Had a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing stay and the amenities provided were up to standard. The food was satisfying. While it may not have been extraordinary, it met expectations and offered a good variety. The staff were courteous and responsive, which added to the overall positive experience.

Had one of the best days at Ramada. I have stayed at other hotels in Gurgaon but nothing beats this hotel. They agreed to all the terms. Their service was top-notch. Their staff was one of the best ones. They never disappointed in the service that they provided. They were always smiling and agreed to everything that was asked. A few of the special requests that were made was done without any complaints. One of the best place to stay. The food was amazing. The cleanliness and hygiene was top-notch. The facilities and amenities provided at Ramada is unmatchable and can be compared to one of the best hotels in Gurgaon. Would be looking forward to staying at Ramada in the future as well.

I had a three-day stay at Ramada hotel with my husband, Gurgaon, and it was truly a peaceful and calming experience. The hotel exudes tranquility, and our room was absolutely beautiful—cozy, well-designed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff offered quick and attentive service, making check-in and requests effortless. On day one, we found there was a small leakage from the handspray tap in the washroom, and we called the reception to get it fixed. They sent the engineer and got it fixed within 10-15 minutes. The hotel is spacious and beautifully maintained, with well-managed areas that give a sense of order despite limited space in some parts. The lobby, corridors, and rooms are all spacious and nicely designed, enhancing the overall feeling of comfort. Although the parking is outdoors rather than indoors (basement parking was closed for some reason), it was ample and easily accessible. The location of the hotel is a major plus as it is close to the airport, shopping hotspots, and popular eateries, making it very convenient for exploring the city. It took us 20-25 minutes to reach the nearby restaurants or famous shopping spots in the city. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Ramada, which is a beautiful, well-located, and thoughtfully managed hotel. I would highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful stay with easy access to the city’s attractions.

Good Hotel, location wise very good. Few malls and party location available near by. You can stay with family happily. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff of hotel also provide good Service. This area mainly very good for commercial purposes. Price is little bit higher as 4 star hotel, but you didn't regret after booking just because of service and location.

I recently stayed at Ramada, Sector 44, Gurgaon, and my experience was truly amazing from start to finish. The hotel arranged an airport pickup for me, and the driver was simply excellent—friendly, punctual, and professional. Upon arriving at the hotel, the check-in process was the fastest I’ve ever experienced. Ashok at the front desk had all my documents ready, and I was in my room in less than a minute. His warm and efficient service left a great first impression. The bellboy was equally courteous, making sure my room was perfectly set up with water and all the essentials I needed. The housekeeping staff was also wonderful—always attentive and accommodating. Since I don’t eat wheat, I requested a fruit platter for breakfast, and it was absolutely perfect—fresh, sweet, and beautifully cut. For lunch, I asked for a small, finely chopped salad, and they made it exactly as I wanted. Later, I ordered a vegetarian Manchow soup without oil, and they prepared it so carefully—not a single drop of oil! Every request I made, they fulfilled with perfection and a smile. I would also like to give a special thank you to Sumit from the F&B department, who truly took excellent care of me. He served every meal with a warm smile and remarkable attentiveness. Even when I made special requests or changes, he handled everything with patience and grace. Thank you, Sumit, for making my dining experience so pleasant and memorable. The food overall was delicious and prepared exactly to my preferences. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to customize everything for me. I loved the service here—every single staff member went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would highly recommend Ramada, Sector 44, Gurgaon, to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, great food, and warm service.
