance in choosing which oil variety would suit my needs. The farm itself is darling, and yes kids, Insta-worthy! We'll definitely be back :)
Laura R — Google review
This place was so lovely! The farmers were so friendly and welcoming, and talked to us about the different varieties and how to care for our own lavender plants. Then we walked through the fields, had some lavender ice cream and cookies (delicious!) and bought some lavender soaps/oils at the gift shop. Would absolutely visit them again!
Holly W — Google review
This family-run lavender farm is one that delights all the senses. The owners are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making our (first but not last!) visit feel special. The property boasts stunning views and an impressive, thoughtfully curated wide variety of lavender plants – so fun to see the different types! There’s ample, charming seating for picnics or photos, including a kid-size bench that shows just how much care has gone into every detail. Their own bees and some stunningly beautiful chickens add a touch of magic. The hand-made products—ranging from skincare to culinary treats—are of top-tier quality, yet are offered at incredibly reasonable prices. A perfect blend of beauty, hospitality, and craft.

What a lovely farm. So many exciting activities. Made my own scent that I’m obsessed with and spray multiple times a day. Scott was such a gem! I frolicked in the field with my best friend and got wonderful pictures as well. The fields were abuzz with the bees and it was so delightful to hear.

We made an impromptu stop at Lavender Connection free seeing their sign on a corner and were so glad we did. The family is very sweet and knowledgeable. Our boys loved exploring the farm and riding the toy tractors. Try the lavender ice cream, so delicious!

This gem is located between Port Angeles and Sequim. Ironically, although it is not as recognized as the other famous place in Port Angeles, the hurricane ridge of Olympic National park, I found of its existence in one of hurricane ridges overlooks! If you go early, not many people are on the beach, so you can have a relaxed walk. In addition birds you might be able to see some see mammals as well. Highly recommend it!

It's a parking lot with a boat ramp and beach. Nice place to look out onto the straight and see some birds.

The views of the water, especially at sunset, are absolutely stunning. We loved watching the cruise ships sail by. It's a great place to kayak, paddle board, and kite surf. It's a perfect spot for a peaceful escape and to enjoy the beauty of the water.
Jen R — Google review
Beautiful little beach. LITTLE, SHORT key words. You can't get a big wide sunset here as it dips behind the point first but you can get a very pretty one. It is a good place to just enjoy though as it was not far from John Wayne Resort Cabins where we stayed. So easy to get back and enjoy a rest before heading out further the next day. A number of people did start coming and just sitting as the sun sank. Like minds.
Roxanne W — Google review
Beautiful small beach park with a parking lot and a bathroom. It is bordered by a beachy wild preserve area, so there is some water fowl viewing here on occasion. Parking is right on the beach, so it's a good place to go and park and sit in your car and just hang out and look at stuff! Good to look at the water and people watch. Also good for dark evening viewing of celestial events like meteor showers, eclipses, and Northern Lights, (when applicable). Also great to grab your your girl and come watch the sunset! Also has a great view of the Dungeness Spit and the Dungeness Lighthouse, and you can see all the way across the Strait of Juan de Fuca to Canada! It has a boat launch, popular amongst the locals for small boats. It's fun to sit and watch people come and go and launch their small boats, and often when they come back and pull them out of the water, you can see their full crab traps, or whatever they were fishing for. Good place to watch wind surfers too! It's not uncommon to come here on a nice day, and there'll often be several wind surfers out here having fun in the water! There is a small sandy beach, with some drift wood and large boulders to climb around on. Good for some light beach combing, or bring the kids and splash around a lil! The beach is protected, and the water is always pretty calm here. I often come here on a sunny day and eat lunch in my car. Always a nice pleasant time, with happy people and a good vibe!✌️🙂

Brother in law took us out on his boat from here. Seems a busy launch. Everyone there was polite. The bathroom could be cleaner. Wonderful experience overall.

The moment we pulled down there(mind you first time visiting this beach) some one called the cops on me for my child being on the beach. My child was yelling or screaming or carrying on. He simply walked down to the water and back up to my truck. Whoever called me in called and said mt child was unbuckled when I arrived. I drive a single cab Ford Ranger. Clearly you could tell my 7 year old was most definitely seatbelted in. Nosey jerks.

Caught the sunset here on our first night arriving on the Olympic peninsula. Very cool spot - we were lucky to have a crystal clear and warm night. Very much recommend planning to run down here at sunset before going out to dinner. We had a little time first so did a short walk/hike around Robin Hill farm at the Olympic discovery trailhead which is only 5 min away.

The picture is a little dumb, but it's the only one that I took here! :) Anyway, we stopped here to let our pup run a bit before we got back on the road. It is a small little beach with some great scenery. There are bathrooms and it was an excellent little pit stop for our little dog, and for us to stretch our legs before the drive and ferry ride home.

