Terrible service! I have been a customer for 4 years. Started of as a good franchise a couple of years back but under poor management has become terrible. The Gurgaon branch is specially poorly kept. Very unhygienic and maintained by waning staff. They cant seem to retain their masseuse either. There is only one left. Besides serious issues at the branch their technical setup is completely broken. I have heard 5 different version of how much balance is there in my membership. One day I am told it has 25K and then a week later called by some random person to be informed that it has actually expired. This was the last straw. I have quit this service and severely warn others from venturing into this scam.

Pathetic experience at the super mart branch. Since the time the management has changed, the services have completely become pathetic. For my last visit, i was told there are no fresh towels and was given a torn towel. On asking the number of the manager or medium through which I can raise a complaint, i was told there is no manager and I cannot register my complaint. Since i have taken a membership by paying a huge amount for getting 50% on certain days, now they have started a new tactics, they never give me a appointment saying its full even if i try to book an appointment 4-5 days in advance. Complete waste of money. Seems like i have forget all the money that I have given them.

I went to Four Fountain Spa last week. I tried body polishing and body wrap. It was amazing. After body polishing i could feel the smoothness. The body wrap was so relaxing. After that i had steam bath. Everything was very well organized. I loved it.

Wish I could give zero star! I have a membership from Bangalore and supermart center in gurgaon did not accept my booking as am outside center member. This is breach of contract by four fountains and a pathetic experience for a customer outside center to book a session. The whole idea of decentralized membership is worthless with centers like supermart gurgaon.

Words can not express how amazing my stay was at The Leela Ambiance. I just completed a 7 day stay and it was a perfect excellent visit. The hotel is beautiful and elegant. The place is well kept and maintained along with having great facilities like the restaurants, pastry shop and pool. But for me the best thing about this place was the amazing staff who from the moment I arrived welcomed me and treated me with so much high class and were super attentive to me on anything and everything I needed. I was just amazed that everyone starting with the manager on duty, the security personnel, parking attendants and literally every single staff member that was in the lobby, went to personally say bye and wish me a safe journey home. As the name of the property the hotel ambience was so good. I had a wonderful stay. During check-in and check-out, the hotel representative Ms.Nishtha supported and guided us well. The hotel is up there with any 5 star hotel in Dubai in service, style, food, amenities and rooms. We stayed in rooms 215 and 218 overlooking the forest which was stunning and the best side if you want to stay away from the road noise. Great location too next to the ambience mall which has all the top brands and an amazing food hall and restaurants

Wish I could spend more time at the hotel . I had just booked for one night and got upgraded to the panoramic view room on the 5th floor, 511 to be exact . It’s like a huge apartment . The staff everywhere whether at the front desk, concierge desk, restaurants, house keeping or in room dining staff all deserve 5 stars, I would like to highlight a few names Shubanshu, Rahul, Abhishek, Shikha, Heera for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The breakfast buffet spread at Spectra was the most extensive that i have seen . Absolutely delicious food . I did eat at their Italian restaurant and it was a very beautiful and restful experience along with yummy food , Can’t wait to stay here again hopefully in the near future

For the price they offer the room, rooms are only good, nothing excellent. Other 5 stars offer better experience at the same price. Located on delhi jaipur highway opposite shankar chauk and near ambience mall of gurgaon. You can see the city's glowing colorful traffic in the evening from its window. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are spacious as well.

There is nothing like Oberoi hospitality. We had a fantastic 3-night stay. Rooms are large and comfy and well equipped. Fruit was provided daily. The fitness centre is excellent with a variety of exercise machines and weights. The a la carte menu at breakfast had a delicious range of on-order tasty dishes. And of course attentive and fast service. Highly recommended.

I opted for a deep tissue massage and was very pleased with the experience. They also have a steam room and showers there along with all the requisite toiletries (shampoo, conditioners, comb, hairdryer etc). It's worth the price and I will be revisiting soon!

