I saw the news about Unshoji Temple Blue before, and my wish has finally come true.
After entering the entrance, I was greeted by a lush array of hydrangeas, and when I passed through the mountain gate, the rumored main area was on the right, and both the main hall side and the sea side from the observation deck were worth seeing and were wonderful.
I was surprised at the size of the flower water fountain (a pot about 30 cm in diameter)
The bamboo forest has a lovely Japanese umbrella object.
The only goshuin available were written notes.
When I entered the main hall, the decorations were magnificent, and a dragon god was enshrined at the back.
As I left the exit, I saw Babahera ice cream, a specialty of Akita, and it was the limited edition Unshoji blue, a color I'd never seen before (even the cone), and it was delicious.

The admission fee on this day was ¥1000 during the day and ¥1200 at night, and the parking fee was ¥500 each, with a day and night rotation system.
If you visit both during the day and when the lights are on, it's quite expensive at over ¥3k, and personally I would like the temporary closing time to be shortened and a discounted pass to go through (^_^;)
It's about 15km from Oga Station on the Oga Line, and there are local trains (1 train/h) and buses (1 train/2h), and the last bus is early (not possible at night)
I think most people use their own cars or taxis, but there is a day and night rotation system, and there are intervals between opening hours, and the admission fee and parking fee are collected separately for day and night, so I felt that they had a strong business spirit considering they are attracting people to the remote area.
For people living in the Kanto region, the timing of the flowers blooming and the weather is honestly not good value for money (^_^;)
(Amahiki Kannon in Ibaraki Prefecture, famous for its underwater flowers, ducks, peacocks, etc., is also difficult to access by public transport, and an entrance fee has been charged since this year, but the entrance fee is 500 yen and you can enter and exit freely on the day, including the lighting, and the flowers are free)
I've written a lot about it, but I'm sure I'll end up going back again (lol)