Nice park to sit and eat lunch and restrooms are open 24 hours (although technically the park is closed after dark and the Sheriff will come and kick you out if there when closed.) Love to watch the numerous eagles feeding in the mornings.

Small park on the water with views of the lighthouse and Dungeness spit. There is a boat launch and plenty of picnic tables along the small beach. There are also restrooms as opposed to a porta potty so all in all a nice place to stop for a picnic or a stroll along the water.

Beautiful peaceful spot to have a bird watching day / picnic or just relax with the views ! Very clean restrooms too 😃.

We saw quite a few eagles in the trees and off in the distance on a sandbar in the water and watched two swoop down and grab fish. This place probably would be really nice during bird migration but still a nice stop for a view of the lighthouse and eagles

We were really happy to find this neat little place. The trail went on forever a nice paved path which is perfect for walking or biking. Lots of people out enjoying it. Great view of the river and all the natural surroundings. I enjoyed seeing all the native plants and then afterwards they had a great little gift shop and a great place to take the kids to see the animals that are inside, taxidermy animals. Like always in a place like this it's always great to drop in a little donation to keep it going and keep it funded.

It has a tactile room for kids. My 8 yr old grandson enjoyed himself immensely. Great little pond area by the bridge for the younger ones during warmer months. Great walking path for people that need flat ground. Easy access to the river.
Kim A — Google review
A fantastic spot to stop and explore! Great for little kids, including toddlers. The bridge is safe to let them walk on their own while they can still look out to the views! The beautiful visitor center has a wealth of knowledge about the local area and an indoor wildlife viewing area so you can see the local birds up close without scaring them away. Weirdly, the coffee here is *excellent*.

The trail is tiny, with many bikers, children, and dogs on the road so not ideal for just a light hike. But the bathrooms are very clean, the river is pretty, and there are free EV chargers too.

Beautiul nature center/museum full of info. The walk is pleasant, level and not difficult. Can be used by bicycles as well as people. Fun excursion!

Such a beautiful, peaceful place. The gift shop and nature center are so thoughtfully planned. Five minutes from downtown Sequim.
Rachael B — Google review
We stumbled on this local at the end of a road. The site has a wonderful walking trail that crosses the Dungeness River via a very old railroad trestle that is all that remains of a railroad line that was destroyed during a flood in 1961. The tribe has done a remarkable job with this Mature area. It is so peaceful and really beautiful. There are interesting signs that share information about animals and the area. There is also a building with displays about the area's animals, the woods, and the mountains. There is also a gift shop, restrooms, and a small selection of pastries and coffee. This is a visit that is well worth a visit.

Park
Robin Hill Farm County Park is a charming park located in Sequim, offering well-maintained trails suitable for quick hikes and leisurely walks. The park features both paved and dirt trails, making it accessible to novice hikers and families with small children. Visitors can enjoy picnics amidst beautiful trees and forest trails, as well as observe flora and fauna along the way.
Very large dog park. It has wide open spaces and forested, trail...ish paths. There's usually parking available. It's also very clean, making no pieces of trash around.
Firoz — Google review
Great trailhead access with parking for larger vehicles Robin Hill County Park is a solid starting point for accessing the Olympic Discovery Trail. We were able to fit a Tesla towing a cargo trailer into the extended parking spaces without issue—good to know if you're traveling with gear. The ride to Port Angeles is about 14 miles one way and breaks down into three distinct sections. The first third rolls through quiet rural neighborhoods and open fields - good warm-up. The second third is more technical: forested terrain, several bridges, and a couple of steep, tight switchbacks. Make sure your brakes are tuned and your legs are ready. The final third runs along the water with excellent bay views and even a few spots for beach access. The trail outlet in Port Angeles is close to the ferry terminal. Overall, well worth it if you're looking for a varied and scenic ride with a mix of challenge and reward.

Nice county park trail. Had spare time so we decided on a walk. All Trails map has us on the horse trail. No problem, just thought I would mention it. There is a gun range within a few hundred yards so it wasn’t as quiet as it could have been. Was a nice walk without any one else near us.

Beautiful place to have a picnic, walk on some trails as well. There is a paved trail and there are walking trails as well. No porta potty near the picnic tables although there is one on the dirt trail. Beautiful trees and Forest trails as well as paved trail near the cows.

What a GEM! I'm visiting Sequim and found this Park via Google. I dropped in about 9:30am with my dogs, and stayed for about 40 minutes. I only saw 2 other people during that time period. I allowed my dogs to be off-leash, but was cognizant of those I met on the trail. One guy had a dog who was also off-leash (no issues), and when we came across a woman walking solo, she yelled, "They're fine!" as I went to leash my dogs. The Park itself was great! There are lots of trails, mild elevation, a huge meadow, and forest. There are also random, donated benches and a few picnic tables, as well as signs describing local vegetation. A perfect blend. I visit Sequim often and will definitely be back!
Lisa B — Google review
Great little park not far from main road in Sequim. If your looking to get in a quick hike before sunset, highly recommend a short walk on the well maintained trail (some paved). If it’s a nice night head over the the cline spit afterwards for the sunset. You won’t be disappointed. Parking is easy, trails are nice, next to the farm. There is an porta-John in a few spots along the trail but didn’t see any near the parking area.