We were very old members of this spa and this time, we went to ambience mall to further extend the membership but Daisy working as manager over there misbehaved with us. She spoke in a very bad way. My best friend wanted to pamper us both for valentine's month and we thought, what better way that a foot reflexology for 60 mins.What unfolded was tragedy. 1) The bathroom didn't have towels. No labels on which was moisturizer and which was hand wash 2) I asked to slip into spa clothes to be more comfortable ( this is something that is offered in every spa, even if it is for foot reflexolgy... But wasn't offered here) 3) I specifically asked for a changing room, they said they had none and looked at me quizically, while I was taken aback when they told me to change in the bathroom. Looking at my expression, they did eventually give me a room, and she dumped my clothes in a closet.... No lockers? Or hangers? I was already weary 4) The therapists skipped the feet cleansing ritual, inquired with the management 3 times, if it was a 60 minute ritual 5) The chairs even though are recliners are terribly uncomfortable as it doesn't support your back and head in the right way.... 6) The therapists were super dazed and uninterested as one can clearly see from the video posted. I let her know my pain point and she mumbled away ... I knew it was a lost battle 7) The foot reflexology is stationed right at the entrance where there are clients coming in, checking on packages. Constant loud talk and is not a quiet zone ... The telephone rings a fair bit and it sure is LOud. By this time we were Distressed 8) There was an almost 3- 4 minute squabble amongst the staff.... If hearing them didn't get better.. One can also see them from the same Vantage point 9) It's such a waste of space, when you have your foot reflexology stationed at the door. although there is thought put into the Decor 10) My therapist, stopped the session a whole 15 minutes, before the hour was up. When relayed to the Mangement they did apologize profusely and decided to charge us for 30 minutes plus tax in full for 60 minutes. We went in stressed and came out feeling depleted. I came here when they had recently opened, in perhaps 2014 or 2008, if I am not mistaken, with my mom and took the signature massage, in their best room, the jacuzzi didn't work, there was no hot water, it was extremely cold and the rooms weren't heated and a whole bunch of other stuff.... What do you know ... Nothing's changed. What's the point of 6000 sq ft. I, infact spoke to the owner at the time and she loved that I wanted to pamper my mom. Verbatim " it's so beautiful to see how so many girls pamper their moms" a line that always stayed with me I write this review not with malice, but for the prices they charge... It's so disappointing I wouldn't go if it were free.

One among the most awful spas I visited, due to lack of options in the area around. The ambiance and furniture is dull and smelly. There is no good feel of the spa. The therapists are not trained well. The massage excludes critically painful areas in sciatica like lower back, hips and butts, unless you pay a tip almost 1.5x of the massage cost to the masseur. They have no sense of different therapies. You pay for anything and just get the same light pressure with ample of oil spread on your body. The showers are not working properly. Steam is at extra cost. In brief, get yourself cheated if you with to go there.

Had the most amazing hair spa done by Hayat (resident hair stylist). Words cannot describe how impressed I was by his knowledge of cutting, styling and level of service. If you are coming by I would recommend getting a hair spa done by him. I haven't felt so relaxed in a very long time. I will definitely be back to visit him in the future.

The place is good for a hangout in the late hours, especially on the weekends. The mall is all about food chains like Subway, Domino’s, etc. You can also find a cigarette shop here within the mall complex. There is a pavement to take brisk walks, and some seating options are also installed (opposite the outlets). Take your food, and you can have it outside on these granite benches. I’ve visited this place in the night, and can say, it is among the safe places to chill-out, until and unless you are messing with some rich brat. I’m not joking here. This is just a healthy advice. Since the mall is located right beside the discovery wines compound, chances are high that you may come across some drunk youth. You may find lots of these rich kids coming here to just show-off their cars and stuff. You can ignore them to the most. If you catch the attention of any of these spoiled (especially local) kids, when you are a female or are with your female partner, then your perception of this place might change immediately the other way round. So, just try to maintain distance from nuisance, and you’ll like the place.

This is a good place to chill and hang out. They have a small food court with a few good options of food and desserts. A few famous outlets are there as well. They have an underground facility as well. However, the facility is really managed poorly. The underground parking is absolutely filthy and smelling. You might have to park your vehicle outside the complex.

The Mall in itself isn't much. I have only been to the comedy club inside which is quite nice, but the market complex is amazing. It is my favourite place to hangout in gurgaon, afterhours. Some outselts are open all night, enough options. There's always people and it feels quite safe, even when you have girls with you.

