Su fachada es de tipo barroca y llama la atención sus columnas de tipo salomónica, se pueden ver 54 esculturas que corresponde a San Buenaventura, San Antonio Santo Domingo y San Francisco, su interior es de tipo neoclásico y cuenta solo con una nave. Casi siempre está abierto a las visitas, es muy recomendable su visita y entrar para admirar su altar mayor, que, según la historia, es mucho mas sencillo que el que estaba de forma original.
