Pathetic service ! Did not expect this from such a big brand. I had placed an order for chocolate mud cake through Zomato at 2025 hrs yesterday and after 10 mins I receive a call from binge stating they do not have half kg mud cake instead I should take something else. IMEAN WHYYYYY?????? It’s not my fault if the item isn’t available at your store. You guys should not have accepted rather removed that item online for further inconvenience. I received my order at 2145 hrs. The person at the store was so rude and unhelpful. I had asked him to refund my entire amount and cancel the order instead he ruined my evening. One of the finest bakery in Gurgaon is now open at the Unitech Cyber Park. Large selection of cakes, pastries, muffins, macrons, breads...all that you can ask from a bakery. It’s already a hit amongst the office crowd at Cyber park and surrounding areas. It’s a bummer that they are still not live on Zomato.

This is honestly one of my favorite places to hang out. I just love everything they make here, everything I’ve tried so far has been super tasty. The place is always buzzing with people, and it has good seating arrangements, so it’s perfect whether you’re with friends or by yourself. I’ve been here countless times, sometimes to watch shows, sometimes to read books, and it always feels welcoming. From confectionery to bakery items, the quality is always spot on. I really like the café — the concept, the menu, the bakery items, and the coffee are all great. But the staff completely ruin the experience. They’re rude, careless, and take zero ownership. I placed a dining order, but since all tables were taken (and they already have very limited seating), I was asked to wait. I waited for 15–20 minutes, and meanwhile, they prepared my entire order — coffee, sandwiches, and cakes — and then just handed it to me while I was still standing. Seriously? How do you expect someone to eat and drink while standing? To make things worse, I noticed several people sitting there for good half n hour while I was there with just one coffee, working on their laptops, while 5–6 other customers like me were waiting for a table. I politely suggested that maybe the staff could ask those customers to wrap up when there’s such a crowd. The girl at the counter was unbelievably rude — she just said, “What are you saying?” and then snapped, “No, we can’t say that to customers.” If you can’t manage your seating or customer flow, at least don’t hand over dine-in orders when people clearly don’t have a table. And if your café is that busy, have the decency to manage table turnover better instead of letting people camp for hours. Also if you have waiting for the table then you can go ahead and politely ask customers on the table to wrap up little fast as there are other customers waiting for their turn. Great food, terrible service, and pathetic customer handling.

I love the food and coffee here as i am a regular to the mall . I thoroughly enjoy my coffee here always . Their is a small request if you could add organic jaggery sachets with the coffee instead of sugar . I enjoy the coffee with those sachets in brick n bean and and amaretto below your cafe . That organic jaggery sachets brand is called saand jaggery . I would love if you add that to your cafe so that the health conscious can enjoy the coffee guilt free .

Giving 4 stars only because the staff could have been a lot more courteous. We went with a toddler who wanted to sit on the bench and none of the chairs were free. It was a free bench and yet the staff did not let the baby stay for even 1 minute and overall just a bit insensitive.

I ordered from Angels in my kitchen sector 14 branch via Zomato and this restaurant has cheated… instead of sending paneer puff they sent chicken puff… on Zomato they had listed one plus one on puff, muffin and croissant it sent only one each… I’m a veg person but they sent me chicken pufff and I realised it post I had taken my first bite… they are the worst restaurant

The cafe is like a quaint little cottage and the setting is quite pretty. It’s just hard to eat at a coffee table that’s so low but then that’s a personal choice. I would still give it 5 stars for the atmosphere. We had lunch and the drinks / shakes were really good however the food specifically fish and chips were extremely over fried and dripping in oil which just took away from the flavor. The salad serving size is good, the dressing is just ok. Still worth another visit to try some other dishes on the menu. And yes, it’s hard to understand some of the servers which was very important for us to let them know of any allergies. They were however, very kind and super polite.

Nice place specifically staff is really very nice and the atmosphere is fabulous. All staff is really impressive and interactive with the customers. Neat and clean place with a peaceful environment. The food was also very nice and tasty. Specifically, cold coffee was really very nice. Pasta also tasted so good. Bisque Bakery at Central Arcade Gurgaon is one of the old yet still steady bakery which also is famous for it's breakfast. In Gurgaon after long this was another place which I wanted to revisit. Tge interiors and display is still the same without any changes ,yet it has its loyal clientage. We had the Chicken and vegetable patties and both relived the vintage taste!!