My pet is very pampered one so I was scared how he will manage without us. But Ms. Kamini and her staff really took good care of him and pampered him same like us.She daily used to send me his videos and pics. I will recommend others too for dogs grooming and for boarding .

We have been using the boarding and Grooming services of Browny Boxy for the last 2 years for our dog. She loves staying there when we are away, is very fond of the caretaker Bhanu bhaiya. I was quite a fan of Sawadee since the time they were established in Ambience Mall Gurgaon. To my surprise, booking spa with them for yesterday 8 Pm was terrible . Rather than having an extravagant experience I had Ana experience as if I m in a local spa centre . The reasons that made me think like this are below : 1. Usually they clean feet in a bowl before the spa: that wasn’t offered . 2. The masseur was so tired and exhausted ( avoiding to mention her name here ) that I despite of me telling her four times that I have tired feet , she kept massaging somewhere or other but not feet . 3. The amount that i paid (4 K) for the potto massage was not upto the mark . The points where I badly needed potty were not covered during masseur. 4. The masseur was clearly done for the day in her head hence was just doing formality to complete the massage . 5. I understand they are suppose to close at 10 PM , I wonder why they kept the last massage time at 8 PM . 11. I was at their centre at 8 PM sharp ( I ah e the receipt when my card was charged ) , despite once the massage was over the ladies at the counter ( I am avoiding to mention their name here ) were busy chitchatting ,no courtesy to offer green tea or to even check which they usually do . I visited this place with the mindset I will take their member ship as I have taken before in the ambience mall,but thank go I haven’t taken that . Totally local spa facility types.

My wife and myself have been members at Swasdee, South point Mall, for almost more than 10 years. Once the most premium Spa in Gurgaon is surely on a decline. The overall standards of quality have deteriorated particularly over the last 3-4,years. The upkeep is not great, the rooms are not well annointed as they used to be, the quality of toiletries is substandard, the towels being used are more than 3-4 years old and smelly. The cushion for the head is most cumbersome. Seems like it is running only on Goodwill it has earned over the years it used to be a premium spa. The overall experience is going down by the day. It may seem like a rather harsh review from a ten years old member but I guess only someone who has patronised the place so long can give a true feedback. Hope the management takes this positively and treat this as a wakeup call. Please get your act together and bring back the lost glory to Swasdee, South point Mall. Thanks.

Took our 4.5 year old Boxer here today. Brandy had never ever been bathed outside home, so were a little anxious. But the folks at pupkart know their jobs! She loved the bath. The owner is helpful and doesn’t try to oversell stuff. The other guys were also very helpful. Most importantly, Brandy loved them all. We’re surely going back to Pupkart soon!

I was recommended Bath n Biscuit by a neighbor and have been coming to this place ever since I got my pet. Being a first time pet owner, I have been had my share of doubts and anxieties but Amit, the owner has been very helpful and patient. He has guided us time to time and I have found him quite humble. His advises are genuine and he doesn’t try to sell you just to keep his shop running. He and his team has taken care of my pet whenever I leave him for boarding or for grooming. The place is decent and services are affordable unlike other places that would burn a hole in your pocket. I am a happy satisfied customer 🙂 and so is my pet 🐶 My only recommendation to them would be to keep the place ventilated (put exhaust fans)because it gets stuffy at times considering they run from a basement.

No care for customers, don't pick up calls. Juggle us from one phone number to another. Book appointments without any proper timely communication and don't reply to any WhatsApp messages. They claim they are closed all the time or the line is busy, I don't think the employees do any work, there is no management. Don't trust this service it's become a fraud.

Extremely Disappointed – AC Not Working in Scorching Heat! I booked a grooming van for my pet today and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The van arrived on time, but to my shock, the air conditioning wasn’t working at all – in the peak of summer heat! The temperature inside the van was unbearable. My pet was panting heavily, visibly distressed, and sweating profusely – which is extremely dangerous for animals. Even the groomers inside were drenched in sweat, struggling to breathe and focus on their job. I was inside for a few minutes and I could barely stand it – I can’t imagine how the pets or staff manage this regularly. It’s incredibly irresponsible and unsafe to operate a mobile grooming service without a functioning AC, especially when animals are involved. Grooming should be a calming, safe experience – not a traumatic one. If you care about your pet’s well-being, I’d strongly recommend staying away from this service unless they fix their AC and ensure better comfort for both animals and staff. I hope they take this seriously and act immediately, because what happened today was totally unacceptable.

