Pathetic service ! Did not expect this from such a big brand. I had placed an order for chocolate mud cake through Zomato at 2025 hrs yesterday and after 10 mins I receive a call from binge stating they do not have half kg mud cake instead I should take something else. IMEAN WHYYYYY?????? It’s not my fault if the item isn’t available at your store. You guys should not have accepted rather removed that item online for further inconvenience. I received my order at 2145 hrs. The person at the store was so rude and unhelpful. I had asked him to refund my entire amount and cancel the order instead he ruined my evening. YOU GUYS ARE LITERALLY PATHETIC

One of the finest bakery in Gurgaon is now open at the Unitech Cyber Park. Large selection of cakes, pastries, muffins, macrons, breads...all that you can ask from a bakery. It’s already a hit amongst the office crowd at Cyber park and surrounding areas. It’s a bummer that they are still not live on Zomato.

The cafe is like a quaint little cottage and the setting is quite pretty. It’s just hard to eat at a coffee table that’s so low but then that’s a personal choice. I would still give it 5 stars for the atmosphere. We had lunch and the drinks / shakes were really good however the food specifically fish and chips were extremely over fried and dripping in oil which just took away from the flavor. The salad serving size is good, the dressing is just ok. Still worth another visit to try some other dishes on the menu. And yes, it’s hard to understand some of the servers which was very important for us to let them know of any allergies. They were however, very kind and super polite.

Nice place specifically staff is really very nice and the atmosphere is fabulous. All staff is really impressive and interactive with the customers. Neat and clean place with a peaceful environment. The food was also very nice and tasty. Specifically, cold coffee was really very nice. Pasta also tasted so good. The most interesting part is the place is decorated with very beautiful elements and feels like a house in foreign. If you wanna plan a special date or want to organize birthday or other special moment for love ones than the place is so good and recommendable.

I went here for my Finance' birthday . This place was absolutely amazing . Right from food to decoration, everything was top notch✨😊.. I must say .. it is a great place to visit for private dining (for celebrations ) . My day was well spent here . Food was good and was served early .. The thing is food costs 2 Drinks and 1 pasta with garlic bread which always comes with pasta but they gave us sapratly that costs 350rs approx so the food costs is 1800rs I was like ohh fish I booked that I thought it will be like under 3k it's costs me around 4800rs approx expensive too much u people have to discount something it's good but price is too much food is good but 1800 for 2 drinks and pasta is so expensive even u don't have to change ur theme so have to take some less charges.

Excellent service and 5 stars for using a conventional oven. Personally I am not a fan of everything microwaved. Why would I want a microwaved pizza or a croissant so this is up by a star for me. We enjoyed the pastries a lot, however the selection for the savory dishes are extremely limited. Coffee is great and is freshly brewed. Though it’s a lovely setting the seating capacity and the tight setting of the place is very hard to manage. Wish it had more space or open space to sit at leisure. Great for delivery if you choose that route.

The ambience is really great but there were only 2 eggless options. I had 1 of them and it was not that great, I've had better. I do not recommend this place if your are a vegetarian and don't eat eggs. My partner tried the tiramisu containing eggs, but he also didn't like it that much. So overall I think it's not worth the hype.

L’Opera at the Galleria Market in Gurugram is considered to be among the most opulent bakeries around. From carrot cake to eclairs to macrons they serve some of the most delicious treats, you can also get hot beverages to go along with your dessert and they also have a small seating space inside. Our recommendation will be the hot chocolate with chocolate eclair and macrons.

There were cockroches in the shop. I do have a video too. Also I don't like to nag but when I am paying 500 for one single pastry i expected it to taste good. I saw the cockroches while leaving else I would have never dine there.