AWFUL AND DISGUSTING- Visited for quick bite . The Chicken Puff was stale & Chilly Paneer Bun was average. Biggest turn off was Coffe Latte which was hot water & milk boiled together with a pinch of something called ‘ Coffe’ . I happened to see this place by accident and trust me this was the best accident ever. The food and the rustic look of this place are just a class apart. While they did not have a widely spread menu. Whatever they had were of the best in its class. I just loved their salad bar which was worth it's price. While I did not try their cakes and pastries, I wish to try that soon. All in all I can clearly understand why the place has received so many accolades.

One of the old and my personal favourite bakery and restaurant in Gurgaon. Am not able to visit is frequently now, but whenever I get a chance the food is still as delicious as ever. Especially there sizzlers and soups. The owners can maybe renovate the place and is looks very old now.

I have been here twice both on insistence of a friend, and both times they failed to deliver value for the premium they charge. The pastries are not fresh and pretty mid. The only thing I liked was their pizza. Coffee was bad. Burger was bad too. The staff doesn’t care if you get your order, or might need something, but will charge you heavy service charge. All in all this place is not worth visiting, there are better places nearby so spend your money elsewhere and wait until they run out of business so that a better brand can take up their space.

The table wasn’t clear The cake wasn’t fresh. The taste was okay but if the cake is not fresh at a bakery !? Where else it would be. Their cakes look so good and, the location of the cafe and the seating is perfect. But what is the fun of everything beautiful if the food is not that great, or if the hygiene and cleanliness are compromised. I hope they improve the quality of food and service.

Today my sister had a ring ceremony, and I tried many bakeries, had good taste and after that, I ordered a cake from here 7 kg, and the cake was very good, everyone praised the cake. I will also order from here for my ring ceremony so that there is no lack of any kind in taste, fresh cake and friendly budget, it was a good combination, amazing experience, very nice decoration.

The Cupncake factory has been my go to for years now! From delicious birthday cakes to everyday cupcakes and good strong coffee its a joy to order from them everytime. The cafe itself has a lovely atmosphere and beautiful aesthetic for birthdays and get-togethers with friends. My personal favorites are the red velvet cupcake and a cappuccino to go along with it! MUST TRY!

Excellent service and 5 stars for using a conventional oven. Personally I am not a fan of everything microwaved. Why would I want a microwaved pizza or a croissant so this is up by a star for me. We enjoyed the pastries a lot, however the selection for the savory dishes are extremely limited. Coffee is great and is freshly brewed. Though it’s a lovely setting the seating capacity and the tight setting of the place is very hard to manage. Wish it had more space or open space to sit at leisure. Great for delivery if you choose that route.

I do not recommend this place if your are a vegetarian and don't eat eggs. My partner tried the tiramisu containing eggs, but he also didn't like it that much. L’Opera at the Galleria Market in Gurugram is considered to be among the most opulent bakeries around. From carrot cake to eclairs to macrons they serve some of the most delicious treats, you can also get hot beverages to go along with your dessert and they also have a small seating space inside. Our recommendation will be the hot chocolate with chocolate eclair and macrons.

There were cockroches in the shop. I do have a video too. Also I don't like to nag but when I am paying 500 for one single pastry i expected it to taste good. I saw the cockroches while leaving else I would have never dine there.

The best cakes in town. Delicately sweetened, so their flavours can come through. Controlled lashings of cream, so it's taste recedes into the background. Sensational mango cake and a heavenly Tiramisu, both of which are best eaten fresh to beat the adverse June weather. Not cheap, but excellence doesn't come easy.

We had an amazing experience at Bakers Oven. I ordered a 1.5 kg butterscotch designer cake and a 1.5 kg pineapple cake. I first contacted through WhatsApp and asked for designs for butterfly theme. I received lots of designs and options. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. I then went to the store to finalize everything and the staff and manager were very helpful. The cake was delicious and very soft and complemented our theme perfectly. All our guests appreciated it. We will definitely come back here for other cakes.