Took a detour off the ODT to checkout the park. I like that the trails lead through forest and an open field. Enjoyed the horses visiting the tails too. Porta potty was clean. Two parking areas used both on different trips

Stymie's Bar And Grill is a popular spot, especially on weekends. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff works efficiently to provide excellent service with a smile. The food is highly recommended, particularly the fish and chips and cedar chips (fresh tater chips). Customers also praise their Bloody Mary and Margarita. The restaurant also stands out for its exceptional service, with one customer noting the hardworking 17-year-old staff member and another mentioning the generous beer serving.
Beautiful view, top notch food and service. I'll be back. Absolutely phenomenal service. All three people working the bar were wonderfully helpful. They told me some fantastic places to check out in town and the food...the food is incredible. I had a elk burger and calamari, went back this morning and got a mushroom bacon omelet and some GREAT bacon. Julie made my drink of choice perfectly, she has helped me multiple times and is always a delight😊

This place used to be great! It's slowly gone down hill over past 6 months. Tonight we tried basic burgers and tater tots (something we thought couldn't be screwed up). Service and food were so awful. We are going to take a break for the next year and revisit. The service was worse than the food - although the food was uneatable. Such great atmosphere on the golf course. Hopefully it gets better ...

Amazing! This is my first time here and our waiter Jeremy was so wonderful to us, very kind and funny. All the staff were very wonderful but he really stood out! This was my birthday dinner and it was so tasty. Went on a Monday and had the special, Chicken Parmesan with fettuccine. Super tasty, saucy and cheesy, just perfect. Also ordered was a side salad with the balsamic vinegarette with the candied walnuts which was delicious. Even from someone who doesn't usually order a salad. I had the white peach Long Island cocktail which was super yummy and just the right strength. It also came with a peach gummy candy which is a nice touch. We also got the creme brulee and peanut butter pie (which they make in house). The creme brulee had a nice crisp crust and was super creamy, the peanut butter pie was very rich, and chocolatey delicious. Glad I split them so I could try both (not pictured because they were eaten too quickly). Will definitely be back soon to try more of there delicious food and drinks. The view below of the golf course was nice, they had outdoor seating available. There was also a waterfall feature outside with gold fish! The atmosphere was fabulous.

I hate giving poor reviews. I really do, but this was our first and last experience with Stymies. We ordered 2 Prime Rib dinners to go. I got to Stymies and they were busy and our order was ready. After about 5 minutes the bar tender came over and engaged. I told her I was picking up a to go order. She looked to verify the order was sitting there and handed me the check. She went on to do other things because she was busy. It took me less time than 10 seconds to pull out my card and glance at the check. The bartender was gone for close to 15 minutes. If she would have stuck around she could have rung me up and had me out of there in less than 2 minutes. We live less than 1/2 mile away. We got home and all the food was cold. We heated it up and the prime rib was tough and chewy. Not good. Total waste of money. My recommendation is that Stymies come up with a better to go process at a minimum. Big turn off for us. We will not be back. I will not be treated that way again I can promise that.

Overlooks the golf course, tables by the window, outside on the balcony, and one can sit comfortably enough at the bar. I went for the biscuits, gravy, and egg, the best of any eating establishment. I sat down 10:59HRS just before breakfast ended/lunch began. I was happily served my breakfast! I had 3 persons, one seated me, one served, and one kept passing by to keep my coffee cup filled! Stymie's is a Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe Native Americal business which is part of the Cedars at Dungeness Golf Course.

Koto Teriyaki & Sushi in Sequim, WA is highly rated and mostly impressive. However, there have been some occasional disappointing experiences with loosely rolled sushi that makes it difficult to use chopsticks. The new brown to-go containers also tend to stick to the rolls, suggesting a need for something underneath them. Despite these issues, customers still plan on returning due to the overall quality of the food. This restaurant primarily caters to take-out orders rather than dine-in service.
I ordered a chicken yakisoba last night that didn’t meet my expectations, the owner called me personally and had it remade for me this evening (no charge) with a good amount of veggies and the flavor was great! Thank you for reaching out and making this right! :)

This is a popular destination with the locals. I can see why The food was excellent 👌 The portions are large enough for 2 people. Friendly and pleasant staff. 😊

Amazing spot, been a fan of this place for years. Great food, friendly staff and quick service. Sushi is simply amazing, i used to hate sushi before trying it at this place and now i love it! Been getting their sesame chicken for years and now any time i try some other chinese places' sesame chicken it tastes awful in comparison. 10/10 no notes.