Consistently good baked goods! Love their cold sandwiches - especially the ham sandwich and tuna sandwich. Go there early if you want to buy a loaf of the milk/ butter bread. Wish they made smaller versions of their super soft sponge cake :)

I really like the café — the concept, the menu, the bakery items, and the coffee are all great. But the staff completely ruin the experience. They’re rude, careless, and take zero ownership. I placed a dining order, but since all tables were taken (and they already have very limited seating), I was asked to wait. I waited for 15–20 minutes, and meanwhile, they prepared my entire order — coffee, sandwiches, and cakes — and then just handed it to me while I was still standing. Seriously? How do you expect someone to eat and drink while standing? To make things worse, I noticed several people sitting there for good half n hour while I was there with just one coffee, working on their laptops, while 5–6 other customers like me were waiting for a table. I politely suggested that maybe the staff could ask those customers to wrap up when there’s such a crowd. The girl at the counter was unbelievably rude — she just said, “What are you saying?” and then snapped, “No, we can’t say that to customers.” If you can’t manage your seating or customer flow, at least don’t hand over dine-in orders when people clearly don’t have a table. And if your café is that busy, have the decency to manage table turnover better instead of letting people camp for hours. Also if you have waiting for the table then you can go ahead and politely ask customers on the table to wrap up little fast as there are other customers waiting for their turn. Great food, terrible service, and pathetic customer handling.

I love the food and coffee here as i am a regular to the mall . I thoroughly enjoy my coffee here always . Their is a small request if you could add organic jaggery sachets with the coffee instead of sugar . I enjoy the coffee with those sachets in brick n bean and and amaretto below your cafe . That organic jaggery sachets brand is called saand jaggery . I would love if you add that to your cafe so that the health conscious can enjoy the coffee guilt free .

Giving 4 stars only because the staff could have been a lot more courteous. We went with a toddler who wanted to sit on the bench and none of the chairs were free. It was a free bench and yet the staff did not let the baby stay for even 1 minute and overall just a bit insensitive.

Among all binge in Gurgaon, I have seen the binge in Qutub plaza being the one of the best which has more bakery and cake articles. Highly recommend and must try theirs cheese cakes in gurgaon.

I have been a regular buyer at binge bakery and a bakery which seemed like our go to place from years. Recently I had placed a small order on of a cake and 10 sandwiches to my surprise the delivery service was pathetic. Sorry to say but the services are going down and soon I fear the quality might also dip. Re-consider if you are placing an order for a special occasion as my order delivery arrived good 2 hrs late.

Worst experience ever. If I could give a minus rating, I would do that. I placed an order for my daughter’s birthday and despite taking complete payment in advance they did not dispatch the cake. The party was over and the cake did not arrive. We had to ourself meet the rider mid way to pick it. Very very very bad service.

We usually enjoy food from this café and have ordered here many times without any issues. However, this time my husband ordered the paneer sandwich and unfortunately, it upset his stomach afterwards. I ordered from Angels in my kitchen sector 14 branch via Zomato and this restaurant has cheated… instead of sending paneer puff they sent chicken puff… on Zomato they had listed one plus one on puff, muffin and croissant it sent only one each… I’m a veg person but they sent me chicken pufff and I realised it post I had taken my first bite… they are the worst restaurant

Had cakes from here during our stay at Oberoi, it was really tasty and amazing. The cafe looks nice and has a lot of items. Would definitely recommend. Cost wise also it is not so high and definitely worth it.

The best cakes in town. Delicately sweetened, so their flavours can come through. Controlled lashings of cream, so it's taste recedes into the background. Sensational mango cake and a heavenly Tiramisu, both of which are best eaten fresh to beat the adverse June weather. Not cheap, but excellence doesn't come easy.

Loved this cafe. Located at backside of sector 14. There is enough parking space and less crowded. It has a big TV screen where you can watch your cricket match or sports. Sandwiches, cold coffee, pizzas are really tasty. Professional people and prices are also not very high. Service is good with Good smile Sometimes some meals are not available but that okay. Cake ordered for parents never arrived. They attempted delivery twice, both times it went to the wrong location. I even raised this concern before they attempted the second delivery. I called the shop to tell them that it was going to the wrong location the 2nd time as well, yet they didn't do anything about it. The delivery address was just a couple kilometers from the shop, yet they couldn't get the cake delivered. I asked them to cancel the order to get a refund before the 2nd delivery, but they insisted on trying again. Extremely disappointed with the delivery experience. Will never order online from this shop again.