I just loved sonya bakery, I honestly never had such tasty desserts in my whole life. The bread is sooo soft, the cream is soo tasty. Not overly sweet . Just perfect. Try there cream roll and butter cream best.

Like all other items the bakery has reduced the size and changed the ingredients of milk bread . Now it is not the same taste. As all other products, prices are same or hiked up but size and qty has decreased, compromising the taste and quality. Have stopped buying most of products as there are better brands outside as well. I have been regular customer here but this time I was disappointed in every way. Other things can take back seat if you find the food is delicious. The butterscotch cake I ordered was just some old baked cake decorated with thick over sweet cream. Really disappointed. Even after mentioning twice that kindly make it fresh it is hopeless. You should collect it and let your chef taste it. Work on improving your quality and professionalism in your staff.

Really really good... 10/10 The most recent experience I ordered a customised cake, which seemed to be pretty average in terms of the quality. It's was good, but not the best what i expected. Portion sizes have shrunk drastically while prices increasing, over a very short period. Also beware what they show in display and what they pack. Some items had larger piece towards display and smaller piece towards their side which they gave to us. Our pastry looks like a baby in front of the fork. Taste also gone downhill.

Cake ordered for parents never arrived. They attempted delivery twice, both times it went to the wrong location. I even raised this concern before they attempted the second delivery. I called the shop to tell them that it was going to the wrong location the 2nd time as well, yet they didn't do anything about it. The delivery address was just a couple kilometers from the shop, yet they couldn't get the cake delivered. I asked them to cancel the order to get a refund before the 2nd delivery, but they insisted on trying again. Extremely disappointed with the delivery experience. The bread of the sandwiches is very dry and the sandwiches were not fresh. Please don't serve old stuff to the customers if they are spending their hard earned money they expect fresh food. FSSAI is issuing licenses just for money. The most pathetic quality cakes are from Theobroma. They sent stale and poor quality cake which was so drenched with sugar syrup that it just melted down with it. Such expensive cakes and horrible quality. They play with people’s health. I went there last Tuesday to order cake for my husband's birthday and was told by their staff Sandeep that cake order can be placed a day or two in advance so I should come later to order a cake for 15th June. Went there today and was told that they can't take the order as it is father's day tomorrow:(. Requested the lady there and their manager but they said that it's not possible as I should have ordered earlier. They didn't even bother to say 'Sorry' and were least bothered. TOO BAD Theobroma!! Have always been ordering cake from Bikanerwala and had great experience there. This is the first time I thought of ordering with you but has the worst experience!! You don't deserve to be a bakery chain.

Very very rude staff. The girl on counter had such bad attitude that despite asking 5 times, she didn’t even look at us pretending she can’t see or hear us The shop was busy taking Zomato orders and neglecting customers standing there. The cakes were kept in display and the guy says everything is out of stock. Such bad staff only ruins brand names!

COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSATISFACTORY The photographs speak for themselves! They sent me my order with the wrong message on the cake. When I called to have it corrected, they took 2 hours to deliver these 2 biscuits with the message on the box instead of on the biscuits. My advice: DON'T ORDER FROM THEOBROMA.

Awsum bakery, good cakes and chocolates as well. They look and taste amazing except for the fruit pastry , it wasn't of our taste. Indeed little things in life that are special and so was the mini dessert box Loved each and every bit of it.Great cheesecake and red velvet besides the awsum brownie and chocolate goodies. Dark chocolate fudge could have been better. Latest review 16-June-2019 I have been a regular customer to this place and loyal one as well since past 4 years , when it was just one outlet untill yesterday. We ordered the usual cheesecake pasty , Nutella cupcake and a red velvet cake .The cheesecake had a missing biscuit base and was really hard and dry. The Nutella cupcake was okay but worse of the lot was the red velvet cake the sponge was really stale and dry. I have indulged in it's hazelnut Krispy , brownies , salted caramel popcorn cupcake , brownies ,red velvet cupcakes,cookies and chocolates. I am highly disappointed just because the Bombakery chain is expanding its business , they are detorating the quality

It's one the best bakery in DLF cyber hub. Best cakes, pastry, macroon. I bought hazelnut Chocolate cake with Nutella. It was a little heaven. This bakery has large variety of tarts, pies, macroon, cupcakes and cakes. Heavenly place for all the bakery lovers.