Party of 3 went for dinner on a Sunday evening in July. We had just driven to Sequim from Seattle and needed a quick dinner. This was great. Friends ordered three sushi plates and a miso soup. I had the pot stickers and a plate of chicken beef combination. Everything was great and very filling. Service was quick and friendly. Especially liked the beef, and the salmon rolls.

I ordered the Yummy roll with no avocado, and Sadie substituted the imitation crab for it, and it was DELICIOUS! The staff are always super friendly and the food is always really good. Alyssa makes really good bubble tea and smoothies, so I stop by fairly often for them.

I have only one suggestion otherwise the food is great! The suggestion is make sure to drain the water from the salad bowl before placing in container. I went to put the container in my fridge and at least a 1/2 cup of water spilled out when I tipped the container. Luckily its just water and easy to clean up. Thanks!

This restaurant has a really neat and nice atmosphere with a variety of food. 🍣🥢It's very delicious and the all staffs are friendly! There are so many kinds that it's fun to choose from. Bubble tea is also very delicious ☺️👍

Updates: New owners did not make this place better, sadly. We came to get sushi and the prices are not very friendly. My husband got two cheaper rolls so he could have more food whereas I got one special roll, but somehow we got basically the same amount of food. As you can see, we both had two rows of sushi even though we paid for 3 rolls. The least favorable part was the eel they used as the eel had some BONES in it. We talked to them, and they said it was normal for eel to have bones in. Out of the many places I had sushi, this was the first place I had bones in my eel. Absolutely a NO for me. Ps. they did not refund us because it’s supposed to be normal. —— My pork teriyaki was great; I liked it! The salad was good too. However, the noodles are not great. Pricey but almost tasteless. You can taste that it’s spicy and the other flavors are not quite there. Kinda like paying for the meat and veges only. My boyfriend said it used to be much better a long time ago.

Fine dining restaurant
Carlsborg's Old Mill Cafe in Sequim, Washington is a dog-friendly restaurant that welcomes pets at their covered outdoor tables. This eatery serves homestyle meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Patrons can indulge in a variety of seafood options, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and more. Additionally, they offer a full bar with wine and beer selections.
PNW hidden gem. We got burgers, fish and chips and clam chowder (which was gluten free!) And they had gluten free buns too 🙏 we also came in 30 mins before closing and were worried they would think we were rude but the server was super friendly and helpful. Thank you old mill cafe, the best clam chower I've ever had and we are lifelong port townsend locals.

A rustically quaint restaurant off the beaten path. A few miles north of Hwy 101, this restaurant has a local vibe and great American food staples. The staff is friendly, jovial and their service is prompt. The restaurant is styled in the rustic Pacific Northwest theme. It's comfortable, with booths and tables, with a small counter and bar. There is also an outdoor, south facing, patio when you want to enjoy a meal outside and the weather is nice. We visited for an early lunch so it wasn't crowded for us. But I suspect the restaurant can get very busy during the typical dining hours. The parking lot is a moderate size and might be full during the busiest hours. We had the roast beef sandwich, which apparently is a specialty of the house. It was hot and delicious.

My boyfriend and I stopped here for breakfast during our road trip, and it was such a wonderful surprise! Our waitress was the sweetest — she complimented my smile and kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone else was so kind and attentive too, it really made the morning feel special. The food was amazing! The crab scramble was absolutely perfect; super tasty and filling, just what we needed before hitting the road again. And their jam… oh my gosh, I wish I’d taken more home! We both loved this place and definitely plan to bring family back next time so they can enjoy it too. Such a cozy, happy little spot! 💛

Great food and service. The restaurant is clean and has a comfortable lodge ambiance. The Crab Scramble and the Crab Benedict are both delicious. Damn good coffee.

This place was great! Really fun atmosphere. We played a card game while we waited for our meal which added to the experience. Great dungeons crab artichoke dip.

I never write reviews but this place deserves it. We are traveling from Ohio and came here 2 days in a row, it was the best food we had all trip. I wanted to walk into the kitchen and hug the chef lol. Much needed after hiking all week. Not only was the food amazing but our server Megan was so personable and attentive. Her lively personality made our dining experience top tier! She gave the best recommendation!

This place was amazing!! The food was very tasty and the staff was more than pleasant. We arrived just before the switch from breakfast to lunch. I ordered the 'Chicken Steak Benny', I was just how it sounds. Cooked perfectly, could have used a little more gravy, but that's a personal choice, and the potatoes were the right amount of crisp. Try this place, you'll leave with a full belly and a smile. Bring the kids!! They have really cool decor and a kids menu. ...I plan to try the Reubens next time....