The bread of the sandwiches is very dry and the sandwiches were not fresh. Please don't serve old stuff to the customers if they are spending their hard earned money they expect fresh food. At 12 o clock in the afternoon you only have 2 sandwiches available and that too were not fresh. The quality of Theobroma has literally fallen down.

FSSAI is issuing licenses just for money. The most pathetic quality cakes are from Theobroma. They sent stale and poor quality cake which was so drenched with sugar syrup that it just melted down with it. Such expensive cakes and horrible quality. They play with people’s health. I had a very bad experience at Theobroma IRIS broadway branch today. I went there last Tuesday to order cake for my husband's birthday and was told by their staff Sandeep that cake order can be placed a day or two in advance so I should come later to order a cake for 15th June. Amazing day. Delicious food. Beautiful decor. Eye-catching items. Cool live performances. Fun experience. Great people. High prices. I had a great time there. The entry price was a bit too high for a food fest. Talking about decoration and the ambience... AMAZING. Food was expensive. Every stall had a starting price of ₹200. Be it a scoop of ice-cream, it'd be ₹200, which i guess is a little bit too much for everyone. The quality of food was no doubt, great. The stalls there, were selling a wide variety of items like sunglasses, footwears, badge-pin, clothes, accessories and many more interesting items. There was a stall to experience adventure sports too, including motor biking and others. I had fun enjoying the bike stunts show. The best part of any festival is the night band show. I could not wait for the whole performance to end, but I really enjoyed it.

In terms of food and stall there's some yummy tadka, they lined up to you the yummiest dishes from the 50+ food trucks from serving single-cuisine delicacies, satiate your sweet tooth cravings at the Dessert Zone there's so much for everyone. A shopaholic’s paradise at Quirk Bazaar for ladies out there. Overall Delhi's Original Food Feast don't appeal us more and somehow disappointed us in terms of management.

Horn Ok Please is one of the most happening events in Delhi. Was there on 3rd March in Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. The entry fee is Rs. 299/- which you can easily buy from Nearbuy app or website. Inside the event, the decoration and crowd were amazing. You'll have a good picture in some places. There were more than 100+ restaurants/cafes/bars. Food was expensive than the usual one. The presentation was ok. The taste was good in some restaurants. What should you definitely try? 1. Ice-cream from the Cremeborne. 2. Jalebi from the Jalebi shop, Gohana Jalebi. 3. If you're a chai lover, then must try Kulhad Chai. Silent DJ was also a major attraction among the crowd. Also, you can have some shopping for clothes, Jewellery, stationary, shoes and many more. There're so many things you can do. Also at night, there was a night concert. Which I had to skip because it was starting late. Recommended place. Only one-time visit.

The staff definitely needs customer handling training. They are mostly puzzled and confused. Very average quality of products, packed boxes have poorly packed traces of cookies. Pastries need some change of taste as after eating, you feel all sugary and no flavour for hours. Sitting area is open and average. If you like this brand, the outlet in cyber hub is doing a lot better.

Amazingly bad. The variety is not there. The branch at ardee mall cannot handle single customer. They keep two cakes in diff sizes. Even forgot to fully pack the order. They refuse to give even single extra paper bag.

The most delicious 🍍 pineapple cake I have ever had. The most amazing taste of cakes & pastries in Gurgaon. Located in Baani Square and they also deliver in nearby areas. Also you can order on Zomato. Highly recommended for birthdays and such events.

I seriously think that you guys should STOP home deliveries through Zomato or Swiggy. I know it would a financial setback for you but for patrons like us its a disastrous experience where our stuff reaches to us in ruins, and to add here that Theobroma is premium and not a gali nukkad bakery so it feels like a burn when we receive our favorite premium product in tatters. Nice shop with good road connectivity, have decent collection of beer though they don't have all n imported brands. Also have some wines which is not the case elsewhere. Rates are less as compared to other neaeby shop near esplanade mall. Also you can pay easily using cash, card or UPI. Please take your bag as they don't give polybags.

Scotch pastry and Pineapple pastry are very good. Cake in the pastry are really fresh which makes it very good. Had tried 2-3 different puffs recently and they were crispy and nice.