The girl you are dating is dieting? Galvanize her with the Mongo Tart the Bombaykery has to offer. Had never tried a tart before but this bakery really left a mark on my heart. The price might me high for a little tart but it is Cyberhub. Minimal calorie sweet that has not failed to impress me. I recommend you to try this place and share your favourite thing.

A cute little bakery located in the party place of Gurgaon is something which is difficult to miss.Was randomly roaming around Cyber Hub after dinner and wanted to get something to satiate my sweet cravings.This is when I came across this outlet right in the middle of the place.I remember coming across 1 of the outlet in Saket and decided to give it a try.Ordered mini cheesecake in classic and 1 tart in champagne flavour.Mini cheesecake is the miniature version of cheesecakes which comes in 5 different flavours out of which I would highly recommend the classic one. Champagne flavoured tart was also delectable.Initially I was a bit apprehensive about this one but was pleasantly impressed by the subtle taste and the flavour of it.The presentation is simple and has no fuss over it.All in all a great experience.If you would like to visit a place for great options for your sweet tooth this should be your one of the go to outlet.Its great,does justice to both taste and your pocket.Looking forward to visit this outlet again and try their recommended macaroons.

My favourite place to order dessert assortments anytime. Their cheese cakes and mini cupcakes are just fabulous. Tried their sugar-free Belgian Mousse and it was great on flavour and smooth on texture. Glad it's here in cyber hub

It is a really nice bakery. They have a large variety of macarons, tarts, pastries etc. This place is really nice for deserts.

Love this place. It has the best Nutella cupcake I've ever had. So much buttercream frosting and an absolutely wonderful base. Even though I'm not a fan of Nutella, this is a must try. Also the dark chocolate cupcake and pastries are pretty great too! The packaging is brilliant so the cupcakes don't fall.

What an absolute waste of money i just did. I am ashamed of myself for ordering this food. I have never has such a bad tasting cheesecake and the chocolate tart or brownie whatever they want to call it. The material used in cheesecake is not cheese its absolutely 3rd classand m not sure what that is and ofcourse the chocolate as well absolute rubbish. Both the items are worth 20 ruppees.

As an Eleven year old girl, I frequently visit this Bakery. The Staffs and Chef are courteous and ask for your preferences and suggest what suits my taste. I have tried new Pastries every time, and they were delicious and fresh. I would recommend the Waffles with Cheese Cream (Nutella or Blueberry)! You will be amazed. I will be visiting soon again ☺️

We were visiting from New York and made it to Sugarlicious after hearing rave reviews. We can’t stop thinking about how amazing this food was. Truly - on a global standard, this place stands out. We had pasta, grilled sandwiches, potato wedges, thick milkshakes, ice cream, and pies. Every single ingredient (even the bread!) is made fresh to order, right there. No eggs, no preservatives, not too much sugar, totally vegetarian but still so decadent and satisfying. Can’t-miss items: the sandwiches and potato wedges, the banoffee pie, the Belgian chocolate ice cream. The ambience of the place is also great - cozy, clean and very welcoming, low-key music that isn’t too loud yet sets the tone (pun intended), with a friendly but not pushy staff. It’s a bit off the beaten path but honestly should be on your must-visit list.

We had an extremely delightful time at the bakery. Starting from freshly baked produce to timely and efficient delivery. Taste, flavor, visual appeal - none was compromised. Staff was highly accomodating and pleasant to interact with. Cheers team!

One stop destination for all your sweet cravings. I tried the blueberry cheese cake which was amazing, so was the strawberry smoothie and belgian chocolate ice cream. I received prompt replies while enquiring about the place before visiting. It was a wholesome experience. 😌

The staff definitely needs customer handling training. They are mostly puzzled and confused. Very average quality of products, packed boxes have poorly packed traces of cookies. Pastries need some change of taste as after eating, you feel all sugary and no flavour for hours. Sitting area is open and average. If you like this brand, the outlet in cyber hub is doing a lot better.