I recently relocated to gurgaon and having a maltese puppy with me, it’s obviously very hard to trust groomers with your fur babies, but this place seemed very reliable and had also been recommended by a friend. Once I got in touch, the entire process of scheduling the appointment and sending the van over for grooming was very easy, smooth and professional. They really do go out of their way to get you the best spa day and hygiene for your fur babies, Anand is very very helpful and responsive throughout. Their groomer Hanif is one of the best groomers you can get for your babies as my pet was extremely comfortable getting the wash and cut done from him and needless to say, they did an amazing job, Coco (my pet) has never looked better or felt better. The convenience, reliability and comfort that they offer makes you and your pet feel that they’re at home and in good hands. Would definitely recommend to everyone who is looking to get any kind of service done for their pets.

My puppy and I are really happy with the service. I had adopted my puppy few months ago and I am trying to give him the best life that I can. The service was excellent! What I love about flying fur is that they had special discounts for indie pups which encourages people to adopt cute furry friends. I am very excited for booking the next session for my baby!

I have a yorkie. Yorkie hair cuts are tricky and only trained professionals can do a decent job. Checked with them and their staff multiple times on whether they can do a yorkie hair cut. Gave specific instructions on hair cut and when I collected my pup - he had been given a third rated shave (that too was not even) even the worst groomers in Gurgaon would not have been able to pull off. My pup looks like a weird scrappy dog now and not a yorkie. This is so heartbreaking for a pet parent. Asked for a nail trim and file - they dont carry a nail filer. Their charges are too high for the level of service they offer. Notified the company of my experience and they offer a discount for next time. LOL. Would not recommend these guys if you want quality service!!

Took services for the first time, services were f9 bt then the groomer never told me that she gave a cut to my pet cat 🥺. I found it when I reached home and put my cat out. My cat was not at all aggressive. Poor baby couldn't even tell me by herself. Atleast one could hv bought to my notice. Now I am panicking and not sure when will wound heal. Plz share such incidents with parents.

Got my chihuahua puppy’s first haircut & grooming done from pet o spa and we are very happy with the results. Staff is very polite and they are friendly with the dogs. Had a terrible experience with the spa services at Westin Gurgaon and their resolution was a 10% discount on the bill. I am sharing a detailed review so I can help a few from going to this place: 1. They are not transparent on pricing and will take advantage of your lack of knowledge. When we called in for appointment, they only asked one question- 60 mins/90 mins and booked a massage. After we were done we were told that it was some expensive aroma massage which we had no clue about 2. Masseuse wasn’t cooperating. She kept touching our face even when we specifically told us not to put oil on face. 3. A lot of things were broken: relaxing music (not working), Sauna (not working)- Their excuse: Engineering team is checking Please avoid. We wasted 14k, please don’t. There are better options in Gurgaon or close to Gurgaon which are 10x better at the same price- Roseate (Samalka), Oberoi (Udyog Vihar) and Leela Ambience

Very good Spa set up and rooms. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We came twice while staying at The Westin Gurgaon. The first time we had a Facial express + Indian head massage and it was really good. The second time was the last day of our stay at 9pm in the evening (they close at 11pm) before going to the airport to catch our flight which was at 3am. The Balinese massage was absolutely fantastic! Then we had a shower in the private room and were all stretched, relaxed and refreshed, ready to take an overnight long haul flight (10 hrs) to London. We'll definitely repeat when back in Delhi. Totally recommended!!

I ordered their Dal tadka and Kadhai paneer. Dal tadka was well cooked and had a perfect tadka over it. Kadhai paneer was spicy but I loved the way it tasted. Lachha paratha was cooked nicely with right amount of ghee. They also offer tawa rotis which acc to me is the best thing. I also ordered Paneer tikka and it tasted the best. The paneer was fresh and juicy. All the food items were fresh, tasty and the quantity was also good.😋😍
