I just ate at "El Corral" and the service was horrible. They messed up our orders and drinks even though we were the only ones there. The food was not how I remember, the bread was soggy and old and zero customer service 😑. Would not recommend or come back to this place the price doesn't match the service or the food.

With all the services and facilities of a shopping mall including cinema. I loved the bar on the last floor suitable to meet new people, new friends.

el cacique is one of the best malls in the area, it has an impressive view of the city and many very nice stores to buy many things in the mall. I definitely recommend this mall to go if you need to buy clothes or go to eat something at the food court while you watch the city.

This is a gringo review and I hope you find it helpful. This is a really walkable big city park in a mid-sized Latin American city. If you've never seen bamboo, well, today's the day. There's a nice dirt path that hugs the outer edge of the park and there's a nice Central path that runs from one side to the other. It seemed to me there were just the right amount of families, Walkers, exercisers and strollers. It's shady with lots of mature tropical trees and very safe.

Paved walking paths. With occasional steep inclines. You can also take stairs and walk on dirt trails. Beautiful park you are under a huge canopy of natural shade most of the time. Great children's playground that includes climbing areas and ping-pong tables. Bring your own paddles and balls. Great place to picnic. Lots of seating areas and tables.

It’s a nice park where you can go with family or friends to walk, jog, have a picnic, do yoga, do some birdwatching, play some games or exercise in the open air. There are lots of trees and vegetation, paths, benches, birds and squirrels. Pets are not allowed though.

Newly revamped, and beautiful. I love how you can feel as though you are far from the city, whilst being in the heart of it. A shame they don’t allow dogs to enter and that two of the entry points are permanently locked.

My waiter tried a few times but then suggested getting a manager involved. I could clearly see that this was becoming an issue. So I tell my wife to just go to the ATM and pull The money out (because obviously it was the machine because the money is there). But by then my wife was nervous because of how we were being treated. She asked me to come with her, to which I tried explaining that she needs to go by herself while I wait because it's clear to me that I'm being treated like someone who dines and dashes. But my wife thinking and seeing The best in people was unaware. Not only did she have to go to the ATM But they had someone escort her. To add insult to injury. Once my wife was able to withdraw the money she came upstairs to pay. They had the nerve to keep the tip on my bill, which I told them to remove (of course). I was given no apologies for their mistake. I would tell any black customer to never come to this establishment. To spend your black dollar where it's respected and appreciated.

We had a breakfast buffet during the week. It had a good variety, we loved the bread selection and the fact that you could get freshly made eggs with different ingredients. The attention was spot on. The view from the restaurant is amazing. 100% recommend. The tip/service is not included on the bill.

Poor bad attitudes from the staff and waiters. Had to get up and refill my own drink 3 times. This was not self serve. Food was average at best. General arrogance the staff has now and disdain towards foreigners. Staff need some retraining especially at the price point of this hotel and restaurant.

Great ambiance, the service is the best I have ever experiencied, everyone is always willing to help and make sure you're enjoying yourself, however, the food could improve, I ordered pig ribs and they were supposed to peel off easily. However these ones were stuck and were pink near the bone, also a few pieces of the fish from the ceviche was too purple, I didn't eat it because I wasn't sure it wasn't rotten.

What an excellent dining experience. We opted in for the buffet and it was an incredible spread with plenty of choices for all types of foodies. The dessert bar was also filled with delicious treats. Great customer service with an incredible view of the city. I would definitely visit again.

We went to the Casalins, Cra. 35a #56-11, for lunch. The staff was friendly. The restaurant decoration looks good and it is clean. I ordered a trout on the grill. The fish was salty and it came with coconut rice. The portion of the rice was small and a salad. My mother and son ordered a dish with lots seafood, the baked salmon came nicely. However there were many deep fried fish on it. Maybe some people like it but I found it too unhealthy for a fancy restaurant.

This place promises an experience and an atmosphere. The service is nice And kind, no complaints here. But the food, based on our order, is not worthy of your time or money. Flavors are not unique, not Memorable, and in the case of my particular dish, salty. FYI, we order simple things: the Pulpo a la Parilla entry, the Jinetes de Altamar Tacos, the Salmon a la Parrilla, the Cazuela Especial, and the Lomo Saltado. The entry was uncooked, and looked very different to the picture in the menu. The tacos were generous, but tasteless. The Salmon was Meh! Flavorless!. The beef dish, was very salty, I couldn't eat it. The cazuela was normal at best, not even close to “Wonderful” as the describe it. I can’t recommend this place in good conscience. Much better food in cheaper places. Please avoid.

De ent food but everything has shrimp. If you are allergic choices are slim. I picked a dessert based on their description and because I wanted chocolate. Wasn't able to enjoy it because they added shaved coconut on top of it. I'm allergic I was lucky I noticed upon first bite and was able to spit it out and take my allergy medication. I also had my epipen ready. This place was not a good experience for me.

Most definitely lives up to its rating we ordered the meat lasagna and a steak pasta. Do not skip on the lasagna or the house dessert it was so good. I was not able to take a picture. I would most definitely come back.

One of my favorite restaurants in Bucaramanga. Everything was fresh, prepared with love, and tasty. This restaurant has a very extensive menu to accommodate all. The restaurant has many different spaces great for events. I wish I could order the SFERA DI CIOCCOLATO dessert over and over again.

The best Italian restaurant in Bucaramaga area. All dishes are amazing I’ve tried so many, my favorite part is the dessert (chocolate sphere). My favorite dish is lasagna the special one, huge portions. Depending on the day take a while to get your dinner but worth it.