Amazingly bad. The variety is not there. The branch at ardee mall cannot handle single customer. They keep two cakes in diff sizes. Even forgot to fully pack the order. They refuse to give even single extra paper bag.

Nice brownies and cakes, muffins to enjoy. Even the red velvet brownie was really yummy and fresh served warm. The location makes it easily accessible and worth it to explore. I like the theme color and something worth appreciating is the font and the pattern of the chain. One of the best so far near sector 50 for good cakes and brownies, desserts :) Banana and other dry cakes are equally fresh and tasty!

The most delicious 🍍 pineapple cake I have ever had. The most amazing taste of cakes & pastries in Gurgaon. Located in Baani Square and they also deliver in nearby areas. Also you can order on Zomato. Highly recommended for birthdays and such events.

I seriously think that you guys should STOP home deliveries through Zomato or Swiggy. I know it would a financial setback for you but for patrons like us its a disastrous experience where our stuff reaches to us in ruins, and to add here that Theobroma is premium and not a gali nukkad bakery so it feels like a burn when we receive our favorite premium product in tatters. I wish I could add pics here! I feel that the biggest loss a brand can suffer is losing its patron base and am pretty confident you guys wouldn't like that! This review is for my order from Good Earth City Centre through Zomato.

Very disappointed with the fact that they sent a completely stale cake..... Please avoid ordering from here during this covid situation. This incident has completely ruined the trust that I had for this brand... And I didn't even get a complete refund as it was ordered via swiggy... It was overall worst experience

Horrible. The choux pastry was not how it should be, was stale in taste. It was so stiff that the spoon broke. While taking the order, I asked Ms. Zoya that this does not look okay - yet she said that is how it is supposed to be. She did not even offer to exchange, extremely bad on her part. Kindly take action. Will neither recommend nor visit. ₹212 gone down the drain.

Extremely judgemental and indifferent behaviour by female staff behind cash counter. We were simply passing by sohna road and had dropped by vatika complex to visit haldirams. Wanted to check out the dessert shop and gift boxes... But the staffs impolite tone while telling the prices was enough to discourage and write this review. Even though I was interested in trying their desserts but the tone of speaking spoke volumes about the brand.. Never have been treated like this in the poshest of South Delhi markets!

As a regular customer, I’ve always felt the cakes here are average at best but I kept coming back out of convenience. However, today was the final straw. The female employee at the counter was incredibly rude and downright hostile when we asked simple questions about customisation. She mocked my friend repeatedly, passed unnecessary remarks, and made the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time. On previous visits too, she’s been dismissive and judgmental, but I let it slide. This time, however, she crossed a line—she tried charging us extra and when we politely asked for the bill, she flat-out refused and continued to mock us instead. It’s incredibly disappointing that this kind of behaviour is tolerated at a customer-facing establishment. No one should be treated with such condescension, especially not paying customers. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly suggest others think twice before stepping in.

First up - super cute packaging! 😍 They took extra charge for it of course We ordered Almond Croissant and Chocolate cupcake. Almond Croissant the filling is bit less than expected but it flaky and soft and buttery with loads of Almond shavings. Sweet is just right! Chocolate cupcake was bit over sweet for me. The cream had hardened, probably the cold got to it.

My friend got me this pineapple and the rainbow pastry ( that I loved the most) as a surprise! It was amazing!

Very bad service. We ordered 4 apple pies and received only 2 apple pies.Got the items in an open bag and box too. Poor service didn't even get a refund for the 2 that we didn't receive. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM SWIGGY AND THIS PLACE!!

Sugar Rush, a dessert festival was recently organised by DLF Mall of India in partnership with Little Black Book. The venue was DLF Mall of India, Noida. There was quite a rush here when we visited but we took our own ‘sweet time’.

Love the baileys brownies ... They do not deliver but a little inconvenience is worth the treat to your senses!!
